- 0:05Speaker 1: Launch Control, this is Houston.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We are going to launch. 5.
- 0:08Speaker 1: 4, 3, 2, 1.
- 0:10Speaker 3: That's Chris X.
- 0:17Speaker 4: Radio.
- 0:17Speaker 5: Chris X Radio.
- 0:18Speaker 6: Chris X Radio.
- 0:20Speaker 7: What we need right now is a clear message to
- 0:23Speaker 7: the people of this country.
- 0:25Speaker 8: This message must.
- 0:26Speaker 9: Be read in every newspaper, heard on every radio, seen
- 0:29Speaker 9: on every television.
- 0:30Speaker 8: This message must resound throughout the entire intelligence.
- 0:34Speaker 6: And now, your host.
- 0:35Speaker 10: I believe this is going to be our finest hour.
- 0:37Speaker 6: Chris X.
- 0:58Speaker 11: We're living in Houston.
- 1:01Speaker 5: HBD investigating after a body is found inside an apartment
- 1:04Speaker 5: in the Sharpstown area. You know, it's almost as though
- 1:08Speaker 5: like they find dead bodies every day. Someone's getting shot.
- 1:12Speaker 5: Someone's being found. Finding a dead body in a bayou.
- 1:16Speaker 5: It's just, we live in a violent city. Anyway, hopefully
- 1:23Speaker 5: you had a nice weekend and you survived to make
- 1:26Speaker 5: it to the program today.
- 1:27Speaker 11: Good afternoon. Welcome to Chris X Radio. I am the
- 1:31Speaker 11: aforementioned X-Man. Glad to have you here with us.
- 1:33Speaker 5: As we have once again assumed control of the airwaves,
- 1:36Speaker 5: we will maintain control of these airwaves here for the
- 1:39Speaker 5: next couple hours. As, of course, we bring you that
- 1:42Speaker 5: gift beyond price that is almost free. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 1:47Speaker 5: we bring you the Spirit of Talk Radio here on
- 1:49Speaker 5: your Manic Monday edition of the program.
- 1:52Speaker 11: Got plenty to go through. Oh, man. I know this.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Surprises you, but we live in a 24-hour news cycle now.
- 2:02Speaker 5: So every day is like a completely new, just a
- 2:07Speaker 5: whole list of things to go through on the program.
- 2:12Speaker 5: But nonetheless, we're glad to have you here on the
- 2:14Speaker 5: Manic Monday edition. Oh, by the way, we're going to
- 2:17Speaker 5: be joined by Bob Price here at the bottom of
- 2:19Speaker 5: the hour. He's the associate editor and senior news contributor
- 2:23Speaker 5: with Breitbart News. And Bob does a great job. He
- 2:26Speaker 5: covers a lot of things here from a Texas perspective.
- 2:30Speaker 5: But we'll be talking with him. He's got his latest article.
- 2:35Speaker 5: The guy stays so busy. His latest article was the
- 2:37Speaker 5: land commissioner. Buckingham unveils the Texas engine plan to secure
- 2:41Speaker 5: the state's energy, water and border. He also has an
- 2:45Speaker 5: article about Texas governor, Greg Abbott, ordering a halt.
- 2:49Speaker 11: To state funding of the flock cameras. So there's that.
- 2:54Speaker 5: And then alleged human smugglers, lead cops and congressional or
- 2:59Speaker 5: border patrol ice on a hundred mile per hour, violent
- 3:02Speaker 5: chase near the Texas border. I know we saw another
- 3:05Speaker 5: story the lamestream media is reporting. An illegal alien ran
- 3:11Speaker 5: over and killed an American citizen, another one. It's almost
- 3:15Speaker 5: as though this happens on a daily, weekly basis, because
- 3:20Speaker 5: it kind of does. Anyway, we'll catch up with Bob
- 3:24Speaker 5: Price here at the bottom of the hour. We're going
- 3:27Speaker 5: to talk with him also later. About the last of
- 3:29Speaker 5: the three men detained after witnessing the fatal shooting of
- 3:33Speaker 5: Lorenzo Salgado Araujo by an ICE agent is now out
- 3:37Speaker 5: of immigration custody. Victor Salgado Araujo, Lorenzo's younger brother, was
- 3:46Speaker 5: released yesterday after spending 54 days in detention. And by
- 3:50Speaker 5: the way, after watching the, you know, between Nepal and China,
- 3:56Speaker 5: the terrible incident the horrifying videos of the flash flood
- 4:01Speaker 5: that went through there and killed God knows how many people.
- 4:04Speaker 11: Those people didn't have a chance. It was terrible.
- 4:09Speaker 5: Then apparently a flash flood swept through the Grand Canyon
- 4:12Speaker 5: and killed at least two people who have been discovered,
- 4:14Speaker 5: two bodies. So maybe it's a good idea to stay
- 4:19Speaker 5: away from anywhere you could get flash flooding. I know
- 4:24Speaker 5: sometimes that's hard to do depending on where you're at,
- 4:26Speaker 5: but Maybe a good idea to.
- 4:29Speaker 11: Stay away from that. Anyway, I didn't have that lined up.
- 4:31Speaker 11: It's just on the news.
- 4:33Speaker 5: But we will catch up with Bob Price from Breitbart
- 4:34Speaker 5: News here at the bottom of the hour.
- 4:36Speaker 11: So stick around for that.
- 4:37Speaker 5: President Trump is now threatening to hit Iran hard after
- 4:41Speaker 5: trading fire for the first time in over a month
- 4:44Speaker 5: while Iran's president warned that more fighting with the U.S.
- 4:47Speaker 5: was not in his country's interest. Maybe they should stop
- 4:53Speaker 5: shooting at us or our allies in the area.
- 4:57Speaker 11: I don't know. It sounds like a good idea to me.
- 5:00Speaker 11: What do I know?
- 5:01Speaker 5: I'm no foreign affairs expert or anything. We'll get into that.
- 5:07Speaker 5: A new deal with Venezuela that gives the U.S. a
- 5:10Speaker 5: majority control over more than, what, 65 billion barrels of
- 5:15Speaker 5: proven oil reserves is expected to reshape global oil markets
- 5:20Speaker 5: and give Washington significant control over oil prices. I know
- 5:27Speaker 5: it is not in fashion to talk about how clever
- 5:31Speaker 5: Trump is and what he's actually doing, but he is
- 5:34Speaker 5: remaking the world basically in our image. And what I
- 5:39Speaker 5: mean by that is he's America first. Everything he does
- 5:42Speaker 5: benefits America. Look at him with what he did with Venezuela,
- 5:45Speaker 5: taking out their leader. Now they were controlling the barrels of.
- 5:49Speaker 11: Oil, 65 billion.
- 5:51Speaker 6: What?
- 5:52Speaker 11: What's going on in Iran?
- 5:54Speaker 5: I know he's always trolling, which I knew when he
- 5:57Speaker 5: did it last week when he renamed Lake Ontario to
- 6:00Speaker 5: Lake America and everybody was freaking out. I knew he
- 6:03Speaker 5: was working on something else. This is Trump's M.O. He's
- 6:07Speaker 5: always got something going on. And I don't know if
- 6:09Speaker 5: he does this to troll him, to troll the other countries,
- 6:13Speaker 5: or he does this actually to give people to go
- 6:16Speaker 5: burn their steam out, let them go focus on that. Well,
- 6:19Speaker 5: he does what he's getting stuff done. He's not popular,
- 6:27Speaker 5: but he's never going to be popular if you believe
- 6:30Speaker 5: the mainstream media, the lamestream media, if you will, because
- 6:35Speaker 5: they are awful. They want to tell you Orange Man
- 6:39Speaker 5: bad seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365
- 6:43Speaker 5: days a year. Orange Man bad, Talafrico good.
- 6:48Speaker 11: That's what they've been telling us over and over and
- 6:52Speaker 11: over again.
- 6:58Speaker 5: John Cornyn is still refusing to campaign with Ken Paxton
- 7:01Speaker 5: here in the Texas Senate race. Now, remember, Cornyn was
- 7:05Speaker 5: beaten by Paxton by 27 points in the primary runoff.
- 7:11Speaker 5: He got smoked by the people of Texas, Republicans, in
- 7:15Speaker 5: his own party. And now as he is redirecting his
- 7:19Speaker 5: efforts to other battleground states like New Hampshire and Michigan,
- 7:22Speaker 5: he is refusing to campaign or raise money or help
- 7:25Speaker 5: Ken Paxton.
- 7:26Speaker 11: I mean, I get it. He's upset. He lost his seat.
- 7:29Speaker 11: Sour grapes. Somebody tweeted or truthed out or whatever. But
- 7:36Speaker 11: all you're doing, John, is.
- 7:38Speaker 5: Confirming people's decision to vote against you in the primary.
- 7:44Speaker 5: All you're doing is showing that you sucked as a
- 7:47Speaker 5: senator and now you suck as a human being and
- 7:49Speaker 5: you don't give a damn about the Republican Party. You're
- 7:52Speaker 5: willing to just turn things over to James Talafrico. With
- 7:57Speaker 5: Republicans like John Cornyn, who needs Democrats? Who needs Democrats?
- 8:02Speaker 5: By the way, I did finally see my first pro-Paxton
- 8:04Speaker 5: commercials over the weekend. So somebody's got some ads out now, finally.
- 8:11Speaker 11: So that's good.
- 8:12Speaker 5: The president was in town last week, last Thursday and Friday, actually.
- 8:16Speaker 5: But Thursday at a fundraiser for Ken Paxton. This is
- 8:21Speaker 5: going to be a very expensive seat. The Republicans are
- 8:24Speaker 5: going to have to spend money. And I'm glad to
- 8:26Speaker 5: see they're finally starting to do it to offset some
- 8:28Speaker 5: of the advertising I've been seeing for, what, a month,
- 8:30Speaker 5: two months? of James Talafrico with his campaign. He's running
- 8:34Speaker 5: against himself because he knows most of the independent voters,
- 8:38Speaker 5: the swing voters, the.
- 8:40Speaker 11: Low information voters.
- 8:41Speaker 5: They don't know how he's voted in the Texas house.
- 8:44Speaker 5: They don't know that he loves the trans children. They
- 8:46Speaker 5: don't know that he's complete freak job. They just see
- 8:49Speaker 5: him on and he likes his papa. I like my papa.
- 8:53Speaker 5: He's a regular guy. He cares about affordability. He, well,
- 8:56Speaker 5: we care about affordability too. They don't realize he's been
- 9:00Speaker 5: one of those radical leftist Democrats who's been against everything
- 9:04Speaker 5: he's campaigning for right now. By the way, in our
- 9:08Speaker 5: daily report of more crazy stuff said by Talafrico, here's
- 9:14Speaker 5: what he said in church.
- 9:15Speaker 11: Now, the guy was speaking in a church with.
- 9:19Speaker 5: A pride flag draped over the cross saying, And he
- 9:25Speaker 5: preached about a poem from an Islamic mystic.
- 9:29Speaker 11: Take a listen.
- 9:29Speaker 5: This is what James Talafrico says Christianity is all about.
- 9:34Speaker 3: In one of my favorite poems, the Islamic mystic Hafiz
- 9:39Speaker 3: says that we are all invited to join that dance.
- 9:42Speaker 3: He says, every child has known God, not the God
- 9:45Speaker 3: of names, not the God of don'ts, but the God
- 9:49Speaker 3: who only knows four words and keeps repeating them, saying,
- 9:53Speaker 3: come dance with me.
- 9:55Speaker 6: What?
- 9:59Speaker 5: So that's where we are now. in order to be
- 10:00Speaker 5: a true christian you gotta quote an islamic mystic wait
- 10:09Speaker 5: what it's like every day every week we have a
- 10:13Speaker 5: new clip from this weirdo Yet the mainstream media, no, no, no, no,
- 10:17Speaker 5: they're not playing any of that.
- 10:19Speaker 11: Oh, no, no, no, they're running these garbage commercials. So
- 10:21Speaker 11: you get that. Also, we've got rain moving in the area.
- 10:26Speaker 5: Here as well later this evening or tomorrow as I
- 10:31Speaker 5: think it's a tropical storm now already or potential tropical
- 10:34Speaker 5: storm five moves into the upper Texas coastline. Had a
- 10:40Speaker 5: friend texting me, get ready, a hurricane's coming, go buy
- 10:42Speaker 5: toilet paper.
- 10:44Speaker 11: Really? I know she's kidding. But I'm like, come on, really?
- 10:47Speaker 6: Come on.
- 10:48Speaker 5: Every time there's a storm, it's a hurricane coming. No,
- 10:52Speaker 5: it's not a hurricane. It's a tropical storm at best.
- 10:56Speaker 5: So that's coming in. We'll keep you posted on that.
- 10:58Speaker 5: Should be making landfall tomorrow morning or early afternoon. It's
- 11:02Speaker 5: going to bring some heavy rain and gusty winds to
- 11:04Speaker 5: parts of southeast Texas.
- 11:08Speaker 11: There is a tropical.
- 11:08Speaker 5: Storm warning has been issued for Chambers County, and that
- 11:11Speaker 5: includes Bolivar Peninsula. Now, the winds, they say, could potentially
- 11:16Speaker 5: reach gusts between 39 and 57 miles per hour. Flood
- 11:23Speaker 5: watch is also in effect for the eastern half of
- 11:24Speaker 5: southeast Texas. Starting later this evening, going through Wednesday morning,
- 11:28Speaker 5: 3 to 5 inches of rain with isolated amounts of
- 11:31Speaker 5: 6 to 9 inches are expected. The highest total is
- 11:34Speaker 5: most likely occurring east of I-45. Now, it was sad
- 11:42Speaker 5: we lost Dolly Parton last week. Well, Tropical Storm Dolly
- 11:44Speaker 5: had formed on Thursday, but just as quickly it fell
- 11:48Speaker 5: apart by Friday. We're still in a lucky time because
- 11:51Speaker 5: we're smack dab in hurricane season, but we've got, is it.
- 11:55Speaker 11: A La Nina or an El Nino?
- 11:58Speaker 5: One of those deals is going on, and it makes
- 12:00Speaker 5: it very difficult for these storms to form and stay
- 12:03Speaker 5: formed right now, which is good.
- 12:06Speaker 11: So the more we can get of that, that is
- 12:08Speaker 11: a good thing.
- 12:09Speaker 5: But anyway, Dolly's now a remnant low that has a
- 12:12Speaker 5: chance to redevelop as it moves into the Bahamas. But regardless,
- 12:17Speaker 5: it's going to bring rain to the Caribbean and South Florida.
- 12:20Speaker 11: And, of course, we still need to monitor.
- 12:23Speaker 5: That storm as it could push more moisture into the
- 12:26Speaker 5: Gulf here later this week. It is nice on one hand, though.
- 12:32Speaker 5: As these storms come in, we get clouds and we
- 12:34Speaker 5: get rain and then we get rain. A little bit
- 12:36Speaker 5: cooler temperatures. It's only 94 degrees in my area, which
- 12:40Speaker 5: is about 10 degrees cooler than it was this time
- 12:42Speaker 5: last week.
- 12:43Speaker 11: So I'll take it. It is the last day of August.
- 12:47Speaker 11: Tomorrow is September. That's crazy. That is going to be insane.
- 12:57Speaker 5: Also, the last of the three men detained after witnessing
- 13:00Speaker 5: the fatal shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo by an ICE agent,
- 13:04Speaker 5: as I mentioned earlier, is out of immigration custody. Victor,
- 13:08Speaker 5: his brother, was released on Sunday after spending 54 days
- 13:12Speaker 5: in detention. His family says he's now home, getting the
- 13:15Speaker 5: opportunity to grieve his brother with his loved ones. They
- 13:18Speaker 5: say Victor was sitting next to Lorenzo when the shooting
- 13:20Speaker 5: happened on July 7th in Houston's Magnolia Park neighborhood. He
- 13:25Speaker 5: remains an important witness as the investigation into his brother's
- 13:28Speaker 5: death continues. So I'm going to ask Bob Price about that,
- 13:33Speaker 5: see what information he may have. And the Woodlands has
- 13:37Speaker 5: agreed to pay the city of Houston $ 50 million in
- 13:40Speaker 5: extortion fees to permanently block annexation. I may have added
- 13:46Speaker 5: the in extortion fees, but that's basically what it is.
- 13:50Speaker 5: The Woodlands Township has approved a proposed agreement with the
- 13:54Speaker 5: city of Houston that would prevent Houston from ever annexing
- 13:57Speaker 5: the community. For someone who lived in Kingwood when Kingwood
- 14:01Speaker 5: was annexed by the city, hey, guess what? Things didn't
- 14:04Speaker 5: get better. They only got worse. Anything these communities sort
- 14:09Speaker 5: of roughly inside, outside the city limits of Houston, anything
- 14:13Speaker 5: you can do to prevent being annexed by the city
- 14:17Speaker 5: of Houston is a good thing. Because your services will
- 14:20Speaker 5: go down. Everything else will go down.
- 14:22Speaker 11: It'll suck.
- 14:23Speaker 5: The taxes go up. They charge you way more money
- 14:26Speaker 5: and provide far less services. That's what the Democrat-run city
- 14:30Speaker 5: of Houston, Harris County, has done for the surrounding areas.
- 14:35Speaker 11: Oh yeah, that's what you get. So, $ 50 million in.
- 14:41Speaker 5: Basic extortion fees. Sounds like money well spent. Anywho, also
- 14:48Speaker 5: we can take your calls today.
- 14:49Speaker 11: 281-558-KACV. Let's go ahead and take a break. It is
- 14:52Speaker 11: your Manic Monday edition of the program. 281-558-5738. By the way,
- 14:59Speaker 11: I noticed a.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Signal this morning when I was driving around.
- 15:01Speaker 11: It sounded a whole lot better.
- 15:02Speaker 5: I know we had that That box exploded last week
- 15:06Speaker 5: or the week before or whatever. And I don't know
- 15:09Speaker 5: if we've gotten the boost in power yet, but boy,
- 15:11Speaker 5: the signal sure sounded a whole lot better, at least
- 15:13Speaker 5: on my side of town.
- 15:15Speaker 11: I don't know how it is on.
- 15:16Speaker 5: Yours, but we still have our app, KSEVradio.com. You can
- 15:20Speaker 5: go listen at the website. You can also listen on
- 15:23Speaker 5: the app, on your smartphone, download it. And then, of course,
- 15:27Speaker 5: you can watch the video. We stream the video online.
- 15:30Speaker 5: On social media, Twitter X, Facebook.
- 15:34Speaker 11: It's on YouTube. It's on Rumble. We're Air Aware. You're
- 15:37Speaker 11: listening to Chris X Radio. We're just getting started. Don't
- 15:39Speaker 11: you go anywhere. We'll be right back.

