- 0:05Speaker 1: Very pastel Drama Darling.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Drama Darling. Hello everybody, welcome back to drama Darling. I
- 0:24Speaker 2: am back in gorgeous California. I was gone for a
- 0:27Speaker 2: few days. Emily Teresis is here for the day, just
- 0:31Speaker 2: for today. I don't know where she's going tomorrow, but
- 0:33Speaker 2: for now, she's here. Emily, did you miss me while
- 0:36Speaker 2: I was gone from Wednesday to Sunday?
- 0:39Speaker 1: Yeah? I was able to keep this state of California
- 0:43Speaker 1: organized in a timely fashion for your return.
- 0:48Speaker 2: I knew that you would. If there's anyone who's going
- 0:50Speaker 2: to put up some barricades for me, if there's anyone
- 0:53Speaker 2: who's going to, you know, throw on a safety vest
- 0:56Speaker 2: and make sure the darlings are okay on the West Coast,
- 1:00Speaker 2: I know it's you, so thank you.
- 1:01Speaker 1: If there's anyone that's going to make up for the
- 1:04Speaker 1: city leaving me less barricades for Halloween, it's going to
- 1:08Speaker 1: be me who's going to put white sheets over your
- 1:11Speaker 1: trash cans to make ghost barriers.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Ah. Is that what happened?
- 1:16Speaker 1: For real?
- 1:17Speaker 2: That is what happened for So they didn't have enough
- 1:19Speaker 2: barricades for you this year.
- 1:21Speaker 1: They only left me three for one for both sides
- 1:26Speaker 1: of the street, and that is not going to do it.
- 1:29Speaker 1: I think we're dealing with the deficit. And when life
- 1:33Speaker 1: hands you three barriers, you make trash can lemonade.
- 1:38Speaker 2: That or the word is out that you can get
- 1:42Speaker 2: the Silver Lake Community Council to lend you some barricades
- 1:48Speaker 2: to shut down your street. And now everyone's doing it
- 1:51Speaker 2: because they're following in Emily Driesa's footsteps.
- 1:54Speaker 1: And now everyone will make dog shits smelling ghosts, the
- 1:59Speaker 1: ghosts of dogs shit pass will be.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and of your street. Well that's great, you know.
- 2:07Speaker 2: I went back to Michigan on Wednesday, right after we
- 2:11Speaker 2: did our Salt Lake City episode, and we had Halloween
- 2:15Speaker 2: there and then we had my dad's eighty fifth birthday party.
- 2:18Speaker 2: So I just want to say, great trip all around,
- 2:21Speaker 2: fantastic Halloween. Maddie was Princess Leiah, a classic costume, a
- 2:27Speaker 2: classic Star Wars costume. I did the buns in her
- 2:32Speaker 2: hair so like, even though she had her Fall festival
- 2:35Speaker 2: here at her school, like a couple of weeks ago,
- 2:38Speaker 2: she dressed as Princess Leah. She did the wig with
- 2:41Speaker 2: the buns, you know, like at the festival. But then
- 2:45Speaker 2: she didn't want to wear the wig in Michigan. So
- 2:47Speaker 2: so I got like those little donut spongy donut hair
- 2:50Speaker 2: things and put them in the like it was so
- 2:52Speaker 2: fun to do. It was so Then like we went
- 2:56Speaker 2: up to the gross Point. Gross Point has like a
- 2:59Speaker 2: little village and all the businesses on that those couple
- 3:03Speaker 2: of blocks all give out candy at like three point
- 3:07Speaker 2: thirty for like an hour or two. So we went
- 3:10Speaker 2: up there. I met my friend Maggie. So Maggie is
- 3:13Speaker 2: the one who is doing the collaboration with me for
- 3:17Speaker 2: all the merch in Vegas from twall, you know. And
- 3:20Speaker 2: she lives in gross Point and she's got two kids.
- 3:22Speaker 2: They're the exact same age as Maddie. So we met up.
- 3:27Speaker 2: We actually met up beforehand, and then we went trick
- 3:30Speaker 2: or treating in the village. It was so much fun.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Then we went headed back, had a little lasagna, and
- 3:36Speaker 2: then we went out around like the community. So we
- 3:39Speaker 2: heard my parents got the scoop that there are a
- 3:43Speaker 2: couple streets in their neighborhood that like shut down. They
- 3:46Speaker 2: barricade just like you do, Emily, and all the kids
- 3:50Speaker 2: go there. So we went over there. We parked, we
- 3:51Speaker 2: went out and It was just so cool because it
- 3:55Speaker 2: was like that classic Midwest Halloween. You can like smell
- 4:00Speaker 2: the burning pumpkin in the air and the fall and
- 4:04Speaker 2: just the crispness, and it was such a great night.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I mean, and like not to say that it's not
- 4:10Speaker 2: great here in gorgeous California, but you're not getting that
- 4:14Speaker 2: Midwest crisp in the air, you know what I mean.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I know what you mean. Yeah, but I think I
- 4:21Speaker 1: think we got to tip our hat to La because
- 4:23Speaker 1: La was doing trick or treat, right, because what that's
- 4:27Speaker 1: what we always saw in movies like e t trick
- 4:30Speaker 1: or treating and mister Mom like, yes, like these are
- 4:36Speaker 1: classic trick or treat scenes that I like thought like
- 4:40Speaker 1: because my trigger treats were pretty dead. So that's what
- 4:43Speaker 1: I always aspired to these what I now realized, Oh,
- 4:47Speaker 1: so that's.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Why you do it? Well, you know, I think, like, yeah,
- 4:50Speaker 2: in movies, well they do California. You know, obviously the
- 4:55Speaker 2: movie business, they're gonna have a nice street set where
- 4:59Speaker 2: they're gonna make it look like any town in America, right,
- 5:03Speaker 2: so that is really the idyllic setting that you want
- 5:07Speaker 2: and to see other towns outside of California doing that
- 5:12Speaker 2: and making it look like they're like they're the real deal.
- 5:15Speaker 2: You know. The other thing is like if you live
- 5:17Speaker 2: in the Midwest or wherever, it often rains, I mean
- 5:21Speaker 2: every Halloween, like growing up, I mean it just was
- 5:25Speaker 2: always raining. It was always raining and freezing. You know,
- 5:28Speaker 2: it's a challenge. You really earn your badge as a
- 5:30Speaker 2: child when you're not living in a hot spot weather wise.
- 5:35Speaker 2: So it really was a great you know, in terms
- 5:39Speaker 2: of the weather. It was great, and Mattie really liked it.
- 5:43Speaker 2: She did miss her friends, so she was a little
- 5:46Speaker 2: bummed about that, you know for sure. But that was fantastic.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Now moving on to my dad's birthday party. It was
- 5:51Speaker 2: so much fun. We actually had his birthday at this
- 5:57Speaker 2: place called the Etzel and Eleanor Fourhouse, which is like
- 6:02Speaker 2: their actual house that they lived in. It's like this big,
- 6:06Speaker 2: you know, English tutor, but they have an event space
- 6:09Speaker 2: that they built, you know, somewhat next to it on
- 6:11Speaker 2: the grounds. Right, their house is still not go.
- 6:15Speaker 1: There because the owner killed the chef for something.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Right. Mary Cosby was not there. She will up, she
- 6:24Speaker 2: will not. She was not waiting in the Spurner van.
