- 0:06Testecleese: And now is the time when things are shifting.
- 0:09Testecleese: There's going to be a new world order out there unbelievable.
- 0:15Testecleese: I suffered who are fake news.
- 0:19Testecleese: I am not suicidal.
- 0:23Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly I can circle back. I'll circle back.
- 0:28Testecleese: Do not come, do not come.
- 0:33Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:35Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to episode 284 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:40Brian McFadden: My brain.
- 0:42Testecleese: Well, just 2 guys drinking some beers talking about what's going on.
- 0:47Testecleese: Yeah, we missed our normal record date. I was not a record day. I was not well.
- 0:52Testecleese: I think maybe the yard got me sick cutting up trees and crap. But oh, well, I guess.
- 0:59Testecleese: What little bit of news happened.
- 1:02Brian McFadden: Absolutely.
- 1:03Testecleese: So, yeah.
- 1:05Brian McFadden: A lot of news, but we'll get all that.
- 1:08Testecleese: And we'll get to most of the news. Yes, Ashley Babbitt, remember her.
- 1:12Brian McFadden: Yep, sure do. The only person that was killed on January January 6.th
- 1:18Testecleese: Yes, her family has just received a 5 million dollars settlement from the Federal Government.
- 1:25Testecleese: So I think that's good, I guess. I mean she got shot through the throat
- 1:30Testecleese: through a window that was too small for a person to climb through.
- 1:33Brian McFadden: But she was coming in and she was killed. She was worried about Capitol police. Now my real question will be, is.
- 1:41Brian McFadden: is there any consequences for the Capitol police officer that actually shot and killed her.
- 1:46Testecleese: We've already. We discussed this when it happened. Nothing happened then. Nothing has happened yet. But you're right. Statute limitations do not end for
- 1:56Testecleese: homicide, so it is possible for for trump to
- 2:00Brian McFadden: Because there's no way in reality, I know. I know the police officers will do their do their thing to protect themselves, but.
- 2:09Testecleese: That thin blue line.
- 2:10Brian McFadden: They were in no danger of her trying to climb through the window because she couldn't fit through the window.
- 2:16Testecleese: Yeah, it was one of those windows you see, like, next to a door, the real narrow ones that are tall.
- 2:21Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. She wasn't gonna get through that window and do just pop
- 2:25Testecleese: killed her right there in front of everybody.
- 2:28Testecleese: And I don't know. People that listen to our show probably already knew that
- 2:32Testecleese: you know the actual details versus what you know, how many cops 0. No cops even died 1 1 guy had a heart attack a couple of days later, right?
- 2:43Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 2:44Testecleese: And they blamed the riot for that.
- 2:48Testecleese: Excuse me. Oh, you got so many weird things you turn on.
- 2:52Testecleese: I'm sure I'm sure they're useful, but I'm like I keep watching these little bubbles pop up like some kind of AI companion is on some kind of.
- 3:00Brian McFadden: Well, I've started like in the summaries. It creates better than the Zoom AI summaries.
- 3:07Testecleese: Yeah, use theirs instead of coming up with our own right.
- 3:09Brian McFadden: It's a lot easier, especially after I've been drinking all night.
- 3:12Testecleese: Yeah, I know.
- 3:14Testecleese: I bet
- 3:14Testecleese: we come up with some better titles. If we actually sat down before the show and came up with the title on a thumb.
- 3:22Testecleese: Okay, so check this out. The view. which one was it? Sonny Hostin? I think.
- 3:28Brian McFadden: Yeah. She refused to be on site.
- 3:31Testecleese: Well, she was the one. Yeah, something awesome. She was the one talking all this trash about this white American Pope.
- 3:36Brian McFadden: It's hard to do that. Yeah.
- 3:38Testecleese: He has Haitian roots somewhere in his sister. Oh, I love our new black Pope. It's like, 1st of all, bitch. You hated him an hour and a half ago.
- 3:44Brian McFadden: Right, but now that he's got black roots you love him to death.
- 3:48Testecleese: Yeah, I was like.
- 3:49Brian McFadden: You can't have it both ways. You can't have it both ways.
- 3:53Testecleese: Yeah, that's what actual racism is when the color, the guy's genetic history matters more than what than what he's actually doing. But
- 4:00Testecleese: leave it to the view. Right? I mean, that's that's kind of how they roll
- 4:05Testecleese: alright. So was the guy from 60 min. Quit a while a little bit ago, right?
- 4:10Testecleese: The guy in charge of that show.
- 4:12Brian McFadden: The executive producer of 60 min. Yeah.
- 4:15Testecleese: He's done.
- 4:16Brian McFadden: Yeah, I'm saying they didn't have journalism freedom anymore. Blah, blah, blah blah blah.
- 4:23Testecleese: Yeah, you can't go and edit news reports or edit interviews and stuff to make. Think the outcome look different.
- 4:29Testecleese: Well, the CEO.
- 4:31Brian McFadden: All dealing with the, you know. Paramount's trying to sell off Cbs. Or Paramount's trying to sell itself off. And Cbs is part of that.
- 4:40Brian McFadden: and you know, and.
- 4:44Testecleese: No, no.
- 4:44Brian McFadden: So trump is also suing, you know, trying to sue the shit out of Cbs. 2, for the interview.
- 4:53Testecleese: Yeah, I mean, who's gonna who wants to buy a giant financial liability? I mean, it's like we buy you. Then all of a sudden we have to pay 50 million dollars or something.
- 5:02Testecleese: Well, the Cbs news chief has now stepped down concerning this all this trump stuff.
- 5:09Testecleese: I don't think that's gonna have an outcome whether or not trump pursues.
- 5:13Brian McFadden: The case goes on, I don't. Yeah. I don't think he's dropping his his, you know. Libel suit, you know, just because they stepped down.
- 5:23Testecleese: And this person stepping down is not going to exempt them from possibly being found liable in some way, too.
- 5:29Testecleese: But we'll see.
- 5:31Testecleese: President of Harvard had to take a 25% cut because of Trump's cuts.
- 5:36Brian McFadden: Yeah, I think this is, I don't think this is. I mean, this is.
- 5:41Brian McFadden: they've got so much money in their endowment fund. It's freaking, ridiculous. And you know they're trying to get everybody to take little pay cuts here and there, and they said they're going to keep. They're going to self fund, their research, now.
- 5:54Testecleese: Yeah, Harvard begins. Self funding itself as University feels, affects trump administration cuts. And you why aren't they? It's a private school. I still don't understand why the Federal Government's giving them money, especially when they have billions of dollars.
- 6:06Brian McFadden: There's only one college slash university in the whole nation that I know of that doesn't take government funding.
- 6:14Brian McFadden: That's Hillsdale College in in Michigan.
- 6:19Testecleese: All right,
- 6:20Brian McFadden: And they chose to do it that way so they can do whatever they want. They don't.
- 6:27Brian McFadden: They don't take. They don't take the gi bill. They don't.
- 6:31Testecleese: Occasionally. It's nothing to him.
- 6:32Brian McFadden: Yes, exactly.
- 6:35Testecleese: Which is it?
- 6:36Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I mean, jeez, we'll see what happens with the DOE, anyway, because Linda Mcmahon is doing her best to tear it up. Body slam it.
- 6:44Testecleese: She was.
- 6:46Brian McFadden: Was brought on to do that.
- 6:48Testecleese: Tracker.
- 6:50Brian McFadden: That was her sole purpose of taking the position.
- 6:55Brian McFadden: Oh, damn.
- 6:58Testecleese: Exactly slam. It's a possible title.
- 7:03Testecleese: That's a good one. I like.
- 7:05Brian McFadden: We're both typing at the same time.
- 7:09Testecleese: Sad, sad news, though our beloved character norm from cheers. George Blanche.
- 7:15Brian McFadden: Got that alert while I was at the Vfw. Tonight. Yep, 76 years old.
- 7:21Testecleese: That's that's too bad. That's really too bad.
- 7:25Testecleese: I mean, at least he was old enough to, you know. Not be a quote a shame. But come, everybody has seen cheers right.
- 7:32Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, it's a place where you go. Everybody knows your name.
- 7:37Testecleese: Exactly, and you know what sucks even more is. They tore down the the original bar. They filmed in
- 7:43Testecleese: in Boston. They shut it. They shut it all down during Covid, and it never opened back up. But but their novelty bar that they named Cheers. They look exactly like cheers is still there and operated
- 7:54Testecleese: anyone who's curious. The name of the bar was the Bull and Finch
- 7:58Testecleese: up in Boston. It was a it was a fun place to go, especially because only really know locals knew
- 8:04Testecleese: what it was. Everyone, all the tourists went to cheers. Yeah, it's like awesome. Let all those let all them Southerners and them rednecks go over there.
- 8:14Testecleese: Oh, and check this out. A handful of Mlb. Plays have been reinstated.
- 8:21Brian McFadden: About this when Pete Rose passed away, that he should definitely be reinstated, so he'd be eligible for the Hall of Fame.
- 8:28Testecleese: Yes, and I remember saying, This is too bad. You had to wait till after he died. But yeah, Pete rose and quote Shoeless Joe Jackson.
- 8:37Testecleese: Were both booted out for gambling.
- 8:40Brian McFadden: And I think they said that because they'll be eligible for 2028, if I remember the article right.
- 8:46Testecleese: They, I know, but they've been retired so long. Why can't you just do it now right.
- 8:52Brian McFadden: I don't know, you know there's silly rules in place for.
- 8:56Testecleese: Especially yeah. Professional sports have all sorts of dumb crap like they kicked. Pete rose out for gambling when he never bet against himself or his own team.
- 9:05Brian McFadden: Nobody's gambling, so they're both. They're both eligible. In 2027.
- 9:11Testecleese: Okay.
- 9:12Testecleese: Well, I bet you, I bet you they both.
- 9:14Brian McFadden: Apparently apparently they meet once a year the the classic Baseball Era Committee.
- 9:23Brian McFadden: and then, you know, so not this year. But next year they'd be eligible for candidacy, and I'd be shocked if they both don't go in. Get in on the 1st year that they're eligible.
- 9:35Testecleese: Yeah, I I would be very surprised, too. But I wouldn't put it pla past the Mlb.
- 9:40Brian McFadden: To drag it out a little bit longer.
- 9:42Testecleese: To to wipe their ass with these guys names, because that's just kind of how
- 9:46Testecleese: these giant corporations operate, you know.
- 9:50Testecleese: Oh, so did you see this? 8, 6, 4, 7 thing.
- 9:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, of course I did.
- 9:57Testecleese: Okay. So James Comey found found some rocks or seashells.
- 10:03Brian McFadden: Sea shows yes, sea show.
- 10:05Testecleese: Yeah, see, you soon.
- 10:05Brian McFadden: Seashell seashells down by the seashore.
- 10:08Testecleese: Yes, that arranged for 8, 6, 4, 7, and everyone best part was, I think this is some kind of political message. Oh, you mean 86 to 47.
- 10:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:17Testecleese: And he's the best part is, he's like, well, I've never heard the term 86 before to refer to you know, killing somebody I'm like you are the director of the FBI. How did you not know this?
- 10:29Testecleese: And it's it's I looked into it to find out with the history of 86, and someone came from, and I found a couple of different sources that I found very interesting.
- 10:38Testecleese: One of them is 8 miles away, 6 feet underground.
- 10:43Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 10:44Testecleese: 86, and another one is the mob. In New York. You should throw people up the 86th floor of the Empire State Building there to
- 10:50Brian McFadden: Huh!
- 10:51Testecleese: Send a message kind of thing, you know.
- 10:53Testecleese: So I was like, well, that's interesting.
- 10:55Testecleese: But this isn't the 1st time James Comey has has allegedly stumbled across something political.
- 11:02Brian McFadden: No, no. And and the problem with him now is that there's a Republican in charge and a Republican Ag. So he's gonna get a visit from Secret Service. His phone's gonna get confiscated, and it's gonna get searched
- 11:20Brian McFadden: and like they said on the clay and buck show, I'll give them attribute for this that they believe that there's going to be other images, because nobody just takes one picture with rocks like seyshells like this. You know, they're guessing. There's probably pictures of his friends in some of these photos with the she shells.
- 11:42Testecleese: Yeah, organizing them.
- 11:43Brian McFadden: Because he he's acting like he. Apparently he's posted other, didn't. He also did one with Kamala Harris, where he randomly found seashells on the seashore, where vote for Kamala.
- 11:56Testecleese: Yes, yes, just where does he live? That people keep making this seashell art on the beach? You know what I mean.
- 12:03Brian McFadden: Oh no!
- 12:05Testecleese: Have you ever seen anything like that before.
- 12:07Brian McFadden: Never, not in my life, and I'm on the beach all the time, never, ever in my life. And apparently the beach he was at
- 12:14Brian McFadden: seashells. Don't just come up there, you know, organically, you know, that.
- 12:20Testecleese: So yeah, someone probably brought them from home, you know.
- 12:23Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 12:24Testecleese: That's even better. There's not even shells on the beach. You can go and find to organize. You need.
- 12:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 12:29Testecleese: I mean. Yeah, they were all like perfect shells, too.
- 12:31Brian McFadden: Yeah. And that's another issue. You know. You don't find perfect shells in abundance on most beaches.
- 12:40Testecleese: No now situate Massachusetts. There were shells all over the place at the beach, and they were mostly mussels
- 12:48Testecleese: and various mollusks.
- 12:53Testecleese: Those shells are always broken to pieces.
- 12:56Brian McFadden: Right.
- 12:57Testecleese: From smashing against rocks. It's a i will I will make. Situate is a very rock. New England is a rocky shore for for certain. I mean.
- 13:05Testecleese: like, for example, Plymouth Rock, right.
- 13:09Testecleese: Yeah, and they were rare. Did you find a shell that wasn't broken?
- 13:12Brian McFadden: Right.
- 13:13Testecleese: You know. Yeah. And yeah, I mean, we used to take the little girl there, our oldest when we lived up there. Take her out there to go like shell hunting.
- 13:20Testecleese: and you know she'd spend hours looking for ones that weren't broken and pretty, you know.
- 13:25Brian McFadden: Right.
- 13:26Testecleese: Alright.
- 13:28Testecleese: Oh, oh, my God! The the fucking secretary of
- 13:36Testecleese: Rfk. Jr. Went swimming in DC's Rock Creek.
- 13:39Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 13:41Testecleese: The swimming is banned there because of the bacteria levels.
- 13:44Brian McFadden: Been banned forever there. And he said, Fuck that band. I'm gonna prove a point here.
- 13:50Testecleese: Oh, my God! All all! It made me think of it was Menino jumped in the
- 13:54Testecleese: No, it wasn't Menito.
- 13:56Brian McFadden: I know who you're talking about. I don't.
- 13:58Testecleese: Was it New York or Boston when the guy, I think he jumped at the Charles River right.
- 14:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 14:03Testecleese: Oh, my God! Nobody! Nobody swims at the Charles, fucking the Standells back in the sixties, wrote a song. I love that dirty water. Boston. You're my home.
- 14:13Testecleese: Which funny fact about them they were from San Francisco, and never been to Boston
- 14:18Testecleese: when they, when they had done that to them.
- 14:21Brian McFadden: That is funny.
- 14:24Testecleese: Alright! Alright! Let's get into some local stuff here.
- 14:29Testecleese: what do you guys got going on over there? You guys got cow cuddling, I guess.
- 14:34Brian McFadden: Yeah. I believe if I remember right, this is
- 14:39Testecleese: Like a petting zoo type thing right?
- 14:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, they're gonna offer
- 14:45Brian McFadden: this is over in Virginia Beach, and there, you, you know, they're going to offer cow cuddling now for the 1st time.
- 14:54Testecleese: That just sounds weird to me like
- 14:56Testecleese: you're gonna lay down next to a cow and like.
- 14:59Brian McFadden: I laid down. No, sit down, got trampled by it, so it wasn't a i wouldn't pay for that. It's $15 to get in, and you want to ride. The pony is $10. You want to get trampled by a calf that's free, you know. You just pay the admission. Hope for the best.
- 15:16Testecleese: Kick to the face, it'll be tons of fun, trust me!
- 15:18Testecleese: Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 15:20Brian McFadden: I.
- 15:20Testecleese: Oh!
- 15:21Brian McFadden: Thought this was fucking ridiculous. But whatever you know.
- 15:25Testecleese: Well, it's funny, because Virginia Beach also has doing this. Mcdonald's is doing this.
- 15:31Testecleese: you have to be 21 to eat inside.
- 15:34Testecleese: and you, would they have a doorbell? You have to ring to get in.
- 15:37Brian McFadden: That shows you that that Mcdonald's ain't in a good neighborhood.
- 15:41Testecleese: Yeah, a bunch of punk ass kids probably wrecking the place all the time right?
