- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Elon Musk back in the news as he is every
- 1:02Speaker 3: day so in an effort to slow down and growth
- 1:07Speaker 3: of threads from Meta, Elona Monks announces the startup of
- 1:12Speaker 3: xai and Twitter decided to share revenue with creators, so
- 1:19Speaker 3: Threads growth has slowed down. Has been reported that they
- 1:22Speaker 3: had a twenty percent decline end user from users actually
- 1:28Speaker 3: using the platform from last week. I believe it was
- 1:31Speaker 3: last week Thursday, from Wednesday of last week something like that.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Someday last week they had a decline in users.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Threads has also.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Reached one hundred million user mark, fast than any other
- 1:44Speaker 3: social media app ever in history.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Uh so, yeah.
- 1:48Speaker 3: On the heels of that, they announced Twitter announced that
- 1:52Speaker 3: they will start sharing revenue with creators. They had somebody
- 1:57Speaker 3: said that they made seventy nine thousand dollars something like
- 1:59Speaker 3: that from Twitter. And then he also announces x Ai,
- 2:07Speaker 3: which is more of a chat GBT competitor. I think
- 2:11Speaker 3: every all these companies are going to start coming out
- 2:13Speaker 3: with chat GBT competitors. Yeah. Yeah, So let's talk about
- 2:20Speaker 3: this Twitter thing first because it's interesting. I think that
- 2:24Speaker 3: it's obviously a reply to to you know, kind of
- 2:30Speaker 3: kill the buzz and kill the noise with Threads, and
- 2:34Speaker 3: what better way to pay people? Got to get them
- 2:37Speaker 3: back on your side. They're making money, They're not making
- 2:39Speaker 3: money on Meta. They're not making money on well meta,
- 2:42Speaker 3: did roll out the subscriptions. I don't know if anybody's
- 2:44Speaker 3: making money on that yet, but they're not making money
- 2:47Speaker 3: on threads. So now you're saying, okay, social media platforms,
- 2:53Speaker 3: how they make their money is through advertisement data, different
- 2:57Speaker 3: things in nature. So it's like, all right, if advertises
- 3:00Speaker 3: to pay us, and we're making billions of dollars from this,
- 3:03Speaker 3: then we're going to give a portion to the people
- 3:05Speaker 3: that actually make it possible. What should have happened from
- 3:08Speaker 3: the beginning, because that's just common sense. Yes, if you're
- 3:14Speaker 3: using a platform and the platform is making money, then
- 3:18Speaker 3: it would be in the interest of the platform to
- 3:20Speaker 3: actually incentive incentivize the users. The problem is that they
- 3:24Speaker 3: never had to do that because there was no competition
- 3:26Speaker 3: in the space. When nobody does it, then you don't
- 3:28Speaker 3: really have too many alternatives shout out to the fan base.
- 3:30Speaker 3: I believe that they actually have commissions in place in
- 3:37Speaker 3: either case, will be at investments also talk about it.
- 3:40Speaker 3: But this is this wasn't done by any of the
- 3:44Speaker 3: major huge platforms. So Twitter now jumping in this and
- 3:49Speaker 3: saying that they're going to pay people I think is
- 3:51Speaker 3: long overdue, first and foremost, and it still probably wouldn't
- 3:54Speaker 3: be anywhere what they actually should be getting paid. But
- 3:58Speaker 3: it would be interesting to see if they actually do
- 4:00Speaker 3: go full full if they actually go full throttle on
- 4:04Speaker 3: this and it becomes a regular thing and people start
- 4:07Speaker 3: to make money from it, how does that change the
- 4:10Speaker 3: landscape for all of the other social media apps, whether
- 4:13Speaker 3: it's TikTok, whether there's Snapchat, whether it's you know, Meta,
- 4:20Speaker 3: And they've all they've all teetered with the idea of
- 4:24Speaker 3: paying creators, and they will all kind of have some
- 4:26Speaker 3: some level of conversation that's in. But nobody has ever
- 4:29Speaker 3: really tremendously you know, made off on these platforms financially.
