- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's fuck ya Friday.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck ya!
- 0:02[SPEAKER_00]: Get ready for some wins.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the Beat till you see it podcast, where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also Logan, Ply's instructor and fitness business coach.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: My friends, action brings clarity.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guests will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it till you see it.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Pete, babe, hi.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to our Friday episode.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_01]: How are you?
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's a fuck, yeah, Friday.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_01]: And it really is a fuck, yeah.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_01]: The Brad would say, my goodness, this year, I knew.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_01]: I knew what I went on my vacation in January this year with going to be one of those years where I just, the pedal to the metal.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm grateful for it, so grateful for it.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_01]: And this last week, I just did something that I've been looking, it's been on the books, right?
- 1:11[SPEAKER_01]: But I'll show that one in a second.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_01]: Because first, hello, welcome to be a pod.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_01]: On Fridays, we celebrated one of yours.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_01]: And something that we do with our members is if we want to vent about something and they have to share a win.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm venting with you because this is where I get to vent, it's my podcast.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_01]: So if you, if you don't know how the local Las Vegas live, we live around construction comes.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: So my little vent moment is, I have lived in Las Vegas now six, six years and three months.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: And in six years and three months, there's construction on the main road to my house.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: It was also long that when they moved the construction, then Brad missed our turn.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_01]: That's how long the construction was there.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: We moved here with construction and it was on so long we didn't know what our actual turn was.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_01]: And my friends, they moved the construction to the road perpendicular at the cross street.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_01]: And so that construction was so bad that people oftentimes were in the wrong lane multiple times.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: And now that construction has just moved a little bit further south and then a little bit further east and guess what?
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: I either have to sit in traffic to go further south and go to all my appointments and then have traffic when I make a left or I make a right.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I have no traffic until I have traffic right where I have to park.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: And so I just have to say,
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really tired of the construction cones, because they literally do it on all of the streets all at the same time, all the time.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how you do that.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know you do that.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: I want, I'm fact when I invest in stocks and orange counts.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's not gonna do.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so now that I've been, do you understand what I mean?
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: No, I live in LA, all right, I live in LA.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_01]: And no, they would, they would be working a street for a year, because they're whining the roads or whining the 405 or whatever they're doing.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: You know what they would never do?
- 2:55[SPEAKER_01]: Do it the same fucking time.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_01]: They would never let will sure have construction and then also Santa Monica or Olympic or even any other street within three miles north or south, because you can't screw with people's lives like that.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: And if the less I take public transportation, I would love public transportation to be more accessible for everybody, not just for me, but for the actual people who need to go and drive some everyday, I don't have to do that.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: So this is just a really stupid event, but anyways, my win, my win.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: So as I started to get into it, like some stocks, I bet this went.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: So as you know, I've been working on a lift, a teacher training program for new teachers or partially trained teachers and this last week, the application that I'm rolling in for the educators and I'm just so pleased it's bunched for the people who are braving this new world with me.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: I am so honored and grateful and
- 3:42[SPEAKER_01]: I'm proud of them for reading a place where they've elevated to the point where they're like, yeah, I can teach this shit.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_01]: So my win is that the stage has been set.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: And we are on the next stage of this goal that I've been working on because you know, not every goal is done.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: You've little parts like the construction.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: It just moves up the road.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: But this is the good guy.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm at the next phase of this program.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I now no longer doing it by myself.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: I will have educators to do this with me.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: Brick it excited.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, so that's it's going on.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: If you are wanting to know more information about my left teacher training program go to xxll.co slash uws we've got to get a main link for all this stuff anyways, that'll be a win when I get that in the meantime a win of yours and then a little mantra.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: So this is more Watson had breath work with you.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Lori Watson fucking love you.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: I love you.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_01]: And she has Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, or like, fuck your Wednesdays and fuck yes, on days.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_01]: And they'll have a group.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: So Laurie, thank you for doing breath work with me and Matt and Spring passed my 600 today.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck yeah, get it girl.