- 15:44Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 15:46Testecleese: Oh, my God! You know, if if that if I
- 15:49Testecleese: if I saw Mcdonald's you had to ring a doorbell to be let in and show identification.
- 15:52Brian McFadden: I'm not. I'm not going there.
- 15:55Testecleese: Nope, not.
- 15:55Brian McFadden: I'm gonna find I'm gonna find a different restaurant to eat someplace.
- 15:59Testecleese: Yeah, yeah. If I'm eating fast food I'll find the Burger King, you know, half 2 miles away, you know.
- 16:04Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly.
- 16:07Testecleese: All right, here we go.
- 16:09Testecleese: You are more young youngins than kids.
- 16:14Testecleese: Yes, yes, youngins against youngkin. Yeah, yeah, that might be a title, too.
- 16:22Testecleese: I guess there was a walkout at some kind of a.
- 16:24Brian McFadden: Well, yeah, because, Vcu decided. You know, this is a college in Richmond, the capital where the governor lives and governs here in Virginia. And they decided to make him their keynote. The Administration made the Governor a Republican governor
- 16:39Brian McFadden: in a very liberal college. The the keynote speaker and a bunch of people didn't like it. So, including professors, they just got up and walked away when he started speaking.
- 16:51Testecleese: That's kind of messed up that that's see. Here's the thing of these dumb ass.
- 16:56Brian McFadden: There's no respect for you know the other side anymore, and I'm sure that his speech was not political in any way.
- 17:04Testecleese: No, it's probably about being a a student, right?
- 17:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 17:07Testecleese: Start, new life.
- 17:08Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly.
- 17:09Testecleese: And that's the thing is, these kids probably have no idea what they're upset about. They just know that he's Republican, so I must hate him right.
- 17:16Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 17:18Testecleese: Shit.
- 17:20Testecleese: Which reminds me, like Hillary Clinton ran her mouth again about
- 17:24Brian McFadden: We don't have it in here.
- 17:26Testecleese: No, but she always runs her mouth.
- 17:28Testecleese: she was saying, shit like
- 17:31Testecleese: If if the Republicans elect a woman as President, then she'll that woman will be like a slave to the patriarchy, and I was like, and the Democrats never will, because they're a bunch of sexists.
- 17:44Brian McFadden: And racist.
- 17:45Testecleese: Vote.
- 17:47Brian McFadden: Who who invented the Ku Klux game.
- 17:49Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. Exactly.
- 17:52Testecleese: Who's who fought on the side of the Confederacy?
- 17:58Testecleese: They wanted to keep their slavery.
- 18:00Testecleese: who voted unanimously against the Civil Rights Act.
- 18:03Brian McFadden: Democrat.
- 18:05Testecleese: Every single one of them go figure
- 18:09Testecleese: it's just it's crazy, man. And then you hear these guys talking like your history doesn't agree with you. But the average person who votes Democrat is typically a default Democrat.
- 18:17Testecleese: They don't know.
- 18:19Testecleese: especially lately. They don't know what's really going on. They just turn on the news, and Rachel Maddow says Orange man bad, you know.
- 18:26Brian McFadden: Well, she only says that like once a month now so.
- 18:29Testecleese: True. Okay, kicks on kicks on the TV and listens to Mika Brzezinski.
- 18:36Testecleese: And what's what's her husband's name? Oh, that's right, Cock.
- 18:40Brian McFadden: Oh, from good morning, Joe.
- 18:44Testecleese: Yes, I can't remember his name, though.
- 18:46Brian McFadden: It's Joe something obviously Scarborough, right.
- 18:49Brian McFadden: No sky. Well, yep.
- 18:50Testecleese: Yeah. And he's obviously some kind of cuck because his wife didn't take his name.
- 18:54Brian McFadden: He used to be a Republican.
- 18:56Testecleese: Yeah, allegedly. So wasn't Liz Mccain
- 19:00Testecleese: or I'm sorry, Liz Cheney right?
- 19:01Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 19:02Testecleese: And and the Mccain girl switched, too, didn't she?
- 19:05Brian McFadden: Thanks.
- 19:06Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 19:08Testecleese: All right.
- 19:10Testecleese: This is interesting. What's going on?
- 19:12Testecleese: I don't in Norfolk right now. It's against the law to prosecute misdemeanor shoplifting. How does it.
- 19:17Brian McFadden: Well, yeah, I I there's a big there's a
- 19:21Brian McFadden: there's a big fight going on. Who has the authority to do this, you know. So some some da say, Yeah, we can do it. And then there's somebody else in Norfolk who says, No, you can't do it. So.
- 19:34Testecleese: Why can't you prosecute someone for shoplifting
- 19:38Testecleese: like that? Seems crazy to me that that makes it basically not illegal, right?
- 19:44Brian McFadden: Well, this is okay. This is a city council thing. They're voting right now about an ordinance that would allow the city attorney's office to prosecute Mister Shoplive, and they've got to change the city code.
- 19:57Brian McFadden: It would make it a class. One misometer.
- 20:01Testecleese: All right instead of just like a
- 20:04Testecleese: I don't know. I don't know. All right.
- 20:06Brian McFadden: A class one misdemeanor would be with a would be a misdemeanor with a fine up to $2,500 in imprisonment up to one year.
- 20:16Testecleese: Yeah.
- 20:17Brian McFadden: If they vote for it, it would take effect immediately.
- 20:20Testecleese: I just. It just seems weird to me that right now they're saying they can't.
- 20:26Testecleese: I bought him and a lot you can't.
- 20:27Brian McFadden: Remember, Norfolk is a heavily Democrat controlled city, and you know
- 20:35Brian McFadden: shoplifting is good for the economy in Norfolk.
- 20:39Testecleese: Yeah, I mean, obviously, it's everyone's not paying taxes because they're.
- 20:42Brian McFadden: Probably probably the the you know. The people in charge there are were, you know, funded for their elections. By George, Soros.
- 20:53Testecleese: That's entirely possible.
- 20:55Testecleese: And we talked about this meals tax thing, didn't we? In Virginia Beach.
- 21:00Brian McFadden: I don't think so.
- 21:01Testecleese: I think we, when they brought it up to discuss it. But I hadn't
- 21:05Testecleese: passed, or whatever I'm guessing it passed.
- 21:08Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 21:09Testecleese: But it only went about half a percent. I don't see that affecting your bill that much.
- 21:16Brian McFadden: Hello!
- 21:17Brian McFadden: See a message. I did see a highlight before I started the show tonight that said that the Senate just passed the bill, that there would be no tax on tips.
- 21:28Testecleese: That's a huge mistake.
- 21:31Testecleese: That's a huge mistake. I don't know how everyone doesn't see this.
- 21:35Brian McFadden: He wants.
- 21:36Testecleese: I know. But now, okay, I'm a private contractor. Right? I'll a handyman. I'll cut down a tree for you. I'll fix a fence, you know, whatever whatever kind of crap right
- 21:46Testecleese: now I'm gonna go and tell my customers that you can pay me.
- 21:50Testecleese: I'm gonna charge you less.
- 21:52Testecleese: Just throw a tip on it. So now, all of a sudden, I'm not paying taxes.
- 21:57Testecleese: and it'll happen a lot with a lot of situations.
- 22:01Brian McFadden: It's only gonna it's only gonna be. It's only eliminating Federal income taxes. And it's only gonna be on
- 22:11Brian McFadden: specified tip income. So I think there's a lot of restrictions to it. I think I think.
- 22:18Testecleese: Have to stop just that.
- 22:20Brian McFadden: Huh!
- 22:21Testecleese: I said, in effect, attempts to stop exactly what I just said from happening.
- 22:25Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 22:26Testecleese: I mean, I like this idea better of no tax on overtime instead of more taxes.
- 22:31Brian McFadden: And that I don't know.
- 22:35Testecleese: Yeah, you're like, I'm not sure if that's in that
- 22:38Testecleese: but I like that better, because right now you pay more for overtime. It's.
- 22:41Brian McFadden: Oh, you get taxed a whole lot more on overtime.
- 22:44Testecleese: And at some point when you hit 63 h, or something like that in a week, all of a sudden, your next like 3 h. You're not getting paid for. It's all taxes.
- 22:51Testecleese: it's it's insane.
- 22:54Testecleese: Why? Why? Why tax someone more for working more? All you're doing is disincentivizing, working harder and longer.
- 23:00Testecleese: you know, and the idea of no tax on overtime. Now everyone's gonna go and work more. We're going to be more productive right.
- 23:08Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 23:09Testecleese: I don't know. I I know if I I actually got time and a half, instead of actually only like one and a quarter.
- 23:15Testecleese: I would have done more ot
- 23:18Testecleese: alright alright! Moving over west from there into West Virginia. Our Governor Morrissey, is
- 23:25Testecleese: asking that we stop allowing Snap to pay for soda.
- 23:29Testecleese: and I was under the impression.
- 23:31Brian McFadden: I saw one state that got approved for that recently. I don't remember. I saw an alert on that. I don't know which state it was, but.
- 23:39Testecleese: I was under the impression you already couldn't buy soda.
- 23:41Brian McFadden: No, you can buy pretty much anything that's not hot in the desert.
- 23:46Testecleese: Yeah, which is nuts. You could buy candy with it. You know what I mean.
- 23:49Testecleese: I'm like, this is ridiculous.
- 23:52Testecleese: So yeah, if we got to give you sustantial nutritional assistance through this.
- 23:57Brian McFadden: Nebraska, Nebraska, has been cleared to be the 1st state to ban soda and energy drinks from snap.
- 24:06Brian McFadden: Alright. There you go!
- 24:07Brian McFadden: They got a waiver to allow that to happen.
- 24:10Testecleese: Yeah, just I don't know if you, if you need help, because you can't afford food, you should maybe buy food with this money.
- 24:17Testecleese: but.
- 24:18Brian McFadden: What about the people that are but in the seafood section of Kroger buying their lobster and their shrimp?
- 24:24Testecleese: Yes, yeah. I know. Right?
- 24:26Brian McFadden: Those people are eating a lot better than I am for free.
- 24:29Testecleese: When I was working at a 7 11 in Newport News, it would drive me nuts watching these guys roll up in like $60,000 cars.
- 24:37Testecleese: Use Snap to buy a bunch of crap, and it's like, I know, that this dude's turn around and.
- 24:42Brian McFadden: I just.
- 24:44Testecleese: I I know he's doing something shady to get the money to buy that car. You know what I mean.
- 24:48Testecleese: or else you wouldn't qualify for Snap.
- 24:49Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 24:51Testecleese: And if you got enough money to buy a car like that for the love of God, buy your own food. Why am I paying for your food?
- 24:56Brian McFadden: Exactly. Yeah.
- 24:57Testecleese: Because when I worked at 7 11, I made too much money to be on snack.
- 25:01Brian McFadden: I make too much money in just my retirement money from the navy to qualify for snap.
- 25:09Testecleese: Oh, my goodness, it's insane.
- 25:10Testecleese: Yeah. Then your then your V, 8. Disability on top of that right.
- 25:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:15Testecleese: Am I crying? You do? It's insane.
- 25:17Testecleese: Anyway, the State Fair is coming around this summer. Obviously does it every year. It's like a 2 and a half hour drive from where I am, which kind of sucks.
- 25:27Brian McFadden: Charleston.
- 25:29Testecleese: It might be, I'm not sure. No, I think it's past Fayetteville.
- 25:34Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 25:35Testecleese: Well, anyway, Kansas and 38 Special are going to be playing.
- 25:41Testecleese: So I'm a big fan of Kansas 30th Special had some good music.
- 25:45Testecleese: I'm excited to go see these guys play, and I think my 5 year old and my
- 25:49Testecleese: two-year-old will enjoy dancing to this music. You know. Wayward son.
- 25:53Brian McFadden: Make sure you take him to the truck poles, too.
- 25:56Testecleese: Yeah.
- 25:57Testecleese: Went to the Marshfield Fair 2 years ago.
- 26:01Testecleese: Went to the I went to the truck poles, the horse poles, the ox poles all that stuff because I loved it. This is the most boring crap.
- 26:08Brian McFadden: It was a cat.
- 26:09Testecleese: That that whole.
- 26:10Brian McFadden: That's what the county, that's what the fair is all about.
- 26:13Testecleese: I know, but I was like they got 4 horses strapped up to the sled, and they're kicking and screaming on 2 legs trying to pull this sled. One ox up to it just walks to the end. I was like, that's insane. That one critter was more powerful than 4 horses.
- 26:29Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 26:30Testecleese: I always had fun with that, especially the trucks, and you get the the front end of the truck coming off the
- 26:35Testecleese: pull the sled by you, yeah.
- 26:36Brian McFadden: Good.
- 26:39Testecleese: Alright! Alright! Let's move on into immigration, and let's see what kind of ridiculous is going on here.
- 26:46Brian McFadden: We got all kinds of stuff.
- 26:48Testecleese: Yeah, you've been following what's going on in Newark.
- 26:50Brian McFadden: Yeah, people are, congresswomen are getting arrested.
- 26:54Testecleese: Now, that's State Congress, not Federal Congress, right?
- 26:56Brian McFadden: Yeah, I think, so, yeah, I think, so, yeah.
- 26:59Testecleese: There's so many. Honestly, there's so many.
- 27:01Brian McFadden: I mean, these people are so used to having Dems in charge that they think they can just protest willy-nilly, and there's no consequences.
- 27:09Testecleese: Well, the the governor was arrested right, too.
- 27:16Testecleese: he his charges have been dropped.
- 27:20Testecleese: But this Congresswoman, Mciver.
- 27:25Testecleese: She's she's on video, close handed, striking Federal agents.
- 27:30Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's not gonna cut it.
- 27:32Testecleese: And you and you you can see it. You can see her doing pushing dudes, punching them overhanded like hammer fisting people.
- 27:38Brian McFadden: Right.
- 27:39Testecleese: And she's like, there's no evidence of that. It's like, here's the video, she said. That's not a video.
- 27:42Brian McFadden: That's not. That's a cheap fake.
- 27:44Testecleese: Yeah. Well, then, all these freaking news corporations are like, Oh, well, I have a look at it from this angle. It's like she's still punching the guy.
- 27:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:52Testecleese: And it's real funny because some of these news organizations like.
- 27:56Testecleese: there's no video. This is all made up. It's a bunch of garbage. And
- 28:00Testecleese: then they don't link like, Oh, oh, it's been debunked. It's like they didn't link in the evidence to debunk it, you know, and the videos right there for anyone who wants to watch it. She
- 28:09Testecleese: is being charged. So that's pretty good. We'll see where that goes. And they're already. You know that these dems love getting arrested, though when Republicans are in office.
- 28:19Brian McFadden: Yeah, because they give them street cred.
- 28:22Testecleese: Well, that's crazy thing. Trump, personally, did not arrest these people. You would have got arrested, no matter what, no matter who's in office if you hit a Federal agent right.
- 28:33Brian McFadden: Back in the day. Yeah. But I mean.
- 28:36Testecleese: Wapo has arrived.
- 28:38El Guapo: Oh, really, he didn't say he said he wasn't coming.
- 28:41El Guapo: No, I was in the middle of cleaning, so I finished what I had to do and continue.
- 28:46Brian McFadden: Talked about this on Saturday.
- 28:49El Guapo: You're not a procrastinator.
- 28:52Brian McFadden: Oh, yes, I am.
- 28:54El Guapo: No, no, I'm a procrastinator about cleaning.
- 28:58Brian McFadden: I don't even do it. I got a wife for that, so.
- 29:03El Guapo: Punch in the gut.
- 29:06Testecleese: Yeah, it's a good thing she has listened to the show. Huh?
- 29:09Brian McFadden: Exactly. She listens while we record, so I'm sure I'll hear shit tomorrow.
- 29:18Testecleese: What do you have a wife for? To be the greatest woman in the world?
- 29:22Brian McFadden: That's right. I love her to death.
- 29:26Testecleese: Oh, so the Episcopal Church, yes, is refusing to
- 29:33Testecleese: relocate or help these refugees. The Afrikaners.
- 29:37Brian McFadden: This is this is not the actual church itself. It's the charity arm that has been helping refugees and getting paid by the Federal Government for decades.
- 29:48Testecleese: Yes, yes, and what was it? 59
- 29:52Testecleese: refugees were accepted from South Africa.
- 29:55Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 29:55Testecleese: And these guys went shut it down over 59 people like we can't. We can't be doing this. It's like dude
- 30:01Testecleese: 1 million came across the border that you were helping.
- 30:04Brian McFadden: Well, Don Lemons doing the same thing. He had a meltdown about it, you know. You can't open it up to white refugees. That's blatantly, obviously racist.
- 30:15Testecleese: These South African folks.
