EXPOSED: 5 Forbidden Healing Secrets the Elites Tried to Bury w/ Dr. Ed Group · Man in America Podcast

• 0:14
Seth Holehouse: Welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Hullahaus. If you've watched my show or this maybe your first time, what you'll see, you know, through a little bit of digging is that health and the Freedom Health Movement, the MAHA movement, these are topics that are so near and dear to me. Because as much as we can be focused on what's happening in DC or with confirmation hearings or big pharma, I really believe that at the core of this, we have to maintain our own sovereignty over our own health. And as we're uncovering the lies and deception of the world that we live in, which is a daily process, that's what, you know, a lot of this show is is trying to sort through all the misinformation and lies and figure out where is there some truth.
• 1:04
The discussion that I had today actually literally I just finished the interview. I'm gonna play it for you. It's with doctor Ed Group. It was one of the most profound health discussions I've I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them. I've read a lot of really good health books.
• 1:18
I've talked to a lot of experts. I'm very blessed because I have access to these people. I can text doctor David Martin or doctor Brian Artis with a question or, you know, Jonathan Otto, and I I have access to this. But for whatever reason, this discussion with doctor Ed Groupe just blew my mind. And it's not because he had some radical new idea or some secret technology.
• 1:43
It was because he was able to, in less than an hour, break down the massive, massive web of lies about health and healing and why we're sick and why we're obese and why people are dying early and there's autism rates skyrocketing. And as much as we want to just blame big pharma or blame certain things externally, with how he puts it, it simplifies it so much, and it actually the beautiful thing is that it all comes back to us and our own choices and what we can do to regain control over our health, but more importantly, what we can do to allow our body to heal itself and to recognizing that God created us in a way that our bodies can heal themselves. We don't have to rush off to big pharma or to a doctor or even a naturopath if we're feeling unwell, that our body has powerful mechanisms, and the problem is that these mechanisms have been blocked by poisons and toxins from our lifestyle. And so doctor Grupp is gonna walk us through what he calls the the five big lies that they the the five big things that they've hidden from us and understanding how powerful our own ability to hear our ourselves is.
• 3:06
So I hope that you enjoy this interview as much as I did. If you do take something away from it, please share this with your friends and family because I feel like as much as there's, you know, as much positive activity is happening, you know, with RFK junior and some of the big MAHA movement type discussions that this is even more important. It's actually as what he says, he calls to it make yourself healthy again. Right? Make yourself healthy again.
• 3:37
It's like, oh, well, I I can control that. Anyway, you can tell that I'm still a little bit kind of reeling from just how powerful this discussion was. So I really hope that you enjoy it, and you get as much of it, as much out of it as I did, because I I just felt that my I can't wait to go up and talk to my wife, Kate, be like, how do you listen to why it's discovered today? So, anyway, please enjoy this interview with doctor Ed Groupe. Doctor Ed Groupe, it is such an honor to finally have you on the show.
• 4:09
I've been been trying for a little while here, and we're in so many of the same circles. So it's great to finally be able to to meet you officially, and just, welcome to the show. Thanks for being here.
• 4:19
Dr. Ed Group: Yeah. Thanks for having me on, Seth. You're right. I mean, it's, we all kinda have been coming together and, you know, friends of friends, have been recommending. I don't actually do a lot of shows.
• 4:30
I most turn down like 80% of them because of all of my activism and advocacy and help with making America healthy again, but really more or less making yourself healthy again. So, yeah, it's an honor to be on your show. I'm super happy to be here and we're in good times right now, brother. We are.
• 4:53
Seth Holehouse: We are. Well, I feel honored that I've made it to that top 20% cut, so that's that's a good thing. And yeah. So there's there's obviously a lot going on as it relates to health, and I think to me, there's there's two aspects of it. There's one which is us looking outward, RFK junior, MAHA, the big picture, the the the the scary stuff, the mRNA cancer vaccines, and some of these topics that are, you know, kinda make me a little bit more hesitant because I'm I'm very anti transhumanism, I think, as you are too.
• 5:23
But the other side of that too is just the personal responsibility, and this is what I'm a % about. Right? That's why, you know, my wife and I, we live out in the country. We've got chickens. We, you know, eat organic.
• 5:33
We're very serious. We do red light. We do all kinds of protocols. And to me, that's actually the the big thing is it's not really about making America healthy again. It's about each individual American making themselves healthy again, which then makes America healthy.
• 5:46
And so I'd love to see this what are you focused on right now with everything going on? What what what should we be focusing on as it relates to health right now?
• 5:58
Dr. Ed Group: Well, our main message from for 2025 and going forward, and we've had lots of discussions about this, and the beautiful beautiful thing about it is we're all collaborating, everybody in the movement from Mike Adams to Doctor. Mercola to the Bollinger's to you, to everybody who's a patriot, everybody who just wants freedom, everybody who wants to take back their health, everybody who's seen the lies and the deceptions and the negative impact that the last hundred years have brought upon this country, and not only this country, but the world. And so when you look at that and you trace it back, you really understand that the number one killer, the number one deceiver, that has altered and restricted the body, the mind and the soul has been information. I mean, information, disinformation, I should say, negative information, deceptive information, convincing people that they need to go get vaccines, convincing people that they need to eat processed foods, convincing people that they need to be in the educational system, convincing people to not have their own farms and convincing people to be two sided, whether they're a Democrat or a Republican or convincing people to get into the transgenderism.
• 7:22
I mean, really, the biggest weapon has been information. And that really started with the introduction of the radio and then TV, etcetera, and they've known that for quite some time. And that's why the censorship issue has been so powerful. They've been able to basically brainwash humanity. And when you do that, you're able to control humanity.
