  We have changed so much going into the new year, and I'm just excited to see what all comes of that.

  Yes, and I'm looking forward to all the changes too as well I know I went ahead

  and prematurely Let the audience know that I am making big changes this year

  Because next year I'm going to

  live a nomadic lifestyle I'm getting out of this matrix I'm done with it,

  Exhausted with it actually I want to do something big, bold,
• 2:38
  brave I want something adventurous in my life And I know we spoke a little bit
• 2:43
  about it before going on air.
• 2:46
  And I know you've given me some advice and all, but before I get into that,
• 2:51
  because I already spoke about it, you've been going through some spiritual journeys
• 2:55
  and that's why you haven't been around as much. What did you learn?
• 2:59
  I was swimming in my maternal line, you know?
• 3:04
  My mom's mom came and stayed with me for a week.
• 3:09
  And this is the first time I've spent more than just a day with her since I
• 3:14
  was a little kid. But now I've been doing all this stuff with energy work that
• 3:18
  it was like a whole spiritual experience having her down here.
• 3:23
  And I just I learned so much about how our energy braids generationally and
• 3:29
  like how adoption plays into it.
• 3:31
  And I just spent a lot of time playing with that and kind of seeing a lot of
• 3:36
  ways of how I am the way I am.
• 3:38
  I never really quite thought about before, if that makes sense.
• 3:43
  I kept saying, like, I'm just trying to solve something between me and the collective,
• 3:47
  and I couldn't figure out what it was.
• 3:49
  Then my grandma came and stayed with me, and I was like, oh,
• 3:51
  it's like the last four pieces.
• 3:55
  That's that's really interesting because i always loved when people dive through
• 4:00
  their lineage and finding out a lot about themselves from that i never dove into my lineage um,
• 4:10
  as far as a family tree i think i'm the sap so i don't know i kind of stayed away from it but,
• 4:17
  i don't think there's any mystery or magic going on anywhere along my lineage
• 4:22
  i think i found that out on my own and just developing my own skills.
• 4:27
  Um, but with lineage, sometimes you discover something more about yourself through that.
• 4:34
  And did you find anything interesting about yourself?
• 4:38
  Oh, I don't know how to share that without sharing personal information that's not mine.
• 4:44
  Gotcha. You don't have to. I mean, but you did. You found more stuff out about
• 4:49
  yourself though, right?
• 4:52
  Yes. A lot of it, I've been pretty obsessed with tone recently.
• 4:57
  And I just, I realized I was kind of playing out a tone that wasn't even mine.
• 5:01
  And it was the way in which I interacted with my expectations of the future
• 5:07
  with how people would do things.
• 5:10
  And it was this very subtle tone that existed in my whole life because it wasn't mine.
• 5:15
  I came with it. And so therefore it was a true tone that that's always true.
• 5:20
  I had no experience outside of this tone.
• 5:23
  So everything existed with it, but now that I can see it and I can see it's
• 5:28
  not mine and I'm pulling it out, it's like the world kind of brightens up a
• 5:32
  little bit because now it's a little bit freer for me to pick my tongue.
• 5:36
  Gotcha. I like that. And I always know you have always something going on and
• 5:42
  the struggles of trying to find peace kind of within yourself.
• 5:48
  You know, I don't want to say you actually struggle with it,
• 5:50
  but you put so much time and energy into it.
• 5:54
  And it's nice to hear you're kind of lightening up a little bit and seeing something
• 5:59
  that is more likely different and better for you, if I'm correct.
• 6:04
  Yes. And I mean, a lot of this comes to, I mean, like we haven't been recording
• 6:07
  because something pops up every single time.
• 6:10
  Like today we go to record, we're late to start because Zoom has to like re-download
• 6:15
  and my email freaked out. and then the video didn't work.
• 6:18
  And by the time we got recording, I'm serious. I don't think you heard her,
• 6:22
  but as soon as you hit record, my baby started crying in the other room.
• 6:28
  So it's like it's a consistent thing, and that's what it is.
• 6:32
  It's because I've patterned a specific kind of expectation, I guess.
• 6:38
  I got you. And it is interesting. It's like, yeah, something always happens,
• 6:42
  but, you know, that's the reality. And I always said that's the reality of this show.
• 6:46
  It's real life. Things are going to happen. It was the same thing here.
• 6:50
  I say, okay, seven o'clock record time.
• 6:52
  I'm like, all right, well, I too have a child here, you know,
• 6:56
  my grandson. And I said, wow, he goes to bed right at eight and he always puts
• 6:59
  up a fight. And so we're probably going to hear that soon.

