- 2:13Speaker 2: always think about too, like the animals too, because we
- 2:16Speaker 2: have one our one dog doesn't give a shit about anything,
- 2:19Speaker 2: but our other dog is kind of afraid of loud noises, right, yeah.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Well and our other dog that passed away last year.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Mika terrified, absolutely terrified. And it's not only the animals

- 3:15Speaker 2: It was?
- 3:16Speaker 1: But that's okay, okay, because I was going for abrupt

- 4:57Speaker 2: will be.
- 4:58Speaker 1: But all that spiel over and done with we got
- 5:01Speaker 1: an interesting case today. We have the case of Brittany Murphy.
- 5:06Speaker 1: We all know who she is, or most likely know
- 5:07Speaker 1: who she is. She's an actress. She had quite the
- 5:12Speaker 1: accolades to her name. Yeah, very beautiful woman, very talented,
- 5:17Speaker 1: you name it. She had it all. Yeah, or so
- 5:20Speaker 1: it seemed.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I know. Well, I'm actually a little bit excited about
- 5:24Speaker 2: this one to hear all about it.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Well, I'm going to preface this by saying I thought
- 5:30Speaker 1: my opinion on this would be different. Okay, in over
- 5:35Speaker 1: the years, I had a very specific opinion on this case,
- 5:38Speaker 1: and now that opinion is gone, and I have a
- 5:41Speaker 1: very different opinion.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Wow, okay, wow, Yes.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Because this is well, this is the first time I've
- 5:48Speaker 1: ever actually fully researched it. I've just kind of read
- 5:50Speaker 1: some articles or like seen some highlights or seeing some
- 5:53Speaker 1: people like throughout this theory and stuff. And then I
- 5:56Speaker 1: made my decision, and I will admit I prematurely and uneducatedly,
- 6:03Speaker 1: if uneducatedly is a word made my decision. And now
- 6:06Speaker 1: after research, yeah, that's that's all out the window.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Well it's very easy to do though, sometimes, right, Yes,
- 6:12Speaker 2: when there's just so much like media coverage and stuff, on.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Cases, definitely, And I'm going to say, I hope that
- 6:19Speaker 1: I can convince you to be on the same page
- 6:22Speaker 1: as me. But I will lay out all the facts
- 6:25Speaker 1: that I discovered. You make up your own mind. I
- 6:28Speaker 1: just really hope that I can put you in the
- 6:31Speaker 1: same box as me, because I fully, fully believe that's
- 6:35Speaker 1: the answer.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Oh wow, Okay, okay.
- 6:38Speaker 3: So.
- 6:39Speaker 1: The actress Brittany Murphy was born on November tenth, nineteen
- 6:42Speaker 1: seventy seven, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, to her two parents,
- 6:46Speaker 1: Sharon Kathleen Murphy and Angelo Joseph Bertoli. Now her full
- 6:51Speaker 1: name given at birth was Brittany and Bertolely. Her parents, however,
- 6:56Speaker 1: would divorce when she was very young, and she primarily
- 6:59Speaker 1: was raised by her mother, Sharon. Her father, Angelo Berttoli,
- 7:03Speaker 1: had a bit of a turbulent past and was not
- 7:06Speaker 1: exactly involved in much of Brittany's life following their divorce,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and as such, Brittany would eventually take her mother's last
- 7:13Speaker 1: name Murphy, hence Brittany Murphy instead of Brittany Bertoli. So
- 7:17Speaker 1: her mother, Sharon moved with Brittany to Edson in New Jersey,
- 7:23Speaker 1: and she played a significant role in her young young
- 7:26Speaker 1: daughter's star, if you will, the future star that she
- 7:30Speaker 1: would become in her upbringing and future career. Sharon was
- 7:33Speaker 1: the one who recognized Britney's talent early on and supported
- 7:36Speaker 1: her aspirations for the entertainment industry. Brittany took dance and
- 7:41Speaker 1: acting lessons, and by the age of nine, she had
- 7:43Speaker 1: already begun performing in regional theater productions. Her natural talent
- 7:47Speaker 1: and charisma were quite evident, and she quickly garnered attention
- 7:51Speaker 1: for her performances. Together, her and her mother shared a
- 7:55Speaker 1: very close bond, being described as both bright, bubbly, as
- 8:00Speaker 1: well as a pair who would often finish each other's sentences.
- 8:04Speaker 1: It seemed like they were two peas in a pod,
- 8:06Speaker 1: and the path Brittany was taking only strengthen what the
- 8:09Speaker 1: two had, with Sharon often in accompanying her daughter Brittany
- 8:12Speaker 1: to various events and auditions. In nineteen ninety one, when
- 8:17Speaker 1: Brittany was thirteen, she and her mother moved away to
- 8:19Speaker 1: Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. More seriously, I mean,
- 8:23Speaker 1: LA is kind of where you got to go right.
- 8:26Speaker 1: This move proved to be a very big turning point
- 8:29Speaker 1: in her life. Within a year, of moving there, Brittany
- 8:32Speaker 1: had landed her first TV role on the sitcom called
- 8:35Speaker 1: Drexel's Class, and from there, the young Brittany it was
- 8:39Speaker 1: only the sky's the limit.
- 8:41Speaker 2: That's really cool. Hey, yeah, I mean you do kind
- 8:44Speaker 2: of You do meet kids sometimes it just seemed like
- 8:46Speaker 2: they just have it right, like yes, or they just
- 8:49Speaker 2: have this like there's something about them that just like
- 8:51Speaker 2: attracts people to them.
- 8:53Speaker 1: That's one hundred percent true. There are people who, just
- 8:56Speaker 1: as you put it, have it, and that goes for
- 8:59Speaker 1: several different categories in life. I think sports, some kids
- 9:03Speaker 1: are just naturally gifted soccer players or basketball players or
- 9:06Speaker 1: whatever it is. It just seems like they have it. However,
- 9:12Speaker 1: just because you have it does not mean you can
- 9:15Speaker 1: make it, because practice is what really drives. Who's gonna
- 9:21Speaker 1: make it. Brittany put in the practice. Maybe she did
- 9:25Speaker 1: just have it, but she also put in that, oh yeah, you.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Still have to put in the work. And I feel
- 9:29Speaker 2: like there are even individuals that say don't have it
- 9:31Speaker 2: or whatever that if they put in the work, they
- 9:33Speaker 2: can have it. Does that make sense?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Yeah? No, definitely. What I'm trying to say, and I
- 9:38Speaker 1: think what you're trying to say is basically practice beats
- 9:41Speaker 1: talent every time. If talent doesn't practice.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Yeah, excuse me, I'm good.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I'm good. I thought you were going to talk. So
- 9:54Speaker 1: I took a sip of coffee and then it was
- 9:55Speaker 1: just like blank space. So I tried to take a
- 9:57Speaker 1: quick sip of coffee and then it just inhaled it.