- 30:17Testecleese: These are people that have had farmland.
- 30:20Brian McFadden: In South Africa, for they're making it sound like these are recent people. Their families have owned this land in South Africa for decades.
- 30:31Testecleese: 1452. When they 1st got there. They were there before the Pilgrim.
- 30:35Brian McFadden: South Africa wouldn't be what it is. I hate to say it without.
- 30:39Testecleese: No.
- 30:39Brian McFadden: England going to colonize the area.
- 30:42Testecleese: It's 1652. I'm sorry.
- 30:44El Guapo: It wasn't. The English was the song.
- 30:46Brian McFadden: Oh, that's right. It was Denmark.
- 30:48El Guapo: Denmark.
- 30:48Testecleese: Yes, Holland.
- 30:50El Guapo: And it was area.
- 30:53El Guapo: Did you see the crazy woman on Cnn.
- 30:55Brian McFadden: No, I'm.
- 30:56El Guapo: Which one.
- 30:57Testecleese: Good.
- 30:58Brian McFadden: Every woman on Cnn is crazy. So.
- 31:00Testecleese: I can't remember her name. She said that
- 31:05Testecleese: first.st She's like, well, I mean they're not being. There's no genocide. 1st of all, there is.
- 31:09Brian McFadden: Yes, there is.
- 31:10Testecleese: And she said, You know what they could just go back to where they came from. I send them back to Germany like, 1st of all.
- 31:15Brian McFadden: I'm in Germany.
- 31:16Testecleese: Scott Jennings like they're they're not from Germany. And she said, Oh, whatever they can go back to their ancestral homeland, I'm like Trump is saying right now, but all the people in our country, yeah.
- 31:26Brian McFadden: But that's yeah, that that they don't realize that they're
- 31:31Brian McFadden: they're being 2 faced about it, you know, saying one thing and doing another thing, you know.
- 31:35Testecleese: It's it's crazy that you would say that. And again, these folks have been there since 1652.
- 31:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 31:41Testecleese: Almost as long as the pilgrims were in Massachusetts, right.
- 31:46Brian McFadden: And obviously I mean nothing against South Africa. But
- 31:51Brian McFadden: the average American does not know what's going on in South Africa.
- 31:55El Guapo: No.
- 31:56Brian McFadden: There's rolling blackouts in South Africa. Women are allowed to run red lights after dark in South Africa.
- 32:04Testecleese: Him.
- 32:05Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, that they sing a song, kill the boar.
- 32:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I've heard that.
- 32:11Testecleese: For white farmer.
- 32:13Brian McFadden: And they sing this song. Yeah, oh, yeah, they don't really mean that though, but
- 32:18Brian McFadden: the whole stadium was singing, it.
- 32:21Testecleese: Yeah, as the burning down farmland and exterminating. Oh, yeah. So there's a lot of murders. Yeah. And they're all these same people that are being exterminated.
- 32:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 32:31Testecleese: It just blows my mind. And yeah, and
- 32:34Testecleese: oh, thank God, Don Lemon is a fucking moron. He lost his job.
- 32:40El Guapo: Waiting.
- 32:40Brian McFadden: I don't know what network he's on anymore.
- 32:43El Guapo: He's free.
- 32:44Testecleese: Yeah, he.
- 32:45Brian McFadden: Oh, he's online podcast.
- 32:48El Guapo: Yeah. He tried to go the team pool route.
- 32:53Testecleese: Yeah, and he's doing all right. But I still watch John Storcel.
- 32:59Testecleese: And you know I follow him online.
- 33:02El Guapo: Yeah, because.
- 33:02Testecleese: Yes.
- 33:03El Guapo: It's like, you know, what? Yeah, yeah, man, I can see that. Yeah.
- 33:06Testecleese: I've been following John Stalls a lot since I was like 15 years old. You know. I've always liked his work from Cnn. To Cbs to fox, you know.
- 33:15El Guapo: And now, independent. So everything he does is independent.
- 33:18Testecleese: Yeah, it's now he's got no one telling him. Yes, you can do that or no, you can't do that.
- 33:22Testecleese: Yeah, he even admitted. Like dude. I was wrong about this. I was wrong about that. And he corrected himself, you know.
- 33:28Testecleese: Oh, yeah, I know. Yeah, I love it. And now he's doing for the most part face-to-face interviews.
- 33:32El Guapo: Oh, does he? Okay.
- 33:33Testecleese: For the most part, but every now and then he still does like an investigative report.
- 33:37Testecleese: Yeah, I oh, go ahead.
- 33:39El Guapo: No, no, like his little bits and stuff he does like. Okay, cool, you know. Good to know.
- 33:43Testecleese: Yeah. Well, one of my favorites is he's he's offering affirmative action prices for like something on the street that he was recording it. And he's like.
- 33:50El Guapo: Second.
- 33:51Testecleese: He's offered people different prices, because, you know, this group gets paid less, you know, and all like the wealthy black folk came by like. Shut the fuck up. I'm not paying less for that shit than a white person, because I'm black. That's so racist.
- 34:05El Guapo: Yeah.
- 34:06Testecleese: Like what you think I can't do. I was like I'm in a suit with like $200 shoes on, you know.
- 34:10El Guapo: Dude. The one thing it gets me dude like not it doesn't happen in the States, but happen in El Salvador.
- 34:15El Guapo: They got one price for the locals, and one price for the foreigners like God damn.
- 34:21Testecleese: Yeah.
- 34:22El Guapo: And like I had to tell my like we went. We tried to go somewhere with my sister, my sister like, give me the money. I go buy it because they're gonna give you a different price, like, what do you mean? And I start reading and like, Oh, that's what you mean.
- 34:34Testecleese: Yeah, my accent is not thick enough to get away with being.
- 34:36El Guapo: No, that is not longer like. Hold on! What do you say? Oh, shit they got me.
- 34:41El Guapo: I may got the face, but not the fucking mouth, you know.
- 34:44Testecleese: What is it? And and ntien does. I mean to understand.
- 34:48El Guapo: In the ende.
- 34:49Testecleese: Oh, look at me!
- 34:51El Guapo: At the Enda tienda is store.
- 34:55Testecleese: Okay, yeah. It's I haven't used my Spanish more than a word or 2 here or there.
- 35:00Brian McFadden: Don't surveys.
- 35:02Testecleese: Exactly since I was in the navy.
- 35:04Brian McFadden: Don't! Don't!
- 35:07El Guapo: Do it like a.
- 35:08El Guapo: I watch that
- 35:09El Guapo: I got a couple youtubers that like from well, this guy's from Africa, but he's a Us. Citizen.
- 35:16El Guapo: So he's traveled throughout the Spanish countries and stuff, and he's in the Suburban for a while like, Oh, cool, you know.
- 35:22Testecleese: I'd love to go visit El Salvador dude for real, especially now, the way everything's going.
- 35:26Brian McFadden: Time's really bad. There.
- 35:29Testecleese: In El Salvador.
- 35:30Brian McFadden: Ha, ha! Ha!
- 35:30Brian McFadden: Yeah, we'll go. We'll go.
- 35:31Brian McFadden: You need.
- 35:33Brian McFadden: Oh, so you could be like a Congressman and go visit.
- 35:37El Guapo: You.
- 35:37Brian McFadden: Place down there.
- 35:38Brian McFadden: A lot of people get upset now, because houses are pretty getting priced out.
- 35:43El Guapo: A lot of people move over there. Now.
- 35:46El Guapo: Yeah, I bet.
- 35:47Brian McFadden: You owe land. There, don't you?
- 35:50Brian McFadden: Your mom does.
- 35:51El Guapo: Yeah, to those.
- 35:53Testecleese: Speaking of El Salvador, though for a moment, did you guys see Bitcoin.
- 35:58El Guapo: No.
- 35:59Brian McFadden: No.
- 36:00Testecleese: Dude. I don't know where it is now, but last time I looked a couple days ago it was like $106,000 a coin.
- 36:07Brian McFadden: I was orbitor should be doing good with their bit mining volcano.
- 36:10Testecleese: They're using a volcano to mine. This shit. They must be.
- 36:14El Guapo: Kind of.
- 36:15El Guapo: I don't know if they went through or not like, I know they were talking.
- 36:18Testecleese: Thought they did. But maybe it sounds like a great idea. Use geothermal.
- 36:22El Guapo: No.
- 36:24Testecleese: When I saw that hit that price I sold almost all of what I had left. I was like, Nope, I'm cashing out. It's gonna it's gonna fall back down under 100 k. For at least a while.
- 36:34El Guapo: No.
- 36:34Testecleese: Alright that Judge Dugan, the Federal grand jury, has indicted her in Milwaukee, the one who let that
- 36:43Testecleese: migrant escape out the back when the Federal agents were there to arrest him.
- 36:49El Guapo: Yeah, yeah.
- 36:51Testecleese: Yeah, what's hilarious is she's arguing. She can't be prosecuted. Because she was helping.
- 36:56Testecleese: She said she can't be prosecuted for this, because it was like part of her official duties as a judge, just like the President has immunity for doing the job of the President. So it wasn't your job to help him evade, arrest.
- 37:06El Guapo: No, it was a it wasn't Federal, either. It was you have a local judge, too.
- 37:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 37:12El Guapo: You know, so like. So she thinks she's above the law.
- 37:15Brian McFadden: Right. Well, that's what a lot of judges feel.
- 37:19Testecleese: Yeah, I think we're gonna have a a severe. Did I boot him out? Okay? I thought maybe I denied him for a second I didn't see his little thing pop up.
- 37:28Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 37:28El Guapo: True.
- 37:29Testecleese: Ask yeah. Almost said his name. The repeat offender.
- 37:33Brian McFadden: Very good.
- 37:34El Guapo: Repeat.
- 37:35Brian McFadden: Yeah. It sounded.
- 37:35El Guapo: No, he got the name right there.
- 37:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's come on.
- 37:39Testecleese: We don't have video out there for everybody to see.
- 37:41Brian McFadden: That's true.
- 37:42Brian McFadden: No, okay.
- 37:43Ron Pascoe: You won't need it in my head.
- 37:45Ron Pascoe: He made it home. He's getting ready to drink some fastas.
- 37:50Testecleese: Looks like he's sitting there.
- 37:53Ron Pascoe: Thank you. It's 17 min past 10.
- 37:56El Guapo: Do a drink of stuff.
- 37:58Brian McFadden: Am. It's time to start drinking.
- 38:00El Guapo: 10 am.
- 38:02Ron Pascoe: Makes sense older there. Bro.
- 38:06El Guapo: Oh, yeah, my little koozy.
- 38:10Testecleese: Never.
- 38:11El Guapo: Never surrender.
- 38:12Testecleese: Ever surround.
- 38:14Testecleese: I want to get one with his mugshot.
- 38:17El Guapo: That's the one.
- 38:18Testecleese: I know. I know I wanna get something like that.
- 38:20El Guapo: Lou, you coming by her.
- 38:23Testecleese: Do I? What.
- 38:24El Guapo: You heard you coming by sometime soon.
- 38:27Testecleese: Probably.
- 38:28Brian McFadden: Thanks. Lee.
- 38:28Testecleese: Also I got a I'm still paying for a storage unit.
- 38:31El Guapo: Got an extra one.
- 38:32Testecleese: You've been paying for the storage unit for a decade.
- 38:36El Guapo: Almost hold on you, said Bill.
- 38:39Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 38:40Testecleese: I got a storage unit full of stuff.
- 38:42El Guapo: No, no, you still paying that bill!
- 38:43Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 38:44El Guapo: Oh, wow!
- 38:45Testecleese: I still have stuff in it
- 38:47Testecleese: like I have a refrigerator, a fucking.
- 38:50Brian McFadden: If it's done, if you haven't needed for a decade, do you need it?
- 38:54Ron Pascoe: Well, he got an extra garage, don't you? A garage, don't you.
- 38:57Testecleese: I got a 2 car garage. I'm gonna put one. I'm gonna put a fridge out there because I got one downstairs here. I got one upstairs. I'm gonna put one in my garage and I'm gonna turn around, sell my washer and dryer and all this other garbage. I don't need anymore.
- 39:08Ron Pascoe: Your backyard's a wilderness, brother, your backyard's a wilderness. Make a shed.
- 39:14El Guapo: Starting this stuff to wash your clothes.
- 39:17Testecleese: Canopy over, and we'll sit there with Coolio drinking fosters.
- 39:21Brian McFadden: Which you can only get out back.
- 39:26Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, it's more.
- 39:28Brian McFadden: That's my Saturday night motto, boys, never surrender.
- 39:31Brian McFadden: -
- 39:33Testecleese: All right, anyway, this judge is
- 39:36Testecleese: been what? What's the word here arraigned? And she has pled not guilty.
- 39:41Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 39:42Testecleese: And I don't know how she can get away with this. Besides, other than the
- 39:51Testecleese: that, jury will be liberal and will just not care.
- 39:55Testecleese: But I don't.
- 39:56Brian McFadden: It's in Milwaukee. So there is a distinct possibility of that happening.
- 40:01Testecleese: Yeah, but luckily, luckily it's a Federal charge she's getting hit with, so they can just change the venue because she can't get a fair trial.
- 40:09Brian McFadden: Right.
- 40:11Testecleese: So just like.
- 40:12Brian McFadden: Did. Well, the January 6 people.
- 40:14Brian McFadden: which is nuts because they didn't
- 40:18Brian McFadden: anybody's trial location for January 6.th Not a 1.
- 40:24Testecleese: Well, they didn't. But Derek Chauvin, they didn't change it, and the judge even said, Well, the judge said, he's not going to get a fair trial anywhere in the country, because this is all over the news I'm like. Then, technically speaking, you can't prosecute him. If you can't give him a fair trial according to our laws.
- 40:37Testecleese: Hmm! But.
- 40:38Brian McFadden: They don't care about that.
- 40:40Testecleese: No, and just like this rumor that trump was going to pardon Chauvin.
- 40:45Testecleese: He's not.
- 40:47El Guapo: It's just.
- 40:48Testecleese: It's just not going to happen.
- 40:50Testecleese: That would. That would be political suicide for.
- 40:53Brian McFadden: Not right now, maybe closer, he might pull biden and pardon him. On his way out the door.
- 41:00El Guapo: Did he get the Federal, I mean the local State charges.
- 41:04Brian McFadden: He owes 20 something years to the State, anyway.
- 41:07Brian McFadden: Well, it won't matter then.
- 41:08Testecleese: Yeah. So he's gonna he's gonna sit in the can, either way, they'll just go. And as he walks out of the Federal facility they're just gonna arrest him
- 41:18Testecleese: and yeah, and bring him over to where is it? Maryland?
- 41:21El Guapo: No, he was in
- 41:22Testecleese: Where was that?
- 41:23El Guapo: That's a Milwaukee.
- 41:25El Guapo: I think it's a Minnesota thing.
- 41:27Ron Pascoe: And soda.
- 41:28Brian McFadden: Wisconsin.
- 41:30Testecleese: Chauvin.
- 41:32El Guapo: Yeah, yeah.
- 41:32Ron Pascoe: Okay.
- 41:33Testecleese: Okay.
- 41:34El Guapo: That's where.
- 41:35Ron Pascoe: In ponds area.
- 41:37El Guapo: Yeah. Temples, area. Tempo, Tim.
- 41:40Testecleese: All right. Well, the Supreme Court is allowing trump to end the protections from deporting these Venezuelan migrants.
- 41:50Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 41:52Testecleese: Good. I don't understand what's up with these lower court judges doing this.
- 41:58Brian McFadden: Well, and we're you know, and that's what's gonna come to head here real soon, you know.
- 42:04Brian McFadden: because they're they're arguing that a district court, and we talked about this on the show many times.
- 42:10Testecleese: Yes.
- 42:10Brian McFadden: A District court judge should not be able to make a nationwide injunction. They can make an injunction that affects their area
- 42:20Brian McFadden: and the people that they're trying to protect, but not nationwide.
- 42:25Testecleese: There's nothing in the Constitution about a universal injunction.
- 42:29Testecleese: It's not mentioned once. They have no authority to do this, but it's.
- 42:32Brian McFadden: I would make a.
- 42:33Testecleese: Right.
- 42:34Brian McFadden: Court would have a lot more legs to stand on to do that than a district court.
- 42:41Testecleese: But the judges are only a court is only allowed to make rulings on people in their courtroom, or involved directly with the trial. You can't go and say everyone else that's essentially writing a law from the.
- 42:51Brian McFadden: That's what they're doing. That's what they've been doing ever since trump came. President, the second time.
- 42:55Testecleese: And Article 3 does not mention that anywhere in it that these judges can just write laws.
- 43:01Testecleese: The judge is supposed to interpret the laws.
