- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America.
- 0:27Speaker 5: I am Rich Valdez Valdez with an ass at Rich
- 0:30Speaker 5: Valdez on all of the social media. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome
- 0:34Speaker 5: Cyber Monday, Monday Night edition of the program. Happy to
- 0:38Speaker 5: be with you. It's truly a blessing, an honor, and
- 0:40Speaker 5: a privilege. And I hope everybody had a great holiday,
- 0:44Speaker 5: great Thanksgiving, all that stuff. I want to get into
- 0:47Speaker 5: a few things, because you know, the news can be
- 0:49Speaker 5: funny sometimes, and I want to start on a funny
- 0:51Speaker 5: note because there's always some interesting news out there that
- 0:55Speaker 5: we should get into that. Sometimes I leave for later
- 0:58Speaker 5: to get to some of the more pressing matters first,
- 1:02Speaker 5: but then I feel like, man, all we do is
- 1:04Speaker 5: talk about the pressing matters.
- 1:05Speaker 3: So I want to get into this stuff.
- 1:07Speaker 5: And one of the things that I want to get
- 1:08Speaker 5: into is artificial intelligence, because, according to some of the
- 1:13Speaker 5: reports I'm looking at, artificial intelligence has played a big role,
- 1:17Speaker 5: not just in.
- 1:20Speaker 3: You know, our daily lives, but in driving.
- 1:23Speaker 5: A record eleven point eight billion dollars in Black Friday
- 1:27Speaker 5: online spending. Yeah, apparently that's up nine point one percent
- 1:33Speaker 5: from last year. I think I told you this last time.
- 1:35Speaker 5: And Cyber Monday predictions are expected to be up by
- 1:40Speaker 5: fourteen point two billion, at least in online sales. I
- 1:45Speaker 5: couldn't help, but you know, doing the research on the
- 1:47Speaker 5: AI stuff, I saw something and I said, man, this
- 1:50Speaker 5: is very very interesting here. You've got this forecast of
- 1:54Speaker 5: fourteen point two billion, but you also have stores that
- 1:58Speaker 5: are extending their sale. I guess because business was so good,
- 2:02Speaker 5: or you could say maybe because business wasn't so good.
- 2:04Speaker 5: And I guess the reality there is that, you know,
- 2:07Speaker 5: one man's junk is another man's treasure. You really can
- 2:10Speaker 5: look at things two ways.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Right.
- 2:12Speaker 5: Some people say, hey, if the ganton's good, let's keep
- 2:14Speaker 5: getting it, and others say, well, the ganton's not so good,
- 2:16Speaker 5: so let's you know, continue the sale. So I think
- 2:20Speaker 5: it's like kind of like a breakup, right, you know,
- 2:22Speaker 5: it's not you, it's me.
- 2:24Speaker 3: That type of thing.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Quite often it's really both people, right, They just they
- 2:28Speaker 5: don't end up in a place where they can see
- 2:30Speaker 5: eye to eye on moving forward together. And I think
- 2:33Speaker 5: I get that. So I don't know, you know, which
- 2:35Speaker 5: side of the fence you're on here. But shoppers seem
- 2:42Speaker 5: to be taking well to certain things and others not
- 2:45Speaker 5: so much online, right some one of the reports I'm
- 2:48Speaker 5: seeing about Cyber Monday saying that shoppers are sour on
- 2:51Speaker 5: some of the deals online. I can tell you that
- 2:54Speaker 5: I needed to buy some some video monitors for a
- 3:00Speaker 5: project that I'm working on. And these are, in effect,
- 3:03Speaker 5: you know, flat screen TVs like you know four K TV,
- 3:06Speaker 5: And I looked at some of the Black Friday and
- 3:09Speaker 5: Cyber Monday deals and TVs that were normally about two
- 3:12Speaker 5: hundred bucks or you know, one eighty I found them
- 3:15Speaker 5: for one hundred and twenty nine dollars at one of
- 3:18Speaker 5: the big stores, the big box electronics stores. So I went,
- 3:22Speaker 5: I got a couple, right cause I needed a couple
- 3:23Speaker 5: for this studio that I'm building up. And I thought
- 3:26Speaker 5: to myself, man, this is a pretty cool deal, right,
- 3:30Speaker 5: So I was not upset with what's going on and
- 3:34Speaker 5: other news there's this system or this program, right, this
- 3:38Speaker 5: service called buy Now, Pay Later, well that put a
- 3:42Speaker 5: billion dollar boost into cyber Monday sales. Now some people
- 3:45Speaker 5: are saying that's a good thing. The other people are
- 3:48Speaker 5: saying it's not so good because people are borrowing, and
- 3:50Speaker 5: of course you don't want to, you know, mortgage the
- 3:52Speaker 5: future with your Black Friday stuff. But AI is when
- 3:56Speaker 5: I started talking about. And there's a piece and ABC
- 4:00Speaker 5: News that says, can AI ever be funny? And some
- 4:03Speaker 5: of the comedians are now trying to embrace AI, knowing
- 4:08Speaker 5: that they're.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Still going to be running the show.
- 4:10Speaker 5: Right, they're just using it like most people use it
- 4:12Speaker 5: to make your life better, you know, we use AI.
- 4:14Speaker 5: I guess I use it to respond to some of
- 4:17Speaker 5: my It's not like an active thing. It's it's actually
- 4:20Speaker 5: kind of a built in feature on the Facebook page.
- 4:23Speaker 5: If anybody you know hits me on Messenger, you'll get
- 4:25Speaker 5: an automatic response. That's just something that they've been doing
- 4:28Speaker 5: for years, but they use AI for it and it
- 4:32Speaker 5: works out great. This way, you understand that I got
- 4:34Speaker 5: your message, and I get back to people as often.
- 4:36Speaker 3: As I can.
- 4:36Speaker 5: And by the way, some of you guys have written
- 4:38Speaker 5: to me, and a few of you had really interesting questions.
- 4:40Speaker 5: I'm going to get to some of those tonight or
- 4:43Speaker 5: in the next hour or a subsequent night, but I
- 4:45Speaker 5: will get to it. I have a lot to discuss,
- 4:47Speaker 5: and I don't want to rush through things. That means
- 4:50Speaker 5: I might, you know, leave some things on the burner,
- 4:52Speaker 5: the back burner for manyana. But there's this article ABC News,
- 5:00Speaker 5: and it says a baby and his family dog sit
- 5:02Speaker 5: across from each other, and they go into a radio
- 5:04Speaker 5: studio and the baby says, welcome to the Talking Baby podcast.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Now this is what the baby's saying, and he's putting
- 5:12Speaker 5: on his headphones and he's putting on his.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Very deep radio voice like a broadcaster.
- 5:18Speaker 5: And then he goes on to say, you on today's episode,
- 5:22Speaker 5: we'll be talking to the weird looking person who lives
- 5:25Speaker 5: at my house. Of course, that's their family dog. And
- 5:27Speaker 5: I thought I couldn't stop laughing when I read this.
- 5:28Speaker 5: I thought it was so funny. And of course that
- 5:32Speaker 5: begins the series of humorous interactions between the baby and
- 5:35Speaker 5: the dog, these two characters that are animated by artificial intelligence,
- 5:39Speaker 5: and this is attracting millions of views on social media,
- 5:43Speaker 5: and they're a nod to the nineteen eighty nine movie
- 5:46Speaker 5: Look Who's Talking right? Remember that with Bruce Willis and
- 5:49Speaker 5: the Little Baby. So this was produced in a matter
- 5:52Speaker 5: of hours without a multimillion dollar Hollywood budget. AI helped
- 5:56Speaker 5: do all of that, but it didn't craft the punchline right,
- 6:01Speaker 5: and that's a relief. The comedian they interviewed in this article,
- 6:04Speaker 5: a guy named John La Joy or Lea YOI could
- 6:07Speaker 5: be one of those soft wise.
- 6:10Speaker 3: La joie.
- 6:14Speaker 5: He made the video and he said, the AI chatbots
- 6:17Speaker 5: aren't really inherently funny and no kidding, they're not even
- 6:20Speaker 5: inherently smart, contrary to what they're called. I guess fake
- 6:25Speaker 5: smart or artificial intelligence is probably a really good depiction
- 6:28Speaker 5: for most AI. And he says, you know, listen, AI
- 6:32Speaker 5: can't write comedy. You can't do any of that. At
- 6:34Speaker 5: least for now. It's not going to take his job.
- 6:36Speaker 5: And I thought this is pretty interesting. Meanwhile, there's some
- 6:38Speaker 5: AI out there that's saying, you know, there's people saying,
- 6:41Speaker 5: if you're tired of creating online content, videos and whatnot
- 6:46Speaker 5: for your social media, just give us a sample of
- 6:48Speaker 5: your voice and a selfie and we'll make a video
- 6:52Speaker 5: an AI avatar a clone of you and based on
- 6:55Speaker 5: your voice pattern and this and that and blah blah blah.
- 6:58Speaker 5: And I thought to myself, why in the world, But
- 7:00Speaker 5: what I do something like that?
