- 0:00Tracy Cartwright: Kiona and welcome to Constellations and all that.
- 0:03Tracy Cartwright: I'm your host, Tracy Cartwright, and together we will be exploring the world of family constellations with facilitators for and clients from around the world, looking at different perspectives and experiences in the work, having a cup of tea, and just chatting with some friends around their experiences in constellations.
- 0:23Tracy Cartwright: We'd love for you to join us.
- 0:25Tracy Cartwright: I hope that you enjoy this series as much as I have loved making it.
- 0:34Tracy Cartwright: Everyone, welcome to Constellations and all that.
- 0:37Tracy Cartwright: Can you believe that today is the 11th of the 11th, 20, 25.
- 0:41Tracy Cartwright: Time is going so fast.
- 0:44Tracy Cartwright: Um, already just so close to the end of the year and today I have the pleasure of chatting with Laura.
- 0:51Tracy Cartwright: Hey Laura, how are you doing?
- 0:53Laura Dheygers: Hi Tracy.
- 0:54Laura Dheygers: Hi everyone.
- 0:55Laura Dheygers: I'm doing great.
- 0:56Laura Dheygers: It's, uh, really lovely to be here today.
- 0:58Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, it's really good to have you here.
- 1:00Tracy Cartwright: Um, as you know, I know you've listened to some of my podcasts.
- 1:03Tracy Cartwright: I'm gonna invite you to introduce yourself and, uh, where in the world you are and a little, just a little snippet about yourself.
- 1:11Tracy Cartwright: And then, uh, we'll see what the field reveals.
- 1:15Laura Dheygers: My name is Laura Deje.
- 1:16Laura Dheygers: I was born in Poland.
- 1:18Laura Dheygers: Right now I am residing in Bali.
- 1:21Laura Dheygers: And when you mentioned, uh, the date, 1111, well, it's not only.
- 1:26Laura Dheygers: Numerologically that it's, uh, powerful, but it's also Poland's Independence Day.
- 1:33Tracy Cartwright: Oh wow.
- 1:36Laura Dheygers: So, yes, I, uh, just, um, connected that and like, wow, I'm having this interview on Independence Day.
- 1:43Tracy Cartwright: Beautiful.
- 1:44Tracy Cartwright: And and your last name, where does that come from?
- 1:47Laura Dheygers: This last name?
- 1:48Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 1:48Laura Dheygers: Is from my husband who is French with, um, also Belgian ancestors.
- 1:54Laura Dheygers: And the surname is actually Flo from Belgian.
- 1:57Laura Dheygers: But my main surname is not the easiest either.
- 1:59Laura Dheygers: Uh, it's otta so the spelling of that is also crazy.
- 2:03Laura Dheygers: So my surname just got from one difficult one to another.
- 2:08Tracy Cartwright: Keep people on their toes.
- 2:09Tracy Cartwright: Hey,
- 2:10Laura Dheygers: totally.
- 2:11Laura Dheygers: Including myself.
- 2:13Tracy Cartwright: You have children?
- 2:14Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 2:14Laura Dheygers: I have a 3-year-old son.
- 2:17Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 2:17Laura Dheygers: Born in Bali and growing up here for now.
- 2:20Laura Dheygers: And uh, it's been a beautiful journey.
- 2:22Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 2:23Tracy Cartwright: What took you to Bali?
- 2:25Laura Dheygers: Adventure?
- 2:26Tracy Cartwright: Adventure?
- 2:27Laura Dheygers: I think it does.
- 2:28Laura Dheygers: I think like, um, a lot of people that come here is the adventure that is calling us.
- 2:33Laura Dheygers: And, um, what happened is life lined up in such a way, and Bali was so generous for me that I just could stay here.
- 2:42Laura Dheygers: Now it's been, uh, over a decade.
- 2:44Laura Dheygers: So I came here just for a few months, but, um, it just, I can feel a very special connection with the energy of the island.
- 2:54Laura Dheygers: The spirit of the island by the island.
- 2:56Laura Dheygers: It's very powerful connection.
- 2:58Laura Dheygers: It's been very powerful throughout this decade.
- 3:00Laura Dheygers: Yes,
- 3:01Tracy Cartwright: absolutely.
- 3:02Tracy Cartwright: Mama Bali.
- 3:03Laura Dheygers: Oh, they
- 3:03Tracy Cartwright: call it, don't they?
- 3:04Tracy Cartwright: Mama Bali?
- 3:05Laura Dheygers: Yeah, she holds me while.
- 3:07Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 3:08Tracy Cartwright: Oh, that's fantastic.
- 3:09Tracy Cartwright: What a place to raise your children.
- 3:12Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 3:12Laura Dheygers: Quite incredible.
- 3:13Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 3:15Tracy Cartwright: As you shared, uh, a melting pot, you, you shared with me before we started to record, and, and that's how I often describe myself as well as a melting pot with such a, a beautiful blend of ancestors, ancestral pathways.
- 3:30Tracy Cartwright: You know?
- 3:31Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 3:31Laura Dheygers: The moment we stop and look a little bit closer, it turns out that really we are from all over.
- 3:37Laura Dheygers: Just a matter of how far behind we are.
- 3:40Tracy Cartwright: Exactly.
- 3:41Tracy Cartwright: So tell me, um, how did you first meet constellations?
- 3:46Tracy Cartwright: How did it find you?
- 3:48Laura Dheygers: First it found me through a friend speaking, uh, over 15 years ago.
- 3:54Laura Dheygers: I remember this friend was trying to explain me the method, and, uh, I experienced what happens when someone explains to your family constellations and you have no idea how it actually works.
- 4:06Laura Dheygers: So I was, um, confused, interested, intrigued.
- 4:10Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 4:11Laura Dheygers: It was really difficult to imagine how it works, and then it was difficult for me to find a place where I could do this, uh, because around the area where I lived at the time, there weren't so many, um, practitioners and actually the way things have been unfolding.
- 4:29Laura Dheygers: I started, uh, reading about it, uh, just out of interest.
- 4:33Laura Dheygers: And then, um, over a decade ago, I was able to participate in my first workshop.
- 4:39Laura Dheygers: And that was a huge revelation to the workshop with, uh, 20, maybe 30 people, so quite a large group in which everybody did their full constellation.
- 4:49Tracy Cartwright: Wow.
- 4:49Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 4:50Laura Dheygers: It was very powerful.
- 4:51Laura Dheygers: It was with Osh, who I hold dearly in my heart, and that was really an incredible introduction to it because Anato was such a. Beautiful facilitator.
- 5:04Laura Dheygers: Also, it's not just the method, but also the facilitation was incredible and um, that got me even deeper into this whole journey.
- 5:14Tracy Cartwright: And was that in Bali or back in
- 5:16Laura Dheygers: Yes, that actually happened.
- 5:17Laura Dheygers: No, that happened in Bali.
- 5:19Tracy Cartwright: Oh,
- 5:19Laura Dheygers: wow.
- 5:19Laura Dheygers: So many people from all over the world come here that it's actually much easier to meet people and experience different kind of, uh, things and, um, practices just when you are here.
- 5:30Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 5:31Tracy Cartwright: And I hear you when you first hear about Family Constellations, it's like, that doesn't make, you know, sometimes it can feel like, hmm, it doesn't quite make sense until you experience it.
