A woman in a white hoodie and sandals vanished after abandoning her Toyota FJ Cruiser in Concord woods—leaving behind an expired Maine license plate and a small dog. Police scrambled, deploying K-9 units and checking taxis, but she eluded them until spotted near Water Street. Later, Hooksett cops encountered her at a Circle K, where she acted strangely and made false claims before leaving with gas.
