- 0:11Unknown: Forward moving and focused on freedom. You're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 0:30Before. A body trying to function without adequate mitochondrial
- 0:34function is kind of like running an engine without oil. It's not going to work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.
- 0:42That is snap,phat.com.
- 0:46It's also brought to you by the Prife International
- 0:49Terahertz frequency wand
- 0:51through iteraplanet.com.
- 0:54Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:53Unknown: Well, there we kick off the Tuesday edition of the Radio Ranch with our familiar Alvin Lee lyrics so prophetic from so many decades ago.
- 2:03The world needed change and back then too, boy, it needs a change worse now for the positive, certainly, but I'm afraid
- 2:09that it's gotta go negative before we can go positive, and those are the kind of things we discuss with you here at the Old Radio Ranch, the People's Patriot Network, and your host Roger Sales, your pied piper of freedom, the modern day abolitionist.
- 2:25Rogers the name, freedom's the game.
- 2:28So here we go on the twenty sixth, the unusual enough. Chris hasn't joined us yet today. That's quite unusual. He's usually right there. He might be coming back with his truck.
- 2:38Maybe he's still down there wherever. I think he went to Arizona.
- 2:42Maybe he's down in Arizona checking it out or whatever. We're supposed to have Daryl.
- 2:46We were gonna talk about municipal municipal stuff today,
- 2:50how they reach out through their tentacles of organizations
- 2:53and layers of bureaucracy
- 2:56and
- 2:57things that most people have no idea of and take control of your lives.
- 3:01Right there at the municipal level, the implementation
- 3:04of
- 3:052030,
- 3:07UN Global 2030,
- 3:09and all of these
- 3:11communitarianism,
- 3:12which our buddy Lark was so
- 3:15high on a couple of years ago. I think Lark got mad with us
- 3:19one day. Our buddy from Texas, most people that listen to Patriot Radio,
- 3:24familiar with Lark, good guy,
- 3:27and he got on this communitarian
- 3:30communitarianism
- 3:31thing called in one day
- 3:33Back there at ex wife number three, if I remember correctly.
- 3:36Hell, I I
- 3:38gave him a whole program on it. He called out, you guys need to concentrate more on communitarianism.
- 3:43This is a new deal. It's a big deal and all this stuff and all these people have put all this time into it and you know, it's just like Brent said, what do you all think of it? I said, well, I don't pay much attention to it and Brent said, well, it's just an extension of all the other stuff. You know, why? You know, pretty much know what it is.
- 4:03We take and concentrate much more on micro
- 4:06here
- 4:08in the standpoint of how can they pass these laws
- 4:13and apply them and enforce them upon me.
- 4:17Where where's where's the deal there?
- 4:20And and when you go back to that very simple
- 4:25approach and a very simple question. I mean, that should be the every, you know, all of our patriot community get involved in this. Some wakes em up. First of all.
- 4:36Or else they've been sitting back there slumbering for years knowing something was wrong and all of a sudden, something comes by by em and boom, something happens in their life and they
- 4:46I I think that's when you actually quote unquote wake up from that point on. It's a it's a process.
- 4:55But they wake up and they start looking around for all this stuff. What's wrong? What's going on here? And they immediately,
- 5:01people that have generally,
- 5:03there's a few of us that have had some experience in legal matters but for the most part, by and far, most of the patriots that get into this, as I've said before, their their legal knowledge is whatever they picked up on off Perry Mason when they were a kid, okay?
- 5:20And so,
- 5:21you go in there and you start reading and go, well, then, what is this? This is the these are codes and these are regulations
- 5:29and why are they different and what is this word mean? It says this here and I go over here and it says something over here and it references something over there and says something different and so immediately upon waking up,
- 5:45you're into a maze intentionally
- 5:48built
- 5:49to obfuscate the truth and to defeat you.
- 5:54And it's very skillfully built,
- 5:57isn't it?
- 5:59And so people get in there and that's where you get all the miss and disinformation
- 6:04and
- 6:08then you see see something and my favorite example really is
- 6:13Admiralty Law
- 6:15because you can almost read into what's going on here. In the constitution, it says, you'll have
- 6:21admiralty courts or admiralty law. You know, it's because the country didn't have any enemies internally, really. We, the Mexicans weren't too much of a threat. The Canadians weren't coming down and overwhelming us but there was a potential of being invaded on the coasts
- 6:36and so obviously, a new country has a navy. Well, if you got a navy, you gotta have some admiralty law and it was specific. Remember, we didn't have an army. We weren't supposed to have an army. Still not supposed to have an army. No standing army is what the document says. We got, Hell, we are not only standing armies, we got standing armies all over the damn globe.
- 7:00But they seize off and they see admiralty law. That's what it is. It's gotta be admiralty law because none of this other stuff makes sense but that we can come in here because we don't know anything about it and we don't know that the only remedy
- 7:13in admiralty law is prize.
- 7:15Uh-oh, we got some dropping out problems today.
- 7:18Well, I don't know what's alright. Looks like we're dropping in and out and
- 7:23my connection to the server is
- 7:26well, I tell you, just not a very good day this morning. You know, when you wake up and try and go get a shower and now, it's idle. We're not connected to the server at all.
- 7:38Oh, come on. Look, to just get
- 7:42Alright, looks like we're connected again. No, pops off.
- 7:47Oh, boy. Don't tell me we're going to have to start today with all this. It's been a really aggravating
- 7:53day for me already anyway because I got up and wanted to take a shower. We got our Patriot lunch stuff today.
- 7:59Okay. It looks like maybe it'll hold this time. This is upload problems
- 8:04on the Internet that I can do nothing about.
- 8:07I got one option,
- 8:09one option that I may can do, and I gotta go buy another cell phone, go pay for a a blasted monthly subscription,
- 8:17and have the hot spot over the cellphone
- 8:19come in here to try and overcome the
- 8:23urine poor quality of the uploads on this internet
- 8:27service.
- 8:29Okay. Well, it looks like we're connected again.
- 8:32Somebody clunked, you know, something clunked in over there.
- 8:37Maybe it'll hold this time.
- 8:39Jeez.
- 8:40Boy, I tell you, if it was not one thing, it's 10. You get it, you get something, you get some major part covered in another
- 8:47inconsistency
- 8:48pops up somewhere. Regardless back to what we were saying,
- 8:52I have a reason to go here.
- 8:55Because of one of our new listeners
- 8:59and so,
- 9:01you reach out and you see these things and you impute them as truth and it's the Mark Twain thing. It's easier to fool a man than tell him he's been fooled,
- 9:10Okay?
- 9:10And and and you have no idea about who the real enemy is, that there's some Sabbatean bastards that go back, oh, I don't know, four hundred years or so when some absolute crackpot thought he was the Messiah.
- 9:25Okay?
- 9:26You have no idea who these people are, how they think, how they work, how they operate, how they set this stuff up, how they intentionally impute these opposite definitions to words so they can trick your little butt.
- 9:41You have no idea all that as a newbie. So, you go in there and you grasp this stuff and so, oh man, if somebody told me, some big guru
- 9:49told me that this was the answer here.
- 9:54And so you put it into your this has to be true category
- 9:59and you roll on a false presumption.
- 10:01You know, one of my
- 10:04I've lost some very dear friends
- 10:09in this life
- 10:12especially the ones
- 10:15that have come into my life in the last thirty years because
- 10:20those folks are the ones we think alike just like the reason for this platform platform here. We think alike.
- 10:27Okay, there's some frequency thing that hooks us up.
- 10:31And and and so two
- 10:35of my dearest friends have deceased.
- 10:38And one of them wrote the foreword to my book, David Strait, probably one of the finest men, if not the finest man I think I've ever known,
- 10:47and the other was my dear friend Ron Brown,
- 10:51who some of the old time Atlanta guys or the CCG guys that hang around, Brent Bachman maybe, and
- 10:59certainly Jack, although Jack's downtown getting radiated in Quito today.
- 11:05Remember those guys and Ron Brown
- 11:08who who was the life of any party that he ever went to,
- 11:13okay?
- 11:14My buddy, Ron Brown, used to say, he said, man, we go we go guru hopping.
- 11:21And and I've and we laughed about it because it's real funny at the time, you know, and and because it was real and and what the deal is is you go off and you follow some guy. Oh, man. He's got the answer. So, you go off and Ron was famous for this. He'd chase people all over the damn country looking for answers and so,
- 11:38he he some group had come to town either the Rommel School of Law or the Right Way Law guys or whoever it might have been because there's always these traveling legal road shows coming through town
- 11:51and so he called it guru hopping.
- 11:54He say, oh yeah, you come, you know, couple of months ago, this guy came through and everybody hopped on his guru wagon and and and then we went along and went along and then another group came through town and we went and listened to everything they said which contradicted a lot of what he said and we hopped on their guru wagon and we rode that guru wagon for a while and and so he called it guru hopping and it it and it's funny and and it really is pretty damned accurate, okay?
- 12:22And
- 12:23so, we've got a new listener here
- 12:26at the old Radio Ranch and it's Michael who is one of Thomas's
- 12:31group
- 12:33from out there in Texas although Michael is from California and
- 12:38he's called in a couple of times and we went over
- 12:42went over this stuff
- 12:44with him and
- 12:46so he said, well, I beat the tax court.
- 12:49Y'all remember this from the other day. You know, let's see.
- 12:53Okay, somebody's trying to get me here. It might be important. Gotta hold off.
- 13:00Well, I can't do it. I I I can't do nothing right now.
- 13:05So,
- 13:08Alright.
- 13:09So,
- 13:12Michael
- 13:13sent me,
- 13:14I said, could you send me those documents?
- 13:17Do you have those documents?
- 13:19And he goes, yeah, man. I can do that. Now, let me see if I can get this here and get it. Come on. You're supposed to be able to blow these things up. How do you do that?
- 13:30Edit share.
- 13:31Ah, that's where it is right there.
- 13:34Okay. Now let's do this.
- 13:37Alright. Okay.
- 13:39Now, if I can figure out how to do it here,
- 13:42he sent me these two things from the tax court. I guess out in on the West Coast and
- 13:49he said, I got a case dismissed in tax court.
- 13:52I said,
- 13:53did you ever get a ninety day letter? No?
- 13:57And
- 13:58listen, taxes is not my expertise. I'll be the first one to tell you, I got so sick of that tax
- 14:06crap. And I mean, that's what it literally is, the way they've got that stuff rigged up in the regulations.
- 14:12And that's why we have the advantages we have today,
- 14:16okay, in all honesty, because
- 14:19Roger said, Hey,
- 14:21there's gotta be a better way here and
- 14:24they gotta have some way that they're imposing all that stuff on you and that's jurisdiction.
- 14:28That's where we are. That's what we talk about virtually every day. That's what my book's about. That's where our successes have have lied,
- 14:36have laid.
- 14:38I don't know which one of those have lied.
- 14:42That's where our successes are.
- 14:45Okay?
- 14:45And
- 14:46it's evidenced by the fact that
- 14:49never once,
- 14:51to my knowledge, never once have any of these affidavits that have been sent into the Secretary of State with or without a passport application
- 14:59have been denied. They didn't write back and say, oh, I'm sorry. You lied here. We can't accept this or the the best defense they've got on the jurisdictional approach that we take.
- 15:12Is to send back this very sophomoric
- 15:17bluff letter
- 15:21and I've even come to, I wish they'd send some more out because boy, I've got some blazing responses for em now.
- 15:29Okay, but we haven't even seen anybody get one of those in a while. It's been a couple of years since anybody's reported to me that they've gotten one of those. Now, these days,
- 15:38that could be different, okay? These days, that could be different because of the passage and the implementation
- 15:44last January
- 15:46of the law that says that they passed that if you've got, of course, it passed for citizens of The United States and residents, they're the only ones the income tax applies to. If
- 15:57you're a citizen of The United States or a resident,
- 16:00and you've got more than $50,000
- 16:04in
- 16:04collections.
- 16:05In
- 16:06collections,
- 16:08debt with the IRS,
- 16:10they can either revoke or deny your passport.
- 16:14They can also do it on
- 16:17because I ran into a guy here who's in in Ecuador who's got that problem
- 16:22and of child support stuff and
- 16:26they he he tried to go get his passport renewed and they said, well, we'll give you a one way passport back.
- 16:34So, they give him a one way return passport to come back to The States and see if he could straighten out what legitimately
- 16:41was his responsibility,
- 16:43okay? That he was shirking.
