- 2:01Speaker 2: wonderful comments of the people that did have time to
- 2:04Speaker 2: watch it this weekend and loved it so much on Patreon.
- 2:06Speaker 2: So thank you so much. Okay, let's just start with
- 2:10Speaker 2: some juicy stuff. Kendall Jenner is dating Jacob Elordi. This
- 2:16Speaker 2: guy is tall, gorgeous. He is a star of Euphoria
- 2:20Speaker 2: and other movies. He's a great actor. I mean, this
- 2:25Speaker 2: is a tall, dark, gorgeous couple. And over the weekend,
- 2:31Speaker 2: they were seen on a double date with her sister
- 2:34Speaker 2: Kylie and Timothee Chalamet. I think this is so amazing
- 2:39Speaker 2: and so juicy and kind of fun because... Kris Jenner
- 2:46Speaker 2: as the matriarch of this family. Her first three girls
- 2:51Speaker 2: definitely went for famous people too. from Michael Jackson's nephews
- 2:57Speaker 2: in which both Kim and Courtney dated a couple of
- 3:01Speaker 2: them to then, you know, Ray J, a football star.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Kim then married a basketball star for 73 days. And
- 3:09Speaker 2: then of course a rapper. And then we've got Chloe
- 3:13Speaker 2: who went for Lamar, who was a Laker to, um,
- 3:17Speaker 2: another basketball star, Tristan Thomas, you know, um, Cordy, of course,
- 3:23Speaker 2: was with Scott, but it was like the rappers and
- 3:26Speaker 2: the professional stars. And now the two younger girls and Kylie,
- 3:30Speaker 2: of course, was with Tyga and also the father of
- 3:34Speaker 2: her two kids, who I can't even think of. Drake,
- 3:38Speaker 2: what is the father of Kylie's two kids? Travis Scott. Yes,
- 3:43Speaker 2: Travis Scott. We never hear about him. Hopefully he's involved
- 3:47Speaker 2: with the kids' lives. We don't know. But she's been
- 3:49Speaker 2: with Timothy for a while when it started. People question,
- 3:52Speaker 2: is this a real relationship? Two or three years later,
- 3:56Speaker 2: attending all the Oscar stuff, they are. And now it's
- 3:59Speaker 2: like to have these two... you know, moguls, businesswomen in
- 4:03Speaker 2: their own right with 818 tequila. And of course, Kylie's
- 4:07Speaker 2: empire with the makeup and now they all, I don't
- 4:10Speaker 2: even get any track, they all do clothes, to be
- 4:13Speaker 2: dating these real actors, not reality stars, not rappers, not athletes.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Kind of amazing and very interesting. And I just think
- 4:25Speaker 2: this is fun and cool. And I'm all for this foursome.
- 4:31Speaker 2: And no, we probably won't see much of them on
- 4:34Speaker 2: the reality show. Who knows how much longer that's going
- 4:36Speaker 2: to go. Every year, I'm like, when are they just
- 4:38Speaker 2: going to go, we don't have to do this anymore.
- 4:40Speaker 2: We don't have to bring the cameras. We don't have
- 4:42Speaker 2: to feature our kids. They continue to do it and probably,
- 4:47Speaker 2: you know, it brings them together while they stay relevant
- 4:50Speaker 2: and keep it going. But we've always wondered how much
- 4:53Speaker 2: it really is real anymore since it's, you know, they're
- 4:56Speaker 2: planning it and talking about it and what's really happening.
- 4:59Speaker 2: I haven't really watched the show that much since it
- 5:01Speaker 2: moved to Hulu. So I'm always curious when they're just
- 5:03Speaker 2: going to be like, ah, we don't have to do
- 5:06Speaker 2: this aspect of our career anymore. Let's say goodbye. Okay.
- 5:12Speaker 2: This was interesting. Because Kendall, so gorgeous, has been accused
- 5:17Speaker 2: of getting plastic surgery, a nose job in particular, in
- 5:21Speaker 2: which she says, I have not. Somewhere she mentioned... Once
- 5:26Speaker 2: she took Accutane, which that was a funny time in
- 5:29Speaker 2: pop culture history where she was leading up to this
- 5:32Speaker 2: big announcement she was going to make. And at that time,
- 5:35Speaker 2: people were really thought she was going to come out
- 5:38Speaker 2: as gay or bisexual. And they're like, oh, my God,
- 5:41Speaker 2: you know, Kendall's the lesbian sister. Let's go. And then
- 5:44Speaker 2: she was like, actually, I suffered from acne and Accutane
- 5:48Speaker 2: or proactive or one of those things helped me. So
- 5:52Speaker 2: earlier this year, Kendall Jenner sat down. shut down the
- 5:56Speaker 2: nose job with saying that it wasn't surgery. It was Accutane.
- 6:01Speaker 2: When she took Accutane for her skin, it affected the
- 6:05Speaker 2: shape of her nose. Well, according to the cut, this
- 6:11Speaker 2: other girl said the same thing happened to her. She had,
- 6:15Speaker 2: she got an Accutane nose job. I thought it was
- 6:19Speaker 2: so interesting. I recently came across this other little device
- 6:22Speaker 2: that this I didn't buy it, but I kind of
- 6:25Speaker 2: want to, where it's like, you kind of attach, it's
- 6:29Speaker 2: almost like a nose pin, but like not a real
- 6:31Speaker 2: nose pin, like, like, like a nose pin, like you
- 6:33Speaker 2: would to hang your clothes on a line, like the
- 6:36Speaker 2: old fashioned days. And you go just like, it's just
- 6:39Speaker 2: like sits on your nose and you do it every
- 6:41Speaker 2: day and you start to train your nose to be like,
- 6:43Speaker 2: more shaped and thinner at the bottom. And like, who
- 6:47Speaker 2: knows if everybody has all these other things where they're
- 6:50Speaker 2: lifting their face and they're doing lymphatic massages and to
- 6:55Speaker 2: get their jaw better and they're maximizing the clavicle thing
- 6:59Speaker 2: to get your jaw going and you're like doing jaw
- 7:02Speaker 2: exercises and chewing. Maybe you can kind of reshape some
- 7:07Speaker 2: of these softer tissues in your face. I don't know,
- 7:10Speaker 2: but I thought it was pretty interesting. Tom Brady, uh,
- 7:16Speaker 2: he modeled in the Gucci fashion show and it just bugged.
- 7:22Speaker 2: It just bugged me a lot. And you know how
- 7:27Speaker 2: these things work out. Someone asks you to do it
- 7:29Speaker 2: and you're like, sure, I'll do it. You know, whatever.
- 7:31Speaker 2: That'll be fun. He is good looking. You know, he's
- 7:35Speaker 2: won the seven Superbowl rings. He reminded of us, reminded
- 7:39Speaker 2: us of it when he was participating in the roast
- 7:43Speaker 2: with Kevin Hart. And of course the roast about him
- 7:47Speaker 2: was a huge success for many of the comedians, especially
- 7:51Speaker 2: Nikki Glaser and other people that have done it. But
- 7:54Speaker 2: then we found out later, he was like sad because
- 7:56Speaker 2: his kids were affected by it. And all the jokes
- 7:59Speaker 2: were about how his wife cheated on him with the
- 8:02Speaker 2: jiu-jitsu instructor or whatever, who she's now has a baby with.
- 8:06Speaker 2: But Giselle is a real model. And I don't know,
- 8:09Speaker 2: it just kind of bugs that he's modeling looking like
- 8:12Speaker 2: Zoolander in this all leather outfit. And I don't even
- 8:17Speaker 2: believe that his story, I don't even think he and
- 8:21Speaker 2: Alex are overly dated. I just don't believe this guy.
- 8:24Speaker 2: I just think I've had enough of him and I
- 8:27Speaker 2: didn't want to see him modeling. Was I sitting at
- 8:30Speaker 2: the fashion show? No. I have gone to one real
- 8:33Speaker 2: fashion show and it was Gucci. And I was like, Okay.
- 8:38Speaker 2: This is kind of weird. I don't think I'm missing
- 8:40Speaker 2: that much, but this probably had more stars. Paris Hilton
- 8:42Speaker 2: was there. She was wearing a dark wig. I get
- 8:45Speaker 2: why celebrities do it. I was in the last fashion
- 8:49Speaker 2: show I was in was for my high school senior
- 8:52Speaker 2: fashion show in which you did have to try out.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And I was chosen. I would like to model in
- 8:56Speaker 2: a fashion show and people might go, I hate that
- 8:59Speaker 2: fucking thirsty bitch. Why is that annoying podcaster comedian walking
- 9:04Speaker 2: in our faces? I don't want to see it either.
- 9:07Speaker 2: but you have a right to say that. And I
- 9:08Speaker 2: have a right to say, Tom Brady, you bug. And
- 9:11Speaker 2: I wish you weren't part of this fashion show. Okay.