- 16:04Speaker 4: we ask a lot of questions, but that's because we're
- 16:06Speaker 4: not going to give you a pre-approval that's going to
- 16:08Speaker 4: blow up as you're trying to cross the finish line.
- 16:10Speaker 4: What's figured in there for property taxes? If it didn't
- 16:13Speaker 4: come up, you really don't know what you're pre-approved for.
- 16:16Speaker 4: That should make you wonder what else they may have
- 16:18Speaker 4: left out. At Baker Mortgage, we get it right. We

- 16:28Speaker 4: but in the end, it's really about taking good care

- 19:15Speaker 11: Jam 10 album that turned, what was it? Was it
- 19:21Speaker 11: 35 years old? Came out in, was it 1991?
- 19:27Speaker 5: That seems like yesterday to me. By the way, I
- 19:33Speaker 5: got a lot of comments on that particular segment we
- 19:36Speaker 5: did talking about.
- 19:39Speaker 11: Pearl Jam 10. They originally wanted to be.
- 19:42Speaker 5: Named Mookie Blaylock, but they went with Pearl Jam 10
- 19:45Speaker 5: as jersey number. I wonder if they would have been
- 19:50Speaker 5: as popular with the name of Mookie Blaylock. And I
- 19:53Speaker 5: wonder how hard they would have gotten sued by one
- 19:56Speaker 5: Mookie Blaylock.
- 19:59Speaker 11: So there's that.
- 19:59Speaker 5: By the way, I don't know, Lukasz, you think, can
- 20:04Speaker 5: anyone stop me or can they even hope to contain me?
- 20:06Speaker 11: Do you think is that even possible at this point?
- 20:08Speaker 17: I wouldn't say so.
- 20:09Speaker 9: Why?
- 20:10Speaker 5: I was just wondering as those liner played going into
- 20:13Speaker 5: the segment, I was just wondering if, if you thought
- 20:16Speaker 5: anyone could contain me.
- 20:17Speaker 11: I don't think anyone can.
- 20:18Speaker 17: I mean, they got to get through us.
- 20:21Speaker 11: This is true. That makes it really, really a more
- 20:24Speaker 11: difficult task. So anyhow. All right.
- 20:27Speaker 5: Welcome back to Chris X radio. It is your manic
- 20:29Speaker 5: Monday edition of the program. I hope everybody had a
- 20:32Speaker 5: good weekend. I had a good weekend.
- 20:34Speaker 11: It was okay. Not bad. I was a little busy.
- 20:40Speaker 11: But I can't complain. I mean, I guess I could,
- 20:43Speaker 11: but you guys don't want to hear that.
- 20:46Speaker 5: There's important stuff to talk about. Like President Trump threatening
- 20:50Speaker 5: to hit Iran hard after they're trading fire a little
- 20:53Speaker 5: bit for the first time over in a month with
- 20:55Speaker 5: Iran's president. Warning that more fighting with the U.S. was
- 20:59Speaker 5: not in his country's interest. Maybe someone should talk to
- 21:05Speaker 5: the IRGC, make sure they stop doing it. After six
- 21:08Speaker 5: months of war, basically, we remained at a bit of
- 21:12Speaker 5: an impasse, but Iran is attempting to keep the Strait
- 21:16Speaker 5: of Hormuz closed, yet the U.S. and the naval counterblockade
- 21:20Speaker 5: of Iran is really hurting Iran right now.
- 21:24Speaker 11: We're already starting to see it. And the U.S.
- 21:28Speaker 5: Said it carried out a strike on the Iranian island
- 21:30Speaker 5: in the Strait of Hormuz, with Tehran quickly retaliating by
- 21:35Speaker 5: attacking U.S. military targets in the Middle East. The exchange
- 21:38Speaker 5: raised fears to return to major hostilities, with the U.S.
- 21:43Speaker 11: President vowing to respond. He says, we're going to hit them.
- 21:45Speaker 11: We're going to hit them hard, okay? We're going to
- 21:47Speaker 11: hit Iran hard.
- 21:50Speaker 5: According to a Fox News reporter who spoke to him briefly,
- 21:52Speaker 5: there will be a response. The United States said it
- 21:57Speaker 5: attacked Iranian rocket launchers on the island of Larak, L-A-R-A-K.
- 22:03Speaker 11: Laroque lyric lyric sounds like lyric, but it's I.
- 22:08Speaker 5: Don't know how you pronounce it to prevent Tehran from
- 22:11Speaker 5: planting more mines in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran responded
- 22:15Speaker 5: with a missile and drone attacks aimed at Jordan and
- 22:18Speaker 5: the United Arab Emirates, saying the U.S.
- 22:20Speaker 11: Forces were targeted there.
- 22:22Speaker 5: But the president, Massoud Pazeshkin, later said on Monday, called
- 22:27Speaker 5: for dialogue. Okay, I'm going to do my worst Iranian
- 22:32Speaker 5: accent ever because I have no idea how it actually sounds.
- 22:35Speaker 5: We must continue to strive for a path of agreement
- 22:38Speaker 5: and understanding. I don't know why it sounds like I
- 22:40Speaker 5: got poo from The Simpsons, but that's all I got
- 22:43Speaker 5: to go by. And we believe that continuing the war
- 22:46Speaker 5: is in neither of our interest, nor in the interest
- 22:49Speaker 5: of the region. And free squishies and slushies for everyone,
- 22:55Speaker 5: he said at a.
- 22:55Speaker 11: Summit in Kyrgyzstan.
- 22:58Speaker 5: Adding the solution to the existing problems is dialogue and cooperation.
- 23:03Speaker 11: I have no idea if that's how that sounds. I
- 23:07Speaker 11: really don't.
- 23:09Speaker 5: But I really don't have anything else to go by.
- 23:11Speaker 11: So there's that.
- 23:12Speaker 18: All right.
- 23:13Speaker 11: Tell you what, we need to take a break. We're
- 23:14Speaker 11: going to come back, catch up with our guest, Bob Price.
- 23:17Speaker 5: He's the associate editor and senior news contributor with Breitbart News.
- 23:21Speaker 5: He's been with them a long time. And he does
- 23:24Speaker 5: a really good job. He's got a lot of great
- 23:25Speaker 5: stuff here that he's written over the last few days. One,
- 23:29Speaker 5: Texas Governor halting state funding of flock cameras.
- 23:33Speaker 11: We'll get into that. And also I want to talk
- 23:35Speaker 11: to him.
- 23:35Speaker 5: Today about the third witness, I guess, the last of them,
- 23:41Speaker 5: in the Lorenzo Salgado Araujo ice agent shooting.
- 23:48Speaker 11: He's now out of custody.
- 23:49Speaker 19: So.
- 23:51Speaker 11: A lot of people are going to be interested in
- 23:52Speaker 11: talking to that young man, to say the least.
- 23:56Speaker 5: All right, let's take a short break. We'll come back,
- 23:58Speaker 5: catch up with Bob Price. He joins us here next on.
- 24:00Speaker 11: Chris X Radio.
- 24:07Speaker 6: Chris X Radio.
- 24:10Speaker 18: Radio.
- 24:12Speaker 20: This is Kevin O'Hara with O'Hara & Company Real Estate.
- 24:15Speaker 20: The country and the world are changing for the good.
- 24:17Speaker 20: If you're watching the mainstream media, that's not the message
- 24:20Speaker 20: you're getting. They've been brainwashing.
- 24:21Speaker 11: You for years.
- 24:23Speaker 20: Dig into the real news and wake up. You were
- 24:25Speaker 20: born free and freedom was given to you by God.
- 24:28Speaker 20: The word government is derived from the Greek words meaning.
- 24:31Speaker 11: To steer a rudder.
- 24:32Speaker 20: That should tell you something. God put us here to
- 24:35Speaker 20: love one another no matter what race, religion, or ethnic group.
- 24:38Speaker 20: And I'll admit sometimes I have a problem doing this,
- 24:40Speaker 20: but I'm working on it. If you need a real
- 24:42Speaker 20: estate company, call O'Hara & Company Real Estate at 281-373-3393
- 24:46Speaker 20: or look us up on the web at oharare.com. Also,
- 24:52Speaker 20: if you're looking for a home builder, remodeling, patio cover,

- 25:03Speaker 14: This is Cason Martinez.
- 25:05Speaker 11: God bless America and God bless Texas. One more thing.
- 25:08Speaker 11: God bless my pawpaw. This is Kevin O'Hara with O'Hara
- 25:12Speaker 11: & Company Real Estate.
- 25:12Speaker 20: Our country's founding fathers drafted a document that is the
- 25:15Speaker 20: Declaration of Independence. We hold these truths to be self-evident,
- 25:19Speaker 20: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed
- 25:22Speaker 20: by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these
- 25:26Speaker 20: are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. To secure
- 25:29Speaker 20: these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their powers
- 25:32Speaker 20: from the consent of the governed. My friends at O'Hare
- 25:35Speaker 20: & Company Real Estate, we believe we're at our precipice
- 25:38Speaker 20: in time where we must take back our country. We
- 25:40Speaker 20: must stand up for our freedoms or lose them forever.
- 25:43Speaker 20: Please don't sit idle and let it slip away. Don't
- 25:45Speaker 20: let anyone force you to do something you choose not to.
- 25:49Speaker 20: As JFK said.
- 25:50Speaker 14: If not us, who?
- 25:51Speaker 11: If not now, when?
- 25:53Speaker 20: If you're looking to buy or sell real estate, give
- 25:55Speaker 20: O'Hara & Company Real Estate a call at 281-373-3393, 281-373-3393,
- 25:57Speaker 20: or look us.
- 25:57Speaker 14: Up on the web at oharare.com.
- 25:58Speaker 11: I'm Kevin O'Hara.
- 25:59Speaker 14: God bless America, and God bless Texas.
- 26:01Speaker 11: Hi, this is Michael Biller.

