- 0:02Speaker 1: Did you know the Bible is the source of our
- 0:04Speaker 1: inalienable rights? Loim for Ron Edwards on today's patron Yebisnokook
- 0:09Speaker 1: brought to you by Root Brand Premium Products. The Declaration
- 0:12Speaker 1: of Independent says our rights come from our creator. They
- 0:15Speaker 1: are stated in the Biblical Ten Commandments. They enumerate our
- 0:19Speaker 1: natural and aalienable rights. God's commandments six rough ten that
- 0:23Speaker 1: we shall not murder, violate each other, sexually, steal, or covet.
- 0:28Speaker 1: God is saying everyone has the right for those awful
- 0:31Speaker 1: things not to happen to them. And God gives Commandments
- 0:34Speaker 1: one through four. He says we have the right to
- 0:36Speaker 1: worship Him both privately and publicly in the ways he
- 0:39Speaker 1: says he is to be worshiped. In Commandment five, God
- 0:42Speaker 1: provides sanctity of family and parental rights. Thus, these provide
- 0:47Speaker 1: the biblical basis of America's Bill of Rights. Seeing the
- 0:50Speaker 1: link between the Bible and America's founding documents helps us
- 0:53Speaker 1: to understand how they apply in both our personal and
- 0:57Speaker 1: civic lives. Without this understanding, our patrin perotic efforts can
- 1:01Speaker 1: amount to a hollow cheer of we need more God
- 1:03Speaker 1: in government. The God of the Bible, who authored the
- 1:06Speaker 1: Ten Commandments, is the only God compatible with the US Constitution. Thus,
- 1:11Speaker 1: we the people have and must exercise our God given
- 1:14Speaker 1: authority and dominion to restore our beloved Republic as we
- 1:17Speaker 1: seek to live according to God's commandments and our Bill
- 1:21Speaker 1: of Rights. I'm run Edwardson.
