- 7:32Speaker 4: I am drinking my water and mine in my business.
- 7:36Speaker 5: Just think about how the world would be if everybody

- 8:07Speaker 5: one who needs to know, because every two weeks I
- 8:11Speaker 5: am on inspiring and empowering people to live their best
- 8:18Speaker 5: life despite obstacles. And circumstances, and tonight we're gonna begin
- 8:27Speaker 5: like we always do. The Word says that whatever you do,
- 8:33Speaker 5: do it in Jesus' name, So we're going to.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Begin with a prayer. On tonight. Dear Heven the Father,
- 8:41Speaker 4: we thank you for this platform.
- 8:45Speaker 5: On tonight, we thank you for the vigetary Queen Angela
- 8:51Speaker 5: and the heart for the people that you have given up.
- 8:57Speaker 5: It is not about us, but it's about the building
- 9:02Speaker 5: up of your kingdom. God's in the people who need
- 9:08Speaker 5: to hear this message in the name of Jesus, prepare
- 9:14Speaker 5: their hearts in their minds. We thank you for all
- 9:20Speaker 5: that you have done in our lives. Once again, we
- 9:24Speaker 5: thank you for this platform, and we thank you for
- 9:28Speaker 5: the Queen. And despite despite everything that she's going through,
- 9:34Speaker 5: she still continues to show up. She's a role model
- 9:40Speaker 5: for despite what you're going through. Even though our hearts
- 9:45Speaker 5: are heavy, our hearts are laiden down.
- 11:41Speaker 3: You're trying to get these technical issues worked out. I'll
- 11:45Speaker 3: tell you the enemy is busy tonight, but yet we press.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Y'all know, we don't stop. I think she's back. You
- 11:51Speaker 3: can hear, yes, we can hear her, We can hear.
- 11:58Speaker 5: Okay, billions is accepting your new reality, even if it
- 12:05Speaker 5: is less good than the.
- 12:07Speaker 4: One you had before. You can fight it.
- 12:12Speaker 5: You can do nothing but scream about what you lost,
- 12:16Speaker 5: or you can accept that and try to put together
- 12:20Speaker 5: something that is good. And that by a little big
- 12:25Speaker 5: Edwards And that's a quote that I live by. I
- 12:30Speaker 5: learned how to embrace the things that I still can
- 12:35Speaker 5: do and accept the things that I can do nothing about.
- 12:41Speaker 5: But once tonight, I'm gonna tell you two ways to
- 12:45Speaker 5: build your resilience. Resilience refers to how well you deal
- 12:52Speaker 5: with and bounce back from the difficults of life. It
- 12:56Speaker 5: can mean the difference between handle the pressure and losing
- 13:01Speaker 5: your pool. Resilient people tend to maintain a more positive
- 13:08Speaker 5: outlook and cope with stress more effectively reasons shown. While
- 13:15Speaker 5: some people seem to come by resilience naturalie, these behaviors
- 13:22Speaker 5: can also be learned whether you're going through a tough
- 13:27Speaker 5: time now or you want to be preferred for future challenges.
- 13:33Speaker 5: You can build your resilience by one by their purpose.
- 13:40Speaker 4: Two believe it in yourself.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Three developing an exocial network, four embracing change, five being optimistic.
- 13:53Speaker 5: Six nurture yourself seven, develop problems, solveing skills eight, establishing goal,
- 14:04Speaker 5: live taking action, and tend self andmprovement. If we practice
- 14:13Speaker 5: these things, we will be able to build up our resilience.
- 14:21Speaker 5: Finding a sense of purpose can help you find meaning
- 14:25Speaker 5: and life challenges.
- 14:28Speaker 4: Instead of being discouraged by your problems.