- 9:14Speaker 2: This was pretty juicy. So Dina Manzo, Real Housewives of
- 9:20Speaker 2: New Jersey, lovely. Still one of my favorite juicy scoop
- 9:25Speaker 2: episodes from the archives. She of course was a sister
- 9:30Speaker 2: to Caroline Manzo and she was on the first few
- 9:33Speaker 2: episodes of Real Housewives of New Jersey and they are
- 9:35Speaker 2: real sisters. And I've told her whole insane story of
- 9:40Speaker 2: how she broke up with her husband, who was the
- 9:43Speaker 2: real life brother to Caroline Manzo's brother. So they were
- 9:47Speaker 2: real sisters who married real brothers. When she left that marriage,
- 9:53Speaker 2: awful stuff happened with him. He's since been convicted of
- 9:56Speaker 2: hiring someone to not once but twice beat up up
- 10:00Speaker 2: her husband and she on one occasion in their home. Horrible. Okay.
- 10:06Speaker 2: She has a beautiful daughter that was featured on the
- 10:08Speaker 2: show when she was like 12 from her first relationship,
- 10:10Speaker 2: not Manzo. And she's a pretty well-spoken girl. And she
- 10:16Speaker 2: did a video over the weekend saying Bethany Frankel is
- 10:20Speaker 2: a weirdo. And let me tell you why. So she
- 10:22Speaker 2: has a successful shoe brand. I don't know if it's
- 10:25Speaker 2: her brand alone or she's the designer of it, but
- 10:29Speaker 2: they're really cute shoes. It's called NOA. And N-O-U, sorry,
- 10:35Speaker 2: N-O-U is the name of the brand. And they're very
- 10:39Speaker 2: cute shoes. They run in the $ 300 range from what
- 10:43Speaker 2: I could tell from the website. She reached out to
- 10:46Speaker 2: Bethany Frankel and she sent Bethany Frankel the shoes. And
- 10:53Speaker 2: saw that she had worn them once and people were like,
- 10:56Speaker 2: love the shoes. What kind are they? And Bethany didn't
- 11:00Speaker 2: tag the shoes in the original post. but also didn't
- 11:03Speaker 2: answer it in any of the comments. I will say
- 11:06Speaker 2: as someone that is lucky enough to get some unsolicited
- 11:11Speaker 2: products and things sent to me, I do do my
- 11:15Speaker 2: best to wear it. And if I like it, try
- 11:19Speaker 2: to tag the people, but sometimes you do forget or
- 11:22Speaker 2: you don't do it. But when people say, you know,
- 11:26Speaker 2: what's your dress or what's your your swimsuit or whatever.
- 11:30Speaker 2: And I do see the comment and I realize, oh,
- 11:32Speaker 2: I didn't tag them or let me tell you what
- 11:34Speaker 2: it is, or it's actually this brand, but I got
- 11:37Speaker 2: it four years ago, Alice and Olivia. So you probably
- 11:39Speaker 2: won't be able to get it, but thanks. You know,
- 11:41Speaker 2: and I tagged them. Um, but as a regular thing, you're,
- 11:47Speaker 2: there's no obligation, right? Well, anyway, someone asked about the
- 11:50Speaker 2: shoes and then Bethany, instead of saying, just tagged it,
- 11:55Speaker 2: she could have just said, oh, they're this. She said,
- 11:59Speaker 2: here is a great dupe with a link to the
- 12:04Speaker 2: dupe in which she gets an affiliate commission. And it
- 12:11Speaker 2: got back to Dina Manza's daughter, who's worked on this
- 12:14Speaker 2: shoe line for a The shoe was already, I guess,
- 12:23Speaker 2: sold out or there was a wait list, which says
- 12:25Speaker 2: a lot. It's this really cute mule that looked great
- 12:28Speaker 2: with her outfit that she was wearing to Sports Illustrated
- 12:31Speaker 2: because she's one of the celebrities featured in Sports Illustrated, Bethany. Well,
- 12:36Speaker 2: Bethany went on the attack back. She did a rebuttal.
- 12:41Speaker 2: And she was like, normally I would not even respond
- 12:43Speaker 2: to this kind of stupidity. But I'm going to tell
- 12:46Speaker 2: you right now, you did the business the wrong way. Okay.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Because now you played the short game. I was going
- 12:55Speaker 2: to share about your shoe, but my audience gets really
- 12:58Speaker 2: pissed when I share about an item that they cannot
- 13:01Speaker 2: buy right then. So I found a dupe and shared that,
- 13:06Speaker 2: but I was going to share about your shoe. Now
- 13:09Speaker 2: I'm not. Something to that effect. This is what I think. No,
- 13:15Speaker 2: it was fucked, Bethany. It was fucked. If you create something,
- 13:20Speaker 2: And there is a copycat brand, especially since you, Bethany,
- 13:25Speaker 2: accused poor Sonia of having a cheater brand because she
- 13:29Speaker 2: was going to come up with some champagne that some
- 13:32Speaker 2: grifter guy was offering first Ramona and then went to her.
- 13:35Speaker 2: It was a kind of white wine or something called
- 13:38Speaker 2: tipsy girl alcohol. And she's like, that's too close to
- 13:41Speaker 2: skinny girl. That's a cheater brand. How dare you do that?
- 13:44Speaker 2: And left poor broke Sonia crying in her office to,
- 13:48Speaker 2: you know, walk away. If I created a shoe that
- 13:54Speaker 2: was a unique style of a cute mule, and I
- 13:58Speaker 2: know that's part of the game, they make these dupes,
- 14:02Speaker 2: they make them for less. I don't know. How could
- 14:06Speaker 2: you not be pissed about that? I don't want... your
- 14:09Speaker 2: millions of followers to go find the shoe that someone
- 14:13Speaker 2: knocked off my design. And we don't know how it's
- 14:16Speaker 2: getting made or where the factory is. And now people
- 14:19Speaker 2: are walking around with shoes that looks just like mine
- 14:22Speaker 2: for 50 bucks that I don't get any money from,
- 14:25Speaker 2: which they would have never known about it had I
- 14:27Speaker 2: not generously given you the shoe. And you never had
- 14:32Speaker 2: to tag me, but certainly don't fucking direct people to
- 14:35Speaker 2: the dupe. What the hell? It's like, If you had
- 14:40Speaker 2: a coffee shop and someone was like, I really like
- 14:43Speaker 2: your coffee, but across the street, it's three cents cheaper.
- 14:47Speaker 2: So I need everyone, even though I go to your
- 14:50Speaker 2: shop all the time, I need everyone to go over
- 14:52Speaker 2: there and get that coffee three cents cheaper, even though
- 14:55Speaker 2: you've given me free coffees for the last year. I
- 14:57Speaker 2: just want all my audience to know that it's three
- 14:59Speaker 2: cents cheaper across the street. No, fuck you. You get
- 15:04Speaker 2: so pissed when anybody even had a product, Bethany, and
- 15:09Speaker 2: solicited on the Real Housewives. So no, I don't think
- 15:13Speaker 2: you're I think you knew exactly what you're doing. The
- 15:16Speaker 2: only mistake you did was direct your people towards a dupe.
- 15:21Speaker 2: You could tell them, get on the waiting list. Why
- 15:24Speaker 2: would you make them aware that there is a dupe
- 15:27Speaker 2: for cheaper? What's good is people went directly to her site.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I now follow the site. I like the shoes. I
- 15:35Speaker 2: think they're unique designs. And I'm glad she called her out.
- 15:39Speaker 2: And listen, neither of them are going to suffer from
- 15:42Speaker 2: this internet war, but I kind of enjoyed it.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Planning on rewarding your staff this year struggling to choose
- 15:49Speaker 3: between a shop gift card or a pay anywhere card
- 15:52Speaker 3: stop choosing with options card your employees get both they
- 15:56Speaker 3: can spend with ireland's favorite retailers or choose a card
- 15:59Speaker 3: you can tap and pay with all in one reward
- 16:01Speaker 3: you choose who to reward and how much options card
- 16:05Speaker 3: handles the rest it's valid for five.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Years with no fees chipping.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Away at the balance make your rewards more rewarding visit optionscard.ie today.
- 16:15Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 16:19Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 16:22Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 16:26Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos. I'm heading to
- 16:32Speaker 2: the Emmys, and I have police complaints filed against me.
- 16:35Speaker 1: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 16:37Speaker 1: what would you do if it was given back?
- 16:40Speaker 4: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 16:43Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 16:45Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad.
- 16:46Speaker 4: I need a home dad.
- 16:47Speaker 2: What happens next?
- 16:48Speaker 4: When I came in, he started crying. Everybody in life
- 16:51Speaker 4: encounters hardships. What defines them is not those hard moments
- 16:55Speaker 4: that they go through. It's about what happens next.
- 16:58Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 17:01Speaker 2: every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm
- 17:04Speaker 2: not going to pull punches. You can use your voice
- 17:06Speaker 2: even if it's shaped.
