- 2:58I say, I am coming from behind the scenes. I am waiting
- 3:01for my guests and see if my guess is going to show up. I
- 3:08was just texting with her. But I want to thank you guys for tuning
- 3:13in, all those that have been supporting those that have been tuning in this
- 3:17week to catch the Free Texas campaign from Behind the Walls Voices from behind the
- 3:25Walls TDC j definitely bringing some awareness to some of the things that's going on
- 3:30in the state of Texas. I'll tell you, it's a sad day that
- 3:36we're living in. Especially if you are in the state of Texas and heven
- 3:40forbid, you break a law and end up behind prison walls. I'm telling
- 3:45you that could be a long journey that you do not want to face in
- 3:49that state. I tell you, I have been seeing so much since I
- 3:54have been interacting with these individuals, y'all, and they are some amazing people
- 4:03and we have to understand and I'm not trying to, you know, take
- 4:08up for people and cover up stuff and hide stuff. No, some of
- 4:13these individuuals did break their law, you know, they did what they did,
- 4:18but they have remorse. They have tried to rehabilitate themselves because the state
- 4:26that Texas do not believe in rehabilitation, so they have tried to rehabilitate themselves.
- 4:30They have tried to do a lot of different things to get back into
- 4:34society and to get back to being a record just a good citizen. Hey,
- 4:46Natania, how are you? But yeah, I am waiting on my
- 4:50guests. I don't know where she is, but anyway, you have to
- 4:59be prepared. And y'all know, I stay with something to talk about because
- 5:02I'm gonna stay trying to do something and and and and trying to move and
- 5:09trying to do that that God has called me to. So again, I
- 5:14have an opportunity to work with so many people that are incarcerated. There's gonna
- 5:18be some females that's gonna be coming across the platform that have been overly incarcerated,
- 5:25and then we're gonna be talking about some of these living situations, some
- 5:30of how they have these inmates living, the kind of food that they eat.
- 5:35You know, it's gonna be so much like you. A lot of
- 5:40us, a lot of us say that, oh, these people want us
- 5:44to treat them like they celebrities or like they in a mansion or whatever.
- 5:50No, that's not the case. These people just want to be treated like
- 5:54humans. Like some of these conditions I wouldn't even send my dog to.
- 6:00And it's sad, It is really sad. But I am sharing a lot
- 6:04of stuff in various ways. Of course, I know, I'm in school,
- 6:09so I'm doing a paper right now, and I am working on doing
- 6:14a mini TED talk for my class, and it's about It's about corruption in
- 6:20Texas. The corruption in Texas, the parole board, and various other things
- 6:27that I come across as I'm doing different things and sharing different stories and just
- 6:34trying to be the change that I want to see in this world because it
- 6:39is too many people. You're not talking about one or two people. You're
- 6:43talking about thousands of people that have been wrongfully incarcerated, that has been railroaded,
- 6:49that has been falsely acute, who have been blackmail and all kind of
- 6:55stuff. And then you're not just talking about just black people. You're talking
- 6:59about you're talking about Caucasians that don't have money, and it's all about money
- 7:05and power. If you don't have the money and the power and you end
- 7:12up in these positions, you can be in trouble and you cannot have done
- 7:16something, and you can prove your innocence, and they still they still will
- 7:26not they still will not let you out because they are still There's some people
- 7:35right now that are been proven innocent. DNA has proved, ballistics has proved,
- 7:47whatever the case may be, they have been proven innocent. And these
- 7:53people talking about because of time and technicalities of the way the lawyers rolled up
- 7:59stuff and all kinds of crazy stuff to keep these people behind prison, Like
- 8:05who does that? These people? So they so stuck on free labor and
- 8:15just having the inmates doing a lot of stuff, because yeah, I did
- 8:18not realize that inmates could actually leave and drive a truck and leave and make
- 8:24deliveries and do all kinds of stuff that people in the free world do,
- 8:30Like this is what's happening in Texas. Like it's just like some of these
- 8:37people not even if you got a job, you working for free. It's
- 8:39like you can go out and be amongst the people in the free world,
- 8:43but you don't get none of the actual privilege privileges of what you're doing.