- 6:26Speaker 2: She was not there, but they do have They still
- 6:30Speaker 2: have like the historic home you know up and they
- 6:34Speaker 2: you know, they have tours of it and it's just
- 6:36Speaker 2: so so cool. It's beautiful. I remember taking tours of
- 6:40Speaker 2: it when I was younger. They have a little dollhouse
- 6:43Speaker 2: that the children used to play in on the grounds
- 6:46Speaker 2: and it's open for the kids to look at. They
- 6:49Speaker 2: expanded the you know, the actual the event space so
- 6:53Speaker 2: that it just I mean, it's absolutely stunning. So we
- 6:55Speaker 2: were up in this you know, event space that is
- 6:58Speaker 2: overlooking the The Ford's Cove is what they call it.
- 7:03Speaker 2: It's just a little area, a little cove off of
- 7:05Speaker 2: Lake Saint Clair, and it's really close to my parents'
- 7:08Speaker 2: house because they live in the shores. So I mean
- 7:11Speaker 2: it was just a hop, skip and a jump right
- 7:13Speaker 2: over there, and they just did.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Such you didn't have to drive. I've skipped and jumped.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Yeah. And because like I said, the weather was great,
- 7:22Speaker 2: Hop skip, jump were there. There's a border collie that
- 7:27Speaker 2: roams around the grounds to herd all the geese from
- 7:31Speaker 2: the area and it just is so beautiful. It couldn't
- 7:37Speaker 2: have gone better. I put together an entire picture photo
- 7:41Speaker 2: picture montage slide show of my dad. Now, most of
- 7:46Speaker 2: you know that we had the fire of twenty nineteen
- 7:49Speaker 2: at my parents' house where all of our photo albums
- 7:52Speaker 2: were burned and so no remaining photos now except for
- 7:57Speaker 2: some of the ones that were able to be refurbished
- 7:58Speaker 2: that were on the walls and other parts of the
- 8:00Speaker 2: house thankfully. And I, my brother and I Kirk, we
- 8:05Speaker 2: could not believe that we actually had a lot of
- 8:07Speaker 2: photos that we scanned into our phones. Before twenty nineteen,
- 8:12Speaker 2: I did a lot of scanning of my parents' photos
- 8:14Speaker 2: because of their fiftieth wedding anniversary. So I made them
- 8:17Speaker 2: like a montage then, not like what I did this time,
- 8:21Speaker 2: but like an actual like printed out the photos and
- 8:24Speaker 2: put them on a board or whatever. And my brother
- 8:26Speaker 2: had all my parents like wedding photos that he scanned in.
- 8:29Speaker 2: So I mean, I couldn't believe how many photos we
- 8:31Speaker 2: were able to get together. Then I asked my family
- 8:35Speaker 2: members for photos. My aunt Sherry had a ton because
- 8:39Speaker 2: then she went to my uncle Wayne. My uncle Wayne
- 8:41Speaker 2: had my grandma's old photo album and let me tell
- 8:45Speaker 2: you what, pulled a bunch of those, but not all
- 8:48Speaker 2: of them. And for my dad's birthday present, my aunt
- 8:52Speaker 2: put together a little photo album of all the photos
- 8:55Speaker 2: she could find, like the hard copies, and he opened
- 8:58Speaker 2: it when we got home. You know you got I mean,
- 9:01Speaker 2: I can't even We were all practically like in tears
- 9:04Speaker 2: because we haven't seen any of these photos in so long.
- 9:07Speaker 2: We thought they were gone forever, like all so many
- 9:10Speaker 2: of our even our school pictures, like just so I
- 9:16Speaker 2: can't even begin to explain how shocked we all were,
- 9:19Speaker 2: Like it was really really special. So that was such
- 9:23Speaker 2: a treat to have that. The montage, the video montage,
- 9:28Speaker 2: they have two like screens that came down in the
- 9:31Speaker 2: event space, which by the way, windows like I said,
- 9:34Speaker 2: overlooking the water. These two screens came down, they had
- 9:37Speaker 2: projectors and the video was on a loop. I mean,
- 9:39Speaker 2: it was so cool. And then I named the tables.
- 9:44Speaker 2: There were seven tables. There's about fifty five people. I
- 9:47Speaker 2: named the tables, each a part like a location that
- 9:52Speaker 2: was special to my dad's like Bridgeville, Pennsylvania was where
- 9:56Speaker 2: he went and visited his grandmother every single year him
- 9:58Speaker 2: and his brother is Italian grandma. And then there was
- 10:02Speaker 2: like Saint Anthony where he went to high school. Saint
- 10:04Speaker 2: Clair we went to grade school there was Vendome, which
- 10:09Speaker 2: is the street that we grew up on, like our
- 10:11Speaker 2: family home all those years, Paris which is where my
- 10:15Speaker 2: parents vacation several times growing up, and a couple others.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But anyway, and so Orange County and he loves Orange County.
- 10:26Speaker 2: And Costco. Yeah, I actually met. I had a whole thing,
- 10:32Speaker 2: like I was writing my little speech, like as the
- 10:35Speaker 2: weekend went on leading up to that night, including at
- 10:38Speaker 2: the table, like in my notes kind of, I mean,
- 10:40Speaker 2: it was a lot to like bring together, right, So
- 10:46Speaker 2: I did a whole thing where I was. So I
- 10:48Speaker 2: told the story kind of in a way by going
- 10:51Speaker 2: table to table for moments in his life, you know
- 10:54Speaker 2: what I mean. So it was a great way to
- 10:57Speaker 2: like tell about his life in little anecdotes about each phase.
- 11:03Speaker 2: And then I would go over to my dad and
- 11:04Speaker 2: like he would be like, oh yeah, and then this
- 11:06Speaker 2: one time and then he would just tell a quick
- 11:08Speaker 2: story and then I would be like where's my bridge
- 11:10Speaker 2: bill table at and they'd be like whoo. And so
- 11:12Speaker 2: I got everybody involved. I had the microphone. I was
- 11:14Speaker 2: in like of course in my moment, like just playing entertainer.
- 11:19Speaker 2: I was going table at table. It was so fun
- 11:22Speaker 2: and everybody was like excited. It was an awesome party.
- 11:26Speaker 2: And the cookies like that. We had these party favorite cookies.
- 11:30Speaker 2: There's a deli called Licavolis and they have like a
- 11:33Speaker 2: little the daughter of the owner or whatever has her
- 11:36Speaker 2: own little cookie place in the back. She makes, you know,
- 11:39Speaker 2: custom cookies. So we wanted to do golf like the
- 11:43Speaker 2: theme of golf cookies. She did a little golf cart,
- 11:48Speaker 2: a golf bag, a golf ball with Alan written on it,
- 11:53Speaker 2: like it was the name of the company and.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Something yell.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Okay, so oriol. There was no loreal table okay, so
- 12:04Speaker 2: sorry about that. However, this in the photo montage because
- 12:08Speaker 2: one of the photos that my dad loved and it
- 12:10Speaker 2: was hanging in the basement was uh it went no, No,
- 12:15Speaker 2: it wasn't. He did have a signed picture from her. Sorry,
- 12:23Speaker 2: totally gone. Same with Sybil Shepherd, but she had his,
- 12:28Speaker 2: she had I'm sorry. He had his picture taken next
- 12:31Speaker 2: to Heather Locklear, right, and that was like hanging in
- 12:34Speaker 2: the basement for the longest time, and he like loved
- 12:37Speaker 2: that picture. He was like holding her hand. He like
- 12:41Speaker 2: he's just you know. So my brother's like, oh, you
- 12:44Speaker 2: gotta find the heather locklow leicture picture, and I was like,
- 12:47Speaker 2: it is gone, Like that was in the basement. It
- 12:49Speaker 2: probably went up first, you know, and so for the
- 12:53Speaker 2: it absolutely.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Cast so much fire in that picture.
