- 0:17Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:21Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 0:25Speaker 1: Trey Trenholm. Today Monday, March thirty first, two thy twenty
- 0:31Speaker 1: five tomorrow is April Fool's Day. Honestly, God, I hadn't
- 0:36Speaker 1: thought about that until just this moment. Speaking of fools,
- 0:50Speaker 1: hang on, let me pull this up. I'm gonna make
- 0:52Speaker 1: sure I'm completely accurate when I relay this information. According
- 0:58Speaker 1: to wfla TV station in Florida, there will be no
- 1:02Speaker 1: more clowning around for one man who is caught trespassing
- 1:06Speaker 1: out of Florida shopping center last Wednesday.
- 1:11Speaker 2: The word Chris, You're not free to leave. No, you're
- 1:16Speaker 2: not free to leave. You're under arrest. Now put your
- 1:19Speaker 2: stuff down.
- 1:21Speaker 1: This is so fascinating to me. Here we have bodycam
- 1:24Speaker 1: footage of the Palm Bay Police Department responding to a
- 1:28Speaker 1: trespassing call about a man at a shopping center. He'd
- 1:31Speaker 1: already been hit with trespassed before and was let off
- 1:34Speaker 1: their property. Then he came back. They called police and
- 1:36Speaker 1: now police are coming to We're not just going to
- 1:39Speaker 1: escort to you off their property now. Now you're just
- 1:41Speaker 1: going to get arrested. And what makes it so much
- 1:43Speaker 1: better is the fact that I believe this man's name
- 1:45Speaker 1: is Chris, so the officer clearly knows this guy Chris
- 1:49Speaker 1: is dressed like a clown. He's got a yellow vest,
- 1:54Speaker 1: yellow pants, looks like a red handkerchief around his neck
- 1:58Speaker 1: or maybe it's red lapels on this.
- 2:00Speaker 3: It's it's close to a Ronald it's like a knockoff
- 2:03Speaker 3: Ronald McDonald costume.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Yeah, it's real close. But if you if you look
- 2:08Speaker 1: on his chest, there's an insignia there that looks like
- 2:13Speaker 1: a combination of Ronald McDonald and the Punisher.
- 2:19Speaker 3: It's like a skull.
- 2:20Speaker 1: There's a skull on his on his left chest, on
- 2:23Speaker 1: that vest, and then the sleeves that he's wearing is
- 2:25Speaker 1: like red and white stripes, like he's Waldough. So imagine
- 2:29Speaker 1: Waldough and Ronald McDonald were homeless and bothering people at
- 2:33Speaker 1: a shopping center in Florida and also having a red nose,
- 2:36Speaker 1: a little soft red nose on the top of his
- 2:39Speaker 1: own nose, and he won't leave. So Palm Bay police
- 2:43Speaker 1: have decided we're gonna help you leave. Rod stuff.
- 2:54Speaker 4: Really the walk, did you get a snort?
- 3:06Speaker 1: I had no idea. This is what did for you.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Whoever I wish it was. I thought he had a
- 3:16Speaker 3: horn on him. But I'm assuming whoever whatever TV station
- 3:21Speaker 3: did this use the horn as a bleep and god.
- 3:24Speaker 1: This this is actually from the Palm Bay Police Department
- 3:28Speaker 1: the video.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Then, whoever their p IO is, hats off to you, sir.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah, the Palm Bay Police Department had some fun with
- 3:36Speaker 1: this bodycam footage, so when they released it, they made
- 3:39Speaker 1: sure to remaster it so when swears were uttered or yelled,
- 3:45Speaker 1: that's where they put in the clown horn. Now that
- 3:49Speaker 1: we've disclosed that, we're going to forget it. That's not
- 3:54Speaker 1: what the clown horn is. The clown horn for our
- 3:58Speaker 1: purposes moving forward, you're inside the treehouse is because he's
- 4:02Speaker 1: got a clown horn that keeps getting bumped by the
- 4:04Speaker 1: arresting police officer. Let's take it from the top.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Shelly, No, no, you're not free to leave. You're under arrest.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Now put your stuff down. Roderick puts your stuff down.
- 4:19Speaker 1: On the ground, shoves him out.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Got me turnover now, turnover now, turnover now, turnover.
- 4:34Speaker 3: A god, give me your other arm. He got a
- 4:40Speaker 3: tug of advice.
- 4:46Speaker 1: There's so much going on here. Oh oh, So now
- 4:50Speaker 1: he's face down in the grass and they're getting the
- 4:52Speaker 1: cuffs on him. Uh. They pulled his arm out from
- 4:54Speaker 1: underneath his own face that they put there, which I
- 4:56Speaker 1: think is hysterical. Which I've never been arrested, but I've
- 5:01Speaker 1: seen bodycam footage quite a bit in my life, and
- 5:04Speaker 1: there are times that police officers will tell someone to
- 5:08Speaker 1: do something when there's no possible way that the person
- 5:12Speaker 1: being put in handcuffs could do it because of what
- 5:14Speaker 1: the officer is doing, right, And this is this is
- 5:16Speaker 1: one of those times, like give me your arm, Oh
- 5:19Speaker 1: I can't, you're sitting on it. Or in this guy's case,
- 5:23Speaker 1: I can't give you my arm because you're sitting on
- 5:25Speaker 1: my head, which is smashed into my arm, and I
- 5:27Speaker 1: can't give it to So between all that, the clown horn,
- 5:32Speaker 1: the swearing, throwing the clown on the ground, it's a
- 5:37Speaker 1: hell of a day to be a Palm Bay police,
- 5:38Speaker 1: it is, And I just want to thank them for
- 5:41Speaker 1: their service. Turn over, give me your other arm.
