- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things here we are starting things up on this
- 0:04Speaker 1: Monday morning, six o'clock. Thank you so much for joining us,
- 0:07Speaker 1: starting your week with us. Ricky Sanchez is right here
- 0:09Speaker 1: with those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:12Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 0:12Speaker 3: Ricky?
- 0:13Speaker 4: The person involved in the White House correspondence to dinner
- 0:15Speaker 4: shooting is in custody. The incident happened around eight thirty
- 0:19Speaker 4: six pm Saturday night near a security checkpoint at the
- 0:22Speaker 4: Washington Hilton. The suspect charged toward the screening area and
- 0:27Speaker 4: exchange gunfire with law enforcement before being subdued. Investigators say
- 0:32Speaker 4: the shooters sent a manifesto of sorts to family members
- 0:36Speaker 4: before the attack, which prompted a relative to alert law enforcement. Luckily,
- 0:41Speaker 4: no one was hurt during the shooting. According to Multiple
- 0:45Speaker 4: Resources like every Town, fifty nine percent of American adults
- 0:49Speaker 4: or someone they care about have experienced gun violence in
- 0:52Speaker 4: their lifetime. American Airlines is planning to replace its Admirable
- 0:58Speaker 4: Admiral Wow Mooles Club at BNA.
- 1:02Speaker 5: There we go.
- 1:03Speaker 4: They're looking at a new seventeen four hundred square foot
- 1:07Speaker 4: lounge in Concourse A, which is three times the size
- 1:10Speaker 4: of the current one. It seems like it's gonna be
- 1:12Speaker 4: really nice with outdoor terraces. They're going to have airfield
- 1:16Speaker 4: views from the outdoor terraces, which is pretty cool, an
- 1:20Speaker 4: interior balcony overlooking the concourse. It sounds really nice. Construction
- 1:24Speaker 4: on this new lounge is targeted to begin in twenty
- 1:28Speaker 4: twenty seven, and existing Concourse Sea Lounge will remain open
- 1:32Speaker 4: door in construction. So we got a little ways until
- 1:34Speaker 4: it's actually finished and done, but it sounds like it's
- 1:37Speaker 4: gonna be really nice once it is finished. And today's
- 1:40Speaker 4: weird collab goes to Gorillas, Pickles and Bert Spies. They're
- 1:44Speaker 4: releasing a limited edition fresh Cucumber Dill lip bomb. It's
- 1:49Speaker 4: exclusively available at Walmart. The idea is to keep that
- 1:53Speaker 4: smooth formula of Bert Spiez they're known. I know everybody
- 1:57Speaker 4: loves them some Burt Spies for their lip bomb, but
- 2:00Speaker 4: they're gonna give it a kick of flavor from Grillo's
- 2:02Speaker 4: signature flavor of.
- 2:03Speaker 5: Pickles that they have.
- 2:05Speaker 4: I don't know if this is either a good thing
- 2:07Speaker 4: or a bad thing, because I feel like I personally
- 2:09Speaker 4: would probably lick my lips consistently because I would just
- 2:12Speaker 4: want to keep tasting the pickle taste you know, I.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Think you would taste it without having to lick them.
- 2:17Speaker 4: That's even better. Yeah, that's even better. Okay, I'm gonna
- 2:20Speaker 4: have to find it and try it. I'm Ricky Sanchez
- 2:23Speaker 4: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Like, what are they doing over there Grillos? Every week?
- 2:26Speaker 2: It's something differently, they do whatever they want.
- 2:29Speaker 5: It's genius.
- 2:30Speaker 6: Honestly, Ricky is zach and manno in the morning on
- 2:35Speaker 6: the river. The river.
- 2:37Speaker 2: We are starting things up on this brand new week.
- 2:39Speaker 1: That means a brand new prize for the first caller
- 2:42Speaker 1: of the day all week long.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And hey, it's Mother's Day related that's coming up.
- 2:47Speaker 3: We're officially less than two weeks away from Mother's Say,
- 2:49Speaker 3: I'm just saying, go ahead and put it on the
- 2:51Speaker 3: calendar May tenth. You need to make sure you take
- 2:53Speaker 3: care of mom.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Yeah, Ricky reminded me last week that it's coming up,
- 2:56Speaker 1: and I said, I'm gonna make a reservation.
- 2:58Speaker 2: And guess what, Yeah, I have not Wow, shocked.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Cav Well, anybody who needs to make a reservation, you
- 3:05Speaker 4: won't have to with this prize. First caller of the
- 3:08Speaker 4: day on one of seven five the River. Is going
- 3:09Speaker 4: on a Mother's Day cruise with Zach on the General Jackson.