- 8:50Like you got them out here driving trucks, You got might here making deliveries.
- 8:54You got them right, they're doing different stuff. So why not pay
- 8:56them. Why not allow them to to make money that they can sit home
- 9:01and take care of their child support, that they can sit home if they
- 9:05married, they can take care of their kids, they can take care of
- 9:09their wife. You know, just it just don't make no sense. But
- 9:13you can send them out on the job and make them work and get the
- 9:18money because somebody getting the money somebody getting the money because they having to sign
- 9:26documents saying that they working these jobs. So somebody getting the money. It's
- 9:31like somebody double dipping somewhere, but ain't nobody saying nothing. So they keep
- 9:37getting away with it. They keep getting away with it, they keep getting
- 9:41away with it. I tell you, I got some cases. I got
- 9:46some individuals that's gonna be coming on. They're gonna be coming on Monday.
- 9:52Of course, y'all know, every Monday from eleven to about two o'clock,
- 9:58I do from behind voices from behind the walls for TDCJ. So I'm trying
- 10:09to get some of these females that I have been talking to to come on,
- 10:15y'all. I don't like showing my arms, so that's why I'm like
- 10:18covering up, like and then it's it's kind of cool here, it's getting
- 10:22cool. So but anyway, that's what I'm over here doing, y'all.
- 10:28So y'all have to excuse me, y'all excuse me. I don't know what
- 10:39I guess is. I thought she would have been here. I told her
- 10:41I was getting ready to go live in eight minutes, and she said,
- 10:46okay, But I don't know what that means like I'm here waiting, but
- 10:56y'all, I am excited about twenty twenty four. Were getting ready to go
- 11:03into season two. Oh I thank god. I mean go live on TikTok,
- 11:09y'all. I said I was gonna start gonna live on TikTok, but
- 11:13I'm trying to see what my guests said. But anyway, y'all, hey,
- 11:35y'all, Hey, y'all, Hey, y'all. Over there on Tiktop.
- 11:37I went it on, I guess, and it's eleven minutes after.
- 11:46But anyway, I really want I really want to show y'all the newest project
- 11:52that I've done, but I can't show it to y'all until I actually presented
- 11:58to the person that I created it for. So y'all got to give me
- 12:05a couple of weeks. But I got a new project for y'all to see.
- 12:11But anyway, we are looking for some more hosts to join us on
- 12:18the Crew podcast. So if you are someone that's looking to share your message,
- 12:26if you have a message, if we have a brand, if you
- 12:28have something that you know you would like to be a part of a family,
- 12:33We're going to be out on the road in twenty twenty four, We're
- 12:37gonna be going to some different places, hosting and co hosting and m seeing
- 12:46and hosting the Red Carpet and doing all kinds of different stuff as podcasters and
- 12:54just different things we're gonna be We have some hosts that's gonna be doing some
- 12:58keynotes speaking, They're gonna be hosting some workshops. They're gonna be doing a
- 13:01lot of different stuff because not are not only are their hosts and podcasters,
- 13:11but they also have amazing brands. You have I'm telling you have life coaches,
- 13:16you have parent coaches, you have publishing coaching, you have spiritual counselors.
- 13:26You have I'm telling you you you have it all over here. You
- 13:33got Minister Alma, you got Natalie, you have a Trece, you got
- 13:39Trevida, the Tanya Black Diamond. Those are all of the amazing hosts that
- 13:46are part of the Crew podcast. And I'm looking forward to those amazing hosts
- 13:54that are going to be joining us for our second season coming up. So
- 14:01I see my guess is here now, So I'm gonna go ahead and bring
- 14:07her up. Hey black Diamond, how are you? Hello? Are you
- 14:18are you? I'm doing pretty good. One day at a time, that's
- 14:22how I have to acknowledge it. That about it, about what about what
- 14:28we can do? Absolutely? How are you doing? But but I thank
- 14:35you. I don't want to bring that, but but I want you,
- 14:48I want everybody. I don't know. I don't know that, I'm myself
- 14:56and you there. I don't know why, hecko, I am nothing else
- 15:03on okay, well you know, can you hear me? Pretty good?