- 12:57Speaker 2: So I recreated. I just put like, sorry, mom, I
- 13:00Speaker 2: cropped her out and I put Heather lock locklier in
- 13:03Speaker 2: the photo with my dad and like, I just threw
- 13:05Speaker 2: it in the montage to see if anybody would notice.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I did a couple cute things like that, but anyway,
- 13:11Speaker 2: it just was a blast. Everyone had a great time.
- 13:13Speaker 2: The staff was so nice to Maddie because she was
- 13:16Speaker 2: the only child there and she was sitting at the
- 13:18Speaker 2: table and they kept coming up to her like do
- 13:20Speaker 2: you want anything to eat? They were bringing her stuff
- 13:22Speaker 2: from the back.
- 13:23Speaker 1: They were feeling temple heaven. Man.
- 13:26Speaker 2: I know you'd think she'd want that. Nope, not interested.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Just only likes apple juice and water and that's it.
- 13:31Speaker 2: She didn't like anything else. And she didn't like chocolate.
- 13:33Speaker 2: She is she's a you know a lot of.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Kids don't like chocolate these days, which is like really
- 13:38Speaker 1: actually a great thing because it is not cheap right now.
- 13:42Speaker 1: So I was like, oh yeah, fruit and candies, here
- 13:45Speaker 1: we go. Everybody.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Well, my girl like ducked out of Canada trigger treating
- 13:52Speaker 2: somewhat early, you know. Oh god, I was so bummed.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Hardly got any candy.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, sorry for your loss.
- 14:01Speaker 2: It's okay. I left all of it there. I took
- 14:03Speaker 2: the Resi's peanut butter cup, like the full pack size,
- 14:07Speaker 2: and I brought it and that was about it. Yeah,
- 14:10Speaker 2: it's okay, I'm fine. I don't need it. I got
- 14:12Speaker 2: Cabareamy coming up. So all in all, it was fantastic
- 14:16Speaker 2: and that's why I was gone and couldn't do the
- 14:19Speaker 2: Orange County recap. Got back yesterday. Here we are, Daylight Savings.
- 14:25Speaker 2: How have you adjusted? You're not even going to mention.
- 14:30Speaker 1: The Dodgers winning the world?
- 14:31Speaker 2: Oh my god. Okay, that was the night of my
- 14:34Speaker 2: dad's party. So then thank you. So then when we
- 14:37Speaker 2: came back and my dad was like opening up some
- 14:39Speaker 2: gifts at home, we had that on, I could not, like,
- 14:44Speaker 2: I couldn't fully get invested on what was happening. I
- 14:47Speaker 2: kept trying to glance up, but I mean, Emily blown away,
- 14:51Speaker 2: floored they were gonna lose, cannot believe they won. Everyone's
- 14:55Speaker 2: talking about how it's like the greatest game of the
- 14:57Speaker 2: World Series that they've ever seen. Can you please give
- 14:59Speaker 2: me some highlights because I have not. I need to
- 15:02Speaker 2: like take it in and maybe go back and watch
- 15:05Speaker 2: some clips.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Uh yeah, I could do that if I wasn't at
- 15:10Speaker 1: the Vista watching another day another battle during.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Is that right? Oh that's hilarious. Okay, So you didn't
- 15:17Speaker 2: watch the game.
- 15:18Speaker 1: I didn't, but but I but I do. I do
- 15:22Speaker 1: regret it.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, now, I mean you never know when it's
- 15:25Speaker 2: going to be like the game of the of the
- 15:27Speaker 2: century and the picture of the Dodgers. This was his
- 15:30Speaker 2: last season pitching. Hmmm, oh one of the pitchers. This
- 15:37Speaker 2: was his last season pitching. Yeah, okay, which is a
- 15:41Speaker 2: really big deal because he pitched him into a into
- 15:44Speaker 2: a in you know, into a winning World Series. I
- 15:46Speaker 2: mean that's exciting, right, all right, well you brought it up.
- 15:49Speaker 1: But you had no No, it's like our guy but
- 15:54Speaker 1: like he's.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Okay, sorry, yes, but the other one he was there,
- 15:59Speaker 2: he was.
- 15:59Speaker 1: An okay positive for like I did need to look.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Cause well it was great. So but now we're here.
- 16:08Speaker 2: I just watched Orange County Okay, So I mean I
- 16:13Speaker 2: mean here we are, like, let's get into it. We're
- 16:15Speaker 2: talking Orange County. Holy shit. I did not. I didn't know.
- 16:22Speaker 2: I mean, I I don't know what to say. I
- 16:24Speaker 2: knew that these like anti LGBTQ liking tweets saga was coming,
- 16:32Speaker 2: you know, I just didn't know how far. I didn't
- 16:36Speaker 2: know what was going to happen. And because it was
- 16:38Speaker 2: like it was winding down and then we're in the
- 16:42Speaker 2: middle of the episode and they're like running the subtitles
- 16:44Speaker 2: for the whole season. I yeah, I hate that. Now
- 16:50Speaker 2: the last this.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Those sub when they like where are they now? Subtit
- 16:55Speaker 1: or the like graphics came up. It was a jump
- 16:59Speaker 1: scare for me because I was like, what, what, right,
- 17:02Speaker 1: We're done, We're already here.
- 17:04Speaker 2: I bet you.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I'm a collecte bottle for this season, Like we're done.
- 17:12Speaker 1: And then I thought, oh shit, we still have to
- 17:14Speaker 1: get through this Gretchen stuff. And then I thought, oh shit,
- 17:19Speaker 1: she's they did her I mean, she did herself dirty.
- 17:23Speaker 1: But I'm like, oh man, this is going straight into
- 17:25Speaker 1: bravocon that this is going to be hanging out there?
- 17:29Speaker 1: Is she?
- 17:29Speaker 2: I wonder if she's going to bravocan I mean, well maybe,
- 17:34Speaker 2: because I mean, we don't know what's going to happen
- 17:35Speaker 2: at the reunion, but I guess all roads are leading
- 17:38Speaker 2: to her liking these tweets. We did see that from
- 17:43Speaker 2: the promo of the reunion that she's saying, say to
- 17:48Speaker 2: name against cyber fiber and I don't know how to do,
- 17:53Speaker 2: Gretchen whatever. Anyway, they have like a cyber investigator, and
- 17:57Speaker 2: they're saying that all of these accounts lead to Tamra.
- 18:02Speaker 2: That's a teaser perhaps, or is.
- 18:04Speaker 1: She talking about other accounts that harassed her back in
- 18:08Speaker 1: the day, Like I.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Don't know, intic, you don't know the context.
- 18:11Speaker 1: You're exactly right coming at the reunion, so I don't know.
- 18:14Speaker 2: We can't speak on that. So there's that. There's and
- 18:19Speaker 2: then of course after Gina brought up this at the dinner,
- 18:24Speaker 2: like Gretgen, something's been bothering me because somebody told me
- 18:28Speaker 2: who it's right next to me right now, you know,
- 18:33Speaker 2: is like, yeah, since that's bothering Mitta, it's bothering Mitta.
- 18:38Speaker 2: There are these tweets you like them, and aggressions like no,
- 18:42Speaker 2: I don't know what you're talking about. I would never
- 18:44Speaker 2: do that. I have never I don't know if I've
- 18:48Speaker 2: ever seen how they're actually be that real in my life?