- 17:07Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 17:10Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 17:21Speaker 2: Okay, Britney Spears has come home from rehab. She went
- 17:26Speaker 2: to a place called Blue Dog Tavern. It's kind of
- 17:30Speaker 2: a casual eating place with waiters, but you know, like
- 17:34Speaker 2: a brewery type of fun, get a burger or whatever.
- 17:38Speaker 2: In Sherman Oaks on Ventura Boulevard. Well, according to some
- 17:42Speaker 2: people there, She was there with her assistant and bodyguard
- 17:46Speaker 2: and was being very loud and obnoxious and barking like
- 17:52Speaker 2: a dog, very, very loud. And walking around the restaurant
- 17:56Speaker 2: carrying a knife, which scared some of the patrons. Police
- 18:00Speaker 2: were not called, but the story did get out and
- 18:03Speaker 2: TMZ picked it up. Her reps have since said, no,
- 18:09Speaker 2: she was telling a story about her dog barking. So
- 18:13Speaker 2: therefore she is a very good storyteller. So all I
- 18:19Speaker 2: can imagine is her, who I have seen her at
- 18:22Speaker 2: a restaurant in action. And it's very similar to this.
- 18:27Speaker 2: When I hung out with Brittany at the Chateau Marmont,
- 18:30Speaker 2: she was stomping around. She was smoking when you're not
- 18:34Speaker 2: supposed to be smoking. She was putting a wine glass
- 18:36Speaker 2: on her head. She was acting. talking like this. But
- 18:41Speaker 2: she was very nice and happy and everybody sat and
- 18:45Speaker 2: nobody did anything. But there was no reason to call
- 18:49Speaker 2: police or anything, but it was erratic behavior. Okay. That
- 18:52Speaker 2: was like two years ago. And so I just could
- 18:57Speaker 2: imagine her being like,
- 19:03Speaker 2: And you're just trying to eat your, you know,
- 19:06Speaker 2: overpriced burger. No offense to Blue Dog, but every restaurant
- 19:10Speaker 2: is expensive food now. And I understand why. Because you're
- 19:13Speaker 2: dealing with crazy people normally outside your store on Ventura Boulevard,
- 19:19Speaker 2: but now they're inside barking like a dog. And you're like, um,
- 19:25Speaker 2: I don't know what to do. And wielding the knife.
- 19:31Speaker 2: If it's a knife that was at her table, it
- 19:32Speaker 2: couldn't have been too big. But they said the knife
- 19:36Speaker 2: was just there to cut her burger. I don't know
- 19:39Speaker 2: why she was walking around with it. But when you
- 19:42Speaker 2: sit down, usually your knife is not that sharp. And
- 19:45Speaker 2: unless you're eating a steak. So I don't know that
- 19:48Speaker 2: people really were afraid. with her wheeling around, but it's, um,
- 19:53Speaker 2: you know, we've heard about her at other places. And
- 19:56Speaker 2: so if you are at a restaurant and she is there,
- 19:59Speaker 2: just sit back because it's pretty, it's entertaining until it's annoying,
- 20:04Speaker 2: you know? And anyway, so then she came home, like
- 20:09Speaker 2: I said, the cops weren't called, And she took to
- 20:11Speaker 2: Instagram and she's like, hello, I think I'm going to
- 20:14Speaker 2: go see the Devil Wears Prada. All right. I don't
- 20:17Speaker 2: really kind of prefer other fashion brands besides Prada, but
- 20:21Speaker 2: I will go see the Devil Wears Prada. And I'm
- 20:24Speaker 2: going to get a big thing of popcorn and a soda.
- 20:26Speaker 2: So fuck it. I'm going to get that. And everyone's like,
- 20:29Speaker 2: oh my God. And then I thought about the people
- 20:32Speaker 2: that had to be seated next to her in the
- 20:34Speaker 2: Devil Wears Prada. Like, Jesus, what's that like? And then
- 20:39Speaker 2: she came home and posted an old photo of her
- 20:43Speaker 2: in these sensible brown pumps, spinning around in a dress
- 20:47Speaker 2: that probably cost $ 4. She did not post the original
- 20:52Speaker 2: link to buy it or the dupe. She's still better
- 20:55Speaker 2: than Bethany Frankel. And, you know, slapping the ass and
- 20:58Speaker 2: dancing around from a year ago in Mexico. So listen,
- 21:02Speaker 2: this has been going on for five years, four or
- 21:04Speaker 2: five years. It's never going to change. Let's just hope
- 21:08Speaker 2: that when going to a restaurant or movie theater, that
- 21:13Speaker 2: it doesn't ever escalate past barking. Okay, there we go.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Pete Davidson, there's some controversy about him. As you know,
- 21:25Speaker 2: Pete Davidson famously have dated so many beautiful stars, Kim
- 21:30Speaker 2: Kardashian being one of them. Um, his baby mama, who
- 21:35Speaker 2: he was living with is named Elsie Hewitt. And they
- 21:41Speaker 2: were not married when they gave birth, when she gave
- 21:43Speaker 2: birth to their daughter, I believe. And, um, But now
- 21:49Speaker 2: she is an actress herself. She's done legit acting, model, influencer,
- 21:54Speaker 2: like most people that act have to do those other things.
- 21:56Speaker 2: She's very attractive. She's dated many other famous actors. One
- 22:02Speaker 2: I believe is Jason Sudeikis, which is interesting because if
- 22:05Speaker 2: that is true, if I got that right, of course
- 22:07Speaker 2: they were both on SNL. So it's like a crossover.
- 22:10Speaker 2: I always find it really interesting when women are able
- 22:13Speaker 2: to date several men in the same industry. It seems
- 22:18Speaker 2: to happen a lot, whether they're cops, whether they're billionaires
- 22:22Speaker 2: or actors, it's like you're in the circle and whatever.
- 22:27Speaker 2: So somehow she started to write saying, we know they're split.
- 22:31Speaker 2: And she says like, it's really hard being a And
- 22:36Speaker 2: someone in the comment wrote, I hope you're not doing
- 22:39Speaker 2: it on your own as far as financially. And she
- 22:41Speaker 2: was like, oh yeah, I am. She eventually removed it,
- 22:45Speaker 2: but this is what's going on. They're obviously, this is
- 22:49Speaker 2: not a pleasant split. They were not married. The baby
- 22:54Speaker 2: is like five months old. And according to page six,
- 22:58Speaker 2: Pete Davidson desperately tried to sell his home. The one
- 23:02Speaker 2: he was living with, with his girlfriend, prior to their split.
- 23:06Speaker 2: He kept reducing it and reducing it in the months
- 23:08Speaker 2: leaving to the initial split. So what is the thought there?
- 23:12Speaker 2: If he owns this house, he was probably hoping to
- 23:15Speaker 2: sell it because he had some, maybe or maybe not,
- 23:20Speaker 2: but maybe sometimes when someone owns the home, they're with
- 23:25Speaker 2: their girlfriend who is not on title or whatever, or
- 23:28Speaker 2: even if they're married, they're like, let's sell this house.
- 23:32Speaker 2: And then I will go into a rental and it'll
- 23:34Speaker 2: just be an easier breakup where we're not dealing with
- 23:38Speaker 2: a real piece of property, okay, that we have to sell. Now,
- 23:44Speaker 2: his people have put out, you know, stories or made
- 23:49Speaker 2: sure that there are close sources saying totally not true,
- 23:53Speaker 2: committed dad, financially supporting her, whatever. This is why more
- 23:59Speaker 2: and more people are like, let me just have this
- 24:01Speaker 2: kid on my own. Like these things are just, and
- 24:04Speaker 2: you wonder why like younger women are not rushing to
- 24:07Speaker 2: get married or have kids with a partner because you
- 24:10Speaker 2: see this and you're like, oh God. I mean, who knows?
- 24:14Speaker 2: Maybe she was like, I want to do it on
- 24:16Speaker 2: my own. Like get the hell away. Maybe she's postpartum.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Maybe she is being a little erratic. Maybe he's being
- 24:21Speaker 2: a dick. He since has removed all of like almost
- 24:23Speaker 2: all of his tattoos, including the initials of Kim Kardashian's kids.
- 24:28Speaker 2: which was really to piss off a man who has
- 24:32Speaker 2: admitted to having mental issues, Kanye. So we don't know
- 24:38Speaker 2: what this relationship is really like, but now we know
- 24:42Speaker 2: it's not a pleasant breakup. It's going to be 18
- 24:45Speaker 2: years of dealing with finances or whatnot. And that's just
- 24:53Speaker 2: kind of a bummer that it didn't work out because
- 24:55Speaker 2: everybody thought he's a dad, He's changing his life. Maybe
- 25:00Speaker 2: he'll go back to having tattoos. Maybe the first one
- 25:04Speaker 2: will be the baby's name. I don't know, but that's happening.
