- 0:22Speaker 1: Make yourself all cozy in your bed and close your eyes.
- 0:32Take a deep breath in, and then slowly and gently
- 0:41let the breath out again. Deep breath in, and then
- 0:54slowly and gently let the breath out. One more time.
- 1:06Deep breath in, and then slowly and gently let the
- 1:16breath out. I just relax, that's right, Just relax. Now
- 1:36imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light
- 1:45so bright and so pure, a light of protection and peace.
- 1:58Breathe in this white light and feel it as it
- 2:04enters your body completely, making you feel warm and so safe.
- 2:22Now imagine that you are in a beautiful, lush, green rainforest,
- 2:30and this forest has the most amazing trees. Some of
- 2:36them are very tall, so tall that they look as
- 2:42if they are touching the sky. And you are deep
- 2:47in this forest, and you realize it is late in
- 2:52the evening. You notice that the sun has already set
- 2:58and has disappeared beyond the trees. The night sky is dark,
- 3:07and you look up and you see that the stars
- 3:10have come out, and you notice that the moon is
- 3:14shining brightly high up in the sky, lighting your way forward.
- 3:23So you begin to walk, and as you do, you
- 3:28see up ahead of you a cabin, an old wooden cabin,
- 3:36and as you walk towards it, you see glimpse of
- 3:40sparkly light darting in and out behind the trees. You
- 3:47are not afraid, but you do wonder what it could be.
- 3:54It's kind of like little fairies darting in and out
- 3:58of the trees. Can you see them? Your cabin is
- 4:08just ahead of you now, and it looks so inviting,
- 4:14so warm and cozy. Take a look at your cabin,
- 4:21what else can you see? You step onto the porch
- 4:42of your cabin and see in the corner a lovely
- 4:46old hammock slowly swinging in the gentle breeze, and you
- 4:54decide that you will have a lie down on the
- 4:57hammock and watch the stars. It's a bit wobbly getting
- 5:03on your hammock, and you laugh as you nearly fall off,
- 5:08but you do get on. You decide to listen to
- 5:14the sounds of the forest for just a little while
- 5:19while you swing gently backwards and forwards in your hammock.
- 5:44As you lie on your hammock, you notice it has
- 5:48gently started to rain, and you can hear it as
- 5:53it runs down the roof of your porch. There is
- 5:59something very comforting about listening to the rain drops as
- 6:04they dance around you without them touching your skin at all.
- 6:12You can hear the sounds of the birds as they
- 6:16look for somewhere to roost for the night.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Can you hear them?
- 6:24Speaker 1: Can you hear the rain? Listen? You see that the
- 6:50rain has started to come down a little bit harder now,
- 6:56And you swing slowly from side to side in your
- 7:00comfortable hammock, with your head resting gently on a wonderful
- 7:06soft cushion, and you feel very comfortable and very warm
- 7:14and so very safe. Meanwhile, the forest is being washed
- 7:26by the rain, and it smells all lovely and clean,
- 7:34and you can hear the amazing sounds of the night.
- 7:39You can hear an owl calling to its mate. You
- 7:44can hear the gentle hum of the crickets. You can
- 7:50even hear twigs being broken and stepped upon by the
- 7:54animals of the night as they go about their business.
- 8:00This comforts you. It makes you feel quite safe. It
- 8:07makes you feel relaxed and calm and very peaceful. The
- 8:18sounds of the rain are becoming louder now, and this
- 8:24makes you feel really special. It's like It's just you
- 8:29on your hammock, listening to the rain. And as you
- 8:36lie in your hammock, you are feeling sleepy and warm,
- 8:42but you want to listen to the rain. So for
- 8:47a few moments, just listen to the wonderful sound of
- 8:52the rain in the night forest, this way, gently from
- 11:01side to side in your lovely hammock, all the time
- 11:09feeling peaceful and calm and so safe. You're feeling very
- 11:20drowsy now, but still you want to watch and listen.
- 11:27You want to listen to the peaceful sounds of the rain.
- 11:32You want to watch to see if you can see
- 11:35any more dancing lights. You listen to the sound of
- 11:41the rain. Imagine how it feels to have the rain
- 11:48washing over you, cleansing you in a way, cleansing you
- 11:55and helping you to become ready for sleep. And in
- 12:01a way it is now you are feeling very tired
- 12:24and oh so sleepy. So we are going to begin
- 12:29to count down to the best sleep. We are going
- 12:36to count from ten to one, and by the time
- 12:42we get to one, you will be fast asleep. So
- 12:52listen to my voice as I start to count from
- 12:57ten to one. Ten ten, Your eyes are closed, and
- 13:09your body is feeling very heavy.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Now nine nine.