- 10:00Speaker 1: That was a mistake, My bad. Oh okay, moving on.
- 10:05Speaker 1: So her big break would come in nineteen ninety five
- 10:09Speaker 1: when she was cast in Ty Fraser in the classic
- 10:12Speaker 1: film that we all know because it is basically included
- 10:15Speaker 1: as a cult classic today, Clueless. Her performance is a
- 10:20Speaker 1: lovable and yet naive girl struck a chord with audiences
- 10:24Speaker 1: and critics alike, and the film's success absolutely catapulted her
- 10:28Speaker 1: to fame. Following Clueless, Brittany's career flourished. She starred in
- 10:32Speaker 1: a variety of movies, including A Girl Interpreted in nineteen
- 10:35Speaker 1: ninety nine, eight Mile alongside eminem in two thousand and two,
- 10:39Speaker 1: Just Married in two thousand and three, and Uptown Girls
- 10:42Speaker 1: in two thousand and three as well. She also lent
- 10:44Speaker 1: her voice to the character of Luenne Platter in the
- 10:47Speaker 1: animated TV series King of the Hill, which I have
- 10:50Speaker 1: to admit I did not know she played Luenn.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I had no idea.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Yeah, so news to me, but but sorry. Last, but
- 10:58Speaker 1: not least, to top off her resume, she was also
- 11:01Speaker 1: a very talented singer. She also contributed to the soundtrack
- 11:04Speaker 1: of the two thousand and six film Happy Feet, which
- 11:07Speaker 1: again I didn't know.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I did know she sang, but yeah, I didn't know
- 11:11Speaker 2: that about the Happy Feet thing.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Oh okay, I didn't even know she sang. So but
- 11:15Speaker 1: I do know, like a lot of Hollywood performers do sing,
- 11:17Speaker 1: because like they go on Broadway or they developed that
- 11:20Speaker 1: talent in acting classes and all this sort of stuff.
- 11:22Speaker 1: So I knew a lot of actors sing, I just
- 11:25Speaker 1: didn't specifically know if she did.
- 11:27Speaker 2: I always get so pissy about that though. How can
- 11:29Speaker 2: you be so good at acting and singing?
- 11:30Speaker 3: Right?
- 11:31Speaker 1: Oh gosh. The one that really caught me off guard
- 11:33Speaker 1: was was Robert Downey Junior. If you could look up
- 11:35Speaker 1: him singing, Oh my god, like, how dare you be
- 11:37Speaker 1: that handsome and that good at anything? Everything? Anyways, moving on,
- 11:42Speaker 1: being a new A list Hollywood star put Britney Murphy
- 11:46Speaker 1: up for criticism as well. In an interview in the
- 11:49Speaker 1: year two thousand, she revealed that quote a very important
- 11:52Speaker 1: person in Hollywood said it was huggable but not fuckable.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Holy shit. Yeah, that's free and rude as hell.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's the sort of stuff that goes on
- 12:03Speaker 1: in Hollywood. Yeah, or at least I don't know if
- 12:05Speaker 1: it still does.
- 12:06Speaker 2: It did very much so though.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sure it still does today. But it definitely
- 12:10Speaker 1: was very heavy back then because hey, social media cancel
- 12:13Speaker 1: culture and stuff was not a thing. It was just
- 12:15Speaker 1: behind closed doors. Now you can be outed a bit
- 12:18Speaker 1: more so, who knows. I'm sure it still happens, but
- 12:21Speaker 1: it was definitely heavy in that time. Now, that was
- 12:24Speaker 1: something that impacted Brittany very deeply. She came into Hollywood
- 12:28Speaker 1: with dreams of the big screen, and she was beginning
- 12:30Speaker 1: to learn just what sort of toxicity the industry held
- 12:33Speaker 1: behind these closed doors. Her personal life was also in
- 12:36Speaker 1: the spotlight, and soon after her marriage to British screenwriter
- 12:39Speaker 1: Simon Monjack was announced, everyone knew as soon as she
- 12:44Speaker 1: got married. She got married quietly personally, but right after
- 12:49Speaker 1: the world knew she was married. Yeah, yeah, Murphy and
- 12:54Speaker 1: mon Jack, sorry, I forgot to change their first name.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Brittany and Simon began the relationship into thousand and six
- 13:00Speaker 1: or in early two thousand and seven. They're not exactly
- 13:02Speaker 1: sure when they got married because it was a private marriage.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Good for them for doing it privately exactly, Yeah, but
- 13:09Speaker 2: they were only dating for a few months before they
- 13:11Speaker 2: got married, roughly six months to a year sort of thing.
- 13:14Speaker 1: It's not exactly known before finally tying them not. The
- 13:18Speaker 1: wedding was a small and intimate affair held at Brittany's
- 13:22Speaker 1: home in la with only close and friends, close family
- 13:25Speaker 1: and friends, and attendance you know, as a wedding should be.
- 13:28Speaker 2: In my opinion absolutely.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Simon, however, was a bit of a controversial figure in
- 13:32Speaker 1: Britney's life from the very start, and the relationship raised
- 13:35Speaker 1: a few eyebrows in both the media and among Britney's
- 13:38Speaker 1: friends and family. See Simon had a history of lying.
- 13:42Speaker 1: He claimed many things, owning giant art collections, being a billionaire,
- 13:48Speaker 1: like many many things that were just absurd and blatant lies.
- 13:53Speaker 1: He also had a history of financial problems, including evictions, lawsuits,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and unpaid debts. Some reports indicate that Brittany had actually
- 14:02Speaker 1: helped him financially, leading to concerns about his intentions and
- 14:06Speaker 1: also his influence over Brittany and her money, because there
- 14:09Speaker 1: were claims that he actually began to control her bank
- 14:12Speaker 1: account and control who she hung out with or who
- 14:16Speaker 1: she talked with, or even like holding her phone captive
- 14:18Speaker 1: sort of situation.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Oh okay, don't love that.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Yeah. The concern only grew with how Brittany and her
- 14:24Speaker 1: life seemed to change after her marriage. When her career
- 14:28Speaker 1: began to shift, she was unable to land as many
- 14:32Speaker 1: high profile roles as she was before. Instead, she began
- 14:36Speaker 1: appearing in several more low budget films and direct to
- 14:40Speaker 1: video projects rather than ones that would be released straight
- 14:43Speaker 1: to theaters, so she would be doing ones that would
- 14:46Speaker 1: skip the theaters all together, just come right out to
- 14:49Speaker 1: I guess in this time probably DVD or Blu ray
- 14:51Speaker 1: sort of situation. So you miss a lot of income
- 14:55Speaker 1: when you're going with that low budget, and also that
- 14:57Speaker 1: kind of tarnishes your name for not being that a
- 15:00Speaker 1: lists status anymore.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Since her marriage, Brittany was also faced with rumors about
- 15:06Speaker 1: drug use. Reports of erratic behavior on zet, weight loss
- 15:10Speaker 1: and gaunt appearance fueled speculation that she might be struggling
- 15:13Speaker 1: with substance abuse. However, there was no concrete evidence to
- 15:17Speaker 1: support any of these claims. Brittany and Simon also denied
- 15:20Speaker 1: any of the allegations and just kept their head down,
- 15:23Speaker 1: trying to ignore it all. In regard to Britney's appearance,
- 15:26Speaker 1: because she was losing weight and she did look kind
- 15:28Speaker 1: of gaunt, and I do remember looking at her, and
- 15:31Speaker 1: I remember this because I was in high school and
- 15:34Speaker 1: I thought she was very beautiful, I thought at the time.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And she kind of had black circles around her eyes.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I do remember this too.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Yeah, but I thought it was beautiful because I was like, hey,
- 15:42Speaker 1: I got black circles around my eyes. I always have.
