SPEAKER_07: Um, he has had no issues in a long time, and we just want to keep going.
5:43
SPEAKER_07: We want to just keep keep keep keep keep improving, but he's doing very well.
5:47
SPEAKER_07: I'm I'm I'm extremely happy and proud and feel good.
5:52
SPEAKER_07: Uh feel good that it seems as though those days are behind us, but you don't want to get too excited, you want to keep stay the course and and and and and continue to improve.
6:07
SPEAKER_04: What's up?
6:08
SPEAKER_04: What's up?
6:08
SPEAKER_04: I got a white boy.
6:13
SPEAKER_07: White boy here, John Bone said, White boy here, but fully support y'all because because the cover up is too obvious.
6:22
SPEAKER_07: Yes, it is, y'all.
6:24
SPEAKER_07: So I appreciate you, John.
6:26
SPEAKER_07: You're gonna love it here, man.

SPEAKER_07: We we we keep it real, we do what we do.
6:32
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, I'm glad you're so king is doing good.
6:35
SPEAKER_07: Let me just let me just put that out there.
6:39
SPEAKER_04: Uh said amazing news, amazing news.
6:52
SPEAKER_07: Everybody tired of the Tatum guy.
6:54
SPEAKER_07: So we didn't have a chance to get into this.
6:57
SPEAKER_07: Uh we didn't get a chance to react to the final, the last interview that uh Nolan friends did uh with Officer Tatum.
7:09
SPEAKER_07: So we're gonna do that today.
7:10
SPEAKER_07: I know we didn't get to do it on Friday, so I figured we would do it on Monday.
7:14
SPEAKER_07: I believe it's dropped Thursday night.
7:17
SPEAKER_07: A lot of inconsistencies in the story and more stuff popped up as we react to this interview with Tatum with Nolan's friends.
7:27
SPEAKER_07: I want y'all to tell me what y'all see.
7:35
SPEAKER_04: I want y'all to tell me what y'all see.
7:39
SPEAKER_04: And uh we are going to we are gonna break this down.
7:50
SPEAKER_07: So let's go to uh which one was it?
7:54
SPEAKER_07: Here it is.
8:03
SPEAKER_02: Yes, and then you get a like I said, like I said, like lights up a room when he walks in it, but like no, I'm not sure.
8:13
SPEAKER_02: No jokes.
8:15
SPEAKER_02: Like I said, no joke.
8:20
SPEAKER_02: I mean, he's great, dude.
8:21
SPEAKER_02: Like most genuine guy I've ever met in my life.
8:24
SPEAKER_02: Nolan would always be at our house to stay at our houses if parents come out and say, Oh, well, we don't know these boys.
8:30
SPEAKER_02: Well, then does that mean you don't know where your kids staying at night?
8:33
SPEAKER_06: Because he was staying at our house since as far as the investigation guys give your phones over to investigators.
8:45
SPEAKER_06: All right, we have Morgan Jack here.
8:49
SPEAKER_06: Um, let's I wanna what I want to do, and I want the audience to be able to have an opportunity to hear some of the things that have been put what happened.
9:03
SPEAKER_06: Um I only had at, you know, from the perspective of Warren last time.
9:11
SPEAKER_06: I want to what I want to do, and I want the audience to be able to have an opportunity to hear some of the things that have been put out there cleared up.
9:20
SPEAKER_06: You guys know better than anybody else what happened.
9:24
SPEAKER_06: Uh I only had, you know, from the perspective of Warren last time, and now that you guys are here, I want to get the full perspective so that people can know what happened and they can judge for themselves.
9:34
SPEAKER_06: And the first thing I want to start with is your relationship with Nolan.
9:39
SPEAKER_06: You know, what was y'all's relationship like?
9:41
SPEAKER_06: I'm sure, you know, jump in however you feel, but there's been talks on social media that you guys are fake friends of Nolan.
9:51
SPEAKER_06: You weren't really his friend.
9:52
SPEAKER_06: Can you explain that to me in the audience?
9:55
SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, I mean, I think I don't think I don't care what anyone says about my relationship with someone else.
10:03
SPEAKER_02: I know my relationship with Nolan, Nolan knew his relationship with me.
10:06
SPEAKER_02: I know who my best friend is, and he knew that too.
10:09
SPEAKER_02: I mean, he knew our relationship.
10:11
SPEAKER_02: But so basically, like, no one can tell me how I feel about someone or how someone felt about me, especially someone who's gone now.
10:20
SPEAKER_02: I mean, no one knew the relationship we had, but describing Nolan like that man was the funniest dude ever.
10:27
SPEAKER_07: Always have Jax jack Jax looks very nervous for some reason.
10:31
SPEAKER_07: He's very fidgety, moving around a lot.
10:34
SPEAKER_07: I don't know what's wrong with Jax.
10:36
SPEAKER_07: Jax needs to relax a little bit.
10:39
SPEAKER_09: A smile on his face.
10:42
SPEAKER_09: If you needed to laugh, I think Nolan would be the only person, one of the only people I would call.
10:48
SPEAKER_09: Man, I had never seen him like mad.
10:50
SPEAKER_10: He was about to say he was the peacemaker.
10:52
SPEAKER_10: He was a friend group.
10:54
SPEAKER_10: I mean, anytime anybody had beef over somebody, over a girl, whatever, he'd go over there and start talking to me.
10:58
SPEAKER_02: He's like, Man, I think this guy's actually pretty cool.
11:08
SPEAKER_10: We should I I think we should make this guy.
11:14
SPEAKER_10: And it's awesome.
11:16
SPEAKER_10: Yeah, no one's great.
11:18
SPEAKER_07: Hold on, y'all.
11:19
SPEAKER_07: Let me try to reshare this.
11:20
SPEAKER_07: It's it's it's it's it's uh I don't like the way it was acting.
11:27
SPEAKER_04: Hold on one qu one second.
11:28
SPEAKER_04: Let me try to reshare it.
12:18
SPEAKER_04: Don't worry about it.
13:27
SPEAKER_02: I was a little closer with him before y'all, because like obviously like I told Brandon last time, like eighth grade COVID years is when Noah and I like really started hanging out, and then we all started hanging out going into high school, but man, that dude's funny.
13:42
SPEAKER_02: Life of the party, like so much fun.