- 15:09I'm Diana Jones. I am the CEO owner of Begal's Boutique. As you
- 15:16can see behind me, that's b apostrophe G A l Z and then boutique.
- 15:24You can find us on Amazon, I'm sorry, find us on Facebook
- 15:28and Instagram under Begal's Boutique. I'm also an author. You can find me
- 15:37on Amazon dot Com and Kendall under authoris d E. Jones. I have
- 15:45three wonderful books that I have self published, have with the loyal help,
- 15:50of course. And I also happen to be a licensed insurance agent here in
- 15:56the state of Texas and other states. Also a cancer warrior. That's enough,
- 16:07right now, go ahead, and well, I definitely, I definitely
- 16:17I want to thank you one. I don't know, I don't know why,
- 16:22thank you for having me. Yeah, it's like, don't I don't
- 16:30know what's going on, but we keep keep okay, and why and why
- 16:51you started your booty? Okay? Well, uh that's everyone. If you
- 16:56could see me, there's a little beauty mark I have here. Yeah,
- 17:02long story short. I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, thyroid cancer.
- 17:08It happened out a whim. I was complaining to my physician, my
- 17:14primary physician, for about six months two almost a year, and then it
- 17:19start. I started having sore throats and trouble with a nodule. I noticed
- 17:26something growing and basically she was an antibiotic and pepsiic for acid reflux, antibiotics
- 17:37for the sore throat. And then they would say, oh, we can't
- 17:41find anything. Well she never bops it. But anyway, long story short,
- 17:47God asked his way of doing things. So I had a mini stroke
- 17:52while working from home during the COVID situation. As you guys remember in twenty
- 18:00most of us had to start working from home and I worked for a major
- 18:06insurance company and uh, I was on the phone with my client. I
- 18:11do recall some of it. I was getting weak and dizzy and I just
- 18:18told my client hold on and I guess he realized I didn't come back,
- 18:23come back, come back, so he called my corporate office. Thank god
- 18:30for that client, and just so happened, my husband was in the next
- 18:34room. Thank goodness, I had enough strength. I crawled and into our
- 18:41bedroom and he woke up and he well, of course, he took me
- 18:45to the hospital and they said I had a mini stroke. And then while
- 18:52they wanted to keep me for observation, I asked if they could check the
- 18:57noge who I found in my neck and they said, yeah, sure,
- 19:02let me bopsey that. Well, it came back positive for cancer. And
- 19:07of course you feel like you're you're losing your life. This is all over,
- 19:14So I did. I have to be honest. I'm human. I
- 19:18believe in God. I trust in God and the power privilege of prayer,
- 19:22I rest on. But I am human. Okay. So I as I
- 19:32was healing after surgery, et cetera, my daughter said, Mom, don't
- 19:38you know, beat yourself up. There's something that happened. And I do
- 19:42want to let you guys know, let me put a little pause in on
- 19:47that acid reflux. If you're the one that's popping those tongues and pepsid and
- 19:56all that good stuff. Don't overdo it, Okay, seek help. Something's
- 20:03not right. Okay, that acid reflux can eat away and cause problems.
- 20:08But anyway, long story, Sure, Oh I'm not a doctor. I
- 20:12am a client of my doctor's office, and I am a loving patient.
- 20:19So take it from there. As I always would say, take heed.
- 20:25That means to just listen. Another thing, my daughter just said, let's
- 20:30just start doing what you like to do. People compliment you on the way
- 20:36you dress and your clothing, the way you look, so why won't you
- 20:40do that? And there became the gals. So it's we cancy behind us.
- 20:48I use that when I do events. I am a vendor at times,
- 20:52and also I host events when I can. Here lately, as of
- 20:59April, I had to stop because I wasn't feeling my best. I had
- 21:04to get back to resting and lo and behold went back to the doctor and
- 21:11of course we have to do six month checkup, three six and one year
- 21:17checkup. That was my strategy, my doctor's strategizing methods for keeping track of
- 21:25me. And went back here just in July and had a bopsy in July.
- 21:33And you know, to be honest, with you. This really saved
- 21:38me and all my mendor friends out there, everybody that I work aside.
