  affairs this man had. This pastor had his criminal

  past, his harassment, and now the FBI indictment.

  Question is will more come? Well, that is yet to be seen,

  but nobody has ever put together the entire timeline, decades of

  terror from this man using the moniker, the smokescreen of a
• 0:39
  church to destroy people. And so that is what this show is

  about. The entire timeline.

  going to be some new information for a lot of you who have been

  following this case. And if you're new to this case,

  strap in because here we go. And it starts on February 8th,
• 1:35
  1998, where John Paul Miller is arrested for assault and battery
• 1:41
  of a high degree of aggravated nature.

  Miller was charged with hitting a woman twice with his vehicle
• 1:50
  twice at a high rate of speed. According to the reports, JP hit
• 1:54
  the woman and drove approximately 100 yards on the
• 1:58
  hood of his truck. Read this excerpt from the court
• 2:02
  document. Defended instead accelerated and
• 2:05
  ran into the plaintiff, pushing the plaintiff onto the hood of
• 2:08
  the truck. Defendant drove with the
• 2:11
  plaintiff on the hood for approximately 100 yards when he
• 2:16
  was stopped by a witness and plaintiff was able to roll off
• 2:19
  the truck. Defendant left the scene and
• 2:24
  then, according to other court documents, he tried to cover his
• 2:27
  license plate so people could not identify him.

  Now, this is important part of the story because he is now a
• 2:37
  felon, OK, And he's not allowed to have weapons.

  I want you to remember this part of the story.

  OK, that's back to 1998. March 19th, 2006, John Paul
• 2:50
  Miller starts Solid Rock Ministries.
• 2:53
  Just a few months later, his father, Wayne Miller, is
• 2:58
  arrested for exposing himself to an undercover officer at a South
• 3:03
  Carolina State Park. It was a male officer, by the
• 3:08
  way. Yes.

  Now let's shift to Micah Miller 2012 Micah is married to Jeremy
• 3:18
  Dees and John Paul Miller is the officiant.
• 3:22
  Now couple things that I want you to know about this part of
• 3:26
  the story. Jeremy Deez's family is heavily
• 3:29
  involved in John Paul's church. Jeremy's mother worked for Wayne
• 3:35
  Miller. Jeremy's mother worked for Solid
• 3:38
  Rock Ministries that keep that in mind.

  Remember family history in this story.

  And now Micah is married. A couple years later on
• 3:49
  September 3rd, 2024, Wayne Miller is in trouble again and
• 3:53
  he is convicted on labor fraud for his bogus colleges and
• 3:59
  schools. Now here is where the story

  really begins. June 30th.

  Let me keep this keep this in mind.

  John Paul Miller is married. OK, He's married to Allison
• 4:13
  Williams. June 30th, 2015 John Paul Miller
• 4:17
  and Micah are seen together at a local restaurant leaving in his
• 4:21
  General Lee car and a rumors of the affair begin.
• 4:25
  Now, I'm told the person who took this photo that you see
• 4:29
  here sent it to members of Solid Rock and John Paul and Micah
• 4:35
  were exposed. Not long after this, both
• 4:39
  spouses of Micah and John Paul were filed for divorce.
• 4:45
  Allison files for divorce. Jeremy files for divorce.
• 4:48
  Now there is more to this. I'm told by multiple people that
• 4:55
  Micah and John Paul were walked in on on one occasion and that's
• 5:00
  really when it went downhill as as a result of all this of this
• 5:09
  of this affair coming out between John Paul and Micah,
• 5:14
  July 2015, JP writes a letter to the entire church asking for
• 5:21
  forgiveness. And I'm told by multiple church
• 5:25
  members at the church that time that the elders went around
• 5:29
  telling people that you're not a good Christian if you do not
• 5:33
  forgive this man. Now apparently this is the same
• 5:37
  time that John Paul was supposed to go away, get some help, some
• 5:40
  therapy, and the and the board instructed him to do that.
• 5:44
  Well, he went, goes away for about a week or two, comes back,
• 5:48
  rewrites the bylaws of the church.
• 5:51
  So, so the board can no longer do that to him.
• 5:56
  They can no longer send him away.