13:45
SPEAKER_02: Like we had so much fun together, like even going up to like Startville where Morgan goes to school, and like just every freshman.
14:03
SPEAKER_07: But anyway, they're right now they're talking about what they what they feel about Nolan.
14:12
SPEAKER_07: Uh what this this is the final uh I think I don't think they're gonna do no more interviews after this one either, y'all.
14:28
SPEAKER_07: I think I'm pretty sure that I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure that that with all the backlash they're getting from this interview, I'm pretty sure that they will not be uh bringing no more, uh uh doing no more interviews.
14:53
SPEAKER_07: I don't think so.
14:55
SPEAKER_07: Um let's get back to this.
15:01
SPEAKER_07: Did y'all see the press conference where they were trying to say is some where uh Kramp and his and Nolan Wells mom was saying that there is some corruption.
15:12
SPEAKER_07: They got a miscommunication with the uh they got some type of miscommunication with the what is it?
15:22
SPEAKER_07: The uh the phone.
15:24
SPEAKER_07: They want her to, they want their they want Nolan's mom to give up the phone, but they were supposed to uh like look at the phone together.
15:36
SPEAKER_07: Something like that.
15:38
SPEAKER_07: I don't understand the situation with the phone or what the big deal is?
15:52
SPEAKER_04: I don't know what the big deal is.
15:54
SPEAKER_04: I feel like they're making an excuse.
16:11
SPEAKER_07: Do you think do you think Nolan Wells' mom should give up the phone?
16:16
SPEAKER_02: I know when people like, you know, when people pass a lot, everybody says good things, obviously.
16:22
SPEAKER_02: And you know, this isn't just me like being respectful to know I'm like, dude, that was like one of the best guys I've ever met.
16:28
SPEAKER_10: I've only ever seen him mad once.
16:32
SPEAKER_10: Literally once.
16:33
SPEAKER_10: That's it.
16:34
SPEAKER_10: One time, and it was over something stupid.
16:38
SPEAKER_10: Yeah, but that was the only time I've ever seen him matter, and that he was always smiling or trying to figure out.
16:50
SPEAKER_07: I actually know what it is.
16:52
SPEAKER_10: That we're doing that night or whatever, and it's like somebody hack my computer.
17:16
SPEAKER_04: It's like somebody hacked my computer, y'all.
17:33
SPEAKER_07: So while we wait for this to catch up, the d the problem is law enforcement is trying to force Nolan Wells.
17:47
SPEAKER_07: Like Jack said, like they're trying to force Nolan Wells' mom to give up the phone, to give up Nolan's phone, but they already had an agreement in place so that when they give up the phone, um, so when they give up the phone, they were supposed to have an independent person, they were supposed to have an independent investigator look at both phones.
18:20
SPEAKER_07: That was the agreement they had.
18:23
SPEAKER_07: And then out of nowhere, the DA sent Nolan Wells' mother a demand that they had like a day or two to turn in the phone.
18:34
SPEAKER_07: And then Ben Crump said, Well, wait a minute, we had an agreement that when we turned in the phone, both investigators would we had to look at it together so that we would feel comfortable.
18:47
SPEAKER_02: Hey, I used to pick up Nolan every day.
18:51
SPEAKER_02: Well, buddy Wall used to pick up Nolan.
18:52
SPEAKER_02: Like, literally would pick, we didn't make Nolan drive anywhere.
18:56
SPEAKER_02: That's how much we loved him, bro.
18:57
SPEAKER_02: Like, we just always wanted to be.
18:58
SPEAKER_02: That's how much, like, everybody knows this too.
19:01
SPEAKER_02: Like, Nolan didn't drive, like, especially at least North group, because Nolan, we no one we always picked Nolan up, regardless of where it was.
19:08
SPEAKER_02: Like, literally on July 3rd, Nolan rode with me and like rode with me to watch because we had to get parts for remote.
19:15
SPEAKER_02: But anyway, just for you know, it's it's crazy that like I think it's kind of sad that like people I I have some friends of mine that I'm very, very close with, and I just don't know their parents.
19:27
SPEAKER_07: You know, we're so if Nolan rolled with y'all everywhere all the time, that would mean y'all didn't y'all should be accustomed to not leaving him.
19:40
SPEAKER_07: See, the thing is, everything they say, it doesn't, it it it it still doesn't make them look better as far as looking out for their friend.
19:49
SPEAKER_07: Uh Borne just said we we we Nolan didn't drive, we always picked him up, we always took him everywhere, whatever, whatever.
19:58
SPEAKER_07: So all of a sudden, y'all always pick him up, but y'all don't always make sure he gets back.
20:06
SPEAKER_07: Somebody in the chat make that make sense.
20:09
SPEAKER_02: Grown men, you don't have to know someone's parents to be close with them, and for someone's like for you know them to come out and be like, oh, well, y'all aren't somebody.
20:24
SPEAKER_02: Well, how are you gonna tell me like my real no?
20:28
SPEAKER_02: It's it's crazy, like they're really horrible to say because if you go look on every Instagram or he just said you don't have to know a parent to be close with the child.
20:42
SPEAKER_07: Now, that's another thing.
20:44
SPEAKER_07: Um, I got a question, y'all.
20:46
SPEAKER_07: Now I know I understand when you get a little older, but if you're talking about 16, 17, and 18 years old, I I would think parents know who their kid, who who's who's who is the kids is close to.
21:03
SPEAKER_07: And if the kid doesn't go out of their way to make sure they are close with the parent, that makes me look at it.
21:11
SPEAKER_07: That makes me look at things a little different too.
21:14
SPEAKER_07: Now, if they were older, I could understand the mom not knowing, not knowing how close they were or whatever.
21:21
SPEAKER_07: But we're talking about middle school and high school kids.
21:28
SPEAKER_07: The parent has to know what's going on at that age.
21:36
SPEAKER_07: Fire Glory says they are deflecting Facebook or anything else.
21:43
SPEAKER_02: The only people in it are us and his football guys.
21:49
SPEAKER_02: Like that like that's just that's just he's with us every time no one's anywhere.
22:00
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna just start to go back anywhere.
22:01
SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, we went on countless vacation.
22:03
SPEAKER_02: Home coming effect like all this has had on everybody, not including just our friend group, but like our friends' parents and my parents.
