Mega Edition: Why Wasn't Jeffrey Epstein Required To Register As An Offender In New Mexico (8/14/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Since the very beginning of this case, I knew that
0:02
Speaker 1: what was going on in New Mexico was absolutely ridiculous.
0:08
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein didn't just happen to fall into New Mexico.
0:12
Speaker 1: He didn't just happen to choose Stanley New Mexico right
0:16
Speaker 1: outside of Santa Fe by accident. It was done specifically,
0:23
Speaker 1: and there are several reasons why. Now. We know that
0:27
Speaker 1: he wanted to be closer to the Santa Fe Institute
0:31
Speaker 1: and to some of his other scientists buddies at Los Alamos,
0:36
Speaker 1: but there was more. The fact that Jeffrey Epstein did
0:42
Speaker 1: not have to register as a sex offender in New
0:45
Speaker 1: Mexico most certainly played into the motivation of him purchasing
0:51
Speaker 1: that ranch in the first place. We know that him
0:54
Speaker 1: and Gile and Maxwell and their handlers were playing the
0:57
Speaker 1: long game. We know that these people weren't making snap decisions.
1:02
Speaker 1: They had a blueprint laid out and they followed it
1:05
Speaker 1: to the tee. And the fact that New Mexico was
1:09
Speaker 1: a place where you do not have to register as
1:12
Speaker 1: a sex offender if you've committed in another state on
1:15
Speaker 1: certain levels is part of their plan. Right. New Mexico
1:21
Speaker 1: just happened to be the perfect place for Jeffrey Epstein
1:25
Speaker 1: and Gilain Maxwell and their handlers to run this operation
1:30
Speaker 1: in the middle of the desert, nobody around, all kinds
1:34
Speaker 1: of secrecy, access to several airports, access to a vibrant
1:39
Speaker 1: scientific community, and the cherry on top his perverted ass
1:45
Speaker 1: doesn't even have their register and still to this day,
1:52
Speaker 1: New Mexico has not fixed their laws. And I don't
1:55
Speaker 1: want to feel like I'm jumping on New Mexico as
1:58
Speaker 1: a whole, right because I really enjoyed my time there
2:01
Speaker 1: when I was in Santa Fe. The time that I
2:03
Speaker 1: spent in uh, you know, the old downtown area of
2:06
Speaker 1: Santa Fe and Albuquerque had some cool spots and it's
2:10
Speaker 1: a beautiful place if you're into the Southwest, and I
2:13
Speaker 1: most certainly am, so I don't want to act like,
2:16
Speaker 1: you know, the people of New Mexico are all kinds
2:18
Speaker 1: of screwy, but the politicians in New Mexico, they all
2:22
Speaker 1: need to be checked. This is abhorrent that this guy
2:28
Speaker 1: that is such a prolific offender didn't have to register
2:33
Speaker 1: within the state. And to top that off, here we
2:37
Speaker 1: are a year later. Longer than a year later, I mean,
2:41
Speaker 1: and still no raid of Zoro Ranch. Still nothing And
2:46
Speaker 1: according to the local authorities, oh yeah, we have an
2:49
Speaker 1: investigation running, but we've seen nothing of the sort. And
2:53
Speaker 1: like I reported back in February, when I was in
2:55
Speaker 1: New Mexico speaking with sources about Zoro Ranch and what
3:00
Speaker 1: occurred there and what allegedly occurred there, it was pretty
3:04
Speaker 1: common knowledge to people that were around the city of
3:08
Speaker 1: Santa Fe and the surrounding area that Jeffrey Epstein was
3:13
Speaker 1: a gross son of a bitch. And they always knew
3:16
Speaker 1: that he was there too because of the light pollution
3:18
Speaker 1: from people partying at the ranch, So people in town
3:23
Speaker 1: knew what the deal was with Epstein. People understood that
3:26
Speaker 1: he was a gross bastard, and they also understood that somehow,
3:31
Speaker 1: some way, hint hint money, Jeffrey Epstein was able to
3:35
Speaker 1: finesse a lot of the high top politicians in the state,
3:40
Speaker 1: and he had his own little fiefdom down there in Stanley,
3:44
Speaker 1: pretty much right private property, all those acres, nobody around,
3:49
Speaker 1: his own private security force, helicopters to ferry people in
3:53
Speaker 1: and out under secrecy. And still were sitting here wondering
4:02
Speaker 1: what's the real story about Zoro Ranch and New Mexico.
4:07
Speaker 1: We haven't even got past the surface of what was
4:11
Speaker 1: going on in the deserts of Stanley, New Mexico. Folks.
4:15
Speaker 1: There's a lot more here, and I don't I'm not gonna,
4:19
Speaker 1: you know, take any giant leaps or anything, but New
4:22
Speaker 1: Mexico is a place where there is a serious problem
4:26
Speaker 1: with sex trafficking and especially indigenous girls going missing. And
4:32
Speaker 1: it's scary to think how many girls that were caught
4:38
Speaker 1: up in this whole entire ordeal are unnamed. And when
4:42
Speaker 1: you look at the desolation that Zoro Ranch offers, it's
4:47
Speaker 1: a scary, scary thing to think about. So let's jump
4:52
Speaker 1: into our article here from KOAT Action News. It's a
4:58
Speaker 1: local New Mexico station and this article was first published
5:05
Speaker 1: July eleventh of two thousand and nineteen. The headline Jeffrey
5:11
Speaker 1: Epstein did not have to register as sex offender after
5:15
Speaker 1: setting up Stanley residence. Isn't that nice? Sure makes you
5:18
Speaker 1: feel comfortable if you're living in Santa Fe, huh, Or
5:21
Speaker 1: if you're living in Albuquerque or any of the surrounding areas.
5:25
Speaker 1: And Santa Fe is a pretty affluent community, folks. I mean,
5:29
Speaker 1: it's not a very big place, but it's not a
5:31
Speaker 1: cheap place to live by any means. And there is
5:35
Speaker 1: a vibrant, rich community there, artists, et cetera, et cetera.
