- 1:08Speaker 1: was just on a national Zoom media call and still
- 1:11Speaker 1: refused to definitely say that beyond Moss is going to
- 1:15Speaker 1: play on Saturday against Miami, referring back to the we'll
- 1:21Speaker 1: see mantra, even though media was allowed to take pictures
- 1:27Speaker 1: of Moss in practice yesterday working out with the team,
- 1:32Speaker 1: so the Also, the injury reports are due out here

- 1:47Speaker 1: A and M remains a slight favorite in that game
- 1:51Speaker 1: just beginning here in a few minutes, the staff DNA

- 2:08Speaker 1: Bowl between Louisiana and Delaware, a couple of teams with twelve.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Losses between them.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Who won that big Troy Jacksonville State game last night?
- 2:21Speaker 1: Yeah see see, because I was actually watching some of that.
- 2:24Speaker 1: They don't like each other. It was pretty entertaining. The CFP,
- 2:31Speaker 1: of course, starts on Friday night with Alabama visiting Oklahoma.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Ohio has fired head coach Brian Smith amid allegations of
- 2:41Speaker 1: serious professional misconduct in a statement today. The termination follows
- 2:47Speaker 1: an administrative review of allegations that Smith violated the terms
- 2:51Speaker 1: of his employment agreement by engaging in serious professional with
- 2:54Speaker 1: conduct participating in activities that reflect unfavorably on the universe.
- 3:00Speaker 1: He's been on administrative leave of absence since the beginning
- 3:05Speaker 1: of the month. Ohio scheduled to play next Tuesday in
- 3:10Speaker 1: the Frisco Bowl against UNLV Jackson Jacksonville State one.
- 3:15Speaker 3: What was the final.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Seventeen thirteen That was a real defensive brawl. Basketball tonight,
- 3:22Speaker 1: Florida hosting Saint Francis. The best game I believe is
- 3:26Speaker 1: Vanderbilt rank thirteenth at Memphis. South Florida is at number
- 3:30Speaker 1: sixteen Alabama and the Zags hosting Campbell. The Atlantic Coast
- 3:35Speaker 1: Conference announced its conference opponents for each members yesterday, but
- 3:40Speaker 1: buried the release the headlines. The ACC tiebreaker policy will
- 3:47Speaker 1: be updated and announced the head of twenty twenty sixth seas.
- 3:51Speaker 1: In other words, I don't won five loss teams playing
- 3:55Speaker 1: in the ACC Championship game.
- 3:58Speaker 3: No details yet, but.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Man, I hope it's simpler than the SEC tiebreaker, which
- 4:04Speaker 1: also needs to reevaluate how they do things. But the
- 4:08Speaker 1: SEC doesn't really reevaluate stuff like that too often because
- 4:12Speaker 1: you know they're the SEC, and it just means more
- 4:16Speaker 1: Carlos Alcarez, the number one tennis player in the world,
- 4:19Speaker 1: fired as coach. They've been together since twenty eighteen, when
- 4:23Speaker 1: Alcarez was fifteen. He's won six major titles in seven years.
- 4:28Speaker 1: He shared a lengthdin emotional post about his decision hasn't
- 4:33Speaker 1: been made public. Sounds like they left on good terms, said,
- 4:39Speaker 1: they've decided to end their time together. Thank you for
- 4:41Speaker 1: turning my childhood dreams into reality. We reached the top.
- 4:46Speaker 1: I feel that if our sporting paths had to diverge,
- 4:48Speaker 1: it should be from up there. I've thoroughly enjoyed each
- 4:53Speaker 1: step with you, so we'll see. But tennis players changed coaches.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Speaking of tennis, who is the highest paid female athlete
- 5:06Speaker 1: in the world now? Cocoa Goff earned thirty three million,
- 5:14Speaker 1: eight million on winnings twenty five million off the court.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Winning the Fridge Open helped a slight decrease because you know,
- 5:25Speaker 1: things are tough all over. It was estimated she made
- 5:28Speaker 1: thirty four and a half million last year, became only
- 5:31Speaker 1: the third Worman ever to hit the thirty million mark,
- 5:35Speaker 1: including Serena and Naomi Osaka. Tennis stars with the three
- 5:41Speaker 1: highest paid athletes Sabalnka earned thirty million fifteen and fifteen,
- 5:49Speaker 1: and Egosria Tech earned twenty five point one million. I
- 5:53Speaker 1: don't know how you can get by on stuff like
- 5:55Speaker 1: that these days.
- 5:56Speaker 3: You know, it costs.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Hemburger's costs a lot of money. Of course, these girls
- 6:01Speaker 1: probably don't need Hamburgers. They eat whatever the chefs make them, fish,
- 6:06Speaker 1: lots of fish and salad. Anyway, that's so, friends, put
- 6:15Speaker 1: a tennis racket in your daughter's hand. All you people
- 6:18Speaker 1: who are paying for all this softball and all this volleyball, No,
- 6:23Speaker 1: they're not gonna make money playing softball and volleyball. Put
- 6:27Speaker 1: a tennis racket in their hands and say, go be
- 6:30Speaker 1: like cocoa.
- 6:31Speaker 3: So we got that going for us.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I will tell you that tomorrow on the program. The
- 6:38Speaker 1: winner of the Voice Aiden Ross Texas, Aggie, will join
- 6:42Speaker 1: us tomorrow on the program. Also tomorrow, we're gonna hear
- 6:48Speaker 1: from offensive coordinator Colin Kleine. We'll have our final high
- 6:52Speaker 1: school report of twenty twenty five. We will have our
- 6:56Speaker 1: final Clark Eisenhower Outdoor of twenty twenty five. We will
- 7:03Speaker 1: have our final show of twenty twenty five tomorrow. On Friday,
- 7:08Speaker 1: Ryan will be here. I will have interviews with Kurt
- 7:13Speaker 1: Bulls and Tony Catalina on Friday's program, so be sure
- 7:19Speaker 1: and tune in Friday. After that, just keep it on
- 7:25Speaker 1: the zone twenty four to seven, and we'll.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Have lots of Bowl games for you too.
- 7:31Speaker 1: So that's it. We've got two shows left. We're trying.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Sometimes it doesn't sound like it. Mallory will be here
- 7:40Speaker 1: in the second hour. Scott cland Dennon will be here
- 7:43Speaker 1: in about twenty five minutes and we'll have topics. We're
- 7:47Speaker 1: going to take a break, We're going to come back.
- 7:49Speaker 1: We're going to hear from Mario Christobal from Miami after
- 7:53Speaker 1: the final lap.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Brought to you by Chad Jones Law.
