- 4:29Speaker 3: but they be getting murdered. They but they but they
- 4:36Speaker 3: be dying earlier most often, don't. They do people be
- 4:40Speaker 3: dying all the time. They be getting murdered, car accidents, explosions.
- 4:45Speaker 3: That's the skinny people. That's how the skinny people go out.
- 4:47Speaker 3: They get attacked by Freddy Krueger, Jason Fordees and the
- 4:55Speaker 3: big people would just be.
- 4:59Speaker 2: That's big medical making you think that being mine in
- 5:02Speaker 2: health and all that stuff is you.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Just saying this so you can eat what you want.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Big medical makes you think that some people are fat,
- 5:11Speaker 2: some people are tall.
- 5:13Speaker 1: You don't be like you're tall. And genetics you can
- 5:15Speaker 1: change that.
- 5:16Speaker 3: People leaning on genetics though, like you go naturally genetics zero. No,
- 5:21Speaker 3: I'm I'm giving genetics some credit. How much I'm one
- 5:24Speaker 3: hundred y'all, it's just genetics. Then you dip your throwing
- 5:27Speaker 3: that in the cheese and you eat de grease. That's
- 5:30Speaker 3: what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about your natural disposition.
- 5:35Speaker 3: How much people are not naturally.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Genetics.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Y'all not putting the work, y'all, not exercising, y'all not
- 5:44Speaker 4: eating right there.
- 5:46Speaker 2: I was at the gymn this morning, okay, and I
- 5:48Speaker 2: walked for a mile, five miles.
- 5:50Speaker 4: And keep it up. Still, how long did it take
- 5:53Speaker 4: you to get to this size?
- 5:55Speaker 1: Forty one years. I've been working on a long.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Taking a lot of time to get it.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I've been building this for forty one years.

- 7:37Speaker 1: It's not genetics, but the good tell.
- 7:40Speaker 4: The I'm not talking about it. Tall people die.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Have you ever seen an old tall person?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Tall people be dying, oh, like massively tall tall.
- 7:49Speaker 1: People be dying.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Like how many old ball people?
- 7:52Speaker 1: Old tall people don't be living good?
- 7:54Speaker 4: But my father, he's eighty eight.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Oh one person just throws off the whole thing. I'm
- 7:59Speaker 1: just doing that. Some knowing people be big. You're gonna
- 8:02Speaker 1: tell me that genetics.
- 8:03Speaker 4: I'm saying genetics is a factor.
- 8:05Speaker 1: But I'm talking about how much do you give genetics.
- 8:10Speaker 4: I would give genetics forty.
- 8:13Speaker 3: That's great, sixty percent. You gotta have discipline some to
- 8:22Speaker 3: put the work in.
- 8:23Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Then the other part about it is age metabolism.
- 8:28Speaker 1: He's not factors.
- 8:29Speaker 2: It's my metabolism at forty one not the same as
- 8:31Speaker 2: it once when I was at twenty.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Slowing down.
- 8:33Speaker 3: So you you you gotta double down on the right
- 8:37Speaker 3: choices when you get older, you can't lean on youth.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I'm not doing that, and I don't want to hear it.
- 8:44Speaker 1: The same one. You don't want to talk on the phone.
- 8:45Speaker 1: I don't want to eat health.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Because if you look expect, if you look at my genetics,
- 8:49Speaker 3: I'm supposed to be be No.
- 8:50Speaker 1: No, you for sure are doing the work.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I would say, everybody, get the dude.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Now you're doing the overwork. Not really, no, no you are.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I'll be eating you. You. Your discipline level is fair, fair,
- 9:05Speaker 2: not give me this fair, not what you say. Your
- 9:09Speaker 2: discipline level for eating right and fast eating right and
- 9:14Speaker 2: fasting and workout. Your discipline level is more than average
- 9:19Speaker 2: the average person. Yes, more than more than the average.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Why do you get to add in the morning?