- 3:12Speaker 5: Your mom's gonna be there too, right it is.
- 3:14Speaker 3: It's Mother's Day with me and my mom on the
- 3:16Speaker 3: General Jackson showbo. I love the General Jackson show Boat.
- 3:19Speaker 3: I'm born on race here and I just went for
- 3:21Speaker 3: the first time a couple of weeks ago. It's so cool.
- 3:23Speaker 1: It's a very sweet, very fun prize six one five seven,
- 3:26Speaker 1: three seven nine one oh seven.
- 3:27Speaker 2: If you want to spend Mother's Day with Zach and
- 3:28Speaker 2: his mom, call us first caller today. It's yours, thanks
- 3:32Speaker 2: for being a part of our morning.
- 3:34Speaker 6: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Mother's Day is right around the corner. It's stressing Kevin out.
- 3:41Speaker 4: I could see it all over his face. It's Ricky,
- 3:43Speaker 4: Zach and Mano in the morning on one O seven
- 3:45Speaker 4: five the River. But we're doing something cool. Zach specifically
- 3:48Speaker 4: is doing something cool for Mother's Day. He's going to
- 3:51Speaker 4: be cruising on the General Jackson.
- 3:53Speaker 3: I'm so excited. It's the General Jackson show Boat. They
- 3:55Speaker 3: have this whole Mother's Day cruise where there's like a
- 3:58Speaker 3: beautiful brunch and they're gonna have live music, and you
- 4:00Speaker 3: just get to see the skyline of Nashville as you're
- 4:02Speaker 3: going down the Cumberland River. It's such a cool experience.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Sherry and Nashville welcome. Do you have any plans on
- 4:08Speaker 4: Mother's Day?
- 4:09Speaker 3: Not yet, and now maybe I do.
- 4:13Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, let's just go ahead and tell you
- 4:15Speaker 2: that you are the first collar.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Of the day.
- 4:16Speaker 7: Yay.
- 4:18Speaker 1: So is this something that you will try to bring
- 4:20Speaker 1: your mom to or one of your kids, or.
- 4:22Speaker 2: How does this work for you? You have four tickets
- 4:24Speaker 2: in Oh.
- 4:25Speaker 4: I'd probably like to bring both my daughters and my mom.
- 4:29Speaker 3: So cute.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Love.
- 4:31Speaker 4: How old are your daughter.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Sherry, thirty nine and thirty seven?
- 4:36Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, are they also mothers?
- 4:38Speaker 3: Yes they are. Oh, this is the ultimate Mother's Day cruise.
- 4:42Speaker 3: We got four moms coming.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Yes, this is so sweet. They can leave their kids
- 4:49Speaker 2: at home. But you are going to have the best time.
- 4:51Speaker 7: Great.
- 4:52Speaker 4: I've ever been on a riverboat, So I'm excited. It's
- 4:55Speaker 4: going to be a lot of fun. Your whole family
- 4:57Speaker 4: is going to enjoy it. I love that you guys
- 4:59Speaker 4: are going to have all these generations of moms together.
- 5:02Speaker 3: So I'm so excited for you, and happy early.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Mother's Day to all of you.
- 5:07Speaker 7: Thank you so much.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Hang on, have a great day. We've got more of
- 5:11Speaker 1: these tickets in all week long. It's gonna be hard
- 5:13Speaker 1: to top.
- 5:13Speaker 2: That one, though. That's the sweetest thing I've ever heard.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Three generations coming on the Mother's Day cruise. That is iconic.
- 5:19Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Ricky, yesterday was actually like the day. April twenty sixth
- 5:27Speaker 1: was the day.
- 5:28Speaker 5: Yesterday was the day.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yesterday was the day.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Okay, but we're gonna celebrate you all week because this
- 5:32Speaker 1: is a big deal. It's one O seven to five
- 5:33Speaker 1: the river. What happened exactly five years and one day ago.
- 5:37Speaker 4: The idea of celebrating me all week made me so uncomfortable.
- 5:40Speaker 4: I just got real uncomfortable.
- 5:42Speaker 2: To be fair, before we.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Get into it, Ricky didn't even want to bring this
- 5:45Speaker 1: up on the ear and Zach and I kind of
- 5:46Speaker 1: talked her into it.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm also trying to be better at celebrating little
- 5:50Speaker 4: winds and embracing those things and not just being like
- 5:53Speaker 4: the crazy perfectionists, where like big moments have to be celebrated,
- 5:57Speaker 4: everything to be celebrated. Yeah, so yesterday was my anniversary
- 6:01Speaker 4: of being on one oh seven five of the River
- 6:03Speaker 4: five years, half a decade, got it crazy?