- 7:57Speaker 4: I'm Chad Jones. We know sports injuries hurt so to
- 8:00Speaker 4: injuries from car recks. But you didn't sign up to
- 8:02Speaker 4: being a car wreck with someone who wasn't paying attention.
- 8:05Speaker 4: It was their fault and now you're left to deal
- 8:07Speaker 4: with the consequences. You need to see a doctor and
- 8:09Speaker 4: you're missing work. Chad Jones Law can help. We've been
- 8:12Speaker 4: helping our neighbors for more than two decades. Stop getting
- 8:15Speaker 4: frustrated with the other side's foot dragging. Remember, don't get mad.

- 8:24Speaker 4: Chad Jones Law dot com.
- 8:28Speaker 5: Austin Cindric is on and fuel mileage has coming to
- 8:31Speaker 5: play a few times this year and fans are discovering
- 8:33Speaker 5: that race teams calculations are not exactly sophisticated.
- 8:37Speaker 6: Is that about right?
- 8:39Speaker 7: Yeah, I wouldn't say it's fair to say that, you know,
- 8:42Speaker 7: fuel calculations in NASCAR, or as a race engineer or
- 8:46Speaker 7: a crew chief or as a driver are not very sophisticated.
- 8:50Speaker 7: It's due to the lack of actual data. Now, we
- 8:53Speaker 7: do have some data, and we have to make estimates
- 8:57Speaker 7: based off of the data that we do have. None
- 8:59Speaker 7: of that really happens necessarily in real time, in real
- 9:03Speaker 7: time as you'd like it to be, and as accurate
- 9:05Speaker 7: as you'd like it to be. So there's a lot
- 9:08Speaker 7: more guessing that goes on a fuel safe situation in
- 9:12Speaker 7: the NASCAR Cup Series than really anything else I've ever
- 9:15Speaker 7: driven or been a part of, you know, for example,
- 9:17Speaker 7: you know, if I was racing, I mean, he probably
- 9:19Speaker 7: any other series, really, you know, I know what my
- 9:22Speaker 7: capacity is I have it on my dead ash. I
- 9:24Speaker 7: know how much fuel I just used in the last lap,
- 9:27Speaker 7: so I can make real time adjustments as the driver
- 9:29Speaker 7: without even getting feedback from my team. The only feedback
- 9:32Speaker 7: I really need for my team is how much fuel
- 9:34Speaker 7: do you want me to use a lap? And then
- 9:35Speaker 7: do we have a code word that defines that. You
- 9:37Speaker 7: can come up with codes and come up with ununderstanding,
- 9:39Speaker 7: but even even pace and lap time are necessarily the
- 9:42Speaker 7: greatest gauges of what that is. So you can spend
- 9:45Speaker 7: time on the simulator driving in different ways to get
- 9:48Speaker 7: what uses what and what's more efficient than what. But
- 9:51Speaker 7: as far as fuel used in real time, it is
- 9:53Speaker 7: it is a lot of estimating.
- 9:54Speaker 8: This is the final app Now there's a new way

- 12:38Speaker 15: on the piano, Paul English on the brush drums, and
- 12:43Speaker 15: a classic Christmas song from Willie Pretty Paper.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Roy Orbison had a hit out of that a long
- 12:52Speaker 1: time ago, and it's still a Christmas classic. All Right,
- 12:56Speaker 1: we're gonna hear from Mario christ Paul, the head coat
- 13:00Speaker 1: coach of the Miami Hurricanes, as he visited with local
- 13:05Speaker 1: and national media. I think this was from Monday.
- 13:10Speaker 13: All right.
- 13:11Speaker 16: Mentioned the preparation.
- 13:12Speaker 17: How do you use the extra week that you have
- 13:14Speaker 17: you find out everything kind.
- 13:15Speaker 16: Of goes over you prep for a team. How do
- 13:17Speaker 16: you use this time and now enter the same week?
- 13:20Speaker 16: You know you really had two game weeks? Is what
- 13:22Speaker 16: you do?
- 13:22Speaker 1: Now?
- 13:22Speaker 16: You don't have the brunt of the physicality of a
- 13:26Speaker 16: game last week, but you still use at Saturday.
- 13:29Speaker 18: As a practice because you want to make sure your
- 13:31Speaker 18: bodies are You don't want that acute spike the week
- 13:35Speaker 18: of the game, right, we want to make sure that
- 13:36Speaker 18: you're in process. And we felt that we were getting
- 13:39Speaker 18: stronger in the month of November and we're playing our
- 13:41Speaker 18: best football at game. We wanted to continue that trend
- 13:43Speaker 18: so to do so, we just went right to what
- 13:47Speaker 18: we do systematically and consulting with our sports science department
- 13:51Speaker 18: as well.
- 13:52Speaker 16: And attacked it.
- 13:52Speaker 18: And that we feel like I'm in a really good
- 13:54Speaker 18: spot of the balance of physicality and practice, engage.
- 13:57Speaker 16: Your guys health.
- 13:58Speaker 18: This is obvious milestone for your program going to the playoffs.
- 14:02Speaker 16: W W.
- 14:03Speaker 19: You think of the four years here when you think
- 14:05Speaker 19: of getting on that plane from Morgan.
- 14:06Speaker 16: Has I seen a long time ago, forever ago? Or
- 14:08Speaker 16: did it just SENI?
- 14:09Speaker 18: Yes, sure, yeah, it seems a pretty good while ago,
- 14:13Speaker 18: you know, and in the early days when you're you know, live,
- 14:17Speaker 18: I've been very fortunate to be around some awesome people,
- 14:20Speaker 18: be part of essentially three rebuilds.
- 14:23Speaker 16: You know, those early years are like dog years.
- 14:25Speaker 18: You know they're tough, but you know, it was always
- 14:29Speaker 18: we never strayed from the vision, from the process. We
- 14:33Speaker 18: have incredible people that I've worked at it, and I
- 14:36Speaker 18: think the best part of all the people involved is
- 14:38Speaker 18: that there's no relaxed syndrome, you know. The moment it
- 14:42Speaker 18: was announced, I'm like, Okay, let's let's get the preparation.
- 14:45Speaker 18: Let's get right to work to make sure we could
- 14:47Speaker 18: have ourselves the best chance of being won an host.