- 21:45It's something that kept me going. And we one year held a fashion show
- 21:55and shout out to show for show fashions. They won, and it was
- 22:00a marvelous opportunity to bring to showcase your brand and to get to see hundreds
- 22:08of well not one hundreds, because I didn't had that many visitors. I
- 22:11had over twenty five vendors there, but the traffic wasn't that heavy, but
- 22:18it was just the right amount of people to see what we had available and
- 22:25what we could do as entrepreneurs. So it really saved me. Wow,
- 22:36wow, that's amazing. Thank you. It was a rough ride, but
- 22:44you know, you never give up. As I was thinking that, hey,
- 22:48what am I going to do? I thought about it and April of
- 22:53two thousand and twenty two, I'm sorry, I apologize. Twenty one,
- 23:00the same year that I had the diagnosis is the same year the major company
- 23:07I worked for let me go, So I guess they couldn't wait for me
- 23:11to heal. And thank god, and I'm gonna say this, you guys
- 23:18take interest. It means a lot. Thank God that I had signed up
- 23:23for a four to one a roth IRA and also long term and short term
- 23:33disability. Those things do not cost much. And I also signed up for
- 23:40life insurance. There was one bad thing that I did, and I'm not
- 23:44ashamed to say it. As an insurance agent, I should have known better,
- 23:48but I was. I'm new to being an insurance agent. I have
- 23:52been an agent for a licensed agent for two years now. So the thing
- 24:00was I became ill. Our company paid for my license and everything. I
- 24:06didn't have to pay for that, but I do believe that was a gift
- 24:10from God because when they let me go, that's what I had to fall
- 24:14on and I used that money and those are that knowledge in order for me
- 24:19to build a brand with the gal's boutique. And so you have to make
- 24:26sure, even if you have a job, make sure that you get outside
- 24:32coverage life insurance. For one. Thank God, my husband had coverage on
- 24:38me because I took the coverage out in my job. So when I left
- 24:44my job, because it was group coverage, it left with the job and
- 24:48I no longer had that big policy. Okay, so you have to as
- 24:53individuals, we have to realize besides our job, we have to Also,
- 25:00it's good to keep outside coverage. Right now, I work not really working
- 25:08because I'm healing from my situation, but I do have access. And when
- 25:17I'm able to get back to work, I will be working with a company
- 25:22called Primerica, and we have an opportunity to help everyone. You can get
- 25:27a burial coverage. I can help you with that. I can help you
- 25:32with the life insurance's term, and also auto home and a home insurance,
- 25:41auto surveillance system. And when I say auto, I mean auto insurance.
- 25:47I'll apologize for that. But yeah, there's quite a few things that iaugh
- 25:52of my sleeve and ready to be used as soon as I'm physically able to
- 25:57stand. The course, I have my good days and bad days because these
- 26:03treatments and things radiation, for one, those things can drain you. And
- 26:12even though I have my bad days, I put on my lip gloss,
- 26:17put on my ear rings, flop my hair whichever way I want, and
- 26:22toast with my water. That's it. That's it. Got to Sien.
- 26:37I tell you you got, you got, And he's always he's always run
- 26:45behind. Absolutely, there's always you were a published. Yes, as a
- 26:59matter of fact, I have actually four books and I have let's see two
- 27:04of them with me. My favorite. I just came out with this forty
- 27:11for forty. This is a one on one with God, so it adds
- 27:15scriptures and I have some prayers in there too, and it just lets an
- 27:21individual know that, hey, don't forget about it. He's here for you.
- 27:25All you have to do is keep up, write your adventures of the
- 27:29day or the month of the week. It's forty for forty forty days and
- 27:34forty nights, spending your time one on one with God. You can reflect
- 27:41on on your days, go back and see what happened that day, and
- 27:48also keep going. There's plenty of room space to write, and there's also
- 27:53thug in the scriptures and prayer along with you. And I think the journalists
- 28:00very helpful. It has helped me. That's my personal journal. But of
- 28:04course we have notebooks of everything also, and that's available on Amazon dot com.