- 4:35Speaker 3: It's usually just you know, usually to promote different things
- 4:38Speaker 3: and then make money on the back end. So now
- 4:40Speaker 3: if you can start to have people that's actually making
- 4:42Speaker 3: millions of dollars a year just from Instagram, that will
- 4:48Speaker 3: be an interesting change in the business model social media
- 4:52Speaker 3: platforms going forward. So, yeah, what's what's your thoughts on this?
- 4:59Speaker 5: I think it's a good idea, but I don't like
- 5:01Speaker 5: the timeframe in which it was done. I think it
- 5:04Speaker 5: was incredibly reactive. Like I know he had talked about
- 5:07Speaker 5: Xai For those who don't know. Elin was one of
- 5:09Speaker 5: the people who initially provide a fund and to open AI.
- 5:13Speaker 5: He got pushed out. Understand his frustration. There, so great
- 5:18Speaker 5: make a company. But I think as a result of
- 5:20Speaker 5: Mark Zuckerberg being in the gym and beating a company down,
- 5:27Speaker 5: he then says, Okay, now we're gonna pay our users
- 5:29Speaker 5: on Twitter, and now I'm going to launch this company.
- 5:31Speaker 5: To me, it's too reactive because it feels like, well,
- 5:34Speaker 5: you should have been paying us before, but then you
- 5:36Speaker 5: were robbing us by not doing so, so like all
- 5:39Speaker 5: of a sudden, it's kind of like when a god
- 5:42Speaker 5: messes up and then he goes out of his way
- 5:44Speaker 5: to like do the right thing.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Now. Sometimes it's just cheaper the keeper, like this kid.
- 5:53Speaker 5: But as a result, I think if Twitter would have
- 5:56Speaker 5: paid early on sometimes you just have to give the
- 6:00Speaker 5: irresistible offer up front, opposed to wait until they're being competition,
- 6:05Speaker 5: because if you make something irresistible from the very beginning,
- 6:07Speaker 5: there is no competition. I think if people would have
- 6:10Speaker 5: been making one hundred grand, two hundred grand off of
- 6:12Speaker 5: the platform already, there wouldn't have been room for threads.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, so right, So I hate any CEO that like.
- 6:25Speaker 5: It kind of reminds me of the Black Beerarry situation
- 6:27Speaker 5: when iPhone came and took all the market share from them,
- 6:30Speaker 5: and then they tried to make a touchscreen two years
- 6:34Speaker 5: later to compete against the iPhone. It's too late. You
- 6:37Speaker 5: should have innovated the head of the competition. And this
- 6:39Speaker 5: is why I always say, like every once your competition.
- 6:42Speaker 5: I don't know if you guys have seen now. Riz
- 6:44Speaker 5: Carlton is now kind of getting to the cruise line business,
- 6:48Speaker 5: but they're doing like super luxury yachts. So for those
- 6:52Speaker 5: who don't want to go a real Caribbean, you can
- 6:54Speaker 5: not go through Riz Carlton and be on like a
- 6:56Speaker 5: super luxury experience. I keep saying if the Rock, Jason
- 7:00Speaker 5: and Cardi get together and doing the vesting show, I
- 7:02Speaker 5: don't know what my reply is going to be.
- 7:04Speaker 4: You have to think of.
- 7:05Speaker 5: That before she knocks on your door and throws off
- 7:09Speaker 5: your day. How she did all set when she went
- 7:11Speaker 5: and creeped off.
- 7:14Speaker 4: On allegedly right, because I don't want to toss KB.
- 7:20Speaker 5: But if she comes up and then teaches options and
- 7:22Speaker 5: how to invest, what are you gonna do? You have
- 7:24Speaker 5: to think of how a disaster can show up at
- 7:27Speaker 5: your doorstep before it gets there. And I don't like
- 7:30Speaker 5: react to Elon. Normally, Elon is a person that applies
- 7:33Speaker 5: the pressure. He's been back into a corner and I'll
- 7:37Speaker 5: see you want that smoking that ring with Zuckerberg.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Either yeah, this was this was that baby come back?