- 16:47But he, to my knowledge, he didn't choose to do that but those are the only things that I know of
- 16:53that they can deny the passport. It's not the passport that's the important thing. It's the document that you present on your as in their terminology here, citizenship
- 17:04evidence.
- 17:05Now,
- 17:07I I know that our buddy, I mentioned him last week, James, James Taylor, he and I had a little
- 17:13little bit of I am action here this morning.
- 17:16So, I hope that he's listening because a lot, we've learned a lot of things, James, since you were, you know, hearing us a number of years ago and one of em is that you don't have
- 17:26to apply for a passport. It's not the passport, it's the affidavit
- 17:31that the paperwork in possession of the secretary as it says in an 1835
- 17:35Supreme Court case that it should be the higher and better evidence if in a form that's admissible in a court of law. Well, course an affidavit
- 17:44skates right through like a rollerblade guy on a court of law because they bypass the rules of evidence.
- 17:51So it really is the paper that goes in.
- 17:56And
- 17:58let's see. There was something else I wanted to say mainly for James that I thought was pretty important and it slipped my mind because I got off on that tangent there but
- 18:06it it is the paper. This is what I was going to say. One of our
- 18:10students and actually a gal that said, oh, I
- 18:18don't have the merge option because you're the first caller, Robert.
- 18:25Robert. Cool. Good morning. Cool. Good morning, man. How you doing? Well, let me finish my little deal here. I was trying to get something across for Yeah. You got? Yeah, for James James Taylor, not the musician James Taylor but our buddy up in Eastern Tennessee up there and
- 18:41our
- 18:43my student who,
- 18:44pardon me?
- 18:47What, Robert?
- 18:50Okay. Well, I guess you're muted. Oh, I thought you've been James Tucker like how free it is beloved by you. Well, that's why I wanted to make the clarification because you know, this guy called in. I'll I'll deviate here for a second. It's an interesting story. I told it last week.
- 19:05You know, when I first started. Deviate. Got an opportunity to do this back on
- 19:11oh
- 19:12I purged the guy's name, Jeff Bennett Show
- 19:16and he said, you know, Roger, I've been explaining this stuff to him on the tax side, Robert, for about ten years.
- 19:22I'd known him that had a relationship with him for ten years and when whenever we'd sit down. Wow. Try and explain this tax stuff to him, you know? And so as I got to Argentina and the accident and all the things I'd come to understand, and I was talking to Bennett one day on the phone, and I'm explaining it to him. And he goes, Roger,
- 19:42I don't understand what the hell you're telling me. Okay? And he said, but I know you do.
- 19:49But I know you understand. And radio guys are always looking for programming material, you know, because we wanna take the weight off us. Hello. We wanna take the weight off us all the time like I'm not having to do these soliloquies here. And most people are not armed to do something like this, and they don't have the radio experience, you know? I can open up the mic and pretty well just roll on. Most people can't do that but regardless, Bennett says, I'll give you a shot on the air. I'll give you these three,
- 20:18these three hours. You can come on with me and we'll do these shows
- 20:22and
- 20:22ironically
- 20:23enough, I got one show out and when I where I was down there in Argentina,
- 20:30they, somebody between our town and the big town up the road, 150 miles Mendoza City, Somewhere they were doing traffic construction or road construction
- 20:40and they cut the damn cable. Sure. They cut the cable to the internet.
- 20:46Out in the middle of the high desert and the internet was down for a week.
- 20:51A week to get it back and but and I had one shot. I'd already been on, I think, one time and I thought I was only going to have three opportunities to get this information out, okay? And so, I was going to cover all this information from the bottom up. That's the only way I knew to give it and it was like getting on there with a Gatling gun. See? And
- 21:13you know how complex this stuff is, okay? When you're first hit with it and so, after we got back on the air and I got another show or two and and I get I get an Email from this guy and he goes and his name is James Taylor.
- 21:29Now,
- 21:30Robert, when you put twenty years in the professional music industry and somebody comes along that's named James Taylor,
- 21:38you don't forget it.
- 21:41Okay? And so, James
- 21:44got a hold of me and he said, Roger, listen, man. Could you slow down a little bit? And I said, hell man, you're going to have to go back and listen to the replay.
- 21:55I said, I've only got a couple hours and I'm damned if I'm not getting this stuff covered, okay?
- 22:02And so, that's how James and our path crossed and I tried to get and then after a couple of those shows, Bennett said, look, why don't we have you on one day a week and I was on Wednesday nights for a long time and you know, had more time and we could develop this stuff. Now, interestingly enough, Robert,
- 22:20about six months into that.
- 22:23So,
- 22:24four to six months somewhere
- 22:26and I'm on every Wednesday night over on ex wife number one in that real real sweet time slot too.
- 22:33Big big listening audience, you know? And so, I'm on that Wednesday night and I'm in the middle of the show and I'm explaining something and Bennett's on with me of course because I'm a I'm I'm a guest
- 22:45and he goes, all of a sudden, he goes, I get it.
- 22:48I get it. Roger, I get it. So, it took ten years and another six months and all of a sudden, bam, something connected for him and he got it right there on the air, you know?
- 23:02And so, that's where James came from. Well, here last week, I
- 23:07an a Skype thing and it's James. He said, hell, Roger. I've been looking all over for you. He said, I've reread your book. I've done this and and he said, I remembered that we had talked on Skype and I went back to my Skype
- 23:21thing and I started looking through there and I found you. Let's see what Greg's trying to tell me. Daryl's trying to call and says, you're not answering. I'm not getting any call notification.
- 23:33Daryl, if I'll tell you what though, I can call you.
- 23:37So, let's see if we can't do it that way. Well, I got through. Oh, yeah, man. Well, and you know, this happened last week. He said one day that when
- 23:44I was on all with with
- 23:46Paul on Wednesday.
- 23:48I was saying, well, there's no
- 23:50there's nobody calling
- 23:52and and we just had a nice show, you know, and later, Darryl said he couldn't get in and I do not know
- 23:59why
- 24:00that would be it. Let's see. Chad at a day ago. Well, that's gotta be him.
- 24:04So, let's do that. Let's add him into the call and we'll see if we can call him. It's calling him now. So, regardless,
- 24:11that's how James and I, poor connection.
- 24:16I get a poor connection calling Darryl in a poor connection message.
- 24:21Unknown: Gotcha.
- 24:22Unknown: This is a Skype situation,
- 24:24and and it happened, let's see, last Wednesday.
- 24:27It still says it's calling Darryl. Hey, guys. There you are. We got him. Okay. Hey, man. You couldn't get through, Darryl?
- 24:36Unknown: Hey.
- 24:37Hi. Yeah.
- 24:39Yeah. It was the phone was ringing for twenty minutes. Well, it never it never showed. Oh, wow. And Robert got right in. I used the back door. I used the back door and got to.
- 24:50Unknown: Well, I called you. So,
- 24:53we're glad to have you in here. Let me go over this. Finish the story I was telling here for Robert and the audience and I guess James is listening today
- 25:01and so that's where James has popped back into the picture after all these years, you know? And so, it's interesting. We've had a several cases of that here lately. The gal and I forgot I think it's Mary Ann, the black gal from Chicago about two or three weeks ago. I've been looking all over for a year and finally found us. So, sorry, we're so hard to find and I hope more of the old old guys, you know, old timers find us because obviously, the message is viable and you're somebody that it's already resonated with some extent.
- 25:32What I was getting at, Darryl, was all this, you've you've been probably been listening. The disson, now we're, now, see, here's the problem. Part of it is now I'm dropped from the server again. So, it's the upload speed.
- 25:45Yesterday, we didn't have one interruption all day long, okay? And today, it's already dropped three or four times.
- 25:53So,
- 25:54anyway, back to this,
- 25:56I tell you, man, it's just one blasted thing after another. You try and get it all straight and something else pops up. I guess that's life in in the modern age, okay? Now, hold it. Now, it's not even trying to connect. Now, it just says idle.
- 26:11It is what it is. Well, listen, if it ain't going out, I guess we could just continue to have the show but I've got I got no connectability
- 26:19to the server right now.
- 26:22Oh,
- 26:23man. I'll tell you what.
- 26:25I I got a
- 26:27Unknown: funny can hear you, but it's kind of like in a.
- 26:30Unknown: Okay.
- 26:31Well, it's probably just weak upload to Internet today, and we're back connected to the server. I'm sorry. It's beyond my control.
- 26:39I'll just try and do the best we can to ride herd on it. What I was trying to get to was all the miss and disinformation.
- 26:46You were you listening the other day? Daryl, when Michael called in and talking about the tax court.
- 26:53And he said, oh, I got an
- 26:55order of dismissal from the tax court for lack of jurisdiction.
- 27:01And I saw, I said, but do you still have that paperwork? Because if you do, I'd like to see it and he sent it to me here, okay?
- 27:08So, I was looking at it last night and I want to read it to you and and go over this, alright? And because it shows this miss and disinformation
- 27:17stuff.
- 27:18Order of dismissal for lack of jurisdiction is the heading on it. It's from the commissioner
- 27:24of internal revenue
- 27:27and is the respondent
- 27:29and Michael and I won't use his last name is the
- 27:33is the petitioner. Remember, you have to petition tax court. They make you the plaintiff because then you got the burden of proof. They shift the burden of proof,
- 27:43okay? So, here's the order.
- 27:45This case is before the court on respondent's
- 27:48motion to dismiss
- 27:51for lack of jurisdiction.
- 27:53So this case,
- 27:55he brought a lack of jurisdiction on a motion to dismiss,
- 28:00and this is the answer, and they're agreeing with him.
- 28:03Now that's pretty unusual, Daryl, from our experience
- 28:06with the tax man, okay?
- 28:09And it was filed
- 28:10November Mhmm. Second of twenty eighteen. I I
- 28:15Unknown: I part of about
- 28:17about 20% of what you're saying is fading off into the digital wonderland. So if I'm not responding intelligently,
- 28:26Unknown: it's because I'm not getting a coherent Okay. Understanding of everything you're saying. Well and and, you know, how can you go over this complex stuff when you can't even get a decent signal? Alright.
- 28:40Let me see if I can go over it. It's still being recorded. Roger Robert, are you hearing him full? Are you hearing him good, Robert? No. No. It's clipping. I'm getting you clear as a bell, Daryl, but he's clipping, and that's because of the poor connection down there. Yeah. It's the upload speed. It's the upload speed on this wonderful computer Internet connection, and I can't do a thing about it except Will try? Buy another cell phone.
- 29:03Unknown: If you have any open program No. Roger. No. If you have any open programs, close them. No. Anything else that could be using that broadband? No. There's really nothing open that I don't absolutely
- 29:15Unknown: have to have. It's the it's the net today. They're just having a bad hair day, okay? And okay.
- 29:22So
- 29:23anyway, let's see if you guys can get this. May you know it fades in and out. Maybe they'll get it together and it'll improve.
- 29:30Alright?
- 29:31But I wanted to go over this, dadgummit.
- 29:33So, he Okay. See if you can get this, okay? The last two last two sentences were better. Okay. Well, hopefully, they'll get their act together.
- 29:41Jeez. Anyway, the he originally filed
- 29:45a case. We were. Go ahead. Goddamn.
- 29:51Unknown: Yeah.
- 29:53Okay.
- 29:56Let me try again. I can't Did you want me to talk? Well, Daryl,
- 30:01Unknown: I don't know what the heck I wanna do. I wanna get the show off on the right direction with a solid footing, and I'm having a hard time. Let me see if I can read this and it's coherent. Well There's not much of it, okay? It's not long or involved, it's pretty short. Okay, go slow.
- 30:18Unknown: Talk, talk slow. Okay,
- 30:20Unknown: I will talk slower.
- 30:23He filed
- 30:25the cases before the court
- 30:28on respondent's
- 30:30motion to dismiss
- 30:32for lack of jurisdiction,
- 30:36filed 11/02/2018
- 30:40on the ground
- 30:42that no
- 30:43notice of deficiency
- 30:46or other notice of determination
- 30:49was issued to petitioner
- 30:52for taxable
- 30:53years
- 30:54'68
- 30:55through 2018.
- 30:58That's a pretty good chunk of years
- 31:00that would permit petitioner
- 31:03to invoke
- 31:04the court's jurisdiction.
- 31:07Petitioner's
- 31:08response
- 31:09filed December
- 31:1117
- 31:12supports
- 31:13rather than opposes
- 31:15the respondent's
- 31:17motion,
- 31:18Taking into account representations
- 31:21contained in this petition,
- 31:23petitioners response
- 31:25to respondent's
- 31:26motion
- 31:28and the reason set forth
- 31:30in respondent's motion. So, he didn't get the he's putting in a motion to dismiss to the tax court the way I see it like they're saying here and he's saying because there was no notice of deficiency
- 31:44or other notice of determination,
- 31:46that's assessment
- 31:47that was issued to the petitioner and they agree with him. They say, you're right.
