- 0:00Drop this incredibly awesome music to bring you some incredibly awesome political talk on damn radio
- 0:08Hello, good evening. Welcome. I am samuel trapped. This is international flavor
- 0:13It is 9 p.m
- 0:15at the lake ozark real estate of the art studio
- 0:20And lots and lots of content, uh to go through but i'm gonna focus on two
- 0:28Huge events that occurred one in new york
- 0:32in the other one
- 0:34in sochi russia
- 0:37and the first was
- 0:38Uh, by the way, if you feel like calling in five seven three seven four six eighty twenty
- 0:44um, if not don't and because I have plenty to go through today and the
- 0:50first in new york
- 0:52uh un
- 0:55security council meeting, uh
- 1:00Appearance press conference of uh, nibin's. Yeah, who's the
- 1:05um
- 1:06He was or nibin's yet. Yeah. I don't know the I was just gonna start speaking in russian
- 1:10I don't know the uh the stress on the syllable and I think it's nibin's. Yeah, but I could be incorrect there
- 1:17It doesn't matter but uh, he
- 1:19Gave a a very good
- 1:2354 minute
- 1:24press conference with a lot of questions about what russia intends to do as the president of the security council, uh this
- 1:32time
- 1:33There are some big meetings coming up and one of the questions was extremely interesting said
- 1:38So there's nothing on the security council agenda
- 1:42about ukraine
- 1:44It was he said well, how come there's nothing on he goes all people will be trying to get it in
- 1:49There will be some debates, but we don't plan on calling anything up
- 1:53It's kind of pointless because anything that did come up we would veto it
- 1:57Anyway, and that was pretty straightforward pretty direct
- 2:01and uh, I think that he put
- 2:03Some some very serious spin if you haven't heard it yet
- 2:07There is a or you haven't gone to see it. I'm telling you that americans more and more need to see this
- 2:14There is a lot of truth in what he said and every word of it was in english
- 2:21And he he gave the press conference in english. Every question was in english
- 2:26and so I thought about playing the
- 2:30whole thing for you because it's a
- 2:33a
- 2:34valuable
- 2:36Listen
- 2:38And his name is vasily nebenzia
- 2:41and he is the
- 2:43united nations representative
- 2:45for russia
- 2:46and he at one point
- 2:49Said and and this is for sure and if you want to find it out on youtube, you can find it's a 54 minute
- 2:55video 54 minutes 41 seconds
- 2:58And what in what at one point he said, uh, you know
- 3:02The west especially europe he was complimentary of trump and complimentary of uh,
- 3:08the united states, but he said
- 3:11the west especially in europe are warmongers and the days of having
- 3:17Uh diplomats are long gone in europe
- 3:21And he kind of made fun of them. He said, you know
- 3:24They're they're the giants and he mentioned three or four names, you know the giants of
- 3:31Politics the giants of diplomacy
- 3:34Are are just gone. He mentioned charles de gaulle
- 3:37I believe he mentioned churchill and a couple other names he says but there are no more churchill and everybody that's left
- 3:43They are only dwarfs
- 3:46And you know, he was he was pretty straight up and he was very well spoken even in english
- 3:52and it was uh, you know interesting because the other day lavrov gave his speech and then he did a
- 3:59Press conference afterward and somebody asked him if he would uh,
- 4:04An american reporter said I know you speak english very well
- 4:08Would you please respond to this? Uh, you know, I know you've been speaking in russian
- 4:12Would you uh, please respond? I would like it if you responded in english and he asked his question
- 4:19Lavrov says no
- 4:21I'm not going to he says there are two acceptable, you know, uh languages here russian and english
- 4:28And uh, I prefer to speak in russian and so that's what i'm gonna do
- 4:33but nebensia didn't do that and uh, he
- 4:37It was if you get a chance and i'm going to try to play parts of it if I can but it's hard to
- 4:43Scroll through it, you know without listening to the whole thing
- 4:46You know what?
- 4:46I mean, but I think I also have the transcript in a new program that I use that I can just click on the words
- 4:54And it'll play only the words. It's really cool, but I haven't used it yet
- 4:58live
- 4:59so I might have to go through and I want to pick a few questions and see if I can get it done, but
- 5:05That's what happened in new york. That's event number one
- 5:08Event number two is something called valdai and it's a valdai
- 5:14debate club
- 5:16And it's held in sochi. I read an interesting art and today was the day
- 5:22That vladimir putin kicked off the plenary session of this
- 5:27Valdai debate club
- 5:29And he does it he's done it quite a few years
- 5:32in a row
- 5:34And it's an opportunity for him to speak in a little bit less formal
- 5:39capacity
- 5:42There's been a lead-up to this for people who uh, understand what's going on in the world that this uh,
- 5:49Valdai is a very big deal and it's a a huge debate
- 5:54You can't get in without an invite, you know, you know, I couldn't just go over there and say hey, geez, you know i've been
- 6:01You know, i've got a press credential. Let me in. Nope doesn't work that way. This is by invite only
- 6:08And you got to be a member and you can only be a member of somebody
- 6:12another
- 6:14giant of uh
- 6:15Politics or something invites you to be a member and those people are are invited in there and I want to
- 6:22Because it's vladimir putin and
- 6:25Putin is more important than nebensia
- 6:29I'm going to start with um with putin and his address
- 6:33And what I thought I would and you know what there was a third one as well
- 6:36This one was in moscow and it's the briefing of uh, marty as a kharava
- 6:41and she gives every week a uh,
- 6:44a two three hour press conference on the status of the war in ukraine status things in
- 6:49In russia and all of that and uh that that
- 6:52I try to get content from that for the show fairly frequently because uh, you know, you're getting
- 6:59a competing, uh side of the tale and so I I definitely uh, like listening, uh to
- 7:08All of these people nebensia is is a very talented. Uh
- 7:14Un representative for russia he is, uh, you know, all of them are
- 7:19Unforgiving in their critiques of what is going on and if you haven't if you're interested in international things at all
- 7:27and the
- 7:31non
- 7:32the the
- 7:33end of hegemony
- 7:35Vladimir putin's speech is more important, but they're all talking about it and there's article after article after article
- 7:43About the reality
- 7:46of
- 7:47this
- 7:48Lack of a you know, one size fits all
- 7:52Leadership in the world and there was one of the questions for nebensia. For example, they were talking about
- 7:59Said listen, everybody has been very critical of the un and you were very gracious about the un in the beginning
- 8:07and he said something along the lines of the the
- 8:13Un
- 8:14Is always only as powerful as its members and you know
- 8:18The structure is here and I have faith in the un our our colleagues have faith in the un you talk about
- 8:25Cooperation with the united states. There's a brand new counterpart. He was talking about his new counterpart the new us
- 8:33um
- 8:35Um us un representative and I forget his name
- 8:38I want to say walls or something like that. Not waltz, but walls and uh, he but I could be incorrect
- 8:44I know I have it, you know in the
- 8:47Materials here, uh to to go through if we get that far
- 8:50But he was saying the cooperation between us. He says, uh, you know, I just met him. He's brand new. It's his first
- 8:58Conference and he seems very likable. I I we sat we met
- 9:03I got a courtesy call from him and we had a discussion and then I met him later
- 9:08And I I like him and at the risk of sounding, uh
- 9:12Uh, I don't know
- 9:14Self-congratulatory, I believe it was mutual. I believe he likes me, too
- 9:19And uh, you know personal relationships and diplomacy or what this stuff is is built upon and he says and in the un
- 9:26You know, we don't always agree, but that doesn't mean we can't work together in areas where we do agree
- 9:33And he beat up on europe. That's when he started going on about how
- 9:37how europe
- 9:39Doesn't and he and he beat up on biden too. He goes for three and a half years
- 9:43We had zero contact with our western colleagues. There was
- 9:48nothing
- 9:49that was
- 9:51Nothing that we could discuss nothing in common
- 9:54Nothing and and he talked about all the rules that are broken continually and and on the on the one side, you know
- 10:01They're always permitted to create their own rules
- 10:04And they don't have to enforce them and nobody ever does and then putin had a similar theme
- 10:10In his and what I thought I would do
- 10:14he gave
- 10:14And and i've been babbling already for nearly 10 minutes just off the top of my head, you know, and about these two
- 10:23Appearances which were
- 10:26These are these are two, you know
- 10:29Uh, nubenzio is talking about the dwarfs in europe. These are two
- 10:35giants in politics and these are two
- 10:38giants in diplomacy and they
- 10:41They speak the language of diplomacy and it's not go and beat up and tell everybody how horrible they are or anything like that
- 10:50Although i'm not saying they don't
- 10:53Take some of that but usually they receive it far more than they give off but they still
- 11:00they still
- 11:01Say their peace and they still say no
- 11:05We are right and we stand up for what we believe in
- 11:09And here it is. So I think without further ado i'm gonna do what I said and begin with
- 11:17Putin and I thought it would be
- 11:20Um
- 11:22cool to talk about or to to give the first brief portion of his
- 11:29of his statement because
- 11:33he
- 11:34Let's see
- 11:35The he was introduced at the valdai club and it's a this is a straight up translation
- 11:42I haven't read the whole thing. I listened to his speech not the questions
- 11:47But I did and but I have this all downloaded and I can read and follow along
- 11:52And what I thought I would do would be to start
- 11:55with his
- 11:57initial
- 11:58Uh commentary, but his commentary he spoke for half an hour, but do you know what?
