- 0:00Speaker 1: Scrubbing in with Beca Tilly and Tanya Brad and iHeartRadio
- 0:04Speaker 1: and two times People's Choice Award winning podcast.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Hello everyone.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Oh we are scrubbing it.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Gorgeous.
- 0:19Speaker 4: She had to get her light set up. That's right,
- 0:22Speaker 4: that brighten things up.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Or what you know?
- 0:24Speaker 2: I still can't figure out my lighting on this show.
- 0:26Speaker 2: But maybe maybe twenty twenty six.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Maybe on your twentieth year, you'll get it.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Maybe in twenty twenty six, I'll figure it out. This
- 0:33Speaker 2: I feel a little blown out, but without the light,
- 0:35Speaker 2: I feel just I.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Would maybe turn your brightness down on your phone a
- 0:39Speaker 4: hair to three point three?
- 0:41Speaker 2: Yeah or zero? Sure?
- 0:43Speaker 3: Are you warm enough today?
- 0:45Speaker 2: Or is it not cold in here?
- 0:50Speaker 3: No at all?
- 0:52Speaker 4: I it's mildly muggy in here. I would almost.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Say current temperature in Burbank, California seventy four degrees, going
- 0:58Speaker 1: to AHI have seventy nine, very cozy Jack.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Yeah, So I'll tell you what happened as a layer. Yeah,
- 1:09Speaker 2: it has like fezer.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Wow did you eat? Did you have something cold this morning?
- 1:17Speaker 4: Is that what happened?
- 1:18Speaker 2: My lunch was a little not warm, but shrimp. Yeah
- 1:22Speaker 2: it's cold. Yeah, it's cold.
- 1:24Speaker 5: You know that.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Nothing beans room temperature.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Brother, you know what they say?
- 1:32Speaker 2: What do they say?
- 1:33Speaker 3: Can't get enough of it?
- 1:34Speaker 4: Nothing better for your internal temperature than some room temp shrimp.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I tell you.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Haley talks about Robbie's grilled shrimp often, like it's something
- 1:51Speaker 4: that comes up a lot.
- 1:52Speaker 3: So I know that, I know that that's a delicacy.
- 1:55Speaker 3: It's a delicacy. I haven't had it room temp next day.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Oh oh, it's even better.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Interesting. Yeah, I'll take your word for it.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Anyways, like give to your explanation for your winter storm jacket.
- 2:11Speaker 2: So it's actually kind of funny. I've been having like
- 2:14Speaker 2: a fashion identity crisis lately, where like I just don't
- 2:19Speaker 2: really know where I fit in, Like I just don't
- 2:22Speaker 2: know my vibe because I just wear sweats all the time.
- 2:26Speaker 2: And I was talking to Robbie about it over the weekend.
- 2:27Speaker 2: I was like, I really want to like figure out
- 2:29Speaker 2: like a new style, Like I really just want something
- 2:32Speaker 2: a little bit cooler, not where I'm wearing sweats all
- 2:34Speaker 2: the time. He's like, you got a babe, Like, let's
- 2:36Speaker 2: like so he starts like researching cool brands and like
- 2:39Speaker 2: he's like in it with me. It was actually so sweet,
- 2:43Speaker 2: and he like went with me to the store to
- 2:46Speaker 2: get some for our honeymoon. Like he's just like being
- 2:50Speaker 2: my partner. Anyways, So I'm packing for work this morning
- 2:54Speaker 2: last night, and I was like, it's the thought of
- 2:57Speaker 2: putting a pair of jeans on at four fifteen in
- 2:59Speaker 2: the morning.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Is just criminal.
- 3:01Speaker 2: It's just not something that I can put around my waistband,
- 3:05Speaker 2: especially on my period. So I pull out a pair
- 3:08Speaker 2: of sweats. Again, I don't really know how I got
- 3:13Speaker 2: to this story, but it's a little bit chilly in
- 3:17Speaker 2: the mornings when I leave, and I knew that I
- 3:19Speaker 2: had a little bit of time in between the morning
- 3:21Speaker 2: show and our podcast, and I knew I wanted to
- 3:23Speaker 2: perhaps take a nap to day because I was tired.
- 3:25Speaker 2: So this served as a blanket for my nap. Yeah,
- 3:29Speaker 2: and then I woke up and here I am.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Okay, I'm stolen.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It's got like a gortex lining.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:36Speaker 4: She bought this when she went to Vancouver and it
- 3:39Speaker 4: was like freezing cold.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I bought this in Vancouver just for the day because
- 3:42Speaker 2: all I had was a leather jacket.
- 3:46Speaker 4: No, Tania, do you thank you like it? I don't
- 3:50Speaker 4: quite understand. But if I'm cold, I'm gonna wear a jacket,
- 3:54Speaker 4: so I know.
- 3:54Speaker 2: And it's like, you don't really have summer jackets. That's
- 3:59Speaker 2: a flaw in.
- 4:00Speaker 3: The market, by the way, light jackets. There's some light
- 4:03Speaker 3: sweaters or jackets.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Not really though.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Yeah, you look hard enough.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Something maybe probably can help you out if he's in
- 4:11Speaker 4: with it.
- 4:12Speaker 3: So what what vibe are you going for?
- 4:13Speaker 4: Because I find that when you go on date nights
- 4:16Speaker 4: and stuff, you always look so cute and put together.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Thank you. I feel like I've nailed my like out
- 4:21Speaker 2: time every day.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Girl, here's the thing you are, which I guess everyone
- 4:27Speaker 4: in this room also except for me, wakes up.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Yeah, just jeans on every day jeans on. Oh okay.
- 4:34Speaker 3: But here's the thing. They're boys boys.
- 4:36Speaker 4: But I wasn't gonna say that, but I was gonna
- 4:38Speaker 4: say that they have jeans now that are sweatpants that
- 4:41Speaker 4: look like real Like they've done a really good job
- 4:43Speaker 4: at making jeans look like jeans. Sweatpant jeans look like
- 4:48Speaker 4: real denim. So maybe you could invest in those and
- 4:51Speaker 4: that way you feel put together but still equally as cozy.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll send you some links.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Thank you. Yeah, the links would be helpful.
- 4:58Speaker 3: In your cute little sweater toop the other day. Looks
- 5:01Speaker 3: so cute and put together.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 5:04Speaker 3: So we've got this. This will be easy.
- 5:06Speaker 2: I need like street cheek Tanya to like.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Maybe just leave the jacket here, I.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Do I have one puff from the corner. You have
- 5:15Speaker 2: to puff in the corner.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Yeah, well it is yeah wow, So it's just.
- 5:20Speaker 2: A best like this is this is util Maybe.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Leave that one here, Yeah, cuddle up into it. What
- 5:25Speaker 3: you need.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And by the way, she did between from after the
- 5:28Speaker 1: morning show and I think maybe she wanted to go
- 5:31Speaker 1: into the back room with his couch.
- 5:32Speaker 2: But yes, it's long.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It was lock.
- 5:33Speaker 2: We got to find a key to that room.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I don't know where the key is. But so she
- 5:37Speaker 1: just took some chairs and pulled them together and just
- 5:39Speaker 1: kind of crashed in the corner over here where there
- 5:41Speaker 1: was lots of people milling about, like she wasn't even
- 5:43Speaker 1: in the private area.
- 5:44Speaker 5: I did not know that was you.
- 5:45Speaker 6: I walked over there and I was like, oh god,
- 5:47Speaker 6: what is this person? Okay, John Fire is like it's Tanya,
- 5:53Speaker 6: It's okay, thank god.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I've never actually done a nap in public like that.
- 6:02Speaker 5: You took greatly too. You look like a pro. Yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 2: I slept for about forty five minutes and so impressive.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Thank you. I didn't hear any scuttling about.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Wow.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm fascinated by this because Haley also as long
- 6:18Speaker 4: as she can get horizontal somewhere, she can fall asleep.
