- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most high oar chane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 1: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's
- 0:27Speaker 1: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 1: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 2: It's time war War. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 1: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:59Speaker 2: All right, Ruth Roots on Fire.
- 1:01Speaker 3: If you expect me to open the show talking about drones,
- 1:05Speaker 3: I will. I will, but it'll probably come in segment
- 1:09Speaker 3: number two because I have a lot to say about
- 1:12Speaker 3: the drones. A matter of fact, on My America's Top
- 1:14Speaker 3: ten Countdown show on Real America's Voice TV on Friday
- 1:17Speaker 3: night and on Saturday, and then on Saturday night and
- 1:19Speaker 3: then on Sunday night.
- 1:21Speaker 2: My number one story of the week was the drones.
- 1:23Speaker 3: And I record that show on Friday mornings, so I
- 1:26Speaker 3: knew as of Friday already it was breaking out to
- 1:28Speaker 3: be exploding to be the biggest story in America.
- 1:31Speaker 2: And I made some guesses as to what all of
- 1:33Speaker 2: this means.
- 1:34Speaker 3: And my guesses look to be right now, look to
- 1:37Speaker 3: be exactly right. So I'll tell you about all of
- 1:39Speaker 3: that in segment two. I want to start the show
- 1:41Speaker 3: with my commentary, which I wrote at five o'clock this morning,
- 1:45Speaker 3: and I think it's a very important commentary, so let
- 1:48Speaker 3: me do it. It is titled I've studied politics since
- 1:52Speaker 3: nineteen sixty four. Trump's victory is much more than a landslide.
- 1:56Speaker 3: It was a miracle from God. Delusional democrats in the
- 2:00Speaker 3: instream media claim Trump's victory wasn't a landslide. They've been
- 2:04Speaker 3: gaslighting us for years with ridiculous lies, fraud, and propaganda,
- 2:08Speaker 3: and this is just another big fat lie.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Trust me on this one.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I've been studying politics since I was three years old
- 2:17Speaker 3: in nineteen sixty four in my father's arms, handing out
- 2:19Speaker 3: campaign literature for Barry go Water. Remember Alex Keaton, the
- 2:24Speaker 3: bow tie wearing Republican kid and the TV hit Family Ties.
- 2:29Speaker 2: That was me in real life.
- 2:31Speaker 3: In nineteen sixty eight, at age seven, I was lecturing
- 2:34Speaker 3: my liberal second grade teachers about Richard Nixon. I understand politics.
- 2:40Speaker 3: It's all I do. It's all I study. It's all
- 2:42Speaker 3: I analyze, it's all I talk about. Twenty four hours
- 2:46Speaker 3: a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty
- 2:48Speaker 3: five days a year.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Need more proof that I understand politics?
- 2:53Speaker 3: I wrote the book Trump Rules, about the rules of
- 2:57Speaker 3: success that made Donald J. Trump the goat the greatest
- 3:01Speaker 3: of all time in business, sales, branding, real estate, celebrity TV,
- 3:06Speaker 3: reality shows, and politics. My book came out after Trump
- 3:11Speaker 3: lost the twenty twenty election, and after his reputation was
- 3:15Speaker 3: badly damaged by January sixth, some would say destroyed.
- 3:19Speaker 2: By January sixth by the insurrection, they claimed.
- 3:23Speaker 3: And so the media laughed of my bad timing, and
- 3:26Speaker 3: they thought I was crazy, ignorant, or just plain delusional
- 3:28Speaker 3: to write a book about how successful Donald Trump is
- 3:31Speaker 3: right after he lost everything his reputation is brand, the election,
- 3:36Speaker 3: and any future chance at politics. So on my book tour,
- 3:40Speaker 3: I told the media, and this is a quote, the
- 3:43Speaker 3: way I understand Trump and the way I understand his
- 3:45Speaker 3: rules of success, Trump will become the greatest comeback kid
- 3:49Speaker 3: in world history, win the presidency in twenty twenty four,
- 3:53Speaker 3: and be more popular, more powerful, and wealthier than ever before.
- 3:59Speaker 3: How that prediction was I was right on every count.
- 4:03Speaker 3: And then throughout the late summer and fall of twenty
- 4:06Speaker 3: twenty four, I was the only TV radio host in
- 4:08Speaker 3: America who boldly predicted a massive Trump victory. My exact
- 4:14Speaker 3: prediction was a Trump electora landslide, a seven swing state
- 4:18Speaker 3: sweep in, a two point popular vote victory. All three happened.
- 4:23Speaker 3: That's called a perfect bull's eye. So hear me when
- 4:27Speaker 3: I now say President Donald J. Trump's victory a November
- 4:32Speaker 3: fifth wasn't just a landslide. It was a miracle from God.