- 31:54There were none of those issued.
- 31:56So, we're agreeing with you and we're dismissing it on lack of jurisdiction.
- 32:00So, my question is this,
- 32:02you can't get you you get from the IRS to go to tax court what they call a ninety day letter.
- 32:11Okay? And to get that ninety day letter, they've gotta already have an assessment
- 32:17and will have had to have put in a dummy return
- 32:21if you didn't put in a ten forty.
- 32:24So, my question is, why was Michael petitioning
- 32:27the tax court
- 32:29on
- 32:30without a ninety day letter? Because they didn't send him a ninety day letter because they didn't have a notice of deficiency out there.
- 32:39So,
- 32:40this is and he's going, oh, it's this and it's that but obviously, he's got the paperwork here. I got two pages of it, okay? And they're agreeing with him that there was no notice of deficiency for all those years which means they're could've never gone to a ninety day letter.
- 32:58So, you see the confusion and the ambiguity
- 33:00out there in our community on this stuff and I wanted to go over this for a minute and emphasize
- 33:08why we move to jurisdiction
- 33:11because it's one hell of a lot easier. As complex as this is for some people, it's a hell of a lot easier than trying to weave your way through title 26
- 33:21CFR.
- 33:22Now,
- 33:23did you get all that, Darryl? Was that intelligent?
- 33:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 33:27I I got the I I think I I I grasped the gist of the important components,
- 33:33which
- 33:34I think I did because I immediately had the question. So if
- 33:39if I grasp it, I I have a question.
- 33:42And
- 33:43and you you inferred it in your in your comments there. And the question is,
- 33:49if he didn't get a confirmatory
- 33:51or a ninety day letter,
- 33:53what promoted him to become the petitioner? So we have incomplete information from Michael. Exactly. I need to know okay. We need to know the initiating the instigation for why he petitioned them without
- 34:06them
- 34:09trying to coerce him. Okay? So so if we if we get that if we get that little bit of information,
- 34:17Unknown: then we have a clearer picture of this process. Yeah. And I'd like to hear from Michael, and they're saying so when he's trying to explain it that day, that's why I said, do you have that paperwork and send it to me?
- 34:27But it is tax season but you know, the IRS follows a very strict. Yeah. Process.
- 34:33I mean, they have a very strict process that they've got operate within and the people that generally have beaten them. Well. And there's been a few, okay? But the people that have beaten them have beaten them on procedure.
- 34:47Unknown: Well, let let's yeah.
- 34:49Let's let's go let's back up just a little bit here and and bring this out of the land of
- 34:55of IRS
- 34:57occultism
- 34:58and and sort of bring this process back down to earth a little bit. It's a UCC process.
- 35:05That that ninety day that ninety day letter
- 35:09is
- 35:10basically like a
- 35:12a corporation sending you a bill or a or a or a a lien collector. Collector. Yep.
- 35:18Somebody who bought
- 35:20somebody who bought debt from you. So they're they're they're a collection agency
- 35:25and and they they're holding that debt or the a proclaimed
- 35:30debt.
- 35:31They're sending you a an invoice.
- 35:34Okay? And if you don't rebut it if you don't rebut it, then it becomes in fact. You know? It's a it's a
- 35:42Unknown: Right. Your invoice that you're so alluding to is a notice of deficiency.
- 35:47You're deficient in your tax payment. That's part of due process. Okay? And and I yeah.
- 35:54Unknown: I I like to I like to
- 35:56like to bring it I like to bring it down into into these common terms so that we so this is part of their obfuscation is they'll have all these many of these processes are very similar to each other, but yet they use their own they use their own agency specific
- 36:12language,
- 36:13where whereas in it's basically the same processes.
- 36:16So
- 36:18this this is another form of confusing and obfuscating people and making it more complex than it actually is.
- 36:26So
- 36:27I
- 36:29I would really
- 36:30I would really like to see that paperwork if I'll send it to get Michael's permission. Oh, no. I'll shoot it to you in the email.
- 36:38Unknown: It's real brief. Yeah. Because
- 36:41yeah. But you see, I've never seen the tax court agree with anybody on a lack of jurisdiction.
- 36:48But now I totally understand. They don't have any jurisdiction and they're agreeing with him because he never got a notice of deficiency and if you never got a notice of deficiency,
- 36:57you didn't have any problem with him. How would he know he's deficient?
- 37:01Unknown: Yep. And and if and if he didn't get a notice of deficiency, why did he why did he? He initiate the suit. Yeah, exactly.
- 37:10Unknown: Listen, Darryl, we were supposed to I want to know why. I I want to know the rest of that. Alright. Well, we'll we'll see if we can't get to the bottom of it.
- 37:17We'll see if we can't get to the bottom of it. Michael's going to have to tell us but we were going to talk about this municipal stuff today and you couldn't get through. So, I just launched off on this. I don't want to dwell on it. I'd like to get over to what we were going to talk about and what you've kind of probably prepared a little for. Right. And let's discuss that and go in that direction. Now, it seems that our
- 37:39fidelity is a little bit better. They got this, maybe they got the squirrel out of the damn telephone line.
- 37:46So, anyway,
- 37:47we'll continue.
- 37:51Unknown: You Well You Yeah.
- 37:53The
- 37:54the the
- 37:56the only the the final comment I would have to say about
- 37:59Michael's situation there is that
- 38:02the the and this is just actually, you know, supposition on my part, but he he made a preemptive attack. Yep. Somewhere along the I way, he got the idea that he could make a preemptive attack.
- 38:15And
- 38:18because it you know,
- 38:19it's it's actually, you know, war.
- 38:22So,
- 38:23I mean, that's the only thing. And I wanna know why he launched a preemptive attack. Okay? So Michael, let us know. Anyway,
- 38:33on this idea of the municipality
- 38:37wow. Okay.
- 38:39Well, I've thought about this for some time and struggled with it
- 38:44for for years.
- 38:47And
- 38:49I was watching a I was watching a a video the other day
- 38:53over
- 38:55again, that we had seen a couple years ago, Roger. It was called
- 39:00All the Plenary's Men. Remember that video?
- 39:03Unknown: Yes. If you got a copy of that, because they yanked it off the web. Yeah. I do. Oh, good. Well, I I found I found a
- 39:13Unknown: I found a YouTube
- 39:16channel
- 39:17that
- 39:19is
- 39:20a channel of the guy who actually made it, and his name is John Titus.
- 39:25Unknown: Oh, yeah. And
- 39:28Unknown: he is he is the guy that
- 39:32produced wrote and produced that documentary.
- 39:35His his was the voice that was in there. He actually did all the animation and everything.
- 39:41And
- 39:42about a year ago seen it. This guy
- 39:45this guy was
- 39:47John Titus. He was
- 39:49developing a another full blown
- 39:52next level documentary
- 39:53on these things,
- 39:55and he had a heart attack.
- 39:57K? And
- 39:59he was he was out of the game
- 40:02for about, you know, over a year and a half or so.
- 40:05And here a couple months ago,
- 40:08he got, you know, healthy again and he came back.
- 40:12And instead of doing full blown documentaries
- 40:14now,
- 40:16he's gonna do,
- 40:17like, little thirty minute
- 40:20blogs once a week on on his on his channel
- 40:25and
- 40:27on YouTube.
- 40:28And
- 40:29if I can I can actually give everybody the
- 40:34the
- 40:35how to get how to get to this guy?
- 40:38And the channel
- 40:40is called
- 40:42Best
- 40:44Evidence.
- 40:45So if anybody went to YouTube
- 40:48and in the YouTube search bar would type in best evidence,
- 40:53this guy's gonna pop up and there's about six videos in there
- 40:57right at the present and one of them is All the Plenary's
- 41:01Men.
- 41:03Now
- 41:05I went to great length to lay that out because this is a very important part
- 41:10of what I'm gonna try to connect today
- 41:13the best I can using the best evidence that I have, understanding
- 41:18I I'm not professing to be an expert on this. I had an moment
- 41:22last week
- 41:24when I watched this
- 41:26All the Plenary's Men for the third time.
- 41:29It just popped into my head.
- 41:31Unknown: Let me. And. Hold on for a second, Darryl. Let me add something for the audience.
- 41:36I did to my knowledge, they'd clean that off the web. Evidently, he snuck it back on there. If you have not seen this, it's about an hour and something, isn't it, Darryl? Hour, hour and a half?
- 41:48Unknown: It's fifty six minutes. It is. Fifty six minutes. It is. It's back on there. I did. It is excellently
- 41:55Unknown: produced
- 41:56and there is some information in there that is so damning on how these guys have got this thing set up. Okay? I just say I highly recommend everybody watch it now that it's back and available. Go ahead, Daryl. I'm sorry. I just wanted to add that.
- 42:13Unknown: Okay. Well, that's I mean, that's that's great too. I mean, that's spot on.
- 42:18Listen.
- 42:18He
- 42:21he brought up a concept. Okay. It goes back to the concept.
- 42:25If
- 42:28of
- 42:29sovereign.
- 42:31And
- 42:33and so then you you start asking,
- 42:37what does a sovereign mean?
- 42:39And I brought this up last week with when Brent was on
- 42:43and
- 42:45so if we go to
- 42:48Blackstone's commentaries,
- 42:49okay, which was a
- 42:52eighteenth century jurist,
- 42:56He states succinctly
- 42:59that the sovereign
- 43:02is
- 43:04can do no wrong.
- 43:06Okay? A sovereign can do no wrong. So if we if we agree that if you were the king of England, okay, or the queen,
- 43:13you could do no wrong.
- 43:15Okay?
- 43:16If if
- 43:18if if you're a Christian and you you believe
- 43:21in in our our lord and savior,
- 43:24if you believe in Yeshua,
- 43:27however you wanna say it,
- 43:29then that's your sovereign.
- 43:31And he can do no wrong. What? Because there's no higher form of appeal.
- 43:37Unknown: Sorry.
- 43:38Unknown: Alright.
- 43:39So if there's if there's no far if there's no higher form of appeal,
- 43:44then that's where that's where the buck stops.
- 43:48And the sovereign can't be held accountable.
- 43:51K?
- 43:52Nobody else can hold the sovereign accountable
- 43:56because they're sovereign.
- 43:59So
- 44:01if we we take that concept and we start backing up for we we use that
- 44:07like I I used the analogy. I'm I'm using that word as my bloodhound.
- 44:12Okay. Well, where does the buck stop?
- 44:15Because
- 44:15I'll be able to use that word and that concept, that premise of cannot be held accountable as to who the real sovereign is. Hello? Not not the ones that not the sovereign who they say they are.
- 44:28Okay?
- 44:29This this sovereign.
- 44:31Who is actually the sovereigns? Because those are the people
- 44:35who are accountable. Obviously,
- 44:37the office of president
- 44:39is not the sovereign
- 44:40executive office
- 44:42because
- 44:44we had some other people been trying to hold him accountable for something he didn't even do.
- 44:50Alright? And
- 44:52and so,
- 44:55I I use that as just an example.
- 44:58So if we if we we continue on that process and we look at this, we go, well,
- 45:03who
- 45:04who was held I got a question for you, Roger. If we go back to because we're we're of that age range. If we go back to the S and L crisis
- 45:13and,
- 45:16the savings alone,
- 45:17do you have a rough idea how many bankers actually went to the federal pen after
- 45:22Unknown: this savings alone? Just a rough number. I don't think there were many there were some repercussions
- 45:29from it. I don't remember exactly what they were, but they weren't very harsh. Well,
- 45:36Unknown: I
- 45:37I
- 45:38this this deserves some exploration because
- 45:41the number the number that I came up with was there were out of the savings and loan crisis,
- 45:48there there were 1,000 people that went to the slammer.
- 45:53Unknown: 1,000.
- 45:56Unknown: At at one level or another, there was about a thousand people, and some of them were fairly high level people that went to the slammer.
- 46:03John McCain got out of that mess by the skin of his teeth. Yes.
- 46:08Alright. Because he was a part of it. Yes. He was. Okay.
- 46:11Now
- 46:12now let's fast forward. Let's fast forward
- 46:15twenty
- 46:17five years. And
- 46:20What's
- 46:21Unknown: that voice? We added alright. Let me you know, this is part since you couldn't call in
- 46:27earlier and I didn't see the call, that ding dong, ding dong was Thomas
- 46:32calling in on my personal
- 46:34account.
