- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Hey everyone, welcome back to the Live Well Podcast.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: I'm excited because I have my fiance back again today, and we are going to be diving into getting out of reaction mode.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Because so often people are just living in this constant state of reaction mode, reacting to their phones, their businesses, their kids, all the things.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna be diving into kind of like why this is such a problem and how it's blocking you from that next level and what you can kind of do to get out of reaction mode and really realize how this is stopping you from stepping into that next level.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Reaction mode happens because someone's nervous system is existing in a hyper-vigilant state, right?
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: It's existing on edge.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And so it's like that walking on eggshells feeling, right?
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: You can feel that tension in your body that like you're scanning the whole room for danger.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: And this happens because your system is trying to protect you, right?
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: If your system can keep you safe, right, then you're going to survive.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: And this comes from a very primal instinct, something that's wired into our brains from when we had to run from lions in the Sahara.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: But we no longer have to do that.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: But what happens now is it's not a lion, but it's money, or it's, you know, the business happening like this, it's maybe a health thing, it's your relationship, it's kids demanding from you.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: So we've just shifted kind of those things that we're running from, and we're living in response mode to so much more, right?
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: If we think about even the access to technology, social media, we are responding to so many more things now than we used to.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: So our brains and our nervous systems actually haven't developed and evolved to match the level of consumption that we are reacting to.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: If you think about how many times the notifications on your phone go off and you are so guilty of it, it drives me insane.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: How you have your notifications on.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Like I literally tell all my clients, turn your notifications off and here my fiance is.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: The binging, anything like Apple Watch, bing, bing.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Someone sent you an email.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: This is happening in that video, whatever game you play, Instagram.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Jesus Christ.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: Like it's reaction, reaction, reaction, reaction, reaction.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: No wonder your like nervous system gets overloaded.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: And that's just your phone, let alone like our dog who like is getting at you trying to get for attention, or like maybe you've got kids or you've got whatever it is going on for you, right?
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: But you're living in that reaction mode.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Let alone if then you're going into something where you're intentionally like you're consuming social media, you're scrolling every piece of content, and like you're watching this content, so it keeps watching this content, but it's a new thing, right?
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: A new story.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: React, react, react, a new reel, react, react, react.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And your system, right?
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Your nervous system has to then decide is this positive or is this negative?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: How do I feel about this?
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: We think about scrolling back to like the primal days, we'd see calm, you know, like the fields.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: Generally, we'd be chill.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: And then every once in a while, there's a little bit of danger.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: I don't know, like a lion, and then we'd respond.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: So your system, right, your brain is always gonna be scanning the environment.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: It's always gonna be looking for positive and negative.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Is this good?
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: Is this bad?
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: Is this gonna kill me?
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna survive?
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: And so just by the byproduct that we have so much more that we're assessing, our nervous systems get overloaded.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Where we used to respond to like five things in a day, you're now responding to 5,000 things in a day.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: And your brain is then having, like I said, to assess is this good or bad?
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: So you have the notification on your phone, is this good or bad?
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: You have an email come through, maybe a work email or something from like clients or business, is this good or bad?
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: That alone exhausts your nervous system, even if all the things are good.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Let's say it's like payment notifications on Stripe.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: It's good, good payment, payment, payment.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: That still is a reaction.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: It's still your system having to respond and decide whether it's positive or negative, let alone the fact that if it's negative.
- 5:10unknown: Right.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: And so the part of your brain that does this, this is your amygdala.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: So your amygdala is this like little part of your brain in the middle that assigns whether something is positive, pleasurable, or it assigns whether something is like negative, danger.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: And based on what your amygdala decides, right, if it decides that it's danger, it's going to assign that negative valence, right?
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: That negative meaning to it, and it's going to alert your sympathetic nervous system.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: It's going to alert that fight or flight.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: It is going to be like, this is bad, this is wrong.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: We need to protect ourselves from this.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: We could die.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: And some people might think, like, live, this is dramatic.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to die.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: But when something comes up in your business, it does activate like that pride.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: It is a survival thing.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: Because what your brain does, it doesn't just react to like, oh, I got this bad email.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: It's like, I got this bad email.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: But if what if this happens?
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: And then what if that happens next?
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: And what if I, I don't know, I lose them as a client, and then I stop getting clients altogether.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: And then I stop making money.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: And then I make no money.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: And then I don't have money to pay the bills.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And then I have no house.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: And then I can't have food.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: And then I'm out on the street.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: This sounds dramatic, but unconsciously, right?