- 14:32Speaker 5: With a defined purpose, you'll be more motivated to learn
- 14:37Speaker 5: from fads, experiences, and keep going. Examples of purpose include
- 14:44Speaker 5: building a support system of loved ones. I would have
- 14:49Speaker 5: never been able to make it through this journey without
- 14:55Speaker 5: my support system of my family and my church. Giving
- 15:01Speaker 5: voice to a social movement, leading a healthy lifestyle, learning
- 15:10Speaker 5: about different cultures, making art or music, serving your community,
- 15:18Speaker 5: and the faces of emotional hardship such as the death,
- 15:22Speaker 5: fall of the loved one or the loss of relationship.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Finding a sense of purpose can be especially important for
- 15:32Speaker 5: your recovery. This might be might mean becoming involved in
- 15:38Speaker 5: your community, cultivating your spirituality, or participating in activity the
- 15:46Speaker 5: meaningful to you. Excuse me, Believe in your abilities, acting confidence,
- 15:54Speaker 5: and your own ability to cope with the stresses of
- 15:57Speaker 5: life can play important ord and resilience.
- 16:02Speaker 4: Becoming more confident and our own abilities, including your ability
- 16:08Speaker 4: to respond to and deal with a crisis is a
- 16:13Speaker 4: great way to build resilience for the future. Listen to
- 16:19Speaker 4: what negative comments in your head.
- 16:22Speaker 5: When you hear them, practice immediately replacing them with positive
- 16:28Speaker 5: one such as I can do this, I can do
- 16:31Speaker 5: all things to Christ who strengthens me. God has not
- 16:36Speaker 5: given us to be the feelings of fear. Research is
- 16:42Speaker 5: devastated that yourself the themes plays an important part and
- 16:51Speaker 5: coping with stress and recovering from difficult events. Remind yourself
- 16:58Speaker 5: of your strength in your accomplishment. Develop a strong social network.
- 17:05Speaker 5: It's important that people you can go by in having
- 17:10Speaker 5: carus be what people around you act as a protective
- 17:15Speaker 5: factor during times of crisis. While simply talking about a
- 17:20Speaker 5: situation want to break a loved one won't make your
- 17:25Speaker 5: troubles go away, but it allows you to share your feelings,
- 17:30Speaker 5: get some port, receive positive feedback, and come up with
- 17:35Speaker 5: possible suits and with in solusions to your problems and
- 17:40Speaker 5: break change. Flexibility is a central part of resilience. By
- 17:47Speaker 5: learning to be more adaptable, you're better equipped to respond
- 17:53Speaker 5: when faced with a life crisis.
- 17:56Speaker 4: That's why I've spoke.
- 17:58Speaker 5: On earlier that I learned how to embrace the things
- 18:04Speaker 5: that I still do and exact thing that I can do.
- 18:10Speaker 4: There's nothing I can do about it. I can't change it.
- 18:14Speaker 4: I have to learn how to.
- 18:16Speaker 5: Like James fortun said in his song live Through It,
- 18:22Speaker 5: that whatever comes my way, I have to learn how
- 18:27Speaker 5: to live through it and not just live, but live my.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Best life. So embrace change. Be optimistic.
- 18:41Speaker 5: Staying optimistic during dark periods can be difficult.
- 18:47Speaker 4: But ain't.
- 18:48Speaker 5: An ahful outlook is an important part of resilience. What
- 18:55Speaker 5: keeps me going every day is that I have the
- 18:59Speaker 5: problems of God that I am gonna walk again one day.
- 19:06Speaker 5: This is a process, and I'm trusting the process and
- 19:11Speaker 5: being optimistic passive thinking. Nurture yourself when you're stress. It
- 19:19Speaker 5: can be easy to neglect your own needs, losing your appetise,
- 19:26Speaker 5: enduring exercise and not getting enough sleep or all common
- 19:31Speaker 5: reactions to a crisis situations. But focused for yourself, take
- 19:39Speaker 5: care of your own needs. Develop problem solving skills. Research
- 19:48Speaker 5: death that fo will come up with solutions to a problem,
- 19:53Speaker 5: tend to coat more productally with stress compared to those
- 20:00Speaker 5: Oh don't, so develop your problem solve tray and your
- 20:08Speaker 5: problem solved strateging to find a solution to your problems.
- 20:15Speaker 4: That's goal.
- 20:17Speaker 5: Crisis situations are jointing, they might even sing insurvivable. Resultant
- 20:25Speaker 5: people are able to view these situations in reliftant way
- 20:32Speaker 5: and then set reasonable goals to deal with the problem.
