- 2:52Speaker 5: All right, all right, welcome back to the Son of
- 2:57Speaker 5: a Boy Dad podcast. Today. It is Monday, it is
- 3:02Speaker 5: July twenty seven, it's one forty pm, and we are
- 3:10Speaker 5: here live from h Q Trees. Welcome back.
- 3:13Speaker 6: Happy birthday to Nicki Smokes.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Is it Smoke's birthday?
- 3:18Speaker 1: He's turning twenty seven on the twenty seventh, Bro, have
- 3:20Speaker 1: some fucking respect.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Goldenly twenty seven, golden birthday.
- 3:24Speaker 6: He's only twenty seven.
- 3:26Speaker 5: I thought he was definitely like twenty eight, twenty nine.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Well that's not well. If he's twenty seven, that means
- 3:32Speaker 5: that he's or if he's turning twenty seven. That means
- 3:34Speaker 5: that he's a year older than me. I thought he
- 3:37Speaker 5: was a couple of years older than me, right, Okay.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I mean he kind of he has a
- 3:45Speaker 1: nineteen year old kind of like feel to him as well.
- 3:48Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, but he's like yeah, it's like he's like nineteen,
- 3:52Speaker 5: but he's like thirty at the same time.
- 3:54Speaker 4: I don't think there are two people on earth more
- 3:56Speaker 4: different than you and NICKI smokes.
- 3:58Speaker 5: We're much more similar than you can even imagine. No kidding. Yeah,
- 4:03Speaker 5: we don't have money.
- 4:04Speaker 1: You guys just meet at the bag. That's the only
- 4:06Speaker 1: thing you guys have to overlap. You guys just hit
- 4:09Speaker 1: the bag at the same time. No word touch at.
- 4:11Speaker 5: The end of the bag.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Are you talking about the cocaine bag or the money bag?
- 4:16Speaker 6: No cocaine, Oh yeah right.
- 4:18Speaker 5: I don't do cocaine though, that's not my.
- 4:19Speaker 6: Thing, and he doesn't make money, so you's nothing in common.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Yeah. I can't think of anything I would actually that
- 4:27Speaker 5: I think would be worse for me than cocaine. Maybe mushrooms.
- 4:31Speaker 5: Mushrooms I have a pretty big fear of, but everyone
- 4:33Speaker 5: says they're so great. Have you ever done mushrooms.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I have a very like lukewarm relationship with mushrooms. It's
- 4:42Speaker 4: not bad, it's not good. I've done them a handful
- 4:45Speaker 4: of times. Yeah, they aren't as h whoa, you know,
- 4:51Speaker 4: they don't.
- 4:51Speaker 5: They don't.
- 4:52Speaker 4: They're not like seeing shit, well not at all. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 4: it's not that at all. It's just that everyone else I.
- 4:59Speaker 5: Know loves mushrooms. People love them. They're like, wow, have
- 5:04Speaker 5: you seen the new they come in sweet tart? Yeah? Yeah,
- 5:07Speaker 5: people are And I don't.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Drink as much when I do them, and it just
- 5:11Speaker 4: gives me this happy gentle euphoria blah blah blah, and
- 5:14Speaker 4: I'm like, okay for me, it's.
- 5:18Speaker 5: I don't know, the happy gentle euphoria can't last forever,
- 5:22Speaker 5: that's the thing. No, not that goes away.
- 5:24Speaker 4: And I just end up finding that I'm like running
- 5:27Speaker 4: my tongue over the inside of my teeth for two hours. Yeah,
- 5:32Speaker 4: and then I'm like, all right, I don't really want
- 5:34Speaker 4: this to happen anymore. But I think this is a
- 5:36Speaker 4: great point to segue into present Monday present. Monday Present Monday.
- 5:41Speaker 4: I didn't know we were doing. I didn't know that
- 5:43Speaker 4: was a thing.
- 5:43Speaker 5: Well, day I would have brought my presence because I
- 5:45Speaker 5: was saving them for Tuesday.
- 5:47Speaker 4: You can do pressent Tuesday, that's always on the table,
- 5:51Speaker 4: but present Monday is a special. This is maybe a
- 5:54Speaker 4: one off.
- 5:55Speaker 6: If it's seven grams of mushrooms, I'll be very upset.
- 5:58Speaker 5: Yeah, me too. Anything drug related, I'm gonna be upset.
- 6:00Speaker 5: I'm I'm cleaning out.
- 6:02Speaker 4: It's not it's well, okay. So this past weekend, do
- 6:08Speaker 4: you guys want to try to guess what I did?
- 6:10Speaker 6: Golf?
- 6:10Speaker 5: Golf? No member guest.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Had went to a sick restaurant with somebody who, like,
- 6:20Speaker 1: we wouldn't expect that you're a friends with, but they're
- 6:22Speaker 1: actually cane.
- 6:23Speaker 6: Yeah, they're at the top of their fields.
- 6:26Speaker 4: So random, what a poll?
- 6:29Speaker 5: You and Patrick Kane went out to dinner together in Chicago.
- 6:32Speaker 6: You flew out.
- 6:32Speaker 1: You had a Delta deal in Chicago, so you and
- 6:34Speaker 1: Patrick Kane had to go to weird.
- 6:37Speaker 4: This is becoming a weird exercise for me because now
- 6:39Speaker 4: I'm seeing how you guys view my life through your
- 6:42Speaker 4: eyes and like what I do, And I'm like, I
- 6:44Speaker 4: don't know if I like any of that.
- 6:46Speaker 6: Going out to dinner and having branded deals.
- 6:49Speaker 5: I don't like my activities. Yeah, off with Lebron. No,
- 6:54Speaker 5: we played Marion, you Shane and Lebron. I was gonna
- 7:04Speaker 5: so quick sidetrack. I was gonna. I was trying to
- 7:09Speaker 5: pull off a present, a crazy present Tuesday. But I
- 7:11Speaker 5: didn't got I never got a response. I texted Shane
- 7:13Speaker 5: and I was like, do you know Lebron, it's gonna
- 7:15Speaker 5: try to get that Calves autograph? That would have been awesome.
- 7:20Speaker 5: It would I really appreciate it. He didn't even answer.
- 7:26Speaker 6: You just texted him. Do you know Lebron?
- 7:28Speaker 5: I texted him in the group chat.
- 7:30Speaker 6: Said Joe Shane, do you know Lebron?
- 7:31Speaker 5: I said, chance, do you know Lebron? They'll get to
- 7:35Speaker 5: know each other. Oh definitely, that's why. That's why Lebron
- 7:37Speaker 5: went to the Sixers. It's for Shane.
- 7:41Speaker 4: I saw him playing the link and he's like, boy,
- 7:43Speaker 4: they got fans come.
- 7:44Speaker 5: Out, great community out there.
- 7:46Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't know what about the what about Drake?
- 7:53Speaker 5: Did Drake? And Drake and Lebron don't fuck with each
- 7:55Speaker 5: other anymore?
- 7:56Speaker 4: Wait what happened there? Lebron took Kendrick so, oh right
- 8:00Speaker 4: he did.
- 8:00Speaker 5: He'll work his way back in the funny thing there
- 8:03Speaker 5: is I guarantee there's it's in no world? Is it
- 8:06Speaker 5: like Drake going to like I guarantee Lebron goes to
- 8:09Speaker 5: Drake with like a deep apology.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I think that he was already I think when he
- 8:13Speaker 1: was like he was tweeting the awl emoji.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Oh really, I don't know.
- 8:17Speaker 5: But he wants back, Yeah, he's got to want back.
- 8:19Speaker 4: But Drake has no connection to Philly.
- 8:21Speaker 5: Correct, Drake has no connection to America.
- 8:24Speaker 6: But if he's anti Lebron Canadian.
- 8:26Speaker 5: I think he kind of just runs America.
- 8:28Speaker 6: I think he has house is probably all over the place.
- 8:30Speaker 6: And didn't he just buy like an estate in Houston
- 8:33Speaker 6: or something like that.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Probably he must have one of those. He's probably Do
- 8:36Speaker 4: you think he's a citizen? Yeah, so you sh make
- 8:41Speaker 4: a certain amount of money, they just give it to you.
- 8:43Speaker 6: He's got to have that duel.
- 8:44Speaker 5: He's an economy. Yeah.
- 8:46Speaker 4: I wonder if he has an alien of extraordinary ability.
- 8:50Speaker 4: I always thought that was the coolest visa they called
- 8:53Speaker 4: the colloquialism of it is a genius visa. Oh really Yeah,
- 8:58Speaker 4: for like, if you're just like super so, if you're
- 9:00Speaker 4: just so like you're such a good artist, you're so
- 9:04Speaker 4: good at your job, they give you a visas. Look
- 9:10Speaker 4: that up, the genius visa. I know that they remember famously.
- 9:13Speaker 4: I think, Yeah, nickname for you is yeah Alien, it's
- 9:19Speaker 4: Alien of extraordinary ability or achievement, and it's permanence. Wow,
- 9:24Speaker 4: that's cool.
- 9:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I like visas, but I've always been more of
- 9:27Speaker 6: a Chase guy.
- 9:31Speaker 5: Chase does work with Visa. I think all their cards
- 9:34Speaker 5: their visa and I know that. Yeah. Cool.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Well, anyway, this weekend I went to uh an Ayahuasca retreat.
- 9:48Speaker 5: What re Yeah, you did it? I did it? Yeah?
- 9:55Speaker 5: I did. No way, that's insane.
- 9:59Speaker 6: It did not take.
- 10:00Speaker 5: Uh No, it's it's uh. It was weird. I don't know.
- 10:04Speaker 5: I don't know. I'm still like, seem the same. I'm
- 10:07Speaker 5: still figuring out, like how you couldn't seem more the same.
- 10:10Speaker 5: I feel like I noticed it more when you did
- 10:12Speaker 5: Molly and Manta.
- 10:16Speaker 6: You're like, what you did Iahuasca Upstate?
- 10:24Speaker 5: Yeah? I did?
- 10:24Speaker 6: Uh?
- 10:25Speaker 4: I went to uh they had a you know, a place,
- 10:28Speaker 4: a fucking shaman whole thing. It was recommended to me
- 10:31Speaker 4: by a friend of mine who had gone through some
- 10:35Speaker 4: really bad grief that he had tried to overcome if
- 10:39Speaker 4: I talked to maybe I've talked about.
- 10:40Speaker 5: That, but I know that's like it helps with that.
- 10:42Speaker 4: And he suggested because I was just talking to him
- 10:44Speaker 4: about how I feel kind of stuck a little bit
- 10:47Speaker 4: on some some patterns of thought. And I've also kind
- 10:50Speaker 4: of started to feel that, like my ego is not healthy.
- 10:54Speaker 4: And I don't mean it in like, I think it's
- 10:57Speaker 4: unhealthy in both directions.
- 10:58Speaker 5: Oh yeah, what do you mean like negative and positive? Yeah? Yeah,
- 11:02Speaker 5: I think that you hate yourself, but you're also like
- 11:04Speaker 5: I'm the man at the same.
- 11:05Speaker 4: I probably overcompensate by trying to like convince myself that
- 11:09Speaker 4: I'm doing really well or convince other people of that.
- 11:12Speaker 4: But the underlying truth is that I have a lot of.
- 11:15Speaker 5: Uh internal battles.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Yeah, just feel really inadequate in a lot of ways
- 11:20Speaker 4: and I don't.
- 11:21Speaker 6: Is that a realization from the ayahuasca tent or No.
- 11:23Speaker 5: That's why I went going in. That's why I went realization, Wow,
- 11:28Speaker 5: you were already cured heading in.
- 11:29Speaker 6: So yeah, the ayahuasca was the friends we made along
- 11:32Speaker 6: the way.
- 11:32Speaker 5: You're just going there to get fucked up. I was
- 11:34Speaker 5: going to get high. I heard the beds were comfortable. No,
- 11:40Speaker 5: I'm good. I'm just here to get fucking just obliterated.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Yeah, what's the normal?
- 11:46Speaker 5: Pour me a double.
- 11:49Speaker 4: On four fingers of wasca.
- 11:55Speaker 5: I brought my own glass.
- 11:58Speaker 6: It's a drink.
- 11:59Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like a tea drink.
- 12:00Speaker 4: It's made with all these sort of like leaves and
- 12:04Speaker 4: roots and different things. But then the main ingredients are
- 12:08Speaker 4: d MT.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Obviously, it's pretty much like DMT with like LFI and
- 12:13Speaker 5: in in it.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Yeah, there's all kinds that it tastes horrible. By the way,
- 12:17Speaker 4: don't you puked?
- 12:18Speaker 5: Yeah? Y I threw up. Yeah, I gotta just tell
- 12:20Speaker 5: the story. I got to hear this.
- 12:22Speaker 6: Well.
- 12:22Speaker 4: The big thing was that they you know, you go in,
- 12:27Speaker 4: it's a whole ritual. This one wasn't quite as like
- 12:30Speaker 4: Jungles of Costa Rica. This one was more like, I
- 12:34Speaker 4: don't know, kind of secure medical not medicinal is the
- 12:41Speaker 4: way I would put it, and less like Ethereal ethereal
- 12:46Speaker 4: and where like forty five minutes from my place.
- 12:50Speaker 5: It was not far.
- 12:50Speaker 4: But was it like a home I had to spend
- 12:53Speaker 4: the night. Yeah, it was like a camp, but like
- 12:57Speaker 4: but the the buildings, everyone had their own kind of
- 13:01Speaker 4: little room in a hut or whatever. And then that
- 13:05Speaker 4: was all and then we there was like a gap
- 13:08Speaker 4: clearing that we went to for the ceremony. Yeah, there
- 13:12Speaker 4: were like five other people there. It was pretty intimate.
- 13:15Speaker 5: So what are you like, what like right right now?
- 13:17Speaker 5: Like what are your takeaways? Like? Was it? Was it?
- 13:19Speaker 6: Well?
- 13:19Speaker 5: The big thing.
- 13:20Speaker 4: The big thing is that, like you have to have
- 13:22Speaker 4: a very clear intention of why you're doing it. Yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 4: and I, to be honest with you, I did not
- 13:28Speaker 4: have as clear of an intention. I expressed to them
- 13:32Speaker 4: what I was trying to sort of fix and understand
- 13:35Speaker 4: and what was that, which was just like this this
- 13:37Speaker 4: sense of self and like sense of purpose and meaning
- 13:40Speaker 4: in life, and like how can I live a more
- 13:42Speaker 4: fulfilling life? And what do I want for myself ultimately?
- 13:45Speaker 4: And is the pursuit of happiness like a just pursuit
- 13:48Speaker 4: or should it be a pursuit of contentment?
- 13:50Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 13:50Speaker 4: I had all kinds of questions and stuff and they
- 13:52Speaker 4: were helpful with that. But like, but when it came
- 13:55Speaker 4: time to actually go in and move the pieces of
- 13:58Speaker 4: my mind into play, which is kind of how they
- 14:01Speaker 4: describe it, Yeah, I was very nervous. I don't like hallucinating,
- 14:08Speaker 4: and I was you know, yeah, I was pretty scared,
- 14:13Speaker 4: and I don't think that was good. So we drank the.
- 14:18Speaker 5: What do you drink it out of? Like a shell?
- 14:20Speaker 4: It was in like a wooden cup with a ladle okay,
- 14:24Speaker 4: and I drank it.
- 14:27Speaker 6: It was horrible.
- 14:28Speaker 5: It was the most putrid.
- 14:29Speaker 6: It was so how much how many ounces?
- 14:32Speaker 5: Probably like eight ounces, So it took a while to
- 14:36Speaker 5: run it. I chucked it. Yeah, are you supposed to? Yeah,
- 14:39Speaker 5: they're like take it down. Taste like, do you have
- 14:41Speaker 5: any like like what does it taste like? Like mud?
- 14:46Speaker 4: Like imagine if you imagine if you sucked the sugary
- 14:49Speaker 4: coating off of advil and then had to like suck
- 14:52Speaker 4: a handful of advil the rest of the way. Oh,
- 14:56Speaker 4: it was really really bitter.
- 14:58Speaker 5: Oh, I see it, Okay, I know what you mean.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Yeah, you're like, I shouldn't be drinking this. Yeah, he's
- 15:02Speaker 4: very offensive to my taste buds. But then it took
- 15:08Speaker 4: like probably forty five minutes for me to really start
- 15:11Speaker 4: to feel the effects.
- 15:12Speaker 5: Oh wow, I thought it was like an instant no.