- 14:50Speaker 14: Alright, the rushing offense has been solid and not make
- 14:54Speaker 14: the super explode. And I think the guys write the
- 14:56Speaker 14: pretty lowly, pretty low in terms of like tag lost
- 14:59Speaker 14: one of you aren't, uh, Robbie's what if you guys
- 15:01Speaker 14: are working on when they try to get some more
- 15:03Speaker 14: I acre about getting the wrong game.
- 15:05Speaker 18: Well, I think it's improved, uh the last month or so.
- 15:07Speaker 18: I think we've created more explosive play that they get
- 15:09Speaker 18: to combination of a.
- 15:10Speaker 16: Lot of things. Sometimes you're not blocked up like you
- 15:13Speaker 16: should be. Sometimes a guy.
- 15:15Speaker 18: Falls out, Sometimes the wide receiver doesn't get to a safety.
- 15:19Speaker 16: Sometimes you should throw it on that particularly down.
- 15:22Speaker 18: But I think we have gotten one sync and I
- 15:26Speaker 18: think we've created some opportunities with some other guys in
- 15:28Speaker 18: there as well.
- 15:29Speaker 16: Marks on the men and or was on the men
- 15:31Speaker 16: and he's full of fully healthy now, so I think.
- 15:34Speaker 18: We're in a good place. We've run the ball effectively
- 15:37Speaker 18: for all the years we've been here. And we feel
- 15:40Speaker 18: we're treading in that direction again, but we're always assessing
- 15:42Speaker 18: and analyzing and adapt to where we can to get better.
- 15:44Speaker 13: Mario, what if francis on the only room and may
- 15:47Speaker 13: ment to the program to helping you.
- 15:48Speaker 16: Guys get to the where you guys are right now?
- 15:50Speaker 18: Yeah, you know I talk about him all the time.
- 15:52Speaker 18: Is like, those were the guys that would wait for
- 15:54Speaker 18: us outside of Harbuck right after those those tough early
- 16:00Speaker 18: games when we first got here back in twenty two.
- 16:02Speaker 18: And they're the ones that bought it too, a vision
- 16:05Speaker 18: that we're willing to just ignore the noise and all
- 16:08Speaker 18: the the craziness surrounding a tough season. And they were
- 16:11Speaker 18: going to be the ones. They were gonna be the
- 16:13Speaker 18: ones that were the agents of changed. So to see
- 16:16Speaker 18: them get the opportunity here in your third year, UH,
- 16:19Speaker 18: to continue playing this caliber football and be in the
- 16:22Speaker 18: playoffs in December, I know it needs a ton to them,
- 16:25Speaker 18: But just like we talked about a second ago, their
- 16:28Speaker 18: whole concentration and focus is on the preparation. There's no UH,
- 16:34Speaker 18: I guess the best way to say that, there's no
- 16:35Speaker 18: arrived syndrome.
- 16:37Speaker 16: You know, it's UH to get back to work in town.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Mario.
- 16:40Speaker 16: I'm went back and see the SMI game. Gave her
- 16:43Speaker 16: kind of likest twelve time in that game, five were
- 16:45Speaker 16: pre sat is that?
- 16:46Speaker 20: What?
- 16:46Speaker 16: What? What? Uh? When have you founded in terms of
- 16:50Speaker 16: stad to improve upon that?
- 16:52Speaker 18: When you're going into another hostile harrequiding lank Colm field
- 16:56Speaker 18: where you wanna live in as a precat an, where
- 16:58Speaker 18: do you think you gotten that are in that area?
- 17:00Speaker 16: How do you feel weigh those in America?
- 17:02Speaker 18: You know, it's a certainly one of the best environments
- 17:05Speaker 18: that you'll see in football and any sports for that matter.
- 17:08Speaker 18: And certainly I think our approach to the mechanics and
- 17:11Speaker 18: their process is involve in the cycle of the snap
- 17:14Speaker 18: have really been effective and I think you see that
- 17:17Speaker 18: in our pre snap I would say, uh, improvements over
- 17:22Speaker 18: the past four games.
- 17:24Speaker 16: You know.
- 17:24Speaker 18: So you have a a lot of mechanisms, uh within
- 17:28Speaker 18: your facility to prepare for when you're going to hostile
- 17:30Speaker 18: environments and you have to completely dive into it, be
- 17:34Speaker 18: consumed by it and prepare you guys the best of
- 17:37Speaker 18: their ability, so let they enter any environment with confidence.
- 17:40Speaker 17: Marm I would assume you you get a feel of
- 17:42Speaker 17: your team being around the small patent. What do you
- 17:45Speaker 17: get as a sense and how do you kind of
- 17:46Speaker 17: get that sense of that they're in the right place mentally,
- 17:49Speaker 17: not making this game more than what it is in
- 17:51Speaker 17: just a game, not thinking of the big picture.
- 17:53Speaker 18: Sure, it's a good point because if you if you
- 17:55Speaker 18: start to deviate from that, then you.
- 17:58Speaker 16: Create anxiety and that kills pers.
- 18:01Speaker 18: The best thing about this team, besides the fact that
- 18:04Speaker 18: they're fun, they are really they're fun here they are,
- 18:08Speaker 18: is that they love to work like, they love the grind.
- 18:11Speaker 18: They find opportunities to get better on their own by
- 18:16Speaker 18: pushing it. They pushed coaches, you know, like collectively they
- 18:21Speaker 18: they almost require coaches to be on edge to provide
- 18:25Speaker 18: them with the best information, the best for work, the
- 18:29Speaker 18: best film sessions they could possibly have to improve and
- 18:32Speaker 18: get better.
- 18:33Speaker 16: It's a very hungry, driven team.
- 18:36Speaker 18: It's a a team with tremendous hearts as it relates
- 18:39Speaker 18: to football and off the field as well. Of they
- 18:42Speaker 18: deserve our very best. They get it every single day.
- 18:45Speaker 18: We're gonna continue to get it too. But they're in
- 18:47Speaker 18: a good mental space because again, of I think I
- 18:52Speaker 18: think they were wired the right way they but I
- 18:54Speaker 18: think we've also wired this team, you know, cause you do.
- 18:58Speaker 18: By the end of this year, your team is a
- 18:59Speaker 18: lot a certain way. We believe strong that this team
- 19:03Speaker 18: is wired in the right manner.
- 19:05Speaker 14: What did you learn from from watching your your acts
- 19:08Speaker 14: defends against the other?
- 19:09Speaker 20: Uh?
- 19:09Speaker 14: Goal right quarterback? Because like Castalanta's and Byra and Brown
- 19:12Speaker 14: with Marcelo Reed not really able to make plays eat?
- 19:15Speaker 14: How do you guys work on maple drag as state?