  March 6th, 2016, just a few months after the apology letter,
• 6:07
  Allison Williams, John Paul's ex-wife, files a police report
• 6:11
  saying she's been stalked and harassed by JP.
• 6:14
  Keep this in mind. In the report, Allison says John
• 6:18
  Paul comes to her work, her new church, and her home often.
• 6:23
  For those of you new to the story, that's going to sound
• 6:26
  familiar. Also, according to the report,
• 6:30
  JP moves into a house across the lake in the neighborhood that
• 6:33
  she lives in to spy on his ex, telling her the only thing
• 6:37
  blocking his view is the Magnolia tree.

  Allison then goes on to tell police that she found Epson salt
• 6:44
  around the tree, a method that JP used to kill trees at his
• 6:49
  church. Sound familiar, right?

  November 7th, 2017 Now this is where the story starts to ramp
• 7:04
  up. This is the genesis of Micah's
• 7:11
  journey, literally. November 2017.

  Remember, Micah is dead now she's dead.

  How I know this John Paul Miller is responsible for her death?
• 7:25
  But this is the beginning. John Paul Miller and Micah get
• 7:30
  married at a private wedding on a beach.

  John Paul, do you take Micah who you that hold by the hand, to be

  your love and witted wife? Yes.

  Do you promise to love and cherish her in sickness and in

  health, for richer, for poor, for better, for worse, and

  something. This is something that I've
• 9:31
  never shared publicly, and I'm not going to release the
• 9:34
  identities of anybody, but during this time, John Paul was
• 9:38
  having affairs with other women. During this time of dating
• 9:45
  Micah, John Paul was having affairs with other women.
• 9:50
  I've spoken to those women. John Paul was having affairs
• 9:56
  leading up to this wedding. So on November 7th, 2017, they
• 10:02
  get married just a few weeks later, December 6th, 7th.

  Around this time, December 8th. The the timeline is not
• 10:11
  completely clear as to exactly when this happened, but December
• 10:17
  2018 that first week Micah Miller has breast augmentation
• 10:21
  surgery. John Paul Miller says that the
• 10:26
  plastic surgeon diagnosed her with a mental illness after she
• 10:30
  woke up from anaesthesia. I've spoken with multiple
• 10:35
  witnesses that John Paul called the day she woke up.

  I want to be very, very clear. Listen to what I'm saying here.

  I have spoken to people who heard John Paul say that day
• 10:53
  she's going to commit suicide. The narrative of mental health
• 11:00
  begins the day Micah wakes up from anesthesia.

  As we all know, anesthesia does not 'cause our first of all,
• 11:11
  anesthesia does not. It's normal to wake up sounding
• 11:16
  crazy. And John Paul Miller told me
• 11:19
  this same thing. These are text messages from
• 11:23
  John Paul Miller to me. And you can see he's saying,
• 11:27
  well, bipolar systems, but the the schizophrenia and the
• 11:31
  bipolar one and two diagnosis, all the started that day.

  All the other diagnosis started that day.

  He's saying a plastic surgeon diagnosed Micah.
• 11:45
  He even gave me the name of the plastic surgeon and I informed
• 11:49
  that plastic surgeon. I sent it to their office that
• 11:52
  this is what he's saying and it your main name may come up when
• 11:56
  this man goes to jail. So be ready.

  Go ahead and have your records ready.

  Obviously they can't send me anything, but I sent them what
• 12:05
  he was telling people, including me.

  So that is where this all begins.

  December 14th, few weeks after or few days after her surgery,

  Mike Miller's admitted into the hospital.

  Again, I've spoken with people John Paul Miller spoke with.
• 12:22
  He was pushing the mental health narrative.

  December 31st, Micah and John Paul have a second wedding on
• 12:29
  New Year's Eve 2017. Now John Paul says in a
• 12:34
  interview that seven doctors diagnosed her.
• 12:38
  Seven yet John Paul is not produced a single one.
• 12:44
  He is not produced a Doctor Who diagnosed Micah Miller early
• 12:51
  2018. This is another critical point
• 12:56
  to this story. Micah allegedly attempts to take
• 12:59
  her own life. John Paul says Michael went into
• 13:01
  the backyard to do it, but the gun jammed.
• 13:05
  According to JP, neighbors heard what was going on and called
• 13:09
  police. He says officers took Micah to a
• 13:12
  local hospital, but police say this never happened.

