Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 0:02Speaker 1: Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm Dr Christopher Kevin Slayton, human learning consultant and author of Brain Talk Learning the Brain's Body with Dr Slayton Live.
- 0:12Speaker 1: This is healing time, the act and practice of solving information processing problems through greater received path awareness.
- 0:23Speaker 1: That is how you respond to contact, how you interact through positive and negative feelings of self, other people and the environment.
- 0:34Speaker 1: To move through difficult, high need and troubling emotions, thoughts and reflection, your brain must act and lead of the sense path functions.
- 0:48Speaker 1: This is what I mean by the brain's body.
- 0:51Speaker 1: You cannot see the brain, but you can feel signals of your body being released.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You can observe the body through your sense of feel for self and the brain, the neurophysics of social contact, environmental transformations.
- 1:09Speaker 1: They are of your mind and we're talking about human system science and looking at brain, body and sense interplay.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And then we're talking about the troubling sensations of contact and environmental influences.
- 1:31Speaker 1: When you receive, path is not set up to acknowledge the brain's feedback mechanisms.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I'm saying the brain responds to everything.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So when you're troubled, there's a conflict.
- 1:48Speaker 1: When you're difficult, there's a conflict.
- 1:51Speaker 1: And when you're high need, there's a conflict in the information flow process loop because there are levels of resistance or anxiety, and I'm talking about healing, and you heal from becoming more aware.
- 2:05Speaker 1: There are levels of resistance or anxiety, and I'm talking about healing and you heal from becoming more aware of received path functions, because that's how you stop yourself from falling.
- 2:15Speaker 1: You stop yourself from self-destructing by understanding what the received path is designed to do as a technology, your technology is designed to do as a technology.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Your technology Built in Sense and receive path research.
- 2:32Speaker 1: The sense path represents the body, the receive path represents the brain and those two create the brain's body.
- 2:39Speaker 1: So when you're practicing with Dr Slade and Lyme, this is what you're doing you are establishing received path awareness so you become more informed on how to stop yourself from acting out because you're troubled.
- 2:53Speaker 1: You know you're difficult and you're realizing that you're high need because the emotions are getting the most of you in many of these situations.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Emotions are getting to most of you in many of these situations, so you learn to calm down, cool off and collect a sense of feel for self, the received path and lead of the body, so that you can begin to gain confidence from the way you're responding to contact with other people and environmental interaction simultaneously, because those things influence the resistance that allows your troubled, sensitive behavior to become more pronounced, recognizable as an injury of self, because self is not communicating clearly in its best interest, self's best interest.
- 3:54Speaker 1: So I'm talking about the brain's, body, because we have to come to terms with the fact that this is a new world we live in and we have to have a new platform to help people with information processing disorders learn how to live through the crisis of self.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Learn through the crisis of self, think through the crisis of self, respond through the crisis of self, receive path awareness.
- 4:22Speaker 1: How I learn to live, how I learn to live, how I learn to learn.
- 4:28Speaker 1: How I learn to think, how I learn to respond.
- 4:33Speaker 1: My brain is in the lead of my body.
- 4:36Speaker 1: My body-mind is controlled because now I receive and process the external environment differently.
- 4:45Speaker 1: So my mind states are changing, they're no longer static.
- 4:50Speaker 1: So my behavior pattern is not the way it used to be and I'm gaining confidence because I'm getting the feedback that I wasn't receiving when I was blocked, when I was resistant and I was uncooperative in the flow of information through my received path because I didn't acknowledge the purpose of the received path.
- 5:14Speaker 1: But now that I'm more aware, I am able to make better trading decisions which allow me to cool off, calm down, collect a sense of feel for self, recognize I have a brain and let the brain do its work.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Practice, practice, allen Iverson practice that's what you're talking about.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Sensory seed path research is the practice of learning how to live within a brain's body that is constantly communicating forward and backward.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Feed brain talk.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Doc Slate, live.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Tune in now.
- 5:55Speaker 1: We'll be back shortly.