- 15:45Speaker 1: It's just kind of like how I've looked my entire life.
- 15:47Speaker 1: And I thought, hey, a Hollywood a lister with like
- 15:50Speaker 1: a similar feature to me. I love that.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I didn't think it was anything negative, but a lot
- 15:55Speaker 1: of people did.
- 15:57Speaker 3: So.
- 15:58Speaker 1: In regards to her appearance, Simon stated that Brittany was
- 16:01Speaker 1: not abusing prescription drugs or any drugs for that matter,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and attributed her appearance to health issues such as anemia
- 16:08Speaker 1: and respiratory infections.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Okay, see that's I've always because with your dark circles.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I've always thought, like, oh, are you sure that you're
- 16:15Speaker 2: getting like all the vitamins you need right?
- 16:17Speaker 1: Well, at times it makes sense.
- 16:19Speaker 2: That if she could just be like low on iron
- 16:21Speaker 2: or something.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Exactly, because at times, my dark circles do get worse. Yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 1: And sometimes it's not because I haven't had my coffee
- 16:28Speaker 1: or sleep. Sometimes it is because hey, I think I'm
- 16:30Speaker 1: probably low on iron. But at times it's better. But
- 16:34Speaker 1: it's always been there, and for her, I mean, maybe
- 16:38Speaker 1: it has always been there, but there are health issues
- 16:41Speaker 1: to go along with it as well.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's too bad that, like, I mean, because
- 16:45Speaker 2: then if people, if the media and stuff are drawn
- 16:47Speaker 2: to these sort of these things, it's only going to
- 16:50Speaker 2: make stuff worse, right, because like stress and other stuff
- 16:54Speaker 2: that she's going through because of it, Like it's oh.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah, quite sad. Well, she's got health problems she's suffering from,
- 16:59Speaker 1: plus her demanding career, her personal life, stress and all
- 17:04Speaker 1: of it being put in the limelight and them saying
- 17:06Speaker 1: things like, hey, you're huggable but not fuckable.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Oh like okay, just listening to this, I just feel
- 17:11Speaker 2: so terrible for her, I know, so terrible.
- 17:14Speaker 1: It took a toll on her and as it would anyone, honestly,
- 17:18Speaker 1: so in the mental health aspect alone. Her early career
- 17:21Speaker 1: was filled with attacks on her image, and now it
- 17:24Speaker 1: was just attacks on her image again, just for different reasons.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Because when she was huggable but not fuckable, she went
- 17:31Speaker 1: about like dyeing her hair, cutting her hair and trying
- 17:34Speaker 1: to fit that image that people were trying to place
- 17:37Speaker 1: her in. And now she fit that image and now
- 17:41Speaker 1: they're saying something different about her image all over again, brutal.
- 17:45Speaker 1: So no matter what she's doing, she's at a loss.
- 17:49Speaker 1: By the end of two thousand and nine, Britney's career
- 17:51Speaker 1: had significantly declined. She was even dismissed from her role
- 17:55Speaker 1: as the voice of leu Anne on King the Hill
- 17:56Speaker 1: due to her persistent rumors about substance abuse instance abuse
- 18:00Speaker 1: there we go. These rumors just painted her as unreliable, unfocused,
- 18:05Speaker 1: and as an actress who just struggled to remember her lines,
- 18:09Speaker 1: and it tarnished her reputation. Her husband, Simon instead, insisted
- 18:14Speaker 1: that these rumors were fabricated by former managers and agents
- 18:18Speaker 1: aiming to sabotage sabotage her career, whether true, or not,
- 18:21Speaker 1: her reputation was at stake. Britney and Simon contemplated walking away,
- 18:27Speaker 1: relocating to New York City, start fresh, and maybe begin
- 18:30Speaker 1: a family. However, this move presented several challenges. Britney was
- 18:35Speaker 1: a primary breadwinner and caregiver, so in regards to caregiver,
- 18:41Speaker 1: it was to her mom. Her mom, Sharon had recently
- 18:44Speaker 1: been battling multiple bouts of breast cancer cancer and the
- 18:47Speaker 1: prospect of becoming a new mother herself would require significant
- 18:51Speaker 1: changes to their life. She wouldn't be able to care
- 18:55Speaker 1: for her mother anymore, she wouldn't be able to be
- 18:57Speaker 1: the breadwinner for the family. She would be focusing on
- 19:00Speaker 1: exactly that, being a mother, going through pregnancy, raising a child.
- 19:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:05Speaker 1: So, Brittany continued to work in La taking on low
- 19:08Speaker 1: budget films to maintain an income and support her family.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Despite the challenges and declining opportunities, she remained committed to
- 19:16Speaker 1: her career and to her loved ones. In November of
- 19:20Speaker 1: two thousand and nine, Brittany, her husband, and her mother
- 19:24Speaker 1: flew to Puerto Rico to shoot the next film that
- 19:27Speaker 1: she'd be starring in, called The Caller, which was a
- 19:30Speaker 1: low budget horror film. It didn't take long though, for
- 19:33Speaker 1: problems to crop up there. The movie producer apparently tried
- 19:37Speaker 1: to ban Simon from the set after he allegedly showed
- 19:40Speaker 1: up drunk, and as a result, Brittany quit the project
- 19:43Speaker 1: on the first day. Now there are different seeing of
- 19:48Speaker 1: opinions on how this played out. Simon went on the
- 19:51Speaker 1: record saying that Brittany wasn't happy that it was a
- 19:53Speaker 1: horror film. She was led to believe it was a thriller.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Oh okay, and quit because of that. But either way,
- 19:59Speaker 1: she walked off the set the first day and did
- 20:01Speaker 1: not start in the film.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Oh that's really too bad. I also feel like that
- 20:05Speaker 2: in New York when you brought up that New York plan,
- 20:07Speaker 2: like that's so lovely. It's really too bad that you
- 20:11Speaker 2: know they that they couldn't.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Do that right one, But as we all know, money
- 20:16Speaker 1: runs the world. Well yeah, and it's hard to turn
- 20:19Speaker 1: down such a good job that she has that pays
- 20:21Speaker 1: so well. Totally, if she were to do that, they
- 20:23Speaker 1: would go to New York and she'd probably have to
- 20:26Speaker 1: go to school and do something else, pick another career.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Because there's a lot of actors and actresses out there
- 20:30Speaker 1: that have quit Hollywood, and you see now that it's like, oh,
- 20:33Speaker 1: they're a vet or they're a teacher and this and that,
- 20:36Speaker 1: and they're just living regular lives like you and me.