- 7:01Speaker 3: That's crazy? Right?
- 7:02Speaker 5: Imagine if I could replace myself with AI, that would
- 7:05Speaker 5: be wild. I mean, all I could do is really
- 7:08Speaker 5: make a pattern based on the things that you talk about.
- 7:10Speaker 5: And I could see why some people might be lazy
- 7:13Speaker 5: or try to save time and say, Okay, let me
- 7:15Speaker 5: go ahead and do this this thing right where I
- 7:20Speaker 5: clone myself with artificial intelligence. But at the end of
- 7:24Speaker 5: the day, I think people, at least me, I tune
- 7:28Speaker 5: into the radio right when I do the people that
- 7:31Speaker 5: I listen to, and I really don't listen to a
- 7:34Speaker 5: lot of radio because I'm busy trying to, you know,
- 7:36Speaker 5: create the best radio I can for myself. But the
- 7:40Speaker 5: great one, Mark Levin gave me some advice years ago,
- 7:42Speaker 5: and he said, yea, Richie, don't listen to too much radio.
- 7:45Speaker 5: You don't want stuff that people are saying to kind
- 7:47Speaker 5: of influence what you're going to say on the radio.
- 7:50Speaker 5: And I said, you know, that makes a lot of
- 7:51Speaker 5: sense because you know, subconsciously, you might, you know, share
- 7:55Speaker 5: a thought that isn't something that you came up with, right,
- 7:59Speaker 5: or it could kind of you one way or the other.
- 8:02Speaker 5: But in saying all that, this AI stuff, all it
- 8:08Speaker 5: can do is really analyze a pattern of things that
- 8:11Speaker 5: you've said and copy you and kind of predict based
- 8:14Speaker 5: on your previous things. But you guys know, at least
- 8:18Speaker 5: the people who listen to this show, and I appreciate
- 8:20Speaker 5: each and every one of you. You guys do know
- 8:23Speaker 5: that there are times where I surprise you, right, There
- 8:25Speaker 5: are times you think, well, I didn't think you were
- 8:27Speaker 5: going to have that opinion on this, because I have
- 8:30Speaker 5: different experiences and different parts of my history and background
- 8:34Speaker 5: that inform differently. Right, They inform me differently than they
- 8:39Speaker 5: would inform others. And that's what makes us individuals. That's
- 8:43Speaker 5: what I believe the conservative movements about, right is individualism
- 8:48Speaker 5: where we get to make our own way and we
- 8:50Speaker 5: get to think for ourselves and have a big embrace
- 8:56Speaker 5: of heterodoxy in our big tent. But I digress. The
- 9:04Speaker 5: point here was AI. It can be good and it
- 9:08Speaker 5: can be bad, and I think that's like anything in life.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Right.
- 9:12Speaker 5: You can buy a nice car and really enjoy this
- 9:15Speaker 5: beautiful car of yours, or you could be a radical
- 9:20Speaker 5: crazy that wants to kill people and use the car
- 9:22Speaker 5: as a weapon. Sadly, these days, just about anything can
- 9:27Speaker 5: be weaponized by evil, including our justice system, including our media,
- 9:34Speaker 5: including our educational system, both at the higher ed level
- 9:40Speaker 5: and at the kindergarten level. You got to hear some
- 9:43Speaker 5: of the stuff. I'm going to play for you tonight.
- 9:44Speaker 5: I've got some wild stuff. Parents are freaking out. You
- 9:47Speaker 5: got crazy stuff coming out of New Jersey, crazy stuff
- 9:49Speaker 5: out of the Midwest, a lot of interesting things going on,
- 9:52Speaker 5: and parents have every right to be upset. And you
- 9:55Speaker 5: remember there was a time when parents spoke out and
- 9:57Speaker 5: went to school board meetings and said I don't like this. Well,
- 10:00Speaker 5: they immediately got labeled as domestic terrorists. Remember that good
- 10:04Speaker 5: old Joe Ed Baboso Biden did that. So when it
- 10:08Speaker 5: comes to AI, I say, look, it's like anything else.
- 10:11Speaker 5: You know, a gun is a great thing to have.
- 10:14Speaker 5: You can protect yourself, you can protect others, you can
- 10:16Speaker 5: defend life. But in the wrong hands, when evils at play,
- 10:22Speaker 5: you can remove life. You can hurt people, and it
- 10:25Speaker 5: could be a bad thing. It's not the gun that's
- 10:28Speaker 5: a bad thing. It's the person that's a bad thing. Right,
- 10:31Speaker 5: So I'll leave you with that, Ai, And I'd love
- 10:36Speaker 5: to know if you want to chime in at Rich
- 10:38Speaker 5: Valdes on any of the social media, please do because
- 10:42Speaker 5: there's a bunch of stuff I want to get into.
- 10:43Speaker 5: But some of the big headlines that I want to
- 10:45Speaker 5: get into. Man, the FBI is at war within itself, right.
- 10:51Speaker 5: They're beating up on Dan Bongino, They're beaten up on
- 10:54Speaker 5: Director Patel. Looks like they're trying to wage a coup.
- 10:58Speaker 5: Who knows. People could be the deep State, could be
- 11:01Speaker 5: some of their friends. You know, when you work in government,
- 11:04Speaker 5: people are always looking for a little a little blood
- 11:06Speaker 5: in the water. If they see you have a rough day,
- 11:09Speaker 5: they're ready to jump in. And these are people you
- 11:11Speaker 5: might be going to lunch with. But they're thinking, Man,
- 11:14Speaker 5: I want your job, and the only way I get
- 11:16Speaker 5: your job is to wait for the minute that you
- 11:18Speaker 5: trip and then push you down. That's how it is.
- 11:22Speaker 5: Politics is a rough sport. Serving a government is not
- 11:26Speaker 5: for the week. So we're gonna talk about that. I
- 11:29Speaker 5: think Dan Bongino and Cash Hotel last week it was oh,
- 11:32Speaker 5: they're firing Cash Hotel, and the President said, hah, that's.
- 11:35Speaker 3: News to me.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Remember that this week now they're coming after Cash Hotel.
- 11:39Speaker 5: Because he wanted to wear an FBI jacket at a
- 11:43Speaker 5: FBI briefing. Sounds fair enough to me. They try to
- 11:46Speaker 5: ridicule him, saying he couldn't find the right size and
- 11:48Speaker 5: this and that. I mean, listen, I work in TV sometimes, right,
- 11:53Speaker 5: and I don't go on there wearing a jacket that's
- 11:56Speaker 5: too big for me. I'm gonna be in front of
- 11:57Speaker 5: the cameras. I'm in front of the cameras somehow. If
- 12:00Speaker 5: Director Patel's job is to give a press conference in
- 12:02Speaker 5: front of the cameras, he's not supposed to wear a
- 12:05Speaker 5: jacket that fits him. I mean, it's just the standards
- 12:08Speaker 5: here are just they blow me away. And the stuff
- 12:12Speaker 5: that they make out about good patriots like Dan Bongino.
- 12:16Speaker 5: Come on, here's a guy who had everything going for
- 12:18Speaker 5: himself and decides to.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Do the unthinkable.
- 12:23Speaker 5: Right, It's one thing to say, hey, look, I'm employed
- 12:26Speaker 5: by a company that puts me on the radio, and
- 12:29Speaker 5: we don't have an agreement and we're not going to
- 12:32Speaker 5: move forward.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Got it.
- 12:34Speaker 5: It's another thing to say, Hey, I own multiple channels
- 12:39Speaker 5: of me connecting with millions and millions of listeners. I'm
- 12:42Speaker 5: going to sacrifice that to serve our country. And that's
- 12:46Speaker 5: what dam Bongino did, right. He didn't just make a
- 12:48Speaker 5: move where I look like me. I made a move.
- 12:50Speaker 5: I'm still doing this as America. My podcast does really,
- 12:53Speaker 5: really well. It's I was in the top one hundred
- 12:55Speaker 5: of all podcasts in my category news Commentary, and I'm
- 12:59Speaker 5: grateful for that. That's because of you guys sharing it
- 13:01Speaker 5: and downloading it and putting on the automatic downloads and
- 13:05Speaker 5: listening to it. But I still have this outlet. I've
- 13:09Speaker 5: had it for years. I have a loyal audience that grows.
- 13:12Speaker 5: Thank God, thank you Jesus. If I step away from
- 13:17Speaker 5: one arena into another, and even step into yet another television,
- 13:21Speaker 5: streaming video things like that, all that does is expand
- 13:25Speaker 5: my circle, right. It allows me to gain new potential listeners, followers, viewers.
- 13:32Speaker 5: But somebody like Dampongino, he was already excelling in all
- 13:35Speaker 5: of those areas and he put it all away. He
- 13:39Speaker 5: put it all aside to serve this country that he loves.