  A witness has since come forward and says that John Paul called
• 13:19
  him the night this allegedly happened.

  That witness says Micah never attempted to take her own life.

  That witness actually says that what happened was they purchased
• 13:30
  a weapon and Micah was in the backyard of the with the weapon
• 13:34
  and the gun went off. They called the man to come over
• 13:40
  and help teach Micah how to use the weapon.

  JP wasn't worried about Micah. You want to know what he was
• 13:51
  worried about? Remember that felony?

  He wasn't allowed to have a weapon in the house.

  He didn't want police called. Micah never attempted to take
• 14:07
  her life. Now after 2018, we're going to
• 14:17
  jump ahead to 2021. Pastor John Paul Miller Affair

  with Susie Skinner begins. Susie Skinner is married to a
• 14:27
  man by the name of Chris Skinner.
• 14:29
  He's a quadriplegic, A motivational speaker.
• 14:33
  He was involved in a car accident some 20 years prior to
• 14:36
  this, and he has been confined to a wheelchair since then.
• 14:44
  But the affair begins and Chris Skinner finds out, and others
• 14:49
  find out. September 6th 2021 Chris Skinner
• 14:56
  is found dead in a pool bound by a wheelchair.

  He drives himself into the pool and drowns.
• 15:03
  But despite the evidence, it was ruled an accident.

  Despite the evidence that Chris did this to himself, he took his
• 15:10
  own self out. It was ruled an accident.

  According to court documents filed by John Paul's ex-wife
• 15:16
  Allison Miller, Chris went to John Paul two weeks prior and
• 15:20
  allegedly told him to stay away from my wife and kids.
• 15:25
  Now, that line is critical. Stay away from my wife and kids
• 15:31
  because I've already confirmed that John Paul Miller became
• 15:35
  kind of like a father figure to the children.

  He would take them to practice, pick them up from school, got
• 15:42
  involved in their life while Chris suffered at home.

  According to multiple reports, Susie Skinner allegedly stopped
• 15:51
  taking care of Chris physically and mentally as a wife.
• 15:56
  According to multiple reports, Chris discussed with multiple
• 16:01
  people his failing health and his wife not taking care of him.

  As of last month, 2026, January 2026, the death of Kris Skinner
• 16:19
  is still under investigation. It was closed and reopened in
• 16:23
  2025. And I reached out to the
• 16:26
  coroner's office and I said, hey, what's the update?
• 16:31
  They informed me it's under investigation.
• 16:36
  I believe the FBI stepped in. I believe they have stepped in
• 16:39
  and told the local coroner's office.

  We got it. And that's why I believe Susie
• 16:45
  Skinner better be very nervous about what they find.

  Going through the initial investigation, when you were

  interviewed by Detective Salud years ago, right?

  That was never alluded to. It was more there's no way he
• 17:05
  would have done something to himself.

  This was certainly an accident. Surely there was an issue with

  his chair? That kind of thing.

  Is there anything that you would say differently now in 2025?

  No. And can I explain something to

  you? Let me break this down for you.

  He's AC56 quad. Do you know what that means?

  Tell me what muscles he can use. Very few.

  I mean specifically biceps. He can bend.

  On his left hand, he functioned as AC6.
• 17:39
  On his right side, he functioned as AC-5.
• 17:41
  On the left side, C6. He's got wrist extension that's
• 17:44
  a 5 out of five strength. I am a physical therapist
• 17:47
  specializing in spinal cord injury, so I've got some expert
• 17:50
  advice here. He can bend his biceps, he has 0
• 17:56
  triceps, cannot control his triceps at all.
• 17:58
  His arm goes up like this, he can't move it.
• 18:00
  If his arm comes down like this, he can resist it with biceps,
• 18:04
  but he he has no triceps whatsoever.
• 18:06
  He has absolutely 0 sensation in his hand, none whatsoever.

  This is C, this is C6, this is C7, this is C8C7C8 Have zero
• 18:17
  function, 0 sensation. C6 was spotty because it was, it
• 18:21
  was A injury. That was C5 on the right, C6 on
• 18:24
  the left. It wasn't good sensation.