• 7:44
So the beautiful thing about what we're doing now, what we've been doing last year, and especially moving into 2025 and beyond, is that we finally have the opportunity to be able to put the truth out. We have the opportunity like what you're doing and what everybody else is doing because education is always the number one thing. I mean, that's how they manipulate you that's also how you change the patterns in the brain and change the mental and physical and spiritual side of things is with the proper type of education, the proper type of truth coming out there. So our mission and what I feel like is the number one thing everybody can focus on this year and beyond is number one, watching and paying attention and sharing this vital truth of information now that we have a window of opportunity because of the censorship has started and is lifting more and more, but it's really MIHA. So our theme is kind of like MIHA, M Y H A, and that's make your self healthy again.
• 8:53
Traveling around and speaking at these conventions and doing consulting and doing advisory work for people in the administration, going up to Washington, meeting with and educating and training individuals that have been so sucked into this narrative of control through the World Economic Forum, through the mainstream media, through the big pharma, the big agriculture, the big education, the big oil and gas. I mean, we have to disrupt that. And in order to do that, it's like you're fighting a giant. We've all been putting so much time and effort into trying to stop big pharma from doing what they're doing, rearrange things, change things. And that hopefully will come over time, but it's not going to be easy.
• 9:42
There's so much power and there's so much control already in that area that it's going to benefit us more to focus on our own lives and to make ourselves healthy again and to create that bubble of happiness and peace and joy within our own environments. That means with our families, with our self, with our friends. And, you know, yes, we can be caught up all day long and really be angry that, oh my gosh, you know, they're coming out with a new mRNA cancer vaccine. And we can try to fight that and try to prevent them from doing that. But in reality, that's gonna take a lot of energy and a lot of time, and most likely they're still gonna do it.
• 10:24
But why don't we focus on individualism? Why don't we focus on empowering the people to make better decisions? Because how they fail is if humanity refuses the mRNA cancer vaccine. If we refuse to be told that we need to be blue or red, if we refuse to be told that we need to go to the medical doctor for everything and be put on pharmaceuticals. So it's a new paradigm of education, of training, that if we can get to a consensus, a level of education, then they fail.
• 11:02
And they fail not we tried to, not because we fought them in court and we fought them and they automatically decided, oh, well, we're not going to do this anymore. That's their money grab. They're always going to be doing it. How we defeat them is we make decisions to not comply with what they're doing. We make decisions to not go get the mRNA cancer vaccine.
• 11:28
And if we can accomplish that, where's their money going to come from? They can do whatever they want. They can create whatever they want. But if we refuse to buy it, if we refuse to take it, they fail. So, you know, I'd like to point out too, and I'd like to thank your crowd and everybody that's watching this right now for all of the efforts that you've put in.
• 11:55
But I did an experiment a couple years ago and I traveled around with all the conservatives or really the patriots who just want freedom and are working so hard and sharing social media and us getting the truth out there. And going to these conventions and speaking at all these different patriotic events, I look in the audience and I notice that pretty much everybody is overweight and everybody looks sick. And that's just like the really good doctors like myself that I have to really dedicate a lot of time because people that have a really good heart and people that really want to do God's work and help humanity, a lot of times they put everybody else first and their own health suffers. So we have to change that and we have to, look, we need all the patriots, we need all the activists, we need all the advocates, But in order for us to be successful, you have to be healthy. You have to be healthy mentally and you have to be healthy spiritually and you have to be healthy physically.
• 13:06
So if we can do that, we can raise that consciousness of the planet. We could get that more support that we need. And that also kind of counteracts the transhumanism agenda, which I have been really, really If there's one thing that people ask me, what's the one thing that is the most critical thing right now moving into the future? And I will say the biggest threat to our lives and to humanity as a whole is the transhumanism agenda. And that's exactly what the World Economic Forum and Klaus Schwab and all these people have been, you know, saying.
• 13:45
And that's what they've been working on. If you look at all the biotech companies, all the big pharma companies from especially ramped up in the last ten years, they've all been working on this transhumanism agenda, this nanobiosensor technology, this AI stuff, you know? So this is the silent, invisible weapon, and that's in my opinion, that's why you didn't see the Antifa at this inauguration. You didn't see all these, you know, riots everywhere is because I believe that they're really kind of sitting back laughing right now going, well, everybody's already 10% cyborg because of everything that we've been spraying in the air, the food and the water, and it's all in the shots, the bioweapons that's being passed on from person to person. All we need is for them to become 51% cyborg and then we have full control over everybody.
• 14:44
So that's, it's not going to be like what we would like. And I think it's just common sense, right? It's like, hey, it's time for me to start taking care of myself, start taking care, detoxing, remediating, and making sure that I'm not allowing this transhumanism agenda to take a hold of me and my family and my friends and my group of individuals, but that's gonna take work. We have to put the responsibility back on ourselves.
• 15:19
Seth Holehouse: Do you keep hearing more cases of your friends and family getting a life threatening diagnosis of cancer, or perhaps it's even happened to you? Well, the unfortunate reality is that turbo cancer is now a worldwide epidemic. But the question we should all be asking is, what can I do about it? Well, the good news is that there are therapies that are working and proven in thousands of clinical studies. So one study on PubMed found that breast cancer's growth rate dropped by forty percent in only twenty four hours after using red light therapy.