- 6:21Speaker 2: And that warm. I need to be warm. If I
- 6:23Speaker 2: were cold, I would not have fallen asleep.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Your brand is warm, Yes, warm.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I have one more question about the shrimp if you
- 6:30Speaker 1: don't mind problem. Was it refrigerated when you left the
- 6:33Speaker 1: house this morning?
- 6:34Speaker 3: Yes?
- 6:34Speaker 1: I did so you just let it sit? Yeah, for
- 6:37Speaker 1: five six hours?
- 6:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I feel like with seafood, that's not a great idea.
- 6:41Speaker 2: I have a little ice pack in my bag.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Okay, so this is temperature that's the issue.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Correct.
- 6:47Speaker 1: So it didn't work very well.
- 6:48Speaker 2: It was on the bottom. They were chilly on the bottom,
- 6:50Speaker 2: the two on the bottom.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, well let's see how that digests.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Yeah about the what are the fields in the or
- 7:01Speaker 4: ring that you don't like? The magnetic fields?
- 7:03Speaker 3: What is it called? Worried about those? But no salmon, salmonella,
- 7:09Speaker 3: no fear of that.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I've just done this many times before, so I know
- 7:13Speaker 2: I've done it before. No, that's okay, Semaca Steel.
- 7:18Speaker 3: You dom what'd you do? What'd you do? Last week?
- 7:25Speaker 2: I just have to point out that you are so
- 7:27Speaker 2: gen Z right now with your pimple patch.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Yeah, the pimple patch on. Well, because I have a pimple.
- 7:33Speaker 4: Well here's the thing. I can't tell if it's a
- 7:36Speaker 4: pimple because it it won't go. It's just this red
- 7:39Speaker 4: bump but like nothing's going on with it just hurts.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Have you tried to pop it?
- 7:43Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:43Speaker 4: And I put a pimple patch on less not I
- 7:44Speaker 4: did one of my like really good masks that normally
- 7:47Speaker 4: clears everything up, so I don't know if it's a
- 7:49Speaker 4: bite or something.
- 7:51Speaker 3: So anyways, I.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Kept trying to cover it up and it want to
- 7:53Speaker 4: cover up, and I was like, I'm just putting a
- 7:55Speaker 4: patch on it.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I respect gen Z so much because like dar and
- 8:00Speaker 2: are on their face and I'm like, yeah, and it's
- 8:04Speaker 2: probably so much better than what I do, which is
- 8:06Speaker 2: like squeez squeeze, squeeze until it's like a scab and
- 8:08Speaker 2: then I tear it off.
- 8:10Speaker 4: That.
- 8:10Speaker 1: In addition to watching Love Island, she also does the
- 8:13Speaker 1: fancy pimple patches.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Yeah, speaking of I have gotten. I just I was like,
- 8:19Speaker 4: let's turn it on to watch and Haley. It was
- 8:22Speaker 4: over the weekend, so Haley was with me and she
- 8:24Speaker 4: was like, oh, yeah, I'm down to see you, like
- 8:26Speaker 4: watch an episode.
- 8:27Speaker 2: She loves it, My girl, Hailey loves Love isolan.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Like it's so far out of her element in terms
- 8:37Speaker 4: of how hetero it is that she's like, this is outrageous,
- 8:41Speaker 4: but she was.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I think her quote was like, this is a fun show.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just like it's like licking a lollipop, you
- 8:49Speaker 2: know what I mean, Like you don't need it, but
- 8:51Speaker 2: like it's delicious.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:57Speaker 4: I do feel like there's been more like jaw dropping
- 9:00Speaker 4: moments earlier on this season than last season.
- 9:03Speaker 3: You'll think, so just more like, oh yeah, so what
- 9:08Speaker 3: do you think of bell Dasha.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Bell Dasha is my favorite interesting Yeah spoiler alert, she
- 9:15Speaker 2: is no longer on the island.
- 9:16Speaker 3: That is a spoiler.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but she is. She was my favorite.
- 9:23Speaker 4: I saw someone say I have this is the first
- 9:26Speaker 4: time I have felt the disconnect with gen z Is
- 9:29Speaker 4: watching bell Dache talk.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Because they're like, she speaks in TikTok.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Yeah, she doesn't make any sense. Like I don't understand her,
- 9:40Speaker 2: but I find it so amusing and like I'm really
- 9:43Speaker 2: living for all the tiktoks that are making fun of
- 9:46Speaker 2: the season.
- 9:47Speaker 3: You know what I mean, It's just it all.
- 9:49Speaker 2: It really is the gift that keeps on giving. But
- 9:51Speaker 2: I would like you to know that I have this group,
- 9:53Speaker 2: this this Love Island group chat, that I'm able to
- 9:55Speaker 2: get all my like stuff out in.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Good but I'm watching it so you can.
- 10:01Speaker 4: I'm down to like chit chat with you about it
- 10:04Speaker 4: chat you're in there. I thought Bella was like, honestly
- 10:08Speaker 4: one of the most beautiful people I've ever seen, Like
- 10:11Speaker 4: she is so stunning, and I found it very interesting
- 10:15Speaker 4: because obviously when I went on The Bachelor, I was
- 10:17Speaker 4: a virgin, and I was like, even though I wasn't
- 10:20Speaker 4: intending for that to be my storyline, that was my storyline.
- 10:22Speaker 4: But I feel like the Bachelor's a little they try
- 10:24Speaker 4: to be a little more traditional and you know, the
- 10:27Speaker 4: dating twenty five women and I'm just kidding, but like
- 10:31Speaker 4: they try to make the dating of it more like
- 10:33Speaker 4: traditional and like they're being rewarded even though it's so twisted.
- 10:38Speaker 4: But Love Island is so raunchy, like it's may it's
- 10:41Speaker 4: like supposed to be raunchy, and there's so much making
- 10:45Speaker 4: out and just groping, and so I found it so
- 10:48Speaker 4: interesting that she came on being like, I'm not like,
- 10:51Speaker 4: didn't kiss anyone at first?
- 10:53Speaker 2: Me too, Yeah, but I was like this and she
- 10:55Speaker 2: went down down. It didn't last long, it did not,
- 10:58Speaker 2: but I appreciated. I appreciated it for a while it
- 11:02Speaker 2: lost it. There's this woman on the show who has
- 11:05Speaker 2: a kid, yes and Yes, And I was watching the
- 11:09Speaker 2: episode where she told the guy that she was dating
- 11:12Speaker 2: that she was a mom, and I was watching it.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Robbie and I were watching it together, and we were
- 11:17Speaker 2: like cringing because the way she was saying it was
- 11:22Speaker 2: like she was telling him she had some sort of disease. Yeah,
- 11:26Speaker 2: Like she was like making it this huge thing and
- 11:30Speaker 2: then like kept asking him how is he feeling? And
- 11:32Speaker 2: I felt so bad for her because I'm like, you're
- 11:36Speaker 2: making this seem like like this is.
- 11:39Speaker 5: She should be proud she has a child.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Yeah, and she is, obviously she's so proud, but I
- 11:43Speaker 2: feel like the way she delivered it was like this.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Like she was like she was insecure about it.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Yeah, And it made me sad for her.
- 11:52Speaker 4: I think it's just the circumstance. I mean, they're in
- 11:55Speaker 4: a they're in this weird world and they're locked in there.
- 11:59Speaker 4: And then there was these guys who I don't know
- 12:05Speaker 4: how seriously serious they are about finding true love right right, right,
- 12:10Speaker 4: right right.
- 12:10Speaker 3: She immediately clicks.