- 20:39Speaker 1: So that's what they would probably have had to do,
- 20:42Speaker 1: and that's tough to do.
- 20:43Speaker 2: That is very tough. Yeah, changing careers is very tough.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Many people, I'm sure, like out there listening to this,
- 20:48Speaker 1: have contemplated quitting their job, but they haven't been able
- 20:51Speaker 1: to because why.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Money, the money? You need the money because well, yeah,
- 20:55Speaker 2: you get adapted to living with a certain amount of money,
- 20:58Speaker 2: and yeah, yeah, it's very hard to change that.
- 21:01Speaker 1: So they're in Puerto Rico, walked off the set and
- 21:04Speaker 1: instead of heading back home right away, they decided to
- 21:06Speaker 1: turn this work trip into a family vacation instead. Some
- 21:10Speaker 1: time away might be good. They continued their stay on
- 21:13Speaker 1: the island for eight more days, and on their flight
- 21:15Speaker 1: back home, Simon and Britney's mom, Sharon, began to get sick.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Simon was reportedly so sick that he had to perform
- 21:23Speaker 1: an emergency landing mid flight so they could take him
- 21:26Speaker 1: to the hospital. Apparently, this was a result of a
- 21:29Speaker 1: staholocaucus areas, which is the bacteria responsible for staff infections.
- 21:36Speaker 1: They did manage to make their way home, and they
- 21:38Speaker 1: reportedly remained sick and they were treated for a pneumonia.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Oh geez, it would only be two or three more
- 21:45Speaker 1: weeks after the return home that Brittany's mom made a
- 21:49Speaker 1: devastating nine to one one.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Call address of the emergency. What's the phone where you're
- 21:58Speaker 3: calling from? Telling exactly what happened?
- 22:00Speaker 4: Oh, somebody costs out?
- 22:02Speaker 2: Somebody somebody doesn't cost out.
- 22:07Speaker 4: Doing come back please?
- 22:10Speaker 3: Okay, okay, all right, we're going to how old is
- 22:12Speaker 3: your daughter?
- 22:14Speaker 1: Please?
- 22:16Speaker 3: Can you feel her hear any breathing?
- 22:18Speaker 2: You were here?
- 22:19Speaker 3: Any breathing? Can you feel here any breathing? Yes or no? Ma'am? Hello, hello, hello,
- 22:32Speaker 3: please it just takes them a second. Can you feel
- 22:35Speaker 3: her hear any breathing?
- 22:37Speaker 4: Did you hear anything?
- 22:39Speaker 3: Yes or no? Yes?
- 22:40Speaker 2: You know?
- 22:42Speaker 3: Okay, all right, listen, let me carefully. I'm gonna tell
- 22:44Speaker 3: you how to do compressions.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Okay, ma'am, ma'am, do you s her chest?
- 22:57Speaker 3: Okay? Needs to continue? Okay, is did you anybody see
- 23:01Speaker 3: what happened? Ma'am? Ma'am? Did anybody see what happened?
- 23:07Speaker 2: He good?
- 23:08Speaker 3: Walk Oh my God, has she taken any kind of
- 23:13Speaker 3: medications at all? What is she taking? No medication? Is that?
- 23:20Speaker 1: In the early morning of December twentieth, two thousand and nine,
- 23:24Speaker 1: Brittany Murphy collapsed on the balcony of her Hollywood Hills home.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Brittany had apparently been sick for about six weeks at
- 23:31Speaker 1: this point, and because, as her mother claimed, she had
- 23:35Speaker 1: a flare for the dramatic, her cries went unnoticed and
- 23:39Speaker 1: were not taken too seriously. She was tended to by
- 23:43Speaker 1: her mother and Simon, but hours later she collapsed for
- 23:47Speaker 1: a second time. She was rushed to Cedar Sinai Medical Center,
- 23:52Speaker 1: where she died at only thirty two years old.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Wow, that call gave me ghostbumps to That was brutal.
- 24:03Speaker 1: That call was not the whole call, of course, cut
- 24:08Speaker 1: off at the end there a bit, but there was
- 24:10Speaker 1: a section in between that is edited out. It's not
- 24:13Speaker 1: any concern to be edited out because you can find it.
- 24:15Speaker 1: That's just the best one I found as a whole.
- 24:18Speaker 1: But he gives them instruction on to tilt her head
- 24:21Speaker 1: back to open basically open er airway to see if
- 24:23Speaker 1: they can feel breathing, and he asks if there's an
- 24:26Speaker 1: aed available. But that's that's about it. So you can
- 24:29Speaker 1: hear that piece. I just didn't find it again as
- 24:31Speaker 1: a whole.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Yeah gosh, Oh my gosh, I don't know. Like also,
- 24:37Speaker 2: bless those people that are are what are like the
- 24:41Speaker 2: people that get these calls?
- 24:43Speaker 1: I just first responders basically.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah, Like that would just be so difficult to have
- 24:48Speaker 2: to deal with, Like you're getting a call from someone
- 24:51Speaker 2: at their litteral worst moment and you're having a stay
- 24:53Speaker 2: calm and like direct them what to do. Like good god,
- 24:56Speaker 2: I know. Oh.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Now, The La County co ruled the death of Britney
- 25:01Speaker 1: Murphy as accidental. Ultimately, they believe that a lethal combination
- 25:06Speaker 1: of pneumonia, which she possibly caught from the staff infection
- 25:10Speaker 1: her family contracted from the trip, an iron deficiency, and
- 25:15Speaker 1: multiple drug intoxication claimed her life.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Oh jeez.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Simon, however, said she instead died of heartbreak due to
- 25:27Speaker 1: her mistreatment in Hollywood.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Oh okay, And I'm going to tell you right now,
- 25:37Speaker 1: I one hundred percent agree with Simon. With Simon, that's
- 25:42Speaker 1: what I believe happened. And I'm going to tell you
- 25:45Speaker 1: everything and why I believe that's what happened. Okay. Yeah,
- 25:51Speaker 1: Now Britney's death isn't the end of the story, though,
- 25:54Speaker 1: because only five short months later, Simon two died under
- 25:58Speaker 1: eerily similar counstances. He was found unconscious in the same
- 26:03Speaker 1: Hollywood Hills home where Brittany had died, and emergency responders
- 26:08Speaker 1: were unable to revive him. His death was reportedly caused
- 26:12Speaker 1: by pneumonia and anemia as well. In November twenty thirteen,
- 26:17Speaker 1: an independent inquiry was launched by Brittany Murphy's father, Angelo
- 26:20Speaker 1: Bertoli into her death. A second toxicology report was done,
- 26:25Speaker 1: and this report, which analyzed by a forensic pathologist, found
- 26:29Speaker 1: traces of different heavy metals in Brittany's blood system, which
- 26:33Speaker 1: led her father to believe that she was actually poisoned. Quote,
- 26:38Speaker 1: I have a feeling there was definitely a murder situation here.