- 13:23Speaker 1: You feel yourself sinking deeply into your hammock, and it
- 13:29feels wonderful. It's as if you are lying on a soft,
- 13:35fleecy cloud. Eight eight eight you are feeling so very sleepy,
- 13:53so warm, and so comfy, and you're so tired. Now
- 14:05seven seven you feel very relaxed, very calm, very peaceful,
- 14:18and so very safe. Six six six six you begin
- 14:34to drift deeper and deeper into a happy and very
- 14:41peaceful sleep. Five five All the time, you can still
- 14:57hear the sounds of the rain, and it's like a
- 15:02lullaby singing you off to sleep. So peaceful, so.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Calm, so tired.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Four your body is resting now, so peaceful, so calm,
- 15:32and so deeply deeply relaxed. Three three, three You are
- 15:50going deeper and deeper into sleep, and you cannot open
- 15:57your eyes even if you want to do, but you
- 16:02don't want to. Two your body is already asleep.
- 16:28Speaker 2: One on.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Your mind has now followed your body into sleep. So
- 16:42rest now peacefully, so safe, so tired, so sleepy, And
- 16:58when you wake in the morning, you will feel so refreshed,
- 17:05so renewed, you will feel so alert and so very happy.
- 17:14But for now, just listen to the rain and just sleep.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Mm hmmm.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Hmmm. Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a
- 18:35deep breath in and slowly let the breath out again.
- 18:49Take another deep breath in and slowly let the breath
- 18:57out once again. Take a deep breath in and slowly
- 19:11let the breath out. Now, imagine yourself lying down in
- 19:24a wonderful, comfortable bed. Maybe it's like a fluffy white
- 19:32cloud that you can sink into, all soft and squishy,
- 19:40or maybe it's a water bedd and it's moving gently
- 19:45all around you, kind of like you're bobbing bobbing along
- 19:51in the water. And with each breath you take, your
- 19:58body sinks deeper and deeper into this soft, fluffy white
- 20:05cloud or your waterbed. And with each breath you take,
- 20:14your breathing becomes deeper and deeper, slower and slower, and
- 20:25your body becomes more and more relaxed, and you feel
- 20:32so very peaceful.
- 20:35Speaker 4: And lovely and warm.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Now, imagine, with each breath you take, you breathe in
- 21:04beautiful golden light, golden light that shines and sparkles all
- 21:13around you, and this golden light washes over your whole
- 21:20body and completely surrounds you like a caterpillar in its cocoon.
- 21:28This light is above your head and it's beneath your feet,
- 21:37and this light melts through the top of your head
- 21:41so gently, and it washes over your eyes and down
- 21:46your cheeks, and it washes over your throat, all lovely
- 21:54soft and warm. As you breathe, this golden light melts
- 22:04all the way through your body. It melts into all
- 22:10of your muscles and all of your bones, making them
- 22:15feel so soft, so squishy, so warm. This beautiful golden
- 22:28light even goes into your feet and your toes. It's
- 22:35kind of like a really soft, fleecy blanket of sleep,
- 22:41tucking you in. And your eyes arting to feel really
- 23:02heavy now, and you feel like you can't open them,
- 23:09but that's okay, because you don't want to open your eyes.
- 23:21Lying there on your lovely soft, comfy bed, Imagine in
- 23:29your mind that you can see the night sky above you,
- 23:34full of bright, shining stars, all twinkling away, and you
- 23:42can even recognize some of them, and there is not
- 23:47one single cloud in the sky. It's so clear. The
- 23:56stars are all out tonight and there are so many
- 24:01of them, too many for you to count, but you
- 24:06try anyway. As you try to count the stars, you
- 24:20see movement in the sky above you, and you wonder
- 24:24what it is. Then you realize it's a shooting star
- 24:32and you can see its tail of white light glittering
- 24:35in the starry night sky. You see another flash of light,
- 24:43and another, and you laugh out loud. You are so
- 24:47excited and happy because there are shooting stars everywhere. And
- 24:56then you remember that someone once told you that when
- 25:00you see a shooting star, you have to make a wish.
- 25:06So wait for the next shooting star and make a wish.