5:39
Speaker 1: So I mean, imagine you're one of these people. You
5:42
Speaker 1: could spend two three million dollars on a piece of property,
5:46
Speaker 1: and you find out that people can move there from
5:48
Speaker 1: other states who are sex offenders and not have to register.
5:52
Speaker 1: Talk about picking up shop and moving asap. This article
5:58
Speaker 1: was authored by Christine Pay, billionaire financier pedophile. Jeffrey Epstein,
6:05
Speaker 1: a convicted sex offender in Florida, was set to be
6:08
Speaker 1: registered as one in New Mexico when he planned to
6:11
Speaker 1: come to the state years ago, according to documents obtained
6:14
Speaker 1: by Target seven. All right, it sounds kosher so far,
6:19
Speaker 1: all right. He was going to register in New Mexico
6:22
Speaker 1: when he planned to come, according to these documents that
6:24
Speaker 1: were obtained by the reporters, and everything was on pace
6:29
Speaker 1: to be how it should be. But Epstein's registration was
6:34
Speaker 1: withdrawn due to differences in state laws in Florida and
6:37
Speaker 1: New Mexico. You know what we call that, folks, That's
6:41
Speaker 1: called a loophole. And how many times am I railing
6:44
Speaker 1: about loopholes. The justice system is nothing but loopholes created
6:49
Speaker 1: for scumbags like Epstein, his bagmen, his handlers, and the
6:54
Speaker 1: other dirt bags that move and so called polite society
6:58
Speaker 1: so that they can navigate the law, so that they
7:01
Speaker 1: can play on a different field than the rest of us.
7:06
Speaker 1: It goes back to Epstein setting up a residence and
7:08
Speaker 1: a luxury mansion near Stanley years ago. Records obtained from
7:12
Speaker 1: the Santa Fe County Sheriff's office show Epstein listed the
7:16
Speaker 1: mansion as his new Mexico address in twenty ten. Now
7:19
Speaker 1: remember that was after he was already convicted. So if
7:23
Speaker 1: you're living in a place with normal laws that care
7:26
Speaker 1: about the community and care about keeping the community aware
7:30
Speaker 1: of the sort of people that might have access to
7:32
Speaker 1: their children, well then you know you might want to
7:36
Speaker 1: hear about Jeffrey Epstein moving into the neighborhood or becoming
7:41
Speaker 1: a resident. But because he didn't have to register, nobody
7:45
Speaker 1: knew the change of address. Pinged Florida Law enforcement to
7:50
Speaker 1: give the new Mexico Department of Public Safety a heads up,
7:53
Speaker 1: saying Epstein intended to move or visit the state. Now
7:57
Speaker 1: we know Florida has been absolutely in derelict in their
8:01
Speaker 1: duty when it comes to prosecuting Jeffrey Epstein or holding
8:05
Speaker 1: him or his co conspirators accountable for what they did.
8:10
Speaker 1: But at least they had the good sense to call
8:13
Speaker 1: the New Mexican law authority and let them know that
8:16
Speaker 1: Epstein had changed his address, he was a sex offender
8:20
Speaker 1: and they might want to update their registry as well.
8:25
Speaker 1: Florida officials notified New Mexico DPS on July twenty second,
8:30
Speaker 1: twenty ten, that Epstein was a convicted sex offender from
8:33
Speaker 1: a two thousand and eight case in Florida involving procurement
8:37
Speaker 1: of a person under eighteen for prostitution. Yeah, you're a
8:42
Speaker 1: sex offender, homie. I don't know how anyone can finagle that, right,
8:45
Speaker 1: but I guess when you have the notorious one mister
8:50
Speaker 1: naked volleyball playing I kept my underpants on Dershowitz, all
8:56
Speaker 1: is possible. Right when you have that man as your lawyer, Well,
9:00
Speaker 1: you are hooked up and you will not have to
9:04
Speaker 1: register as a sex offender in New Mexico especially. I mean,
9:08
Speaker 1: you know, Alan Dershowitz is your guy, right, he knows everybody. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
9:16
Speaker 1: The next day, New Mexico DPS sent Epstein a letter
9:19
Speaker 1: stating he must register as a sex offender in New Mexico,
9:23
Speaker 1: and before doing so, must provide the Santa Fe County
9:26
Speaker 1: Sheriff's office with the judgment and sentence regarding your sex events,
9:31
Speaker 1: your sex offense conviction. So they send him this the
9:36
Speaker 1: next day after they receive the information from Florida about
9:43
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein being a convicted sexual offender with a charge
9:47
Speaker 1: of procuring some one under eighteen for prostitution, which is
9:52
Speaker 1: ridiculous on its face, and for another conversation at another point,
9:56
Speaker 1: I guess, but we all know that that is what
10:00
Speaker 1: he should have been in jail for or convicted of.
10:05
Speaker 1: But by August that year, a second letter from the
10:08
Speaker 1: New Mexico DPS stated Epstein no longer had to register. Yeah,
10:13
Speaker 1: you know, no big deal, No big deal, Jeff you
10:16
Speaker 1: come here. We know that you're a good guy. I mean,
10:19
Speaker 1: you threw a bunch of money around in our elections. Here.
10:21
Speaker 1: You and Bill Richardson are homies. Mister Bill Richardson, who
10:25
Speaker 1: runs New Mexico like it's his own little kingdom. Yeah,
10:30
Speaker 1: the same Bill Richardson that's being credibly accused of partaking
10:33
Speaker 1: in Jeffrey Epstein's sordid affairs. By the way, Yeah, that
10:37
Speaker 1: Bill Richardson and that New Mexico. It turns out Epstein's
10:42
Speaker 1: Florida prostitution conviction involved a girl aged seventeen, and the
10:47
Speaker 1: rules are different when it comes to that particular offense
10:50
Speaker 1: in New Mexico. You don't think Jeffrey Epstein knew this
10:54
Speaker 1: in twenty ten after his conviction. You don't think that
10:57
Speaker 1: he knew that he could not register as a sex offender.