- 12:04I think it is truly important to hear the other side of what people are saying
- 12:11And you won't get it
- 12:12Anywhere else if you don't go looking for it, and I hope that people come
- 12:17To my program at international flavor and hear these things
- 12:22Because they do not tell them to you
- 12:26Anywhere, I don't want to say anywhere else, but geez you got to go hunt for it. You know, it's not easy to find
- 12:33And so I want to read some of his brief introduce. Well, it's not brief is his introduction and then we'll get to some questions
- 12:40Because a couple of russian news channels were following it live as it went on and they give a shorter version
- 12:48And I have it in english as well. So I I think
- 12:51I'm going to get started and quit talking so damn much and let's get to some
- 12:56Some vladimir putin, okay
- 12:59um, he was introduced and
- 13:02The person introducing him whose name I don't know
- 13:06Excuse me. This is the plenary session of the 22nd annual forum of the international
- 13:12Discussion club of valdai. It's a great honor for me to invite to the stage the president of the russian federation
- 13:18vladimir putin
- 13:21Mr. Putin, thank you very much for finding the time to come to us again
- 13:27The valtai club is an incredible has an incredible advantage
- 13:32Excuse me and privilege for 23
- 13:35Years to meet with you and discuss the most pressing issues. I
- 13:40Reported on this last year and the year before too
- 13:44Probably no one can boast about it as much as us the 22nd session of the valdai club
- 13:51Which took place the preceding three days?
- 13:54was entitled the
- 13:56polycentric world
- 13:58We are trying to move from the understanding and description of the new world
- 14:03In application that is an understanding of how to live in this new world because it isn't very clear yet
- 14:11But we so to speak may be a little bit ahead of everyone else
- 14:15But we're not the only users of this multicultural world
- 14:20and you at least are
- 14:21One of the mechanics or an engineer in the polycentric world
- 14:27Therefore we are very much awaiting instruction on the application of this new world from you
- 14:34So then vladimir putin gets up and he says instructions are unlikely to be
- 14:41Formulated and there is no purpose in this because all the instructions advice and inquiries
- 14:48That we have received prior to this
- 14:52And he's not he's talking about how to live in the world that we live in right now
- 14:57The translation just isn't correct
- 15:00The inquiries are given only so as not to follow them later
- 15:04This formula is well known to everyone
- 15:08I will allow myself to express my opinion on what is happening in the world
- 15:13Where it is, what is the role of our country and how we see the prospects for development?
- 15:20The valdai international discussion club has indeed gathered for the 22nd time
- 15:26And such meetings have simply become a good and kind tradition
- 15:31discussions on the valdai platform
- 15:33Give the opportunity for all parties to assess the situation all over the world
- 15:40This is called change
- 15:43Comprehending change, of course the strong features of the valdai club is the desire and ability of participants to look beyond
- 15:51the obvious for all of us to see
- 15:54Not to follow agendas imposed upon us by global information space
- 16:00especially since the internet brings its own
- 16:03Good bad and difficult to understand
- 16:07But to but we do try to ask original questions, but it has its own vision of processes to
- 16:14Open the curtain that hides tomorrow
- 16:17It is not easy for any of us, but it happens that it often works including on the valdai platform
- 16:24with you
- 16:25that translation is a little tough, but uh, but we have
- 16:29Already noted more than once that we live in a time when everything is changing
- 16:35And change is coming very quickly
- 16:38I would say things are changing radically
- 16:41At the same time none of us can fully predict the future
- 16:46But this does not free us from the duty to be ready for anything that could happen
- 16:52Practically as time and recent events have shown us we need to be ready for anything
- 16:58Everyone's responsibility in such periods of history is especially great
- 17:03Both for their own fate for the fate of their own country
- 17:06And the entire world and the stakes here are extremely high
- 17:12The annual report of the valdai club is dedicated as has just been said this time to the problem
- 17:18of
- 17:19Multipolar polycentric world this topic has been an agenda for a long time
- 17:25But now it deserves special attention and I agree with the organizers that this is an important topic
- 17:33already
- 17:34The emerging multipolarity is defining the framework from which states are operating
- 17:41But I will try to answer the question. What are the peculiarities of today's situation?
- 17:47First it is much more open you can even say creative space for foreign policy behavior
- 17:54There is practically nothing
- 17:56predetermined in advance and
- 17:58Everything is going differently than it was previously
- 18:03Much depends on accuracy reliability degree of endurance thoughtfulness of the actions of the members
- 18:10of the international community
- 18:13Moreover in the vast space it is of course easy to get lost
- 18:18Lose your bearings which we see happens quite often
- 18:23Secondly the space of multipolarity is extremely dynamic
- 18:27Changes occur quickly as i've said and sometimes suddenly
- 18:32In the over the course of an hour and of course it is difficult to prepare
- 18:36For such change and sometimes in top possible to predict
- 18:41You have to react instantly as they say in real time
- 18:46Hang on one second and we are going to say hello to a caller. Are you with me caller?
- 18:56I am with you. Do you not wish to hear the speech of vladimir putin at valdai?
- 19:02I you know
- 19:04I i'm i'm
- 19:06Willing to listen to that speech at valdai and here's think of vladimir putin is saying
- 19:12is we
- 19:14as a as a world, uh
- 19:16Society of good loving, you know god fearing jesus loving
- 19:21people
- 19:23Vladimir putin and his uh, you know, whatever communist society over there or whatever
- 19:30They're not bad. They're not bad. They're good
- 19:33they're good and we
- 19:34Here's what?
- 19:37I think we have to say sam. We gotta we gotta learn how to get along
- 19:42We gotta learn how to get along and vladimir putin is not the bad guy
- 19:47The russians are not the bad people
- 19:51you know the americans the uh, the the uh,
- 19:55Patriots in america are not the bad people
- 19:58Who are the bad?
- 20:01the bad people are those who want to
- 20:05Subvert
- 20:05You know goodness to dominate the world with this nonsense that they've been
- 20:12spouting off for the last 30 years
- 20:17And and they've been we've been talked exactly sam that's exactly right
- 20:22We've been fighting against, you know, supposedly the uh, u.s
- 20:27You know us has been fighting against them the communist, you know
- 20:33But but that's not the fact the fact of the matter is it's a battle between good and evil
- 20:42and uh
- 20:43Yeah, we we you what you're doing right now
- 20:46Is beyond belief my friend you you you are the guy standing in the uh,
- 20:55in the middle
- 20:56You know and just just offering information
- 21:00Day in day out and I think it's information that's important, you know people may not agree
- 21:07But you know if you don't think so
- 21:10Well, you're welcome to find your own what you think is relevant and important information
- 21:16But the world is changing and our children
- 21:20Or our youth our country whether it's our children or not
- 21:24needs to know
- 21:26that we have
- 21:28Consistently without fail for the last 30 to 50 years and probably longer than that
- 21:37Dominated the world with
- 21:39misinformation
- 21:41ourselves
- 21:42And if anybody stands up to it, we say
- 21:46They are guilty of disinformation. Well, I don't believe in disinformation
- 21:51I believe in information and either you agree with it or you disagree with it
- 21:56but you should consider all points of view or
- 22:00Especially those that are contrary to your belief process or thought process or something
- 22:06You may not have thought of you know, people might go what in the world is he playing that darn vladimir putin?
- 22:11He's he's a he's an evil man. Well, you know what you're free to believe that
- 22:16But if you believe that you should listen listen to some of the things that he has to say
- 22:22in his own words
- 22:24And then see if you believe it because if he's evil he is
- 22:29consistently
- 22:30Evil without saying things that are evil. He's saying things that are
- 22:37forward-looking
- 22:38even even
- 22:40Progressive one might say god forbid the word but he's giving things out that are that are you know?