- 43:04Brian McFadden: And when the Supreme Court rules on this.
- 43:07Brian McFadden: get ready for the pity party that happens on all the liberal media.
- 43:14Ron Pascoe: Do you see, Marco Rubio being grilled by that?
- 43:17Ron Pascoe: That Congressman who went over to Bloody.
- 43:19El Guapo: Let's have a look.
- 43:19Ron Pascoe: Sale. The dog!
- 43:21Ron Pascoe: Did you see that I posted it today? He turned around. He got up. This guy, he said. Hey! He said. There's no judge out there. Can tell me who to go and talk to what to do
- 43:30Ron Pascoe: he said, i'm doing it for the people of the united States, there's
- 43:34Ron Pascoe: no District court judge who's got any authority to tell me, where to go and who to talk to.
- 43:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 43:40El Guapo: Yeah, separation of powers. You got federal judicial and secretary, you know, I.
- 43:48Testecleese: Yeah, legislative, not federal. But yeah.
- 43:50El Guapo: Yeah.
- 43:52Testecleese: But
- 43:53Testecleese: and I I tried to read some of this article about the 7 takeaways from the birthright citizenship court case.
- 44:00Testecleese: I couldn't even it was the driest read I've read. I'm usually pretty good at that stuff.
- 44:05Testecleese: I have no idea what this thing says honestly, I don't care until.
- 44:11Brian McFadden: Well, there is. There is some pushback from the Supreme Court, you know, according to the people that were there, and you know the the questions that were asked.
- 44:23Testecleese: And it's silly.
- 44:24Testecleese: Go ahead.
- 44:25Brian McFadden: But I mean in my mind, is a no brainer.
- 44:32Brian McFadden: The the reason why this whole came up the way I understand it is. This was about slavery.
- 44:40Testecleese: Yes. So the people that were plucked plucked from Africa and brought to America. You know the buffalo soldier.
- 44:48Testecleese: would become citizens after this war was over. That was the entire point of the whole thing. Yeah. And it
- 44:55Testecleese: morphed from there. You know, there's only one other country on the planet that has. You're born here. You're a citizen.
- 45:01El Guapo: Oh no!
- 45:01Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 45:03Testecleese: Canada!
- 45:04El Guapo: Really oh.
- 45:06Testecleese: And who's going to, I mean, don't get me wrong.
- 45:08Brian McFadden: Nobody's trying to get to Canada.
- 45:11Testecleese: Yeah, some people are, but all you need. Oh, they.
- 45:14Testecleese: Ron's gone. You only need a couple of 100 people to show up to Canada to really screw up the population up there. You know what I mean.
- 45:19El Guapo: Yeah.
- 45:20Testecleese: Something like 60% of the population lives in Toronto, or something.
- 45:26El Guapo: Well, you gotta go to the language dude like what was the language? Something.
- 45:31Brian McFadden: I'm hoping that trump pulls this off, and the Supreme Court agrees with him because
- 45:37Brian McFadden: it would that definitely. I mean, we're still going to be where people want to come to get here and make a better life for themselves. But it would definitely disincentivize people
- 45:49Brian McFadden: coming here with their pregnant women and having babies here thinking they're the Anchor baby that will keep everybody here.
- 45:57Testecleese: That's what Biden, not Biden Obama, was doing with this deporter in chief thing was he was trying to stop the anchor babies because we had a mass flux.
- 46:06Brian McFadden: He didn't try very hard, because he could have fought the birthright citizenship, too.
- 46:10Testecleese: Yeah.
- 46:10El Guapo: Well, yeah, you know he don't. Wanna he don't wanna rattle 3.
- 46:14El Guapo: I know.
- 46:18Testecleese: Oh, excuse me.
- 46:19Testecleese: Yeah, right now. What they're saying is,
- 46:23Testecleese: at least one parent has to be a citizen.
- 46:26Testecleese: and I was like all right or not.
- 46:28Brian McFadden: I agree with that. I don't have a problem with that.
- 46:30Testecleese: Resident, at least a legal, permanent resident.
- 46:33Testecleese: I was like, Okay, all right, you know.
- 46:34Brian McFadden: I don't agree with that. I agree with that. I could see that. But this whole thing where, hey? The china china is? Gonna fly a charter plane full of pregnant women, to San Francisco.
- 46:47Brian McFadden: They're gonna have their babies here, and now they're citizens, and the mothers are gonna be grandfathered in. And now now we can bring the rest of the family over, too, because they're all local.
- 46:58Testecleese: China could be way more sinister. Dude. 1st of all, exactly fly a couple jumbo jets full of pre goes over right.
- 47:03Brian McFadden: They've done it.
- 47:04Testecleese: I know, but I'm saying, pop out all your babies in our hospitals. Don't pay the bill, so make it more expensive for everyone else, then then go back to China right.
- 47:13Brian McFadden: They do in California. You know their bills are paid for by the.
- 47:18Testecleese: Taxpayers.
- 47:19Brian McFadden: The taxpayers in California.
- 47:21Brian McFadden: It covers illegal immigrants, medical.
- 47:25Testecleese: Pissed would you be if that these folks are getting free healthcare and you're paying for your health insurance.
- 47:30Brian McFadden: Which is $1,000 a month. You know we're all kind of spoiled because we're all on military medical here, you know my, my bills like $26 a month for me and my wife, you know.
- 47:43Testecleese: Dude. We're still paying off the birth of our second child.
- 47:48Brian McFadden: Was it covered by tricare.
- 47:49Testecleese: Oh, a lot of it was.
- 47:51El Guapo: But
- 47:53Testecleese: All the stuff that went in, you know, like, you know, your health insurance never covers a hundred percent almost right.
- 47:59Testecleese: depending on what you're interested in.
- 48:01El Guapo: I had, like Virginia state like my wife, my ex-wife went through the State of Virginia, or something like that, so we had to pay nothing.
- 48:10Testecleese: There!
- 48:11El Guapo: You know.
- 48:11Testecleese: Alright!
- 48:12El Guapo: And I think, you know, like honestly, let me go back on that citizenship. It should be back in into states, too.
- 48:20El Guapo: you know. Let's say, for instance, what was the thing like? Something like in order to you? You have a some kind of privilege in the state
- 48:28El Guapo: you had to be born in that state, but it had to be as like
- 48:31El Guapo: what was it like as I was thinking about it, like you know what it should be by state, too, you know, like anybody. Oh, like
- 48:38El Guapo: healthcare in the State. No, anybody just came in into Virginia and just have healthcare, low prices, you know, like no. You come from Maryland. Oh, fuck! North Carolina.
- 48:49Testecleese: Like just like a college in state versus out of state tuition, right? Right in order for you.
- 48:55El Guapo: Makes sense
- 48:56El Guapo: in order for you to have assumed like a price difference between the other States. You need to be in Virginia at least 10 years in Virginia contribute to the economy in order to get that privilege for the low price.
- 49:08Testecleese: 10 years. That's a long time.
- 49:09El Guapo: Why, who? Who's to say who's gonna be here for 2 years? 3 years.
- 49:13Testecleese: No, I'm not disagreeing. I'm saying. 10 years is a long time.
- 49:16El Guapo: Hey? That's what I said. Like, you know what like. If we come out with a come out with a system like hey? Instead, you know, like a healthcare so efficient.
- 49:25Testecleese: Tech space will help you.
- 49:26El Guapo: Yeah, no, we don't need somebody from Maryland of North Carolina, West Virginia, to come in and take advantage of it.
- 49:32Testecleese: Driving across the border. Do you use the to get your shirt.
- 49:34El Guapo: For? What?
- 49:35Testecleese: Hanging off.
- 49:36El Guapo: It's like, Oh, I because it takes 6 months to get a driver license. That's the thing.
- 49:40Testecleese: What?
- 49:41El Guapo: Like. Well, I think a bill or something like that like, hey? I live here.
- 49:45Testecleese: That's all I had to do here.
- 49:47Brian McFadden: You got.
- 49:48Testecleese: Mail.
- 49:49Brian McFadden: Canadians that are coming across the border to get Mris. And you got.
- 49:54Brian McFadden: you know, people from America going into Canada get their prescription drugs.
- 49:59El Guapo: That's what I like. You know the system you just sucking in.
- 50:02Brian McFadden: Because the prescription drugs are so much cheaper in Canada.
- 50:05El Guapo: No, I heard.
- 50:06Testecleese: They regulate the crap out of it.
- 50:08El Guapo: Yeah, but you know what.
- 50:10Brian McFadden: Trying to fix that.
- 50:12El Guapo: Even in state. You need to have some system like, Hey, you know what? We come out with a good system in order for you to take advantage of that system. You have to be in the State for 10 years or 5 years, whatever they come out, you know.
- 50:23Testecleese: Or a net taxpayer.
- 50:25El Guapo: Something like that. Yeah.
- 50:27Testecleese: We have to actually pay more into the system than you use in terms of like.
- 50:30Testecleese: Oh, let's suppose that you know what.
- 50:31Testecleese: So Josh.
- 50:32El Guapo: You live in West Virginia, but you like Virginia system. You could contribute to a system like enroll in a system paying it, and you could come back and forth.
- 50:43Testecleese: Yeah, yeah. As long as you're paying into the system, you're not just taking advantage of it. But I want to finish that point out about the Chinese ladies popping out babies.
- 50:51Brian McFadden: Sure.
- 50:52Testecleese: Fly them all over. Get them all to have a baby right away. Take them back home. Take the kid back home, too. Right! Raise the kid to be a Communist. Then at 18
- 51:02Testecleese: you send them over here for school, or whatever they stay here as citizens and get into politics.
- 51:08Brian McFadden: Yeah, have more communist politics.
- 51:12Testecleese: Yeah, and yeah, exactly. And that sounds like a problem to me to have people doing stuff like that just to be able to get there to take over the Government essentially and.
- 51:21Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's definitely a problem.
- 51:24Testecleese: Yeah. And a lot of folks don't think this far in advance. They just let them in.
- 51:30Brian McFadden: Well.
- 51:31Ron Pascoe: Spike colleges and the people coming out with visas that mate imagine what they do after they get like graduate through college, and that they come in all these bloody indoctrinations in them around the world.
- 51:41Ron Pascoe: then they become us citizens.
- 51:44Ron Pascoe: Then they run for Congress.
- 51:47Testecleese: You can start on a lower level right out of college, get into working at local politics, and slowly work your way into a situation. Where?
- 51:57Testecleese: you're running for Federal office. You know what I mean when you're when you're 35, and then when you're 60, maybe even try to run for President. You know
- 52:04Testecleese: they're citizens. They can.
- 52:07Ron Pascoe: Yeah. People don't realize a visa is a privilege. It's not a right.
- 52:11Testecleese: Well, that's what gets exactly. That's what drives me nuts. These folks like you can't just kick them out. I'm like, I don't know, man, how long like you let someone into your house right? And they're drinking your beer, eating your pizza, sleeping on your couch because they need a little bit of help, but all they're doing is urinating on your fucking carpet, talking shit about your way of life. So get the fuck out of my house.
- 52:32Testecleese: you know, and I just don't understand why people don't extrapolate this out to a Federal level.
- 52:39Brian McFadden: They don't care.
- 52:41Testecleese: Let's get some of these folks to go live in these assholes houses and like no, you can't kick them off, because that would be. That would be racist.
- 52:48Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 52:50Testecleese: See what Guapo is sending out. He's sending us Instagram stuff.
- 52:54Brian McFadden: It happened in Las Vegas.
- 52:57El Guapo: Las Vegas, gym shooter.
- 52:59Testecleese: Oh, no, I didn't. I did not see that, but I did see Katy. Perry just got fired from her job at Las Vegas. As the
- 53:05Testecleese: no.
- 53:05Testecleese: These casinos.
- 53:06El Guapo: No, no, this guy was leaving the fucking, shooting, and he had a rifle with him and fucking you could see the sheriff shooting the
- 53:15El Guapo: he's an asshole.
- 53:15Testecleese: Right in the.
- 53:17El Guapo: Well, no, he was running away. He just shot him like fuck it because he had a rifles in.
- 53:22Testecleese: Oh, yeah, and I guess if the guy was had just shot, but generally he's an apple man back.
- 53:28El Guapo: Yeah. Daniela Ortega. 34 went to like into Lva Gym las Vegas, armed with a rifle, fired 24 rounds, killing one injured in
- 53:38El Guapo: killing one, and injured several more.
- 53:41El Guapo: His rifle jam.
- 53:44El Guapo: He attempted to run away with it in Las Vegas. Police officer neutralized the fucking, neutralized.
- 53:50Testecleese: The problem is, these idiots, and I'm glad.
- 53:53El Guapo: A lot less than.
- 53:55Testecleese: If that's dumbass is doing this because for real. If I had a giant crowd and a rifle and I wanted to hurt people, I wouldn't be on the street just going. Bang! Bang! Bang! That's what you do with a handgun.
- 54:05Testecleese: You want to actually hurt me. Go! No, you go up on the fucking balcony on a building on the 10th story.
- 54:10Testecleese: and you take it aim. You know what I mean. And pop pop!
- 54:15Testecleese: Wow! It? Well, that happened a couple years ago in Vegas, didn't it?
- 54:19El Guapo: Yeah, like, at the conference.
- 54:20Testecleese: Nuts from an elevated position to kill like 10.
- 54:23El Guapo: Yeah, something like the cost or something like that. Yeah.
- 54:26Testecleese: Yeah, it's been like, geez, one guy actually knew what he's doing.
- 54:30El Guapo: Unfortunately, yeah. Ain't.
- 54:31Testecleese: And exactly. I'm glad they always say it's the right wing that does this shit. But right, wingers are the guys that own rifles are the guys that go deer hunting and can shoot.
- 54:40El Guapo: Yeah.
- 54:40Testecleese: You know, I mean, and would usually find out these people are
- 54:44Testecleese: now lately they've been like transgender, or I hate trump when they're doing this stuff.
- 54:49El Guapo: Because the fucking news is scared the shit out of people about stuff.
- 54:54Testecleese: Yeah, see? That's the thing, though it's not that hard to actually listen to what these folks actually said. Instead of listening to what the news says they said.
- 55:00El Guapo: Did you hear about Joe Rogan? He was thinking about. The guy from Maryland was actually a citizen.
- 55:07Testecleese: Everyone did.
- 55:08El Guapo: It's, you know. It's funny how, instead of staying United States citizen, they say the Maryland man.
- 55:14Testecleese: Maryland man. They finally stopped doing that because they got blown up.
- 55:18El Guapo: Yeah.
- 55:19Testecleese: Because, like oh, they deported in Americans like no, they didn't like. Oh, he's from Maryland, he's like. No, he lived in Maryland.
- 55:24Brian McFadden: He is not a Maryland. He he's not a Maryland.
- 55:27El Guapo: But it's funny how he never was a United States citizen. No, he stayed Maryland man.
- 55:32Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah. And he had 2 orders of deportation on his on him.
- 55:37Ron Pascoe: Yeah. Pain. Boy.
- 55:38Testecleese: Even admitted that.
- 55:39Testecleese: What's that?
- 55:41Ron Pascoe: Pam Bondi put out an official tweet about it, so that shut up a few of the bloody left wing. Media.
- 55:46Testecleese: Alright, I didn't see that.
- 55:49Testecleese: But yeah, it's yeah, exactly. He had 2 orders of deportation in one of these hearings. He actually admitted that he could be deported at any time for any reason.
- 55:59Testecleese: And these folks are going nuts yelling due process. Do these folks know that due process is not a Latin term like mens rea, or corpus callosum.
- 56:09Testecleese: It. Due process is the process due to individuals and
- 56:15Testecleese: illegal migrants don't get a fucking jury trial before deportation. They don't Nope
- 56:21Testecleese: most. They'll get a hearing to decide whether or not they it's safe to deport them.
- 56:27Testecleese: And, like El Salvador, crime is gone. So you don't have to worry about the barrios from Guatemala, or wherever it is. That's next door, right.
- 56:36El Guapo: S. 18th Street.
- 56:39Testecleese: Yeah, 18th century Barrios. I thought.
- 56:41El Guapo: Just just down on 18th Street.
- 56:45Testecleese: Worried about a rival gang, and I'm.
- 56:47El Guapo: Yeah, they're both born in La's, and because of
- 56:51El Guapo: this is back in the nineties, Bill Clinton was deported a lot of illegals.
- 56:56El Guapo: Well, what happened when they put a lot of legals because of the to
- 57:05El Guapo: Yeah, they put a lot of illegals that were gang members. So that's how I infiltrated in El Salvador.
- 57:12Testecleese: Hmm.
- 57:13El Guapo: You know, but they started because they're getting picked up by like the hood and stuff like that. So they create their own little gang.
