- 1:22Speaker 1: their seats. Man is gonna slip off. Uh, that's that's
- 1:27Speaker 1: an oily Italian joke. By the way, a little bit.
- 1:30Speaker 1: By the way, keep an eye on this. The males
- 1:34Speaker 1: ski jumpers. Oh no, we have a whole world of
- 1:37Speaker 1: that one coming up. We'll talk about that one. Yeah,
- 1:41Speaker 1: I know, it's just it's true. This is worth listening to.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I'll tell you coming up at seven thirty, I guarantee you. Uh,
- 1:47Speaker 1: this is as I was telling And this is already
- 1:50Speaker 1: the topic of the year. And it's only February. Okay,

- 1:57Speaker 1: the topic of the year. That's seven thirty and that
- 2:00Speaker 1: if you don't have a chance to listen podcasted, go
- 2:03Speaker 1: to the iHeartRadio app and podcast it because it's gonna

- 2:10Speaker 1: a Kno I can't you know, I can't weave the
- 2:12Speaker 1: T shirts or the sweatshirts. What does that one say?
- 2:14Speaker 6: This one is just the ghost inside. It's a band.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Okay, I didn't know you're gonna highlight me at seven
- 2:20Speaker 5: thirty by.
- 2:20Speaker 1: The way, So oh yeah, very funny. Okay, good for you,
- 2:24Speaker 1: all right? Yeah, yeah sure. Then there's Will Good morning, Will,
- 2:27Speaker 1: Good morning. I have no idea what y'all are talking about,
- 2:29Speaker 1: so I can't wait to see. Yeah, you're gonna love
- 2:31Speaker 1: this one. And what and you have is that Fox?
- 2:34Speaker 1: It's a Fox thing. It's a Fox logo on his shirt.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Everybody is stressed up with his shirt. And uh, and
- 2:40Speaker 1: you have what your Chargers shirt? Yeah, everybody has their
- 2:46Speaker 1: you know, literally and even and Neil has with the
- 2:48Speaker 1: Twilight Zone Marathon a T shirt. I'm the only one.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I have my Hawaiian shirt or one of my multitude
- 2:59Speaker 1: Hawaiian shirts. I don't know. It's just it's it's some
- 3:02Speaker 1: kind of a leaf something. I don't know, it's something. Yeah,
- 3:09Speaker 1: And what do you what are you chumping on? Anne?
- 3:11Speaker 5: You mean Amy?
- 3:12Speaker 1: That's what I meant.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Sorry, I know what Granola and yogurt healthy breakfast champions.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Yeah, no, no, you are you You are a good
- 3:24Speaker 1: eater in the sense that you eat healthy, which is
- 3:26Speaker 1: why you're so svelt. No, she's slender and also svelt.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Why don't we do a little Why don't we do
- 3:36Speaker 3: Why don't we use some morphology morphology jokes around?
- 3:40Speaker 1: Uh uh around the room here? Okay, I will How
- 3:44Speaker 1: you doing in that slender category? Not so good? Neil,
- 3:48Speaker 1: how are you doing in slender even? Not so good?
- 3:54Speaker 6: Well, I'm going to leave you.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm going to leave the women. Although Anne is looking
- 3:59Speaker 1: great the days and you and you are Ian, Yeah,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I know you are. You've lost you have gone from
- 4:06Speaker 1: out and out Heifer. True, though, Well, you were pretty chuk.
- 4:11Speaker 1: You were pretty chunky.
- 4:12Speaker 5: She was not chunky.
- 4:14Speaker 1: She was chunky. Oh, just letting you know.
- 4:18Speaker 6: When was she chunky?
- 4:20Speaker 1: Yeah? A year ago she was chunky. How much way
- 4:24Speaker 1: and how much way have you lost? How much weight
- 4:26Speaker 1: have you lost?
- 4:27Speaker 5: Maybe forty?
- 4:28Speaker 1: Okay, put forty pounds on her now and tell me
- 4:30Speaker 1: that's not chunky.
- 4:31Speaker 6: She still would have been too fine.
- 4:34Speaker 1: She was chunky.
- 4:36Speaker 5: And I call out people that are fat like Neil.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Neil is way beyond chunky. Neil left chunky a long
- 4:43Speaker 1: time ago.