- 19:17Speaker 14: Disciplined of the pass rush? Uh not gollowed? You know
- 19:20Speaker 14: Rocker lay from escape? What did you learn from you
- 19:22Speaker 14: guys go against other to a right? Guys other earlier
- 19:25Speaker 14: will certainly Marceovery's.
- 19:26Speaker 16: The best one that we'd play.
- 19:28Speaker 18: I mean, you know what you learn that if you're
- 19:30Speaker 18: not disciplined, they're gonna pay the price. And chunk plays right,
- 19:34Speaker 18: extended plays, improvisations, guys just.
- 19:38Speaker 16: Breaking free, you know.
- 19:39Speaker 18: And you're looking at a quarterback that keeps his eyes
- 19:42Speaker 18: down the field, has a a great connection with his
- 19:45Speaker 18: wide receivers because when he does find time and space,
- 19:51Speaker 18: everybody's working right. That's a dangerous part of the team.
- 19:54Speaker 18: And that has a quarterback that can extend plays like
- 19:57Speaker 18: that right, all the oftscripts off. So what what you
- 20:00Speaker 18: learn that you know in football and particularly and when
- 20:03Speaker 18: you play really good.
- 20:04Speaker 16: Teams that there's very really legal.
- 20:06Speaker 18: There's Martin ferrars, very small and that communication with that
- 20:10Speaker 18: premium right, everybody understanding exactly what to do and doing
- 20:14Speaker 18: their job as opposed to try to make a play.
- 20:17Speaker 18: Those things are paramount, you know, and the more you
- 20:19Speaker 18: practice it, the better you get at it. Fortunately for us,
- 20:22Speaker 18: we've gotten better and better defensively as a year's going on,
- 20:25Speaker 18: and and you've got to be at your best when
- 20:27Speaker 18: you're playing against the best players in the country.
- 20:30Speaker 21: What makes sense to say there s been out there
- 20:32Speaker 21: down that's well, I would say that, and the one
- 20:37Speaker 21: to get to them difficult down in third down situations,
- 20:40Speaker 21: you know you don't see uh a ton of dirty shorts.
- 20:43Speaker 18: I think that starts with identification, right. The looks that
- 20:46Speaker 18: you're gonna get will create pictures that make you sometimes guess,
- 20:53Speaker 18: right is it?
- 20:53Speaker 16: A four down rush concept? Is an ode or a
- 20:56Speaker 16: bear rush concept?
- 20:58Speaker 18: You know who's capped, knowing that that idea threat who's not.
- 21:03Speaker 16: There are simp pressures, there are zone droppers.
- 21:06Speaker 18: The combination of bluff and bringing it that they present
- 21:11Speaker 18: and the way that they.
- 21:13Speaker 16: Attack their protection rules is what makes it difficult.
- 21:18Speaker 18: And therefore you see you see free hitters now whether
- 21:22Speaker 18: you don't have free hitters, which you see is a
- 21:24Speaker 18: very talented front, a very physical, explosive, extremely highly technical,
- 21:31Speaker 18: defensive front.
- 21:32Speaker 16: Like they win their one on ones.
- 21:34Speaker 18: You know, sometimes their best throw down stuff is just
- 21:37Speaker 18: rushing the four guys because they're so explosive, they're so quick,
- 21:40Speaker 18: they're so powerful, they get their hands on people, and
- 21:43Speaker 18: they get.
- 21:43Speaker 16: Rid of block or so.
- 21:44Speaker 18: I think all those things come by and make them
- 21:47Speaker 18: really good on third down, and it starts with the
- 21:49Speaker 18: fact that they're winning first and second now to make.
- 21:51Speaker 16: Their down not much more difficult.
- 21:54Speaker 18: Mario, what makes case you conception on a difficult player
- 21:56Speaker 18: to face?
- 21:57Speaker 16: And also maybe what differences do you see.
- 21:59Speaker 18: Them now from when you and your staff saw him
- 22:01Speaker 18: in the past.
- 22:01Speaker 16: The more you watched it on him and you know
- 22:03Speaker 16: we can watching.
- 22:03Speaker 18: Him, we actually had a chance to play against him
- 22:05Speaker 18: in in uh two.
- 22:06Speaker 16: Thousand twenty three. Is everyone knows how fast he is.
- 22:09Speaker 18: I don't think people realize the incredible body control that
- 22:13Speaker 18: he has. You watch him with that balls in the
- 22:15Speaker 18: air and he finds a way to twist and turn
- 22:17Speaker 18: and come down with it one handed, two handed, and
- 22:20Speaker 18: if he's not running by it, you know, and there's
- 22:22Speaker 18: several clips on tape ard once he has the ball
- 22:24Speaker 18: in his hands. He's really tough touring that those feet
- 22:27Speaker 18: are moving. Plays with a great to low center of gravity.
- 22:30Speaker 18: You always moving his feed, very physical, very tough. You
- 22:34Speaker 18: could tell they have a really good weight room with
- 22:36Speaker 18: a really good strength conditioning program. And I think he
- 22:40Speaker 18: exemplifies you know that in the way that he plays
- 22:43Speaker 18: a game.
- 22:43Speaker 14: There were some reports last week that Shannon dolphins in
- 22:47Speaker 14: the nit for a few different head clicking conoditions in
- 22:49Speaker 14: your stuff with him, just like, how do you work
- 22:52Speaker 14: with him on that nature he's ouily doing his jog
- 22:54Speaker 14: here off the you know, doing with that's n where
- 22:56Speaker 14: how do you edit with a handle with.
- 22:58Speaker 16: The playbol openly and honestly.
- 22:59Speaker 18: You know, I think what happens is, look, it's I
- 23:02Speaker 18: was in similar positions the way back, and then I always
- 23:05Speaker 18: benefited from head coaches at work about promoting their assistance
- 23:09Speaker 18: and that there are the right opportunities to help them
- 23:11Speaker 18: in any way that we can. While at the same time,
- 23:14Speaker 18: every staff member, every staff member has to understand this
- 23:17Speaker 18: as well as every single player, every in the building.
- 23:19Speaker 18: You cannot be distracted, okay, And there's a way to
- 23:22Speaker 18: handle things.
- 23:23Speaker 16: And I think I credit him.
- 23:25Speaker 20: Uh.
- 23:25Speaker 16: You know, we don't report everything that goes on, but
- 23:27Speaker 16: you can imagine what this time of year looks like.