- 5:42Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 5:43Tracy Cartwright: And then it's like, ah, now I understand.
- 5:46Tracy Cartwright: Because someone had tried to explain it to me before I had my first experience with it as well, and it was like, it wasn't until I experienced it that I, it's like, oh, there was something in me that felt like I knew the work once I had experienced it.
- 6:00Tracy Cartwright: Mm,
- 6:01Laura Dheygers: that's right.
- 6:01Laura Dheygers: And it was, it was similar for me also because the moment I actually experienced it, I felt like I'm putting a hand in the glove.
- 6:09Laura Dheygers: Yeah,
- 6:10Tracy Cartwright: nice analogy.
- 6:11Tracy Cartwright: Beautiful.
- 6:12Laura Dheygers: I've been interested in my ancestors for the longest time.
- 6:17Laura Dheygers: I grew up in a family where we were connected with ancestors physically because they were still alive, but also through stories.
- 6:25Laura Dheygers: I've been entangled in a lot of, uh, family.
- 6:29Laura Dheygers: Trauma I've been doing, digging in my own way, let's say.
- 6:34Laura Dheygers: Yes, kind of doing it blind and just, um, seeing what, what comes up and then being able to do it.
- 6:42Laura Dheygers: Accessing the field with the constellations, it made so much sense.
- 6:48Laura Dheygers: It gave me so much more insights.
- 6:50Laura Dheygers: It really gave me.
- 6:52Laura Dheygers: Profound understanding about how families function and how we control nothing and how it never started with us and it never started with them.
- 7:05Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 7:05Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 7:06Tracy Cartwright: And doesn't that just, it's almost like there's a breath out when you can land that one in your body, you know, like, ah, okay.
- 7:16Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 7:17Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, it's like, it just, 'cause sometimes life just seems heavy and hard and, and oppressive.
- 7:24Tracy Cartwright: And when we can take a breath out and just go, okay, it didn't start with me.
- 7:29Tracy Cartwright: How can I let this go?
- 7:30Tracy Cartwright: What do I need to let go of?
- 7:31Tracy Cartwright: And, and finding a way towards that.
- 7:33Tracy Cartwright: Yeah,
- 7:34Laura Dheygers: exactly.
- 7:35Laura Dheygers: ' Tracy Cartwright: cause don't get me uh, myself when, when I was young and, and I'm, you know, own that.
- 7:43Laura Dheygers: But knowing that actually those were all.
- 7:46Laura Dheygers: Unconsciously led by what was already going on behind me as well.
- 7:51Laura Dheygers: When you engage with it, there comes this understanding that this energy that manifests in your life in some kind of troubling way, it's just looking for healing.
- 8:02Laura Dheygers: It's just looking for that.
- 8:03Laura Dheygers: It's not looking to make your life difficult, it's just waiting.
- 8:07Laura Dheygers: It's just looking for someone who's going to stop and look at that.
- 8:11Laura Dheygers: And that changed everything.
- 8:13Tracy Cartwright: And so, uh, where do you come in your family system?
- 8:15Laura Dheygers: Uh, I'm the middle sister of three, but I was raised as number one.
- 8:23Laura Dheygers: Oh.
- 8:23Laura Dheygers: Because my.
- 8:25Laura Dheygers: Half brother didn't grow up with us.
- 8:28Laura Dheygers: So for the longest time, that also brought some confusion.
- 8:31Laura Dheygers: Yeah.
- 8:32Laura Dheygers: Still feeling like I'm the oldest child.
- 8:34Laura Dheygers: Well, I'm completely not.
- 8:37Tracy Cartwright: Did you know about him?
- 8:38Laura Dheygers: Uh, not initially.
- 8:40Laura Dheygers: I found out about him a little bit later.
- 8:42Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 8:43Tracy Cartwright: I know that confusion and I think it's probably, it's way more common than people imagine.
- 8:48Tracy Cartwright: Uh, all the secrets and the, the families that have had to.
- 8:53Tracy Cartwright: Move on.
- 8:54Tracy Cartwright: And
- 8:55Laura Dheygers: that's right.
- 8:55Laura Dheygers: I do have a feeling that this story was not the first one in our family, that it's been like this already in the past times.
- 9:05Laura Dheygers: I really connect with that a lot, and it also was a part of my journey of looking for things in the ancestral realm.
- 9:16Laura Dheygers: So very important really in that regard.
- 9:18Tracy Cartwright: So, if you don't mind if I ask, how did things change for you when you took your place as the second child?
- 9:27Laura Dheygers: It's not easy to do that fully, that's for sure.
- 9:30Laura Dheygers: Especially that, uh, where my half brother is not very close to me and to my sister.
- 9:37Laura Dheygers: So we're still kind of alone, just the two of us.
- 9:39Laura Dheygers: But surely there comes this, uh, deep understanding.
- 9:44Laura Dheygers: It's like, hey, there is someone older than me actually be in charge.
- 9:48Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 9:49Tracy Cartwright: Mm. I had two older brothers that didn't, didn't make it earth side, and, uh, and they weren't given a place in our family system.
- 9:58Tracy Cartwright: Um, but once they were once, uh, sort of was acknowledged through constellations, the memories of hearing the story, we only ever heard it once.
- 10:07Tracy Cartwright: But finally, my place as number six versus growing up as number four was a relief for me.
- 10:16Laura Dheygers: Should
- 10:17Tracy Cartwright: be able to stand in that place.
- 10:18Laura Dheygers: That actually comes, my first constellation was on that, uh, on my whole family system where I wanted to put it in order.
- 10:26Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 10:27Laura Dheygers: And being able to put this family in order in that regard, it was really amazing and it also made me understand that it doesn't really matter what our human relationships are because on the soul level, the love is flowing.
- 10:43Laura Dheygers: That brings a lot of peace into my heart.
- 10:45Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 10:46Tracy Cartwright: And the family soul knows too, doesn't it?
- 10:48Tracy Cartwright: It it brings these things back into alignment.
- 10:51Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 10:52Laura Dheygers: And as human beings, we are all on our individual journeys.
- 10:56Tracy Cartwright: Mm-hmm.
- 10:57Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 10:58Tracy Cartwright: So how do you use constellations?
- 11:00Tracy Cartwright: Because some people hear, use family constellations, some people do systemic or organization, or.
- 11:06Tracy Cartwright: All of it.
- 11:07Laura Dheygers: I use it, uh, in always, really.
- 11:11Laura Dheygers: I do family constellations.
- 11:13Laura Dheygers: I do them, uh, in personal one-on-one sessions.
- 11:18Laura Dheygers: But also in workshops, and I do systemic work as well.
- 11:23Laura Dheygers: Um, usually during workshops where with a group we explore different ideas, different issues,
- 11:33Tracy Cartwright: and I see that you do a bit of work around financial blocks and that's.
- 11:37Laura Dheygers: I do quite a bit of work around
- 11:39Tracy Cartwright: that.
- 11:39Tracy Cartwright: Can you talk about that?
- 11:40Tracy Cartwright: 'cause I know that people's ears will be pricking up 'cause that's always one thing, right?