- 13:42Speaker 5: This is a guy he's a dad like me. He's
- 13:44Speaker 5: got two little girls, a wonderful wife, beautiful family, and
- 13:49Speaker 5: I give them nothing but credit, nothing but credit, lots
- 13:52Speaker 5: of respect for Bongino and for Cash would tell because
- 13:56Speaker 5: the stuff they're doing is not easy. You know they're there,
- 14:00Speaker 5: they're on the front line, right in front of Trump.
- 14:03Speaker 5: You know, he's calling the play and they're running the ball.
- 14:08Speaker 5: And you've seen the type of heat that El Trumpito takes.
- 14:11Speaker 5: So anyway, we're gonna take a pause right here, We're
- 14:15Speaker 5: gonna come right back talk about the fake phony attacks now,
- 14:19Speaker 5: not only on these guys.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Now, I'm Pete Hegseth. You heard about that one.
- 14:22Speaker 5: What a farce that was saying he said this, he
- 14:25Speaker 5: did that, he strikes it was the general.
- 14:28Speaker 3: It was this.
- 14:29Speaker 5: People are freaking out. Why again they want to push
- 14:32Speaker 5: him out. They say it's a play by the Secretary
- 14:34Speaker 5: of the Army trying to position himself to potentially make
- 14:40Speaker 5: Pete Hegseth look bad so he can become secretary. Well,
- 14:43Speaker 5: I don't know if that's true or not. That's just
- 14:45Speaker 5: some of the reporting that I've seen. So we're gonna
- 14:47Speaker 5: get into that as well as all of the other
- 14:49Speaker 5: things that are going on, and man, there are plenty
- 14:51Speaker 5: of things going on. So keep it locked right here
- 14:53Speaker 5: at rich Valdez with an s on all of the
- 14:55Speaker 5: social media.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere.
- 14:57Speaker 6: This is America.
- 15:00Speaker 5: We live in a remarkable time in human history right now,
- 15:03Speaker 5: one in which our technology has dramatically improved our living standards.
- 15:08Speaker 5: That's because the people that design and build the modern
- 15:12Speaker 5: wonders that make our lives better are bound by physical reality,
- 15:16Speaker 5: a world in which things either work or they don't work. Unfortunately,
- 15:20Speaker 5: those who oversee our political and educational institutions aren't limited by.
- 15:24Speaker 3: These same constraints.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Instead, they often implement their agendas by exploiting people's ignorance
- 15:30Speaker 5: on issues like taxes and immigration. So where do we
- 15:33Speaker 5: go to get the facts? Well, you listen to this
- 15:35Speaker 5: as America. But if you're online, you go to just

- 16:27Speaker 6: This is a marrion. He's brown, he's bald, and he's
- 16:31Speaker 6: breaking it down.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Oh he's so handsome. What's his day?
- 16:34Speaker 6: Rich veldays.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Hasn't happened. It's fake, it's phony, it's fraud.
- 16:47Speaker 5: But Rosie o'donald saying that this was a verbal rape,
- 16:50Speaker 5: raping a woman. I mean, she says it with such
- 16:52Speaker 5: such certatude that you would think that there's some truth
- 16:55Speaker 5: to that when the whole thing is a forest. And
- 16:57Speaker 5: it's because the left, within the free press, they don't
- 17:01Speaker 5: like Donald Trump's free speech.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Right now, that is a clip of me.
- 17:04Speaker 5: I was at the Newsmax TV studios doing my weekly commentary.
- 17:08Speaker 5: I was there this Sunday on Lydia Serrani's show, a
- 17:11Speaker 5: Sunday Agenda, and I have a clip that I'm going
- 17:14Speaker 5: to play for you regarding some of the crazy that
- 17:16Speaker 5: was going on Rosi o'donald, of course, saying that President
- 17:20Speaker 5: Trump telling Nancy Cortis from CBS News that she's are
- 17:26Speaker 5: you a stupid person? You're you're a stupid person, that
- 17:30Speaker 5: this is not She didn't say it was unbecoming of
- 17:33Speaker 5: the office. She didn't say it was brash. She said
- 17:38Speaker 5: it was rape.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Unbelievable.
- 17:41Speaker 7: Listen to this, Hey, so with us host of This
- 17:43Speaker 7: is America with Rich Valdez and iHeartRadio Rich Valdez with
- 17:46Speaker 7: an ass and activists and founder of the New York
- 17:49Speaker 7: City Republican Club Marco Kepi, guys, thank you so much
- 17:51Speaker 7: for joining us. So Rosie o'donald, she has major trumped
- 17:55Speaker 7: arrangement syndrome. I don't know if you saw Trump earlier,
- 17:58Speaker 7: He hit back at a reporter asked a stupid question.
- 18:01Speaker 7: So I'm gonna play the sound bite from Trump first,
- 18:04Speaker 7: and then you're gonna hear Rosie's response when she was
- 18:06Speaker 7: on with Jim Acossa and she says, it's it's rape
- 18:10Speaker 7: what Trump did?
- 18:10Speaker 8: Yeah, watch this? Why do you bring a Fiden.
- 18:14Speaker 6: Administration because they let them in? Are you stupid? Are
- 18:18Speaker 6: you a stupid person?
- 18:21Speaker 8: We not democrats versus Republicans. We people who have decency
- 18:28Speaker 8: as one of their values. A decent person would stand
- 18:33Speaker 8: up in spite of their job and say, I've not
- 18:36Speaker 8: sit here and watch you verbally assault and attack.
- 18:41Speaker 3: And rape a woman.
- 18:44Speaker 7: Can you imagine how offensive this is to women that
- 18:46Speaker 7: have actually been sexually assaulted and rape and rich? What
- 18:49Speaker 7: do you think about Jasmine Crockett deflecting and always with
- 18:52Speaker 7: the white supremacy.
- 18:52Speaker 9: Claim, Because if that's the case, let's talk about the
- 18:56Speaker 9: white supremacist and how many of them needs to be
- 18:58Speaker 9: kicked out of this country because I can guarantee you
- 19:01Speaker 9: I can check down more crimes that they've committed, because overall,
- 19:04Speaker 9: immigrants have a lower crime committal rate than white supremacists.
- 19:11Speaker 9: But we don't want to talk about that.
- 19:13Speaker 5: Well, you know, look, I think first the left within government,
- 19:16Speaker 5: the left within the media, they're kind of hysterical lately,
- 19:18Speaker 5: whether it's Rosio Donald or Jasmine Crockett trying to make
- 19:20Speaker 5: things up. I can't remember the last time that we
- 19:23Speaker 5: saw a massive string of attacks or rapes or anything
- 19:27Speaker 5: like that by white supremacist.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Haven't seen it hasn't happened. It's fake, it's phony, it's fraud.
- 19:31Speaker 5: But Rosie o'donald saying that this was a verbal rape,
- 19:34Speaker 5: raping a woman.
- 19:35Speaker 3: I mean she says it with such.
- 19:36Speaker 5: Such certitude that you would think that there's some truth
- 19:39Speaker 5: to that when the whole thing is a forest.
- 19:41Speaker 3: And it's because the.
- 19:43Speaker 5: Left, within the free press, they don't like Donald Trump's
- 19:46Speaker 5: free speech.
- 19:47Speaker 7: Final thirty seconds to you.
- 19:49Speaker 5: For too long, we've had this adherence to pomp and circumstance,
- 19:52Speaker 5: to staying within the lines.
- 19:53Speaker 3: How dare you? That offends me?
- 19:55Speaker 5: And you know what President Trump I would like to
- 19:56Speaker 5: say is like the first talk radio president. Right, he's
- 19:59Speaker 5: the one that says, I'm going to called us what
- 20:00Speaker 5: it is. I'm gonna make funny you. I'm gonna make
- 20:01Speaker 5: a funny name for you. And we need that. And
- 20:03Speaker 5: Chanaman Naghan has a segment called Donkey of the Day.
- 20:06Speaker 5: This is the White House's version of Donkey the Day.
- 20:08Speaker 5: I think it's fantastic.
- 20:09Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean called that reporter stupid because it was
- 20:11Speaker 7: a stupid question. He calls it like he sees it.
- 20:13Speaker 7: But it's a trademark New York World, New Yorkers here,
- 20:16Speaker 7: and that's how we talk, right, all right, Daniel rich Marco,
- 20:19Speaker 7: you'll be back the next hour. Thank you guys.
- 20:22Speaker 5: All right, that was a clip again of me on
- 20:24Speaker 5: Lydia Saroni's show, and I wanted to share some of
- 20:27Speaker 5: my comments with you because I think that was worthy
- 20:31Speaker 5: of talking about. Right, I talked about the Nancy Cord
- 20:34Speaker 5: of stuff the last time I was here, but I
- 20:36Speaker 5: hadn't heard, you know, I had done that show before
- 20:42Speaker 5: I went on Newsmax.
- 20:43Speaker 3: And when I went to Newsmax.
- 20:45Speaker 5: I saw the clip from Rosie O'Donnell, and man, that
- 20:50Speaker 5: was something else.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Verbal rape, unbelievable.