- 4:39Speaker 3: This past summer, I got together with platinum selling Christian
- 4:43Speaker 3: singer songwriter Natasha Owens and we co wrote a song
- 4:47Speaker 3: about President Trump called The Chosen One. That song and
- 4:52Speaker 3: video have now surpassed one billion views on social media.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Why do I believe Trump's victory was not only a landslide,
- 5:02Speaker 3: but a miracle from God? Why do I believe Trump
- 5:05Speaker 3: is the Chosen One? First, let's look at the size
- 5:09Speaker 3: of Trump's landslide. Yes, size matters. Trump won the electoral
- 5:16Speaker 3: landslide with three hunder twelve electoral votes, and that's the
- 5:21Speaker 3: most for a Republican candidate in about forty years. Trump
- 5:27Speaker 3: not only won the popular vote, He won the most
- 5:30Speaker 3: votes of any Republican in history. Even more remarkably, Trump
- 5:35Speaker 3: increased his vote totals in all fifty states.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Trump is the.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Only president in the history of America who increased his
- 5:45Speaker 3: popular vote totals three times, from sixty three million in
- 5:49Speaker 3: twenty sixteen to seventy four million in twenty twenty to
- 5:53Speaker 3: over seventy seven million in twenty twenty four. In his
- 5:57Speaker 3: three presidential runs, Trump a mass more popular votes and
- 6:02Speaker 3: electoral votes than anyone in history. No president has ever
- 6:07Speaker 3: received what Trump received. He received over two hundred and
- 6:10Speaker 3: fourteen million combined popular votes an eight hundred and forty
- 6:16Speaker 3: eight combined electoral votes. No one's ever done anything close
- 6:18Speaker 3: to that in history. That makes the most popular president
- 6:22Speaker 3: in the history of America.
- 6:23Speaker 2: By a mile.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Trump won eighty five point two percent of all the
- 6:29Speaker 3: counties in America.
- 6:32Speaker 2: It was a sea of red.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Trump flipped seventy eight counties across America that Biden won.
- 6:40Speaker 3: In twenty twenty, Kamala became the first candidate in history
- 6:44Speaker 3: to not flip a single county in America. Not one
- 6:48Speaker 3: Trump county from twenty twenty was flipped by Kamala. Trump
- 6:52Speaker 3: led the goped of victory in both houses of Congress,
- 6:56Speaker 3: a majority of governorships, and a huge majority of state legislatures.
- 7:00Speaker 3: And here's a big one, because I'm big on math,
- 7:02Speaker 3: and I do a little math over the weekend. If
- 7:05Speaker 3: you subtract ultraliberal and ultra rigged California and New York, well,
- 7:12Speaker 3: then in the rest of America besides California New York,
- 7:16Speaker 3: Trump won the electoral vote by three hundred and twelve
- 7:21Speaker 3: to one forty four.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Can you imagine if we could just get rid of
- 7:25Speaker 2: New York and California.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Let's just get rid of them somehow, some way, let
- 7:30Speaker 3: them form their own country, call it East and West Coast.
- 7:33Speaker 3: What used to be America now communist America. California, New York.
- 7:38Speaker 3: Trump won the country three twelve to one forty four.
- 7:42Speaker 3: And that's with me being generous, because I could have said,
- 7:45Speaker 3: take out California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts.
- 7:54Speaker 3: If you simply subtract those Northeast states and that western
- 7:57Speaker 3: coast of the United States, then Trump wins. I don't
- 8:01Speaker 3: have it in front of me, but I got to
- 8:02Speaker 3: assume it's like three twelve to like sixty seventy, America
- 8:07Speaker 3: is now Trump Country. Most impressive of all, Trump dramatically
- 8:12Speaker 3: increased his vote totals with groups that historically vote overwhelmingly Democrat, Blacks, Latinos,
- 8:20Speaker 3: union voters, young voters, Asian voters, Jewish voters. All of
- 8:27Speaker 3: that is remarkable. There is no more debate. Trump won
- 8:31Speaker 3: a landslide. But this is where the miracle comes in,
- 8:36Speaker 3: because that's not a miracle. Okay, Reagan won two landslides
- 8:39Speaker 3: and a miracle. No, think of what Trump had to
- 8:42Speaker 3: overcome to win this landslide. That's the miracle. The entire
- 8:47Speaker 3: mainstream media was against them. All the media headlines were
- 8:51Speaker 3: against them, overwhelmingly negative towards Trump and positive towards Kamala.
- 8:55Speaker 3: The entire social media was against him. Google was againsgainst them.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Google is of course, one of the biggest companies in
- 9:02Speaker 3: the world and so important on the Internet.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Google was against them. Hollywood was against them.
- 9:09Speaker 3: All the celebrities in Hollywood were against them, many of
- 9:11Speaker 3: them paid millions by Kamala for their endorsement. Ninety five
- 9:15Speaker 3: percent of public school teachers and college professors were against them,
- 9:18Speaker 3: and that's who brainwashes your kids.
- 9:20Speaker 2: All day long.
- 9:21Speaker 3: The entire federal government, almost all government employees were against him.