- 11:44Tracy Cartwright: One of the many things that people, um, are always interested in learning a bit about.
- 11:48Laura Dheygers: Yes, and it's just such a, a relief to create a space where people can talk about it.
- 11:55Laura Dheygers: I feel that we are pretty blocked in our society and culture where we can talk openly about money.
- 12:03Laura Dheygers: Even if some cultures are more open to talk about money, it's only one story that they want to share.
- 12:10Laura Dheygers: But money is so much more, it's part of a very powerful energy, and if we can understand it in terms of energy, our relationship with money, finances, and abundance can be much easier.
- 12:21Laura Dheygers: This subject really came to me in constellations when I was working with a group exploring, uh, people's relationship, uh, with money and one.
- 12:32Laura Dheygers: Person had a very specific energy around them that I just felt it, and the words that I had in my mind were financial trauma.
- 12:41Laura Dheygers: I'm like, Hey, what's financial trauma?
- 12:43Laura Dheygers: I never heard of that.
- 12:44Laura Dheygers: I've heard of all the other traumas.
- 12:46Laura Dheygers: Childhood trauma, sexual trauma, word trauma.
- 12:49Laura Dheygers: No, but financial trauma.
- 12:50Laura Dheygers: No, I've never heard of that.
- 12:52Laura Dheygers: But then I went over to the person I say, and I said, look, this energy that is, uh, next to you, I think it's financial trauma.
- 12:59Laura Dheygers: That's how it feels to me.
- 13:01Laura Dheygers: She shared that she lost $1 million from one day to another.
- 13:07Laura Dheygers: Wow.
- 13:07Laura Dheygers: And that basically the money that she had.
- 13:11Laura Dheygers: So that really gave me a lot of, uh, understanding how that energy manifests, that it's real.
- 13:21Laura Dheygers: It can be there.
- 13:22Laura Dheygers: And I got very interested.
- 13:24Laura Dheygers: I wanted to know more.
- 13:25Laura Dheygers: So mm-hmm.
- 13:26Laura Dheygers: After the workshop, I started online research and I was very disappointed.
- 13:30Laura Dheygers: A few dry articles and, uh, so, so some people.
- 13:35Laura Dheygers: Trying to teach me how to manage my finances, which is completely not what I was looking for at the moment.
- 13:41Laura Dheygers: And I started doing my own research with the clients, really, uh, going into the financial trauma, how it manifests in the life, in the stories.
- 13:52Laura Dheygers: And based on that, I was able to.
- 13:54Laura Dheygers: Gather a lot of data, um, gather a lot of, uh, research and insights and, uh, I was able to, I I, this journey, this actually set me on a journey of wanting to connect with the energy of money and abundance on a different level where it's not just the physical that I have in my hand, but I wanted to know what's behind it and that actually.
- 14:23Laura Dheygers: Came it, it graciously came to to my work and I'm able to connect with it, and I'm also able to share this connection with other people through my workshops or through one-on-one sessions.
- 14:38Tracy Cartwright: Fabulous.
- 14:39Tracy Cartwright: And you run retreats too, don't you?
- 14:41Tracy Cartwright: So do you do like financial abundance retreats or?
- 14:46Laura Dheygers: I am planning for next year to actually have a specifically retreat about that because I turned out, I've done quite a few workshops and I've been doing a lot of exercises, uh, with myself with.
- 15:00Laura Dheygers: Uh, one-on-one sessions and I realized that I have so much content that it's not enough for me to share in a half day workshop or one day workshop.
- 15:09Laura Dheygers: They still powerful, but I, I really would love to take people on the journey that is a bit fuller.
- 15:16Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 15:17Tracy Cartwright: Is there something that you would say to people, um, like something that they could do at home?
- 15:24Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 15:24Tracy Cartwright: Just to like feel into the field and, and you know, have you got anything that comes to mind?
- 15:30Laura Dheygers: Just like a diagnostic of your relationship?
- 15:33Tracy Cartwright: Oh,
- 15:34Laura Dheygers: yes.
- 15:34Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 15:35Laura Dheygers: Okay.
- 15:35Laura Dheygers: So for example, uh, how about we just do it together right now?
- 15:40Tracy Cartwright: Okay.
- 15:41Tracy Cartwright: Sounds good.
- 15:41Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 15:42Laura Dheygers: Okay.
- 15:42Laura Dheygers: So if it's comfortable for you, close your eyes, take a deep breath, connect with your body, and imagine that money is in front of you.
- 15:52Laura Dheygers: It can be an abstract, it can be a person, but it's right now here, just in front of you.
- 15:57Laura Dheygers: How does it look?
- 15:58Tracy Cartwright: It's really interesting'cause because as we started, I got this really beautiful excitement in my chest and it showed up like as a pile of money, but with a Christmas angel sitting on it.
- 16:14Tracy Cartwright: Blowing a horn.
- 16:16Tracy Cartwright: And I'm not a reli, I'm not religious at all.
- 16:20Tracy Cartwright: I'm spiritual, but I'm, I wouldn't say I was religious, but it's like one of those traditional angels that you see blowing a horn, so,
- 16:27Laura Dheygers: right.
- 16:27Laura Dheygers: That's incredible.
- 16:27Laura Dheygers: But we are not done with the exercise, so we are there with this tree, uh, just in front of you.
- 16:34Tracy Cartwright: Mm-hmm.
- 16:35Tracy Cartwright: What,
- 16:35Laura Dheygers: what feelings that arise when you look at it?
- 16:38Tracy Cartwright: Joy and excitement.
- 16:40Laura Dheygers: Does man want you to know anything?
- 16:42Laura Dheygers: Does it have a message to you?
- 16:43Laura Dheygers: Is there some sort of personality around this tree?
- 16:47Tracy Cartwright: Um, yeah, just when you asked that question, it was, I'm not as far away as you think I am.
- 16:53Laura Dheygers: Mm. Okay.
- 16:55Laura Dheygers: That's a good message.
- 16:56Laura Dheygers: Mm. Does it like you when money looks at you, doesn't like you?
- 17:01Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 17:02Tracy Cartwright: It's so interesting the feeling inside me at the moment, like it's this whole, you know, that magnetic attraction when you see someone that you are really attracted to, like, I'm not seeing a face or anything.
- 17:14Tracy Cartwright: It's that feeling in my heart.
- 17:16Laura Dheygers: Hmm.
- 17:17Laura Dheygers: So the money is attracted to you?
- 17:19Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, and I'm attracted to it, obviously.
- 17:21Laura Dheygers: Okay.
- 17:23Laura Dheygers: Okay.
- 17:23Laura Dheygers: Is there anything that you can do to have this, uh, energy, this relationship more flowing?
- 17:30Laura Dheygers: Or do you think it's already there?
- 17:32Tracy Cartwright: Uh, when you ask that question, I go into a little bit of, I feel really small when you ask that question like I, and get a little bit blank.
- 17:42Tracy Cartwright: I think movement would help if I moved around that space.
- 17:46Laura Dheygers: Maybe you can try dancing around this tree.
- 17:49Tracy Cartwright: Mm, yeah.
- 17:50Tracy Cartwright: That feels, yeah.
- 17:52Laura Dheygers: And you can tell money.