- 25:14There's one, now, can you see it? Make your wish now,
- 25:24But remember not to tell anyone what you wish for,
- 25:30otherwise it won't come true. You lay back in your warm, soft,
- 25:39comfy bed and watch the glittering, shiny stars for a
- 25:45little while. As you lay there watching the beautiful night sky,
- 27:41you see yet more shooting stars. It's like they are
- 27:45out dancing in the sky just for you, and you
- 27:52wonder to yourself where they are going. They are going
- 28:01far out into space, maybe even to other planets, and
- 28:10you wonder if there are any people living on those
- 28:15other planets, and you think to yourself that yes, maybe,
- 28:22just maybe, there are other people living on those other planets,
- 28:29and you wonder too if they look like you. Now,
- 28:46imagine that you are standing in front of a big,
- 28:50old wooden door in your magical forest, and standing next to.
- 28:57Speaker 5: That door is a very special person, a very wise
- 29:04and loving person with great, big blue, sparkly eyes and
- 29:12the biggest smile you have ever seen.
- 29:18Speaker 1: And this loving person holds your hand and takes you
- 29:23through the doorway. This is the doorway to an even
- 29:29deeper sleep, asleep where you are very comfortable, very safe,
- 29:40and very warm. And as you sink deeper and deeper
- 29:50into your lovely warm bed, the fleecy blanket of sleep
- 29:57covers you, and you're so comfortable that you find yourself
- 30:04starting to drift into dreaming, drifting into wonderful, happy dreams,
- 30:15all snugly in the warm, soft, fleecy blanket, going deeper
- 30:24and deeper into sleep. Beautiful colors are floating all around you.
- 30:36How wonderful, how pretty the colors are, And you can
- 30:44see fluffy white clouds and even fluffier white sheep all
- 30:51dancing along with the clouds. Finally, you drift into a
- 31:22deep sleep, allowing your body to rest so that you
- 31:29can be full of energy in the morning to do
- 31:33all the lovely things you have planned. All is good.
- 31:41The loving person who held your hand now sprinkles star
- 31:47dust all over you, making you feel so very happy.
- 31:58And each night from now on, before you go to sleep,
- 32:04the loving person will sprinkle more star dust all over you,
- 32:10so that every night you can have a happy and
- 32:15RESTful sleep in your beautiful, soft, warm bed. So sleep deeply,
- 32:26lovely angels, Just sleep and dream about the other planets
- 32:34and the beautiful shining stars. Kay, close your eyes and
- 33:42make yourself comfortable. Take a deep breath in and slowly
- 33:52let the breath out again. Taken another deep breath in
- 34:05and slowly let that breath out once again. Take a
- 34:15deep breath in and slowly let that breath out, and
- 34:25just relax, feeling warm and peaceful and safe. Now, imagine
- 34:38yourself standing on a beautiful beach with the most glorious
- 34:45white sand, and you can hear the calming sounds of
- 34:52the ocean, and you can hear the waves as they
- 34:58gently come into the shore. Can you hear them? Can
- 35:07you hear those lovely waves. As you listen to the waves,
- 35:18breathe in deeply.
- 35:23Speaker 3: And slowly.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Breathe out again. Breathe in deeply and slowly. Breathe out
- 35:42one more time. Breathe in deeply and slowly breathe out.
- 35:54You've been breathing in cool, refreshing air, and every time
- 36:02you hear the waves breaking on the shore, you are
- 36:06becoming more and more relaxed. Each and every time. You
- 36:30look around the beautiful beach and you notice a small
- 36:37rowing boat just sitting on the sand near the water.
- 36:44So you decide to walk over to the boat, step
- 36:49inside it. You reach for the oars and you pick
- 36:56them up. You sit down and you start to row,
- 37:07and you pull those oars and you push them, pulling
- 37:13and pushing, and your little boat moves along. So you
- 37:27row for a little bit, and then you stop. You
- 37:34bring the oars back into the boat so that they
- 37:38don't float away. And you notice a lovely soft cushion
- 37:47lying on the seat next to you. You didn't see
- 37:51it before, so you take the cushion and decide to
- 37:59lie down in the boat and just look up at
- 38:04the sky.
- 38:09Speaker 3: You put the cushion.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Under your head and get all nice and comfortable. Can
- 38:19you feel your little rowing boat just bobbing along on
- 38:24the gentle waves, just gently swaying in the water. It's
- 38:34like the boat is trying to lull you to sleep.
- 38:40And it feels so nice, so peaceful, and so very calming.
