- Chandler: Welcome back to Run After Cast, the college football podcast. I am your Thursday host, Chandler, and as usual, joined by Ryan Ryan: Stop guys. Chandler: and Aaron. Aaron: Hell state. Chandler: And as usual, we're bringing back the prediction and pick'em episode of week seven. And just to give a little recap of how this works, we're gonna go through the games of the week. We're gonna have these boys guess the over-under and the line. And then we're gonna go through we're gonna say whether or not the over-under's gonna hit, or what we think's gonna happen, and who we think's gonna win, and we'll roll through it. So to kick us off, we're gonna go Florida versus Texas at eleven AM. Aaron, start us off. Aaron: an 11 a.m. SEC kickoff. You know, just for our central time, you know, normally our big noon scores here. So Florida, Texas. I have a guess of Texas being favored by 13.5 and an over-under of 50.5. Ryan: Actually had Texas less here. I was guessing they put Texas by eight and a half and fifty four and a half is the over under. Chandler: Texas by ten and a half and the over under being fifty one and a half. Aaron: Okay. Okay. Chandler: How do you like that over under Aaron? Aaron: I When Texas doesn't cover here. I got Florida winning this thing, so under for Texas, under on the score. I think this is a low score. I think Chandler: Mm. Aaron: there's a lot of issues on both teams right now. Ryan: Okay, I'm going Texas to win, but Florida to cover and over for the overunder. Chandler: I agree. It's at home. I think Texas wins this one. I think it is close. So I think Florida covers the spread of ten and a half, but I think Texas wins. Aaron: I think it's a fair I like Ryan: Same. Aaron: this is this is pure gut that's going for me for Florida. I just feel like we're gonna see a little more of that magic we saw. We've seen the defensive insu issues get exposed, but offense is the issue for Texas. I something's just telling me Florida takes this one. Chandler: Well, what's crazy too is three weeks ago we were arguing that t Florida could have been ranked higher than eight. Aaron: Absolutely. Chandler: And now they're not ranked. So I college football this year is unbelievably fun to watch. It's great. But it's fantastic. Aaron: And it's unbelievable. Like this is getting harder and harder to do each week because I have literally no idea who can win. But there's just there's part of me that's like we were talking about Florida that way. Florida was showing us that. I I I think I'm trying to say, is this just something where like I'm being pulled away from the recency bias of it? Who knows? But I I had to, I I couldn't find another way to say it wasn't Florida taking it. Ryan: I don't know what's been happening to Florida. Other teams have kind of been figuring out how to contain ball. And we always talk about how you have to establish the run, open the pass, and they've kind of just been low in the box and haven't able haven't been able to run or pass very good these last couple games. And Texas has a very good defense. They've only allowed 96 rushing yards a game. And they even kind of stopped Deshaun Bishop in that Tennessee game. So I think they will do good, and I think they'll be able to stop Florida's offense again. My main question is their offense, where I think you see Oklahoma and Tennessee, they both have pretty good defenses. I'd almost argue both of their defenses are better than Florida's. But Arch just threw an interception against Tennessee. He threw two last week against Oklahoma. And other than that, I think their offense hasn't been amazing, but it's definitely been pretty good and good enough to win games So I I think Texas takes this one. Chandler: I don't hate it. I think it's gonna be a game. It's a great eleven o'clock game. Okay. Aaron, I did this on purpose. 'Cause now we're gonna talk about Mississippi State and LSU, but we're gonna have Ryan start us off. Aaron: I don't want to. Ryan: I think they're gonna favor LSU by eight and a half, and I think the over under is gonna be like fifty five and a half. Aaron: Yeah, I've got them favoring LSU by six and a half and I guess a fifty eight point five for the over under. Chandler: We all are not gonna like this over under because boy boy did Mississippi State get dragged through the mud. LSU is favored by fourteen and a half. Aaron: Yeah. Chandler: And the over under is fifty seven and a half. Aaron: That's straight disrespectful. I refuse to accept this reality. Chandler: So maybe they have an insight on the in injury report on Camario and Fluff. Ryan: I think LSU will win. And I was going to say Mrs. TV State to cover, but if Fluff and Camario don't play, I don't think they'll cover. And I'm gonna go under on the over under. Aaron: Yeah, I it's hard because we don't know if Camario and Fluff are there with the limping around that extended placement of