- 22:47The world isn't what you think it is folks
- 22:50And and listen up and so when I talk about diplomacy from the other side of the planet, well
- 22:57They have it. I'm, not so sure that we do because everything we do is
- 23:03extremely
- 23:04targeted
- 23:06And extra you do not ever give
- 23:09An opposing point of view and those that have a different point of view aren't people with a different point of view
- 23:16They're downright evil
- 23:18You know and and somehow that just doesn't ring true with me
- 23:24well
- 23:26Opposing points of view are critical. I mean it what
- 23:32the
- 23:33The thing is this we have got to be open
- 23:39to
- 23:40different
- 23:41Points of view we've got to be open to them and let them speak
- 23:45Let them let them do their things and then and then they're eventually they're going to show themselves for what they are
- 23:52No, and cherry-pick the things you like versus things. You don't like that's what we're supposed to do
- 23:57You know, I disagree with I disagree with this and I like this, you know
- 24:02I really don't and I try to do this myself and say, you know
- 24:05I really don't see this as being anything positive like like I did when I was talking about
- 24:12The zaperosia nuclear power plant yesterday, you know, I don't totally agree with what rush is doing there
- 24:18But why is it so hard? Why is it so hard for us to?
- 24:22not
- 24:24Be able to get along
- 24:27There there is a brainwashing it's an mk ultra thing that's going on sam and you you've been there
- 24:33You probably are part of that. I'm gonna guess you are probably
- 24:39An mk ultra, you know, um
- 24:44Tool well, is that a type of beer?
- 24:48Huh? Is that a type of beer?
- 24:51maybe
- 24:55Yeah, I am I am not but you know, i'm a tool of no man except myself so
- 25:01Right. That's what we have to do my brother. We have to be a no tool
- 25:06Except to ourselves exactly
- 25:08And man, you spend how much time do you spend doing this? And what do you get for it?
- 25:14Do you get anything for what you're doing? If I didn't i'm gonna do it anyway, and so, uh, you know, I I listen
- 25:22Anyway, i've always been a bit of a junkie on it and uh, because I speak russian
- 25:29And yeah, I had you, uh, stop it. That's your bullet normal. No, I am
- 25:33Governing the russian
- 25:35What I said was and I want to listen and learn russian and keep my russian current
- 25:40You know so that I can always speak it
- 25:42Well, if I go somewhere, I don't want to go over there and not be able to give get directions give directions have a
- 25:49Conversation with somebody or anything like that. I think it is worth the effort to understand other people
- 25:57And even if it's for nothing more than my selfish desire to travel and see something different
- 26:04but i've seen some fantastic things
- 26:06that people who
- 26:08Either don't learn a language or refuse to travel because they're afraid. Um
- 26:14Don't see
- 26:15And so I I don't know. I like to give my I mean i've been to 57 countries in all 50 states
- 26:23And I got very little in my life to be extremely proud of but I am proud of both of those things
- 26:30Because if somebody says something, you know, oh, yeah, i've been there
- 26:33I can tell you about morocco and what happened over there and how I loved driving there
- 26:38You know, I can tell you about portugal and tell you wherever I haven't done enough in the far east
- 26:43But you know kazakhstan uzbekistan
- 26:47Kyrgyzstan, those are fantastic places and and you know
- 26:50I
- 26:51Hope that my
- 26:54Ever since I was a little kid my desire to see the world has been
- 26:58Extremely large and you know, I don't travel rich. I'm not remotely rich
- 27:05but I make sure I do it because
- 27:07What else is there in this life except your experiences that you're going to pass along to others?
- 27:13And I hope that my experiences do help other people understand that there's a huge part of the world
- 27:19That they know very little about
- 27:23and uh, and and
- 27:25When you only hear
- 27:27One point of view all the time that america's great america's great. I happen to agree with that by the way
- 27:33but that doesn't necessarily mean that everywhere else in the world isn't
- 27:39Something great and positive as well or that we should
- 27:45Dominate everyone because of I I don't know. What do you want to call it? Um
- 27:52American exceptionalism, you know germans believe in german exceptionalism french believe in french exceptionalism
- 27:58you know what i'm saying and and it's
- 28:01There's truth in all of it
- 28:03So, I don't know. I love the point of view and if I could do anything it would be to try to get people
- 28:10To understand oppose that people
- 28:13In russia are fantastic
- 28:16They're kind they're uh, not just not just russia, you know, it's everywhere, you know
- 28:22Everywhere you go you find people that are fantastic. I lived in the middle east for a year and I loved it
- 28:29And the people are fantastic and they're all muslim and they will help you
- 28:33you want it's it's
- 28:35Knowing or understanding or even brushing up against other culture is something that americans are
- 28:43in a lot of respects completely lacking
- 28:47You know, and there's nothing wrong with that either
- 28:49There's nothing wrong with loving your country and saying I love it so much. I don't want to go anywhere else
- 28:54but it does kind of give you a
- 28:58Skewed reality
- 28:59On what else is going on in the world and I apologize we've gone way off my topic and I
- 29:05kind of do want to get back to it, but
- 29:08You feel right now sam. I mean how what what what what what is
- 29:13What is the most?
- 29:16Thing that you are engaged in
- 29:19what what what drives you well because
- 29:24people
- 29:25People
- 29:26people need to know that that
- 29:30We and I don't when I say we you know, I don't mean we but but but america hasn't always been
- 29:37that did you watch or know anything about this this 800 generals and
- 29:42admirals meeting with trump and
- 29:44Of course seth and all that everybody's been talking about that, right?
- 29:49Well, I I I listened to the two speeches
- 29:54um of those two guys and
- 29:59At the end of it i'm sitting there going what in the world are you talking about?
- 30:05I mean
- 30:06In all seriousness, what?
- 30:09Was the point of that?
- 30:12Seriously, let's get ready for war. Let's why are we all fat? Why are we you know, I I
- 30:19I think that when I served in the military, I tell you what, you know
- 30:24It was an embarrassment to be part of the fat boy club
- 30:28You know you you did not want to be in the fat boy club and they put people out
- 30:32Because they were in the fat boy club and it was in some respects
- 30:36Maybe not as nice as it ought to have been but you had a body fat count and if you couldn't make the weight
- 30:42They you know that you you
- 30:44you were
- 30:46Not trained as it were until you did and if you ultimately didn't or couldn't you were
- 30:52Put out of the military and when standards get low. I mean, I I agree that standards have failed
- 30:59I don't want to and I was so embarrassed when that that admiral in a dress
- 31:04The man with a dress in there was wearing an admiral's uniform or the sergeant major the male sergeant major
- 31:12That that had his had breast put on and was wearing a woman's dress and it's so clear that they're men
- 31:17And you're sitting there going
- 31:19Oh my god
- 31:20You know if this guy was going to inspect me and I don't have any problem what you do
- 31:25In the privacy of your own home. I give a crap
- 31:30but
- 31:31at some you know, the army and the military is
- 31:35Founded upon the fact that you're a cookie cutter piece and when you die
- 31:41another cookie cutter piece gets inserted in there
- 31:46And you know that cookie cutter piece can do exactly what you could do. There is not supposed to be
- 31:53any difference you're
- 31:56Interchangeable
- 31:57And you can't tell me that this guy coming up to inspect me is going to make me go. Oh my god
- 32:04The I I can't i'd be thrown out of the military because i'd laugh him in the face
- 32:09And and you know, they they go. Oh, jesus. Here's another one. You know, he hates he hates transgenders
- 32:15No, I don't they can do whatever they want just not in the military
- 32:20and so I I strongly believe in those sort of things and um,
- 32:24and and I don't but I don't have any problem with you if you want to
- 32:30In private do whatever you want to do. I don't care
- 32:34Even if you want to wander around in the mall in a dress when it's not part of the military
- 32:42If you don't mind me interjecting no you please do
- 32:46But we do have to move on because I do want to finish this topic today and it's no i'm scared. I am I am truly
- 32:54Honestly in the heart of my heart scared
- 32:58That these leftist freaks fags and furries
- 33:02are
- 33:03They are going to try to kill us. I am I am fearful of that
- 33:09And you should be but but you know what I would say to that and this is going to sound horrible, too
- 33:15But don't act like the people on the right the extremists on they're going to be doing you any favors either
- 33:22Because they're gonna start world war three if if if they continue on the paths that they are going on
- 33:28Where we will be involved in world war three
- 33:32And this is this is horror story for all of us
- 33:35So what are your options get killed by a bunch of nut jobs who think that you should honor a man?