- 12:12Speaker 4: With someone, and then it kind of what they're like
- 12:16Speaker 4: three days in when she told him four or five Okay,
- 12:19Speaker 4: four or five.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Days in the villa is like a month in real life.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Okay, okay, sure, and so I agree, But I also
- 12:28Speaker 4: I feel for her because I felt like her insecurity
- 12:31Speaker 4: about it made him feel off.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, the whole exchange.
- 12:35Speaker 4: And I was thinking if she was just like, hey,
- 12:37Speaker 4: I just wanted to let you know one of the
- 12:39Speaker 4: most important parts of my life. I'm a mom, and
- 12:41Speaker 4: she's five years old whatever, and you know, I understand
- 12:44Speaker 4: if that's a lot of information you need to process.
- 12:47Speaker 4: But she came across so because she I think she's
- 12:50Speaker 4: so scared of losing him. You can even tell with
- 12:52Speaker 4: how she acts with the other women wanting his attention.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel nervous for her. I feel nervous for
- 12:59Speaker 2: her as well.
- 13:00Speaker 4: And I also feel that if someone else comes in
- 13:03Speaker 4: that even catches his eye remotely.
- 13:06Speaker 2: But I have there's all this subtle online that Jeremiah
- 13:09Speaker 2: is just like in it for the fame. Who is
- 13:13Speaker 2: on that show, all the rest of them? Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:22Speaker 4: And I have to be honest Nick. At first, I
- 13:25Speaker 4: was like, he is so cute. But the more he's
- 13:28Speaker 4: he was toying with the girls, I was he got
- 13:30Speaker 4: like less cute to me.
- 13:32Speaker 2: I did not like him from the beginning.
- 13:34Speaker 3: I don't think he's cute.
- 13:35Speaker 2: I would have picked the British guy.
- 13:37Speaker 3: You would pick the British guy.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Always do that game, who would you choose? He's like, well, no,
- 13:44Speaker 3: one's really my type.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I was like Bella, Yeah, God does everyone's type.
- 13:50Speaker 4: I don't know that I would connect with her on
- 13:52Speaker 4: a personal level, but just like initial attraction Bella and
- 13:57Speaker 4: then also the guys.
- 13:58Speaker 3: I said, I had to go for nixt You said Ace.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I like Ace too. I hope
- 14:04Speaker 2: he wins.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Wow, you don't even have a person yet. Whatever.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I hope he gets with Shelley, and I hope they win.
- 14:13Speaker 2: That's my prediction.
- 14:14Speaker 3: There was some feedback about my gas tank.
- 14:17Speaker 1: O lots issues, lots of it.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Let's get into it.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Let's do that. So the deal is you are someone
- 14:24Speaker 1: who likes to push your luck with your gas tank
- 14:27Speaker 1: everything you Yeah, saving that's true. So you let it
- 14:32Speaker 1: go to ee. You let it go to zero and
- 14:34Speaker 1: just see how far you can get. When he gets
- 14:36Speaker 1: to zero, that's when you start looking.
- 14:37Speaker 4: For I would say not all the time, Like normally
- 14:41Speaker 4: this the first beep where it's like your warning before
- 14:45Speaker 4: it gets what with.
- 14:48Speaker 1: The light coming on? Does that alert you.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Give when the light comes on?
- 14:51Speaker 1: That's it.
- 14:52Speaker 3: That's normally when I go, hey, you gotta get gas, girl.
- 14:55Speaker 4: But then if I'm going somewhere, I'm like, well, we're
- 14:58Speaker 4: gonna make it to there and then we'll get gas.
- 15:00Speaker 3: It's like zero.
- 15:01Speaker 4: That was crazy when we went to Malivu though, because
- 15:03Speaker 4: that is a long drive. Yeah, and I went to
- 15:07Speaker 4: Beverly Hills and then to malvou on empty.
- 15:10Speaker 2: And then to a restaurant.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Okay, it was two blocks, but you're still it takes.
- 15:14Speaker 2: A lot of enter. It takes a lot of gas
- 15:15Speaker 2: to turn on your car.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, I mean.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I think that's true. I've heard that.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 15:23Speaker 2: There's like not use the air the AC had it blasted.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Yeah, and then you, Tanya, you said you'd like to
- 15:30Speaker 1: get gas.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Pretty much about fifty miles.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Yeah, and I said double digits. When I get to
- 15:34Speaker 1: double digits, it's definitely on my mind.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Nineties, crazy nineties.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Time to gas.
- 15:41Speaker 2: Almost one hundred miles you have, Yeah, but also.
- 15:42Speaker 1: When you look at the dial next to it, you
- 15:44Speaker 1: got like a quarter left. When you get to ninety,
- 15:47Speaker 1: I'm on the you're on the left segment in my car.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Anyway, ninety is essentially full. No, yeah, that's it, like
- 15:56Speaker 3: that's a week's worth.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I have a pres and it goes to about five
- 15:59Speaker 1: hundred forty when it's fine.
- 16:02Speaker 3: That's right.
- 16:03Speaker 1: This show by the New Prius, so at ninety it's
- 16:07Speaker 1: almost in the in the red. Anyway, Here's what people said.
- 16:10Speaker 1: I like to live on the wiles. I like Becca.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I've never run on a gas, but I've rolled in
- 16:13Speaker 1: on fumes a few times. I'm definitely a Becca. I
- 16:16Speaker 1: don't know why I am this way, but I am.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I've driven twenty miles after hitting zero, living on the edge.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I wait, I sit at work knowing my tank has
- 16:24Speaker 1: been that zero since last night. Should have gotten gas
- 16:28Speaker 1: before work this morning, maybe, but I didn't. So yeah,
- 16:30Speaker 1: I'm Becca. Let me tell you can go quite away
- 16:32Speaker 1: as on e almost twenty five miles Team Becca. After
- 16:35Speaker 1: the light goes on, I wait till my car stopped,
- 16:37Speaker 1: telling me how more miles so empty and it just
- 16:39Speaker 1: shows a little dash marks.
- 16:40Speaker 5: Wow thing, Oh I got into the negative zone.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I hit sub ten every other month. I even hit
- 16:47Speaker 1: the dashes sometimes. I ran out once as a sixteen
- 16:50Speaker 1: year old and the Bill's character, I'm a Becca. However,
- 16:52Speaker 1: if I'm driving someone else, I'll get a little gashy
- 16:55Speaker 1: gas in the tank of tank. First, my grandma told
- 16:58Speaker 1: me there's an emergency, the last thing you want to
- 16:59Speaker 1: worry about it getting gas, So I live by that.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I am team Tanya on this one. Here come the
- 17:03Speaker 1: team Tanya's Team Tanya. I can't do that to myself.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I'm a planner. Normally I'm with Becca, but I'm with
- 17:08Speaker 1: Tanya and Mark on this one. If you need to
- 17:09Speaker 1: leave your house in an emergency, you don't want to
- 17:11Speaker 1: stress about gas running out Team Tanya. My ideal situation
- 17:14Speaker 1: is my car's above half at all times, not saying
- 17:17Speaker 1: it always is, but I try so she'll she'll fill
- 17:19Speaker 1: up at half.
- 17:20Speaker 2: I actually like that.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I do too. I can barely hand the stress of
- 17:23Speaker 1: this story, even let alone if it has actually happened to me.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Tanya one, Tanya on that one. I'm with Mark. I
- 17:29Speaker 1: am Mark Marcus me. So it's fairly evenly split.
- 17:32Speaker 5: But I don't like this about myself. But I'm I'm
- 17:34Speaker 5: team Becca.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Really.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I I mean, I don't.
- 17:41Speaker 6: I don't like knowing that that I let it run down.
- 17:45Speaker 6: I don't let it get down to zero. I have
- 17:47Speaker 6: done that a number of times, but I get it
- 17:49Speaker 6: down to like single digits before I go to the
- 17:52Speaker 6: gas station.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Have you ever run out of gas?