- 26:30Speaker 21: talk about your backyard. And this time of year, wow,
- 26:36Speaker 21: it's so hard not to just spend all your time
- 26:38Speaker 21: out in the Backyard Bay. And I know sometimes you
- 26:41Speaker 21: have questions. That's why we do the Backyard Bay radio program.
- 26:45Speaker 21: to get you good, solid answers to any kind of
- 26:48Speaker 21: questions that you may have concerning your swimming pools, or
- 26:52Speaker 21: I'm looking to build a new swimming pool. Join me
- 26:58Speaker 21: this weekend for the Backyard Bay radio program, now at
- 27:01Speaker 21: our new time, every Saturday morning at 9 a.m., right
- 27:05Speaker 21: here on The Voice.
- 27:09Speaker 22: From the KSEV Weather Center, this afternoon expect a mix
- 27:12Speaker 22: of clouds and sunshine with a chance of a thunderstorm
- 27:14Speaker 22: in some areas due to a tropical rainstorm potentially leading
- 27:17Speaker 22: to flooding in low-lying and poorly drained spots. The temperature
- 27:20Speaker 22: will reach a high of 97. Tonight will bring mostly
- 27:23Speaker 22: cloudy skies and high humidity with a few showers and
- 27:25Speaker 22: thunderstorms possible from the tropical rainstorm.
- 27:28Speaker 14: Watch out for.
- 27:29Speaker 22: Temporary flooding on roads and in areas with poor drainage.
- 27:32Speaker 22: The low temperature will be around 79. With the KSEV
- 27:35Speaker 22: Weather Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
- 27:44Speaker 12: And now, back to Chris X Radio on The Voice
- 27:47Speaker 12: of Texas.
- 27:57Speaker 5: All this time, I never realized that noise is made
- 28:00Speaker 5: by a guitar at the beginning of Billy Idol's song.
- 28:06Speaker 11: It's a great song, by the way.
- 28:07Speaker 5: They're not making music like this anymore. I watched his
- 28:14Speaker 5: guitar player play, and I was like, oh, that's with
- 28:16Speaker 5: a guitar.
- 28:18Speaker 11: Sounds pretty cool. Anyway, welcome back to Chris X Radio.
- 28:24Speaker 5: It is time to catch up with our guest, Bob Price,
- 28:27Speaker 5: associate editor and senior news contributor with Breitbart News joins us.
- 28:31Speaker 11: Bob, always good to catch up with you. Thank you
- 28:33Speaker 11: for being here this afternoon.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Well, thanks, Chris.
- 28:35Speaker 23: Enjoyed talking to you and, of course, the KSEV audience
- 28:38Speaker 23: every time.
- 28:39Speaker 24: So, yes.
- 28:40Speaker 11: Yeah, I always enjoy this.
- 28:41Speaker 5: I know a lot of our listeners really like to
- 28:43Speaker 5: hear from you because, well, you're sort of at the
- 28:46Speaker 5: front of the battlefields, I guess. You're on the front lines,
- 28:49Speaker 5: and there's a lot going on, and I guess there's
- 28:52Speaker 5: a few things. One, of course, I want to talk
- 28:54Speaker 5: to you about your latest articles, but before we get
- 28:56Speaker 5: to those, in today's news, we learned, well, I guess
- 28:59Speaker 5: in the last couple of days or so, we learned
- 29:02Speaker 5: that the last of the three men detained... after witnessing
- 29:06Speaker 5: the fatal shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo by an ICE agent,
- 29:10Speaker 5: is now out of immigration custody, which means, I guess,
- 29:13Speaker 5: all of the witnesses, if you will, have now been
- 29:15Speaker 5: released and they're out. It looks like his attorney is
- 29:19Speaker 5: wanting him to spend time with his family and do
- 29:21Speaker 5: stuff first, but I imagine there are probably a lot
- 29:24Speaker 5: of people that want to speak to this guy, especially
- 29:27Speaker 5: considering he was sitting next to, you know, Victor or,
- 29:31Speaker 5: you know, Lorenzo's brother.
- 29:32Speaker 11: His name is Victor.
- 29:32Speaker 25: So.
- 29:35Speaker 5: So anyway, do you have any information on this? You
- 29:37Speaker 5: haven't written an article yet, but I imagine you might.
- 29:40Speaker 5: have one here soon.
- 29:42Speaker 23: Well, he was released by a federal judge and said
- 29:45Speaker 23: that he's not a threat to society, no criminal history,
- 29:48Speaker 23: et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. So We'll assume that
- 29:53Speaker 23: the judge is correct on that for now. And on
- 29:55Speaker 23: the long list of people that would love to interview him,
- 29:58Speaker 23: you could put my name on that. I'm sure he
- 30:01Speaker 23: won't sit down for a Breitbart interview, but I'd love
- 30:03Speaker 23: to talk to him to find out what really happened
- 30:08Speaker 23: that morning. First off, it is a tragedy what happened
- 30:11Speaker 23: to him. But a lot of times, if you run
- 30:14Speaker 23: from the police and you greatly increase your chance of
- 30:18Speaker 23: getting shot, And especially if you then later try in
- 30:23Speaker 23: some way, shape, or form to strike one of those
- 30:26Speaker 23: officers with your vehicle. So they're not obligated to wait
- 30:30Speaker 23: until they're actually hurt before they can respond as any
- 30:34Speaker 23: police officer. It's just the threat. If they feel like
- 30:38Speaker 23: they're threatened and can reasonably articulate that, then they're entitled
- 30:41Speaker 23: to use deadly force. But there is a full investigation
- 30:44Speaker 23: underway by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the FBI. and
- 30:48Speaker 23: the ICE Office of Inspector General, and we should get
- 30:51Speaker 23: to the bottom of it. Now, Sean Teer is going
- 30:52Speaker 23: to keep doing his thing, and good luck to him
- 30:55Speaker 23: with that.
- 30:55Speaker 5: Yeah, from what I can tell, he has no authority,
- 30:59Speaker 5: but that's not going to slow him down.
- 31:01Speaker 11: And he's a leftist district attorney, so he's going to
- 31:04Speaker 11: do what he does.
- 31:05Speaker 5: And that includes getting money from, well, Commissioner's Court and
- 31:08Speaker 5: getting taxpayer dollars to conduct an investigation that, from what
- 31:12Speaker 5: I can tell, he doesn't have any authority over this
- 31:15Speaker 5: at all, does he?
- 31:17Speaker 23: Well, in as much as someone was killed inside Harris County,
- 31:21Speaker 23: he does. But before he can get it, and he
- 31:24Speaker 23: can go get an indictment on him. And, of course,
- 31:26Speaker 23: you know the old saying, a DA can indict a
- 31:29Speaker 23: ham sandwich if they want to. Well, that may be
- 31:31Speaker 23: what happens here because he's got very little evidence, including
- 31:34Speaker 23: he doesn't even know the ICE officer's name because that
- 31:38Speaker 23: information hasn't been released. And it's sure not going to
- 31:40Speaker 23: be released to him because it will be on the
- 31:42Speaker 23: front page of the Houston Chronicle the next morning.
- 31:46Speaker 10: So.
- 31:47Speaker 23: ICE is going to do its investigation, but if the
- 31:49Speaker 23: DA does bring down an indictment, then he has to
- 31:52Speaker 23: go to a federal judge in the Southern District of Texas,
- 31:56Speaker 23: which is the most conservative of all of the judicial
- 31:59Speaker 23: districts in the country, and with our new U.S. attorney, Mr. Rice, there,
- 32:05Speaker 23: and see if they can get a judge to lift
- 32:09Speaker 23: the sovereign immunity clause from the Constitution, because they can't
- 32:14Speaker 23: put their hands on him unless a judge lifts that.
- 32:18Speaker 11: We're talking with Bob Price.
- 32:19Speaker 5: He's associate editor and senior news contributor with Breitbart News.
- 32:23Speaker 11: Yeah, I tend to agree.
- 32:24Speaker 5: And I liked your statement there. You'd be one of
- 32:27Speaker 5: the ones that would love to interview the guy, but
- 32:29Speaker 5: I have a feeling his attorney and those around him
- 32:32Speaker 5: are going to do everything they can to keep him
- 32:34Speaker 5: from talking to anyone from Breitbart News. I guess, like
- 32:37Speaker 5: I said, that they're going to be trying to very
- 32:40Speaker 5: carefully craft His response, I guess, on virtually everything, which,
- 32:44Speaker 5: you know, that's what, you know, attorneys do. I appreciate
- 32:47Speaker 5: your expertise on this. I know you've been following it
- 32:49Speaker 5: and you'll keep a close eye on it. And of course,
- 32:51Speaker 5: keep us updated. But that's not all that's going on.
- 32:53Speaker 5: There is a whole lot of other stuff, too. Your
- 32:56Speaker 5: latest article is an exclusive with the land commissioner, you know,
- 32:59Speaker 5: Don Buckingham unveiling this Texas engine plan to secure the
- 33:04Speaker 5: state's energy, water and border. Tell us a little bit
- 33:08Speaker 5: about your latest article today.
- 33:10Speaker 23: So I had a long conversation with Commissioner Buckingham about
- 33:14Speaker 23: this Texas engine plan that she called it. And it's
- 33:17Speaker 23: basically to communicate just exactly to the people of Texas
- 33:23Speaker 23: how powerful this state is and what efforts are being
- 33:26Speaker 23: made within various state agencies to not only protect that engine,
- 33:32Speaker 23: if you will, but to grow it and make it stronger.
- 33:35Speaker 23: We have a lot of things that the Texas Land
- 33:37Speaker 23: Commissioner is responsible for in the General Land Office. And
- 33:40Speaker 23: among those that people don't really know about is the
- 33:43Speaker 23: Veterans Land Board, all of the Texas Veterans benefits, the Alamo,
- 33:48Speaker 23: historic preservation is all under that. But more importantly right
- 33:52Speaker 23: now is this whole issue over energy. You know, we've
- 33:55Speaker 23: got a Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate who's anti-oil
- 33:59Speaker 23: and gas, he's anti-cattle, and he's anti-gun. You know, how
- 34:03Speaker 23: much more un-Texan can you be? And he wants to
- 34:06Speaker 23: be the United States Senator from Texas. Well, You know,
- 34:09Speaker 23: Don Buckingham takes an entirely different message to the state
- 34:12Speaker 23: of Texas in her race and in her office and
- 34:15Speaker 23: what she's doing. And she's actually taking actions to protect
- 34:21Speaker 23: Texas energy prominence. You know, Texas is actually, I believe,
- 34:24Speaker 23: it's the fifth largest economy in the world if we
- 34:27Speaker 23: were a standalone country. And it's growing. You know, every day,
- 34:31Speaker 23: Governor Abbott just the other day unveiled the Texas version
- 34:35Speaker 23: of the U.S. New York Stock Exchange. It's a very
- 34:39Speaker 23: powerful economy. So we're doing everything we can to protect that.
- 34:45Speaker 23: One of the things that I was most surprised about
- 34:47Speaker 23: this effort is rare earth minerals in Texas. There's apparently
- 34:54Speaker 23: quite the abundance, not only of rare earth minerals, but
- 34:57Speaker 23: as Commissioner Buckingham told me, that we're heavy in the heavies,
- 35:01Speaker 23: and those are the most valuable of all of the
- 35:04Speaker 23: rare earth minerals. And so they're they're going after China's
- 35:07Speaker 23: monopoly in this marketplace and trying to once again make
- 35:12Speaker 23: Texas energy independent.
- 35:15Speaker 5: Well, I think that's a good approach because we have
- 35:18Speaker 5: a lot of natural resources here in Texas. And as
- 35:20Speaker 5: you mentioned, we're the world's fifth largest economy, which is
- 35:24Speaker 5: pretty incredible considering we're just, quote unquote, one of these
- 35:27Speaker 5: United States of America, you know, one of these 50.
- 35:30Speaker 5: But I think we have proven repeatedly throughout time that
- 35:34Speaker 5: we're a whole lot bigger than just a regular state.
- 35:37Speaker 5: And it shows with our energy and we've got our
- 35:39Speaker 5: own grid, which is important, which seems to be doing
- 35:42Speaker 5: pretty well. It looks like the upgrades the governor did
- 35:44Speaker 5: and stuff have seemed to be holding pretty well. And
- 35:47Speaker 5: then now that they're going ahead and putting things in
- 35:49Speaker 5: place to make sure that we're, you know, with the
- 35:51Speaker 5: data centers coming in, they're not going to be a
- 35:54Speaker 5: strain on the grid as well.
- 35:55Speaker 11: So it looks like we're doing well.
- 35:56Speaker 5: And like I said, as far as upgrading that grid
- 35:59Speaker 5: to make sure that we stay on the top of
- 36:00Speaker 5: the forefront of energy and expansion and It seems to
- 36:04Speaker 5: be very important. And speaking of the governor, you had
- 36:07Speaker 5: an article that came out a couple of days ago
- 36:10Speaker 5: about the governor halting the state funding of these flock cameras.
- 36:17Speaker 23: So, you know, a lot of controversy about the flock
- 36:19Speaker 23: cameras right now. Personally, I'm a big fan because they
- 36:22Speaker 23: solve a lot of crimes with these things. But the
- 36:24Speaker 23: libertarian side of me is also concerned about the right
- 36:27Speaker 23: to privacy, etc.
- 36:28Speaker 21: etc.
- 36:30Speaker 23: Of course, proponents of the flock cameras will tell you
- 36:32Speaker 23: that when you're on a public highway, you have no
- 36:34Speaker 23: right of privacy. And, you know, there's already, you know,
- 36:38Speaker 23: the ability of law enforcement vehicles to read license plates
- 36:42Speaker 23: and all of that. So, you know, if you're a
- 36:44Speaker 23: criminal driving down the road, you know, my wife's a
- 36:47Speaker 23: criminal defense attorney and we get people, clients all the time.
- 36:51Speaker 23: The reason they got stopped was a license plate reader
- 36:54Speaker 23: picked up their plate and they either had no insurance
- 36:58Speaker 23: or their registration was expired or they had warrants or
- 37:02Speaker 23: something like that and they get pulled over and you
- 37:05Speaker 23: know um that's you know it's a very sophisticated system
- 37:10Speaker 23: but there are abuses to the system going on and
- 37:13Speaker 23: that's where the texas legislature you know when they draft
- 37:16Speaker 23: these bills that create these things they need to look
- 37:19Speaker 23: in advance and see what potential problems there are and
- 37:23Speaker 23: fix the loopholes in those so that they can't be
- 37:25Speaker 23: abused by, for instance, police officers tracking down where their
- 37:29Speaker 23: girlfriend's going and that.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Kind of stuff.
- 37:32Speaker 5: Yeah, I saw some of those stories, which is, of course, targeted.
- 37:35Speaker 5: I'm almost, your stance and mine is almost identical. I'm
- 37:39Speaker 5: not a criminal, so I'm not really worried about you know,
- 37:41Speaker 5: having some sense of privacy on a freeway, considering that,
- 37:45Speaker 5: like I said, you have no entitlement to privacy. But
- 37:48Speaker 5: that being said, when you have police officers that have
- 37:50Speaker 5: been caught or, you know, authorities that have been caught
- 37:53Speaker 5: using them for, you know, quote unquote, nefarious purposes, well,
- 37:57Speaker 5: in comes the human element. And that tends to cause
- 38:00Speaker 5: a lot of problems and makes us have to rethink,
- 38:02Speaker 5: you know, we got to be careful when dealing with
- 38:04Speaker 5: Big Brother. You got to make sure Big Brother isn't
- 38:06Speaker 5: a a bad guy or a totalitarian. We're talking with
- 38:10Speaker 5: Bob Price, associate editor and senior news contributor with Breitbart News.
- 38:14Speaker 5: And like I said, one of the things that you
- 38:17Speaker 5: said is you're sort of for them because they're catching
- 38:19Speaker 5: some of these people that have either kidnapped children and they've.
- 38:22Speaker 11: Done some good stuff with it.
- 38:24Speaker 5: But that being said, we have to be very careful
- 38:26Speaker 5: as to watch what happens with you know, rights and
- 38:29Speaker 5: abuses and, and unfortunately the human element, something, the, the
- 38:34Speaker 5: other thing that you had, and I don't know how
- 38:36Speaker 5: much you want to get into this. One of your articles,
- 38:40Speaker 5: you're talking about these human smugglers lead the cops and
- 38:42Speaker 5: border patrol on this hundred mile per hour violent chase
- 38:45Speaker 5: that was near the Texas border. I want you to
- 38:48Speaker 5: discuss this article, but also I saw that there was
- 38:50Speaker 5: another case where a woman driving a car, I guess
- 38:53Speaker 5: I think it was in the Houston area, hit and
- 38:55Speaker 5: killed an American citizen. She didn't have a license and
- 38:58Speaker 5: was illegally here in the country as well. This seems
- 39:01Speaker 5: to be a problem, Bob.
- 39:03Speaker 23: Well, fortunately, because of the Trump administration, it's a problem
- 39:08Speaker 23: that's gotten better. But it is still a big problem.
- 39:12Speaker 23: And it's one of the reasons why ICE officers... are
- 39:17Speaker 23: very active in the Houston area and actually rounding up
- 39:20Speaker 23: and arresting about 1,000 criminal aliens per month just in
- 39:23Speaker 23: the Houston metropolitan area. So I'd like to see that
- 39:27Speaker 23: trend continue. This chase near... the border that the Border
- 39:32Speaker 23: Patrol is out by El Paso, reached speeds of up
- 39:36Speaker 23: to 100 miles an hour as this person tried to
- 39:39Speaker 23: evade and get away from the border patrol. You can't
- 39:42Speaker 23: get away from the Air and Marine Operations helicopter that
- 39:46Speaker 23: the CBP operates down there. They were right over the
- 39:49Speaker 23: top of them, so you're not going to get away.
- 39:51Speaker 23: But they put a lot of people's lives at risk.
- 39:53Speaker 23: And then after they bailed out, one of them carjacked
- 39:58Speaker 23: at gunpoint another car and slightly injured a woman who
- 40:02Speaker 23: was driving that vehicle. In the meantime, not only are
- 40:10Speaker 23: they smuggling an illegal alien, but they're illegal aliens themselves. Now,
- 40:15Speaker 23: this used to be, under the Biden border crisis, this
- 40:18Speaker 23: was a daily occurrence down in South Texas, down in
- 40:20Speaker 23: the Del Rio sector, Laredo sector, and even in the
- 40:24Speaker 23: Rio Grande Valley sector. So it happened all the time. Well,
- 40:27Speaker 23: that's not nearly as much anymore. Thank goodness for the
- 40:31Speaker 23: public safety down there and the fact that we've gone
- 40:34Speaker 23: now almost 16 months without a single release of an
- 40:37Speaker 23: illegal alien into the United States by Border Patrol agents,
- 40:41Speaker 23: whereas that number used to be in the thousands per day.
- 40:44Speaker 23: So things are a lot different now, and people forget.
- 40:48Speaker 23: People forget quickly about how bad things were in 2023.
- 40:54Speaker 23: Now we're three years later, going on four years later,
- 40:57Speaker 23: and problem hasn't been around now for almost a year
- 41:00Speaker 23: and a half, and so people forget about that. But
- 41:02Speaker 23: they need to remember that if Democrats get back in
- 41:05Speaker 23: control of Congress, or heaven forbid, in 2028, 2029, go
- 41:10Speaker 23: back into the White House, all of that will come back,
- 41:13Speaker 23: because that's who they are. That's what they believe this
- 41:15Speaker 23: country should be, just total lawlessness, chaos, and disorganization. And
- 41:20Speaker 23: when you look at these Democrat socialists that they're running
- 41:23Speaker 23: in all these races all over the country... including even
- 41:26Speaker 23: though Tallarico doesn't claim the title here, all of his
- 41:29Speaker 23: policies line up perfectly with them. So, you know, it's
- 41:34Speaker 23: not an acceptable outcome for this country. And we have
- 41:37Speaker 23: to remember how things were so that they don't repeat
- 41:40Speaker 23: themselves and happen again after this election and the next election.
- 41:46Speaker 11: Well, you're right on, Bob.
- 41:46Speaker 5: People have forgotten how high gas prices actually got under
- 41:49Speaker 5: the Biden administration and the open border and All of
- 41:52Speaker 5: the crime and stuff that we're still dealing with in
- 41:55Speaker 5: this country that was brought to us directly at the
- 41:58Speaker 5: hands of Democrats who opened the borders. And then, as
- 42:00Speaker 5: you mentioned, so many other things. These chases were a
- 42:03Speaker 5: daily occurrence back then. And fortunately, they've become much rarer
- 42:07Speaker 5: under the Trump administration. And it's it's interesting watching those
- 42:10Speaker 5: on the left melt down. as Donald Trump goes in
- 42:13Speaker 5: and tries to round up those that illegally came in here,
- 42:15Speaker 5: many of them during that Biden administration, because they brought
- 42:18Speaker 5: in well over 10 million people, and people just forget.
- 42:22Speaker 5: They just have a short memory, and then the Democrats
- 42:24Speaker 5: go and campaign against themselves, like what James Tallarico is
- 42:28Speaker 5: doing here in Texas. Bob Price, associate editor and senior
- 42:31Speaker 5: news contributor with Breitbart Texas. Bob, tell how people, they
- 42:33Speaker 5: can follow you on social media or make sure they
- 42:36Speaker 5: read everything you're doing over at Breitbart.
- 42:39Speaker 23: Well, certainly at Breitbart.com and you go to the border
- 42:43Speaker 23: cartel page is where most of our articles appear covering
- 42:46Speaker 23: these topics. And on Twitter, now X, you know, it's
- 42:50Speaker 23: Bob Price, BBTX on Twitter. So look forward to following
- 42:56Speaker 23: you guys and seeing what's going on. And thanks again, Chris,
- 42:59Speaker 23: for letting us tell the truth about what's happening here
- 43:01Speaker 23: in the great state of Texas.
- 43:03Speaker 5: Well, as I mentioned, you're on the front lines, Bob,
- 43:05Speaker 5: and I know you've been doing this for well over
- 43:07Speaker 5: a decade, and you've always done such a fantastic job,
- 43:10Speaker 5: something that the rest of the media could learn from
- 43:12Speaker 5: being around an actual journalist like yourself. So I always
- 43:16Speaker 5: appreciate your hard work, and I appreciate you coming and
- 43:18Speaker 5: joining us here from time to time in the afternoons
- 43:21Speaker 5: to make sure everybody gets to know what's really going
- 43:23Speaker 5: on out there.
- 43:24Speaker 11: Thanks for being here today, Bob.
- 43:25Speaker 23: Thanks, Chris.
- 43:27Speaker 18: Bye.
- 43:27Speaker 11: All right.
- 43:28Speaker 5: Once again, Bob Price. associate editor, senior news contributor with
- 43:31Speaker 5: Breitbart News. Once again, you can go to Breitbart, make
- 43:34Speaker 5: sure you're following his work over there. Bob does a
- 43:36Speaker 5: fantastic job. He's what you call an actual journalist, something
- 43:39Speaker 5: that has been lost by the lamestream media. So guys
- 43:43Speaker 5: like Bob have to do it, and he does a
- 43:45Speaker 5: fantastic job.
- 43:46Speaker 11: And you can also follow him.
- 43:47Speaker 5: Over at TwitterX, at BobPriceBBTX. So make sure you're following
- 43:51Speaker 5: him on social media, as I do. So, okay, let's
- 43:55Speaker 5: take a break. We'll come back and wrap up this
- 43:56Speaker 5: first hour of the program. You're listening to Chris X Radio.
- 43:59Speaker 5: Don't you go anywhere. We'll be right back.
- 44:13Speaker 6: The revolution continues after this. Chris X Radio.
- 44:20Speaker 18: Thank you so much for your radio show. I listen
- 44:23Speaker 18: to you all the time, and I find it of
- 44:25Speaker 18: great value.
- 44:25Speaker 21: Jim, that means so much to me. I never dreamed
- 44:27Speaker 21: when I started doing this 22 years later I'd still
- 44:30Speaker 21: be on the air with fine folks like yourself.
- 44:32Speaker 18: Well, you may not get a lot of people calling in,
- 44:34Speaker 18: but I'm sure there's lots and lots of people listening
- 44:37Speaker 18: because your advice is very good.
- 44:39Speaker 6: That's awesome to hear.
- 44:41Speaker 21: Thank you.
- 44:41Speaker 26: The Backyard Bay Radio Show, every Saturday morning at 9 a.m.
- 44:45Speaker 11: Here on AM700 KSCV, The Voice of Texas.
- 44:50Speaker 4: Do you need money? Want to lower your monthly debt?
- 44:53Speaker 4: Are you thinking about a cash-out refinance? Hi, it's Kathy
- 44:56Speaker 4: from Baker Mortgage. A cash-out refinance can get you back
- 45:00Speaker 4: in your comfort zone, and that's what it's all about.
- 45:03Speaker 4: A recent client who closed with us had his payment
- 45:05Speaker 4: go up about $ 300, but his monthly outgo was being
- 45:10Speaker 4: reduced by $ 1, 200, so giving him a net positive cash
- 45:13Speaker 4: flow of $ 900. It's not about adding debt, but restructuring
- 45:18Speaker 4: it in a way that makes sense. And this math
- 45:20Speaker 4: totally makes sense. And please don't sweat it if your
- 45:23Speaker 4: interest rate is going up a little or if you're
- 45:25Speaker 4: extending the term. I can show you by taking a
- 45:28Speaker 4: small amount of what you're saving monthly and applying it
- 45:31Speaker 4: towards your mortgage, you're going to pay it off just
- 45:34Speaker 4: as quickly and you'll be way ahead in the money game,
- 45:37Speaker 4: which is where we all want to be, right? Remember,
- 45:39Speaker 4: we want to help you. But we're not going to
- 45:41Speaker 4: help you over a cliff. Baker Mortgage, 281-313-MOVE or go