- 6:07Speaker 3: That is wild.
- 6:08Speaker 4: I truly, wholeheartedly was not expecting to be here for
- 6:12Speaker 4: five years, not because I didn't want to be here,
- 6:14Speaker 4: but this industry is very tough. Yes, yeah, that's a
- 6:18Speaker 4: great way. I was gonna say something else, maybe not
- 6:21Speaker 4: radio friendly, but yeah, it's a tough industry and a
- 6:24Speaker 4: lot of things change very quickly and very easily, and
- 6:27Speaker 4: we are just kind of known for bouncing around as
- 6:30Speaker 4: radio hosts like go wherever the job is. And the
- 6:33Speaker 4: idea that I've been able to be here five years
- 6:35Speaker 4: and that my time here over the last five years
- 6:38Speaker 4: have turned into this, like our show, Ricky Zacamano in
- 6:42Speaker 4: the morning. I always wanted a morning show and the
- 6:46Speaker 4: fact that that has happened here in Nashville is absolutely insane,
- 6:50Speaker 4: and just the thought of it makes me want to
- 6:52Speaker 4: like cry cry. It always a dream and I you know,
- 6:58Speaker 4: you don't know if you're ever going to reach so
- 7:01Speaker 4: it just it means a lot that everybody here in
- 7:03Speaker 4: Nashville has embraced me so much and embraced this show
- 7:05Speaker 4: so much and have been there for us for so long,
- 7:09Speaker 4: and the only reason that any of this has happened
- 7:12Speaker 4: is because you listen and you care, and you are involved,
- 7:16Speaker 4: and you really are the fourth mic on this show
- 7:20Speaker 4: is you listening.
- 7:22Speaker 5: So none of this would have ever happened without you.
- 7:25Speaker 4: And truly, Nashville has changed my life and the trajectory
- 7:29Speaker 4: of my career forever. And I'm just I'm genuinely thankful.
- 7:33Speaker 4: And also I'm thankful to me because I worked my
- 7:36Speaker 4: ass off with it. It worked very hard to get here,
- 7:40Speaker 4: and I'm also very proud of myself for sticking through
- 7:43Speaker 4: it because it was not easy by any means. There
- 7:45Speaker 4: are a lot of really really tough parts of this,
- 7:48Speaker 4: but it was all worth it.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Very well, very happy, very well said Ricky.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Posted a whole bunch of photos like a carousel yesterday
- 7:54Speaker 1: from her five years, the last five years here in
- 7:57Speaker 1: Nashville on the river. If you want to go check
- 7:59Speaker 1: that out. It's at that chick Ricky on Instagram. Made
- 8:02Speaker 1: me a little emotional scrolling through there. What a cool
- 8:05Speaker 1: ride it's been.
- 8:06Speaker 4: It really has. I've been able to do so many
- 8:07Speaker 4: cool things by being here and hopefully, you know, another
- 8:11Speaker 4: five years.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I also want to say you lasted five years, and
- 8:15Speaker 3: I'm just really proud of you because we have not
- 8:18Speaker 3: gotten in a fistfight yet. Come close, though, every single
- 8:22Speaker 3: day for.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Three things you need to hare past seven o'clock on
- 8:33Speaker 1: this Monday morning.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Thank you so much for starting your brand new week
- 8:37Speaker 2: with us.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Ricky's got those three things, Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Round two of Harry Styles Madison Square Garden tickets have
- 8:43Speaker 4: a release date. Ticketmaster is giving Harry Styles fans a
- 8:46Speaker 4: second chance to see him live at Madison Square Garden
- 8:49Speaker 4: after learning that scalpers bought a lot of them up online.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Uh there were thousands of illegal tickets that the company canceled,
- 8:57Speaker 4: which will now be put back on sale at the
- 8:59Speaker 4: original price, which ranges from fifty to one hundred and
- 9:02Speaker 4: thirty dollars. Registration to buy tickets opens on April thirtieth
- 9:06Speaker 4: at twelve pm Eastern and closes May first at five
- 9:09Speaker 4: pm Eastern. Fans whose ticket requests are granted are going
- 9:13Speaker 4: to get an email confirming their order by May eighth
- 9:16Speaker 4: and letting them know that they got the tickets. So
- 9:18Speaker 4: if you missed the first round and you're willing to
- 9:20Speaker 4: go for the second one April thirtieth. Make sure you're
- 9:23Speaker 4: ready to go. National Electric Service is going to test
- 9:26Speaker 4: underground power lines in four neighborhoods and it's about time.