the game two weeks ago for Camario. it's questionable. And that's what the injury report says. If he plays, and I I won't even say if Bothwell's there, but just if Camario's in 100%. Mississippi State covers all day. Mississippi State wins. I still have the over on points. if Kamario's not there, LSU goes. LSU wins. I believe in my boy. But something's telling me, like, just watching him limp like that, it it screams turf toe to me that that's that pull. He was ginger on the foot, was able to play through it for a while, and I think it exacerbated it. Two weeks, it's gonna be real close. So we'll see if he Has it. And I'm hoping. Fingers crossed. Chandler: Yeah, I mean I have L S U winning this game. I have the under on points. But now I also have Mississippi State covering. But I think L S U takes it, regardless. It's at Death Valley. It's during the middle of the day, but like Ryan: I Yeah. Aaron: Nah. It it's a it's a morning game. I would give Def Alley a lot more credit if it was later in the evening. Mississipp States tends to be okay in high pressure stadiums because they can't hear. They all have hearing damage to begin with. So it's fine. But like I said, this all comes down to does Camara does Camario come to the field even at 80%? Ryan: Mary, you've been listening to me too much. I Aaron: Can we hear you? Yeah, I know. Ryan: I think Bluff probably won't play. I can see a world where Camario plays, but like even in the Alabama game, he played hurt. They kinda like like it wasn't great. I'm not gonna lie. I love Camario. Kinda got curb stomped a little, unfortunately. But I mean I still think LSU's pretty a pretty good team. And I think if two of your best offensive players are there, no one's gonna be able to throw it to Evans. I I don't know how you're gonna score a lot of points. But if Camario and Baffo both play, I could see this being a closer game and a high scoring game. But if neither of them play, I don't know how you're gonna score any points. if I'm just keeping it real. So I Aaron: That I I I take no offense to that. I co I completely believe it. I I'm right there with you. But our entire offense is built on the arm of Camario and the speed of our receivers. If we don't have somebody that can take advantage of it, it it's it's dead in the water. But if he's there, we crush LSU every single every single iteration of this game in every universe we win. I I'm gonna be like a belligerent drunk guy at the bar about this one. There's no, I'm not gonna back down. Bouncer is gonna have to kick me out before I admit LSU wins this game. Ryan: No, and I get Chandler: I like it. Ryan: it, and that's that's the only reason I I picked the under as well. 'Cause if they're not there, they can't score a lot of points. I don't know. I hope they play. Chandler: Okay. Aaron: Me too. Really. Chandler: Now we're going we're going to Big Ten country. We're going to Ohio State at Indiana. Aaron: this has gotta be a primetime game, right? Chandler: Yeah, prime time at eleven o'clock on Fox. And Ryan: That's big noon's prime time. Aaron: Best time to watch football. Chandler: if anybody's still looking for a ticket, you can get yours for as low as four hundred and twenty one dollars. Ryan: Holy moly. Aaron: That's that's Texas Stadium pricing. Chandler: I looked up the average hotel price and like a super eight was going for like thirteen hundred dollars for two nights. Aaron: Just sleep in the car. Chandler: crazy. Aaron: A little more than a drink and a hot dog. Chandler: Yeah, a lot of drinks and a lot of hot dogs. You could buy a hot dog factory. Aaron: Yeah. Chandler: All right, Aaron. Lay it on me. Aaron: I I I see this game that Vegas sees as close. I I'm gonna say it's a four point five favorite to Ohio State with a fifty two point five over under. Ryan: Okay, I think Ohio State three and a half and fifty two and a half as well. Chandler: Ohio State by three and a half and the over under is fifty and a half. Aaron: That seems a little disrespectful. Like I'm I'm I've watched a different Ohio State than that stat line has said. So yeah, give me Ohio State to cover that by a a while and give me an over on the points. Ryan: Give me Ohio State to win and cover by a ton. I'd altline this to more over on the over under. But if you were gonna spend any money, I would take everything, including a loan on your house, and put it over three and a half Ohio State. Aaron: Yeah, three and a half. I I just can't see it. Chandler: So as we're recording this on Wednesday night, the injury report and availability report came out. Aaron: Yes, it did. Chandler: And I looked at this right before I recorded. And I'm not gonna lie, it was a little bit of a gut punch because it's the past couple weeks there's just been a bunch of random names that you don't hear about all week and they like play Saturday and then somehow on a Wednesday like something