- 28:12And I think it's only six ninety nine if I can remember. Okay,
- 28:18everything's under ten dollars except for this one. It's I think it's twelve
- 28:22dollars. But this is the hard copy. The soft copy is actually under
- 28:30ten dollars, and this one is called Take Heed the Cookbook. It has
- 28:36some soulful recipes in here and also some life lessons. I give this book
- 28:42away to those that graduate from high school or graduate from college and those getting
- 28:52married, new mothers. I give this to them to help them because there's
- 28:57a lot of good information in here besides my hand me down recipes from my
- 29:04good mother, Thank you mom so. And also my other book is called
- 29:12Holding On with Both Hants. That's actually my first self published book is a
- 29:19novella, which is a short novel, and that book is about a young
- 29:26girl struggling to get from teenage years to a womanhood and then becoming a mother
- 29:36and the monsters that came along the way, and monsters that could mean a
- 29:44whole lot of things. I would advise you to get the book. It
- 29:47is rated hard to me because they I just laid it on the line.
- 29:55There's some truth in that book and then there's some things to help it make
- 30:00you laugh. It's interesting and it's just hey, take a ride by getting
- 30:06the book and reading it for yourself. It's a good read. Thank you,
- 30:14Wow, So how can I can follow you what you're doing? Wow?
- 30:22Thank you for asking The gal's boutique. Uh, we specialize or I
- 30:27don't want to say specialized. Hi cater to that's my work. Cater.
- 30:33I cater to plus size women or people because there was a time when I
- 30:42used to go into the store and I was like, dang, I don't
- 30:45like that. Why do they Why didn't they make that in my size?
- 30:49Or uh they or they would say we don't have your size, you know,
- 30:55and or if they have the size, like I'm a good two three
- 30:57x two three X, but since I've been a little ill, it's a
- 31:03it's a good three X okay, because I have you know, I haven't
- 31:07been as active. So I sell the truth three X. That means you
- 31:12don't have to question it. If you wear a size twenty two to twenty
- 31:18four, then that's exactly what you're gonna get, and a three to four
- 31:22x twenty four twenty two to twenty four. And also I sell up to
- 31:27a size six X. We also have other sizes as well, because a
- 31:34lot of believe it or not, a lot of my customers aren't even plus
- 31:38size. Really they are. They size twelves and fourteen. Mostly I get
- 31:48a lot of customers in that range, but I do have my I call
- 31:53them goddesses that are in a size three X to six X that I cater
- 32:00to and because of them, Hey, we keep going Thegal's Boutique. You
- 32:07can find us on Facebook under Thegals Boutique and also Facebook same thing, but
- 32:16it's the Gals Underscore Boutique. On my Instagram. You can also find my
- 32:23website ww well www dot bgalsgals dot com. Sorry about that. I hardly
- 32:34use it because I'm kind of new in trying to work with a website and
- 32:40I just won the right or the opportunity to use my e commerce after battling
- 32:46with the company so long, and I'll be loading clothes on that in the
- 32:52near future. Right now, I got too much on my plate. I
- 32:58also am the founder of take Heed was one, take he the number one,
- 33:04and then take Heed, which means to just listen. I utilize that
- 33:08platform, uh to use it as an inspirational platform and an opportunity to educate
- 33:17and teach. Well, you can only teach what you know. I'm certified
- 33:22and licensed and insurance and also if you're in the medical field, then you
- 33:29would probably probably be familiar with epic. Epic it is a database for the
- 33:36medical field, and I've had a lot of training in that area and looking
- 33:43forward to working more in the medical field in reference to technology. So that's
- 33:50one of my goals. This about it for oh, also make Over Monday,
- 33:59make Over, Makeover Mondays. It's an opportunity to make Mondays your best
- 34:05day. I remember laying in the bed and just not feeling my best.
- 34:12And I I'm a gifter. I love to gift gifts and I love to

- 41:44she's gonna gonna she said she's gonna be down. Okay, but are they
- 41:51inviting me somewhere? Yeah, it's a virtual it's I wasn't gonna tell anybody.