- 9:31Speaker 4: The NESCo announced the plans at this week's board meeting,
- 9:35Speaker 4: with the possibility of the testing starting as early as
- 9:38Speaker 4: this summer. The board is going to vote on funding
- 9:40Speaker 4: for the program and the exact locations at its May meeting.
- 9:44Speaker 4: According to an nes spokesperson, the initiative is all part
- 9:48Speaker 4: of a review into what went wrong during the ice
- 9:50Speaker 4: storm this year that just absolutely rocked Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
- 9:56Speaker 4: They recommended strengthening the power grid for future storms, and
- 9:59Speaker 4: one way to that is underground power lines. So fingers
- 10:02Speaker 4: crossed that this all gets approved and done soon, because
- 10:05Speaker 4: the sooner that they start testing, the better off we
- 10:07Speaker 4: are to getting to a point where hopefully what happened
- 10:11Speaker 4: this year never ever happens again. Twenty and thirty somethings
- 10:15Speaker 4: are trying a month offline challenge.
- 10:17Speaker 5: This is all something.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Created by a startup called dumb dot Co. For one
- 10:22Speaker 4: hundred dollars, participants are given a loner quote unquote dumb phone.
- 10:26Speaker 4: It's kind of like a flip phone that only has
- 10:28Speaker 4: the essentials, so calls text. It also has uber though,
- 10:31Speaker 4: so it's a little fancier than the flip phones that
- 10:33Speaker 4: we might be used to, but it doesn't have everything
- 10:36Speaker 4: that a smartphone would have.
- 10:37Speaker 5: Those who have been using.
- 10:38Speaker 4: This service said that they they got used to listening
- 10:41Speaker 4: to music on CDs, they ask strangers for directions. Now
- 10:46Speaker 4: they're relearning how to just be bored sometimes, which is
- 10:50Speaker 4: really cool and like I said, twenty and thirty somethings.
- 10:52Speaker 4: So that might shock a lot of people who are
- 10:54Speaker 4: listening to this because a lot of people think that
- 10:56Speaker 4: that's the age group that's addicted to their phones, which
- 10:58Speaker 4: they're not wrong, they're not wrong, but this may swaye
- 11:01Speaker 4: people into a different direction. Maybe, you know, put the
- 11:03Speaker 4: phone down for a little longer than you're used to.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you need
- 11:08Speaker 4: to know.
- 11:08Speaker 2: It sounds nice. I just don't think I can do
- 11:10Speaker 2: it anything. I have a problem. It's a problem.
- 11:13Speaker 4: You do have a problem. I think you could do
- 11:14Speaker 4: it if you tried.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Thank you. I appreciate heay, I don't thank you for that, Ricky.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Here's Sabrina Carpenter. We're gonna learn here in a couple
- 11:23Speaker 2: of minutes ZAX Facts on this Monday morning, it's coming
- 11:25Speaker 2: on the River.
- 11:27Speaker 6: Class is in session.
- 11:29Speaker 4: Sas Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate on.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Did you guys know that eggs are still safe to
- 11:36Speaker 3: eat after you buy them for up to three to
- 11:38Speaker 3: five weeks so to see if they're good or not,
- 11:41Speaker 3: they say to use the float tests. If it sinks flat,
- 11:45Speaker 3: that that means it's fresh. If it floats that means
- 11:47Speaker 3: throw it away.
- 11:48Speaker 2: You're literally a daylight with this fact.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I threw out eggs yesterday because I thought they were
- 11:51Speaker 1: expired and had to go to the store to buy
- 11:52Speaker 1: new eggs.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Well, you should have done the float test as now
- 11:55Speaker 3: you know for next time. Yep, and there's your fact
- 11:57Speaker 3: of the day.
- 11:58Speaker 8: Thanks, Ricky Is and Mano in the morning on seven
- 12:02Speaker 8: five the River.
- 12:03Speaker 4: What is the millennial equivalent of I walked to school
- 12:07Speaker 4: in the snow uphill both ways?
- 12:10Speaker 3: That is?
- 12:11Speaker 2: That is an old school thing to say.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I tried to honestly say that to my kids one time,
- 12:15Speaker 1: and it just felt really.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Fake and like stupid coming out of my mouth.
- 12:19Speaker 4: I can imagine because something more along the lines of
- 12:21Speaker 4: what you've experienced would be something like you had to
- 12:25Speaker 4: go to Blockbuster to get one year to watch for.