happens. And Austin Saravelt, I get like he was he's dealing with an illness. It's unsure when he comes back. He's out for this week. But the real gut punch to me was Jacoby Jackson. I don't know how he got hurt. And him being hurt for this game, I feel like he's a very first sure back that they've needed this year. He's gotten a lot of tough yards. He's been a great goal linebacker. And Isaiah West is also probably gonna be out as well. So you have Legend Bay and you have Bo Jackson. So that scares me a little bit. Bo is gonna have to have a really big game. And with that. It's at Indiana. I got Ohio State to win, but I have Indiana to cover. Ryan: Dude, it's not three it's gonna be a one point game. Chandler: No, they're gonna win by three. I think Ohio State Ryan: Okay. Chandler: wins by three points. Ryan: Jacoby is thirty years old. I can see how he's getting hurt. But Isaiah West doesn't come Aaron: Hey now. Ryan: in that much, but you need a backup. I'm a little scared Legend Bay is the backup. But again, Indiana looks so vulnerable. I understand we've talked about like Northwestern Nebraska, and they're probably a lot better than we think, but Northwestern's twenty fifth and Nebraska's still unranked. So even the committee sees that these teams like Played so great against the number five team in the country that they should actually move up. But instead they're just verifying, they aren't that good. I'm actually gonna keep them down there and not move them up against Indiana. I'm gonna keep them fifth. But Indiana was losing both of these games. And it's not like Indiana was just putting it all over them. Indiana was just playing terrible and they looked under discipline. They don't look like a powerhouse top five team. They don't have a single good win that you could look at. Now, on the other hand, I know Ohio State has injuries, but you have just dominated every single team you played, including Texas. You just got a little conservative, had a couple bad coaching decisions there at the end. And yes, that made you lose that game, but you were just absolutely dominating them. And if I had one game I'd compare this to, I would compare it to the 2021 Ohio State team up north state game, where team up north state was ranked seventh. And they had Kenneth Walker that year. And you went in and beat them 56 to 7. I think it's gonna like really, really bad, even if none of your players play. Jacoby Jackson, it's whatever. Legend base is gonna run all over them. You are just going to absolutely dominate them. It's gonna be really bad. Like really, really bad. Indiana's super overhyped. Chandler: I mean you would think that our profile pictures or our backgrounds should be switched. 'Cause I mean, just I see this unfortunately coming down Aaron: Or s are switched. Yeah, we're doing a prank. Here here's the thing before you hop in. Ryan: No, it's not gonna happen. He Aaron: Well then you lose. but no, I I I I'm I'm gonna agree with Teal here. like I know Teal's our out there guy. You know, he's he's the one who's gonna throw an opinion out. And we'll normally disagree. But today I I I think Indiana, I'm not trying to pull Indiana back just because they won from the championship. I'm not I'm not deflating their accomplishment. But what we have Ryan: that's fair, that's Aaron: seen in vulnerability from this season is at the quarterback position under pressure. Those those injuries aren't affecting your D line. And Bay Russaw has been showing up these last couple games. I think he's gonna bring a lot of pressure. I think Indiana still has a great O line right now, but I think it's gonna be tough to keep the pressure off the quarterback. There's gonna be a lot of oopsie. Meatball subs going downfield. Y'all are too good not to take take advantage of that. And you'll be vulnerable at the running back position, but you still have Smith at a hundred percent. You still have your point drivers. Bo Jackson hasn't been sloppy either. So like you still got a run threat. I I just don't see this swaying the dynamic. I just don't think you win by forty points with those injuries. I think we're still gonna talk a double digit. I think I think this is gonna be like Ten to seventeen point difference. Ryan: Aaron, I love that. I love that. And your secondary, Chandler: You know, I hope you're right. I hope both of you are right. Ryan: it's so much better than Nebraska's. And Nebraska was just ripping them up. Ripping up. And they just miss one one slant and it's I lost. You know, y'all aren't gonna do that. Y'all are actually gonna have an offense. that's really good for you. You're just gonna dominate. Chandler: Yeah, man. I hope so, but my gut is telling me it's gonna be a three point game. Ryan: I don't understand at all. No offense. Aaron: Yep, I'm I'm here with ya. I I I I see a different Ohio state, but Chandler: I hope so. Aaron: we'll find out. Chandler: Yes, we will. That's the good thing about college football, as you will find out. Okay. Ryan: Excited. Chandler: Now we go over to Alabama versus Tennessee. Aaron? Brian? it probably is. Ryan: I think they are going to pick Alabama Sorry, I thought it was me. It's me, right? yeah. I think Aaron: It is you. Ryan: they're gonna pick Alabama to be favored by six and a half and the over under fifty two and a half. Aaron: that 'cause I'm my guess is in a very similar ballpark. Seven and a half Alabama, fifty one and a half over under. Chandler: Seven and a half Alabama and fifty one and a half over under. Aaron: Ooh. Like that. Ryan: Okay, I think Alabama wins and I think they cover and I would also take the over for that over under. Aaron: Really? 'cause I have Alabama winning, they cover, and I have the under. I don't see Tennessee scoring enough points to make the over. Ryan: I don't either. I think Alab I think Alabama just scores a lot. Chandler: Hmm. Aaron: Ha ha ha. Chandler: Yeah, I like the over, I like the Alabama cover, and I like the Alabama wind. I just Tennessee's a weird one, man. I w I i it's just hard to wrap my head around again, like the fact that you can go into what, five or six weeks into the season and then all of a sudden you have to pull your quarterback because he's just like mentally unavailable and that's just a a a bad ball. I just I feel I feel for the kid. I hope he gets through whatever he's going through. But it's just that's something that as the fourteenth team in the country, you shouldn't have to be battling. And I think that's gonna cost even at home. Aaron: Well, I mean, Ryan: Yeah. Aaron: offensively, they have been in danger for the last couple of games. We just have not seen any production. I think Alabama's defense showed a great performance against Georgia. I can't see Tennessee scoring a lot. Now their defense is strong. I do think they're gonna give Alabama some trouble. I just don't think it's gonna be enough because you they they're gonna have to rely on special teams and defense to put points up on the board because offense is gonna be scoring occasionally three points and and probably a touchdown slip through. Ryan: Yeah. I just think Tennessee, again, another team is probably ranked a little too high. I think they're pretty bad. yeah, they have a really good defense, but their offense is super one dimensional. They have really great weapons in offense. They have Mike Matthews, they have Brandon Staley, but the quarterback plays just been so bad that like no one can get them in the ball. Yeah, they had to bring FaZe and Brandon because he was just so overwhelmed against Auburn. But this makes them only be able to really run the ball at Sean Bishop. And I really do really like Deshaun Bishop. If you haven't seen his postgame interview from last week, go watch it. He's a great guy off the field as well. But he's a great running back. And I think Alabama is just gonna be able to overcommit to that run game. And even though Georgia ended up getting two hundred yards rushing at the end of the game, Alabama held them to only forty nine in the first half. They just kinda had to adjust too much and it allowed Georgia to start opening up the run game a little more. But I think they're gonna be able to contain him. And I think Alabama's offense is actually really good. And they've been able to run the ball a lot better. we talk about all the time. And we've been seeing a lot more of that superstar capability out of Keelon Russell. And they have good receivers. I mean, even Ryan Williams has been surprising me just how good he's been. So I I think Alabama takes this unfortunately. I don't like them. I hope they lose all their games, but this just seems clear Alabama to me. Aaron: This will be one of Tennessee's four losses for the season. Chandler: Okay, before we get into our next game, I want to take a quick segment here to talk about my lock of betting for the week. Alright, so it involves two of these teams that we're gonna talk about in the next three slots. It's gonna involve Auburn and it's gonna involve FSU. So I don't recommend anybody do this because it's a waste of money. But Aaron: Yeah, yeah. Chandler: I had five dollars left in my hardwork account, and I was gonna see how much of an outrageous bet I could make. So I put Auburn to win at Georgia and I put FSU to win at Miami. Five dollars will get you seven hundred and twenty dollars. So if you have an extra five dollars in your bank account, I wouldn't use it here. I would go buy a Wendy's Biggie mail or something. Something more productive. But Aaron: Throw it throw it in the the trash. Chandler: it's probably a Ryan: Yeah, I looked it up. It's actually a it's actually illegal to burn money, so I wouldn't do this bet. Aaron: Yeah. Chandler: But with that being said, Auburn versus Georgia. Aaron, where do you see this game? Another