- 9:26Speaker 3: The DOJFBI, and CIA were weaponized against him. Almost every
- 9:31Speaker 3: union in America and their leadership were against him. Twenty
- 9:36Speaker 3: to thirty million illegal aliens were against him, knowing if
- 9:38Speaker 3: he won, they would be deported.
- 9:41Speaker 2: All the money was against them.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Kamala Harris raised one point three billion, almost four times
- 9:47Speaker 3: more than Trump, and because Kamala had all the money
- 9:51Speaker 3: at their disposal, the overwhelming majority of TV, radio and
- 9:54Speaker 3: online advertisements were against Trump.
- 9:58Speaker 2: The world was a raid against them.
- 10:00Speaker 3: China, Iran, the Mexican drug cartels, the World Economic Forum
- 10:06Speaker 3: with Claud Schwab, the WHO, the World Health Organization, the UN,
- 10:11Speaker 3: the United Nations. They all hated Trump and hate Trump
- 10:15Speaker 3: and feared his victory.
- 10:19Speaker 2: And now the biggest one of all.
- 10:20Speaker 3: And in four criminal indictments, to civil trials, a mugshot
- 10:24Speaker 3: scene around the world, two guilty verdicts, and two serious
- 10:28Speaker 3: assassination attempts twenty four hours a day, the media call
- 10:33Speaker 3: Trump a felon, a racist, and a rapist.
- 10:37Speaker 2: And against all of that, how could Trump possibly win
- 10:40Speaker 2: a landslide? Against all of that?
- 10:43Speaker 3: How could he become the greatest comeback kid in world history.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Only God could have delivered this resounding victory. This is
- 10:52Speaker 3: the Red Sea parting kind of miracle.
- 10:54Speaker 2: This is God.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Sending a plague to Egypt kind of miracle. This is
- 10:58Speaker 3: a David to beating Eliath kind of miracle.
- 11:02Speaker 2: This was biblical. This was a gift direct from God.
- 11:07Speaker 3: And yes, Trump is the chosen one, chosen by God
- 11:12Speaker 3: to save the greatest nation in world history and make
- 11:15Speaker 3: America great again. Thank God for miracles, Thank God for miracles.
- 11:22Speaker 3: So that's my latest column. I've studied politics since nineteen
- 11:25Speaker 3: sixty four. Trump's victory was much more than a landslide.
- 11:28Speaker 3: It was a miracle from God. And I'm so proud
- 11:33Speaker 3: and honored that i was there in the middle of
- 11:35Speaker 3: all of it. I'm Wayne alan Route. This is Wayne

- 13:50Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Root here victory.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Trump won, and we know it, but I'm still feeling
- 13:55Speaker 3: something very bad and frightening in the pit of my stomach.
- 13:57Speaker 3: I don't believe for a second the radical left this
- 14:00Speaker 3: running our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to
- 14:02Speaker 3: leave peacefully. They have weeks to cause trouble until Inauguration Day.
- 14:06Speaker 3: That's why everyone needs to own an insurance policy. Gold

- 14:25Speaker 2: That's the triple crown of credibility.
- 14:27Speaker 3: That's why I had my friends in Advantage Gold put
- 14:29Speaker 3: together a critical guide on protecting your wealth during times
- 14:32Speaker 3: of crisis.

- 14:44Speaker 3: Text Roots to eight five five four y five or
- 14:46Speaker 3: call eight hundred four or five.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Oh twenty five sixty six.
- 15:06Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Larude, hope you enjoyed my opening commentary
- 15:10Speaker 3: on this miracle from God, which was Trump's victory. I'm
- 15:13Speaker 3: telling you it's just impossible. How could you win against
- 15:16Speaker 3: everything he was up against? And don't forget I even
- 15:18Speaker 3: mentioned this in the article. It's no, there was no need.
- 15:21Speaker 2: To mention it.
- 15:21Speaker 3: But most of the experts that I know, conservative election experts,
- 15:28Speaker 3: all said to me, oh, poor Wayne, you're just gonna
- 15:31Speaker 3: let all your listeners down and all your viewers down
- 15:34Speaker 3: when you keep saying Trump's gonna win the landslide. These
- 15:37Speaker 3: elections are completely rigged and fixed. Trump isn't gonna win.
- 15:41Speaker 3: You know he's not gonna win. Stop saying he's gonna
- 15:43Speaker 3: win a landslide. It's not possible. Elections are rigged. And
- 15:47Speaker 3: I kept saying, you don't get it. I know they're rigged,
- 15:49Speaker 3: but it's too big to rig. They're not gonna be
- 15:51Speaker 3: able to rig this one. And they weren't, but they did.
- 15:54Speaker 3: They were able to rig Senate and House races by
- 15:58Speaker 3: counting votes for Wheat in California weeks beyond the election
- 16:03Speaker 3: until they find enough fake votes to win.
- 16:07Speaker 2: But they couldn't beat Trump.
- 16:09Speaker 3: And so many people thought the election was rigged and
- 16:11Speaker 3: there's no way Trump could win, and I prove them
- 16:14Speaker 3: wrong too. All Right, so much going on in the news,
- 16:19Speaker 3: and of course the number one story is the laser
- 16:21Speaker 3: of the lasers, I mean, the drones. There's a lot
- 16:23Speaker 3: going on. I can't even keep up with it all.