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: And unconsciously just means behind the scenes.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Like you may not consciously be thinking about this, but that's what your brain is doing.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: And then you might actually be consciously doing this too in front of the scenes.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: Like your brain might actually, but a lot of it is unconscious.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: A lot of it's behind the scenes.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: So when we think about that threat, right?
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: And how many times a day that's happening, when we assign that negative meaning, well, they exist in that hyper-vigilant state.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: Because when you're responding to so many things and you've responded to like things that are quote unquote bad or things that are threatening, right?
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Things your brain thinks like, well, this is not good, it's going to want to protect you.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: So it's going to start kind of like scanning.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Think about it.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: If you're walking alone, maybe not for you, but as a woman, if I was walking in a park alone at night, I'd be hyper-vigilant.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: I'd be like, all right, I know enough about being alone in the dark that sends my system to kind of like I should be more aware.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to be fully relaxed.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: I'm going to be, oh, like, like, let me let my scan for danger, right?
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: That's that hyper-vigilant state.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: But people are existing like that in their life, in their businesses.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: They're scared perhaps of being rejected online.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're scared of being seen, right?
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: They're scared of what Sally from high school is going to think if they run their business.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: They're scared of people join their offer or don't join their offer.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: You know, they're they're scared of whether they'll make money from this, whether they won't, how many people are in it, how many people aren't.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: You know, all of these things.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And so your system starts to exist in that hyper-vigilant state and you get on edge.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: And what happens is that over time, this really starts to wire your nervous system to exist in this state.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: And so this is where like people start to wake up and feel anxious for no reason at all.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: And a lot of times, you know, when you suffer from anxiety, it's not for a reason.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: And I remember when I used to suffer with so much anxiety, it wasn't tied to something.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: It's not like, oh, I'm anxious because of this necessarily.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: It just becomes your regulated state.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: And so when people say, like, what do you have to be anxious about?
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, no, you just exist in that state.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: So anything can make you anxious because you're unsure of what's going to happen, right?
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: You're like walking in the park, you're like, is something going to jump out and eat me?
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Or like, you know, you don't know.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: And so not only are you going to be waking up anxious, right?
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Anytime you look at your business, you're going to feel that way.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Perhaps anytime you look at money, you're going to feel that way.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: You're not going to feel creative when you're in that zone.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: Because what happens is when your amygdala is scanning for danger, it's looking for that hypervigilance, it's looking for what's going to attack it or make it, you know, theoretically die.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: You're in a different part of your brain, right?
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: You're in that survival mode.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: It's called systems one thinking, which means you're not able to access systems two, which is that creative, right?
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: It's that flow.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: And we've all been in that state where you get into that flow state and you're like, I am jamming, I am flowing, like, no pressure, we're just vibing.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: You can't get to that state if your system is always hyper-vigilant.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: You might get headaches, you might get brain fog, you might feel like analysis paralysis.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And so many of my clients actually get into the point where like they can't do anything because they're so paralyzed from their system being so overloaded.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: And so what happens from here is that all right, we're waking up anxious, we're getting overwhelmed, we can't think creatively and get into that flow state.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: We start overthinking in general.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: You start to overthink everything that you're doing.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: You start to question everything.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: And from that space, it's also really hard to break through to another level.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: It's really hard to up-level to quantum leap to get to the next step in your business because you're bogged down by this nervous system that is constantly scanning for danger, that's constantly thinking, oh my God, you know, what's going to happen to me?
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: And let's face it, when we're in this hyper-vigilant state, it's also very hard to enjoy our life.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: It's very hard to even be present in your life outside of your business.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: Whether you've got kids, whether you got a partner, whether you got just family, it doesn't matter.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Because let's say you're playing with your kids, in the back of your mind, your brain is focused on all right, did that client sign?
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: Like, do I have the DMs?
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: Uh, how much money am I making?
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Should I be doing more things for the business?
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: Should I be doing that?
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: So even when you try to be present and enjoy life, you're unable to feel that joy, that bliss, that happiness, which isn't that why you started the business in the first place?
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: And what we see now is so many entrepreneurs who started their business to have more freedom, to have more joy, to have more bliss, to have more happiness are actually more stressed out now than they were before because of all of this pressure, all of this hyper-vigilance that it's scanning for.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: And so what we really need to do is we like we need to get out of reaction mode.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: So, yes, you can get into that flow state, right?