11:01
Speaker 1: Thus changes address to New Mexico. Furthermore, when the prosecutors
11:07
Speaker 1: first had this case in Palm Beach, there was girls
11:11
Speaker 1: much younger than seventeen that were abused by Jeffrey Epstein,
11:15
Speaker 1: but instead they went with the girl who was seventeen,
11:18
Speaker 1: So it looked like Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, it could have
11:21
Speaker 1: been faked, could have been fooled. It was the girl's fault.
11:24
Speaker 1: I'm so sick of that bullshit with these people all
11:26
Speaker 1: the time, the same toads, the same serpents, the same story.
11:33
Speaker 1: While in New Mexico we expressly disapprove of such conduct
11:37
Speaker 1: as specific to this case, the determination made when someone
11:41
Speaker 1: must register in New Mexico is a fact based inquiry.
11:44
Speaker 1: A New Mexico DPS spokesman said in an email statement, Folks,
11:48
Speaker 1: you see what the problem is here, right The problem
11:51
Speaker 1: is the people who write the laws. I will take
11:55
Speaker 1: every opportunity to hammer that point home here on the show,
11:59
Speaker 1: because these people who are creating these laws and then
12:04
Speaker 1: putting them into place are the real problem. These scumbag lawyers,
12:10
Speaker 1: these scumbag political elite that we keep on sending to
12:14
Speaker 1: write these laws locally and to DC continue to do
12:19
Speaker 1: disgusting and dirty shit like this, like telling us, oh,
12:23
Speaker 1: he doesn't have to register because oh, she was just seventeen,
12:26
Speaker 1: and you know that's what we have on record here. Meanwhile,
12:30
Speaker 1: we all know the story. We all know the girls
12:33
Speaker 1: were fourteen, and it all goes back to that horrible
12:36
Speaker 1: plea deal and the original prosecution in Florida that has
12:41
Speaker 1: become such a thorn in the side of getting justice
12:44
Speaker 1: in this case that I can't even tell you how
12:49
Speaker 1: much it has infected things, the spokesman said. In comparing
12:56
Speaker 1: the varying state laws between Florida and New Mexico, it
12:59
Speaker 1: was the termine and at the time that because the
13:01
Speaker 1: victim was not under the age of sixteen, Mister Epstein
13:04
Speaker 1: does not have a registration requirement in New Mexico, according
13:08
Speaker 1: to New Mexico DPS. And again we go back to Dershowitz,
13:13
Speaker 1: Ken Starr, Gerald, Leftcourt, etcetera, etcetera. Finessing the prosecution the
13:19
Speaker 1: first time around and making sure that these girls weren't
13:25
Speaker 1: these young girls that were under sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, weren't
13:27
Speaker 1: the ones that Jeffrey Epstein was convicted of abusing. And
13:32
Speaker 1: the fact that the only charge that he got was
13:35
Speaker 1: the one that he did get that first time around.
13:37
Speaker 1: It just goes to show you how corrupt it all was.
13:40
Speaker 1: And I really hope the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
13:43
Speaker 1: feels the same way and they throw out the whole
13:47
Speaker 1: entire baby with the Bathwater folks. And if that occurs,
13:51
Speaker 1: if that non prosecution agreement goes by the wayside's if
13:55
Speaker 1: it's if they find that it was put into place illegally,
14:00
Speaker 1: then all bets are off and all of these people
14:03
Speaker 1: are gonna be really scurrying for cover. Then the New
14:08
Speaker 1: Mexico Attorney General's Office said it is also investigating Epstein's
14:12
Speaker 1: case and has been in contact with survivors. Well, I
14:16
Speaker 1: don't know about that. I haven't heard anybody talk about
14:19
Speaker 1: the New Mexico portion of this case as far as
14:22
Speaker 1: survivors go. I mean, they might have been in the
14:24
Speaker 1: beginning or with their lawyers or something like that, but
14:27
Speaker 1: I don't honestly, you want my honest opinion, and I'll
14:30
Speaker 1: give it to you. I don't believe there is a
14:31
Speaker 1: vigorous investigation going on by the state of New Mexico
14:35
Speaker 1: right now. I think that they're relying way too much
14:38
Speaker 1: on the FEDS here, and I think that they're scared
14:41
Speaker 1: to ruffle feathers locally with some of the high profile
14:45
Speaker 1: politicians that are involved that. I mean, you know, I
14:50
Speaker 1: haven't heard anything about the survivors being contacted by these guys.
14:55
Speaker 1: But it sure looks to me that New Mexico is
14:59
Speaker 1: not taking this as seriously as they should. And if
15:03
Speaker 1: I was the Attorney General of New Mexico, this would
15:07
Speaker 1: be a pretty serious investigation in my book, and I
15:10
Speaker 1: would have rated the property. You don't need the FEDS
15:13
Speaker 1: to raid that property. You can pull a state warrant,
15:16
Speaker 1: go to a local judge, get a warrant, and kick
15:18
Speaker 1: the door in But in my opinion, what's going on
15:21
Speaker 1: here is they're so corrupt, the high level politicians in
15:26
Speaker 1: New Mexico and the power players in New Mexico, that
15:30
Speaker 1: they won't let this occur. Epstein currently faces federal charges
15:36
Speaker 1: of sex trafficking out of New York and Florida. Well,
15:39
Speaker 1: we know that he is no longer with us anymore,
15:41
Speaker 1: so that's not the case. But he was facing those
15:45
Speaker 1: charges of sex trafficking out of New York and Florida, right,
15:48
Speaker 1: But nowhere did they say out of New Mexico. How
15:52
Speaker 1: come New Mexico has always been left out of all
15:56
Speaker 1: of these charges, out of the bigger conversation. In my opinion,
16:01
Speaker 1: that's because there's something more there that they still don't
16:04
Speaker 1: want us to know about. What that is. I have
16:07
Speaker 1: no idea, of folks, but my fascination with New Mexico
16:11
Speaker 1: and Zoro Ranch started early on in this case, and
16:15
Speaker 1: so much so it spurred me to go down there
16:17
Speaker 1: and investigate the place in person. And I'm planning another
16:22
Speaker 1: trip at some point when this craziness dies down. But
16:26
Speaker 1: there is more story there. There is a lot more
16:28
Speaker 1: going on in New Mexico, and that veil of secrecy
16:31
Speaker 1: has to be pulled off at some point. We have
16:35
Speaker 1: contacted the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of
16:38
Speaker 1: New York and will be forwarding additional evidence to federal
16:41
Speaker 1: authorities for proper action. AG's office spokesman Matt Baka said,
16:47
Speaker 1: So again, it's all about the federal case, right, the
16:49
Speaker 1: federal case, the federal case, the federal case. Well, why
16:52
Speaker 1: is the Virgin Islands running their own investigation? I think
16:57
Speaker 1: that New Mexico should be running their own investigation. We
17:00
Speaker 1: know that Florida is internally looking at what's going on here.