- 16:26Speaker 3: But the drones are the big one. And in my
- 16:30Speaker 3: Real America's Voice TV show, America's Top Ten Countdown excuse me,
- 16:35Speaker 3: America's Top ten Countdown, that I film on Friday mornings.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Then it airs Friday night at ten o'clock Eastern, and
- 16:41Speaker 3: it airs Saturday morning at noon Eastern.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Then it airs.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Four o'clock excuse me, seven o'clock Eastern, four o'clock Pacific
- 16:48Speaker 3: on Saturday night, and then it airs at seven o'clock Eastern,
- 16:52Speaker 3: four o'clock Pacific.
- 16:53Speaker 2: On Sunday night.
- 16:54Speaker 3: So it airs all over the weekend, and it's such
- 16:57Speaker 3: a popular show on the weekends for Real America's Voice
- 17:00Speaker 3: America's Top ten Countown. And I made it my number
- 17:04Speaker 3: one story even though I was taped it on Friday
- 17:06Speaker 3: morning when it hadn't reached a crescendo yet. But over
- 17:09Speaker 3: the weekend I got bigger and bigger and bigger, as
- 17:11Speaker 3: like a snowball going down the hill. All anybody talked
- 17:13Speaker 3: about was drones. But on Friday, I made it the
- 17:16Speaker 3: number one story out of my top ten. Good choice,
- 17:20Speaker 3: and then I gave you reasons. You know that I thought,
- 17:24Speaker 3: maybe we're why we're seeing these drones, And of course
- 17:29Speaker 3: I said, it could be foreign governments. It could be Iran,
- 17:31Speaker 3: it could be Turkey, it could be China. It could
- 17:35Speaker 3: be their spy drones like the spy balloons. It could
- 17:38Speaker 3: be they're going to open up one day and machine
- 17:41Speaker 3: guns or some sort of automatic weapon or some sort
- 17:43Speaker 3: of bombs or missiles will come out and suddenly Americans
- 17:46Speaker 3: are gonna die by the hundreds or by the thousands.
- 17:49Speaker 3: It could be them just twenty to us seeing how
- 17:51Speaker 3: we react in advance of World War three. And then
- 17:54Speaker 3: I said, the most obvious one is it's not farign,
- 17:56Speaker 3: it's American drones. This is our government. These are CIA drones,
- 18:01Speaker 3: and they are searching for radiation because a nuke is
- 18:05Speaker 3: in the United States. It's a dirty nuke bomb. And
- 18:07Speaker 3: actually I got the name wrong. I said a smart bomb.
- 18:10Speaker 3: I meant a dirty bomb. On the show, I said
- 18:12Speaker 3: a smart bomb. A nuclear smart bomb is loose in
- 18:15Speaker 3: the United States and they're sniffing for radiation. And that's
- 18:19Speaker 3: what all these drones may be doing, which makes the
- 18:21Speaker 3: most sense because how could they be foreign and the
- 18:24Speaker 3: United States government doesn't do anything about it.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Doesn't care. It doesn't shoot him out of the sky.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Even for Biden that that makes no sense. And sure enough,
- 18:32Speaker 3: what comes out today. US Nuclear Regulatory Commission releases report
- 18:38Speaker 3: confirming radioactive material lost in transit shipping container arrives damaged
- 18:44Speaker 3: and empty in New Jersey. And then the next headline,
- 18:47Speaker 3: New Jersey receives report of radioactive medical device lost in transit.
- 18:53Speaker 2: So they are very possibly.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Again still can't say that's absolutely what's happening, but the
- 19:00Speaker 3: odds are pretty good that all of those drones belong
- 19:02Speaker 3: to the United States government and they are sniffing for
- 19:05Speaker 3: nuclear in case there is a sniffing for radiation, I
- 19:09Speaker 3: just say that would pinpoint where the nuclear materials have
- 19:13Speaker 3: gone before someone shoots off a dirty bomb and makes
- 19:18Speaker 3: an entire city uninhabitable or large portions of a city uninhabitable.
- 19:23Speaker 2: So I was right in my guess as one of
- 19:25Speaker 2: the reasons.
- 19:26Speaker 3: I don't know why I came up with that out
- 19:28Speaker 3: of the blue, but I did, and an awful lot

- 24:04Speaker 3: is with us. He's our guest that he's an attorney,
- 24:06Speaker 3: a political activist, co founder of the Tea Party boy
- 24:10Speaker 3: I remember those days, Wow Tea Party and founder of
- 24:13Speaker 3: the Convention of States.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Mark Meckler, Welcome to Wayne Alrout Show. How are you?
- 24:19Speaker 4: I'm good, great to be you with you.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Wayne.