  So it's part of life, you know. So that's what happens.
• 7:06
  It's all fine and dandy. Like, I see so many videos of people and they're out
• 7:12
  in nature and they're meditating and they're dancing around with their peaceful music.
• 7:16
  And I think, oh, man, I bet I'd be so much happier if I would just do that.
• 7:20
  But it's like I live in like a little suburb.
• 7:22
  And, you know, what am I going to do? Take my baby out there.
• 7:25
  I can't relax. I'd have to put her on a leash or something.
• 7:27
  You know what I mean? So I could close my eyes. It's not practical.
• 7:31
  And for some people, it isn't. That's so beautiful. And one day I'm going to
• 7:35
  get back to doing things like that.
• 7:37
  But right now, my peace is sitting on my bedroom floor doing different things
• 7:42
  and finding peace and doing it even with the chaos.
• 7:45
  Yesterday I was mopping my kitchen floor and my
• 7:48
  baby was crawling all over me and she ended up laying on
• 7:51
  my back while I'm scrubbing the floor with the
• 7:54
  rag and at first I was kind of annoyed because I was like
• 7:57
  this is a lot harder and then I thought you know what now it's a workout it's
• 8:03
  quality time with my baby and the floor is still getting clean and it was like
• 8:07
  the simple mindset shift there made it an enjoyable thing instead of now my
• 8:13
  back hurts and I'm annoyed and
• 8:15
  you know what i mean is this yeah i got
• 8:18
  you again small but important yeah but
• 8:22
  again this is this is perspective this is how we need
• 8:25
  to start seeing life and that's what the last thing you had said to me i said
• 8:29
  okay i guess um you know just before we went on the air you had said okay so
• 8:33
  i guess we're going to be talking about how to make life yours basically based
• 8:37
  on what i'm going to be doing next year based upon the way you are planning
• 8:41
  things out too and you know just the way your life is going.
• 8:45
  We all, all of us, and that's you, the audience too, especially,
• 8:49
  this is information. We're trying so hard to get things together to help everybody because.
• 8:56
  We're always stuck. We're stuck with the lies. We're stuck with,
• 8:59
  and let me again say lies.

  Everything we learned is a lie. We don't need half of the things that we think we need.

  We just need to be free. We need to go out there and experience and just do
• 9:15
  things that are going to be fun for us, the adventures.
• 9:19
  And if anybody else out there is scared, listen, I'm scared.