- 25:08Speaker 2: This I also thought was really interesting too. This story,
- 25:12Speaker 2: speaking of parental rights, a Rhode Island father is speaking
- 25:16Speaker 2: out after winning grandparents' rights case. So his wife had
- 25:24Speaker 2: two parents who were both medical doctors. And she had
- 25:28Speaker 2: cancer and she recovered. And after that, they were lucky
- 25:32Speaker 2: enough to have a baby via surrogate, a little girl.
- 25:36Speaker 2: And then she started feeling sick again, the wife. And
- 25:41Speaker 2: he presented text messages to the court in which these
- 25:45Speaker 2: two parents that were medical doctors said, were not encouraging
- 25:49Speaker 2: her to get fully checked out again. They were like, oh,
- 25:53Speaker 2: it's just probably this or that. And not saying like,
- 25:56Speaker 2: go see a real doctor, go through a scan, you know.
- 26:00Speaker 2: And finally, she went to the doctor and she had
- 26:04Speaker 2: a brain cancer situation. They removed it. She eventually, sadly, died.
- 26:11Speaker 2: And then the parents were, you know, wanting to be
- 26:14Speaker 2: a big part of the little girl's life, their granddaughter's.
- 26:18Speaker 2: And one of the grandfather was a pediatrician. And the
- 26:24Speaker 2: dad said he saw him giving their little baby some
- 26:29Speaker 2: kind of strong medicine without asking or consulting the dad.
- 26:35Speaker 2: And the grandpa was like, well, I was the pediatrician.
- 26:38Speaker 2: So I just thought I could just give them this
- 26:40Speaker 2: strong drug because she had croup or whatever. Anyway, so
- 26:44Speaker 2: he goes to court and he presented his case that
- 26:47Speaker 2: They weren't good parents, in his opinion, to their daughter.
- 26:51Speaker 2: And why were they not encouraging her to see a
- 26:54Speaker 2: doctor and then taking, you know, medical choices in their
- 26:58Speaker 2: own hand, which is not their right to do. There
- 27:02Speaker 2: have been many cases about grandparents' rights and grandparents fighting
- 27:06Speaker 2: for the rights to see their kid even when their
- 27:08Speaker 2: own biological parent child is alive and it's not this
- 27:12Speaker 2: type of case where they don't have any access. So...
- 27:16Speaker 2: I just thought that was really interesting. And he did prevail.
- 27:18Speaker 2: They're not to see her at all. And, you know,
- 27:22Speaker 2: the comments, of course, are really interesting. But just know
- 27:25Speaker 2: you don't have the rights. And then I came across
- 27:28Speaker 2: this other girl who had said, which I've always talked about,
- 27:32Speaker 2: she's like nobody ever talks about being the stepmom and
- 27:35Speaker 2: raising three kids for eight years. And then you divorce
- 27:37Speaker 2: their father and you never see them, never hear from
- 27:40Speaker 2: them again. And legally, they don't have to. And oftentimes...
- 27:45Speaker 2: they're so torn between all these different adult parents and
- 27:50Speaker 2: they don't go out on their own as young adults
- 27:54Speaker 2: to go try to mend this relationship of the woman
- 27:57Speaker 2: that divorced their dad, who's now divorced twice. You know,
- 28:00Speaker 2: like I don't blame the kids, but it's a hard
- 28:03Speaker 2: situation to be in. So that's why, like I said,
- 28:05Speaker 2: some people are just like, let me have this kid
- 28:06Speaker 2: by myself. This I thought was really kind of interesting. This,
- 28:10Speaker 2: this guy called Pumpkin Toadle, 68. Okay. He gave such
- 28:18Speaker 2: an interesting take. He's like, being an only child is
- 28:22Speaker 2: like third wheeling a child-free couple. And I have totally
- 28:27Speaker 2: noticed this and think it's so, when people say, what
- 28:31Speaker 2: do you think if we just were to have one child?
- 28:33Speaker 2: I'm like, well, I think, you know, a family of
- 28:36Speaker 2: three with one child is a great way to go.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Like the kid is always sophisticated and it's so easy.
- 28:43Speaker 2: You have two people with one child, a parent, you
- 28:46Speaker 2: can go on a trip, you can get one room.
- 28:50Speaker 2: They're always for some reason better behaved because they're around
- 28:54Speaker 2: adults all the time. And this guy gave such a
- 28:56Speaker 2: funny perspective. He's like, my mom was an artist. My
- 29:00Speaker 2: dad had several businesses. And he's like, since I was
- 29:04Speaker 2: like five years old on, I would be like, sitting
- 29:07Speaker 2: in the back of a room while they were like
- 29:09Speaker 2: pitching business ideas. Like he was at business meetings. He
- 29:11Speaker 2: would just go to everything. But he's like, I also
- 29:14Speaker 2: just felt like it was like a child free couple
- 29:16Speaker 2: that just like had a kid, like their life wasn't
- 29:19Speaker 2: about the child because they only had one of them.
- 29:21Speaker 2: And he's like, and then when I would meet other
- 29:23Speaker 2: kids that had siblings, I just felt like they were
- 29:25Speaker 2: like feral. Like it would like, they'd thrive on each
- 29:29Speaker 2: other's immaturity and everything, which is so True. And I
- 29:34Speaker 2: just thought that is very interesting and all types of
- 29:38Speaker 2: families work, but I haven't. have always noticed that about
- 29:41Speaker 2: my friends that just had one kid, the kid is
- 29:43Speaker 2: just like a little adult, but then also feeling like
- 29:47Speaker 2: they were like, the third wheel of a couple that
- 29:51Speaker 2: just really wanted to just have a great wine and
- 29:53Speaker 2: cheese night. He was like, my life was like charcuterie
- 29:56Speaker 2: boards and charcuterie boards and fine dining and going to
- 30:00Speaker 2: business meetings at five and like listening. And I do
- 30:04Speaker 2: think that makes you like a really smart kid. Now
- 30:06Speaker 2: this is juicy. Adam Driver and Lena Dunham, of course,
- 30:12Speaker 2: were co-stars on her hit show, Girls. She came out
- 30:16Speaker 2: with her book called Famesick. And she really shared a
- 30:20Speaker 2: lot about her working relationship with Adam Driver. And some
- 30:25Speaker 2: of the juicy things that she said, also disturbing, is
- 30:29Speaker 2: that one time they were in her trailer and they
- 30:32Speaker 2: were practicing lines and she forgot her lines and he
- 30:36Speaker 2: like yelled at her and attempted to throw a chair
- 30:39Speaker 2: at her. Another time he didn't like his haircut and
- 30:42Speaker 2: he punched a wall in his trailer. And it never
- 30:47Speaker 2: occurred to her to say, hey, I am your boss.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Don't talk to me like that. Because she's a female,
- 30:55Speaker 2: because she's young, but also they had this relationship where
- 31:00Speaker 2: their chemistry was very intense and they were girlfriend, boyfriend
- 31:04Speaker 2: lovers for all these years. And it was very interesting
- 31:09Speaker 2: to watch if you've Uh, she also said, revealed in
- 31:14Speaker 2: her book that at one time they almost slept together
- 31:18Speaker 2: while he was dating his now wife, but she said no. And, um,
- 31:25Speaker 2: And then she said when the show ended in 2016,
- 31:28Speaker 2: he said, I'll always love you. But she has never
- 31:30Speaker 2: heard from him since. Not a Christmas card, not a text,
- 31:34Speaker 2: not a happy birthday. Okay. So he's at, I think
- 31:39Speaker 2: Cannes Film Festival is this week. And he's doing a
- 31:42Speaker 2: panel about his latest movie. And they asked, how do
- 31:45Speaker 2: you feel about what Lena Dunham said about you in
- 31:48Speaker 2: her book? And he said, oh, I'm saving that comment
- 31:52Speaker 2: for when I write my own book. Now, I don't
- 31:57Speaker 2: think he's going to write his own book anytime soon.
- 31:59Speaker 2: But I do think that is such a brilliant comeback.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Because she has a book. She's a female. It's a
- 32:07Speaker 2: he said, she said. You want to shut down the
- 32:10Speaker 2: conversation in which you were portrayed poorly in her book,
- 32:14Speaker 2: which she has a right to do. It's her perspective.
- 32:17Speaker 2: You're a public figure. But whether he writes the book
- 32:20Speaker 2: or not, I just thought that was a perfect way
- 32:23Speaker 2: to respond. Okay, this is such a weird, crazy story
- 32:29Speaker 2: that happened over the weekend. There were five people, a
- 32:35Speaker 2: group of Italian tourists, and they were in the Maldives.
- 32:40Speaker 2: And five of them were killed while going on a
- 32:45Speaker 2: scuba diving excursion in a deep cave in the Maldives.
- 32:49Speaker 2: The yacht has since lost their license to do this excursion.