17:03
Speaker 1: This case is being prosecuted right now in New York,
17:08
Speaker 1: so I'm sure that you know we can consider that
17:11
Speaker 1: locally there as well. But the only place where we
17:14
Speaker 1: don't have a robust investigation, a robust look at what
17:19
Speaker 1: is going on, what went on, and how it occurred,
17:24
Speaker 1: is in Zoro Ranch, New Mexico. My question for all
17:32
Speaker 1: of you is, and I know it's rhetorical at this point,
17:35
Speaker 1: but the question is why. If you like to contact me,
17:41
Speaker 1: you could do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
17:44
Speaker 1: That's Bobby cap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You
17:50
Speaker 1: can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap
17:54
Speaker 1: u Cci. All of the links that go with this
17:57
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description. Up everyone, and
18:01
Speaker 1: welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the biggest
18:06
Speaker 1: travesties when we're talking about Jeffrey Epstein and the aftermath
18:10
Speaker 1: of his arrest Englen Maxwell's is the fact that there
18:14
Speaker 1: was never a real investigation in New Mexico. Now, of course,
18:19
Speaker 1: they said that they were looking into what was going
18:21
Speaker 1: on and that there were probing for potential crimes, but
18:25
Speaker 1: we all know that many, many crimes occurred on that
18:29
Speaker 1: property according to these girls who were abused. So the
18:33
Speaker 1: question becomes what other crimes were being committed at Zoro
18:37
Speaker 1: Ranch as well? My guess there were plenty of others.
18:40
Speaker 1: What there are no schools in Santa Fe or Albuquerque
18:44
Speaker 1: for these goons to go and look for young girls
18:47
Speaker 1: to bring to abuse. And don't even get me started
18:50
Speaker 1: on the whole situation with the missing Indigenous people within
18:54
Speaker 1: New Mexico. That's a real big problem with no resources
18:58
Speaker 1: showing up to help. So when we talk about New
19:02
Speaker 1: Mexico and Jeffrey Epstein's crimes down there, there really was
19:06
Speaker 1: never an all encompassing investigation like there should have been.
19:10
Speaker 1: And my question is very simple, why why didn't Attorney
19:15
Speaker 1: General Baldaris dive deeper into the Epstein crimes and have
19:19
Speaker 1: a parallel investigation. What would it hurt to have a
19:22
Speaker 1: parallel investigation going at the same time that the federal
19:26
Speaker 1: investigation was going. That way, the state and the citizens
19:31
Speaker 1: of the state know that they had their interests looked after,
19:35
Speaker 1: that their state and their reputation for their estate has
19:38
Speaker 1: been safeguarded. Instead, what we have is Jeffrey Epstein coming
19:42
Speaker 1: to New Mexico, not having to register as a sex offender,
19:45
Speaker 1: and still using this ranch to abuse people. Oh and
19:48
Speaker 1: did I mention it was never raided. Can you imagine that, say,
19:53
Speaker 1: amafioso who owns ten houses, five houses, whatever, gets arrested
19:58
Speaker 1: and they don't raid one of the proper Does that
20:00
Speaker 1: sound like real life? Well, that happened with Epstein when
20:04
Speaker 1: he was arrested. Every single one of his houses should
20:07
Speaker 1: have been raided concurrently at the same time. That way,
20:10
Speaker 1: evidence didn't walk away like we saw in one of
20:13
Speaker 1: the cases. You have an FBI agent admitting on the
20:16
Speaker 1: stand that Richard Kahn, one of Epstein's lawyers and accountants
20:21
Speaker 1: went into the house after the raid and left with
20:23
Speaker 1: hard drives. Oh, sure they got the hard drives back,
20:26
Speaker 1: but they can't tell you if anything is corrupted on there.
20:28
Speaker 1: They don't know what's been erased, if anything has been
20:31
Speaker 1: because it wasn't in their possession. Now, why wouldn't you
20:36
Speaker 1: raid Zoro Ranch? You don't think he has anything incriminating there.
20:40
Speaker 1: There might not be more hard drives there, There might
20:43
Speaker 1: not be more evidence there. My guess is there was plenty.
20:47
Speaker 1: So why didn't the state have this concurrent investigation? Why
20:52
Speaker 1: didn't they go after Jeffrey Epstein at the state level
20:55
Speaker 1: like they should have. Well, let's get into this article
20:58
Speaker 1: from the New Mexico Political Reporter and the headline AG
21:03
Speaker 1: looking into potential Epstein crimes committed in New Mexico. This
21:08
Speaker 1: article was authored by Matthew Reichbach and it was originally
21:11
Speaker 1: published in July of two thousand and nineteen. Attorney General
21:18
Speaker 1: Hector Balderis's office is looking into whether convicted sex offender
21:21
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein committed crimes in New Mexico, which is absolute BS. Sorry,
21:27
Speaker 1: I find that to be absolute BS, because you don't
21:30
Speaker 1: have to look very hard to find the crimes. I mean,
21:33
Speaker 1: you have to literally be stephen A. Stevie Wonder and
21:36
Speaker 1: Helen Keller at the same time to miss these crimes, unless,
21:40
Speaker 1: of course, you're not looking for crimes and you're just
21:42
Speaker 1: trying to massage the public and tell them that's what
21:45
Speaker 1: you're doing, because that certainly looks to be the case.