- 23:29Speaker 18: Right, this is the time of year where you get
- 23:31Speaker 18: this a coach, you got a second and it's time
- 23:35Speaker 18: to get me a Christmas present, A right to talk
- 23:37Speaker 18: about you know, things that come up and this time
- 23:40Speaker 18: of year.
- 23:40Speaker 16: Think about how many jobs opened up this year. It's
- 23:42Speaker 16: in the twenties, right, a lot. So multiply that, and
- 23:46Speaker 16: I mean exponentially.
- 23:47Speaker 18: The opportunities grow out there and people always kind of
- 23:49Speaker 18: peck away up programs that help with the people.
- 23:51Speaker 16: So but I credit to UH.
- 23:53Speaker 18: Coach Duston and all the other coaches that they've done
- 23:56Speaker 18: a great job because they've all been part of this
- 23:59Speaker 18: prom such right, and you know, we find ourselves in
- 24:03Speaker 18: a situation that you you dream for. I think if
- 24:05Speaker 18: you you strive for, right and so uh, that's why
- 24:09Speaker 18: we approach it. And but we never let we have
- 24:12Speaker 18: a vow not to let anything or anyone get in
- 24:14Speaker 18: away of part one and no process.
- 24:17Speaker 16: Are you on games like this three year careers of
- 24:20Speaker 16: assistant and as a head coach, you like, go on
- 24:24Speaker 16: the road, I'll start.
- 24:25Speaker 15: An environment, play the key and I mean if there
- 24:28Speaker 15: were a formula you obviously when you discuss it here,
- 24:31Speaker 15: but like, what's.
- 24:32Speaker 16: The key of managing a situation like this? I mean,
- 24:35Speaker 16: you know, last time you play.
- 24:36Speaker 22: A game like this, I don't tell you M long
- 24:38Speaker 22: kind of though, how do you manage s?
- 24:41Speaker 20: You know, some something like this And still think it
- 24:44Speaker 20: comes down to your preparation because at the end of
- 24:46Speaker 20: the day, it's it's gonna come down to the twenty
- 24:50Speaker 20: two that are on the field, right that are actually
- 24:54Speaker 20: executing against each other, and execution is at a premium,
- 24:58Speaker 20: and uh, to get to that point where you're executing
- 25:02Speaker 20: to your standard, it's it's it's steps, it's fundamentals, it's
- 25:08Speaker 20: a combination of things that you just can't compromise. And
- 25:10Speaker 20: these things starting January, right like every down of college football,
- 25:14Speaker 20: it's a lot of teams are coaching a whole new team.
- 25:17Speaker 16: Will one year team.
- 25:18Speaker 18: But I wouldn't say that you prepare for this way
- 25:22Speaker 18: back in January and then you bring it all together
- 25:26Speaker 18: and bring it to life on game.
- 25:27Speaker 16: Week with your level of preparation. And that relates to and.
- 25:31Speaker 18: In every part of what I would waste your all
- 25:33Speaker 18: time about the details that go into that. But because
- 25:36Speaker 18: you have to when you hit that field playing great
- 25:40Speaker 18: teams like this, great players, great coaches, you have to
- 25:43Speaker 18: play fast.
- 25:44Speaker 16: You have to play with the confidence in the campaign.
- 25:46Speaker 18: Hesitation, you flinched in your game, where your mindset. And
- 25:50Speaker 18: certainly we we are grateful for the opportunity. We are thrilled,
- 25:56Speaker 18: we are excited.
- 25:56Speaker 16: We know we just.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Wanna get to work far whereas what kind of but
- 26:01Speaker 1: you talked about the knocks on the door because of
- 26:04Speaker 1: the way the calendar is now, right, I'm sure it's
- 26:07Speaker 1: a nightmare, you know.
- 26:08Speaker 18: With uh deal with in il and and in the future,
- 26:11Speaker 18: with the portal of the knack jinnors and how you
- 26:13Speaker 18: manage it all that.
- 26:15Speaker 16: I mean, it's canceled Christmas and you just you got
- 26:18Speaker 16: stuff to do.
- 26:18Speaker 5: I mean, I don't know.
- 26:20Speaker 18: I don't think any coach I feel sorry for themselves,
- 26:23Speaker 18: you know. I mean, it's the job, is what it is.
- 26:26Speaker 18: And until they figure everything out how to make it
- 26:28Speaker 18: a a calendar bo sense.
- 26:30Speaker 16: You do what you gotta do.
- 26:31Speaker 18: I don't think you could sit up here in front
- 26:33Speaker 18: of a podium and you know, demand all the things
- 26:37Speaker 18: we demand of our players and our staff, and then
- 26:39Speaker 18: all of a sudden, Janior's December's.
- 26:42Speaker 16: Kind of hell for you. You don't come up and
- 26:44Speaker 16: complain about it. You just deal with it right and
- 26:46Speaker 16: do what's.
- 26:46Speaker 18: Best for people for the program.
- 26:50Speaker 16: You do it straight up, and it's it's just business.
- 26:55Speaker 16: It's not personal. Story of business.
- 26:57Speaker 22: Where when you think back of the first state of
- 26:59Speaker 22: Cloche happen course of they currently taking you know, the
- 27:02Speaker 22: field and seeing the juiced up is our you know,
- 27:05Speaker 22: and seeing his growth throughout this seeing as he takes
- 27:07Speaker 22: the field now towards his last games to college football whatever,
- 27:11Speaker 22: seeing the biggest growth from him, and how do you
- 27:13Speaker 22: see him as a leader now getting ready to help
- 27:15Speaker 22: lead this teage hopefully went on Saturday.
- 27:18Speaker 16: I think wow a lot. I think it's awesome.
- 27:23Speaker 18: That the you know in practice on Saturday would give
- 27:26Speaker 18: the afternoon off after new practice. It was great to
- 27:31Speaker 18: see a clip of him with his team makes over at.
- 27:34Speaker 16: The high school state championship games. I think that's really neat.
- 27:38Speaker 18: I think it shows the camaraderie of the team that
- 27:41Speaker 18: they're hanging together during free time and they're going and
- 27:44Speaker 18: watching football their lung of the game, their their passion
- 27:49Speaker 18: for the sport is it's huge. And to see a
- 27:53Speaker 18: guy that that came in and there's so much scrutiny
- 27:55Speaker 18: right and uh having to recover from you know, certain
- 28:00Speaker 18: and everything else to grow like he's grown now coming
- 28:03Speaker 18: out of him and playing his best football down the stretch.
- 28:07Speaker 16: I think it's awesome. It's awesome to see how.
- 28:10Speaker 18: He approaches each and every day like he's really really driven.