- 15:16Speaker 4: And then by the time that that was setting in,
- 15:19Speaker 4: I remember feeling pretty upset. I started to cry a
- 15:24Speaker 4: little bit, which was from what I don't know, it
- 15:27Speaker 4: just like this feeling I had. I had a lot
- 15:29Speaker 4: of guilt washing over me, and then.
- 15:33Speaker 6: Because of other stuff, because you were doing a nasty
- 15:35Speaker 6: and dirty drug.
- 15:39Speaker 4: I just sort of like had these flashbacks to moments
- 15:42Speaker 4: in my life where I've like gotten it wrong.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Yeah, you know what I mean, that's bad.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Yeah, And I was thinking a lot about my parents, and.
- 15:50Speaker 5: This is before it's kicked in, or it's thinking about
- 15:54Speaker 5: the parents. It's definitely kicked in. Its turn it off.
- 16:04Speaker 5: How do you fucking pronounce that?
- 16:09Speaker 4: But yeah, So then my stomach sort of started to
- 16:12Speaker 4: turn into knots and that was when the nausea began.
- 16:17Speaker 4: And they've got like a bucket there. They know you're
- 16:18Speaker 4: gonna throw up. Everybody throws yeah, yeah yeah.
- 16:23Speaker 6: Did this cost anything?
- 16:24Speaker 5: Yeah, a leg It wasn't your soul.
- 16:29Speaker 4: It wasn't as much as you would have thought.
- 16:31Speaker 6: Is it a thousand dollars?
- 16:32Speaker 5: It was two thousand bucks. Oh that's not terrible. No.
- 16:35Speaker 5: I thought I was gonna be like I honestly thought
- 16:36Speaker 5: it was gonna be like thirty.
- 16:37Speaker 4: I only went for one night. I think some people
- 16:38Speaker 4: go for longer. Some people will go and like do
- 16:41Speaker 4: I think I think they'll do multiple ceremonies.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And is there like something that they like tell you
- 16:45Speaker 1: to focus on, like do they put on all of
- 16:46Speaker 1: them with three stooges or like the Lion King live
- 16:50Speaker 1: action or I mean.
- 16:52Speaker 4: They tell you to like pinpoint the the stress points
- 16:55Speaker 4: in your life. And like for me specifically, they were like,
- 16:58Speaker 4: all right, I want you to think about your your
- 17:01Speaker 4: ego and sort of has this like creature inside of you,
- 17:05Speaker 4: and yeah, you know there's a there's a way to
- 17:08Speaker 4: make it healthy and there's a way that it can
- 17:10Speaker 4: work against you, and you want to try to like
- 17:12Speaker 4: push towards the healthy side of things and understand that
- 17:16Speaker 4: like a confident sense of self and a healthy sense
- 17:18Speaker 4: of self that's also grounded is vital to like living
- 17:21Speaker 4: a balanced life. Yeah, and so sort of like that lasted.
- 17:26Speaker 4: That lasted for probably an hour, and then I sort
- 17:31Speaker 4: of started gently to like come back to I didn't
- 17:33Speaker 4: see like tunnels and lights and ships.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Oh wait, so that was it. That was like the peak.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Well that after I threw up, it was like an
- 17:41Speaker 4: hour of just being upset.
- 17:43Speaker 5: So like, are you like like no, like I get that.
- 17:46Speaker 5: So like, are you are you're with five other people
- 17:50Speaker 5: or four other people? And then assuming like staff, yeah,
- 17:53Speaker 5: I also watching them throw them. No, so everyone's like
- 17:58Speaker 5: everyone's kind of like staring into the woods and they're.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Yeah, people are just like and then and then there
- 18:03Speaker 4: was like a couple there and they were like hugging
- 18:05Speaker 4: each other and comforting each other, and I was like,
- 18:08Speaker 4: I'm alone.
- 18:09Speaker 5: Yeah, you should have been like, can we get them
- 18:11Speaker 5: at get them a room or something. No one wants
- 18:14Speaker 5: to see that people throw.
- 18:15Speaker 6: Up either, that's like watching the demon leave someone. Yeah,
- 18:18Speaker 6: that's dark.
- 18:18Speaker 5: It wasn't great, but up.
- 18:23Speaker 4: One thing that was cool. One thing that was cool
- 18:25Speaker 4: was that they were talking about like people in my
- 18:27Speaker 4: life that mattered to me and how like my treatment
- 18:30Speaker 4: of them and my relationship with them and uh sort
- 18:34Speaker 4: of how I can like how does my ego approach
- 18:36Speaker 4: those relationships and stuff like that. And when I was leaving,
- 18:41Speaker 4: they gave us these like I don't know, these like
- 18:45Speaker 4: small vessels in which you can like basically it's meant
- 18:50Speaker 4: to like take you away from you know, having relationships
- 18:55Speaker 4: for the wrong reasons, and you can it's symbolic and
- 18:59Speaker 4: like it to be honest with you I was a
- 19:00Speaker 4: little fucked up when they were explaining it's just all
- 19:04Speaker 4: none of the thing, nothing was working that well. I
- 19:06Speaker 4: was pretty numb and like loopy. But uh, I thought
- 19:10Speaker 4: I would give them to you guys because I spent
- 19:13Speaker 4: so much time talking to you guys, and I just
- 19:17Speaker 4: thought that this would be a cool gift.
- 19:19Speaker 6: For such a cool gift.
- 19:20Speaker 5: I feel like it's gonna be something where like it's
- 19:23Speaker 5: gonna start going wrong in my apartment and it's all
- 19:25Speaker 5: pointing back to the fucking vessel.
- 19:27Speaker 4: I mean, I would consider I would consider trying it.
- 19:31Speaker 4: So yeah, so close your eyes.
- 19:32Speaker 5: Like, why is it vibrating in the closet?
- 19:34Speaker 4: Close your eyes and put your hands out.
- 19:36Speaker 6: Why do I hear tribes sing?
- 19:40Speaker 4: Okay, so those are go ahead, let's open your eyes.
- 19:43Speaker 6: Oh hell yeah, you didn't try iwash cat all. What
- 19:55Speaker 6: is this?
- 19:58Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 20:00Speaker 6: Alta play? I knew it so full of ship.
- 20:03Speaker 4: That is the toilet kit they give you in Delta one.
- 20:06Speaker 4: I'm so I thought that was all. Yeah, what I forgot?
- 20:10Speaker 4: That's crazy blew across the country on Delta Yeah, he
- 20:15Speaker 4: did fly across. I always make that, Missie.
- 20:19Speaker 1: You actually had golf with Lebron and Shane, I'm gonna
- 20:21Speaker 1: be pissed.
- 20:22Speaker 6: You know.
- 20:22Speaker 5: It's really how dumb I am.
- 20:24Speaker 4: I really thought it was ayahuasca that I did this weekend,
- 20:27Speaker 4: but you handle the San Francisco.
- 20:30Speaker 5: When you handed us these, I didn't even think, like
- 20:32Speaker 5: I knew it was the Delta thing. But I was like, oh,
- 20:34Speaker 5: it wasn't. He didn't do ayahuasca upstate. He went somewhere else,
- 20:38Speaker 5: like that's where I was. I still thought you did ayahuasca. Yeah,
- 20:44Speaker 5: my fault, guys, I really, I really, well, now you
- 20:47Speaker 5: have to do Iahwaska. I totally.
- 20:50Speaker 6: Because I bought into.
- 20:52Speaker 5: I was so bought in I was ready to talk
- 20:53Speaker 5: about that for the whole episode. Yeah, it's just I
- 20:56Speaker 5: don't know, it's all blur these.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Days, and I was about to start asking the most
- 21:00Speaker 1: specific questions about what type of material you sat on
- 21:03Speaker 1: and shit like that.
- 21:04Speaker 5: Yeah, my fault. I hate to be that guy too,
- 21:06Speaker 5: but this is Mint. Would put this to shame. Oh
- 21:11Speaker 5: come on, now, come on.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Those were made by the hands of children in the
- 21:16Speaker 4: Ayahuasca community.
- 21:17Speaker 6: Yeah, and the Massoni province.
- 21:20Speaker 5: In Mint, they give you over ear headphones with a
- 21:24Speaker 5: case to keep. Now they collect them.
- 21:26Speaker 4: They do that in Delta one. What are you talking about.
- 21:29Speaker 5: You're not a mint guy.
- 21:31Speaker 4: No, I'm not.
- 21:32Speaker 6: You haven't phoned Delta one. That's what that's shown about you.
- 21:34Speaker 5: I've flown Delta one twice.
- 21:36Speaker 4: Actually I had to get I went both ways Delta one,
- 21:39Speaker 4: so I got one. I kept one on the way
- 21:41Speaker 4: and then got the return as well.
- 21:43Speaker 6: So you didn't grab another one's unused return.
- 21:45Speaker 1: No, some people have to hit me with that before
- 21:48Speaker 1: they're like, hey, can I have your Can I have
- 21:49Speaker 1: your kit?
- 21:50Speaker 5: Wow?
- 21:51Speaker 6: That's not that.
- 21:53Speaker 5: I'm pissed, what so mad that you didn't do Iowa?
- 22:00Speaker 5: I really enjoying that story. I am. I was too,
- 22:03Speaker 5: to be honest.
- 22:04Speaker 6: Can we just live in the reality that you did
- 22:06Speaker 6: Iahwuasca and just talk about that?
- 22:08Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 22:08Speaker 4: I mean I feel like I basically described for you
- 22:13Speaker 4: why I would go and what I would hope. Yeah,
- 22:18Speaker 4: and so are you gonna get all of that was
- 22:20Speaker 4: just a ploy to hand you a Delta one toilet kit.
- 22:23Speaker 5: It's all good. I needed the sleep mask anyway.
- 22:25Speaker 6: Well, I know you'd considered do an aohwask at one point.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Yeah, but then I just went on regular prescription anti
- 22:32Speaker 4: depends and they worked.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Johnson and Johnson actually has an eyahwatch of their ownlexapro exactly.
- 22:42Speaker 5: Wow, we might have to do it.
- 22:45Speaker 6: The cliploaded with follow up questions questions.
- 22:49Speaker 5: I was getting a little suspicious. I was getting a
- 22:51Speaker 5: little supicious because I feel like he was like, you
- 22:55Speaker 5: talked about the throwing up, and then you were like
- 22:56Speaker 5: and then it kind of and I was like, I
- 22:58Speaker 5: feel like that's when it's supposed to up to like
- 23:00Speaker 5: the next you were like, I didn't see anything.
- 23:02Speaker 4: You guys are probably accustomed to me telling like you
- 23:05Speaker 4: were like, that's what we got the whole episode.
- 23:07Speaker 5: Oh totally were we got it? Yeah, Yeah, this is
- 23:10Speaker 5: gonna be. I already already checked out in my head.
- 23:13Speaker 5: I was done, and I.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Was like and I was like, Man, if the ayahuasca
- 23:16Speaker 4: taught me anything, it's that I need to tell stories
- 23:18Speaker 4: more quickly and also especially if they're not true at all.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Is like a seventeen hour, like it's a long I
- 23:28Speaker 1: think it's No, I don't think long.
- 23:31Speaker 5: I think it's pretty quick, but I think it is
- 23:34Speaker 5: like very intense.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I feel like people would be people would appreciate it
- 23:38Speaker 1: if we got to the bottom of this. How long
- 23:39Speaker 1: does an ayahuasca trip.
- 23:40Speaker 5: They say that when you're throwing up, it's called like
- 23:42Speaker 5: they call it person Yeah, and you're like getting rid
- 23:45Speaker 5: of You're like expelling like the demons from your body,
- 23:49Speaker 5: and it's like an aggressive throw up. Did you look
- 23:52Speaker 5: into it though? Like that seems like there had to
- 23:54Speaker 5: have been some truth there. I mean, i've that place
- 23:57Speaker 5: exists for there is one up there.
- 24:00Speaker 4: I didn't research much about any of it. All I
- 24:03Speaker 4: really know is that I've watched I watched like the
- 24:05Speaker 4: Aaron Rodgers documentary.
- 24:07Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I forgot he went to do it. You
- 24:09Speaker 5: got the fucking paint all over his face.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Yeah, And all the other people are like Aaron. They're
- 24:15Speaker 4: like hugging him and he's like singing, and it's like, yo,
- 24:18Speaker 4: NFL MVP, multiple time MVP monster. Aaron Rodgers is among
- 24:25Speaker 4: us gypsies, as we fucking.
- 24:27Speaker 5: That would be tough. That probably like fucks with your eye,
- 24:29Speaker 5: Like you come back from your ayahuasca trip and you're like,
- 24:32Speaker 5: I guess I'm just like a huge Packers fan. Now
- 24:37Speaker 5: I'm really sure what what I got from that.
- 24:40Speaker 1: And he's like hugging these hairy armpit women and their
- 24:44Speaker 1: hairs like locking up like when two rams catch home
- 24:47Speaker 1: with each other. They're just like stuck like two face
- 24:49Speaker 1: masksuck fucking brutal. Yeah, twenty to sixty minutes is the onset.
- 24:56Speaker 1: One to two hours is the peak, and then the
- 24:57Speaker 1: come downs four to six hours.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Well, I kind of nailed, I said forty five minutes
- 25:01Speaker 4: in and then I was like, it was an hour of peaking.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Four to six hour come down for an hour of
- 25:08Speaker 5: peaking is pretty brutal. Yeah, I don't. I'm afraid of it.
- 25:15Speaker 6: I bought that you.
- 25:17Speaker 1: I kind of bought it that, like, it didn't really
- 25:19Speaker 1: take for you because you said it was mostly DMT
- 25:21Speaker 1: And I tried to do DMT one time.
- 25:24Speaker 6: And I but I smoked it. It's like a powder.
- 25:26Speaker 6: And she was like, that's like being doing That's how.
- 25:29Speaker 5: You're supposed to do it. You're supposed to vaporize it.
- 25:31Speaker 6: Yeah, but that's like smoking crack, like you're smoking a powder.
- 25:34Speaker 5: Well you're not. But I don't think anyone snorts DMT,
- 25:37Speaker 5: do they?
- 25:38Speaker 6: I don't know. I know people have it in like
- 25:39Speaker 6: weed pens. Now, it didn't.
- 25:41Speaker 1: It didn't really do much for me, and a lot
- 25:43Speaker 1: of people are like, oh, you didn't break through. I
- 25:46Speaker 1: saw like hiroglyphs, but like.
- 25:48Speaker 5: That, don't you just do it tonight? Get one of
- 25:49Speaker 5: those pens kids, go to bed.
- 25:52Speaker 6: Yeah, hit the deemsters. I got four to six hours
- 25:56Speaker 6: to kill.
- 25:56Speaker 5: Hit the d mt yard.
- 26:01Speaker 6: Damn. I wanted you to have done it so bad.
- 26:03Speaker 4: Maybe I'll go do it. Maybe I'll go do it now.
- 26:06Speaker 5: Uh.
- 26:07Speaker 4: Now that I enjoyed telling.
- 26:08Speaker 5: I was, I was like, I I like you, didn't
- 26:13Speaker 5: you see that? You seemed the exact same, And I
- 26:15Speaker 5: was like, I feel like something like you would be
- 26:18Speaker 5: definitely be a little different if you did it.
- 26:20Speaker 6: You'd come back like Indian. I wonder like, yeah, in
- 26:23Speaker 6: the middle of the four Yeah.
- 26:25Speaker 4: Just come back wearing a fucking srong leather, leather, like
- 26:30Speaker 4: you would be minimalists. I sold all my clothes, yeah, barefoot.
- 26:35Speaker 4: I gave them away. I don't need anything. I haven't
- 26:38Speaker 4: eaten in three days.
- 26:41Speaker 5: You come in barefoot, with just all of your belongings.
- 26:44Speaker 6: Sitting cross legged, looking like Rick rubin beard grown out.
- 26:49Speaker 5: I see that you're wearing the shoes of the Colonizer.
- 26:53Speaker 5: Uh yeah, I uh no. I went to San Francisco
- 26:56Speaker 5: for the weekend. Why did you go to San fran
- 26:59Speaker 5: that's even weird.
- 27:05Speaker 6: Once did you stay at the one out there? I
- 27:07Speaker 6: know that's your hotel now.
- 27:09Speaker 4: I stayed at the Four Seasons, which was sick. It
- 27:12Speaker 4: was pretty good, were you No, I had to go
- 27:15Speaker 4: shoot something?
- 27:16Speaker 6: Oh business? Yeah, not pleasure, No pleasure at all.