disrespectful line. Very disrespectful. Aaron: Yeah. This one hurts to talk about. I've got it. I I think it's gonna be a twenty four point five favorite to Georgia and a forty nine point five over under. Chandler: Not that disrespectful. Wow. Ryan: Hmm, let me guess. I think it's gonna be Georgia twenty and a half and an over under forty nine and a half. Chandler: The overunder is Georgia or the line is Georgia twenty and a half and the over under is forty nine and a half. Aaron: So my twenty-four and a half wasn't extremely off the mark here. Ryan: No. Chandler: Unfortunately not. it it's like they're playing a G five school here, a outer conference game. Ryan: Uh-huh. Aaron: Well, where's where is USF from? Chandler: Huh. The American athletic. Aaron: right, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I can't. Ryan: No, that's good. That's good. Aaron: I like I want Auburn to show something here. I I want them to give us something to look forward to. Chandler: But hold on. In Ryan's defense, to throw some shade back at Mississippi State too, LSU is a Aaron: Mm-mm. No start. Chandler: LSU is a worst team on the record as far as rankings go, and they were only favored by six points less. So Aaron: Mm-hmm. Chandler: if you played Georgia, I would like to assume that it would be twenty five plus. Aaron: yeah, we would get slaughtered. But we could all sit there and go, that's a disrespectful line for Mississippi State. We all have to sit here and go, hmm, sorry, Auburn. No, man, I got I got Georgia covering. I've got the over on points. I'm killing ya. I'm kill gonna this is gonna kill Ryan. I'm gonna kill you on predictions. Ryan: I have Georgia to win. I have Georgia win. Give us the cover. Probably won't happen. Give me the over on the over under. I think it will be fifty on the nose, which is point five higher. Chandler: Give me Arbor to win this game. Aaron: For five dollars. Chandler: For five dollars. Auburn will win this game and not by much, but they will win. T'all I got. The overunder is gonna hit. 'Cause Aaron: It's bold. It's bold. Yeah. Chandler: you know what? Byram's gonna have about three hundred and twenty five all purpose yards. Ryan: You know what? He will not have three twenty twenty-five operative charge. You know why? Because he's terrible. We have always joked about this storm has been rolling in and everyone's been looking the other way. it's so pretty over there. Golash keeps saying, look at the pretty side. The storm is here. Everyone has realized it's over. This is the first time in my entire plane of existence that I have not had any hope. That we could come in and beat Georgia. We have always been like, you gotta be Alabama, Georgia, or both. And even last year with Hugh Freeze, I had hope that we'd go in and win this game. And we actually went in and we dominated against Georgia until the two minute warning when the ref stepped in and said, That's enough. That's not happening anymore. The last time we've played a number one ranked Georgia was in 2017. When they're and they're ranked again number one now. And we beat them forty to seventeen. It was just such a great game. And I just have these old things in my mind that this is supposed to be the deep South's oldest rivalry. And we've just ruined it. That I have zero hope, and it's all Alex Gullesh's fault. That for some reason he thought these USF players, this worst talent, could get it done. And even Joel Gordon came out this week and said, my play calling is not that bad. We've just realized over this last five weeks that Byrum actually can't adjust to the speed of the game here in the SEC. And we're like, well, we sold an A-day in the spring game eight months ago or something. So at least they realize that's an issue. And they just realized that everything's not working. That actually they're calling the right kind of things, and we're just not good enough to get it done because we have USF talent. So I think we just do Everything we can treat it like we're pla like we're Illinois or something playing Ohio State. Just every single four down, go for it. Put put Tia in. Everything we can possibly do. Let Mabson play, let Tia play. Because Byram, we're we're actually on film, there will be guys getting open, and Byram will just not see them or not throw it to them, or he'll see them too late, and then he'll throw a meatball sub for the pick six. So I would do every single thing I could. I'd put Tia in. I would let Golish call any play he wanted. But that's not gonna happen. So I see a world where this looks less bad, but I think we just need to go balls to the walls. It's over kind of thing. But also if they beat us like 80 to nothing, it would really be like, here Golish, this is what you've done. You hand picked all these players and you got rid of all of our Cam Coleman's and Jay Crawford's and Kaian Lee's and Blockdowns and all these people