- 12:27Speaker 2: The night exactly.
- 12:28Speaker 3: That is.
- 12:29Speaker 2: That's a great example.
- 12:30Speaker 5: Everybody in your family would fist fight over it.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Six seven, three, seven nine, one oh seven.
- 12:35Speaker 1: The modern day millennial equivalent to the whole I walked
- 12:38Speaker 1: up hill both ways and snow worst struggles?
- 12:42Speaker 6: What is it for us?
- 12:43Speaker 8: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on seven
- 12:47Speaker 8: five the River?
- 12:48Speaker 1: The millennial equivalent to walking up hill both ways and
- 12:52Speaker 1: snow to school. It's one oh seven five the River.
- 12:54Speaker 1: That's what we're asking about. Jason and Nashville. What would
- 12:57Speaker 1: it be for you?
- 12:57Speaker 2: Your guilt trip to the youth of America.
- 12:59Speaker 7: I had to do my homework without a smartphone, oh, Jason.
- 13:05Speaker 7: I had to do my report in a library with a.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Book without chat GPT. Yeah, that was a rough time.
- 13:14Speaker 4: There was no such thing.
- 13:17Speaker 7: If I asked my kid about the Dewey Decmo system,
- 13:19Speaker 7: he'd probably ask.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Who's that? I mean?
- 13:24Speaker 1: I always assumed Dewey was a real person. Thanks for callingbody.
- 13:27Speaker 1: That's a good one.
- 13:27Speaker 6: Have a good day, Thank you, dude.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Bye. Friend.
- 13:30Speaker 4: Stephanie in Loviny, what's your example of a millennial struggle
- 13:34Speaker 4: the equivalent of I walked to school in the snow
- 13:36Speaker 4: uphill both.
- 13:37Speaker 6: Ways, so I have a good one.
- 13:39Speaker 7: So we used to have to dial up for internet
- 13:41Speaker 7: and wait for it and it would go peep yeah.
- 13:46Speaker 1: And then Stephanie, somebody would pick up the phone to
- 13:48Speaker 1: make a call and it would kick you off, kick
- 13:49Speaker 1: you out.
- 13:50Speaker 3: Of your chat room exactly.
- 13:52Speaker 4: I used HAT to beg my parents for more time,
- 13:55Speaker 4: like can I just have a few more minutes on AIM?
- 13:57Speaker 5: And they're like, no, I need a freaking phone.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Get on.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Did you guys have to use the H I don't
- 14:02Speaker 1: know if this is before your time with those like discs,
- 14:04Speaker 1: those CDs of like free AOL times.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Yeah you did use those two?
- 14:08Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, the struggles we went through, Stephanie.
- 14:11Speaker 7: I'll be almost forty nine, so yeah, I'm agent.
- 14:15Speaker 4: No you are not.
- 14:16Speaker 2: We had it rough. We had it rough.
- 14:19Speaker 5: Thank you for calling in this morning, love.
- 14:21Speaker 6: I think have good day you too.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I remember when like you missed a TV show and
- 14:26Speaker 4: you just had to deal with it, like you miss
- 14:28Speaker 4: the episode.
- 14:29Speaker 3: There's nothing that wouldn't make me so upset because we
- 14:32Speaker 3: didn't have a way to record it or go back
- 14:34Speaker 3: and watch it. On a different streaming service, so I
- 14:36Speaker 3: would be.
- 14:36Speaker 4: Sat unless you had money, because then when you had that,
- 14:39Speaker 4: I think it was direct TV like okay, yes, but
- 14:44Speaker 4: like then you could record it and that was that
- 14:46Speaker 4: was amazing, Like, oh my god, I could record it.
- 14:48Speaker 5: I don't have to be sitting down for this.
- 14:50Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 14:50Speaker 3: We didn't have no coins for that, honey. I had
- 14:52Speaker 3: to be set my alarm. I had to be sat.
- 14:56Speaker 2: G six one, five, seven, three, seven nine seven. Want
- 15:00Speaker 2: to hear more how life was just so time?
- 15:02Speaker 6: Ricky is zach and manno in the morning.
- 15:07Speaker 4: And Gallatine, what's your example having to.
- 15:11Speaker 8: Call for things like I remember when I was little,
- 15:13Speaker 8: my parents would have to call the number for the temperature.
- 15:17Speaker 7: Oh yes, And then as I got older, I had
- 15:19Speaker 7: to call for the movies.
- 15:21Speaker 5: Yes, the movie times.
- 15:23Speaker 7: Yeah, they neah to the whole thing to figure out
- 15:26Speaker 7: what your movie was.