- 27:21Speaker 5: There was some pleasure. I played a golf club out there,
- 27:25Speaker 5: so we were right.

- 28:17Speaker 4: you came in, you said, what do you guys think
- 28:19Speaker 4: I did this weekend?
- 28:20Speaker 6: And I'm pretty sure?
- 28:20Speaker 5: I said, I'm pretty sure you golfed in San Francisco.
- 28:24Speaker 5: You didn't say San Francis. Now I'm kidding.
- 28:26Speaker 6: He's in the Bay Area area. It doesn't count to
- 28:30Speaker 6: be more specific. Can you tell us about the shoot
- 28:34Speaker 6: or that is that it was?
- 28:36Speaker 5: It was a thing for Chase. It'll come out on
- 28:38Speaker 5: my Chase Scott. You going worldwide? Yeah, baby, you know it.
- 28:44Speaker 1: You know Damn flew to San fran for Chase. Hit
- 28:48Speaker 1: the hit the links. I know you hit some nice restaurants,
- 28:52Speaker 1: and I know you linked with somebody.
- 28:54Speaker 5: I did go to a cool restaurant. It was called
- 28:56Speaker 5: State Bird Provisions. It was cool.
- 28:58Speaker 4: It's like this him some version of American food.
- 29:03Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 29:03Speaker 4: It was a little too chaotic, to be honest with you.
- 29:05Speaker 4: They bring around these trays that have like this. It
- 29:08Speaker 4: has like a sign that says like six dollars. Oh,
- 29:12Speaker 4: and it's these like specific types of oysters or you know,
- 29:16Speaker 4: civice type thing, but they're coming the whole time, so
- 29:19Speaker 4: you don't know.
- 29:20Speaker 5: Really.
- 29:20Speaker 4: In the beginning, you're like, yeah, we'll take that, we'll
- 29:22Speaker 4: take that, we'll take that. Halfway through you're like, I
- 29:26Speaker 4: would have passed on a few of those. Yeah, if
- 29:29Speaker 4: I done this was coming now. I'm not that hungry
- 29:31Speaker 4: and I've only eaten like bread heavy things.
- 29:33Speaker 5: What is that like the Chinese dim sum? Like you said, oh,
- 29:38Speaker 5: that's what you did was dim sum? No, it is,
- 29:43Speaker 5: it's exactly you serious. I met a moment that completely.
- 29:46Speaker 5: I was something about the ayahuasca. I did ayahuasca this weekend.
- 29:52Speaker 5: I was waiting for you to wrap up talk about
- 29:56Speaker 5: my experience.
- 29:57Speaker 1: People do act like that as a proprietary the dim
- 29:59Speaker 1: sum exper sperience is proprietary. But I saw Italian restaurant
- 30:03Speaker 1: this weekend where people do that. They're like, you'll love
- 30:05Speaker 1: this little Italian restaurant where they come out with like
- 30:07Speaker 1: plates of spaghetti. Brazilian steakhouses do the same thing.
- 30:11Speaker 5: The Brazilian I went to a Brazilian steakhouse and that
- 30:13Speaker 5: fucked me so bad because they bring out the best
- 30:16Speaker 5: cut of the steak last and you're like, well, I
- 30:19Speaker 5: just had fucking skirt steak like I was. It's just
- 30:23Speaker 5: hammering back chicken thigh.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Dude, I cannot and what a Brazilian steakhouse does to
- 30:30Speaker 4: your stomach?
- 30:32Speaker 6: Yeah, you're shooting it an anaconda.
- 30:35Speaker 5: My stomach's so fucked up, it's like not even like
- 30:38Speaker 5: it's actually like unacceptable at this point.
- 30:40Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, but you know why, and you don't choose
- 30:44Speaker 4: to do anything about it. Well, why, well, isn't the
- 30:48Speaker 4: vaping really bad for it?
- 30:50Speaker 5: I quit vaping, did you I've quit vaping like a
- 30:53Speaker 5: thousand times. No, yes, but no, I actually have quit.
- 30:56Speaker 5: I used the pouches now, fantastic. The vaping one hundred pucks.
- 31:02Speaker 5: My stomach up. Also, so does weed, which I'm I'm
- 31:05Speaker 5: I'm taking a break from the off the fog? Yeah,
- 31:08Speaker 5: how long has it been a day?
- 31:11Speaker 6: Oh wow, so you're committed.
- 31:13Speaker 5: I'm I'm in deep.
- 31:14Speaker 4: I think you told us yesterday you were off the fog,
- 31:16Speaker 4: and so if you're saying it's been a day.
- 31:18Speaker 5: When did I tell you guys yesterday? I told you
- 31:19Speaker 5: this morning? Is that what it was? Yeah?
- 31:22Speaker 6: Yeah, oh okay, Yeah, how does it feel you feel fresh,
- 31:28Speaker 6: No feel awful, but I feel the exact same.
- 31:30Speaker 5: I feel fine. I'll be fine. I just gotta like,
- 31:34Speaker 5: I gotta give the brain a reset, you know, you
- 31:36Speaker 5: know it's great. I'm not reaching my full potential right now. Ayahuasca,
- 31:40Speaker 5: get him.
- 31:40Speaker 6: In theasca, get him a fat couples.
- 31:43Speaker 5: Honestly, not a bad idea. The thing is, I'll just then,
- 31:45Speaker 5: I'll just I'll just start doing ayahuasca every day. That's
- 31:49Speaker 5: how I wind down at night, got in a sippy cup. Yeah,
- 31:54Speaker 5: and then I'll come in on Monday. I'll like, my
- 31:56Speaker 5: stomach's fought, bro. I don't know what's going on. Must
- 31:59Speaker 5: be a bad batch. Last night I had diarrhea, because
- 32:03Speaker 5: usually it's just the throwing up, but now I'm getting
- 32:07Speaker 5: I'm getting diarrhea on top of it.
- 32:09Speaker 6: I think that is that was gonna be.
- 32:10Speaker 1: One of my first questions is that people do ship
- 32:12Speaker 1: themselves off of it, off the WASKI.
- 32:14Speaker 5: I mean, that's got to just cut right through you
- 32:17Speaker 5: straight to the ass. Yeah, that would be like not
- 32:20Speaker 5: like if you were to do it and you were
- 32:22Speaker 5: only to ship and not throw up. I would do
- 32:24Speaker 5: it just to get the shit out. Yeah, it's a
- 32:28Speaker 5: natural axative.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Severe nause vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, and increased heart rate and
- 32:35Speaker 1: blood pressure.
- 32:36Speaker 5: Yeah that sounds like hell yeah.
- 32:39Speaker 6: Just to get a little high. Just hit the pen.
- 32:43Speaker 5: The pen.
- 32:44Speaker 6: The pen is the devil well, the DMT pen.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Yeah, true, people have DMT pens, the deemsters, nothing like.
- 32:51Speaker 5: I see that on like Twitter all the time.
- 32:53Speaker 6: The DMT pen.
- 32:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Or the uh nasal spray full of ketamine.
- 33:01Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I've heard about that as well. I heard
- 33:04Speaker 5: Lawan has one of those.
- 33:05Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah one, oh yeah, I've seen that before. Someone
- 33:09Speaker 4: had that in a wedding. I went to Lawan and
- 33:12Speaker 4: someone I knew took it and didn't really know what
- 33:14Speaker 4: it was. Yeah, and then that person ended up getting
- 33:19Speaker 4: very sick from it.
- 33:20Speaker 5: All Right, enough, I can't do anything about it.
- 33:22Speaker 4: Enough enough already, it's performative, you are.
- 33:27Speaker 5: Yeah, come on, bro, I've been sick since I got
- 33:30Speaker 5: back from Vegas. Just a little head cold.
- 33:33Speaker 6: Breathe that way there, I'm trying, sorry, breathe a different way.
- 33:37Speaker 5: Maybe I'll just go home.
- 33:40Speaker 6: It looks like it feels like more like allergies though.
- 33:43Speaker 5: Yeah, it's been a The sneezing is unbearable.
- 33:47Speaker 6: What's the fallout with the Vegas stuff? I saw the
- 33:49Speaker 6: Dave wants you to live in a house.
- 33:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't really know, Like I don't even know
- 33:53Speaker 5: how that's possible. I live in New York City and
- 33:56Speaker 5: I do a podcast in New York City. Yeah, Like
- 34:02Speaker 5: I mean, I don't really know we have I haven't
- 34:03Speaker 5: talked to Dave about it. I know Jerry talked to
- 34:06Speaker 5: him a little bit about it. I think Dave thinks,
- 34:08Speaker 5: like he sees the only way of it, like really
- 34:10Speaker 5: working is with a content house, which is a great idea.
- 34:12Speaker 5: Like we we thought about that, like we want the
- 34:15Speaker 5: players to be together regardless. But Dave obviously had me
- 34:18Speaker 5: and Jerry have to live in the house full time.
- 34:21Speaker 5: Jerry's got a family, two kids. Yeah, he basically gave
- 34:24Speaker 5: you an ultimatum that he knew you couldn't. Yeah, exceed too.
- 34:29Speaker 5: But I'm hoping that there's some sort of in between
- 34:33Speaker 5: that we can work out, you know, like where we
- 34:35Speaker 5: maybe like I don't live in Chicago full time, but
- 34:38Speaker 5: like maybe if we have a tournament, like I was saying,
- 34:40Speaker 5: like I think if we have a content house, I
- 34:43Speaker 5: think that completely removes the need for us to go
- 34:45Speaker 5: to the tournaments in person, Like, obviously we want to
- 34:49Speaker 5: go to the tournaments, but if we're getting all the
- 34:51Speaker 5: in person content out of the way in Chicago.
- 34:54Speaker 6: Now I need you to sneeze again, because your nose.
- 34:57Speaker 5: It's not gonna it's not gonna get It's gonna be
- 34:59Speaker 5: like this for the rest of the day. One more
- 35:01Speaker 5: sneeze to get his allergies. I don't know what it is.
- 35:04Speaker 1: If there's anything in your ayahuasca kit, take a little
- 35:06Speaker 1: look there that might use the socks to blow your nose.
- 35:10Speaker 5: Eastern medicine.
- 35:11Speaker 6: You start blowing your nose into that uh, that compression
- 35:15Speaker 6: sock that they have in there.
- 35:16Speaker 5: Put the earplugs in your nostrils. That's actually a good idea.
- 35:21Speaker 1: I think that Dave did the It is a pro
- 35:24Speaker 1: move when someone asks you for advice and you just
- 35:28Speaker 1: give them something that's impossible to do.
- 35:30Speaker 6: Yeah, and so it's like, yeah.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Come back to me when like you can run a
- 35:33Speaker 1: four to two forty Yeah bets preuss five hundred pounds.
- 35:36Speaker 5: Yeah, now he knew, he knows it's impossible. But if
- 35:39Speaker 5: there's a world where we do where we are able
- 35:40Speaker 5: to get like a house for the guys I think
- 35:43Speaker 5: that would be sick. I think that would be awesome
- 35:44Speaker 5: for like the online tournament's.
- 35:46Speaker 4: It's so funny to me that, like that's how you
- 35:49Speaker 4: hear what he said.
- 35:51Speaker 5: Well, he suggested it, but he did it only to
- 35:55Speaker 5: have Well there there was a day between suggesting the
- 36:00Speaker 5: content house and then the ultimatum. You just got to
- 36:03Speaker 5: get him back in the mood of before the ultimatum.
- 36:06Speaker 4: I'm telling you, I don't think Dave's gonna put He's
- 36:09Speaker 4: not gonna buy or rent a house for four but.
- 36:13Speaker 5: It would if you think about it. Gaming. But if
- 36:17Speaker 5: you think about it, four bums, if you think about it,
- 36:20Speaker 5: it would be cheaper than us going to the tournaments
- 36:24Speaker 5: for those budget conversations that everyone's dying to hear about.
- 36:28Speaker 4: Here, Dave, we're gonna save you money.
- 36:31Speaker 5: There's no good way to frame it buy a house
- 36:34Speaker 5: for There's no good way to frame any conversation where
- 36:37Speaker 5: you have to ask for money due the thing is
- 36:40Speaker 5: always mad.
- 36:40Speaker 4: Even if those guys lived in a house together, they
- 36:43Speaker 4: still wouldn't talk to each other.
- 36:44Speaker 5: No, they would, They definitely would, and they would blow
- 36:46Speaker 5: up all that. They would get in fights all the time,
- 36:48Speaker 5: and it would be good content. But I don't know.
- 36:51Speaker 5: I'm I'm uh, we'll figure that out.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Do you know any other brands at Barstool that have
- 36:55Speaker 1: like not only like one content or not only one
- 36:59Speaker 1: budget meeting, like dozens of budget meetings.
- 37:02Speaker 4: I've never seen anything like this phenomenon in my life.
- 37:06Speaker 4: I've I've never seen such a physical manifestation of mountain
- 37:10Speaker 4: out of a mole hill.
- 37:11Speaker 5: It's just it just doesn't stop.
- 37:13Speaker 1: They're like creating bureaucracy in real time. You're like create
- 37:17Speaker 1: put in like middlemen, You're like creating like it's pretty.
- 37:21Speaker 6: It's just it's just nuts to watch.
- 37:22Speaker 5: Well, there's just a lot of shit that they that
- 37:24Speaker 5: we have to do, Like I don't I don't think,
- 37:27Speaker 5: I don't know, I don't know. The only other brand
- 37:29Speaker 5: that I've been a part of from the ground up
- 37:32Speaker 5: is this one. But this brand, we didn't have any
- 37:35Speaker 5: meetings ever, and that's how I like it. But like,
- 37:38Speaker 5: I don't know if that's because we didn't have meetings
- 37:40Speaker 5: or if that's because the Barstool people in the in
- 37:43Speaker 5: the background were handling everything. Like I know, we I
- 37:47Speaker 5: know this brand has a budget, Like we have a
- 37:49Speaker 5: budget that we're allowed to use but like we didn't.
- 37:52Speaker 5: It's not like we all met and sat down and
- 37:54Speaker 5: like broke down the numbers and we're like, we should
- 37:57Speaker 5: be fine with I guess.
- 37:59Speaker 4: My guess is that one of the reasons we don't
- 38:01Speaker 4: end up having meetings is because we really don't use
- 38:04Speaker 4: any of our budget.
- 38:05Speaker 5: We're very yeah, it's a cost free show.
- 38:07Speaker 4: We don't really do that. I wouldn't say it's cost free,
- 38:10Speaker 4: but I mean it's damn near. Again, we have three
- 38:14Speaker 4: brilliant producers, seven cameras, all these lights. That comes with
- 38:18Speaker 4: a cost.
- 38:19Speaker 5: Well, I know it comes with the cost of us
- 38:20Speaker 5: being employed from barstool, but there's no like extra cost.
- 38:24Speaker 5: Like this is all of our jobs.
- 38:26Speaker 6: What was up with that discord manager fucking talking shit
- 38:28Speaker 6: on mooke?
- 38:29Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I mean that's that goes back months.
- 38:32Speaker 6: What's that all about?
- 38:34Speaker 5: I mean, it's not really my thing to see this.
- 38:38Speaker 6: This dude in Austin.
- 38:39Speaker 1: We're basically like, how can we get fucking how can
- 38:41Speaker 1: we get Mouke out of here?
- 38:42Speaker 5: This was the end of This was the end of
- 38:44Speaker 5: the relationship with Austin, though this is like what sparked
- 38:47Speaker 5: the whole.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Thing, and he's and Austin was like we I would,
- 38:50Speaker 1: but like you just you don't understand the power of
- 38:52Speaker 1: friendship him as asas our friends.
- 38:53Speaker 6: So I can't get rid of him.
- 38:55Speaker 1: Wow, but I would put this, I'll put this discord
- 38:57Speaker 1: manager in tell you Ry Bush.
- 39:00Speaker 5: I could, But this is what This was the argument
- 39:02Speaker 5: that I had when I was saying that he will.
- 39:04Speaker 5: Does he know who that guy is? We all know
- 39:06Speaker 5: who he is. He's been working with us since the beginning.
- 39:08Speaker 5: Have you met yeah, my name multiple times? Oh, he
- 39:11Speaker 5: shows up, he comes to the events. Yeah, got it.
- 39:14Speaker 5: But like I don't know, I don't I don't really
- 39:17Speaker 5: got anything to say about him. Like he's fine. He
- 39:19Speaker 5: does his job well. He crossed every single line that
- 39:23Speaker 5: you could possibly imagine. That's not doing your job well.