- 24:21Speaker 3: So look, I will admit I know I always think
- 24:24Speaker 3: I know everything about politics. I study it all day,
- 24:26Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. I
- 24:28Speaker 3: have TV shows, I have radio shows, at podcasts, I
- 24:31Speaker 3: have newspaper columns, I have books out. The one thing
- 24:34Speaker 3: I know nothing about, and I've never known anything about,
- 24:38Speaker 3: is the Convention of States.
- 24:39Speaker 2: No one has ever told me about it. No one
- 24:41Speaker 2: has ever explained it to me.
- 24:43Speaker 3: I've heard Mark Levin talk about it, I've seen it
- 24:45Speaker 3: mentioned in Mark Levin's books.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I know zero about it. And that's why I was excited.
- 24:49Speaker 3: To get you on the show, because you're the guy
- 24:51Speaker 3: who founded the Convention of the States, and I want
- 24:54Speaker 3: to know how it can help us to save this country.
- 24:57Speaker 2: So, first of all, tell us about your background.
- 24:59Speaker 3: How to did you wind up co founding the Tea Party.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Well, I'm completely accidental, or I would say in hindsight
- 25:06Speaker 4: that this God had his hand on my shoulder and
- 25:08Speaker 4: pushed me into the right place. And you know, I
- 25:11Speaker 4: was around when Rick Santelli did his now infamous rants
- 25:14Speaker 4: talking about a mortgage jailout and how frustrated he was.
- 25:17Speaker 4: And I hosted a local tea party in Sacramento, California.
- 25:21Speaker 4: Then I connected with a bunch of people who started
- 25:23Speaker 4: to do it nationally. We organized the April fifteenth, twenty
- 25:27Speaker 4: ten tea Party, and that was the one that went national.
- 25:30Speaker 4: Eight hundred and fifty organizations or eight hundred and fifty
- 25:33Speaker 4: groups around the country participated in that, and that launched
- 25:37Speaker 4: me into a political crew. Like you mentioned, I'm an
- 25:39Speaker 4: attorney by training, I was an internet privacy attorney. That
- 25:42Speaker 4: kind of destroyed my own privacy. I became a public
- 25:44Speaker 4: figure and next thing I knew, I was engaged in politics.
- 25:48Speaker 2: It's funny back around that, you know.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I'm not sure it was that exactly you or not,
- 25:52Speaker 3: but somewhere around twenty ten, twenty eleven, twenty twelve, I
- 25:54Speaker 3: remember I got invited to address the I think they
- 25:59Speaker 3: called it the World's Biggest tea party. It was in Dallas, Texas,
- 26:03Speaker 3: and it was at like the JR Ranch, you know, JR.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Ewing where they.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Filled Dallas and there were like eighty thousand people and
- 26:10Speaker 3: I addressed them and it was just I'd never seen
- 26:12Speaker 3: a crowd like that in my life was like being
- 26:14Speaker 3: in a football stadium in front.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Of eighty thousand people.
- 26:16Speaker 3: It as while those were the tea party days, I
- 26:19Speaker 3: don't know where that all went, but it kind of,
- 26:21Speaker 3: I guess, got eaten up by you know, Maga and Trump,
- 26:24Speaker 3: and then the tea party went away, and now it's
- 26:26Speaker 3: it's it's Maga and it's trump Mania. But in any case,
- 26:30Speaker 3: it was fantastic. It was a good time to be around.
- 26:32Speaker 3: We defeated Obama pretty badly into two different midterms and
- 26:37Speaker 3: won a lot of House seats and Senate seats.
- 26:39Speaker 2: You did a great job. Great job.
- 26:41Speaker 3: So now tell me about the Convention of States. What
- 26:45Speaker 3: is the purpose of it? How can we use it
- 26:47Speaker 3: to help take back our country?
- 26:49Speaker 4: Well, well, thing you realize that of all of that
- 26:51Speaker 4: tea party stuff was in twenty ten we elected this
- 26:54Speaker 4: huge swing class Republicans took over Congress and nothing changed.
- 26:58Speaker 4: And I was really frustrated. I'd put a lot of
- 27:00Speaker 4: time and my own money into the movement, and so
- 27:03Speaker 4: I tried to study the problem, figure out, well, if
- 27:05Speaker 4: it wasn't just electing great people, then what was it
- 27:08Speaker 4: going to take? And I was introduced to a guy
- 27:10Speaker 4: with the name of Mike Ferris. He's one of the
- 27:11Speaker 4: founders of the homeschool movement in America, and he explained
- 27:14Speaker 4: to me that I was approaching the problem incorrectly. I
- 27:17Speaker 4: thought that we had a personnel problem in DC. Certainly
- 27:20Speaker 4: there is some of that, but it turns out, according
- 27:23Speaker 4: to Mike, and I agree with them, now, that we
- 27:24Speaker 4: have a structure problem. We've broken the structure of our
- 27:27Speaker 4: system of governance. Mostly this has been done by the
- 27:30Speaker 4: federal courts in Congress working in congruence with each other.