21:50
Speaker 1: The newly renewed attention on the New York financier pedophile
21:54
Speaker 1: came after investigative work by the Miami Herald, And doesn't
21:57
Speaker 1: that strike you as gross by the way it took
22:00
Speaker 1: the Miami Herald to get back involved in this case,
22:03
Speaker 1: for anyone to get involved. So what were they doing
22:07
Speaker 1: over at cy Vance's office, at the New York State
22:10
Speaker 1: Attorney's Office, what were they doing at the SDNY, And
22:13
Speaker 1: what in the hell were you doing Hector balderis over
22:16
Speaker 1: here in the New Mexico Attorney General's office. Doesn't seem
22:21
Speaker 1: like anyone was doing anything and resulted in new federal
22:25
Speaker 1: charges on sex trafficking thanks to a sweetheart deal from
22:29
Speaker 1: Alex Acosta, you mean, from the federal government of the
22:31
Speaker 1: United States, Mukesy and the rest of them, as well
22:34
Speaker 1: as Acosta, who announced Friday morning that he would resign
22:37
Speaker 1: from his position as US Labor Secretary amid criticism of
22:41
Speaker 1: the plea deal. Epstein only served thirteen months in county
22:45
Speaker 1: jail and granted work release. The deal was kept sealed,
22:49
Speaker 1: including from his survivors. Now we know that that is
22:53
Speaker 1: just completely out of line as well, and as an
22:56
Speaker 1: attorney general over here in New Mexico or anywhere else
22:59
Speaker 1: looking at this case, you would think that that would
23:01
Speaker 1: launch you into action. Right, Oh shit, all of these
23:05
Speaker 1: girls have been abused, all of this is happening in
23:07
Speaker 1: my district or blah blah blah, and I'm not doing
23:10
Speaker 1: anything about it. I better get busy here. But no,
23:13
Speaker 1: that didn't happen. Instead, Oh, we'll just punt it to
23:16
Speaker 1: the federal government, who's already screwed this up. Last week,
23:23
Speaker 1: the federal government charged Epstein with sex trafficking. The indictment
23:27
Speaker 1: says Epstein sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls
23:31
Speaker 1: at his home in man Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida,
23:36
Speaker 1: among other locations. In addition to the homes listed by prosecutors,
23:41
Speaker 1: Epstein owned and perhaps still owns Zoro Ranch in New Mexico.
23:44
Speaker 1: Yes he does. And look when they say other properties,
23:49
Speaker 1: where do you think they were talking about? Do you
23:51
Speaker 1: think they were talking about his retreat up on the moon. No,
23:55
Speaker 1: they were talking about Zoro Ranch, the place in Paris,
23:58
Speaker 1: the cabin and elsewhere. So where is the all encompassing
24:03
Speaker 1: investigation here? What do you guys so worry about uncovering
24:07
Speaker 1: in New Mexico? Does it have anything to do with
24:09
Speaker 1: mister Bill Richardson, who is still acting as a representative
24:13
Speaker 1: for the current regime. By the way, pretty disgusting that
24:16
Speaker 1: the Biden team would send Bill Richardson, who is being
24:19
Speaker 1: incredibly accused of rape by Virginia Roberts, to be a
24:23
Speaker 1: voice for anybody. But here we are. So is that
24:27
Speaker 1: the crux here? Why you don't want to go after him? Baldaris?
24:31
Speaker 1: Do you not want to expose Richardson and the king family? Again,
24:35
Speaker 1: these are just questions that I have and we have
24:37
Speaker 1: not had any answers yet. And that ranch is where
24:43
Speaker 1: Baldarus's office is looking into allegations. As the Santa Fe
24:47
Speaker 1: New Mexican reported, Baldaris's office says they have been in
24:50
Speaker 1: contact with survivors, We have contacted the US Attorney's Office
24:54
Speaker 1: for the Southern District of New York and will be
24:57
Speaker 1: forwarding additional evidence to federal authorat for proper action. Baldera's spokesman,
25:02
Speaker 1: Matt Bacha said, I mean, really, so let's just punt
25:06
Speaker 1: it to the feds. Why wouldn't you run a concurrent investigation.
25:09
Speaker 1: Nobody can answer that question for me. Hey, guys, you're
25:14
Speaker 1: a defamation suit against high powered attorney. Alan Dershowitz also
25:18
Speaker 1: included a reference to Epstein's ranch. Maria Farmer said she
25:22
Speaker 1: and her then fifteen year old sister were molested by
25:25
Speaker 1: Epstein and a companion in nineteen ninety six. In a
25:28
Speaker 1: sworn AFFI, David Farmer said Epstein flew the fifteen year
25:32
Speaker 1: old sister to his ranch in New Mexico. Farmer said
25:35
Speaker 1: she reported the sexual assault to the FBI at the time,
25:38
Speaker 1: but the FBI did not take any action against Epstein.