- 20:56Speaker 5: And of course Jasmin Crockett wing and saying everything is
- 20:58Speaker 5: white supremacy and it's the white supremacists that are leading
- 21:02Speaker 5: the charge with crime, and it's immigrants. There's no way,
- 21:06Speaker 5: no way possible that they can have any type of
- 21:08Speaker 5: crime rate that is indicative of anything even close to
- 21:13Speaker 5: a white person. And again, this is not a claim
- 21:17Speaker 5: that white people commit less crimes than immigrants. That's not
- 21:19Speaker 5: what I'm trying to convey here. I'm just trying to
- 21:22Speaker 5: make the case that she automatically runs to the defense
- 21:25Speaker 5: of the illegalilien. Right, nobody's trying to demonize all immigrants. Well,
- 21:30Speaker 5: some people might be, but I don't think that's what's
- 21:32Speaker 5: happening right here, and she automatically is in favor of
- 21:37Speaker 5: defending whomever is in the wrong, and that I just
- 21:41Speaker 5: find remarkable. So Jasmine Crockett, Rosie O'Donnell, and a cast
- 21:49Speaker 5: of characters that you really couldn't make up aoc all
- 21:52Speaker 5: I'm crazy, and so many of them. They're all here
- 21:55Speaker 5: trying to romanticize the revolution to mainstream so that people
- 22:01Speaker 5: can really fall in love with this idea that the
- 22:04Speaker 5: government should be in charged, that the government is your daddy,
- 22:07Speaker 5: and that you don't have agency over your own life.
- 22:10Speaker 5: That the free market is not one of the truest
- 22:13Speaker 5: forms of liberty we've ever seen. And it is our
- 22:16Speaker 5: ability to conduct business and to transact and to earn
- 22:21Speaker 5: a living and make business and do what we do.
- 22:26Speaker 5: That is the liberty right. That's where people have upward mobility.
- 22:30Speaker 5: That's where if somebody doesn't like a particular situation, they're
- 22:33Speaker 5: in a particular job they're in, guess what they do.
- 22:36Speaker 5: They say, you know what, this doesn't work it out
- 22:38Speaker 5: for me, I'm going to go here. And even if
- 22:41Speaker 5: they lose some money, they have the opportunity to make
- 22:43Speaker 5: more money. Why because they understand the market. They know
- 22:45Speaker 5: what's going on. If you're a contractor, if you build homes,
- 22:50Speaker 5: if you build coffee tables, if you're a cabinet maker,
- 22:53Speaker 5: whatever your profession is, if you can earn money for
- 22:57Speaker 5: yourself and you'd rather work for someone else, but that
- 23:01Speaker 5: someone else is now not.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Giving you what you need, Guess what.
- 23:05Speaker 5: You stop and you go and you you make cabinets,
- 23:08Speaker 5: you sell cars.
- 23:09Speaker 3: You for me.
- 23:11Speaker 5: I have my interest in the jewelry business. We're gonna
- 23:14Speaker 5: go sell some precious metal. Matter of fact, right now,
- 23:16Speaker 5: there's more money in buying precious metal. You've got people
- 23:20Speaker 5: that have ziplock bags full of old gold jewelry from
- 23:26Speaker 5: a grandma who left it to them, an old styled necklace,
- 23:29Speaker 5: things that are all dirty and old and scratched or broken,
- 23:34Speaker 5: and people go accumulating them in their jewelry boxes over
- 23:38Speaker 5: the years. And when you put it all in that
- 23:40Speaker 5: ziplock bag and you weigh it, guess what. When you
- 23:42Speaker 5: bought that stuff, it was probably seven hundred dollars six
- 23:47Speaker 5: hundred dollars an ounce of gold. Today that number is
- 23:52Speaker 5: four two hundred dollars. You're talking about a six x increase.
- 23:58Speaker 5: People are literally sick on a gold mine. So yeah,
- 24:02Speaker 5: right now, there's more money in buying gold than selling it.
- 24:05Speaker 5: And that's why I like the gold business. Diamonds they
- 24:09Speaker 5: look pretty, but they're not the same as gold. And
- 24:11Speaker 5: silver is up too, by the way, silver is looking good,
- 24:15Speaker 5: but that's the case there. And again I want to
- 24:19Speaker 5: give a quick shout out to my buddies at my
- 24:23Speaker 5: favorite shop, Mattias Jewelers. Mattias Jewelers. That's Mattias with a
- 24:27Speaker 5: thh like Matthias. Mattias Jewelers. You got Mattias and my
- 24:32Speaker 5: buddy Tommy and Robert, these three French brothers that I
- 24:36Speaker 5: do business with, and they're at their establishment in River Edge,
- 24:41Speaker 5: New Jersey. They also have one in Paramus, New Jersey.
- 24:44Speaker 5: Come check us out anything you need on the jewelry
- 24:46Speaker 5: front and go to Mattias the Jeweler on Instagram and
- 24:50Speaker 5: tell them Rich Valdes Sension. They're going to take care
- 24:52Speaker 5: of you. We're gonna get you the best deal, especially
- 24:54Speaker 5: if you want to sell us some gold because we
- 24:56Speaker 5: have unlike other people, we've got a guy that with
- 25:00Speaker 5: in house gold, whether it's repair or melting it down
- 25:06Speaker 5: or all that stuff. We don't have to send it
- 25:08Speaker 5: out to the foundry or anything. We actually have the
- 25:10Speaker 5: equipment to do it. Anyway, I digress, excuse me, how
- 25:15Speaker 5: to clear my throat? So what's the big deal? Right? Well?
- 25:20Speaker 5: President Trump pushes back, and you have to push back.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Why because they've been coming at them. The left has
- 25:28Speaker 5: been incessantly after everybody in the administration, not the least
- 25:34Speaker 5: of which is heg Seth, Right, Pete Hegseth. He's bearing
- 25:40Speaker 5: the brunt of it. And he put out a statement
- 25:44Speaker 5: done on Sunday night as well, saying, as usual, the
- 25:48Speaker 5: fake news is delivering more fabricated, inflammatory and derogatory reporting
- 25:53Speaker 5: to discredit our incredible warriors fighting to protect the homeland.
- 25:58Speaker 5: As we've said from the beginning and in every statement,
- 26:02Speaker 5: these highly effective strikes are specifically intended to be lethal
- 26:07Speaker 5: kinetic strikes. Yeah, I'm with that.
- 26:13Speaker 3: I get it. I know what's going on here. This
- 26:16Speaker 3: is what they say, this is what they do.
- 26:19Speaker 5: But you've got congressmen out there that one again, the Democrats,
- 26:23Speaker 5: they tend to always favor the bad guys, and this
- 26:29Speaker 5: Congressman Smith no different. He says, come on, drug traffickers,
- 26:34Speaker 5: they're not traffickers. These are poor people that are riding
- 26:36Speaker 5: in boats that are technically trafficking drugs, and these guys
- 26:42Speaker 5: are no threat.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Unbelievable.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Check this out when you were in the middle of
- 26:46Speaker 1: an insurgency with roadside bombs and car bombs and all
- 26:50Speaker 1: of that.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Even in the.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Aftermath of the Afghanistan pullout, when we had that suicide
- 26:55Speaker 1: bomber kill thirteen service members and hundreds of people in Kabble,
- 26:59Speaker 1: and we did that against a car that we thought
- 27:01Speaker 1: was a threat that turned out not to be a threat.
- 27:03Speaker 1: I have some sympathy for that, But people on a
- 27:06Speaker 1: boat in the middle of the Caribbean carrying cocaine are
- 27:11Speaker 1: not a direct threat to the lives of our service
- 27:14Speaker 1: members or Americans.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Wow.
- 27:17Speaker 5: So the cocaine again, it's fentanyl typically is what they're
- 27:20Speaker 5: bringing in. But let's just say it was cocaine. That
- 27:22Speaker 5: stuff isn't killing people. Fentanyl is not killing people. We
- 27:25Speaker 5: haven't had a massive problem with opioids over the years.
- 27:30Speaker 5: These people are out of their minds and they will
- 27:33Speaker 5: say in just and do anything to fit the narrative. Listen,
- 27:39Speaker 5: when I come out here and I start riffing on something,
- 27:41Speaker 5: it's just because I really believe this stuff, and I'm
- 27:44Speaker 5: sure this guy really believes that too. I mean, I
- 27:45Speaker 5: hope he doesn't. I really hope that he's just full
- 27:47Speaker 5: of it and he's just trying to make a point.
- 27:49Speaker 5: I hope he doesn't really think that drug traffickers are
- 27:52Speaker 5: not a threat to the United States. This is again,
- 27:56Speaker 5: Congressman Adam Smith, Democrat from Washington, What do you mean?
- 28:01Speaker 5: I mean, it's to me, it's just incredible to think
- 28:04Speaker 5: that this is the case. And again the left continues
- 28:08Speaker 5: they will not give Pete Hegseth a break.
- 28:11Speaker 3: They're here the only thing.