- 32:53Speaker 2: They just got some special scuba divers to go down
- 33:00Speaker 2: and collect the bodies. They were all experienced scuba divers.
- 33:05Speaker 2: They were, you know, marine biologists and this and that.
- 33:07Speaker 2: And they were studying like climate change. And, and the
- 33:12Speaker 2: one girl who was also young, they're all young and
- 33:15Speaker 2: fit and did this. She was all set to go
- 33:19Speaker 2: and just something told her, I'm not feeling it today.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I don't want to go down. So what they believe
- 33:25Speaker 2: happened was, you know, it was just too far down
- 33:29Speaker 2: and too deep into this cave with the equipment that
- 33:33Speaker 2: they had. And that it could have been a toxic
- 33:37Speaker 2: thing with the oxygen or disorientation of being inside a cave. Like,
- 33:42Speaker 2: how do I get out? Just so incredibly tragic. But
- 33:47Speaker 2: I am kind of obsessed with scuba diving stories. I mean,
- 33:54Speaker 2: there's been a classic juicy crime murder story was where
- 33:59Speaker 2: this couple was newly married. It was their actual honeymoon.
- 34:04Speaker 2: And leading up to the honeymoon, the husband was an
- 34:08Speaker 2: experienced scuba diver and he was like encouraging his wife
- 34:11Speaker 2: to like take some scuba diving lessons and stuff so
- 34:14Speaker 2: that she could go with him. But she was kind
- 34:17Speaker 2: of nervous about it. She wasn't a strong swimmer. And
- 34:19Speaker 2: then they went down and he's like, she died. while
- 34:24Speaker 2: she was down there. And there were other people on
- 34:26Speaker 2: the excursion and he eventually got, I believe, convicted for
- 34:32Speaker 2: her death or at least was on trial for it.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Because like people would be taking photos underneath and they'd
- 34:37Speaker 2: be like waving. And then in the back, you could
- 34:40Speaker 2: see that he was like on top of her, you know,
- 34:45Speaker 2: as they're scuba diving and they think fucking with her
- 34:49Speaker 2: oxygen in which then she wouldn't have enough to get
- 34:51Speaker 2: back up. And then they showed her like in a corner,
- 34:55Speaker 2: like clearly out of it at this point. And it
- 34:58Speaker 2: always like freaked me out. On my honeymoon, we went
- 35:02Speaker 2: to the– where did we go? Cayman Islands. We went
- 35:06Speaker 2: to Cayman Islands. And Peter already was a scuba diver.
- 35:09Speaker 2: But there, you could just take like a little class.
- 35:12Speaker 2: So we took a little class in the pool. And
- 35:15Speaker 2: I was like, okay, this is kind of weird to
- 35:16Speaker 2: like get the breathing going and stuff. And then– he
- 35:20Speaker 2: was like, I don't want to go with a big
- 35:22Speaker 2: group of people. I found a guy that can just
- 35:25Speaker 2: take the two of us out alone. So I was like,
- 35:29Speaker 2: all right. And I remember like all night before, which
- 35:32Speaker 2: also I had the same feeling when I have to
- 35:34Speaker 2: ski the next day. And finally, I'm like, Heather, maybe
- 35:37Speaker 2: you don't enjoy this. So all night long, I'm like stressed.
- 35:41Speaker 2: And so we go out and we're on this little
- 35:44Speaker 2: boat and I do it and I start to like,
- 35:48Speaker 2: you know, I have to like take these breaths to
- 35:50Speaker 2: keep going lower, keep going lower, keep going lower. And
- 35:54Speaker 2: then somehow... I pressed the thing and I shot up.
- 35:59Speaker 2: I pressed it wrong and I shot up and I'm
- 36:01Speaker 2: like by myself in the middle of the sea. And
- 36:05Speaker 2: Peter is just like, you know, having the time of
- 36:07Speaker 2: his life. He never even looked back. Okay. And luckily
- 36:11Speaker 2: the instructor guy like came back up to the surface
- 36:13Speaker 2: with me. And I don't even remember if I went
- 36:16Speaker 2: back down again, but I was just like, later on
- 36:18Speaker 2: is when I saw the crime about people on their honeymoon.
- 36:22Speaker 2: But That story freaks me out. There was also the
- 36:25Speaker 2: story of open water based on a true story of
- 36:28Speaker 2: where this couple again went on an excursion with a
- 36:31Speaker 2: bunch of people. They were good scuba divers and they
- 36:34Speaker 2: went too far and the guy on the boat didn't
- 36:39Speaker 2: count right and didn't realize that two people were missing
- 36:42Speaker 2: and the boat went all the way back and they
- 36:44Speaker 2: were stuck floating around in the open waters and then
- 36:49Speaker 2: eventually he got bit by a shark or something. And he,
- 36:56Speaker 2: he died. And then she was by herself. And then
- 36:59Speaker 2: she just like took off her tank and was like,
- 37:03Speaker 2: come eat me. We don't know what happened. They were
- 37:05Speaker 2: never found, but they noticed they saw the little thing
- 37:07Speaker 2: that they could write on. Like we were on this
- 37:10Speaker 2: excursion boat. They left us. They never found their body.
- 37:14Speaker 2: So then they did a movie of what they thought
- 37:16Speaker 2: may have happened. But It's the summertime, so enjoy your
- 37:20Speaker 2: scuba diving. Jesus. Okay. The Valley, exciting news. Alex Baskin,
- 37:26Speaker 2: who I am friendly with, have had dinner with, he's
- 37:29Speaker 2: a great producer of 32 Flavors. And he produces Real Housewives.
- 37:33Speaker 2: His company, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Vanderpump Rules,
- 37:36Speaker 2: and The Valley, and many other shows. And today they
- 37:39Speaker 2: just announced that Sony has bought his company. I don't
- 37:43Speaker 2: totally know what that means, except probably a huge paycheck
- 37:46Speaker 2: for Alex Baskin. And, you know, a lot of work
- 37:50Speaker 2: for the people that are already employed by 32 Flavors.
- 37:52Speaker 2: So good for them. I think it helps with the
- 37:56Speaker 2: shows that are currently on the air that he's producing.
- 37:58Speaker 2: So interesting. Maybe Sony really wants to get into this
- 38:01Speaker 2: reality world and felt like, you know, he can churn
- 38:04Speaker 2: these things out. So good for him. The Valley is
- 38:09Speaker 2: also another show that I feel is turning women away
- 38:12Speaker 2: from wanting to procreate with men because, oh my God,
- 38:17Speaker 2: Kristen is miserable postpartum with her fiance, baby daddy. I mean,
- 38:23Speaker 2: it's just like, they're just not happy. And then we
- 38:26Speaker 2: have to see Danny, who's like, I've got four out
- 38:29Speaker 2: of four kids, four under four. I got Nia. And
- 38:33Speaker 2: he is just not nice to her at all. And
- 38:37Speaker 2: everyone is just like, Danny's a dick. And I feel
- 38:42Speaker 2: badly for them as a couple that they decided to
- 38:45Speaker 2: go on this show and have now the world weigh
- 38:48Speaker 2: in on their young family and marriage.
- 38:51Speaker 4: But.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Hopefully he watches it. You know, this rarely does it
- 38:57Speaker 2: happen that when the Bravo female audience attacks a husband
- 39:02Speaker 2: of a housewife or whatever, it rarely makes them go, wow,
- 39:08Speaker 2: thanks for pointing it out. I'm going to change my ways.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Maybe because he's like a man of God, maybe it
- 39:14Speaker 2: will work. The only time I really saw it happen
- 39:16Speaker 2: was with Emily and Shane. And Shane went to the
- 39:20Speaker 2: reunion and was like, yeah, I totally saw that I was,
- 39:25Speaker 2: you know, I thought I was being funny, but it
- 39:26Speaker 2: was really hurtful and dismissive about Emily. body and her
- 39:30Speaker 2: figure and her weight and all that since she's you
- 39:33Speaker 2: know gotten on the shot worked out for three years
- 39:37Speaker 2: like looks fucking amazing and they're still married so I
- 39:41Speaker 2: think that might be the only case in which like
- 39:44Speaker 2: being on the show made their marriage better and all
- 39:49Speaker 2: of that. So let's hope that happens here because right now,
- 39:54Speaker 2: you know, he's yelling at her while they, you know,
- 39:57Speaker 2: they did this stupid thing where they're like, Nia, since
- 40:01Speaker 2: you were a beauty pageant girl, we're going to do
- 40:03Speaker 2: something on the sad trip to San Diego. After we
- 40:06Speaker 2: go to a sad carnival where it's too cold and
- 40:09Speaker 2: we're shivering, we are then going to go back to
- 40:12Speaker 2: the Airbnb and And everybody has to pick a guy.
- 40:16Speaker 2: So obviously you're going to pick your spouse. And there's
- 40:18Speaker 2: going to be a beauty contest. Bring an outfit, bring
- 40:22Speaker 2: a wig. And she's like putting the wig on him.