- 28:14Speaker 16: His practices have been outstanding.
- 28:17Speaker 18: And happy for these guys, but happy the since that
- 28:23Speaker 18: I get to push him on.
- 28:24Speaker 1: It's Mario Christbaull, the head coach of Miami, just checking
- 28:29Speaker 1: seat geek right now. The prices have come down considerably.
- 28:33Speaker 1: There were some extra tickets added to the market, I'm
- 28:37Speaker 1: told today because of a series of stuff and how
- 28:42Speaker 1: they do things. But I mean they've come down probably
- 28:47Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty bucks a ticket. With getting price
- 28:50Speaker 1: I'm talking about, I mean, you still pay almost fifteen
- 28:53Speaker 1: hundred bucks to sit on the like forty yard line
- 28:56Speaker 1: in the lower deck, but the upper deck seats right
- 29:00Speaker 1: now as low as two hundred and thirty eight dollars,
- 29:03Speaker 1: so the get in price has gotten better. For Saturday,
- 29:09Speaker 1: the weather looks good. It should be a fun scene.
- 29:14Speaker 1: We'll have more tomorrow. We're gonna hear from Colin Klein
- 29:19Speaker 1: tomorrow on the program, and probably a defensive player or
- 29:24Speaker 1: two tomorrow on the program. And Aiden Ross, the winner
- 29:32Speaker 1: of the Voice and from Texas A and M University
- 29:39Speaker 1: in College Station, Texas will join us on the program tomorrow.
- 29:43Speaker 1: So fund the neighbors, wake the kids for that. Scott
- 29:46Speaker 1: cland Dinnon will be along. Stevchek's Service Center is open

- 36:24Speaker 3: Uh?
- 36:25Speaker 1: I don't really pay attention to that stuff. I'll be
- 36:27Speaker 1: honest with you now. I will say it's very rare
- 36:31Speaker 1: for opt outs in the playoffs. We've had a couple
- 36:34Speaker 1: over the years, but it's very rare, right right.
- 36:36Speaker 13: And I know we're now focused more on the playoffs
- 36:39Speaker 13: at this point in time, But you know, you do
- 36:43Speaker 13: have some balls there. There are some Bowl games still
- 36:45Speaker 13: being played. I mean, I haven't heard of any of
- 36:49Speaker 13: the Longhorns opting out. Have you have you heard of
- 36:52Speaker 13: any Longhorns opting out? So, I mean they've had some
- 36:56Speaker 13: people portal.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Yeah, what's the difference.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Uh, those are people going to the NFL that just
- 37:03Speaker 1: aren't going to play the game, yes, and then the
- 37:05Speaker 1: others are transfers, right, yes, okay, uh yeah, I don't know.
- 37:10Speaker 3: We got a game on this there's a game. It's
- 37:12Speaker 3: live baby, it's vahmable. No, No, it's the Cure Bowl.
- 37:18Speaker 13: Why did they take the name off of Gronk's Bowl?
- 37:21Speaker 13: Because I saw him he.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Was doing that. I guess they didn't want to write.
- 37:23Speaker 13: The check the LA Bowl this weekend?
- 37:26Speaker 3: Right he he sponsored a bowl last year, right?
- 37:28Speaker 25: Yes?
- 37:29Speaker 1: Was it the same bowl? Or did you said the
- 37:32Speaker 1: LA Bowl?
- 37:33Speaker 13: The LA Bowl?
- 37:34Speaker 3: Is that it so fine?
- 37:35Speaker 13: Yes?
- 37:35Speaker 3: Really? This one Washington was in last week against Boise. Yeah,
- 37:40Speaker 3: it wasn't good. I didn't watch that game, I understand.
- 37:42Speaker 13: But still that was a game that actually had the
- 37:45Speaker 13: reason to have some attention to it.
- 37:47Speaker 1: Yeah, those Washington went easily, right, Yes, Yeah, okay, I
- 37:51Speaker 1: tell you I watched some because it wasn't anything. Well,
- 37:54Speaker 1: there was basketball and I was flipping back and forth,
- 37:56Speaker 1: but I watched a little of that Bowl game last
- 37:59Speaker 1: night between Troy and Jacksonville State, and I didn't realize that,
- 38:04Speaker 1: like they hate each other, their traditional rivals right from
- 38:07Speaker 1: from the state.
- 38:08Speaker 3: So yeah, there was some chippiness. That was a fun game.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Actually, I mean neither of them were very good at
- 38:14Speaker 1: at at The leading running back in the nation was hurt,
- 38:19Speaker 1: he didn't play, and then the Troy State quarterback got
- 38:23Speaker 1: hurt early. So there wasn't a lot of offense in
- 38:26Speaker 1: the game, but they were smacking each other. Yeah, they
- 38:28Speaker 1: were smacking each other.
- 38:30Speaker 3: I liked it.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Every time, and sometime beyond it was pretty fun.
- 38:36Speaker 3: It's pretty every now and then.
- 38:37Speaker 1: You know, you can flip on one of these games
- 38:39Speaker 1: and go, hey, and I remember last year we talked
- 38:42Speaker 1: about this. I probably watched I don't know why, but timing,
- 38:47Speaker 1: I guess I watched more Bowl games last year than
- 38:49Speaker 1: I'd watched in a long time. I'm talking about just
- 38:52Speaker 1: like games like this, and there were some really entertaining
- 38:55Speaker 1: games last year, and I suspect.
- 38:57Speaker 3: There'll be some entertaining football games this year.
- 38:59Speaker 13: Well, I mean, is it must see TV for Louisiana
- 39:03Speaker 13: and Delaware tonight?
- 39:05Speaker 3: I mean, I know you almost put that.
- 39:06Speaker 13: On your I did.
- 39:08Speaker 3: I can't close. You went with Texas and Michigan instead. Now,
- 39:11Speaker 3: we talked last week about this.
- 39:14Speaker 1: I think USC TCU has a chance to just all
- 39:17Speaker 1: them up all will He scored lots of points, right,
- 39:20Speaker 1: They traditionally have wild, wild games. I think that's going
- 39:25Speaker 1: to be a wild, wild game. Yeah, right, not too
- 39:28Speaker 1: much defense.
- 39:30Speaker 13: I watched uh, South Carolina State okay praierview this weekend.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Yeah I heard about that. Perview screwed up. They lost
- 39:40Speaker 1: a big lead, right.
- 39:41Speaker 13: They did lose a big lead, yeah okay, but they
- 39:46Speaker 13: also didn't official just blew a call in the end zone.