- 57:20El Guapo: and one thing left another, you know.
- 57:25Testecleese: All right so Chris Murphy don't recognize the name. I guess he's a Democrat Senator.
- 57:31Testecleese: He's now saying that he believes Joe Biden declined cognitively when he was in office. It's like no shit.
- 57:41Testecleese: Well, this!
- 57:41Brian McFadden: Sure.
- 57:42Testecleese: Oh, my God! This is what you've been! This is what the other side of the aisle has been saying the whole time, and you guys were calling them conspiracy theorists. 1st of all, what's the conspiracy? That Joe's not? Well, that's not a conspiracy.
- 57:55Testecleese: For some reason the term conspiracy conspiracy theory has come to mean, like crazy idea, not
- 58:00Testecleese: not a theory that people are conspiring, you know.
- 58:04Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 58:05Ron Pascoe: You see what they're actually doing now they're actually going back. They're taking how much time, seeing how much time it takes to write each individual pardon
- 58:13Ron Pascoe: how long it would have taken, because it's got to be. It takes about 10 min because it's got to be witnessed before the President.
- 58:20Ron Pascoe: He was doing it all by auto pan.
- 58:24Ron Pascoe: They're going through it, and they're doing each one individually and seeing how much time it would have taken.
- 58:30Testecleese: Yeah, how long?
- 58:31El Guapo: I think.
- 58:32Ron Pascoe: 40, something days. I think it was.
- 58:34Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 58:37Ron Pascoe: 4 days I could have read it wrong. It was over a few weeks periods. That's how long it would have taken him, and the amount of time he had allotted to do it.
- 58:45Ron Pascoe: I think I think every.
- 58:46El Guapo: I think, but now, for now, on every part that need to be signed, and
- 58:51El Guapo: like a second, like I like the way trump does it every second order. He's in front of video.
- 58:56Testecleese: In front of the camera, signing it for everybody to see.
- 58:58El Guapo: No, we can see, you know what it should be a fucking mandate from now on, just to know.
- 59:03Testecleese: Actual actual pen in hand.
- 59:06El Guapo: Penny, hey? We can see you, you know, and pardon.
- 59:09El Guapo: And now it's getting like diluted dude like you know what it's gonna be a penny handed camera, too, though.
- 59:16Ron Pascoe: Well, the rim.
- 59:17Ron Pascoe: the ramifications behind it is, if it's not done correctly. Do those pardons then become null and void.
- 59:25Testecleese: Well, we'll definitely get to that, because I have a lot to talk about that when we get to another topic in this.
- 59:32Testecleese: Luck here. Jake Tapper has now come out with new materials. Talk about the mumbling and bumbling Joe being incoherent, and how like his own staff had to hire him. Hide him!
- 59:42Testecleese: This is again what the the everyone wasn't a hardcore Democrat was saying.
- 59:48Testecleese: and Tap was one of these idiots running cover. But he wrote a book about this, and he's like, Oh, I'm blowing the whistle on all this, you know.
- 59:54El Guapo: Yeah, because you need to make money. He's a fucking drifter dude.
- 1:00:00Ron Pascoe: He's a scumbag, we call him in Australia. Scum.
- 1:00:03El Guapo: It's coming back. Yeah.
- 1:00:04Testecleese: Well, now, Biden's been diagnosed with a stage 4 prostate cancer that is already.
- 1:00:10El Guapo: Yeah, they want to win sympathy. Oh, he got cancer. Like, yeah, we okay. Oh, no.
- 1:00:16Testecleese: This. This started a shitstorm dude.
- 1:00:18El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:00:19Testecleese: Because you don't just find out you have no
- 1:00:25Testecleese: like, typically speaking, prostate cancer. To get to your bone can take 10 years.
- 1:00:30Brian McFadden: Yeah. So people are saying that this was known when he ran. Basically, they're saying this was known when he was running for vice President.
- 1:00:41Testecleese: What did you? Was it?
- 1:00:43Brian McFadden: And that's why Obama endures Hillary over him.
- 1:00:48Testecleese: And when he said, You don't have to do this, Joe, when he was gonna run a second time.
- 1:00:53El Guapo: But he was the fucking, talking white guy.
- 1:00:56Testecleese: Yeah, the thing, though, she could have picked anyone to not be trump.
- 1:01:01Testecleese: And they picked Joe Biden, and then Kamala Harris.
- 1:01:04Brian McFadden: Well, no, Kamala Harris wasn't picked. The rumor going around that I've heard on different podcasts was that they expected biden to win the second.
- 1:01:14Testecleese: And then die of cancer.
- 1:01:15Brian McFadden: Time? No, and then and then come out with his cancer diagnosis and Kamala Harris was now the 1st
- 1:01:25Brian McFadden: email president by by default.
- 1:01:29Testecleese: Well, and what's crazy is, I want to say, Antigen, but it's not. It's something else that's similar to the A. It's the most common and most most effective treatment for prostate cancer. The side effects are slurred, speech mumbling.
- 1:01:46Testecleese: falling down, and cognitive decline.
- 1:01:50Testecleese: These are all things we saw from Joe through his term of best President.
- 1:01:54El Guapo: Yeah. Well, he just he just
- 1:01:57El Guapo: he's just gonna I mean, he's just going, you see. Now, dude, I'm sorry.
- 1:02:01Testecleese: It might be, maybe might have been the drugs they were.
- 1:02:03El Guapo: Even helping them. No, it doesn't matter, it probably even help more.
- 1:02:08El Guapo: But God, like honestly, I give it, props up.
- 1:02:11El Guapo: He took a lot of beating dude to get to where he is. Dude.
- 1:02:15Testecleese: Well, yeah, I mean, and you know.
- 1:02:16El Guapo: Well, he had to.
- 1:02:18Testecleese: He showed up to a press conference or something. He had the creases on his face from like having a mask on and like oh, that's from a cpac.
- 1:02:26Testecleese: How long?
- 1:02:27Testecleese: How long does that math, Mark Stan? Your face after you get up like.
- 1:02:30Brian McFadden: Like an hour.
- 1:02:31Testecleese: It's May. Maybe.
- 1:02:32Brian McFadden: Maybe an hour.
- 1:02:33Testecleese: Yeah, probably 10.
- 1:02:34Testecleese: Administer 15 min.
- 1:02:36Testecleese: Give it a good scratch. Get the blood flow, and it'll flush back out.
- 1:02:39Brian McFadden: Yep, I got I wear a cpap, so I know.
- 1:02:43Testecleese: Yeah, they use. They abuse the hell out of this old man, though.
- 1:02:47Brian McFadden: I think Jill did. Jill was more of the abuser than anybody else, because she liked the power of being the the.
- 1:02:54El Guapo: By second lady. First.st Lady, yeah. The 1st lady.
- 1:02:58Testecleese: Yeah, no, she was president. Are you kidding me.
- 1:03:00Ron Pascoe: You're president, mate, super.
- 1:03:02El Guapo: Do, I heard Hunter, brother, is the one making the shot call so.
- 1:03:05Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, whatever.
- 1:03:07Ron Pascoe: Well, he was going into cabinet meetings, wasn't he?
- 1:03:09Testecleese: Dr. Jill.
- 1:03:10Brian McFadden: Early on, not a medical doctor, obviously because she would have noticed the prostate cancer.
- 1:03:17El Guapo: Probably she'd know.
- 1:03:18Brian McFadden: That could just be.
- 1:03:19El Guapo: She didn't care. She liked to be empowered. Dude.
- 1:03:21Testecleese: She's a doctor of education.
- 1:03:25Ron Pascoe: This is why you hate being a staffer, because somebody's going to have to do some time. They always go to the staffers.
- 1:03:32El Guapo: Yeah, well, yeah, I mean, obviously, someone else is gonna take the ball. But.
- 1:03:36Testecleese: It took more than the staff to cover up Joe.
- 1:03:39Testecleese: The media was obviously involved. Even Jake Tapper is saying that you know what I mean.
- 1:03:44Testecleese: yeah. Tons of accent.
- 1:03:45Testecleese: Just got an award from the journalist guys for for pointing out that. Oh, we missed that one. How do we miss this.
- 1:03:51El Guapo: You know what you suck because we can see it. That's why we bought him out.
- 1:03:55Testecleese: Yeah, it's right in my front of me. I'm.
- 1:03:59Brian McFadden: Well, we didn't vote him out. We voted against Kamala. He.
- 1:04:03Testecleese: Didn't even vote him out.
- 1:04:05El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:04:05Ron Pascoe: I thought you guys vote against Kjp and peppermint Paddy.
- 1:04:11Brian McFadden: So I mean now, now they're they're what do you think is gonna happen with the pardons that were done by auto pen?
- 1:04:20Testecleese: Well when you were up when you were peeing, or whatever you were doing.
- 1:04:24Brian McFadden: I was definitely peeing.
- 1:04:25Testecleese: Okay, I brought up how the side effects of the most common and effective prostate cancer medication
- 1:04:32Testecleese: include cognitive decline, which, if that if they gave it to him.
- 1:04:38Testecleese: which might be why they didn't tell us any of this stuff.
- 1:04:42Testecleese: and his mind was falling apart. Fuck the auto pen. He didn't know what he was signing.
- 1:04:47Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:04:50Testecleese: It's just nothing's gonna happen to the auto pan.
- 1:04:54Brian McFadden: Well, another hilarious thing about this whole process is not not not. Is that if you go back and look at all the previous President's medical exams every year.
- 1:05:07Brian McFadden: They talk about the prostate, they talk about his Psa numbers. They talk about all that
- 1:05:14Brian McFadden: Joe Biden and his 4 years of President. Those numbers never came up once.
- 1:05:19Testecleese: And he refused to take that Montreal.
- 1:05:22Testecleese: cognitive exam, or whatever it was. But Trump did it every year.
- 1:05:26Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:05:27Testecleese: Well, they're saying he's slipping mentally. He's like he's showing you paperwork from doctors, saying he's not.
- 1:05:32Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:05:33Testecleese: Joe refused to, and I watched him say next, now resident.
- 1:05:39Brian McFadden: You get, you really need to start working on your the new intro sooner, right later.
- 1:05:45Testecleese: I know I do, do, but I.
- 1:05:46Brian McFadden: I'm afraid we're going to lose our main character.
- 1:05:49Testecleese: Sooner rather than later.
- 1:05:52Testecleese: I'm just. I'm just saying that I got a lot of yard work up and doing.
- 1:05:56Brian McFadden: I'm just saying, I think Biden will be the next president, ex-president, to pass away.
- 1:06:05Testecleese: Probably.
- 1:06:05El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:06:07Ron Pascoe: I just wanted to say a golf challenge up against trump. I just want to see him.
- 1:06:11Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:06:11Brian McFadden: It's not not gonna happen, not gonna happen.
- 1:06:14Ron Pascoe: Trump offered it to the challenge to play golf.
- 1:06:19Testecleese: Joe can't walk without he falls upstairs. He falls up with bicycles when.
- 1:06:24Brian McFadden: He wear. He wears special shoes, and he still can't make it anywhere.
- 1:06:28Ron Pascoe: 15.
- 1:06:29Testecleese: You. Gonna now you gonna hand him a fucking golf club.
- 1:06:33Brian McFadden: Not gonna have been.
- 1:06:35Ron Pascoe: Like roof up the car.
- 1:06:36Brian McFadden: President, trump golfs, every weekend that he's available, the golf
- 1:06:41Brian McFadden: and he's almost as old as President Biden was so.
- 1:06:46Testecleese: Oh, oh! Oh! Oh! Did I just hear someone use the respect of a a President who's no longer in office and call them President.
- 1:06:53Brian McFadden: I? Yes, I like to do that, you know.
- 1:06:57Brian McFadden: I know that the media hates it because they never called trump the former President when he was a former President, but they'll call every other former president, the former President.
- 1:07:06Testecleese: No, no, they've always called him like President Obama. Then, as soon as it came to trump, like former President, they didn't want to call him President.
- 1:07:14Brian McFadden: Was former President still is nobody.
- 1:07:18Testecleese: They still call him President Clinton, though.
- 1:07:20Brian McFadden: But that's not. No, that's not how it works.
- 1:07:23Testecleese: There it is!
- 1:07:24El Guapo: Yeah, let's still called. Mr. President.
- 1:07:25Testecleese: You're supposed to.
- 1:07:28El Guapo: sounds like it.
- 1:07:29Brian McFadden: And they started calling former President.
- 1:07:31El Guapo: I don't like it should be like Mr. Whatever Mr. Trump or Mr. Clinton.
- 1:07:37El Guapo: at least give it that honor. You know.
- 1:07:39Testecleese: I say you should keep going on, President, because it's the right way to do it.
- 1:07:43El Guapo: Whether or not you like the person they were still elected by the people.
- 1:07:47Brian McFadden: Secretary of State, Clinton.
- 1:07:49El Guapo: Like Mr. Press, I mean not Mr. Press, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Obama, but at least that's it. No more.
- 1:07:57Testecleese: All right.
- 1:07:57El Guapo: You know.
- 1:07:58Brian McFadden: All right. Well.
- 1:07:59El Guapo: Whoa!
- 1:08:00Brian McFadden: Didn't make the show on Saturday, because there was no show on Saturday, but.
- 1:08:04Testecleese: And even if we did have a show on Saturday, it happened at 9 o'clock.
- 1:08:08Brian McFadden: Where Ray and I talked about this on our private zoom chat.
- 1:08:13Testecleese: Oh, as soon as I saw it I shared it to the the group, and then, like 10 min later, you shared it to the group.
- 1:08:18Brian McFadden: I was drunk by that point and pass it out.
- 1:08:22El Guapo: Yeah, we've got this.
- 1:08:24Brian McFadden: Praise.
- 1:08:25El Guapo: I was at the couch like, Hey, Brad, we need to go like, yeah, we need to go.
- 1:08:28Brian McFadden: Yeah, we need to go right?
- 1:08:31Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:08:32Testecleese: I have no idea how to pronounce the name of. Do you know how to pronounce that Guabo.
- 1:08:36El Guapo: Hell! No dude! That's.
- 1:08:37Testecleese: Home. Okay.
- 1:08:38El Guapo: Stick I stick shit dude.
- 1:08:40Testecleese: Anyway, the Mexican Navy.
- 1:08:42Brian McFadden: To have a big sailing ship.
- 1:08:44Testecleese: Bridge.
- 1:08:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:08:46Testecleese: And what 2 died. A bunch were injured because it was like an old tall ship design.
- 1:08:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:08:54Ron Pascoe: Yeah, and there were.
- 1:08:55Brian McFadden: People like up in the mad.
- 1:08:57Testecleese: On the map.
- 1:08:58Brian McFadden: Or.
- 1:08:59El Guapo: Yeah, they would.
- 1:09:00Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 1:09:01El Guapo: No, that's.
- 1:09:02Brian McFadden: They're saying that the ship lost propulsion.
- 1:09:05Brian McFadden: There was a tugboat right next to us. I don't know why.
- 1:09:09El Guapo: They were pulling it, they were pulling it behind. And that's why it makes sense like there was no sales. There was like they were not motorboating because it doesn't got motorboat.
- 1:09:19Testecleese: They they do have an engine on it.
- 1:09:21El Guapo: I don't know about the Mexican shit.
- 1:09:23Testecleese: No, no, they do. And they trying to.
- 1:09:25Brian McFadden: All those fucking ships have boats, motors on them these days.
- 1:09:28El Guapo: Okay, are you? In the you read the Constitution?
- 1:09:32Testecleese: The Constitution is a completely different critter. That's an old ship versus.
- 1:09:36El Guapo: This is walking with his ship, too. I don't know.
- 1:09:39Testecleese: I don't know if this ship is old or not, but I
- 1:09:42Testecleese: I haven't seen the actual constitution in a long time. I've seen.
- 1:09:47El Guapo: Not to get talked about. It's supposed to get like good wind condition. Dude
- 1:09:52El Guapo: lower this lower race, the sale whatever. But.
- 1:09:56Testecleese: You know how tall your ship is, you know. High the fucking bridge is, you know, when high and low tide are right.
- 1:10:00El Guapo: You saw.
- 1:10:01Brian McFadden: But if they lost propulsion and they weren't in the channel anymore, it's a whole other thing.
- 1:10:06El Guapo: Different videos. The Turk was pulling it back.
- 1:10:09Testecleese: I've seen 2 tugboats, but I couldn't see any lines attached to the ship.
- 1:10:13El Guapo: Did, the.
- 1:10:14Testecleese: So I don't.
- 1:10:15El Guapo: Usually there's never yeah.
- 1:10:17El Guapo: But they just
- 1:10:19Brian McFadden: When the tumbo is that close you should see lines.
- 1:10:23Testecleese: See something.