- 7:43Speaker 4: Like right?
- 7:44Speaker 6: You you watch somethingody, you watch a platform go one
- 7:46Speaker 6: hundred million, You see the press that is getting. You know,
- 7:49Speaker 6: you have a product that's not competing with it. How
- 7:51Speaker 6: do we how can we get people back? Well, let's
- 7:53Speaker 6: let's try to pay him. And it's interest because it's
- 7:56Speaker 6: they're using the CPM model, which if you're a content
- 7:59Speaker 6: creator and YouTube you're very familiar with. If you're in
- 8:01Speaker 6: a podcast based you're very familiar with. It's the course
- 8:03Speaker 6: Familia or course put thousand. But even it's crazy because
- 8:07Speaker 6: when I saw what they were trying to pay, it
- 8:09Speaker 6: made me think of Jay and shout out to Jada
- 8:10Speaker 6: book ahole in the Brooklyn Museum incredible sidewalk. But it
- 8:15Speaker 6: was that, you know, they pay you a fraction of
- 8:16Speaker 6: what you're supposed to get, and so the way that
- 8:19Speaker 6: Twitter is looking at is they're going to pay you
- 8:20Speaker 6: per impression erners.
- 8:23Speaker 4: What's up?
- 8:23Speaker 6: You ever walk into a small business and everything just

- 9:37Speaker 6: definitely can be, But understanding a professionals routine shows us
- 9:41Speaker 6: how they achieve their success little by little, day after day.
- 9:46Speaker 6: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 9:49Speaker 6: seem boring to save, plan and make calculated decisions with
- 9:51Speaker 6: your bank, but keeping your money boring is what helps
- 9:54Speaker 6: you live or more happily fulfilled life. P and C
- 9:58Speaker 6: Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since
- 10:03Speaker 6: eighteen sixty five is a service mark of the PNC
- 10:06Speaker 6: Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank National Association
- 10:10Speaker 6: Member FDIC.
- 10:13Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 10:16Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 10:20Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 10:25Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 10:29Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 10:32Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom, the United States
- 10:36Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 10:41Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 10:44Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Have been arrested.
- 10:47Speaker 1: If you are here illegally, your next you will be
- 10:51Speaker 1: fined nearly one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported.
- 10:55Speaker 1: You will never return. But if you register using our
- 10:58Speaker 1: CBP home app and leave now, you could be allowed
- 11:02Speaker 1: to return legally. Do what's right, leave now. Under President
- 11:06Speaker 1: Trump America's laws, border and families will.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 11:14Speaker 6: And so I think the equivalent is like every a
- 11:18Speaker 6: million or not even Yeah, for every million, you're getting
- 11:21Speaker 6: like less than a tenth of a cent, right, So
- 11:24Speaker 6: if you did like.
- 11:27Speaker 4: You get like eight hundred, eight thousand and fifty two
- 11:29Speaker 4: cents per million impressions.
- 11:31Speaker 6: What Yeah, so eight and fifty two cents per a
- 11:36Speaker 6: million impressions. So even the some of the tweets that
- 11:39Speaker 6: they were putting out with people who received money.
- 11:41Speaker 4: I looked at it.
- 11:42Speaker 6: It was like he made he had eight hundred and
- 11:44Speaker 6: forty million impressions in the month of February through through July. Right,
- 11:49Speaker 6: So we're talking about almost six months, eight hundred and
- 11:52Speaker 6: forty million impressions and the check was for twenty two thousand.
- 11:58Speaker 6: So that court perm It's like, we know that model
- 12:01Speaker 6: because in this space we've seen it.
- 12:03Speaker 4: They're giving you a fraction.