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: And this flow state is where I talk about you actually get to make more money with more ease.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: Can't do that if you're dysregulated, right?
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: You do that from the flow state.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: And then you're actually able to enjoy life outside of your business, right?
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: You're not operating with that fear in the back of your mind.
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: And you might not even be like consciously thinking about it, but it's like that fear, that pressure in the back of your mind that keeps pulling you out, that keeps you distracted, that keeps you not fully immersed in the moment.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Maybe you feel like you can't even slow down, that you can't be present, that you can't enjoy time with your kids, that you can't, you know, do this because you have to be working in the business.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: You have to be putting it in.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: And then you start doing more to get a result, right?
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: How often, and like I can say I used to be guilty of this, you're not getting the result, and your nervous system is like, shoot, I need to do more to get a result, versus just like being able to surrender and allow.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: But good luck telling someone whose brain, who's amygdala, is stuck in systems one thinking, is stuck in reaction mode, just chill, just allow, it'll all come to you.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: You consciously want to believe that.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: I know you do, but unconsciously, your brain won't let you.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: And so this is where people will try to, you know, do affirmations and they'll say things like, the more relaxed I am, the more money I make.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: You're consciously saying that, but unconsciously, your brain is like, that's not true.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: Like, we got to scan for this danger and this danger and this and this, and we've got family, we got this, we've bought blah, blah, blah.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: It's thinking about 50 million things behind the scenes.
- 13:16unknown: Right.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: And so then you just exist in this state.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So this is why it's really important that you can't just sweep this under the rug.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: And so where people sweep it under the rug, right?
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: When they avoid these triggers, when they avoid looking at why they're dysregulated in the first place and they just try to bypass their way out, they don't actually stop being in reaction mode.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: They don't stop that primal part of them that is going to constantly scan for danger because they're still gonna be stuck in your subconscious.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: So think about like sweeping like dust under the rug.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: If you were cleaning and you sweeped it under the rug, does the dirt disappear?
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: No, it's just kind of hidden.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: So you sweep it under the rug, you're like, all right, it's consciously in my mind right now.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Consciously, I'm worried about the business.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Consciously, I'm worried about money.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna sweep it in the back, I'm gonna put it into my subconscious, the unconscious mind.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: But that's still playing out behind the scenes.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: Like the dirt is still under the rug.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: If you were to walk over the rug, if you've been sweeping under it for a long time, there's gonna be a lot of shit under that rug.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: It's still dirty.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: And then you're doing things consciously trying to bypass, but you never kind of like address it.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And so from there, with all of this avoiding, you never get out of that reaction mode.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: You never allow your system to calm down.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: And then you're never able to enter that relaxed state where like you're calm and relaxed as a baseline.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: And then that's where the anxiety gets worse, that's where the panic gets worse, and like sometimes it got gets into panic attacks and like severe anxiety and overwhelm and all of these things, where then maybe your system even just shuts down and you have a full like nervous system shut down, then you can't do anything, then you have to take a break from the business for like, you know, forever.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: You have to burn it down, you realize that's not the way to do it, and we go through this whole cycle.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And I was like, let's just avoid that cycle by learning how to have a business, how to scale it, but to do it in a relaxed way where your nervous system feels chill and calm and at ease.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: Now, to add on top of all of this is the fact, which makes it so much worse, is that your system, we talked about reacting to like the notifications, the emails, the kids, the dog, the this and that.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: But it also can react to perceived threats.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: So a perceived threat is anything that is the potential to happen.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: So a real threat is like what is actually in front of you right now.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Like back in the day, the primal thing is like the lion is in front of you right now.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: In your life right now, is like, oh, my kid is sick, or you know, did this person sign up for my offer or no one signed up yet, or this is where we're at for the month?
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: Like that is a physical truth of the matter of what's happening.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Perceived is the potential for something to happen, right?
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: It's like, what if the shoe drops?
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: What if the money stops coming in?
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: What if no one signs up?
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: What if only X amount of people sign up?
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: What if it doesn't work?
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: What if people judge me?
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: What if, you know, I get backlash?
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: What if I get this, right?
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: It's it's the what if, it's the potential, right?