- 46:35That's why the noise came through and so, if he, I thought, if he can't call in.
- 46:41If he can't call in and he wants to, I better call out and bring him in. So, that's how he joined us. So, and and Michael or Thomas,
- 46:51if if you if you're listening, could you just mute your phone? Yeah. Okay.
- 46:55That's okay. Just try and mute this phone and you can do business on the other one and then come back in if you got something to add or a question, okay? Okay.
- 47:06Unknown: I'll do that. I didn't realize you were at me on live.
- 47:10Unknown: Yeah. Go. You're
- 47:12on with us. So, if you wanna let's just then Daryl finish her where he's going here and then we can do some discussion
- 47:18but if you got something going on on the background, mute mute out if you would, please. Just it we're having some problems in in Internet speed today anyway, and that just complicates things. So if you could go ahead, Daryl.
- 47:34Unknown: Okay. Yeah. Thanks.
- 47:37So
- 47:38if we fast forward twenty five years or
- 47:41such as and we look at what happened in 2008
- 47:45and the big short and the bailouts
- 47:49and
- 47:52the the subsequent
- 47:54QE,
- 47:56who
- 47:57went to jail after that one? Did did anybody from Lehman, Goldman Sachs?
- 48:03Did any of those people
- 48:04Unknown: any of those people go to jail? There was no prosecutions in that. Let me say something about about the SNL crisis.
- 48:11Okay?
- 48:11The the does the term Silverado
- 48:15ring a bell?
- 48:19Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 48:20Unknown: Okay. Robert,
- 48:22have you ever heard of Silverado savings and loan?
- 48:28I guess Robert's muted out.
- 48:30Rhetorical question.
- 48:31You may wanna stick it in a search engine. Silverado
- 48:35Savings and Loan was run by do you remember who, Daryl?
- 48:42Unknown: Not off top. And when you say the name, I'll remember it. How about I'll recognize it. How about That was How about the brother, Neil Bush?
- 48:52I apologize.
- 48:53Yeah.
- 48:56Unknown: Okay.
- 48:56So, Neil. Yeah. And Neil Bush sure as hell didn't do any jail time and he was one of the biggest scammers. I got another personal story about that but but I want you to continue and unless you want me to go off and tell it. Okay? Because it's very interesting.
- 49:12And they could Well Was it directly I mean, I'm I'm sure it's
- 49:16Unknown: I I
- 49:17I just wanna I just wanna develop a little continuity here with this this idea. Yes. So
- 49:23so
- 49:25the in the SNL, a a lot of people,
- 49:28low and mid level and a few high people, really high people, went to the slammer,
- 49:35club fed. And then in 2008,
- 49:38it's fantastically larger. It's a world crisis financial problem,
- 49:43and
- 49:45nobody goes to jail.
- 49:48So if we go back to the idea of who is sovereign, the sovereign can't be held accountable now, can they?
- 49:54Yeah.
- 49:55The sovereign
- 49:56is not held accountable.
- 49:58Now I don't care what anybody has to say,
- 50:01really, but basis, I I'm using this from a factual point of view. I can't
- 50:06I can't base my decision making on what should be or we want to be.
- 50:11I have to work on what is.
- 50:14And when I use the word sovereign,
- 50:17and
- 50:19I use John Titus' information and all the information that we have and the examples of it, and I look at that, and
- 50:27I go back to Blackstone,
- 50:29and I go,
- 50:30okay. Well, the sovereign the sovereign at this point must be the banks. Yep.
- 50:38And and so
- 50:41I I'm not saying this figuratively.
- 50:43I'm not using it as a, well, you know, nannabooboo
- 50:47sorta, you know, look over here. I'm saying, no. Literally,
- 50:51they are
- 50:52the sovereign
- 50:54the sovereign authority.
- 50:57And
- 50:58it it it might be it might be wrong.
- 51:02No. Well, it really is. Because John Titus'
- 51:05Unknown: video proves what you're saying because he's got the proof in there in the documentation
- 51:09that there are certain banks that are
- 51:12untouchable.
- 51:15That's in that video. I remember it. Yeah.
- 51:18Unknown: Yeah. Now it went and and you're correct. So let's let's take that let's take that video, and, of course, I I know everybody on this
- 51:28on this call has not
- 51:31seen that, which maybe a little entice them to go watch it. But when you when you take that video and you realize that the
- 51:40the
- 51:41secretary
- 51:42the secretary of the treasury
- 51:46at the time
- 51:48was Geithner.
- 51:50And Geithner was wearing two was wearing Tiny Tim Geithner, TurboTax Geithner was wearing two hats.
- 51:57And he would go back and forth between,
- 52:02wearing the hat as secretary of treasurer
- 52:05and then representing basically what amounts to as the city of London.
- 52:10Unknown: International Monetary Fund. He's the governor of the fund. It's in The United States code in the treasury.
- 52:19Unknown: And
- 52:20and
- 52:23I
- 52:24I connect the IMF to the city of London. Yep.
- 52:28And
- 52:30so
- 52:31I I just want people to realize, you know, when you when you get to the end of the line of this stuff,
- 52:37most of it ends up back in the city of London
- 52:40and the crown. Yep.
- 52:43So
- 52:44so that that then starts to make sense because
- 52:49the sovereignty
- 52:51and those who can't be held accountable
- 52:54ends up back in
- 52:57the city of London.
- 52:59And
- 53:02by fact of that, then
- 53:05I start to connect what this special relationship is between
- 53:10Britain and The United States.
- 53:12And the special relationship that nobody wants to talk about or can't define or doesn't define
- 53:19is that we're a Commonwealth.
- 53:22We we we're by by financial
- 53:25but through financially, through the banks, we are now back into being a Commonwealth.
- 53:32That's that special relationship. Well, we're in bankruptcy.
- 53:35Unknown: We're in bankrupt. We're bankrupt. Yeah.
- 53:39Unknown: And
- 53:40and so who who is who is who's holding the note on that bankruptcy?
- 53:45Unknown: Mhmm.
- 53:46Unknown: Alright?
- 53:48Okay. And there's your sovereign. Yep.
- 53:51Okay. Who's ever holding the note on that bankruptcy has now become the sovereign.
- 53:56And Yes. And so
- 53:59Unknown: yeah. If you're a citizen of The United States or a resident
- 54:05Yeah. If you're not one of those, you're not the sovereign. Yep.
- 54:11Unknown: Right. That's that's exactly right.
- 54:15So all those people that are encumbered with
- 54:17being
- 54:18in a receivership.
- 54:20Unknown: Yep.
- 54:22With your future labor pledged against the bankruptcy, that's what it is. Through taxation,
- 54:28your future labor is pledged to the bankruptcy of 1933,
- 54:32which was obviously
- 54:34spurious
- 54:35and set up and fake and fraud.
- 54:39Yes.
- 54:40Unknown: Yes. So so here's the big here's here's the next the next word that I wanna pull in here to connect this
- 54:48this this idea that we're seeing is not just a concept or an idea. It's it's actually a a fact.
- 54:56And the next big word is what Roger was talking about earlier is jurisdiction.
- 55:01So
- 55:03you
- 55:05the statuses
- 55:07of a citizen
- 55:09and residing
- 55:12puts you in that jurisdiction
- 55:14of that sovereign.
- 55:17Alright? So this this this whole idea of sovereignty and jurisdiction
- 55:21is a big deal.
- 55:23And so then
- 55:25the next the next thing
- 55:27the next big question here is,
- 55:29what has any of this gotten the hell to do with municipality?
- 55:34Okay.
- 55:36Unknown: If I may reacquaint you, Robert. Robert's got a Well, go ahead, Robert. Go ahead, Robert. Just real quick. Five seconds. Roger,
- 55:43noticed the last five, ten minutes, Roger, you've you've you've gotten much better on your fidelity. You're not slipping as much. But Yes. It's all and we're holding with the connection with the server, which means the signals are adequate.
- 55:54Unknown: So that's why.
- 55:56They just had a bad hair day there at the start of the show, and it straightened out. And I'm real glad to see that it has. Go ahead with your line of thinking here, Darryl, because I'm interested. Now you're gonna connect parts. Well,
- 56:09Unknown: let's let's build on let's build on let's build on something here that,
- 56:15you know, you cover
- 56:19covered earlier in this in the show and have for for years,
- 56:24and you brought up
- 56:27admiralty law.
- 56:29Alright?
- 56:30Which is
- 56:32law to see
- 56:34law of international commerce.
- 56:36I don't wanna go down any patriot mythology trails here.
- 56:42So
- 56:43try to try to keep me from doing that, Roger, if I start if I slip into that. But
- 56:49so they if they have a jurisdiction, they have this federal jurisdiction,
- 56:54then then they have a a the law associated with that federal jurisdiction
- 57:00that applies to those that consent to that
- 57:04and are resident to that.
- 57:06And so they have a a form of law,
- 57:10and it's referred to as admiralty.
- 57:12And
- 57:14it's law law of
- 57:16Internet law of commerce in the international sea.
- 57:19Unknown: Okay? And for the reasons that you talked about earlier is that we had an ocean bordering our shores. That's hold it. That's not totally correct. Let me straighten it out. Admiralty is the law of the navies and the pirates.
- 57:33Commerce is under
- 57:36maritime law,
- 57:38and those used to be separate bodies of law, and the English combined them.
- 57:44But where you have to go look is at the remedy.
- 57:48Because the only remedy for Admiralty Law is prize.
- 57:53I kick your butt and I take your stuff. That's it.
- 57:57In
- 58:00merchant law, in the other one, maritime law,
- 58:03the only remedy is a bill of libel.
- 58:07How many bills of libel do you see floating around our courts? And the English combined both of those jurisdictions,
- 58:14and so people get them confused, but there's a distinct difference.
- 58:21Unknown: Yeah. Well, that's that's that's really a a really good explanation
- 58:26of
- 58:27of separating
- 58:29the two and also
- 58:32seeing how complicated they've made it. Didn't you know, it's it's like it's like we're all supposed to run our lives off their memos. Didn't you get in the memo? Yeah. So
- 58:43yeah. Once again, let me add a point here, Darryl, that's salient.
- 58:47Unknown: Once again, to all the patriots out there, that's why that that formula, R plus D equals R as the basis for all your learning is so important because there, the only way you can differentiate
- 59:00those is the remedy.
- 59:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 59:07Well, one being prize and one being a a
- 59:11what do you call that? Bill of lading? Bill of libel bill of libel.
- 59:15Unknown: Not lading. Bill
- 59:16of libel.
- 59:18Unknown: Bill of libel. Yeah. Bill of libel.
- 59:21Well,
- 59:23I don't know. I really don't know where else anybody's gonna hear anybody talk about
- 59:29separating those two like that.
- 59:32Unknown: Well, I and I would never know it. So. I would never know that if I didn't have a teacher named John Benson. I mentioned the other day, Glenn and I had a conversation. Glenn's
- 59:41got seven lawsuits going up there right now.
- 59:44Himself that he's involved in personally
- 59:47and he said, I'm giving him fits, Roger, because the judges and the attorneys,
- 59:51the prosecutors don't know what to do about it because I'm hitting them with substantive law and all they know is procedure and they've never seen most of this stuff before and he said, I directly thank John Benson for that and you guys can thank John Benson posthumously
- 1:00:06too because if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't know any of this stuff.
- 1:00:13Unknown: That's probably true. Yeah.
- 1:00:15Unknown: Yeah. You you can't see it, but I I just gave him a salute. So
- 1:00:20Yeah.
- 1:00:21So this
- 1:00:22this jurisdiction
- 1:00:24this jurisdiction
- 1:00:25that's sovereign,
- 1:00:27which
- 1:00:29I'm I'm stating unequivocally
- 1:00:31is is the bank, which is the IMF,
- 1:00:35that's the sovereign.
- 1:00:38They
- 1:00:39are using
- 1:00:40this federal jurisdiction
- 1:00:43in in their form of law for
- 1:00:47to
- 1:00:49reconcile
- 1:00:50all controversies. Controversies.
- 1:00:53So that's that's their jurisdiction.
- 1:00:56That's their law.
- 1:00:57And I am always asking myself,
- 1:01:00what kind of law
- 1:01:02and whose law is it?
- 1:01:04And and I have to ask those questions because we have to get in the front of our minds
- 1:01:09that in different jurisdictions,
- 1:01:12you're dealing with a different sovereign.
- 1:01:15Listen. I've jurisdiction
- 1:01:17will have a different sovereign. I've got a handout.