- 33:41Did you hear about the guy that took took a 10-day prison sentence? Where was it france or I think it was france
- 33:48that he
- 33:49uh
- 33:50Post he put a post on the internet
- 33:53on on whatever
- 33:54Service it was x or something and the post said as follows and I tell you what i've said this exact thing myself
- 34:01on dozens of occasions
- 34:03I have said well, I suppose if you want my total view on transgenderism, I don't give a crap what you do
- 34:09Which I just said and it doesn't bother me if you want to dress up like a woman or as a man dress up
- 34:15Or as a woman dress up like a man great good for you
- 34:19I know people that are into that and I don't care as long as it's not something in the public sphere that is
- 34:26Making a laughingstock of the military or whatever those things I draw the line, okay
- 34:30And you can have a different opinion of that. But this guy said and what I always said exact same
- 34:36Is unfortunately for these people and I don't say you got mental problems. I don't say anything like that
- 34:42I maybe you just prefer women's underwear. I don't know. I don't care
- 34:47but but
- 34:48in 200 years somebody did he said it exactly like this and it's funny because it's the exact same thing that I say in
- 34:55200 years when they dig up this body of this man pretending to be a woman
- 34:59Guess what?
- 35:00They're gonna find a different pelvic bone
- 35:03And if it says here buried a woman and the world has changed dramatically in 200 years and this is not
- 35:09Common anymore. They're not gonna say here was buried a woman. They're gonna go. Oh, yeah
- 35:14Here's a male a male skeleton and they don't you know, nobody's gonna remember me 200 years from now
- 35:20What do they care?
- 35:21And if I claim to be a woman my entire life 200 years now, they're gonna dig me up and you cannot fight reality
- 35:27So this guy said something along that lines
- 35:31And first he was fined five hundred dollars. He refused to pay it
- 35:34Then he was fined a thousand dollars and he refused to pay it
- 35:37Then the judge brought him in and said well, you don't do this. I'm gonna put you in jail for 10 days
- 35:42He goes well better put me in jail for 10 days because I ain't gonna pay it
- 35:45And he went to jail for 10 days because he said that your bones in 200 years are going to identify you as a male
- 35:54Whether you claim to be a woman on this earth or not
- 35:57And that is what's going on in our world and that is dangerous and I want my kids to know that you know what?
- 36:05Maybe you should take a stand like that and stand up. I you shouldn't have to
- 36:09But I would respect you if you ever did I don't know this guy in france or wherever the hell it was
- 36:15But I respect him making that stand and and and it's a stand that I would make also, you know
- 36:21It's it's a it's a nonsensical world out there
- 36:24But I don't feel any better about the uh those on the far right, you know your your kellogs and your keens of the world
- 36:32Driving us as fast as they can toward world war three. It's nonsense
- 36:41I must have lost him or are you there?
- 36:44No, i'm
- 36:46I'm here. Okay, cool. I mean something happened on your on your deal. Anyway, that is my commentary
- 36:51I so much appreciate your call. I really do but I think that the words of uh, mr. Putin are
- 36:58important i'm very glad that you're here to listen to them and uh,
- 37:03but I do want to continue especially with some of the questions and answers that they get this, uh,
- 37:08Nubenzia the well the the go ahead
- 37:13Bro, sam. Here's the thing
- 37:16the thing is that
- 37:19Uh, vladimir putin is
- 37:23Is a uh
- 37:26He's a guy
- 37:28That's not gonna stand for this
- 37:32Ridiculous leftist bullshit that's going on
- 37:36He
- 37:37And he does not do you know one of the questions that was asked in here was exactly what I just said
- 37:42They have they are they are giving they are giving
- 37:47free visas and new new passports to westerners who want to move to russia and and a u.s a u.s woman
- 37:57Very famous. I forget her name tara something. I can't remember
- 38:00But i'll get to it if if I get there she she asked him a question and said listen
- 38:06the people are moving here from the west because they do not like what the west is becoming and
- 38:13russia has consistently said
- 38:16we
- 38:17Honor your like what? I just said you want to do what you want in the privacy of your own home
- 38:22There's nobody going to interfere with it
- 38:23But you're not going to teach it to our kids and you're not going to do it, you know out in public and be waving
- 38:29You know transgender flags and all these other things we're not going to put up with it
- 38:36Right exactly
- 38:38Pardon me. So russia and the united states are we we are we are aligned with
- 38:45freedom and peace, you know, we are aligned with uh
- 38:50Just the right thing and then there's these leftists these communists these
- 38:55These these three you started out by calling um calling putin a communist and he isn't
- 39:03No, no, no, no, no. No, no
- 39:10the guy the guy
- 39:13uh
- 39:15Putin is he's he's a good guy
- 39:18As trump is a good guy and what we're fighting against are these these
- 39:25these sick this
- 39:27Decrepit
- 39:29people
- 39:30That want to control
- 39:32The population and the planet and not just here, but everywhere
- 39:38Everywhere everywhere my friends. So what we are driving us to war in the middle east
- 39:44They are driving it and they are driving it because russia is otherwise occupied
- 39:49They are driving us to war in venezuela. Why because russia is otherwise occupied and what they're going to do is wake up
- 39:57China wake up india. They're already saying listen
- 40:01You do what you want on your side of the world, but quit telling us who we have to have as enemies. Stop it
- 40:07We're not interested
- 40:10and we will trade with who we wish to trade with and quit trying to
- 40:15To force us to believe what you believe because we do not
- 40:21Precisely
- 40:22And so there's guys like you and there's guys like me and there's guys like this that and the other that want to
- 40:30you know
- 40:32Push these things forward. Here's the thing
- 40:35the thing is this is that we cannot let the
- 40:40Deep state
- 40:44Ridiculous
- 40:46They're trying hard
- 40:48Is
- 40:50We can't let up we gotta we we have to stand against yeah, but the deep state isn't only the leftists dude
- 40:57They're on the right too. We have a unit party. That's it. And so so don't
- 41:03I I don't believe
- 41:05I always told say to everyone that that my rule is
- 41:10No lifetime politician meaning if somebody has been in office
- 41:15More than two terms
- 41:17He will never get my vote. I don't care which side. So what do we do Sam?
- 41:22What do we you quit voting for the same old jokers all the time these what do we do you stop?
- 41:28Can you vote for somebody else?
- 41:30It doesn't even matter if it's the guy on the other side you get rid of the lifetime
- 41:35Politician and I think it ought to be done at anybody over a gs level call it 13
- 41:4115 whatever those people can't serve in i'd be i'd be much better
- 41:47Uh might be much more agreeable if they got a lifetime
- 41:52Uh after 20 25 years that they would would would be a senior manager
- 41:57In the government that after 25 years
- 41:59You're out. You can't be elected. You can't be part of the government. You can't be anything
- 42:03I'll give you a full salary. I don't care just get out
- 42:07And let's you know, so so you don't have
- 42:10idiots sitting up there like uh, nancy pelosi chuck schumer all the same old standard a-holes
- 42:17Doing the same old standard a-hole thing and stealing money and getting in fabulously and incredibly wealthy
- 42:27off of us
- 42:28And and and they know all the little scams that are going on or sending money to their nephew, you know
- 42:34Oh, geez, you know, we got this new project coming in. We need somebody to run it
- 42:37Well, you back my nephew for this and i'll back your nephew for that. Don't tell me that
- 42:43Stuff doesn't happen because it does
- 42:45We know it all we know it all bro. We know it all you know it. I know it. We all know it
- 42:51So, how do we deal with it? How?
- 42:54how do we deal with it on just a uh, you know, I don't know a uh,
- 43:00Just a
- 43:01Daily thing. Well, if you're aware of it, you can you can hopefully
- 43:07Encourage new blood somehow. It's the only way you win is encourage the new blood, bro
- 43:12Well, I don't know. I I wish I knew I I really wish I knew i'm not saying I have all the answers i'm saying
- 43:20That as long as people start to realize it ultimately it will change
- 43:25Do you know you used to be able to say I mean imagine this when the x-files were on you were a nut for watching it
- 43:30Right. Nobody would believe that kind of thing if you think on it this year
- 43:35it's like it's a pretty regular thing for people to think there are
- 43:40Whether it's aliens or whether it's the deep state whether it's some guy that was involved in killing
- 43:46kennedy that they they put out on on x-files remember the the
- 43:50The horror story that they talked about back then oh, geez these people these conspiracy theory nuts
- 43:56They're all crazy. And now that is a regular part and and there are tons of
- 44:02Mainstreamers that believe that all this stuff that's being released now
- 44:06Is scary stuff when I heard what what johnson was saying? I'm like, oh my god that guy that guy offed him
- 44:14You know, that was my very first thought when I hear him talking about what he did. I was like
- 44:20That guy offed the president. He disagreed with him and he offed him now. That's probably crap
- 44:26But I mean, well
- 44:28But then again, it may not be
- 44:30You know, it's like when you listen to them. These people are evil
- 44:35And and you know, they're not supposed to be
- 44:38So what do we do what thomas jefferson said?