- 1:10:24El Guapo: No, they were the distance they were like. At least I want to say.
- 1:10:27Brian McFadden: One tub boat was literally right next to the ship. In the video I saw.
- 1:10:31El Guapo: Yeah, and that I believe that was the one that tried to turn the the ship. And I think.
- 1:10:37El Guapo: did. They had a captain to a pilot.
- 1:10:39El Guapo: They did not have a harbor pilot on board. The captain was in charge.
- 1:10:43El Guapo: so the captain make a call.
- 1:10:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:10:46El Guapo: Oh, he's the one fuck.
- 1:10:48Testecleese: Yeah, how much is this gonna cost in Mexico?
- 1:10:51El Guapo: Well, there's.
- 1:10:52Brian McFadden: No damage to the Brooklyn Bridge. The bridge took.
- 1:10:54El Guapo: No, but it's fucking license.
- 1:10:56Brian McFadden: No no damage.
- 1:10:58El Guapo: Massive, destructive.
- 1:11:01Testecleese: Jeez! My God.
- 1:11:02El Guapo: I mean the capital was in charge is the one making phone call. The calls.
- 1:11:06Brian McFadden: But if there, if there was actual loss of power, it's out of his control.
- 1:11:11El Guapo: Well, the that's the thing they got murdered. So how the fuck, if the guy.
- 1:11:16Brian McFadden: We don't know. They don't have a motor.
- 1:11:18Testecleese: I remember hearing someone saying talking about it somewhere, and
- 1:11:22Testecleese: I think they even have crp on this thing controlled reversible, proposed propellers. So you can actually go full reverse. But I'm not certain.
- 1:11:31Brian McFadden: I heard the current was really bad at that time of night, and so that would you know, there was no really controlling it. Once they lost propulsion.
- 1:11:41Ron Pascoe: No cause. You say it's going back towards the walk, back towards the walkway.
- 1:11:46El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:11:46Ron Pascoe: Under the bridge, isn't it? Because it's just like it was just in lost control.
- 1:11:51Testecleese: Oh, well, hold on! It was. It was a current that took it under the bridge. It wasn't supposed to be headed in that direction.
- 1:11:59Brian McFadden: What direction was supposed to go in.
- 1:12:01El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:12:01Testecleese: I'm not sure honestly, sure.
- 1:12:07El Guapo: So was it.
- 1:12:08Brian McFadden: It just left the pier.
- 1:12:10Testecleese: 4 min, 4 min from casting off to hitting a bridge.
- 1:12:15Brian McFadden: No, at least, at least they didn't tear down the bridge like the cargo ship did in Baltimore.
- 1:12:22Testecleese: I brought that up to the wife she's like, I don't remember that I was like, what are you talking about?
- 1:12:25Brian McFadden: He's the bridge we talk about this show. You need to listen more often.
- 1:12:32Testecleese: When and
- 1:12:34Testecleese: the other thing was, if the Brooklyn Bridge took damage like the bridge in Baltimore, did all my.
- 1:12:40Brian McFadden: Day and age.
- 1:12:41Ron Pascoe: Oh, my God!
- 1:12:41Testecleese: Lot of cannabis.
- 1:12:41Brian McFadden: The only thing that hit the bridge was the mass of the sailing ship. The Mexican ship.
- 1:12:47Testecleese: Even they didn't even dent any of this.
- 1:12:49Brian McFadden: No, they already brought out the inspector. The bridge is closed for hours after the attack.
- 1:12:54Testecleese: Yeah, I agree.
- 1:12:54Brian McFadden: The action after the accident. But tech fit doctors found no damage.
- 1:12:59Testecleese: Could you imagine being stuck in New York
- 1:13:02Testecleese: for hours when you just want to go home.
- 1:13:04El Guapo: No, no, this is Monday morning. Dude like.
- 1:13:08Testecleese: Okay, so you can' mark.
- 1:13:09El Guapo: Yeah, hey, I cannot make it, because, like, probably everybody knew, hey, look.
- 1:13:15Testecleese: I was thinking, like you imagine, if it actually damaged the the bridge to the point where it had to like be repaired, how much commerce is getting cut off because you don't have people going to work, or home from work or shopping, and on 5th Avenue. You know what I mean.
- 1:13:29El Guapo: Yeah, but hold on.
- 1:13:32Testecleese: Meanwhile Chuck Schumer, this fucking genius.
- 1:13:35Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, he's a brilliant man.
- 1:13:37Testecleese: Trump, for it.
- 1:13:38Brian McFadden: How go apparently go?
- 1:13:41Brian McFadden: 12.
- 1:13:42Testecleese: Goes. Apparently the government efficiency somehow lowered the bridge.
- 1:13:49Brian McFadden: Oh, it's not a fucking drawbridge.
- 1:13:53Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 1:13:56Testecleese: Oh, yeah, yeah. I said that.
- 1:13:59Brian McFadden: I do think that the the tides played a role in it. I think somebody misread the tide chart and went out at the wrong time, because it it looks like it just hit the bridge. It's not like
- 1:14:12Brian McFadden: it's not like it was like
- 1:14:15Brian McFadden: it was like a huge mistake.
- 1:14:18El Guapo: So.
- 1:14:18Testecleese: But it wasn't in the middle of the river. The ship was like close to the shore.
- 1:14:21El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:14:22El Guapo: for those people that know is that the Brooklyn Bridge will go from Brooklyn to downtown New York, where the.
- 1:14:29Brian McFadden: Manhattan.
- 1:14:30El Guapo: Financial district is.
- 1:14:32Brian McFadden: Manhattan.
- 1:14:32El Guapo: So that's this essential bridge, like, yeah.
- 1:14:35Testecleese: Isn't Manhattan another island.
- 1:14:37El Guapo: No man yeah. Behind in so Long Island.
- 1:14:39Testecleese: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:14:40El Guapo: 4 of.
- 1:14:40Testecleese: Brian, Brian said 2 Manhattan.
- 1:14:42Testecleese: No, yeah.
- 1:14:43Brian McFadden: Where'd the bridge go? Where did.
- 1:14:45El Guapo: Behind this island itself, in Brooklyn.
- 1:14:47Testecleese: Mainland, Mainland, New York.
- 1:14:49El Guapo: Yeah. No. Manhattan's an island.
- 1:14:52Brian McFadden: Okay. Where does the Brooklyn Bridge go to? And from.
- 1:14:55El Guapo: Brooklyn, to Manhattan.
- 1:14:58Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:14:58Testecleese: For some reason I thought it went to Mainland, New York. My mistake.
- 1:15:01El Guapo: Yeah, my.
- 1:15:01Testecleese: Apologies.
- 1:15:02El Guapo: Well, he said.
- 1:15:03Brian McFadden: Financial district. That's what.
- 1:15:05Testecleese: Okay, I was just thinking downtown my mistake, my mistake.
- 1:15:09El Guapo: Yeah, you'll need.
- 1:15:09Testecleese: I've never been on the Brooklyn Bridge.
- 1:15:11El Guapo: No, no, it goes from Brooklyn is, which is like attached to Long Island. Okay.
- 1:15:16Testecleese: Long Island, sleep.
- 1:15:18El Guapo: Low island to downtown Manhattan.
- 1:15:22Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:15:23El Guapo: Yes.
- 1:15:24Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:15:25Testecleese: No sleep till Brooklyn right?
- 1:15:27Testecleese: No. Every time I go to upstate New York that's 1 of those play I chewed up.
- 1:15:33El Guapo: Oh, yeah, enough sad thing to say, I didn't want to go to New York, and that's when one of the guys died like, damn.
- 1:15:43Testecleese: Alright! Did you see this? What the army is doing?
- 1:15:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:15:48Testecleese: They've they've yeah. They've abandoned their helicopters.
- 1:15:52Testecleese: And they got in this quote, radical new assault aircraft or planes. Basically.
- 1:15:57El Guapo: And.
- 1:15:58Testecleese: I think these planes have vertical takeoff, too, though don't they?
- 1:16:01El Guapo: Yeah, they do like a osprey.
- 1:16:05Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I mean, that's a lot quicker or
- 1:16:09Brian McFadden: Long morning.
- 1:16:09Brian McFadden: Right?
- 1:16:10Brian McFadden: It'll go. It'll go more long range.
- 1:16:13Testecleese: I think faster, probably.
- 1:16:16El Guapo: Yeah, but it's still like there's a
- 1:16:20El Guapo: just like the jungle dude. You're not gonna have that much room to land a hell off plane.
- 1:16:26Testecleese: If you can land vertically. And what jungle are you talking about?
- 1:16:30El Guapo: Fucking jungle, the halo a hui! A huey can lay down.
- 1:16:35Testecleese: Yeah, that's a good point. It would be a good idea to keep some helicopters in case.
- 1:16:39El Guapo: You know, because, like a little like.
- 1:16:42El Guapo: but it's like you don't want to get rid of like, why, you gonna take a machine gun when a back to do the work, you know.
- 1:16:52Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I know you're right. If if.
- 1:16:54Testecleese: hey, I mean, it's not like they're getting rid of the helicopters they already have.
- 1:16:57El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, yeah, because you're still gonna need the covering Apaches and stuff like that assault attack.
- 1:17:05Testecleese: Alright now, this next one.
- 1:17:07Testecleese: The only reason why I even clicked on this article was because it was Air Force, but it made me think of El Matadoro.
- 1:17:14El Guapo: -Oh.
- 1:17:15Testecleese: Well, Ufo crashed into an Air Force fighter jet over Arizona.
- 1:17:20Testecleese: but it was some kind of drone. It was just unidentified at the time.
- 1:17:29Testecleese: What's going on with our military pilots crashing into stuff in the air?
- 1:17:35Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:17:36Testecleese: What are you doing here? I almost never happened ever.
- 1:17:41Testecleese: I think Ron is frozen.
- 1:17:44Testecleese: This is like never happened before. I've never heard of these midair collisions until relatively recently.
- 1:17:50El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:17:52Testecleese: Oh, there you go! Look! See young froze, hey? Oh, my God, it's
- 1:17:58Testecleese: and I mean it's 1 thing like a drone that probably didn't even show up on your radar. If it was a small enough one.
- 1:18:06Testecleese: But it was in a restricted airspace.
- 1:18:09Brian McFadden: It was literally in like a military airspace base where this drone was, where it wasn't just me.
- 1:18:18Testecleese: Well, if that's the case, you should have high, very sensitive
- 1:18:21Testecleese: radar technology to be able to see the guy coming over and taking pictures of your military base, right.
- 1:18:29El Guapo: Well, I think they're gonna take notice of me. This is probably the 1st time so.
- 1:18:32Testecleese: Of course I mean.
- 1:18:34Brian McFadden: I don't think anyone gives a shit if they're taking pictures of the stuff, because the the Chinese flew a fucking balloon across our entire country. We waited.
- 1:18:42Testecleese: Yeah. We waited till it took pictures of everything to shoot it down. We made it, let it get across the whole country before we shot it out of the sky.
- 1:18:48El Guapo: New administration, hopefully things change.
- 1:18:51Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:18:52Testecleese: Frimity dude.
- 1:18:54Testecleese: Yeah, anyway. A little bit of happy news
- 1:18:57Testecleese: trump gave a hundred 4 year Old World war 2 vet. Dude's name is Denver. Moore gave him a birthday message after the dude invited him to his birthday party.
- 1:19:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:19:08Ron Pascoe: There!
- 1:19:09Testecleese: Dude 104. I want to hear this guy's stories. You know what I mean.
- 1:19:14Testecleese: because not not many left still alive that served in World War 2.
- 1:19:18Brian McFadden: No, they're dying. They're dying fast because they're old.
- 1:19:22Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I mean, yeah, what? 1940?
- 1:19:25Testecleese: 3.
- 1:19:27Testecleese: What was the like? Peak conflict?
- 1:19:29Brian McFadden: I mean we had several in our Vw. We had like 3 or 4 at our Vw. Post, and they all passed away within like the last year and a half, so.
- 1:19:38Testecleese: Yeah, these are all like a hundred years old. Right?
- 1:19:40Brian McFadden: Yeah, they're over a hundred.
- 1:19:42Testecleese: Yeah, so I mean, I'm excited for this guy. I'd love to hear his stories. But
- 1:19:48Testecleese: I'm never going out to wherever this Guy lives to talk to him because I don't care that much.
- 1:19:55Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:19:56Testecleese: Alright! So everyone. What are your opinions on Qatar
- 1:20:01Testecleese: giving trump a jet for Air Force? One.
- 1:20:06El Guapo: Oh, server, tax.
- 1:20:10Brian McFadden: I don't see it happening.
- 1:20:13Testecleese: I
- 1:20:13Testecleese: not not if you don't think it's gonna happen? What do you think of the idea of it happening.
- 1:20:17El Guapo: I don't care.
- 1:20:18Brian McFadden: They didn't give it to trump. They're giving it to the nation
- 1:20:22Brian McFadden: arguing the nation because they already said when he, when he leaves office. It gets donated to his museum.
- 1:20:30El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:20:31Brian McFadden: So that's basically given it to trump.
- 1:20:34El Guapo: There could be a skeletal fucking plane. I don't care whatever.
- 1:20:37Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 1:20:38Testecleese: Well, better than.
- 1:20:39Brian McFadden: In order to convert this plane to do anything close Air Force one does. They basically got to gut the plane.
- 1:20:48Testecleese: Got the plane to make sure that they don't have any device to take over the aircraft or listen to and record what you're.
- 1:20:53Brian McFadden: And it's also supposed to be able to sustain a nuclear attack.
- 1:21:00El Guapo: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like, I don't think like, Yeah, whatever.
- 1:21:04Testecleese: Well, no, it it's designed to be able to be in the air when the ground's being nuked. If you hit this thing with a fucking nuke. It's gone.
- 1:21:10El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, anything with it?
- 1:21:12Brian McFadden: Know what I mean.
- 1:21:13Ron Pascoe: They didn't quite get a helicopter from the Saudis.
- 1:21:16Testecleese: Did he.
- 1:21:17Ron Pascoe: He still got it.
- 1:21:18Testecleese: I don't. That's I'm pretty sure that
- 1:21:22Testecleese: accepting a gift from a foreign nation isn't that again?
- 1:21:24Brian McFadden: And they're also saying that this plane, if it it's only gonna be able to be used as Air Force one in the Continental us. And it's gonna need re- require fighter jet support everywhere it goes.
- 1:21:37Testecleese: Oh, the Air Force! One always has spider jets escorting it, though always.
- 1:21:42El Guapo: Some did not receive a 17 million helicopter from the Saudis, so.
- 1:21:49Testecleese: Did not happen.
- 1:21:50Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:21:51Brian McFadden: I don't see it happening. I mean, it's a great, I think. I almost think it's like trump doing what trump does, and like pushing the buttons to freak people out.
- 1:22:03Testecleese: And then about this, he's passing other legs. He's getting other stuff passed through right?
- 1:22:08Testecleese: Yep, but I think it's against the law. I'm pretty sure it's against the law.
- 1:22:12Brian McFadden: The Amala gets cruise.
- 1:22:14El Guapo: I think, like you can receive gift, but it had to be to this country, not to the like.
- 1:22:21Ron Pascoe: Not the person.
- 1:22:23Testecleese: Not to the person. Yeah, like.
- 1:22:25Testecleese: gonna go to this private museum after this sounds like it's to him, not the nation.
- 1:22:28El Guapo: Exactly.
- 1:22:29Testecleese: And yes, you're right. The nation can accept gifts. Look at the cherry blossoms in DC. Look at the Statue of Liberty.
- 1:22:35Brian McFadden: Oh, they're trying to get take the satchel. Liberty back.
- 1:22:38El Guapo: Oh, my! Oh! They do! The French.
- 1:22:41Testecleese: Let me be use an old, old racist term that we haven't used in a long time fucking Indians.
- 1:22:49Testecleese: The sign of these freaking natives back in the French and Indian war, didn't they?
- 1:22:53Testecleese: They? They picked up too many lessons from these folks.
- 1:22:56Testecleese: Oh, we sold you Oklahoma, you know. It's like, well, we didn't know what we were selling yet, like, well, you did. So fuck, you guys get out of here.
- 1:23:06Ron Pascoe: Tell them they've got to come and get it themselves.
- 1:23:11Testecleese: Oh, my God! And we still take in more people.
- 1:23:14Testecleese: Every year. Then France has citizens.
- 1:23:17Brian McFadden: Of course.
- 1:23:19Testecleese: And they're like, Oh, you guys need to let you guys don't let people in your country
- 1:23:24Testecleese: crime any, I mean, which is crazy because this this ridiculous
- 1:23:30Testecleese: European Union thing they're doing, you can just drive across the borders of these nations now.