- 39:27Speaker 5: Well he did Like he did do his job well.
- 39:29Speaker 5: Like he showed up every like when we won the
- 39:31Speaker 5: Major in uh in Atlanta, Like he was like getting
- 39:34Speaker 5: the players everything they needed, getting them waters, getting them food.
- 39:39Speaker 5: He's like he's keeping track of all like the statistics
- 39:42Speaker 5: and stuff, like letting them players know when they have
- 39:44Speaker 5: to play. Every he was doing everything. He was just
- 39:46Speaker 5: doing like all of like the little shit that no
- 39:48Speaker 5: one else wanted to do, and we were like we
- 39:50Speaker 5: loved him. We were gassing him up big time. We
- 39:52Speaker 5: were like we were like Phenom's a fucking superstar. Less
- 39:57Speaker 5: it's like discord name. And then I.
- 40:04Speaker 4: Didn't know if it was like he was Vietnamese and
- 40:06Speaker 4: it was.
- 40:08Speaker 5: No. And we have like very fun We have like
- 40:15Speaker 5: very funny clips of him, like yelling in the in
- 40:17Speaker 5: the when the when the players are playing, like they
- 40:20Speaker 5: when the when they're playing and they get to kill,
- 40:22Speaker 5: they yell out dead, like they scream like dead.
- 40:32Speaker 4: But it took me they in ayahuasca.
- 40:36Speaker 5: Yeah, So like we have funny clips of him yelling
- 40:38Speaker 5: out dead when the players are playing, like he's all
- 40:41Speaker 5: look painful, all passion, he's all passion. And then the
- 40:46Speaker 5: thing happened with Austin. He's he's d ming Austin saying
- 40:49Speaker 5: that he should have Mook's job obviously, like we're not
- 40:51Speaker 5: going to work with him. After that, the craziest thing
- 40:53Speaker 5: was like Austin siding like that was the whole thing
- 40:56Speaker 5: where I was saying, Remember, I don't know if you
- 40:58Speaker 5: remember last week when I was talking about it, and I
- 40:59Speaker 5: was like, Austin said, like he wants us to be
- 41:02Speaker 5: taking advice from like the fans, and that was who
- 41:07Speaker 5: he was referring.
- 41:08Speaker 4: Oh and that's not quite as uh. I don't know
- 41:13Speaker 4: how to put it. That's not as bad as I thought.
- 41:16Speaker 5: It was worse. It's worse. You. I don't think that.
- 41:18Speaker 5: I don't think you are grasping it. I can explain
- 41:20Speaker 5: it the I do grasp it.
- 41:22Speaker 4: You just saying that guy's praises and said that he's
- 41:25Speaker 4: a very intrinsic part of the whole operation. He shows up,
- 41:28Speaker 4: he knows.
- 41:29Speaker 5: There's a lot of people involved in Bush, and a
- 41:31Speaker 5: lot of them are very passionate and are very happy
- 41:35Speaker 5: to be doing this. That doesn't mean that they are
- 41:40Speaker 5: like I don't, I don't. I don't want to like
- 41:42Speaker 5: kill Phenom me here, but like Barstool's never going to
- 41:45Speaker 5: hire Phenom. He doesn't bring anything to the table that
- 41:48Speaker 5: barstool would hire, especially now after he publicly tried to
- 41:51Speaker 5: take Mook's job.
- 41:52Speaker 4: I think I meant that when you said that Austin
- 41:55Speaker 4: said you need to listen to the fans. I thought
- 41:57Speaker 4: he was referring to just like random people on Twitter.
- 42:00Speaker 5: He's not like that. He is so like Phenom's whole
- 42:02Speaker 5: thing is that he moderates this discord discord is very
- 42:06Speaker 5: similar to Reddit, where like it's like essentially it's like
- 42:10Speaker 5: one big group chat like you you all like it's
- 42:13Speaker 5: all a bunt. There's like we have like there's probably
- 42:15Speaker 5: like one hundred dudes in there every day that are
- 42:17Speaker 5: talking and shitting on us and talking about the bush,
- 42:20Speaker 5: which is whatever. That's what all of those things are for.
- 42:24Speaker 5: Phenom texted Muke a list of like suggestions from the discord,
- 42:30Speaker 5: and if you look at the discord, these people are
- 42:32Speaker 5: just ragged alling on us constantly, which again I don't care.
- 42:36Speaker 5: That's what that discord is for. That's what they're gonna
- 42:38Speaker 5: do with it. But that doesn't mean like we got
- 42:41Speaker 5: to be in there looking at their suggestions. No, no,
- 42:44Speaker 5: exactly and singing their praises. So Mouke responded to Phenom
- 42:49Speaker 5: and was like, I don't give a fuck what the
- 42:50Speaker 5: discord is, saying like I'm not we're not listening to
- 42:52Speaker 5: those guys. Very valid. If you read the discord ever,
- 42:57Speaker 5: you would understand that is an extremely valid response to that.
- 43:01Speaker 5: And then Phenom sent that to to Austin pretty much
- 43:05Speaker 5: saying like Mooke won't listen to any of our suggestions
- 43:07Speaker 5: like he's not doing a good job, et cetera, et cetera. Whatever,
- 43:11Speaker 5: crazy move by Phenom to try to publicly take Muke's job.
- 43:16Speaker 5: And then the craziest thing is that Austin sided with Phenom,
- 43:22Speaker 5: Like is that not fucking Like I get like barstool
- 43:26Speaker 5: is a place of like tough love and stuff, but
- 43:28Speaker 5: that's like you're you're you're literally going against an employee
- 43:32Speaker 5: of the company that you supposedly like stand for. Like
- 43:36Speaker 5: he's like this is all like like you know what
- 43:38Speaker 5: he talks to me gainst the conversations where he's like
- 43:40Speaker 5: he's like, Jerry's one of the one of the dumbest
- 43:41Speaker 5: guys we got. And it's like, well, if it's a
- 43:43Speaker 5: whole wee thing, like why are you publicly why are
- 43:47Speaker 5: you publicly talking shit about one of your employees to
- 43:53Speaker 5: a discord?
- 43:54Speaker 6: That's like if someone on like Reddit's like Kate should
- 43:57Speaker 6: be off.
- 43:57Speaker 5: The act and then and then in the response and
- 44:00Speaker 5: like yeah, like what the fuck is like even if
- 44:04Speaker 5: Austin hates Mook, that's not something you do. I wouldn't
- 44:07Speaker 5: like if me and you got an argument, I wouldn't
- 44:10Speaker 5: go on the Instagram. I want to be replying to
- 44:12Speaker 5: Instagram dms being like, yeah, Francis needs to fucking figure
- 44:15Speaker 5: his shit out. Like that's like talk to a fucking therapist.
- 44:20Speaker 5: That's not a conversation you have with a fan of barstool.
- 44:24Speaker 5: And I don't want to like, I know, if I said,
- 44:25Speaker 5: Phenom does a lot, but at the end of the day,
- 44:27Speaker 5: he's a fan of Barstool, like he's obsessed with Barstool,
- 44:33Speaker 5: Like it's crazy.
- 44:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I was just thinking, I don't know what I
- 44:41Speaker 4: was thinking. I think that I think that people in
- 44:46Speaker 4: these communities, they may make make it seem like what
- 44:52Speaker 4: they're sharing is fundamental truth.
- 44:55Speaker 5: Yeah, and if.
- 44:57Speaker 4: They were to allow and we do it here at
- 45:00Speaker 4: Barstool too, where it's like if you allow the truth
- 45:04Speaker 4: to actually seep in, which is that like none of
- 45:06Speaker 4: this is either necessarily correct, or that there are other
- 45:11Speaker 4: opinions out there, or that there are more important people
- 45:14Speaker 4: and things happening, then it punctures that bubble that you've
- 45:17Speaker 4: gave it. Yeah, so I don't really have a whole
- 45:22Speaker 4: lot else. I was trying to just get really philosophical.
- 45:25Speaker 6: Uh, it's nice.
- 45:26Speaker 1: I've been enjoying your philosophical takes I liked you you
- 45:29Speaker 1: even philosophically coming in being like ego and stuff like that.
- 45:32Speaker 4: Yeah, well that is something that I've been really struggling with.
- 45:35Speaker 4: In truth, if I were to go to an ayahuasca retreat,
- 45:39Speaker 4: I would be trying to do it for that reason.
- 45:42Speaker 1: You know who would be better at a ayahuasca retreat
- 45:45Speaker 1: than you?
- 45:46Speaker 6: Feno? Maybe Pheno will be better than all of us.
- 45:50Speaker 4: I'm not going with that guy. I stand with Mook.
- 45:54Speaker 6: We should just have Peno on the show.
- 45:56Speaker 5: Muky is my buddy. I like Mook a lot. I mean,
- 45:58Speaker 5: if you've met if you ever have met Mouke and
- 46:02Speaker 5: you've met Austin, and you've met Phenom, it's pretty easy
- 46:06Speaker 5: to walk away from this one and be like, yeah,
- 46:08Speaker 5: Mook's definitely the most say in person in this mm hmm. Yeah.
- 46:14Speaker 1: I just had to bring it up because I saw
- 46:15Speaker 1: who published the d MS between Phenom and Austin.
- 46:18Speaker 5: Because Penom did. He thought he posted them to the
- 46:22Speaker 5: Discord thinking it was gonna like, uh like bail him out,
- 46:25Speaker 5: and then like because he like pretty much runs the
- 46:27Speaker 5: Discord like they look at him like he's god dude.
- 46:30Speaker 4: The whole time you were talking, I was just thinking
- 46:32Speaker 4: about how my ayahuasca healer would have coached me through
- 46:37Speaker 4: that situation. I like it was it's like the Louis bit,
- 46:42Speaker 4: where like I literally imagined that I had done it,
- 46:44Speaker 4: and I was like, how did you tell me? How
- 46:48Speaker 4: did mother counsel me through these moments?
- 46:54Speaker 1: Those trips are hard because, like I was, I'm empathizing
- 46:57Speaker 1: with you as if you had done it as well,
- 46:59Speaker 1: because you seek this like greater meaning and then maybe
- 47:03Speaker 1: we'll get a shred of truth and then you like
- 47:05Speaker 1: try to hold on to it so tight, and then
- 47:06Speaker 1: you wake up the next day you're like, wait, what was.
- 47:08Speaker 6: It the most? The fucking universal truth that I learned
- 47:11Speaker 6: from that?
- 47:11Speaker 5: Feel like you just got to leave those like you're
- 47:13Speaker 5: leaving those places like and you're like, I just got
- 47:16Speaker 5: fucked up last night. It's all that happened.
- 47:18Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, people me.
- 47:20Speaker 5: No, you didn't do it. You ever Ton Hyahuaska, you're talking,
- 47:27Speaker 5: You're talking from the same thing as all of us.
- 47:29Speaker 4: Where do you think I got these stream catchers from that?
- 47:35Speaker 4: I think there is something. Everyone says it fundamentally rewires.
- 47:39Speaker 5: Because they don't want to admit they just paid two
- 47:40Speaker 5: thousand dollars to go get fuck you.
- 47:42Speaker 6: Made up the price, Like, no, you get it.
- 47:44Speaker 5: It's probably more. It's probably more ten thousand dollars to
- 47:47Speaker 5: get fucking retarded for thirty minutes and then leave and
- 47:52Speaker 5: be like, I feel like I'm a better person now.
- 47:54Speaker 6: I actually am actually better than I feel like.
- 47:56Speaker 5: I get it now. Yeah.
- 47:58Speaker 4: Well, I'll be honest with you. I didn't even do it,
- 48:00Speaker 4: and I had I didn't. Your story didn't bother me.
- 48:05Speaker 5: Like all of that.
- 48:06Speaker 4: I just I pictured it as like drops of water
- 48:09Speaker 4: rolling off to an infinite ocean that never rises above
- 48:14Speaker 4: my ankle bonds.
- 48:15Speaker 5: Yeah, you're right, I'm honestly. I I'm glad we ended
- 48:17Speaker 5: that story when we did, because.
- 48:19Speaker 4: I'm probably sick of tired talking about it.
- 48:21Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm a little sick of talking about it. I
- 48:22Speaker 5: feel like I got everything out that I wanted to
- 48:24Speaker 5: say last week.
- 48:24Speaker 4: I think that's fair. And you did a great job.
- 48:26Speaker 4: It was an all time episode, probably the best one
- 48:29Speaker 4: we've ever done.
- 48:30Speaker 5: Well, I don't know about that.
- 48:31Speaker 4: Let's put it this, okay, So that's the hardest I've
- 48:33Speaker 4: ever laughed at anything you've ever said.
- 48:36Speaker 6: And you're maybe professional comedian.
- 48:38Speaker 4: Maybe the hardest I've ever maybe the hardest, certainly the
- 48:40Speaker 4: hardest I think I've laughed on the podcast, and probably
- 48:44Speaker 4: the hardest I've laughed truly out loud in like five
- 48:47Speaker 4: to ten years.
- 48:49Speaker 5: I was.
- 48:50Speaker 4: I was in so much pain.
- 48:51Speaker 5: I think the hardest I've ever laughed on the podcast
- 48:53Speaker 5: is when we had war Mode on and and you
- 48:55Speaker 5: asked Billy if he was a flat earther, and he
- 48:57Speaker 5: was like, well, I'm not married to the globe.
- 49:05Speaker 4: Here's a funny little little segue. Okay, funny little thing.
- 49:10Speaker 4: When I was flying home yesterday, I you know, they
- 49:15Speaker 4: bring you the food in Delta one. Yeah, and I
- 49:19Speaker 4: had the chicken.
- 49:20Speaker 5: Fucking astronaut food. It was pretty solid. It was fine.
- 49:23Speaker 5: Two milligrams of sodium. Yeah, definitely, it's delicious. What are
- 49:28Speaker 5: you talking about?
- 49:28Speaker 6: Are you trying to disparage Delta all of a sudden.
- 49:31Speaker 5: I'm not.
- 49:31Speaker 6: I love you, just forget who you are.
- 49:33Speaker 5: I love Delta seats.
- 49:35Speaker 4: The one thing, the one thing you should not have
- 49:38Speaker 4: that they bring are those little shrimp.
- 49:40Speaker 5: Uh like poison. Those have never been Yeah, that is
- 49:45Speaker 5: I would not eat that. Those are shrimp.
- 49:51Speaker 4: Those are like yeah, maggots, Yeah, earthworms that have been
- 49:57Speaker 4: petrified into the shape of a hook. But they took
- 50:03Speaker 4: our food away. And I'm sitting next to a guy
- 50:05Speaker 4: who he's wearing like a cypress quartership, which is one
- 50:09Speaker 4: of the sickest golf clubs in the country.
- 50:11Speaker 5: So he's my age. You know you're going to talk well,
- 50:14Speaker 5: I was going to be talking.
- 50:16Speaker 4: On I had already talked to him a little bit,
- 50:17Speaker 4: and he's in the aisle and I'm into the left
- 50:20Speaker 4: of him. Yeah, And she comes by and she's got
- 50:26Speaker 4: she's got these like it was the dessert portion, and
- 50:29Speaker 4: it was you could either do like cheese and nuts,
- 50:33Speaker 4: or you could do this sort of like I guess
- 50:38Speaker 4: it was like a Tira mi soue bar right, And
- 50:41Speaker 4: I was like, I'll do the chocolate thing. She handed
- 50:43Speaker 4: it to me and she was like, I'll be right
- 50:45Speaker 4: back with your spoons. And I went, that's okay, I'll
- 50:50Speaker 4: just eat it with my hands, and she went what
- 50:55Speaker 4: And I then picked it up and it was so soft, really.
- 51:01Speaker 5: It was like I thought it was gonna be like
- 51:05Speaker 5: I thought it was like a brownie. And my fingers
- 51:09Speaker 5: just went right through the middle of it. And dude,
- 51:14Speaker 5: me and this dude started laughing.
- 51:17Speaker 4: So walking hard. I was so embarrassed. You just go
- 51:22Speaker 4: like try to pick it up and just have it all.
- 51:25Speaker 4: It's all over my hands and I went I thought
- 51:27Speaker 4: it was solid.
- 51:29Speaker 1: That's like picking up phone, like picking up a bubble bath.
- 51:34Speaker 5: Uh.
- 51:35Speaker 4: And I licked my fingers and I was like, I'll
- 51:37Speaker 4: take the spoon. She's like, I thought you might.