- 5:53Speaker 5: How you gotta tue advice? Cups?
- 6:00Speaker 1: He wants to arrested.
- 6:07Speaker 2: He looked like a clown.
- 6:08Speaker 3: No, I I've been a cloun.
- 6:18Speaker 1: So now there he's got. They have him in the
- 6:19Speaker 1: squad car. Now they're taking the items out of his
- 6:23Speaker 1: backpack and setting on a table to see what he had.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's just a bunch more outfits of the same clown
- 6:28Speaker 1: outfit that he's wearing, including a bunch of more red noses.
- 6:32Speaker 3: It looks like the scarf trick of just keep pulling
- 6:35Speaker 3: and pulling and pulling.
- 6:38Speaker 1: How many clowns are in the suitcase?
- 6:40Speaker 3: Early this man was dedicated to his craft, and I'll
- 6:43Speaker 3: have you if you'll notice this is his clown knows
- 6:47Speaker 3: never came off.
- 6:49Speaker 1: It's because he's dedicated. He is. He is dedicated to
- 6:52Speaker 1: the craft. He's got to make sure that he stays
- 6:56Speaker 1: in character throughout the entirety of the arrest. But it'll
- 7:00Speaker 1: be interesting if he maintains that character when he gets
- 7:02Speaker 1: put into jail and a wait to arrangement.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Oh is there a mugshot?

- 9:00Speaker 1: Thank you very much, Daniel Malley Trey, turn home back
- 9:02Speaker 1: inside the treehouse now. On Monday, March thirty first, twenty
- 9:06Speaker 1: twenty five, Trey, you asked if there was a mugshot
- 9:11Speaker 1: that goes along with the clown that was recently arrested
- 9:16Speaker 1: in Palm Bay, Florida. Here you go. It's almost everything
- 9:29Speaker 1: you hope it would be.
- 9:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Oh, that is forty year old Christopher Marlowe. Trey. I
- 9:43Speaker 1: want you to look at his face and think to yourself,
- 9:46Speaker 1: that man is ten years younger than you, five five
- 9:50Speaker 1: years younger than me.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Just say no, kids, just say no.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Turns out clown and is hard art on the face,
- 10:01Speaker 1: hard on the body, especially when you're getting arrested by
- 10:04Speaker 1: the Palm Bay Police Department. This is the Breverd County
- 10:07Speaker 1: Sheriff's Office bugshot for Christopher Marlowe, who was the shopping
- 10:14Speaker 1: center clown who got hit with a trespass and then
- 10:18Speaker 1: guts into jail because he went back. My goodness, this
- 10:23Speaker 1: happened in Palm Bay Florida. The trespassing clown was arrested
- 10:27Speaker 1: at the shopping plaza. The interaction captured on body camera video.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Police said. On March twenty fourth, forty year old Christopher
- 10:35Speaker 1: Marlowe was captured on body camp wearing a Ronald McDonald's
- 10:38Speaker 1: style clown costume outside stores. Reports stated that Marlowe was
- 10:42Speaker 1: yelling to himself and was loitering, serving no purpose on
- 10:45Speaker 1: the property. I think one could say he was going
- 10:48Speaker 1: to bring joy to Minny. When officers encountered the suspect,
- 10:54Speaker 1: Marlowe allegedly became aggressive and began cursing at officers while
- 10:59Speaker 1: saying I'm not trespassed. I'm gonna come back and y'all
- 11:04Speaker 1: like most clowns say yeah. Now, the body camera footage
- 11:10Speaker 1: is of course making its rounds, and that's where we
- 11:14Speaker 1: have it here inside the treehouse. Can I just say,
- 11:18Speaker 1: roll uh real quickly, thank you, Trey, thank you for
- 11:23Speaker 1: sharing this with me so that we can then share
- 11:26Speaker 1: it with everyone inside the treehouse.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Oh that munk shot, I mean.
- 11:35Speaker 1: You know what his you know what this looks like?
- 11:37Speaker 1: This looks like if he looks like if Harry from
- 11:41Speaker 1: Harry and the Henderson's got shaved too closely.
- 11:46Speaker 3: And and did meth.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, because I can't.
- 11:50Speaker 3: I'll trying to figure out does does he have a
- 11:52Speaker 3: top row of teeth or are they just all rotted out?
- 11:55Speaker 1: Don't know, but this looks like this would be the
- 11:59Speaker 1: cover art on the for the VHS of Harry and
- 12:02Speaker 1: the Henderson's three Florida road Trip when Harry got too
- 12:09Speaker 1: much Florida into system. Look, I'd also like to point
- 12:16Speaker 1: out that, not to only make fun of mister Marlowe
- 12:21Speaker 1: here in his face in this mugshot, but every morning
- 12:24Speaker 1: I wake not every morning I wake up hungover, but
- 12:27Speaker 1: every morning in my life that I have woken up hungover.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I'm afraid when I look at myself in the mirror,
- 12:33Speaker 1: this is what's going to look back at me.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Well, if and when you ever see this, I highly
- 12:43Speaker 3: recommend AA.
- 12:46Speaker 1: I don't think you'll have to recommend it anymore. I'll
- 12:50Speaker 1: happily send myself anywhere I need to go, my.
- 12:55Speaker 3: God AA, and some reflection on your life choices.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Speaking of reflection, Yeah.
- 13:06Speaker 2: You're not free to leave. No, you're not free to leave.
- 13:11Speaker 2: You're under arrest. Now put your stuff down?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Why rob me?
