- 0:57Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the Root, the Root, the
- 0:59Speaker 2: Root's on fire, War Zone. Welcome to the War Zone,
- 1:01Speaker 2: my podcast, Monday through Friday, two hours a day, 10
- 1:05Speaker 2: hours a week. of all the interesting news out there
- 1:08Speaker 2: and the root reaction to it. And you can find
- 1:12Speaker 2: it at Rumble. You can find it at TheGatewayPundit.com. We're
- 1:15Speaker 2: the official podcast of The Gateway Pundit. You can find
- 1:17Speaker 2: it at Patriot.TV. Patriot.TV. So I mentioned in Hour One
- 1:24Speaker 2: this amazing story of a senior citizen, 67-year-old man, in Queens,
- 1:29Speaker 2: New York, Kew Gardens, Queens, who defended himself against and
- 1:33Speaker 2: shot a, uh, a criminal who had a, you know,
- 1:35Speaker 2: a record this long, crimes his whole life, arrested by
- 1:39Speaker 2: the police, I think it was 14 times, 15 arrests,
- 1:44Speaker 2: dating back to 2004, and a record of mental illness, uh,
- 1:48Speaker 2: and the good guy, the good senior citizen showed him
- 1:50Speaker 2: his gun, and made him back off, right? No, he
- 1:53Speaker 2: didn't back off, he charged Adam even seeing the gun,
- 1:56Speaker 2: because he's mentally ill, obviously, and, uh, The guy that
- 2:01Speaker 2: got charged is the guy, the senior citizen who shot
- 2:04Speaker 2: him dead. He shot the would-be mugger dead, and he
- 2:10Speaker 2: faced 25 years in prison for having a gun that
- 2:13Speaker 2: he had no right to have, because in New York,
- 2:15Speaker 2: nobody can have a gun. They won't give you a gun.
- 2:19Speaker 2: You can't register a gun. You can't get a CCP.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Concealed carry permit, CCP. Can't get it. So you're just
- 2:27Speaker 2: a walking target. You're just fish in a barrel. It's
- 2:29Speaker 2: like shooting fish in a barrel. And I said this
- 2:32Speaker 2: the other day on the podcast. I said this just
- 2:35Speaker 2: the other day that, you know, if I was a woman,
- 2:38Speaker 2: the single greatest equalizer, because women have to be scared
- 2:41Speaker 2: all the time. You're on a bus, you're on a train,
- 2:45Speaker 2: even if you're in your car alone, any moment you're
- 2:48Speaker 2: walking in New York City, you need a gun. That's
- 2:51Speaker 2: the great equalizer. They can't do anything to you if
- 2:54Speaker 2: you got a gun. Not only can you shoot them dead,
- 2:56Speaker 2: but you just show it to them and they're scared
- 2:57Speaker 2: and they run. In this one case, he didn't run.
- 3:00Speaker 2: That shows you how important it was to have a gun.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Can you imagine what this young punk would have done
- 3:05Speaker 2: to this old man? Old man. He's three years older
- 3:09Speaker 2: than me. 67. He's only three years older than me.
- 3:12Speaker 2: What this young punk, mentally ill with 15 arrests, would
- 3:16Speaker 2: have done to this man if he hadn't shot him.
- 3:21Speaker 2: And yet, he faced 25 years in jail. And wait,
- 3:24Speaker 2: it gets worse. Now, he took a plea deal and
- 3:26Speaker 2: he's got four years in jail. And he's sentenced to
- 3:32Speaker 2: four years in jail and he'll start in January. So
- 3:36Speaker 2: he's actually able to spend one last Christmas with his
- 3:39Speaker 2: wife and family. And you know that the prosecutors in Queens,
- 3:42Speaker 2: this is how mentally ill everyone in New York is.
- 3:46Speaker 2: They're mad that he's going to remain at liberty and
- 3:48Speaker 2: able to celebrate Christmas with his wife. There were objections
- 3:53Speaker 2: from the Queens DA's office that he should spend the
- 3:56Speaker 2: holidays at Rikers Island. Wow. That is insane. His lawyer said,
- 4:06Speaker 2: we are grateful that Judge Cimino agreed to let Charlie
- 4:09Speaker 2: rejoice with his wife in the light of this Christmas
- 4:12Speaker 2: season before he begins his sentence. Listen, it just doesn't
- 4:17Speaker 2: make sense. Look, in every city, in every state, in
- 4:19Speaker 2: every country, murder is murder, right? And rape is rape, right?
- 4:23Speaker 2: Everywhere you go, it's the same crimes. Robbery is robbery.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Armed robbery is armed robbery, right? Raping a woman is
- 4:29Speaker 2: raping a woman. It doesn't change from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
- 4:34Speaker 2: So it's always shocking to me when something's a crime
- 4:36Speaker 2: in one place and not in another. It just doesn't
- 4:40Speaker 2: make sense. So if someone attacks me in Las Vegas,
- 4:43Speaker 2: I'm going to blow their brains out. And I have
- 4:45Speaker 2: every right to blow their brains out. They're attacking me.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I fear for my life. I'm not going to let
- 4:49Speaker 2: them kill me or my wife. I'm not going to
- 4:51Speaker 2: let them break into my house. I'm not going to
- 4:53Speaker 2: let them kill me or my family. I'm going to
- 4:55Speaker 2: shoot them dead. It's fine. Do the same thing in
- 4:58Speaker 2: New York. You go to jail. For what? For defending yourself?