- 17:54Speaker 5: One time?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Aha? One time? And Becca? How many times?
- 17:59Speaker 3: You name it? Number between one? Probably three. I'm trying
- 18:06Speaker 3: to think one, two, three.
- 18:08Speaker 5: There's definitely five Texas right yeah.
- 18:11Speaker 3: In the middle of Yeah, that was crazy.
- 18:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:17Speaker 6: I did it once and then last year I went,
- 18:20Speaker 6: I picked up my we were in Coast savesa Alison
- 18:23Speaker 6: and I picked up a buddy, and I was like,
- 18:25Speaker 6: I'm down to like thirty miles.
- 18:26Speaker 5: I'll get it on the we'll go to lunch.
- 18:28Speaker 6: I'll get gas on the way home, you know, before
- 18:30Speaker 6: we get on the freeway and then we go.
- 18:32Speaker 5: The restaurant was much further than I thought.
- 18:34Speaker 6: And then we're driving back to his house and I
- 18:36Speaker 6: just see it get down to like five four and
- 18:38Speaker 6: then it got to two, and I'm like, I don't
- 18:40Speaker 6: want to freak everybody out, but is there a gas
- 18:43Speaker 6: station nearby? And my buddy's like, no, there's not. You
- 18:47Speaker 6: better just hope we can rid those hills. Baby, pop
- 18:49Speaker 6: it in neutral, and I coasted into the gas station.
- 18:53Speaker 6: I was fine, but I didn't like how that felt.
- 18:55Speaker 6: Oh I continued to act that way.
- 18:59Speaker 3: I got a weird high from the coasting in on themes.
- 19:02Speaker 5: It's not good for your car either. It's really.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Don't listen, don't do this.
- 19:07Speaker 4: I'm just saying my personal choices aren't always the best
- 19:13Speaker 4: for the car.
- 19:14Speaker 3: They're good for me, you know.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:18Speaker 1: So there, you've done it five times and there will
- 19:20Speaker 1: be a sixth. There will be a six We are
- 19:22Speaker 1: confident of this if.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Things can go on the way they're going for six Yeah.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Yeah, you know how my car got hit by that
- 19:33Speaker 2: driver and they hit my driver's side blah blah blah.
- 19:36Speaker 2: So for like two weeks I've been driving my car,
- 19:38Speaker 2: like sliding into the front seat because I can't open
- 19:40Speaker 2: the door fully. Yeah, I got a rental card so
- 19:43Speaker 2: that they could like fix my car. You don't even
- 19:46Speaker 2: realize how good you have it, that your door can
- 19:49Speaker 2: just swing open until you don't have it for two weeks.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Like I am just like living my life, like opening
- 19:55Speaker 2: the door wide open, taking my bag through, getting sunny
- 19:59Speaker 2: in and out the driver's side, Like I am just
- 20:03Speaker 2: appreciating the little things in life, and sometimes things in
- 20:09Speaker 2: life bring that upon me, and so I just wanted
- 20:12Speaker 2: to share that maybe if you're not getting gas, just
- 20:16Speaker 2: appreciate that, like your door swings wide open, you know
- 20:19Speaker 2: what I mean?
- 20:19Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, thank you.
- 20:21Speaker 4: I found myself and I don't know why, but my
- 20:24Speaker 4: brain like totally I was looking at you.
- 20:27Speaker 2: But I just zoned down on that conversation.
- 20:29Speaker 7: I don't even know what you said, something about sliding
- 20:36Speaker 7: in and out of the door and appreciating.
- 20:39Speaker 3: I don't know what I was locked in. I was
- 20:42Speaker 3: making eye contact with you, and then I know, I
- 20:50Speaker 3: don't think so.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I enjoyed and it's not even the first time I
- 20:55Speaker 1: ever heard it, and I enjoyed it.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 20:58Speaker 4: No, I'm like I'm concerned a little bit why I
- 21:01Speaker 4: was staring at you, but like just.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Went like silent having that too. Actually the other day,
- 21:07Speaker 2: well but not not like that, like not during the podcast,
- 21:11Speaker 2: but Robbie was telling me his coffee order and he
- 21:13Speaker 2: literally said almond milk. And I turned to the guy
- 21:15Speaker 2: and I said oat milk. Even though I knew exactly
- 21:17Speaker 2: what he said, another word came out of my mouth,
- 21:20Speaker 2: and so I was like, I'm concerned about that, yeah,
- 21:22Speaker 2: because I literally heard you correctly and I said the
- 21:24Speaker 2: exact opposite thing. But this is.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sorry, I don't know. I just was being
- 21:30Speaker 3: real and honest.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Let's not tell her.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not gonna tell you now, you don't get
- 21:34Speaker 2: to know.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Hey, one more listen for us, Yeah, we need a baby.
- 21:37Speaker 2: One more download?
- 21:38Speaker 3: Do we really?
- 21:39Speaker 6: No good? We have too many downloads, too many everybody
- 21:44Speaker 6: out there stopped downloading so much. We can't take it.
- 21:46Speaker 2: There are numbers slipping.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Our numbers are so good, they're overloading.
- 21:51Speaker 3: No one.
- 21:51Speaker 2: I don't want the the I don't want the lies.
- 21:55Speaker 5: I mean, if I'm being honest, they're they're the same,
- 21:57Speaker 5: They've always Okay, that's I like, we would just like
- 22:01Speaker 5: another you know, couple dozen.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Okay, I like consistency.
- 22:05Speaker 5: Yeah, me too.
- 22:06Speaker 4: Okay, we Haley and I have this conversation about if
- 22:10Speaker 4: we check the weather.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Did we already talk about that on the pod?
- 22:13Speaker 8: No?
- 22:14Speaker 1: But that's a good conversation.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Wanted to talk about it.
- 22:17Speaker 5: Talking about the weather.
- 22:21Speaker 1: The time. It's a similar conversation to the last one
- 22:25Speaker 1: about gas.
- 22:26Speaker 2: But no, when you start talking about the weather, that
- 22:30Speaker 2: is literally like key.
- 22:33Speaker 3: We talked about this.
- 22:34Speaker 4: I know we did because we talked about how Tanya
- 22:37Speaker 4: didn't check the weather and she went to New York
- 22:38Speaker 4: and it was like, totally true.
- 22:41Speaker 1: We can't be doing being a planner and being spontaneous.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Some people are planners, They check the weather, they dress accordingly.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Some people they just go outside and feel, yeah, I'm
- 22:52Speaker 1: gonna wear it. I'm gonna wear I.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Am the planner. I checked the weather. Haley goes out and.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Feels interesting because that seems like the opposite of you.
- 22:59Speaker 3: But do you know what it is.
- 23:00Speaker 4: I grew up in Louisiana, unpredictable weather. She grew up
- 23:03Speaker 4: in California, pretty consistent.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Yes, that's a little bit about that.
- 23:09Speaker 2: I feel like they tell you in dating one O
- 23:11Speaker 2: one when you start talking about the weather, like get out.
- 23:13Speaker 3: It's got a bad rap.
- 23:14Speaker 4: But I got so many responses from it that I
- 23:17Speaker 4: felt like something worth bringing up because I got like
- 23:19Speaker 4: thousands of replies for that.
- 23:22Speaker 3: See dating.
- 23:22Speaker 1: And you remember what Rick D's used to say when
- 23:25Speaker 1: I worked for Rick D's. No, they never tune out
- 23:27Speaker 1: of the weather. Talk about the weather. They'll never tune out.
- 23:30Speaker 1: That's true.
- 23:31Speaker 2: You told me that because it's thirty seconds, you can't
- 23:34Speaker 2: possibly hit the well.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Perhaps, but also people are interested in weather. That's why
- 23:38Speaker 1: it is a common topic of conversation.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Yeah, iikes, I guess we'll talk about the weather when
- 23:42Speaker 2: we come back.