- 15:27Speaker 5: Oh my gosh.
- 15:27Speaker 4: And if you missed a time, if you didn't write
- 15:29Speaker 4: it down and you're like, oh my god, was that
- 15:31Speaker 4: eight oh five or was it eight thirty five?
- 15:37Speaker 5: Yeah, this struggle was real.
- 15:39Speaker 4: And when you would call people, if you called your friends,
- 15:41Speaker 4: I can't even have to talk to somebody first, like
- 15:44Speaker 4: their parents like it.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Wasn't pay Yeah, I kind of missed that though, that
- 15:49Speaker 1: human interaction opposed to just texting.
- 15:51Speaker 2: All the time.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Okay, coming from the man who literally can't call anyone,
- 15:54Speaker 4: that's ruined me.
- 15:55Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. I hate, I hate what it's
- 15:57Speaker 2: done to me.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Thank you so much for calling in this morning.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 16:02Speaker 4: Bye.
- 16:03Speaker 5: We got Kevin on the line in Nashville.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Give us your example of a millennial struggle remembering phone numbers.
- 16:12Speaker 1: You didn't have any storage. You had to remember every
- 16:15Speaker 1: phone number you ever used.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Do you guys remember your childhood phone numbers? Your landline?
- 16:19Speaker 4: Do I remember my landline yep? From way back when. Yeah,
- 16:23Speaker 4: you had to memorize everything. That was something that they
- 16:25Speaker 4: made us do in kindergarten class too, was like memorize
- 16:28Speaker 4: your phone number, yep.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Rememborize your phone number, memorize all your friend's phone numbers,
- 16:33Speaker 2: memorize your grandparents' phone numbers, all your phone I used.
- 16:37Speaker 3: To be so good at that. Now I cannot think
- 16:39Speaker 3: of a single phone number. Oh, Zach, I only know
- 16:42Speaker 3: my boyfriends phone number off the top of my head
- 16:44Speaker 3: because we use that for our Kroger point.
- 16:46Speaker 2: What about the.
- 16:51Speaker 5: Kevin, thank you for calling in this morning.
- 16:52Speaker 4: We would be have a great day you too.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Bye.
- 16:55Speaker 1: You know what we should do one day is we
- 16:56Speaker 1: should call on the air. We should call our old
- 16:59Speaker 1: childhood numbers and see what happened.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, I wonder if anybody has those.
- 17:04Speaker 3: I have no idea what mine.
- 17:05Speaker 5: Was, not even an inkling six.
- 17:08Speaker 3: One five something.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Ask your mom figure that one out.
- 17:12Speaker 2: We're gonna do that. Hey, we've got Steeplechase tickets. This
- 17:15Speaker 2: is exciting.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Steeplechase tickets all week with the game of the day

- 17:43Speaker 5: We are playing name that tune.
- 17:49Speaker 4: It's just Steeplechase on May not.
- 17:51Speaker 2: She told what I told her the name of the
- 17:52Speaker 2: game this week.
- 17:52Speaker 1: She told me she wasn't gonna say it at all,
- 17:54Speaker 1: So I appreciate that one time. Name that tune because
- 17:57Speaker 1: we're playing for the steeple Chase tickets.

- 18:06Speaker 4: It.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Yeah, we're gonna.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Play a little montage of horse related songs. Right here
- 18:10Speaker 1: there are you know, references to horses and the lyrics
- 18:12Speaker 1: of these songs. If you can identify all three artists
- 18:15Speaker 1: that you're about to hear, you call us six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 18:19Speaker 1: nine seven. You tell us who they are, and you're
- 18:21Speaker 1: going to steeple Chase. No, that tune starts right now.

- 19:20Speaker 1: Ahead, well, hold on, Justine and Liberty's on the line, justin.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Do you want to say the name of this particular game.
- 19:25Speaker 7: It's called the Name That Soon or something like that.
- 19:31Speaker 2: You gotta same name like you're a horse like name
- 19:34Speaker 2: that songs all we are gonna be, you know, horse themed.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Did you hear the audio clue a second ago?
- 19:43Speaker 4: I did.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Okay, we're gonna play it one more time, just so
- 19:45Speaker 1: everybody's all caught up here, and then you have to

- 21:23Speaker 5: She's also taking this time, she.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Said, to refocus, saying quote, I'm taking this time to
- 21:29Speaker 4: prioritize myself. She was also seen crying on stage during
- 21:33Speaker 4: her Mulain Rouge performance Saturday night. Some think that it
- 21:36Speaker 4: could be due to the breakup, but the fact that
- 21:39Speaker 4: she went out there and she did her thing, everybody's
- 21:42Speaker 4: obviously very proud of her. This just seems to be
- 21:44Speaker 4: a really, really hard one for her, unfortunately. Honey Fire

- 24:23Speaker 5: Dutton sounds adorable.