- 40:25Speaker 2: And he's like, I don't like the way it looks.
- 40:28Speaker 2: Fix it. You're in the beauty pageant, fix it. And
- 40:31Speaker 2: Lala comes out and she's like, Hey dude, like I, I'm,
- 40:34Speaker 2: this is really triggering. I cannot have you like talk
- 40:37Speaker 2: to your wife like that. And he's like, what? He
- 40:39Speaker 2: has such an angry face while wearing a wig. It
- 40:43Speaker 2: was the whole thing. I understand there's no new stories
- 40:48Speaker 2: to do in a reality show, but the drag thing
- 40:53Speaker 2: for guys, whether it's a pageant or Halloween, um, I just,
- 40:58Speaker 2: I'm not feeling it. I think it's not a good idea.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Come up with something else. Okay. One little juicy tidbit
- 41:06Speaker 2: happening over at Summer House. As you know, we talked
- 41:09Speaker 2: about how Jen Fessler of Real Housewives in Jersey was
- 41:12Speaker 2: accused by Sierra Online of having a one-time fling with West. Well,
- 41:20Speaker 2: this girl... from TikTok, viral on my other account. I
- 41:24Speaker 2: came across her little TikTok and she said, I did
- 41:27Speaker 2: this video ripping on Amanda Petula, who is allegedly currently
- 41:32Speaker 2: with West. Okay. She's the one who was married to Kyle.
- 41:37Speaker 2: We don't know when their affair started, but they are
- 41:39Speaker 2: together now. Okay. And did he in fact sleep with
- 41:45Speaker 2: Jen Fessler or not? She has denied it. In between
- 41:49Speaker 2: the Sierra time Sierra's not a fan of this situation.
- 41:54Speaker 2: So this girl says, I did a video where I
- 41:56Speaker 2: just ripped on Amanda. I just said, she's a loser.
- 41:59Speaker 2: She has loser-like tendencies. She bugs. She's a loser. And
- 42:04Speaker 2: then she goes, but then later on, I was like,
- 42:06Speaker 2: this is kind of gross. I'm 35 and I don't
- 42:08Speaker 2: need to like go after this woman I don't personally know,
- 42:11Speaker 2: like as a reality star, which I commend her for.
- 42:15Speaker 2: So she removed it. But according to her, she realized
- 42:20Speaker 2: there was one real housewife that was smart enough or
- 42:23Speaker 2: not to have saved it to share or keep or
- 42:28Speaker 2: rub one out to. And that was Jen Fessler. So
- 42:33Speaker 2: a lot of crazy coincidences with this Jen Fessler and
- 42:37Speaker 2: this West situation. Remind you that when she said happy
- 42:42Speaker 2: 27th anniversary to her husband, She put on her post,
- 42:46Speaker 2: and I don't care if you and I both sleep
- 42:49Speaker 2: with Amanda and West, something weird like that. Like weeks
- 42:53Speaker 2: prior to this news coming out. Just strange. Just, you know. Okay.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Oh, it is. There was
- 43:06Speaker 2: just one kind of crazy thing. There's a crazy fight
- 43:10Speaker 2: that happens between this girl, Kelsey... who her whole storyline
- 43:16Speaker 2: is that for the last 10 years, she's a happy,
- 43:19Speaker 2: happy part-time sugar baby. She also won a pageant and
- 43:25Speaker 2: she's very pretty. And she's like, oh, I met this
- 43:27Speaker 2: rich guy. And he said, you can live in my
- 43:31Speaker 2: mansion all year round. I'm only going to be there
- 43:35Speaker 2: six months out of the year. And then I'm going
- 43:37Speaker 2: to do my own thing somewhere else. And you are
- 43:39Speaker 2: going to never ask any questions about it. What he's
- 43:43Speaker 2: doing in Miami, I don't know. Was she a real
- 43:46Speaker 2: girlfriend who didn't care that he was sleeping with somebody else?
- 43:50Speaker 2: Is there, is she a beard? I don't know. I
- 43:55Speaker 2: don't know. But it was weird. And then she presents
- 44:00Speaker 2: herself on the show as saying like, yeah, I've got
- 44:02Speaker 2: this sugar daddy and I live in this 10,000 square
- 44:05Speaker 2: foot home by myself with the housekeeper. And I occasionally,
- 44:09Speaker 2: you know, do people's hair. And that's that. But I
- 44:12Speaker 2: also have this boyfriend that can go to the polo
- 44:15Speaker 2: fields with us. And my sugar daddy doesn't care. And
- 44:20Speaker 2: the sugar daddy is not like overly old or anything.
- 44:23Speaker 2: He's like mid 40s. And he loves that I'm doing
- 44:26Speaker 2: the show. Well, she and this other girl are really
- 44:33Speaker 2: getting into it. And they don't like each other. And
- 44:38Speaker 2: Kelsey is saying, I can't believe you lied about the
- 44:42Speaker 2: square footage of your home. And she's like, who cares? Like,
- 44:44Speaker 2: get the F out. She's like, your sugar daddy paid
- 44:48Speaker 2: the judges to have you win your pageant. And she's like, what?
- 44:51Speaker 2: And she comes back and she's like, I won the
- 44:54Speaker 2: pageant legitimately. But then... I saw some chatter online that
- 45:02Speaker 2: she broke up with this sugar daddy way before the
- 45:07Speaker 2: show ever aired. And it is a good storyline. And
- 45:13Speaker 2: this was sort of reenacted or retold for story. And
- 45:22Speaker 2: that's fine if the show is semi-scripted. If it's, you know,
- 45:28Speaker 2: Chrisley knows best, acted like a reality show, we knew
- 45:31Speaker 2: it was semi-scripted. You know, the beginning of the Kardashians,
- 45:35Speaker 2: there were things that, you know, as you put out
- 45:38Speaker 2: the first season, you sit down with people and you're like,
- 45:42Speaker 2: what are some things that we could either bring up
- 45:44Speaker 2: again or even reenact? I mean, you know, even Khloe's
- 45:48Speaker 2: DUI was later, we found out they reenacted them finding
- 45:53Speaker 2: out about it and going to pick her up from
- 45:54Speaker 2: the prison. That was all reenacted. but she did in
- 45:57Speaker 2: fact get a DUI before they started filming and they
- 46:01Speaker 2: wanted to share that story, which is a good story
- 46:04Speaker 2: to share, but it's like a fine line of what's
- 46:06Speaker 2: being reenacted and what's, I don't know. I mean, I
- 46:10Speaker 2: can't blame them. They're putting together a show. It's pretty juicy.
- 46:13Speaker 2: It's fine line if it's true or not, but these
- 46:16Speaker 2: two really dislike each other and the show's already been
- 46:21Speaker 2: renewed for a second season. So I think they're kind
- 46:23Speaker 2: of carrying it because, um, their, you know, their, their
- 46:28Speaker 2: feud is real. By the way, I came across this.
- 46:33Speaker 2: They are now casting a new reality show. Speaking of housewives,
- 46:38Speaker 2: maybe ex-housewives, maybe the ones that didn't make the show.
- 46:41Speaker 2: They're saying, have you, your partner, or a parent been
- 46:44Speaker 2: convicted of a white collar crime? Yes. A premium new
- 46:49Speaker 2: docu-series is searching for people connected to high profile white
- 46:53Speaker 2: collar scandals for the next chapter that follows. That's Ain't
- 46:57Speaker 2: that something entertainment? I mean, great idea. These people need jobs.
- 47:03Speaker 2: They're white collar crimes. So they're going to be a
- 47:07Speaker 2: certain socioeconomic level. They're grifters, they're frauds. And we know
- 47:15Speaker 2: that makes for a great reality show. They've already been convicted.
- 47:20Speaker 2: So they're out of prison. They need a job. And
- 47:24Speaker 2: let's see their life. I think it's a great idea.
- 47:27Speaker 2: And if they don't take back Jen Shaw from Real
- 47:32Speaker 2: Housewives of Salt Lake City, go there. I'm all for
- 47:36Speaker 2: helping the employment rate go up.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Okay.
- 47:40Speaker 2: That's what I do for my Christian service. Okay. Also deadline.
- 47:46Speaker 2: I've talked about this show before, which I'm so excited about.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Netflix orders a Calabasas young adult drama from Chris Van Dusen,
- 47:55Speaker 2: Kim Kardashian, and Emma Roberts are all the EPs. The
- 47:59Speaker 2: author is named Via Blinder. I hope I'm pronouncing her
- 48:04Speaker 2: name right. She is a delight. She went to, um, St. Mel's,
- 48:12Speaker 2: which is the Catholic school I went to and my
- 48:14Speaker 2: kids went to, and wrote about her experience of going
- 48:18Speaker 2: from this Catholic school in Woodland Hills to the public
- 48:21Speaker 2: school in Calabasas. And she wrote about it her first
- 48:24Speaker 2: year in college. And the book was a hit. She
- 48:29Speaker 2: gave me the book and we were trying to work
- 48:31Speaker 2: out back then for her to come on the show.
