- 0:00Speaker 1: The investing fact of the week.
- 0:02Speaker 2: That's a few So number one, gold is officially into
- 0:05Speaker 2: the bear market is down twenty two percent from its
- 0:07Speaker 2: all time high. This month, I've been talking about the
- 0:10Speaker 2: private credit market a lot, so Apollo has capped withdrawals
- 0:14Speaker 2: from one of his primary private credit funds to retail investors.
- 0:18Speaker 2: And lastly, Goldman Sacks and JP Morgan are offering a
- 0:21Speaker 2: hedge fund hedge fund clients a way to short that
- 0:24Speaker 2: one point eight trillion dollar market. Three weeks ago, I
- 0:28Speaker 2: came on and told you guys that there was a
- 0:29Speaker 2: bubble in private credit if you wanted the cherry on
- 0:33Speaker 2: top to know that it's here. When clients of a
- 0:36Speaker 2: certain net worth are able to short it, they only
- 0:39Speaker 2: are offering that to select clients with a networth from
- 0:41Speaker 2: ten to fifty million. There is a reason why Apollo
- 0:46Speaker 2: has frozen. It's like the worst kept secret on Wall
- 0:49Speaker 2: Street right now. But I don't think enough attention is
- 0:52Speaker 2: being put on it. And then also this morning, there
- 0:55Speaker 2: was a one point five one point five billion dollar
- 0:58Speaker 2: move on the S and P Future Sure and it
- 1:01Speaker 2: was one hundred and ninety two million dollars short.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Oh you want to go? Are you going there, Let's.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Go Therefore, I am Eastern Standard time. Joe Kernan just
- 1:11Speaker 2: getting his coffee in between the break, like i'vet Let's
- 1:14Speaker 2: be honest, and all the time I've been trading futures
- 1:17Speaker 2: at twenty fifteen, I've never seen such blatant market manipulation
- 1:23Speaker 2: like I had. People I was running into today asked
- 1:27Speaker 2: me about the futures market. Who never traded the market
- 1:29Speaker 2: before the light? Isn't that the thing you were talking about?
- 1:31Speaker 2: I'm like, we are in an era and the market
- 1:34Speaker 2: has always been manipulated.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Let's be clear.
- 1:37Speaker 2: The markt I'll always say the market is rigged to
- 1:39Speaker 2: stay up, but I've never seen a cohort or an
- 1:43Speaker 2: administration be so blatant with the move and act like
- 1:48Speaker 2: everything is absolutely fine. And even in the oil market,
- 1:50Speaker 2: look how they're rigging that and saying we're in negotiation
- 1:54Speaker 2: to keep it under a certain level so you don't
- 1:56Speaker 2: get shellacked in the midterms. We're just in very interesting
- 1:59Speaker 2: in trying time. For all my political experts and MAGA
- 2:02Speaker 2: experts that have tuned into market, mondays keep up alive,
- 2:07Speaker 2: but you have toy, this is claytant market.
- 2:11Speaker 3: If we did this.
- 2:13Speaker 2: If we went on investment and did invest that live
- 2:15Speaker 2: on a Monday and told everyone to get in.
- 2:21Speaker 3: We would have some phone calls to answer the next day.
- 2:24Speaker 4: I gotta give you credit. I'm gonna give you credit here,
- 2:26Speaker 4: my brother, because you sharp.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I'm just go.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Let me just tell you sharp. When I'm doing the
- 2:32Speaker 4: research and I'm thinking like, oh, I'm thinking I saw that.
- 2:34Speaker 4: I don't know if anybody else saw that. But what
- 2:36Speaker 4: you're saying is is I'm like, that's spot on. There
- 2:39Speaker 4: was a billion dollar trade, right, somebody was short in
- 2:42Speaker 4: the market, which tells me that institutions are not really
- 2:47Speaker 4: they can't figure out the signal of this volatility.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Right.
- 2:50Speaker 4: They were going into Monday anticipating that the market was
- 2:54Speaker 4: going to be negative because of this forty eight hour
- 2:57Speaker 4: deadline and the fact that they're pricing in that those
- 3:00Speaker 4: war is going to last a lot longer than they
- 3:02Speaker 4: thought it would. The initial thing was, hey, this might
- 3:05Speaker 4: take four to six weeks. We have now hit week four.
- 3:07Speaker 4: They're saying that based on everything they've seen, we're going
- 3:11Speaker 4: to now short. So imagine when seven o seven comes
- 3:15Speaker 4: and now here we are up thirteen hundred.
- 3:19Speaker 3: And there's a divine edition.
- 3:21Speaker 4: So when we talk administration and we talked institutional, it
- 3:25Speaker 4: always felt like there was some alignment. This tells me
- 3:28Speaker 4: that there's completely divergent exactly.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Yeah, And another tip on we just had quid witching
- 3:37Speaker 2: on Friday. See the eighty percent of the time since
- 3:40Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, on a Friday of quiet witching, the market
- 3:44Speaker 2: normally ends negative because you can't roll over those contracts,
- 3:49Speaker 2: contrary to popular belief. So there was a huge short
- 3:54Speaker 2: started from the London session going into Friday. The market
- 3:57Speaker 2: ended up down and then they, like you said, they
- 4:01Speaker 2: acted as if it was going to be all of
- 4:03Speaker 2: a fallout, and then they had allegedly their cronies ride
- 4:07Speaker 2: the market up the proper back up to prevent the
- 4:10Speaker 2: onslaught and on and the selling in the market as
- 4:12Speaker 2: a result. Like I've never seen these kind of moves,
- 4:16Speaker 2: Like once again, eighty to ninety points in the S
- 4:19Speaker 2: and P future is absolutely amazing.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Two hundred before the market.
- 4:24Speaker 2: It's the equivalent like if Luca had fifty win the
- 4:26Speaker 2: game started, this normally doesn't happen like it normally takes.
- 4:31Speaker 3: It would be the equivalent of him saying.
- 4:33Speaker 2: The war is over or we have a plan to
- 4:36Speaker 2: get the GDP back to one hundred percent opposed to
- 4:38Speaker 2: one to twenty three. That will cause that kind of move,
- 4:41Speaker 2: not just him tweeting normally, so but for my traitors,
- 4:44Speaker 2: take advantage of this market while you have it, because
- 4:47Speaker 2: when he's out of office, to be honest, these kind
- 4:49Speaker 2: of swings will not be there.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Well, I think, because I definitely want to yeah talking,
- 4:58Speaker 1: but yeah, I think that that's definitely im point for
- 5:00Speaker 1: people to really pay attention and we're not going to
- 5:03Speaker 1: have this level of volatility forever, so you might as
- 5:06Speaker 1: well take advantage of It's it's definitely market manipulation. Allegedly maybe,
- 5:15Speaker 1: but you know every time that he makes every time
- 5:18Speaker 1: that he makes an announcement, there's a huge trade that's
- 5:21Speaker 1: placed a few minutes before. It happened with the tariffs,
- 5:25Speaker 1: it happened with the war and Iran like announcing that
- 5:29Speaker 1: we're going to go in and it happened. It's happened
- 5:32Speaker 1: a variety of different times. So it doesn't take a
- 5:35Speaker 1: g It doesn't take a genius to figure out that
- 5:38Speaker 1: some people have access to information and they're making financial
- 5:44Speaker 1: gains based off of information that the public is not
- 5:47Speaker 1: privy to.
- 5:48Speaker 3: But what can you do? You can participate, You could
- 5:56Speaker 3: participate for sure,