- 27:34Speaker 4: And if we don't fix that structure, we're going to
- 27:36Speaker 4: continue to send good people to Washington, d C. And
- 27:38Speaker 4: get a bad result. So what the Convention of States does?
- 27:41Speaker 4: That uses Article five of the Constitution. The second clause
- 27:45Speaker 4: says that when two thirds of states want to call
- 27:47Speaker 4: a convention for the same purposes, they can gather, they
- 27:51Speaker 4: can propose amendments, and those amendments go out to the
- 27:54Speaker 4: states for ratification. But we're proposing it takes thirty four
- 27:58Speaker 4: states to call. Nineteen states have done this already. Is
- 28:00Speaker 4: to have a discussion about term limits, not just on Congress,
- 28:03Speaker 4: but on staffers and bureaucrats. Judiciary as well. We're talking
- 28:08Speaker 4: about fiscal restraints on the federal government. I would include
- 28:11Speaker 4: a balanced budget amendment, but also things like tax caps
- 28:14Speaker 4: and spending caps and imposing generally accepted accounting principles on
- 28:18Speaker 4: the federal government. And then, I think most importantly Wayne,
- 28:20Speaker 4: because we're talking about structural restrictions on the scope and
- 28:24Speaker 4: power of the federal government, returning the federal government to
- 28:26Speaker 4: something like the enumerated powers that they had on the
- 28:30Speaker 4: initiation of the Constitution. They only had seventeen enumerated powers,
- 28:33Speaker 4: So we could remove the power to be involved in education,
- 28:36Speaker 4: or energy, or healthcare, all these things that the federal
- 28:40Speaker 4: government was never intended to be involved in its biggest,
- 28:43Speaker 4: ambitious and we're going to get it done.
- 28:45Speaker 2: So how do you get it done?
- 28:47Speaker 3: You said you have nineteen states have already agreed. You
- 28:49Speaker 3: need thirty six or something thirty four? Yep, how does
- 28:54Speaker 3: a state agree? Tell me what that means?
- 28:56Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:57Speaker 4: So we work with grassroots all over the country. Over
- 28:59Speaker 4: five million people, almost six million people involved right now.
- 29:02Speaker 4: And you go into a state legislature, you find somebody
- 29:06Speaker 4: to sponsor. It's a resolution, not a piece of legislation,
- 29:09Speaker 4: and then both houses of that legislature have to pass
- 29:12Speaker 4: the resolution by simple majority. The resolution has to be
- 29:15Speaker 4: the same in every state, so that they do what
- 29:17Speaker 4: it's called aggregating, because they have to agree to those things.
- 29:21Speaker 4: They're going to go into convention and talk about those
- 29:23Speaker 4: three things and nothing else. So what we do we
- 29:25Speaker 4: are primarily a grassroots organization. That's what I know how
- 29:28Speaker 4: to do. Going to the state. We organize, recruit and
- 29:31Speaker 4: motivate the grassroots, teach them to lobby their state legislature,
- 29:35Speaker 4: and that's how we get these things passed so far
- 29:37Speaker 4: in nineteen states.
- 29:39Speaker 2: All right, I get it, I get it it.
- 29:41Speaker 3: It sounds interesting, But again it's hard to get all
- 29:44Speaker 3: these states because like as an example, let me give
- 29:46Speaker 3: an example, mark Nevada where I live.
- 29:48Speaker 2: I live in Las Vegas, and we just did vote
- 29:51Speaker 2: for Trump. Thank god.
- 29:52Speaker 3: Trump won by about seventy thousand votes in our state.
- 29:55Speaker 3: But in the meantime, we're stuck with a crappy all
- 29:58Speaker 3: Democrat legislature. This say, assemblies all Democrat, the state senates
- 30:02Speaker 3: all demver you could never get any of this passed,
- 30:05Speaker 3: and you can never get a resolution passed by all
- 30:08Speaker 3: these extreme ultra liberal I call them communists, certainly socialist
- 30:12Speaker 3: Marxists and some communist members of the Democrat Party who
- 30:16Speaker 3: run our.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Legislature totally dominate the legislature. It's terrible.
- 30:20Speaker 3: So Nevada would never fall into your hands for a resolution.
- 30:24Speaker 3: So you've got to go get a lot of other
- 30:26Speaker 3: states that vote for Trump, but not Nevada. And I'm
- 30:28Speaker 3: sure we're not the only state that's like this with
- 30:30Speaker 3: an all Democrat legislature.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Look, I think you know there are actually three and
- 30:36Speaker 4: a half states that we were going to have to
- 30:37Speaker 4: flip to get to the thirty four. I think Nevada
- 30:39Speaker 4: is flippable in the long term, and you're going to
- 30:41Speaker 4: set a unique situation there. It wasn't that long ago.