- 13:15Speaker 2: Put your stuff down?
- 13:20Speaker 1: Not on the ground.
- 13:26Speaker 3: Up got me no.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Turnover now, turn over now.
- 13:32Speaker 5: Turn over now turnover? Oh God, give me.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Your other arm.
- 13:41Speaker 3: He got a tongue of advice.
- 13:52Speaker 1: And you want your wrest.
- 13:55Speaker 2: You look like a clown.
- 13:56Speaker 1: No, I am a pup' been of. I love how
- 14:03Speaker 1: the Palm Bay Police Department also throws in circus music
- 14:08Speaker 1: and the wise guy drop.
- 14:12Speaker 5: It is like.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Bravo to their I don't know if it's their p IO,
- 14:20Speaker 3: their social media team, whatever, job well done.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I hope it's not someone that's supposed to be doing
- 14:28Speaker 1: something else. Maybe maybe this is what the swat sniper
- 14:33Speaker 1: was doing just between gigs.
- 14:36Speaker 3: That or they have a morning show.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I'd listen, Yeah, I really would. I also notice on
- 14:43Speaker 1: their squad car as they put mister Marlow, the clown
- 14:46Speaker 1: in the in the back of it. We're all used
- 14:49Speaker 1: to seeing to serve and protect on the side of
- 14:51Speaker 1: a car, right, Because wasn't that on the side of
- 14:53Speaker 1: like the l A squad cars or whatever here in
- 14:57Speaker 1: Palm Bay. On the back fender of their squad it
- 15:00Speaker 1: says connect, serve, impact.
- 15:04Speaker 5: Is it just me?
- 15:05Speaker 1: Or are those three different words for punch?
- 15:08Speaker 7: Yeah, you're listening to the tree House Visit us online

- 16:02Speaker 1: across social media at Treehouse on Air is how you
- 16:06Speaker 1: find us. This is the Treehouse Show. I'm Daniel Malley
- 16:09Speaker 1: along with Trey Trenholm on Monday, March thirty first, twenty
- 16:13Speaker 1: twenty five. Trey, what do you know about the arc
- 16:17Speaker 1: of the Covenant.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Well, it's supposed to contain the Ten Commandments and it's
- 16:27Speaker 3: I forgot the measurements. I think they're in cubits or
- 16:29Speaker 3: something like that. I for not cubits, but something some
- 16:32Speaker 3: arcane measurement. And you know, subject of a couple of
- 16:39Speaker 3: great movies.
- 16:40Speaker 1: And yeah, I will freely admit everything I know about
- 16:44Speaker 1: the arc of the Covenant I learned in Raiders of
- 16:47Speaker 1: the Lost Arc.
- 16:47Speaker 3: I mean it's the I mean you can go back
- 16:52Speaker 3: to Old Testament Saul David, who had the Covenant, where
- 17:00Speaker 3: they brought it. It left the Philistines and went back
- 17:02Speaker 3: to Israel. And then it becomes this guessing game of
- 17:05Speaker 3: where it went. Whether some people have said, you know,
- 17:12Speaker 3: the Knights Templar knew where it was and guarded it.
- 17:15Speaker 3: There is a church in Ethiopia that says they have it,
- 17:18Speaker 3: and they won't like they won't let anyone in. It's
- 17:22Speaker 3: guarded by it's a monastery and I don't know if
- 17:25Speaker 3: you priests or monks, whatever, but they every person who
- 17:29Speaker 3: guards it gets sick and gets sick and dies typically
- 17:32Speaker 3: within like twelve to eighteen months. So they, you know,
- 17:38Speaker 3: they think they have you know, like it's some kind
- 17:40Speaker 3: of uranium that they have that just is so radioactive
- 17:44Speaker 3: it makes it kills anyone who's close to it.
- 17:47Speaker 1: According to Jewish and Christian tradition, the gold plated wooden
- 17:51Speaker 1: chest housed the two tablets bearing the Ten Commandments, maybe
- 17:56Speaker 1: at one point the third. But if we saw the
- 17:58Speaker 1: movie correctly, I have had an accident, so it's two
- 18:03Speaker 1: no brooks. God bless him so according to Jewish and tradition.
- 18:10Speaker 1: According to Jewish and Christian tradition, the gold plated wooden
- 18:13Speaker 1: chest housed the two tablets bearing the Ten Commandments which
- 18:16Speaker 1: God in theology gave to Moses between the thirteenth and
- 18:20Speaker 1: sixteenth centuries b c. Now, in declassified documents, the CIA
- 18:27Speaker 1: claims that the mystical arc of the Covenant was located
- 18:30Speaker 1: by a psychic decades ago in the Middle East as
- 18:34Speaker 1: part of one of the intelligence agencies experimental secret projects
- 18:38Speaker 1: of the nineteen eighties. If this wasn't already the subject
- 18:42Speaker 1: of an eighties movie, it sounds like another one. Obviously,
- 18:49Speaker 1: we all know it, or I know it best, as
- 18:52Speaker 1: Indiana Jones attempted to uncover it in Spielberg's nineteen eighty
- 18:56Speaker 1: one Oscar winning Raiders of the Lost ARCA conducted experiments
- 19:01Speaker 1: as as part of the secret project sun Streak with
- 19:06Speaker 1: individuals known as remote viewers, a type of clairvoyant who
- 19:10Speaker 1: claimed they could project their consciousness to receive information about
- 19:13Speaker 1: far away objects. There is no credible scientific evidence that
- 19:18Speaker 1: remote viewing exists, which is generally regarded as pseudoscience, but
- 19:22Speaker 1: we still have these declassified CIA documents regardless. In a
- 19:28Speaker 1: remote viewing session on December five, nineteen eighty eight, remote
- 19:31Speaker 1: Viewer number thirty two was tasked with identifying the coveted arc,
- 19:36Speaker 1: according to CIA documents recently circulating on social media. The
- 19:40Speaker 1: documents were first declassified in August of two thousand. They
- 19:44Speaker 1: allegedly did not know the object they were being tasked
- 19:47Speaker 1: to find. The psychic described a location in the Middle
- 19:50Speaker 1: East that they claimed housed the object and said it
- 19:53Speaker 1: was being protected by entities. In the document, they describe
- 19:58Speaker 1: it as target is a container. This container has another
- 20:01Speaker 1: container inside of it. The target is fashioned of wood,
- 20:04Speaker 1: gold and silver, still saying that they didn't know that
- 20:08Speaker 1: they were trying to find the arc. Back to the report,
- 20:11Speaker 1: similar in shape to a coffin and is decorated with seraphim.