- 24:25Speaker 7: Yeah, I wanted a night even Ria, but he was
- 24:27Speaker 7: just too little to be.
- 24:32Speaker 5: Rick's got to be a little intense though, you know
- 24:34Speaker 5: what I mean?
- 24:35Speaker 8: Right?
- 24:36Speaker 2: Thanks for calling Angie?

- 24:58Speaker 4: The top dog name is internet Browser, which belongs to
- 25:02Speaker 4: a plot hound in Texas.
- 25:04Speaker 2: That is so weird, this cat.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Imagine like trying to feed your dog there, like trying
- 25:08Speaker 3: to get him to come to you, be like, all right,
- 25:10Speaker 3: come here, Internet Browser. Like that's just too many syllables.
- 25:13Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, you think that's too many syllables? Just
- 25:15Speaker 4: wait This cat's name is my favorite. This cat's name
- 25:18Speaker 4: is Cheddar, Big Booty Cheeseburger, Arkansas.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I love.
- 25:23Speaker 3: I feel like that one comes off the tongue a
- 25:25Speaker 3: lot easier.
- 25:25Speaker 4: Cheddar, Big Booty Cheeseberg. And then for the exotic fat round,
- 25:32Speaker 4: a bearded dragon in North Carolina, one with a name
- 25:35Speaker 4: Space Cowboy, which just feels.
- 25:36Speaker 3: Fitting to me. It does for some reason, A bearded
- 25:39Speaker 3: dragon kind of cute. I love a space Cowboy.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Zach.
- 25:42Speaker 4: You have a friend who has a cat named Soup.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Yeah, my best friend, Jill, she has a cat named Soup,

- 25:50Speaker 3: And she goes, I just really like soup, Like that's
- 25:52Speaker 3: her favorite thing to eat. So she named her cat
- 25:55Speaker 3: Soup because it's her favorite thing.
- 25:56Speaker 4: I love it.
- 25:57Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 26:00Speaker 5: On the River Cannon spring Hill.
- 26:02Speaker 4: What's your pet name?
- 26:04Speaker 7: I have an orange cat named karate Chop.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Who came up with this name.
- 26:13Speaker 7: You know, he actually kind of named himself. There was
- 26:16Speaker 7: another name that just didn't really fit him, but every
- 26:19Speaker 7: time he came around the corner it was like yeah,
- 26:24Speaker 7: eventually ended up naming him karate Chop. Oh, that's such
- 26:27Speaker 7: a good ni viral on TikTok a couple of years ago,
- 26:30Speaker 7: because he is a nighttime klepto and would steel all
- 26:34Speaker 7: the Nike shoes that anybody left on their front porch
- 26:37Speaker 7: to dry, and he would bring them home and I
- 26:40Speaker 7: would have this mountain of shoes on my back porch.
- 26:44Speaker 7: Got a doggy door.
- 26:45Speaker 3: He does what he wants. He's an orange cat.
- 26:46Speaker 4: Oh my god, it sounds like he's quite the explorer.
- 26:50Speaker 7: Then he's very orange cat.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Yes, I love karate Chop. I love him.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Thank you so much for calling and sharing karate Chap
- 26:58Speaker 1: with the world.
- 27:00Speaker 7: Everybody needs to, of course we all do now. Guy
- 27:06Speaker 7: by Missy and Nashville.
- 27:08Speaker 5: What's your pets name?
- 27:10Speaker 7: Governor Pepsi?
- 27:11Speaker 5: Governor Pepsi?
- 27:13Speaker 4: Yeah, how did your pet get that name?
- 27:16Speaker 7: Well, my grandma. I wanted to name him after my grandma,
- 27:19Speaker 7: but it's a boy. But her favorite drink is pepsi
- 27:23Speaker 7: and she's just this ulter Southern woman that wants to
- 27:26Speaker 7: be like gone with the wind or something. So Governor
- 27:29Speaker 7: was fitting.
- 27:29Speaker 3: So Governor Pepsi, that's adorable. What's what do you call
- 27:33Speaker 3: it as a nickname? Like shorten it?
- 27:35Speaker 6: Oh?
- 27:35Speaker 7: You don't shorten his name, beautiful, long haired white, the governor.
- 27:41Speaker 3: He gets the whole government name the whole time.