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: So your system, based on what's happened in the past, will have this lens that it looks through when it comes to perceived threats of what it perceives to be a danger.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: So if you've been made fun of before, maybe someone's judged you before, you're gonna have that perceived.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, we're gonna avoid that at all costs.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: We do not want to be judged again.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: That's a perceived.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna be looking out so that it doesn't happen again.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: So not only do we have all the things that are actually happening in life that we have to react to, but then we have all of those perceived threats, all of the what ifs.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Can you imagine adding in all of the what ifs that could go wrong in life and in business?
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: And you're trying to process that through your nervous system, plus everything that is actually going on.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: No wonder your system is overloaded.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: No wonder you're in reaction mode.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: And so what happens is when you go into these perceived threats, when you go into the what-ifs, you bring the emotions of that into the present day into your body.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Because when we go into the what ifs, you bring like that emotion with it.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: What if this happens?
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: What if it all goes away?
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: It's normally not like a, oh, what if it all goes away?
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: It's like, what if it all goes away?
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: You feel that in your body, like you feel it like that pit in your stomach, that heaviness in your chest, that that panic, it like you might even get sweaty, your heart starts to race.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Like it's a somatic response.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: You do that 50 times a day, you do that with everything.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: But because your amygdala, we talked about earlier, has been conditioned to look for negative, it's going to only see the negative in everything.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: It's going to assume it's going to go to that worst-case scenario no matter what, to protect you.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: The quickest way to feel better, think about it.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: We have fear that, like, oh, what if the money doesn't come in?
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: What's the easiest way to soot that feeling in your nervous system?
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: To do more.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Let me do more in the business.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Let me work more.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: You get into that loop, you get into that habit because you believe if I just work more, it has to work.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: If I just throw more spaghetti at the wall, more spaghetti, something is bound to stick and it is bound to work.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: But that's not really the case, is it?
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Definitely not.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Because you're taking action from lack, you're taking action from a lack of safety, you're taking action from separation, you're taking it to try to soothe that feeling to make yourself feel better.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't actually work.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: And you get trapped in this cycle.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: Instead of addressing, all right, I need to look at why my nervous system is in that reaction mode.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: I need to wire my amygdala not to be in that negative state so much where I'm going into the negative what-ifs, where I'm going into what if this happens, what if that happens, what if this.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Then you actually become better able to handle the things that do come up in life and in business because things will come up.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: That's part of being a business owner.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: But you're not going into catastrophizing, making mountains out of molehills about what if potentially could go wrong.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: And then you stop being in that doing mode.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: That doing, not because you're inspired, not because you're in flow state, not because you are lit up by what you do, but that doing place from a, oh, if I do more, this will make my nervous system feel better.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: Because it gives me that little dopamine hit, that little mean, like, ooh, okay, I've done something.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: Hopefully that this will work.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: Hopefully that this is better.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: So from all of this, we can see how living in reaction mode is definitely not serving you in your business.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: And this is why I am so passionate about business owners having safety internally and breaking out of that reaction mode so that they're running their business from a calm and relaxed place.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: So that they're not going into fear of the what ifs, what if this could happen, worst case scenario.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: And they're actually able to enjoy their life.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: They're able to be present with their loved ones.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: They're able to access that flow state where you do a couple things, you're in flow, you do it for work, it hits off like wildfire, and then you're just enjoying life.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: Where you're not constantly worrying in the back of your mind, where you're not wondering if you feel like you're doing it right, and you're overanalyzing every single move because you've been paralyzed being in reaction mode.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: We don't get that analysis paralysis.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: Because when you get out of that state, when you're able to switch that amygdala response, right, from assigning to the negative to assigning to the positive, you get out of that reaction mode, you exist as calm and relaxed in your baseline.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Not only does business flourish, but life is better, relationships better, everything is better, because you remain chill.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: And you've dissolved kind of all of that what if, all of that fear kind of goes away.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: We're gonna be talking about dissolving fear in the in the next episode, so I'll save that for then.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: And this is why I'm so passionate about the safety program.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: I firmly know that the safety program is like essential for every single business owner.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: Because getting out of that reaction mode is going to allow you then to keep cruising without hitting upper limits.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: You're gonna become one resilient human, and then everything that happens outside of you doesn't matter, and you just keep growing and scaling.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're taking that what if into what's possible.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Ooh, look at you.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Taking what ifs into what's possible.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're we're gonna take that.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Taking what ifs into what's possible.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: I love that.