- 44:43Go ahead and say that a little revolution every once in a while is a good thing
- 44:49And with that I gotta let you go because I really do want to get to the rest of this
- 44:53this has some very good content and I hope you continue to listen because
- 44:58Many of these things that you and I have just discussed actually show up in some of the things that he said and it's pretty sad
- 45:04That you got to listen to these sorts of things from the other side of the world, which are the evil people
- 45:11according to everything that you get to hear in the united states nonsense, and I think uh, you know, it's just
- 45:19It's not evil. It's different
- 45:22That's it
- 45:26Okay. Well, sir, I very much appreciate your call and I thank you for calling in very interesting discussion
- 45:32Feel free to call back anytime
- 45:36Good night. Good night
- 45:39And there he goes
- 45:42Well, I want to continue on with the old vladimir vladimirovich and and you know what I will do
- 45:47I will say to you there there are a couple of the trouble is when you watch these on youtube and you don't
- 45:54Have the entire translation
- 45:57All they're trying to give you are the little nuggets
- 46:01And you don't get the whole
- 46:04Show of what he's talking about and so I want to get
- 46:07where we're in about 10 15 minutes and then get to his questions the entire speech that he gave the
- 46:14Plenary speech was only about 25
- 46:17maybe 30 minutes
- 46:19and uh, he
- 46:21um
- 46:22You know, I was only about five six minutes in
- 46:26um, let's see
- 46:29Changes occur quickly blah blah blah. You have to react instantly as they say in real time
- 46:34It is important that this space is much more democratic
- 46:38It opens the way for a large number of political and economic players. He's talking about multipolarity
- 46:44Perhaps there have never been so many countries in the world that influence or strive to influence
- 46:50Important regional and global processes
- 46:54A cultural historical
- 46:57civilization
- 46:58Civilizational specificity of different parties plays a greater role than ever before
- 47:04Wow, that is a comment. It is necessary to look for points of contact and coincidence of interest
- 47:11Incidents that coincide in other words. No one is ready to play by the rules set by someone alone
- 47:19And somewhere far away
- 47:20as one very famous
- 47:23Shansani song
- 47:25There beyond the fog or there beyond the ocean in this regard any decisions are possible
- 47:32Only on the basis of agreement that suit all interested parties or a vast majority
- 47:39Otherwise, there's never a viable solution, but only loud phrases and fruitless games of ambition
- 47:47Is that where we are now thus to achieve a result of harmony and balance
- 47:53Activity is needed
- 47:55finally and possible the boss
- 47:58The possibility and danger of the multipolar world polar world are inseparable from each other
- 48:05The weakening of the dictate the present and he's talking about the west the presence of which
- 48:10Has been distinguished in the previous period the solution and the space of freedom for all
- 48:16Is undoubtedly a blessing at the same time such conditions are more and more difficult to find
- 48:23and establish
- 48:25In this very strong balance balance, which is itself a clear and extreme risk
- 48:31That's pretty damn deep
- 48:33Such a situation on our planet, which I try to outline quite briefly is a qualitative new phenomenon
- 48:40International relations are undergoing a cardinal transformation
- 48:46Paradoxically
- 48:48Multipolarity has become a direct consequence
- 48:51of an attempt to establish and preserve
- 48:55global hegemony
- 48:58So multipolarity exists because people don't like
- 49:03Hegemony one size fits all that's what he's saying
- 49:06And the answer of the international system and history itself
- 49:11Is an obsessive desire to build everyone into one hierarchy
- 49:17At the top of which are the countries of the west the failure of such as an idea was a matter of time
- 49:25Which by the way, everyone has always talked about he talked about it in 2007
- 49:32At the munich security conference when he he stood up in front of um
- 49:38dick cheney
- 49:40and uh
- 49:41Told him, you know, you you guys are the bad guys
- 49:44The world doesn't like what you are doing and everybody ignored it
- 49:49But it was a famous speech and it was a hell of a speech and he was much younger than two
- 49:54I mean, geez, it was 18 years ago
- 49:57Anyway historically it's happening anyway, and it's happening quite quickly
- 50:0135 years ago when it seemed that the confrontation of the cold war was coming to an end
- 50:09We were hoping as as was I by the way as a russian interpreter for the army
- 50:14We were hoping for the advent of a real era of cooperation
- 50:20It seemed that there were no
- 50:22Ideological or other obstacles to prevent us from jointly solving
- 50:28common problems of humanity
- 50:30and regulating
- 50:33resolving
- 50:34inevitable disputes and conflicts based on a mutual respect for each other and
- 50:40consideration of everyone's interests
- 50:43Let me make a small historical
- 50:45Digression here our country seeking to liquidate the basis for a bloc confrontation
- 50:53To create a common space of security twice declared our readiness to join nato
- 51:00the first time in 1954
- 51:04Back in the days of the ussr
- 51:07The second time during the visited visit of the president of the united states to moscow
- 51:12I already talked about this in 2000 when we also talked about this
- 51:18And both times we received a rejection
- 51:22From the very beginning I repeat
- 51:25We were ready for joint work for non-linear steps in the sphere of security
- 51:31and global stability
- 51:34But our western colleagues turned out to be not ready to free themselves from the captivity
- 51:41Of geopolitical and historical stereotypes
- 51:45from simplified schematic pictures of the world
- 51:49I spoke publicly when I spoke with mr. Clinton with president clinton and he said, you know
- 51:55I think it's interesting. I think it's possible and then later that evening. He said I consulted with my people
- 52:04It is unreal now. It is unreal and I said when will it be real?
- 52:10He said and anyway, he said that's it. It was gone, by the way
- 52:14We all had a real chance at another positive vector of development of international relations
- 52:21But the top alas took a different approach
- 52:25Western countries did not resist the temptation of absolute power
- 52:31Well, the temptation was quite serious in order to resist the temptation
- 52:36It would have been necessary to have a historic perspective in mind and a good level of preparation
- 52:43including
- 52:44intellectual
- 52:45historical preparation
- 52:47Those who made the decision then
- 52:49Apparently and simply had no such preparation
- 52:54Yes, the power of the united states and its allies in the late 20th century
- 52:59Definitely had reached its peak, but there will be no force that would be able to rule the world
- 53:05Prescribe what everyone will do and how they will do it how they will breathe
- 53:12This is tough, isn't it?
- 53:13Well there have never been such attempt where there have always been such attempts
- 53:18And they have all ended in failure at the same time. It is worth noting that the so-called liberal world order
- 53:27Turned out to be acceptable to a lot
- 53:29And to in some ways even convenient
- 53:33Yes, the hierarchy limits the possibility
- 53:35Of those who are not on the upper floor of the pyramid
- 53:39If you would allow me to say at the top of the food chain, but those who live far down on its base
- 53:47But it takes away a significant share of responsibility from them such a position. What are the rules?
- 53:56The rules are just accept the proposed conditions join our system
- 54:02Take the share that you get and be happy do not think about anything
- 54:06Others will think and decide for you
- 54:09And no matter what you say no matter who tries to cover up there now
- 54:14It really was so and the experts who are sitting
- 54:18Here perfectly remember and understand all of this. I understand it and I recall it
- 54:26Some self-satisfied believe that they had the right to teach everyone else
- 54:31others a preferential way to play along to be an obedient object of trade and exchange in order
- 54:39to avoid unnecessary problems and get some albeit small but
- 54:45Confident bonus for doing so
- 54:48And by the way, there are still enough such politicians in the old parts of the world in europe
- 54:54Those who objected tried to defend their own interests and views
- 54:59Considered at best so to speak
- 55:02Were weirdos
- 55:03Hinted that nothing would work out for you. Anyway, so it's better to just humble yourself
- 55:09Admit that there is nothing to gain
- 55:12Except an empty place and with all of the restrictions and the self-proclaimed
- 55:18global grants
- 55:20They were bought
- 55:21by this
- 55:23concept
- 55:24They did not hesitate and therefore
- 55:26Made everybody understand that resistance is useless. He's talking all over eastern europe
- 55:34This did not lead to anything good
- 55:37None of the world's problems were solved
- 55:40But constantly new ones have been added
- 55:44the global governance
- 55:47Institutions created in the previous era were either working or not working at all and to a large extent
- 55:54Most lost their effectiveness either way
- 55:58No matter how much potential a particular country or group of countries accumulated
- 56:04Every power still had a limit while the russian side as this audience knows we have an expression in our people
- 56:12There is no
- 56:15Reception against a break except for another break and it always appears you see
- 56:21This is the essence of what is happening in the world a break always appears
- 56:29in addition
- 56:30an attempt to control everything
- 56:33and uh
- 56:35the well he meant
- 56:36It's not translating the way and and everything around the world creates an additional tension
- 56:42And it beats to an internal instability that causes citizens of countries
- 56:47That are trying to play this role of grants to be citizens of countries to raise legal questions
- 56:54Why are we doing all of this?