- 12:04Speaker 6: So, like you said, if they're giving that to you
- 12:06Speaker 6: now for over a five month period, what are they
- 12:09Speaker 6: making from these advertisers on a monthly, on a weekly,
- 12:13Speaker 6: on a semi annual basis.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Well, it's the music business. This is the thing of
- 12:20Speaker 3: can I get a close up for this?
- 12:22Speaker 4: Let me just say, I'm gonna lock you in. I'm
- 12:24Speaker 4: lock you in. The other part is And we had
- 12:29Speaker 4: this in our chat.
- 12:29Speaker 6: It was like, well, what do you think the response
- 12:32Speaker 6: is gonna be from these other platforms? And I was like, yo,
- 12:35Speaker 6: it's the same strategy. Let them go out ahead, let
- 12:38Speaker 6: them make the mistakes, let them make flaws, and let
- 12:42Speaker 6: us come in and figure out how to improve and
- 12:44Speaker 6: enhance it and make it better. It's the same strategy. Now,
- 12:47Speaker 6: Like when you jump out and you say, all r
- 12:48Speaker 6: we're gonna pay people, there's gonna be some setbacks.
- 12:50Speaker 4: All right, Well, what happens now when threat says we're
- 12:52Speaker 4: gonna pay him double what you've said that you want?
- 12:57Speaker 4: You're really bad now what you're gonna do? Yeah? Yeah,
- 13:00Speaker 4: for sure?
- 13:01Speaker 3: So you know it's crazy because we always look at
- 13:06Speaker 3: the music industry it's like, oh, these artists they signed that,
- 13:09Speaker 3: they signed their rights away, they gave away their masters
- 13:12Speaker 3: or you know these different executives. They took advantage of
- 13:15Speaker 3: these artists. And I would never do that if I
- 13:17Speaker 3: was in a position, like if I had an opportunity,
- 13:20Speaker 3: I would never do that. I would always control my masters.
- 13:21Speaker 3: You signed your masters.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Away for free.
- 13:24Speaker 3: If you don't on social media, you agreed to let
- 13:28Speaker 3: them use your content, repurpose your content, have it they
- 13:30Speaker 3: feel free. You agreed to promote their platform, you agreed
- 13:37Speaker 3: to put content. You're actually making content for them, which
- 13:39Speaker 3: they're selling ads against and you're not getting paid anything,
- 13:42Speaker 3: and you've never questioned it one time. So it's like
- 13:45Speaker 3: anything that's free, you're the product. So that's like an
- 13:49Speaker 3: artist going into the studio for ten hours a day
- 13:53Speaker 3: and making an album every single week and never receiving
- 13:56Speaker 3: one royalty because that's what we're doing. You think you're
- 13:59Speaker 3: just making a post content that they're selling adsagance. If
- 14:02Speaker 3: there's no platform and nobody's making content, then there's no
- 14:06Speaker 3: revenue model for them to make money from. Never thought
- 14:10Speaker 3: about it like that, Like you're literally working for them,
- 14:13Speaker 3: and you've never got paid for it, and you don't
- 14:16Speaker 3: own your content. You gave the rights away as soon
- 14:19Speaker 3: as you signed up for it. And you want to
- 14:21Speaker 3: complain about Diddy. What I'm saying. You want to complain
- 14:25Speaker 3: about Diddy? Shout to Shout out to Diddy man. Y'all
- 14:28Speaker 3: got three sixty deals for free and on LGA every
- 14:32Speaker 3: single every single day. You're okay with that? And I've
- 14:35Speaker 3: never heard one person can plain. Yeah, think about it.
- 14:38Speaker 3: So it's like, now you know they they they tricked
- 14:41Speaker 3: you to think that this is all fun and games,
- 14:44Speaker 3: or they do it like you know, you call you
- 14:46Speaker 3: a content creator or influencer or just a regular person.
- 14:50Speaker 3: You got three hundred followers, five hundred followers, it doesn't matter.
- 14:53Speaker 3: You're still making content. You are the product, they are
- 14:57Speaker 3: the business. You're working for them for free. You don't
- 15:00Speaker 3: have any control of what they do. You can't control
- 15:03Speaker 3: who you reach. You don't control your content, and you
- 15:05Speaker 3: got and you're not getting paid.