- 28:13Speaker 5: They're breaking his balls, right, They're totally after him. I
- 28:17Speaker 5: got another clip for you, this one again. We got
- 28:20Speaker 5: friendly fire here, right, Senator ram Paul, He's coming at
- 28:24Speaker 5: he Seth real hard. Let's see you got a queued
- 28:28Speaker 5: up all right, listen to this one, Go ahead, play it.
- 28:31Speaker 10: In this sense, it looks to me like they're trying
- 28:34Speaker 10: to pin the blame on somebody else and not them.
- 28:36Speaker 10: There's a very distinct statement. Who said on Sunday, Secretary
- 28:40Speaker 10: hec says said he had no knowledge of this, and
- 28:42Speaker 10: it did not happen.
- 28:44Speaker 3: It was fake news.
- 28:45Speaker 10: It didn't happen. And then the next day from the
- 28:48Speaker 10: podium with the White House are saying it did happen.
- 28:51Speaker 10: So either he was lying to us on Sunday or
- 28:54Speaker 10: he's incompetent and didn't know what had happened. Do we
- 28:56Speaker 10: think there's any chance that on Sunday the Secretary of
- 28:59Speaker 10: the Defense did not know there had been a second strike?
- 29:03Speaker 3: Yikes, now that's a little bit rough. And listen. I
- 29:06Speaker 3: like Rand Paul.
- 29:07Speaker 5: I think he's a heck of a nice guy, but
- 29:10Speaker 5: I think on this when he might be misunderstanding it.
- 29:12Speaker 3: All right, or maybe I am. But again, I've got.
- 29:15Speaker 5: The statement here from the Secretary of warpete Hegseth, and
- 29:18Speaker 5: again I'll repeat it as usual. The fake news is
- 29:22Speaker 5: delivering more fabricated, inflammatory, derogatory reporting to discredit our incredible
- 29:28Speaker 5: warriors fighting to protect the homeland. As we've said from
- 29:32Speaker 5: the beginning and in every statement, these highly effective strikes
- 29:35Speaker 5: are specifically intended to be lethal kinetic strikes. The declared
- 29:41Speaker 5: intent is to stop lethal drugs, destroy narco boats, and
- 29:46Speaker 5: kill the Narco terrorists who are poisoned to the American people.
- 29:49Speaker 5: Every trafficker we kill is affiliated with a designated terrorist organization,
- 29:56Speaker 5: The Biden administration preferred the kid gloves approach, allowing millions
- 30:00Speaker 5: of people, including dangerous cartels and unvetted Afghans, to flood
- 30:05Speaker 5: our communities with drugs and violence. The Trump administration has
- 30:09Speaker 5: sealed the border and gone on the offensive against narco terrorists.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Biden coddle terrorists, We kill them. Our current operations in
- 30:19Speaker 5: the Caribbean are lawful both under US and international law,
- 30:23Speaker 5: with all actions and compliance with the law of armed conflict,
- 30:27Speaker 5: and approved by the best military and civilian lawyers up
- 30:32Speaker 5: and down the chain of command. Our warriors in southcom
- 30:36Speaker 5: put their lives on the line every day to protect
- 30:39Speaker 5: the homeland from narco terrorists, and I will always have
- 30:42Speaker 5: their back. Well, yes, good for you, Pete hag Seth.
- 30:45Speaker 5: That's why I like them. He doesn't, he doesn't get.
- 30:48Speaker 5: He doesn't cow in the face of leftist drama, even
- 30:52Speaker 5: when the leftist drama is coming from people like Rampaul.
- 30:57Speaker 3: He doesn't. He doesn't take need of this stuff. And
- 31:00Speaker 3: good for him. You got to stick to your guns.
- 31:02Speaker 3: You got to do the right thing.
- 31:02Speaker 5: You've got to be able to promote things, and you
- 31:05Speaker 5: got to strike while the iron's hot. Can't sit there,
- 31:08Speaker 5: and you know, waste time. We've got to be aggressive
- 31:12Speaker 5: if we're going to be taken seriously globally. And I
- 31:15Speaker 5: think so far President Trump's been very on top of things,
- 31:20Speaker 5: making sure that he's addressing things quickly, making sure that
- 31:24Speaker 5: Secretary Hegseth is addressing things quickly, these peace talks that
- 31:28Speaker 5: are happening in Ukraine, scheduling them quickly, right, moving what
- 31:34Speaker 5: you know, while while you have to when you can,
- 31:37Speaker 5: while the iron's hot. Anyway, Now, there was some reporting
- 31:42Speaker 5: also think Sunday afternoon or early Monday, excuse me from
- 31:50Speaker 5: Laura Lumer. Now, this is interesting stuff here. You may
- 31:54Speaker 5: or may not have heard about this, but the Secretary
- 31:57Speaker 5: of the Army, it's her estimation that he's plotting a
- 32:01Speaker 5: coup at the Pentagon to remove Secretary of War Pete
- 32:05Speaker 5: Hegseth and replace.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Him with.
- 32:09Speaker 5: Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll. He's trying to unseat
- 32:13Speaker 5: Pete Hegseth. And she goes on to report, and this
- 32:17Speaker 5: is from a tweet that's on her page, individuals in
- 32:22Speaker 5: the office of the US Secretary of the Army, Dan
- 32:26Speaker 5: Driscoll have been orchestrating a coup against Secretary of War
- 32:29Speaker 5: Pete Hegseeth in an effort to have him removed by
- 32:33Speaker 5: President Trump and replaced by Dan Driskell. Over the last
- 32:37Speaker 5: two weeks, the legacy media, which is incredibly hostile to Hegseth,
- 32:41Speaker 5: excuse me, hostile to Hexath, have been posting puff pieces
- 32:46Speaker 5: about Dan Driskell and how he is a quote rising
- 32:49Speaker 5: star end quote.
- 32:50Speaker 3: At the Pentagon.
- 32:51Speaker 5: Sources have told miss Luhmer that Jake Sullivan, the former
- 32:56Speaker 5: National Security Advisor of the United States under Joe Biden's administration,
- 32:59Speaker 5: is very close friends with mister Dan Driscoll, and they
- 33:03Speaker 5: have been friends since they both attended Yelle Law School together.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Driscoll and Vice President Vance also met at Yell Law School.
- 33:11Speaker 5: So what a tangled web we weave? Anyway, How is
- 33:15Speaker 5: Driscoll the person in charge? Well, he was nominated through
- 33:22Speaker 5: that relationship as Secretary of the Army. So now the
- 33:27Speaker 5: reporting is that one of the seditious six Democrats who
- 33:31Speaker 5: you know, made those those video messages saying don't listen
- 33:35Speaker 5: to the president. You must never obey an unlawful order.
- 33:40Speaker 5: Those people one of them, Maggie Goodlander. Well, she happens
- 33:44Speaker 5: to be the wife of former National Security advisor Jake Sullivan,
- 33:49Speaker 5: and she just goes by a different last name. All right,
- 33:52Speaker 5: So the congresswoman typically I guess, doesn't disclose publicly, you
- 33:59Speaker 5: know what I mean by way of name. I'm sure
- 34:01Speaker 5: she makes appearances and whatnot. That she is married to
- 34:06Speaker 5: Jake Sullivan, the former National security advisor under Biden. And
- 34:12Speaker 5: she's also a Naval Reserve intelligence officer, which means she
- 34:17Speaker 5: could possibly face disciplinary action by Hegseth for her seditious behavior.
- 34:21Speaker 3: Again, this is all in the tweet from miss Lumer.
- 34:25Speaker 5: Goodlander and Sullivan got married back in twenty fifteen.
- 34:30Speaker 3: Some of the guests and in their.
- 34:32Speaker 5: Wedding party, excuse me, included Hillary Clinton, Lisa Monico. Wow,
- 34:36Speaker 5: that's the former DC, United States Attorney Huma Aberdeen, Samantha Power,
- 34:44Speaker 5: Victoria Newland, and Anthony Blincoln, all of whom are anti
- 34:48Speaker 5: Trump deep state operatives.
- 34:49Speaker 3: I would agree with that.
- 34:50Speaker 5: Sullivan previously served as Director of Policy to Barack Obama
- 34:56Speaker 5: during his presidency, and security advisor to then Vice President Biden,
- 35:03Speaker 5: and Deputy chief of staff to Secretary Hillary Clinton at
- 35:06Speaker 5: the US State Department during her reign as secretary. So
- 35:14Speaker 5: very very interesting stuff here. And I'll keep you posted.
- 35:20Speaker 5: I mean, there's a lot in here, but basically driscoll
- 35:25Speaker 5: is making a move to get rid of Hegseth and
- 35:29Speaker 5: that's no Winow, we can't take that stuff laying down right.
- 35:33Speaker 3: A coup is a coup is a coup, even if
- 35:35Speaker 3: it's a soft coup. You got to keep your eyes open,
- 35:38Speaker 3: all right, And he goes, I'm gonna pause right here.
- 35:39Speaker 3: We're gonna come back.
