Powerball Passes $300M, New York ticket holder wins $1M, Mega Millions climbs to $261M · The Lottery Rundown: Powerball & Mega Millions Results, Trends and News

Powerball Passes 300 Million! This is The Lottery Rundown for Sunday September 20th Powerball drew Saturday night with 18, 30, 41, 45 and 68, plus Powerball 10 and a 2X multiplier. Nobody hit the jackpot, but one ticket holder in New York matched all five white balls for a one million dollar payday. What would you do if five numbers suddenly promoted you to millionaire? White ball 41 returned after 19 drawings away and remains one of the five least-drawn white balls over the past six years, with 49 appearances. It finally left the witness protection program. Monday’s jackpot climbs to 313 million dollars, with a cash value of 133 million 600 thousand dollars. That could buy a private fleet of Zambonis for every backyard puddle you can find. The jackpot has now rolled through 16 drawings and 38 days, a fairly ordinary stretch by recent standards. Moving to Mega Millions, the last draw was Friday, September 18, with 4, 9, 24, 56 and 68, plus Mega Ball 1. No ticket matched all six. White ball 24 returned after 27 drawings away, the longest absence among Friday’s five, while Mega Ball 1 sits among the five most-drawn Mega Balls of the past six years with 29 appearances. Tuesday’s jackpot is estimated at 261 million dollars, with a cash value of 110 million 500 thousand dollars. The run stands at 15 drawings and 52 days without a jackpot winner, still a pretty normal wait.