- 5:03Speaker 2: You go to jail for a senior citizen against a
- 5:06Speaker 2: young punk? You go to jail for shooting him? It's
- 5:11Speaker 2: just not even possible to believe, to even believe that
- 5:15Speaker 2: this has happened. That he faced 25 years in prison
- 5:19Speaker 2: on gun charges. As his lawyer said, if this was
- 5:26Speaker 2: a state and a city that had its affairs in order, Mr.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Foner would be getting a plaque, not a prison sentence.
- 5:33Speaker 2: He'd be getting the key to the city. And you
- 5:36Speaker 2: think that's bad? Man with 49 prior arrests douses a
- 5:42Speaker 2: woman with gasoline, sets her on fire while screaming, bird bitch,
- 5:46Speaker 2: aboard a Chicago train. 49 prior arrests, long criminal record,
- 5:51Speaker 2: 10 felony cases. Six ended up with convictions ranging from
- 5:56Speaker 2: probation to 30 days in jail. Whoopee, wow. Six times
- 6:00Speaker 2: he got 30 days in jail. And the case of
- 6:03Speaker 2: one drug conviction, two years in Illinois State Prison. So
- 6:06Speaker 2: what happened was, the prosecutor, because long before he burnt
- 6:13Speaker 2: this woman, the prosecutor stands in front of a judge,
- 6:17Speaker 2: Judge Teresa Molina-Gonzalez. A woke, worthless piece of crap, scumbag,
- 6:24Speaker 2: communist judge who has blood in her hands. And the
- 6:29Speaker 2: prosecutor says, this lowlife with 49 prior arrests, he says,
- 6:38Speaker 2: you've got to put him away. You've got to put
- 6:41Speaker 2: him away. Because he has a lengthy criminal history and
- 6:46Speaker 2: that his next crime is likely to be violent. That's
- 6:49Speaker 2: what the prosecutor said. And the attorney, excuse me, the judge,
- 6:53Speaker 2: Melina Gonzalez, allowed him to walk free with an ankle
- 6:56Speaker 2: monitor with the following callous response to the prosecutor. I
- 7:01Speaker 2: can't keep everybody in jail because the state's attorney wants
- 7:04Speaker 2: me to. So then he went out and he lit
- 7:06Speaker 2: a woman on fire on a train. I've yet to
- 7:09Speaker 2: hear what happened to the woman. I guess she's still
- 7:11Speaker 2: alive but burned all over her body. I don't know. Horrible.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Good Samaritans came to her aid and extinguished the flames.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Hospitalized with severe injuries, her condition is unknown. Well, I
- 7:21Speaker 2: don't think it's unknown. I think it's horrendous. Her condition
- 7:24Speaker 2: is horrendous. So those are the two stories I lead
- 7:27Speaker 2: with today. This is what liberalism gets you. It gets
- 7:30Speaker 2: you put in prison for defending yourself against a scumbag
- 7:34Speaker 2: criminal with evil intentions as a senior citizen. And it
- 7:39Speaker 2: gets you burned and your life ruined for the crime
- 7:44Speaker 2: of riding a train with a scumbag because liberal judges
- 7:47Speaker 2: let the scumbag out with no bail. It's truly amazing
- 7:55Speaker 2: how anybody can accept liberalism. I have no idea. Just incredible.
- 8:00Speaker 2: And obviously they don't. They don't. Despite what just happened
- 8:04Speaker 2: on Election Day three weeks ago, or maybe it's almost
- 8:06Speaker 2: four weeks ago now. No, three weeks ago. We had
- 8:09Speaker 2: those few little minor elections in New Jersey, Virginia, New
- 8:13Speaker 2: York City, and California. Only in blue states. And we
- 8:18Speaker 2: lost badly in all of them. Because people in blue
- 8:21Speaker 2: states are insane, obviously. They don't mind this stuff. And
- 8:24Speaker 2: I keep explaining why. Because illegals are moving in. Felons
- 8:28Speaker 2: are moving in. And all the good people are moving out.
- 8:30Speaker 2: So every year, it gets harder and harder to ever
- 8:33Speaker 2: win a race in a blue state. Because everyone is
- 8:36Speaker 2: running for red states. So they won in a bunch
- 8:40Speaker 2: of blue states on election night. And they've blamed Trump
- 8:42Speaker 2: ever since. Trump's lost. Trump's over. We're going to lose
- 8:45Speaker 2: the midterms. Everyone's getting squirmy. Everyone's losing their mind. Meanwhile,
- 8:49Speaker 2: the DNC, the Democrat National Committee, just took out a
- 8:52Speaker 2: $ 15 million loan because they have no money for the midterms. Right?
- 8:57Speaker 2: They took out a $ 15 million loan because they're out
- 9:00Speaker 2: of money. And the Republican Party is filled with cash,
- 9:04Speaker 2: the most they've ever had. I don't see it in
- 9:06Speaker 2: this article, but I saw it in another article. The
- 9:08Speaker 2: RNC has, I think, $ 86 million. Democrats have nothing. They
- 9:13Speaker 2: had to take a loan of $ 15, 000. And the Republican
- 9:15Speaker 2: National Committee has 86 million, I believe, cash on hand.