- 39:52Speaker 1: It's too bad, like a decisive call.
- 39:54Speaker 3: And cost perview the game. I hate that, you know,
- 39:58Speaker 3: I do. I hate that.
- 40:00Speaker 13: Uh And and I just was like, well, you know,
- 40:04Speaker 13: I guess that's that's how it's going to be. And
- 40:07Speaker 13: then I watched I watched the FBS playoff game for Tarleton, okay,
- 40:20Speaker 13: and Tarleton caught a pass. They lost that game too, right,
- 40:23Speaker 13: caught a pass in the end zone and his right
- 40:27Speaker 13: foot was forward and this left foot was behind, and
- 40:31Speaker 13: you could and the angle was bad. Because they don't
- 40:34Speaker 13: have all they don't have all the TVs cameras that
- 40:37Speaker 13: they're going to have at.
- 40:38Speaker 3: The game this weekend for right now.
- 40:40Speaker 13: Okay, I clearly thought his I could see his toe
- 40:47Speaker 13: threads and it was a touchdown, and they called it
- 40:51Speaker 13: incomplete and went to replay. They called it incomplete.
- 40:54Speaker 3: No, they overturned.
- 40:55Speaker 1: So the game that I would watch this yes, and
- 41:01Speaker 1: probably will watch after A and M and Miami on Saturday,
- 41:07Speaker 1: Duncanville and North Shore for the six to A D
- 41:12Speaker 1: one State championship. There's gonna be some D one players
- 41:16Speaker 1: in that game.
- 41:17Speaker 13: Don't don't skip out on South o'cliff and Randall. South
- 41:25Speaker 13: o'cliff and Randall.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I mean both of those back to back.
- 41:31Speaker 13: Don't skip out on De Soto. I don't have the
- 41:34Speaker 13: Soto down playing.
- 41:37Speaker 16: No.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Duncanville, yes they are. I'm not saying they're not. We
- 41:41Speaker 3: just didn't pick the game. I'm just looking at Cessin's picks.
- 41:43Speaker 3: I don't have the whole list of games.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Yes, okay, but Duncanville North Shore got my attention. There'll
- 41:52Speaker 1: be some athletes on the field for that game.
- 41:54Speaker 13: Yeah, the uh but the De Soto's running back in
- 42:03Speaker 13: the playoffs and the five playoff games has rushed for
- 42:06Speaker 13: fifteen hundred yards.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Is that good?
- 42:09Speaker 13: Yes?
- 42:10Speaker 16: Okay?
- 42:11Speaker 13: So, and it's and he went three sixty last week
- 42:17Speaker 13: in the last play of the game, they held South
- 42:20Speaker 13: Lake Carol tackled him. They called it a touchdown. They
- 42:25Speaker 13: went to rep they called it a touch One of
- 42:27Speaker 13: the officials called it a touchdown.
- 42:29Speaker 16: Right.
- 42:29Speaker 13: The other ones were saying that he didn't get in right,
- 42:32Speaker 13: they don't have replay. They got together and talked about it,
- 42:35Speaker 13: and they correctly said no touchdown.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Okay.
- 42:38Speaker 13: So de Soto's football on the one foot line with
- 42:47Speaker 13: six seconds left to play, okay, all right, and they
- 42:51Speaker 13: handed it.
- 42:51Speaker 3: Off to the running back who is.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Going to So ninety nine of his three sixty came
- 42:59Speaker 1: on the last play the game.
- 43:00Speaker 13: That the clock stopped within his first twelve yards of the.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Carry, because, oh, because six seconds was already up.
- 43:08Speaker 3: Yes, it was like, so he was running.
- 43:10Speaker 13: They were looking for Craig Way, and they were talking about, Okay,
- 43:13Speaker 13: you've got a five point lead. Run to the back
- 43:16Speaker 13: of the end zone and just go out the side
- 43:18Speaker 13: and you're gonna run us four seconds you yeah, run
- 43:20Speaker 13: these four seconds off and it's done. And he goes
- 43:23Speaker 13: ninety nine.
- 43:25Speaker 3: Nice and he.
- 43:26Speaker 13: Had a seventy yard touchdown catch. Okay, so he ended
- 43:30Speaker 13: up with four hundred and thirty yards of offense on him.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Good effort. Yes, is he signed somewhere?
- 43:37Speaker 13: He's a junior.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Okay, all right, we need a break. We'll come back.

- 44:18Speaker 5: It's no secret to Org Jordan emerged seemingly out of
- 44:20Speaker 5: nowhere and Sunday's win over the Arizona Cardinals. Jordan has
- 44:23Speaker 5: been a practice squad running back for the Texans all season,
- 44:26Speaker 5: but was called into action in a big way and
- 44:28Speaker 5: was an NFL debut. He toted the rock fifteen times
- 44:30Speaker 5: for one hundred and one yards in the wind, and
- 44:32Speaker 5: Jordan is just the second player in Texans team history
- 44:35Speaker 5: to rush for one hundred plus yards in their NFL debut,
- 44:38Speaker 5: joining Ben Tate, who accomplished the feat fourteen years ago.
- 44:41Speaker 5: Head coach Jamiko Ryans rewarded the breakout performance with a
- 44:44Speaker 5: postgame presentation of the game ball.
- 44:46Speaker 4: On game ball, guys, all right, it goes to this
- 44:48Speaker 4: guy was his debut game.
- 44:57Speaker 5: Recognizing the talent and the need for another running back, yesterday,
- 45:00Speaker 5: the Houston Texans promoted Juir Jordan, signing him from the
- 45:03Speaker 5: practice squad to the active roster. With Woody Marx and
- 45:06Speaker 5: Nick Chubb still working through lingering injuries, Jordan could be

- 45:11Speaker 5: with kickoff set for three twenty five, with the Houston

- 48:55Speaker 1: Dinnon is here with us. Got a football game to
- 48:59Speaker 1: play on Saturday morning at eleven a m. We really
- 49:08Speaker 1: believe now that Le'Veon Moss is going to be back.
- 49:12Speaker 1: We believe that Scooby Williams is going to be back.
- 49:14Speaker 1: We believe that Bryce Anderson is going to be back.
- 49:18Speaker 1: I mean we're talking we're talking some big additions, especially,
- 49:23Speaker 1: I mean we're talking difference makers, right, so huge, huge thing. Uh.
- 49:29Speaker 1: And look, Leon has been out a while and and
- 49:34Speaker 1: and he has had a while to recover. You don't
- 49:38Speaker 1: think they're putting him on the field if he's not ready. Uh,
- 49:42Speaker 1: but but he could be a difference maker.