25:42
Speaker 1: Why would they? All goes back to the theory that
25:46
Speaker 1: Epstein was a protected informant for the FBI the CIA
25:50
Speaker 1: insert three letter agency here. On Thursday, the Santa Fe
25:55
Speaker 1: Reporter reported that Epstein was removed from New Mexico's sex
25:59
Speaker 1: offender registry in twenty ten. Epstein's removal came two days
26:03
Speaker 1: after he was placed on the list in August after
26:06
Speaker 1: his guilty plea. He is on the sex offender registries
26:09
Speaker 1: in both Florida and New York. So in New Mexico,
26:12
Speaker 1: not only was his house not rated, they took him
26:14
Speaker 1: off the sexual Offender's registry. So why hasn't anybody been
26:19
Speaker 1: going crazy about that? Nobody has any questions for the
26:22
Speaker 1: authorities in New Mexico. Okay, I guess. The Santa Fe
26:29
Speaker 1: Alt Weekly said his removal came because of the differences
26:32
Speaker 1: between laws in New Mexico and Florida, since the victims
26:35
Speaker 1: in the case Epstein pled guilty to were not under
26:38
Speaker 1: the age of sixteen. The state Department of Public Safety
26:42
Speaker 1: told the Santa Fe County Sheriff that Epstein did not
26:45
Speaker 1: need to appear on the registry. Must be nice, Yeah,
26:49
Speaker 1: but at Jeffrey Epstein. He didn't choose no in New
26:51
Speaker 1: Mexico for a reason or anything. Right, just happened. All
26:54
Speaker 1: the places he could spend this money on a ranch
26:56
Speaker 1: happened to be this place. Epstein had ties to New Mexico.
27:01
Speaker 1: In addition to his ranch, Epstein donated fifty thousand dollars
27:05
Speaker 1: to the re election campaign of Governor Bill Richardson in
27:09
Speaker 1: two thousand and six, fifteen thousand dollars to Gary King
27:13
Speaker 1: in two thousand and six for his run for attorney General,
27:16
Speaker 1: and ten thousand dollars to Jim Baka in his two
27:19
Speaker 1: thousand and six campaign for State Land Commissioner. The candidates
27:23
Speaker 1: each Democrats donated the money to charities or return the money.
27:28
Speaker 1: So you have him here donating to a man named
27:30
Speaker 1: Jim Baka and the person giving the statement he is
27:34
Speaker 1: also named Baca. My guess is there related. Look, you
27:36
Speaker 1: couldn't even make this shit up if you were writing
27:39
Speaker 1: some kind of half assed novel. Companies connected to Epstein
27:43
Speaker 1: also donated more than thirty thousand dollars to kings unsuccessful
27:47
Speaker 1: two thousand and four coubernatorial campaign. King returned the contributions.
27:52
Speaker 1: Another of Epstein's companies had donated to other candidates, including Richardson, Previously,
27:58
Speaker 1: the candidates returned or donated the money. Epstein bought Zoro
28:02
Speaker 1: Ranch from the family of former Governor Bruce King in
28:05
Speaker 1: nineteen ninety three. Gary's father, Epstein has ties to a
28:10
Speaker 1: number of powerful and influential people, including former President Bill Clinton,
28:14
Speaker 1: current President Donald Trump, Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz. So, folks, again,
28:20
Speaker 1: what is going on in New Mexico? Why wasn't THEREK
28:22
Speaker 1: in current investigation? And how can they look themselves in
28:25
Speaker 1: the mirror and be okay with what they did down here?
28:28
Speaker 1: Because obviously a lot of girls were victimized, a lot
28:31
Speaker 1: of women were victimized, and there has been no justice
28:34
Speaker 1: and it doesn't seem like any's coming in New Mexico.
28:38
Speaker 1: So my question is, and I'll leave it for you
28:40
Speaker 1: to ruminate with, why wasn't THEREK in current investigation being
28:45
Speaker 1: run in New Mexico. If you'd like to contact me,
28:50
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
28:53
Speaker 1: That's bo b b Y c apu Cci at ProtonMail
28:58
Speaker 1: dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at
29:01
Speaker 1: Bobby underscore cap Ucci. The link that I discussed can
29:07
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
29:11
Speaker 1: welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. On this look back episode,
29:16
Speaker 1: we're going to take a trip down to New Mexico
29:19
Speaker 1: and we're going to explore why charges were never filed
29:23
Speaker 1: in this state against Jeffrey Epstein. This article was published
29:28
Speaker 1: by New Mexico Politicalreport dot com and it was published
29:34
Speaker 1: in two thousand of nineteen. The author of this article
29:38
Speaker 1: is Jeff Proctor. Headline no Epstein indictment here. For now,
29:45
Speaker 1: investigators with the New Mexico Attorney General's Office plan to
29:48
Speaker 1: turn over any information they gather about alleged sex crimes
29:52
Speaker 1: committed here by Jeffrey Epstein to federal prosecutors as soon
29:56
Speaker 1: as possible. A spokesman for the AG says, yeah, how
30:00
Speaker 1: did that work out? How that investigation, the statewide investigation
30:04
Speaker 1: down in New Mexico workout? Oh, that's right. There never
30:07
Speaker 1: was one. Nobody ever rated Zoro Ranch. Nobody showed up
30:11
Speaker 1: there and kicked in any doors. Maybe if Epstein was
30:14
Speaker 1: selling crack instead of trying to sell humans, people would
30:18
Speaker 1: have shown up. But unfortunately, the priorities all over the
30:22
Speaker 1: board are screwed up and down in Mexico. It certainly
30:26
Speaker 1: is no different. It's laughable at this point, honestly, that
30:30
Speaker 1: there's no state investigation into Epstein or his ties, And
30:34
Speaker 1: in my opinion, a lot of that has to do
30:36
Speaker 1: with how corrupt things are down in New Mexico. That
30:42
Speaker 1: means for now, Attorney General Hector. Baldaris's team is working
30:46
Speaker 1: as fact gatherers for the US Attorney's Office in the
30:49
Speaker 1: Southern District of New York, where Epstein pleaded not guilty
30:53
Speaker 1: last week to charges of sex trafficking of miners and
30:57
Speaker 1: sex trafficking conspiracy. Says Matt Akka, senior counsel for Balderis's office, Well,
31:04
Speaker 1: the crimes that were committed in New Mexico, we've only
31:08
Speaker 1: scratched the surface. We've only heard from some of the
31:11
Speaker 1: more out front survivors. What about the girls We've never
31:16
Speaker 1: heard of. And you mean to tell me that Epstein
31:19
Speaker 1: wasn't engaging in the same sorts of things he was
31:21
Speaker 1: engaging in in New York and in Florida, bringing young
31:24
Speaker 1: girls from schools and elsewhere to the ranch. Of course
31:28
Speaker 1: he was. But when you don't have an attorney general
31:32
Speaker 1: or a legal office in the state that is willing
31:36
Speaker 1: to go hard and willing to put in the miles
31:39
Speaker 1: to figure out what happened, then this is the result.