- 9:19Speaker 2: And I heard that Trump has raised 2 billion for
- 9:21Speaker 2: the midterms. So, you know, he didn't waste it on
- 9:25Speaker 2: a bunch of blue states. He knew he wasn't going
- 9:27Speaker 2: to win the governorship of New Jersey. He knew he
- 9:29Speaker 2: wasn't going to win the governorship of Virginia. He knew
- 9:32Speaker 2: he wasn't going to win the mayor of New York City.
- 9:34Speaker 2: He knew he wasn't going to win the ballot initiative
- 9:36Speaker 2: in California. So Trump didn't waste his 2 billion on that.
- 9:41Speaker 2: He's going to spend it not on blue state candidates.
- 9:44Speaker 2: but on red state and swing state candidates for the midterms.
- 9:48Speaker 2: But the point is, why are Democrats out of money?
- 9:50Speaker 2: Because their message resonates with no one. So it doesn't
- 9:54Speaker 2: matter if they just won a few blue states. If
- 9:57Speaker 2: they were resonating, they'd have money. They've got no money.
- 10:03Speaker 2: They've got no money. Simple as that. When I get back,
- 10:07Speaker 2: what do we have left, Daniel? Okay. So when I
- 10:13Speaker 2: get back, I'll tell you a whole bunch of news
- 10:14Speaker 2: stories out there about food stamps and all the fraud
- 10:20Speaker 2: with food stamps, and also all the good that Trump
- 10:23Speaker 2: did in the last week. He's done some really good things.
- 10:25Speaker 2: And the average person doesn't hear it from the mainstream media,
- 10:28Speaker 2: but you're with the mainstream media. So you get to
- 10:31Speaker 2: hear it. It's just incredible to me, the fraud, the
- 10:35Speaker 2: fraud of food stamps. We'll talk about that when we
- 10:38Speaker 2: get back. And the good things that Trump does, and
- 10:42Speaker 2: even conservatives and MAGA bitch and moan all day long.
- 10:45Speaker 2: He's not perfect, believe me. I think he should have
- 10:47Speaker 2: cut off all funding to New York City. Just cut
- 10:51Speaker 2: Mandami off of the knees. And he should never have
- 10:53Speaker 2: allowed him to walk in the White House and meet
- 10:55Speaker 2: him in the White House. I wouldn't allow a socialist
- 10:58Speaker 2: slash communist slash Muslim extremist to step foot in my
- 11:01Speaker 2: White House. So I'm not always with Trump. I think
- 11:04Speaker 2: he makes a lot of mistakes. But he's all we got.
- 11:07Speaker 2: And I always say the good whenever I mention the bad.
- 11:09Speaker 2: He's still the best president of my lifetime. And he
- 11:12Speaker 2: still achieves more in a week than most presidents have
- 11:14Speaker 2: achieved in eight years. My book, How Democrats Have Made

- 13:50Speaker 2: Wayne Allyn Root for Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the raw truth.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 13:56Speaker 2: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 13:59Speaker 2: heard of. Tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's
- 14:03Speaker 2: what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles,
- 14:06Speaker 2: and puts steel behind every round of ammunition. Here's the danger.
- 14:09Speaker 2: China controls 80% of the world's supply and 90% of production.
- 14:14Speaker 2: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy, and
- 14:17Speaker 2: independence all hangs in the balance. Here's the good news.
- 14:20Speaker 2: We have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the
- 14:23Speaker 2: most advanced tungsten deposit in the entire USA of over
- 14:26Speaker 2: 19 million tons. This is the kind of discovery that
- 14:29Speaker 2: can change the game enough to break China's stranglehold on tungsten.
- 14:33Speaker 2: There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing
- 14:39Speaker 2: our freedom and protecting our homeland. To learn about investment
- 14:43Speaker 2: opportunities with Patriot Critical Minerals, go to patriotcritical.com. That's patriotcritical.com.
- 15:06Speaker 1: All right.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Swing Out of the Roots is one of the short
- 15:08Speaker 2: segments on the show at about six minutes long, about
- 15:10Speaker 2: six minutes long. So I think I'll just stick to
- 15:13Speaker 2: health issues. Maha, make America healthy again. But again, just
- 15:17Speaker 2: like Trump doesn't always do things the way I would
- 15:19Speaker 2: do them, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not doing them
- 15:21Speaker 2: the way I would do them. He's better than anyone
- 15:23Speaker 2: we've ever had, just like Trump is the best president
- 15:25Speaker 2: we've ever had. But he's still not me. And I
- 15:29Speaker 2: would do things different. I think I would do them better.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Robert F. Kennedy still will not condemn the vaccine. He's
- 15:36Speaker 2: quietly doing a bunch of little things pretty good, but
- 15:38Speaker 2: he's not doing the major things. You know, like as
- 15:41Speaker 2: an example, they announced today, I'm trying to think, I
- 15:43Speaker 2: don't have the article in front of me, but it
- 15:44Speaker 2: was cancer rates are the highest they've ever been for
- 15:48Speaker 2: people under the age of 50. Why do we have
- 15:51Speaker 2: this explosion of cancers under the age of 50? And
- 15:54Speaker 2: I think it was just an article in the Daily Mail.
- 15:55Speaker 2: They were trying to figure out, you know, researchers and
- 15:58Speaker 2: medical experts, experts. I love that word, experts. They were
- 16:02Speaker 2: all stuffy losers from elite schools who don't know anything
- 16:04Speaker 2: about anything. They know whatever the government tells them, the
- 16:07Speaker 2: deep state tells them. They believe every lie they're told.