- 1:01:21Unknown: I've still got the originals
- 1:01:23that John gave us in some of those sessions.
- 1:01:26I will reproduce. If I ever get around to writing this second book, it'll be in there. I promise you because this is the great teaching tool of exactly what you're talking about, Darryl. In England,
- 1:01:37I could take Darryl back to England, say, two hundred-three hundred years ago,
- 1:01:42and I could get him down there in one of the main Piccadilly Square, or wherever it was, and I could blindfold
- 1:01:47you, Darryl, and I could walk into one of the courts because all the courts, the jurisdictions were represented there separately. The king's bench had its own court,
- 1:01:57the highest court of common law in the land,
- 1:02:00the equity had theirs, maritime had theirs, ecclesiast
- 1:02:04had theirs, and I could blindfold you and walk you into those buildings, take your hand, walk you into the building there,
- 1:02:10and you would know by the terms that were being used, which jurisdiction you were in, because they're all different.
- 1:02:19Okay? And and especially if it it whatever the what the action that was being brought, it's all different. Whatever the
- 1:02:28the responses are, they're all different. What the categories are. They're all different and here's the most important different one. The remedies because all the remedies are different too.
- 1:02:39And nobody in our entire community, I've never heard a patriot talk about I hear them talk about rights.
- 1:02:46I never hear them talk about duties, and you damn sure never hear them talk about remedies.
- 1:02:51So let's go back to what we know and look at things like self help remedies.
- 1:02:57Self help remedies which are used every day in our country, lean, levy, garnishment, and seizure.
- 1:03:03What are the only two bodies of law that that remedy is available to?
- 1:03:10Now I bet you know, Darrell, because you're a good student, but I know the other folks don't know,
- 1:03:15but one of them is equity,
- 1:03:17is the law merchant.
- 1:03:19Anything done under the law merchant, what's the law merchant? The UCC,
- 1:03:23it's what we call it. Okay?
- 1:03:25So lien, levy, garnishment,
- 1:03:27and seizure are active remedies that are available over in the UCC.
- 1:03:32What was the only other body of law where self help remedies were used?
- 1:03:40Unknown: Exchequer?
- 1:03:42Unknown: They did use them there eventually,
- 1:03:45yes, but that's not what I'm looking for.
- 1:03:48The only other body of law where self help remedies were readily available and used
- 1:03:54was the manoral
- 1:03:56law,
- 1:03:57and that was the law that was for each manner,
- 1:04:01and that's where the serfs got their stuff grabbed.
- 1:04:08Those are the only two bodies of law now, so we're under the UCC.
- 1:04:13But let me tell you what, that little bit right there about the menoral law, that's where they're using it in combination, I promise you, because that's the system we're under. I'm sorry, Darryl. I want to make that clear. Yeah, you know,
- 1:04:27Unknown: manoral manoral is is the the rootwood
- 1:04:31the rootwood for manoral is menorah. Manor.
- 1:04:35Unknown: Oh, Menorah.
- 1:04:37Unknown: Menorah,
- 1:04:37I'm not sure how they pronounce it but those, that always and I got it right there in black and white. Those are the only two jurisdictions of law where self help remedies are available.
- 1:04:47Law merchant, the menorah law, the law of manor.
- 1:04:53Unknown: Okay.
- 1:04:53So
- 1:04:54we we have we we've determined that we have
- 1:04:58different jurisdictions,
- 1:05:00and every jurisdiction
- 1:05:03so I'll I'll make a I'll make a I'll make a statement. So, every jurisdiction
- 1:05:08would have a different sovereign.
- 1:05:10Unknown: Yes.
- 1:05:13And see in The US,
- 1:05:15they when we founded the country, they didn't have the resources to set up all those systems. So, they kind of lumped them all into one.
- 1:05:25Unknown: A hybrid.
- 1:05:27Unknown: Well, and back then, you knew whether you were bringing a case in equity or in the common law or in which jurisdiction you knew even though the court was the same,
- 1:05:36okay?
- 1:05:37But we didn't have that advantage but in England, that's the way it was.
- 1:05:45Unknown: Wow.
- 1:05:47Unknown: So, there's there's a lot of there's a lot of history here from
- 1:05:51from where we started
- 1:05:53back in the,
- 1:05:55you know, seventeen hundreds and to where we've ended up now. And I I've probably won't come any surprise to anybody, but they've they've fiddled with a lot of that in the meantime.
- 1:06:06No. That doesn't surprise me. There's a lot of that
- 1:06:08there's a lot of that that's been fiddled with. So
- 1:06:13forgive me. I'm not I'm not a I'm not an expert historian here, and and Roger knows a lot more of the the history and the law
- 1:06:22and the details of it than than I do.
- 1:06:26I'm just trying to connect the dots
- 1:06:28from the standpoint of how it affects my life and every and the other people's lives today.
- 1:06:35And, of course, we have to we have to understand some a lot of this or have it some of it explained to us, and Roger does that,
- 1:06:42and and Brent and different people.
- 1:06:45But we have to apply it in our in our lives now moving forward because we're
- 1:06:50we're in these jurisdictions.
- 1:06:53And
- 1:06:54so
- 1:06:55let's go back to this this federal creature, this creature
- 1:06:59creature
- 1:07:00of of the federal government and their jurisdiction.
- 1:07:03Unknown: Before we get to that, though, real quick, I wanna make sure I'm Before you launch off on that saying that the
- 1:07:09Unknown: Go ahead, Robert.
- 1:07:11Unknown: Just real quick. Are we saying that the sovereign, whoever he or she is, the sovereign is above reproach,
- 1:07:17held up
- 1:07:18out above any
- 1:07:21responsibility?
- 1:07:23Unknown: They there there's no higher appeal. There they they can't be held accountable, and there is no higher appeal than the sovereign.
- 1:07:30Now I I want you to I want you to
- 1:07:33I'll I'll just expand on that for just a moment.
- 1:07:37That sovereign,
- 1:07:40as it's come to be,
- 1:07:43doesn't have to be and
- 1:07:46is not, I'm saying is not,
- 1:07:49a man or woman.
- 1:07:51That
- 1:07:52sovereign
- 1:07:53has become
- 1:07:55a corporate
- 1:07:57entity.
- 1:07:58Yep. The sovereign. So people can so people can die,
- 1:08:02you know, a living blood living bloods flesh and blood man or woman
- 1:08:08who are occupying those offices of sovereign can die, come and go,
- 1:08:12but that that corporate sovereign
- 1:08:14never
- 1:08:16lives on in perpetuity.
- 1:08:18Unknown: And. Wow. And okay. So, let me ask you. Do have anything to add to that, Roger? Yes, I do. What do you think
- 1:08:25the corporations
- 1:08:27are
- 1:08:28in modern day parlance
- 1:08:30as opposed
- 1:08:32to historically?
- 1:08:35I may not have phrased that question correctly. I'm looking. I'm trying to see. Who do you think the manners of the world they're going to control?
- 1:08:43The corporations or the manners. The corporation.
- 1:08:47That's
- 1:08:48how they're gonna set up the world in a futile type system
- 1:08:51according to tragedy and hope guy. They're gonna do it with the corporations are now the manners that control because all these trade treaties
- 1:09:01were gonna strip the countries of their sovereignty
- 1:09:04and assign it to corporate boards of corporate appointed
- 1:09:08people that there was no appeal
- 1:09:11and you couldn't get them off the board. They were the manner. That was the the way that they were going to institute the global system. Well, can you have a manner without serfs, Darryl? Let me ask you. Can you have a manner without serfs?
- 1:09:31Unknown: Well,
- 1:09:33not in our not in our not in our physical world, you can't. No. It it the grass gets tall and somebody's
- 1:09:39somebody's gotta cut it. We gotta cut it. So
- 1:09:41Unknown: Okay. So, that's and see that's what Trump. First thing Trump did was take that system away and took us out all those trade treaties and that those early things that he was doing led us led us to believe we had somebody that had our interests at heart and now we know that he's got Netanyahu's
- 1:10:01interest at heart.
- 1:10:04Unknown: I think he always did. I mean, there there there are times there are times when the
- 1:10:10the principal resident,
- 1:10:13that being the president, I I call him the principal resident president.
- 1:10:17There are times when their actions, when they're in when they are when
- 1:10:23what?
- 1:10:25That's good. Did say something funny? Yeah. That's very good. Okay.
- 1:10:29Okay.
- 1:10:30There
- 1:10:31there
- 1:10:33are times
- 1:10:34when the different
- 1:10:36factions of corporations,
- 1:10:38corporate sovereigns, are fighting amongst themselves
- 1:10:41that one or the other corporate
- 1:10:44sovereign
- 1:10:46will and and while they're doing battle, will,
- 1:10:51you know, take actions that
- 1:10:54at our you know tiny perception level was
- 1:10:59good for us.
- 1:11:00Okay?
- 1:11:01But
- 1:11:03you have to this is the way I do it. I I try to keep it simple. Know,
- 1:11:08mom and dad are fighting, and we're the we're the children in the middle. You know? The child's got in the middle here. And
- 1:11:15and so
- 1:11:17you have you have the the globalist faction of corporate power
- 1:11:23that
- 1:11:24the new world order,
- 1:11:26whatever however you wanna call it, the Brussels crowd,
- 1:11:30whoever, you know,
- 1:11:32fighting fighting with this this other faction
- 1:11:35and and for for dominance.
- 1:11:38And and they both have their jurisdictions
- 1:11:41and and I'll give you the perfect example of it and it's right here
- 1:11:48in this
- 1:11:49nation.
- 1:11:51It's in DC
- 1:11:53and we go back to the federal
- 1:11:56side of this and
- 1:11:58and that federal authority is the territorial United States.
- 1:12:06And
- 1:12:07that territorial United States
- 1:12:10has 57 states entities,
- 1:12:1357.
- 1:12:17You know, maybe some of you remember,
- 1:12:19you know, back in the
- 1:12:21first
- 1:12:22the first
- 1:12:25four years of Obama, he made reference to
- 1:12:28he'd visited
- 1:12:3056 of the states,
- 1:12:32and he laughed.
- 1:12:35Well, he wasn't the people are going like, what?
- 1:12:38What?
- 1:12:39And and so
- 1:12:42this character character,
- 1:12:45he was he was talking about the
- 1:12:48the territorial United States
- 1:12:50and the the 57 entities. Well, who's whose whose jurisdiction,
- 1:12:55whose construct, who's the sovereign
- 1:12:58of the
- 1:13:01territorial United States versus
- 1:13:04the federal United United States.
- 1:13:08So there's a difference.
- 1:13:10There is a difference. You have a territorial United States and you have a federal United States.
- 1:13:17Listen, I told you, I told you when I started this, I told you that there's lots been changed, and there's been a usurpation take place. Oh, boy, has there? Yep. And
- 1:13:29and the usurpation
- 1:13:30yeah.
- 1:13:32Robert wants to get Well, that that comes into
- 1:13:35Puerto Rico, the yeah. Guam. It's the it's the insular states. Oh, okay. That's that's the right.
- 1:13:42Unknown: But let me ask you let me ask a question, Daryl. Oh, our phones our phones are working again. Chuck got in. Is American Samoa one of those?
- 1:13:52Unknown: No.
- 1:13:55Unknown: Is that where they
- 1:13:58Unknown: Well,
- 1:14:01yes, it is. It it it falls under the one of the 57 entities of a territory. Territory. But
- 1:14:09Unknown: it's different. Okay.
- 1:14:11That that's why they did it. Comfort. That's exactly why they did it. They had to. Well, they. See, they didn't come in and pass legislation. Excuse me for interrupting you, Darryl but I think it's important for people to understand. They couldn't come in and say, hey, all you state citizens, we're wiping you off the books. You don't exist any longer. They couldn't do that, okay? So, they had to hide it and make this new thing where they condition the people in to thinking it's the way it's always been.
- 1:14:41That's where the fraud is. That's why the affidavit works.
- 1:14:49Unknown: Exactly. Like the veneer. And and and it works and it works when you address the agent
- 1:14:57of that sovereign
- 1:15:00who's responsible for that
- 1:15:03in that jurisdiction.
- 1:15:05Okay? In that jurisdiction,
- 1:15:08I say
- 1:15:09that that is
- 1:15:12credible and legitimate,
- 1:15:14has credibility and legitimacy
- 1:15:17in that jurisdiction.
- 1:15:20So
- 1:15:22this this might this might stir up a bit of con controversy.
- 1:15:26Unknown: This might Controversy?