- 35:40Speaker 5: We'll pick up with that topic, plus a few more
- 35:42Speaker 5: than I want to add. There's lots more to discuss.
- 35:45Speaker 5: Keep it locked right here. On Rich Valdez.
- 35:48Speaker 4: This is America, the forty fifth President. Donald Trump thinks
- 35:55Speaker 4: it's an honor to speak with Rich Valdes.
- 35:58Speaker 6: Oh, very good budget on our Thanks Rich.
- 36:03Speaker 4: The honor is all yours, conservative time with a dash
- 36:08Speaker 4: of sofrito.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Now here's Rich Valdez. All right, I mean, he goes.
- 36:14Speaker 5: We continue the conversation, and let me see. There was
- 36:18Speaker 5: another thing I wanted to get into because of course,
- 36:21Speaker 5: drama also breaking out on Monday with the drama between
- 36:27Speaker 5: Speaker Johnson and Congresswoman elist Stephanic. This was very interesting
- 36:34Speaker 5: because I didn't expect this to happen, but Stephonic calling
- 36:39Speaker 5: out the speaker, saying, what's going on? Why are we
- 36:41Speaker 5: bending in the face of deep state activity? And boy
- 36:46Speaker 5: did she tear into him. There's a piece that came
- 36:49Speaker 5: out in the post that summed it up really well,
- 36:52Speaker 5: and she sent out a tweet and another tweet, but
- 36:57Speaker 5: really calling into question his leadership and saying she privately
- 37:02Speaker 5: presented him with some of the critical feedback that she'd
- 37:04Speaker 5: gotten from some members during their discussion Tuesday. Their chat
- 37:08Speaker 5: took place after you know, she ripped into him on Twitter. Now,
- 37:15Speaker 5: you know, at least Dephonic is running for governor of
- 37:18Speaker 5: New York and I don't know if that has anything
- 37:22Speaker 5: to do with what's going on, but I guess he's
- 37:24Speaker 5: kind of like, yeah, she's not going to be here
- 37:26Speaker 5: in Congress. I don't have to worry about at least Dephonic.
- 37:29Speaker 5: But the congresswoman saying that she had exchanged a text
- 37:38Speaker 5: with him, and he saying that, you know, he didn't respond.
- 37:43Speaker 5: He says, he sent her a text and this hadn't
- 37:45Speaker 5: even gotten to my level, and just back and forth,
- 37:48Speaker 5: back and forth, back and forth. Now I suspect that
- 37:51Speaker 5: this beef will be squashed relatively soon. But man, interesting,
- 37:59Speaker 5: a very interesting stuff. And her saying that, you know,
- 38:01Speaker 5: her provision was removed and the only people that that
- 38:04Speaker 5: seems to benefit are the people in the deep State.
- 38:09Speaker 5: And you know, when you start saying stuff like that,
- 38:11Speaker 5: and I'm not saying she's wrong for saying it, I'm
- 38:13Speaker 5: just saying, you know, you got to make sure you
- 38:15Speaker 5: bring those receipts, and it seems like like she's bringing them.
- 38:21Speaker 3: She's definitely brought the receipts.
- 38:24Speaker 5: So what's next, right, I'm not sure what's going to
- 38:27Speaker 5: be next here, but I think they're going to reach
- 38:29Speaker 5: some resolution.
- 38:30Speaker 3: You know.
- 38:31Speaker 5: Anyway, as that continues again, I'll bring you some updates
- 38:34Speaker 5: on that as well. But straight ahead, there's still so
- 38:37Speaker 5: much I want to talk about. There was this operation
- 38:40Speaker 5: Charlotte's Web, nabbing four hundred illegal aliens, many of them
- 38:44Speaker 5: with significant criminal records. You've got this guy Quanilli quant. Yeah,
- 38:55Speaker 5: I don't know how to say q A L I
- 38:58Speaker 5: N L E. Colleen Lee, Colleen Lay, Colleen Lay Ibraham
- 39:06Speaker 5: who kidnapped a twelve year old in Minnesota and raped her.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Well.
- 39:11Speaker 5: Tom Holman took the Fox News and explained to everybody
- 39:17Speaker 5: that this has been going on, and the Biden administration
- 39:21Speaker 5: was lying to us the whole time.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere.
- 39:25Speaker 6: This is America.
- 39:53Speaker 5: Programs like America at Night from the first Baldazza, Donald
- 39:56Speaker 5: Trumpet A guess who's gonna watch late night TV?
- 39:58Speaker 3: Come on, who would want?
- 39:59Speaker 4: I want to listen to you Rich all the time?
- 40:06Speaker 3: All right?
- 40:06Speaker 5: I mean, he goes, welcome back, Rich Valdesk, keeping your company.
- 40:09Speaker 5: We're here, we're doing it together, and it is Rich Valdesk,
- 40:13Speaker 5: This is America. Catch me on my website, Richvaldesk dot com,
- 40:17Speaker 5: and you could stream me on iHeartRadio. Of course you
- 40:20Speaker 5: could always listen to the podcast wherever you get those.
- 40:22Speaker 3: But totally available on Alexa even.
- 40:25Speaker 5: You could say, Alexa play Rich Valdesk, This is America,
- 40:28Speaker 5: and you're gonna hear me talking a whole lot. Sometimes
- 40:32Speaker 5: if you're playing this out loud, your Alexis might go off,
- 40:35Speaker 5: So that's kind of a little inside joke. Anyway, I
- 40:38Speaker 5: want to get into this, this stuff that happened with
- 40:42Speaker 5: the immigrants, right because there's a bunch of stuff happening.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Tom Homan weighing in on this, saying, hey, look, this
- 40:48Speaker 5: stuff's been going on, and I understand, right, I do.
- 40:54Speaker 5: I understand what's happening, because this is how the media works, right,
- 40:58Speaker 5: They oftentimes cover up things, they pretend that nothing's actually happening.
- 41:06Speaker 5: And then all of a sudden, when you know some
- 41:09Speaker 5: independent journalist or even a journalist that's over on the
- 41:13Speaker 5: right that opposes what the left is doing to cover
- 41:15Speaker 5: things up, well, guess what when that happens, then all
- 41:18Speaker 5: of a sudden, Now things are a little different, right,
- 41:23Speaker 5: It's a little different where you're able to now say,
- 41:28Speaker 5: oh snap, I think you're right, I think we got
- 41:31Speaker 5: a problem here Houston. Anyway, listen to what Tom Holman
- 41:36Speaker 5: had to say, because the stuff that's going on is
- 41:39Speaker 5: very wild.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 41:40Speaker 11: So it was the last four years under Joe Biden,
- 41:43Speaker 11: and almost every day I was on the air saying
- 41:45Speaker 11: that the Secretary of Homeland Security, Aljandra Marijorkers was lying.
- 41:48Speaker 11: So it wasn't BOYD Austin. These people were not properly vetted.
- 41:52Speaker 11: And you don't have to believe me, but DHS Inspector
- 41:55Speaker 11: General came out report said the same thing, and so
- 41:58Speaker 11: sold dd IG. They weren't properly vetted because they didn't
- 42:01Speaker 11: have access to any documentation. I know for a fact
- 42:03Speaker 11: that a lot of these Afghanistans, the ones that landed
- 42:06Speaker 11: here in Dulles Airport, came with no documentation on not
- 42:10Speaker 11: even not even an ID and nothing from their homeland.
- 42:14Speaker 11: And if we won't, if we're going to try to
- 42:16Speaker 11: find those documents, which they really don't exist, you're going
- 42:18Speaker 11: to take them from the Tali Band. You're gonna make
- 42:20Speaker 11: Tali Band's going to give us the intelligence information we
- 42:22Speaker 11: need to vet these people. It's ridiculous. They weren't properly vetted.
- 42:26Speaker 11: The Spector General d d and DHS said it several
- 42:29Speaker 11: times that Joe Biden lves to American people along with
- 42:32Speaker 11: Alejandro Majorkis, and they might to keep saying that you
- 42:35Speaker 11: know this is Trump's from Trump has blood on their hands.
- 42:38Speaker 11: Where were all these Democrat congress in the centers last
- 42:41Speaker 11: four years when ten million able to go Alans came
- 42:43Speaker 11: to the border, When when when sex traffic, when women
- 42:46Speaker 11: and children are all time high, They lost track of
- 42:49Speaker 11: three hundred thousand children that were smuggling in the country.
- 42:51Speaker 11: President Trump's already found thirty thousand of them. President Trump's
- 42:54Speaker 11: winning every.
- 42:55Speaker 3: Day, Amen to that, right, President Trump winning every day.
- 43:00Speaker 5: I believe that. I do believe that President Trump is
- 43:03Speaker 5: laying it down. He's doing what he's got to do,
- 43:06Speaker 5: and I'm grateful for it. But man, this is important stuff,
- 43:11Speaker 5: right because you've got a lot of things going on.