- 26:43Speaker 1: So he believes someone poisoned her and someone killed her.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Now these medals, specifically, I'm probably going to pronounce this
- 26:52Speaker 1: first one wrong. I'm going going to try adamony and
- 26:55Speaker 1: bury him. Found in the new report are the possible
- 27:01Speaker 1: results of what he says poisoning, but they're probably from
- 27:07Speaker 1: hair dye.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Most likely from hair dye.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Yeah, frequently dyed her hair, especially because you know, Hollywood's
- 27:15Speaker 1: like constantly talking about her opinion or her appearance. Sorry,
- 27:18Speaker 1: it's throwing their opinion out there. But Brittany also the
- 27:22Speaker 1: place that she passed away, in the bathroom was her
- 27:24Speaker 1: favorite place. She often spent hours reading magazines in there,
- 27:28Speaker 1: trying to new makeup looks, doing her hair, dyeing her hair,
- 27:31Speaker 1: just chilling out, you know, doing her thing just in
- 27:35Speaker 1: front of the mirror.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Okay, oh that, Oh my gosh, this okay, I don't know.
- 27:41Speaker 2: This case is like breaking my fucking heart right now.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Holy shit, it's it is heartbreaking. So these chemical compounds
- 27:51Speaker 1: that dye are used to dye your hair, right, these
- 27:55Speaker 1: metals may have leached into her system. It's speculated that
- 27:58Speaker 1: they may be present inner system due to this, and
- 28:01Speaker 1: even whether or not they played a role in her death,
- 28:04Speaker 1: even if it wasn't from hair dye, even if they're
- 28:06Speaker 1: in her system in a suspicious manner, it's not enough
- 28:10Speaker 1: to kill her.
- 28:12Speaker 2: It's not okay. So that though that what is in
- 28:16Speaker 2: her system from the potential hair dye or poison, like
- 28:19Speaker 2: her dad said, wouldn't have been enough correct to kill her. Okay.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Correct, there's trace amounts found in her.
- 28:25Speaker 2: System, Okay, okay.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Now some argue that it was enough, some argue that
- 28:29Speaker 1: it isn't. But the toxicology report it's there, but it's
- 28:34Speaker 1: not a cause of death. Let's put it that way.
- 28:37Speaker 1: The official report. It's not a cause of death.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Okay, okay.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Now, there is also suspicion that her death was from
- 28:44Speaker 1: toxic mold black mold growing inside her home, and their
- 28:48Speaker 1: death was covered up due to a non disclosure agreement
- 28:50Speaker 1: between the property developments developers. Sorry, I couldn't find too
- 28:55Speaker 1: much on this non disclosure agreement. I mean, hey, it
- 28:57Speaker 1: is a non disclosure agreement, right. So it would also
- 29:00Speaker 1: explain why her husband, Simon died as well so close
- 29:04Speaker 1: with similar symptoms, because if someone is being poisoned like this,
- 29:08Speaker 1: you think you'd find the same heavy metals in his system.
- 29:10Speaker 1: But as far as I'm aware, I don't think they
- 29:12Speaker 1: actually even did that toxicology report or found them. I'm
- 29:15Speaker 1: not certain. Well, actually they would have done a toxicology report,
- 29:18Speaker 1: because they did find they did a cause of death
- 29:20Speaker 1: in the first one, but they didn't specifically look for
- 29:21Speaker 1: the metals. As far as I'm aware, but regardless didn't
- 29:25Speaker 1: come up in any of my research. So I'm going
- 29:27Speaker 1: to assume that those medals were not found in a system.
- 29:30Speaker 1: So if it is mold in the home, that would
- 29:32Speaker 1: then explain why they both passed away instead of just one. Now,
- 29:36Speaker 1: while some professionals and even Brittany's own mother initially claimed
- 29:39Speaker 1: that the toxic mold theory was quote absurd, Sharon did
- 29:43Speaker 1: change her stance on this eventually in December of twenty eleven,
- 29:47Speaker 1: where she claimed that she recently found toxic black mold
- 29:50Speaker 1: in the home and she believed that it could have
- 29:52Speaker 1: killed her daughter and her son in law. Still, though
- 29:56Speaker 1: doctor Lista Schneinen, I think is how you say their
- 30:00Speaker 1: name was one of the was the individual who conducted
- 30:04Speaker 1: Brittany's autopsy, and she claimed that there was no evidence
- 30:07Speaker 1: that mold was found in her respiratory system and there's
- 30:11Speaker 1: no reason for mold to be suspect in this at all.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Well, yeah, because I'm also thinking like then the mom
- 30:17Speaker 2: would have had issues, especially being that she had cancer
- 30:19Speaker 2: bingo and her immune system would have been.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Like Lolo bingo. That is the biggest question that's brought
- 30:25Speaker 1: up in this whole black mold theory. If black mold
- 30:28Speaker 1: is in this house, why the fuck did she survive
- 30:33Speaker 1: and not the other two, because, yeah, her immune system
- 30:36Speaker 1: is going to be compromised for sure. Yeah, so that's
- 30:40Speaker 1: a big red flag with that theory as well. And
- 30:42Speaker 1: even if black mold was found, if Sharon did find
- 30:45Speaker 1: black mold later on, it doesn't seem like it played
- 30:48Speaker 1: any part in this because there was nothing found in
- 30:50Speaker 1: the respiratory system, which mold that's how it gets you
- 30:53Speaker 1: in your respiratory system. They can literally find that today
- 30:57Speaker 1: and there was no of it in their system at all,
- 31:02Speaker 1: So that was not found. Kind of another one thrown
- 31:06Speaker 1: out the window. But yeah, fans meanwhile, have cast suspicion
- 31:12Speaker 1: on Sharon, especially after rumor spread that she and Simon
- 31:18Speaker 1: shared a bed after Brittany died. So I believe where
- 31:22Speaker 1: this theory comes from is that Simon was found in
- 31:25Speaker 1: the in Sharon's bed when he died. Now I couldn't
- 31:30Speaker 1: find confirmation of if that's where he was found in
- 31:33Speaker 1: the bed when he died, but let's just assume that's true.