- 51:40Speaker 5: Damn, that's hilarious right through. Yeah, pinch through speaking of that,
- 51:46Speaker 5: or I guess kind of if we're just going we're
- 51:47Speaker 5: going to some loose transitions here. I watched The back
- 51:50Speaker 5: Rooms last night.
- 51:51Speaker 6: Okay, that's nothing to do with what francis.
- 51:53Speaker 5: Kind of have you seen it. They go through a wall,
- 51:56Speaker 5: they go through the wall, and it's very what's the
- 51:58Speaker 5: room straight through? No no crunch or breaking open. It's
- 52:03Speaker 5: probably one of the worst movies ever made. I thought
- 52:06Speaker 5: people love that bro That movie was fucking retarded and
- 52:11Speaker 5: it was one of those horror movies. It came out
- 52:12Speaker 5: right when Obsession came out, so it was very overshadowed
- 52:15Speaker 5: by Obsession, but like right when they both came out,
- 52:18Speaker 5: the talk of the town was like, oh, Obsession in
- 52:20Speaker 5: the back Rooms just came out, and then it slowly
- 52:23Speaker 5: became Obsessions in theaters, and then it was no one's talking.
- 52:27Speaker 6: About the Levy for the lead role of it.
- 52:30Speaker 5: Of Obsessions, not back Rooms, which actually is it does.
- 52:34Speaker 5: It's funny. That does make sense because it's it was
- 52:36Speaker 5: such like a low budget like indie film. It means
- 52:41Speaker 5: Lev's not getting auditions to be in fucking Marvel movies,
- 52:45Speaker 5: means will be paid in pizza. But child Lev, by
- 52:52Speaker 5: the way, great guy. No, I didn't throw them another bus.
- 52:56Speaker 5: You tried to make it that I threw him under you.
- 52:59Speaker 5: You tried to you try.
- 53:00Speaker 6: I would say that audition for a sick movie, but
- 53:03Speaker 6: you were.
- 53:04Speaker 5: The way that you said it was like that didn't
- 53:07Speaker 5: And then I justified Lev's comment and said it, actually, no,
- 53:10Speaker 5: that's true. He did get an audition for.
- 53:12Speaker 1: The better movie of the two, and I was trying
- 53:14Speaker 1: to big him up now, and then he.
- 53:15Speaker 5: Thought he got an audition for the worst one.
- 53:17Speaker 6: No, no, yeah, yeah, you're saying his dogs.
- 53:20Speaker 5: You said back Obsession was great.
- 53:22Speaker 6: I didn't watch either of them, so I know.
- 53:24Speaker 5: That it's not that good. But it's better than the
- 53:26Speaker 5: Back Rooms, that's for sure.
- 53:27Speaker 1: I just thought it was cool that Lev had an
- 53:29Speaker 1: audition for something. You're like, well he's not he's not
- 53:31Speaker 1: in marvel shape.
- 53:32Speaker 5: And now you were trying like what do you mean
- 53:34Speaker 5: an he wanted me to put him on the spot
- 53:35Speaker 5: and say nasty things about him, which I would never do.
- 53:38Speaker 6: You just intentionally voluntarily said nasty things.
- 53:41Speaker 5: I heard. I heard you were with my boy Pete
- 53:43Speaker 5: this weekend as well, Buddha Judge at the nicest, big guy,
- 53:50Speaker 5: hard to miss, tallest guy you've ever seen? Oh yeah,
- 53:53Speaker 5: yeah yeah, yeah.
- 53:55Speaker 6: The stand owns that.
- 53:56Speaker 5: Uh that spot?
- 53:57Speaker 6: Yeah that's spot.
- 53:58Speaker 4: Now where was it? Chelsea Musical Yeah? Oh cool.
- 54:01Speaker 6: How do you know they bought Chelsea Music.
- 54:02Speaker 5: Hall because we were looking at that as a venue
- 54:04Speaker 5: for me to potentially film something.
- 54:07Speaker 6: Really Yeah, it's a pretty cool venue. Ceilings are a
- 54:10Speaker 6: little low, yeah, is that what you came up with?
- 54:13Speaker 4: Uh? No, I may have done shows there before.
- 54:15Speaker 5: How was it? It depends ceilings are kind of low.
- 54:19Speaker 5: But that's what you want. You want low ceilings, That's
- 54:21Speaker 5: what I'm saying. Yeah, I also feel like the ceilings
- 54:23Speaker 5: aren't very low. No, I've done a couple of shows there.
- 54:28Speaker 5: It's fun. I mean it's a good club.
- 54:30Speaker 6: Yeah, great club.
- 54:31Speaker 5: It's I don't. I wouldn't say it's it's as good
- 54:33Speaker 5: as the stand like their mainly.
- 54:34Speaker 6: I wouldn't even call it a club.
- 54:36Speaker 5: Dude.
- 54:36Speaker 4: I'm in such a weird place right now mentally, Like
- 54:38Speaker 4: I literally was so convinced that I had done ayahuasca
- 54:42Speaker 4: that I'm now seeing all of this conversation as though
- 54:46Speaker 4: how I would react to.
- 54:49Speaker 5: Find out that you did do it and you just
- 54:51Speaker 5: kind of like got nervous and bailed halfway through that converse?
- 54:54Speaker 5: That would be awesome.
- 54:56Speaker 1: Did you hear Snoop Dogg's story about ayahuasca this week?
- 55:00Speaker 1: Basically said that he did ayahuasca one time and it
- 55:02Speaker 1: was a terrible experience and he thought he died for
- 55:04Speaker 1: fifteen minutes and literally was hovering over his body, watching
- 55:07Speaker 1: his body from like outside of it.
- 55:10Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm good on that, dude.
- 55:12Speaker 4: I met a couple guys out in San Francisco who
- 55:16Speaker 4: are part of their members of the Bohemian Grove.
- 55:19Speaker 5: Oh you know about that? Yeah? Yeah, that's pretty crazy.
- 55:22Speaker 5: Are they like that? So it's like it's not crazy? Yeah,
- 55:26Speaker 5: coming from three guys that are members of Bohemian Grove. Yeah,
- 55:30Speaker 5: since actually pretty laid back bro Bohemian grove.
- 55:34Speaker 6: They kids want to be there.
- 55:36Speaker 4: We were making we were making the joke. They were like,
- 55:38Speaker 4: if anything, it's gay. Yeah, it's just men going into
- 55:44Speaker 4: the woods and listening to folk musicians play the guitar
- 55:48Speaker 4: and talking a little bit with like the head of
- 55:52Speaker 4: the treasury about what interest rates are going to do
- 55:56Speaker 4: in the next year.
- 55:57Speaker 5: Yeah, interest rates are going to do. They're deciding if
- 56:01Speaker 5: we should invade Iran or not. I'll tell you why.
- 56:03Speaker 4: That's what's happening here. And I hope my dad wouldn't
- 56:05Speaker 4: mind saying that. My dad's been and he's the most
- 56:08Speaker 4: normal personal life. He's not out there burning children at
- 56:11Speaker 4: the fucking stake.
- 56:12Speaker 5: That's what do you think. I know, I.
- 56:15Speaker 6: Would never disparage your father.
- 56:16Speaker 5: I would hope. I'm not going to disparage your father either.
- 56:19Speaker 1: But it's like his dad, lev who won't you fucking
- 56:22Speaker 1: disparage this is you?
- 56:24Speaker 5: This is all you.
- 56:26Speaker 6: What did he say about it?
- 56:27Speaker 4: He said it was cool, Like, you know, you see
- 56:29Speaker 4: interesting people. There's really talented artists. There's like artists that
- 56:32Speaker 4: come and you know, tell stories or they play music
- 56:38Speaker 4: or whatever, and then other than that.
- 56:40Speaker 5: It's just like rich dudes. And but I thought all
- 56:44Speaker 5: that most of the history was from like more in
- 56:46Speaker 5: the past than it is now.
- 56:49Speaker 4: I mean, it's still pretty vibrant now, they go, it's
- 56:51Speaker 4: it's a certain number of weekends of the of the summer.
- 56:54Speaker 5: I tried to watch a documentary about it, and the
- 56:56Speaker 5: only one that was out there was maybe by Alex Jones. Yeah, exactly.
- 57:00Speaker 5: I think it's like him narrating the whole thing.
- 57:02Speaker 4: By the way, if you're still aligned on anything in
- 57:05Speaker 4: the world with Alex Jones, you need to kind of
- 57:09Speaker 4: go another way. I think he's been at this point
- 57:12Speaker 4: discredited at least compromise.
- 57:14Speaker 5: It's like he's been compromised for a minute since I
- 57:17Speaker 5: was real took over.
- 57:18Speaker 4: Sure, okay, Jesus Christ. Anyway, Well it's true.
- 57:22Speaker 5: I mean he had all these opinions and then all
- 57:23Speaker 5: of his opinions completely one aided.
- 57:26Speaker 1: What do you think that has anything to do with
- 57:27Speaker 1: that massive lawsuit that he lost where he has to
- 57:29Speaker 1: pay a billion dollars.
- 57:31Speaker 5: Yeah, he doesn't have money like that.
- 57:32Speaker 6: It doesn't have the catch.
- 57:32Speaker 5: I mean, he's a piece of shit. He's a bad guy.
- 57:34Speaker 6: He doesn't have the cash to freely think anymore.
- 57:37Speaker 5: He's a bad guy. But he's also compromised. Okay, that
- 57:39Speaker 5: twisted well either way.
- 57:41Speaker 4: My point is that at the Bohemian Grove that the
- 57:46Speaker 4: somehow conspiracy theory latched on found it, latched itself onto it,
- 57:51Speaker 4: and then these guys that I was hanging with were
- 57:53Speaker 4: normal and like one of them had gone recently. He
- 57:56Speaker 4: said that as he was driving out of it after
- 57:58Speaker 4: the weekend of like you know, camping and doing all
- 58:01Speaker 4: this fun stuff and getting fucked up, that like as
- 58:04Speaker 4: he drove out of the gates of the forest or whatever,
- 58:07Speaker 4: they were like forty fucking paparazzi slash conspiracy theorists, like
- 58:12Speaker 4: with their cameras desperately trying to get shots of whoever
- 58:15Speaker 4: was leaving.
- 58:16Speaker 5: Yeah, how pathetic. Imagine staking that out. I want to
- 58:23Speaker 5: be on your side here, but I'm having a hard time.
- 58:26Speaker 5: I'll be honest.
- 58:28Speaker 4: I guess my point is if you do assume that
- 58:31Speaker 4: there's nothing going on there, Yeah, that's pathetic.
- 58:35Speaker 5: If you assume there's nothing going on.
- 58:36Speaker 4: But that is my assumption because my dad went, yeah, yeah,
- 58:40Speaker 4: I mean, look, I don't think it's like it. Maybe
- 58:42Speaker 4: my dad's like we can't trust him. We're not gonna
- 58:45Speaker 4: show him where we fucking full at the.
- 58:48Speaker 5: Kids talk about him on his podcast. Yeah, his son's
- 58:51Speaker 5: got a big mouth.
- 58:55Speaker 4: It's like they showed him what North Korea shows tourists.
- 58:59Speaker 5: This is where we have our folkus songs. Will you
- 59:01Speaker 5: camp fires? Yeah? Would like? Yeah, I don't know. I
- 59:08Speaker 5: mean I don't again, I really don't know.
- 59:10Speaker 4: When the cops show up in uh, what's that movie
- 59:14Speaker 4: where they have the house party and it's the Project
- 59:17Speaker 4: Project X great movie and all the people are in
- 59:19Speaker 4: the back just quietly.
- 59:21Speaker 5: Yeah, have a good evening. Have you ever seen that
- 59:25Speaker 5: Friday beer sketch with where will Angus he like shows
- 59:29Speaker 5: up on the fourth of July? Yeah? I did, and
- 59:31Speaker 5: they're all hiding under the balcony. That was pretty I
- 59:36Speaker 5: don't know a lot about Bohemian Grove. I I I
- 59:38Speaker 5: heard about it, I think on a warm Ode episode
- 59:41Speaker 5: and then I tried to like look into it, and
- 59:43Speaker 5: then I couldn't really find anything. I would assume it's
- 59:45Speaker 5: probably there's probably nothing crazy happening there.
- 59:49Speaker 6: Correct, it's crazy not to if you think that there's
- 59:52Speaker 6: like pedophilia going on, to like wait by the gates
- 59:56Speaker 6: and try and grab a picture as.
- 59:57Speaker 5: Oh what are you doing? It, Like that's not helping.
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: You really think there's kids a couple of miles away
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: down in the woods that are you know, getting abused.
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: Yeah, it's got a closer shot.
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: Maybe let's let's let's fucking get photos of the perpetrators.
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: Are there any like notable like famous people that have
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: gone there? I mean, I know, like like presidents.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Like Ronald or no, like Richard Nixon or some ship.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: What am I thinking of Camp David? I know they
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: all went to Camp David, but there's like some singing
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: in the wood.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: Camp Isn't Camp David like a part of like the
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: government owns it. That's the presidential sort of retreat. I
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: think the idea there was like let's build a bohemian
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: grove just for the president.
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: Bohemian Grove East Coast.
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: If you're a pedophile, but don't like yeah, yeah, you're
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: not really for that long flight home. Imagine Camp David.
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: You just go to brochure for Camp David?
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: What a fuck? Can we can we look up celebrities
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: that have been to Bohemian.
- 1:01:00Speaker 6: Also, like are they paying the folk singers?
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: And also like I think that artists get some kind
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: of free membership, like you can be an artist member. Yeah,
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: perform every time there's an expectation that you will do,
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: you will present your art in some way.
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: So it's a corporate gig. Yeah.
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: Yeah, and they're getting them. They met, you must get paid.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: You should have honestly tried to get in on that.
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: Francis Well, I just have no idea.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: Really, I don't know much myself about what the point
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: of doing it is other than kind of making connections.
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: Jimmy Buffett, all right, it's good people there, and O'Brien
- 1:01:35Speaker 5: and Jimmy Buffett. Jimmy Buffett, I think this place might rule. Yeah, exactly.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: Imagine being out in the woods with your boys listening
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: to a live Jimmy Buffett concert. I knew.
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: Henry Kissinger went, I knew that.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: I mean it would be cool to like listen to
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: the world leaders and thought leaders tell you kind of
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: a little bit more of the inside scoop on what's
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: happening with you know, foreign policy, and I.
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: Don't know, going camping with Michael Bloomberg sounds like.
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: Ass Yeah, but I think that a lot of the
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: camps are much more like glampy. Yeah, I think you
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: can kind of really judge it up a little if
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: you go with the right people.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: You know who I think has a camp like that,
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: fucking Papa John. Oh No, no, not Papa John, Jimmy John.
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: Oh wait, is that it says Nixon, said longtime member
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: who famously referred to the camp in tapes as the
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: most faggy goddamn thing you can ever imagine.
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: And that's Nixon. That's Nixon saying it.
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: That's crat. I haven't heard that word in a w
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: faggy like an adjective.
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: Well, I mean that was probably sixty eight when he
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: said that. When did your dad go.
- 1:02:47Speaker 5: Once they stratified it? Yeah, once it wasn't yeah anymore.
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: Once my dad was like, okay, now we're good. So
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: does that mean that Nixon wasn't a fan of it
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: or was that like he's saying.
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: Singing ringing endorsement.
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: Yeah, he went all the time, but he thought it
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: was gay. And that's kind of what I said that starting. Yeah,
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: it just sounds sometimes guys gotta gotta hang out with guys.
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: In the woods. Yeah, come on, what are we talking about?
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: So they're like, boy scouts, where are we supposed to
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: hang out?
- 1:03:19Speaker 5: It can't all be on the golf course or at
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: the No, sometimes you gotta go. You gotta hit a creek.
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: Sometimes, yeah, you got to.
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: Get to a creek.
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: You can't discord.
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: Yeah, No, you gotta. You gotta touch grass like people
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: joke about it, but you really do.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: Yeah, you gotta smell earth, you gotta rub pine sap
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: on your fingers.
- 1:03:36Speaker 6: You gotta unite the clans too.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: And I even tell you guys about the moose that
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: we saw in Wyoming. Oh, it was fucking crazy. We've
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: seen a bunch in Wyoming, Like the place that we
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: usually go in northern Wyoming, we see like hundreds and
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: they're like right around where we're fishing, and you just
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: got to be like super alert the whole time. This
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: place that we were at, like we there was we
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: were kind of under the assumption that like there's prop
- 1:03:56Speaker 5: We heard coyotes at night, but that was it. There's
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: a ship ton of like cattle, so we were like,
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: there's probably not like bears or anything like that. We
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: saw one moose the whole time, and it was like
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: we were turning the corner of a v a river
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: on the bank and we saw we saw the moose
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: and it was sitting down across the river like very
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: like probably like one hundred feet and U and then
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: it got up and it was when it got up,
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: it was the size of like it's the size of
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: the room, like like a like a ram pickup truck.