- 46:25Speaker 26: When it comes.
- 46:26Speaker 14: To garage doors, no one knows more than the doctor.
- 46:32Speaker 11: We got a call late New Year's Eve.
- 46:33Speaker 9: A father with big plans for his family the next
- 46:35Speaker 9: day said his garage door spring just snapped. He couldn't
- 46:38Speaker 9: get his car out and wouldn't be able to get
- 46:40Speaker 9: his family to where they needed to go. He felt
- 46:42Speaker 9: stuck and alone. So we showed up fast with the
- 46:45Speaker 9: right spring and the right parts to fix it right.
- 46:47Speaker 14: We didn't talk about the price.
- 46:48Speaker 9: We didn't wait till the morning.
- 46:50Speaker 11: We fixed it right then.
- 46:51Speaker 9: Because at Garage Door Doctor, it's never just about the job.
- 46:55Speaker 9: It's about the person behind it. The dad, the veteran,
- 46:58Speaker 9: the grandpa, the neighbor. Hi, I'm Tommy Mello, owner of
- 47:01Speaker 9: Garage Door Doctor. When you need help, we're the.
- 47:03Speaker 14: Ones that show up.
- 47:04Speaker 9: Call Garage Door Doctor today or schedule online at garagedoordoctor.biz.

- 47:15Speaker 11: When it comes to garage doors, no one knows more.
- 47:24Speaker 12: And now we return you to your regularly scheduled dose
- 47:28Speaker 12: of common sense.
- 47:29Speaker 6: Chris X radio. Common sense doesn't seem to be that
- 47:33Speaker 6: common these days.
- 47:34Speaker 26: Is it less common to you? Do you think?
- 47:46Speaker 6: Person by person, I think it might be.
- 47:50Speaker 5: I think it seems very uncommon these days. It's not
- 47:54Speaker 5: nearly as common as it once was.
- 47:58Speaker 11: Commonly uncommon?
- 48:00Speaker 6: Yeah, there you go.
- 48:01Speaker 11: It is very much commonly uncommon.
- 48:05Speaker 5: My joke I used to make on the air was,
- 48:06Speaker 5: you know what, my degree is in radio, television, broadcasting,
- 48:09Speaker 5: but I have a Ph.D. in common sense. And then
- 48:15Speaker 5: people started making fun of me for it, so I
- 48:16Speaker 5: quit doing it. It's not as common, that's for darn sure. Anyway,
- 48:22Speaker 5: welcome back to Chris X Radio, to your Manic Monday
- 48:24Speaker 5: edition of the program. I want to thank Bob Price
- 48:27Speaker 5: with Breitbart News. Always good to catch up with Bob.
- 48:30Speaker 11: He always does a.
- 48:30Speaker 5: Fine job over at Breitbart, so I like to make
- 48:33Speaker 5: sure that he tells you guys what's going on. Something
- 48:37Speaker 5: the lamestream media refuses to cover on a regular basis.
- 48:42Speaker 5: All right, we're going to wrap up this first hour,
- 48:44Speaker 5: get you locked and loaded for hour number two. If
- 48:46Speaker 5: you want to join us, get in line here for, well,
- 48:49Speaker 5: we've got time for a call or two this segment,
- 48:51Speaker 5: and then we've got the entire next hour. We'll take
- 48:53Speaker 5: your phone calls at 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738. Bob mentioned the race,
- 49:02Speaker 5: what's going on in the midterms, and, of course, I
- 49:04Speaker 5: have as well.
- 49:06Speaker 11: And one of the ones that we're.
- 49:07Speaker 5: Talking about that I'm covering today is we're talking a
- 49:10Speaker 5: little bit about James Talafico. John Cornyn is still refusing
- 49:18Speaker 5: to campaign with Ken Paxton.
- 49:21Speaker 11: In fact, he's really not helping at all.
- 49:25Speaker 5: Now, you've got to remember, Paxton just beat John Cornyn
- 49:27Speaker 5: back in May by 27 points in a runoff election. So,
- 49:32Speaker 5: Cornyn really beat him hard. It's funny because hearing John
- 49:35Speaker 5: Cornyn say, he doesn't campaign very well, he doesn't raise
- 49:37Speaker 5: money very well. Well, he seemed to campaign okay and
- 49:40Speaker 5: sure beat the hell out of you in the primary there, partner.
- 49:44Speaker 5: Which gives us, you know, those reeks of sour grapes.
- 49:47Speaker 5: But nonetheless, John Cornyn is showing us, I guess, who
- 49:51Speaker 5: he always was. But he complains about, once again, Ken Paxton. Now,
- 49:59Speaker 5: is Ken Paxton the perfect candidate? No, but he's a
- 50:02Speaker 5: far better candidate than he's ever going to get a
- 50:04Speaker 5: shake when it comes to the lamestream media. If you
- 50:06Speaker 5: start looking at what his record is as attorney general
- 50:10Speaker 5: for the state of Texas, it is unrivaled by anyone
- 50:13Speaker 5: else in the country.
- 50:16Speaker 11: I mean, it's nowhere close.
- 50:19Speaker 5: He has gone after the feds multiple times and just
- 50:22Speaker 5: And he's still working. Unlike so many people who run
- 50:25Speaker 5: for a different office, they virtually disappear from their current job.
- 50:29Speaker 5: He has not done that. In fact, not in the slightest.
- 50:33Speaker 5: He has been working and it continues to work.
- 50:37Speaker 11: Which is good.
- 50:37Speaker 5: But he's also campaigning. Now, the general election, it will
- 50:42Speaker 5: be up against James Talafrico. Right now, they're neck and
- 50:44Speaker 5: neck with the prediction markets, giving Talafrico a very slight edge.
- 50:49Speaker 5: And the polls are showing darn near.
- 50:51Speaker 11: A tie for the most part.
- 50:52Speaker 5: There's a couple outlier polls, one that has Paxton leading,
- 50:55Speaker 5: another that has Talafrico leading.
- 50:58Speaker 11: But I finally saw my first pro-Paxton commercials over the weekend.
- 51:04Speaker 11: And I was thinking, you know.
- 51:06Speaker 5: with Republicans like John Cornyn, who needs Democrats, and then
- 51:09Speaker 5: we've got this daily deluge, I guess, well, at least
- 51:13Speaker 5: it's a weekly deluge, of all of these things. Literally,
- 51:16Speaker 5: I've got so many clips that I don't play because
- 51:19Speaker 5: there's so many of James Talafrico saying another crazy thing,
- 51:23Speaker 5: and here he is speaking in church.
- 51:26Speaker 11: Quoting an Islamic mystic.
- 51:29Speaker 5: Nothing says Christianity like Islamic mystics, right?
- 51:33Speaker 3: In one of my favorite poems... The Islamic mystic Hafiz
- 51:38Speaker 3: says that we are all invited to join that dance.
- 51:40Speaker 6: He says, every child has.
- 51:43Speaker 3: Known God, not the God of names, not the God
- 51:46Speaker 3: of don'ts, but the God who only knows four words
- 51:50Speaker 3: and keeps repeating them, saying, come dance with me.
- 51:54Speaker 5: He said, the God that only knows four words, come
- 52:02Speaker 5: dance with me. I would prefer that God know more
- 52:09Speaker 5: than four words. But if he only knows four words,
- 52:13Speaker 5: and once again, why is this Christian dude? He's a
- 52:16Speaker 5: Christian who hates Christianity.
- 52:17Speaker 11: Okay, what? That's what he said.
- 52:21Speaker 5: I'm just taking his words, man. Don't kill the messenger.
- 52:25Speaker 5: Don't blame me.
- 52:28Speaker 11: So, but he hates Christianity, he says. There you go.
- 52:37Speaker 5: You can go dance with them, I guess. But this
- 52:40Speaker 5: come dance with me, it sounds a little weird. In fact,
- 52:45Speaker 5: it sounds a lot weird when you think about it.
- 52:51Speaker 5: Why would you be quoting an Islamic mystic in a
- 52:56Speaker 5: Christian church saying come dance.
- 53:00Speaker 11: With Is it Allah? Is Allah a big dancer?
- 53:07Speaker 5: I don't know. It's just, once again, the guy is bizarre.
- 53:13Speaker 5: He's the weirdest Christian in the world. And watching lefties
- 53:16Speaker 5: in California talk about how they're supporting Tallarico here in Texas,
- 53:20Speaker 5: I'm like, well, that explains.
- 53:22Speaker 11: It, first of all. But, well, I like him because
- 53:25Speaker 11: he's a religious guy.
- 53:27Speaker 6: Is he, though?
- 53:28Speaker 11: Is he really? Our number two is up next.

- 53:43Speaker 27: News this hour from Town Hall, I'm Keith Peters in Washington.
- 53:48Speaker 27: At least two people have died in flash flooding over
- 53:50Speaker 27: the Grand Canyon. Daniel Evans says he was hiking the
- 53:54Speaker 27: Grand Canyon and had to be evacuated by helicopter after
- 53:57Speaker 27: the flash flooding.
- 53:58Speaker 28: The sky just opened up. Rain, hail, just battering the campsite.
- 54:03Speaker 28: I was inside my tent, and I could see about
- 54:06Speaker 28: five to six inches of water flowing around my tent.
- 54:09Speaker 28: The whole campsite just flooded. There was just nowhere for
- 54:12Speaker 28: the water to go. And so that went on for
- 54:14Speaker 28: maybe 30 minutes. As soon as it sort of cleared up,
- 54:17Speaker 28: the rangers came back by and said, hey, guys, this
- 54:20Speaker 28: is bad. People with a lot of experience there from
- 54:23Speaker 28: Phantom Ranch and some construction workers and whatnot, everyone was
- 54:27Speaker 28: saying it was the worst they had seen.
- 54:29Speaker 27: More rain is in the forecast as monsoon season has
- 54:32Speaker 27: begun in the desert. Russia's consecutive jet-powered drone attacks on
- 54:37Speaker 27: Ukraine have disrupted the daily life of Ukrainians.
- 54:40Speaker 29: Russian forces have attacked Kyiv and nearby cities for a
- 54:44Speaker 29: fifth straight day, hitting warehouse facilities as Ukraine recovers from
- 54:48Speaker 29: jet-powered drone attacks. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia's tactic
- 54:53Speaker 29: is to wear down Ukraine and its people. The intensified
- 54:58Speaker 29: aerial assaults have disrupted daily life with air raid alerts
- 55:01Speaker 29: and empty supermarket shelves as food distribution hubs were destroyed.
- 55:05Speaker 29: Earlier this year, two major attacks killed almost 50 civilians
- 55:10Speaker 29: and a recent strike killed at least 38 people. Ukraine
- 55:13Speaker 29: is working to counter the drones while Russian forces continue
- 55:16Speaker 29: targeting Ukraine's power grid. I'm Rika Ann Garcia.
- 55:20Speaker 27: Rescuers are racing to free hundreds of workers believed to
- 55:23Speaker 27: be trapped in tunnels at hydropower plants. that were buried
- 55:27Speaker 27: in mud by catastrophic flooding on the Nepal-China border. On

- 55:41Speaker 7: You've probably heard all those ads for life insurance, just
- 55:44Speaker 7: a few dollars a day, apply online in minutes, no
- 55:46Speaker 7: medical exam. Simple, easy, and cheap, right? Now you're thinking,
- 55:50Speaker 7: maybe I should get a quote. Well, smart thinking. Everyone
- 55:53Speaker 7: should have life insurance. But here's what they don't tell you.
- 55:55Speaker 7: Those few dollars a day rates, they're for young people
- 55:58Speaker 7: and perfect health. That's why everyone calls Big Lou the
- 56:02Speaker 7: 50 to 60-year-old not-so-perfect candidate.
- 56:05Speaker 6: Like you.
- 56:06Speaker 7: You take prescription meds, and you're overweight. Winner, winner, fried
- 56:09Speaker 7: chicken dinner. Well, Big Lou works with life insurance companies
- 56:12Speaker 7: that want people like you, with no surprises after you apply.
- 56:15Speaker 7: In fact, if you're a 50-year-old guy with a few
- 56:17Speaker 7: health glitches, Lou could probably find you a million dollars
- 56:20Speaker 7: of term life coverage for about 200 bucks a month. So, yeah,
- 56:24Speaker 7: you need life insurance. But unless you're young and healthy,
- 56:26Speaker 7: you gotta call Big Lou, because he's like you.
- 56:30Speaker 6: Older, heavier.