22:09
SPEAKER_02: Like our friends were really and families were really close with Nolan.
22:14
SPEAKER_02: And I mean, this has been a horrible tragedy, not just for us, but for our families and friends too.
22:18
SPEAKER_02: My mom knew Nolan because she used to drive us from Wafflause to school.
22:24
SPEAKER_07: Once a week, my stepdad knew Nolan because he used to drive us to that, but like they trying to convince us that how much it really says something to me if the parents, even if the kids, you should want to be around and know the person's parents.
22:53
SPEAKER_07: But check this out.
22:54
SPEAKER_07: Isn't it fitting?
22:56
SPEAKER_07: Doesn't it kind of make sense that the way they are treat, see, they don't treat, they don't right now to this day, right now, these boys don't treat Nolan's mom like a person who is a best friend of someone how they treat their parents.
23:14
SPEAKER_07: Meaning, like my best friend, I treat her mom, I mean, I treat his mom like it's my mom.
23:22
SPEAKER_07: Like my best friend, and he treats my mom like it's his mom.
23:29
SPEAKER_07: And these boys don't treat Nolan's mom like that's their best friend's mom.
23:38
SPEAKER_07: You know, saying like acting like she don't know what she's talking about, or or just uh uh uh uh uh judging her and saying, well, she didn't know this, she didn't do this, or you don't know where your kids at, like she is a grieving mother of your supposed best friend.
23:58
SPEAKER_07: So that is something that like it makes sense for her to say that she didn't know them prior to or didn't know them well, because look how they're treating her now.
24:11
SPEAKER_07: Honestly, you know, are they do they treat that are they treating Nolan's mom right now?
24:17
SPEAKER_07: Are they treating Nolan's mom the way you treat your best friend's mom?
24:20
SPEAKER_07: That's all I'm gonna say.
24:26
SPEAKER_04: But but Nolan would always be a doorhouse to stare at her.
24:34
SPEAKER_07: I don't know what the hell is wrong with this, man.
24:39
SPEAKER_07: For his parents to come out and say, Oh, well, I don't get it to treat Nolan's mom the way they are treating her makes absolutely no sense.
25:01
SPEAKER_07: They should be uh they all should be a family right now.
25:05
SPEAKER_07: If they were real best friends, they all would be family right now, working to see what happened to Nolan.
25:14
SPEAKER_07: But they are working against it, they are not working together.
25:19
SPEAKER_07: The one the friends that she knows about, J Von.
25:25
SPEAKER_07: You see, you notice that Jayvon is with Nolan's uh mother or or or or in support of Nolan's mother.
25:33
SPEAKER_07: You don't see any back and forth or like they're at odds.
25:37
SPEAKER_07: But when it comes to this situation, these boys don't treat Nolan's mom like you would treat your best friend's mom.
25:45
SPEAKER_04: And it is just simple as that.
25:57
SPEAKER_04: Especially being so young.
26:12
SPEAKER_04: So let's check this out.
26:13
SPEAKER_04: I had an article where they discussed.
26:24
SPEAKER_04: I have an article where they discuss.
26:40
SPEAKER_04: Let's go over this one.
26:41
SPEAKER_07: Nolan Wells friends recall the last interaction with the teen at July 4th party before he vanished and was found dead.
26:49
SPEAKER_07: This is from Yahoo News.
26:52
SPEAKER_07: Wells' parents have repeatedly questioned why he would voluntarily separate from the group from his group that day on Horn Island without his phone.
27:03
SPEAKER_07: Um, and let's get into it.
27:07
SPEAKER_07: These friends account of Wells choosing to stay behind without them at the large gathering on Horn Island has drawn intense scrutiny from Wells' parents who called it unusual and out of character.
27:21
SPEAKER_07: In a new interview this week, the friends expanded on their version of events.
27:26
SPEAKER_07: Nolan was like a brother to us, Jax Patolo insisted.
27:31
SPEAKER_07: Jax appeared on the show with Morgan Seymour and Warren Hudson, two other of Wells' friends who were all together that July day.
27:42
SPEAKER_07: Much remains unclear about Wells' final hours alive, and his death is under both an official and independent investigation by the family.
27:52
SPEAKER_07: The results of the state autopsy having been released, and outside autopsy could not determine his cause of death or ruled out foul play due to some key limitations with Wells' body, but did not find any severe injuries.
28:08
SPEAKER_07: Wells was found on Horn Island on July 6th.
28:12
SPEAKER_07: Law enforcement initially said they saw no signs of foul play and suspected he could have drowned in an area known for riptides.
28:23
SPEAKER_07: His parents, Christine and Elmore Wandsley, have questioned this and have reportedly threatened litigation against some of the party's attendees as they fight for transparency, citing the state's history of racial injustice.
28:39
SPEAKER_07: Both Wells' family and friends say they've been harassed and even received death threats as conspiracy theories fill a void created by lack of answers.
28:54
SPEAKER_07: This is a quote.
28:58
SPEAKER_07: This is what his mom said at his funeral on July 20th, adding, Your absence has left an emptiness that can never truly be filled.
29:05
SPEAKER_07: A piece of our hearts will always be missing.
29:09
SPEAKER_07: And it breaks my heart when I hear this mom speak because there are a lot of people out here who are disrespecting the mother, harassing the mother, calling the mother out for stupid reasons.
29:24
SPEAKER_07: Like they don't realize this mother just lost her son, man.
29:28
SPEAKER_07: A young son at that who was not able to live their life.
29:33
SPEAKER_07: I don't know how you can harass, call out uh ridicule, and do all these type of mean things.
29:44
SPEAKER_07: Um and knowing that they just lost their child.
29:55
SPEAKER_07: It's like, are you a parent?
29:56
SPEAKER_07: Do you would do you have any idea what this mother is going through?
30:02
SPEAKER_07: And then you want to you want to judge her and ridicule her like she just like her son just scraped his knee and she's complaining or she's looking for answers.
30:12
SPEAKER_07: All she's doing is looking for answers.
30:16
SPEAKER_07: I've never seen someone be so treated so poorly just for looking for answers and wanting transparency and trying to find out what happened to her son.
30:32
SPEAKER_07: Whether he was unalived or it was an accident, as a parent, I'm sure she would feel a lot better knowing what the hell happened.