- 18:51Speaker 1: Have you I I don't think I have, and I
- 18:54Speaker 1: don't think I have seen Gretchen under so much uh sedation,
- 19:01Speaker 1: I'll put it that way. Because her demeanor was she's
- 19:07Speaker 1: on She's got to be on something. Because Heather to
- 19:11Speaker 1: launch at that, oh my god, it was like, just
- 19:13Speaker 1: say you're on something. Just say you took some medication
- 19:16Speaker 1: or something right before this, because it was it was
- 19:19Speaker 1: throwing me off allegedly, but to your point, yeah, Heather
- 19:25Speaker 1: was locked in, and I was like, oh, okay, Heather
- 19:28Speaker 1: is this is you know, a great baseline now Foreather,
- 19:33Speaker 1: it is.
- 19:33Speaker 2: And I was happy to see that out of her
- 19:37Speaker 2: because you know, even you just don't see that side
- 19:41Speaker 2: of her ever, you don't see that fiery passion come through.
- 19:47Speaker 2: It's nice to see what she stands for at the
- 19:51Speaker 2: base of I mean, it's the root of her and
- 19:53Speaker 2: I and I really appreciate that. It was like such
- 19:58Speaker 2: a It came at us like out of nowhere, because
- 20:03Speaker 2: everyone went from zero to one hundred on these tweets
- 20:08Speaker 2: like they had the memo, you know, so that they
- 20:10Speaker 2: had the memo going into the dinner, so they were
- 20:13Speaker 2: ready to launch at her, and yet she had Gretchen
- 20:17Speaker 2: had no idea this was coming. She I don't think
- 20:20Speaker 2: she had any clue.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I think, do you I I don't think she did.
- 20:25Speaker 1: They were they were why. They were a couple of
- 20:28Speaker 1: years old, and they were Instagram posts. They were a
- 20:32Speaker 1: couple of years old in carousels.
- 20:35Speaker 2: It was an Instagram post. It wasn't Twitter.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, that was my understanding. Yeah, they were Instagram.
- 20:42Speaker 1: And there are more that weren't a part of I
- 20:47Speaker 1: saw what reality Blurb posted a week or two ago,
- 20:49Speaker 1: and there were more, and the more she hadn't at
- 20:54Speaker 1: that point unliked, and I think now she has. But
- 21:00Speaker 1: you could have gone and seen that yourself. I did,
- 21:04Speaker 1: and so allegedly someone so. So there's like to me,
- 21:10Speaker 1: it's like you can take a step back and be like, Okay, well,
- 21:16Speaker 1: if you want to give Gretchen the benefit of the doubt.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I'm it's kind of impossible for me, only because I'm like, Okay,
- 21:22Speaker 1: someone else, let's say the slade theory, he's running your
- 21:26Speaker 1: account and he did it.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Okay, Well you're agree that, right, You're agreeing no matter
- 21:33Speaker 2: kind of which way you slice it. If you're if
- 21:37Speaker 2: you have some rogue intern who's making major decisions on
- 21:44Speaker 2: your platform for you and you don't know about it.
- 21:48Speaker 2: That's a problem right there.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:52Speaker 2: When when Jen was like, well, did you is there
- 21:55Speaker 2: something biblical that you disagree that you are abiding by?
- 22:01Speaker 2: Which is why you, you know, agree with what they're saying.
- 22:07Speaker 2: I mean, I thought that was a good question because
- 22:09Speaker 2: we know that Gretchen is very I don't want to
- 22:12Speaker 2: say religious, but she's right, she's very Christian and a
- 22:17Speaker 2: lot of people depends on what sect of Christianity you're
- 22:22Speaker 2: part of. You can be Christian and not believe the
- 22:25Speaker 2: things that certain sects of Christianity believe or are against.
- 22:29Speaker 2: You know, you have your extremists that are like fully
- 22:34Speaker 2: you know, fully hard in on anything other than what
- 22:39Speaker 2: you know, what fits in their box. Everything else is wrong.
- 22:44Speaker 2: When Heather yelled biblical, I kind of got the chills.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I was like, let's okay, let's go, because, I mean,
- 22:51Speaker 2: I agree with that with that statement by saying, like,
- 22:54Speaker 2: you know, biblically speaking, if you're supposed to be in
- 22:59Speaker 2: thee of God, if you're supposed to be walking in
- 23:02Speaker 2: the shoes of Jesus and loving thy neighbor, it doesn't.
- 23:06Speaker 2: It doesn't apply that you would be against hating or
- 23:11Speaker 2: you would be against anybody and in these extreme ways.
- 23:16Speaker 2: So Jen and then Jen coming back at Heather, that
- 23:20Speaker 2: was that was pretty spicy. I kind of liked that
- 23:24Speaker 2: argument there because I think Jen was bringing up a
- 23:27Speaker 2: point which is a valid point, Like you said, you know,
- 23:30Speaker 2: it's a valid point, and Heather doesn't need to stand
- 23:33Speaker 2: for it either. So I appreciated both sides of that.
- 23:38Speaker 2: When they went to the van and they were like,
- 23:42Speaker 2: you're in a different van, like you can't sit here.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I appreciated that one thousand percent because I was like,
- 23:48Speaker 1: you know what, good for them to be like, I'm
- 23:50Speaker 1: not gonna like literally sit or stand with this. I'm
- 23:53Speaker 1: not I'm cutting ties. I do not want to be
- 23:57Speaker 1: around this. I mean they cut Katie for way life us.
- 24:01Speaker 2: I agree that I agree, and that the argument there
- 24:04Speaker 2: is just insane, like it is kind of like two
- 24:07Speaker 2: different standards. But they were so fast, so fast to
- 24:11Speaker 2: get rid of Katie. And if they're thank goodness, they
- 24:14Speaker 2: kind of stuck to that. If they're going to do that,
- 24:17Speaker 2: they're going to do that. Yeah when uh, but I
- 24:20Speaker 2: think that really hit Gretchen that sort of shook her
- 24:23Speaker 2: up when she realized, like this whole van of women
- 24:28Speaker 2: are against me and there and now this is going
- 24:30Speaker 2: to be a big deal in the media, and to
- 24:33Speaker 2: see her fight for that a little bit was was
- 24:36Speaker 2: interesting because I was kind of like, at first, I thought, well,
- 24:40Speaker 2: I had some of the same questions that everybody else had,
- 24:43Speaker 2: which is like, why wouldn't you fight, and be like,
- 24:46Speaker 2: what the fuck are you talking about? Show me that
- 24:48Speaker 2: right now? This is insane? What are you talking about?
- 24:51Speaker 1: That was It was definitely a drugged situation because I
- 24:55Speaker 1: think she had had so much anxiety and couldn't stop
- 24:58Speaker 1: crying the day before, and she's jetlagged and all that,
- 25:03Speaker 1: and so I think, Okay, she took a xanax right
- 25:05Speaker 1: before this dinner and it's hitting.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 25:08Speaker 1: And I wish she just would have said that because
- 25:10Speaker 1: it would have helped me at least be like, that's
- 25:14Speaker 1: why she's not fighting this, Like she literally can't fight it.
- 25:18Speaker 2: But she thought at but she did say everything that
- 25:21Speaker 2: they wanted her to say when she was at the van,
- 25:24Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying, Like, she did kind of
- 25:26Speaker 2: say everything, which was like, I don't believe this I
- 25:29Speaker 2: don't know what happened, but I'll figure it out kind
- 25:31Speaker 2: of thing. And they were I think some of them
- 25:34Speaker 2: were saying, like, why doesn't she do this? But I
- 25:35Speaker 2: feel like she did say that whether or not it
- 25:38Speaker 2: was too late, it's too late.