- 49:44Speaker 13: No, no, without without a doubt, without a doubt. And
- 49:48Speaker 13: you know, you know, Scooby is it wants to play
- 49:53Speaker 13: against Miami. Yep, if this if this was the you know,
- 49:58Speaker 13: a regular season game, I mean, wasn't his coming out
- 50:02Speaker 13: party last year against Miami?
- 50:04Speaker 18: Was it?
- 50:05Speaker 13: I think it was okay. I think he had been okay,
- 50:08Speaker 13: and then he was tremendous against Miami.
- 50:11Speaker 1: By the way, let me just throw this in because
- 50:13Speaker 1: I saw this last night because they were promoing it.
- 50:16Speaker 1: But for those of you who are watching the game
- 50:20Speaker 1: at home, in my mind, you can't have a better
- 50:24Speaker 1: duo than Sean McDonough and Greg mackleroy called the game.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Those guys are really really good. Yeah, and well you'll
- 50:32Speaker 1: enjoy that.
- 50:32Speaker 13: My concern is because today on ESPN Online they put
- 50:38Speaker 13: out the they ranked the top fifty players in the
- 50:41Speaker 13: college football playoffs.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Oh, okay, I haven't seen that.
- 50:44Speaker 13: Okay, give me the top ten. I'll give you the
- 50:47Speaker 13: top ten. Okay, their reverse order. Yeah, so here, let
- 50:51Speaker 13: me get down to the scroll. All the way down
- 50:53Speaker 13: is arch Manning on there? Arch Manning is not in
- 50:56Speaker 13: the playoffs, so he cannot be on here.
- 50:58Speaker 3: That sucks.
- 50:59Speaker 13: Okay. Probably the person you voted for for the Heisman
- 51:02Speaker 13: Trophy is not on here.
- 51:05Speaker 3: Well, he's not in the playoffs.
- 51:06Speaker 13: Okay.
- 51:07Speaker 3: Mendoza was one.
- 51:08Speaker 13: Okay, Jeremiah Smith two, okay, Jacob Rodriguez three, Okay, David
- 51:13Speaker 13: Bailey four, all right, Julian say In five, okay, Casha
- 51:20Speaker 13: South six, okay, Caleb Down seven, all right, c J
- 51:24Speaker 13: Allen eight, okay, Ruben Bain nine, and Casey Conception on ten.
- 51:29Speaker 3: All right, So got two of the top ten.
- 51:32Speaker 13: Two. You know you have two of the top who else?
- 51:36Speaker 3: Who else from ANEM made the top fifty?
- 51:38Speaker 13: Well, there's only one other player.
- 51:40Speaker 16: Who was it?
- 51:42Speaker 13: Do you care to guess?
- 51:42Speaker 16: No?
- 51:43Speaker 1: Marcel Reid. Okay, at number forty five. You'd think they
- 51:47Speaker 1: put an offensive lineman on there. But I know they
- 51:49Speaker 1: Moley doing skill people.
- 51:50Speaker 13: No, they had offensive linemen, they just didn't choose any
- 51:53Speaker 13: A and m offensive lineman. Okay, they in this.
- 51:56Speaker 1: Shill from Bay besides Bay in Miami. And I'm a
- 52:00Speaker 1: assuming Malachi Tony is somewhere on that list.
- 52:03Speaker 13: Offensive lineman Francis Malgoa is nineteen. Their other at.
- 52:09Speaker 3: Bar the end end is thirty one, okay, and Carson
- 52:15Speaker 3: Beck is forty six. So they what is that six?
- 52:19Speaker 13: They had sixty five and had three okay, James Madison
- 52:22Speaker 13: had three?
- 52:23Speaker 3: Okay? Interesting?
- 52:26Speaker 13: Yes, interesting, U. There are a couple other guys that
- 52:30Speaker 13: you know, Will Lee that the only corner on the list,
- 52:34Speaker 13: I told you this is the Ohio State kid. Caleb
- 52:39Speaker 13: Downs is the only cornerback listed in the top fifty players.
- 52:42Speaker 3: He's a safety, now, he's a corner. Okay. They had
- 52:45Speaker 3: some other safeties. They had the safety from.
- 52:47Speaker 13: Alabama, okay, the the safety from James Madison, I believe.
- 52:51Speaker 13: And okay, Caleb Downs is fabulous.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Yeah, he's a good football player, okay.
- 52:58Speaker 13: But so there's no other corners in these ten teams. Okay,
- 53:03Speaker 13: they're as good as these other ones. And I just
- 53:07Speaker 13: I was very surprised that Trey Zone was not on
- 53:12Speaker 13: the on the pick, I was surprised that Simpson was significantly.
- 53:19Speaker 3: In front of Reid and Beck at quarterback.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Interesting, Okay, and so we're looking at two Simpsons. We're
- 53:31Speaker 1: looking at the first half of the year Simpson. We're
- 53:33Speaker 1: looking at the second end half of the year Simpson. Right, yes,
- 53:37Speaker 1: So in my mind, if you're going into the Alabama
- 53:42Speaker 1: Oklahoma game Friday night with the first half, Ty Simpson, Alabama,
- 53:50Speaker 1: even on the road, is a three to five point favorite, right,
- 53:53Speaker 1: they're at one point I think favorite right now? Yes,
- 53:55Speaker 1: are close to it, Yes, but a first half Simpson,
- 53:59Speaker 1: there are three to five point favorite.
- 54:01Speaker 13: Well, if you had Oklahoma's quarterback from the first three.
- 54:05Speaker 1: Games, they'd be a ten point under dog. Oklahoma would No,
- 54:09Speaker 1: I'm saying.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Before the first three games.
- 54:12Speaker 1: So he's a Heisman Trophy candidate and the leading the
- 54:15Speaker 1: leading Heisman troll. After you v Michigan, correct, correct, I
- 54:20Speaker 1: will say that that that horrible, ugly, terrible LSU game
- 54:26Speaker 1: that they pulled out at the end, the kid makes
- 54:31Speaker 1: some horrible throws, but then he'll make a couple of plays, right, yes, Uh,
- 54:36Speaker 1: And that's what he's done all year. Yes, And so
- 54:40Speaker 1: if you're looking for consistency at quarterback, you look at
- 54:43Speaker 1: the Heisman Trophy winner, right, He's been the most consistent
- 54:46Speaker 1: quarterback of the season in my mind, without a doubt. Yeah,
- 54:51Speaker 1: and the other guys who are very talented. And to me,