30:43
SPEAKER_07: So she can have some type of closure.
30:45
SPEAKER_07: Is that too much to ask?
30:48
SPEAKER_07: Is a little closure too much to ask for a mother for a mother?
31:00
SPEAKER_04: I don't understand.
31:07
SPEAKER_04: Also, join our membership program.
31:09
SPEAKER_07: We are gonna continue to to look for answers.
31:12
SPEAKER_07: Back to the end.
31:14
SPEAKER_07: I'm not worried about all this threatening content creators.
31:18
SPEAKER_06: Take me to what I know from the interview we had and some of the things that Nolan has spent the night.
31:26
SPEAKER_06: Was this the first time you guys went to Horn Island?
31:29
SPEAKER_10: Three times with Nolan, and then the previous year we went to Horn Island, no one was with us out there then.
31:36
SPEAKER_10: And every every time we go out to Horn Island, usually Nolan's with us.
31:41
SPEAKER_10: And every single year for the Fourth of July, when we go out there, no one's with us.
31:46
SPEAKER_10: I mean, this is a tradition.
31:53
SPEAKER_07: So this is another thing.
31:55
SPEAKER_07: Now, now you see how they just said uh Nolan was with them numerous times on Horn Island.
32:04
SPEAKER_07: They went three or four times this year, three or four times last year.
32:08
SPEAKER_07: They always went.
32:10
SPEAKER_07: So that's another reason that makes me think, well, well, if Nolan went this many times, I'm sure Nolan knew about the riptides.
32:20
SPEAKER_07: I'm sure Nolan knew about the riptides.
32:25
SPEAKER_04: Hello?
32:33
SPEAKER_04: What I'm in the middle of the show.
32:36
SPEAKER_07: Just text me, bro.
32:41
SPEAKER_07: Um, sorry about that, y'all.
32:44
SPEAKER_07: Uh, how would he just get caught up in a riptide?
32:54
SPEAKER_07: It's not like this is his first time on the island, he doesn't know anything about it.
33:00
SPEAKER_07: Y'all just said he always goes, he's gone with y'all numerous times.
33:04
SPEAKER_07: So that is another thing that they have said out their own mouth that makes me say, well, that here we go.
33:12
SPEAKER_07: Like, well, how did he not?
33:14
SPEAKER_07: How would he just go somewhere with nobody seeing him, go off somewhere to the side and just drown?
33:21
SPEAKER_07: As if he don't know anything about the island.
33:24
SPEAKER_07: I'm sure if he's been there six, seven, eight, nine, ten times, I'm sure he knows that island, like the back of his hand.
33:34
SPEAKER_10: To be that is a party all day, and it is literally right up all of our alleys.
33:41
SPEAKER_10: Like, that's what we want to do all day.
33:42
SPEAKER_10: Like, that's the funnest day of the year.
33:45
SPEAKER_02: And uh, yeah, I mean, no one was with us two weeks prior to July at Port Island.
33:54
SPEAKER_02: Nothing, any intention to hurt no one at the island.
33:57
SPEAKER_02: Why would we do it on the 4th of July with thousands of people out there?
34:04
SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's and no one was okay.
34:07
SPEAKER_07: Just said he'd been there other times.
34:10
SPEAKER_07: Uh Warren says if they had intentions, why would they do it on the 4th of July when everybody out there?
34:19
SPEAKER_07: See, I don't think it was intentional.
34:22
SPEAKER_07: I think whatever happened to Nolan Wells was one thing led to another.
34:26
SPEAKER_07: I don't think the plan was to unalive Nolan.
34:30
SPEAKER_07: I don't think most people, I mean, some people may think that, but for the most part, I don't think that's what most people think.
34:38
SPEAKER_07: Like Warren has kind of made up these narratives in his head and explaining narratives that aren't really what people thinking.
34:46
SPEAKER_07: There are some people that think it was uh uh planned out, but for the majority, I think majority of people just think something happened, it got out of hand.
35:01
SPEAKER_07: Something happened, it got out of hand, and uh one thing led to another, and then now it's just a cover-up.
35:14
SPEAKER_07: Um, but Warren is trying to make it believe make make us believe that we if they wanted to intentionally do it, why didn't they do it another time?
35:22
SPEAKER_07: That's not our question, Warren.
35:25
SPEAKER_07: We we we we don't we think it we think it just happened.
35:46
SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
35:49
SPEAKER_02: I just wish this was a whole group of people like we were with on the fourth.
35:52
SPEAKER_02: So I mean that's yeah, it was on it was it was on like a Wednesday day.
36:01
SPEAKER_05: It's not like this.
36:03
SPEAKER_02: It's not like this is just like a random like occasion.
36:09
SPEAKER_02: We gotta do this all the time.
36:12
SPEAKER_02: We all go on the boat, we all do things together like this.
36:15
SPEAKER_06: So I wanna I want to get to some pointed questions about the phone situation because I think last time, Warren, when we you and I talked or spoke, you weren't at the house when the phone was recovered.
36:29
SPEAKER_06: Um, so I want to figure this out.
36:32
SPEAKER_06: Explain to me, because a lot of people are still online saying that they find it to be incredibly suspicious that for his phone back when you guys are leaving, was it not a part of the conversation?
36:44
SPEAKER_06: Was Nolan the only person that left his phone on the boat?
36:47
SPEAKER_06: Can you can you guys walk me through that idea?
36:50
SPEAKER_10: So uh I can go ahead first and say nobody has their phone in the water.
36:59
SPEAKER_10: When you jump in a pool, do you have your phone?
37:02
SPEAKER_10: Like you know, you don't.
37:03
SPEAKER_10: You're you're not gonna bring your electronic in the water.
37:06
SPEAKER_07: So, what everybody does is they stick their phones on the dash of the boat and they forget they keep talking about people leaving their phone on the on the we know people leave their phone on the boat.
37:26
SPEAKER_07: They keep this is another like they are they I don't like this, y'all.
37:30
SPEAKER_07: It's like they're taking something that nobody is talking, like that doesn't even think about the issue grabbing his phone.
37:37
SPEAKER_10: He never asked about his phone along with five other people.
37:41
SPEAKER_07: We know that people leave their phone on the boat when they're getting in the water, we know that we are saying people don't leave their phone and let the whole boat go back to shore while I'm still stuck on the island.