- 4:44Speaker 6: Hey, I'm pretty excited. Cono is too.
- 4:46Speaker 3: They're making another Wizard of Oz movie, so he might
- 4:49Speaker 3: be leaving us for some work.
- 4:50Speaker 6: I hope you get the mayor pal. I know you
- 4:53Speaker 6: can do it.
- 4:54Speaker 1: All right, so much for all of it. I said
- 4:57Speaker 1: hello to the crowd, and we might. It's good to
- 5:00Speaker 1: have everybody back. And it's Friday, which of course is
- 5:02Speaker 1: terrific fun because at eight o'clock is foody Friday, when
- 5:06Speaker 1: Neil and I talk about all things food and then
- 5:11Speaker 1: we have ask candle anything. And we did really well
- 5:15Speaker 1: this week with the phone calls, so we're gonna have
- 5:18Speaker 1: a good time. Head by all you're ready to do
- 5:20Speaker 1: it. It is time for handles on the news with Amy,
- 5:25Speaker 1: Neil who is back, and me lead story. All right,
- 5:30Speaker 1: guess what it looks like. Iran is willing and ready
- 5:34Speaker 1: to talk to the US and they're going to meet
- 5:37Speaker 1: in oh Man on today.
- 5:42Speaker 6: I think it's pronounced Oman.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Oh oh oh, got it all right, And they're willing
- 5:50Speaker 1: and this is Iran there. I think they're sweating bullets.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I do believe that when Donald Trump says, hey, you
- 5:59Speaker 1: know what, you stop doing what you're doing, or we're
- 6:01Speaker 1: going to launch those missiles, we're going to attack you,
- 6:03Speaker 1: they're now taking that seriously.
- 6:05Speaker 6: They need to sweat bullets to be.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Yeah, yeh, and of course their usual crapola that they spew.
- 6:11Speaker 1: If the United States does anything, if it is going
- 6:17Speaker 1: to engage in not recognizing the sovereignty and security of
- 6:23Speaker 1: Iran in the face of adventurism or excessive demands, then
- 6:27Speaker 1: we're going to go to war. We will attack Israel.
- 6:29Speaker 1: We will Okay, all right, try that one again. All right,
- 6:33Speaker 1: See what happened last time?
- 6:37Speaker 4: Potential tragedy brings out the bad guys, doesn't it. There's
- 6:41Speaker 4: a man from Hawthorne has been arrested for sending imposter
- 6:46Speaker 4: ransom messages to the family of today's show hosts Savannah Guthrie.
- 6:52Speaker 5: His name is Heath Well not his name.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Heath Jenki is a Special Agent in charge of the
- 6:56Speaker 4: FBI's Phoenix Division, and announced at a news conference saying
- 7:01Speaker 4: to those impostors who are trying to take advantage and
- 7:04Speaker 4: profit from the situation, meaning the Nancy Guthrie being missing,
- 7:09Speaker 4: we will investigate and ensure that you are held accountable
- 7:12Speaker 4: for your actions. Derek Kalia from Hawthorn is expected to
- 7:16Speaker 4: be in court today.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and that was the fear from the beginning as
- 7:22Speaker 1: soon as the first ransom note was received, the question
- 7:26Speaker 1: became is this real or not? Because we live in
- 7:29Speaker 1: that kind of a world now. Also that video of
- 7:33Speaker 1: Samantha Guthrie and her brother and sister and what she
- 7:36Speaker 1: is begging for the return of their mom and effectively saying,
- 7:42Speaker 1: we're ready to talk, We're ready to negotiate, and sort
- 7:46Speaker 1: of the words weren't said but meant, and we're ready
- 7:49Speaker 1: to pay you and just effectively given I'm paraphrasing to
- 7:54Speaker 1: the fullest extent, because they handled it very differently and
- 7:57Speaker 1: very very well, saying we want to reach out and
- 8:00Speaker 1: we're willing to talk. Did you notice how wretched she looked,
- 8:06Speaker 1: I mean the wretched in the sense that her heart was.