  He could not feel his hand at all.
• 18:28
  OK, when he drives his wheelchair, the only thing he's
• 18:32
  using is wrist extension and his biceps.
• 18:35
  And then he's got a, he's got some triceps or not triceps,
• 18:38
  deltoid in the front. So he can extend his arm, he can
• 18:41
  move it forward, he can bend his elbow and he can use his wrist
• 18:44
  extension. That's all.
• 18:45
  He's got no sensation. So that morning, the night
• 18:50
  before, he had forgotten to take his medications at night and I
• 18:54
  had forgotten to give it to him. So he stayed up all night.
• 18:57
  He was awake all night long. So when he got up in the
• 19:00
  morning, I gave him his normal medications that he always has
• 19:03
  in the morning. And then he went for a walk to
• 19:06
  walk the dog, which is what he does every single morning,
• 19:10
  probably at least one day a week.
• 19:12
  On that walk, he usually starts to kind of fall asleep or he
• 19:17
  just is tired and he'll, you know, ride like this and drive.
• 19:21
  And we used to, he used to joke around and say like, don't ever
• 19:25
  let me drive off the sidewalk or don't let me, you know,
• 19:27
  whatever. And we would have to like wake
• 19:29
  him up and stuff. So that morning when I get to
• 19:32
  the pool and they obviously they're doing CPR, whatever.
• 19:36
  She, the detective said, you know what happened?
• 19:39
  OK, well, he was he was tired. He was up all night long.
• 19:42
  He finally gets the medications, which is the same medications at
• 19:46
  night as in the morning. So he finally gets those
• 19:48
  medications that he had missed and he probably fell asleep.
• 19:51
  He went to the same spot in the pool every single day.
• 19:54
  If if there was a person that could let him into the pool
• 19:57
  area. If not, he went on the outside
• 19:59
  of the gate and he would sit there and he would play on his
• 20:01
  phone or he would rest. That's what he did every morning
• 20:04
  after he walked the dog that morning.
• 20:07
  Obviously a neighbor let him into the pool.
• 20:09
  And so yes, yes, I think he fell asleep or whatever.
• 20:15
  I don't know. I haven't seen the video.

  And that morning when that detective's asking me those
• 20:19
  questions or whatever, I don't haven't seen the video.
• 20:22
  I have no idea. So yes, that's my best guess on
• 20:26
  that day at that moment that that's what happened to my
• 20:28
  husband. I'm the one that lives with him.
• 20:31
  I'm the one that takes care of him.
• 20:33
  I'm the one that was there the night before.

  I'm the one that got him up that morning.

  I'm the one that gives him the medication, not these other
• 20:41
  people. I'm the one that lives with him.

  Yes, I know he's sad. He's been paralyzed for 21

  years. Would you not be sad?

  But does that guarantee 100% that he killed himself?

  I have no idea. I am not a detective and I was
• 20:57
  not in his mind that morning. That is what I told that
• 21:00
  detective, and that is exactly what I stand by today.

  January 1st, 2022 John Paul Miller starts Faith First
• 21:08
  Academy Elementary School that they're at Solid Rock Ministries
• 21:13
  2022. Later that year, John Paul
• 21:16
  Miller request a pardon from his 1998 conviction.

  In audio release, JP says he didn't even know about the
• 21:24
  charge, which is a lie. When it happened over 20 years
• 21:28
  ago, the incident was I was driving a work truck through a
• 21:32
  wake zone after a hurricane and, and the, the person that brought
• 21:38
  the charge or whatever said that the waves of the wake, so I
• 21:43
  guess knocked them over or something.
• 21:45
  And when I went to court, I was young and I didn't have a lawyer
• 21:47
  and didn't know anything. And a lady that was in the
• 21:51
  courthouse just told me to plead guilty.
• 21:53
  And so I went in to plead guilty and the person who was bringing
• 21:56
  the charges didn't even show up because they had three or four
• 22:00
  warrants after their arrest. I never even met the person or
• 22:03
  saw the person ever in my entire life.