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: That's a good cop. I was wondering what you were
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: gonna pull.
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: Like fucking like a literal house. And then it starts
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: running towards us. It crosses the river towards us, and
- 1:04:45Speaker 5: we immediate like it crossed the river, which by the way,
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: was so deep, like we couldn't cross the river because
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: it was like up to our necks. R it walked
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: through the river.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: Their legs actually extend down. That's what it looked for
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: when they go into.
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: Its body did not get wet.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: They it's like a tripod. They unhooked one of the
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: buckles and you can out, Yeah.
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: Give a kick the spider from Wild Wild West.
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, it was. And then it and then we
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: started walking the other way and luckily it turned. It
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: turned the opposite way. Bro. When it turned and it
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: started running, I've never seen a moose run like that.
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: I mean, it must have been going one hundred miles
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: perhaps were you what was.
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: Your plan when it started. What would you have done?
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: We had bear spray? So, like, I mean, does it
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: do moose? Are they that it would? I mean it would,
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: it would, Yeah, it would definitely respond to that.
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: Can you climb a tree to get away from a moose? Yeah,
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: that's probably there were no trees around. Like the thing
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: is like moose are mostly in like meadows with a
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: lot of like bushes and ship.
- 1:05:48Speaker 6: Who had that? Who had the bear spray on them?
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: All three of you we tripled up?
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Were you guys? Were you guys like locked and loaded
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: when you saw it? You guys all had hands on weapons?
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: Yeah? Of course?
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: Really?
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: Yeah, bro, you're walking through the woods with your hand
- 1:06:01Speaker 5: on it the whole time.
- 1:06:02Speaker 4: Holy shit, because dude, you like.
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: The It's not like when you get in at least
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: from what I understand, Like, I don't think it's like
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: when you get attacked by or you get you know,
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: like attempted to be attacked by like a moose or
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: a bear. It's usually not like they see you from
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: a mile away and they're like I'm gonna fucking kill
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: this person. It's usually like you scare them and it
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: scares you and then it attacks you. So it's like
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: if you're going through like the deep woods and stuff like,
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: you have to be like making a lot of noise.
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: So you know you're walking and you're just constantly you're
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: like hey moose, moose like stuff like that.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: Wait do you say hey moose or hey bear?
- 1:06:41Speaker 5: It depends on what what area you're in.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: You know, which neighborhoods belong to which.
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: Oh you kind of can get an idea. Yeah, why
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: because like if you're bears are not going to go
- 1:06:54Speaker 5: to places where there's people or there's like any signs
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: of people, like they're like they will, but they want
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: they figure backyards. Yes, they're in the deep deep woods.
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: So the place that we hiked the first half of
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: the trip like that was like grizzly country. Like we
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: when when Bo talked to the rancher that owned it,
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: he was like, this whole area is called the kill zone,
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: and he said that the elk come through here in
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: the mornings and the bears camp out and then they
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: take down the elk that I thought bears.
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: I thought bears were buying large uh plant eating.
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: Oh, I mean, I'm sure it's a little bit of
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: every I.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: Mean they eat salmon, I know, Yeah, but I thought,
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: like grizzly bears buying lard. I didn't know a grizzly
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: bear would eat an elk. Can you look that up, please, Tyler.
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: That's what the guy told us. Unless he was just
- 1:07:40Speaker 5: fucking with us, which I did have some suspicions about,
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: I wouldn't. Are you sure that I wasn't just saying
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: that to like make us scared. He said the area
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: that we were camping, and they called it. He said,
- 1:07:48Speaker 5: that's where they get all their kills.
- 1:07:51Speaker 6: Wow, yes, they eat elk.
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: Okay, you learned something new. Listen.
- 1:07:56Speaker 4: I don't need to know. I don't know. You don't
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: need to know that I'm stupid.
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: I've made it this far in your life without knowing it.
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly, if someone tells me there's a kill zone nearby,
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: we're going the other way, all right. I'm smart enough to.
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: Know that had already set up our camp completely and
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: just decided.
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: Yeah, when the three of you guys walk, who walks first?
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: Surprisingly on the way there?
- 1:08:18Speaker 6: It was me.
- 1:08:18Speaker 5: Wow, I was leading the charge because.
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: Uh so that means you have to be the one
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: to discharge your service weapon if he comes at you.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: Because if one of the guys in the back shoots
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: the bear mace. If the rest of you guys are
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: going to get fucking crossfired.
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: If we came across a bear in a situation where
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: we needed to use the spray, we all would have
- 1:08:37Speaker 5: gotten fucked up. The bear included and all of us included.
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: With the mace, with the mace.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: Bro we have three the bear spray. It's like probably
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: the size of like this bottle. It completely disposes of
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: all of the spray in five seconds.
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: Oh you got one shot.
- 1:08:56Speaker 5: You have one. They say you're supposed to like kind
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: of like burst it. Yeah, like tap it.
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: Otherwise the barrel gets too hot.
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: Or the barrel gets too hot, or it just dumps it. Yeah,
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: but I guarantee, like if it's like it's easy to
- 1:09:07Speaker 5: say in the moment, if we came across a grizzly bear,
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: it would have been all empty in the clip, just
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: spray in that shit everywhere.
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I know what I would have done. I would
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: have thrown it into its mouth and then pulled out jaws.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: Yeah, that smart jaw style. MythBusters did a thing and
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: said that that wouldn't have worked.
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: Fuck MythBusters, No.
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: Come on, MythBusters. Needs.
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: That was a great show. I prefer my myths myth Busters.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: I thought Grizzly Bears only eight blueberries.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Myths are important, though, myths are important to the building
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: of societies.
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: I think MythBusters was like peak life in America.
- 1:09:43Speaker 6: Society Busters.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: Yeah, once they busted all the myths, like we like
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: fell apart, we need our myths.
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: I would always go from MythBusters to Nutbusters. Oh yeah,
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: which was just poorn.
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: Yeah, crank, just get a quick crank in after your
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: myths have been busted. I would go right into right
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: from myth Busters and nut Busters. My favorite myth just
- 1:10:02Speaker 5: got busted. I'm gonna have to jerk off. Feel better.
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: I just saw a bald guy with a mustache do
- 1:10:08Speaker 6: an experiment in a rock car.
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: I mean that was peak. Like you you were, like
- 1:10:15Speaker 5: I was a kid. You throw on MythBusters that episode,
- 1:10:18Speaker 5: maybe you've seen that episode. Then you throw on Deadliest
- 1:10:20Speaker 5: Warrior on Spike. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's peak. Yeah yeah yeah,
- 1:10:25Speaker 5: that did.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: That show did make being a scientist and an engineers
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: seem cool. Oh and there's nothing that does that.
- 1:10:31Speaker 5: A nothing.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Scientists and engineers look like losers now because of the
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: fucking AI development and then you.
- 1:10:37Speaker 5: Say you're done with that, you throw on a little
- 1:10:39Speaker 5: river monsters.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: Yeah, that looks cool. I mean they had everything or
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: a cheerleading competition on ESPN too.
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: Exactly, sure they got nothing anything Like I turn on
- 1:10:51Speaker 5: the TV now and I don't even know what to watch.
- 1:10:54Speaker 6: Same my TV.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: My TV went alphabetized instead of numeracle recently, and I
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: don't know how to change it back. It's been fucking devastating.
- 1:11:02Speaker 5: That's pretty it's pretty brutal.
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: Its dark as well.
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: I mean, are you on K are you still ripping cable?
- 1:11:09Speaker 6: I rip it all, but of course I keep cable.
- 1:11:11Speaker 5: Like if you're watching, like, say, obviously we got ball
- 1:11:14Speaker 5: coming up soon, which I mean I need it. I
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: need it more than ever. I don't think I've ever
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: needed this bad. I'm starting to feel that the balls come.
- 1:11:20Speaker 5: Oh it's been I've been itching for a minute.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: This Sunday is uh, there'll be football on this Sunday
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: and then every Sunday until February nineteenth.
- 1:11:29Speaker 5: Yeah, but it is till the Super Bowl. It's almost
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: like it's like, if you like, I want football back
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: so bad, But if you're really sitting down and you're
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: watching those preseason games. You're a fucking lunatic. Yeah, that's
- 1:11:42Speaker 5: you're sick. You're you're addicted to football.
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: Yeah, was baseball level autism? Yeah, that's trick.
- 1:11:48Speaker 5: The guys that aren't even on the team play.
- 1:11:51Speaker 6: In the fourth quarter of that See if you I
- 1:11:54Speaker 6: want to see who the best guy in the ninety is.
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: Yeah, for one ball, AJ Brown won't even be there
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: reading on the sideline.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: Saw Aj Brown with that drop? Now there's like a
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: back shoulder throw. Drake may hit him in the hand.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: He fucking dropped it.
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: Watching watching owners talk about how much budget space they I.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: Wonder if Bohemian Grove was talking about to Tell You
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: Ride Bush.
- 1:12:21Speaker 5: Probably they probably want to get in as partners. Komian Bush.
- 1:12:28Speaker 5: It's actually a great name.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: Bohemian Bush. There's some commercial like that they talk about
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: a girl's trip. To tell Your Ride almost makes you
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: thank you brothers. You guys ever gonna get out to
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: tell you ride?
- 1:12:40Speaker 5: We were gonna go there, me, me and Bow and Matt.
- 1:12:42Speaker 5: We're gonna go there instead of uh, wyoming?
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: Is that still on the table. What you guys going
- 1:12:47Speaker 6: on another trip this year?
- 1:12:49Speaker 5: No? Not this summer, definitely not. But we're going in
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: the winter already have one?
- 1:12:53Speaker 6: Really, where are you gonna go?
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: The Bahamas? Oh?
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: Bone fishing? Oh yeah so hard?
- 1:12:59Speaker 5: Yeah cool, But it's gonna be like that. We we
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: we we've we've weighed the options like it's already hard,
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: like it's fishing is hard regardless, especially fly fishing, Like
- 1:13:08Speaker 5: it's not easy. I would much rather get skunked and
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: then be in the Bahamas. I'd much rather not catch
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: anything and be in the Bahamas than not catch anything
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: and be surrounded by mosquitos in the woods.
- 1:13:22Speaker 4: Seems like they're not biting today exactly.
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: Luckily we have a massage that in half an hour.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: So yeah, Bo and Matt driving into the Ocean Club
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: and Aston Martin like Daniel Craig and the James Bond.
- 1:13:40Speaker 5: Yeah, it's gonna be sick. And also Bo's dad has
- 1:13:43Speaker 5: done this trip. He does it like every year with
- 1:13:45Speaker 5: his best friend. Bo has a dad. I thought he
- 1:13:50Speaker 5: just like appeared he's a great act.
- 1:13:52Speaker 6: That's like when you saw the video of Clavicular's dad,
- 1:13:54Speaker 6: did you see that. I didn't Clavicular with his dad,
- 1:13:57Speaker 6: and I know his dad like hates him. His dad
- 1:14:00Speaker 6: was like such a you could tell he was like
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: such a good dad. He was like so happy.
- 1:14:03Speaker 5: Oh shit, I did see this, Yeah when he's in
- 1:14:05Speaker 5: as clivocular as a kid.
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: Yeah, he graduated and his dad was like, come on,
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: like he's like rubbing him and fucking him.
- 1:14:11Speaker 6: It was so fucking so.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: Don't you always wonder what that like? It's very easy
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: for the dad to appear to be a great dad.
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: You don't end up with clavicular and you're a great
- 1:14:19Speaker 5: You're not just a great fucking dad.
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: That's not necessarily true. I think that so much can happen.
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: I think parents can get everything right and kids can
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: still turn out shitty.
- 1:14:28Speaker 5: But this isn't like your kid, you know, maybe he
- 1:14:31Speaker 5: drinks too much. This is your kid is smashing his
- 1:14:35Speaker 5: face with a hammer every night to try to rework
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: the structure of his jaw. Has such a reductive view
- 1:14:40Speaker 5: of women. That can't be like your parents did a phenomenon,
- 1:14:44Speaker 5: like like maybe they did a good they did something wrong.
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: At the same time, he's like eighteen, Yeah, but I
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: think you could also right, You're right. I don't know.
- 1:14:56Speaker 4: I think he just like found hype yeah out and
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: was like I'm gonna follow that.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: Yeah, But he knows a lot of the terms he's
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: I've heard him say hypertrophy too much for it to
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: just be him riding a trend.
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: He doesn't seem like he's like dumb, like. It seems
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: like he's very well, uh, like he understands what he's
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: talking about.
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I think he struck a nerve and then continued
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: to hit that nerve.
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: Yeah. I mean he's got to be making millions of dollars,
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: so I guess it's not the worst.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: Yeah, it broke my heart seeing him, but I thought
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: that he had just spawned the same way Bo did.
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: Yeah, right, So.
- 1:15:31Speaker 6: Are you gonna are you so you're gonna be on
- 1:15:33Speaker 6: a boat down there?
- 1:15:34Speaker 5: No, No, that's waiting as well, Like you're just walking.
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: You're gonna be walking the flats of the Bahamas.
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: You can do it from a boat, though, Oh yeah,
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: it's way easier, significantly more expensivemon just got a hotel
- 1:15:48Speaker 5: Bamas the Bahama. That's actually what they're No, that's pretty sick.
- 1:15:54Speaker 6: That would be a good name. I don't know if
- 1:15:55Speaker 6: anyone's gotten that across their desk with four plate.
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: One of the coolest trips we ever did down there,
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: we went to this place called the Abaco Club with
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: good good and it was the most beautiful place.
- 1:16:08Speaker 5: Did you have to take like a like another flight
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: once you landed, Like, how did we do it? No?
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: We flew right into Uh, we flew right into Maybe
- 1:16:17Speaker 4: it was Nassau, but maybe it was also some other small,
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: slightly smaller place.
- 1:16:21Speaker 5: I don't know the place that we're gonna go. I
- 1:16:23Speaker 5: think we gotta we gotta take like a tiny plane
- 1:16:26Speaker 5: once we land, like a six person plane. Yeah, puddle jumper. Yeah,
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: that might be too much for your boy.
- 1:16:34Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't I don't know.
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: I don't know if I got that. Nay, you've done it.
- 1:16:38Speaker 6: Yeah, And I don't like it.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: I've been on multiple places where you have to like
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: go like multiple stops on the way somewhere.
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: It's terrible, something very disconcerting about knowing there's only one
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: pilot flying the plane on a plane that like, it's
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: just like if dude, if you have a just sef
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: you if that, guys, we're all you're looking around, You're like,
- 1:17:02Speaker 4: does anyone play video games here?
- 1:17:05Speaker 5: Does anyone do flight simulate? That's the next step we
- 1:17:08Speaker 5: were to me and my buddies were talking about it.
- 1:17:10Speaker 5: Last night, like the what comes after this phase of
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: video games? It can only be just super realistic simulators.
- 1:17:17Speaker 5: Just driving around on the tractor all night.
- 1:17:22Speaker 4: Guys, I'm feeling a little cooped up. I'm gonna go
- 1:17:24Speaker 4: out and mow.
- 1:17:26Speaker 6: You guys want to meet on the tractor in fifteen.
- 1:17:28Speaker 5: Minutes, I'm gonna go mow the yard.
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: Broza would do the train conduct he would run like
- 1:17:35Speaker 6: bro he would do.
- 1:17:35Speaker 5: The subway like Yeah, you'd just be in New York.
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: I'm going up to Queensboro.
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: I'm going to Myrtle Wyckoff.
- 1:17:43Speaker 5: That's definitely the next step. I played so much counter
- 1:17:45Speaker 5: Strike this weekend, and it's just I've just gotten to
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: a point where I just I don't know how much
- 1:17:48Speaker 5: more I can give. You know, I've given everything I have.
- 1:17:52Speaker 6: The game's not asking any more of you.
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: It's just like bro, I don't know, And would I
- 1:17:57Speaker 5: be lying. I would be lying if I said this
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: didn't have this wasn't a big factor in the weed break.
- 1:18:03Speaker 5: I gotta I gotta get back to just clear headed
- 1:18:07Speaker 5: gaming gaming.