• 15:50
Another study on prostate cancer found that forty nine percent of the over four hundred male participants went into remission with just one red light therapy session. A lymphoma cancer pilot study showed that three out of three of the patients became cancer free. It sounds unbelievable, but it's true. And you can discover all this information and more in a special training program from investigative medical journalist Jonathan Otto, who will show you how you can use red light, including the specific wavelengths as proven by studies for all different types of cancer as well as tinnitus, weight loss, wrinkles, acne, dementia, cognitive function, depression, anxiety, long COVID, jab injuries, stem cell regeneration, lower back pain, sciatica, the whole array of autoimmune diseases, including thyroid disease, arthritis, lupus, and gut disorders, and so much more. In fact, you can get your own in home red light therapy device risk free as you're completely covered by a sixty day money back guarantee and a three year warranty.
• 16:50
On top of that, we've got financing options so you can get it now and pay later. And the best thing, folks, is that this technology has become amazingly affordable. It's way less than you'd with the smaller units costing only a couple hundred bucks. So just go to myredlight.com to make sure you don't miss out this free special training program and claim the extremely limited time bonus gifts and discounts, which include an additional 10% off with the coupon code Seth. Again, go to myredlight.com to get access to the free training.
• 17:20
And if you make a purchase, make sure you use a promo code Seth, that's s e t h, to get an additional 10% off the already heavily discounted red light therapy products.
• 17:31
Dr. Ed Group: Actually, if you think about it, we've been manipulated and trained and brainwashed to poison ourselves thinking we're doing good by drinking, you know, fluoridated water, eating toxic foods, breathing toxic air, running in to get shots. I mean, they've literally convinced us to poison ourselves. And so we just have to unpoison ourselves by cleaning our external environment and cleaning our internal environment.
• 17:59
Seth Holehouse: You made so many good points there. And it's it's interesting because if you were to ask a lot of people, really, even folks like, you know, myself, people that you say are in the truth movement or the patriot movement, you know, what are the biggest threats to our health? I think nobody would say what you said. They would say, oh, it's big pharma. It's the Rockefeller Medical System.
• 18:19
It's it's, you know, the the medical schools or whatever, but you're right. It's the information. Because if enough of us see the truth and act on it, then, like, I I really believe that this you know, that that Satan rules the the earth. He he has dominion over the earth, but God has dominion over everything, right, above, and so he's still within that. But one thing that I think that is a law of this of this realm is that we have free will, and that the ultimately that that can't be taken away from us.
• 18:50
We can be deceived, and we can be convinced to do what's wrong. But fundamentally, if we see through it, we can choose not to do it. And, you know, it's funny because there's a book. I'm not sure if if you're familiar with the guy, Gustave Lebon. Right?
• 19:01
He wrote this book called The Crowd, which is kind of one that the the the kind of predecessors to Bernays and propaganda. This is the late eighteen hundreds, and it was I I literally have it sitting on my desk, and I'm always referencing it. There's this one part in the very beginning I'll read you really quickly because this is basically, in 1895, this polymath, named Gustave Lebon wrote wrote this book and talking basically, understanding what it is that was causing the rise and fall of civilization, how the elites could control the masses better. And what he found is that there's a there's a quote here. He says that the destinies of nations are elaborated at present in the heart of the masses and no longer in the councils of princes.
• 19:44
And so what he means by that is that the most powerful force in determining the rise and fall of a society or an empire is the collective hearts and minds of the people. And that's why he called the book the crowd. And so that's why, really, especially when you got in the early early nineteen hundreds, propaganda became such an important tool for the elites because they had to be able to control our decisions through filtering the true the information that we're getting. Because if we if we got the true information and we decided not to participate in their system, they knew they couldn't control us. They knew that they wouldn't be able to control the fate of a nation.
• 20:22
And that's why I think that it's really I couldn't agree more that it's each individual. And so looking at this and taking this this big picture perspective, if you look at the the role of truth in this world, well, we, you know, we live in a world that, you know, a lot of different cultures and religions have kind of use the same metaphor. You know, there's there's a veil that we can't see the truth. Right? We I believe in God, but I can't see God.
• 20:46
I I don't see angels walking down the street. I I don't see demons hiding in the closets. Right? But I believe that they exist, but we're in a place that we're cut off from the truth. We live in a world of delusion.
• 20:56
And I also think that it's been structured that way too for a very, very long time, and and not just the past hundred years. I think, you know, thousands and thousands of years, they've been building this prison planet to to try to trap us, but it's the truth that sets us free. And so coming from the angle of personal health and wellness, what do you think are the biggest lies that we've been told, and what do you think are the biggest truths that they've been hiding from us that I think that us finding out those truths will help us to rise above this whole entire evil prison planet system? Like, how how would you for then so I guess it's kind of a kind of big deep far reaching question, but I I I get the sense that that's where you like to talk about things.
• 21:43
Dr. Ed Group: Well, the biggest lies is that we don't have the ability to heal ourselves, and that goes into multiple different vectors of how they created the educational system and the medical system and how they took away all of the God's natural medicine to try to patent it and make money off of it. And really, the core of that is very spiritual. The kingdom of heaven is within, which is stated not only in the Bible, but every spiritual text that's ever been written. And when you understand your true power that God has given you the ability of your free will and the ability of the amount of energy and vibration and light, really everything in your body is nothing more than light and sound actually creates light. On a smaller level, it's sound.
• 22:39
And that's all God's Word spoken into existence. So we are really just this vibrational, living, loving, God like being that is the core of what our essence is here on the planet. And that's the biggest lies and deception is that if you really dig deep into what they're trying to do, they're trying to take you away from that. They're trying to be the god. They're trying to make you think they're the god, to run to them for answers that are not necessarily true whenever you have any type of issue.