  And I didn't even know that I had discharged until a few years
• 22:10
  ago. We have a bunch of lieutenants
• 22:12
  and policemen in our in our congregation.
• 22:15
  And. OK, Mr. Miller.

  Yes, Sir. Mr. Miller, let me tell you
• 22:19
  something here. I'm sure your attorney will tell
• 22:21
  you we don't retry cases here. We, there's we just can't do
• 22:25
  anything about that. But we we just have the facts of
• 22:28
  the case. What we're trying to look at now
• 22:32
  is how do you change? Why do you feel like you deserve
• 22:35
  a pardon and some of the things you've been doing since all this
• 22:39
  happened? I've started a church that has
• 22:41
  over 500 people in it each week. We have AI started a homeless
• 22:45
  ministry that specifically takes vets that are homeless off the
• 22:49
  streets, gets them jobs with people in our congregation.
• 22:52
  We get them a place to live, give them transportation once
• 22:56
  they've completed our courses. I started a Christian private
• 22:59
  school that is the most affordable school in all of
• 23:01
  Myrtle Beach so that any Christian family that wants to
• 23:04
  put their child in a private school can do so.
• 23:08
  Like I said, I didn't even know this charge was on, on my record
• 23:12
  until recently. And, and you know, I just, I, I
• 23:17
  would love to have the pardon just because I think it's the
• 23:21
  right thing for me and I it's the right thing to do in
• 23:24
  general. According to his ex-wife, he
• 23:26
  allegedly got the assistance of a local police chief to expunge
• 23:30
  his record. By the way, during the hearing
• 23:33
  for the pardon, they never even listened to the victim.
• 23:38
  They never even asked the victim about her side of the story.

  They gave John Paul this pardon. June 23rd, 2022 a woman reports
• 23:49
  she received lewd messages and photographs from John Paul
• 23:54
  Miller. She also reports obscene acts
• 23:57
  being made during the video call with JP.

  November 16th, 2022. This is the first time that John
• 24:11
  Paul we have evidence of of John Paul threatening to harm Micah
• 24:16
  and her family. John Paul and Micah were
• 24:22
  partying. We'll say that alcohol is
• 24:25
  involved and according to witnesses drugs were involved
• 24:29
  also. JPS Micah during this party and
• 24:34
  if he were to kiss or if if she were to kiss a woman.

  If Micah were to kiss a woman, who would it be?

  Micah initially refuses, but then admits that she would
• 24:46
  choose Charlotte, her best friend.

  Charlotte becomes an important part of the story later on.

  The 2 get into a fight about Micah choosing Charlotte and
• 24:56
  Micah goes to her sister's house.

  JP begins to text text exchange between Micah, Charlotte and
• 25:04
  himself. In the messages, John Paul is
• 25:07
  unhinged. In a separate message to Micah's
• 25:11
  sister, John Paul says he is coming to get Micah and he is
• 25:16
  armed and ready. I had called earlier and filed a
• 25:22
  police report with my sister about her spouse to say he's
• 25:24
  going to come over and that he was threatening that he had a
• 25:27
  weapons with him. He said that he would be here at
• 25:30
  12:55. GPS shows that he supposedly
• 25:35
  hasn't left Myrtle Beach, SC, but he just texted her and said
• 25:40
  you better drive down the road now or I'm coming in.
• 25:43
  It's going to be health pay like acting like he's outside.
• 25:46
  So we just want to verify that he's not.
• 25:50
  November 20th, John, Paul and Micah returned from a trip from
• 25:54
  Asheville, NC. Now the idea behind this trip is
• 25:58
  to work things out. So not long after The Who would
• 26:04
  you kiss controversy or whatever you want to call it, drama,
• 26:09
  whatever it is, November 20th, 2022, they go to this trip
• 26:14
  designed to work out the problems in their marriage.
• 26:17
  And according to a text message from Micah, the trip was a
• 26:20
  disaster. Now, John Paul is starting to
• 26:26
  lose control here. You understand, John Paul's
• 26:31
  starting to lose control here. I want you to keep this in mind.