- 8:12Speaker 1: And the siblings, all of them, Yeah, they had just
- 8:16Speaker 1: been squeezed like a yeah, yeah, I mean just then
- 8:19Speaker 1: gone through when they did. They've gone through one of
- 8:22Speaker 1: the worst experiences that any family could go through. And
- 8:25Speaker 1: she was extraordinarily close to her mom, which makes it
- 8:29Speaker 1: even worse. And it doesn't it doesn't bode well for
- 8:31Speaker 1: her mother. Although the sheriff says he still thinks that
- 8:37Speaker 1: that Anne Guthrie is still alive. Nancy which Nancy Nancy.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I'm sorry that Nancy Guthrie is still alive, which means
- 8:44Speaker 1: that a kidnapping. You can't kidnap anybody today and get
- 8:48Speaker 1: away with it. I mean, that's impossible.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Other than this fake one that Amy just talked about.
- 8:52Speaker 3: The impostor was did anybody reach out because I don't
- 8:56Speaker 3: I didn't hear that.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I think there was two. There may have been two
- 8:59Speaker 1: of them, I'm not mistaken. Harvey Levin was on CNN yesterday,
- 9:04Speaker 1: like all day long, he received one TMZ received one
- 9:09Speaker 1: of these ransom letters, and he said, of course turned
- 9:13Speaker 1: it over immediately to the sheriffs, and he couldn't say
- 9:15Speaker 1: much about it because the FBI is involved in investigating.
- 9:19Speaker 1: But what he did share is this was serious stuff.
- 9:23Speaker 1: These people knew exactly what they were doing. They were
- 9:25Speaker 1: demanding bitcoin. It's a real address that the bigcoin goes to.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I mean it was he said, if it was well,
- 9:34Speaker 1: this would be from someone who knew his or her stuff,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and it was a legitimate request, not request demand, as
- 9:43Speaker 1: opposed to some crazy ass doing it with letters from
- 9:46Speaker 1: the newspaper. Magazine's kind of thing.
- 9:48Speaker 6: It's just that we talked about this earlier in the week.
- 9:50Speaker 3: And the weirdest thing was that nobody came out early
- 9:54Speaker 3: on that you know of that just with a ransom,
- 9:56Speaker 3: which makes so.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Also, the the medication she needs basically to stay alive
- 10:02Speaker 1: is now almost six days into this thing. You know,
- 10:06Speaker 1: at some point you say this is such an issue
- 10:10Speaker 1: medically speaking. And then of course the blood that was
- 10:13Speaker 1: found on the doorstep and it turned out to be
- 10:16Speaker 1: her blood, So it's pretty Yeah, it's not good news.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I don't think it's but hope against hope. You know,
- 10:24Speaker 1: you have a family member and you're going to grasp
- 10:27Speaker 1: at any straw out there.
- 10:28Speaker 6: Love to hear your take on this bill.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Trump says he's not going to extend the nuclear arms
- 10:34Speaker 3: treaty with Russia. He says he called for a new
- 10:38Speaker 3: deal to include China on this, which kind of makes
- 10:43Speaker 3: sense to me, So rather than extend new start, he
- 10:47Speaker 3: said it was a badly negotiated deal by the United
- 10:50Speaker 3: States that aside from everything else, it's being grossly violated.
- 10:55Speaker 3: So he wants to go back to the drawing board
- 10:57Speaker 3: on this one and work towards a new treaty.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Right, No, he and it is being grossly violated. He's right.
- 11:04Speaker 1: The problem is is why would Russia not grossly violate
- 11:07Speaker 1: the next treaty that is going to be signed with.
- 11:10Speaker 3: The question, yes, but what about the China. Do you
- 11:14Speaker 3: think it's smart to add China in there?
- 11:15Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 11:15Speaker 3: I knew, Yeah, I knew. I thought so as well.
- 11:17Speaker 3: That's sourious.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And all of these treaties have always been between Russi
- 11:21Speaker 1: and the United States. China wasn't a player, and now
- 11:23Speaker 1: China is a world power. Matter of fact, it is
- 11:26Speaker 1: second the area of the United States and quickly going
- 11:28Speaker 1: to become first.
- 11:30Speaker 6: So probably you're done.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Anyways, it has to be done now, whether you continue
- 11:34Speaker 1: start or negotiate or a men start, that's a different story.
- 11:37Speaker 1: But the president doesn't like treaties that were signed before
- 11:40Speaker 1: his tenure.