- 25:40Speaker 1: About how long they were filming at that table, and
- 25:42Speaker 1: she's just like, I don't know.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I Well, the tough thing for me to get around
- 25:50Speaker 2: is that when she was like, how would you even
- 25:53Speaker 2: find these things? I was like, well, you just kind
- 25:57Speaker 2: of told it in yourself.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know. I feel like there is
- 26:03Speaker 2: so much that people can do these days, with like
- 26:08Speaker 2: hacking accounts and you know, doing this and doing that.
- 26:11Speaker 2: But because they were a few years ago and she
- 26:15Speaker 2: wasn't on the Housewives, and who would have been looking
- 26:21Speaker 2: at that point, you know, why would it be a
- 26:24Speaker 2: news story?
- 26:26Speaker 1: I mean back then, it wasn't a news story back then.
- 26:30Speaker 1: But I guarantee you anybody that was. I I probably
- 26:34Speaker 1: have screen grabs that somebody has sent me from somebody,
- 26:37Speaker 1: you know what I mean, like from yeah years ago.
- 26:39Speaker 2: That are like holy shit, So did that person whoever
- 26:42Speaker 2: did that? That person sent those screenshots to Tamera and
- 26:45Speaker 2: now she's been sitting on it for like a year,
- 26:49Speaker 2: which is yeah, that like very confusing. Okay, So Shannon,
- 26:54Speaker 2: I thought her reaction seemed very real as well, where
- 26:58Speaker 2: she's like I feel kind of duped by this person
- 27:01Speaker 2: and why would we why wouldn't and duped by Tamra,
- 27:05Speaker 2: like why wouldn't you tell us that this was an
- 27:08Speaker 2: existence it's and then also but then bring up all
- 27:10Speaker 2: the the Katie stuff. It's strange to me.
- 27:15Speaker 1: That that is where I am very frustrated with Tamra,
- 27:20Speaker 1: because it's like, I love that Heather and the rest
- 27:25Speaker 1: of the cast, the gals were like, hey, we are out.
- 27:28Speaker 1: I don't want to be filmed with this person. But Tamar,
- 27:32Speaker 1: who's standing with them, like yeah, she's horrible. She's horrible.
- 27:35Speaker 1: It's like, wait, you had all the information and you
- 27:37Speaker 1: still agreed to go through with all of this and
- 27:40Speaker 1: never say anything like that's very screwed up Tamra.
- 27:45Speaker 2: It's like she had her pockets full of things and
- 27:48Speaker 2: she was like just you know, pulling it out whenever
- 27:52Speaker 2: she thought she could use that ammunition to see what's stuck.
- 27:56Speaker 2: And it's nuts.
- 27:58Speaker 1: I mean, unless she was afraid that she had enough
- 28:03Speaker 1: skeletons in her closet with Gretchen in terms of the
- 28:09Speaker 1: naked Wasted Night or like past comments she made about
- 28:13Speaker 1: Slade that he was very quick to bring up. I
- 28:16Speaker 1: don't think that's how Tamara would handle herself now.
- 28:19Speaker 2: But like right, I will say.
- 28:24Speaker 1: One redeeming thing with Gretchen in that moment is that
- 28:27Speaker 1: she didn't go back to the table armed with that
- 28:30Speaker 1: comment from Slade to Tamra. I thought that was kind
- 28:34Speaker 1: of big of Gretchen because she could have gone back
- 28:38Speaker 1: and brought something up from two thousand and eight that
- 28:40Speaker 1: Tarma said and has evolved from.
- 28:43Speaker 2: It just goes to show where Slade's head is at
- 28:46Speaker 2: that he would try to spin it and try to
- 28:49Speaker 2: get her to spin it on something that happened twelve
- 28:52Speaker 2: years ago. And it really proves the point that he
- 28:57Speaker 2: is so much a puppet master and all of this
- 29:00Speaker 2: bringing up all this stuff from the past is the
- 29:03Speaker 2: extra grind with her for so long that he's using
- 29:06Speaker 2: Tamra to justify anything that is happening with with Gretchen.
- 29:11Speaker 2: And I agree with you, I don't think that Tamra
- 29:14Speaker 2: would do that two years ago.
- 29:15Speaker 1: And and here's I do think Gretchen would do it
- 29:19Speaker 1: currently is the thing, Like, I do think that it's
- 29:22Speaker 1: not out of the realm of Gretchen to me for
- 29:27Speaker 1: a variety of reasons. But I'm just like, I'm I'm
- 29:31Speaker 1: I'm buying this. I can see it.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Now, in fairness, she reminded us of her drag Queen
- 29:40Speaker 1: breakfast and I was Tupperware party. Yes, I'm like, oh yeah,
- 29:46Speaker 1: I wonder if you would do that now?
- 29:49Speaker 2: Right? And would you do that now exactly because I thought, wait,
- 29:52Speaker 2: you had a drag a drag Tupperware party, Like when
- 29:58Speaker 2: was that? And was that off camera? Would and then
- 30:00Speaker 2: it was like all the way back twelve years ago
- 30:02Speaker 2: and I thought, well, that was just like a production thing,
- 30:04Speaker 2: you know, right. But you know, I also appreciated Jen
- 30:12Speaker 2: having an AHA moment in the van, which was like
- 30:15Speaker 2: I went to the account's page and I couldn't find
- 30:18Speaker 2: any boes. The word is she liked it, and I
- 30:21Speaker 2: feel like I'm up on.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I mean, I do feel like Gina saying that.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Oh sorry, who did I say, Tamra Jen? Oh? Sorry?
- 30:28Speaker 2: Oh I said Jen?
- 30:29Speaker 1: But Jen? But Jen also was Gina's going through it.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I think Jen in her confessional is like we got played.
- 30:36Speaker 1: We're getting played yeah by Tamra.
- 30:40Speaker 2: M but I I.
- 30:44Speaker 1: So then, like, I don't know, do you want to
- 30:45Speaker 1: talk about like that final scene because like where they're
- 30:50Speaker 1: gathered around the speakerphone and there's somebody in a modulated
- 30:53Speaker 1: voice saying.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Follow while you're cult Okay, So yeah, that Tamra's been
- 31:02Speaker 2: leaking stories to this blogger, like play by plays about
- 31:07Speaker 2: what's going on in the on the season, right, which
- 31:12Speaker 2: has nothing to do with Gretchen and these tweets by
- 31:18Speaker 2: the way, I'm sorry Instagram posts.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Well no, because they did make some reference to it,
- 31:25Speaker 1: but not that Tamra made them up. She's just giving
- 31:28Speaker 1: them the news of the day. And then Gretchen we
- 31:31Speaker 1: have rice and that. But but it's still pretty nebulous.
- 31:36Speaker 1: But I don't know, like in terms of the information
- 31:39Speaker 1: he's saying he got from Tamra, it's like, oh, we
- 31:43Speaker 1: were at an event.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Some of it I'm like, is camera Yeah. I'm also
- 31:48Speaker 2: like that was there, right, And you know what we do,
- 31:52Speaker 2: we get these all the time. We see it all
- 31:54Speaker 2: the time. We see screenshots of people filming and like
- 31:58Speaker 2: these little blurbs. It's like it looks like Gretchen and
- 32:00Speaker 2: was really met at Heather And none of it really
- 32:04Speaker 2: means it's just kind of bullet points. Yeah, if she
- 32:11Speaker 2: is leaking that stuff, she's gonna get in a lot
- 32:14Speaker 2: of trouble with Bravo. I mean, that's major bullshit. She
- 32:17Speaker 2: should not be doing that. I mean, and what is
- 32:20Speaker 2: she getting in return? What is the arrangement? I would
- 32:23Speaker 2: have liked that person to have said, what are they?
- 32:26Speaker 2: What is she gaining from that? Like? What is she
- 32:28Speaker 2: getting back from that? Mm hmm.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it seemed like, yeah, why why would she?