31:42
Speaker 1: They kicked the ball down the road, they punted away,
31:45
Speaker 1: and they hope somebody else takes care of it. At
31:50
Speaker 1: this point, it's primarily been communication between the two offices
31:54
Speaker 1: Baca tells Santa Fe reporter in New Mexico in depth
31:57
Speaker 1: on Wednesday, as soon as we're done or at a
32:00
Speaker 1: place where we feel we have significant investigative materials to
32:04
Speaker 1: turn over to them, we plan to do that. You
32:06
Speaker 1: know what, someone should file a freedom of information Act
32:09
Speaker 1: against the state government in New Mexico and try and
32:13
Speaker 1: get access to everything that they're supposedly sending over to
32:17
Speaker 1: the FEDS. Because it really makes me sick to see
32:22
Speaker 1: the way went about here in New Mexico, especially considering
32:27
Speaker 1: when you look at the horrible rate of abuse for
32:32
Speaker 1: Native women and minority women in the state of New Mexico.
32:37
Speaker 1: They have an abhorrent track record. So how many of
32:40
Speaker 1: these trafficked women to Epstein or otherwise have never had
32:44
Speaker 1: to say How many of them have never had their
32:47
Speaker 1: moment to stand up and say, hey, this happened to me.
32:50
Speaker 1: So the fact that there's no state investigation in New
32:54
Speaker 1: Mexico is just mind boggling. And I really can't figure
32:58
Speaker 1: out how that it could be possis that they can,
33:01
Speaker 1: in their brains think it's a good idea not to
33:04
Speaker 1: have a state investigation. He says, the AG isn't working
33:09
Speaker 1: on an indictment here, but noted, nothing is off the
33:12
Speaker 1: table in terms of a of possible state level charges. Well,
33:16
Speaker 1: there's nothing being worked on because your boy Bill Richardson, right,
33:20
Speaker 1: because the Kings, because of all of the other power
33:23
Speaker 1: players in New Mexico that are probably and again this
33:26
Speaker 1: is my speculation, by the way, probably pressuring the AG's
33:30
Speaker 1: office not to dig further. They don't want their ties unwrapped. Right,
33:34
Speaker 1: And how many of these people who were power players
33:37
Speaker 1: in New Mexico were playing with Jeffrey Epstein. We know
33:40
Speaker 1: that the Kings were that's where he got the ranch.
33:43
Speaker 1: And we know that Bill Richardson was a big friend
33:47
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein's, and we know that he is being
33:49
Speaker 1: credibly accused by Virginia Roberts of taking part in not
33:53
Speaker 1: only enabling Epstein, but of actually abusing the girls as well.
33:59
Speaker 1: So it it's not when you start putting the pieces together,
34:01
Speaker 1: it's not too shocking that the state of New Mexico
34:05
Speaker 1: has no desire to go hard here. Baca confirms that
34:11
Speaker 1: two or more women have told prosecutors in New Mexico
34:15
Speaker 1: they are victims of Epstein, who owns the massive Zoro
34:18
Speaker 1: ranch in southern Santa Fe County. The AG's office began
34:22
Speaker 1: investigating allegations against Epstein in February or March, he says,
34:26
Speaker 1: independent from the SDNY investigation. So was it February or
34:31
Speaker 1: was it March? Why do we let them get away
34:33
Speaker 1: with playing word games. We want to know exactly when
34:36
Speaker 1: the investigation started, and we want an update on it.
34:39
Speaker 1: We want to know where it is. They'll never do that, though,
34:42
Speaker 1: because really are they even investigating it? And I know
34:45
Speaker 1: that sounds cynical, right and borderline conspiratorial, but I just
34:49
Speaker 1: don't have any faith in these governments, in these legal
34:54
Speaker 1: institutions that supposedly are there to protect the most vulnerable
34:57
Speaker 1: amongst us, because they never do. All they do is
35:01
Speaker 1: further the crimes of their buddies who are stuff in
35:05
Speaker 1: their pockets full of money. Epstein, sixty six, pleaded guilty
35:11
Speaker 1: in Florida to federal sex trafficking charges in two thousand
35:14
Speaker 1: and eight. He has not been charged or convicted of
35:17
Speaker 1: any crimes in New Mexico. However, multiple women have alleged
35:21
Speaker 1: that they were sexually victimized as miners at Epstein's ranch here,
35:25
Speaker 1: including the women who came forward this year and are
35:28
Speaker 1: working with Baldaras's investigators. So again, if you're Baldaris, how
35:33
Speaker 1: don't you open a state investigation? How do you only
35:37
Speaker 1: rely on what the FEDS are doing. Don't you owe
35:39
Speaker 1: it to the people of your state, the people who
35:42
Speaker 1: appointed you as attorney general to pursue justice in their name.
35:47
Speaker 1: Why are you kicking the can down the road? Why
35:49
Speaker 1: are you passing the rock? Meanwhile, State Land Commissioner Stephanie
35:55
Speaker 1: Garcia Richard on Tuesday handed more than four hundred pages
35:59
Speaker 1: of records to balde Paris' office documenting current and expired
36:03
Speaker 1: State Trust land leases with Cyprus Incorporated, a Virgin Islands
36:07
Speaker 1: based company that her records show Epstein still owns. He
36:11
Speaker 1: transferred the deed for the ranch to that company in
36:14
Speaker 1: twenty thirteen. It comprises about seventy six hundred acres and
36:19
Speaker 1: completely surrounds a parcel of State trust land. Now, he
36:23
Speaker 1: transferred this for a reason, right, He transferred it over
36:26
Speaker 1: to the Virgin Islands so we'd have more protection in
36:29
Speaker 1: the case of him dying, So we'd have more protection
36:32
Speaker 1: of keeping his property out of the hands of those
36:35
Speaker 1: he abused. That was his goal. This dude was a
36:38
Speaker 1: scumbag till the very last breath, folks. The two agricultural
36:44
Speaker 1: leases on that land total more than twelve hundred acres.