• 23:14
Now, interestingly, we did a lot of studies on what's missing from the healthcare program, and that leads into our root cause of disease research team in the '90s where we got to travel around the world and meet with doctors that were curing cancer and diabetes, any type of disease, acquired disease, using different types of faith healing, instantaneous healing, ayurvedic, traditional Chinese medicine. I mean, we studied all of it, and with the intention, the research group that was formed back then was to try to find the root cause of cancer and any type of natural therapies that could be used for cancer. And this was before the internet, so that's why we had to go to these underground meetings, and I ended up being on the Rifle Oil Research Team with Barry Lyons and the Tesla Research team and many other, we had access to very highly advanced technology even back in the '90s. But you really saw the picture of the deception and how it was restricted and the cancer doctors who were being killed off and just the pressure from big pharma that no one would ever find out that they actually have a self healing mechanism inside their body and that they could actually heal themselves.
• 24:29
And so when we looked at, you know, when we gathered all that data, we found that there are five things that the big pharma industry knew about that were completely, basically all their efforts were around these five things to try to keep people from never finding out about these five things. This was the original way that you would work with or treat or repair the vibration and the energy in your body. And number one obviously was education. So nobody really knows why they have the disease that they have. And when we were interviewing people, were like, tell me why you have cancer, tell me why you have heart disease, tell me why you have diabetes.
• 25:14
And no one could actually explain that. So there's a big, big piece missing there. And allopathic medicine, even at the beginning of time when they started coming in, a lot of them learned from the Dee Dee Palmers and the Arnold Arretts and all these Kellogg who had the, at Battle Creek, Michigan, 1 of the largest sanitariums, which they call natural healing centers in the world. People would go to springs all over and soak in the waters. They would breathe clean air in the mountains and get better.
• 25:47
And so the first step of the natural healing process from all of these wonderful doctors before it all got changed into completely allopathic was first impression with the patient, first impression with the client, getting to know them on a personal level. And so this is what the first thing allopathic medicine took out. The average time spent with a physician is less than seven minutes. However, in the old days when the doctors had such great success with working with people, they knew that most likely everybody who's sick has some either a husband, a wife, a friend, a coworker, or whatever, that there's a communication issue and they don't feel like they're being heard. As a matter of fact, still today, most relationships break because one partner feels like they're not heard, they're not being heard.
• 26:41
This is the power of words and the power of communication because words are energy, vibrations that are coming out of your mouth. Listening, that's why we talk about mindfulness so much, being mindful of who you're communicating with because there's a connection there. There's vibrational connection. And so one of the biggest things we learned from all these doctors back then was like, step number one is sit down and listen. And so we started doing that and in our clinic, we opened up our first cancer and degenerative disease clinic in 1998, after we had learned all this stuff, that was the first thing we did and we saw individuals from all over the world that had been treated by the best doctors in the world, the best natural doctors in the world even.
• 27:27
They would come in with bags full of supplements, and we just did everything different because even the natural doctors aren't even taught this, you know. So they would come in and we would sit down with them in a very nice, relaxing environment and we would say, Just breathe a little bit and just tell me what's going on with you. Tell me your frustrations. Tell me what's happening with you. What are your challenges?
• 27:47
Why are you here? And they would spend two hours telling us about their life and all their emotions, and they would laugh and they would cry and they would get angry and they would just go through all these emotions, and they would get it out. And then and then we would say, okay. Can I tell you something
• 28:06
Seth Holehouse: real quick? Just hear just just hearing you when you said that, you said, tell me your how you're feeling. Tell me this. That triggered some sort of response in me where I felt myself decompress, and I felt like, I okay. Let let me go.
• 28:24
I'll I'll tell you how I'm feeling. It was really weird, actually. I I could feel it, a physiological change in my body when you when you said that that made me feel like, oh, I I he's listening, and I wanted to start telling you how I was doing and and what I was struggling with. So I could I could see that those are powerful words. And I've studied a lot of hypnotism and and, you know, conversational hypnosis and different things that you can you know, techniques you could be used for good or bad, but the power of words is so powerful.
• 28:55
There's actually there's a book that my wife, who's a musician, she she's given to me. It's, I think it's called the structure of magic. I I forget what the the exact name of it. It's going into actually the magic of words and how words have been used as as they're they're magic. Right?
• 29:11
Every word is is is a spell in essence that you can do something with. And it's not really woo woo. It's just you're going into, like, things have vibrations and feelings. So, anyway, I wanted to point that out as I was feeling it because just you saying that, I could feel my my body started relaxing, but it started opening up. I don't know.
• 29:29
It was it was an interesting experience I had to just kind of point out.
• 29:33
Dr. Ed Group: That's why I said that that's the the the top doctors know this, but this is one of the most closely guarded secrets of the allopathic because the healing process accelerates tremendously. It develops a relationship between the, I should say, I don't want to say doctor because the true definition of a doctor is a teacher, not a prescriber, so we're really teachers of just, we're teaching you how to reactivate your body's self healing mechanism. We're teaching you how to change your life, and it was so powerful, these two hours, and every single person would say, You know, you're the first doctor that has actually listened to me. You see exactly what you said. You see their body movements change.
• 30:17
You see the confidence that they have. You see that there's somebody that they can connect with. And it was so powerful that the healing process actually starts during that conversation because especially the people we saw. We saw only like the worst. Like they've already been to 20 different doctors.
• 30:35
Like, what are you going do for me that the other 20 different natural health doctors did for me? Hold on, just sit down. Just tell us. Let's hear. And then I would say, know, they'd say, I'm feeling so much better already, you know?