- 1:15:28Unknown: My British
- 1:15:30a controversy. This might this might this might even elicit a controversy here, but here here
- 1:15:36is a
- 1:15:37here is a question.
- 1:15:43Also well let's go forward with this. Then we also have this thing out in DC
- 1:15:49in District Of Columbia.
- 1:15:52The municipal
- 1:15:53District Of Columbia.
- 1:15:57What
- 1:16:02we now know is to be we call a municipal
- 1:16:05jurisdiction
- 1:16:07And who's in charge of that?
- 1:16:10It ain't the
- 1:16:12principal resident.
- 1:16:19And who's in charge of the who's in charge of who's in charge of the municipal corporation?
- 1:16:26Who's the sovereign of the municipal corporation?
- 1:16:30Unknown: Congress.
- 1:16:32Unknown: Yes.
- 1:16:34Are over. Congress. That's just like Jim Traficant. Jim Traficant, the late Jim Traficant got up on the floor of the house and made that speech and he said the congress is sitting over the biggest bankruptcy in the history of the world.
- 1:16:47I don't know if any of you have seen that. That was twenty something years ago. Probably some of the newcomers haven't. Maybe not even know who Jim Trafficant was. Yeah. But he's he got up in congress and said that. This congress is presiding over the largest bankruptcy in the history of the world. Hey.
- 1:17:04Welcome, Chuck, by the way.
- 1:17:08Unknown: Yeah. Jim Traficant,
- 1:17:10the Democrat.
- 1:17:11Yeah. He was a Democrat. Jim Jim Traficant, the Democrat, was a was a, was a man, a warrior,
- 1:17:19and what can only be called,
- 1:17:22in his book, he was call he called himself the America's last minute man.
- 1:17:26And
- 1:17:28they they imprisoned him, and they murdered him over it. But I would I would call him
- 1:17:33can always tell when the good ones are there because they kill him. I always called him colorful
- 1:17:38Unknown: because he he's the one if you guys don't remember this, some of you newer folks, he's the one that would get up and preface every talk he made in the House of Representatives
- 1:17:48with, beam me up, Scotty.
- 1:17:54Unknown: Right. Right.
- 1:17:55And
- 1:17:56they would they would always they would always give him 5 minutes, and he would take he would take thirty.
- 1:18:02So
- 1:18:05but but but anyway,
- 1:18:07so you have a you have a a an entity.
- 1:18:12Okay?
- 1:18:13A a corporation.
- 1:18:16It's a municipal corporation,
- 1:18:19and it has its jurisdiction.
- 1:18:21Unknown: Yep.
- 1:18:22Unknown: And with its jurisdiction,
- 1:18:24it has its laws.
- 1:18:26Its laws.
- 1:18:28And
- 1:18:29and so
- 1:18:31we have
- 1:18:34you you can't live you can't lump the federal government into
- 1:18:39the executive, the judicial,
- 1:18:41and the the legislative
- 1:18:43and just say, well, that's just all federal.
- 1:18:46Okay. If you're doing that,
- 1:18:48you're missing the point of this conversation.
- 1:18:51And the conversation is that
- 1:18:54right here
- 1:18:56on
- 1:18:56this landmass that you call
- 1:18:59your country, your nation, whatever you want to call it, there are
- 1:19:04several jurisdictions,
- 1:19:06several different forms of law Concurrent. Several different forms of remedy,
- 1:19:10and several different several different sovereigns
- 1:19:13Unknown: And they're concurrent. Incorporated. They're called concurrent. You would call that concurrent And same thing. Yeah. Concurrent. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:19:20Unknown: Alright.
- 1:19:22So
- 1:19:24so we were
- 1:19:26we're now we're into this, and we're just getting around to municipalities,
- 1:19:31which is
- 1:19:32I I don't know how to have a a coherent
- 1:19:37conversation
- 1:19:38Unknown: about this without going through all this laying the groundwork on on this. Let me say something. In a simple form. Before you launch off on it because I'm pretty sure I know where you're going. Since I got into this and got really interested in it, I've heard something the whole time off and on that is applicable to what you're saying, Darryl and that's a simple statement that says, all politics
- 1:19:59is local.
- 1:20:04Unknown: Yep.
- 1:20:05Alright.
- 1:20:06That
- 1:20:07that is
- 1:20:09there is there are a lot of
- 1:20:12axiomatic statements.
- 1:20:14Okay? And that would be an axiom.
- 1:20:17And
- 1:20:19I like axioms
- 1:20:22if I understand
- 1:20:24if I actually if I actually understand their context and apply them properly.
- 1:20:29The problem with axioms
- 1:20:31is that
- 1:20:33a lot of the times, we don't really we don't really know its larger import. That is an exam excellent example of one,
- 1:20:41and that
- 1:20:42all politics being local
- 1:20:45definitely applies
- 1:20:47to the municipal
- 1:20:49corporation
- 1:20:51and its jurisdictions.
- 1:20:53That is
- 1:20:54exactly right.
- 1:20:56And
- 1:20:57and so well, how many how many municipalities
- 1:21:01do we have now? Oh, what's the municipality?
- 1:21:05Unknown: Okay. You you gonna say something right here? No. I just was thinking when you said the number Okay. Of how many there must be thousands.
- 1:21:16Unknown: Yeah. There's
- 1:21:18I mean, I'm I'm talking. I there there might be,
- 1:21:21you know, one or you know, give me some tolerance here, but between
- 1:21:26counties and cities
- 1:21:28and whatever real estate you want to call themselves there's 10,000
- 1:21:31of them.
- 1:21:33And so they're
- 1:21:35operating
- 1:21:37in a
- 1:21:38they have a jurisdiction
- 1:21:41And and they're they're they have a they're franchises
- 1:21:46of
- 1:21:47the beast
- 1:21:48in the district Municipal District Of Columbia.
- 1:21:52Alright?
- 1:21:53And and we just determined that
- 1:21:56the congress
- 1:21:57was
- 1:21:58was there
- 1:22:00as that sovereign.
- 1:22:02Okay? So there's a lot of people that come and go in it. Alright? It's always coming and going,
- 1:22:07being elected, unelected, dying,
- 1:22:10thrown in jail, whatever.
- 1:22:12But the sovereign still says there in in corporate in co hate, incorporated
- 1:22:18power
- 1:22:19in perpetuity.
- 1:22:21So
- 1:22:23well,
- 1:22:25what kinda what kinda law are you dealing with?
- 1:22:30So we have a municipals.
- 1:22:32We have
- 1:22:34a municipalities,
- 1:22:36and then we have their jurisdictions,
- 1:22:38which means that they must have laws.
- 1:22:41So if they have laws and there must be courts
- 1:22:45to
- 1:22:46deal with controversies
- 1:22:48in those jurisdictions,
- 1:22:49what kind of law
- 1:22:51are we dealing with now?
- 1:22:54It's not admiralty.
- 1:22:56It's
- 1:22:57not
- 1:22:58it's not maritime.
- 1:23:01Most of the time when you go into a municipal court,
- 1:23:04you're dealing with the UCC.
- 1:23:06Unknown: Yep.
- 1:23:10Unknown: Uniform Commercial Code.
- 1:23:13Okay, Roger And Roger has done
- 1:23:17Unknown: Okay, so you are either if you're dealing with the UCC,
- 1:23:21you were
- 1:23:22since it's the Uniform Commercial
- 1:23:24Code, you pretty much had to be in commerce to bring its remedy into effect,
- 1:23:30correct?
- 1:23:34Unknown: Correct.
- 1:23:35Unknown: Okay. So what if what if the charge what if the charge they're coming after you
- 1:23:40is not in commerce?
- 1:23:43Then
- 1:23:45if they're using self help remedies, what other body of law is it gotta come from? They must
- 1:23:52Unknown: well, manorial. It's manorial.
- 1:23:54Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:23:55Yeah.
- 1:23:56Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:23:57And so so what we've been able to do here,
- 1:24:00because we did the the groundwork,
- 1:24:03we we we went through the the prefacing
- 1:24:06laying the foundation.
- 1:24:10We we know we're
- 1:24:11in in one of the two. And so
- 1:24:14what is the menoral law? Well, if anybody's still confused about that, that's the law of serfs.
- 1:24:20This is how you deal with the serfs.
- 1:24:22The lord this is how the lord deals the lord of the manner deals with the serfs.
- 1:24:28Okay. And and, of course,
- 1:24:30there were different there were different caste levels of serfs.
- 1:24:34There's a bunch of them. And and some of these serfs if if if they're if some of these serfs weren't actually
- 1:24:41indentured,
- 1:24:42they could opt out.
- 1:24:46Alright?
- 1:24:47And they had to do that with their lord.
- 1:24:51Unknown: You you okay with all that, Roger? Yeah. I want to say for the audience, if you don't believe this, go to the Black's Law Dictionary or any any of the law dictionaries. We just almost commonly use blacks.
- 1:25:03Go and look under the term
- 1:25:05villain,
- 1:25:06v I l l I e n,
- 1:25:10and that's what the male serf was called was a villain. The female serf was called a knave,
- 1:25:16and if you'll go look under villain, that's how the English pronounced it, it's actually French because William the Conqueror brought all that crap over from Europe, okay, and had that influence,
- 1:25:27but it's spelled like villain, v I l l I e n, and go to the dictionary and look how many different types of them there were.
- 1:25:36There was a number of different types of villains.
- 1:25:39Now
- 1:25:42the one most common that looks like that they're using
- 1:25:46is called the villain
- 1:25:48regardant.
- 1:25:50Regardant.
- 1:25:51And it says in the definition,
- 1:25:54a villain
- 1:25:55attached
- 1:25:56to the land.
- 1:25:58That means your property.
- 1:26:00A villain
- 1:26:01attached
- 1:26:02to the land
- 1:26:03and
- 1:26:04transferable
- 1:26:06by deed.
- 1:26:07What
- 1:26:11do you think the deed is?
- 1:26:16Unknown: Certificate. Oh, that's your birth certificate. Yeah.
- 1:26:19Unknown: And that uses to back that up the
- 1:26:22they sell to finance the country
- 1:26:24that your income taxes pay. Go ahead, Darryl, I'm sorry.
- 1:26:29Unknown: So well, no. That's good. The birth certificate
- 1:26:34is is one of those instruments
- 1:26:37that
- 1:26:38the the territorial government
- 1:26:41the territorial sovereign
- 1:26:44and the municipal sovereigns both take advantage of.
- 1:26:49They both take advantage of that.
- 1:26:51And
- 1:26:52and so off that one instrument,
- 1:26:55two two different
- 1:26:57deeds
- 1:26:59are
- 1:27:03hence, bonds are created
- 1:27:06Unknown: No. Instruments. If John is correct, and my sense is that he was,
- 1:27:12he thought, I've said it many times, that the birth certificate is an actuality in commercial law considered a warehouse receipt.
- 1:27:21A warehouse receipt is a very unusual commercial document
- 1:27:25in where the paper actually takes on
- 1:27:29the presence of the good.
- 1:27:31The good, if it's a bale of cotton or a person, becomes the paper.
- 1:27:37That's why this birth certificate thing is so important. So, if the body of the newborn child
- 1:27:43actually becomes the birth certificate,
- 1:27:45then, that's a deed, isn't it?
- 1:27:50Unknown: Oh, absolutely.
- 1:27:51Now, it is. Yeah, it's a deed.
- 1:27:56So And Yeah. Real quick.
- 1:28:01Unknown: Go, Robert.
- 1:28:03Unknown: Oh, can
- 1:28:04I going back to municipality
- 1:28:06just for a second, can we weave that into the,
- 1:28:09Like, for example, the city of Los Angeles, the county of Los Angeles, the city of Pasadena, which is LA County, etcetera? You can you can weave it in this way. Every one of those 10,000 has a set of double books.
- 1:28:24Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I mean, we could that's that's a whole that's a whole other that's a whole other rabbit hole that nobody thank you for bringing that out, Robert, but nobody wants to talk about that. I mean,
- 1:28:38very few. So
- 1:28:40so if we if we go back so so if we still have that that
- 1:28:45continuity of the conversation there,
- 1:28:49if we take that that
- 1:28:51deed now,
- 1:28:52the
- 1:28:54the warehouse receipt, the birth certificate,
- 1:28:57this is something that Brian's done a lot of of
- 1:29:01amazing
- 1:29:02discovery on.
- 1:29:05If we take that
- 1:29:06and we see that the territorial
- 1:29:09side of this uses
- 1:29:14it in this thing called a
- 1:29:16cystic quaVe bond.