- 48:33Speaker 2: She sent us you know, doing other things, but, and
- 48:36Speaker 2: pretty private, but I think this is a great idea
- 48:41Speaker 2: from what I've understood. The book is called, If You
- 48:45Speaker 2: Lived Here, You'd Be Famous By Now. Great title. It
- 48:47Speaker 2: has a big orange on it. And I think the
- 48:50Speaker 2: book was her real kind of memoir experience where she
- 48:54Speaker 2: was just, you know, taking to like what was happening
- 48:57Speaker 2: every day, what she was observing with the McMansions and
- 49:00Speaker 2: the things that were so different than being at more
- 49:03Speaker 2: of a middle class Catholic school. And then for the show,
- 49:08Speaker 2: they're going to do it more like the classic Beverly
- 49:11Speaker 2: Hills 90210, where if you remember, Brendan and what was it?
- 49:16Speaker 2: Brendan and Shannon Doherty. I forgot her name. Her name
- 49:19Speaker 2: was Brenda and his name was Brandon, I think. Brendan, Brandon,
- 49:24Speaker 2: the dad, they come from the Midwest, the dad gets
- 49:27Speaker 2: some big promotion and they end up in Beverly Hills.
- 49:30Speaker 2: So they're like Midwest people dropped in the middle of
- 49:34Speaker 2: Beverly Hills. And I think that's what they're going to
- 49:36Speaker 2: do for this show is have it be that her
- 49:38Speaker 2: character is comes from the Midwest or something. So there's
- 49:43Speaker 2: a bigger dichotomy, a bigger fish out of water. But,
- 49:47Speaker 2: you know, good hard work leading to something that I
- 49:50Speaker 2: think will be a big juicy hit. Meanwhile, we've got
- 49:55Speaker 2: The Girls, which Khloe Kardashian is doing at Hulu, which
- 49:59Speaker 2: is about all of her friends who are young mommies
- 50:02Speaker 2: and models and influencers and people that she actually hangs
- 50:05Speaker 2: out with who live in the Calabasas Hidden Hills area.
- 50:10Speaker 2: And then there's also the other show that's about younger
- 50:15Speaker 2: kind of Nepo babies living in Calabasas. So at least
- 50:18Speaker 2: there's some production happening here. This is weird. Okay. This
- 50:24Speaker 2: was a Temecula High School water polo photo sparks controversy.
- 50:29Speaker 2: So this water polo team went to like another team,
- 50:33Speaker 2: another game of another sport. And they wrote, bears on
- 50:38Speaker 2: it with an explanation where each one had a different
- 50:40Speaker 2: letter on their bear chest with their little speedos. And
- 50:45Speaker 2: it went to like out on social media. And one
- 50:48Speaker 2: mother was like, I think that this is like, you know,
- 50:52Speaker 2: pornographic because they're showing too much skin, these boys. This
- 50:58Speaker 2: is what water polo is. You know what I mean?
- 51:00Speaker 2: Like don't now say that these kids can't you know
- 51:05Speaker 2: wear their speedos when you're in swimming and water polo
- 51:08Speaker 2: there's the whole thing of shaving your legs and all
- 51:12Speaker 2: this so you like letting your hair grow on your
- 51:14Speaker 2: legs then the guys would shave their leg and if
- 51:16Speaker 2: you're doing swimming and like be slick and but You know,
- 51:21Speaker 2: it's a lot of good bodies and these kids are
- 51:24Speaker 2: under 18, whether they're girls or boys. I mean, it's
- 51:27Speaker 2: a good body. A lot of guys are like, I
- 51:30Speaker 2: just joined the water polo team because I want to
- 51:31Speaker 2: get abs. My sister said, that's the only way you
- 51:34Speaker 2: get abs. That's what I'm doing it. When Drake was
- 51:36Speaker 2: on the water polo team, that's what this kid said.
- 51:38Speaker 2: I go, oh, how did you end up in water polo?
- 51:40Speaker 2: He's like, my sister said, this is the only way
- 51:42Speaker 2: to get abs. I sometimes would sit there and be like, wow,
- 51:45Speaker 2: this is like, you know, I'm seeing a lot of
- 51:49Speaker 2: young boys bodies. I'm not a perv and it's okay.
- 51:55Speaker 2: But I wondered because when Drake was at Calabasas, we
- 52:00Speaker 2: would go to the games and they, all the other
- 52:02Speaker 2: games were free. And then for the water polo matches,
- 52:06Speaker 2: anyone could go providing you paid $ 10. And I was like,
- 52:12Speaker 2: are there any people here whose kid is not there?
- 52:18Speaker 2: And how would you know if some guy's like, Oh yeah,
- 52:21Speaker 2: my nephew's on the team. Nobody's asking. You know how
- 52:24Speaker 2: there's parks where you have to go to the park
- 52:26Speaker 2: with a child, otherwise you're not allowed because it's like
- 52:29Speaker 2: a kid park. Just allow the kids to have their fun, okay?
- 52:38Speaker 2: Now this was a very, also very sad story. This
- 52:41Speaker 2: guy was a surfer at Long Beach High School, at
- 52:46Speaker 2: a Long Beach High School. And he was on the
- 52:49Speaker 2: surf team. And he was 17 and he was hanging
- 52:53Speaker 2: out with this 15 year old girl. And the brother
- 52:56Speaker 2: of the 15 year old girl who was also on
- 52:58Speaker 2: the surf team is like starts texting him and is like,
- 53:02Speaker 2: I'm going to freaking kill you, you pedophile. And he's like, what?
- 53:06Speaker 2: And he leaves. And then the boy and two other
- 53:11Speaker 2: boys from the from his teammates come to his house.
- 53:16Speaker 2: He hides in the garage. They break through this like door.
- 53:19Speaker 2: They go in the house from a back door, break through.
- 53:23Speaker 2: This is all part of his lawsuit. Okay. Break in,
- 53:26Speaker 2: beat him, like beat his head, kick him, cut him,
- 53:30Speaker 2: all this stuff. He finally runs away. Some other kid
- 53:33Speaker 2: is filming it. He runs away to a neighbor's. They
- 53:38Speaker 2: report it. They get, you know, They try to get
- 53:42Speaker 2: a restraining order. They tell the principal of the school.
- 53:45Speaker 2: They're all on the surf team of the school. The principal,
- 53:49Speaker 2: which is the public school in Long Beach, is like, well,
- 53:53Speaker 2: what we'll do to protect him is he can arrive.
- 53:56Speaker 2: He should arrive every day for school, 10 minutes late.
- 53:59Speaker 2: And then he can leave every day, 10 minutes early
- 54:02Speaker 2: so that he doesn't get jumped and attacked going to
- 54:05Speaker 2: and from school. So they're like, no, that is not enough.
- 54:10Speaker 2: None of these kids were thrown off the team. None
- 54:12Speaker 2: of these kids were disciplined. I think there was a
- 54:16Speaker 2: restraining order that was happening. This kid, the victim, William Frey,
- 54:21Speaker 2: who is suing with, I think one of his parents,
- 54:24Speaker 2: because it was their home too, that was damaged. Or
- 54:28Speaker 2: one other kid, they're suing the school, of course, and
- 54:30Speaker 2: these individual kids that he's you know, now in college
- 54:34Speaker 2: and has moved out of the area, but like, Jesus.
- 54:38Speaker 2: And they basically, the school said, it's not our problem.
- 54:41Speaker 2: It didn't happen on campus. And I just think, wow,
- 54:45Speaker 2: that is kind of a really hard position to be in.
- 54:48Speaker 2: But I would certainly think that a physical altercation like
- 54:52Speaker 2: that would at least suspend the kids from surfing within
- 54:57Speaker 2: the school. Like, you know, so that's more of that.
- 55:03Speaker 2: Speaking of kids, there was a whole Swatch thing happening
- 55:05Speaker 2: and everyone's like, why is everyone freaking out about the Swatch?
- 55:08Speaker 2: So Swatch had some collab with another very high end
- 55:16Speaker 2: watch company. And so people thought it's only $ 400. We'll
- 55:22Speaker 2: be able to sell it for a lot more because
- 55:25Speaker 2: it's going to be like, you know, it's up there
- 55:28Speaker 2: with like Rolex or whatever. So Drake wanted to go
- 55:32Speaker 2: check it out. And he said, people were waiting at
- 55:35Speaker 2: Topanga Mall in tents for four days. And only the
- 55:40Speaker 2: people that were waiting four days, not the people just
- 55:44Speaker 2: waiting two, were able to get into the store. So
- 55:47Speaker 2: imagine you were waiting in a tent, you know, to
- 55:51Speaker 2: get this this swatch watch and then the cops were
- 55:55Speaker 2: like there's no more swatch watches go home and I
- 56:00Speaker 2: said now how much are they reselling them for and
- 56:02Speaker 2: he said around 3k but if you really work out
- 56:05Speaker 2: the amount of hours that you would have to wait
- 56:09Speaker 2: in a tent I mean maybe you've got nothing to
- 56:11Speaker 2: do and when you're with your friend and you have
- 56:13Speaker 2: a story I don't know but I mean brilliant marketing
- 56:18Speaker 2: This popped up and I'm like, what the F? This
- 56:22Speaker 2: is Us Weekly. I wake up to this. Inside Tyson
- 56:27Speaker 2: Fury's 16 year old daughter named Venezuela's dreamy wedding. I'm like, what?