- 17:54Laura Dheygers: Money.
- 17:54Laura Dheygers: I see you.
- 17:55Tracy Cartwright: Mm. Do you want me to say out loud?
- 17:57Laura Dheygers: You can.
- 17:58Laura Dheygers: You don't have to.
- 17:59Tracy Cartwright: Okay.
- 18:00Tracy Cartwright: Money, I see you.
- 18:02Tracy Cartwright: Ah.
- 18:03Tracy Cartwright: And when I say that, like I can hear the trumpets playing, not just see them.
- 18:08Tracy Cartwright: Oh, nice.
- 18:09Laura Dheygers: It sounds to me like your money wants to be loud.
- 18:11Tracy Cartwright: It can.
- 18:12Tracy Cartwright: Has my permission to be as loud as it likes.
- 18:14Laura Dheygers: You have my permission to be as loud as you want.
- 18:18Tracy Cartwright: You have my permission.
- 18:20Tracy Cartwright: To be as loud as you want money.
- 18:22Tracy Cartwright: That feels exciting.
- 18:24Tracy Cartwright: Mm, fantastic.
- 18:25Tracy Cartwright: Do we leave?
- 18:26Tracy Cartwright: Do we leave it there?
- 18:27Laura Dheygers: Well, yes, we can do it here.
- 18:28Laura Dheygers: So this is a very simple exercise that can already give some more understanding of what is my relationship with money and what money.
- 18:38Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, it was a real surprise what showed up.
- 18:40Tracy Cartwright: It's like, no expectations.
- 18:42Tracy Cartwright: Just when I closed my eyes I was like, oh wow,
- 18:45Laura Dheygers: you're a Christmas tree.
- 18:46Laura Dheygers: I didn't, I didn't realize that.
- 18:49Tracy Cartwright: Beautiful.
- 18:50Tracy Cartwright: And you know what's so funny because I have, I have, my daughter calls me the Christmas Grinch for the last few years.
- 18:59Tracy Cartwright: It, I haven't enjoyed Christmas.
- 19:00Tracy Cartwright: Both my parents died at Christmas.
- 19:03Laura Dheygers: Oh, that's really sad.
- 19:04Laura Dheygers: I'm sorry.
- 19:04Tracy Cartwright: Mm. So it's nice to see the Christmas.
- 19:08Tracy Cartwright: The pile and with the angel on it.
- 19:10Tracy Cartwright: And then to be able to say
- 19:12Laura Dheygers: yes,
- 19:13Tracy Cartwright: that feels beautiful.
- 19:14Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 19:15Laura Dheygers: And actually it feels to me like there, there is some kind of honoring to happen around it.
- 19:20Tracy Cartwright: Mm-hmm.
- 19:21Laura Dheygers: So specific to see a Christmas tree in relationship.
- 19:25Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:26Tracy Cartwright: And uh, maybe this year,
- 19:28Laura Dheygers: maybe this,
- 19:28Tracy Cartwright: there can be some joy.
- 19:29Tracy Cartwright: There'll be more joy in life.
- 19:31Laura Dheygers: Don't forget the angel.
- 19:33Tracy Cartwright: Oh, that's a beautiful exercise.
- 19:35Tracy Cartwright: Thank you for that.
- 19:36Laura Dheygers: You're very welcome.
- 19:38Tracy Cartwright: I love that.
- 19:38Tracy Cartwright: I really love that.
- 19:40Tracy Cartwright: And so you're gonna have a retreat in
- 19:42Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 19:43Laura Dheygers: So, so for next year, I am, uh, thinking of actually doing this retreat probably, uh, in Indonesia.
- 19:52Laura Dheygers: I'm not a hundred percent about it, but I do have a lot of exercises.
- 19:56Laura Dheygers: This one is, it's an exercise I'm using during workshops sometimes.
- 20:00Tracy Cartwright: Mm-hmm.
- 20:01Laura Dheygers: Um, it really can give people a lot of insights in terms of where they are.
- 20:06Laura Dheygers: And where they would actually like to be.
- 20:09Laura Dheygers: But that is with full understanding that everybody is at a different place in their journey.
- 20:15Laura Dheygers: Of course.
- 20:16Laura Dheygers: So we might be inspired by the results of other people, but they surely don't define our own experiences.
- 20:25Tracy Cartwright: Hmm.
- 20:26Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 20:27Tracy Cartwright: Well, Indonesia, and you have some connection to, is it one of the Gilly islands?
- 20:33Tracy Cartwright: Am I understanding that right.
- 20:34Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 20:35Laura Dheygers: Um, Gilly Ashan, which is a very beautiful remote place where, uh, we like to go with, um, my family and just relax for a few days far away from the commotion, uh, of Bali.
- 20:51Tracy Cartwright: Whereabouts is that?
- 20:53Tracy Cartwright: I went to Gil Turan
- 20:55Laura Dheygers: GaN, but, uh, the, a Ashan is in the south of the island.
- 20:59Laura Dheygers: Ah,
- 21:00Tracy Cartwright: okay.
- 21:01Laura Dheygers: In the south of Lombok.
- 21:02Laura Dheygers: Mm. But I, I've heard you were there, you were in Lombok for a retreat this year.
- 21:06Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, I was there in September with Denise Warner and Susan Ger.
- 21:10Tracy Cartwright: And
- 21:11Laura Dheygers: beautiful,
- 21:12Tracy Cartwright: uh, had a great time.
- 21:14Tracy Cartwright: My husband's still home recovering from it actually.
- 21:17Tracy Cartwright: He had such a good time.
- 21:18Tracy Cartwright: He broke both of his wrists.
- 21:20Tracy Cartwright: Oh my God.
- 21:21Tracy Cartwright: And he hasn't been able to work.
- 21:22Tracy Cartwright: Go back to work since, but, um,
- 21:25Laura Dheygers: oh wow.
- 21:26Tracy Cartwright: It was a life changing for him.
- 21:28Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 21:28Tracy Cartwright: Or all of us really in many different ways, but, uh, yeah,
- 21:32Laura Dheygers: sorry about that.
- 21:34Laura Dheygers: It was, but it was in, uh, the
- 21:36Tracy Cartwright: accident.
- 21:36Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 21:37Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 21:37Tracy Cartwright: And that retreat was called Yes.
- 21:38Tracy Cartwright: To life.
- 21:39Tracy Cartwright: So, um, he managed to find that in his experiences.
- 21:43Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 21:44Tracy Cartwright: It's part of the journey, isn't it?
- 21:46Tracy Cartwright: When you travel into remote countries and
- 21:48Laura Dheygers: things happen,
- 21:49Tracy Cartwright: life is, things happen.
- 21:51Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 21:52Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 21:52Laura Dheygers: It's especially uncomfortable when they happen in Indonesia.
- 21:55Laura Dheygers: I understand that.
- 21:57Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 21:57Tracy Cartwright: I thought he handled it really well and the Indonesian people were, were beautiful and very accommodating, so yeah, it was good.
- 22:05Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 22:05Tracy Cartwright: I mean, some people are looking at me when I'm saying, yeah, it was actually the best thing that happened to him.
- 22:13Laura Dheygers: He slowed down.
- 22:14Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 22:15Tracy Cartwright: He's looking at life very differently.