so that you could create this team so we can come beat Georgia. And this is what you've done. It's eighty to nothing. Here you go, happy goalish. Aaron: I feel for the pain that you're experiencing, but as a Mississippi State fan going into a game against Georgia with no hope against for winning Welcome to the club. You'll live like this for a little while. It gets better. Yeah. Ryan: This is my first time ever that I have felt like this. I've always been like, We're pretty actually good. We're actually pretty scrappy. We could go in and win this game. You know? They always kinda counted us out. But now it's reasonable to count us out because we suck. Chandler: man, but Alabama I mean Auburn winning. Book it. Okay. Missouri and Ole Miss. We're gonna have to, you know, put some tempo on this puppy. Ryan: On you stupid sure. Aaron: Yeah. I think we're getting honorable mentions tonight's boys. Chandler: No, we're not getting there. Aaron: No. Ryan: I'll hurry up, I'm sorry, I'm done. Chandler: Yeah, you were given a bun long explanations for every single game. Aaron: Yep. Okay. Am I up? Chandler: Missouri at Ole Miss. Aaron, what you got? Aaron: I see Vegas see this is a close game. I'm guessing three point five favorite to Ole Miss and a fifty point five over under. Ryan: I think they're gonna favor Ole Miss by seven and fifty eight and a half over under. Chandler: Ole Miss by five and a half and the over under is fifty eight and a half. Aaron: Man. Weird to me. like Ole Miss is look good. They but they've had some stumbling. Mizzou's on an uptick. Give me Mizou covering, winning the game, and an over on the points. I see Ole Miss Ryan: Okay. Aaron: dropping the ball here. Ryan: Okay. Give me Olmus to win, but Missouri to cover, and then give me the over for the over under. Chandler: I like that. I'm trailing exactly that. Aaron: It it it could be. this one is a tale of which team wakes up. Which team is either keeping momentum or getting bit back. Chandler: Which team scores more points? Aaron: Yep. Whoever has more points at the end, I think, will win. Ryan: Yeah, no, I just think it's high scoring. I think Missouri's had a good thing go in here this last couple weeks. But I think the big thing here is that I like Big Perk and Cam Franklin, all Mrs. D line. And I think they're gonna stop Jamal Roberts a little bit. But their secondary has been vulnerable. So if they're if Austin Simmons gonna have a week, it's gonna be this week. But I think that Kiwan coming back and him in Trinidad They're I think they're gonna tear it and yeah, it's gonna be a high scoring game. So I think they win by like a fuel goal maybe. Chandler: Okay, now over to my second leg of my winning parlay. We have Florida State versus Miami. At Miami. Ryan? Ryan: I think they're gonna favor Miami by seventeen and a half and I think the over under is gonna be sixty one and a half. Aaron: I think we're looking at Auburn numbers here. I got it twenty four and a half favored to Miami and fifty six and a half for the over under. Chandler: Crazy shot. Aaron: I can't help myself. Chandler: We have Miami favored by twenty one and a half and the overunder at fifty six and a half. Aaron: So it wasn't a crazy shot, it's just the truth. Ryan: know what? Give me Miami Aaron: Hm. Ryan: to win, but FSU to cover. And I'm taking the over. Aaron: I don't hate that. I I feel the same way. I do there's part of me that sees it that Florida could win this game. That's the most FSU thing that could happen. And all the the way that Norvell stays as the eternal coach of FSU is that he always wins that one game now that he shouldn't win. And it could be this one. But I don't think it's happening. Chandler: It will be this one. Aaron: Yeah. If it is, yeah, you can take us out to dinner. Ryan: Okay, I think FSU has not been great. They've definitely been getting better though. They've been able to put up a lot of points. And Miami's pretty untested other than that week forest game. And other than that, they haven't looked incredible. They've been playing middle schools every week. So my thought process here is like Florida State has had these couple tough games. They put up 36 points against Alabama. And I don't think they'll win, but I think, yeah, I think it's way closer than they think. Miami just kinda beats up unterrible teams every week. And Florida State's defense is way better than Clemson's and they held Malach Itoni to forty yards and they still managed to put up offensive numbers everywhere else. But I think both teams are just gonna put up a bunch points. but I think it's gonna shock Miami a little bit. And I definitely think it's gonna be within seventeen points. Chandler: Give me Florida State to win and give me the under on the point. Ryan: I I wouldn't hate a Florida State win here though. It's much more likely than the Auburn one. Chandler: Of course you wouldn't hate