- 20:38Speaker 5: I know that in learning to walk again, I gotta
- 20:43Speaker 5: go through a process. I gotta build up my other body.
- 20:47Speaker 4: Stressed, I.
- 20:51Speaker 5: Be able to get into a oil and I got
- 20:55Speaker 5: a dead transfer to a wheelchair.
- 20:59Speaker 4: So I have dearly goals that will get me where
- 21:04Speaker 4: I need to be. Take action.
- 21:09Speaker 5: Simply waiting for a problem to go away on its
- 21:13Speaker 5: own only prolormed the crisis.
- 21:17Speaker 4: Take action in your own life. I have to.
- 21:22Speaker 5: I had to on my own look for physical thirties.
- 21:27Speaker 5: Look by, I could based it the thirties. Don't accept
- 21:30Speaker 5: no more answer, but keep going, keep looking for a solution,
- 21:37Speaker 5: and after a while you will take action in your
- 21:43Speaker 5: own life. If you sit out of leave by and
- 21:47Speaker 5: think it's going to fall from the sky, that's insane.
- 21:50Speaker 4: It's not. You Gotta take action in your own life.
- 21:58Speaker 5: Keep working all your skills resilience besides time to build,
- 22:03Speaker 5: so don't get discaraged.
- 22:06Speaker 4: If you still.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Struggle to code for prabatic activities. And the main thing
- 22:13Speaker 5: to do the number ten things is to work on yourself.
- 22:22Speaker 5: See where you get built up your resilgence. Understand that
- 22:29Speaker 5: there are things that you cannot change. Worrying about is
- 22:34Speaker 5: not going.
- 22:35Speaker 4: To change it. Crying over it is not going to
- 22:39Speaker 4: change it.
- 22:40Speaker 5: But if you want to be able to go through
- 22:44Speaker 5: something and stand, you have to be resilient knowing that
- 22:49Speaker 5: there's an antier problem, knowing that God has a plan
- 22:54Speaker 5: for your life. So if you don't remember anything else
- 22:58Speaker 5: that I said on tonight, remember to embrace the things
- 23:07Speaker 5: that life that you have control over and accept the
- 23:13Speaker 5: things and life that you do not have control over.
- 23:20Speaker 5: Once again, this is Privates Team where every two weeks
- 23:28Speaker 5: my mission is to inspire and motivate others to live
- 23:36Speaker 5: through their difficult and it's monical obstacles to live their
- 23:45Speaker 5: best life.
- 23:46Speaker 4: And like always, we're gonna end with a prayer.
- 23:51Speaker 5: Yeah, having a father, We thank you for tonight despite
- 23:57Speaker 5: the enemy trying ah, we thank you.
- 24:02Speaker 4: We thank you for take doucty.
- 24:04Speaker 5: Once again, we thank you for Queen Angela allways being ready.
- 24:11Speaker 5: She's not getting ready, but she is always ready to
- 24:16Speaker 5: step in and take over and take charge, and we
- 24:22Speaker 5: thank her for that and the.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Name of Jesus.
- 24:26Speaker 5: And those who don't know you as the part of
- 24:30Speaker 5: their sins, those that don't know that you'll never leave
- 24:33Speaker 5: them or for sake them, we simple to accept you
- 24:40Speaker 5: on tonight. All they have to do is say, I'm
- 24:44Speaker 5: godly sorry, and I accept Jesus is my savior and
- 24:50Speaker 5: that he died on across for my sins.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Join our Bible, believe in church.
- 24:57Speaker 5: We can learn of the love of Jesus and see
- 25:02Speaker 5: the man of the station of his promises in your life.
- 25:07Speaker 5: And those of you who know who Jesus is compare
- 25:13Speaker 5: continue to run him to become more resilient. Everyday at
- 25:22Speaker 5: the Day of Jesus we pray Amen. And once again
- 25:28Speaker 5: I am probably out, but Thomas where I am staying
- 25:33Speaker 5: in my lane and drinking my water. And for the
- 25:38Speaker 5: next two weeks, do the same, and I'll see you
- 25:42Speaker 5: in two weeks. Remember life, share and common good night,
- 25:49Speaker 5: good night.
- 25:49Speaker 4: The night they have a dust stop