- 56:57Some time ago. I had to hear something like this from our american colleagues who said we have gained peace
- 57:05But lost america
- 57:08I would like to ask the question
- 57:10Was it worth it? And did you gain anything at all by this?
- 57:16in societies led by western european states
- 57:20The obvious rejection of the excessive ambition of the political elite of these countries is growing
- 57:27The barometer of public opinion shows this everywhere
- 57:31The establishment does not want to give power away
- 57:36It goes for direct deception of its own citizens
- 57:41oppresses them
- 57:42And oppresses the situation
- 57:45on every external contour
- 57:48goes for any
- 57:50Intimidation within its own country more often on the verge of or even beyond their own law
- 57:57But it will not be possible to infinitely turn democratic electoral procedures
- 58:03Into a farce or manipulate the will of the people. This is how it was in romania
- 58:09Let's not go into details. It is happening in many countries
- 58:13In some countries they are they ban their political opponents who are already gaining legitimacy
- 58:20And more confidence from the electorate. We know this happened in the soviet union
- 58:25Do you remember visotsky's song and uh visotsky?
- 58:30I've given uh lectures on him. I really liked him. I've been to a couple of his museums in russia
- 58:35I had all of his albums and poetry vladimir visotsky was
- 58:41Anti-soviet, but he wasn't you know, he was just uh, he he told it like it was in song
- 58:47And so uh putin is a fan that is they even banned military parades soon
- 58:54Everything will be banned to hell, but this does not work
- 58:58Bans do not work the will of the people the will of the citizens of these countries is simple
- 59:05Let the leaders of the countries deal with the problems of the citizens take care of their safety and quality of life
- 59:12But do not chase chimeras
- 59:15The united states where the request of the people led to a rather radical change in the political vector
- 59:22Is a clear example of this
- 59:25For other countries I can say examples are you know, somewhat contagious?
- 59:31Submission of the majority to the minority is inherent in national and international relations
- 59:37In the period of the dominance of western countries
- 59:41That's given this has given way to more multilateral
- 59:46more cooperative approach based on agreements of the leading players
- 59:51And taking into account or trying to take into account the interests of all
- 59:58This of course does not guarantee absolute harmony or non-conflict
- 1:00:04The interests of the countries never completely coincide and the whole history of international relations
- 1:00:11Is certainly a struggle for their implementation
- 1:00:14But the fundamentally new world atmosphere
- 1:00:18the tone that the countries of the world's majority are increasingly asking for
- 1:00:24Allows us to hope that all players
- 1:00:27One way or another will have to take into account the interests of each other when working out
- 1:00:34solutions to regional and global problems
- 1:00:37after all
- 1:00:38It's a fact no one can achieve these goals alone in isolation from the others the world
- 1:00:46despite the exacerbation of conflict the crises the previous model of globalization the
- 1:00:53fragmentation of the world economy
- 1:00:55remains a whole
- 1:00:58Interconnected and interdependent. We know this from our own experience
- 1:01:03You know how much effort our opponents have made in recent years to
- 1:01:08roughly speaking
- 1:01:09Kick russia out of the world system drive us into political cultural
- 1:01:16informational isolation
- 1:01:18and economic autarky
- 1:01:21In terms of the number of and volume of punitive measures introduced against us, which are shamefully called sanctions
- 1:01:30Russia is an absolute record holder in world history
- 1:01:3630 or even more
- 1:01:39restriction in
- 1:01:40restrictions, so what
- 1:01:43He said so what we have achieved our goal
- 1:01:46I think those present here do not need to explain these efforts that have they have suffered a complete collapse
- 1:01:54Russia has shown the world the highest degree of stability the ability to withstand the strongest external
- 1:02:02pressures, which would break not only a single country but an entire coalition of states and
- 1:02:09Of course, we feel pride in Russia in our citizens in our armed forces
- 1:02:14But I wish to say more than that it turned out that Russia
- 1:02:19Simply does not let go of the very world system from which they wanted to drive us out
- 1:02:27because Russia needs it as a very important part of common balance and
- 1:02:33Not only because of its territory its people its defense
- 1:02:37technology and industrial pretends
- 1:02:40Potential its useful minerals, although of course everything I have just listed is very very important
- 1:02:48Those are very important factors
- 1:02:50But most important because world balance cannot be built without Russia
- 1:02:57not economically not
- 1:02:59strategically not
- 1:03:01culturally not logistically
- 1:03:03Not at all
- 1:03:05That's powerful friends and neighbors. Well, I think and he continues. Well, I think that those who tried to destroy all
- 1:03:14Of us were just can have finally been convinced of this some however
- 1:03:20Persistently hope to achieve this goal to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia as they say
- 1:03:27well, if they do not see the inevitability of the failure of this plan, I
- 1:03:32Hope that life will show it and it will reach
- 1:03:36the most stubborn of stubborn people
- 1:03:40It seems that they have already made this noise more than once threatened full blockades
- 1:03:46Tried to make people of Russia as they themselves express themselves and choose the rice right words to be ashamed
- 1:03:54They want to make the people of Russia suffer. They build plans one
- 1:04:00Fantastic plan after another it seems to me that it is time to calm down
- 1:04:06Look around
- 1:04:08Understand reality and somehow
- 1:04:10build relations in a completely different direction is
- 1:04:16And I'm gonna pause right here. I'm telling you this is important to read because you will not hear this
- 1:04:24Here you won't hear any of it
- 1:04:27All you will hear is a couple of things where he says, you know, Russia can withstand your sanctions
- 1:04:32That's all you'll hear you won't hear these words or he says look we're trying to play well with others
- 1:04:38but you don't want to you disagree because you want to
- 1:04:45Have you need to have an enemy and that has been us consistently since Clinton. He's telling us
- 1:04:53We also understand that the polycentric world is also very dynamic
- 1:04:58It is fragile and unstable because it is impossible to fix the position of such things forever
- 1:05:06To determine the alignment of forces for a very long time
- 1:05:12After all there are very many participants in the process and these forces are the most
- 1:05:19Asymmetrical complex all have their own winning sides and competitive advantages
- 1:05:25Which in each case create a unique combination and composition
- 1:05:29Today's world is extremely complaint
- 1:05:32Complex and a multi-aspect system and to describe it correctly to comprehend it
- 1:05:38There are not enough simple laws of logic the reason for the investigative
- 1:05:44Connections arises out of this pattern here. You need a philosophy of complexity
- 1:05:50Something similar to quantum mechanics which is wiser but more complex than
- 1:05:57Classical physics it is precisely. Thanks to this complexity of the world that the overall
- 1:06:04Compatibility in my opinion is still
- 1:06:07Rising after all a linear one-sided solution is impossible and a nonlinear
- 1:06:15multi-sided solution requires very serious
- 1:06:19professional
- 1:06:20unpretentious
- 1:06:21creative at times
- 1:06:23non-standard
- 1:06:25diplomacy
- 1:06:27Therefore I am convinced that we will witness a kind of Renaissance
- 1:06:33the revival of a high diplomatic art and its essence is in the ability to engage in dialogue and
- 1:06:42negotiate with your neighbors and like-minded people and
- 1:06:47What is no less important, but more difficult even with your opponents
- 1:06:52It is in this spirit the spirit of the 21st century diplomacy that new institutions are developing
- 1:07:00These are the expanded bricks
- 1:07:03community and
- 1:07:05organizations of large regions for example the Shanghai cooperation
- 1:07:10organization in Eurasia and more compact, but no less regional associations and
- 1:07:17There are many of them around the world now
- 1:07:20I will not list them all most of you know about them already all these new structures are different
- 1:07:27But they are united by the most important of qualities. They do not function according to the principle of hierarchy
- 1:07:35Subordinating to someone else or to the one that is the most important they are not against someone they are for
- 1:07:44Themselves I repeat once again the modern world needs agreement and not the imposition of someone else's will
- 1:07:53Hegemony and any hegemony simply will not cope with the scale of the tasks of the world
- 1:08:01ensuring international security in these conditions is
- 1:08:05extremely pressing and complex issue
- 1:08:09The
- 1:08:10Growing number of players with different goals and political cultures with their own traditions all this global
- 1:08:18Complexity makes a development of approaches to the security issue much more complicated than simple
- 1:08:26However, it opens up new opportunities for all of us
- 1:08:31block tricks
- 1:08:32Deliberately programmed for confrontation are certainly now
- 1:08:37anachronistic and meaningless
- 1:08:39We see for example how hard our European neighbors are trying to patch up the cracks in the buildings of Europe
- 1:08:47However, they want to overcome the split to strengthen the collapsed unity to which they have been previously bound
- 1:08:56Not at all by effective solutions to internal problems, but by blowing up the image of the enemy
- 1:09:04This is an old example, but the point is that people in these countries see and understand everything
- 1:09:11Anyway, that is why they take to the streets despite the pressure as I've already said of the situation of the external
- 1:09:19Contour and in search of this internal enemy
- 1:09:23Moreover they are recreating an enemy of Russia, which was invented
- 1:09:29Centuries ago most people in Europe cannot understand why they are so afraid of Russia
- 1:09:35That in order to confront Russia
- 1:09:37they need to tighten their belts more and more and forget their own interests simply give them up and
- 1:09:45clearly damage their own
- 1:09:47Policy but the ruling elites of United Europe continue impose to impose hysteria
- 1:09:53It turns out that war with Russian is almost on the verge
- 1:09:59They repeat this nonsense this mantra over and over again
- 1:10:05To be honest, I sometimes look at what they say, but I do not believe it
- 1:10:10They can't that that they do not believe it
- 1:10:13They cannot believe what they are saying that Russia is going to attack NATO
- 1:10:19It is impossible to believe this and they still try to persuade their own people
- 1:10:24What kind of people are these?