- 1:18:08Speaker 6: Wow, that's sad.
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: It's sad, but it's also good. You're saying that you're
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: gaming was not you didn't do well I do.
- 1:18:17Speaker 5: I can't. No, I can't tell. If it's the weed
- 1:18:20Speaker 5: has slowed me down so much, then I'm so bad
- 1:18:23Speaker 5: at games now, or if I've just gotten older and
- 1:18:25Speaker 5: I'm just not good at games anymore. I see. All
- 1:18:29Speaker 5: I know is I was playing Black Ops two this
- 1:18:30Speaker 5: weekend and it was like I had never left. I mean,
- 1:18:32Speaker 5: I was probably the best player ever.
- 1:18:34Speaker 6: When you're off the weed.
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: Is this once you quit weed? Or is this even
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: before that you were still sick at it?
- 1:18:42Speaker 5: No? No, this is but before. Okay, I'm still sick
- 1:18:45Speaker 5: at it. You just counterstrike, bro. I'm so like.
- 1:18:48Speaker 4: The weed is specifically causing issues for you encountership.
- 1:18:52Speaker 5: Well, it's causing issues in a lot of different places,
- 1:18:54Speaker 5: game specific games. I think it's where I'm noticing the
- 1:18:58Speaker 5: cognitive decline.
- 1:19:00Speaker 6: But you said it, it's sound like Joe Biden.
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: You said it helped you in Black Ops. Though, No,
- 1:19:07Speaker 5: it doesn't help with anything. It doesn't help, but it
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: didn't hurt. But I play Call of Duty doesn't hurt
- 1:19:13Speaker 5: because I'm already like I know how to play Call
- 1:19:15Speaker 5: of Duty.
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: I think your incredible run in Black Ops proves that
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: weed is not the problem.
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: I don't know what the problem is. I think it's
- 1:19:23Speaker 5: that you're not smoking enough. I don't think it's I
- 1:19:24Speaker 5: think it's just I'm not Russian. I'm not good at
- 1:19:26Speaker 5: counter strike. You play against these guys, they're all fucking Russian.
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: They've all been playing it since they were three years old. Yeah,
- 1:19:32Speaker 5: and they're all so fucking good. It's like if you tried,
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: for instance, it was like if you tried as hard
- 1:19:39Speaker 5: as you tried to be good at lacrosse as a child,
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: and then you were the worst player ever.
- 1:19:47Speaker 4: I mean, I think that's true for people that people
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: experience that.
- 1:19:51Speaker 5: But with like a video game, like it shouldn't be
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: like that. I don't why not.
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: I mean, if you if you like in video games
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: to sports, and some people are going to be inherently
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: talented and have the capacity.
- 1:20:02Speaker 5: For we're talking about like I understand that others don't,
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: but this is not excellence. We're talking about like, I mean,
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: the worst lobbies that you can be in, and I'm
- 1:20:13Speaker 5: the worst player.
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: I don't believe the lobby. I think you're being a
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: little dramatic. I don't think you're bad.
- 1:20:18Speaker 5: Oh I'm not. I'm swear if I picked up a
- 1:20:20Speaker 5: controller tomorrow, you would kill me. No, I don't think
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: in this game. I genuinely think it would be pretty even.
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: I think we could probably set that up.
- 1:20:28Speaker 5: We couldn't. We have no way of doing it. There's
- 1:20:31Speaker 5: no way. It's not a controller game. That's why it's
- 1:20:33Speaker 5: a PC. It's mouse and keyboard. It's my first time
- 1:20:35Speaker 5: playing a game on mouse and keyboard. You're right, we
- 1:20:37Speaker 5: can't find another person that has a computer. No in
- 1:20:41Speaker 5: New York.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: Well, maybe that's why you suck, because you just suck
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: at the like mechanism of the game.
- 1:20:45Speaker 5: I do.
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: Well, that's it.
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: So don't be so hard on yourself. Maybe maybe a
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: little self love, maybe a little ayahuasca.
- 1:20:52Speaker 5: You have to do like your ten placement Matt, you
- 1:20:54Speaker 5: have to do ten placement matches to get your You
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: have to win ten matches to get your rank for
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: the new season, which just began. I got my ten
- 1:21:02Speaker 5: placement I finished them on sat on Friday night. I
- 1:21:06Speaker 5: literally almost cried when they gave me my rank. It
- 1:21:09Speaker 5: was like, it was like, what what did I just do?
- 1:21:13Speaker 5: I would have been better off just not playing.
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: Only college you got into was the community college type.
- 1:21:17Speaker 5: Of vibes like like like it was like the only
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: college you got into was like and you got denied
- 1:21:21Speaker 5: from one of them from community college. Bro, what I
- 1:21:26Speaker 5: saw this clip of Mook getting ranked. Yeah, and gold
- 1:21:30Speaker 5: three was worse than that gold three?
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: But what was bad about that? Why is that bad?
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: Why he was so disappointed? Went gold three?
- 1:21:51Speaker 5: Gold three is really bad. It's bad, really bad because
- 1:21:54Speaker 5: it looked like he had achieved something because he did it.
- 1:21:57Speaker 5: It's the same for every game, like that game Call
- 1:21:59Speaker 5: of They just started a new season, so you have
- 1:22:02Speaker 5: to do your placement matches again. He completed his, and
- 1:22:05Speaker 5: you get put in a rank based on those matches.
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: I see Mooke prior to that was diamond three, which
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: is pretty good, but also the ranked system in Call
- 1:22:14Speaker 5: of Duty has been broken, which Mook's always been gold three,
- 1:22:19Speaker 5: but this specific season he was like what people would
- 1:22:23Speaker 5: consider a good rank, like a top What are you?
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: I don't play Call of Duty anymore, so I don't
- 1:22:29Speaker 5: know what's jerry. If I can't, it's hard for me
- 1:22:34Speaker 5: to say. But like, if Mooke is Diamond three, I'm here,
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: adescent on top of the game. I'm the best ever.
- 1:22:41Speaker 5: I see okay, which Moke's going to be so mad
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: hearing that.
- 1:22:46Speaker 4: He's You're better than he is. Would he admit that, No,
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: he wouldn't. No, is Jerry as good as you are.
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: He will give the ranking you, Jerry and Mook.
- 1:22:56Speaker 5: Who's the best? Who's the worst? If I'm playing consistently,
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: it's me. If I'm not playing consistently, it's Jerry. So
- 1:23:04Speaker 5: Mook's the worst. Yeah, that's so sad.
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: He's really thrown everything in behind this.
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: Well he's not. I mean, it doesn't matter if he's
- 1:23:13Speaker 5: good or not.
- 1:23:14Speaker 6: Well, that's kind of why, like I think deserves the job.
- 1:23:19Speaker 5: Phenom's probably worse than Mook.
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: Let's put it this way, Harry, you say it doesn't matter,
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: But I have had a litany of sports coaches throughout
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: my life, and knowing that one of them had an
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: illustrious career himself exactly gave me. It made it easier
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: for me to buy into whatever.
- 1:23:38Speaker 5: That's why we're not the coaches, because they don't respect
- 1:23:39Speaker 5: our opinions based on of the game. But your general
- 1:23:42Speaker 5: managers or whatever, we know enough, Like we all know
- 1:23:46Speaker 5: how the game works, and I would say, like our
- 1:23:48Speaker 5: knowledge of the game is probably above ninety nine percent
- 1:23:51Speaker 5: of the average player, because we've the amount of call
- 1:23:54Speaker 5: of duty that we've consumed this year alone is ridiculous.
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: Amount of call of duty I've sumed is ridiculous.
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: Exactly. My whole feet is bush clips.
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm like, I don't even think I followed the account. Yeah,
- 1:24:07Speaker 4: I definitely do. No, all good, all good, I don't care,
- 1:24:09Speaker 4: no I do.
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: I do.
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: I follow it, and I find it very funny, Like
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: that clip of Mooke going gold.
- 1:24:15Speaker 5: Oh, it was unbelievable. I'm so because dude. Leading up
- 1:24:18Speaker 5: to that, I had kept on fucking with him and
- 1:24:21Speaker 5: being like you're not like, bro, like if you're Diamond three,
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: I'm the best. I'm top two fifty in the game. Yeah,
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: And he kept on being like no, man, like you're
- 1:24:29Speaker 5: like we were joking around about it, and then he
- 1:24:30Speaker 5: got his placement back and he was Gold three. It
- 1:24:32Speaker 5: was very funny. Yeah, But if Mouke knew what I was, encounterstrike, like,
- 1:24:36Speaker 5: he would never let me hear the end of it,
- 1:24:37Speaker 5: like like he's Gold three encounter strike. I would be
- 1:24:40Speaker 5: considered like like Bronze one, which is lower intro they
- 1:24:46Speaker 5: call that, like like it's like I'm the rank of
- 1:24:48Speaker 5: someone who's just picked up the game for the first time.
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: Right, sad bro s just give that shit up. Bro.
- 1:24:55Speaker 5: I know I'm going to ron. I was listening to
- 1:25:00Speaker 5: Jerry did a podcast with Optic the Yeah yeah, Hitch,
- 1:25:05Speaker 5: Yeah yeah yeah. He was talking about you on it, Hitch.
- 1:25:08Speaker 5: What did he say. He was just saying, he's like
- 1:25:09Speaker 5: a huge battle rap fan. He say, listen to like
- 1:25:11Speaker 5: he said he's been he listened to your first ever
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: ever Battle rap like live. Really it was happening.
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: That's fucking nuts.
- 1:25:18Speaker 5: Yeah, like the one where you were like in that
- 1:25:19Speaker 5: random like shop.
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, yeah, that's fucking crazy.
- 1:25:22Speaker 5: The guy didn't have three he didn't have three verses,
- 1:25:24Speaker 5: right yeah, yeah he started free styling and illegal. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: that's a that's an all time one.
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a classic. He's he's the man. He's always
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: been super supportive whenever he would reach out.
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, he's That podcast is really good.
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: I just whenever I watch it and I just see
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: how they just are like sitting across from like the
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: desk from each other. I just wouldn't know where to look.
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: No, No, I would have no. I was thinking about
- 1:25:48Speaker 5: that exactly. Yeah, just making direct eye contact for like anything.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: It's not like a very broad desk like the same
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: camera shot.
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: So it's like where do you just you just square
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: up with someone for a fucking I.
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: Mean, it's essentially like going on like a date like
- 1:26:03Speaker 5: that's it's it's that intimate.
- 1:26:05Speaker 6: Yeah, that's the only thing that I have.
- 1:26:08Speaker 5: I would worry about that on like anything to be like,
- 1:26:10Speaker 5: if I had do like Rogan at any point, like
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: I'd be looking at the fucking I'd be looking at
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: Jamie two hours straight.
- 1:26:17Speaker 6: I wouldn't. I wouldn't worry about it.
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: Brother, No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not sweating it
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: too much.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: But I just think I'm just joking. No, I think
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: about that all the time. Especially the most awkward is
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: when someone has to sing. It's like, where do you
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: look when you have to sing on Rogan?
- 1:26:33Speaker 6: No, No, not on Rogan in like real.
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: Life to sing.
- 1:26:40Speaker 6: You you've probably never been around something else saying about
- 1:26:43Speaker 6: you're like I was going to sing something.
- 1:26:46Speaker 4: I get what Roan's saying that.
- 1:26:49Speaker 5: Ever situation that anything, karaoke performances, karaoke.
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: You're you're a good singer. Sing this song for me.
- 1:26:57Speaker 6: There's been I've had put in that a lot. I have.
- 1:27:00Speaker 6: I have.
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: Yeah, like people are like to give us a bar.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: No, it's the other way around where I'm like, someone's
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: going to sing. I'm like, bro, I won't look at you,
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: but like, can you sing that?
- 1:27:08Speaker 6: Oh?
- 1:27:08Speaker 5: You put people in that position.
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: I've been in situations where someone else has to perform
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: and to calm them down, I tell them I'm not
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: going to look them in the eye.
- 1:27:15Speaker 4: Harry, I see what all this is is that one
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: person is singing and the other person is watching, and
- 1:27:21Speaker 4: it's awkward.
- 1:27:23Speaker 6: Because like, imagine looking into his own eyes.
- 1:27:26Speaker 5: Get it now, I get it now.
- 1:27:27Speaker 6: It's like an usher concert.
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: If you who's ever sang on Rogan?
- 1:27:33Speaker 5: I'm sure fucking you know that one dude did for sure?
- 1:27:37Speaker 6: You know Richmond North. Oh that guy.
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: I thought you're gonna say, Kanye Me singer on Rogan? Yeah,
- 1:27:45Speaker 5: fair enough. Yeah, they had him doing shows at the Mothership.
- 1:27:51Speaker 5: What a weird time that was. Yeah, imagine buying tickets
- 1:27:54Speaker 5: to a comedy show and then there's just a guy
- 1:27:56Speaker 5: singing about how like the government's fucking us, what the
- 1:28:00Speaker 5: fuck's happening right now? I thought this was supposed to
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: be like the comedy capital of the world.
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: Do you think anything, I know, stand ups in a
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: weird place right now, obviously still thriving, but just in
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: a different place. Do you think any of that had
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: to do with the fact that, like language was so
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: like strictly policed for a while, and then like some
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: comics and some places you went, you could start hearing
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: things words and ideas that you hadn't been hearing, and
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: then so it was like refreshing for people to go
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: out and be like I'm here in slurs again.
- 1:28:32Speaker 6: Yeah, definitely, And then like after a while, like everybody
- 1:28:35Speaker 6: started using that as their like way to get people in,
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: and so it was like diluted, and that's less exciting
- 1:28:41Speaker 6: for people because they could just turn on like any
- 1:28:44Speaker 6: podcast and hear that or like any.
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean I think the I mean the Shane
- 1:28:50Speaker 5: always jokes about it, but like the pendulum swung like
- 1:28:52Speaker 5: too far back, came back swinging, and then it's just
- 1:28:57Speaker 5: now you got everyone on stage just saying retard and slurs.
- 1:29:01Speaker 6: And then Bohemian groove is faggy and stuff.
- 1:29:03Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, of course, but what do you think, Francis, Yeah,
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: I agree with all of that.
- 1:29:08Speaker 4: I don't do like I mean, you know, I think
- 1:29:12Speaker 4: people celebrated it too much, and there's like a a
- 1:29:17Speaker 4: righteousness in exercising your First Amendment whatever if you feel
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: that you're oppressed. But then when the police go back
- 1:29:26Speaker 4: inside and stop policing, and you continue to just beat
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: that drum and starts to get a little indulgent.
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: Right when you're not being policed and you're like, look
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: what I'm doing is like, dude, no one's stopping you.
- 1:29:35Speaker 5: And then it's just like mean, I just think everything
- 1:29:37Speaker 5: at a certain point gets to a point where it's
- 1:29:39Speaker 5: no longer cool, Like everything is going to go through
- 1:29:42Speaker 5: like ups and downs, Like if for two years straight
- 1:29:44Speaker 5: if you said retard on stage, it was like a
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: round of applause. Yeah, and now it's everyone says it,
- 1:29:50Speaker 5: so it's like it's not funny anymore. Like it's still funny,
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: don't get me wrong, it's still hilarious, but it's not
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: like it can't no longer be like the punchline to
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: a joke.
- 1:30:00Speaker 6: Dude, speaking of First Amendment.
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: Uh, I got hit with because I love the fucking
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: First I'm insane about it, how much I.
- 1:30:06Speaker 6: Fucking love it.
- 1:30:07Speaker 5: I'm a nineteenth man personally.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: Really yeah, and that's the right women to shoot, women
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: to shoot guns, for women.
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: To be.
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: Right, for women to bear children. So Carrie bear mace.
- 1:30:23Speaker 6: We won't give them guns with can of mace.
- 1:30:27Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: I had a backup nanny the other week, and she
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: got home one day fucking frazzled. She's like, she was
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: texting my wife, She's like what there's like, I'll tell you,
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: like something just happened. I'll tell you when I get home.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: And my wife's like, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: Russia's home gets uh the news that they were just
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: out in brooklyn Bridge Park and that there's an Asian
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: lady going around filming kids coming up to the stroller
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: and filming behind her, like leaning over and like secretly filming. Damn,
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: trying to figure out like she is, like has a mask,
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: long sleeves on and she's filming people. And then later
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: on that week I saw a viral TikTok of the
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: same lady of some guy being like, Yo, don't film
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: people's kids, Like that's weird. And it was the same
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: time in the same place. The nanny was shook, like
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: she could tell it was weird. This lady was going
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: up to another stroller and just filming dead in the
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: face of these babies. Like immediately my wife heard that,
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: like rushed down trying to find her, and on the
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: TikTok there are all these reports she's at like Cadman Plaza,
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: She's at all these dishes, She's everywhere, filming kids all
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: over the place. And my alarm went up because I'm like,
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: if something feels uncomfortable with kids, you have to follow
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: that instinct.