- 43:13Speaker 5: You've got this Operation Charlotte's Web, four hundred illegal aliens,
- 43:18Speaker 5: half of them with significant criminal records being arrested. You've
- 43:22Speaker 5: got this guy Qualeen again I don't know how to
- 43:26Speaker 5: say it, Colleen lay Ibrahim, and this one kidnapped a
- 43:31Speaker 5: twelve year old in Minnesota, raped her.
- 43:35Speaker 3: This is insanity. Right.
- 43:37Speaker 5: Then you've got the ripoff of the Somalians, ripping off taxpayers,
- 43:43Speaker 5: and obviously you know the fraud that's involved what a
- 43:47Speaker 5: tim Wall's now what any of them? Minnesota is this
- 43:49Speaker 5: one corrupt state and it has been right for quite
- 43:54Speaker 5: some time. The more I look at this, the more
- 43:56Speaker 5: I think, my goodness, we've been sitting here watching this
- 44:01Speaker 5: thing go down, and it's it's been going down right
- 44:05Speaker 5: in front of our eyes, and it just doesn't stop.
- 44:09Speaker 5: Every day it's a new one, whether it's in somebody
- 44:11Speaker 5: from Afghanistan, someone from Pakistan, someone from a country with
- 44:16Speaker 5: a very very different cultural value system. And again they're
- 44:23Speaker 5: gonna say racist, homophobe, xenophobe. Right, That's what they do.
- 44:27Speaker 5: That's how the left attacks each and every time. But
- 44:31Speaker 5: I think it's fair. I think it is fair for
- 44:35Speaker 5: people to want to be I guess, as the Bible says,
- 44:41Speaker 5: equally yoked, right. And I think President Trump made it
- 44:45Speaker 5: clear from mar A Lago over the weekend. What do
- 44:48Speaker 5: you say, I think she's a garbage person, right, Remember
- 44:51Speaker 5: that's what he said. I think she's a garbage person
- 44:54Speaker 5: and she's full of it. Bs bleep, he means no words. Well,
- 44:59Speaker 5: I'm I'm sure there's more to come for Tuesday, more
- 45:01Speaker 5: to come for Wednesday. But just as we stood on
- 45:05Speaker 5: Monday looking at this stuff, man, a lot of interesting developments,
- 45:10Speaker 5: a lot of people dissatisfied with the status quo, And
- 45:14Speaker 5: the question becomes, will more people be dissatisfied? What type
- 45:20Speaker 5: of action are they going to take? Yeah, that's the question.
- 45:23Speaker 3: Indeed. Anyway, let me know.
- 45:25Speaker 5: You can hit me on Messenger, you can get at
- 45:28Speaker 5: me on any of the comments on any of the
- 45:30Speaker 5: social media, whether it's Instagram or truth Social or x
- 45:35Speaker 5: right as they call it, Twitter, and anywhere else you've
- 45:38Speaker 5: seen me at Rich VALDESK with an S at Rich
- 45:41Speaker 5: Valdesk with an S on all the social media. Looking
- 45:43Speaker 5: forward to your comments. Plus, I have some listener feedback
- 45:46Speaker 5: that I wanted to share with you as well. We're
- 45:47Speaker 5: going to get to that straight ahead as well. Keep
- 45:49Speaker 5: it locked right here. It's more to come. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 45:52Speaker 6: This is America America podcasts are up now you're on
- 46:00Speaker 6: the air with a Nation is America with Rich Valdez.
- 46:03Speaker 5: We need to restore balance, download and subscribe.
- 46:11Speaker 6: This is America. He's making podcasting great again. This is
- 46:19Speaker 6: America with Rich Valdez.
- 46:25Speaker 5: All right, Pambia, welcome back, Rich VALDEZK. Keeping your company
- 46:29Speaker 5: and again side on Monday seemed like a big success.
- 46:32Speaker 5: There's so many things that I'm supposed to get into
- 46:34Speaker 5: and we're wrapping up in a few minutes. But I
- 46:38Speaker 5: told you I would get into the Color Revolution.
- 46:40Speaker 3: Explainer video I have.
- 46:41Speaker 5: It's my young lady who's really eloquent. I am going
- 46:44Speaker 5: to get to that, maybe not in this hour, but in.
- 46:45Speaker 3: The next one for sure.
- 46:47Speaker 5: Also, there's a lot of news on restaurants closing on
- 46:52Speaker 5: a Methodist past or making this big announcement to his congregation,
- 46:56Speaker 5: and that's going to blow your socks off.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Make sure you keep it locked right here. We're going
- 47:00Speaker 3: to get to that.
- 47:01Speaker 5: We've got the FBI director Cash Patel busting a group
- 47:05Speaker 5: called the seven sixty four Ring. It's a ring of
- 47:08Speaker 5: pedophiles and sex devians. We'll keep you posted on that
- 47:12Speaker 5: news as well. There's some updates on the Biden pen
- 47:17Speaker 5: scandal and all of that. And you may have heard
- 47:20Speaker 5: the media talking about skyrocketing premiums on Obamacare, right that's
- 47:27Speaker 5: been going on for quite a while now. Something that
- 47:29Speaker 5: you may not know is that these premiums will likely double,
- 47:37Speaker 5: but not in a way you think right now. Doubling
- 47:41Speaker 5: is doubling. I'm not gonna say it's not. But let's
- 47:43Speaker 5: say these these premiums that they're subsidizing right now with
- 47:47Speaker 5: the with the post COVID funding level, it's a premium
- 47:54Speaker 5: that's one hundred and fifty nine bucks and they're subsidizing
- 47:57Speaker 5: it to the tune of seventy five dollars. So people
- 48:01Speaker 5: are paying seventy five bucks right now. When the subsidy ends,
- 48:06Speaker 5: they're going to pay what it's supposed to cost him,
- 48:08Speaker 5: which is one hundred and fifty nine dollars. Now, I
- 48:11Speaker 5: know many of you listening to this think, you know what,
- 48:13Speaker 5: I don't even pay that right now, Many of you
- 48:15Speaker 5: pay more. Right I used to pay on a plan
- 48:18Speaker 5: that covered eighty percent of my health insurance and I
- 48:21Speaker 5: had to pay twenty of it something like eight or
- 48:24Speaker 5: nine thousand dollars a year. So if that were the case,
- 48:30Speaker 5: and I know that's more today, then you've got a
- 48:35Speaker 5: lot of people that are in effect paying way less
- 48:42Speaker 5: than senior citizens in our country that only pay one
- 48:44Speaker 5: hundred and eighty five dollars. And you've heard many times
- 48:47Speaker 5: our buddy Jim mcgresty from justfact dot com. He he's
- 48:52Speaker 5: been on many times, and he's got a great explainer
- 48:56Speaker 5: video on these Medicare subsidies and really just calls out
- 49:00Speaker 5: the media for being fake, for being phony, and for
- 49:02Speaker 5: being fraudulent. And I got my hands on it, and
- 49:05Speaker 5: let me tell you, this is some really good information.
- 49:08Speaker 5: So sit back, relax, listen to this. I think you're
- 49:11Speaker 5: going to learn a thing or two. Jim mcgresty, tell
- 49:13Speaker 5: us what the media is hiding, and tell us what
- 49:16Speaker 5: you've discovered.
- 49:17Speaker 2: In recent episodes of ABC's World News Tonight with David Muir,
- 49:21Speaker 2: CNN's The Lead with Jake Topper, and MSNBC's The Weekend
- 49:26Speaker 2: Prime Time. The anchors in their guests stated ten times
- 49:30Speaker 2: that health insurance premiums are going to skyrocket unless Republicans
- 49:36Speaker 2: go along with Democrats plans to renew enhanced Obamacare subsidies
- 49:41Speaker 2: that were first enacted during the COVID nineteen pandemic. Have
- 49:45Speaker 2: a listen.
- 49:46Speaker 12: Extend healthcare subsidies to keep insurance premiums from skyrocketing. Extend
- 49:51Speaker 12: Obamacare subsidies to keep insurance premiums from skyrocketing. Keep health
- 49:56Speaker 12: insurance premiums from skyrocketing, Keep health insurance premiums from sky rocketing.
- 50:00Speaker 5: We will see a skyrocketing I mean, how many times
- 50:05Speaker 5: can they say skyrocketing, skyrocketing, skyrocketing.
- 50:08Speaker 3: It's clear they all are reading from the same script.
- 50:11Speaker 3: They're trying to push the same message. Jimmy Gresty, go.
- 50:14Speaker 6: Ahead, rise in the premiums.
- 50:17Speaker 5: Now skyrocketing, skyrocketing cost skyrocket guy, rocketing premiums.
- 50:23Speaker 6: Because you mean the premium's skyrocket.
- 50:25Speaker 2: Here's what ABC, CNN, MSNBC and their guests failed to
- 50:31Speaker 2: tell you. Obamacare recipients currently pay an average of only
- 50:36Speaker 2: seventy four dollars a month for health insurance, and if
- 50:39Speaker 2: the enhanced subsidies expire, they will pay an average of
- 50:43Speaker 2: just one point fifty nine. This is less than the
- 50:46Speaker 2: standard monthly premium for Medicare park B, which is one
- 50:50Speaker 2: hundred and eighty five. How can this be because Obamacare
- 50:55Speaker 2: will still require taxpayers to pick up most of the
- 50:59Speaker 2: tab for these people's premiums after the enhanced COVID era
- 51:03Speaker 2: handouts expire.
