My guest today, Nick Russell, has one of the most interesting life stories I have ever heard. I think when you are done listening to this episode, you will agree.

Nick comes from a cop family, his dad was a deputy sheriff, then became a Border Patrolman (his dad rode a horse to work every day), and when he retired from that he became a city cop in Ohio. He also had two uncles and an older brother who were LEOs.

He joined the Army right after high school and served in Vietnam with the First Cavalry Division, got banged up a couple of times (three Purple Hearts)…