- 11:42Speaker 6: He wants his signature on it.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Oh, he wants to call it the Trump Russia Treaty.
- 11:47Speaker 1: And there's a great story about a name, a Trump
- 11:50Speaker 1: name sort of. He sort of outdid himself on another one.
- 11:53Speaker 1: We'll go through that in a few minutes.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Bad Batteries La Fire is trying to convince city leaders
- 12:03Speaker 4: to create some regulations because lithium ion batteries are blown
- 12:10Speaker 4: up and they're causing a lot of fires. New York
- 12:13Speaker 4: City actually did make some changes to their code because
- 12:19Speaker 4: there was a bunch of fires and apartments in New
- 12:22Speaker 4: York City and a lot of them got linked to
- 12:25Speaker 4: those lithium air yeah powered scooters.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Right, and you how about the ones that are in
- 12:31Speaker 1: laptops that you take on airplanes that have ignited. How
- 12:35Speaker 1: about the ones that are in people's pockets that have ignited.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Where Jerry Lee Lewis was so ahead of his time
- 12:42Speaker 1: when he wrote Great Balls of Fire.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I mean, the guy was brilliant. I will tell you this.
- 12:48Speaker 3: And I just sent a video to rich On Tech,
- 12:55Speaker 3: sent them a video because I use these a lot
- 12:57Speaker 3: in my shop, but I keep them in special containers
- 13:01Speaker 3: and things like that. Don't ever buy cheap rechargeable batteries
- 13:06Speaker 3: by name brand. There is massive, massive difference in each
- 13:11Speaker 3: one of these, and fire hazards go up when you
- 13:15Speaker 3: buy the cheap ones and go way way way down
- 13:18Speaker 3: when you buy Samsung and things like that.
- 13:22Speaker 1: All right, good advice, You're welcome. Now here's the funny.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Here's the story that I love. I just I don't
- 13:29Speaker 1: know if it's well, I don't know if it's sure
- 13:32Speaker 1: not because we have to we have to mention that
- 13:37Speaker 1: this is we don't know exactly who did this, who
- 13:41Speaker 1: said this, but if it was said, let's just go
- 13:43Speaker 1: through the story, because that's not the.
- 13:45Speaker 6: Problem with this is all of us can believe this.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Yes, that's problem. Yeah, I'm not doing a good job
- 13:50Speaker 1: of staying my position here. I'm babbling here, But go ahead.
- 13:54Speaker 3: President Donald Trump apparently told Senate My Minority Leader Schumer
- 14:00Speaker 3: last month that he may be prepared to, you know,
- 14:06Speaker 3: thaw out that freeze on billions of dollars in funding
- 14:09Speaker 3: for major New York infrastructure. There's a lot going on,
- 14:13Speaker 3: Dulles Airport, Penn Station, these things need infrastructure help. And
- 14:20Speaker 3: he says he'll do it on one tiny condition exchange
- 14:24Speaker 3: for the money they have to agree to change New
- 14:28Speaker 3: York's Penn Station, Washington's Dulles International Airport.
- 14:31Speaker 1: After Trump, Yeah, this is the Gateway project. It's a
- 14:35Speaker 1: huge tunnel connecting New York and New Jersey. I mean,
- 14:38Speaker 1: it's enormous. It's billions of dollars. And according to and
- 14:42Speaker 1: this is not Schumer's office said this. This is not
- 14:44Speaker 1: Trump's office. This is two people familiar with the conversation
- 14:47Speaker 1: according to CNN. So until this is confirmed, and as
- 14:51Speaker 1: Neil said, it's it's believable because it is. It is.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Trump tells Schumer, I will give you the money for
- 14:59Speaker 1: that gateway project if you name the project after me.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's I don't know anybody else if I heard that
- 15:10Speaker 1: about any other president. It's a joke, that's all it is.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It's an onion piece. It comes out of the onion.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Now this one, I think you're right. It is believable
- 15:22Speaker 1: because we have just a few things. You had the
- 15:24Speaker 1: Trump Gold Card, the Trump RX website, we have the
- 15:28Speaker 1: Trump Class Battleships, we have the Trump Kennedy Center. I
- 15:33Speaker 1: mean it goes on and on and on and on.
