• 5:29
Speaker 1: the questioning. Thank you, miss Groff. In January of twenty
• 5:33
Speaker 1: twenty four, President Trump posted on truth Social I was
• 5:36
Speaker 1: never on Epstein's plane or at a stupid island. On
• 5:40
Speaker 1: December twenty third, twenty twenty five, the DOJ released a
• 5:43
Speaker 1: January twenty twenty internal email from an assistant US attorney
• 5:47
Speaker 1: in the Southern District of New York, reported on by
• 5:50
Speaker 1: multiple outlets, and the email reads, for your situational awareness,
• 5:55
Speaker 1: I wanted to let you know that the flight records
• 5:57
Speaker 1: we received yesterday reflect that Donald Trump on Epstein's private
• 6:01
Speaker 1: jet many more times than previously has been reported, or
• 6:04
Speaker 1: that we were aware, including during the period we would
• 6:07
Speaker 1: expect to charge in the Maxwell case. Yikes, not good
• 6:12
Speaker 1: for Trump, right? Why are you lying about being on
• 6:14
Speaker 1: the plane? Bro In particular, he listed as a passenger
• 6:18
Speaker 1: on at least eight flights from between nineteen ninety two
• 6:21
Speaker 1: and nineteen ninety six, including at least four flights on
• 6:24
Speaker 1: which Maxwell was also present. Miss Groff, Obviously, the flight
• 6:29
Speaker 1: records described pre date your employment with mister Epstein, but
• 6:33
Speaker 1: I want to focus on the time that you were
• 6:35
Speaker 1: working for him February two thousand and one and onward.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: During your tenure working for mister Epstein, did you ever arrange, confirm,
• 6:43
Speaker 1: or log any travel for mister Trump or his family
• 6:46
Speaker 1: Groff No Walkinshaw. Anyone identifying themselves as acting on his
• 6:52
Speaker 1: behalf a board any of the aircraft that belonged to
• 6:55
Speaker 1: mister Epstein Graff no Walkinshaw. Or you ever instructed by
• 6:59
Speaker 1: mister Eppstein or anyone else to handle any Trump related
• 7:03
Speaker 1: travel or correspondence through any channel other than your normal
• 7:06
Speaker 1: scheduling procedures. Graff no Walkinshaw. Okay. Were you aware at
• 7:11
Speaker 1: any point during or after your employment that mister Trump's
• 7:15
Speaker 1: Marra a Lago club had been subpoenaed in the Maxwell case?
• 7:19
Speaker 1: Graff no. Walkinshaw. Did you ever communicate directly or indirectly
• 7:24
Speaker 1: with anyone at Marra a Lago in connection with any
• 7:26
Speaker 1: law enforcement or a grand jury inquiry into either mister
• 7:29
Speaker 1: Epstein or Miss Maxwell's conduct. Miss Groff no, Walkinshaw, Okay,
• 7:35
Speaker 1: switching gears. During your time of employment with mister Epstein,
• 7:40
Speaker 1: were you aware of Virginia Roberts at the time known
• 7:42

• 8:03
Speaker 1: any knowledge or awareness of any meeting between mister Ebstein
• 8:07

• 8:20
Speaker 1: it's possible that you had knowledge of those meetings, Grof. Well,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: if I was directed to make an appointment it's possible,
• 8:25
Speaker 1: but Palm Beach was not really my area of where
• 8:28
Speaker 1: I was booking appointments. Lock Inshaw. Okay. So it's possible
• 8:32
Speaker 1: that you arranged scheduling related to Miss Roberts' role, which
• 8:35
Speaker 1: you believed was as mister Ebstein one of his assistants.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: You might have Grof didn't know what her position was.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: Lock Inshaw, But it's possible you scheduled meetings gets cut
• 8:45
Speaker 1: off by Groff an appointment. It's possible, lock in Shaw, Okay.
• 8:49
Speaker 1: Did you arrange or is it possible that you arranged
• 8:51
Speaker 1: any travel or a compensation for Miss Roberts during that
• 8:54
Speaker 1: time period? Graf, I don't recall. I don't know Walkinshaw. Okay.
• 9:00
Speaker 1: And did you have any awareness of travel or a
• 9:02
Speaker 1: compensation being arranged to Miss Roberts? Groff, No, I don't
• 9:06
Speaker 1: recall Walkinshaw. Okay, thank you. That's all I have. Next up,

Speaker 1: through that settlement? Witcomb? Yes, yes, I think several hundred

Speaker 1: thousand to lib. Okay, you don't have the exact number,
• 10:31
Speaker 1: so two hundred thousand, Witcomb, three hundred thousand to lib

• 37:37
Speaker 1: you ever interact with a massage therapist individually during the time, Period,
• 37:42
Speaker 1: Graf no question By. Timmins so he was arrested in
• 37:46
Speaker 1: two thousand and, six when did you you, said you
• 37:48
Speaker 1: never scheduled a massage after he got out of jail
• 37:51
Speaker 1: in twenty, ten after his, arrest before he went to,
• 37:54
Speaker 1: jail did you ever schedule any massages during that time

Speaker 1: went to? Jail? Graff the reason he went to jail
• 38:44
Speaker 1: was procuring an underage prostitute or solicitation of a. Prostitute, Timmins,