- 20:16Speaker 1: The document also shows several pages of drawings depicting one
- 20:19Speaker 1: of the four seraphims standing out in the corners of
- 20:20Speaker 1: the ark, along with a drawing of mummies lined up
- 20:23Speaker 1: on a wall. So all this to say that the
- 20:27Speaker 1: CIA says in leaked documents from two thousand, Russian say
- 20:31Speaker 1: leaked declassified that they had a psychic program, and one
- 20:35Speaker 1: of the psychics fewer number thirty two says they found
- 20:38Speaker 1: the Arc of the Covenant and looked at it and stuff,
- 20:40Speaker 1: and they also said don't go near it.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Well, yeah, according to I mean according to scripture, lore,
- 20:49Speaker 3: whatever should you open and the raiders of the Lost Arc.
- 20:56Speaker 3: If you open it, you suffer the wrath of God
- 20:58Speaker 3: and it will kill everything around unless you are the
- 21:01Speaker 3: chosen task one to do so.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah, they said. In the CIA declassified document, they said
- 21:10Speaker 1: the object was hidden underground in dark, wet conditions. There
- 21:16Speaker 1: is an aspect of spirituality. This is according to remote
- 21:19Speaker 1: Viewer number thirty two, there is an aspect of spirituality, information, lessons,
- 21:23Speaker 1: and the historical knowledge far beyond what we now know.
- 21:27Speaker 1: They described the arc as being protected by entities that
- 21:29Speaker 1: would destroy individuals who attempted to damage the object. They
- 21:33Speaker 1: also said the target is protected by entities and can
- 21:36Speaker 1: only be opened by those who are authorized to do so.
- 21:39Speaker 1: This container will not cannot be opened until the time
- 21:42Speaker 1: is deemed correct. This is either one of the greatest
- 21:48Speaker 1: psychic scams in history or the CIA actually found somewhere
- 21:56Speaker 1: in the Middle East the Arc of the covenants existence.
- 21:58Speaker 1: They just can't find it physically.
- 22:00Speaker 6: I mean.
- 22:02Speaker 3: It's that's yeah. Every person who's looked for the ARC
- 22:09Speaker 3: most of them said yes, somewhere in the Middle East.
- 22:11Speaker 3: I mean that really narrows it down.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Thank you CI A.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:15Speaker 1: I mean at that point, is not like when the
- 22:17Speaker 1: CIA goes to the psychic. Are they being treated like
- 22:20Speaker 1: a normal person going to a psychic. So the psychic
- 22:22Speaker 1: looks at the CIA and says, I sense that you're
- 22:25Speaker 1: looking for something. Does it start with the letter A, Yes,
- 22:30Speaker 1: it does. Oh my god, they're so good. All right,
- 22:32Speaker 1: you're gonna join the CIA, Join the CIA?
- 22:36Speaker 3: Was it last scene somewhere in the desert? Yes, it was.
- 22:41Speaker 5: It was.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Do you hear that gym? She knows? Tell us more?
- 22:46Speaker 3: Oh wait, this is you know. And Trump's push to
- 22:56Speaker 3: declassify a lot of things and expose what government whether
- 23:00Speaker 3: you like it or not, and to be political, there
- 23:04Speaker 3: is going to come to like a lot of things
- 23:08Speaker 3: the government has done good and bad and then just
- 23:11Speaker 3: sheer stupid.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Like this.
- 23:15Speaker 3: I feel like this is going to be in that
- 23:16Speaker 3: sheer stupid category. Yeah.
- 23:18Speaker 1: And as part of that release of information and knowledge
- 23:23Speaker 1: and finding out things good or bad about the government
- 23:26Speaker 1: that comes with declassifying all these things. When the CIA
- 23:30Speaker 1: declassifies this project as psychics trying to find things, and
- 23:35Speaker 1: Viewer number thirty two, who is a psychic, claims to
- 23:37Speaker 1: have found the Ark of the Covenant, it's just a
- 23:39Speaker 1: matter of time before we find out the identity of
- 23:43Speaker 1: Viewer number thirty two, the psychic, and it's probably gonna
- 23:46Speaker 1: be Miss Cleo. I found it listening to the tree House.

- 25:01Speaker 1: I'm Daniel Malley along with Trey Trenholme. Today is Monday,
- 25:03Speaker 1: March thirty first, twenty twenty five. It's already been a
- 25:07Speaker 1: jam pack day. We've had a clown getting arrested in Florida.