- 22:17Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 22:18Laura Dheygers: Wow.
- 22:19Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 22:20Laura Dheygers: The gifts that come.
- 22:21Tracy Cartwright: I know exactly.
- 22:23Tracy Cartwright: Um, let's see, what else do I want to ask or should I say, what else does the field want me to ask?
- 22:30Tracy Cartwright: How do you describe it to people?
- 22:32Tracy Cartwright: How would you, in your own words, describe Constellation work?
- 22:37Laura Dheygers: It's a part practice that helps you discover answering blockages and gives you tools to release them.
- 22:47Laura Dheygers: So that you can embrace a joyful and more peaceful life.
- 22:53Tracy Cartwright: Nice.
- 22:54Laura Dheygers: In the simplest of ways.
- 22:56Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 22:56Tracy Cartwright: No, that's nice.
- 22:57Tracy Cartwright: It was, yeah, straight to the point.
- 23:00Tracy Cartwright: Sometimes if we give too much explanation, it can get quite heady, but that was beautiful.
- 23:05Tracy Cartwright: I can really feel that.
- 23:07Tracy Cartwright: Nice and calm in the system.
- 23:09Laura Dheygers: And especially with family constellations, if you try to explain too much, I think, uh, to people that don't know, to people who hear about it for the first time, it's really overwhelming.
- 23:20Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 23:21Laura Dheygers: So just keeping it as simple as possible.
- 23:23Laura Dheygers: Sometimes in an explora, in an explanation like that, I will also throw in transgenerational trauma, but even that, it's like already taking it into a place where people have a difficulty to connect with.
- 23:39Tracy Cartwright: Yeah,
- 23:40Laura Dheygers: because they change
- 23:40Tracy Cartwright: subject or run out the door.
- 23:42Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 23:42Laura Dheygers: And they cannot see this, uh, transgenerational trauma in their life.
- 23:46Laura Dheygers: They don't understand that the patterns that they're experiencing are not really their own.
- 23:51Laura Dheygers: That the stories that they go through started long time ago.
- 23:55Laura Dheygers: So it doesn't really fully resonate.
- 23:56Laura Dheygers: But hidden didn't blockages, subconscious, uh, beliefs.
- 24:01Laura Dheygers: That is something that people can work with.
- 24:03Tracy Cartwright: Hmm.
- 24:04Tracy Cartwright: Does your partner understand constellations like.
- 24:07Tracy Cartwright: Has he experienced constellations?
- 24:10Laura Dheygers: He is experienced them, um, in, on the personal level, so he understands them to a point.
- 24:18Laura Dheygers: I think, uh, group workshop is still waiting for him to happen when the time is right.
- 24:28Tracy Cartwright: Yeah,
- 24:29Laura Dheygers: yeah.
- 24:29Tracy Cartwright: Beautiful.
- 24:30Tracy Cartwright: Who would you say are some of your favorite teachers?
- 24:34Laura Dheygers: Oh, wow.
- 24:35Laura Dheygers: I have so many.
- 24:36Laura Dheygers: Um, one of the reasons is that I participated in Jon Base online training, and her training involves between 30 to 50 different facilitators.
- 24:51Laura Dheygers: So being able to learn from that is just incredible.
- 24:57Laura Dheygers: Uh, it gave me an insight that really, it's like a fingerprint and everybody's going to do this in their own way, and just showing me that.
- 25:09Laura Dheygers: With so many different facilitators, there are going to be certainly the ones that I'm going to resonate, uh, more than others.
- 25:19Laura Dheygers: I guess a personal favorite of mine is Judith Hamming.
- 25:23Laura Dheygers: Hmm.
- 25:25Laura Dheygers: She's a maestro for me.
- 25:27Laura Dheygers: She's, uh, the, the way she's, uh, doing Constellation and, uh, the interviews is just incredible.
- 25:35Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 25:36Laura Dheygers: Yeah.
- 25:36Laura Dheygers: So.
- 25:37Laura Dheygers: Surely that, but really there's been a, a lot of teachers that I fell in love with, with, um, included Margaret Koning, bill Manel drag, and the beauty of that course was that I was able to really just see so many beautiful, talented, and very knowledgeable people at work
- 26:00Tracy Cartwright: and 'cause it's all changed so much from.
- 26:03Tracy Cartwright: When I started the gatherings, you know, like COVID really changed the way in which things happen and, and some are starting to come back together.
- 26:15Tracy Cartwright: I've just come back from Mexico having been with Francesca Mason, Boen, and Angu and just, and, and Gala, rebel, and Barry crossed and into the big gatherings that have taken a while to get their back up and running.
- 26:29Laura Dheygers: Mm.
- 26:30Tracy Cartwright: The in-person ones.
- 26:32Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 26:33Tracy Cartwright: Janine does an amazing job pulling all of that together and holding conferences in Australia as well, which I know that you were just there recently as well.
- 26:42Laura Dheygers: I, I joined the one in October in Sydney.
- 26:44Laura Dheygers: It was very beautiful, really incredible event.
- 26:47Laura Dheygers: It's amazing that Janine is, uh, holding these spaces for all of us.
- 26:53Laura Dheygers: Such an important work that she's doing.
- 26:55Tracy Cartwright: Absolutely.
- 26:56Tracy Cartwright: If someone wanted to work with you, how would they get in touch with you?
- 27:01Tracy Cartwright: I know and, and I will share it in the thread below, but some people like to hear it audible, so how would they find you?
- 27:08Laura Dheygers: I have a website called Energy journeys.com.
- 27:14Laura Dheygers: I'm also on social media with the same handle energy journeys and the best way to contact me is, uh, via Instagram or through my website form.
- 27:27Tracy Cartwright: Awesome.
- 27:28Tracy Cartwright: Is there anything else that you'd like to share with people that you feel inspired that might inspire someone to be curious?
- 27:37Tracy Cartwright: About the work or Sure.
- 27:38Tracy Cartwright: Anything that's there for you?
- 27:40Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 27:40Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 27:41Laura Dheygers: I can talk a little bit more about, uh, financial trauma.
- 27:45Laura Dheygers: When I started, um, creating workshops or specifically for this, um, I also felt how taboo this subject was.
- 27:55Tracy Cartwright: Yes,
- 27:56Laura Dheygers: no one talks about finances.
- 27:59Laura Dheygers: And that was, that was also a journey for me because I felt, you know, this kind of, uh, pressure that I also should be quiet about it because we don't talk about it.
- 28:11Laura Dheygers: So for me it was, uh, a journey on its own to say, okay, but I really want to do it.
- 28:18Laura Dheygers: So even though I feel that I shouldn't, I'm going to do it.
- 28:23Laura Dheygers: Once I started the work and the workshops, it really shows how important this space is for people where they can just talk about finances without being judged.
- 28:38Laura Dheygers: And the way I talk about money and the e the energy of money, the energy of abundance is not looking for this human angle where it is, um, inappropriate.
- 28:54Laura Dheygers: Um, greedy or general.
- 28:56Laura Dheygers: You should be removed from the table because I want to, I want people to.
- 29:03Laura Dheygers: Feel that behind the word money is a really powerful energy that they can connect with and they can have a better relationship with.