- 15:39Speaker 4: The man who decided not to run for mayor is well,
- 15:42Speaker 4: he's not running for mayor. So yesterday there was rumors
- 15:48Speaker 4: swirling that billionaire developer Rick Caruso was going to get
- 15:53Speaker 4: back or to get into.
- 15:55Speaker 5: The race for mayor.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Because of the report that Mayor Bass had wanted that
- 16:03Speaker 4: after action report from the fires watered down, and so
- 16:07Speaker 4: he said he was thinking about it. Last month he
- 16:10Speaker 4: had announced nah not running, and yesterday a political consultant
- 16:15Speaker 4: for Caruso said, you know, Hey, he's really moved by
- 16:18Speaker 4: the outpouring of support that he's gotten. But he's not
- 16:22Speaker 4: going to be a candidate for mayor.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Yeah, which is a shame because I think he would
- 16:26Speaker 1: be the one that would topple Mayor Karen Bass, which
- 16:31Speaker 1: I think she's vulnerable right now. I think these fires
- 16:33Speaker 1: have really hurt her.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Yeah, but who's running against her? Austin Podner is out now.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Because there's nobody there. Caruso would be the only one.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Yeah, and you think it would be good to vote
- 16:45Speaker 3: for somebody who puts their money into LA rather than
- 16:49Speaker 3: takes money from LA.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Yeah, he's doing a lot of properties. Okay, one quick
- 16:53Speaker 1: one and then we're going to bail out of here.
- 16:54Speaker 6: Kno, Who's house? Ram's house? You got it? Rams?
- 16:59Speaker 3: Quarterback Matthew Stafford wins the NFL MVP Award to the left,
- 17:04Speaker 3: to the left, to the Oh hey.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Hey, hey, okay, that's it. That's short and sweet, short
- 17:11Speaker 1: and sweet. And I assume all of us are going
- 17:13Speaker 1: to be watching the super Bowl this weekend, supervowel and yeah,
- 17:19Speaker 1: I know that ann Is Amy's do it? Neil, are
- 17:22Speaker 1: you gonna watch?
- 17:22Speaker 6: He'll be on in the background. I got stuff to do.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Oh okay, and will are you gonna be watching it?
- 17:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna be there. You're going to be not in
- 17:31Speaker 1: the stadium. I'll be flying overhead before the game. Oh,
- 17:34Speaker 1: that gives you a good chance to see the game
- 17:36Speaker 1: thirty thousand feet five hundred and fifty miles per hour. Yeah,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you'll you'll be able to catch you out twelve seconds
- 17:42Speaker 1: of it year.
- 17:42Speaker 5: No, he totally can.
- 17:44Speaker 4: He was doing the Dodgers game, one of the playoff games,
- 17:47Speaker 4: and he was flying in the playing around the stadium
- 17:50Speaker 4: and he zoomed in, found my seat.
- 17:53Speaker 5: And it's up on social media. He spotted me in
- 17:55Speaker 5: the stadium.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Noah, wait a second, you are, so you are going
- 17:58Speaker 1: to be flying overhead? Your report from there? No, I
- 18:01Speaker 1: just shoot the camera. It's a camera thing, and no,
- 18:03Speaker 1: I understand, but you're actually I thought you was going
- 18:06Speaker 1: to be an airline. You're going to be on an
- 18:07Speaker 1: airplane going right over. It is what I thought. You said.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I'll be there. We do pregame stuff for the Super Bowl.
- 18:12Speaker 1: We don't actually fly the game, so I'll be in
- 18:14Speaker 1: the Bay Area, like getting the scenic shots in commercial.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Good for you, Yeah, yeah, yeah, fun, Yeah, a lot
- 18:21Speaker 1: of people think that Will has this really minor small
- 18:24Speaker 1: part on our show, which of course he does, but
- 18:27Speaker 1: he also has minor small parts in virtually every side
- 18:31Speaker 1: gig he has.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Okay, Ice is getting the cold shoulder at the Winter Olympics.