  He's losing control of his wife. She runs off, can't get her
• 26:40
  back. He threatens violence, can't get
• 26:43
  her back, takes her on a trip, can't get her back.
• 26:46
  He's losing control. So on November 20th, sorry
• 26:53
  November 28th, 2022, Micah is found by her sister at a local
• 26:59
  medical facility. It's determined that Micah needs
• 27:03
  immediate medical attention, but John Paul Miller shows up to
• 27:08
  stop all of it because Micah was going to expose the abuse she
• 27:14
  was going through. Doctors were going to realize
• 27:18
  this woman is in trouble. Police were called and according
• 27:23
  to reports, workers at the office told the responding
• 27:25
  officer that Micah appeared to be extremely weak and stated
• 27:30
  Micah passed out in the lobby and in the bathroom.

  Workers feared that she was under the influence of
• 27:36
  something. I want to tell you.

  According to one witness, we already know that Mike John Paul
• 27:45
  was giving Micah prescription pills that did not belong to
• 27:50
  her. We know that another witness
• 27:52
  tells me that John Paul would crush up the medication, put it
• 27:58
  in a syringe and inject Michael with it.

  Micah's sister told police that JP had been mentally abusing
• 28:08
  Micah and refused to let her eat, sleep or contact her
• 28:14

  on a Monday, his wife told him that he was the greatest husband

  in the world, that she loved her life and she was so

  appreciative. The very next day something

  happened and and then she left and you didn't know where she

  went. She just, she just left, just

  left, left all of her things, left everything she had

  everything she worked for everything.

  He didn't, he didn't know what to think.

  He had no idea what was going on.

  So he hired a third party service to find her and, you

  know, see where she was living and you know, that kind of

  stuff. And, and they did.

  And last week they, they turned in all of their evidence to his

  lawyer. And he discovered that she had

  left him for one of his staff members, a young man that he had

  trained and to learn how to preach, that he had shared his

  pulpit with him. A man who he had a young man who
• 44:29
  the pastor had paid to go to Bible college, gave him a job.

  He worked hand in hand with the pastor and in one fleeting
• 44:35
  moment, pastor lost his wife and his good friend all at the same
• 44:40
  time. When he saw the information over
• 44:43
  the lawyers, he started to throw up.
• 44:44
  Just throw up one trash can, second trash can, a third trash
• 44:48
  can. Then he just started a dry

  heave. He couldn't believe what he saw

  was the most horrible image and worst thing you could ever

  imagine. The lawyer drew up the divorce

  papers. The lawyer told him and said you

  have everything you need now. You can be divorced in three

  months and you'll never have to see her again.

  They put the pen in his hand and he just couldn't sign the paper.

  They said, but don't you see everything?

  And don't you understand? And he called a lot of the

  elders and they supported. If he wanted to leave her, leave

  For some reason, he just couldn't do it.

  And so he went home and he wrote her a letter.

  And all he said was I forgive you for what you've done.

  And I already forgive you for whatever you're going to do.

  And if you want a divorce, you'll have to leave me because

  the Bible says I'll never leave you nor forsake you.

  He left and the hardest thing he's ever had to go through?

  He doesn't know what God wants him to do.

  He knows that she's not herself and doesn't know how to handle

  it or how to respond. The rage, the rejection, the

  different doctors at different times all throughout the past

  seven years. The two diagnosis that stayed

  with her every single year was schizophrenia and bipolar 2.

  Bipolar 2 is where you're super high and you want to give away

  $1000. You know, the low is you want to

  end your life and she went super high and super low many, many

  times over the years. And it was a a struggle, almost

  a constant struggle. But we got through it.

  We got through it. And the schizophrenia is where

  she would hear voices or talk to people that were not there.

  She played chess with people that were not there without a

  chess board. She would sometimes forget who I

  was or forget that I was her husband.

  She forget who she was or forget that she was my wife.

  Sometimes she forget who her family is and things like that.

  But on March 11th, something happened that kind of forever

  changed the course of our lives. And she went really deep into

  stalking her. Things like that that I didn't

  do and. November 1st, the FBI raids the

  is arrested for assaulting a protester.

  And then November 2024, John Paul Miller begins creating a

  litany of nonprofits. Mark Kaufman, Susie Skinner are

  listed in many of those documents.

  John Paul's 95 year old grandmother is also listed as

  the head of one of these nonprofits.