- 1:29:20It comes out of
- 1:29:22you know its origins start out of the city of
- 1:29:26London proper when London burned down in 1666.
- 1:29:32This is
- 1:29:34something I'm reading about now in-depth
- 1:29:37by a
- 1:29:40eighteen hundred's
- 1:29:44what what do I call him? Economist,
- 1:29:47Alexander Delmar,
- 1:29:48and he's written a whole series of book back in the late eighteen hundreds, and one of them is called a his a history of monetary crimes.
- 1:29:58This was known a long time ago. He's a good he's a real big lot of people that are trying to He's a very good resource. I've just become aware of this too. So go ahead, Carl. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah. And and so on the territorial side, the territorial side, the sovereign takes advantage of this
- 1:30:16by
- 1:30:17addressing the debt
- 1:30:20that
- 1:30:21United
- 1:30:22States is in receivership for, and they create these sesquivi
- 1:30:26bonds
- 1:30:27that relates to FDR 1933
- 1:30:31IRS yada yada yada. Okay then on the other side of this it means the municipal
- 1:30:36corporation,
- 1:30:38the District Of Columbia,
- 1:30:40they
- 1:30:41use the same instrument
- 1:30:43and the bonds are called a foreign situs trust,
- 1:30:47foreign situs situs, however you wanna pronounce
- 1:30:50Unknown: it. S I T U S? S I And then Is that S I T U S? Yeah.
- 1:30:57Unknown: Yeah. Foreign Citizens Trust.
- 1:30:59Now the the bonds the bonds for the territorial side of this, you will find
- 1:31:05go back to the city of IMF, City of London,
- 1:31:09the fund.
- 1:31:11Okay.
- 1:31:12Tim Geithner.
- 1:31:13Keep keep some of this in mind when you're when you guys are watching All the Plenary's
- 1:31:18Men.
- 1:31:20Okay.
- 1:31:21I'm trying to we've got a picture. I'm trying to color it in.
- 1:31:25Okay? Trying to put color colorize the picture here.
- 1:31:29Okay? On the other side of this, on the municipal side of this, we have
- 1:31:34the congress
- 1:31:36and the foreign citizen trust
- 1:31:39and the bonds that are created out of that.
- 1:31:43And,
- 1:31:45where does that go back to?
- 1:31:48Where do those bonds go back to? Who's holding those bonds?
- 1:31:52Okay.
- 1:31:53And so I'm gonna drop the hammer here a little bit.
- 1:31:56I'm just gonna say very clearly and slowly,
- 1:31:59that's
- 1:32:01Rome.
- 1:32:03Okay. It goes back to
- 1:32:05Roman Catholic.
- 1:32:06Rome
- 1:32:08holds those bonds.
- 1:32:10Alright?
- 1:32:11So
- 1:32:12you you may not you may not go to church, but all of you are Catholic.
- 1:32:18And
- 1:32:20and
- 1:32:21and you're gonna tithe you're gonna tithe one one way or the damn other. Yeah. There is. Okay? You're you're gonna be tithing.
- 1:32:29And and so when we get when we get right back to it is is who is the sovereign
- 1:32:37of that if you if you follow the money and you'll find that the sovereign there there's there's different jurisdictions. There's different sovereigns.
- 1:32:47They
- 1:32:48they're holding different bonds
- 1:32:51in bondage
- 1:32:53and using different forms of law
- 1:32:55to achieve remedies
- 1:32:57for the benefits.
- 1:32:59And
- 1:33:00and so
- 1:33:03Unknown: For whose benefit?
- 1:33:05Unknown: Go ahead. Chuck, what was your Who's
- 1:33:08that? For whose benefit? I think For whose benefit?
- 1:33:16Unknown: Ultimate. Their benefit? Of course.
- 1:33:18Unknown: That's because if you hold the bonds, guess what you get?
- 1:33:24Unknown: Control.
- 1:33:25Unknown: You get a bond payment coupon.
- 1:33:29And so, you've given them a bunch of money to run the country over whatever you determine three months, five months, one year, three years, ten years, thirty years,
- 1:33:39and every year determined by which bond you purchase,
- 1:33:42they're gonna give you a coupon payment back.
- 1:33:46You financed the country
- 1:33:48for that period of time, they went into their property and extracted
- 1:33:52some of their results of their labor, and they pay off the bondholders.
- 1:33:57It's that simple. Yeah.
- 1:34:02Unknown: And I
- 1:34:03they had
- 1:34:06Darryl.
- 1:34:08You they
- 1:34:09have
- 1:34:10there have been many people trying to reclaim this that
- 1:34:17Male Chuck dropped out there now. Find a way to do that. Hello?
- 1:34:23I did.
- 1:34:24Okay. Well Chuck's on his blue too. You Some you're who who's ever talking is it it's it's cutting out. Yeah. And I I think I grabbed the gist of that, but I I just wanna address that by saying,
- 1:34:40at this point in this conversation
- 1:34:43today,
- 1:34:44I really
- 1:34:45don't wanna go down that path.
- 1:34:49Not that I wouldn't be willing to in the future, but
- 1:34:54because it's a very appropriate and reasonable
- 1:34:58part of this conversation
- 1:34:59in remedies
- 1:35:01but
- 1:35:02I think it's
- 1:35:05twelfth grade and not first grade.
- 1:35:08So
- 1:35:11the
- 1:35:13so
- 1:35:14I'm trying to lay the foundation where we have a bunch of of minds here
- 1:35:18and considered people who have consideration
- 1:35:22spent a lot of time and effort
- 1:35:25in trying to put this in a
- 1:35:27context where people can approach this
- 1:35:30and take something away from it
- 1:35:34without a lot of fancy language.
- 1:35:36And I I think some of that's been done today.
- 1:35:40And
- 1:35:42so the point I wanna get back to is is how the municipal government
- 1:35:47is using
- 1:35:49oppression and tyranny and duress and coercion
- 1:35:53on your daily life
- 1:35:57on the ground when you leave your when you leave the the house you're in and you go out on the road or
- 1:36:04just your your daily operation.
- 1:36:06And I want you to understand that that jurisdiction is different than the territorial jurisdiction.
- 1:36:12And you're dealing with a different sovereign.
- 1:36:16And and
- 1:36:18so this is this is a point where some of this con controversy might come in at this point.
- 1:36:23So
- 1:36:26does
- 1:36:27I
- 1:36:28I'm operating on the pro premise
- 1:36:31and going forward
- 1:36:32that I have to address
- 1:36:35this municipal jurisdiction
- 1:36:37Unknown: What's
- 1:36:38the Let me ask a question. In order to separate
- 1:36:41myself. What's the what's the municipal jurisdiction
- 1:36:45based upon?
- 1:36:51Residents. A presumption.
- 1:36:54A presumption that you're a resident. Yeah. Presumption. Okay. Yeah. So, my point is with all of the history here and I know it's important and I know that it's in interesting to a lot of people, but the bottom line is, if you file that affidavit,
- 1:37:09now I want to bring in the municipal thing. You file it with the Secretary of State,
- 1:37:14now you come back to where you live,
- 1:37:17and you go put it on the property rolls if they'll let you. If you can't put it on the property rolls because they want to call you a sovereign citizen,
- 1:37:25then if you want to sleep better at night, you go put it in the legal organ of your town.
- 1:37:32Every town or county has a legal organ where the lawyers post all the legal notices because that's the front end of due process.
- 1:37:41So find either the property records or the legal organ of your town and post your affidavit in there. It's going to cost you a little bit of okay? But now, you too have fulfilled from the reverse
- 1:37:54that front end of due process.
- 1:37:56Now, after that's done, you take with a nice cover letter or even better yet, deliver it personally
- 1:38:03and deliver it to the sheriff of your county
- 1:38:07and let him know it is on file with the Secretary of State that rebuts the overall presumption.
- 1:38:13I am buttressing that by filing it in my local county
- 1:38:18setting up due process. If anyone has reason or proof that this is not true, you've got the right to be heard.
- 1:38:27But nobody ever does because it's based on truth. Now you've covered all your bases. Well,
- 1:38:36Unknown: this is this is this
- 1:38:39is an important consideration for
- 1:38:42people involved in in the truth and with
- 1:38:45the outcomes that we are
- 1:38:48so that you you understand
- 1:38:50everybody has a a work good working understanding
- 1:38:54that
- 1:38:58a lot of times left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing, okay, particularly when we're dealing with these different governments and different forms of government
- 1:39:06and different jurisdictions and different laws.
- 1:39:09It's since you're the one that's trying to acquire
- 1:39:13the benefit of your status standing and capacity,
- 1:39:16it's,
- 1:39:18I think, incumbent upon us
- 1:39:20or whoever you are out there to
- 1:39:24apply full knowledge and applicate and apply these things with your property records, your sheriff,
- 1:39:31or the the the local
- 1:39:34police
- 1:39:36organ of record
- 1:39:37do these things
- 1:39:39so that you have a a basis
- 1:39:42and something to to point to that's actually in their jurisdiction.
- 1:39:47Right. And
- 1:39:49Unknown: it it might it might preempt a lot of pain and suffering for you in the future. Well, and, you know, let's go back to judge Learned Hand's statement. To claim one's rights, one must be a belligerent claimant.
- 1:40:00In a sense, even though you're not in their face yelling and screaming,
- 1:40:04when you post these documents locally,
- 1:40:07you're being a belligerent claimant.
- 1:40:09When you post it nationally with the Secretary of State, let me tell you what you're doing here, folks, you're speaking truth to power,
- 1:40:19and power backs down
- 1:40:21every time.
- 1:40:22Okay.
- 1:40:25Unknown: Yeah. Well,
- 1:40:27yeah, I mean I mean, it takes it takes a whole lot more energy to perpetuate lies. The the truth will pretty much defend itself
- 1:40:35if it if it has a champion.
- 1:40:37And
- 1:40:38so
- 1:40:40here's here's the thing is that after you've done these things okay. Let's say these these things have been done. The what's been advocated.
- 1:40:47These things are all done.
- 1:40:49Okay. Now you're claiming to be out of a out of a different status standing capacity
- 1:40:55outside of that jurisdiction.
- 1:40:56You're not resident to it.
- 1:40:58And then by the way,
- 1:41:00at that point,
- 1:41:02unless you're a backslider, you have to start living different.
- 1:41:05Unknown: Yep.
- 1:41:06If you don't start living different, it's all living. Different. If you don't start living and thinking different, it's all for nothing.
- 1:41:16Unknown: Right.
- 1:41:17I mean, maybe we should maybe we could get some of those, those little, tokens medallions do they do for Alcoholics Anonymous where if you're if you're off the wagon for, you know, three months and six months and
- 1:41:29nine months, you know,
- 1:41:31or if you stay on the wagon, you know, you get a token. I've been I've been sober for a year.
- 1:41:37Unknown: Okay. I got my year token. What they what they do So Because I've got a background in Alcoholics Anonymous through my family. Let me tell you what they do, Darryl and I want to make a statement.
- 1:41:48They give you at the end of a first year, they give you a silver dollar.
- 1:41:52Okay, for three months and six months, you get little chips but at the end of a year of sobriety,
- 1:41:58they give you a silver dollar and every year past that that you are sober, they drill a hole in it.
- 1:42:05And my father had one with 17 holes in it.
- 1:42:11Unknown: Holy moly. Wow. Wow.
- 1:42:13You know, that's
- 1:42:15that's so that's so holy, it could almost be sacred. Yep. So
- 1:42:20the
- 1:42:22the the let me let me talk to some of the people that are
- 1:42:27trying to
- 1:42:28trying to apply, put in effect
- 1:42:31this information and knowledge
- 1:42:33and these truths.
- 1:42:37If you have a a business and you're incorporated,
- 1:42:42you're in trouble.
- 1:42:43Okay? If you have an LLC,
- 1:42:45you're in trouble.
- 1:42:47Alright? Explain, please. Because that LLC that LLC
- 1:42:51Unknown: Is a person.
- 1:42:53Unknown: Is
- 1:42:54and and you are you are the authorized signatory
- 1:42:59to that.
- 1:43:00And
- 1:43:01so
- 1:43:04you you have to see that that whole incorporation thing, that's a different form of law.
- 1:43:10Comes from a different charter.
- 1:43:12It comes and charter comes from a sovereign who sanctions that.
- 1:43:16Who's sanctioning that, that corporation?
- 1:43:19Okay? Then you become subservient, a franchise to the state again. Here's a question to that. Here's a question And they will want their they will want their tithing. Let me let me bring up something on that. Big. Which is which is the pass through corporation?