- 16:10Speaker 2: If they're told the vaccine works, they take the vaccine.
- 16:12Speaker 2: They tell us to take the vaccine. If they're told
- 16:14Speaker 2: the way to treat cancer is with chemotherapy, even though
- 16:17Speaker 2: chemotherapy actually makes you much sicker, even though chemotherapy might
- 16:20Speaker 2: wipe out the cancer temporarily, but long term the cancer
- 16:23Speaker 2: has to come back because you've destroyed your immune system
- 16:25Speaker 2: for life, they say it's fine. That's what you should do.
- 16:29Speaker 2: It's just, if they say, if they're told that vaccines
- 16:33Speaker 2: don't cause autism, they tell every mother, it doesn't cause autism,
- 16:36Speaker 2: old wives tell lies, internet rumors, misinformation. Give this to
- 16:40Speaker 2: your child. Give them 60 vaccines in the next three years.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Or 75 vaccines, I think it is you get over
- 16:46Speaker 2: the next first three years of your life, a baby.
- 16:49Speaker 2: So they give them the 75 vaccines and your kid
- 16:51Speaker 2: has autism. And they go, oh, it never had anything
- 16:52Speaker 2: to do with the vaccines. It would have gotten them anyway.
- 16:54Speaker 2: It would have gotten autism anyway. They believe all the
- 16:58Speaker 2: lies that government tells them. They believe that the flu
- 17:02Speaker 2: shot's good for you. I've been saying on my show
- 17:04Speaker 2: for 25 years now, I've been saying, and every time
- 17:08Speaker 2: somebody asks me about the flu shot, I go, well,
- 17:11Speaker 2: it's interesting because I've never gotten the flu shot in
- 17:13Speaker 2: my adult life. I've never had the flu. I remember
- 17:17Speaker 2: having the flu as a kid. I remember having it
- 17:19Speaker 2: in college. But since I graduated college, I don't believe
- 17:23Speaker 2: I've ever had the flu. And that was like 45
- 17:26Speaker 2: years ago, right? College, I graduated in 83. It's a 93, 2003, 2013, 2023.
- 17:31Speaker 2: So 43 years ago, I graduated college. And I don't
- 17:36Speaker 2: believe I've ever had the flu in 43 years. You
- 17:39Speaker 2: know why? Because I don't take the flu shot. I
- 17:41Speaker 2: take lots of vitamin C, lots of vitamin D, lots
- 17:43Speaker 2: of zinc, lots of silver. Right? Structured silver from AmioLife.
- 17:48Speaker 2: But I don't take flu shots. I don't get the flu.
- 17:53Speaker 2: But people who take flu shots always get the flu.
- 17:56Speaker 2: So why do you take a flu shot? And the
- 17:58Speaker 2: answer is it damages your immune system. And I've said
- 18:01Speaker 2: this for 25 years. It's not good for you. It
- 18:04Speaker 2: damages your immune system, makes you sick. makes your immune
- 18:07Speaker 2: system damaged, therefore you get weak, therefore you get the
- 18:10Speaker 2: flu within weeks or days of getting the flu shot.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Everyone I know is sick. I ask them, did you
- 18:15Speaker 2: get the flu shot? They say, yes.
- 18:17Speaker 3: When?
- 18:17Speaker 2: Two weeks ago. Two weeks ago. You're sick now with
- 18:19Speaker 2: the flu. Does that not concern you? Have you figured
- 18:22Speaker 2: it out yet? They can't figure it out. So when
- 18:27Speaker 2: they say that people have more cancer under the age
- 18:29Speaker 2: of 50 than anyone's ever seen, and they cannot figure
- 18:32Speaker 2: out why it is, maybe it's the food, maybe it's
- 18:34Speaker 2: the soda, Maybe it's the marijuana. They're trying to grasp
- 18:39Speaker 2: at straws, except in California where you're not allowed to
- 18:41Speaker 2: use straws. They're trying to grasp at, what do you
- 18:45Speaker 2: use in California instead of a straw? I don't know.
- 18:48Speaker 2: In any case, paper straws instead of plastic straws. They're
- 18:50Speaker 2: trying to grasp at paper straws. Do you know what's
- 18:53Speaker 2: causing this explosion of cancer? The COVID vaccine. Everyone who's
- 18:57Speaker 2: not a moron knows the COVID vaccine has caused an
- 19:01Speaker 2: explosion of cancer in people under the age of 50.
- 19:04Speaker 2: And I have study after study that shows it from
- 19:06Speaker 2: countries all around the world. But they don't know. The
- 19:10Speaker 2: experts don't know. The media doesn't know. And here's a story.
- 19:14Speaker 2: The CDC quietly changes their vaccine and autism stance after
- 19:18Speaker 2: years of controversy. For years, they've told you there is
- 19:22Speaker 2: no connection. Now the CDC website says something completely different.
- 19:26Speaker 2: They've updated their website on the links between vaccines and autism.
- 19:30Speaker 2: The new wording on the CDC site says the claim
- 19:33Speaker 2: vaccines do not cause autism is not an evidence-based claim
- 19:38Speaker 2: because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant
- 19:41Speaker 2: vaccines cause autism. Studies supporting a link have been ignored
- 19:46Speaker 2: by health authorities. If you're a mother and your kid
- 19:52Speaker 2: has autism and you hear what I just read you
- 19:56Speaker 2: or you see it, you gotta be angry. They ruined
- 20:00Speaker 2: your child's life listening to government and government experts and
- 20:03Speaker 2: medical experts. They're wrong about everything and they lie about everything.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Wow.