• 30:51
And I just I feel like this is the first time that I could start my healing process. And we say, Well, has any of the doctors explained to you why you even have cancer? Why you even have diabetes or whatever? And they were like, No. And so don't you think that you need to understand why and how you got that to understand how you're going to get better and how you're going to repair that and how you're going to detoxify that from your energy field?
• 31:23
Yes. So then we would go into explaining the root cause of all disease. We would explain to them that the root cause of all disease is nothing more than a toxic external environment and a toxic internal environment. But another thing we would do before that was we would say, when is the last time that you actually looked in the mirror and said, I love you? Like, when is the last time that you actually felt that you love yourself, that you were confident, that you were able to take on the world?
• 31:57
And most of the time they would say, Well, that was back in high school when I was a cheerleader, or That was when I was a football player back in high school. And we say, So you have not felt that you loved yourself for that long. And then we would say, well, what do you do to create happiness? Like, do you do for fun? What creates happiness in your life?
• 32:19
What creates joy in your life? And pretty much every single one of them would just start breaking down and start crying right there. They were just like, I don't know. I don't know. It's something I've been searching for.
• 32:34
And it's a very powerful step one of the healing process is what I'm saying, and that's something that allopathic medicine knew about and completely got rid of because they know that that's so powerful and that develops a doctor patient or a teacher patient relationship, and so they completely, annihilated that from their system. And so then we would educate them, obviously. We would tell them that, Hey, these are the things in your external environment. Your personal care products are toxic and mold in your house is toxic and all this stuff. Disease is nothing more than poisoning of the body.
• 33:12
It's a poisoning of the body, mind, and soul, actually. And so what's the opposite of poisoning? It's detoxification. All you're doing is detoxing these poisons or recognizing these poisons and not using them anymore and detoxifying the body and letting the body come back into that healing state. It's really re reactivating your body's own self healing mechanism.
• 33:36
This is what we've been teaching. The second thing that we found out is the medical industry knew was so important was the gut health. And it's the one thing still today that they have testing for, they know nothing about. You can ask your gastroenterologist about what the appendix does and he'll be clueless. They don't teach anything about the gut in medical school.
• 33:59
They don't know anything about the microbiome, microbiome, the transit time, the, you know, nothing, okay? They eliminated that completely because they know it's vital for you to regain your health. So the second thing we do is we do the opposite of what they don't do. We repair the gut. How do we repair the gut?
• 34:18
We use Tesla's oxygen based product, Oxy Powder. We use really good probiotics and we use dietary changes, getting off of gluten and toxic poisonous compounds that are poisoning the gut and whatever beverages you're drinking too. So we heal the gut. So first is education and then it's cleansing and healing the gut, cleansing that twenty, thirty pounds of compaction out, cleansing all that garbage out and get the gut functioning and working again. The next thing, which is the biggest thing you've probably heard me talk about over the last couple of years is the liver.
• 34:56
Know, Holda Clark was really something we actually got to work with Holda Clark years ago, and she was just liver. Every disease is liver. Every condition is liver, and I've proven that over time. This is an allopathic method. You go in, they do blood work, and they say, Oh, your thyroid's off.
• 35:13
Let me put you on thyroid medications. No. The thyroid never gets off until the liver goes. You never have heart disease until you have a congested liver. As a matter of fact, every other condition diabetes, you name it, you never get any of that until your liver falls below 30 or 40% functionality.
• 35:33
Why do I say the liver is so important? What other organ do you have that performs over 500 vital functions? The liver is your first immune organ. It breaks down your proteins. It breaks down your fats.
• 35:52
You have the phase one detoxification system in your liver, the phase two detoxification system in your liver. If we're talking about poisons, are the root cause of all disease, well, guess what organ processes your poisons? Your liver. There's been a secret attack on everybody's livers. Purposely got everybody addicted to alcohol, really starting in the 1940s, 50s, 60s.
• 36:19
You can't watch any show on TV or Netflix without them drinking alcohol every fifteen to twenty seconds. It's programmed into everything. What is the organ? Alcohol is a poison. What is the organ that the alcohol affects the most?
• 36:33
The liver. They got everybody addicted to sugar, the second most poisonous thing for the liver, alcohol and sugar. They got everybody addicted to sugar, which by the way was a strategic campaign by these evil forces starting again roughly in the 1960s to get everybody addicted to sweets and addicted to foods that are damaging to the liver. So basically they have poisoned us through food, air, water, TV, etc, and the majority of that has to go through the liver. So number two, the reason why our protocols work so well and the reason why we teach, and I'm trying to teach as many doctors and natural doctors and chiropractors and everybody else, but they're still being taught symptomology in all the naturopathic schools and the chiropractic schools.
• 37:20
Someone walks in with a headache, you give them white willow bar, you know, instead of the allopathic model. Someone walks in with a headache, you give them a pain medication. The whole system is still based on symptomology. They're not saying, Okay, well, what's the root cause of your headache? Oh, it's the liver.
• 37:37
It's the toxic foods that you're poisoning yourself with, the beverages that you're poisoning yourself with. So this is the paradigm shift that we're trying to get out there. So number one, education, learning about why you have disease, and number two is cleaning and healing the gut. Number three is cleaning and healing the liver. We have a liver cleanse program that we use.
• 37:58
Probably done more liver cleansing and liver research than anybody on the planet. We've done over 500,000, probably more than that, liver cleanses. We've documented the symptoms of liver, and the medical community, again, right, has no medical diagnostic testing for the liver. You can go get the two little tiny, three little tiny enzymes that are supposed to tell you how your liver's working. I mean, seriously, GGT, if it's high, oh, you have alcohol in your liver?