- 1:23:35Ron Pascoe: Some of the nations are putting their borders back up Hungary, Poland.
- 1:23:42Testecleese: It's well, especially Poland man Poland. It's Slavic.
- 1:23:47Testecleese: and I don't know if everyone knows this, but that's where the word slave comes from. They are the most invaded, conquered, and enslaved people in the history of the world.
- 1:23:55Testecleese: The Slavs. That's what parts of Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, that whole Eastern Europe block, you know.
- 1:24:03Ron Pascoe: Estonia, and all that. Yep.
- 1:24:05Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, it's funny. I was talking to someone about this conflict with Russia and Ukraine the other day.
- 1:24:13Testecleese: and I was like, Oh, I don't know, man, I was like they got
- 1:24:16Testecleese: a military base and tons of stuff in Georgia right now that could easily go and handle. Do what Russia wants to get done. And like
- 1:24:26Testecleese: they're not in Georgia. I was like, Yeah, it's like.
- 1:24:30Testecleese: it's not even like a question. They're allies. It goes. Georgia's a fucking state, and I was like, yes, and it's also a country called Georgia overnight.
- 1:24:36El Guapo: Yeah. No.
- 1:24:37Brian McFadden: I don't know that.
- 1:24:38Testecleese: Oh, yeah, but I was like, Oh, my God, you're gonna people are arguing these policies and what's going on, and didn't even bother to find out what happened like what's actually happening.
- 1:24:46Testecleese: And that's your average person. Honestly.
- 1:24:50Testecleese: you know. And let's be real. I mean.
- 1:24:53Testecleese: the 4 of us here pay attention to what's going on. But none of us knows everything that's happening. Obviously, right.
- 1:24:58Brian McFadden: Well, what's hilarious is we got one person doesn't even live in the Us. That knows more about American politics than most Americans.
- 1:25:07Testecleese: This is like fucking daytime TV for him, though, and.
- 1:25:10El Guapo: Oh, just to.
- 1:25:13Ron Pascoe: Day. Paramise, lads.
- 1:25:16Ron Pascoe: No, I think it's younger than the restless.
- 1:25:18Testecleese: If you ever come back to the States, because I know you were here, why the fuck didn't you hit me up to get together and do something. Man
- 1:25:24Testecleese: I could have sold around Plymouth.
- 1:25:27Ron Pascoe: I will. I want to do the use case next time, so definitely come and see you later.
- 1:25:30Testecleese: Okay. So well, let's see, as I move out of the Boston area, I mean, I would have showed you all the cool stuff in Boston. That's you know.
- 1:25:37Ron Pascoe: No cool stuff in Boston.
- 1:25:39Testecleese: Old little church is still there.
- 1:25:42Testecleese: the old for the lanterns, one. If I land 2, if I see that's still there.
- 1:25:45Brian McFadden: Cheers, ain't there.
- 1:25:47El Guapo: The jury.
- 1:25:47Testecleese: Green, green.
- 1:25:48El Guapo: Dragon, the Ring, the Green Dragon. God! Can I talk.
- 1:25:51Testecleese: You got Bunker Hill you got a Lexington and concort. I could show you the site, the site where the ball.
- 1:25:56Brian McFadden: I can show you more shit in the Norfolk area with Fort Monroe.
- 1:26:01Testecleese: There was a lot of stuff, a lot of stuff in.
- 1:26:03Ron Pascoe: Are you going to a Red Sox game with your brother?
- 1:26:06Brian McFadden: I can show you where where William Jefferson Davis was held captive for years.
- 1:26:14Testecleese: Oh, and we're jamestown was.
- 1:26:19Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:26:20Testecleese: Where? Where the the disappearing colony.
- 1:26:22Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:26:23Testecleese: All sorts of cool stuff happened in Virginia. Pretty sure.
- 1:26:27Testecleese: Carter.
- 1:26:28El Guapo: Rest in place.
- 1:26:30Testecleese: Yeah, and you know what I'd like to see Atlanta one day. Just so I could be like holy shit. Sherman burned all this to the ground.
- 1:26:38Ron Pascoe: Oh, definitely, I'm gonna come back. I'm definitely on.
- 1:26:42El Guapo: Honestly, you know who burned down Richmond once.
- 1:26:45Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:26:47Testecleese: That part.
- 1:26:48El Guapo: No! The the guy.
- 1:26:50Testecleese: With the north end.
- 1:26:51El Guapo: The guy that procured America. What's his name? The revolutionary.
- 1:26:55Brian McFadden: Paul Rivera.
- 1:26:57El Guapo: No, the guy that was with George Washington. He's like traitor now.
- 1:27:02Brian McFadden: I remember.
- 1:27:03El Guapo: He burned the Richmond dow.
- 1:27:08El Guapo: but then, later on, the Confederates burned down themselves, and that's where you know, Richmond got burned down twice.
- 1:27:16Testecleese: Well fucking, the British, burned down the White House.
- 1:27:19El Guapo: Oh, that's true, too.
- 1:27:20Testecleese: That's crazy.
- 1:27:21El Guapo: Well, yeah.
- 1:27:22Testecleese: Yeah. And no one knows this like, How do you not know the white? We were invaded by a foreign nation, and they burned down the White House.
- 1:27:30El Guapo: Dude. Honestly, I was thinking about this, and, like, you know, United States was it's a rebel country. They want to pay the taxes
- 1:27:38El Guapo: in order to the United States to count the United States, we have to commit.
- 1:27:42Brian McFadden: Now we're all about the taxes.
- 1:27:43El Guapo: We had to commit a coup d'etat for the previous country. We were turning to after we boost their war.
- 1:27:52Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I brought that up to a lot of people up in up in Boston when I was living in the area.
- 1:27:56Brian McFadden: I don't care.
- 1:27:57Testecleese: But when I was like, Well, yeah, they don't. But I was like what happened with balls in Boston like, oh, what are you talking about. I was like, you guys, fucking started a revolution over a 3% tax on tea. And now you're begging for more taxes.
- 1:28:09Testecleese: Geez!
- 1:28:12Testecleese: Get the Boston, the tea party man. Come on!
- 1:28:15Testecleese: Alright! Alright!
- 1:28:17Testecleese: Let's move on here.
- 1:28:19Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:28:20Testecleese: The Attorney General of Texas is going is investigating that
- 1:28:26Testecleese: The swimming thing. Did you see this swimming thing.
- 1:28:28Brian McFadden: I did.
- 1:28:29Testecleese: Yeah, this trans competitor, this dude, competed with the women and took what 7 medals or something won 7.
- 1:28:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:28:37Testecleese: Races.
- 1:28:38Testecleese: Oh, my God! That's ridiculous!
- 1:28:41Ron Pascoe: And you know, we keep pointing this out and like, Oh, I don't see a difference. I don't see a problem with it. It's like, yeah, until until this Rugby star.
- 1:28:49Testecleese: Who had her fucking femur dislocated from her hip when she was hit by a dude, when she was taken down by a dude.
- 1:28:58Brian McFadden: Yeah. And the people in the swimming competition came back and said they didn't even know this was a biological male that was swimming.
- 1:29:05El Guapo: God damn!
- 1:29:07Testecleese: And you know you can bring up that whole hormone thing. Yeah, I get it. How long does that take to.
- 1:29:12Brian McFadden: Reduce your bone, mass, and reduce your fast twitch, muscle, tissue, and muscle tissue in general.
- 1:29:20El Guapo: Joe Biden.
- 1:29:22Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I just start taking Joe Biden's freaking prostate medicine.
- 1:29:26Ron Pascoe: Still going to have it, mate, because you're still training. So you're not going to lose much.
- 1:29:30Testecleese: Exactly. Exactly. You're still working out, you still exercising, and and you don't just
- 1:29:38Testecleese: say I'm a woman and take a couple of hormones for a couple months where they're saying, 6 months is typically acceptable. No, you still weigh fucking 210 pounds, and you're 6, 3. You know what I mean
- 1:29:50Testecleese: exactly.
- 1:29:51Ron Pascoe: You don't seem.
- 1:29:51Testecleese: Fair.
- 1:29:54Testecleese: Oh, my God! Can you imagine Brock Lesnar right?
- 1:29:58Testecleese: Just says I'm a woman now, and starts fighting mma battles against women.
- 1:30:04Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 1:30:07Testecleese: You literally kill people!
- 1:30:10Testecleese: But he.
- 1:30:10Ron Pascoe: Tuesday.
- 1:30:10Testecleese: Old men and huh!
- 1:30:12Ron Pascoe: There's that dude who's still playing as a softball. Do you see? He's 6 foot 3.
- 1:30:17Ron Pascoe: He's a pitcher, and he's playing field like so cool.
- 1:30:21Testecleese: And it's just dark.
- 1:30:23Testecleese: I don't know, man, it. It just seems nuts that people don't see a difference between the 2
- 1:30:27Testecleese: and what the funny thing is, they
- 1:30:29Testecleese: they have to keep it a mental disorder in the Dsm.
- 1:30:35Testecleese: because if they don't, they won't get medication for their dysphoria.
- 1:30:40Testecleese: you don't medicate something that's not an issue, you know.
- 1:30:44Testecleese: But the the
- 1:30:48Testecleese: I don't know man, you. You find yourself an anorexic. You don't support their their their truth and allow them to keep starving themselves because they think that they're fat, you know.
- 1:31:00Testecleese: And you what's the word I'm looking for here when you're
- 1:31:03Testecleese: give into someone's delusions. And just I can't think of the word there's a word for when you like, help them with a delusion.
- 1:31:09El Guapo: It's not intelligence. Facilitate.
- 1:31:14Testecleese: Facilitate facilitate. Yeah? Yeah. All right, somebody's unplugging their headphones.
- 1:31:21El Guapo: Toby.
- 1:31:23Testecleese: A judge in Cali is now saying that the parents have to be notified
- 1:31:30Testecleese: if their kids decide that they're come out and tell their teachers or guidance counselors that they're trans.
- 1:31:35Testecleese: Because for a while they they didn't have to tell their parents so. A judge like no, no, you absolutely have to tell your parents.
- 1:31:40El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:31:41Testecleese: And they're allowing these parents to opt their kids out of these gender lessons in elementary school.
- 1:31:48El Guapo: Good. Let's go.
- 1:31:50Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:31:50El Guapo: Without judge, especially California.
- 1:31:53Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I mean shit. When I went to school
- 1:31:56Testecleese: in high school I had to get my parents to sign a permission slip to do sex. Ed.
- 1:32:01El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:32:03Testecleese: And now you're just teaching it to elementary school kids without any paperwork.
- 1:32:07Testecleese: without even telling the parents that you're gonna do it.
- 1:32:11Ron Pascoe: There's a bigger thing there, but there's a bigger picture. You look at it. They're teaching the kids to be deceptive.
- 1:32:16Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:32:19Testecleese: Great.
- 1:32:20Ron Pascoe: Yet you even look at the Federal election. They're trying to get women to say, oh, I want to tell my husband that I voted Democrat.
- 1:32:27El Guapo: Hey? Yeah.
- 1:32:28Testecleese: Say I'm voting trump, but I'm actually going to vote Democrats. You're trying to break up marriages here.
- 1:32:33Ron Pascoe: What? What's the level of deception that they're going to like? They're going from the kids to the females now, like.
- 1:32:38Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, and I don't understand that either. Like.
- 1:32:43Testecleese: and that right there, great point is that they teach in
- 1:32:47Testecleese: everyone. They're trying to teach everyone to lie to everyone about everything.
- 1:32:51Testecleese: And that's insane.
- 1:32:53Ron Pascoe: Hey?
- 1:32:55Ron Pascoe: It's grown up.
- 1:32:57Testecleese: While we're talking about it should be criminal to talk to elementary school kids about any kind of sex or anything like that.
- 1:33:04Ron Pascoe: Yep.
- 1:33:05Testecleese: And like what what Florida did it they called don't say gay bills like no, that had nothing to do with it. You weren't allowed to talk to an elementary school kid about you having sex with your wife, either. Okay.
- 1:33:14Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:33:14Testecleese: Let alone banging your husband in his butt.
- 1:33:18Testecleese: You don't have to be telling my kids about sex.
- 1:33:21Testecleese: You don't, and you definitely don't need to show them books showing how to give a Bj.
- 1:33:26Brian McFadden: No, not at all.
- 1:33:28Testecleese: That book one of the books that was banned because, you know the Republicans so evil. This book is gay.
- 1:33:33Testecleese: gave instructions to give a beege and showed you how to get onto tinder and use tinder. No, not tinder. What's the gay one.
- 1:33:40Brian McFadden: I'm growing.
- 1:33:41El Guapo: And back.
- 1:33:41Testecleese: Grindr how to get on and use grinder like, what are you doing giving this to kids?
- 1:33:47Testecleese: But even even when I took sex, Ed in school that they always said, abstinence is always the best option when it comes to this stuff, you know.
- 1:33:55Testecleese: and I understand not. Everyone's going to be abstinent.
- 1:33:58Testecleese: But don't go into. Here's how you do it. And here's how you get access, and.
- 1:34:03El Guapo: Geez!
- 1:34:03Testecleese: Wapo's headphones just need to fit better. Huh?
- 1:34:06El Guapo: My bad, my bad.
- 1:34:09Testecleese: Right? Why don't we talk about California Newsom?
- 1:34:14Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:34:14Brian McFadden: Right here.
- 1:34:15Testecleese: Newsom's budget for California was 11.9 billion. So almost 12 billion dollars short.
- 1:34:22Testecleese: And he's saying, it's pretty mild and then blame Trump
- 1:34:28Testecleese: California. And this is right after right after he was all excited about moving up another spot in the world, economies.
- 1:34:37Brian McFadden: Well, this is also he also is covering the health care of legal immigrants.
- 1:34:43Testecleese: True, and not putting out or not getting ready to put out forest fires.
- 1:34:49Testecleese: So you know, there you go.
- 1:34:52Testecleese: which is hilarious, though, because I left my ass off when I read this next one that you sent out Brian.
- 1:34:56Testecleese: the barber in Los Angeles, blasted baby shark to chase off the homeless people.
- 1:35:04El Guapo: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:35:06Testecleese: Getting around his business like that. Dude voted Republican.
- 1:35:12Testecleese: and I know that because he runs a business instead of complaining about how the person who owns the business he works for makes more money than him.
- 1:35:18Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:35:20Testecleese: I was like, oh, man, that's awesome. That this guy freaking, blasted baby shark to piss everyone off. You know what. I'll just go set up my tent and shit somewhere else.
- 1:35:30Testecleese: Speaking of shitting somewhere else, see this Amazon driver in Los Angeles once again got fired from her job
- 1:35:38Testecleese: for pissing and shitting in someone's front yard.
- 1:35:42El Guapo: There's a chick you're talking about.
- 1:35:44Testecleese: Think I think it was a woman. Yeah.
- 1:35:46El Guapo: Yeah, I heard about that.
- 1:35:48Testecleese: That was awesome.
- 1:35:49El Guapo: I saw the picture. I just saw the video. I did not need to see the video.
- 1:35:52Brian McFadden: Why did you print a video of her pooping out there.
- 1:35:56El Guapo: My God, I mean she wasn't bad looking, either. Like, yeah. I tapped that.
- 1:36:00Testecleese: Once you see a turd come flying out of some.
- 1:36:04El Guapo: Yeah. Nope, you went amber her on me. Nope, I'm good.
- 1:36:10Testecleese: She tries to be like a cupcake man.
- 1:36:16El Guapo: I saw a picture like just like Johnny Depp. I bet it you will let her ruin your life too.
- 1:36:23Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:36:26Testecleese: Oh, man, she fucked that dude's world up. And then everyone hated him for the longest time.
- 1:36:31Testecleese: They stopped making pirates of the Caribbean because of that.
- 1:36:34El Guapo: Yeah. Well, she fuck it up.
- 1:36:36Testecleese: Which I mean it was time to stop, anyway. But all right.
- 1:36:43Testecleese: So Cash Patel is saying that the FBI ran cover for Hillary Clinton.
- 1:36:51Testecleese: And I'm pretty sure that's pretty obvious, because that whole server thing.
- 1:36:55Brian McFadden: Whoa!
- 1:36:56El Guapo: Monit. Yeah.
- 1:36:56Brian McFadden: Comey came out and said that
- 1:37:00Brian McFadden: nobody would in their right mind would prosecutor for that.
- 1:37:06Testecleese: For putting official government documents on her own private server, that she hid in her bathroom.
- 1:37:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:37:13Testecleese: Yeah. If trump did it, he would.
- 1:37:14Brian McFadden: That was when I knew Comey was useless.
- 1:37:18Testecleese: That was when I was certain of it, anyway.