- 18:37Speaker 4: US Immigration and Customs enforcement agents are not part of
- 18:40Speaker 4: the Team USA delegation at the Winter Games. That's according
- 18:44Speaker 4: to US Olympic officials. They say there is no or
- 18:48Speaker 4: there are no ICE agents that are part of Team
- 18:50Speaker 4: USA's delegation on the ground in Milan. But apparently Ice
- 18:55Speaker 4: is there.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it has been, and it goes to events, international
- 18:58Speaker 1: events like this quite often. So you know, it's obviously
- 19:03Speaker 1: here a more a question of perception and anything else
- 19:06Speaker 1: than they want to make it absolutely clear. So that's
- 19:08Speaker 1: the cold shoulder. Now let's go to another body part,
- 19:12Speaker 1: and Neil, I want to point I don't want to
- 19:16Speaker 1: put a caveat here, Okay, because I'm doing this story
- 19:18Speaker 1: at seven thirty. I'm going to really go in depth
- 19:22Speaker 1: into this story coming up. So just just the highlights
- 19:26Speaker 1: of this if you don't mind, sort of to tease
- 19:27Speaker 1: what we're going to do at seven thirty.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Gotcha, Well, a new term. Look at that guy it's
- 19:32Speaker 3: hung like a ski jumper. So they are apparently ski
- 19:36Speaker 3: jumpers being they and the Winter Olympics are enhancing their
- 19:40Speaker 3: penises to fly further.
- 19:42Speaker 6: And it's not what it's not like, hey, a.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Little extra weight's gonna pull me, but it is because
- 19:50Speaker 3: of the sizing of their uniform.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Yeah, this is science and get it. Yeah, and.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Getting a canopy sort of like a uh yeah, they
- 20:02Speaker 3: make they make the penis bigger, which means the suits
- 20:05Speaker 3: which are form fitted are bigger, a little looser, yeahs
- 20:10Speaker 3: an aerodynamic trait two yeah.
- 20:12Speaker 1: And actually gives you more lift. Uh. It's ski jumpers
- 20:16Speaker 1: with the large penises. Now, this originally started with the
- 20:19Speaker 1: medical experimenters with pole jumpers uh and pole vaulters, and
- 20:23Speaker 1: it tended to work out very well. So now they
- 20:26Speaker 1: moved it over to the uh ski jump crowd. Wow, yeah, exactly. Yeah.
- 20:35Speaker 5: Trump's on drugs.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Okay, he's not on well, he is on drugs. He
- 20:40Speaker 4: is on drugs, yeah ye, and he's on the price
- 20:42Speaker 4: of drugs. So they've launched Trump r.
- 20:45Speaker 5: X dot org or is it dot CoV.
- 20:50Speaker 4: It's a website that will help patients buy prescription drugs
- 20:53Speaker 4: at discounted prices. President Trump said, you're going to save
- 20:58Speaker 4: a fortune. I don't do a good Trump obviously, none
- 21:01Speaker 4: of us do.
- 21:01Speaker 6: But it's still funny.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Okay, he said, you're going to save a fortune. The
- 21:04Speaker 4: website is not a platform for buying medications, apparently, though.
- 21:09Speaker 4: It is set up as a facilitator that points you
- 21:12Speaker 4: to drug makers direct to consumer websites and that's where
- 21:16Speaker 4: you can make purchases.
- 21:17Speaker 5: It also provides coupons to use it at pharmacist.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Now, this is not a big deal except that it
- 21:23Speaker 1: is something. It's better than nothing, and it's moving in
- 21:25Speaker 1: the right direction.
- 21:27Speaker 5: The Taylor for my cat for fifty dollars instead of
- 21:30Speaker 5: four hundred dollars, I'd.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Be absolutely But then there's good RX. There's there are
- 21:34Speaker 1: other websites that do the same thing. But I'm going
- 21:37Speaker 1: to give kudos to this and it's yeah, and it's
- 21:41Speaker 1: Trump RX. And by the way, you can do a
- 21:43Speaker 1: great impression of Trump. Amy. All I have to say is, hi,
- 21:46Speaker 1: welcome back to Trump News. Will I talk about Trump
- 21:52Speaker 1: right here on KF Trump we can yes?
- 21:56Speaker 6: You know what would should you know?