- 32:37Speaker 2: Right, what is the motivation behind her leaking the whole
- 32:43Speaker 2: season to them?
- 32:45Speaker 1: Yeah? But what would be the motivation for this blogger
- 32:49Speaker 1: saying it? Well, there's a lot of incentive for this
- 32:52Speaker 1: person to say, I don't know the person, by the way,
- 32:54Speaker 1: I don't know who they were. It might be out
- 32:56Speaker 1: there now. I just don't know. But when I was
- 32:59Speaker 1: watching it, I was like, there's a lot more incentive
- 33:01Speaker 1: for this blogger to be on here saying that they
- 33:05Speaker 1: have all this information, which wasn't a lot of information.
- 33:09Speaker 2: No, it wasn't anything that was like damning.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Yeah, And to your point, it's a lot of things
- 33:17Speaker 1: that that get leaked out anyway. And then the most
- 33:23Speaker 1: like Tamra thing that was said was that she stormed
- 33:26Speaker 1: out of the Western Party because congression.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Oh right, the most damning thing was like she quit
- 33:32Speaker 2: and then when she returned, she took the high road.
- 33:36Speaker 1: But she said she quit to everyone online, we all
- 33:40Speaker 1: saw right right, that's right.
- 33:45Speaker 2: So I don't know.
- 33:45Speaker 1: It felt very pet psychic to me. With Shannon and
- 33:50Speaker 1: jan I'm like, guys, what are we doing here? Yeah,
- 33:55Speaker 1: but I could be the other part of that is
- 33:58Speaker 1: like maybe there were there were more details, but it
- 34:01Speaker 1: just didn't feel like she was I couldn't lock in
- 34:05Speaker 1: on really bold details. I know they said that they
- 34:08Speaker 1: heard them, but I really didn't hear anything that you
- 34:11Speaker 1: wouldn't see just watching a film happening, watching them film
- 34:16Speaker 1: somewhere in public.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Darling's one skin holiday offer coming at you. It's exciting,

- 42:03Speaker 2: To Know that she had the information about Gretchen for
- 42:06Speaker 2: an entire year, basically throughout the entire season is weird
- 42:12Speaker 2: to me. To know that she's giving this blogger information
- 42:16Speaker 2: is weird to me. There's so much about it that's
- 42:19Speaker 2: just like, do we really want someone on the show
- 42:23Speaker 2: that's going to be playing so many different sides and
- 42:26Speaker 2: be orchestrating so much, because it's becoming really annoying to watch,
- 42:33Speaker 2: Like I don't think I like this season much at all,
- 42:37Speaker 2: Like I'm not walking away from it. I really loved
- 42:41Speaker 2: disheveled Shannon and the rest I could have done without, Like, honestly, well.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I love I did love that the women stood there
- 42:51Speaker 1: ground and had a backbone in that moment at the
- 42:54Speaker 1: dinner table with Gretchen and afterwards, and what it did
- 42:59Speaker 1: for me was made me really realize that the reality
- 43:02Speaker 1: is Tamra will have a backbone fade when she needs it,
- 43:07Speaker 1: and she'll hold on and she'll film whatever, and she's
- 43:10Speaker 1: just playing cards like she doesn't playing Like, if you
- 43:14Speaker 1: really cared about this, Tamra, you would have stood up
- 43:17Speaker 1: this second it was going to happen and be like
- 43:21Speaker 1: this is crazy. You're gonna support this, like what are
- 43:23Speaker 1: we doing? And have it figured out then rather than
- 43:27Speaker 1: just sitting back and waiting and producing. I just didn't
- 43:32Speaker 1: like it.
- 43:34Speaker 2: And then having Gina bring it up. That's weird too, And.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I get that Tamra's like, no one's gonna believe me
- 43:41Speaker 1: if I bring it up, and I'm like, you should
- 43:42Speaker 1: have brought it up day one. This is I absolutely
- 43:46Speaker 1: and like I felt really let down by Tamra because
- 43:49Speaker 1: I always think that she's really important, but now I'm like, man,
- 43:55Speaker 1: I don't like this.
- 43:56Speaker 2: I don't like it either, I do know like it.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Shannon was pissed too, yeah, and.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Rightfully so, because there's Tamra knowing all this information and
- 44:08Speaker 1: being like I'm not going to say anything. I'm just
- 44:11Speaker 1: gonna keep going down roads that like no one gives
- 44:15Speaker 1: two shits about with Gretchen, Like, meanwhile, you're holding this
- 44:18Speaker 1: thing that like basically Shannon's blindly co signing and hanging
- 44:23Speaker 1: out and like has no idea.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Yeah, and Gretchen, I'm sorry, and Tamra is coming after
- 44:30Speaker 2: her with other stuff. Well because really Gretchen kind of
- 44:34Speaker 2: spearheaded that, but she could have thrown this at her
- 44:37Speaker 2: face a long time ago. And yet she's trying to
- 44:40Speaker 2: like then make up with her and like move on,
- 44:43Speaker 2: only to say at the very end, desgusting. Now do
- 44:48Speaker 2: you see why I haven't don't like this this person?
- 44:50Speaker 2: You can't trust her. It's like, well then why try
- 44:52Speaker 2: to make up with her? Why are you doing?
- 44:55Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, because if you're sitting on this information as
- 44:58Speaker 1: Tama was, and you're saying that you care about the
- 45:01Speaker 1: LGBTQ plus community and then you're just like ignoring, that's
- 45:09Speaker 1: not what I want to support either.
- 45:11Speaker 2: That's a really good point. And is it really for
- 45:15Speaker 2: the LGBTQ plus community to bring this up about another
- 45:19Speaker 2: person on a show to create more hate and to
- 45:24Speaker 2: rustle up instead of having a side bar conversation, you know, Yeah,
- 45:32Speaker 2: where was the about it? If?
- 45:34Speaker 1: Yeah, like if I wanted Tamar to actually care about
- 45:39Speaker 1: this instead of using it as ammo for her for
- 45:42Speaker 1: Tamra's storyline.
- 45:44Speaker 2: And she hates her so much that that's what she's
- 45:46Speaker 2: gonna do. And that's what I think we're going to
- 45:48Speaker 2: see in the reunion, is Tamar justifying like, I will
- 45:53Speaker 2: take you down to your studs because of what you've
- 45:55Speaker 2: done to me.
- 45:56Speaker 1: I guess so. But like Gretchen, if you know, if
- 45:59Speaker 1: this this this real, Gretchen took her own self down
- 46:01Speaker 1: to studs. I just don't like that. Tamra was fine
- 46:05Speaker 1: with it until she needed something out of it, and
- 46:09Speaker 1: then she was like, oh this is bad now.
- 46:11Speaker 2: See yeah, it's all about the accounts. It's all about
- 46:15Speaker 2: the bloggers and the memes and the accounts and the likes.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Well, but if that's your main source of business, as
- 46:23Speaker 1: Gretchen keeps saying it that it is, I do think
- 46:26Speaker 1: that it does play into this because it's like we
- 46:30Speaker 1: would see somebody else at work and now we're seeing
- 46:32Speaker 1: the inside of Gretchen's work. And I've heard the argument too,
- 46:36Speaker 1: like oh it was a carousel and she didn't scroll
- 46:38Speaker 1: all the way through and maybe just accidentally or was
- 46:42Speaker 1: liking something that was a different picture in the carousel,
- 46:45Speaker 1: And I'm like, if your business and your whole identity
- 46:49Speaker 1: is this account that has your name on it, and
- 46:52Speaker 1: is your business, take the less than one second to
- 46:56Speaker 1: slide through the whole carousel see what's doing and like if.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Then if she has somebody else doing it, that's also
- 47:05Speaker 2: your fault.