37:58
SPEAKER_07: That is what we're saying about the phone.
38:01
SPEAKER_07: Like I said, whether they did something or not, I don't know, but they make it sounds everything sounds so iffy.
38:11
SPEAKER_07: Why are you sitting up here trying to explain explain to us?
38:17
SPEAKER_04: It was going Ethan.
38:20
SPEAKER_04: Um people that also left their phones on the boat, and we had to wait at the boat line lunch for them to come and pick Javon is one of one of the guys in a friend group.
38:51
SPEAKER_04: Mistaken Javon's I mean Javon's a friend of mine, friend of ours, like not a we gave Javon his phone back along with everybody else who left their phone on the boat.
39:15
SPEAKER_06: So yeah, we'll get to that because I I think I have the the the timeline in my mind.
39:20
SPEAKER_06: So you guys, the boat is taking in water.
39:24
SPEAKER_06: You guys, you had already left, Morgan, right?
39:26
SPEAKER_06: You had already left on a boat.
39:27
SPEAKER_06: So there's three boats.
39:29
SPEAKER_06: You had already left about five minutes before this situation happened.
39:32
SPEAKER_04: The last two boats was Bart's boat and Wyatt's boat, and those are the two boats that left out.
39:45
SPEAKER_06: Because what was the conversation with Nolan?
39:50
SPEAKER_06: Because Nolan obviously had come in on Wyatt's boat.
39:54
SPEAKER_06: You guys are all getting ready to leave.
39:56
SPEAKER_06: So what was the communication like with Nolan?
39:59
SPEAKER_10: So uh actually Wyatt was saying, told Nolan, because Nolan's with this girl at this point.
40:06
SPEAKER_10: They're they're they're together.
40:09
SPEAKER_10: Wyatt looked at Nolan.
40:11
SPEAKER_10: He was like, dude, come on, boat's taking on water, we gotta go.
40:15
SPEAKER_10: Like right now.
40:16
SPEAKER_10: And Nolan didn't want to go.
40:17
SPEAKER_10: He said he wanted to stay with the girl.
40:19
SPEAKER_10: And Wyatt started yelling at him.
40:21
SPEAKER_10: He's like, Nolan, get on the boat now.
40:24
SPEAKER_10: And Nolan was like, no, and then finally, Wyatt's like, Nolan, get on the effing boat right now.
40:31
SPEAKER_10: We are leaving right now.
40:33
SPEAKER_10: We gotta get the boat out of there before it goes under.
40:38
SPEAKER_06: And it was that and when when the when when Nolan said that like, was there an issue that you believe that Nolan would be able to get back, or were you concerned?
40:52
SPEAKER_06: Like, I'm not sure.
40:53
SPEAKER_10: So what I can say is I've been out countless.
40:58
SPEAKER_10: I've done it before where I went out on one boat and my friends left, and I just know so many people out there, I didn't even think about do I have a ride already set up.
41:06
SPEAKER_10: I just know so many people out there that I'm like, okay, there's 100% sure I can find a ride back, and which I have before.
41:12
SPEAKER_10: You know?
41:14
SPEAKER_04: And it's it's it's one of those things where it's at Horn Island.
41:43
SPEAKER_07: Why would you not make sure he has his phone?
41:47
SPEAKER_07: I just I mean to myself.
41:49
SPEAKER_07: That all makes sense, but why would you not make sure, even if you left your friend, many of us gonna say we wouldn't leave our friend, we'd be like, get your ass on the boat.
42:01
SPEAKER_07: I would have been like, Nolan, I'm not leaving you on an island.
42:06
SPEAKER_07: Get your ass on the boat, Nolan, and we're gonna take you to shore now.
42:11
SPEAKER_07: Later on, you want to get on some boat and go back over there, but you're gonna come to shore with me.
42:18
SPEAKER_07: But even if you don't do that, why wouldn't you make sure that he has his phone at least?
42:28
SPEAKER_07: You just said yourself, you know, everybody leaves their phone on the boat, so you know his phone is on the boat.
42:35
SPEAKER_07: You have a strong idea, you should know.
42:37
SPEAKER_07: Why wouldn't you say, hey, well, look, if you're gonna stay over here, at least take your phone, bro.
42:43
SPEAKER_07: Y'all didn't even say that.
42:44
SPEAKER_07: You didn't even care if he had his phone on a whole fucking island.
42:53
SPEAKER_04: Put a one in the chat if you can hear.
43:06
SPEAKER_07: Like they keep talking about we tried to have him get on, but why wouldn't you give him his phone though?
43:11
SPEAKER_07: There's no way I would leave my friend on the boat, I mean on the island and not give him his phone.
43:20
SPEAKER_10: You don't even have to know somebody to ask for a ride back in.
43:27
SPEAKER_10: They're gonna bring you in.
43:29
SPEAKER_10: You know, it's not like if you ask anybody out there 100%, they'll bring you back.
43:40
SPEAKER_09: I mean, we had somebody the boating community who you are.
43:43
SPEAKER_09: If someone sees you struggling on the island, no matter the case, they will come and help you.
43:52
SPEAKER_09: They will do anything in their power to help you bring you back to the shit out there.
44:00
SPEAKER_10: And he couldn't find his boat.
44:04
SPEAKER_10: And he asked somebody random that he didn't even know if he could catch a ride back with them.
44:09
SPEAKER_10: And they were like, yeah, got him on the boat, called his parents, told them the situation was going on, and then took him back on Insure.
44:18
SPEAKER_06: And that's that's that happened this time, or is it for?
44:23
SPEAKER_06: So you guys get you leave Nolan there.
44:26
SPEAKER_06: I'm basically just telling him that you guys are accepting that Nolan's gonna get a ride back somewhere else, y'all taking on water.
44:32
SPEAKER_06: Explain to the audience what is this sinking boat thing like?
44:37
SPEAKER_06: Because I think that people are in good faith, those who are acting are genuinely curious of like, are you sinking?
44:44
SPEAKER_06: Are you do you think you're gonna sink?
44:47
SPEAKER_06: Because you hear Wyatt on the phone and he's like, We're sinking, we're going down.
44:51
SPEAKER_06: And obviously, there's you never went down.
44:54
SPEAKER_06: So can you explain what he was saying about going down?
44:58
SPEAKER_06: Was there a little bit of water?