- 9:23Speaker 2: Because I feel like you said, you haven't had sweets
- 9:27Speaker 2: maybe maybe two studio times ago.
- 9:30Speaker 1: You haven't had sweets since like January?
- 9:36Speaker 3: Right, Well, I had the last sweets that I had
- 9:38Speaker 3: that was straight like see it.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Was May for sure May this year.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Yeah my birthday.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Okay, what was that cake I had?
- 9:45Speaker 2: Uh?
- 9:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I had birthday cake and banana bread.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Banana sweet nana bread. Ain't we not. Come on, I
- 9:57Speaker 1: don't know.
- 9:57Speaker 4: I don't know what she used the cook but she.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Bread is I'm talking about cookies, cakes, drinking.
- 10:03Speaker 4: Banana bread is in there made.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Okay, but you it ain't cakes, man, I'm talking about milkshakes,
- 10:11Speaker 2: fully bad banana bread. It's like border I mean not
- 10:15Speaker 2: borderline healthy. But you know what I'm saying.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Man. Second, you know what I'm talking about.
- 10:25Speaker 2: And I know banana bread ain't healthy, but I know,
- 10:27Speaker 2: but it's not cookies, is what I'm saying. Pure, pure
- 10:30Speaker 2: phil I'm talking pure Phills birthday. Okay, before that was
- 10:34Speaker 2: what like January?
- 10:35Speaker 1: Right?
- 10:36Speaker 4: Uh? Yeah, but I had like I have like a day.
- 10:40Speaker 4: It'll be a couple of months and I have a
- 10:42Speaker 4: day while I have something.
- 10:44Speaker 1: That's that's more than more than the average.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, you fast, you eat your window is what
- 10:50Speaker 2: time like two to eight or so?
- 10:53Speaker 4: So I just do thirteen hour minimum on my interimitting.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Fast okay, and workout wise.
- 11:01Speaker 2: How many days in a given month, how many days
- 11:05Speaker 2: would you say you walk five miles or go to
- 11:07Speaker 2: the gym or both, probably like thirty thirty one day month,
- 11:13Speaker 2: thirty day month.
- 11:15Speaker 1: How many days would you do zero?
- 11:17Speaker 3: Probably like twenty some days a month you do both
- 11:22Speaker 3: one or the other. In the summertime, I don't walk
- 11:24Speaker 3: as much because it'd be too hot.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Yeah, so but I'm usually in the gym or on
- 11:29Speaker 3: the peloton or something.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Probably six days a week.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Okay, so one day a week, So basically four days
- 11:38Speaker 2: a month you do zero physical activity. Many days you
- 11:42Speaker 2: do two workouts the gym and the bike. Some days
- 11:46Speaker 2: you do three workouts gym, bike and walk. That's abnormal, Tony,
- 11:52Speaker 2: that's abnormal people watching. That is for not to be
- 11:57Speaker 2: an athlete or training for something, just an everyday human.
- 12:01Speaker 2: That is an abnormal amount of working. Now, that's an
- 12:03Speaker 2: abnormal discipline. That's abnormal people like, how do you have
- 12:09Speaker 2: to I go to the gym? For me, I probably
- 12:11Speaker 2: do four days lifting six days, four days lifting and walking,
- 12:18Speaker 2: and then the other two days probably just walking. That's
- 12:21Speaker 2: even more than the average person, right, And we can
- 12:24Speaker 2: only do this because we don't work nine to five.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I can't imagine if I still had a nine to
- 12:30Speaker 2: five and had to take my kids to school, Like,
- 12:32Speaker 2: that's two and a half three hours of work.
- 12:34Speaker 1: You have time to do roughly three hours.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Of physical activity twenty twenty five days a month.
- 12:44Speaker 1: That's how much it takes for you to not be
- 12:46Speaker 1: how you naturally should be.

- 14:40Speaker 2: don't have time or discipline nor desire to spend that
- 14:44Speaker 2: much time to counteract the way my body is naturally dispositioned.