- 21:59Speaker 3: It would be good for him if he got instead
- 22:01Speaker 3: of a dot com or dot gov that he gets
- 22:03Speaker 3: dot Trump, Yes, Trump RX dot Trump.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Yeah, all right.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton, you know we've been hearing about them going
- 22:14Speaker 3: back and forth about being deposed, but now things are
- 22:18Speaker 3: sort of changing. She says, she being Hillary Clinton says
- 22:23Speaker 3: that there's some games being played here and comer is
- 22:26Speaker 3: the one playing them. So former Secretary of State Hillary
- 22:31Speaker 3: Clinton says that she's pushing for public hearings after former
- 22:36Speaker 3: President Clinton agreed. She and former President Clinton agreed to
- 22:39Speaker 3: testify before the House Committee. Now this is all dealing
- 22:44Speaker 3: with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. But then she
- 22:48Speaker 3: was told that they were going to be putting cameras
- 22:50Speaker 3: in there, and I'm guessing that the concern would be
- 22:53Speaker 3: it being edited or something like that. So she said,
- 22:57Speaker 3: just make it live public. Yeah, there's so they're coming
- 23:01Speaker 3: to terms.
- 23:02Speaker 1: And the fear was that there was going to be
- 23:04Speaker 1: contempt of Congress issued against the Clintons for not cooperating.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Didn't Steve Bannon go to prison for four months? If
- 23:12Speaker 1: I'm not mistaken for contempt of Congress? So and keep
- 23:16Speaker 1: in mind, the Clintons are merely civilians. They have absolutely
- 23:22Speaker 1: no power or no ability to say anything. Well, I
- 23:28Speaker 1: can say during the course of a presidency. No, I
- 23:30Speaker 1: think that they're liable, open to contempt for Congress like
- 23:33Speaker 1: anybody else, like any other Say what you.
- 23:35Speaker 6: Will about the Clintons. They're not stupid people.
- 23:37Speaker 3: So they've got to be navigating this and looking at
- 23:40Speaker 3: it saying, listen, we'll do it under certain terms.
- 23:43Speaker 6: What we're not going to set ourselves how a.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Bitch of the negotiations with their attorneys went crazy.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Okay, So what is the real answer. Why was d
- 23:54Speaker 4: n I Tolci Gabbard at that FBI search of an
- 23:58Speaker 4: election office in Georgia where twenty twenty ballots were seized. Well,
- 24:03Speaker 4: at the prayer breakfast yesterday, President Trump said it was
- 24:07Speaker 4: Attorney General Pam Bondi who insisted that Gabbard oversee the
- 24:11Speaker 4: raid at Fulton County Elections Hub and Operation Center. But
- 24:16Speaker 4: then on an NBC News interview, they asked why Gabbard
- 24:20Speaker 4: was there, and he said, I don't know, and then.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Herd's office said that Trump ordered her to be there. Yeah,
- 24:31Speaker 1: I mean it's and by the way, this is the
- 24:33Speaker 1: director of National Intelligence, which has nothing to do with
- 24:36Speaker 1: the FBI. An FBI search one, I mean zero, She
- 24:40Speaker 1: has no business being there. It's all so convoluted. Well,
- 24:44Speaker 1: it's here's what it is. It's there's only one big
- 24:48Speaker 1: agency under President Trump. There are no independent, separate agencies.
- 24:53Speaker 1: It's all one big agencies.
- 24:55Speaker 5: So he probably was looking at it and said, hey, Gabby,
- 24:58Speaker 5: where don't you go?
- 24:59Speaker 1: Absolutely, I mean he it's a there's no independence, there's
- 25:03Speaker 1: no separation, there's no Chinese wall or firewall, and so
- 25:08Speaker 1: no surprise there. And in many cases, one hand doesn't
- 25:11Speaker 1: know what the other hand is doing.
- 25:13Speaker 3: It's like grew from Despicable Me. It's just grew in
- 25:16Speaker 3: the minions that a matter. There is no there is
- 25:19Speaker 3: no hierarchy. They're just minions. Yes, all right, this is
- 25:23Speaker 3: oh boy, bad timing all the way around the All
- 25:26Speaker 3: American Halftime Show that is supposed to be the alternative
- 25:29Speaker 3: to the Super Bowl halftime show. Of course, this is
- 25:33Speaker 3: organized by the conservative group Turning Point USA. This was
- 25:37Speaker 3: to counter the fact that Bad Bunny was going to
- 25:42Speaker 3: be is going to be doing the halftime show and
- 25:45Speaker 3: all the hubbub that was surrounding that. So they say
- 25:48Speaker 3: they're putting together this All American Halftime Show headliner Kid Rock.
