Bexar County is rolling out free flu shots this fall with four drive-through clinics across the county, hosted by different commissioners to reach every precinct. Sign up online ahead of time through University Health, and clinics run Saturday mornings in September and October — first on the 12th and 19th, then October 3rd and 10th.