- 29:12Laura Dheygers: And the moment that they can have a better relationship with money, they can have a better relationship with abundance.
- 29:19Laura Dheygers: Having a good relationship with abundance will not happen if you don't fix your relationship with money.
- 29:25Laura Dheygers: It's like a gateway.
- 29:25Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 29:26Tracy Cartwright: Because some people think they're the same thing.
- 29:27Tracy Cartwright: Right?
- 29:28Tracy Cartwright: But they're not.
- 29:29Tracy Cartwright: How would you describe, what would you say would be the difference?
- 29:32Laura Dheygers: Many things that can be part of abundance.
- 29:34Laura Dheygers: So it's going to be money, health, relationships, career, personal growth, network, your friends.
- 29:43Laura Dheygers: So there's going to be really, uh, a lot of elements that.
- 29:46Laura Dheygers: It can create abundance, but it's such a powerful energy that it's difficult for us with our human bodies to hold it in our body all the time.
- 29:56Laura Dheygers: We can connect with it for a while, but then life happens and we will be jerk back.
- 30:02Laura Dheygers: So because of that, it creates, uh, already a difficulty in connecting with abundance.
- 30:08Laura Dheygers: Fully human beings were able to take a part of that energy.
- 30:14Laura Dheygers: Of abundance that they can hold in their hand and that has a meaning and call it money.
- 30:20Laura Dheygers: And money is an energetic container.
- 30:22Laura Dheygers: It is communication with other people.
- 30:26Laura Dheygers: It is trade.
- 30:28Laura Dheygers: It's making many different types of relationship possible.
- 30:32Laura Dheygers: So we were able to take something that we don't fully understand, but we were able to extract something, put a meaning on it that is understood in many different cultures and in many different countries.
- 30:45Laura Dheygers: So that's how I see the difference between money and abundance.
- 30:48Laura Dheygers: Money is being a part of that energy that is really great and powerful, and actually the energy of abundance that comes even from a greater source source, just above it, the power of creation.
- 31:02Laura Dheygers: So really if you don't get money on that energetic level, that it's a part of something very powerful, raw and creative.
- 31:15Laura Dheygers: It's very difficult to connect with money fully with abundance.
- 31:20Laura Dheygers: Fully.
- 31:20Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 31:21Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 31:22Laura Dheygers: And that is the process that I'm taking people into.
- 31:26Laura Dheygers: I've heard, um, people saying, what is money?
- 31:30Laura Dheygers: It's just a piece of paper or digits in my account, and this is not true.
- 31:34Laura Dheygers: And when people are saying things like this, it shows me that you, you really don't know what you're dealing with because that energy, it wants recognition.
- 31:42Laura Dheygers: It's very powerful.
- 31:42Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 31:43Tracy Cartwright: I, I mean, if you think about the stories when people talk about, you know, money's evil, you know, only the rich, um, habit and they, uh, you know, and the rich do evil bad things with it, or, um, I've heard, I'm thinking of, of some couple of people in mind, that's their story and that's, and that seems to be what shows up for them in their life as well.
- 32:06Tracy Cartwright: You know, like the, the real struggle with, uh, because they have such a strong belief, which.
- 32:11Tracy Cartwright: Potentially as ancestral, um, through, through their system of what has shown up for them.
- 32:17Tracy Cartwright: But um, yeah, we do have big stories around money, don't we, around the finances and
- 32:23Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 32:24Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 32:25Laura Dheygers: And they started with, they start with beliefs.
- 32:27Laura Dheygers: So the moment we can work with belief and shift the belief, we we're able to have a different relationship with money.
- 32:34Laura Dheygers: And by that we have, uh, by doing that, we are creating for ourselves a different access.
- 32:41Laura Dheygers: The relationship with abundance, but certainly it all starts with the beliefs.
- 32:46Laura Dheygers: For me.
- 32:47Laura Dheygers: For me, a belief is that, um, man doesn't grow on trees, so you have to work hard to get it.
- 32:55Tracy Cartwright: I remember my parents used to say that, and I would say, but it's made from paper.
- 33:00Tracy Cartwright: Isn't paper made from trees?
- 33:02Tracy Cartwright: That was my comeback as a child.
- 33:04Laura Dheygers: There you go.
- 33:05Laura Dheygers: But truly, do you know any good beliefs about money?
- 33:10Laura Dheygers: Do you know any good proverbs about money?
- 33:13Tracy Cartwright: No.
- 33:13Tracy Cartwright: Well, no.
- 33:15Tracy Cartwright: I started creating my own, but what you, what I've heard from my family system, oh, you've gotta work hard.
- 33:23Tracy Cartwright: Nothing comes easy money, you know, get nothing for free.
- 33:27Tracy Cartwright: And I personally choose to, uh, change that narrative.
- 33:31Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 33:32Tracy Cartwright: Yeah,
- 33:32Laura Dheygers: that's right.
- 33:32Laura Dheygers: And it's beautiful on the personal level that you have the awareness and the capability to do it, but for the greater, uh, number of people, it's like we don't have good beliefs about money and I just find it very weird.
- 33:46Laura Dheygers: How come there are good proverbs about this subject?
- 33:50Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 33:50Tracy Cartwright: That comes, I believe, comes down to a lot of programming too, doesn't it?
- 33:55Laura Dheygers: Exactly,
- 33:56Tracy Cartwright: exactly.
- 33:56Tracy Cartwright: To keep us.
- 33:57Tracy Cartwright: To keep us exactly.
- 33:59Tracy Cartwright: Knowing how amazingly, powerfully abundant we all are.
- 34:04Laura Dheygers: Right?
- 34:04Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 34:05Laura Dheygers: 'cause when we tap into that energy, suddenly things start flowing our way.
- 34:10Tracy Cartwright: Mm.
- 34:11Laura Dheygers: And life becomes easier.
- 34:13Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 34:14Laura Dheygers: So we are brainwashed to fear money, to dislike it in some kind of way.
- 34:20Laura Dheygers: Money is dirty.
- 34:21Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 34:22Laura Dheygers: How about all of that is not true?
- 34:24Laura Dheygers: It just good sides and bad sides, like everything else.
- 34:28Laura Dheygers: It depends on how it's used by the person that holds it, but I'm missing some good proverbs about money and uh, I'd love to see those appear or, or good as well.
- 34:42Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 34:43Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 34:43Tracy Cartwright: Rewrite it.
- 34:44Tracy Cartwright: Hey.
- 34:44Tracy Cartwright: That's right.
- 34:46Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 34:46Laura Dheygers: Money is energy.
- 34:47Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, money is energy.
- 34:49Tracy Cartwright: Exactly.
- 34:50Tracy Cartwright: When we are sharing it, rather than holding onto it and holding onto it tight and we are sharing it, it allows for flow.
- 34:57Tracy Cartwright: And that then that can be, come back to you with the reciprocity and um Exactly.
- 35:03Tracy Cartwright: In a much greater amount too, I believe.
- 35:06Laura Dheygers: Yes, and we have to trust that flow.
- 35:09Laura Dheygers: We actually, this flow of money.
- 35:12Laura Dheygers: It's a real thing and part of the process, part of the exercise that I'm doing with people is actually trusting the flow of money where you don't feel constrained, where you have to do something when you have to pay for something.