- 25:53Speaker 3: They said this is going to be an alternative about
- 25:55Speaker 3: American faith, family and freedom, all this stuff, and then
- 26:01Speaker 3: unfortunately they someone starts digging into Kid Rocks two thousand
- 26:05Speaker 3: and one song Cool Daddy Cool, which contains the lyrics
- 26:09Speaker 3: young Ladies, Young ladies, I like them underage.
- 26:13Speaker 1: See.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Some say that statutory, but I say that's mandatory quality bality.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Yes, that's a little that's a little rough. I mean,
- 26:22Speaker 1: I'm sure that you'll have people sort of shoo pooh
- 26:25Speaker 1: pooing that. Oh he really didn't mean that, that said perspective.
- 26:30Speaker 3: The song is written, you know, well I love Little
- 26:34Speaker 3: Girls by Ungle Boyo.
- 26:36Speaker 6: It's like, I don't.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Know, have you seen the lyrics of some of the
- 26:40Speaker 4: performers at Super Bowl.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you're not claiming family faith in America. Listen,
- 26:46Speaker 3: you the best.
- 26:47Speaker 4: Super Bowl performer of all time has some nasty old lyrics.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Yeah, but here's the deal.
- 26:53Speaker 6: They're not saying.
- 26:54Speaker 3: This is the point though, when you say this isn't
- 26:57Speaker 3: your all American halftime show and it's about a mayor
- 27:00Speaker 3: can faith, family and freedom and all that, and you've
- 27:03Speaker 3: got that, I'm sorry you.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I mean there's and there is a spin to it.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Amy For example, you know, we have you know men
- 27:12Speaker 1: of the clergy who are caught in compromising positions with oh, children, hookers,
- 27:20Speaker 1: all manner of let's just say, questionable activities. And what
- 27:24Speaker 1: makes it particularly good is the faith and value and
- 27:27Speaker 1: the family values and the Christian values. And excuse me,
- 27:31Speaker 1: I have a hooker waiting for me backstage.
- 27:34Speaker 3: You're gonna get nailed for that. Yeah, I think that's
- 27:38Speaker 3: the difference. I think that is the difference A squeaky
- 27:40Speaker 3: clean option from.
- 27:42Speaker 5: I don't think it's going to be singing this song
- 27:44Speaker 5: at the.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Show, probably not probably, buttoire Okay, let's do one. Uh no,
- 27:51Speaker 1: we'll just leave it at that point.
- 27:53Speaker 5: Why you could make a comment about Trump.
- 27:57Speaker 1: I can make a comment about Trump, no matter what.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Give me a top I'll make a top a comment
- 28:01Speaker 1: about Trump.
- 28:02Speaker 5: The Dodgers are going to the White House.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Oh that's right, Okay, the Dodgers going into the White House. Yeah,
- 28:08Speaker 1: that was They've accepted the invitation. And the argument is,
- 28:10Speaker 1: why would you got a lot of teams say no,
- 28:12Speaker 1: thank you to go to the White House under Trump
- 28:14Speaker 1: when they win a championship, and the Dodgers are going.
- 28:16Speaker 1: And their argument is, and it's legitimate, this is tradition,
- 28:20Speaker 1: and it is tradition. Now, does traditions supersede any feelings
- 28:25Speaker 1: about Donald Trump? Well, yeah, for certain certain teams, yes,
- 28:31Speaker 1: certain teams. No, But the Dodgers are going.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Are they still skipping?
- 28:35Speaker 4: Because I know during his first term, several sports teams
- 28:40Speaker 4: passed ongoing and I think this term.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Anybody, Yeah, I don't know if other teams. I don't
- 28:46Speaker 1: know if any team that has said no this time around.
- 28:49Speaker 1: But the Dodgers are going there to back to back
- 28:53Speaker 1: world series, Ain't all right? Kfi A M sixty You've
- 28:57Speaker 1: been listening to the Bill Handle Show Catch My Monday