- 42:13Let me explain. Thank you so much and keep me in your prayers
- 42:19and keep me on your rolodex. I'm about to have major surgery on the
- 42:24fifteenth. I didn't tell you. I mean, I told you, Angela,
- 42:30but I wasn't putting it out there. But because I've been invited to
- 42:36so many different events, that's why I have I haven't been going. My
- 42:40immune system is very low and they found a little more cancer, so I
- 42:46gotta have surgery again on the fifteenth. Oh, I see it. I
- 42:52would like to invite you to buy black Okay, yeah, just pray for
- 42:58me on that day. Baby, I'll be sitting up in my bed watching
- 43:01you guys from the hospital. Hey, life goes on. I like to
- 43:08say, life, whenever you're ready, You're ready, whenever you're ready,
- 43:16fish for you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. That means
- 43:25a lot. Thank you so much, Thank you, y'all. Black Diamond
- 43:31is one of the amazing remember her name. I'm probably friends, we will
- 43:44have a family, amazing, amazing. Yeah, but I just want you
- 43:52to I want you you have us over here because I tell you there's a
- 44:05lot of a lot of us been through some stuff. But yeah, we
- 44:08yeah, and we are. We are here. We probably believe in the
- 44:16power of prayer. And we know what God, oh God, we've seen
- 44:22him nothing that nobody told something that we've seen that. So so just know
- 44:30now you put it up there. You have no choice. But so we
- 44:38praying. And now guy for the work the worst like that, like that,
- 44:45just like that, just as you said it. Thank you so much.
- 44:47Handelo. I know I've been on a couple of your podcasts. We're
- 44:54you know, listening to some of them. But your pla is huge and
- 45:01I'm so forever grateful that you even gave me an opportunity to speak out.
- 45:07My main thing is to let people know that just because the doctor says one
- 45:17thing, remember what God said, his word. If you stand on it,
- 45:23then you can most certainly guarantee a good opportunity to praise him. It's
- 45:32only his will that there shall be done. I have a sister that's going
- 45:39through something right now. It's new to her, and it just I didn't
- 45:46even tell her. If she's listening, then she already she knows now I
- 45:52didn't tell her, But I have to admit it gets weary sometimes. But
- 46:00like you said, you guys are a strong I'll say, a strong army
- 46:05of beautiful women made by God. You know exactly what we do. We
- 46:09stand on His word in prayer, and that's that's how you're gonna make it.
- 46:15That's how I'm gonna stay strong in diligent, just be resilient in my
- 46:22my fight and focus focus on healing. I wanted to say this is volume
- 46:30one and God is so awesome. When I was writing this book, I
- 46:37really I wouldn't think about volume one, two or three, but it kept
- 46:43pushing the issue. Okay, so I listened. That's that Take Take Heed
- 46:49initiative. So I listened, and that's volume one. I'm working on volume
- 46:55two, which is healthier eating. I've learned so much, watch a lot
- 47:00of YouTube, made up some stuff myself because it's some stuff I'm just not
- 47:06gonna eat. And I just learned how to fix Brussels sprouts a way that
- 47:15I don't even know that I'm eating Brussels sprout. So anyway, you live
- 47:20and you learn. With my situation, I've done a lot of research.
- 47:25I had to because I wanted to know what's causing me, what caused this
- 47:31problem, and how can I If I can't fix it, I know who
- 47:36can, and but you still have to help yourself. I can't have like
- 47:44everybody else, spaghetti, pizza, sauce, and I can't have I'm not
- 47:49supposed to have pickles, you hear I said, not supposed to. So
- 47:54acidic foods, lemons and limes, all those things that I I live love,
- 48:01I can't have those things because it aggravates the acid refuk flux. And
- 48:12right even now after the surgery. The I just had surgery July thirtieth of
- 48:19this year and August the fifth, back to back, and I still have
- 48:27to sleep at a forty five degree ankle, so I don't really sleep good
- 48:32or well. I'm up all hours of night and I had to ask God,
- 48:37can you help me then sleep? God, I've been sleeping like a
- 48:42baby. I've been sleeping like a baby. Taught me how to I'm telling
- 48:52yeah, I didn't ask you first. I was like, yeah, I
- 49:00didn't ask you first. What's that you have? Not? Because you what
- 49:07that's not? As soon as you ask? He did? He did,
- 49:15Yes, he did, Yes, he was. But I'm gonna tell you
- 49:23something you like and you like, you know, the different stuff. There's
- 49:30a couple of them on his name, his name is y. He does
- 49:38a lot loud natural He shows you how can you can have different different vegetables
- 49:46and how he can help the worse different in your bodies and your body and
- 49:51he tells you that he breaks it literally down, literally down, like man,
- 49:57I'm telling you said he start, he said he was a heavy drug
- 50:05us. He said he's not. That's what he did. And he said
- 50:08that he had had and he said one day he said he had to get
- 50:16you know, and he began to do a lot of a lot of research.