- 31:38Speaker 1: He's sick, Yeah, go lay down in the nearest bed.
- 31:41Speaker 2: She could have just been taken care of yeah something,
- 31:43Speaker 2: it doesn't necessarily.
- 31:45Speaker 1: No, it doesn't mean shit. Yeah, Sharon reportedly had a
- 31:50Speaker 1: close relationship with him and everything. Of course it's her
- 31:52Speaker 1: son in law, right, But she just was like, no,
- 31:57Speaker 1: that's not a thing, Like we did not share a bed.
- 32:00Speaker 1: What are you talking about? And she's actually like quite
- 32:02Speaker 1: offended with this theory, which it is just a claim,
- 32:06Speaker 1: a rumor. I totally understand. That's something to definitely be
- 32:09Speaker 1: offended by, for sure.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Well, I mean, and the media and everyone has already
- 32:13Speaker 2: painted like Simon in such a bad light, right.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Exactly, and now on his deathbed too. Yeah. So there
- 32:20Speaker 1: is also this bizarre conspiracy theory that Brittany was targeted
- 32:24Speaker 1: by the government due to her friendship with a Hollywood
- 32:27Speaker 1: filmmaker and whistleblower. Now, this whistleblower person is a person
- 32:30Speaker 1: by the name of Julia Davis, who was a former
- 32:32Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security employee, And Julia was a person
- 32:37Speaker 1: that exposed security flaws within the US Customs and Border Protection,
- 32:41Speaker 1: claiming that several individuals from countries and terrorist links were
- 32:45Speaker 1: actually allowed entry into the States. Now, this theory is
- 32:48Speaker 1: supported by Simon allegedly becoming paranoid in the months leading
- 32:52Speaker 1: up to Brittany's death, According to an excerpt from a
- 32:55Speaker 1: book written by Brittany's longtime friend. In the book called
- 32:59Speaker 1: The Hollywood Reporter, Simon believed that two of them, both
- 33:04Speaker 1: him and Brittany, were being watched, and he actually installed
- 33:07Speaker 1: fifty six cameras across their property. Simon also reportedly installed
- 33:12Speaker 1: a scrambling device to prevent their phone conversations from being wiretapped.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Hm. Yeah, Okay, that one doesn't really make a lot
- 33:23Speaker 2: of sense to me. I'm not gonna lie. I don't know.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Maybe I'm just like not following it.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Basically, there was a government employee who was targeted by
- 33:34Speaker 1: the government because she kind of like spoke out against
- 33:37Speaker 1: the government, and Brittany's friends with them, so they believe
- 33:41Speaker 1: that the government targeted Brittany from maybe knowing things or
- 33:45Speaker 1: maybe supporting her or commit for whatever reason, having ties
- 33:47Speaker 1: with this whistleblower person. Okay, and the government is the
- 33:50Speaker 1: one who actually quote murdered Brittany.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Hmm okay. I mean, the government can be shady sometimes,
- 33:58Speaker 2: But I don't know if I I super I'm on
- 34:02Speaker 2: board with that one.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree. Now, the final thing I really do
- 34:08Speaker 1: want to talk about is Simon and Sharon initially did
- 34:14Speaker 1: not want Brittany to get an autopsy, Oh, which is
- 34:18Speaker 1: a big red flag it is, actually, yeah, but the
- 34:21Speaker 1: autopsy was of course done. An autopsy had to happen.
- 34:25Speaker 1: But there are interviews done with both Sharon and Simon,
- 34:27Speaker 1: and they're even on an interview together, the talking about
- 34:30Speaker 1: like Brittany just fucking died. Why would we want our daughter,
- 34:35Speaker 1: our our wife to be chopped up? And Simon's even
- 34:39Speaker 1: just like she's so beautiful, like everything about her, Like
- 34:44Speaker 1: she's beautiful. Why do I want her to go from
- 34:46Speaker 1: beautiful in death to just disfigured and go under knife
- 34:50Speaker 1: in this fucking lap. Totally makes sense. I get it.
- 34:53Speaker 1: And this was like the same day when she died,
- 34:56Speaker 1: Like when they're like taking her body away that like
- 34:58Speaker 1: we're going to do an autopsy. Of course, your reactions
- 35:00Speaker 1: you'd be like what are you talking about? Like no,
- 35:02Speaker 1: don't fucking touch her.
- 35:03Speaker 2: Right yeah, but also like they could be doing trying
- 35:07Speaker 2: to wanting to protect her privacy, right like they were.
- 35:10Speaker 2: They seemed like they were they were people that were
- 35:12Speaker 2: sort of wanting their privacy and not getting that at all. Yeah,
- 35:15Speaker 2: And they could have been technically hiding something if if say,
- 35:18Speaker 2: she was like using drugs or something, right, they didn't
- 35:21Speaker 2: want that to be found out.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Mm hmmm. So yeah, definitely, it doesn't.
- 35:26Speaker 2: I it does seem like a red flag, but it
- 35:29Speaker 2: maybe doesn't necessarily a red flag for reasons. People think, yeah, it's.
- 35:34Speaker 1: A red flag, but there are answers to why someone
- 35:37Speaker 1: would want to not have it done and not be
- 35:40Speaker 1: a red flag. Yeah, so it's it's questionable. So another
- 35:46Speaker 1: thing here is that a lot of people think Sharon
- 35:49Speaker 1: was responsible. It could have been motivated by money. After all,
- 35:53Speaker 1: Brittany was taking care of her and recently she'd been
- 35:56Speaker 1: not making as much money and, according to rumors, had
- 35:58Speaker 1: a drug problem. Maybe she was thinking of stopping Hollywood altogether.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Whatever the case, potentially the theory lies that Sharon maybe
- 36:07Speaker 1: didn't want her daughter to not have the money anymore,
- 36:11Speaker 1: didn't want her to spend it all, and she wanted
- 36:14Speaker 1: it for herself. Now regarding sharing the bed with Simon,
- 36:20Speaker 1: I mentioned she completely denied those allegations, but if that
- 36:24Speaker 1: is true, this would lend theory to them sharing a
- 36:29Speaker 1: bed and taking care of her, which is kind of
- 36:32Speaker 1: where this hall plays in being like, hey, they killed
- 36:35Speaker 1: Britney because they had a relationship, they wanted the money,
- 36:38Speaker 1: but then why did Simon die? I don't know. It's
- 36:42Speaker 1: these theories get so convoluted and there's nothing to support
- 36:44Speaker 1: any of them basically.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Well, and like the track record of the mom, she'd
- 36:49Speaker 2: been involved in Britney's life and seemingly supportive for like some.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Time exactly exactly.