- 1:43:33Unknown: There's one corporation that's simply to use as an entity to pass things through. Is it subchapter s?
- 1:43:42You
- 1:43:44Unknown: would have to talk to somebody
- 1:43:47much more often than
- 1:43:49Unknown: me. A lot of people use them in tax planning, okay? And here's here's my thinking.
- 1:43:55If you've got a sub chapter S corp that's a pass through corp and you set it up as a US National because they can't say you can't set one up.
- 1:44:04There's no law against the national setting up a a pass through corporation.
- 1:44:08If you're using that and the money comes through and passes through the corporation, it has none left and transfers it to the guy that's the national behind it and there's no tax obligation,
- 1:44:22what do they do?
- 1:44:24Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:44:25Well, I mean, these are I mean, you know, in in three minutes or you've you've made a really good case for talking to somebody who knows a lot more about that than I do. What I am saying,
- 1:44:37I can only speak to what I what I know I really believe and have applied. And
- 1:44:43and so what I'm saying is if you if you were just setting up a standard LLC and you're in business
- 1:44:50and you think you're gonna separate yourself from their jurisdiction,
- 1:44:56you are
- 1:44:59mightily deceived. You know, Darryl, I'm trying to come here. For
- 1:45:04Unknown: five years, I worked with a guy named Dean Allen,
- 1:45:07and Dean Allen had been taught by another guy who'd figured it out,
- 1:45:11and he had a way of getting people legitimately
- 1:45:14out of the tax system, and they never had a problem. None of his clients ever had a problem because it was set up straight off of the code, okay? Now, if you were gonna do it with your business, Darryl, here's what we'd do. We'd come in and sit down, talk to Darryl, find out everything that you need to know, and we'd set up what's
- 1:45:32called a general partnership
- 1:45:34there in your business into a general partnership. Now,
- 1:45:39that was just when LLCs
- 1:45:41were starting to come in, and a lot of people wanted just not every state had LLCs,
- 1:45:47Limited Liability Corporations,
- 1:45:48yet, and so we stuck with the partnership deal because it was tried and proven.
- 1:45:55You got a general partner and another partner,
- 1:45:57okay?
- 1:45:58And so you would be, let's say, the operating partner,
- 1:46:02and the general partner
- 1:46:04would be owned by a corporation
- 1:46:07in Panama or The Caribbean,
- 1:46:10and that would make it in the tax code effectively connected,
- 1:46:15because the general partner offshore
- 1:46:17was
- 1:46:19your partner onshore,
- 1:46:20so there's still a tax liability there.
- 1:46:23Effectively connected is the word they use. So what Dean figured out, this guy taught him, they'd set up two offshore corporations,
- 1:46:32generally with bearer bonds,
- 1:46:34which means they weren't registered anywhere, so you couldn't go find out who the owners are.
- 1:46:40So you'd take the profits from your business, you'd transfer them to the first corporation,
- 1:46:46that's a taxable event, but then this first corporation
- 1:46:50would transfer it to the second one, which is not effectively connected to the general partnership
- 1:46:57and you bring your profits right back into the states and boom, you got no taxation on it. It's clean. That's the way the corporations are set up. That's
- 1:47:05how they all Apple,
- 1:47:07all these corporations that have these huge tax liabilities and stuff in Ireland and all over the world. That's why is they're set up in that method. That's fine.
- 1:47:19Unknown: And what do you call that? If you you What what you're just what you're describing there, Roger,
- 1:47:24what you're describing there
- 1:47:26for for people that that want to
- 1:47:30understand that a little bit more and how it's been applied
- 1:47:34by the city of London is,
- 1:47:36here again go on YouTube and watch a video called the spider's
- 1:47:41web. Excellent video. And
- 1:47:45this is this is that,
- 1:47:47you know, from your description
- 1:47:50in offshore accounts
- 1:47:52which are readily available in The Caribbean and the British
- 1:47:56East,
- 1:47:58British Caribbean,
- 1:47:59British Virgin America
- 1:48:02and a lot of the the Caribbean Islands.
- 1:48:05This is
- 1:48:06this is how the city of London
- 1:48:09operates
- 1:48:10literally outside of parliamentary oversight
- 1:48:14and taxation.
- 1:48:16Unknown: Yep.
- 1:48:16Unknown: And
- 1:48:18so,
- 1:48:19I mean, you know, for a guy I mean, I I'm kind of I'm kind of down on the ground here, nuts and bolts,
- 1:48:26sort of a common guy.
- 1:48:28And,
- 1:48:30you know, I'm not I'm not talking about a bunch of employees,
- 1:48:33and,
- 1:48:35I I don't I don't do business.
- 1:48:37I don't do commerce. I do trade. Right. I trade. Daryl, let me make a can I make a And Can I make a small correction?
- 1:48:45Unknown: Go ahead. You are far from common. Yeah. Go ahead. You're far from common.
- 1:48:52Unknown: Well No. You're not common. You're not common.
- 1:48:56I
- 1:48:58listen listen. I
- 1:49:01I try my very best to take the complicated
- 1:49:05and
- 1:49:05make it approachable. Yep. And how and and to that end, I wanna apply it. I wanna apply it in my life
- 1:49:13and I also want to show people
- 1:49:17give them guidance or a direction or a
- 1:49:20format
- 1:49:22to where they can take,
- 1:49:24you know, take a guy who's got a lawn service business and he's got a,
- 1:49:30you know, he's got an 80 he's got a a 2,000
- 1:49:33Dodge pickup and he's pulling a trailer and he's got, you know, a riding mower on it and a couple of weed eaters and he's he's he's he's making a life for himself
- 1:49:43by work
- 1:49:45and doing trade. Okay? He he
- 1:49:48you know, I mean, I'm I'm talking about that level to so men and women can be come independent and self sufficient
- 1:49:56on the land
- 1:49:58and and not be involved in all the chicanery
- 1:50:01and corruption
- 1:50:02and,
- 1:50:05you know, to set up these to set up these entities
- 1:50:08of,
- 1:50:11you know, partnerships
- 1:50:13and all this stuff, at some point, it's gonna involve
- 1:50:16liars and attorneys.
- 1:50:18And and so
- 1:50:20I'm not saying, you know, maybe some people have enough business,
- 1:50:24big enough lifestyles,
- 1:50:26whatever plans that
- 1:50:28that's something they could do. But I I just wanna talk to the address the common man and woman who's just trying to,
- 1:50:35you know,
- 1:50:36Unknown: make an honest living. Let me tell you why this conversation is so viable is because we've got a good listener out there named Patrick up in Memphis
- 1:50:44that has quite a towing business that wants to convert and go through this change and convert his whole business operations
- 1:50:52over to a based on these principles
- 1:50:55and I don't know anybody that's done it before. So, any type of discussion and things we can explore such as a subchapter S pass through corporation
- 1:51:06that could be set up. It's the person but it's a pass through and all of the profits of the business go over to the US National
- 1:51:14and he's got no taxable obligation. So,
- 1:51:17that it's real important because I'd like to see people moving in this direction that are self employed
- 1:51:23that after we've got a cookie cutter and and somebody that's gone through it that we can go back definitively
- 1:51:30and say, this works, this works, and this works.
- 1:51:34So, it is really important. Now, the good thing we got going on here is you got Pepper
- 1:51:39who's the and
- 1:51:41and Patrick that work together which are hell of a legal team and you got Brent tied in there too which now who now understands this much better. So, I think we're on the right track and I'm very excited about it. Daryl, I'm very excited about what you got going in Etowah County up there that there's more people moving to the county and at some point in the future, maybe we'll have at least 12 people in Etowah County that have filed an affidavit
- 1:52:08and now we can set up a citizen's grand jury with teeth.
- 1:52:14Now those two things I'm real excited about that are an outgrowth of my work and a way to extend it and make it real on the ground.
- 1:52:26Unknown: The there's
- 1:52:29those are those are great
- 1:52:32objectives.
- 1:52:33And
- 1:52:34in order to reach those objectives, you have to do the preliminary work. Yep.
- 1:52:39And
- 1:52:40one of the one of the first preliminary things you can do is,
- 1:52:45you know, take a deep breath, relax, let your shoulders down,
- 1:52:49get a hold of the information,
- 1:52:52work it into it
- 1:52:54piece by piece. You don't have to do it all in one day.
- 1:52:58And because it requires
- 1:53:00it's it's like not being an alcoholic and and going on a diet. It it it
- 1:53:05has to be a lifestyle choice
- 1:53:09Unknown: that you spend the rest of your life doing. And see, the thing is, the information is so powerful that it changes the way you think and you can't change the way you think without changing the way you live.
- 1:53:22Now, let for people that are new. Yep. I mean, these are. Thomas, some of your bunches out there.
- 1:53:28We got some newer people drifting back in. James Taylor's come back among our group. I would highly suggest
- 1:53:35that you go back and go to YouTube
- 1:53:38and in the search bar, put the science of law
- 1:53:42and you listen to that video
- 1:53:45until you know it by heart.
- 1:53:54You get those basic concepts
- 1:53:57that they don't teach in any law school in The United States anymore, that are the basis of substantive law, and you can go through these guys like crap through a goose.
- 1:54:12Unknown: You can't
- 1:54:13so if if we address if we address one of the objectives is to have a
- 1:54:19a
- 1:54:21common law general assembly
- 1:54:24in a county,
- 1:54:27let's say let's say here in Alabama,
- 1:54:30all parties to that
- 1:54:32have to absolutely
- 1:54:34be
- 1:54:36Unknown: nationals. Yep. They have to. You can't
- 1:54:39Unknown: have any you can't have any of you you have to.
- 1:54:43Otherwise
- 1:54:44otherwise
- 1:54:45Unknown: You have no access to the common law. Or
- 1:54:50Unknown: and and you're also
- 1:54:52trying to
- 1:54:54act on dual citizenship between being a
- 1:54:57a state national and a US citizen,
- 1:55:01and now,
- 1:55:02you've created a controversy.
- 1:55:04Unknown: Yes.
- 1:55:05Unknown: Okay. And
- 1:55:06and so at that point at that point,
- 1:55:11you can look at
- 1:55:13the the Bundies the Bundies out in Nevada.
- 1:55:17They were they were trying to claim a status
- 1:55:21that they didn't have. Yep. Okay.
- 1:55:24And this is why they got in trouble. Yep. If you look at the Colorado nine if you look at the Colorado nine,
- 1:55:31they were trying to claim a status
- 1:55:34that
- 1:55:35and still operate in the in The US citizenship
- 1:55:38jurisdiction.
- 1:55:40If you look at the Idaho Freeman,
- 1:55:43okay, this goes on and on. You you can't have it both ways. You have to
- 1:55:49you have to pick a damn lane
- 1:55:52and get in it. Yep.
- 1:55:54And
- 1:55:56you can't you know, we all know if you run down the middle of the road, some 18 wheeler or a blonde on a cell phone is gonna take you out. Okay? And
- 1:56:05if if you're if you're Lavoie Finnecombe, they'll just shoot you in the back. Yeah. Alright? And they do. And
- 1:56:12and so
- 1:56:13so pick a lane.
- 1:56:15Okay? Decide decide,
- 1:56:17you know, and if you're and if you you know, and be careful. If you pick a lane and you go to England, it's the other lane. Yeah. Yeah. You gotta be careful. What jurisdiction you're in?
- 1:56:27Unknown: Hey, listen on that. We're about to hear a whistle. I mean, that's yeah. And so I wanna thank Darryl with all the confusion and the technical stuff we've had to overcome today. We finally got it in the right lane
- 1:56:38and we'll be back in this lane tomorrow with Paul.
- 1:56:41And I have not had any indication of what we might talk about, but there's a lot of Brexit stuff going on and a lot of other stuff to talk about that's important, these videos
- 1:56:50which are floating around, which are so important with the background knowledge,
- 1:56:54so we'll be back and do it tomorrow. Daryl, we'll continue on this because it's real important to people to understand how it works in their own backyard.
- 1:57:02We know how it works on the big picture but you gotta get it working in your backyard too and so I appreciate the chance to discuss this and we'll, there's a lot more discussion to be had in it and we'll do it. So, I want to thank all of y'all. Imma go have lunch. Imma
- 1:57:16go have lunch with the expats today. Got a couple new people coming and so I need to go get ready and I'll see y'all tomorrow. Have a good day, okay?
- 1:57:26Unknown: Thank
- 1:57:27Unknown: you. Bye, Nora. Thanks. Thanks everybody for participating.
- 1:57:32Ciao. Ciao.
- 1:58:21Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