- 21:29Speaker 2: to receive 50% off. Toll free 800-422-8148. I found this guy,
- 22:01Speaker 2: Mark Bruner, who's the founder and CEO of Lost Soldier
- 22:05Speaker 2: Oil and Gas. And I want to give you a
- 22:07Speaker 2: few highlights before I say hi to Mark. I'm going
- 22:10Speaker 2: to give you some highlights why I picked him out
- 22:12Speaker 2: of all the people on the earth in the energy business.
- 22:15Speaker 2: First of all, his background, second generation oil and gas legend.
- 22:19Speaker 2: His companies have created more than $ 15 billion in shareholder value,
- 22:25Speaker 2: including his big hit Ultra Petroleum, which he started and
- 22:29Speaker 2: went from $ 0. 15 to $ 200 a share in nine years
- 22:31Speaker 2: and a $ 10, 000 investment. grew to $ 13 million. Anyone who
- 22:40Speaker 2: invested $ 10, 000 made $ 13 million for each $ 10, 000 they invested.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Number one performing stock on the planet for a decade.
- 22:48Speaker 2: The incredible story of his new project, Lost Soldier, and
- 22:52Speaker 2: how it came together. It took him 40 years to
- 22:55Speaker 2: put this 40-acre site together. Virgin territory surrounded by massive
- 23:01Speaker 2: gas production. And it looks to be at this point
- 23:04Speaker 2: the largest gas discovery in Wyoming and the surrounding areas
- 23:09Speaker 2: in over four decades could be bigger than the Permian Basin,
- 23:13Speaker 2: could be an ocean of oil. And he's put together
- 23:16Speaker 2: a talented management team. And, of course, huge drilling season
- 23:21Speaker 2: is now approaching. And, of course, Trump has now making
- 23:26Speaker 2: it easy to drill again. I like to say instead
- 23:28Speaker 2: of MAGA, it's MEGA-GA-GA-GA because it's make gas drilling great again. MEGA-GA-GA-GA,
- 23:34Speaker 2: make gas great again. So without further ado, one of
- 23:38Speaker 2: my heroes of the energy world and the energy economy
- 23:41Speaker 2: and getting rid of inflation by drilling, baby, drilling, Mark
- 23:45Speaker 2: Bruner with us, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil
- 23:49Speaker 2: and Gas. The website is lostsoldier.com. Take special note of that, lostsoldier.com,
- 23:55Speaker 2: because you're going to want to contact him after you
- 23:57Speaker 2: hear this interview, I'm betting. Lostsoldier.com. Let's bring Mark on
- 24:02Speaker 2: and let's talk about it, because this could be the
- 24:05Speaker 2: biggest home run of your career. Mark Bruner, welcome to
- 24:08Speaker 2: the show. How are you?
- 24:10Speaker 3: It's wonderful to see you, Wayne.
- 24:12Speaker 2: So you've put together, not found, but put together, pieced
- 24:16Speaker 2: together 40,000 acres. It took you 40 years to do it.
- 24:21Speaker 2: And now you believe that this could be even bigger
- 24:25Speaker 2: and better than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something
- 24:28Speaker 2: where a $ 10, 000 investment eventually grew to 13 million, each 10,000,
- 24:34Speaker 2: 13 million? How could this be bigger and better and
- 24:38Speaker 2: more special than that, Mark?
- 24:40Speaker 4: Well, I think the answer to that is that this
- 24:43Speaker 4: is a basin that has never been drilled.
- 24:47Speaker 3: I mean, we've known for 50 years.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Where all the basins are, and every single one of
- 24:52Speaker 4: them have been drilled except this one. And because there
- 24:55Speaker 4: was a uranium mine out here, and whenever Three Mile
- 24:59Speaker 4: Island melted down, the– Burial Land Management decided not to
- 25:04Speaker 4: let anyone drill it until it was reclamated. So three
- 25:07Speaker 4: years ago, I got a call because I did alter.
- 25:10Speaker 3: They wanted me to drill this.
- 25:12Speaker 4: And because they got the permit, the reclamation and the
- 25:15Speaker 4: mine was finished and we drilled it.
- 25:17Speaker 3: And as they say, the rest is history.
- 25:19Speaker 4: It's certainly by far the biggest thing I've ever found.
- 25:23Speaker 3: And, you know.
- 25:24Speaker 4: I'm not saying it'll be, you know, 10,000 will go
- 25:27Speaker 4: to 13 million. I can tell you with great confidence
- 25:30Speaker 4: that it's an order of magnitude bigger than the Pinedale
- 25:33Speaker 4: Anticline and Jonah Field and Ultra Petroleum.
- 25:36Speaker 3: I can tell you that.
- 25:37Speaker 2: So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
- 25:40Speaker 2: average person at home would ask right now. My average
- 25:43Speaker 2: fan might ask right now. which is how do you
- 25:46Speaker 2: know this, Mark? Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't
- 25:50Speaker 2: been drilled because there's no oil and gas there. How
- 25:53Speaker 2: do you know it's going to be this big?
- 25:56Speaker 4: Well, we've already drilled basically a third of the way
- 25:59Speaker 4: down in the sedimentary section. And that's how we know
- 26:03Speaker 4: because we have logs and tests on.