- 47:05Speaker 1: That's also your response.
- 47:07Speaker 2: We would never have anybody else run my account, not
- 47:10Speaker 2: that I'm that active on it, but like, can you imagine, well,
- 47:14Speaker 2: trusting your account to somebody else they can just go
- 47:16Speaker 2: rogue and do whatever they want.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, especially if you have that much writing
- 47:21Speaker 1: on it financially, as Gretchen says she does. I mean
- 47:24Speaker 1: I get other people being a part of it, but like,
- 47:27Speaker 1: at the end of the day, it's it's your newspaper.
- 47:29Speaker 1: You'd be the editor, Like what are you doing? And
- 47:31Speaker 1: you're in charge.
- 47:34Speaker 2: Well, when they went on that swinging excursion and Tamar
- 47:37Speaker 2: and Gretchen were on that swing together, I mean, it
- 47:39Speaker 2: was feeling like real hopeful then that they would be
- 47:43Speaker 2: able to move on And oh my god, I.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Could barely watch that scene because I was terrified.
- 47:49Speaker 2: Who would do that? I can't believe all four of
- 47:52Speaker 2: those ladies did it. I can't believe it. Like some
- 47:56Speaker 2: of these gals do these like wild things on the shows,
- 48:01Speaker 2: and I would not do a lot of them would
- 48:04Speaker 2: never do that.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I wouldn't even go on that roof. And then I'm like,
- 48:08Speaker 1: they're wearing their sunglasses, like what if they fall off?
- 48:11Speaker 1: What if my shoe falls off?
- 48:13Speaker 2: Like, oh, my my stomach is getting butterflies just thinking
- 48:16Speaker 2: about it.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Meanwhile, I would spend all day watching Shannon go through
- 48:22Speaker 1: that maze microdosing.
- 48:24Speaker 2: That was amazing. That was amazing, just like the name
- 48:28Speaker 2: a maze was uh so like they were in that maze.
- 48:34Speaker 2: They were they microdosing mushrooms? Is that what it was? Okay? Yeah,
- 48:39Speaker 2: I mean her they had their pictures in the maze,
- 48:43Speaker 2: which makes me think that there really was Housewives music.
- 48:47Speaker 1: I think that that is why Shannon was thinking that too.
- 48:51Speaker 1: I think she was just like, oh, we're now fully
- 48:55Speaker 1: in housewives world because they have our pictures.
- 48:58Speaker 2: No, but she heard it before or they even went
- 49:00Speaker 2: in there.
- 49:02Speaker 1: Oh was it before?
- 49:03Speaker 2: Yeah, they were sitting in the chairs. They hadn't even
- 49:05Speaker 2: gone in yet.
- 49:06Speaker 1: Oh that's hilarious. I didn't put that together like in retrospect.
- 49:11Speaker 1: I thought like Shannon was just in that world because
- 49:13Speaker 1: of the picture.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Right right, Yeah, She's like, what are those drums? What
- 49:18Speaker 2: are those drums?
- 49:20Speaker 1: I love that. Heather called it the creepy clown music
- 49:24Speaker 1: from Housewives, and it is. She's right, it is creepy
- 49:30Speaker 1: clown music. It is totally.
- 49:35Speaker 2: Wow. She's so right, especially Orange County, like Orange County
- 49:37Speaker 2: really uh huh yeah, weird, uh huh uh okay, So yeah,
- 49:47Speaker 2: they went through that maze. What else do they do?
- 49:50Speaker 2: Bike riding and the waffle making true flawful mm hmm.
- 50:00Speaker 2: Gina when they were at the maze place and it
- 50:04Speaker 2: was how they're Shannon and Gina, and Gina's like when
- 50:09Speaker 2: Gretchen was crying the night before she goes, I feel
- 50:11Speaker 2: bad for Greagen Lea's.
- 50:14Speaker 1: Name she called this episode when they were in the van. Yeah,
- 50:23Speaker 1: maybe it was when they were leaving and she was
- 50:25Speaker 1: saying boom boom boom. Gina was like boy boying boyme
- 50:30Speaker 1: boying boying boying, and she's like, you're hausing problems like.
- 50:36Speaker 2: Hausing, Oh my god, Gretchen.
- 50:43Speaker 1: Is housing problem.
- 50:46Speaker 2: I was why Eving broms. So many people do not
- 50:51Speaker 2: like Emily and Gina. Emily, many people, how do you
- 50:57Speaker 2: darlings feel? They don't like Gene.
- 51:00Speaker 1: I know Emily's getting it this season.
- 51:03Speaker 2: They see them as like one, you know, contained character.
- 51:08Speaker 2: I think they couple them together. They just are like
- 51:13Speaker 2: what are they doing on this show? But here's the thing,
- 51:16Speaker 2: like I I like them. Well, yeah, Dan has a
- 51:20Speaker 2: problem with both of them. But I have seen on
- 51:22Speaker 2: social media like a lot of rhetoric we'll call it
- 51:26Speaker 2: rhetoric against them. And I'm like, just wait until you
- 51:30Speaker 2: get some other Orange County ladies in there, and nobody's
- 51:34Speaker 2: gonna be down to earth like they're very down to
- 51:37Speaker 2: earth like there is there are moments when I do
- 51:40Speaker 2: love when Emily's like, Gretchen, just shut your fucking mouth.
- 51:44Speaker 2: You know. Yeah, yeah, where it's not it's not so
- 51:48Speaker 2: intense where you're like, whoa, that was bone chilling and evil.
- 51:52Speaker 2: You're like, that just sounds like your brother yelling at you.
- 51:55Speaker 2: You know.
- 51:56Speaker 1: I think with yes, with Emily, I think I think
- 52:00Speaker 1: that there's like she's got a bite to her that is,
- 52:05Speaker 1: it has a lot of hypocrisy to it that you
- 52:07Speaker 1: can see right through right away, Like the way she
- 52:09Speaker 1: went after Katie was like you're doing that to Katie,
- 52:12Speaker 1: but you're not doing that, or like yeah, there's just
- 52:17Speaker 1: a lot of that where I'm like, what, I don't
- 52:19Speaker 1: like that. But I like Emily and I like Gina.
- 52:23Speaker 2: I like them both.
- 52:24Speaker 1: Yeah, But so it's not perfect.
- 52:26Speaker 2: They're not, And I think people just have a problem,
- 52:29Speaker 2: especially because their storylines are, you know, not anything much
- 52:33Speaker 2: at all. And I get it, but I think people
- 52:37Speaker 2: might be a little bit sorry if they get recast
- 52:39Speaker 2: and then we have these you know, ready for my
- 52:43Speaker 2: close up thirsty housewives that aren't just in La La land,
- 52:47Speaker 2: and I don't want any of that. Like I'm saying,
- 52:50Speaker 2: bring them on, but you got to keep the grounded
- 52:53Speaker 2: ones who are just there to be somewhat real and
- 52:56Speaker 2: a little wacky for sure. For sure.
- 53:02Speaker 1: Yeah, Jen, I would say, of anybody, I could like,
- 53:08Speaker 1: Jen's fine, but I'm like if she wasn't there next season.
- 53:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Also like I'm kind of okay with the Tamera break
- 53:15Speaker 1: again and I also don't Wangress too.