- 25:11Speaker 1: We've had the Arc of the Covenant possibly being discovered
- 25:14Speaker 1: by Miss Cleo back in the eighties. And I keep thinking,
- 25:19Speaker 1: Trey that with this, with this declassified Arc of the
- 25:24Speaker 1: Covenant story coming out right now, the claim is that
- 25:30Speaker 1: a clairvoyant working for the CIA says they found the
- 25:35Speaker 1: Arc of the Covenant. But it makes me wonder since
- 25:39Speaker 1: we don't know where it is. Did the sis Did
- 25:42Speaker 1: the CIA's budget for the program run out so they
- 25:44Speaker 1: couldn't afford the extra minute to find out from Miss
- 25:47Speaker 1: Cleo the actual location of the Arc of the Covenant.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Just little things I wonder about, little things that will
- 25:56Speaker 1: keep me up at night. I just wanted to share
- 25:58Speaker 1: that with you. Something else we are going to share
- 26:02Speaker 1: with you now that is deeply disturbing, and that is
- 26:05Speaker 1: a New Jersey police chief has been accused of turning
- 26:08Speaker 1: his department into an animal house, not a literal one,
- 26:12Speaker 1: but more like the movie Animal House. According to an
- 26:16Speaker 1: attorney who represents five officers who intend to sue North
- 26:20Speaker 1: Bergen Police Chief Robert Farley, he says, I have never
- 26:24Speaker 1: seen anything like this. This New Jersey police chief is
- 26:28Speaker 1: accused of turning his department into animal house. When you
- 26:34Speaker 1: sent me the story, tray, I thought, is it really
- 26:36Speaker 1: this bad? Just seeing the headline, and well, I'm going
- 26:41Speaker 1: to read you the sentence of the story that helped
- 26:44Speaker 1: me draw my conclusion. Chief Robert Farley, a veteran of
- 26:49Speaker 1: the north Bergen Police Department in New Jersey, is accused
- 26:52Speaker 1: of harassing officers outside of the office by sending packages
- 26:56Speaker 1: containing sex toys and gay pride flags to their homes,
- 27:00Speaker 1: as well as retaliating against them by denying promotions and
- 27:03Speaker 1: assigning officers to the night shift. That's in addition to
- 27:07Speaker 1: harassment against his employees, including incidents of him defecating on
- 27:11Speaker 1: the office floor, spiking the office coffee pot with that
- 27:14Speaker 1: orlin viagra, and jabbing one officer in the wiener with
- 27:17Speaker 1: a hyperdermic needle. So, yeah, is really bad there.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:24Speaker 1: I would also like to point out that under our
- 27:26Speaker 1: umbrella of Treehouse Media that we operate. There's also another show,
- 27:31Speaker 1: it's our little brother show called Offbeat The Light Side
- 27:33Speaker 1: of Law Enforcement. It's a podcast you can download today
- 27:36Speaker 1: at offbeatcopshow dot com and everywhere you get your podcasts.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I highly recommend you do so. It's a funny show.
- 27:42Speaker 1: It's funny stories told by the police officers that lived them.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I've heard some stories in the last year from these cops.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Not one of them has included one officer pranking another
- 27:52Speaker 1: one by jabbing a hyperdermic needle into the other one's
- 27:55Speaker 1: wiener no.
- 27:57Speaker 3: Or crapping on the floor.
- 27:59Speaker 5: Uh.
- 28:00Speaker 3: They have some really funny stories, but yeah.
- 28:04Speaker 1: They all do fall short of harassment. Yes, which is
- 28:10Speaker 1: how we can get away with having the show. But
- 28:12Speaker 1: my god, I really did. I saw the headline New
- 28:15Speaker 1: Jersey police chief accused of turning department into animal house
- 28:19Speaker 1: and thought, is it really that bad? But when I
- 28:21Speaker 1: read this sentence that he's accused of turning the department.
- 28:26Speaker 1: He's accused of harassing his employees, including incidents of him
- 28:30Speaker 1: pumping on the office floor, spiking the office coffee without
- 28:32Speaker 1: or on in viagra, and jabbing an officer and the
- 28:34Speaker 1: Wiener with a hyperdermic needle. My god, man, no, I
- 28:39Speaker 1: didn't even make it past the third paragraph of this story.
- 28:43Speaker 3: If we're being perfectly honest, I'll speak for myself and
- 28:47Speaker 3: I think you're probably the same way. Because of the
- 28:51Speaker 3: foundation for fallen police environment and and our relationship to
- 28:55Speaker 3: police departments and the officers we've known over the years,
- 28:58Speaker 3: I typically look at when I see headlines like that,
- 29:00Speaker 3: I already bring a level of skepticism to them because
- 29:04Speaker 3: I will generally give the benefit of the doubt to
- 29:08Speaker 3: law enforcement and the police officers and everything. I started
- 29:12Speaker 3: reading that and I'm like, holy crap, And I mean,
- 29:16Speaker 3: of all the crap. Then when it said spiking there
- 29:20Speaker 3: the coffee pot with adderall, It's like, well, you can
- 29:23Speaker 3: get everyone fired for, you know, failing a drug test.
- 29:26Speaker 3: At that point, I mean, that's just all sorts of
- 29:30Speaker 3: just screw.
- 29:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Just imagine what a drug test looks like in that department,
- 29:34Speaker 1: especially when the chief comes in and says, I'll hold
- 29:36Speaker 1: it for you. Ha ha. You feeled your drug test.