- 26:06Speaker 3: The wells that we drill so far.
- 26:08Speaker 4: So we already know that there's overpressured gas zones, very
- 26:11Speaker 4: much like a layer cake. And because we have hundreds
- 26:15Speaker 4: of miles of seismic and a way to interpret that
- 26:18Speaker 4: seismic called a synthetic, we can see we've got enough
- 26:23Speaker 4: room for up to 500 wells that we can drill
- 26:26Speaker 4: horizontally on what we've already found. So it's very exciting.
- 26:31Speaker 4: We know the gas is there. And it's just a
- 26:34Speaker 4: matter of drilling.
- 26:35Speaker 3: Up this field. And as they say, the rest will
- 26:38Speaker 3: be history.
- 26:40Speaker 2: What are your plans for drilling this year, right now?
- 26:44Speaker 4: Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
- 26:46Speaker 4: year a deep well to test the deeper zones of
- 26:51Speaker 4: And some of those zones are we think are going
- 26:53Speaker 4: to be very similar to a lost soldier field, which
- 26:56Speaker 4: I named my company after that's already produced over 400
- 27:00Speaker 4: million barrels of oil. So we expect to be able
- 27:04Speaker 4: to test as many as another eight or nine.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Zones below what we've already found.
- 27:09Speaker 4: If what we just already found was 500 locations, we've
- 27:13Speaker 4: got a giant field already. But we actually think there's
- 27:16Speaker 4: more potential even below us.
- 27:19Speaker 2: So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
- 27:22Speaker 2: you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
- 27:26Speaker 2: are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
- 27:29Speaker 2: data centers all over this country and all over the world.
- 27:33Speaker 2: You're planning a data center to be built right there
- 27:36Speaker 2: on your lost soldier property. Tell us about it.
- 27:39Speaker 4: Well, I think I just might mention, you know, besides me,
- 27:44Speaker 4: the gentleman by the name of Harold Hamm, that is
- 27:47Speaker 4: one of the most famous guys in the oil and
- 27:49Speaker 4: gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains,
- 27:52Speaker 4: just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to The Economist,
- 27:55Speaker 4: and got together with CEOs of large independents. And they
- 27:59Speaker 4: all agreed that gas and data centers is the future.
- 28:03Speaker 4: And it's my belief that this test case that we're
- 28:06Speaker 4: doing right now, being able to show economically with all
- 28:09Speaker 4: of the new science that has been developed, that we
- 28:13Speaker 4: will be able to open up a new business, the
- 28:15Speaker 4: deep overpressure gas business, that will be the source of
- 28:19Speaker 4: the supply for all of these data centers. No gas,
- 28:24Speaker 4: big gas production, no data centers. It's that simple. Now,
- 28:28Speaker 4: coal might provide a little, but mostly it's going to
- 28:30Speaker 4: be natural gas.
- 28:33Speaker 2: You and I had a chance to have dinner in
- 28:34Speaker 2: Las Vegas live and in person. You and I had
- 28:36Speaker 2: a chance to really get to know each other last week,
- 28:39Speaker 2: and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
- 28:42Speaker 2: You're a nice guy. You're a gentleman. You're a class act.
- 28:45Speaker 2: I want to make sure everybody knows that. I was
- 28:47Speaker 2: so impressed. You talked about the fact that all the
- 28:50Speaker 2: pipelines are already in because so much drilling's gone on
- 28:54Speaker 2: around this area, and they're all headed for the place
- 28:58Speaker 2: where the most natural gas in America's used, California. So
- 29:02Speaker 2: you could spend decades piping natural gas to California. Do
- 29:07Speaker 2: I have that right?
- 29:09Speaker 3: You absolutely do.
- 29:10Speaker 4: The incredible thing is that the trunk lines that go
- 29:13Speaker 4: east and west to the east coast and the west
- 29:15Speaker 4: coast of California are about 50 miles away at Womsetter.
- 29:20Speaker 4: All we're doing right now is building a pipeline, a
- 29:23Speaker 4: five-mile pipeline, and we're going to be drilling for the
- 29:25Speaker 4: next 36 months. We expect to fill that pipeline up
- 29:29Speaker 4: with 15 to 20 wells, not 500s. And then within
- 29:34Speaker 4: five years, we expect to put a 42 to a
- 29:37Speaker 4: 46 inch line that would handle two and a half
- 29:39Speaker 4: to five bcf a day and my crystal ball says
- 29:43Speaker 4: we'll be the biggest producer of natural gas into california.
- 29:47Speaker 2: All right and and you expect to go public as
- 29:50Speaker 2: well that's in your plans and fairly quickly right next
- 29:53Speaker 2: couple of years you expect to be a public company
- 29:55Speaker 2: like ultra.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Petroleum Well, that's exactly right.
- 29:58Speaker 4: I think the key critical thing is as soon as
- 30:00Speaker 4: we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
- 30:03Speaker 4: 42 to the 46-inch line and we know we're going
- 30:06Speaker 4: to have that gas production, we're going to get a
- 30:08Speaker 4: wonderful valuation.
- 30:10Speaker 3: In terms of the stock market.
- 30:12Speaker 4: And so, Netherlands Sewell, who's the number one energy company
- 30:16Speaker 4: in the world that does valuations, is going to do
- 30:20Speaker 4: the work for us. Actually, my father was their first
- 30:22Speaker 4: client in the early 1950s for Texas Oil and Gas.