- 50:20This man don't had no he with different different types like disease and different
- 50:27types of killings, reverse high blood pressure, you know, all kind of
- 50:35stuff kind of like he had the testimon his system all on there talking about
- 50:38talking about it, right, and you will see the different difference come across
- 50:44the strong the top, like all kind of all kind of stuff just naturally
- 50:49from from what we eat, what we eat, if the fruits and vegetable
- 50:54naturally detach, if we just if we use the right come right combinations.
- 51:01Absolutely, But yeah, it's just like it's just like all the is whats
- 51:14us to get out here. You go to a lot of other country count
- 51:19and they don't like people compared the juncture, it was like a different different
- 51:30you go through your your the potato from from the potato tips here they said,
- 51:38we have more food than anywhere anywhere. Why you put why you put
- 51:46some type of gas to make it like it's crazy crazy, let me explain.
- 52:00Leave, But yeah, we just gotta stay, just gotta stay,
- 52:05you know, allow him absolutely, But you're our friend, frown in our
- 52:16prayers. So is there anything that you have to say before tonight tonight?
- 52:27Yes, I'm I'm also a poet and I'm gonna read you guys a poem
- 52:32right quick. All we know is that we look up and one day and
- 52:38realize time has passed. It waits for no one. The trials and tribulations
- 52:47are are fair regardless if we believe or not, because sometimes we choose not
- 52:57to believe, and then the questions are as they may. Are you prepared?
- 53:07Did you make plans for the just in case? Remember time still passes
- 53:15and it waits for no one. I say that to everyone because I was
- 53:21grateful to take the initiative and get those plans with my job, but I
- 53:28also have those same plans outside my job. And if you're looking for an
- 53:34opportunity to have that type of foundation to where you have something to back you
- 53:40up in case you get fired, because you have to remember group insurance when
- 53:46you leave, it goes with you. If you would like a free quote,
- 53:54I can absolutely guarantee you a free quote, you and your family.

- 54:07My name, last name Jones d I one zero at yahoo dot com.

- 54:22I'm ready. I'm ready that means you need quote. I'll respond and send
- 54:29you the things that I'm gonna need only a couple of items to get you
- 54:34a free quote. Are you married, do you smoke? Name, date

- 54:45you a complimentary quote for a term insurance, life insurance. And I can
- 54:52help you with anything else. So don't forget. The opportunity is there for
- 54:57you. And again time waits no one. Also, go to the gals
- 55:02Underscore boutique and I have a video on there. Angela, you gave good
- 55:09information. America has the worst and the highest rate of chemicals in their food.
- 55:19Y'all those talkies and those fire cheet O things. I forget what they
- 55:24call those red ones, that red dye number, all of that. Y'all
- 55:32please stop giving that to our babies. Okay, let me tell you guys,
- 55:38I do radiation when I have to do. You know, I cannot
- 55:44have red number three when I'm doing radiation. You cannot that red number three
- 55:52For some reason or another. It doesn't counteract with the radiation. Well,
- 55:58so I have to go on a hole resuremen for two to three weeks before
- 56:02I can get my radiation injections, so and my pill that I take.
- 56:09I can't be around my family none of that stuff. But anyway, let
- 56:14me speed it up. Thank you so much for the time. Thank you

- 57:16family of praying individuals over here. We are believers, we truly believe,
- 57:22and we are some prayer warriors. So we've just added someone to our prayer