- 27:44Speaker 4: She said, absolutely not.
- 27:47Speaker 1: I'm forty two years old. I should probably know this.
- 27:49Speaker 1: But do cats respond to their name?
- 27:52Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 27:53Speaker 6: He does?
- 27:53Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 27:53Speaker 2: Does he?
- 27:54Speaker 5: I know most cats that Yeah.
- 27:56Speaker 2: I don't know. They seem not bright to me.
- 27:58Speaker 3: I don't know, Kevin man I'm sorry.
- 28:02Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, Missy, great name. We love it.
- 28:05Speaker 4: I really do feel though, like I would have to say, gouvna.
- 28:08Speaker 3: Govna, govna.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Yeah, answer, thank you for calling in, thank you bye.
- 28:14Speaker 4: You are a rude man, Kevin Mano.
- 28:16Speaker 1: I think it's a fair question. I don't know, Kats
- 28:18Speaker 1: And whenever I the question was.
- 28:20Speaker 4: Fair, it was the follow up that was not very deef.
- 28:23Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 28:25Speaker 5: Maybe they just don't like you, Broye.
- 28:27Speaker 3: They have a good judge of character, Kevin.
- 28:29Speaker 2: I think it's saying a lot about you right now.
- 28:32Speaker 6: Bro.
- 28:32Speaker 2: I choose to believe that me and Karate Chap would
- 28:34Speaker 2: get along.
- 28:35Speaker 6: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on.
- 28:39Speaker 4: There's a strange phenomenon we kind of go through as
- 28:41Speaker 4: we get older, and when we reach our thirties, there's
- 28:44Speaker 4: a moment in time where our hobbies kind of shift. Yeah,
- 28:48Speaker 4: and that's what today's daily double tap. I want to
- 28:50Speaker 4: seven five the river is all about. Kevin found it.
- 28:53Speaker 4: He said it reminded him of my fiance agent nature.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Yeah, but also I.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Can relate to a raise your hand if you can
- 28:59Speaker 1: relate to this, here we go, here it is.
- 29:01Speaker 2: There's one thing about being in your thirties no one
- 29:03Speaker 2: tells you about. You never know exactly when it'll happen.
- 29:05Speaker 2: But one day, seemingly out of nowhere, You're gonna.
- 29:08Speaker 8: Love birds at all.
- 29:11Speaker 3: You're gonna love birds.
- 29:13Speaker 4: Did you hear that call?
- 29:15Speaker 7: And I wonder what kind of bird that was?
- 29:17Speaker 1: Let's go take a walk bird.
- 29:21Speaker 2: I'm trying to be them all. I love birds, I
- 29:27Speaker 2: will say.
- 29:27Speaker 3: I feel like everybody in my friend group has one
- 29:30Speaker 3: of those bird feeders with the camera on it that
- 29:32Speaker 3: like identifies what kind of bird it is, and it
- 29:34Speaker 3: has like the AI features that'll tell you when the
- 29:36Speaker 3: bird is there, what kind it is. Like it's I
- 29:38Speaker 3: feel like everybody I know has one of them.
- 29:40Speaker 4: The best part about this, though, is that Zach is
- 29:43Speaker 4: terrified of birds.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Absolutely petrified, So I will never be one of him.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Never gonna happen.
- 29:49Speaker 4: We see birds outside and he will literally not go
- 29:52Speaker 4: out on the.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Little patio that we have at work.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Nope.
- 29:54Speaker 4: If there are birds.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Outside, you want to go for a walk, figure out
- 29:56Speaker 3: what kind of bird it is?
- 29:57Speaker 2: Go alone.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Is there is there a type of bird that you
- 30:00Speaker 1: do like any of them? No, they're all terrifying, like pigeons.
- 30:04Speaker 2: You don't like anything. Okay, answer that question.
- 30:07Speaker 3: All right?
- 30:07Speaker 4: Can you explain what it is that you're afraid that
- 30:09Speaker 4: they're going to do to you.
- 30:10Speaker 3: They have swords on their face, they can eat your flesh.
- 30:14Speaker 5: I just wanted everyone to know where we were at
- 30:16Speaker 5: with that.
- 30:16Speaker 3: They're terrifying and they're so erratic. You have no idea.
- 30:18Speaker 3: What they're going to do next day is fly. They're insane.
- 30:21Speaker 2: That's true.
- 30:24Speaker 3: No, that's a bird.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, we're going to do a totally different realm.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Everybody other than Zach loves birds. That's the point of
- 30:32Speaker 2: the daily double Tap.
- 30:34Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the river,
