Teach Them Young Expands Across Regions | Guyana News
This year’s Teach Them Young and Learn to Swim program has already enrolled over 3,000 kids aged six to eighteen across Regions Two, Five, Six, and 10, with nearly 200 in Essequibo alone. Sessions are booming at Albion and Watooka pools, training 400+ kids daily in three-hour blocks. Since restarting in 2022, the program has reached 21,000+ people—including adults and those with disabilities—proving swimming is truly accessible.