- 51:06Speaker 5: Ah, so this is in effect, they're trying to prevent this,
- 51:10Speaker 5: but it's what it's supposed to be because this is
- 51:13Speaker 5: what they were paying before the pandemic.
- 51:15Speaker 3: All right, let's hear more from Jimm Agresty.
- 51:18Speaker 2: And what about the much greater increases the journalists and
- 51:21Speaker 2: Democrats are highlighting. They fall into one of two categories.
- 51:26Speaker 2: They are either yearly premiums the news outlets like CNN
- 51:30Speaker 2: have misportrayed as monthly premiums, or they are outliers for
- 51:36Speaker 2: people who make so much money that they don't qualify
- 51:40Speaker 2: for the original Obamacare subsidies and are nearly old enough
- 51:45Speaker 2: to receive Medicare and choose to stick with Obamacare after
- 51:50Speaker 2: taxpayers stop paying for the bulk of their premiums. Such
- 51:55Speaker 2: people constitute in one percent of those who receive Obamacare,
- 51:59Speaker 2: and well under zero point one percent of the US population. Consider,
- 52:04Speaker 2: for example, the case of a married couple highlighted by
- 52:08Speaker 2: CNBC and US Senator Amy Klobuchar, who claims that they
- 52:13Speaker 2: can't afford health insurance if the enhanced subsidies expire. What
- 52:17Speaker 2: she neglected to reveal is that this couple collects government
- 52:21Speaker 2: pensions of one hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars per year.
- 52:26Speaker 3: Wow.
- 52:26Speaker 5: One hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars a year in pension.
- 52:31Speaker 5: That's you know, the gravy, right. They're obviously able to work.
- 52:35Speaker 5: The young enough where they can work, but they're also
- 52:37Speaker 5: old enough where they can get their pension and get
- 52:40Speaker 5: these subsidies.
- 52:43Speaker 2: Jim receives additional income from an IRA and retired at
- 52:48Speaker 2: the ages of fifty eight and fifty years old. If
- 52:52Speaker 2: the enhanced subsidies are renewed, they will also receive fifteen
- 52:57Speaker 2: thousand dollars per year in Obamacare benefits from US taxpayers.
- 53:02Speaker 2: On average, the enhanced subsidies are now doling out fourteen thousand,
- 53:09Speaker 2: six hundred and eighty dollars per year in welfare to
- 53:13Speaker 2: sixty year old couples with incomes of one hundred and
- 53:17Speaker 2: twenty five thousand dollars. In fact, people can make up
- 53:21Speaker 2: to three hundred and four thousand dollars per year and
- 53:25Speaker 2: still receive Obamacare welfare.
- 53:28Speaker 3: Wow. So there you have it again.
- 53:31Speaker 5: And this video that uh Jim mcgresty put out, This
- 53:36Speaker 5: from just facts dot com. This has something like twenty
- 53:40Speaker 5: thousand comments and half a million views across social media.
- 53:44Speaker 5: So I am you know, I'm playing you the big parts, right,
- 53:48Speaker 5: the most important, the meati, the juicy stuff. But the
- 53:53Speaker 5: bigger issue is isn't it amazing how the media will
- 53:56Speaker 5: try and have not you because you guys are a
- 53:58Speaker 5: very smart audience that you know, pays attention to things
- 54:01Speaker 5: and listens to programs like this. But your friends, right,
- 54:04Speaker 5: those are your friends that are you know, thinking about
- 54:07Speaker 5: what's the next thing they're going to watch, What's the
- 54:09Speaker 5: next game show they're going to watch. I'm not trying
- 54:11Speaker 5: to be little anyone for watching game shows. I love
- 54:15Speaker 5: game shows, you know. Secretly my closet desires I want
- 54:19Speaker 5: to grow up to be like Steve Harvey. Right, guy's funny.
- 54:23Speaker 5: The guy has the best gigs, right, he really does.
- 54:26Speaker 5: I'm not jealous of them, but man, i'd love a situation.
- 54:29Speaker 5: I'd love to host family feud or have a judge show. Right,
- 54:33Speaker 5: he's got a judge show.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Judge. Steve Harvey's not even a judge, he's even a lawyer. Right.
- 54:37Speaker 5: He's a great comedian, a great actor and all the
- 54:40Speaker 5: things he does, a great host. But anyway, my point
- 54:43Speaker 5: is this is eye opening, eye opening stuff when you
- 54:49Speaker 5: pay attention, when you know, you look at the receipts,
- 54:51Speaker 5: you say, my goodness, it's people out of control. What
- 54:54Speaker 5: is going on with these democrats these days? So I
- 54:57Speaker 5: want to see that video. Go to just facx dot com.
- 54:59Speaker 6: Check.
- 55:00Speaker 5: But I want to stay on this theme a little
- 55:03Speaker 5: bit here, because it's not just health insurance premiums that
- 55:08Speaker 5: are up. It's auto insurance premiums. It's all sorts of
- 55:11Speaker 5: things that are you know, coming out of our pocket.
- 55:15Speaker 5: And President Trump's doing a bang up job making it
- 55:19Speaker 5: more affordable.
- 55:19Speaker 3: Again.
- 55:20Speaker 5: Every time I go to the gas pump and I
- 55:22Speaker 5: fill up, and I use premium, and I have a
- 55:24Speaker 5: big car, it's a twenty five twenty six gallon engine.
- 55:29Speaker 5: All I could tell you how I shoulday engine, I
- 55:31Speaker 5: should say, guess tank. The engine's a six point two liter.
- 55:34Speaker 5: But all that being said, we've got to get a
- 55:39Speaker 5: handle on these things because the media will try and
- 55:43Speaker 5: use our good nature, our humanity.
- 55:45Speaker 3: Our love of our fellow man against us.
- 55:48Speaker 5: They will weaponize it against us to try and take
- 55:50Speaker 5: advantage of us, to try and get us to feel
- 55:53Speaker 5: like a bleeding heart, so that we will, you know,
- 55:55Speaker 5: constantly give in to the pressures of their campaigns, of
- 56:00Speaker 5: their campaigns to rate our pockets. And it's these bleeding
- 56:05Speaker 5: hearts that they don't go anywhere. You know what I mean,
- 56:08Speaker 5: That there's no progress with the bleeding heart is what
- 56:11Speaker 5: I mean when you are overly emotional. Right, we've talked
- 56:17Speaker 5: about this before. Right when you're Ellen Degenerous and her
- 56:20Speaker 5: wife Portia de Rossi, Trump gets elected, they say that's it.
- 56:25Speaker 3: We're moving.
- 56:26Speaker 5: We're out of here, We're moving to they move to
- 56:28Speaker 5: Ireland or the UK. Listen, where are they headed now?
- 56:34Speaker 5: I just read somewhere that they're thinking of coming back.
- 56:39Speaker 5: Isn't that something Ellen de Generes and Porsia de Rossi
- 56:43Speaker 5: coming back? Why because it's their overly emotional response.
- 56:51Speaker 3: Or even this pastor in.
- 56:52Speaker 5: The church Methodist Church makes this big announcement to the
- 56:56Speaker 5: church that's inconsistent with the church's teachings stuff, but yet
- 57:03Speaker 5: he's alright with it. Why because it's within the emotions.
- 57:08Speaker 5: You've got parents that are rightfully getting emotional because of
- 57:12Speaker 5: how the school is choosing to use pornography in their
- 57:15Speaker 5: sex education program. I mean, is that normal?
- 57:21Speaker 3: Of course not right.
- 57:23Speaker 5: So these are all realistic things that create problems for people,
- 57:30Speaker 5: and of course people are going to get angry, they're
- 57:32Speaker 5: going to become emotional. But at the same time, we've
- 57:36Speaker 5: got to make sure that we keep our eye on
- 57:38Speaker 5: the ball, that we stand for something, because if we
- 57:42Speaker 5: stand for nothing, we'll fall for anything. Right, you've heard
- 57:45Speaker 5: that before. We've talked about that a number of times
- 57:48Speaker 5: on this program. America needs all of us to stand
- 57:50Speaker 5: up now more than we've ever stood up, because we're
- 57:53Speaker 5: at the crux, we're at the crossroads. It's that moment
- 57:56Speaker 5: where we've got to do what's right. Like Reagan said,
- 57:59Speaker 5: be informed patriots, and to remember that freedom isn't passed
- 58:03Speaker 5: down in the bloodline. It's something that we have to
- 58:05Speaker 5: work hard for every generation, every American. Otherwise it can
- 58:10Speaker 5: that too, can become extinct. So on that note, I say,
- 58:13Speaker 5: I start approxima, take care, goodnight, and God bless you America.
- 58:19Speaker 3: I'm Rich Valdez and this is America.