- 57:02Speaker 8: This True Sand commentary is brought to you by Ability
- 57:04Speaker 8: Tree Experts. Ability Tree Experts, Houston's leading tree care professionals.
- 57:09Speaker 6: Call 281-441-4179. From KSEV, here's political contributor Ben Strewsand.
- 57:17Speaker 30: To my fellow Republicans who supported John Cornyn and won't
- 57:22Speaker 30: vote for Ken Paxton, you're about to give control of
- 57:25Speaker 30: the U.S. Senate over to the socialists that now run
- 57:28Speaker 30: the Democrat Party. Their plan is to pack the Supreme Court,
- 57:32Speaker 30: give statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico, so as to
- 57:35Speaker 30: add four new Democrats to the Senate and control the
- 57:38Speaker 30: Electoral College. Do you really want that on your conscience?
- 57:42Speaker 30: And don't think for a minute that somehow progressive socialist
- 57:46Speaker 30: turned moderate James Tallarico won't support the Bernese team. He
- 57:51Speaker 30: won't have a choice. Or another election for six years.
- 57:56Speaker 30: We all know what it's like to support crap candidates
- 57:59Speaker 30: when a Republican primary is over. We've held our nose
- 58:02Speaker 30: and voted Republican so many times that the smell doesn't
- 58:05Speaker 30: stink anymore.
- 58:07Speaker 11: It's your turn.
- 58:08Speaker 30: Whatever problems you have with Paxton, and he's got a few,
- 58:11Speaker 30: pale in comparison to the damage that will be done
- 58:15Speaker 30: if you allow a Democrat to win a Senate race
- 58:17Speaker 30: in Texas. Besides, he doesn't sport any swastikas, his relationships
- 58:23Speaker 30: with women were consensual, and he thinks Hamas is a
- 58:27Speaker 30: bunch of murderers. With Tallarico, you get men playing in
- 58:31Speaker 30: women's sports, the DEI agenda, unfettered illegal immigration, and handcuffs
- 58:37Speaker 30: on police, not criminals. So starting with John Cornyn's Senate buddies,
- 58:41Speaker 30: John Thune and Rick Scott, get over it before it's
- 58:44Speaker 30: too late. Spend the money. Saying I told you so
- 58:48Speaker 30: might make you feel better, but only briefly besides. We
- 58:52Speaker 30: wouldn't be in this position if Cornyn had retired and
- 58:56Speaker 30: let a new generation take over. Texas Republicans read the
- 59:00Speaker 30: polling and knew he was done for, but you all
- 59:04Speaker 30: seem to think that you're indispensable. I'm Ben Strewsandy. and
- 59:10Speaker 30: that's my view.
- 59:12Speaker 6: Ben Strewsand, only on AM700 KSEV.
- 59:19Speaker 24: Thank goodness our weather experts are providing us with hurricane
- 59:22Speaker 24: tracking charts and reminding us to be prepared for big storms.
- 59:25Speaker 24: But they overlook one very important thing, the damage and
- 59:28Speaker 24: destruction from broken limbs and uprooted trees. Call Lewis Flory
- 59:31Speaker 24: at Ability Tree Experts today. My friend for nearly 40 years.
- 59:35Speaker 24: At 281-441-4179 and let him explain how this problem can
- 59:40Speaker 24: be minimized with professional pruning. You see, when the tree
- 59:43Speaker 24: canopy is too thick and dense, the tree can be
- 59:46Speaker 24: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage
- 59:49Speaker 24: to the tree and maybe your home.
- 59:52Speaker 11: Where tree limbs break?
- 59:53Speaker 24: Sap will ooze, and that attracts harmful insects. So you
- 59:56Speaker 24: need to call Louis Flory today at 281-441-4179 and have
- 1:00:03Speaker 24: his experts come out and professionally prune your trees to
- 1:00:06Speaker 24: withstand sudden storms that are so frequent this time of year.
- 1:00:09Speaker 24: Visit their website at AbilityTrees.com. That's 281-441-4179. Ability Tree Experts,

- 1:00:27Speaker 10: Launch Control, this is Houston.
- 1:00:28Speaker 27: We are going to launch.
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: Five, four, three, two, one.
- 1:00:39Speaker 11: It's Chris X Radio.
- 1:00:40Speaker 6: Chris X Radio.
- 1:00:42Speaker 31: What we need right now is a clear.
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: Message to the people of this country. This message must.
- 1:00:48Speaker 9: Be read in every newspaper, heard on every radio, seen
- 1:00:51Speaker 9: on every television.
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: This message must resound throughout the entire intelligence.
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: And now, your host.
- 1:00:57Speaker 10: I believe this is going to be our finest hour.
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: Chris X.
- 1:01:23Speaker 11: Man we're already in hour number two.
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: That's good i'm a little tired today i don't well
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: i kind of know why a little sore i was
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: doing stuff this weekend moving heavy stuff around when you
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: move heavy stuff around you get a little sore so
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: anyway welcome back to grizz x radio you've reached the
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: second hour of the program i'm the aforementioned x-man glad
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: to have you here with us as uh Because we've
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: got a lot going on.
- 1:01:49Speaker 11: Okay, wait a minute.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Okay, so LSC University Park, a student injured after a
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: multi-story fall? Wow, that sounds terrible. I didn't even know there's,
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: I guess, there's a school campus over there? I guess,
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: is it, what is it? I'm having a flashback. North
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: Harris County College, you guys remember that? No, it's no
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: longer called that. It's called, Something else that sounds way
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: better than that. But I went to North Harris County
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: College back when it was that before I went to
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: regular college where I went off to Huntsville for a year.
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: I attended Sam Houston State University and tried to major
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: in radio television broadcasting and could not get a single
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: radio television broadcasting class.
- 1:02:44Speaker 11: So that was kind of tough.
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: So I transferred back to the University of Houston where
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: I got plenty of radio television broadcasting classes and then got.
- 1:02:52Speaker 11: My degree from there. So it worked out.
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: Anywho, so I think it's Texas Lone Star College now,
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: by the way. But anyway, okay, welcome back to Chris
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: X Radio. Got a lot going on. I want to
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: thank Bob Price for joining us in the first hour.
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: If you missed that interview, you can always catch it
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: over at our website or, of course, wherever you download
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: your podcast. You can go to ksvradio.com, check out the
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: podcast there. You can listen to it there. You can
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: also check it out on video where we stream the
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: video of the program at all of our social medias,
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: Twitter X.
- 1:03:27Speaker 11: We do it on Facebook. which I think is.
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: Far more what Twitter X is far better with freedom
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: of speech, even though I'm still stuck in an algorithm
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: where I can't really grow my, I've never been able
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: to grow it. So, and I won't pay for the,
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: by the way, I'm one of those guys. I'm not
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: going to pay for a blue check. Well, Elon Musk
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: is worth a trillion dollars.
- 1:03:51Speaker 11: He doesn't need my money. Like I said, I think, uh,
- 1:03:55Speaker 11: I think he's going to do okay.
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: Uh, but that being said, um, Then you've got Facebook,
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: which is, of course, meta, which is more in the.
- 1:04:05Speaker 11: Censorship business, I guess.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: We streamed the radio program there before in the past,
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: and then now we're back.
- 1:04:12Speaker 11: That's good.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: So people can hear it, which is good, and see it,
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: and you can watch it. So if you want to
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: go check it out, you can do that there. We're
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: also streaming it on Rumble and YouTube. I don't know
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: what Dana Lash's deal is. Her and Rumble— got crossways
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: somehow so she's not keen on that but then faith
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: then that what is it uh youtube which youtube is
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: weird so anyhow but we got the program all over
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: the place for you so you can kind of look
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: at it just about anywhere i saw the jury selection
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: is underway in galveston over the texas killing fields case
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: this is the guy that i don't know if he
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: admitted to but he's brought up for dumping a couple
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: of the bodies this is laura miller tim miller's daughter
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: who was one of the people killed in the killing fields.
- 1:05:00Speaker 11: Terrible story.
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: But back at those who grew up in Houston in
- 1:05:03Speaker 5: the eighties, I guess they remember this, but this Clyde
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: Hedrick guy, I guess was one of them, I guess
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: was involved. I think he died or, but then there's
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: the other guy that is, is his, I guess his
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: jury selections underway. So, but terrible situation, which to be
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: a parent of children, especially of girls, It would be terrifying.
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: With these predators and things running around, I'd be afraid
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: to let the kids ever leave the house. I want
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: to keep them in bubble wrap at home. I look
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: back at how good we had it when we were kids. Basically,
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: my parents would kick us out in the morning out
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: of the house, summertime. I mean, when we went to school,
- 1:05:45Speaker 5: we had to do all that. But then by the
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: time summertime rolled around, it was get out of here.
- 1:05:49Speaker 11: It's morning.
- 1:05:50Speaker 5: Go do something. Go away and don't come back till dark.
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: And then at dark, come home. It's dinnertime then.
- 1:05:56Speaker 11: It's like, okay. So we would go and.
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: Ride our bikes everywhere, play football on the golf course,
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: play soccer, play baseball, play three flies in, kill the
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: man with the ball, which of course was sometimes referred
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: to as a different game. Lukasz, did you ever play
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: kill the man with the ball when you were a kid?
- 1:06:19Speaker 17: No, I don't think so.
- 1:06:21Speaker 11: Okay, man. Sorry you had a rotten childhood. Sorry about that.
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: It happens.
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: Okay, so kill the man with the ball was basically football,
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: but you didn't have enough players.
- 1:06:33Speaker 11: So you'd have four or five guys.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: You throw one guy the football, and he runs around
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: in circles trying to get away from everybody because everybody
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: else just tackles you.
- 1:06:41Speaker 11: That's kill the man with the ball.
- 1:06:43Speaker 5: Or in a time where things were less politically correct,
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: I heard my friends referred to it as called smear
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: the queer. Would that be socially acceptable these days, Luke Ash?
- 1:06:56Speaker 17: I mean, we're on the edge of cancellation now.
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: I was going to say, just mentioning that occurred back
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: in the 70s and 80s. To me, it's hilarious because
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: it's kids being kids. So they would, of course, say,
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: kill the man with the ball or, hey, let's go
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: play Smear the Queer. Which means all of you are queer,
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: I guess.
- 1:07:18Speaker 11: Everybody's gay then. So I guess it was ahead of
- 1:07:20Speaker 11: its time. I saw a meme. I saw a meme
- 1:07:29Speaker 11: on the internet last night that said, apparently I am gay.
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: Not because that is my sexual preference, but because someone said,
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: gay boy says what?
- 1:07:43Speaker 11: And I accidentally said what? So there you go. If
- 1:07:48Speaker 11: you've ever accidentally had that, you too are homosexual.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: So.
- 1:07:53Speaker 11: Which is so funny.
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: What's hilarious is they tell us, oh, this is terrible,
- 1:07:56Speaker 5: this is so horrible, this is such awful times.
- 1:07:59Speaker 11: Man, didn't things seem a little easier then? Because no
- 1:08:02Speaker 11: one was.
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: Actually going after, at least no one in my circles,
- 1:08:05Speaker 5: were ever actually going after homosexuals to tackle them and
- 1:08:09Speaker 5: call it smear the queer.
- 1:08:10Speaker 11: I mean, that wasn't really happening. And then I see
- 1:08:17Speaker 11: people like Tallarico... And people like, is Bill Maher? No,
- 1:08:22Speaker 11: I don't know if he's in on this.
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: But a lot of these very left-leaning males, and they say, okay, well,
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: if a man can really be a woman, well, then
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: go ahead and date a man identifying as a woman.
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: According to you, there's no difference. And watch them kind
- 1:08:42Speaker 5: of squirrel themselves in the ground. Anyhow, okay, sorry, I
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: got off on a tirade.
- 1:08:47Speaker 11: I apologize. It is Manic Monday.
- 1:08:49Speaker 5: So after a weekend, sometimes the the manic kicks in.
- 1:08:55Speaker 11: I'm still Lucas. Do you feel like you kind of
- 1:08:57Speaker 11: missed out that you didn't get to play that game
- 1:08:59Speaker 11: when you were a kid, though?
- 1:09:01Speaker 17: I mean sounded interesting sure but uh we had we
- 1:09:04Speaker 17: had street wide uh capture the flag so i think
- 1:09:07Speaker 17: we did.
- 1:09:07Speaker 5: All right okay that i remember playing capture the flag
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: as a kid that was fun i remember Oh, this, okay,
- 1:09:14Speaker 5: I'm going to name drop some people that I went
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: to high school with and elementary school.
- 1:09:18Speaker 11: And I told you guys, by the way, Ron Reeder.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: A guy I went to high school with, but I
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: went to elementary school with him, middle school, and then
- 1:09:25Speaker 5: high school.
- 1:09:26Speaker 11: You know, we played Little League together.
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: He has a podcast where he digs the universe, and
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: he's very much a left-leaning individual. I mean, he's clearly
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: on the opposite side politically. But he mentioned my program.
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: He caught the video, I guess, and then did a
- 1:09:43Speaker 5: video about it. And he's always very complimentary and very nice.
- 1:09:47Speaker 5: And he and I both believe in something that is
- 1:09:49Speaker 5: very dear to our hearts. One, we believe in freedom
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: of speech. So there's that, and that goes for both
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: of us, for his freedom of speech, my freedom of speech.
- 1:09:58Speaker 5: But two is he believes in a civil discourse, and
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: if you keep it civil, he does as well, or.
- 1:10:02Speaker 11: At least that's what he claims. No, I'm just kidding.
- 1:10:07Speaker 5: So I caught up with Ron, and I'm going to
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: have him on, I do believe it's September 9th.
- 1:10:11Speaker 11: So I'll get Ron on.
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: We'll talk about his podcast, but also talk about how
- 1:10:15Speaker 5: when we were kids, you know, we played Little League together.
- 1:10:17Speaker 11: We grew up together.
- 1:10:18Speaker 5: He and I weren't really like super close friends, but
- 1:10:20Speaker 5: when you're kids, you're kind of friends with everybody.
- 1:10:23Speaker 11: So I remember, but he did student council.
- 1:10:26Speaker 5: And if I remember correctly, I haven't asked him about
- 1:10:28Speaker 5: this yet, but I will on the program when I
- 1:10:31Speaker 5: have him come on. I believe he was a Republican
- 1:10:33Speaker 5: in high school. So he's had a transition and he
- 1:10:39Speaker 5: transitioned to the opposite side of the island. I wonder
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: if he followed the Tucker Carlson route or no, there's
- 1:10:45Speaker 5: way before that.
- 1:10:47Speaker 11: But I do believe he's back in Houston. He had
- 1:10:50Speaker 11: left for a while. I think he went to New
- 1:10:52Speaker 11: Orleans and some other places, but he's back.
- 1:10:55Speaker 5: But once again, Ron was always nice to me as kids.
- 1:10:57Speaker 5: We were, we got along and then as adults, but
- 1:10:59Speaker 5: it's just, we live in a time where people are so,
- 1:11:02Speaker 5: and I do this on the program. You guys hear
- 1:11:05Speaker 5: me when I'll talk to people of the opposite political aisle.
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: If you keep it civil and keep it clean and
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: keep it nice, then we have no problems.
- 1:11:13Speaker 11: And like I said, even when I.
- 1:11:15Speaker 5: Disagree with people, you've heard me disagree with certain people
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: on the program before. And, you know, I'll make jokes
- 1:11:21Speaker 5: and we'll kid around and stuff, but I always thank
- 1:11:23Speaker 5: them for calling in and listening to the program. I
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: don't know why someone left-leaning could tolerate it. In fact,
- 1:11:27Speaker 5: Ron on his video was like, if you can listen
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: to talk radio without having, you know, your conservative talk
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: radio without having your blood pressure.
- 1:11:36Speaker 11: Rise, then he, like I said, tune in. He was very, very,
- 1:11:41Speaker 11: he gave me a great shout out. So that's that.
- 1:11:44Speaker 5: Not only does that say something for him and his character,
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: but it also says something about today's society that he
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: stands out that much because we live a time where
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: things are so politically polarized that you have people literally
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: murdering each other over political opinions. And I couldn't fathom
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: ever killing anybody over their political opinions unless their political
- 1:12:05Speaker 5: opinion is that I shouldn't live. Well, then that changes
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: the narrative a bit. But as far as with that
- 1:12:11Speaker 5: kind of stuff, so I'm looking forward to catching up
- 1:12:12Speaker 5: with Ron. I haven't talked to Ron in probably 45 years.
- 1:12:19Speaker 5: It was funny because my brother remembered him playing Little
- 1:12:23Speaker 5: League with us. I didn't even remember him being on
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: the same team as us. And then as soon as
- 1:12:27Speaker 5: he mentioned it, I went, oh, I do remember that vaguely.
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: I was too busy being the baseball star of the team.
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: At least in my mind, I was. So anyway, so
- 1:12:40Speaker 5: I'll get Ron on here. He should be next week,
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: which will be, it'll be so much fun to catch
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: up with him just to talk to him and learn
- 1:12:46Speaker 5: a little bit about his podcast, even though it's, I
- 1:12:49Speaker 5: probably won't dig his podcast, but we do have some
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: listeners as you guys who have the longtime listeners of
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: Chris X radio, you will understand that there are some
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: people that will dig it and they would enjoy it.
- 1:13:00Speaker 5: So I'll make sure we promote it for them. And
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: for those who want to tune in, but Ron's always
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: been pretty nice guy. And like I said, I, I
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: remember him from school. And I would say he was
- 1:13:10Speaker 5: a squirrely kid in school, but we were all squirrely kids.
- 1:13:13Speaker 5: So I don't know, except for maybe Lukasz.
- 1:13:16Speaker 11: Lukasz, were you a squirrely kid or were you like
- 1:13:18Speaker 11: the cool kid in school?
- 1:13:19Speaker 17: Oh, not even close to cool.
- 1:13:23Speaker 11: See, told you we all were. Even the cool kids.
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: By the way, the story I was going to tell
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: you guys, which I'll briefly share, was we talked about,
- 1:13:31Speaker 5: you know, capture the flag. I remember playing capture the
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: flag with some of my friends in school. This was
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: probably early high school. And one of my friends, Pete Hinojosa.
- 1:13:44Speaker 5: which he still lives in the Houston area. He's very successful.
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: I think he's done really well. He does fantastic paintings. Anyway,
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: I was friends with Pete. Pete was a popular kid.
- 1:13:52Speaker 5: He was not a squirrely kid. He was one of
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: the popular kids, was good looking. All the girls loved
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: him all the way through high school. And I was
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: his little friend that had no success with women whatsoever.
- 1:14:03Speaker 11: Very unsuccessful.
- 1:14:04Speaker 5: You know, there's just not a big demand for skinny
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: little redheaded kids. But anyway, but I remember playing and
- 1:14:09Speaker 5: I remember there.
- 1:14:10Speaker 11: Was other kids.
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: I think Rick Anstrom played. I remember him, some of
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: the other kids in martial arts, Pete was in martial arts.
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: Like I was, he ended a different class, but I
- 1:14:19Speaker 5: remember us playing capture the flag and we didn't just
- 1:14:21Speaker 5: play out in the street.
- 1:14:22Speaker 11: There was a whole big wooded area and.
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: We man going back and forth and him and I
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: doing martial arts on each other, which was actually a
- 1:14:30Speaker 5: lot of fun. But I remember her doing a scissor
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: kick on him and him doing that on me. And
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: I'm going to do a leg sweep. And it was so,
- 1:14:36Speaker 5: it was like being in a karate movie as a kid.
- 1:14:38Speaker 5: And you're of course, your imagination runs wild. And then
- 1:14:41Speaker 5: we captured the flag and, And I think we won.
- 1:14:45Speaker 5: And I was like, wow, how did we beat Pete's team?
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: And Pete was always so cool. Pete has always been cool.
- 1:14:52Speaker 5: He was a kid who was cool like in first grade,
- 1:14:54Speaker 5: which I remember him from first grade. And he was
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: cool in first grade all the way through senior year.
- 1:15:01Speaker 5: And to this day, I still hate him because he
- 1:15:02Speaker 5: got all the chicks.
- 1:15:05Speaker 11: Actually, I've never hated Pete. I've always liked him.
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: If he wasn't such a nice guy, I probably would
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: have hated him. But he's always been a super nice guy.
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: He's always been very cool. So I don't know how
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: often or if all he listens to the program. But
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: if you're listening, Pete, let me know. You just got
- 1:15:18Speaker 5: a shout out. And I think he's been happily married
- 1:15:21Speaker 5: for many years. So, ladies, take a step back. See
- 1:15:28Speaker 5: him going down memory trail here as we kick off
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: the show. Okay, there's actually stuff we want to talk about.
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: President Trump is threatening to hit Iran very hard today.
- 1:15:37Speaker 5: after we're trading shots again here after the first time
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: in about a month.
- 1:15:41Speaker 11: So we got that.
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: A new deal, which I'm going to get into when
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: we come back, with Venezuela that gives the U.S. majority
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: control over more than $ 65 billion, with a B, barrels
- 1:15:52Speaker 5: of oil, well, proven oil reserves, is expected to reshape
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: global oil markets and give Washington significant control.
- 1:16:01Speaker 11: Of oil prices.
- 1:16:04Speaker 5: This could be huge as far as the prices we
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: pay at the pump. So that could be a very
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: good deal. But watching what Trump is doing on the
- 1:16:13Speaker 5: international stage, people think he's just this crazy man who
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: flies by the seat of his pants. He actually doesn't.
- 1:16:19Speaker 5: He's actually got a plan and he's always working it.
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: And he's very good at it. And we mentioned James Tallarico.
- 1:16:25Speaker 5: John Cornyn is still refusing to campaign with Ken Paxton.
- 1:16:28Speaker 5: I don't think he's going to while he's. redirecting his
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: efforts to other battleground states like New Hampshire and Michigan.
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: He would love for, in fact, it seems to be
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: more the case, he would love for Texas to lose
- 1:16:42Speaker 5: and get a Democrat senator now that he's out of
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: the picture because he got smoked by Paxton in the
- 1:16:46Speaker 5: primary by 27 points. which really shows that this isn't
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: about politics. This isn't about helping the country. This isn't
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: about serving. This is about him. With Republicans like John Cornyn.
- 1:17:01Speaker 11: Who needs Democrats?
- 1:17:03Speaker 5: And we'll give an update, at least as far as
- 1:17:04Speaker 5: what we've gotten on the rain potential for tomorrow. as
- 1:17:08Speaker 5: Tropical Storm 5 moves towards the upper Texas coastline, should be,
- 1:17:12Speaker 5: I guess, making contact later this evening, early in the morning.
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: And we may be getting a lot of rain here
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: over the next couple of days, which we can use
- 1:17:19Speaker 5: the rain. I'm not going to complain about that. And
- 1:17:21Speaker 5: it brings the temperatures down. Not complaining about that at all.
- 1:17:26Speaker 5: And we can even get into the woodlands agreeing to
- 1:17:28Speaker 5: pay $ 50 million in extortion fees to the city of
- 1:17:32Speaker 5: Houston to permanently block annexation. I wish Kingwood could retroactively
- 1:17:37Speaker 5: do that. That's where my brothers and everybody lives. They
- 1:17:40Speaker 5: live out in Kingwood. And ever since the city of
- 1:17:42Speaker 5: Houston annexed Kingwood, guess what? Things didn't get better.
- 1:17:46Speaker 11: Those city services were not an upgrade. They only got worse.
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: All right, 281-558-KSEV if you want to join us.