- 30:44Speaker 4: I remember I was there when Nevada was controlled by Republicans. Unfortunately,
- 30:48Speaker 4: the Republicans did a terrible job. They deserve to lose
- 30:51Speaker 4: the legislature of that right they did. But you've got
- 30:54Speaker 4: an interesting thing developing there in Nevada, which I really love,
- 30:57Speaker 4: which is, as you know, the states decided by unions
- 31:01Speaker 4: usually and by the union leadership, and union membership is
- 31:04Speaker 4: now trending away from their leadership. So I think there's
- 31:07Speaker 4: an opportunity there, and you know, I'd love to talk
- 31:09Speaker 4: to you about it.
- 31:09Speaker 1: We will be.
- 31:10Speaker 4: Working heavily into Vada. Helped put that state. Another state
- 31:13Speaker 4: is Virginia. Virginia is on the margin in both houses.
- 31:16Speaker 4: I think that's going to be a red state in
- 31:18Speaker 4: twenty twenty five. That's an off year election. So that's
- 31:20Speaker 4: another state that we work in. A few other states
- 31:23Speaker 4: like that that are flippable. You've got Minnesota as a
- 31:25Speaker 4: split legislature. It's the only one in the country we
- 31:28Speaker 4: hope to flip to see in the midterms out one
- 31:30Speaker 4: flip back to Republican control. So there are three and
- 31:33Speaker 4: a half states we're going to flip to get to
- 31:35Speaker 4: the thirty four.
- 31:35Speaker 2: In my opinion, got it, got it, got it.
- 31:37Speaker 3: The problem with the battle let me let me tell
- 31:39Speaker 3: what the problem is here is that you know, once
- 31:41Speaker 3: the Democrats got in, and I think they they jerry
- 31:44Speaker 3: managered the districts that you know, no Republican can win
- 31:47Speaker 3: in certain districts. And once the Democrats got in, then
- 31:49Speaker 3: they started passing the mail in ballot law. Every person
- 31:54Speaker 3: in the state gets a mail in ballot, whether they
- 31:56Speaker 3: want whe or not, it gets delivered to their home.
- 31:59Speaker 2: And you've got all these apartment buildings where.
- 32:01Speaker 3: You walk in the lobby and there's ten thousand ballots
- 32:03Speaker 3: on the floor just lay in there. And we have
- 32:05Speaker 3: ballid harvesting, we have ballid drop boxes, and we have
- 32:08Speaker 3: no voter ID. So anybody can lie and steal and
- 32:13Speaker 3: cheat and rig. And that's what happens in the state.
- 32:15Speaker 3: And we were too big to rig with Trump. But
- 32:17Speaker 3: we lost everybody under Trump, I mean everybody else lost,
- 32:21Speaker 3: So you know it's not okay.
- 32:22Speaker 4: Interesting, there's an interesting way to fix that way, and
- 32:25Speaker 4: that most people don't talk about. Most people aren't aware of.
- 32:28Speaker 4: There is if you look at the elections clause in
- 32:30Speaker 4: the Constitution at the very end, you know, it says
- 32:32Speaker 4: that the states can conduct their elections pretty much however
- 32:35Speaker 4: they want, it says, or accept as Congress decide, And
- 32:39Speaker 4: so liberally, Congress could impose all those restrictions you want
- 32:42Speaker 4: right there, as bad as and all across the country.
- 32:44Speaker 4: And I think we need to get them to do that.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what we need. I agree with you. I
- 32:47Speaker 3: agree quickly. You got about thirty seconds to sum up.
- 32:49Speaker 2: What can my fans do? How can they help make
- 32:52Speaker 2: a difference.

- 36:52Speaker 2: things are happening. I'm telling you I feel good about things.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Trudeau, justin Trudeau, the communist Canadian prime minister that's literally
- 37:01Speaker 3: destroyed Canada, I mean wrecked it. I mean you think
- 37:03Speaker 3: things were bad last four years in America, It's a
- 37:06Speaker 3: paradise here compared to Canada. Trudeau is considering quitting after
- 37:12Speaker 3: the Canadian I guess finance minister, I guess she's the
- 37:16Speaker 3: finance minister unexpectedly resigns and he's now considering resignation. The
- 37:25Speaker 3: sources say, you've spoken to his cabinet plans to address
- 37:27Speaker 3: the parliament later today. This comes after yeah, finance minister,
- 37:32Speaker 3: it said Finnman's I figured. Finance Minister Christia Freeland resigned
- 37:37Speaker 3: earlier on Monday, citing disagreements over how to deal with
- 37:41Speaker 3: terror threats from US President elect Donald Trump. If confirmed,
- 37:46Speaker 3: it would mean government collapse in four of the staunchest
- 37:49Speaker 3: most developed Western democracies France, Germany, South Korea and now Canada.
- 37:57Speaker 3: As for Trudeau, his odds of being true dau just
- 38:01Speaker 3: spiked to eighty eight percent on Polymarket. Odds that Trudeau
- 38:06Speaker 3: is out before April just hit eighty eight percent. In
- 38:09Speaker 3: a stunning move that shakes the government, Canadian finance Minister
- 38:13Speaker 3: Christia it looks like her name is pronounced Christia Friedland
- 38:17Speaker 3: has resigned from Justice Judah's cabinet after he tried to
- 38:20Speaker 3: move her to.