• 38:30
Where are the 500 or more tests, medical tests, that should have been developed over one hundred years ago to determine what pathways and what your liver and how your liver is working and how your liver is processing everything? Nothing. They left it out on purpose because they don't want people to know how important the liver is. The fourth thing is parasites. We have talked extensively about parasites, their role in destroying the body.
• 39:00
Parasites are going to be mold, bacteria, fungus, genetically modified parasites, yeast, mycoplasms, worms. Now we have synthetic organisms that we're seeing, synthetic, bioweapons that can be parasites. People can be parasites. News media can be parasites. I mean, parasite is really anything that causes harm to a host.
• 39:24
Most people think parasites are just, worms, but that's wrong. So we have to, and we've seen multiple evidence that when you clean the parasites out of the body, the flukes, the bacteria, the harmful organisms, that the body starts coming back into balance because all these organisms, when you feed the body sugar and alcohol and your body becomes cynic, it's just a cesspool of all these different organisms living inside your system that you have to clean out. We've seen amazing things happen with people just doing parasite cleansing and all their disease goes away. Parasites secrete, they die in your system. Your body has to deal with that.
• 40:06
Alcohol, as a matter of fact, is one of the byproducts of secretions parasites. Formaldehyde, isopropyl alcohol, they go to the bathroom in your system, they defecate in your system, they steal all your nutrients. You know, I learned a long time ago that the majority of deficiencies people are suffering from are actually toxicities. Okay, so again, we have it all wrong. The medical profession has it all wrong.
• 40:33
And the last thing is the chemicals in heavy metals. So what? When have you ever gone to an allopathic doctor and they go, Oh, we're going to run you on extensive parasite testing. They don't know it. It was left out of the whole system.
• 40:46
Last is chemicals and heavy metals. When's the last time you went to your allopathic doctor and said, We're going run an extensive pesticide scan on you, insecticide scan on you, chemical scan on you, heavy metal scan on you, and all these, see what kind of chemicals you have in your body. No, they know. They've known for a long time that that is the secret. So it's very simple.
• 41:06
Okay? Health is not, God does not make it really advanced to where you have to know a lot of things. This is what we've been trying to teach. All you have to do is stop poisoning yourself, learn about all this stuff, clean up your external environment, clean up your internal environment by doing gut cleansing, doing multiple liver cleansing, because right now humanity, their liver is at about 10% functionality. You need your liver to be above 80% and you will not have any conditions or any disease if your liver is functioning above 80%.
• 41:45
Each liver cleanse you do cleans about 10% of your liver, so just assume that your liver's at 20%. You do one, it goes to 30. You do another one, it goes to 40. Another one goes to 50. Another one goes to 60.
• 41:56
Another one goes to 70. Another one goes to 80, and then your liver's back where it needs to be, and you need to maintain that. Right now, I used to recommend people do a parasite cleanse once every six months, a liver cleanse once every six months. We are so bombarded right now with nanotechnology and nanotechnology is targeting the liver, the gut, and it's working off of chemicals and heavy metals and it also has a lot to do with the production of nanotechnology and spike proteins, venomous spike proteins, by the genetically modified yeast and E. Coli in your system, mostly in your gut.
• 42:33
So we need to make yourself healthy again and you need to start remediating all this on a weekly basis. So the simplicity of it all is, look, you can change your diet. Everything is a decision away. Okay? Our whole life really comes down to four words.
• 42:54
For health side, it's poisoning and detoxification is the opposite of that. And the two other words that your whole life comes down to is time and decisions because you only have a certain amount of time. Time is your most valuable asset. Once it's gone, it's gone. And decisions are what rule your whole life.
• 43:13
Like if you factor your whole life into my whole life, it's all about the decisions I make. Like, am I going to be on this call? Am I going to listen to this? At what time am I going to go to bed tonight? What time am I going to wake up in the morning?
• 43:25
Am I going to go work out? I'm looking at a menu. Am I going to choose the salad or am I going to choose the hamburger? You're making decisions microseconds all day long every day. So you have to change your thought pattern and make the decisions that are going to be beneficial to you and to making yourself healthy again.
• 43:44
And so the beautiful thing about it is right now you can make that decision to change. Don't worry about the past. Don't hold on to the past. You have the ability to change and to grow and to transform. We are in the golden age right now.
• 44:00
We are in the great awakening period. You're either going that's why we are during change, there is also pain and trauma and suffering and chaos. That doesn't mean that's bad. Okay? That is actually very good.
• 44:15
You're going to transform to a new person, but you have to make that decision right now because your survival is going to depend on you. Your transformation is going to depend on you. Your relationship with God is going to depend on you. Your other relationships are going to depend on you. It's all going to start from within.
• 44:38
Grab your power back. Stop listening to all this garbage out there and all this negativity, and start making the decision from now forward to make yourself healthy again, to make yourself spiritual again, to make yourself whatever again. Focus on creating that bubble of health, happiness, joy, that high energy vibrational bubble so you can transform along with everybody else and you can go to the next higher level of consciousness.
• 45:09

• 46:28
It just makes so much sense. You know, I I've interviewed a lot of doctors, and this is a big thing that that, you know, my my wife and I specifically were so focused on this, and we're we've got, you know, we're we're launching a new health brand, and we're we're we we live and breathe this, but I've never had someone, you know, in about the thirty minutes or so or, you know, maybe twenty minutes, so you broke down those five things that it just it makes so much sense that everything is you you mentioned that it's our our modern system. Even the the good guys, the people that are really trying, it's still symptomology. It's okay. Here's your symptoms.