36:47
Speaker 1: Two active livestock grazing lease contracts date to nineteen ninety
36:51
Speaker 1: seven and nineteen ninety nine and were renewed in twenty sixteen,
36:56
Speaker 1: and expired livestock contract was signed in nineteen ninety. Garcia
37:01
Speaker 1: Richards says in a news release she is reviewing all
37:04
Speaker 1: leases with Cyprus thoroughly for possible lease violations, and we
37:08
Speaker 1: know that she eventually did hit them with a lease
37:11
Speaker 1: violation and they were forced to give that land back.
37:17
Speaker 1: Baca confirms that Balderas's office received the documents and is
37:21
Speaker 1: reviewing them. We will definitely incorporate the documents into our
37:25
Speaker 1: review and take into account how the land leases might
37:28
Speaker 1: impact anything that we're looking at, or if there's any
37:32
Speaker 1: other action that might be taken out of what they provided,
37:36
Speaker 1: he says, adding that it's too early to say how
37:38
Speaker 1: the leases might impact a state or federal criminal investigation
37:42
Speaker 1: into Epstein. You know the State of New Mexico. Their
37:46
Speaker 1: desire was nothing more than to have this case go away.
37:50
Speaker 1: That is my true belief, and it's unfortunate because Baldera's
37:54
Speaker 1: had a chance him in his office, had a real
37:56
Speaker 1: chance to make a difference here. How many of these
37:58
Speaker 1: girls that were abused in Mexico feel like they've been abandoned.
38:02
Speaker 1: How many of these girls who are abused in Mexico
38:04
Speaker 1: in New Mexico see that there's no investigation in their state,
38:08
Speaker 1: so they decide to clam up. If my state doesn't
38:11
Speaker 1: even care, why should the federal investigators. The team at
38:18
Speaker 1: Balderus's office reviewing allegations against the one time influential and
38:22
Speaker 1: politically connected financier Pedophile works out of the Special Investigation Division.
38:29
Speaker 1: Baca says. Investigators in that division have worked on recent
38:33
Speaker 1: high profile cases that resulted in successful prosecutions against former
38:38
Speaker 1: state Senator Phil Grigo and former Secretary of State Diana Duran. Yeah,
38:43
Speaker 1: those are low hanging fruit, right, certainly not powerful like Epstein.
38:48
Speaker 1: Certainly not powerful like Bill Richardson. So to try and
38:52
Speaker 1: give their investigation some credibility, what they say is, oh, well,
38:56
Speaker 1: the Special Investigations divisions working on this one. Yeah, how
39:00
Speaker 1: well did that work out? Did they do anything with
39:02
Speaker 1: that investigation? Did they indict anybody? Was anybody ever brought
39:07
Speaker 1: up on any charges in New Mexico. Oh no, nobody
39:10
Speaker 1: was right. Epstein chose New Mexico for several reasons. One,
39:16
Speaker 1: he had the political connections there. Two, he didn't have
39:19
Speaker 1: to register as a sex offender there. Three, the Santa
39:23
Speaker 1: Fe Institute was very close, and he needed access to
39:26
Speaker 1: his menagerie of scientists. Didney and New Mexico is continuing
39:32
Speaker 1: just to beat it, beat to their own drum. Nothing
39:34
Speaker 1: has changed. So the next Jeffrey Epstein out there, why
39:37
Speaker 1: not use the same template. Why not just move to Mexico,
39:40
Speaker 1: buy some land, and then do whatever you want. You
39:43
Speaker 1: could talk about seating the human race. Have ten person
39:46
Speaker 1: or g showers, bring little girls in and nobody will care,
39:50
Speaker 1: because that's basically what the Attorney General's office in New
39:53
Speaker 1: Mexico has said. Meanwhile, I know from experience, and I
39:58
Speaker 1: know from my own trips there and discussions with people
40:01
Speaker 1: in New Mexico that the people want action. Unfortunately, their
40:07
Speaker 1: politicians are obviously bought and paid for. Baca says he
40:14
Speaker 1: doesn't know whether age's investigators have interviewed Epstein or spoken
40:18
Speaker 1: to anyone with his legal team. Right now, we are
40:21
Speaker 1: somewhat of we are at somewhat of an early investigative stage.
40:25
Speaker 1: He says, oh yeah, and they've stayed at that early stage, right.
40:28
Speaker 1: It never got any off the ground to be anything
40:31
Speaker 1: more than that investigative stage. And it's laughable at best,
40:37
Speaker 1: the way that they've conducted themselves as far as the
40:40
Speaker 1: authorities in New Mexico throughout this whole thing, it's been
40:43
Speaker 1: a sham. It's been embarrassing, honestly, and the fact that
40:47
Speaker 1: they continue to conduct themselves like this is unbelievable, honestly.
40:55
Speaker 1: But we've seen it throughout the whole entire Epstein debacle.
41:00
Speaker 1: We've seen the way the government and the law enforcement
41:04
Speaker 1: agents turn the other cheek, don't pay attention to what
41:07
Speaker 1: goes on. And we see how it took national pressure
41:12
Speaker 1: after an article was dropped by the Miami Herald to
41:15
Speaker 1: get any action whatsoever kicked in. But here we are,
41:23
Speaker 1: all these years later, and still we have not seen
41:26
Speaker 1: Zoro Ranch rated and no state investigation. My question is why.