- 23:43Speaker 3: We talk about they were done. Oh, we're done, We're done.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, I heard every word. Unfortunately, I
- 23:54Speaker 2: look here in present. I already got my nap in,
- 23:56Speaker 2: so I'm locked in.
- 23:57Speaker 4: Okay, great. I do want to talk about about you
- 24:01Speaker 4: moving your polaroid with Joe Jonas around in different spaces,
- 24:05Speaker 4: So we're gonna talk about that when we come back.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Okay, we are back.
- 24:27Speaker 4: So Tanya did a like a little funny video of
- 24:33Speaker 4: putting her polaroid photo with Joe Jonas in her vehicle
- 24:37Speaker 4: on the console.
- 24:38Speaker 2: What do you do with a polaroid. Nowadays, I realize,
- 24:41Speaker 2: like I don't have like, you know, those little boards
- 24:44Speaker 2: that I used to pin stuff on. What are those
- 24:45Speaker 2: called bullet Yes, thank you, I don't have those anymore around.
- 24:50Speaker 2: So where does one put the polaroid with Joe Jonas?
- 24:52Speaker 2: I didn't know, so I thought it'd be cute like
- 24:54Speaker 2: in my car.
- 24:56Speaker 3: No, you didn't. You were trying to get a reaction.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Kind of did but then like over important information, yes,
- 25:04Speaker 2: on my yeah, like on the screen, on the screen.
- 25:07Speaker 3: But what did he do?
- 25:09Speaker 2: He was like, I saw this when I was moving
- 25:12Speaker 2: your car the other day, so here or he had
- 25:14Speaker 2: already seen it. So I did get his true like
- 25:17Speaker 2: first reaction. So I had to take everything out of
- 25:21Speaker 2: my car because I have a rental now. I had
- 25:23Speaker 2: my Jojonas polaroid and I put it like up in
- 25:25Speaker 2: our living room like by a painting Probabie comes home
- 25:30Speaker 2: and he's just like how like he's like literally, it's
- 25:33Speaker 2: like I love Lucy because I come home and there's
- 25:35Speaker 2: like something wacky. Every single day, yesterday or whatever day
- 25:39Speaker 2: it was, was the Joe Jonas polaroid. Over the weekend,
- 25:44Speaker 2: I ordered a trampoline because I want to start bouncing every.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Day, like and just like a personal ones, not like.
- 25:54Speaker 2: A kid's tramp. Yeah, like a personal one. I think
- 25:57Speaker 2: it's probably like it's seventy inches.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Like this, Well, seventy inches would be what almost six feet?
- 26:04Speaker 2: Oh that's huge. Then it's not seventy Then it's like
- 26:07Speaker 2: forty something. Okay, that feels smaller. It's like personal. It's
- 26:10Speaker 2: just be like giving.
- 26:11Speaker 3: That's very small. But I go what you're saying.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so it's supposed to be like really good
- 26:15Speaker 2: for your olympathic system.
- 26:16Speaker 3: They also have.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Those things that you it's a vibrating machine you just
- 26:19Speaker 4: stand on it. That's supposed to be really good for
- 26:21Speaker 4: your lymphatic system.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Yes, but the trampoline also is cardio as well, so
- 26:26Speaker 2: it's like a dual.
- 26:28Speaker 3: So what are you gonna do on there?
- 26:30Speaker 2: A trampoline class that I'm going to host myself for myself.
- 26:36Speaker 3: So you're just making up your own routine.
- 26:38Speaker 2: I used to take a trampoline class when I lived
- 26:41Speaker 2: in Long Beach, and so I'm just gonna go off
- 26:43Speaker 2: of the stuff that, like he used to teach me
- 26:45Speaker 2: in that class.
- 26:46Speaker 3: How long ago was that?
- 26:48Speaker 2: Ten years ago? Yeah? But I remember it's very I mean,
- 26:50Speaker 2: you don't remember, you can't forget who suggested this idea. Well,
- 26:56Speaker 2: my facialist Candice does it every morning for twenty minutes.
- 27:00Speaker 2: She said, it's like amazing.
- 27:01Speaker 3: It sounds fun.
- 27:02Speaker 2: So that's all you need to do to like persuade
- 27:04Speaker 2: me to my new pursuit is just like tell me
- 27:06Speaker 2: you do it and it's amazing, And then I order
- 27:08Speaker 2: it on Amazon the next day.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Yeah, I was, it's so interesting because with Amazon now,
- 27:14Speaker 4: or even just the access we have to everything.
- 27:18Speaker 3: I was, I think I've talked about this more.
- 27:20Speaker 4: But I was watching a friend's episode and she talks
- 27:21Speaker 4: about like needing a replacement for something in her house
- 27:25Speaker 4: and she and she needs Chandler to replace it because
- 27:27Speaker 4: he broke it. And she's like, catalog blank blank page, whatever, Wow,
- 27:33Speaker 4: it'll get here in like six weeks or something crazy.
- 27:36Speaker 4: And I was thinking, man, we're so impatient now if
- 27:40Speaker 4: we had to wait like that, it's so true, but
- 27:43Speaker 4: I'm kind.
- 27:44Speaker 3: Of miss I remember going through the Victoria's Secret.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Catalog and being like, I want this nighty.
- 27:49Speaker 3: I could get not a nightie, but like sure or
- 27:51Speaker 3: something for Victoria's Secret.
- 27:53Speaker 4: Yeah, like when they'd have their clothes and the they
- 27:55Speaker 4: had their clothes in the catalogs.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so there was something nice about that.
- 28:02Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, you can't. It's like toothpaste. You can't
- 28:04Speaker 2: go back, you know what I mean?
- 28:06Speaker 3: Uhuh right, it's out.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Yeah, somebody who was When I was a kid, it
- 28:09Speaker 1: was a Seriers catalog. The Sears catalog would come around
- 28:12Speaker 1: Christmas time and you would go through the toy section.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I would circle everything on want and get everything I want.
- 28:16Speaker 1: But that helped me. You know, Pair's model lift that
- 28:18Speaker 1: I'd go through there and it was very exciting. But
- 28:20Speaker 1: I so somebody temple this recently. The reason Sears isn't
- 28:23Speaker 1: around anymore is because when everybody else went to the Internet,
- 28:26Speaker 1: they said, nope, We've got the serious catalog. And that's
- 28:29Speaker 1: how it's always been, and that's how we're gonna keep
- 28:31Speaker 1: doing it. And now there's no more serious because they
- 28:33Speaker 1: refused to go to evolved with the times.
- 28:36Speaker 3: Yeah, you can't. You can't resist the forward motion. You can't.
- 28:43Speaker 4: I mean you can move to like you can move
- 28:45Speaker 4: your kids and go live on a farm somewhere and
- 28:47Speaker 4: not give them access to the Internet.
- 28:49Speaker 3: But at some point they're going to be exposed to it.
- 28:52Speaker 2: You know, there was something I was trying to do
- 28:54Speaker 2: on the internet and it's escaping me now. And it
- 28:58Speaker 2: was it was hard but like simple at the same time.
- 29:01Speaker 2: And Robbie was like, Babe, you've got to like keep
- 29:04Speaker 2: up with this, like you're not our parents' age, Like
- 29:07Speaker 2: we gotta keep moving, we gotta stay Yeah, and that
- 29:11Speaker 2: really put into perspective. I was like, he's right, Like,
- 29:13Speaker 2: I can't be like that person. That's like I can't
- 29:16Speaker 2: figure out forgetting what.
- 29:18Speaker 4: It was trying to use your miles for flights, because.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Well that I now know because Becka taught me.
- 29:24Speaker 4: Tanya goes, oh, I think I have a lot of points,
- 29:28Speaker 4: but I don't know how to use that.