- 38:53Can you feel the waves underneath the boat and making
- 38:58your little boat just sway.
- 39:04Speaker 6: Kind of like a hammock?
- 39:05Speaker 1: Really, the sound of the ocean is so very calming
- 39:21and so very peaceful, and you feel warm and safe,
- 39:31and the sun is shining high up in the sky,
- 39:36just twinkling away, and you can feel every muscle in
- 39:45your body starting to relax more and more. You look
- 39:53up at the white, fluffy clouds as they pass by,
- 40:01and as you do, you start to see different shapes
- 40:05in the clouds. You see your favorite animal, can you
- 40:13see it? And you can see people in the clouds too,
- 40:21just drifting by, and they look so funny to you.
- 40:29You can even see some of your friends playing games
- 40:34in the sky. How strange. You keep looking up, and
- 40:45as you do, you can see two seagulls and they're
- 40:50flying past, calling to each other with that strange loud
- 40:55sound that they make. Can you hear them? Can you
- 41:02hear them calling out to each other. I'm sure you can.
- 41:35You feel the little rowboat gently floating on the ocean waves,
- 41:43and you feel so peaceful and so very happy. Allow
- 41:50the sounds of the waves to bring you peace, to
- 41:55take all of your worries away. All of the thoughts
- 42:02that were buzzing around in your head, well they've gone
- 42:07quiet now, and you're not really thinking about anything at all,
- 42:15just watching the clouds drift on by and listening to
- 42:21the sounds of the ocean waves. As you lay there,
- 42:57you hear a gentle splashing sound rather close to your
- 43:02little boat, so you lift your head to have a
- 43:06look and see. And what you do see is a
- 43:13little family of dolphins swimming very close to you. And
- 43:20one of them even pops his beautiful head right up
- 43:24onto the side of your boat, and you look deep
- 43:31into his magnificent eyes and see pure love shining back
- 43:37at you.
- 43:40Speaker 3: Very gently.
- 43:42Speaker 1: You'll reach out your hand and he lets you stroke
- 43:45his nose, and it feels all rubbery and soft, but
- 43:52ever so smooth. The dolphin looks at you, you look
- 44:00right back at him, and you know, what a splendid,
- 44:07wonderful creature this dolphin really is, and he's so wise,
- 44:16so very wise. The beautiful dolphin gives you a little
- 44:26wink with his amazing eye, and he didn't know that
- 44:31dolphins could blink. Then he dives back beneath the ocean waves.
- 44:41The little family of dolphins decide to put on a
- 44:46show for you, and they leap high up out of
- 44:50the water and come down with an enormous splash, first
- 44:56one dolphin, then another another, and then another. The water
- 45:04splashes over you and you laugh out loud. You watch
- 45:10the dolphins and your heart sings with joy. You feel
- 45:17so very happy, so just enjoyed being with the dolphins
- 45:24for just a little while. By by, the dolphins have
- 48:17to go now, But each one of them come up
- 48:22to your little boat and lay their beautiful heads on
- 48:26the side of the boat for you to stroke, and
- 48:30you do, and then as one they all leap up
- 48:42into the air and then gracefully dive back beneath the
- 48:47ocean waves. You lay your head back down on your cushion,
- 48:57feeling very happy and so very grateful that you have
- 49:03got to watch the dolphins for just a little while.
- 49:11So breathe in deeply, filling your lungs with the wonderful,
- 49:17fresh clean air, and your mind gently begins to drift
- 49:31into a lovely, comfortable silence, letting all thoughts just pass
- 49:38on by, and any thoughts you do have, you just
- 49:46watch them just drift away. Breathe deeply as you allow
- 49:55the sounds of the magnificent ocean to wash all over you.
- 50:04Can you hear the gentle sounds of those beautiful waves.
- 50:12So peaceful. Breathe in deeply, breathing slowly and gently, and
- 50:28breathe out. And you are very sleepy now, so tired,
- 50:37so tired after your busy day, So sleepy. Five, feel
- 50:50yourself going deeper and deeper into relaxation. Four So peaceful,
- 51:08so calm, and so very relaxed.
- 51:16Speaker 3: Three.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Three With each passing wave, your body becomes lighter and lighter.
- 51:30Two So relaxed, so peaceful, so very calm. One You
- 51:50have become like the waves, at one with the ocean.