- 35:28Tracy Cartwright: Yeah,
- 35:28Laura Dheygers: you can do it with a peaceful mind and know that it goes back to you.
- 35:33Laura Dheygers: A simple thing, uh, that can, uh, help with that.
- 35:37Laura Dheygers: The shift of that mindset, uh, that I can share is whenever you pay for something, just think that you are spreading abundance.
- 35:45Tracy Cartwright: Mm-hmm.
- 35:46Laura Dheygers: Because the money that you pay, it never finishes with the person or the institution you pay to.
- 35:52Laura Dheygers: This money goes into so many different hands.
- 35:55Tracy Cartwright: Yes,
- 35:56Laura Dheygers: it's bread on the table for so many people, so,
- 36:00Tracy Cartwright: yeah.
- 36:01Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 36:01Tracy Cartwright: I was taught, uh, a friend of mine taught me this practice.
- 36:04Tracy Cartwright: Like, say for example, I'm giving you some money for a service that you've done for me and take the money and I hold it to my heart and I think about all the, the beauty and the deliciousness that I've received from you, and pour that into the money and then, and then gift it to you.
- 36:21Laura Dheygers: And
- 36:21Tracy Cartwright: that's really, and then you get, you get to take that in as well, you know, and it's just like when you do that simple act of consciously pouring, rather than, oh, I've gotta pay you some money for that service that you've just given me.
- 36:35Tracy Cartwright: There's a lack in there.
- 36:36Tracy Cartwright: Right.
- 36:37Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 36:38Laura Dheygers: Complete luck.
- 36:38Laura Dheygers: Yeah.
- 36:39Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 36:39Laura Dheygers: And it gives this, uh, contraction in the body, uh, which is really unnecessary because what you do is you have that gift that you receive and now you want to give it to another person, and you're spreading a bar.
- 36:51Laura Dheygers: This, with everything that you do, whether it's a big bill to pay somewhere, or whether you're just buying, uh, coffee.
- 36:57Laura Dheygers: Mm. And the the thing that I like to do is I actually like to, uh, thank money for that coffee.
- 37:04Laura Dheygers: Mm. We take money for granted and we treat it, uh, something that just is, but I try to show that it's a relationship.
- 37:15Laura Dheygers: Mm. And how do you like to be in a relationship where someone takes you for granted all the time?
- 37:22Tracy Cartwright: Exactly.
- 37:23Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 37:23Laura Dheygers: It's not the best, uh, position for money.
- 37:26Laura Dheygers: So just giving that appreciation.
- 37:29Laura Dheygers: Oh, thank you for that coffee.
- 37:30Laura Dheygers: That's so nice.
- 37:30Laura Dheygers: You, you got it for me.
- 37:32Laura Dheygers: Thank you for helping me pay for that.
- 37:34Laura Dheygers: There are small things, small adjustments, that actually it's part of the training, uh, that you do with yourself, but they can shift how you receive money and how you spread the abundance.
- 37:49Tracy Cartwright: Mm. Have you seen in your work where there's been that ancestral.
- 37:55Tracy Cartwright: Block I'm thinking of, I think it was Mark Lan talked about a couple of siblings that he had worked with who were, who found creating money incredibly easy, but they also couldn't hold onto it, and they were connected to some deep ancestral trauma.
- 38:11Tracy Cartwright: Um, have you seen that
- 38:13Laura Dheygers: many times?
- 38:13Laura Dheygers: I worked with, so, so, yes.
- 38:14Laura Dheygers: So, uh, actually, uh, the biggest, uh, not, not the, a large part of my work is.
- 38:22Laura Dheygers: Financial trauma healing.
- 38:24Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 38:25Laura Dheygers: Where I take people on a journey of a set of constellations, and we start with that.
- 38:30Laura Dheygers: We start with the transgenerational blockage that we entangled with, and we go into that to see it, acknowledge it, and release it.
- 38:41Laura Dheygers: Only then we are able to move really, uh, fully with the present time and with the future intention.
- 38:50Laura Dheygers: But if we don't release the.
- 38:53Laura Dheygers: Transgenerational, uh, entanglements, we will always end up at a certain point.
- 38:58Laura Dheygers: This is what happens with a lot of money mindset trainings.
- 39:01Laura Dheygers: It's possible to train your mindset, but you have to put a lot of work into it.
- 39:05Laura Dheygers: So you will train, train, train, you will grind and you will get finally over here.
- 39:09Laura Dheygers: But then everything in the past is just going to pull you back and you will find yourself with time at the point where like, oh, I'm here again, so I have to do this training again.
- 39:19Laura Dheygers: And then you push, push, push.
- 39:21Laura Dheygers: And you, again, get your mindset to another level, but then again, something happens and it's pulling you back and these are the transgenerational, financial entanglements that are keeping you loyal.
- 39:32Laura Dheygers: What happened to that pain that was not processed properly?
- 39:37Laura Dheygers: So I've worked really with a lot of cases, uh, like that, and reasons for this can be so many.
- 39:44Laura Dheygers: Um, loss of land, loss of business, divorce, loss of job.
- 39:50Laura Dheygers: Actually even a loss of a, a loved one, an early death can create that, uh, blockage that is going to manifest on the financial level.
- 40:01Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 40:02Laura Dheygers: Hardship, of course, is a very common one where people have to work hard, where their experience scarcity, and that creates this energy blockage that we carry on later.
- 40:14Laura Dheygers: Also, um, some bad deeds that our ancestors were involved in in the past that are going to manifest in our life very often in the way where we are going to try to balance the system and sabotage ourselves.
- 40:34Laura Dheygers: So, for example, we can make money.
- 40:37Laura Dheygers: We are good at it, um, but we're not very good at keeping it.
- 40:42Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 40:42Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 40:42Tracy Cartwright: And I see, and I hear that about often people who win the lottery, for example.
- 40:48Tracy Cartwright: Right, exactly.
- 40:49Tracy Cartwright: It's all lined up.
- 40:50Tracy Cartwright: They've won the lottery, but they just can't keep hold of it.
- 40:54Tracy Cartwright: It just goes.
- 40:55Laura Dheygers: And that, when it comes to, um, examples like this, it's, uh, well, the transgenerational blockage for sure, but also it's, uh, the energetic level.
- 41:06Laura Dheygers: Where is my container ready for that amount of money?
- 41:11Laura Dheygers: Yeah, and usually not, I can hold 10,000, but I cannot hold 1 million, so I will quickly give it away because uh, I just cannot do it.
- 41:22Laura Dheygers: So there is a lot of, actually, there's a lot of that also when working with professionals, entrepreneurs or corporate, there's a lot of that of getting.
- 41:34Laura Dheygers: People to understand where they are at, what, what they are physically ready to hold in, in their, uh, in their body where they want to be.
- 41:45Tracy Cartwright: Mm.
- 41:45Laura Dheygers: Because if you explore this, you really are getting ready for that step and you understand, oh, I want to be there, but I am not ready.
- 41:53Laura Dheygers: What do I have to do to be ready?
- 41:55Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 41:56Laura Dheygers: So I can actually hold it, embrace it, and enjoy it when it comes.