• 38:57
Speaker 1: or do you? Now Graf, NO i don't know how it,
• 39:00
Speaker 1: occurred is that what you? Mean? Tim and? Sure so,
• 39:03
Speaker 1: basically he had a number of different people that were
• 39:05
Speaker 1: procuring underage women or of age women and scheduling massages
• 39:09
Speaker 1: and then either soliciting them by paying them extra money
• 39:12
Speaker 1: or physically sexually assaulting them and raping. Them and someone
• 39:16
Speaker 1: finally told, somebody and that's how he got, arrested and
• 39:19
Speaker 1: there were issues with the, case and so he pled
• 39:22
Speaker 1: guilty and here we. Are SO i, MEAN i would
• 39:24
Speaker 1: imagine that his lawyers included the people that were scheduling these.
• 39:27
Speaker 1: Massages Sarah kellen was horrified that she was on there as,
• 39:30
Speaker 1: well but she acknowledged that she scheduled massages as, Well
• 39:34

• 39:38
Speaker 1: day generally, speaking between two thousand and one and two
• 39:41
Speaker 1: thousand and six were the massages scheduled? Generally were they
• 39:44
Speaker 1: in the morning graff daytime? Question were they in the? Evening?
• 39:48
Speaker 1: Daytime graff? Daytime Timmin's, Okay i'm going to fast forward
• 39:51
Speaker 1: to post twenty. Ten it seems that from twenty ten
• 39:55
Speaker 1: really to twenty twelve, thirteen he went on a sprint
• 39:58
Speaker 1: to find a group of women that he would leverage
• 40:00
Speaker 1: to put in his. Service i'm going to refer to
• 40:03
Speaker 1: them as the seven. SURVIVORS i don't really consider redacted
• 40:07
Speaker 1: to be a. SURVIVOR i think she was elevated above
• 40:10
Speaker 1: what she was originally brought in. For so these seven
• 40:12
Speaker 1: survivors were brought into THE, us they were all, young
• 40:16
Speaker 1: they were all very, attractive and they are methods of,
• 40:19
Speaker 1: control and they are tools of. Control and whether you
• 40:22
Speaker 1: realize that you were critical to the tools and the
• 40:25
Speaker 1: methods of control is one. Question BUT i, MEAN i
• 40:27
Speaker 1: GUESS i just want to talk about. Them so there's credit.
• 40:30
Speaker 1: Cards So epstein In Dyke well redacted would take out
• 40:33
Speaker 1: credit cards in their. Names they would create businesses in their.
• 40:36
Speaker 1: Names these seven women that were quote unquote, assistants and
• 40:40
Speaker 1: he would then leverage their. Finances he gave him a
• 40:43
Speaker 1: place to, stay and you were aware that they all
• 40:46
Speaker 1: stayed in the same, house with the exception of. REDACTED
• 40:49
Speaker 1: i asked you earlier about the pin, numbers so it's
• 40:52
Speaker 1: my understanding that you controlled the pin numbers for the
• 40:54
Speaker 1: doors of their. Apartments and to be very careful because
• 40:58
Speaker 1: they did you have the ability to? Change did you ever?
• 41:01
Speaker 1: Change did you? Control did you know the codes into their?
• 41:04
Speaker 1: Apartments Miss? GROTH i never changed any, Codes. Timmins did
• 41:08
Speaker 1: you know the codes of their? Apartments? GROTH i did
• 41:12
Speaker 1: know the codes on the, apartments BUT i had nothing
• 41:14
Speaker 1: to do with. Them. Timmins did you ever change the? Codes? Groff, No.
• 41:18
Speaker 1: Timmins would you be surprised if there's an email from
• 41:21
Speaker 1: you stating that you changed the? Code? Groth well maybe
• 41:24
Speaker 1: there was something wrong with the. CODE i don't, Know. Timmins,
• 41:27
Speaker 1: okay so you could have changed the, Codes, Groff, well
• 41:29
Speaker 1: there were very difficult. MACHINES i don't. KNOW i never
• 41:32
Speaker 1: went in and changed them, Myself. Timmins so you have
• 41:36
Speaker 1: the tools of control and methods of. Control epstein would
• 41:39
Speaker 1: tell the victims the survivors that THEIR pin number would
• 41:41
Speaker 1: be changed if they didn't do what he. Said he
• 41:44
Speaker 1: did not give them. Leases they were at his, benevolence
• 41:48
Speaker 1: just yet another one of his. Methods the. Control the
• 41:51
Speaker 1: tool was the, apartment the ability to control whether they
• 41:54
Speaker 1: were able to go into their. Apartment and he did
• 41:56
Speaker 1: that through. You but again you didn't. Know so, computers
• 42:00
Speaker 1: end Phones he gave them computers and their cell, phones
• 42:03
Speaker 1: and he told them that they were being survelled and
• 42:05
Speaker 1: that they could do whatever they. Wanted but just know
• 42:08
Speaker 1: that he was. Watching so does that surprise you that
• 42:10
Speaker 1: he would say that to, Them, GROTH i did not
• 42:13
Speaker 1: know that that's what he was telling. THEM i had
• 42:15
Speaker 1: zero knowledge of. That all, right, folks we're gonna wrap
• 42:18