- 29:41Speaker 1: I know, because I spiked the coffee with god knows what. Yeah,
- 29:45Speaker 1: also I stabbed you with heroin. But yeah, this really
- 29:50Speaker 1: is just bonkers that there are so many better words,
- 29:55Speaker 1: but that's only what I can actually get out of
- 29:56Speaker 1: my mouth at the moment. According to one of the
- 29:59Speaker 1: accused offers, the chief has fostered a workplace environment characterized
- 30:04Speaker 1: by inappropriate behavior and so called practical jokes that are demeaning, demoralizing,
- 30:09Speaker 1: and targeted. These actions not only failed to meet the
- 30:12Speaker 1: standards of professional conduct, but also appear intended to humiliate
- 30:15Speaker 1: me and other victims. Oh and by the way, a
- 30:18Speaker 1: good number of these that I've read, just in four
- 30:21Speaker 1: paragraphs are illegal on their own.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I've And then you ask a question, how long
- 30:32Speaker 3: has this been going on that? I mean, what, because
- 30:39Speaker 3: officers have a high threshold for this, and I'm sure
- 30:42Speaker 3: they just hit a breaking point. So yeah, hopefully they'll
- 30:48Speaker 3: remove that guy from his position and not let him
- 30:52Speaker 3: do that again. No.
- 30:54Speaker 1: No, the other officers who have filed notices to sue,
- 31:00Speaker 1: they mentioned them, and then their attorney, as Patrick Tuscano,
- 31:04Speaker 1: told NBC News that they're not talking now because they
- 31:06Speaker 1: fear retaliation. The attorney also asked the New Jersey State
- 31:10Speaker 1: Attorney General's office to immediately take over day to day
- 31:13Speaker 1: operations of the North Berger New Jersey Police Department. So far,
- 31:17Speaker 1: the AG's office has declined to comment. I think they're
- 31:19Speaker 1: going to have to do that. I'm trying to see
- 31:25Speaker 1: if there's anything else in here that this chief is
- 31:30Speaker 1: alleged to have done. Not that. So far, what I've
- 31:32Speaker 1: told you isn't bad enough. But here's one Michael Darren
- 31:39Speaker 1: I believe is one of the officers that is suing.
- 31:43Speaker 1: He said in his notice that he and Farley had
- 31:45Speaker 1: been friends until Farley became chief, and that from then
- 31:48Speaker 1: on he began playing pranks on the officers, like setting
- 31:51Speaker 1: off carl alarms and putting ink on doorhandles. Well, I
- 31:55Speaker 1: can't throw any stones about setting off car alarms.
- 31:59Speaker 3: I've done that.
- 32:01Speaker 1: But then they said, soon the pranks took a darker turn,
- 32:04Speaker 1: like in August of twenty four when he found himself
- 32:07Speaker 1: being chased around the office by the chief. After cornering
- 32:10Speaker 1: me in the filing area with no further room for retreat,
- 32:13Speaker 1: he sticks a hypodermic needle through my genes into the
- 32:16Speaker 1: tip of that And when he wrote, and when this
- 32:23Speaker 1: officer wrote that, when he protested, the chief, quote said,
- 32:27Speaker 1: told me I don't know how to take a joke.
- 32:30Speaker 1: That's I think we need to ask the Chief how
- 32:34Speaker 1: he defines joke, because he may have read a really
- 32:38Speaker 1: weird dictionary, like the definition of joke. He may have
- 32:40Speaker 1: found may have been stabbed fellow officer in the wiener
- 32:43Speaker 1: with a needle.
- 32:46Speaker 3: I have a feeling the Chief is going to have
- 32:48Speaker 3: a cell mate that's gonna question his sense of hum.
- 32:53Speaker 1: And he's going to have his own dictionary with various
- 32:55Speaker 1: definitions as well.
- 32:57Speaker 3: Spike my coffee with viagra, Joke's gonna be all over you, baby.
- 33:07Speaker 5: You're in the treehouse. Listen us online a Treehouse on

- 33:15Speaker 1: I just keep thinking of text cop and Fletch lives

- 33:23Speaker 1: join the night shift.

- 33:56Speaker 1: Daniel Malley along with tree Trendholm Today is Monday, March
- 34:00Speaker 1: thirty first, twenty twenty five. Let's celebrate today with some birthdays.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Turning forty today. She plays Chief of Security Tala Kayali
- 34:13Speaker 1: on The Orvial. Her name is Jessica the zor however
- 34:18Speaker 1: you say it, She's She's forty today. Heavy birthday to her.
- 34:20Speaker 1: She also plays Vanessa Abrams on Gossip Girl, and she
- 34:24Speaker 1: was also known as the hot Chick in Daughtrey's over
- 34:27Speaker 1: You video. So, Jessicas zor however you say it is
- 34:30Speaker 1: forty today?
- 34:31Speaker 3: Did you ever watch The Orville?
- 34:33Speaker 5: I did.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I watched the first season, I think maybe some into
- 34:36Speaker 1: the second season. Then I stopped because, just like Family Guy,
- 34:41Speaker 1: which was also from Seth MacFarlane, he did both shows,
- 34:45Speaker 1: it got jerked around a bit on where it was airing.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I think like it jumped. I think The Orville jumped
- 34:52Speaker 1: platforms a couple of times, and I kind of lost
- 34:55Speaker 1: where it was supposed to be.
- 34:57Speaker 3: But I liked it. I it was one of those
- 35:01Speaker 3: that started out great for me and then I and
- 35:05Speaker 3: now I don't remember if I lost interest just because
- 35:07Speaker 3: I thought the show went downhill, or if just something else,
- 35:11Speaker 3: if there was something else shiny and distracted me and
- 35:13Speaker 3: I just didn't pick it back up.