- 1:31:49Speaker 6: But at the same time, I love the First Amendment.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: And she is just exercising her First Amendment right to
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: film stuff in public.
- 1:31:59Speaker 5: But is that I don't know. I feel like, once
- 1:32:01Speaker 5: you start, if you are, if you're blatantly hiding it,
- 1:32:06Speaker 5: then is that against the law?
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: No, No, you're allowed to film. You're allowed of film
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: people in public.
- 1:32:12Speaker 5: And you're allowed to film kids. There are there are
- 1:32:14Speaker 5: definitely limits on that.
- 1:32:15Speaker 6: What what are they?
- 1:32:16Speaker 5: I can't like film upskirt videos under an escalator, trust me.
- 1:32:22Speaker 5: But like no, like I'm not even saying that to
- 1:32:24Speaker 5: be like to like like is that actually like not allowed?
- 1:32:28Speaker 5: Like I know it's not.
- 1:32:30Speaker 4: Some kind of like, uh, you know, loot and lascivious behavior. Yeah,
- 1:32:34Speaker 4: thing I would think.
- 1:32:36Speaker 5: I don't see how it would be legal to go
- 1:32:38Speaker 5: like I I, well, I guess I don't see how
- 1:32:40Speaker 5: it would be illegal either, But I don't know how
- 1:32:43Speaker 5: that would be allowed to go around filming.
- 1:32:44Speaker 6: When you're in public. There's no expectation of privacy.
- 1:32:49Speaker 5: But like, I get that, but I get it. I
- 1:32:51Speaker 5: guess it's the same as like the metaglasses, Like.
- 1:32:54Speaker 6: They stressed, they were stressed testing me.
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: They were stressed testing my First Amendment, love for the
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: First Amendment in real time.
- 1:32:59Speaker 5: But I don't know, like, at what point is that
- 1:33:01Speaker 5: like fuck the first Man.
- 1:33:02Speaker 6: No, it was fucked the First Amendment at that.
- 1:33:04Speaker 5: Time, but now it's back to the First Amendment.
- 1:33:06Speaker 6: No.
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: No, Like if if you just have to start putting masks,
- 1:33:08Speaker 5: if they beat.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: The ship out of that the Asian lady mind nanny
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: or my wife, I would have had to have like
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: been on their side, dude.
- 1:33:15Speaker 4: There are so many Asian women filming babies in Austin,
- 1:33:18Speaker 4: Texas right now.
- 1:33:19Speaker 5: Oh yeah, in COVID they.
- 1:33:21Speaker 4: All went there really yeah, they were like, we can't
- 1:33:25Speaker 4: do this, and you know, towns, it's.
- 1:33:30Speaker 6: The only place where we can safely film.
- 1:33:32Speaker 5: So did what were the people on TikTok saying.
- 1:33:35Speaker 6: They're like, don't film people's kids.
- 1:33:36Speaker 5: But then where's anyone were you in the comments? Like well, technically, hey,
- 1:33:39Speaker 5: like the First Amendment, Yeah, my kids were filmed, hand up.
- 1:33:42Speaker 5: But you gotta there's nothing we can do about this guy.
- 1:33:44Speaker 5: It's okay, yeah, sorry, take it up with the founding
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: fathers or you don't want your kids on camera because
- 1:33:48Speaker 5: they're so ugly and stupid.
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: This is a yeah, it might be a precursor to
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: human trafficking, but like Thomas Jefferson warned us about this, yeah.
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: Like so like, what do you think is the the
- 1:33:58Speaker 5: what's the purpose of the filming?
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: I mean everybody's like, everybody's like trafficking, trafficking, trafficking, But
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: I don't know how you traffic. I don't know if
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: you traffic, how you traffic the pictures, I don't know.
- 1:34:10Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: I mean, if if that's a human trafficking thing and
- 1:34:13Speaker 5: it's based off of one Asian, like they must have
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: surveillance around all.
- 1:34:18Speaker 6: Of Brooklyn, what do you mean the Asians?
- 1:34:21Speaker 5: I don't understand how it could be. One lady, like,
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: if you're if it's human trafficking. It's a whole operation.
- 1:34:27Speaker 6: If it's human trafficking.
- 1:34:28Speaker 5: I always they said that she was already.
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: One person can traffic another person. That's kidnapping. Just isn't
- 1:34:38Speaker 4: that also kind of trafficking? If you take someone across
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: state lines, isn't it trafficking?
- 1:34:44Speaker 5: I wonderful question. What is trafficking?
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: It's state lines. It's definitely state lines. If I learned
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: anything from the Diddy trials, it's state lines.
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: But I thought it was like if you're if you're
- 1:34:53Speaker 5: sending someone somewhere like they're a fucking piece of luggage.
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: I think we think it's just like telling someone into
- 1:35:01Speaker 4: like sex, slavery. Yeah, I don't think it has to
- 1:35:04Speaker 4: be all of that. Yeah, it's probably true.
- 1:35:07Speaker 6: I need to find this fucking But.
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: Like if you're like, like, okay, so say I'm a
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: human trafficker right in this scenario, of course.
- 1:35:13Speaker 4: I can hear the conversation right now, and I'm just
- 1:35:16Speaker 4: so aware of how little we know.
- 1:35:18Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, and I love it. No who cares? Who
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: gives a fuck? I say I'm a human trafficker, and
- 1:35:25Speaker 5: it's just me. I'm the only guy. There's no I
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: got no one helping me out. I'm doing this all myself. Yeah,
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: I'm going to say. I go to I go to
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: Central Park and I start to you don't work well
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: with other traffickers. No, no, I'm hard to work with.
- 1:35:38Speaker 5: You don't share that. Yeah, yeah, we don't get it.
- 1:35:39Speaker 5: We don't see eye to eye. Different morals.
- 1:35:43Speaker 4: You've tried, Yeah, but you know, it's just always ends
- 1:35:46Speaker 4: up being that like someone you know.
- 1:35:48Speaker 5: Yeah, we're just we're just not getting along. So I
- 1:35:51Speaker 5: take you don't like people micromanaging. Yeah, exactly, exactly right, Okay,
- 1:35:54Speaker 5: I get rushing me. I don't say yeah, telling me
- 1:35:58Speaker 5: I gotta act on this when I'm I'm not ready yet.
- 1:36:00Speaker 6: You're a slow burn.
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly like I like to be careful. You know,
- 1:36:06Speaker 5: I don't want to take any risks. You have different
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: tastes in targets. So I'm out in Central Park. I
- 1:36:10Speaker 5: got my metaglasses on. I'm flashing picks of all the
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: kids' children, everything I can get right. What happens next?
- 1:36:17Speaker 5: So now I go home. I've got all these photos
- 1:36:19Speaker 5: of all these kids, and I'm looking at them. What
- 1:36:22Speaker 5: are the odds I'm ever going to see one? Like?
- 1:36:24Speaker 5: What are the odds that Asian lady's ever going to
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: see one of those kids again? Why does she need to?
- 1:36:30Speaker 5: What are you talking? Because she's human trafficking, so like
- 1:36:32Speaker 5: what's the next Like, how does the next step?
- 1:36:34Speaker 4: Oh, she's probably I guess in theories she would be
- 1:36:37Speaker 4: selling the photos to creeps online.
- 1:36:40Speaker 5: Maybe just google kids and stroller. They all look the same.
- 1:36:45Speaker 4: That's like saying I'd hate to make this, but that's
- 1:36:48Speaker 4: like saying, just watch porn.
- 1:36:52Speaker 5: Yeah, no, I get it's a fucked up conversation to have,
- 1:36:54Speaker 5: and it's in some sense my guess is that some
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: human trafficing pedophiles like the reality genre.
- 1:37:04Speaker 4: Yeah, probably this Asian woman is like the Bong Sue
- 1:37:08Speaker 4: Kim of or whatever that Korean you know, parasite director
- 1:37:14Speaker 4: but photographs.
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm imagining the lady and prisoners, you know what
- 1:37:20Speaker 5: I mean, the mom and prisoners, who's like running the
- 1:37:23Speaker 5: whole thing.
- 1:37:23Speaker 4: Yeah, you think that's who the Asian lady is.
- 1:37:26Speaker 5: No, That's why I'm saying, like, I don't see I
- 1:37:28Speaker 5: think the Asian lady is just a weird lady who's
- 1:37:30Speaker 5: taking photo.
- 1:37:30Speaker 4: Of Yeah, I agree, I don't, I don't, I don't
- 1:37:32Speaker 4: I agree with you that extrapolating him from what she's
- 1:37:36Speaker 4: doing to human trafficking is a tenuous connection.
- 1:37:39Speaker 5: I don't. I just don't. I genuinely don't know how
- 1:37:41Speaker 5: that could lead to human trafficking.
- 1:37:44Speaker 4: I think that people are very conscious at all of
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: having photos of their children on the internet, especially if
- 1:37:50Speaker 4: they didn't take them.
- 1:37:52Speaker 5: Oh yeah, no, I do. I agree, she's fucking weird.
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: Yeah, but like that's just you know, that's just leads
- 1:37:59Speaker 4: to a visibility that like they don't want.
- 1:38:04Speaker 5: So what's the next what's the next course of action? Year?
- 1:38:06Speaker 5: What are we gonna do?
- 1:38:07Speaker 6: It's just Asian hate across the board. Yeah.
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: Yeah, just like paste that one characteristic of that one
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: woman on the entire race and like take it off.
- 1:38:20Speaker 6: It's like make it endemic to their Do.
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: You think she was even a woman? Wow? Yeah, it
- 1:38:26Speaker 5: was a man dressed up as a woman.
- 1:38:27Speaker 6: It could have been like one of those hyper realistic
- 1:38:30Speaker 6: masks that you know, the deep State puts on people.
- 1:38:34Speaker 5: I just feel like, I don't know, that's so weird,
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: that's so bizarre. Pa. I feel like someone taking photos
- 1:38:44Speaker 5: like behind their back of kids, It's like you're like,
- 1:38:47Speaker 5: what are you doing?
- 1:38:50Speaker 6: I need to get a video. I need to show
- 1:38:52Speaker 6: you this other guy finding it.
- 1:38:54Speaker 5: I got to see this because I'm having a hard
- 1:38:55Speaker 5: time because.
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: This woman is literally over a stroller and it's like
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: nobody else is around.
- 1:39:01Speaker 6: But also she's like frail, like any any garden variety
- 1:39:05Speaker 6: nanny is whipping her ass.
- 1:39:06Speaker 5: Like do you think she's just like in you think
- 1:39:08Speaker 5: there's a reality where she's just like a super old
- 1:39:10Speaker 5: lady who's just like loves kids.
- 1:39:11Speaker 4: Maybe, Yeah, you get to that point, remember when they
- 1:39:14Speaker 4: let Bush Senior Goosese young women in the butt and
- 1:39:18Speaker 4: people found out and they're like, come on, he's got
- 1:39:20Speaker 4: ninety Asian women. Get to a point where it's like,
- 1:39:23Speaker 4: come on, let her take photos or like I see
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: kiktoks all the time that we know it's wrong, but
- 1:39:31Speaker 4: you know she's from a different era.
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: Like I brought my people are like I brought my
- 1:39:35Speaker 1: blonde hair, blue eyed baby to Japan and they love.
- 1:39:38Speaker 6: Them, you know what I mean? Maybe something like that. Yeah,
- 1:39:40Speaker 6: it's just like they're fawning over it.
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: Yeah, she just loves children in Brooklyn.
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: Yeah, she's just going on a tour. Maybe it's like, yeah,
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: she came to the US going on a tour, but.
- 1:39:53Speaker 5: There's also a reality where like this is the conversation
- 1:39:55Speaker 5: she wants us to be having. She's actually like, it's
- 1:39:58Speaker 5: this is straight out of like again, like she's she's
- 1:40:04Speaker 5: she's talking of putin through an earpiece. I have a
- 1:40:07Speaker 5: very particular skills.
- 1:40:11Speaker 4: That making me married dangerous.
- 1:40:15Speaker 6: To babies.
- 1:40:18Speaker 1: Skills the yeah, terrified babies. I don't know why my
- 1:40:21Speaker 1: wife's being stingy with this. I was like, can you
- 1:40:23Speaker 1: send the video of the woman who is filming our kids?
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: And she was like, she wasn't filming our kids in
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: the videos, Like we're just why are you hitting me
- 1:40:33Speaker 1: with the semantic on because you know the one video
- 1:40:36Speaker 1: I'm talking about, just fucking.
- 1:40:40Speaker 6: She's send me the fucking video. I'm trying to make
- 1:40:43Speaker 6: a point to the bullets. I'm trying to make a
- 1:40:46Speaker 6: point to the fellas. Here we go, Here we go.
- 1:40:49Speaker 6: How are the boys? Oh that's so this is the
- 1:40:54Speaker 6: other Oh this is from this is the one our
- 1:40:55Speaker 6: nanny took.
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: Oh so this is a full operation.
- 1:40:58Speaker 1: This is this is the this isn't even the viral one.
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: And the ball guy in the background is the guy
- 1:41:06Speaker 1: who eventually makes the video.
- 1:41:08Speaker 4: Huh so she just walks right up to a stroller
- 1:41:13Speaker 4: and takes a.
- 1:41:13Speaker 6: Photo, dunks her head into the fucking stroller.
- 1:41:17Speaker 5: I'm back on. I think she's just weird. To be honest,
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: it's a weird old lady who just likes children. Yeah,
- 1:41:24Speaker 5: hopefully a non perverted way. Yeah, hopefully a whole somewhere.
- 1:41:27Speaker 5: Probably thinks they're cute. Yeah yeah, and probably just doesn't
- 1:41:32Speaker 5: really understand like social skills. So it thinks that she
- 1:41:35Speaker 5: thinks she can just take photos of people's children.
- 1:41:38Speaker 6: Yeah, you think that that flies in China?
- 1:41:41Speaker 5: Yeah, Okay, it could just be a cultural difference. Yeah,
- 1:41:45Speaker 5: I mean I think it is. Yeah, that's where I'm leaning.
- 1:41:47Speaker 1: That's why, that's where I've always been. That's why I'm
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: always first amendment to bring that back around.
- 1:41:55Speaker 5: I like it. I'm giving her the benefit of the
- 1:41:57Speaker 5: doubt for now. But if I see her taking photos
- 1:42:00Speaker 5: again in Brooklyn, is.
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: It just taking photos or like, is she good to
- 1:42:04Speaker 1: take photos or does she have to like take.
- 1:42:06Speaker 6: A fucking.
- 1:42:08Speaker 5: Someone has to just like remove the camera from her phone,
- 1:42:16Speaker 5: leave the baby alone, lady.
- 1:42:17Speaker 6: Hey, Hey, no, no, no, no.
- 1:42:24Speaker 5: Hey, don't recall people's kids. Bro.
- 1:42:26Speaker 6: It's the same lady and the same it's the same lady.
- 1:42:29Speaker 6: That's weird.
- 1:42:30Speaker 5: That's weird that you have both angles of it.
- 1:42:31Speaker 6: Yeah, that's kind of it's pretty crazy. Need the baby alone, Hey,
- 1:42:38Speaker 6: don't film people.
- 1:42:39Speaker 5: Baby don't want to talk to you.
- 1:42:47Speaker 6: What's sensitive about their kids? Bro, No wants their kids snatch?
- 1:42:51Speaker 5: No, definitely not. If I had Look, I mean, if
- 1:42:53Speaker 5: I had a kid and then someone camp came up
- 1:42:55Speaker 5: and took a photo of and I'll be like, that's
- 1:42:56Speaker 5: the human trafficker. Got that person the funk away for
- 1:43:00Speaker 5: the kids.
- 1:43:01Speaker 6: And they're doing it to all the kids.
- 1:43:04Speaker 4: Alright, alright, yeah, okay, cool, nice, solid episode, does fun.
- 1:43:10Speaker 5: We will be back on Thursday with a non banked
- 1:43:14Speaker 5: normal episode as well, so we will see you guys
- 1:43:17Speaker 5: then goodbye.