• 47:04
Here's how to treat those symptoms. And going back to restoring these systems to how they're supposed to work, it just it makes so much sense that gut It's it's common sense, Seth. Oh,
• 47:20
Dr. Ed Group: yeah. Is not difficult. Nature is not difficult. It's just common sense. It's easy.
• 47:25
It doesn't have to be in you don't have to go and get massive amounts of testing and you don't have to do any of that. It's coming back to your root of allowing your body to heal itself. And if you just understand that it's nothing more than poisons and you start cleaning that up and you cleaning this system and you let the body get the liver back functioning again, let the body take over, it will heal itself. We've healed millions of people all over the world very simply. I've had people with four stage cancer that had cancer all over their body sent home with two weeks left to live, that ordered two or three of my liver cleanse kits.
• 48:03
They didn't even do anything else. Did one liver cleanse takes six days. He did a liver cleanse and he had seven more days left to live. His whole family was gathering around. He did another liver cleanse the next six days and he was still alive at the end of the two weeks.
• 48:20
And his family was like, What? You were supposed to be dead. He's like, You know, the weird thing is I'm feeling better. I'm just going to keep doing this. He did a third liver cleanse.
• 48:27
He lived an extra six days. He ended up doing 28 back to back liver cleanses. This is why I keep saying the liver is your most important organ for health, and nobody's focusing on it. All the natural health practitioners, all these other doctors, they're still not focusing on the liver, and it is the most important thing that will transform your health the fastest of anything else. And this guy did 28 liver cleanses for six months, right?
• 48:53
Like twenty eight weeks, almost six months straight. He was feeling so good. He went back into his doctor, all of his cancer in his body was gone. The only thing that he did, Seth, was liver cleansing. That's it.
• 49:05
He did a one six day liver cleanse every six days. This is the power of allowing, cleaning up your body, getting rid of the parasites, cleaning up the liver, cleaning and healing the gut, getting rid of all the chemicals and heavy metals and allowing your body to heal itself. The body is, Seth, your self healing mechanism is the God given most powerful healing agent ever, not supplements, not all this other stuff. Of course, you can do the red light therapy, the massage. These are all additional things that I recommend people do.
• 49:41
Grounding, going out hugging trees, dealing with past emotions, releasing those, prayer, meditation, mindfulness. Those you know, all the most powerful healing agents that God has given us are free. Drinking clean water, you know, breathing clean air if we had it, but getting good sleep. You know, I talk about urine therapy as well. I mean, that's something that's very controversial, but it's the most powerful healing.
• 50:05
It's the most powerful medicine God has ever given us. I've taken a lot of slack from that, but now people are actually starting to wake up and they're doing their own research and they're realizing that the most powerful things that we have to heal us are already inside of us.
• 50:20
Seth Holehouse: It's incredible. And so looking at that liver and and and I hope that we can do multiple shows together because I I'm already seeing, okay, that there's a whole show. There's a whole show. This is like there's so much that we could spend, you know, two hours just focusing on parasites or just focusing on liver. But looking at liver, because I'm trying to prevent myself from going ADHD and wanna talk about a million things at once.
• 50:44
But so just looking at liver as an example, what what causes the buildup? What what what is it? Obviously, you talked about, you know, toxins, the alcohol. Yeah. I know that the liver flukes is, you know, the parasites that live inside the liver.
• 50:59
What leads to that? But, also, walk us through what are the what are the key components of a liver cleanse, like this six day liver cleanse, which I'll I'll I'll find it. Actually, I've got your website here. Let me see. Where where do I go on here?
• 51:13
  You can
• 51:14
Dr. Ed Group: just go to globalhealing.com and just type in liver cleanse. While you're doing that, I mean, let me just let everybody know that the liver is the organ that filters all of the blood. Like I said earlier, it's key for immune system. It's key to transfer the thyroid hormones. It regulates your insulin levels.
• 51:33
It detoxifies all the poisonous substances. It performs, like I said, over 500 vital functions. It regulates your hormones. It breaks down the amino acids. Why everybody is having issues with weight gain and obesity is because the liver's toxic.
• 51:48
First of all, let me just say this. Back in the 60s and even going back to the late 1800s, doctors knew that the body did not need a lot of food, okay? And so what we are doing is we're eating, according to Arnold Aaron, he said this in the 1940s, he said humans are eating 10 times the amount of food that the body can actually process. Okay, that was in the 40s. I would say they're probably eating 15 times the amount of food than the body can actually process.
• 52:18
Remember, we are an energetic being, right? And 95% of the energy that we produce goes to digestion, okay? When 95% of the energy you produce goes to the digestive process, how are you going to regenerate? How are you going to fight disease? How are you going to keep your immune system strong?
• 52:41
Number one, we're consuming way too much food. The liver is taxed. The liver has to break down the proteins. It has to break down the fats. It has to convert the proteins into amino acids.
• 52:53
The fattiness of the foods with people consuming these seed oils, these hydrogenated oils, these toxic compounds. You can only imagine, like, just think about your oil filter in your car and just putting poisons into, you know, feeding poisons into your oil in your car. Your car would break down, the filter would be congested. That's why right now we have the highest levels of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in children than ever before. Sugar.
• 53:26
The liver has to process and convert sugar. The liver is just completely 100% overworked by 5000%. It cannot handle it. That's why it's backlogging and people are getting leaky gut syndrome. The toxins and poisons are going into bloodstream.
• 53:45
The liver is congested with flukes because when you have that amount of toxicity in the liver, you have an overgrowth of yeast in the liver. This is not even talked about, Seth. Like no one even talks about this stuff. People have overgrowth of yeast in their liver because yeast feeds on sugar and alcohol, so it loves to reside in the liver. And then what's the byproduct of yeast?
