A deadly crash in Lyon County, Kansas, left one driver critically injured and arrested after a high-speed rollover. Around 10 a.m. near Road 40 and S Highway 99, a 44-year-old woman, Lisa Jo Rickabaugh, allegedly failed to slow down as a 74-year-old driver turned into her path. The collision flipped the second car, throwing the elderly driver from the vehicle and requiring an airlift to Topeka.