- 36:55Speaker 2: But I mean lot you do hear stories about that though,
- 36:57Speaker 2: of parents turning or or not being like supportive in
- 37:02Speaker 2: the right ways necessarily right, So yeah, hm, that's really too.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Bad all in. Although there's there's no official documentation or
- 37:10Speaker 1: solid evidence to support any of these claims or theories
- 37:14Speaker 1: that we've talked about. I dug as much as I could,
- 37:17Speaker 1: I couldn't find anything. The reality was that Britney was
- 37:20Speaker 1: struggling both mentally and physically with her health. Allegedly, she
- 37:25Speaker 1: also suffered from heart murmurs, which Sharon and Simon claimed
- 37:30Speaker 1: would have made it possible for her to consume or
- 37:33Speaker 1: sorry impossible for her to consume any illegal substances without
- 37:36Speaker 1: endangering herself. So she has this medical condition where she
- 37:40Speaker 1: just does not do drugs simply because it's it will
- 37:43Speaker 1: conflict with her body, right, Yeah, but that didn't stop
- 37:46Speaker 1: her from taking prescriptions.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Though.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Prescriptions, you know, they're easily available there. They can be
- 37:53Speaker 1: done by doctors saying, yeah, you go to a heart murmur,
- 37:55Speaker 1: here's a prescription whatever for whatever reason. Maybe it's I
- 37:58Speaker 1: mean anemia, maybe it is a ammonia or sorry, pneumonia.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Maybe it's for heart murmur, maybe it's for stress, maybe
- 38:04Speaker 1: it's for depression. Regardless, here's a serial box full of
- 38:08Speaker 1: pills sort of situation. And on the day of Britney
- 38:11Speaker 1: Murphy's death, she had reportedly taken a cocktail, if you will,
- 38:16Speaker 1: of drugs, including the antibiotic backsin migrain pills, cough medicine,
- 38:23Speaker 1: the antidepressant prozac, a beta blocker that she got from
- 38:26Speaker 1: her husband, and a few other over the counter meds
- 38:30Speaker 1: for period cramps and nasal discomfort.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Oh the poor thing. Holy shit.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Yeah. As such, her death was ultimately ruled as an accident.
- 38:41Speaker 1: The coroner did acknowledge all the drugs in her system
- 38:44Speaker 1: and the combination with her weekend physical state, and it
- 38:48Speaker 1: all probably had an adverse effect on her. Britney's Murphy death,
- 38:52Speaker 1: though sudden as it may have been appeared to be
- 38:56Speaker 1: a culmination of the deteriorating mental and physical health that
- 39:00Speaker 1: she had. I did a lot of digging on this case,
- 39:04Speaker 1: and I thought I was going to find some pretty
- 39:05Speaker 1: wild claims, which I did, But I also thought I
- 39:08Speaker 1: was going to find some evidence to some some somewhat
- 39:12Speaker 1: back it up. That's just not the case. The mold,
- 39:17Speaker 1: even if it was present in the home. You know,
- 39:18Speaker 1: it might cause pneumonia, but it's very rare to cause aemonia,
- 39:23Speaker 1: and it was not found in a respiratory system during
- 39:25Speaker 1: her autopsy. Her autopsy, the metals found in her system
- 39:29Speaker 1: heavy metals. They can be explained by her frequent use
- 39:31Speaker 1: of hair dye. And even still, even if we don't
- 39:35Speaker 1: explain it by that, it wasn't substantial enough to cause
- 39:38Speaker 1: a death. Did Simon kill her? I don't think so,
- 39:41Speaker 1: because he died too. Did Sharon kill her? Well, if
- 39:44Speaker 1: she did, she did a damn good job, because I
- 39:46Speaker 1: could not find a single legitimate piece of evidence against her.
- 39:51Speaker 1: It's not like she crammed these pills down Britney's throat.
- 39:54Speaker 1: They are prescribed to her. For years, I thought Britney
- 39:59Speaker 1: Murphy's death was suspicious, But after all the research I did,
- 40:03Speaker 1: I am one hundred percent confident in my theory that
- 40:05Speaker 1: she was in fact murdered. Murdered by the pressure of
- 40:09Speaker 1: Hollywood to be perfect and to live up to the
- 40:12Speaker 1: A list status that she quickly obtained. She was overwhelmed,
- 40:17Speaker 1: she needed help, but instead everyone turned their back.
- 40:22Speaker 2: Oh god, wow, I can literally just solve right now.
- 40:30Speaker 2: This comes at such an interesting time too, because I
- 40:33Speaker 2: recently came across this reel and it was from probably
- 40:37Speaker 2: like around this time, about how like people treated Hollywood
- 40:41Speaker 2: stars and stuff, and like felt like they were entitled
- 40:43Speaker 2: to like comment on their appearance. And it was women
- 40:47Speaker 2: and their appearance and their their size and like, you know,
- 40:51Speaker 2: you need to lose ten pounds, and just like it
- 40:54Speaker 2: was just this clip of so many things where like
- 40:58Speaker 2: people just they didn't have the right to comment on
- 41:01Speaker 2: this sort of thing. Yeah, and we've and I mean,
- 41:03Speaker 2: I'm sure it happened to men too. Like I'm not
- 41:05Speaker 2: just saying it was only a women thing, but I
- 41:06Speaker 2: think it might have been a bit worse for women.
- 41:09Speaker 2: There was a bit more higher expectation.
- 41:11Speaker 1: There's an industry for that against women because cosmetics, fashion all, Yeah,
- 41:15Speaker 1: so yeah, I get you, and I.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Mean, I'm sure it's still happening to a degree, but
- 41:20Speaker 2: like people have been like speaking more out about it
- 41:23Speaker 2: and stuff, and like even that's just how the generation
- 41:27Speaker 2: that I was raised into and it just has like
- 41:30Speaker 2: affected so many people that it's just like not okay,
- 41:34Speaker 2: Like this is just not okay.
- 41:36Speaker 1: I agree, and I will go out and I'm going
- 41:39Speaker 1: to be in a brave moment here. We've been on
- 41:41Speaker 1: the end of that because of our podcast. Yeah, people
- 41:44Speaker 1: have commented on our voices on how we talk, how
- 41:47Speaker 1: fast we talk, on interrupting each other, on how we
- 41:49Speaker 1: don't work at all. It's like we've been married for
- 41:53Speaker 1: longer than you've probably been alive. Some of you people commenting,
- 41:56Speaker 1: we've been together since two thousand and six. I think
- 42:00Speaker 1: we've got this worked out, but people still seem to
- 42:05Speaker 1: want to comment.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, okay, So back then in this kind
- 42:08Speaker 2: of Brittany Murphy era that people would say it to
- 42:12Speaker 2: their faces, right, it seems more so, And now it's
- 42:15Speaker 2: like people are saying it over the internet. So maybe
- 42:18Speaker 2: it's like I think it's turned, it's changed, but it
- 42:21Speaker 2: could be just as bad in some instances.