• 54:07
Alcohol. So it's a revolving cycle that's happening. That's why I keep saying the liver, the liver, the liver, the liver. We have to start focusing on the liver because it is the organ. Of course, you know, dietary changes.
• 54:20
I mean, you ask yourself, what is poisoning the liver? That's the question you need to ask yourself. Are you drinking diet sodas all day long? Are you eating cakes? What's your sugar consumption?
• 54:32
What's your percentage of live food that you're consuming every single day? How much cooked food, microwave food? And you have to just take six or 12 bites of food, really. I mean, that's what they were saying back then. Your body, they would have the six bite diet.
• 54:48
Really, how many bites it takes you to eat an apple or something that you're going to pick from the tree? Chewing your food helps tremendously. People now are just gorging this food in their bodies, and they're not chewing it until it's a liquid before they swallow it. All of these things have to do with your digestion, how well your liver works, the amount of parasites you have in your body, and the amount of chemicals and heavy metals you're consuming.
• 55:13
Seth Holehouse: Gosh. I I think it's like I I thought I was living pretty healthy. If I'm listening to all this stuff, I'm thinking, my goodness. Like, I need to, I need to, like, do you offer courses? Like, is there a way that I can can Absolutely.
• 55:27
Dr. Ed Group: I put all these in courses. I'll be happy to give you, you know, all your listeners a big discount code for that. It's the I started a school because of this, Seth. And we have lots of naturopathic practitioners and even medical doctors that are going through my school right now because no one teaches this. No one teaches the real root cause of how to reactivate your body self healing mechanism and teaches what we teach.
• 55:50
Actually, our motto is we teach what no other school teaches. It's the Global Healing Institute, globalhealinginstitute dot org. We have courses on, our courses are courses of how you take back your own health and exactly what we're talking about now in more detail. One of our really popular courses is the Root Cause of Disease course. I highly recommend, actually we're implementing these courses into the homeschooling.
• 56:18
We're going to try to work with the new administration to get these involved, some of these courses in the educational system, working with the states now. Children need to know and young adults need to know what the root cause of all these diseases are and how to keep yourself healthy again and thrive. It's all about thriving. People are just so down, depressed. If you look at any mental illness, what they consider mental illness, Seth, it's all liver, okay?
• 56:48
It's toxicity. As a matter of fact, traditional Chinese medicine, going back thousands of years, if anyone ever had any type of stress or mental condition, you know what they did? They cleaned the liver and it would go away. You can pinpoint liver toxicity with every single condition and disease known to man.
• 57:08
Seth Holehouse: That's incredible. Yeah. So maybe we can get a promo code set up for the Man in America audience. Usually, we'll use Seth, right, s e t h. So so hopefully, if that if that works and folks can use that, if now can they use that on the global healing as well as the institute?
• 57:23
Can we have a set code to work in both spots for them?
• 57:27
Dr. Ed Group: I think we probably could. Yes. I'll have to get with the and and work that out, but that I don't think that's gonna be an issue. Yeah.
• 57:34
Seth Holehouse: Okay. Gosh. We're already at the top of the hour, and I I just I thought that my my questions just started kind of building up. But I know that you're a busy man, and I've got a wife and kids waiting on me because our nanny's leaving and a little one year old and a four year old that'll be, you know, clawing at my ankles before I know it. So but, gosh, Ed, I I just I I I enjoyed this conversation so much, and I can't wait to actually start digging into the the the Global Healing Institute.
• 58:03
I'm gonna start taking some of these courses because I just I love this information because it's empowering. Right? You know, I I lost my brother to cancer. He was 33 years old. Right?
• 58:14
He had non Hodgkin's lymphoma. He had a big tumor. All kinds of medical malpractice that happened that end up you know, I'm not I won't get into the details, but so I've lived through the experience. I, you know, I lived basically in the hospital, you know, bedside with him for for months on end, was sleeping in the in the lobby of the hospital while the doctors every day were telling me, here's why he's gonna die. Here's why he's not gonna wake up because he was in a coma because they they screwed some things up.
• 58:38
Anyway, that was my experience, you know, back in 2015 with the medical system. And since then, I've decided that this great distrust, but it wasn't just a distrust. It was also a confusion of not knowing. It's like, okay. I know they're lying to us about the cancer and a lot of these diseases, and they want us to just go through their, you know, million dollar treatments.
• 58:57
But this this this short conversation with you, I feel like has given me this these basic building blocks of, okay. Great. Like, you know, that that that last fifteen, twenty pounds of body fat I wanna lose. It's like, ah, like, I haven't, you know, I I've done dieting. I've been working out.
• 59:14
  I haven't once said, what's my liver situation? Right? It's just it's it's incredible information you've got.
• 59:21
Dr. Ed Group: Well, thank you. I appreciate you having me on. It's vital information for everybody to know, and and thanks for everybody tuning in today. We'll definitely, you know, follow-up on all this. We'll get you the codes.
• 59:32
And just like I said earlier, now is the time you're watching this. Now is the time to make the decision. Women tend to be making most of the decisions for the health of the family. So get your whole family on board. You know, this is the time.
• 59:47
Have the whole family sit down and watch this show. That would be a great start. So thanks so much for having me on, Seth. Thanks for everything that you're doing. Let's make this transformation happen together and collaborate and and please share all this information, anybody who's watching with as many people as you know as well.
• 1:00:04
Seth Holehouse: Absolutely. And I'll I'll make sure we put in the description of the show all the different links and everything so so folks can find your website and everything. So, again, thank you so much. It's such a a pleasure speaking with you. Alright.