- 35:15Speaker 1: I think for me, what it was is it had
- 35:18Speaker 1: an identity issue. The early episodes, it started out like
- 35:24Speaker 1: a family guy meets Family Guy or ted you know,
- 35:29Speaker 1: with the Teddy Bear meets Star Trek. So it started
- 35:34Speaker 1: out as over the top funny but set against this
- 35:36Speaker 1: Star Trek style universe, and then I think it actually
- 35:42Speaker 1: got away from that and actually felt like it was
- 35:45Speaker 1: actually trying to become more of a Star Trek type
- 35:49Speaker 1: show with less of the comedy and the pratfalls. So
- 35:53Speaker 1: that's where I feel like the show had. It didn't
- 35:56Speaker 1: really know what it wanted to be, and when you
- 35:59Speaker 1: don't know what you want to be, you have a
- 36:01Speaker 1: tendency to get lost in the middle. And I think
- 36:03Speaker 1: that's what happened to it, and the fact that it
- 36:06Speaker 1: got lost on what platform it was on. But I
- 36:09Speaker 1: think it even got pretty good critical reviews. I think
- 36:12Speaker 1: maybe they did sort of just transition from the comedy
- 36:16Speaker 1: aspect into more of a traditional Star Trek inspired space show.
- 36:24Speaker 1: I liked the early version. I like the slapstick stuff
- 36:27Speaker 1: set against the Star Trek style backdrop. I mean, who
- 36:31Speaker 1: wouldn't watch that Family Guy meet Star Trek.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Oh my God, Yeah, I'm not far to watch that
- 36:36Speaker 3: again if I can find.
- 36:38Speaker 1: It, if you can find it. Still a big, huge
- 36:41Speaker 1: fan of Seth MacFarland, though other birthdays. Today, Ryan Bingham
- 36:45Speaker 1: turns forty four. He won a He won an Oscar
- 36:50Speaker 1: for Best Original Song for the theme to Crazy Heart.
- 36:53Speaker 1: The song's actual title is The Weary Kind Jeff Bridges
- 36:55Speaker 1: singing in the movie, but it's this guy Ryan Bingham
- 36:59Speaker 1: sing it on the soundtrack. Kate mccuchie is a comedian
- 37:02Speaker 1: and an actress with a funny last name. She's forty five.
- 37:05Speaker 1: She's from Garfunkel and Oats. If if you remember the
- 37:10Speaker 1: singing duo comedy duo look it up, Trey you you'll
- 37:14Speaker 1: have a fun Monday looking up some Garfunkel and Oats.
- 37:18Speaker 1: She's also Unice on Comedy Central's Another Period. She also
- 37:21Speaker 1: played Raj's girlfriend, not a Raj. She played Raj's girlfriend
- 37:26Speaker 1: in early episodes of Big Bang Theory. Okay, there was
- 37:32Speaker 1: so she She was on with the short dark hair
- 37:35Speaker 1: right in Big Bang Theory.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Kind of bug eyes, bug guys, that's her.
- 37:41Speaker 1: That's Kate Kouchie and from the comedy duo Garfunkel and Oats,
- 37:45Speaker 1: the other half of that comedy duo, was also on
- 37:48Speaker 1: Big Bang Theory. Comedian and actress. She was one that
- 37:52Speaker 1: played I believe it was like Leonard's assistant that was
- 37:59Speaker 1: after Leonard, kind of tall and thin. So anyway, they've
- 38:02Speaker 1: both been on Big Bang Theory, which you and I enjoy.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Other birthdays today, Oh, this is a good one. You
- 38:08Speaker 1: and McGregor turns fifty four today. Obviously best known as
- 38:10Speaker 1: obi Wan Kenoby and the Star Wars prequels. It's amazing
- 38:14Speaker 1: how uh he really took over that role because now
- 38:19Speaker 1: when I think of obi Wan Kenoby, I don't think
- 38:21Speaker 1: of Alec Guinness in the original ones. I now think
- 38:23Speaker 1: of you and McGregor. Despite how terrible I think the
- 38:27Speaker 1: Obi Wan series.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Was, I didn't have a problem with the Obi Wan series.
- 38:32Speaker 3: I did.
- 38:33Speaker 1: I wanted to like it so bad, like the most
- 38:35Speaker 1: New Star Wars stuff. I just didn't think it was good.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Like I remember watching parts of it thinking this is stupid,
- 38:44Speaker 1: I am it.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Wait, it wasn't the Mandalorian, No, And I think that
- 38:54Speaker 3: was one of the problems with that because that was
- 38:58Speaker 3: right around right after sometime after the Mandalorian, which the
- 39:01Speaker 3: Mandalorian just blew everything away. It was better than Boba Fett.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Oh that was terrible.
- 39:10Speaker 5: So I have.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't have a problem with it, but yeah,
- 39:16Speaker 3: I definitely again. And we have had this discussion countless times.
- 39:22Speaker 3: I think we were way too harsh on the first
- 39:25Speaker 3: three movies. They weren't near as bad as we thought
- 39:28Speaker 3: if you go back and look at them and watch
- 39:30Speaker 3: them objectively. Now, especially considering the last three, we compared
- 39:37Speaker 3: them too much to our our trilogy that we grew
- 39:40Speaker 3: up on. But I think they were they were actually
- 39:43Speaker 3: pretty good.
- 39:44Speaker 1: I guess I have to go back and rewatch them.
- 39:46Speaker 1: It's been so long that I probably should, but the
- 39:52Speaker 1: wound is still fresh. I'm still hurt from all the
- 39:56Speaker 1: other Star Wars stuff.