- 51:58So just listen to the sounds of the beautiful, deep
- 52:04blue ocean and rest. Find a nice comfortable place to
- 52:39lay down, making sure you are nice and warm but
- 52:44not too hot. Take a deep breath in through your nose,
- 52:54and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth one
- 53:04more time, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe
- 53:14out through your mouth, And every time you breathe in,
- 53:23you are breathing in deep relaxation, making you feel all
- 53:29warm and fuzzy inside. Now tense up your whole body
- 53:40really tightly and hold it like that for just a
- 53:44few seconds, and now let go. Feel your legs going
- 53:52all limb and soft as your muscles relax. Feel your
- 54:01whole body softening and just gently relaxing. So one more time,
- 54:12tighten up all of your muscles really really tightening. Bawl
- 54:19your hands into fists and a hold for just a
- 54:24few seconds, and now let go. That's really really good.
- 54:40Now you are feeling deeply, deeply relaxed, deeply relaxed, calm,
- 54:50and ever so peaceful. Now imagine that you are floating
- 54:57on a soft, fluffy, white cloud. Feel the surface beneath
- 55:05you becoming softer, more cloud like, all spongy and light. Now,
- 55:16to your amazement, you begin to feel this amazingly soft
- 55:21cloud rising out of the surface you are on, and
- 55:26it's surrounding you in its protective support, and your body
- 55:34feels so light and weightless, almost as if you could
- 55:40just float away on your cloud. You feel your cloud
- 55:47starting to rise now and lift you with it. Let
- 55:53the cloud rise a little bit faurther, still taking you
- 55:59with it. See the walls and the ceiling around you
- 56:06disappearing as you float into the beautiful sunny sky, just
- 56:13drifting on your cloud. You can feel the cloud beneath you.
- 56:22It's very soft and very comfortable, and it supports your
- 56:28body with no effort at all. Notice each place where
- 56:36your body is touching the cloud. Feel how soft and
- 56:41comfortable this lovely cloud is. It's almost like you are
- 56:48floating in the air, just floating and drifting.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Wherever you wish to go.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Notice how your cloud feels. It might be a little
- 57:05bit cool and moist, kind of how like fog feels.
- 57:12But your body is warm and very light. But you
- 57:17can still feel it sinking into your lovely cloud.
- 57:22Speaker 6: And it feels wonderful.
- 57:30Speaker 1: You are floating high up in the sky, and the
- 57:34sky above you is bright blue, and it's so sunny
- 57:39and inviting. You are warm and comfortable, and you are
- 57:46warmed by the sun's rays shining down peacefully upon you.
- 57:54Can you feel the sun. There are other clouds in
- 58:02the sky, floating gently. See them lazily passing by far
- 58:11above you, just drifting along. Your cloud can float wherever
- 58:23you choose, and if you enjoy being high up, you
- 58:29can let your cloud rise even higher up into the sky.
- 58:35It's very safe, it's very calming, and it's very relaxing,
- 58:44and you are so relaxed, so peaceful and calm floating
- 58:50when your cloud just drifting along with nowhere special you
- 58:57have to be. Have a little look around you as
- 59:12you float on your cloud, and if you look below,
- 59:19you can see the green green grass far down and
- 59:25from up here on your cloud, the grass looks like
- 59:30a lovely, soft green carpet. You can see some trees
- 59:40and you can see their leaves whispering in the gentle breeze.
- 59:46Can you hear what the leaves are saying? You can
- 59:59see country road, you can see hills. How does it
- 1:00:06feel to be floating on your cloud? You can feel
- 1:00:16it swaying gently like a boat bobbing along on the water.
- 1:00:23Does it drift in the breeze? Can you feel the
- 1:00:27movement as you gently float on your cloud? Floating on
- 1:00:35your cloud, just drifting along with no other purpose, and
- 1:00:41to feel relaxed and peaceful and so very happy. Continue
- 1:00:57floating on your cloud, drifting along, rising even higher if
- 1:01:05you want to enjoying all there is to see, And
- 1:01:10up here the air is so clean, so fresh. Look
- 1:01:16up at the beautiful sky. The clouds that were high
- 1:01:22above you are much much closer now. Some of them
- 1:01:28are so close to you that you can almost touch them,
- 1:01:33but not quite. You notice something coming towards your cloud,
- 1:01:40but you can't quite see yet what it is. It
- 1:01:45comes so close to you now that you realize it's
- 1:01:50a bird, a beautiful bird with brightly colored.
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: Wings and chest. What kind of bird do you think
- 1:01:59it is?
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: The beautiful bird comes very close to you now and