45:00
SPEAKER_06: Was he just panicking more than the normal, or like what was that?
45:03
SPEAKER_06: And I want you to explain too, like, what happened to the boat, how did you recover the boat, and how did you get back to the to the mainland?
45:12
SPEAKER_10: So I'm gonna go ahead and first off explain a boat.
45:16
SPEAKER_10: So a bilge pump pump is in the bilge.
45:22
SPEAKER_10: The bilge is there's a space in there where you have all your electronics, your batteries, everything that controls everything throughout the whole boat.
45:34
SPEAKER_10: So the first thing that fills up on a boat when it starts to sink is the bilge.
45:38
SPEAKER_10: And it goes in the bilge and it starts filling up.
45:41
SPEAKER_10: Well, then the bilge pump kicks on, senses the water automatically, and starts pumping it out.
45:45
SPEAKER_10: In this situation, the bilge pump had a malfunction, it didn't kick on, and it got all the way to the very top of the bilge, which is the floor level.
45:56
SPEAKER_10: And then we start to see the boat actually sag down in the water, and we're like, okay, what's going on?
46:01
SPEAKER_10: So there's a cap in the back of the boat that you can unscrew and look inside the bilge.
46:07
SPEAKER_10: We unscrewed it.
46:08
SPEAKER_10: There's so much water in the boat, it started overflowing into onto the deck.
46:12
SPEAKER_10: And so at this point, we're like, okay, this boat's going down.
46:15
SPEAKER_10: It's going, it's going down quick.
46:17
SPEAKER_10: We don't know where the water's coming in from.
46:19
SPEAKER_10: We don't know what's going on, and we just go into full-on like panic mode.
46:23
SPEAKER_10: Get this thing out of here now.
46:25
SPEAKER_10: So we hook up the boats.
46:27
SPEAKER_10: No, call sea tow.
46:28
SPEAKER_10: Okay.
46:29
SPEAKER_06: Let's get to that part.
46:30
SPEAKER_06: Because you call seito first.
46:31
SPEAKER_06: No.
46:32
SPEAKER_06: Or you had the boats hooked up first.
46:35
SPEAKER_10: We had the boats hooked up first.
46:36
SPEAKER_06: Okay, okay.
46:38
SPEAKER_10: So we hook up the boats and we start towing them out.
46:41
SPEAKER_10: He's on the phone with Cito.
46:43
SPEAKER_10: Because hold on, let me go back a second.
46:45
SPEAKER_10: The electronics comes working.
46:47
SPEAKER_07: Wait a minute.
46:48
SPEAKER_07: So y'all already was towing the boat while you're on the phone with C with Cito.
46:58
SPEAKER_07: Thank you, Seven Monroe.
47:00
SPEAKER_07: 440 jewels, Uncle Alert.
47:03
SPEAKER_07: Thank you.
47:03
SPEAKER_07: Thank you for the jewels.
47:05
SPEAKER_07: Everybody, thank Seven Monroe for the love in the comments.
47:11
SPEAKER_07: But wait a minute.
47:13
SPEAKER_07: The boat was going down.
47:17
SPEAKER_07: Why why you're at shore?
47:19
SPEAKER_07: Why are y'all all on the boat?
47:21
SPEAKER_07: And then you towing it, but you on the phone, you on the phone with Cito, but you don't tell Cito that you're kind of in the middle of getting it towed.
47:32
SPEAKER_04: I don't make no fucking sense.
47:34
SPEAKER_04: I'm trying to make it make sense.
47:42
SPEAKER_07: More 440 more jewels, y'all.
47:44
SPEAKER_07: That don't make sense.
47:45
SPEAKER_07: So y'all on shore, y'all on Horn Island shore.
47:49
SPEAKER_07: Y'all ain't left nowhere yet.
47:53
SPEAKER_07: But you already towing the boat while you're on the phone with Z Tow.
48:04
SPEAKER_04: Come on, y'all.
48:05
SPEAKER_07: I'm trying to make do that make sense?
48:08
SPEAKER_07: So you you you on shore by Horn Island.
48:12
SPEAKER_07: You see the boat flooding, so then y'all already hook up the boat, y'all already towing it.
48:17
SPEAKER_07: And then you call and see toe talking about that it's going down.
48:42
SPEAKER_04: Uh I don't know.
48:43
SPEAKER_07: That's it just I don't know yet.
48:45
SPEAKER_10: The batteries are also the batteries are completely untwasted.
48:49
SPEAKER_10: Like they're they're yeah.
48:52
SPEAKER_10: Everything's fried basically.
48:55
SPEAKER_10: So uh we have it connected, kind of towing them out, and uh he's on the phone with Cito, and he's trying trying to get them on the phone.
49:07
SPEAKER_10: And as he stated in the moment, he's like, Sito's just asking, I can't like figure out what's going on.
49:13
SPEAKER_10: And so work again.
49:15
SPEAKER_10: So they manually trim it down by the buttons on the motor, trimmed it down, and some some electronics started to come back on, and they got the boat to crank over, and they're like, All right, untie us because whenever if you get a boat on plane, the suction of the water going underneath it will actually pull all the water out of the village if you have the plug out.
49:34
SPEAKER_10: So, like, say you have the plug out and it's sitting, the boat will sink.
49:37
SPEAKER_10: If you have the plug out and you're running, all the water will rush out the back of the boat.
49:40
SPEAKER_06: When you say on plane, you mean like it has to be going fast enough to be up on top of the water?
49:47
SPEAKER_10: Yep.
49:47
SPEAKER_10: All right.
49:48
SPEAKER_10: So plane is you're you're up, you're running, you're Denise.
49:53
SPEAKER_07: Denise says the boat did not leave according to GPS until 4 31.
49:58
SPEAKER_07: The call to Cito is at 4 p.m.
50:01
SPEAKER_07: On the call, you say you left the island.
50:03
SPEAKER_07: Facts not a line.
50:05
SPEAKER_07: That is that's that's that's my point.
50:09
SPEAKER_07: GPS says the boat didn't leave to 431, but you're on the call with Ceto at 4 p.m.
50:14
SPEAKER_07: But you say you got the boat that it's hooked up and it's told, and y'all were out away from the it's not making sense.
50:21
SPEAKER_10: Out of the water, basically.