- 29:29Speaker 2: I know, I didn't say I think. I said I
- 29:31Speaker 2: know a lot of points because.
- 29:34Speaker 4: We put a lot of our wedding stuff on this
- 29:35Speaker 4: credit card. I go, oh my god, I bet you
- 29:38Speaker 4: have so many points. I go, it's so easy. I'm
- 29:41Speaker 4: driving on the PCH. I go open your app, go
- 29:45Speaker 4: to membership.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Travel. She goes Robbie and I can't figure it out.
- 29:55Speaker 3: You're very intelligent people. What's happening?
- 30:00Speaker 1: It easy to remember what you were trying to do.
- 30:03Speaker 2: I can ask him. I can ask him, but I
- 30:08Speaker 2: cannot remember what it was.
- 30:09Speaker 1: But he's right. That's really like my dad is eighty
- 30:11Speaker 1: almost eighty one, and he's kept up really well with him.
- 30:14Speaker 1: He knows how to venmo, he knows how to do stuff.
- 30:17Speaker 1: He goes on chat GPT like he's very up with mom.
- 30:20Speaker 1: No clue and my wife's parents, Oh my gosh. Yeah,
- 30:24Speaker 1: Like they have a DVR still, but that's almost like
- 30:29Speaker 1: a new thing for them. Like they were on VCRs
- 30:31Speaker 1: until about five years ago. Then they finally got a DVR.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Then that one away, but they're still stuck on that DVR.
- 30:36Speaker 1: They're not going to on demand streaming, none of that's happening. Yeah,
- 30:40Speaker 1: they had a rotary phone well into our relationship. Like
- 30:43Speaker 1: they really struggled with each new generation.
- 30:46Speaker 3: That's tough.
- 30:46Speaker 4: But you know, I was thinking the other day, it's
- 30:49Speaker 4: really hard because even my mom will need help with
- 30:52Speaker 4: something and my instinct is like, I'll just do it
- 30:54Speaker 4: for you instead, And I'm like, it's a disservice to her,
- 30:58Speaker 4: even though it's easier for everything.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Does she want to learn because a lot of them
- 31:00Speaker 1: don't want to learn.
- 31:02Speaker 4: That she would want to learn if I had the
- 31:05Speaker 4: patience because I'm not with her. I think if I
- 31:08Speaker 4: was with her and I was like showing her, but
- 31:09Speaker 4: it's hard to do over FaceTime or you know, so
- 31:13Speaker 4: I think she'd be willing to learn. But sometimes I'm like,
- 31:15Speaker 4: I'm just I'll do it.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I know, we got to stay up, We got to
- 31:19Speaker 2: stay up with the times.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I think Robbie keeps you, keeps you young.
- 31:23Speaker 9: Yeah, on the trends and just everything really, so you're
- 31:29Speaker 9: not wrong. I know, like Robbie, Robbie I feel like
- 31:34Speaker 9: has like revamped his style. It's like very like cool
- 31:37Speaker 9: and yeah he's like, yeah, I'll help you babe.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I.
- 31:43Speaker 4: Did he like have Does he have his style that
- 31:45Speaker 4: he likes that he's like, oh, I like when you
- 31:47Speaker 4: wear that or that kind of style? Me?
- 31:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I think he likes everything that I wear.
- 31:52Speaker 2: He's never I don't know, I wouldn't say that there's
- 31:54Speaker 2: like something he likes more than the other. Yeah, but
- 31:57Speaker 2: he definitely has like his own style. Yeah.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I know.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Haley Haley always compliments me, even today with this pimple
- 32:04Speaker 4: that last night I was like, oh, this thing is.
- 32:06Speaker 3: So red and She's like, I think it looks so
- 32:08Speaker 3: cute on you.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I feel like you could have made it into a
- 32:09Speaker 2: freckle and then dumb freckle.
- 32:11Speaker 3: No, no, no, it's way too big to be a freckle.
- 32:14Speaker 4: But I was like, you know, it's so nice to
- 32:16Speaker 4: have someone love you just the way things are, just
- 32:19Speaker 4: compliment you all the time.
- 32:22Speaker 3: It's really lovely.
- 32:22Speaker 2: It is really lovely.
- 32:25Speaker 4: Billie Eilish has a new boyfriend, which was not on
- 32:28Speaker 4: my bingo card for the summer of twenty twenty.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Was it.
- 32:31Speaker 3: No, who is this guy?
- 32:34Speaker 4: Okay, his name is not Wolf? And I feel like you,
- 32:38Speaker 4: I don't know if you were with us. But one
- 32:39Speaker 4: time at iHeart Festival, we all went back to Amy's
- 32:43Speaker 4: room and she had sugarmne yeah, and she had this
- 32:45Speaker 4: huge like jacuzzie almost like a hot tub in her room.
- 32:47Speaker 3: It was like a sweet or something, and all of
- 32:49Speaker 3: us were dying because our fee put our feet. Why
- 32:55Speaker 3: I think I think it was him. I need to confirm.
- 33:01Speaker 4: I think Brittany or Hillary was his handler, and so
- 33:04Speaker 4: he like came up and he.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Was so nice.
- 33:06Speaker 2: If it's the right guy, it would not be If
- 33:09Speaker 2: it's not, then wait, do you remember the year.
- 33:13Speaker 4: Well, it was probably the last two thousand and seventeen, probably,
- 33:18Speaker 4: He texts Amy, I'm texting Britt, Text Britt. Yeah, But anyways,
- 33:22Speaker 4: I guess they've been. He's been really good friends with
- 33:26Speaker 4: Phineas for a long time, so they were like friends
- 33:29Speaker 4: to lovers, which I think is so cute, so cute,
- 33:32Speaker 4: and people who were like rooting for her to be,
- 33:35Speaker 4: you know, with a woman because she had the song
- 33:39Speaker 4: Charlie XCX. I think even people are excited for her
- 33:43Speaker 4: because everyone loves not Wolf.
- 33:45Speaker 3: So it's good news, good news all around. Let me ask.
- 33:50Speaker 2: I'm gonna laugh if it's like, but do you remember?
- 33:53Speaker 2: I totally remember? But I I yes, I totally remember.
- 33:56Speaker 4: I'm gonna text Britt and ask if Not Wolf was
- 33:59Speaker 4: with us poking our feet after the festival, and then
- 34:02Speaker 4: we'll be back if I get a confirmation, BRB.
- 34:18Speaker 8: Summer is this season of love, Summer Loven, here we come.

- 35:02Speaker 3: Breaking news, breaking news.
- 35:05Speaker 4: We have a text from Britt confirming that she confirmed
- 35:09Speaker 4: with a text she sent to someone else that said,
- 35:13Speaker 4: remember our bathtub foot soaked in Vegas.
- 35:17Speaker 3: With not Wolf? Yeah, she said I didn't put my
- 35:22Speaker 3: feet in obviously because she was like a bath thing.
- 35:26Speaker 4: We actually, when I think about it, I'm kind of like,
- 35:28Speaker 4: that's pretty gross that we did that.
- 35:30Speaker 1: But is that her thing that there's just bacteria in baths?
- 35:32Speaker 3: She don't like bath Yeah?
- 35:35Speaker 2: But yeah, so we remember.
- 35:41Speaker 1: What a life you lead, Tanya that you don't even
- 35:42Speaker 1: remember that For some people that would be like a
- 35:44Speaker 1: highlight of their lives to soak their feet with net Wolf.
- 35:46Speaker 1: I think I was.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Very drunk, definitely drunk.
- 35:50Speaker 1: You want to text and confirm that too. Let me
- 35:52Speaker 1: see was Tanya super hammered that night?
- 35:55Speaker 2: What year was this? Twenty seventeen? I think so yeah,
- 35:59Speaker 2: oh my god. Peak, Peak was that after you know
- 36:06Speaker 2: who Dean the Dean song could have been, that was
- 36:13Speaker 2: a Dark Night, could have been Yeah.