- 38:21Speaker 2: A different role.
- 38:22Speaker 3: She's been the most powerful person in Trudeau's cabinet for years.
- 38:25Speaker 3: Was the point person is strategizing how to counter US
- 38:29Speaker 3: President elect Donald Trump's threat to impose twenty five percent tariffs.
- 38:35Speaker 3: So who knows why they disagreed, Who knows what her
- 38:38Speaker 3: contention was. I really don't care right now if she's
- 38:42Speaker 3: in his cabinet. She's probably a communist just like him,
- 38:45Speaker 3: maybe more radical than he is. And now the German
- 38:49Speaker 3: government collapses, just one week after the French government collapsed.
- 38:53Speaker 3: And I don't know how many of you are aware,
- 38:54Speaker 3: but the South Korean government is gone.
- 38:57Speaker 2: It's gone. I mean, it's just a.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Disaster over there, and they've kicked their guy out. I mean,
- 39:03Speaker 3: it's just the world is collapsing. And who's collapsing establishment figures.
- 39:10Speaker 2: This is all Trump.
- 39:13Speaker 3: He's the biggest disruptor in the history of the world.
- 39:16Speaker 2: He is the bull in a china shop.
- 39:20Speaker 3: And you know, as Trump is about to take office,
- 39:23Speaker 3: the entire world is melting down. He really just one
- 39:27Speaker 3: week after Marine Le Penn precipitated the collapse of the
- 39:31Speaker 3: French government. On Monday, Chancellor Olaf Schultz lost a confidence
- 39:36Speaker 3: vote in the German Parliament, a defeat that ended the
- 39:38Speaker 3: increasingly unpopular government he has led since twenty twenty one
- 39:42Speaker 3: and ushered in elections next year. German lawmaker's voted to
- 39:46Speaker 3: dissolve the existing government by vote of three ninety four
- 39:48Speaker 3: to two poh seven. So look, these are all bad
- 39:54Speaker 3: people that want open borders, and we're getting rid of them.
- 39:58Speaker 3: We're getting rid of them. We're saying, Cyinari, you have bums,
- 40:01Speaker 3: a bunch of bums. Look, the drone situation is always
- 40:07Speaker 3: near and dear to you know, my heart. As far
- 40:09Speaker 3: as what to talk about on this show today, but
- 40:12Speaker 3: everyone else has talked about this drone issue to death right,
- 40:16Speaker 3: I'd rather talk about Mitt Romney. You know who I
- 40:19Speaker 3: used to really like and then I hated his guts.
- 40:22Speaker 3: And he's the biggest rhino that ever lived. He lives
- 40:25Speaker 3: to hate Trump. All he's ever done is hated on Trump.
- 40:30Speaker 3: I don't know. The people of Utah elected this, this jerk.
- 40:34Speaker 3: And now he's retiring from the US Senate. He's going away.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Mitt Romney stepped stepping down, and all of a sudden,
- 40:43Speaker 3: Mitt Romney softens his stance on Trump and says that
- 40:50Speaker 3: Donald Trump deserves credit for turning the Republican Party into
- 40:54Speaker 3: the party of working class and middle class people.
- 40:57Speaker 2: And he's right, He's absolutely right.
- 41:01Speaker 3: You know, it's funny because my dad, the butcher. You know,
- 41:03Speaker 3: I'm an sob son of a butcher, my dad, the butcher,
- 41:06Speaker 3: David Root, all those years ago, I mean back in
- 41:09Speaker 3: the nineteen late sixties and early seventies, So how many
- 41:13Speaker 3: years ago was that.
- 41:13Speaker 2: God, let's just take a middle number.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Let's say nineteen seventy two, eighty two, ninety two, two
- 41:18Speaker 3: two two, thy twelve, twenty twenty two, so fifty three
- 41:21Speaker 3: years ago. My father said, hey son, you know, to me,
- 41:24Speaker 3: hey son, Wayne, they should start saying the Republican Party
- 41:29Speaker 3: isn't the party of the rich.
- 41:31Speaker 2: It's the party of anyone who ever wants to be rich.
- 41:34Speaker 3: And my dad was right, and that would make it
- 41:37Speaker 3: the party of anyone who's aspirational.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Isn't that? Am I getting the right word there? Aspirational?
- 41:41Speaker 2: You know, if you're.
- 41:42Speaker 3: Someone who has a lot of ambition in life that
- 41:45Speaker 3: makes you aspirational, you want to be something.
- 41:48Speaker 2: That's the Republican Party. And it's happening.
- 41:51Speaker 3: We're now the party of the middle class and the
- 41:52Speaker 3: working class one hundred percent because the efforts of Donald
- 41:55Speaker 3: Trump one hundred percent.
- 41:56Speaker 2: It's fantastic.
- 41:58Speaker 3: And then as I start the next hour we'll talk
- 42:00Speaker 3: about the drones. I'll get back to the drones because
- 42:02Speaker 3: there's lots to talk about, lots to tell you some