- 1:10:27They are either very incompetent if they really believe this because it is impossible to believe this nonsense
- 1:10:34or they are simply
- 1:10:36Disorderly people because they themselves do not believe this and their citizens are trying then they are trying to
- 1:10:44Convince their own citizens, but what other options are there?
- 1:10:48To be honest, I just want to say go to sleep sleep quietly and finally deal with your own problems
- 1:10:56Look at what is happening on the streets of European cities. What is happening to the economy industry?
- 1:11:03European culture and identity
- 1:11:05huge debt in an increasing crisis of their social systems, which have come out of
- 1:11:12lack of control of migration
- 1:11:15the growth of violence including political violence
- 1:11:20radicalization of the left-wing
- 1:11:21ultra-liberal racist and marginal societies pay attention to how Europe is
- 1:11:28sliding
- 1:11:29to the periphery of global competition
- 1:11:32We are well aware of how all the threats against Russia
- 1:11:38Russia's aggressive plans which Europe itself
- 1:11:41Intimidates us with we're sucked out of our fingers as I have said this self-indulgence is a dangerous thing
- 1:11:49And we cannot ignore what is happening
- 1:11:52We have no right to do this for the sake of ensuring our own security
- 1:11:56But we do this for our defense and our own security therefore
- 1:12:00We closely monitor the growing force of militarization in Europe
- 1:12:06Is it just words or is it time for us to take our own?
- 1:12:10responsible countermeasures
- 1:12:13We hear and you know about it for example in the FRG Federal Republic of Germany
- 1:12:20They say that the German army should be the most powerful in Europe again
- 1:12:24Well, we're listening very carefully to that we look at what is meant
- 1:12:30I think that no one has any doubt that such measures by Russia will not make themselves wait very long
- 1:12:37this threat of
- 1:12:39Retaliation against us seems to put it mildly very convincing
- 1:12:44It will be very convincing the response
- 1:12:48We ourselves have never initiated a military confrontation
- 1:12:53It is pointless unnecessary and absurd it leads to real problems and challenges and
- 1:13:00Society sooner or later will ask its leaders. What are their hopes desires and needs?
- 1:13:07And they do not wish to be ignored by these elites in their own countries
- 1:13:11But if someone still has a desire to compete with us in the military
- 1:13:16sphere as we say let them try
- 1:13:20Russia has proven more than once that when there is a threat to its security peace and tranquility of its citizens our
- 1:13:28Sovereignty and statehood we will respond quickly. There is no need to provoke us
- 1:13:35There was no case that in the end it did not end badly for the provocateur himself
- 1:13:42There is no need to wait for exceptions here or in the future
- 1:13:46There will not be any our history has proven that weakness is unacceptable because it creates a temptation an
- 1:13:55Illusion that some issue can be resolved against us with force
- 1:14:00Russia will not
- 1:14:02This is not a correct translation. Russia will never lose to weakness and indecisiveness
- 1:14:08Let those remember this whom we interfere with
- 1:14:15That's a bad translation to let those remember this that attempt to interfere with our very
- 1:14:22Existence those who dream of defeating us strategically
- 1:14:27speaking of those
- 1:14:28Who actively talk about this as we say there? They are far away. Where are these actors?
- 1:14:36He's talking about Europe. There are so many objective problems associated with the factors of natural technolog
- 1:14:43Technogenic and social nature in the world that it is unacceptable to spend force and energy on
- 1:14:50artificial invented
- 1:14:52Conflict it is unacceptable
- 1:14:55exhausting and simply stupid
- 1:14:58international security is a
- 1:15:01multifaceted and indivisible
- 1:15:03Phenomenon that no geopolitical value
- 1:15:07Valuable demarcation can break it
- 1:15:10Only meticulous I gotta get to the end of this him how much further does it have to go?
- 1:15:16Because I don't think I'm gonna make it
- 1:15:19Yeah, no, he he spoke for 45 minutes, and I don't have enough time to finish it
- 1:15:25If you have the
- 1:15:27Opportunity I do want to get to his
- 1:15:30questions, but
- 1:15:33man, I
- 1:15:34Am I am gonna run out tonight, unfortunately of time perhaps on Sunday night. I will put together a
- 1:15:42a
- 1:15:43Summary because it's very important to listen to new Ben's. Yeah, and I I do want to
- 1:15:51Talk about some of the things that are going to be coming up in Russia's presidency of the United Nations
- 1:15:58Security Council, which is all of October. I
- 1:16:04Rid of that King that they that the the West appointed
- 1:16:08they were talking a lot about Iran and
- 1:16:12how
- 1:16:13the West
- 1:16:15bent the rules
- 1:16:17That Iran has been trying to get something to work out and the West without any
- 1:16:25Consensus without a vote without anything
- 1:16:29Renewed
- 1:16:30They claim sanctions and the Ben's you're going. No, we don't recognize those and the guy says well, what about these?
- 1:16:37He you know, he goes what about all these sanctions? He goes they don't exist. They were not properly implemented and they expire and
- 1:16:46The West can't just say oh geez. We renewed these UN sanctions
- 1:16:51there are no UN sanctions against Iran after whatever day it was the 18th and
- 1:16:57I really wish I had enough time to go through the entire
- 1:17:03Vladimir Vladimirovich speech because I think
- 1:17:08aside from the fact that
- 1:17:12Well, you know what let's get to the part on Ukraine
- 1:17:17Where is that?
- 1:17:19Because what did he say on Ukraine?
- 1:17:21There are other factors and other geopolitical interests, this is back to Vladimir Vladimirovich it turned out that
- 1:17:29Ideological contradictions have nothing to do with
- 1:17:33Resolving problems in multi polarity. How can problems be resolved in a polycentric world?
- 1:17:40Yes, and how would the situation in Ukraine be resolved with multi polarity? I think if there was
- 1:17:47multi-polarity
- 1:17:49It's different polls would try to adjust a situation around the Ukraine conflict
- 1:17:56What it called on itself to those potential zones of tension to the breakdowns that exist in their own region
- 1:18:04and then a
- 1:18:05Collective decision would be much more responsible and weighted
- 1:18:11Based on adjustments, it would be necessary to understand that all participants in this difficult
- 1:18:17Situation have their own interests. They are justified by objective and subjective
- 1:18:24Circumstances and should not be ignored
- 1:18:28They can go on for a while, you know and what they're gonna do to expand NATO
- 1:18:33He took goes into bricks in China and India and Brazil
- 1:18:37It's a it's a long speech, but it doesn't look like I'm gonna get there
- 1:18:41I did want to go through some of the questions because there were so
- 1:18:47Many questions and what I thought I would do when the day started because I was reading
- 1:18:53There was an interesting
- 1:18:56opinion piece
- 1:18:57Where was it out of France?