- 36:16Speaker 3: Yeah, man, we've all grown so much.
- 36:19Speaker 2: You know, I feel like, you know, it's like cats,
- 36:23Speaker 2: you know.
- 36:24Speaker 4: It's like you know not Wolf went from soaking his
- 36:27Speaker 4: feet in a hot tub in Vegas with with us
- 36:31Speaker 4: to romancing Billie Eilish in Italy.
- 36:34Speaker 2: The biggest pop stars in the world.
- 36:36Speaker 3: Good for him.
- 36:37Speaker 2: It could happen to anybody. That's the bottom.
- 36:40Speaker 4: I doesn't think you were there, so part of that.
- 36:46Speaker 4: I actually was gonna say that, but I didn't want
- 36:48Speaker 4: to hurt your feelings. But she said, I don't have
- 36:50Speaker 4: a memory of you being there.
- 36:51Speaker 2: I was definitely soaking my feet in a tub.
- 36:55Speaker 3: But was it that dub.
- 36:59Speaker 2: It feels like a weird coincident.
- 37:01Speaker 4: Yeah, but normally you would go do your own thing after,
- 37:04Speaker 4: Like I normally didn't see you it after things, you
- 37:07Speaker 4: know what I'm saying.
- 37:07Speaker 2: I definitely remember soaking my feet with people.
- 37:11Speaker 3: It's not crystal clear for me, except for the gnat
- 37:13Speaker 3: wolf of it.
- 37:13Speaker 2: All, because I really did escape me.
- 37:17Speaker 4: He was there with his friend and I remember being like,
- 37:19Speaker 4: this is so funny that this guy came up to
- 37:22Speaker 4: the room and is just hanging out with the girls recapping.
- 37:24Speaker 2: I have offended that you didn't think I was there.
- 37:28Speaker 3: Not in a negative way. I hope that you were there,
- 37:31Speaker 3: but neither of us have the memory of Okay, I will,
- 37:37Speaker 3: don't yell at me. Dang, we have a we have
- 37:43Speaker 3: some wouldie rathers just one?
- 37:45Speaker 1: Actually?
- 37:45Speaker 3: Oh, we just have one. That's podcast.
- 37:53Speaker 1: I think it's an interesting question. Would you rather spend
- 37:58Speaker 1: an hour in a room with every single person you've
- 38:01Speaker 1: ever kissed? Or spend an hour in a room with
- 38:05Speaker 1: every single person your partner has kissed everyone I've kissed?
- 38:09Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 38:09Speaker 2: Same, that's like so easy.
- 38:13Speaker 4: I am not sitting in a room looking at all.
- 38:17Speaker 3: The people in the eye who touched her lips with theirs.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I would not like that.
- 38:23Speaker 1: But would you be worried about being with your exes?
- 38:25Speaker 4: No?
- 38:26Speaker 1: People you wouldn't want to see again, People would make
- 38:28Speaker 1: you uncomfortable?
- 38:30Speaker 2: No?
- 38:31Speaker 3: Okay, yeah I would just be like, hell.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Yeah, good to see Ben.
- 38:37Speaker 3: Isn't this crazy that your old guys and I'm a girl?
- 38:42Speaker 2: Yeah, you'd actually have a lot to talk about with this.
- 38:46Speaker 3: Here's where you went wrong.
- 38:48Speaker 2: I'm just kidding.
- 38:50Speaker 3: What about y'all?
- 38:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree, it'd be good to see everybody again.
- 38:55Speaker 6: Have you been see I would do the partner, oh,
- 38:59Speaker 6: because it would be fun to be like, oh my god,
- 39:03Speaker 6: fifty cents in here, Like if there's someone I didn't
- 39:05Speaker 6: know about, Like, well, there's like a celebrity that she's
- 39:08Speaker 6: like kept in his secret.
- 39:08Speaker 5: That wolf, Yeah, I mean that wolf is in that room.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe she was in the hot tub with her.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Maybe she was, As I remember said, you.
- 39:17Speaker 4: Fact, you don't think she'd tell you about fifty You
- 39:21Speaker 4: haven't asked about who she's kissed? No, oh yeah, I've
- 39:26Speaker 4: never asked about past things.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Pretty chill like that. Never asked, never questioned anything she
- 39:34Speaker 3: did before me.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Never no, no, no, no, no, no, no no no, we don't
- 39:39Speaker 2: do that.
- 39:39Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Like you don't even know if probably slept with anyone
- 39:42Speaker 3: from version.
- 39:44Speaker 2: Yeah, we don't, actually do you know what's so funny?
- 39:46Speaker 2: I met his I don't if it was first kiss.
- 39:48Speaker 2: Maybe it was his first or second. Anyway, she's married
- 39:53Speaker 2: to a woman. And I still was like, she's really pretty.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Like there's nothing safer than that.
- 40:03Speaker 2: Situation, literally nothing, And I was like, dang, she's really pretty.
- 40:08Speaker 3: You should be like, wow, he has good taste even
- 40:11Speaker 3: at a young age.
- 40:13Speaker 2: Ripe and young.
- 40:16Speaker 3: That's opposite, honestly, yeah, kind of creepy. Do we want
- 40:22Speaker 3: to end with a little advice column?
- 40:25Speaker 2: Do youar?
- 40:25Speaker 5: Becca?
- 40:26Speaker 1: Tanya Market Eastern a scrubber here with eerily similar stories
- 40:29Speaker 1: to Becca's and Tanya's question for Becca, can you share
- 40:32Speaker 1: a bit how you have overcome periods of coldness in
- 40:34Speaker 1: your relationship with Haley, like when you were acting distant
- 40:37Speaker 1: towards each other. We're trying to navigate a difficult period
- 40:40Speaker 1: of uncertainty, not necessarily about the relationship itself, but it's
- 40:42Speaker 1: showing in our day to day dynamic patiently waiting for
- 40:45Speaker 1: every podcast each week. You guys have best friends to
- 40:47Speaker 1: many of us here in Macedonia. Wow, a small country
- 40:52Speaker 1: in eastern Europe.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Wow, that's so cool.
- 40:56Speaker 4: Look speaking of before I answer, I was at an
- 40:59Speaker 4: Angel City game. Oh yeah, and I met so many
- 41:03Speaker 4: scrubbers came up and said hi. And it's so cool because,
- 41:06Speaker 4: like you know, for a long time it was The Bachelor,
- 41:08Speaker 4: and people still reference The Bachelor, but it's so cool
- 41:11Speaker 4: that it's associated with the podcast now when people come
- 41:13Speaker 4: up and they're like.
- 41:14Speaker 3: I love the podcast a lot of time.
- 41:16Speaker 2: I love you also kind of like they are when
- 41:21Speaker 2: you meet these scrubbers. I'd pick up right up next time.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Doesn't sound like I'm trying to find Macedonia. I'm having
- 41:30Speaker 2: a hard time.
- 41:32Speaker 3: While you're looking for that, I'll answer.
- 41:36Speaker 4: I don't know that Haley and I have had a
- 41:38Speaker 4: lot of cold Like we really and I don't mean
- 41:41Speaker 4: to sound like unrealistic and a dating world, but like
- 41:45Speaker 4: we haven't had a lot of coldness, and if we have,
- 41:48Speaker 4: we've gone to couples therapy to navigate any things that
- 41:52Speaker 4: are like off or keep putting any distance between us.
- 41:55Speaker 4: I think the hardest times where we've had to navigate
- 41:58Speaker 4: things have come when she been gone on tour or
- 42:01Speaker 4: like working far away for long periods of time. Just
- 42:04Speaker 4: because I tend to being with me being the one
- 42:09Speaker 4: that's home by myself and she's busy working and doing stuff.