  I was telling Lizzie, I want to vomit every time I think about actually making that move.
• 9:27
  But I also told her that a bunch of years ago when I left New York City,
• 9:32
  where I was born and raised, all I ever known.
• 9:36
  My then wife at the time, her and I, we just picked up and we moved to Southern
• 9:40
  Virginia from New York City.
• 9:42
  And that too, we went with no job down there, nothing. We just wound up down there.
• 9:48
  Scary. Did it work out? know, but I think it was different circumstances at the time.
• 9:53
  But I think now if I did it, it would work out.
• 9:56
  But we need to take those chances.
• 9:59
  We can't just keep waking up every day and say, ah, maybe I'll do it.
• 10:02
  Maybe I'll just keep doing. Maybe I'll wait till retirement.
• 10:05
  Because we don't know our expectancy. We don't know what's going to happen every day.
• 10:12
  I don't want to die at work. That's my biggest fear.
• 10:15
  I want to live now.
• 10:19
  And I want to experience life. But after all these years, I've been working since I was like 16.
• 10:24
  I got nothing to show for it. And I don't think anybody else really does either.
• 10:29
  You know, I had all this money saved up and it's just going away because things
• 10:33
  keep getting worse and worse.
• 10:35
  It's time to say, fuck it. Do something different.
• 10:39
  And I don't know, Lizzie, are you with me? Are you behind me?
• 10:43
  Oh, 100%. This is the journey that I've been on.
• 10:47
  I'm I'm very guilty of jump
• 10:51
  now look later and sometimes that burns
• 10:54
  me a little bit but even when it did I learned so
• 10:57
  much like uh I think I've talked a little bit about it where when I met my husband
• 11:02
  we immediately got pregnant moved into a little camper trailer that was like
• 11:07
  the craziest experience and that's really what it was it was like I'm almost
• 11:13
  30 I've got I've gotten a like what what am I doing I'm just
• 11:17
  under spinning my wheels at least this was something
• 11:20
  different it was something bold and adventurous and it
• 11:23
  was going to take me someplace new and it did
• 11:26
  even though that trailer experience I would say quote didn't work out because
• 11:29
  it was a money pit and we ended up needing a little bit of help to get out of
• 11:33
  it and get back into an apartment but when we came back into this apartment
• 11:37
  we were like different people we knew different things we were like a stronger
• 11:42
  stance if that makes sense.
• 11:45
  And so what we built from this apartment from that trailer experience was so
• 11:50
  beautiful, even though that trailer experience, I would say it was like, quote, a fail.
• 11:54
  It was so important to the story. And that's the thing is it's so scary to go
• 11:58
  and move and do these things because, well, what if it doesn't work out?
• 12:02
  What if it turns into a money pit?
• 12:03
  Well, what if it does? You're going to learn so many things.
• 12:07
  You're going to land where you want to land because that's your intention.
• 12:11
  Yeah. And I don't think anything is ever a fail. It's an experience.
• 12:18
  Um, it might not have worked out exactly in your favor, but you built necessary
• 12:24
  skills that got you through it.
• 12:26
  Even just floods. Yeah.
• 12:30
  Yeah. You have to make it work. Uh, it's different.
• 12:34
  You know, before we were all civilized and we were just basically animals.
• 12:41
  We were set to nature and I don't think we are anymore and that's what we need to get back to.
• 12:49
  And I could live perfectly fine in a tent out in the woods somewhere, have no problem with it.
• 12:58
  Is it difficult? Are there going to be challenges? Absolutely.
• 13:02
  But they're better than the challenges that we have every day where we We wake
• 13:06
  up and go to work. Oh, I got to work extra overtime to make this money to make these bills.
• 13:09
  And then we never get that money and the bills never get paid anyway.
• 13:13
  Because something else will just pop up. Right. It's going to happen inevitably.
• 13:19
  But if you're out experiencing life, staying away from all of the matrix-y kind
• 13:25
  of nonsense, you start to realize that you're a human being.
• 13:30
  You're in touch with nature. you can survive and you can actually survive,
• 13:35
  I believe, much better outside of this go-to-work everyday world.
• 13:40
  And that's what's happening in 2027, mark my words.
• 13:44
  It's already out there. I spoke to my wife about it, so it's official now.
• 13:48
  You can't take it back now. Exactly, exactly.
• 13:53
  But I've had a great time though. I'm so glad you were able to come back.

  Everybody misses Lizzie I could tell By the way the stats go But um,

  I'm glad she's here. And I want to say something, honestly, and I'm just going to let it all out.

  Lizzie's an integral part of my life, really.

  The fact that she can see my vision from afar and the fact that she's able to

  encourage and lend so much, I really can't.

  I really focus on this show around Lizzie. I do my own thing here and there.

  I put out the stuff that, you know, I do like the Wednesday night meditations.

  And I know it's been a little while since we had this session where we were actually able to talk.

  And I got to say, I really feel fantastic now that I've, you know,

  done this and was able to talk to Lizzie.

  It's very difficult. People don't understand you, Lizzie.

  It's so hard gonna make appointments just text you you know it's one of those

  things but i highly respect it and i'm honestly i'm just so honored to have

  you part of this show and everything it's become and everything it's going to

  become from here without you it just it would never happen,

  I think you do an excellent job. And it's funny, right on topic with today's

  thing, we talk about just making life what you want it to be.

  That's just what I want to do. And sometimes it just doesn't pan out that way.

  But the thing is, is I think it does that for a reason sometimes.

  And I think that it's all going to circle back around.

  And one day I'm going to find myself recording all the time and I'm going to

  be like, dang, no wonder I had to wait for this.

  And like we spoke, once I am free from work, I can come out to you and you and

  I can sit together and actually record.

  It's so exciting to me to know that

  that's now going to be possible and we could like

  i said we could sit for i don't care eight hours and

  we could really we could probably put out about 16 you know

  shows that way and yeah it the future

  although i always tell people you know don't worry

  about the future because future always causes worry but if i'm

  living in the present and my mind presently is thinking of

  all the positivity and everything that can happen i'm setting