it. Aaron: I would love it because it's ACC. It's that's the one thing we can all like, whatever happens there, we just are watching. Chandler: Auburn FSU to Dawn we ride. Ryan: Dawn Dawn. Alright. Chandler: To the dish soap. Okay, and to round off our eight games of the week, we're gonna go to where game day is. Battle of religion, the Catholics versus the Mormons, BYU versus Notre Dame. Ryan finishes off. Ryan: I think they're going to favor Notre Dame by 13 and a half, but it should be more. And give me the overunder 48 and a half. Aaron: Give me Notre Dame at ten and a half with a forty six point five over under. Chandler: Notre Dame by three and a half and the over under at forty six and a half. Ryan: Notre Dame to win, alt line, cover, okay. Chandler: I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. Aaron: Okay. Okay. I was about to say that's insane. Chandler: It's Aaron's exactly. Notre Dame at ten and a half and over under forty six and a half. Ryan: Okay, Notre Dame to win, still cover, over on the over under. Aaron: Yeah, this is when I could see a world where Notre Dame struggles because they haven't played anything yet. but it's Notre Dame. I do think there is a lot of competent area in that program. Give me them to win, to cover, and take the over. Chandler: I like it. I think Notre Dame wins by fourteen to seventeen. Ryan: More. Aaron: That's what I'm feeling. Yeah. Chandler: I like the over as well. Yeah, I like it. Ryan: BYU doesn't score a lot points though. Chandler: Notre Dame covering don't matter. Notre Dame covering over on points. Aaron: Yeah, forty six and a half is a low scoring game. And I think that I think we'll see more. It's true. It's true. Ryan: It's because BYU doesn't score any points. But finally, we have two teams that are probably ranked ranked way higher than they should be and are finally getting a tester. I think Notre Dame's only scare has really been that Wisconsin week one game. They ended up pulling away in the second half 41 to 13. So it didn't actually end up looking close. But BYU continues week in, week out, to struggle against these low level teams like TCU, Arizona, and Iowa State. And until they finally lose the game. They're not gonna move them back for some reason because they want game day to look justifiable for some reason, even though it should be at at Ohio State this week. But when you're the number eight team and you're playing these trash cans every week, you should be winning more by more than 10 points. So and I also don't really like Bear Bachmeyer. He's like just really big he's like 250 pounds and he just runs up and falls down for five yards. But that's not gonna work against a real team Aaron: Hey, that's legitimate strategy. Ryan: like Notre Dame. He can't really throw great. So somehow we threw three hundred yards against Iowa State, but every other game, can't really throw the ball. Their whole offense is kinda him running and little screens and dumpy stuff that doesn't work because they only score seventeen points a game. And I actually think Notre Dame's pretty good. And I think they're gonna kinda boa constrictor them up. And even though I think Notre Dame has played comparable defenses to BYU's and still put up thirty to forty points. So I I Notre Dame's gonna run really bad. Aaron: Yeah. Chandler: Okay, my honorable mention is not a team, it's a player. Have you guys been seeing Jesse Legree? Ryan: Yes. Chandler: Th that dude I don't know if I'm saying his name right, but he is putting up numbers at Oregon State. Ryan: I know, I thought it was fake when I saw that and I looked it up and I was like, no, that's real. He has like he Chandler: Yes. Ryan: had thirty something receptions for nine hundred and thirty yards and I was like, That's more than Jeremiah, I can't believe it. But he's more of a little Malachi Tony speed build, which is shocking. Chandler: mean he put up like two hundred plus against Texas Tech. Aaron: Yeah. Yeah. I Ryan: Well yeah, but they suck. Chandler: The tenth tenth best team in the country. Aaron: But it's still like it's the sleeper hit. I love it. Chandler: I do. I but unfortunately Ryan: Yeah, I like it. Chandler: I would bet a lot of dollars and coins, way more than five, that he hits the transfer portal and goes to a real team and gets paid. Ryan: Yeah. That is incredible to Aaron: Absolutely. Absolutely. Ryan: put those numbers up. Is incredible. Chandler: Mm. Yeah, okay. Well, that's all I had. Pretty cool. thank you guys as always. Ryan: wait real quick. honorable mention, give me Nebraska to beat Oregon this week. Chandler: At like eleven o'clock at night. W what is it at I think it's a Aaron: Hundred percent. I love it. Yeah. That's Nebraska football. Chandler: is it ten P yeah, ten PM Central Kick. Aaron: That's big midnight kickoff. Chandler: It's incredible. Ryan: Big man. Yep, sorry. Continue. Aaron: Give me Nebraska.