- 42:13Speaker 4: I think that I tend to pick fights if it's
- 42:15Speaker 4: gone on for a little bit, so that would be
- 42:17Speaker 4: the only time. But I don't know that we've ever
- 42:18Speaker 4: experienced like coldness where we're like emotionally distant. Yeah, it's
- 42:23Speaker 4: more so like we're just not we're kind of missing
- 42:25Speaker 4: each other in communication or making each other feel seene
- 42:29Speaker 4: or heard, I guess.
- 42:30Speaker 3: But that's when couple therapy is really I've.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Heard coldness can happen when you have a baby.
- 42:37Speaker 3: I've heard that too.
- 42:38Speaker 4: Yeah, it makes sense though, Like there's your tie, right,
- 42:42Speaker 4: you have this new focus that all your attention's going to.
- 42:45Speaker 3: I imagine Mark.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I do. I always say that we
- 42:51Speaker 1: never fought until we had kids. That's when that's when
- 42:54Speaker 1: the fighting began. But next month it's twenty three years.
- 42:57Speaker 1: So I'm sure there have been periods of coldness in there.
- 42:59Speaker 1: But when you're together in that long period of time,
- 43:02Speaker 1: you just kind of weather the storm and then get
- 43:05Speaker 1: through it. There's just bits of times that are busy
- 43:08Speaker 1: and I'm busy and she's busy, and what a little
- 43:09Speaker 1: bit of ship's passing in the night. I don't like
- 43:11Speaker 1: those times, but I also know that there's always something
- 43:13Speaker 1: on the horizon. Yeah, from going away together, there's a trip,
- 43:16Speaker 1: there's something happening soon that's going to kind of bring
- 43:19Speaker 1: us back together again.
- 43:19Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 43:20Speaker 4: I'm gonna say, even Haley, sometimes if there's a disconnector
- 43:23Speaker 4: or we have times where we're busy and there's a
- 43:26Speaker 4: lot going on, Like we really make sure at night
- 43:28Speaker 4: to She'll go, what was something I did this week
- 43:31Speaker 4: that made you feel loved? And then we go back
- 43:33Speaker 4: and forth and do all those things that we've learned
- 43:35Speaker 4: in couple therapy, but just with each other, just to
- 43:37Speaker 4: like come back and reconnect with each other. Because I
- 43:40Speaker 4: think it's easy to get distant and then if you
- 43:42Speaker 4: don't find a way to connect that it just gets
- 43:45Speaker 4: colder and colder and more distant.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's got to be one person to really
- 43:48Speaker 2: reel it in.
- 43:49Speaker 4: Someone's got to bring it back. So I encourage you
- 43:52Speaker 4: to maybe even look up that they have so many
- 43:55Speaker 4: things where you can find questions to ask your partner
- 43:57Speaker 4: to like just kind of bring you back to each
- 43:59Speaker 4: other and connect, because I think that's what happens is
- 44:02Speaker 4: you just kind of get.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Does something becoming ships the night is like very common.
- 44:07Speaker 2: I think it happens to everybody and every couple. Like
- 44:09Speaker 2: life just gets busy, schedules change, and like it's easy
- 44:15Speaker 2: because you're sleeping next to somebody every night that you're like,
- 44:19Speaker 2: but how do we how are we feeling distant when
- 44:21Speaker 2: we're like sleeping in bed together every night, but it's
- 44:23Speaker 2: just like so easy because you're not really like living
- 44:26Speaker 2: life together, you're living life alongside each other.
- 44:28Speaker 4: And maybe instead, if like your habit is to watch
- 44:30Speaker 4: TV at night together, maybe if you're feeling distant, maybe
- 44:33Speaker 4: play a game or do something where you're a little
- 44:35Speaker 4: more conversational and not just because sometimes Haley will be
- 44:38Speaker 4: watching the show, I'll be scrolling my phone and it's
- 44:40Speaker 4: not really a connected time even though we're enjoying it.
- 44:43Speaker 4: And so then you know, the next night, so can
- 44:45Speaker 4: we play game or scrabble or something.
- 44:47Speaker 2: And so every night I'll ask where I'll be like,
- 44:49Speaker 2: how is your day And I'll be like, no good,
- 44:54Speaker 2: He'll ask me, and I'll be like, great, I had
- 44:55Speaker 2: brought my shrip for lunch. I like the podcast. We
- 44:59Speaker 2: talked about this, this, this, and this. Then I like drove,
- 45:01Speaker 2: stopped in, I got gased, I took Sonny for a walk.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Like I will tell him every single detail, and he's like,
- 45:07Speaker 2: my life, like my job isn't as exciting as yours.
- 45:09Speaker 2: I'm like, but you still live your life, like you're
- 45:11Speaker 2: still eating things. I want to know what you drank,
- 45:13Speaker 2: Like did you have another coffee? Did you have a
- 45:14Speaker 2: macha like? Tell her your day? So the other day,
- 45:17Speaker 2: the on air account posted a picture of like me
- 45:19Speaker 2: with Mariah Carey and he sent it to me and
- 45:21Speaker 2: he was like, you didn't tell me, Uh, you didn't
- 45:23Speaker 2: tell me about this. I was like, hurts, doesn't it?
- 45:27Speaker 3: I'm sorry?
- 45:28Speaker 4: Oh I had a machra versus a coffee or hey,
- 45:31Speaker 4: I met Mariah Carey is a little bit different.
- 45:34Speaker 2: What did you say part of the day. It's just
- 45:36Speaker 2: part of the day, you know what I mean? Like
- 45:37Speaker 2: it's part of the day. But sometimes I feel like
- 45:40Speaker 2: you have to really if you have somebody like like
- 45:42Speaker 2: that as a partner, you really have to ask a
- 45:44Speaker 2: million questions. And then I finally get what I needed,
- 45:48Speaker 2: which is what he drank? How many times he went
- 45:52Speaker 2: to the bathroom?
- 45:53Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 45:55Speaker 4: If you were saying we talked about this on the
- 45:56Speaker 4: podcast about today's podcast, what would you tell him?
- 46:00Speaker 2: I'm like today was a really rough podcast. Becca got
- 46:03Speaker 2: really bored when I was telling a story that she
- 46:06Speaker 2: blacked out. I try to remember what I said. I
- 46:09Speaker 2: also figured out where Macedonia is.
- 46:12Speaker 4: It was also you were talking about opening a car door,
- 46:15Speaker 4: like it's not like miss.
- 46:18Speaker 2: It was appreciating the little things in life that we
- 46:21Speaker 2: take for granted.
- 46:22Speaker 4: No, but you had already told me that outside of
- 46:24Speaker 4: the podcast. So I had heard the appreciation of being
- 46:27Speaker 4: opened able to open.
- 46:28Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I just remembered something I had an
- 46:31Speaker 2: amazing story from the weekend.
- 46:33Speaker 3: Oh, well, keep going, We're up into the podcast.
- 46:37Speaker 10: Is that.
- 46:39Speaker 3: There's no break?
- 46:40Speaker 2: That's who I ran into?
- 46:43Speaker 3: Oh no, is this a celebrity.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Yes, Mariah Carey, No.
- 46:47Speaker 2: House is big.
- 46:50Speaker 3: Ran into like you talked to them?
- 46:52Speaker 2: Yes, they know them.
- 46:54Speaker 3: Oh. Is it a man or woman?
- 46:57Speaker 5: Yes?
- 46:57Speaker 10: Or no?
- 46:57Speaker 2: Questions?
- 46:58Speaker 1: It a here we Go?
- 47:00Speaker 3: It's a man?
- 47:02Speaker 1: Is it an actor?
- 47:04Speaker 10: No?
- 47:04Speaker 3: Is it a singer? Yes?
- 47:09Speaker 1: Is it Ed Sheeran No? Is it a singer that
