We're brainstorming Halloween costume ideas because, once again, we will be enjoying Spooky Season together. We've got so many good options. We discuss problems at a big festival causing people to evacuate, and we are starting to think there are too many festivals, and they're getting crazy with litter, consumerism, crowd control, etc...