- 42:23Speaker 1: I think it's just as bad. Yeah, I think, if not,
- 42:27Speaker 1: it's worse because it's more accessible to make these comments
- 42:30Speaker 1: directly to the person, because before it would be like, say,
- 42:34Speaker 1: you're publicist or whoever as a Hollywood star and you're
- 42:40Speaker 1: hearing these rumors. Well, people are saying this about you,
- 42:43Speaker 1: and that publicist or agent or whatever can also like,
- 42:46Speaker 1: you know, like sweep some comments under the rug. You
- 42:50Speaker 1: can't sweep it under the rug when your Instagram is
- 42:53Speaker 1: full of it, when you've got the comments on your
- 42:55Speaker 1: reviews that are just benign, or you get the messages,
- 42:59Speaker 1: the hate email, all those sort of things.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Maybe slightly easier to ignore now because if it's not
- 43:05Speaker 2: necessarily being said to your face but not saying that,
- 43:08Speaker 2: it is anyway easier or better. Right, Yeah, anything, but no, it's.
- 43:12Speaker 1: It's changed, but it's still present. It's easier too. Fine.
- 43:15Speaker 1: But yeah, you're right, it's easier to ignore as well. Yeah,
- 43:18Speaker 1: because you can just turn your comments off. You can
- 43:21Speaker 1: just block someone.
- 43:23Speaker 2: Huh wow, this is just like devastating.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Yeah, so I wholeheartedly believe that Simon is right. Brittany
- 43:29Speaker 1: died of a died of heartbreak. Yeah, but that doesn't
- 43:35Speaker 1: explain why he died. Yeah, now he did get sick,
- 43:42Speaker 1: mind you, he did have that infection after the trip.
- 43:46Speaker 1: It's potential that she got it too and mixed with
- 43:50Speaker 1: the drugs. Maybe he was taking a bunch of drugs too.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Well.
- 43:52Speaker 2: He technically could have died of heartbreak too, of losing her.
- 43:55Speaker 1: He could have, right, very well could have. So I
- 43:59Speaker 1: don't know.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Good God, I mean, Hollywood takes a lot of lives
- 44:02Speaker 2: though often cases like like it's suicide and stuff too, right,
- 44:06Speaker 2: There's many people that have done that sort of thing.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Yeah, Chester Bennington for example, Robin Williams another example, two
- 44:13Speaker 1: of like like Robin Williams was like the happiest man
- 44:16Speaker 1: on Earth? Yeah, or what in reality?
- 44:20Speaker 2: What's his name? I'm losing his name? The one he
- 44:22Speaker 2: played like the Joker, didn't.
- 44:23Speaker 1: He Keith Ledger?
- 44:25Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah he was, like yeah, he was a phenomenal joker.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Yeah he was. I honestly, I just rewatched Knight's Tale
- 44:32Speaker 1: the other day when you were off on a photo shoot.
- 44:34Speaker 1: Love Heath Ledger, and I love that movie. Love his movies. Yeah,
- 44:38Speaker 1: but yeah, it's it's a lot for a person to
- 44:42Speaker 1: take m h and I do not think there is
- 44:46Speaker 1: suspicion in Brittany's death. I think we all know exactly
- 44:49Speaker 1: what happened to her, and no one just wants to
- 44:53Speaker 1: admit it. They just want to point to something else
- 44:55Speaker 1: and they want to do exactly what killed her, speculate, Yeah, rumors,
- 45:02Speaker 1: that's my opinion.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Huh, that's tough. I don't know. That's a tough one,
- 45:09Speaker 2: like I get, I I don't know, But I also
- 45:11Speaker 2: the whole Simon dying thing too was But yeah, there
- 45:16Speaker 2: was something going on there. Their lifestyle they needed to change, right,
- 45:20Speaker 2: and they weren't able to for many reasons. Huh. I
- 45:26Speaker 2: don't know. That's hard, But yeah, I can't see it
- 45:29Speaker 2: being the mom.
- 45:31Speaker 1: I don't think it's the mom either. There's no proof
- 45:33Speaker 1: of it, there's nothing, there's only speculation.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Gosh, and like for her to be like a support
- 45:39Speaker 2: sace being she was a supportive parent and being blamed
- 45:42Speaker 2: of all the shit afterwards, it's just like.
- 45:45Speaker 1: Horrid, I know. Huh. I agree. So yeah, yeah, I
- 45:52Speaker 1: thought I was going to come into this thinking that
- 45:54Speaker 1: there's some sort of conspiracy theory that's going to really
- 46:00Speaker 1: take me. None of it took me. None of it
- 46:03Speaker 1: has any substantial anything to back it up. There's a
- 46:07Speaker 1: couple more things we could talk about, Like there was
- 46:09Speaker 1: an alleged with the mold in the home. There was
- 46:13Speaker 1: someone who was there and they found that there was
- 46:15Speaker 1: an inspection going on the home and like a black
- 46:17Speaker 1: mold was being found, but then the report was never released.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Things like that, Say that is the case, Say there
- 46:23Speaker 1: was because Sharon did claim, yeah, there's black mold. So
- 46:26Speaker 1: say that there was a big investigation of the house,
- 46:28Speaker 1: there was contractors and they found a shit ton of
- 46:31Speaker 1: black mold. Cool, it's still not in her autopsy report. Yeah,
- 46:36Speaker 1: they would have found that shit. Yeah, so even if
- 46:40Speaker 1: it was there within the walls hiding.
- 46:43Speaker 2: So I do think though, sometimes things are hidden too,
- 46:47Speaker 2: right when people are in like so, I mean there
- 46:50Speaker 2: could be things that are potentially hidden a bit.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Oh of course.
- 46:53Speaker 2: But also her like so I struggle with being an
- 46:56Speaker 2: e mcget times too, and so I like that is
- 47:01Speaker 2: it's so terrible, like on your body, and then if
- 47:06Speaker 2: you have other health issues too, like you're not going
- 47:08Speaker 2: to be able to heal properly and stuff. And so
- 47:10Speaker 2: I can understand her taking all this medication. She's just
- 47:14Speaker 2: wanting to feel better, right, But yeah, gosh.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Okay, well let's end that there. We had a bit
- 47:21Speaker 1: of a discussion there. I'm curious what you guys think,
- 47:23Speaker 1: because this is a very widely speculated case. Let us know.

- 47:46Speaker 2: Well done on that. That would have been a tough
- 47:48Speaker 2: one to research it iss I would say.
- 47:50Speaker 1: That that's why I was so busy yesterday researching and
- 47:54Speaker 1: didn't record yesterday.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Yeah, like that's real tough. Yeah, but you did a
- 47:58Speaker 2: good job.
- 47:59Speaker 1: Thank you. Appreciate that.
- 48:00Speaker 2: So until Friday.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Until Friday, stay wicked.