- 30:26Speaker 2: So.
- 30:27Speaker 3: Fred Sewell's 97. He's still alive.
- 30:29Speaker 4: They're going to do the they're going to do the
- 30:31Speaker 4: valuation and we're going to get credit for wells we
- 30:34Speaker 4: haven't even drilled whenever we do that engineer report.
- 30:37Speaker 3: So we expect it to be a very big IPO.
- 30:42Speaker 2: This is kind of the grand finale of this. We're
- 30:43Speaker 2: a firework show, you know, give me the grand finale.
- 30:46Speaker 2: I got about a minute. How big can Lost Soldier
- 30:49Speaker 2: actually become, Mark Bruner?
- 30:53Speaker 3: Look, I mean, this is my opinion, okay?
- 30:56Speaker 4: I can't prove it yet, but I've been involved in
- 30:58Speaker 4: the business a long time. I think this is a
- 31:01Speaker 4: 50-TCF gas field, okay? A giant field is 3-TCF. That's
- 31:05Speaker 4: what I think, okay? Ultra was like 20-25. This is
- 31:09Speaker 4: much bigger than Ultra, in my opinion.
- 31:12Speaker 2: That's amazing. Ultra is the company that went public eventually
- 31:15Speaker 2: and nobody can guarantee results. But just to hear about Ultra,
- 31:19Speaker 2: a $ 10, 000 investment turned into $ 13 million. Each $ 10, 000 you
- 31:23Speaker 2: invested turned into $ 13 million at the peak of Ultra.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Just amazing. If you can come even close to it, Mark,
- 31:30Speaker 2: forget about equality or beating it. You've got yourself one
- 31:33Speaker 2: gigantic winner, just like that was the big winner for
- 31:35Speaker 2: a decade on Wall Street. This could be a big
- 31:38Speaker 2: winner for a decade on Wall Street again. So history
- 31:42Speaker 2: hopefully repeats with lost soldier oil and gas. And of course,
- 31:46Speaker 2: the tax shelter advantages of oil and gas are pretty cool, too.
- 31:49Speaker 2: The first year you get to write off somewhere in
- 31:51Speaker 2: the neighborhood of 65% to 70% of your investment as
- 31:54Speaker 2: a tax deduction. It's truly an unbelievable opportunity. I wanted
- 31:58Speaker 2: to bring you on to expose to everyone one of
- 32:00Speaker 2: the heroes of the energy industry moving forward under Drill
- 32:04Speaker 2: Baby Drill and Mega Gaga, Make Gas Great Again, Mark Bruner.
- 32:10Speaker 2: The company is called Lost Soldier, and it's part due
- 32:14Speaker 2: of his Ultra Petroleum $ 15 billion hit. Mark Bruner, the

- 37:02Speaker 2: when it came to the COVID vaccine. Laura Osnes didn't
- 37:07Speaker 2: get the COVID shot, and it ended her Broadway career.
- 37:11Speaker 2: So this was a huge star on Broadway. Huge star. And, uh,
- 37:20Speaker 2: She was a star of quite a few different shows.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Grease ran for 554 performances. She never missed a show.
- 37:28Speaker 2: After a close, she landed a lead in South Pacific
- 37:31Speaker 2: in 2009. By the time the pandemic arrived, she was
- 37:35Speaker 2: a huge Broadway star. And the one skeptical critics who
- 37:39Speaker 2: in the beginning didn't like her loved her. Laura Osnes
- 37:43Speaker 2: brings a crystalline grace to the role of debutante Hope Harcourt.
- 37:48Speaker 2: They wrote an entertainment weekly of her performance in the
- 37:50Speaker 2: revival of Anything Goes. And so her career was exploding.
- 38:00Speaker 2: She's doing great. And then during the COVID nightmare where
- 38:05Speaker 2: they closed all of Broadway for like two years. What
- 38:08Speaker 2: a joke. I never missed a day, an hour of
- 38:11Speaker 2: my life. I never wore a mask. I never got vaccinated.
- 38:14Speaker 2: I never locked down. My life was wonderful. You people
- 38:17Speaker 2: are morons. You're all morons and pussy cats. I'll say
- 38:21Speaker 2: that nicely so I don't get in trouble. What I
- 38:24Speaker 2: like to say is you're a bunch of pussy cats.
- 38:28Speaker 2: And they closed Broadway. And then they had like one
- 38:32Speaker 2: quick like one day show. I guess they probably all
- 38:36Speaker 2: wore masks during a one day show. to show the
- 38:38Speaker 2: world they were still alive, and they invited her to
- 38:40Speaker 2: be the star of it. And she said, sure, I'll
- 38:42Speaker 2: do it. And then they sent her a note, and
- 38:44Speaker 2: the note said, you got to provide proof you took
- 38:48Speaker 2: the COVID vaccine. And she sent back a note and said,
- 38:53Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I hope you understand. I guess I'm going
- 38:55Speaker 2: to turn you down because I'm not going to take
- 38:57Speaker 2: the COVID vaccine. I've made a decision for myself and
- 39:00Speaker 2: my husband, and we're not taking the COVID vaccine until
- 39:02Speaker 2: we know more about it. What a reasonable thing to say.