- 1:18:40Speaker 25: Most roofing repairs cost less than $ 500.
- 1:18:43Speaker 27: Why?
- 1:18:44Speaker 25: Because we find the cause of the leak and repair
- 1:18:46Speaker 25: that leak. We won't try to sell you services you
- 1:18:49Speaker 25: don't need.
- 1:18:50Speaker 32: And we'll fix it right away because everything we need,
- 1:18:52Speaker 32: it's in our truck.

- 1:21:44Speaker 6: And now, back to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio.
- 1:21:48Speaker 6: On the voice of Texas.
- 1:22:10Speaker 11: And this was a cool song. So weird how the
- 1:22:13Speaker 11: world has changed. This was Rage Against the Machine, who
- 1:22:17Speaker 11: is now Rage With the Machine, or For the Machine,
- 1:22:20Speaker 11: which is weird.
- 1:22:21Speaker 5: And it's also for the Matrix movie. This was that
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: little sort of ender song where.
- 1:22:28Speaker 11: The great song, very cool. And then, but then the.
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: Matrix people that would, I think they got lightning in
- 1:22:35Speaker 5: a bottle because the other matrixes weren't nearly as good
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: and everything else they've done is very weird. And they
- 1:22:40Speaker 5: were the Warchowski brothers at the time. And now one
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: of them is no longer a brother. He's now a sister.
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: So I think just one, I don't know. but very
- 1:22:53Speaker 5: strange and obviously imagined pretty far to the left. Anywho,
- 1:22:57Speaker 5: all right, welcome back to Chris X Radio. If you
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: want to join us, 281-558-KSCV, 281-558-5738. Let's go ahead and
- 1:23:06Speaker 5: jump to the phones. We got Steve listening in Tomball. Steve,
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: thank you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: Hey, Chris, thanks for taking my call. Hey, I just
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: wanted to say, you know, you mentioned about having friends
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: that were gay. I had We had several of them,
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: but the one in our junior high, he was the
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: best receiver and punt returner and kick returner. This guy
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: was fast, and we did leave him his own space
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: in the locker room. And then we would get into
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: high school. We had a friend that every time he
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: invited you to a party, you would go because the
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: girls would flock to him. I mean, from Milby, from
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: all kinds of schools, Hispanics, white girls, whatever, but he
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: always– Had great parties. But for everybody, if you have Paramount,
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: you need to watch the third season of Lioness. If
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: you haven't done it, I don't want to say nothing.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: I watched it over the weekend. You need to watch it.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: Everybody needs to take the time out and binge watch it.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: I mean, it's A + + +, is what I say.
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: And I would think if I could tell... President Trump something,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: I would tell him, you don't have to tell us
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: everything you're doing. Just take care of it and get
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: it done. I'm tired of hearing people, oh, well.
- 1:24:28Speaker 12: He's going to do this.
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: Well, it's his plan. Let him plan it and get
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: it done. If you're going to do it, do it.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: You don't have to let everybody in the world know.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: And if you watch Lioness, you'll know why.
- 1:24:40Speaker 18: All righty.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: We'll talk to you later in the week. Let's all
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: be safe next couple days.
- 1:24:44Speaker 24: Be safe.
- 1:24:44Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:24:45Speaker 23: Bye-bye.
- 1:24:45Speaker 11: Thank you for the call, Steve.
- 1:24:46Speaker 5: Appreciate it. Yeah, everybody need to watch out with the weather.
- 1:24:49Speaker 5: It looks like we're going to get a lot of rain. Okay,
- 1:24:53Speaker 5: so Lioness. The only thing I've heard about Lioness, and
- 1:24:57Speaker 5: if Rich Rosso was listening, him and somebody were talking
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: on Facebook about– Is it Zoe Saldana?
- 1:25:05Speaker 11: Is that who stars in it?
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: There's a scene where it shows her butt or something,
- 1:25:09Speaker 5: and then that was the only thing they were talking about.
- 1:25:11Speaker 11: So that's all I know about the show. That's it.
- 1:25:13Speaker 11: And it may not even– I think it's that one.
- 1:25:15Speaker 11: So there's that.
- 1:25:16Speaker 5: I haven't heard anything else about it, so it sounds
- 1:25:18Speaker 5: like apparently it's a pretty good show as far as
- 1:25:20Speaker 5: you've got Steve's recommendation.
- 1:25:22Speaker 11: You know what's interesting?
- 1:25:22Speaker 5: You talk about that in high school. We had– there
- 1:25:25Speaker 5: was clearly more gay people in school than you knew
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: because we went to school back in the 80s, or
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: at least I did. And there were people that were
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: in the closet. But then there were some that was
- 1:25:33Speaker 5: kind of obvious. But no one was openly, if anyone,
- 1:25:39Speaker 5: openly discriminated against them. And one thing you're right, the
- 1:25:42Speaker 5: gay guys, the girls flocked around them.
- 1:25:44Speaker 11: They always did.
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: So if there was parties going on, you went to
- 1:25:48Speaker 5: the parties, yeah. And as far as trans, I can
- 1:25:52Speaker 5: only remember one person who ended up being translator after
- 1:25:57Speaker 5: high school, went through the surgery and weird stuff. Uh, but,
- 1:26:02Speaker 5: but I think there was only one that I remember.
- 1:26:04Speaker 5: I imagine there may be more, but there's like, so
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: there's a few that I know that I've seen on
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: social media that are obviously gay that, and once again,
- 1:26:12Speaker 5: nobody really, honestly, most of them, we didn't really know
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: or care. And I know it's high school and then
- 1:26:18Speaker 5: things are different, but, uh, But once again, I think
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: it goes back to a time when, like I said,
- 1:26:23Speaker 5: when we were kids, I talk about this. When we
- 1:26:26Speaker 5: were in the 80s, things were very, we were very
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: socially accepting. The 80s were a very different time. It
- 1:26:33Speaker 5: was before everything became so politically polarized. before the Democrats
- 1:26:38Speaker 5: were able to, I guess, get in and take over
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: the media fully to make it nothing but propaganda 24
- 1:26:43Speaker 5: hours a day, seven days a week. And then I
- 1:26:46Speaker 5: remember even that the late 80s going to clubs and things.
- 1:26:50Speaker 5: And like you said, I've always had white friends, Hispanic friends,
- 1:26:54Speaker 5: black friends, Asian friends. And I remember us going to clubs.
- 1:26:57Speaker 5: It was somebody somebody was talking. I think my buddy
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: Alan was talking on Twitter. Facebook, talking about the clubs
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: he'd go to. Numbers was one of them in Houston.
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: But going to Tampico Bay on the north side. I
- 1:27:08Speaker 5: remember me and my friend David.
- 1:27:10Speaker 11: We used to go. It was my best friend David.
- 1:27:12Speaker 11: We went to that place all the time. And I
- 1:27:18Speaker 11: remember there was a girl, Tar.
- 1:27:21Speaker 5: Her name was T-A-R, I guess. She was, I think
- 1:27:26Speaker 5: she was Thai or Filipino-ish. And I just remember when
- 1:27:29Speaker 5: she introduced herself to him, my name's Tard.
- 1:27:32Speaker 11: He was like, oh, I lay you.
- 1:27:33Speaker 5: And she was like, what? He's on the street, you know, Tard.
- 1:27:36Speaker 5: The worst line ever. But once again, that was the
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: extent of it. We had Asian friends, Hispanic friends, you
- 1:27:44Speaker 5: name it. We never thought anything of gay friends, straight friends, whatever.
- 1:27:48Speaker 11: Nobody cared. And then, of course, somewhere in the 90s
- 1:27:53Speaker 11: and 2000s, everything changed. All right, we're a little over.
- 1:27:56Speaker 11: Michael in Woodsville. Hold on, Michael. We'll get to you.
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: We're going to take a very short break. We'll come back,
- 1:28:00Speaker 5: get to more of your calls as well. 281-558-KSCV.
- 1:28:02Speaker 4: 281-558-5738.
- 1:28:02Speaker 5: What's funny is I'm trying to think of some of
- 1:28:04Speaker 5: the other stupid things we did as kids. Told you
- 1:28:17Speaker 5: guys the Kill the Man with the Ball story. We
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: play Kill the Man with the Ball, but some of
- 1:28:20Speaker 5: the kids in the neighborhood called it Smear the Queer.
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: And it's just so funny because I don't think any
- 1:28:26Speaker 5: of those, none of us were gay, or at least
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: we were too young to even know any different.
- 1:28:33Speaker 6: Then.
- 1:28:33Speaker 11: All right, 281-558-KSVM chris x will be right back.