- 53:18Speaker 2: I agree, you've got to get rid of both of them. Yeah, neither,
- 53:22Speaker 2: oh god, yeah, both both.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:26Speaker 2: Heather goes to her parents old house. That was interesting
- 53:30Speaker 2: to see.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Very house is awesome.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Yeah, oh my god, beautiful. Yeah, and Heather and Emily
- 53:37Speaker 2: have a very like, you know, good moment with connecting
- 53:42Speaker 2: over their dads and and really Emily's parents she's felt
- 53:45Speaker 2: abandoned by both of her parents and Heather pouring the
- 53:49Speaker 2: ashes in the river, which was a sweet moment. Yeah.
- 53:52Speaker 1: I And also it was good to for me anyway
- 53:54Speaker 1: to be reminded about Emily's upbringing because it kind of
- 53:59Speaker 1: reminded me of me why she's been so vocal about
- 54:02Speaker 1: Luke's challenges, because I've been like kind of a little
- 54:05Speaker 1: put not put off, but just like, oh, I hope
- 54:07Speaker 1: this is like I hope you don't regret making this
- 54:10Speaker 1: so public, right, get it? But like I don't. And
- 54:14Speaker 1: then I was like, I think because she's talked about
- 54:19Speaker 1: her like a neglect in her childhood and stuff, I
- 54:22Speaker 1: think with this she's like I am very present and
- 54:26Speaker 1: I'm very vocal, and I'm very much paying attention, and
- 54:30Speaker 1: I think we're seeing that. That's why we're getting a
- 54:32Speaker 1: lot of that.
- 54:33Speaker 2: It's a really good point. Yeah. Yeah, but yeah, I
- 54:38Speaker 2: like Emily the dinner when when it was like when
- 54:43Speaker 2: Shannon shows up and she's wearing the short skirt and
- 54:46Speaker 2: gens like, ooh mini skirts. Ye, and Gretchen told Shannon
- 54:52Speaker 2: what Emily, and they were like joking about what they
- 54:54Speaker 2: said about Shannon about the spanks, and Shannon's like, I
- 54:58Speaker 2: heard what you guys said about no guy's ever gonna
- 55:01Speaker 2: want to be with me because because I wear spanks
- 55:04Speaker 2: and and and all that does is redistribute the fat
- 55:08Speaker 2: and because when you take it off, the fat pop
- 55:10Speaker 2: pops out like a biscuits. And I just, I just
- 55:13Speaker 2: I don't like that she had it literally word for word. Actually,
- 55:20Speaker 2: like the game of telephone worked against the game of telephone,
- 55:24Speaker 2: because whatever Gretchen said it was exactly I mean, for
- 55:29Speaker 2: the most part, it was the most the exception of
- 55:33Speaker 2: that no guy will ever want her, But they meant it.
- 55:36Speaker 2: I understand what they meant, like it was a joke
- 55:38Speaker 2: and yeah, but that's tough. That's tough.
- 55:41Speaker 1: That's and I think that you could see that as
- 55:43Speaker 1: another one of Emily's hypocrisies, because like Heather could not
- 55:48Speaker 1: even give her a pair of jeans at that fashion show,
- 55:52Speaker 1: and I fully got where Emily was coming from. On
- 55:55Speaker 1: that without feeling a certain she was feeling a certain way,
- 55:59Speaker 1: and so like for her to comment on the spanks
- 56:01Speaker 1: with Shannon when we were all like, wait, we learned
- 56:04Speaker 1: a lesson from you, Emily, but.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Absolutely I did. I thought that was very hypocritical. I
- 56:08Speaker 2: thought the exact same thing, and she's done that many
- 56:11Speaker 2: times with body stuff, which is frustrating.
- 56:16Speaker 1: But I do feel like Gretchen made it more personal
- 56:19Speaker 1: to Shannon, but it was still about Shannon. But like
- 56:23Speaker 1: I got in the van, like Emily was basically she
- 56:27Speaker 1: was saying generally, when you wear spanks, this is what happens.
- 56:30Speaker 1: Where's it going to go? But if it had been
- 56:34Speaker 1: Shannon saying that about Emily in the exact same way, yeah, oh,
- 56:38Speaker 1: the past.
- 56:39Speaker 2: Has taught us a lesson, they wouldn't have been, you know,
- 56:43Speaker 2: set aside, and they wouldn't have moved on from it.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 56:47Speaker 2: And I did appreciate Gretchen and saying, Emily, you never
- 56:49Speaker 2: take accountability, which is so funny because it's like her
- 56:52Speaker 2: first season with Emily, she doesn't even know her, So
- 56:54Speaker 2: I'm like, what are you basing this onto? Watched? Yeah,
- 57:02Speaker 2: and then she's like, we were just making fun of saying,
- 57:05Speaker 2: I mean, we were just saying how funny you are,
- 57:07Speaker 2: and then her getting up and she's like okay, and
- 57:10Speaker 2: then the tag of the skirt. I was like, is
- 57:13Speaker 2: this planned? It's too perfect? It's too perfect of a.
- 57:16Speaker 3: Bit, I mean it is it was I like, I
- 57:21Speaker 3: guess I was like, oh, yeah, me too, I love it.
- 57:28Speaker 1: I also was like, Shannon, can you wear any other sweater?
- 57:31Speaker 1: When she's wearing the American flag sweater and running her
- 57:34Speaker 1: bike into people on the bike path of like you
- 57:37Speaker 1: were representing us? What are you doing?
- 57:40Speaker 2: I think that's why she wanted them to know, like
- 57:42Speaker 2: I'm the one who ran into a house, so watch out.
- 57:46Speaker 1: I'm from the United States and we don't know how
- 57:49Speaker 1: to ride bikes.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Ah. Brother. Well, we did get a little sneak peak
- 57:55Speaker 2: of Troy the new dog that Shannon had, yeah, and credits,
- 58:00Speaker 2: and we.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Got a sneak peek at Slate's new hair, which is
- 58:04Speaker 1: very Caroline Manzo season one.
- 58:08Speaker 2: How is that at the end?
- 58:10Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that was like a washed out like
- 58:14Speaker 1: he combed to the side swash.
- 58:17Speaker 2: The color, the style, the quaffing. I don't know what
- 58:20Speaker 2: is happening there, but it was. It was disturbing.
- 58:24Speaker 1: Yeah, it was both of them. That they're of them
- 58:27Speaker 1: talking Gretchen and Slay to the end was very eighties televangelists,
- 58:31Speaker 1: the two of them.
- 58:32Speaker 2: Yes. Oh how about when Gina burned her hair with
- 58:37Speaker 2: Emily's straightener.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I you know, you have those adapters overseas
- 58:45Speaker 1: and sometimes especially like I've burned out so many like
- 58:49Speaker 1: curling irons and hair dryers, just like smoked them out
- 58:53Speaker 1: trying to get the adapter to work for it over
- 58:56Speaker 1: there with their electricity. So I was like, oh, she
- 59:01Speaker 1: is gonna fry that hair. I bet if she like
- 59:03Speaker 1: accidentally turned it up too much. Oh god, not good.
- 59:07Speaker 2: My year's doing fire. She took it pretty well. Hey yeah, yea,
- 59:16Speaker 2: I will all right, that's enough. That's enough of Orange County.
- 59:20Speaker 2: I mean, lat it's over. I we really need to
- 59:24Speaker 2: wrap this up before BRAVOCONN. I kind of wish that
- 59:26Speaker 2: we have already had the reunion. I just I feel
- 59:28Speaker 2: like I need to move on from this. I'm like,
- 59:30Speaker 2: I'm done done with Orange County. Uh well, that's look,
- 59:35Speaker 2: I'm sorry, wing Boing Boying. Please see my post on

- 59:53Speaker 2: gonna be doing shows, just not as many as usual,