- 39:05Speaker 2: She didn't say those who take it are morons. She
- 39:07Speaker 2: didn't say all of you are dead. All of you
- 39:10Speaker 2: are lemmings. All of you are fools. All of you
- 39:13Speaker 2: are puppets. She said, I personally have made a decision
- 39:16Speaker 2: to wait till I know more about it. So the
- 39:19Speaker 2: next thing you know, it's leaked to the New York
- 39:22Speaker 2: Post in a gossip column that she is this vicious,
- 39:25Speaker 2: horrible person who doesn't care about the lives of others
- 39:28Speaker 2: and will you know cause them all to die she'll
- 39:31Speaker 2: get everybody else dead and that was it somebody leaked
- 39:36Speaker 2: it and she's been barred forever more from Broadway never
- 39:39Speaker 2: been in a Broadway play again lost her income lost
- 39:42Speaker 2: her career and now she does like off-Broadway shows in
- 39:46Speaker 2: the Midwest and She probably makes like $ 65, 000 a year
- 39:50Speaker 2: doing off-Broadway shows. She probably used to make like $ 2
- 39:52Speaker 2: million a year. And so she does like dinner shows
- 39:56Speaker 2: in the Midwest. And she's never been allowed again on Broadway.
- 40:02Speaker 2: So if you don't think liberals are horrible people, I'm
- 40:06Speaker 2: trying to remember the whole details of the story. I
- 40:08Speaker 2: can't remember all the things that happened. But some of
- 40:11Speaker 2: the people said such horrible things about her because she
- 40:14Speaker 2: wouldn't take the COVID vaccine. And who turned out to
- 40:18Speaker 2: be right? Of course, they would never admit it. They
- 40:21Speaker 2: live in a bubble. They think to this day they're right. Well,
- 40:25Speaker 2: they've lost all their friends. Everyone's died of cancer. They've
- 40:29Speaker 2: died of heart attacks. They've died of strokes. They've died
- 40:32Speaker 2: of blood clots. Or they're very sick because they took
- 40:36Speaker 2: the vaccine. And she's perfectly healthy, just like I'm perfectly healthy.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Matter of fact, I just got new life insurance. And
- 40:43Speaker 2: I took all these tests. They came and they took
- 40:45Speaker 2: blood tests. And they did stress tests and they did
- 40:47Speaker 2: a heart test, EKG. And they just gave me my
- 40:51Speaker 2: insurance and they rated me A +. 64 years old,
- 40:53Speaker 2: perfect health, never took a vaccine. I feel so bad
- 40:57Speaker 2: for these people. They're so dumb. They're all lemmings. And
- 41:02Speaker 2: here's a story that shows they're all lemmings. Experts urge
- 41:05Speaker 2: parents to ask babies for consent before changing their diapers.
- 41:11Speaker 2: I'm not joking, Batar. These are true stories. A group
- 41:15Speaker 2: of early childhood development researchers are advising parents to begin
- 41:19Speaker 2: asking infants for consent before changing their diapers. It's a
- 41:24Speaker 2: story in the New York Post. The recommendations outline a
- 41:27Speaker 2: new approach to diaper changing that encourages parents to communicate
- 41:31Speaker 2: with their babies about the process, even though infants cannot
- 41:33Speaker 2: speak yet. At the start of a nappy change, ensure
- 41:37Speaker 2: your child knows what's happening. The researchers wrote, get down
- 41:40Speaker 2: to their level and say, you need a nappy change.
- 41:43Speaker 2: And then pause. They can take this in. Then you say,
- 41:47Speaker 2: do you want to walk or crawl with me to
- 41:49Speaker 2: the changing table? Or would you like me to carry you?
- 41:54Speaker 2: I don't know what to say. I'm really not a
- 41:57Speaker 2: violent person. But those researchers should be hammered in the
- 42:00Speaker 2: head 52 times. They should be slapped in the face.
- 42:03Speaker 2: And they should be told they're the dumbest people in
- 42:05Speaker 2: the entire world. And everyone should mock them. And they
- 42:08Speaker 2: should lose their jobs for the rest of their lives.
- 42:10Speaker 2: How can anyone be this stupid? I have no idea.
- 42:14Speaker 2: I have no idea. Good news of the week. The
- 42:16Speaker 2: USDA chief says everyone will have to reapply for SNAP
- 42:19Speaker 2: benefits after claiming rampant fraud. The good news of the shutdown,
- 42:25Speaker 2: if that's what came out of it, then it was
- 42:27Speaker 2: all worth over almost two months of a shutdown. Because
- 42:31Speaker 2: we found out that it's one big fraudulent program and
- 42:34Speaker 2: illegals are getting it. And we found out that one
- 42:37Speaker 2: person has $ 50, 000 in their EBT card. One person is
- 42:40Speaker 2: getting benefits from six different states. Unbelievable. 5,000 dead people
- 42:45Speaker 2: getting food stamps. 500,000 getting benefits twice. Food stamp fraud
- 42:51Speaker 2: numbers exposed. Which states are draining taxpayer dollars? It's all
- 42:55Speaker 2: blue states. Blue states busted for blowing nearly half a
- 42:58Speaker 2: billion in snap cash on fast food restaurants. They go
- 43:02Speaker 2: to McDonald's with their food stamps. So they give themselves diabetes, cancer,
- 43:07Speaker 2: and heart disease. I'm Wayne Allyn Root. Have a great weekend.
- 43:09Speaker 3: See you on Monday.