- 1:30:00Speaker 4: It's Kathy from Baker Mortgage. You know, with all the
- 1:30:02Speaker 4: scary stuff we've been through, it's still true that timing
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: is everything and the time to buy is now. But
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: don't go looking without a solid pre-approval in hand. And
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: this includes an application and a detailed discussion about property taxes.
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: If you didn't have the talk, You know, about property taxes,
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: you really don't know what you're pre-approved for. That should
- 1:30:22Speaker 4: make you wonder what else they may have left out.
- 1:30:24Speaker 4: Mortgages are personal. Let's face it, we're dealing with your
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: home and your money, and it doesn't get much more
- 1:30:30Speaker 4: personal than that. When it's the largest transaction that most
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: people will ever be involved in, imagine having someone on
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: your side looking out after you.
- 1:30:38Speaker 11: What a concept.
- 1:30:39Speaker 4: We audit your closing statement to make sure you're not
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: paying for things that you're not supposed to. Do you
- 1:30:44Speaker 4: think your big bank's going to do that? Probably not.

- 1:31:19Speaker 22: of clouds and sunshine with a chance of a thunderstorm
- 1:31:21Speaker 22: in some areas due to a tropical rainstorm potentially leading
- 1:31:24Speaker 22: to flooding in low-lying and poorly drained spots. The temperature
- 1:31:27Speaker 22: will reach a high of 97. Tonight will bring mostly
- 1:31:30Speaker 22: cloudy skies and high humidity with a few showers and
- 1:31:32Speaker 22: thunderstorms possible from the tropical rainstorm. Watch out for temporary
- 1:31:36Speaker 22: flooding on roads and in areas with poor drainage. The
- 1:31:38Speaker 22: low temperature will be around 79. With the KSEV Weather
- 1:31:42Speaker 22: Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
- 1:31:51Speaker 6: Fake news hates us. Fake news hates us. Chris X Radio.
- 1:31:56Speaker 6: Chris X Radio.
- 1:32:05Speaker 5: Here's another one of those hits from the album 10
- 1:32:08Speaker 5: by Pearl Jam.
- 1:32:11Speaker 11: 35 years ago last week. That's crazy. It seems like
- 1:32:18Speaker 11: yesterday to me.
- 1:32:21Speaker 5: Of course, then again, what's cool, back then I was
- 1:32:22Speaker 5: playing in cover bands and we were playing this song
- 1:32:25Speaker 5: and the one we played.
- 1:32:26Speaker 11: Earlier, Even Flow.
- 1:32:30Speaker 5: It was kind of hard to play out in those
- 1:32:32Speaker 5: times and not play some Nirvana or Pearl Jam or Soundgarden.
- 1:32:37Speaker 11: Or you just name it. It was the 90s. We
- 1:32:41Speaker 11: were all stupid and contagious. And we had so much fun.
- 1:32:45Speaker 11: Once again, that was right before the world went to hell.
- 1:32:47Speaker 11: That's all I'll say.
- 1:32:49Speaker 5: In the 80s, everybody was cool and had funny mullet
- 1:32:51Speaker 5: haircuts and wore parachute pants.
- 1:32:54Speaker 11: Lukasz, did you ever wear parachute pants?
- 1:32:57Speaker 17: No, I was more closer to the JNCO era.
- 1:33:01Speaker 11: I don't even know. What are JNCOs? Is that a
- 1:33:03Speaker 11: different type of jeans or something?
- 1:33:05Speaker 17: Those were those monster-legged jeans that you couldn't keep clean
- 1:33:10Speaker 17: on the hems in the bottom because they were just
- 1:33:11Speaker 17: dragging the floor.
- 1:33:13Speaker 11: Oh, okay. I remember those.
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: Yep.
- 1:33:16Speaker 33: All right.
- 1:33:17Speaker 11: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. It is Manic Monday.
- 1:33:19Speaker 5: If you want to join us, 281-558-KSCB, 281-558-5738. Let's go
- 1:33:26Speaker 5: right back to the phones, pick up with Michael, who's
- 1:33:28Speaker 5: been patiently holding in Woodsville.
- 1:33:30Speaker 11: Michael, thank you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:33:35Speaker 10: Yeah, I just want to know if I.
- 1:33:38Speaker 31: Only have an eighth grade education, but, you know, I
- 1:33:42Speaker 31: listen to these You know, these polls, you know, they're
- 1:33:46Speaker 31: talking about Tallarico, Talafrico. How can people, these polls say
- 1:33:53Speaker 31: that he's even in the running? And then this woman
- 1:34:00Speaker 31: that's on trial for killing the children, how come they
- 1:34:02Speaker 31: got to go to trial to figure out she's crazy?
- 1:34:05Speaker 10: She's crazy.
- 1:34:08Speaker 11: Yeah, well, I think the trial boils down to, Michael,
- 1:34:10Speaker 11: is what she did.
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: She know what she was doing when she did it,
- 1:34:13Speaker 5: because I think clearly your your statement is is accurate.
- 1:34:16Speaker 5: The woman is obviously crazy, whether she knew, I guess,
- 1:34:19Speaker 5: the levels of crazy. And then, like I said, the
- 1:34:21Speaker 5: trial is so sad after hearing what she did. with
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: those children. As far as Talafrica is concerned, obviously, once again,
- 1:34:28Speaker 5: in your case, I mean, like I said, maybe you
- 1:34:30Speaker 5: only have an eighth grade education, but education is not
- 1:34:33Speaker 5: indicative of intelligence. So you're not going to be manipulated
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: by the lamestream media and these commercials and ads. So
- 1:34:41Speaker 5: it kind of puts you in a special place compared
- 1:34:43Speaker 5: to so many others that are the peripherals that don't
- 1:34:45Speaker 5: follow the politics as closely as we do and you're
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: not they're not as in tune so they're easily manipulated
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: by commercials that paint you know characters and rosy you
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: know scenarios where they seem like oh they're okay they're
- 1:34:58Speaker 5: good people and they don't realize that talafrigo's running a
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: campaign against himself So I think that has a lot
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: to do with it.
- 1:35:05Speaker 11: But you're right.
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: If you're just it seems like if you just were
- 1:35:08Speaker 5: of average intellect and you're doing you would. How would
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: anyone fall for James Talafrico? Well, I guess if you
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: don't know how he's voted at the statehouse, you don't
- 1:35:17Speaker 5: know what he said repeatedly, because unfortunately, we only have
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: a small amount of listeners that are listening to our program.
- 1:35:24Speaker 11: And it's a lot of people.
- 1:35:25Speaker 6: Don't get me wrong.
- 1:35:26Speaker 5: I'm not trying to sell a short, but it's very
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: small compared to the broad scheme of things when you
- 1:35:31Speaker 5: consider the reach that lamestream media has and the commercials
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: actually reach.
- 1:35:35Speaker 11: Thanks for the call, Michael. Good to hear from you.
- 1:35:38Speaker 11: And the situation, I haven't talked. It's the Clancy trial.
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: I haven't really talked about it because it's up in Massachusetts,
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: and really we don't have any control over it one
- 1:35:47Speaker 5: way or another with what's happening.
- 1:35:49Speaker 11: So a jury is going to rule.
- 1:35:52Speaker 5: However they have to. I know postpartum depression is a
- 1:35:54Speaker 5: real thing. It's a real problem. I know that certain
- 1:35:57Speaker 5: women get it. But to strangle your kids with a,
- 1:36:01Speaker 5: what was it? I guess it was workout ribbons or something.
- 1:36:05Speaker 11: I don't even know.
- 1:36:06Speaker 5: But to murder your children like that, this isn't the
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: first time this has happened. There's another case where, here closer,
- 1:36:12Speaker 5: it was her name. Oh, I've forgotten her name. Yates,
- 1:36:20Speaker 5: something Yates. Lukasz looked that up. It was a mother
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: who she drove her, put her kids in the car
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: and drove the car into the, I guess it was
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: a lake or something. Andrea Pia Yates, I believe was
- 1:36:31Speaker 5: her name. And if I remember correctly, she may still
- 1:36:35Speaker 5: be locked up in an institution.
- 1:36:36Speaker 11: She went to an institution.
- 1:36:38Speaker 5: I remember seeing her husband and he was kind of
- 1:36:41Speaker 5: a strange guy, but she was clearly a strange woman.
- 1:36:44Speaker 5: And she had postpartum and murdered all of her kids too.
- 1:36:47Speaker 5: And she didn't go to prison, I don't believe, but
- 1:36:49Speaker 5: I think she went to an institution and I believe
- 1:36:52Speaker 5: she's still institutionalized. So do I think in a situation
- 1:36:57Speaker 5: like this woman, you know, this Clancy woman, do I
- 1:37:00Speaker 5: think she should, she definitely shouldn't be set free. She
- 1:37:02Speaker 5: tried to kill herself too, which apparently she's now wheelchair
- 1:37:05Speaker 5: bound and stabbed herself. And was she in her right mind?
- 1:37:11Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure not. Did she know what she was doing?
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: And is she culpable?
- 1:37:17Speaker 11: You know what? I don't know. It's hard to say.
- 1:37:20Speaker 11: But should she breathe free air? No, I don't think so.
- 1:37:23Speaker 5: I think she should be either institutionalized for the rest
- 1:37:25Speaker 5: of her life or locked up. At least that's the way.
- 1:37:28Speaker 11: I look at it. You know, we're talking... I want to...
- 1:37:33Speaker 11: I mentioned a couple of things.
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: We're talking about John Cornyn saying that he's refusing to
- 1:37:37Speaker 5: campaign with Ken Paxton after getting beat by Paxton in
- 1:37:40Speaker 5: the primary by 27 points.
- 1:37:43Speaker 11: Last Thursday after.
- 1:37:44Speaker 5: The program, Lukash and I went and had dinner and
- 1:37:47Speaker 5: Lukash had a great suggestion.
- 1:37:49Speaker 11: He suggested we go to the.
- 1:37:50Speaker 5: Harris County Smokehouse and we went to the Harris County
- 1:37:53Speaker 5: Smokehouse and they were having the Texas Republicans were meeting there.
- 1:37:57Speaker 5: So it was a good event, and, you know, we
- 1:37:58Speaker 5: got to see kind of what was going on with
- 1:37:59Speaker 5: some of the people. And I saw Aliza Dutt, Aliza Fan.
- 1:38:02Speaker 11: Dutt, for those who know who she is.
- 1:38:04Speaker 5: I believe she ran– I met her and then her–
- 1:38:08Speaker 5: I guess her friend, which is somebody I'd met before, Terry.
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: It's actually– well, hold on. No, it's not Terry. Her
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: name is not Terry.
- 1:38:14Speaker 11: It's Tracy. Well, Sarah Tracy is her name.
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: Terry Lowry is her father, who does the– you know, the, uh,
- 1:38:21Speaker 5: the link letter for those who are unfamiliar.
- 1:38:24Speaker 11: So it's, I, the name's confused. Anyway, I've met her before.
- 1:38:27Speaker 11: She's a riot. She's a hoot. She's a, one of the, uh,
- 1:38:30Speaker 11: guess the field organizers.
- 1:38:31Speaker 23: Oh, she is.
- 1:38:33Speaker 11: She works for the habit campaign. So she was there.
- 1:38:35Speaker 5: And then Elisa dud was there. Now Elisa lost the primary,
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: but after she lost the primary, he, she come out
- 1:38:43Speaker 5: and attacked her opponents or the person who defeated her
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: in the Republican primary. No, In fact, she's done the
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: exact opposite. She has been out campaigning, going to events,
- 1:38:53Speaker 5: been very politically active, working to get Republicans elected across
- 1:38:57Speaker 5: the board. That is how it's done, folks. That's how
- 1:39:01Speaker 5: it's supposed to happen. And I mentioned that when I
- 1:39:04Speaker 5: met her. It's the first time I've met her. So
- 1:39:06Speaker 5: when I mentioned it, I was like, hey, man, I
- 1:39:08Speaker 5: love what you're doing. You're at all these events. This
- 1:39:10Speaker 5: is how it's supposed to be. This is how you're
- 1:39:12Speaker 5: supposed to do things. When you run for office, and
- 1:39:19Speaker 5: this happens on, I guess, both sides of the aisle,
- 1:39:21Speaker 5: but I've seen it a lot of times in the
- 1:39:23Speaker 5: Republican thing, especially being a conservative talk show host. There
- 1:39:27Speaker 5: are certain people that they will reach out to me
- 1:39:30Speaker 5: whenever they're running for office. and they want to be buddies,
- 1:39:33Speaker 5: and they communicate, and they, of course, want to come
- 1:39:35Speaker 5: on the show, obviously, and I have to offer equal time,
- 1:39:37Speaker 5: and I always do, but a lot of times I'll
- 1:39:39Speaker 5: have them on the program, sometimes I won't, but I
- 1:39:42Speaker 5: learned to slowly but surely start weaning these characters who
- 1:39:45Speaker 5: only show up around the election time when they're running
- 1:39:48Speaker 5: for office, and then after they lose, they disappear. Well,
- 1:39:52Speaker 5: I want to give a shout-out in major, you know,
- 1:39:54Speaker 5: props to Aliza Van Dutt, who, once again, I believe
- 1:39:58Speaker 5: she ran for Harris County Judge last And.
- 1:40:01Speaker 11: Lost the primary. But that's it. She did not. She
- 1:40:04Speaker 11: was former Piney Point mayor. And I told her, I
- 1:40:08Speaker 11: was like, man, you've been great.
- 1:40:10Speaker 5: Because I've seen her at all of these events and
- 1:40:12Speaker 5: their social media and the stuff she's doing.
- 1:40:15Speaker 11: She is out with the cause.
- 1:40:16Speaker 5: And over the weekend, I don't know if you heard
- 1:40:19Speaker 5: the story about the young Vietnamese man that has been
- 1:40:24Speaker 5: in a coma. since he was beaten almost killed by
- 1:40:28Speaker 5: a thug who was released.
- 1:40:30Speaker 11: Over and over and over and over and over.
- 1:40:32Speaker 5: Again in harris county somebody the democrats keep letting out
- 1:40:35Speaker 5: of jail or out of prison and don't keep them
- 1:40:38Speaker 5: locked up and he went not only was he you
- 1:40:41Speaker 5: know assaulted and damn near killed and will probably be
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: institutionalized like i said i don't i don't know if
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: he'll ever fully come out of his coma or whatever
- 1:40:50Speaker 5: his situation is. But there's another guy, this thug B2,
- 1:40:54Speaker 5: and she's out working on behalf of that, you know,
- 1:40:56Speaker 5: standing up for victims, along with, you know, we talked
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: about Andy Kahn, who I've been, you know, interviewing Andy
- 1:41:02Speaker 5: for 20, 25 years now on the radio. But these
- 1:41:06Speaker 5: people that are politically active, that once again, they lost
- 1:41:10Speaker 5: the race, and she's still politically active, the exact opposite
- 1:41:14Speaker 5: of John Cornyn.