- 1:18:59I think that they were talking about this Valdai debate club and how Putin is
- 1:19:06always
- 1:19:07one of the keynote
- 1:19:09Speakers and it always I think it always is in Sochi
- 1:19:13And I'd love to just hang out outside
- 1:19:18And see if I could talk to some of these people. I think it would be you know extremely I
- 1:19:25Don't know what it would certainly be worth a trip even if you were just hanging out outside in Sochi
- 1:19:30So she's beautiful anyway from everything that I've heard. I had a trip. I was supposed to go to Sochi in fact
- 1:19:35That's why they booted me out of the army. I got screwed on that deal and
- 1:19:40I should have retired from the military
- 1:19:43But they booted me out because I was in the middle of law school
- 1:19:46And they were they were sending me to Sochi and I said you can't send me to Sochi
- 1:19:51I'm I'm in law school cost me 40 grand a year. I can't just quit and they said well
- 1:19:58We won't make you go
- 1:20:00But if you don't go you can't reenlist as IQ a holes, you know, and it's like well
- 1:20:06I can't what am I supposed to do? Are you gonna pay for next year's 40 grand?
- 1:20:11What am I supposed to do? It was a bad deal. And so, you know
- 1:20:16And you know why they wanted me to go that was even the worst part of it
- 1:20:19They wanted me to go because the guy in fact there was a guy that was gonna outrank me
- 1:20:24But I was gonna go because I was the only one in the unit that had any in Russia
- 1:20:29Experience and they wanted me to go over and be in charge
- 1:20:33Even though I wasn't there was a couple of people that outranked me
- 1:20:37But they wanted me to go and be in charge and I said, why can't he go?
- 1:20:40Let him let him do it. Well, first of all, his Russian was horrible and second of all
- 1:20:45He had a drinking problem and I was like, well, I'm not his babysitter
- 1:20:51I'm supposed to give up loss. Anyway, I'm totally sidetracked and but that just the only time I was supposed to go to Sochi
- 1:20:58I didn't get a go and I was like I would go anytime other than
- 1:21:03You know to miss a semester of law school. I'm not gonna do that, you know
- 1:21:08Unless you pay me the money back. Well, they wouldn't do that either obviously
- 1:21:12But who paid the paid the freight on that old Sammy?
- 1:21:16There you have it. I got screwed again by the government
- 1:21:21Anyway, you don't need to hear that story at all, but you did anyway
- 1:21:25There you have it
- 1:21:27Well, I wanted to get to a couple of the questions and answers because there were so many
- 1:21:31He was on the stage the video if you go back and see this video
- 1:21:38His video is like three hours and 40 minutes that he was on the stage taking questions
- 1:21:47So let me tell you what is the Valdai discussion club for those who are unfamiliar?
- 1:21:53It's a the Valdai discussion club was set up in 2004
- 1:21:57Takes its name from the Lake Valdai near Valiki Novgorod the site of the club's first meeting the
- 1:22:05Symbolizing the club's importance Russian President Putin was among the officials to attend the first gathering more than 20 years ago
- 1:22:12This year's forum in Sochi is the 22nd annual gathering in
- 1:22:182014 management of the club was taken over by Valdai club
- 1:22:22Under the auspices of Russian think-tank the Council of foreign and defense policy the Russian
- 1:22:29international affairs council
- 1:22:31Moscow State Institute of international relations and the higher school of economics
- 1:22:36The discussion club is headed by regular RT contributor fielder Lukyanov and is regarded as the most
- 1:22:45influential forum bringing together Russia experts and
- 1:22:50policymakers
- 1:22:52Lukyanov I read I read some stories of his from you and
- 1:22:57several times
- 1:22:58Symbolizing its reach this year's events brings together
- 1:23:02140 participants speakers from 42 countries
- 1:23:07including Algeria Brazil China Egypt Ethiopia Germany India Indonesia Iran Kazakhstan
- 1:23:13Malaysia Pakistan Russia South Africa United Arab Emirates United Kingdom United States
- 1:23:20Uzbekistan and Venezuela among others, of course
- 1:23:24There were plenty. Let's see
- 1:23:29Putin is expected to address together. This is at noon today is expected to address the gathering in Sochi before taking part in a question-and-answer
- 1:23:38Kremlin spokesman Peskov has teased Putin's address this year by saying without
- 1:23:44Exaggeration the whole world is eagerly awaiting this speech as a rule
- 1:23:49It turns out to be extremely substantive and is discussed and analyzed for a long time and I'm gonna do it again
- 1:23:57Naturally because it's a it's a hell of a topic
- 1:24:00You're getting you're getting this guy got up there and spoke for an answered questions for three and a half hours
- 1:24:06This is important stuff
- 1:24:10Putin's address is expected to focus on polycentric world order. You heard about half of it. You didn't get it all
- 1:24:17Putin was scheduled to speak from 4 p.m. Local time
- 1:24:22But it might be another hour. Let's see. Then they showed
- 1:24:26some highlights of previous speeches
- 1:24:29when he was speaking
- 1:24:32He said there is no
- 1:24:35well, no, that wasn't him that was
- 1:24:39Lavrov I want to get back to some of the questions when they get there
- 1:24:44Um
- 1:24:48Peskov was still speaking before he came out and he said there's been an unhinged position being taken by
- 1:24:54European backers of Ukraine and in a rather abstract stance that shows Kiev itself
- 1:25:01Doesn't add predictability or stability to the situation around the conflict. They don't want continued negotiations
- 1:25:09They don't want to try to reach an agreement on anything
- 1:25:12He said but nevertheless
- 1:25:14We must proceed calmly and maintain an openness to dialogue and communication with all parties
- 1:25:22Let's see
- 1:25:27There's Peskov again. I want to get to the questions that well, there's so many questions
- 1:25:33one of the
- 1:25:35Here's here's one of the key comments, which I believe I shared with you
- 1:25:41multilateral solutions require
- 1:25:44Considerable in PR impartiality and sometimes a non-standard diplomacy
- 1:25:50Putin says I am convinced we will witness a renaissance of higher
- 1:25:55Diplomacy that aims at coming to term with your own neighbors
- 1:26:00New institutions are being developed like bricks Shanghai cooperation
- 1:26:05They are different but united on the same trait not on subordination
- 1:26:11They are not against anyone but for themselves
- 1:26:16Tell you what, this is this is a hell of a speech and if you're unfamiliar with it find something here is the lady
- 1:26:24Where is she?
- 1:26:26former US Senate aide for Joe Biden
- 1:26:30Tara Reid
- 1:26:32Asked the Russian president about his take on the inflow of nationals of Western countries
- 1:26:39Who seek to move to Russia?
- 1:26:42Reid herself gained Russian citizenship
- 1:26:45Last month two years after she applied for asylum in the country. I
- 1:26:52Cannot say there's been a huge influx
- 1:26:55Said Putin, but there's still been thousands of people
- 1:26:59Indeed people are coming especially from European countries not for political
- 1:27:06Reasons, but for the sake of values
- 1:27:09Because there's a sort of gender terrorism
- 1:27:13I would say many people are unhappy with the treatment of their children and
- 1:27:19People are looking for safe havens to escape that he said, can you believe that?
- 1:27:26I mean, I mean, it's exactly what I was talking about on the phone
- 1:27:30earlier
- 1:27:32crazy
- 1:27:34Stuff
- 1:27:35Russian president accused France of piracy when asked about a recent raid on an oil tanker
- 1:27:42I don't know if you heard about that
- 1:27:43Alleging that the Russian vessel was part of a shadow fleet and he said they were apparently looking for military
- 1:27:51Cargo drones and other such things. There is nothing of the kind there
- 1:27:55There never was and there cannot be he said
- 1:28:00If you if the EU wishes to be a powerful
- 1:28:05Civilizational center it is now in decline
- 1:28:08He said and he invoked an assessment made by then German Chancellor Helmut Kohl in the early 90s
- 1:28:16If Europe wants to remain one of the independent centers of the world civilization
- 1:28:21Then it must be with Russia Kohl said at the time. Do you remember that? I do remember that
- 1:28:28Well, there's all kinds of stuff to go into here and I I encourage you all to
- 1:28:34Seek further information
- 1:28:36Whether you get it from me or not. I am here nightly
- 1:28:41From Sunday through Thursday. It's my last night of the week for the show
- 1:28:45I will be here on Sunday night for a deep dive and I believe I will continue
- 1:28:51with this trend because I think it is important to listen to nebensia and
- 1:28:56to go into some of the discussions that Vladimir Putin was having many things are happening in the world right now and
- 1:29:05he
- 1:29:06If you listen to him closely, he's saying we will defend our interests
- 1:29:12to the maximum
- 1:29:14but we're ready to work with the rest of the world and we always have been I
- 1:29:20You know hate to say it
- 1:29:21But it's hard not to agree with him when he's been saying the same thing since Bill Clinton times
- 1:29:29And so I don't know where to go anyway, this is international flavor, I'm Samuel Trapp you can always listen in to me
