Whiteville’s Northside erupted in chaos Thursday as thieves struck multiple cars — one even vanished into thin air — until security footage, including Flock cameras, led cops straight to a house in Elizabethtown where they nabbed the getaway crew: 21-year-old Justin Stroud and 19-year-old Casey Wilder.