- 1:41:17Speaker 11: Oh, he's going to finish up his term.
- 1:41:18Speaker 5: Yeah. But he's not going to campaign for the Senate
- 1:41:24Speaker 5: seat to stay in Republican hands here in Texas. Complete
- 1:41:30Speaker 5: lack of character, completely proving all of his detractors, all
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: of you detractors who called into my program and said
- 1:41:37Speaker 5: how much you couldn't stand John Cornyn. You're all being
- 1:41:41Speaker 5: proven correct. That he was only in it for himself.
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: He says it's going to work to do things like
- 1:41:51Speaker 5: battleground states like New Hampshire and Michigan.
- 1:41:54Speaker 11: We may or may not win those.
- 1:41:55Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 1:41:57Speaker 11: But in Texas... And we've seen this with other Republicans, too.
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: The other thing, too, the Republican Party wasn't planning on
- 1:42:04Speaker 5: spending money in this Texas race because on the surface,
- 1:42:08Speaker 5: if you're looking at it from outside of the state
- 1:42:09Speaker 5: of Texas, Talafrico is a complete weirdo. He's a trans-obsessed
- 1:42:13Speaker 5: complete weirdo. There's no way this guy can get elected
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: in Texas. But then the Democrats bring in over $ 100
- 1:42:19Speaker 5: million from out-of-state money and then pour it in and
- 1:42:22Speaker 5: run a campaign against everything he said and voted for
- 1:42:25Speaker 5: in the last four-plus years in the Texas house and
- 1:42:29Speaker 5: make people believe he's a moderate, they can steal that seat.
- 1:42:33Speaker 5: And thanks to guys like John Cornyn, they make that
- 1:42:36Speaker 5: more plausible, which is why we have to be more active.
- 1:42:39Speaker 5: And I'm glad that finally seeing some Paxton commercials to
- 1:42:44Speaker 5: get out and offset that insanity, which is that race.
- 1:42:47Speaker 5: And it's going to be a tight race. The Democrats
- 1:42:50Speaker 5: have a real shot at it. And I've always said this,
- 1:42:53Speaker 5: when you unseat a Republican candidate, candidate in a Republican primary,
- 1:42:59Speaker 5: that becomes an open seat that makes it much more
- 1:43:02Speaker 5: easily attainable by the other side, especially if you have
- 1:43:06Speaker 5: another side that realizes Texas is the pie in the sky.
- 1:43:12Speaker 11: We are the battleground.
- 1:43:14Speaker 5: If you win in Texas, you get it.
- 1:43:17Speaker 11: And the Democrats understand this. And this is huge. Now,
- 1:43:21Speaker 11: do I believe all the polls? Not necessarily.
- 1:43:24Speaker 5: These polls saying that Gina Hinojosa is within five points
- 1:43:27Speaker 5: of Governor Abbott, I don't believe it. I think he's
- 1:43:29Speaker 5: more like 10 points. But that being said, you don't
- 1:43:32Speaker 5: take any race lightly. They say the candidate, who I
- 1:43:34Speaker 5: don't even know her name.
- 1:43:35Speaker 11: I can't tell you the candidate's name.
- 1:43:37Speaker 5: Who's running against Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick. I don't even
- 1:43:40Speaker 5: know that candidate's name. Supposedly, they're tied, basically, statistically tied
- 1:43:46Speaker 5: in the race.
- 1:43:47Speaker 15: Huh?
- 1:43:48Speaker 5: Which means the Lieutenant Governor can't take it lightly. That
- 1:43:51Speaker 5: being said, I don't believe it because I don't even
- 1:43:53Speaker 5: know the woman's name. But if you have anti-Republican sentiment
- 1:43:56Speaker 5: going on, that can swing an election.
- 1:44:00Speaker 11: And I know the lieutenant governor is back.
- 1:44:01Speaker 5: He's doing his bus tour, which he did before, which
- 1:44:05Speaker 5: was a great idea. He's got a nice bus, and
- 1:44:08Speaker 5: he drives around literally everywhere. I was lucky enough last
- 1:44:11Speaker 5: time I got to attend his watch party, which was
- 1:44:14Speaker 5: great because he won hands down.
- 1:44:16Speaker 11: It wasn't even close. We'll see if it's closer this time.
- 1:44:19Speaker 5: What I was saying about Gina Hinojosa, she was sitting
- 1:44:21Speaker 5: on less than.
- 1:44:22Speaker 11: $ 200, 000.
- 1:44:23Speaker 5: Running against Governor Abbott, who's got multi-millions, millions. How can
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: this race even be close? Well, when you understand all
- 1:44:31Speaker 5: of the free publicity, the propaganda apparatus of the Democrat
- 1:44:35Speaker 5: cult puts out there, they'll give Gina Hinojosa $ 20 million
- 1:44:40Speaker 5: worth of free advertising.
- 1:44:43Speaker 11: You have to take that into consideration. That can be
- 1:44:46Speaker 11: very effective.
- 1:44:48Speaker 5: And how much free advertising have they already given James Talafrico?
- 1:44:54Speaker 5: This guy who says something new and weird every week,
- 1:44:57Speaker 5: and here's his latest.
- 1:44:58Speaker 3: In one of my favorite poems. The Islamic mystic Hafiz
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: says that we are all invited to join that dance.
- 1:45:06Speaker 3: He says every child has known God, not the God
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: of names, not the God of don'ts, but the God
- 1:45:13Speaker 3: who only knows four words and keeps repeating them, saying,
- 1:45:17Speaker 3: come dance with me.
- 1:45:22Speaker 11: Every week he says something that is so weird. Is
- 1:45:27Speaker 11: that it?
- 1:45:27Speaker 5: That's God saying, come dance with me? And why is
- 1:45:31Speaker 5: he quoting Islamic mystics in a Christian church? Because he's
- 1:45:35Speaker 5: a total weirdo. He's a Christian who hates Christianity, he said.
- 1:45:39Speaker 5: He has said so many weird things that it is
- 1:45:42Speaker 5: impossible to play them all.
- 1:45:45Speaker 11: But is that how he's campaigning?
- 1:45:46Speaker 5: No, no, no, no.
- 1:45:48Speaker 11: He's campaigning that he's conservative. He's campaigning that he's a.
- 1:45:51Speaker 5: Moderate and a good choice against some loser like Ken Paxton,
- 1:45:56Speaker 5: who has only been the most successful attorney general.
- 1:45:58Speaker 11: In the country, maybe of all time, fighting back.
- 1:46:02Speaker 5: Governmental overreach on the federal level. His record is unrivaled.
- 1:46:08Speaker 5: But no, we'll just, we'll talk about everything else other
- 1:46:10Speaker 5: than it's insane. All right, let's take a break and
- 1:46:13Speaker 5: then come back and wrap up today's show. 281-558-KSCV if
- 1:46:15Speaker 5: you want to.
- 1:46:19Speaker 11: Get in here before we run out of time.
- 1:46:20Speaker 5: But I wanted to give a shout out to a
- 1:46:22Speaker 5: Republican who's getting it right.
- 1:46:25Speaker 11: So hands up.
- 1:46:26Speaker 5: And like I said, it was also nice to meet
- 1:46:27Speaker 5: Elisa Dutt. And it was good to see, you know,
- 1:46:31Speaker 5: Sarah Tracy. I always want to say Sarah Lowry, but
- 1:46:34Speaker 5: I think that was her maiden name. Because her daddy
- 1:46:37Speaker 5: is Terry Lowry.
- 1:46:39Speaker 11: He's the link letter. The link letter. I always call
- 1:46:42Speaker 11: it the link later. It's the Charles link letter.
- 1:46:45Speaker 31: So.
- 1:46:47Speaker 11: But, yeah, Sarah's fun. I like Sarah, too. All right, 281-558-KSEV.
- 1:46:52Speaker 11: I'm Chris X. We'll be right back, and we'll wrap
- 1:46:54Speaker 11: up today's show.
- 1:47:03Speaker 12: You're listening to Chris X Radio on The Voice of Texas.
- 1:47:07Speaker 6: Hi, this is Louis Flory.
- 1:47:08Speaker 19: You've been relying on Ability Tree Experts for decades to
- 1:47:11Speaker 19: protect and maintain the valuable trees on your property. You
- 1:47:14Speaker 19: can continue to rely on the same professional services. So
- 1:47:17Speaker 19: call Ability Tree Experts at 281-441-4179 today.
- 1:47:23Speaker 6: Hello, friends. Let's be honest.
- 1:47:25Speaker 33: Every business says they're better, but the ones that earn
- 1:47:29Speaker 33: the prestigious BBB seal back it up. That's why it's
- 1:47:32Speaker 33: the sign of a better business. And it instantly identifies
- 1:47:36Speaker 33: reputable businesses you can trust. So look for the BBB
- 1:47:40Speaker 33: seal because it's looking out for you. It's the sign
- 1:47:43Speaker 33: of a better business. And find a better business anytime
- 1:47:46Speaker 33: at BBB.org. That's BBB.org.
- 1:47:52Speaker 24: Thank goodness our weather experts are providing us with hurricane
- 1:47:55Speaker 24: tracking charts and reminding us to be prepared for big storms.
- 1:47:58Speaker 24: But they overlook one very important thing, the damage and
- 1:48:01Speaker 24: destruction from broken limbs and uprooted trees. Call Lewis Flory
- 1:48:04Speaker 24: at Ability Tree Experts today. My friend for nearly 40 years.
- 1:48:09Speaker 24: At 281-441-4179 and let him explain how this problem can
- 1:48:13Speaker 24: be minimized with professional pruning. You see, when the tree
- 1:48:16Speaker 24: canopy is too thick and dense, the tree can be
- 1:48:19Speaker 24: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage
- 1:48:23Speaker 24: to the tree and maybe your home. Where tree limbs break,
- 1:48:27Speaker 24: sap will ooze and that attracts harmful insects.
- 1:48:29Speaker 11: So you need to call.
- 1:48:30Speaker 24: Louis Flory today at 281-441-4179 and have his experts come
- 1:48:33Speaker 24: out and professionally prune your trees to withstand sudden storms
- 1:48:41Speaker 24: that are so frequent this time of year. Visit their
- 1:48:43Speaker 24: website at AbilityTrees.com. That's 281-441-4179. Ability Tree Experts, Houston's leading
- 1:48:51Speaker 24: tree care professional.
- 1:48:53Speaker 21: Hi, this is Michael Miller. Join me this weekend for
- 1:48:56Speaker 21: the Backyard Bay Radio Program. Now at our new time,
- 1:49:00Speaker 21: Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. right here on AM 700
- 1:49:04Speaker 21: KSEV The Voice.
- 1:49:07Speaker 8: Office is located 1 Sugar Creek Center, Sugar Land, Texas.
- 1:49:11Speaker 4: Thinking of buying a home? It's important to start off
- 1:49:14Speaker 4: with a solid pre-approval. Hi, I'm Kathy Baker from Baker Mortgage. Yes,
- 1:49:18Speaker 4: we ask a lot of questions, but that's because we're
- 1:49:20Speaker 4: not going to give you a pre-approval that's going to
- 1:49:22Speaker 4: blow up as you're trying to cross the finish line.
- 1:49:25Speaker 4: What's figured in there for property taxes? If it didn't
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: come up, you really don't know what you're pre-approved for.
- 1:49:31Speaker 4: That should make you wonder what else they may have
- 1:49:33Speaker 4: left out. At Baker Mortgage, we get it right. We
- 1:49:36Speaker 4: haven't been around for 60 years because we're lucky. Yes,
- 1:49:39Speaker 4: we have wholesale rates, 80-10-10s, and all kinds of programs,
- 1:49:43Speaker 4: but in the end, it's really about taking good care
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: of people, and they continue to come back and send
- 1:49:48Speaker 4: their kids, their friends, and sometimes their parents, whether you're buying, building,
- 1:49:53Speaker 4: or refinancing. Call us at Baker Mortgage.
- 1:49:56Speaker 11: We're at 281-313-6683.
- 1:50:00Speaker 4: That's 281-313-MOVE or directly at BakerMortgage.com.
- 1:50:04Speaker 8: Equal housing lender. License 263213. And now, back to Chris
- 1:50:10Speaker 8: X Radio.
- 1:50:11Speaker 6: Chris X Radio. On the voice of Texas.
- 1:50:24Speaker 17: So funny.
- 1:50:25Speaker 11: I was scanning the interwebs on X. It's hilarious.
- 1:50:31Speaker 5: The things I see in Houston is a bro turned
- 1:50:34Speaker 5: a water truck into a fire truck, pulled up like
- 1:50:36Speaker 5: it was just another day at work, and there's a
- 1:50:39Speaker 5: guy who's got a water truck, and he went, there
- 1:50:40Speaker 5: was a car on fire, and he just went and
- 1:50:42Speaker 5: pulled the hose out of the back of his truck
- 1:50:44Speaker 5: and went through and just hosed it down, put the
- 1:50:46Speaker 5: fire out, because he's got a serious water truck.
- 1:50:49Speaker 11: It's a good one.
- 1:50:49Speaker 5: Dude's a pro, man. Actually, I'm watching the video right now.
- 1:50:55Speaker 5: He's as good, if not better, than the fire department.
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: But that's Houston.
- 1:51:01Speaker 11: We're a little different here.
- 1:51:03Speaker 5: Can you say Houston, a little bit more conservative, we
- 1:51:06Speaker 5: take care of our own? Dude is totally putting out
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: this engine fires on this vehicle, SUV. Pretty impressive. And
- 1:51:13Speaker 5: then now here comes the fire truck. Like I said,
- 1:51:14Speaker 5: when the fire people get there, all right, you let
- 1:51:17Speaker 5: them take it over after that. Anyway, welcome back to
- 1:51:19Speaker 5: the program. You've reached the final segment of today's program.
- 1:51:22Speaker 5: We'll wrap things up here at 6. Turn it over
- 1:51:24Speaker 5: to Joey Pags. We'll be back tomorrow from 4 to
- 1:51:28Speaker 5: 6 as we go each Monday through Thursday from 4
- 1:51:30Speaker 5: to 6. And then we turn it over to the
- 1:51:32Speaker 5: Amigos on Friday. We'll be back for our Taco Tuesday edition.
- 1:51:36Speaker 5: By the way, Lukasz, if it's Taco Tuesday tomorrow, does
- 1:51:40Speaker 5: that mean, is that a Chewy's night?
- 1:51:41Speaker 11: Should I do Chewy's or just think about it?
- 1:51:43Speaker 17: I mean, I don't know that Chewy's has to be
- 1:51:46Speaker 17: contained to Tuesday.
- 1:51:48Speaker 15: Oh.
- 1:51:51Speaker 5: Lukasz, speaking my language. All right, let's go to the
- 1:51:53Speaker 5: phones here before we run out of time. Let's go
- 1:51:55Speaker 5: to Chris listening in spring. Chris, thank you for hanging on.
- 1:51:58Speaker 5: Welcome to ChrisXRadio.
- 1:52:00Speaker 10: Yeah, buddy, just real quick. You know, I'm hearing a
- 1:52:03Speaker 10: lot of narratives on this radio station about John Cornyn
- 1:52:06Speaker 10: being a flawed candidate. I understand that, but, you know,
- 1:52:11Speaker 10: you're kind of insulting the voters of Texas who have
- 1:52:13Speaker 10: been voting for this person overwhelmingly since, you know, 2010-ish.
- 1:52:17Speaker 10: So I'm not sure how cogent of an argument that is.
- 1:52:21Speaker 10: I don't understand it, but, you know, we'll play along
- 1:52:23Speaker 10: with it. That's fine. And then real quick on the Canadia,
- 1:52:27Speaker 10: as Kareem used to call it, Live presidential press briefing.
- 1:52:32Speaker 10: That happened, folks. You should look it up. Canada and
- 1:52:36Speaker 10: Western Europe, Trump is just simply exposing these hyper-leftist, liberalized organizations.
- 1:52:45Speaker 10: And I think he's just putting the screws on them
- 1:52:47Speaker 10: because he doesn't agree with what they stand for. And
- 1:52:50Speaker 10: nobody gives a damn about free health care anymore. I mean,
- 1:52:52Speaker 10: let's just give it up. So I think that's.
- 1:52:54Speaker 18: More what it is.
- 1:52:55Speaker 10: It's just attack on their on their politics, which is very,
- 1:52:59Speaker 10: very far, far, far left.
- 1:53:01Speaker 6: Thank you, buddy.
- 1:53:02Speaker 5: Thanks for the call, Cruz. You get the final word. Yep,
- 1:53:04Speaker 5: that's I think you're right. Trump doesn't care and he
- 1:53:07Speaker 5: doesn't agree with these clowns. And every time they sit
- 1:53:10Speaker 5: there and try to go at it with him, he
- 1:53:12Speaker 5: clowns them. And everyone with so many everyone turns around,
- 1:53:15Speaker 5: you know, Donald Trump's such a clown, but he's not.
- 1:53:18Speaker 5: When it's said and done, all said and done, look
- 1:53:20Speaker 5: at what he's doing. Look at what he's gotten done.
- 1:53:24Speaker 5: If he's a clown, he's the most successful clown of
- 1:53:27Speaker 5: all time.
- 1:53:28Speaker 11: All right, gang, be safe. We'll see you tomorrow for
- 1:53:30Speaker 11: Taco Tuesday. Don't you go anywhere.