- 39:57Speaker 3: That's Hardlide promise you, especially if if the last taste
- 40:02Speaker 3: in your mouth is the last three movies, when you
- 40:05Speaker 3: go back and watch the first three, and I I
- 40:07Speaker 3: I binge watched one day. I watched all three of
- 40:10Speaker 3: them because I was like, maybe maybe they weren't as bad,
- 40:15Speaker 3: especially now that I have a new reference of bad.
- 40:19Speaker 3: Let's see how these are. And and they're actually they're
- 40:21Speaker 3: they're much better.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Uh.
- 40:24Speaker 5: I you know.
- 40:26Speaker 3: The one of the things I really in retrospect, I
- 40:30Speaker 3: hate that they killed off Liam liam Neeson's character so early.
- 40:35Speaker 3: I would have loved to have seen him more, and
- 40:37Speaker 3: because that was a really good character. But they're just
- 40:44Speaker 3: not near as bad as we thought. Even jar Jar
- 40:50Speaker 3: is not near as bad.
- 40:52Speaker 1: I no, I just that that that that was that bad.
- 40:56Speaker 3: It's not.
- 40:59Speaker 1: For for or for as much as I wanted to
- 41:02Speaker 1: love the new movies and didn't, I don't think they've
- 41:05Speaker 1: sunk below jar Jar. Just wait, are you about to
- 41:12Speaker 1: pull a jar Jar out of your out of your pocket?

- 41:59Speaker 1: you get your podcast. Back inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley.
- 42:02Speaker 1: He's Trade Trendholme. Today is Monday, March thirty first, twenty
- 42:05Speaker 1: twenty five. We were just celebrating the fact that it
- 42:08Speaker 1: is Ewan McGregor's birthday. He is fifty four today, now
- 42:12Speaker 1: probably best known as Obi Wan Kenobi in the Star
- 42:15Speaker 1: Wars universe. Going back to the discussion we were having
- 42:21Speaker 1: about the New Trilogy versus the Middle Trilogy, what are
- 42:25Speaker 1: the better movies? I will acquiesce and say the Middle
- 42:31Speaker 1: Trilogy movies are probably overall better than the New Trilogy movies,
- 42:37Speaker 1: but the sheer existence of Jar Jar Binks makes it
- 42:39Speaker 1: really difficult for me to want to go back and
- 42:42Speaker 1: rewatch those Middle Trilogy movies.
- 42:43Speaker 3: Okay, so we're the Middle Trilogy. What you're calling the
- 42:46Speaker 3: Middle Trilogy technically are the first three.
- 42:50Speaker 1: In chronological order of the entire story? Yes, yes, yeah,
- 42:55Speaker 1: real difficult to follow, Yeah yes yeah, but of episode one,
- 42:59Speaker 1: two and three, Episodes one, two and three with Anakin
- 43:03Speaker 1: and you know, fast Yoda, Young Yoda. H Yeah, that
- 43:07Speaker 1: was some fun stuff. Anyway, look at it this way,
- 43:10Speaker 1: when you think of the New Star Wars Trilogy versus
- 43:13Speaker 1: the Middle Star Wars Trilogy, two of the big characters
- 43:18Speaker 1: Kylo Wrenn from the New Ones, jar Jar Binks from
- 43:22Speaker 1: the Middle Ones. We as men are known to sometimes
- 43:26Speaker 1: name our members. Right if you were to tell someone
- 43:32Speaker 1: you were romantically interested in I want to introduce you
- 43:34Speaker 1: to Kylo Wrinnen or Jar jar Binks. Which one do
- 43:41Speaker 1: you think she would probably gravitate towards.
- 43:45Speaker 3: I mean she thought it was the size of a jar,
- 43:50Speaker 3: you know, depending on what kind of jar.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Maybe maybe h I mean, I mean there's there's various
- 44:00Speaker 1: directions we could go here. I mean she may think, well,
- 44:02Speaker 1: what if it looks like jar jarr, but I'd rather
- 44:04Speaker 1: look like you know, Adam Driver, Kylo Rent. These are
- 44:09Speaker 1: all things to keep in mind because I'm just thinking
- 44:10Speaker 1: of this off the top of my head. But I
- 44:14Speaker 1: think it's worth mentioning that if you say to her
- 44:17Speaker 1: that your nickname for your member is Jar jar Binks,
- 44:22Speaker 1: you need to prepare for the fact that she may
- 44:24Speaker 1: respond with, well, mine's count dooku.
- 44:37Speaker 3: You drove a long way to get to that punchline.
- 44:40Speaker 1: I didn't even plan for it. I thought of it
- 44:42Speaker 1: like forty five seconds ago. I was like, oh, I
- 44:44Speaker 1: know I'm going to end the show. Really though, if
- 44:50Speaker 1: you think about it, how silly of a situation that
- 44:52Speaker 1: would be. If you're so you both claim to be
- 44:54Speaker 1: Star Wars fans. Maybe you meet in the Star Wars
- 44:56Speaker 1: convention You're like, yeah, I'm gonna and you get lucky, right,
- 45:00Speaker 1: You're gonna tell this, You're gonna tell this really attractive woman.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Want to introduce you to my Kylo Red who uh.
- 45:07Speaker 1: And that's when she slowly pulls up her black hood
- 45:10Speaker 1: and says mine is gimmed, Like, oh no, I've chosen Boorly.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:22Speaker 1: And then you think I should have just stayed with
- 45:24Speaker 1: the Han solo costume.
- 45:29Speaker 3: She didn't go with Yoda. It's green, small, it is not.
- 45:41Speaker 5: There.
- 45:41Speaker 4: You have it.