50:23
SPEAKER_10: It's there's your bowels on plan.
50:25
SPEAKER_10: Yeah, so you're you're up out of the water running.
50:30
SPEAKER_06: So where are you guys at when this happens?
50:33
SPEAKER_06: As far as from Horn Island, where are you guys at in between there?
50:38
SPEAKER_10: So we're probably a mile and a half half off of Horn.
50:47
SPEAKER_10: I'd say a mile off Horn.
50:52
SPEAKER_07: No.
50:53
SPEAKER_07: This is where the interview starts to get dicey.
50:58
SPEAKER_07: Jack says at this time they are a mile and a half off of Horn Island.
51:08
SPEAKER_07: Warren Harry Upson steps in and says, no, no, no, no, we're a quarter mile.
51:13
SPEAKER_07: He's trying to keep the aliba, he's trying to keep the story straight.
51:17
SPEAKER_07: Because how could you be a mile and a half off of the island?
51:22
SPEAKER_07: Yet you were saying you were close enough to the island where everybody could have seen you if Nolan was, if something happened to Nolan on that boat.
51:33
SPEAKER_07: So you remember they were saying that they were so close to shore that there was a lot of people around.
51:38
SPEAKER_07: So how could they have done something to Nolan?
51:41
SPEAKER_07: But Jax apparently spilled some beans by saying they were a mile and a half away from Horn Island.
51:52
SPEAKER_07: Now, a quarter mile and a mile and a half is a huge difference.
52:01
SPEAKER_07: I don't care.
52:02
SPEAKER_04: A quarter mile and a mile and a half is a huge difference.
52:16
SPEAKER_04: So Warren had to clean that up.
52:18
SPEAKER_07: He said, Hey, bro, remember we said everybody could see us on Horn Island.
52:22
SPEAKER_07: Now you're talking about we a mile and a half out because they are saying that all of this took place on that infamous picture that Officer Tatum dropped, where it shows Nolan, I mean it shows Warren and them on the boat or Wyatt talking to Seito, and they claim that, see, you can't see Nolan.
52:41
SPEAKER_07: If we did something to Nolan, you would have seen him on there.
52:48
SPEAKER_04: So by by uh by Jack saying a mile and a half, he threw that whole idea up.
53:01
SPEAKER_02: So call and that video of the boat panning of the the video of the boat getting panned, and you'd see everybody in the boat.
53:13
SPEAKER_02: If you look in the background, the island's right there.
53:17
SPEAKER_02: So I mean, going back to like what you said earlier, somebody, the whole island is literally not even a quarter of a mile away to sea, with hundreds of boats land up on the island.
53:30
SPEAKER_02: So that's that's really all I had to say about that.
53:32
SPEAKER_10: Yeah, so uh we get we get we were about a quarter mile out, so we're we're about a quarter mile out we they flip out the back of the boat, they get they had the bill or they have the motor running and everything like that, and they go to take off.
53:48
SPEAKER_07: So now so now Jack, you see, he had a little attitude.
53:52
SPEAKER_07: He said, Well, we were we were we're a quarter of a mile out, whatever.
53:55
SPEAKER_07: That's what Jack said.
53:56
SPEAKER_07: I don't know if you could tell because it was a little choppy, but he said, We're about a quarter of a mile out.
54:03
SPEAKER_07: Whatever, like he had an attitude.
54:06
SPEAKER_07: One love revolution, new evidence leaking out every day.
54:09
SPEAKER_07: Important to keep on this and see it out till justice is served.
54:13
SPEAKER_07: Nolis over so pure, he's changing history.
54:16
SPEAKER_07: Thank you for one one love revolutionary.
54:19
SPEAKER_07: Thank you for the five dollar holla.
54:21
SPEAKER_07: Everybody show one love, some love in the in the chat for showing me some love.
54:26
SPEAKER_07: I appreciate it.
54:32
SPEAKER_10: So the boat's having trouble trying to get up, and it's slowly coming up because the weight of the water finally it planes off, and the water gets sucked out the back, and they're full speed running.
54:44
SPEAKER_10: And then after that, I don't I didn't see them anymore.
54:48
SPEAKER_10: I think you were on the boat, you start from there, yeah.
54:53
SPEAKER_02: So after we planned off, Wyatt kept the pen, the hole in the water.
54:59
SPEAKER_07: Wait a minute.
55:00
SPEAKER_02: We ran them out before where we wait a minute.
55:04
SPEAKER_07: So Jax wasn't even on the damn boat.
55:09
SPEAKER_07: How is Jax explaining some shit?
55:11
SPEAKER_07: He wasn't even on the boat.
55:13
SPEAKER_07: You see, he said that I couldn't see them no more, so you were on the boat, now you explain.
55:20
SPEAKER_07: Huh?
55:24
SPEAKER_04: Did y'all catch that?
55:32
SPEAKER_07: Why is he talking so much?
55:37
SPEAKER_10: And they're full speed running.
55:40
SPEAKER_10: And then after that, I don't I didn't see this anymore.
55:47
SPEAKER_10: You were on the boat, you start from there.
55:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so after we played kept the boat pinned.
56:02
SPEAKER_02: We uh ran off the Maria and we the whole way we ran in the map.
56:12
SPEAKER_07: So Jax wasn't even on the boat.
56:15
SPEAKER_07: Now Warren trying to explain.
56:26
SPEAKER_04: Warren's trying to explain after Jackson almost messed up the alibi.
56:38
SPEAKER_07: Tina said they thanks for sharing, they lying.
56:41
SPEAKER_07: That don't make no sense, do it.
56:43
SPEAKER_07: I'm trying to figure out how you can be on the boat.
56:46
SPEAKER_07: I mean, not on the boat, yet you were doing all this explaining.
56:50
SPEAKER_07: One minute it's a quarter mile out, another next minute is a mile and a half out.
56:57
SPEAKER_07: This is a sad, sad fucking piece of work right here.
57:04
SPEAKER_07: A lot to uncover, a lot to uncover.
57:17
SPEAKER_04: So much to uncover, y'all.
57:31
SPEAKER_04: Uh oh, light, light, I lose it.
57:34
SPEAKER_07: Let there be light.
57:35
SPEAKER_07: Let there be light.
57:48
SPEAKER_07: Look at that without the light, you need to look a little smoky.