- 56:35Speaker 2: There is a famous boxer in Europe and they have
- 56:41Speaker 2: a reality show called like keeping up with the Furies
- 56:45Speaker 2: or something. Um, I don't know if they're gypsies or what.
- 56:49Speaker 2: Remember my big gypsy wedding, those gypsy girls that have
- 56:52Speaker 2: reality show that you're like, it would like their hair
- 56:54Speaker 2: to be up to here and their outfits were all tacky.
- 56:57Speaker 2: I don't know what the deal is, but she's 16
- 57:01Speaker 2: years old. And in the reality show, she's got a
- 57:05Speaker 2: 19 year old boyfriend and he's like, I'd like to
- 57:08Speaker 2: marry your daughter. And the guy's like, okay, the mother
- 57:11Speaker 2: of the bride is 36. And, um, I don't know.
- 57:17Speaker 2: It's just weird. And I mean, I guess Us Weekly
- 57:22Speaker 2: has got a report on it, but wherever they got
- 57:25Speaker 2: married in Europe, 16 is the legal age for female
- 57:30Speaker 2: consent or male, whatever, consent to get married. You don't
- 57:33Speaker 2: need your parents' approval, I guess. And then the mom
- 57:37Speaker 2: was like, well, what if she just wanted to live
- 57:39Speaker 2: with him? No one would care. Why at 16 are
- 57:42Speaker 2: you living with someone? I mean... What's interesting is tomorrow's
- 57:49Speaker 2: Juicy Crime, my sister Shannon McDowell-Goldstein, attorney at law, and
- 57:53Speaker 2: I cover the hot Netflix doc called Crash. Everyone's talking
- 57:58Speaker 2: about it. It's a very sad story about a 17-year-old
- 58:01Speaker 2: girl who purposely, it appears to, have crashed her car
- 58:08Speaker 2: into a wall. She survived and her boyfriend and platonic
- 58:13Speaker 2: male friend in the backseat, both perished. Well, one of
- 58:18Speaker 2: the things, if you have not seen that doc, we
- 58:20Speaker 2: cover it. Or if you want to try to watch
- 58:22Speaker 2: it and then enjoy the show tomorrow, um, is the kid,
- 58:26Speaker 2: the parents allowed her to, you know, live with this guy,
- 58:31Speaker 2: see him very young. And you know, she was only
- 58:36Speaker 2: 17 living with a 20 year old. Not saying that
- 58:40Speaker 2: this girl's going to lose her mind and crash her car,
- 58:42Speaker 2: but I'm just saying it's very weird that in 2026,
- 58:46Speaker 2: this isn't seen as more of a major red flag
- 58:49Speaker 2: and you're not encouraging your child to wait a little longer. But,
- 58:54Speaker 2: you know, they have a reality show, so they know
- 58:56Speaker 2: what they're doing, right? Jessica Simpson, apparently, according to Nick Lachey,
- 59:03Speaker 2: Jessica and Nick Lachey were married when they were very
- 59:05Speaker 2: young and they had a very hot reality show that
- 59:08Speaker 2: was quite the hit. and called the newlyweds. And, you know,
- 59:14Speaker 2: there were just some major funny things that just went
- 59:17Speaker 2: viral where she didn't understand that tuna was, um, that
- 59:24Speaker 2: chicken of the sea was actually tuna. So that was
- 59:27Speaker 2: like a big thing. And he was like, coming off like,
- 59:31Speaker 2: you know, Einstein and educating her, but whatever. Anyway, he
- 59:35Speaker 2: then went on to marry Vanessa Lachey and they're the
- 59:37Speaker 2: hosts of Love is Blind. And according to some podcast
- 59:41Speaker 2: or something, they were on a plane and they were
- 59:43Speaker 2: in first class with their three kids. And Jessica was
- 59:47Speaker 2: on the first class with her, with them as well.
- 59:50Speaker 2: But her kids weren't there because they were in coach.
- 59:55Speaker 2: And I'm like, so what? I don't know. I don't
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: think that's that bad. You don't know what everyone's situation is.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: Now you'd go, Heather, she sold her shoes for like
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: a billion dollars. Um, yeah, maybe sometimes they fly first class.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Maybe it was a last minute trip and there were
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: no more first class tickets available and they're back there
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: with the nanny and it's not that long of a
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: flight and they're fine. I have flown first class with
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: my husband. And our kids have been in coach. So
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: before it gets out that someone sat next to Brandon
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: and Drake and felt sorry for them and saw me
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: walk down the aisle in which I always, Drake, don't
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: I always give you my extra food? I would give them,
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: I would save my cookies. Okay. I would check on them.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: And then I would go back and order another glass
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: of Chardonnay because it's part of the first class. And
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: I think, everybody's fine. They, I never did this when
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: they were like four, like, I think they were well,
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: like over 13, even cause I only started like getting
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: the points enough to do first class, like a few
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: years ago. So I think it's kind of a rude tell,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: telling on somebody. Um, page six is reporting that social
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: media users have raised concerns over Randy Jackson and who
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: looked very frail while he made a cameo on the
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: latest season of American Idol. He's very, very thin. And
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: he looks very different from if you really hadn't seen him.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: You know, a lot of us don't watch American Idol.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: I haven't watched it in years. I was on a
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: show three, maybe three or four years ago in the
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: summer called Name That Tune. It was three years ago.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: Name That Tune. And Um, we filmed it in Ireland, uh,
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: because the COVID restrictions were easier and it was just
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: easier to film in Ireland to have us all get
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: on a plane and go to Ireland than to film
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: at Hollywood center studios. And, uh, he was the host
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: of it when he, you know, he wasn't the host.
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: He like played the music and. I was pretty shocked
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: when I saw him. I thought, wow, he looks really different.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: But then I said, well, I don't know. You know,
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: people change. It's been years since I've seen him. I'm
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: also seeing him in person. And when people have a
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: dramatic weight loss, it obviously changes their face, especially when
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: they're older and their eyes look bigger and everything. But
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: I saw another photo of him and he's even thinner,
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: like his legs are very thin. And so some people
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: are saying, oh my God, this Ozempic has to stop.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: We don't know what it is. Maybe it's that, maybe
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: it's just this was the size I was always supposed
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: to be. But It is shocking when you don't see
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: someone and they're like half the size you remember them
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: and they're 10 years older, but he was pleasant. He
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: did ask me about my blazer, which was a yellow
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: Veronica beard blazer. And he said, I really liked that blazer.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: Where did you get it? I want it. And I
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: was like, it's a woman's blazer, but I think it'll
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: fit you. So good for him. Um, Uh, Costco people,
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: I just want you to know there is a Kirkland
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Cabernet Sauvignon bucket of wine available allegedly. But you know what?
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: I think even there's been some fake news about Costco
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: stuff too. There was a whole thing online that you
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: could get a tiny home from Costco already put together
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: and everything for only 20 grand. And it had like
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: a kitchen and a bathroom and a shower. And I'm
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: going down this long like path of like, oh my God,
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: like do I get one of these? tiny homes and
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: like put it in their backyard. And like, and then
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: I looked and it's like an AI fake thing. So
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: I don't even know if this is real or not. Um,
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: Jennifer Lopez is getting mocked for behaving like a diva
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: during a New York city outing. I don't even think
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: this is that bad. So she's in New York city
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: and she's in her hotel and the paparazzi are waiting
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: to get their photo. Do they know about it because
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: someone on our team told them, yeah, if you go
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: to New York and you're J-Lo and you're going to
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: get that fucking hot and cute, you're going to want
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: some photos taken of you. Okay. This is how she's
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: operated her whole life for the last 25 years. So
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: why are we shocked? But they saw that she was
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: holding back for some commoners to go through the lobby
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: doors so she wouldn't walk with them. yeah, get out
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: of my shot, bitch. I don't think it's terrible. Okay.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: I don't think it's terrible. And she walked out. It
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: wasn't like she didn't let the people go. She wasn't like, no,
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: you stay back there and miss your time to see
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: your Broadway play. I need this whole moment. She waited,
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: she waited. And then they're like, okay, it's clear. Now
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: let's go strut it. Good for her. All right. So