- 42:00Tracy Cartwright: Sounds beautiful.
- 42:02Tracy Cartwright: Well, hopefully, we'll, a lot of people saying, Hey, yeah, I'm ready for this.
- 42:05Tracy Cartwright: You know, like, I think people are changing and starting to see that when we change our mindset, we can change the energy.
- 42:12Tracy Cartwright: And when we've got a, a beautiful teachers like yourself that are evolving in the world, Hey, what else is possible?
- 42:20Laura Dheygers: That's right.
- 42:20Laura Dheygers: When we change our mindset and our beliefs, we really change our own life.
- 42:25Laura Dheygers: It's possible.
- 42:25Laura Dheygers: It's doable and something beautiful is waiting at the other side of this journey.
- 42:31Tracy Cartwright: And unlocking it for your children too.
- 42:33Tracy Cartwright: Right?
- 42:34Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 42:35Tracy Cartwright: Or your nieces and nephews or just clearing the pathway for the future generations.
- 42:40Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 42:41Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 42:41Laura Dheygers: They don't have to entangle with the same pain.
- 42:45Tracy Cartwright: With the same pain.
- 42:45Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 42:46Tracy Cartwright: They might create their own, but
- 42:47Laura Dheygers: that's, that's another story.
- 42:49Laura Dheygers: Create your own.
- 42:50Laura Dheygers: You know, you are free to do that, but it's okay.
- 42:53Laura Dheygers: I don't want to, I don't want you to carry what I had to carry and what my ancestors had to carry.
- 42:58Tracy Cartwright: Exactly.
- 42:59Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 43:01Tracy Cartwright: Beautiful.
- 43:01Laura Dheygers: It's actually very interesting in terms of transgenerational trauma because it can be created for our ancestors in so many different ways.
- 43:10Laura Dheygers: So one of the ways that I realized that I was entangled with it was that I come from, I was born in Poland and I come from a strip of land that was changing hands a lot throughout history.
- 43:24Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 43:24Laura Dheygers: Um, the, before the first World War, Poland wasn't even on the map.
- 43:30Laura Dheygers: Of all the partitions, which of course brings, uh, its own issues with it, like system systemically.
- 43:37Laura Dheygers: Um, but then regarding the land that I come from is that strip that after the second World War.
- 43:45Laura Dheygers: Was taken away from Germany and, uh, it was repop repopulated by, um, immigrants.
- 43:54Laura Dheygers: A lot of them, uh, just polish, Polish settlers, but also from other countries that wanted to settle there.
- 44:01Laura Dheygers: And it's because of the work that I've done.
- 44:04Laura Dheygers: I realized that.
- 44:07Laura Dheygers: Actually something happened that is completely unacknowledged by people who are, who have been benefiting from what happened.
- 44:17Laura Dheygers: The pain and the terror of having to leave everything behind.
- 44:22Laura Dheygers: You just take a bag and you have to go because you are ordered to do so.
- 44:27Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 44:28Laura Dheygers: Other groups of people coming into that energy that really.
- 44:34Laura Dheygers: Creates a lot of, um, blockages.
- 44:39Laura Dheygers: Lot of it created for me an entanglement that it really took years for me to see.
- 44:44Tracy Cartwright: So were your ancestors, migrants to the area
- 44:48Laura Dheygers: mm-hmm.
- 44:48Tracy Cartwright: Or they had been there?
- 44:50Laura Dheygers: No, my mys, uh, actually came to that area.
- 44:54Tracy Cartwright: Right?
- 44:54Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 44:55Laura Dheygers: Yes, yes.
- 44:55Laura Dheygers: It's, uh, and millions of uh, uh, Germans were actually millions of people.
- 45:02Tracy Cartwright: Wow.
- 45:04Laura Dheygers: Yes, very, very event.
- 45:06Laura Dheygers: But this, this stayed in the energy and in the land, and really no one ever realized that it's actually still there.
- 45:14Tracy Cartwright: Yeah, it does stay in the land, doesn't it?
- 45:17Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 45:18Tracy Cartwright: And And it shows up in your family system.
- 45:21Tracy Cartwright: I mean, there are many so different ways.
- 45:24Laura Dheygers: Yes, it did.
- 45:25Laura Dheygers: It did.
- 45:25Laura Dheygers: I believe that This is also one of the reasons why I even entered this journey of financial trauma and working with healing of financial trauma, because this is all about finances.
- 45:38Laura Dheygers: This is all what happened there?
- 45:39Laura Dheygers: You had to leave everything you owned.
- 45:41Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 45:42Laura Dheygers: Just go somewhere else.
- 45:43Laura Dheygers: And then other people came and they were able to establish their lives on that.
- 45:50Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 45:50Tracy Cartwright: And we're, and we're seeing that today, aren't we?
- 45:51Tracy Cartwright: People that have had to leave, uh, leave their own countries and try and, and new lives and then others come in and take their places in their countries and, you know, once the war settles down or the takeover is complete or all this happening.
- 46:08Tracy Cartwright: Yeah,
- 46:09Laura Dheygers: exactly.
- 46:09Laura Dheygers: But we forget, uh, that.
- 46:12Laura Dheygers: Actually in place like this, there is a lot of trauma, anger, hatred.
- 46:18Laura Dheygers: Mm-hmm.
- 46:18Tracy Cartwright: And repeated cycles of it.
- 46:20Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 46:21Laura Dheygers: Exactly.
- 46:22Tracy Cartwright: Okay.
- 46:23Tracy Cartwright: So the work that you are doing and your, um, that you are clearing in your own ancestral line, have you seen the ripple effects within your family system with your siblings and your parents and cousins?
- 46:35Laura Dheygers: Yes, yes.
- 46:36Laura Dheygers: Yeah.
- 46:36Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 46:37Laura Dheygers: Definitely.
- 46:38Laura Dheygers: Definitely seen it in, uh, my own, um, life, my own, uh, family.
- 46:46Tracy Cartwright: Mm-hmm.
- 46:47Laura Dheygers: And then I can see the ING effect, uh, going to further.
- 46:52Tracy Cartwright: Fantastic.
- 46:53Tracy Cartwright: Well, you're doing an amazing job.
- 46:55Laura Dheygers: Oh, thank you.
- 46:56Tracy Cartwright: Um, you know, like there are, so I love, the thing I love about this work is that there are so different avenues and, um.
- 47:04Tracy Cartwright: That we all have our own ways of coming to it as well.
- 47:08Laura Dheygers: Yes.
- 47:09Tracy Cartwright: Yeah.
- 47:10Tracy Cartwright: And yeah.
- 47:11Tracy Cartwright: So grateful that you are Yeah.
- 47:14Tracy Cartwright: Exploring this realm of, uh, constellation work and Yeah.
- 47:20Tracy Cartwright: Making it more ease useful for people.
- 47:23Tracy Cartwright: To find financial abundance, and I know that you do a lot of work around the flow of love as well.
- 47:31Laura Dheygers: Fine tuning our system so we can find that frequency.
- 47:35Tracy Cartwright: Yes.
- 47:37Laura Dheygers: And enter it.
- 47:38Tracy Cartwright: Beautiful.
- 47:38Tracy Cartwright: Well, thank you so much for saying yes to coming on and being part of this