57:52
SPEAKER_07: All right, y'all.
57:53
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, man.
57:53
SPEAKER_07: So let's see.
57:54
SPEAKER_07: I don't know why it's like they they they they they they know we get to the truth, y'all.
57:58
SPEAKER_02: They messing up where we came from originally.
58:04
SPEAKER_02: And we turned into Fort Bayou, went in the channel, ran pro yards into Fort Bayou.
58:11
SPEAKER_02: Wyatt had jumped out of the boat, put the plug back in the boat, so access water.
58:17
SPEAKER_02: So I mean, so pushing and filling back the boat, filling the boat up.
58:24
SPEAKER_02: So then we turned around and uh Wyatt brought the boat to the dock, and that's when I had gotten out.
58:34
SPEAKER_07: Well, I got one question.
58:36
SPEAKER_07: Where the hell is Nolan Wells at while this shit is going on?
58:42
SPEAKER_07: Where is Nolan when all this is going on?
58:45
SPEAKER_07: Is he supposed to be with Katie?
58:47
SPEAKER_07: Who Katie says he wasn't with her?
58:53
SPEAKER_07: That's what I want to know.
58:55
SPEAKER_07: Where is Nolan Wells while all this is going on?
58:58
SPEAKER_07: Where exactly is Nolan Wells?
59:03
SPEAKER_06: We went back to Jackson's house.
59:09
SPEAKER_04: Okay, so I just want to make this very clear.
59:36
SPEAKER_07: So story not adding up.
59:41
SPEAKER_07: Everybody say hi to Jared King, y'all.
59:43
SPEAKER_07: Jared King wants some attention.
59:45
SPEAKER_07: Everybody say hello to Jared King, give him some attention, the attention that daddy wants.
1:00:58
SPEAKER_07: Katie A just told us that Katie was on the boat.
1:01:08
SPEAKER_06: So I w I wanna I wanna jump back to something something real quick because I was on the island.
1:01:33
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, Jerry, we speak, we appreciate you, man.
1:01:40
SPEAKER_07: Seven Moreau says Warren's brother knows jujitsu, apparently.
1:01:44
SPEAKER_07: And then there were so many fights.
1:01:48
SPEAKER_07: Warren's brother was fighting, Tracy was uh fighting or got into it with somebody.
1:01:53
SPEAKER_07: Somebody else says Nolan got into it with somebody.
1:01:58
SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
1:02:09
SPEAKER_04: We are definitely, definitely, definitely.
1:02:15
SPEAKER_04: Look at the look at the look at the trolls, y'all.
1:02:18
SPEAKER_04: Don, say what's up to Don.
1:02:33
SPEAKER_04: And so when it comes to the reception.
1:02:40
SPEAKER_06: Cause I didn't look at my phone.
1:02:44
SPEAKER_06: Or because you're not thinking about it.
1:02:46
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I'm not even thinking, I'm looking at how beautiful this water is.
1:02:49
SPEAKER_06: We were having fun on the boat.
1:02:50
SPEAKER_06: You we were playing music, some of Ola's favorite songs.
1:02:56
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
1:02:57
SPEAKER_06: Uh so I wouldn't think between Horn and or is the terrible reception while you're over the water until you get to the mainland.
1:03:06
SPEAKER_10: I mean, there's really as soon as you get off the island coming in, sure.
1:03:09
SPEAKER_09: But there's really like no definite way to tell where the reception comes in because I mean, I mean, it's all satellite.
1:03:19
SPEAKER_09: I mean, yeah.
1:03:20
SPEAKER_09: The the it's I mean it's different every I I've gotten service 80 miles offshore for like off of a satellite.

1:05:32
SPEAKER_00: I take this with a grain of salt, but we're diving into all the different Nolan Xavier Wells update and Dianetta brandly has done God's work and she has separated the audio from no, that's not it.
1:05:52

1:05:59
SPEAKER_00: Let me know what.
1:06:00
SPEAKER_00: You guys think.
1:06:00
SPEAKER_00: It says July 4th.
1:06:02
SPEAKER_00: We go to the party, the island.
1:06:04
SPEAKER_00: We had alcohol.
1:06:05
SPEAKER_00: I may have drank half, if not a whole seltzer throughout the entire time.
1:06:10
SPEAKER_00: Uh, was worried about returning for his second season, and he didn't want to ruin his game.
1:06:15
SPEAKER_07: Now, this is somebody who claimed a witness is saying what really happened.
1:06:20
SPEAKER_07: Take it for what it's worth.
1:06:22
SPEAKER_07: Tell me what you think.

SPEAKER_00: Cell service sucks here.
1:06:26
SPEAKER_00: Imagine something happening to you and not being able to call out for help.
1:06:31
SPEAKER_00: Nolan side-eyes and dismisses the comment.
1:06:33
SPEAKER_00: Nolan snaps a photo or a video of scenery or something.
1:06:38
SPEAKER_00: Wyatt had been sniffing the bug suge all morning.
1:06:42
SPEAKER_00: Wyatt tries to grab his phone and has to put it, and Nolan jerks his phone because this feels like what would lead to Nolan's death later, approximately 12 hours later.
1:06:54
SPEAKER_00: Nolan was already hanging on and inkling he shouldn't go to the pool party.
1:07:04
SPEAKER_00: Him and Wyatt have had some animosity for a while because Nolan was back and forgave easily and didn't hold grudges.
1:07:16
SPEAKER_00: He was the peaceful friend, the conflict solver in most of his social group.
1:07:22
SPEAKER_00: He had several, maybe three friends, grums.
1:07:26
SPEAKER_00: I can't read the rest of that.
1:07:28
SPEAKER_00: Nolan was only put on the boat to be transferred back to the island around 3 to 5 a.m.
1:07:34
SPEAKER_00: July 6th.
1:07:35
SPEAKER_00: That's why he wasn't found initially on the island.
1:07:39
SPEAKER_00: He was stored somewhere cool and dark as he to keep from decompositioning a minute, but it was summer.
1:07:48
SPEAKER_00: He already started to have a hint of smell permeating the shaded area.
1:07:54
SPEAKER_00: It's an area of property him and his friends.
1:07:57
SPEAKER_07: Now they say why he had a problem with why.

1:09:54
SPEAKER_07: It's August 17th.