- 14:48Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 14:49Speaker 2: I do agree with you that if I put in
- 14:52Speaker 2: your level of discipline, if I didn't, don't.
- 14:54Speaker 4: Have to be my level. I'm not asking people on level.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I'm talking to me and you're I'm talking to people.
- 14:59Speaker 1: But I do agree.
- 15:00Speaker 2: If I was like, Okay, I'm gonna follow tones the
- 15:02Speaker 2: Tony sucks at life.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Discipline plan to the tea.
- 15:06Speaker 2: If I live with you and I had to do
- 15:08Speaker 2: the last two next to you, I probably look very similar, right,
- 15:11Speaker 2: and not very similar, but I would look different than
- 15:13Speaker 2: I look.
- 15:14Speaker 1: But I don't want to. That's the truth.
- 15:18Speaker 2: I don't want to. I'm gonna do my healthy. I'm
- 15:21Speaker 2: definitely mooing more than anything. I just want to be
- 15:24Speaker 2: mobile for my whole life. They say you do ten
- 15:26Speaker 2: thousand steps a day, that's like the biggest indicator for
- 15:30Speaker 2: a long life, regardless of how.
- 15:31Speaker 1: You look or build or all that.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Like, if you are physically walking ten thousand steps a day,
- 15:37Speaker 2: it's the greatest indicator for longevity.
- 15:40Speaker 4: You just want to be alive and mobile.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Yes, I don't desire to look. This is my truth.
- 15:47Speaker 2: I don't desire to look. I don't desire to work
- 15:51Speaker 2: so hard that I have that.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I'm fighting the way I'm naturally dispositioned.
- 15:54Speaker 2: To Melissa's point, right, Melissa, her dad, her mom, the boys, right,
- 16:00Speaker 2: their level of.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Workout to get to where their disposition is way less.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Mind, if Melissa did six sent ups now, she would
- 16:07Speaker 2: have an eight pack until she's forty seven.
- 16:10Speaker 1: She don't have to work out.
- 16:12Speaker 2: That's all I'm saying. There's this darn thing. I've said
- 16:14Speaker 2: this to Tony before me. You don't listen because you
- 16:15Speaker 2: like genetics.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Because you're leaning on genetics too.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I'm not.
- 16:19Speaker 2: I probably am because the field. I don't want to
- 16:22Speaker 2: eating the field. I don't be eating a lot, but
- 16:24Speaker 2: I do all the time. I partakes a month.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I'll tell you what you say. You ain't filth the time.
- 16:35Speaker 2: In June, like two weeks before the wedding, maybe two
- 16:40Speaker 2: and a half, when the dude who made my suit,
- 16:43Speaker 2: he said, hey, you're you're losing too much weight too fast.
- 16:47Speaker 1: It's going to mess up the suit. I was like, sick.
- 16:51Speaker 1: You wouldn't. You should have never said that to me.
- 16:55Speaker 2: I didn't work out or eat consistently until two weeks ago.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Two weeks ago.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Yes, I basically was filthy.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Mick Filterson intermittent work dude from June fifteenth till August night, and.
- 17:11Speaker 3: You want to sit theres I would.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I would make genetics is a big part.
- 17:20Speaker 2: When I look at my birth father, I said, well, dang, and.
- 17:25Speaker 4: That's when you gave it. That's when you threw together
- 17:27Speaker 4: talent through the talent that's.
- 17:30Speaker 1: You threw.
- 17:31Speaker 2: This is what I said, this is what I'm fighting against,
- 17:34Speaker 2: and I'm gonna say this. I worked out at this

- 24:04Speaker 2: brisket specifically.
- 24:06Speaker 3: I just wanted to point out briskets, barbecue, ribs, catfish,
- 24:11Speaker 3: fried hush puppies, back and cheese, damn, everybody taking pride
- 24:17Speaker 3: in it. And then it be like I just wanted