- 15:08Speaker 5: And then and then after they take your content and
- 15:12Speaker 5: package it up, they make you pay for your content
- 15:16Speaker 5: to get more exposure.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Yeah, you can't even you can't even decide who you reach,
- 15:24Speaker 3: Like it's not even up to you to say, Okay,
- 15:26Speaker 3: at least I can I can touch you know, this
- 15:29Speaker 3: person in Middle America, I want to go to Alaska,
- 15:31Speaker 3: so I want to know. They're gonna tell you through
- 15:34Speaker 3: an algorithm. This is this is who you should this
- 15:37Speaker 3: is who you should be reaching, and this is the
- 15:39Speaker 3: amount of people that should be seeing your post. And
- 15:41Speaker 3: there's nothing you can do about it, and just shut up,
- 15:43Speaker 3: be happy with it and go on your merried way,
- 15:45Speaker 3: keep creating, keep creating. Put you back in the book.
- 15:51Speaker 3: They put you back in the booth.
- 15:53Speaker 5: Paid Like if Spotify does this, Netflix isn't paying out.
- 16:02Speaker 5: The writers are under strike. If any other person did this,
- 16:06Speaker 5: this is what we called a Ponzi scheme. Like, at
- 16:10Speaker 5: some point we need to say all streaming companies are
- 16:13Speaker 5: elicit in a Ponzi like activity. But if you agree
- 16:18Speaker 5: to the terms and conditions, you are allowing.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Yourself to be for this. Yeah, ten times it's cool
- 16:27Speaker 4: when they when they do.
- 16:28Speaker 3: It, it's cool. But yeah, I think that that's just
- 16:33Speaker 3: you know, important message. Why he thinks about it criticized
- 16:38Speaker 3: everybody on social media is an expert. That's what I realized.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Put a post up on the fact about Mikero She Mikeae.
- 16:42Speaker 3: She was saying the most important exercise was berpees, and
- 16:45Speaker 3: all these fitness experts came in, well, technically, burpers is
- 16:48Speaker 3: not the most important exercise. Technically, if you do it incorrectly,
- 16:52Speaker 3: you can tear carly shot up and through the burpy.
- 16:57Speaker 4: How about that?
- 16:58Speaker 2: How about that?
- 16:59Speaker 3: Because I because because if it was, because if we
- 17:02Speaker 3: posted you and you said it, now it's no problem.
- 17:05Speaker 3: It's only a problem because you didn't say. It's only
- 17:07Speaker 3: a problem because you didn't You're not on the show.
- 17:09Speaker 3: It's only a problem because you're not on the platform.
- 17:11Speaker 3: It's only a problem because you're not at investments. Let
- 17:14Speaker 3: you no, I mean it's because it No, it's just
- 17:18Speaker 3: a fact.
- 17:19Speaker 4: You're speaking some real thing.
- 17:20Speaker 3: If you were featured saying this, if you were highlighted,
- 17:24Speaker 3: then it's then you know everything is correct. As soon
- 17:26Speaker 3: as somebody else you try to nitpick and find every
- 17:29Speaker 3: floor possible and go to the Harvard Review data on it,
- 17:36Speaker 3: and in nineteen seventy four where one person had a
- 17:40Speaker 3: complaint about it, like yo, stop man, stop, is it
- 17:43Speaker 3: is it okay? Let's say burpose is the number two
- 17:46Speaker 3: most important exercise. Is that going to change the world?
- 17:48Speaker 3: Is that something that's harmful? Are you gonna? Are you gonna?
- 17:51Speaker 3: Is that something that is not beneficial to like Okay,
- 17:55Speaker 3: well you know burpies like you acting like this is
- 17:58Speaker 3: something that is actually gonna poise in the whole entire
- 18:00Speaker 3: world and caused the destruction of America. But once again,