- 1:37:20Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:37:21Testecleese: And I mean, how much did the FBI the FBI decided not to prosecute Trump Biden
- 1:37:28Testecleese: for, and then went and prosecuted Trump for the same thing?
- 1:37:33Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:37:33Testecleese: Which, by the way, did you hear the axios report that the leak interview of her and biden.
- 1:37:40Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:37:41Testecleese: Oh, that interview, when they decide whether or not to charge him has leaked out, and Axios published it!
- 1:37:47Testecleese: Oh, my God! All this stuff that they said was going on. Why, they didn't prosecute him. You could hear it right there, and it like he was off by like 4 years when his son died.
- 1:37:56Testecleese: He was talking about stuff when he was Senator, when he was President.
- 1:38:00Testecleese: That happened when he was President.
- 1:38:01Brian McFadden: Are you talking about the bill, Herr? Interview.
- 1:38:05Testecleese: Yeah, the her Biden interview. Yeah, it's been leaked out. You can get it on axios.
- 1:38:11Testecleese: which is interesting watching axios turn around and start trying to get back towards the middle.
- 1:38:19El Guapo: You know James Comey was right. Who would prosecute Hillary unless unless you want to die?
- 1:38:26El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:38:28El Guapo: Get stabbed in the back 3 times. Leave yourself a note, you know.
- 1:38:31Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:38:33Testecleese: yeah, I'm still shocked that this dude managed to hang himself after shooting himself in the back of the head like that was impressive.
- 1:38:38El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:38:40Testecleese: Right after, he said, I have evidence I could feed to Hillary Clinton being arrested.
- 1:38:46Testecleese: Alright and now see, they were talking about this for a while, moving FBI personnel out of DC.
- 1:38:54Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:38:55Testecleese: But for some reason the news picked up. He's going to fire all these Federal agents. He's like, no, why don't we have
- 1:39:00Testecleese: so many Feds FBI agents in DC. What are you doing in DC.
- 1:39:06Testecleese: Why don't we.
- 1:39:07Brian McFadden: Well that the the headquarters need to be like torn down and rebuilt again.
- 1:39:12Testecleese: Tear it down and move it to Wisconsin.
- 1:39:16Testecleese: Let's spread some of this stuff out so that everyone doesn't have the same fucking opinion about everything.
- 1:39:20Brian McFadden: Because the new building ain't. The old building ain't up to code.
- 1:39:25Testecleese: Either way it shouldn't be. It doesn't have to be in DC. This is a big honking country.
- 1:39:29Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:39:30Testecleese: Let yeah, spread some of these guys out and do some actual fucking law enforcement instead of trying to find a way to put Bill. Yeah. Bill Clinton. Put Donald Trump in prison.
- 1:39:40Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:39:41El Guapo: Put them in Oklahoma, fuck it underground. Bunker.
- 1:39:45Testecleese: Put them on the border, put them on the border and say, anyone who's not legal turn around the border, so we don't have to deport them.
- 1:39:54Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:39:55Testecleese: Sure, you guys saw this prison break in in New Orleans.
- 1:39:58Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:40:00Testecleese: 1010 dudes escaped. Last I saw 3 have been caught.
- 1:40:05Brian McFadden: Good morning, man!
- 1:40:06El Guapo: There are 6. So far.
- 1:40:08Testecleese: So. Okay? Oh, so they have 6 of the 10. Now.
- 1:40:10El Guapo: Yeah, I think, so, okay, something like that.
- 1:40:13Testecleese: Okay? Well, at least they're finding these folks.
- 1:40:16Testecleese: Well, an employee of the jail, some maintenance worker has been arrested for helping them get out.
- 1:40:21El Guapo: You have to admit if you end up in jail because you're not the brightest.
- 1:40:26El Guapo: the brightest, the shoppers still in the shed.
- 1:40:33El Guapo: You got caught, you did it? Correct?
- 1:40:35El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:40:36El Guapo: Back up.
- 1:40:37Testecleese: Well did you see the crimes these people charged for with.
- 1:40:39El Guapo: No like.
- 1:40:41Testecleese: War murderers.
- 1:40:43Testecleese: 2 attempted murderers and a couple other. These aren't. These aren't little crimes that they were awaiting trial for.
- 1:40:50El Guapo: That's fine. But the probably all emotion of the way it happened. It was a
- 1:40:55El Guapo: he wasn't planning anything. They got caught. They got caught.
- 1:40:58Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:40:59El Guapo: You know, so they're probably going to get caught out there in the wild.
- 1:41:04Testecleese: Well, it's been. It's been enough time for some of these guys to get out of the country.
- 1:41:08El Guapo: The one you have to worry about. You never the one that you commit a murder, and you never find evidence against them. That's the one you have to worry about.
- 1:41:15Testecleese: The thing is like.
- 1:41:16Testecleese: At least, if you had a trial, you had a chance to not go to prison the rest of your life. Now you broke out of jail before trial.
- 1:41:24El Guapo: Oh, this before God!
- 1:41:25El Guapo: They're already convicted.
- 1:41:27Testecleese: It was a jail, not a prison.
- 1:41:29El Guapo: Oh, shit! Now you fucked up! You fucked up.
- 1:41:31Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, you.
- 1:41:33El Guapo: You fucked up, you dog? Sorry you you! This is point 3.
- 1:41:38El Guapo: What is it like? 10 years? It's like 10 years for breaking out of prison. Yeah.
- 1:41:42Testecleese: Ross, too, you know.
- 1:41:45El Guapo: If I wasn't like whether if I was in this, they're like, I'm not going in there fucked up, you know, like, Hey, look! Escape. I'm here. Let me do my time, or let me defend myself against the crime, and.
- 1:41:57Testecleese: Know that. Would you know these people were, in fact, guilty, because if they were innocent, they would have had at least a little bit of faith in a trial.
- 1:42:04El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:42:06Testecleese: They said, shit! I'm in jail now. I need to get out now before I'm in prison, when I'll never get out.
- 1:42:12El Guapo: Oh, they were interested, and you're just dumb.
- 1:42:15El Guapo: I didn't believe in the system. And this is what happened.
- 1:42:18Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I.
- 1:42:19Brian McFadden: The system is.
- 1:42:20Testecleese: Sitting in jail for something I didn't do.
- 1:42:22El Guapo: Yeah, no like like you know what? Let me practical.
- 1:42:27El Guapo: You fight in the court. No, on the street, you know.
- 1:42:30El Guapo: At least you like.
- 1:42:32El Guapo: At least you didn't get hurt in the street, you know. If you're roughly arrested, then you can sue, you know.
- 1:42:41Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:42:42Testecleese: Well, did you see the the Feds? A judge has seized control of Rikers Island from New York.
- 1:42:47Brian McFadden: That's crazy.
- 1:42:49Testecleese: Yeah, he wrote a 77 page ruling, saying that these are unconstitutional conditions. It's not. It's not safe. It's not. Nothing's right there.
- 1:42:56Testecleese: And I mean we've all. I don't know how much the Aussie knows what Rikers Island, but it's like notorious prison in the States.
- 1:43:05Testecleese: It's people more. I think they have more people die in that prison than any other prison in the country.
- 1:43:12Testecleese: Hmm!
- 1:43:14Testecleese: Any any more stuff here in leftovers that you want to discuss.
- 1:43:20Brian McFadden: Let's talk about the last thing, for I wanted to hear
- 1:43:25Brian McFadden: the review of friend, or I have.
- 1:43:27Testecleese: The what now.
- 1:43:30Brian McFadden: And it's something to do with Australia.
- 1:43:33Brian McFadden: New international.
- 1:43:35Testecleese: At the very bottom.
- 1:43:36Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:43:37Testecleese: Okay cause. I have no idea who these people are. Adam are Peter Dutton and Adam Bandt.
- 1:43:42Ron Pascoe: Yes, yes, yes, yes, sir, one.
- 1:43:47Testecleese: W. They they beat the Labor Party's most optimistic expectations. What what? Exactly.
- 1:43:54Ron Pascoe: He's not.
- 1:43:54Testecleese: What does it mean?
- 1:43:56Ron Pascoe: Right. What happened was
- 1:43:58Ron Pascoe: Adam Bant. He was the. He was a Radical. He's the leader of the Greens party, the Conservative, not as in Republican, but, like
- 1:44:08Ron Pascoe: the wilderness fighters, the greens in Australia, they're a political party. They've actually got shredded apart.
- 1:44:15Ron Pascoe: Labor, which is like your Democratic party, have come into power.
- 1:44:19El Guapo: Damn!
- 1:44:20Ron Pascoe: And Peter Dutton was the leader of the Liberal party. That would be like your Republicans.
- 1:44:24Ron Pascoe: They've got another party with them. It's called the Liberal National party, the National party, so like from the country regions, like the the wheatgrass, the farmers, and all that sort of stuff, the people in the land. They're the national party, so they unite it.
- 1:44:38Ron Pascoe: They lost so many seats in representative like Senate and in the
- 1:44:43Ron Pascoe: House Representatives your Congress that they've totally got now
- 1:44:48Ron Pascoe: Liberal, and the Nationals have separated as well. They've split right down the middle. They're no longer a united party, and it looks like they've left the door open for the Labor party just to split the next election in 3 years time. It's chaos. It's absolute chaos. And the Labor Party, which, like I used to be a labor supporter, but I wouldn't vote him anymore.
- 1:45:09Ron Pascoe: They're allowing all this migration to come in. And we've got our biggest problem is in Australia at the moment.
- 1:45:15Ron Pascoe: We've got about nearly 200 and something 1,000 people living on the streets that are homeless.
- 1:45:20Ron Pascoe: They're allowing more people in every year we get 600.
- 1:45:25Brian McFadden: Nobody hears about that.
- 1:45:27Testecleese: If you're gonna let these people in Australia
- 1:45:30Testecleese: go do what the British did, and toss them out
- 1:45:33Testecleese: out of the city limits in like the desert, not even the desert just.
- 1:45:38Testecleese: And you guys got enough unoccupied land over there. Let's be real right.
- 1:45:43Ron Pascoe: Oh, they wouldn't live out there, mate.
- 1:45:46Brian McFadden: To kill you. There you go!
- 1:45:47Brian McFadden: I are there!
- 1:45:47Ron Pascoe: Hey, Dod! That would last a day.
- 1:45:50Testecleese: You guys got crocs or gators.
- 1:45:52Ron Pascoe: Crocs, big brothers.
- 1:45:54Testecleese: The saltwater ones, or freshwater.
- 1:45:57Ron Pascoe: Both.
- 1:45:58Testecleese: Damn.
- 1:45:59Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:45:59Ron Pascoe: They can live. They can live in both mate, salt water, and freshwater.
- 1:46:04Testecleese: The the ones known as saltwalk crocodiles you see in like South South America, are fucking enormous and terrifying.
- 1:46:12Ron Pascoe: That's our boys. That's our little boys. But the biggest thing is like talking about what you're talking about. Australia. Sorry about interrupting you.
- 1:46:19Ron Pascoe: In England at the moment. They've got a lot of bullshit going on with their Labor party, because Reform party, Nigel Farage.
- 1:46:27Ron Pascoe: I like it.
- 1:46:28Ron Pascoe: You can.
- 1:46:28El Guapo: Dude.
- 1:46:29Ron Pascoe: Weekends in.
- 1:46:30Ron Pascoe: There's a lot of sporting.
- 1:46:31Ron Pascoe: Sorry, mate.
- 1:46:32El Guapo: No go ahead! Go ahead! Go ahead!
- 1:46:34Ron Pascoe: Nigel Farage's reform party had just clean sweeped all the local elections. They just knocked out all the Tories in the labor party mate.
- 1:46:43Testecleese: Thanks.
- 1:46:44Testecleese: I still have no idea how your guys government works. It's it's
- 1:46:48Testecleese: I don't understand how you don't
- 1:46:50Testecleese: vote for a person to be in charge.
- 1:46:52Brian McFadden: Are you born in the party.
- 1:46:54Testecleese: Party chooses. I. It confused the crap out of me.
- 1:46:57El Guapo: This is the city without a college dude.
- 1:47:00Ron Pascoe: Yeah, we vote for the person like, they're either a labor or Liberal party. But our biggest problem is.
- 1:47:07Ron Pascoe: we've got so many people on the ballot. So you've got so many different parties. But that's why we only had 2 major parties, the Liberal National and the Labor Party, and you've got like marijuana party. The Hookers party, you know. Like every election, someone comes up with a different party.
- 1:47:24Testecleese: Oh, we get some of that here, but they never. They never do well enough to even make the ballot most of the time for the Presidency.
- 1:47:30Brian McFadden: What's her name? Nick?
- 1:47:32Testecleese: What's that?
- 1:47:33Brian McFadden: I've overhooger.
- 1:47:36Ron Pascoe: Yeah, well, I'm doing the poll.
- 1:47:39Testecleese: So I respect to Hooker more than I respect a slut. At least she has a good sense to get paid for.
- 1:47:44El Guapo: The thing about electoral college, too. We elect elect the official
- 1:47:49El Guapo: for the party, and they vote for us. Who's the President, too?
- 1:47:53Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 1:47:55Testecleese: The oh, breaking news breaking news.
- 1:47:57El Guapo: Whoa!
- 1:47:58Testecleese: Department of Justice opened an investigation into former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
- 1:48:02Testecleese: They just opened an investigation into Andrew Cuomo, former New York governor and top candidate for New York City Mayor, following a referral from Congress Congressional Republicans who caused accused Cuomo of lying during an investigation of his Administration's COVID-19 response, a person
- 1:48:16Testecleese: on the matter said, Now, isn't this what we were all saying was.
- 1:48:18Brian McFadden: No. Yeah.
- 1:48:19Testecleese: Put all the sick people in the nursing homes, who killed all the you are the one who killed Granny, not me! And grabbing Fannie's.
- 1:48:27El Guapo: Chris is gonna flip size again gonna go back to.
- 1:48:32Testecleese: Hope the Democrats will bail him out.
- 1:48:35El Guapo: Brawley oosy.
- 1:48:37El Guapo: I bet you, Chris, gonna flip sides again because he flipped to this side. Now this is what I trust. Flip floppers, do you know, like.
- 1:48:46Brian McFadden: You're a Flip Flopper.
- 1:48:49El Guapo: I flipped my pancakes, that's all.
- 1:48:52Testecleese: I mean, it's I don't mind you, changing parties especially. No, especially the way the dems have moved so far left. But that's you have a citizen who's going to flip, not someone running for office at the peak of delusion.
- 1:49:04El Guapo: Like, even if California, Los Angeles sheriff Flip the Republican now.
- 1:49:11El Guapo: So I was like, I don't know about you, man.
- 1:49:15Testecleese: Quick question again about Australian politics.
- 1:49:17Ron Pascoe: Do you guys?
- 1:49:20Testecleese: Have the same system as Great Britain and Canada.
- 1:49:25Ron Pascoe: Yeah, that
- 1:49:28Ron Pascoe: we don't have to. But the system that we used all along basically what is because our election is every 3 years.
- 1:49:36Testecleese: Yeah, you could just take the guy out of office anytime you want to and vote someone else. I guess.
- 1:49:40Ron Pascoe: No, we we can't. It's up to the party, the Cabinet, the party like they'll they'll go down and they'll go in the rank and file.
- 1:49:48Ron Pascoe: So for a little while ago.
- 1:49:51Testecleese: A little while ago we were talking about this when you guys just kept kicking out everyone who was in charge and like, How are you gonna get anything done if they don't get to serve a term, you know.
- 1:50:00Ron Pascoe: We had about 4 or 5 ministers. You realize the guys just wanted Anthony Albanese.
- 1:50:06Ron Pascoe: He's the 1st Prime Minister win election after being
- 1:50:13Ron Pascoe: opposition leader without being deposed in about 12 years.
- 1:50:18Ron Pascoe: So what I'm saying by that is, we've had about 5 6 different Prime Ministers
- 1:50:23Ron Pascoe: during election, where someone else had ran, won the seat or won won. The Prime Minister's job.
- 1:50:29Ron Pascoe: then got deposed, then another one coming. We had 3 in one election
- 1:50:34Ron Pascoe: cycles, so in 3 years we had 3 different.
- 1:50:37Testecleese: How are you gonna get anything done? If you can't be in office long enough to get anything done.
- 1:50:42Ron Pascoe: It's pale, mate people backstep for it.
- 1:50:45Ron Pascoe: Boot will cut your throat for the power.
- 1:50:47Testecleese: Now, can can they still do this during to have like declared war?
- 1:50:54Ron Pascoe: No, they can't see what happens is then the Prime Minister.
- 1:50:56Testecleese: God.
- 1:50:57Ron Pascoe: The Prime Minister, then, like the act of war, comes in.
- 1:51:03Ron Pascoe: It's like.
- 1:51:03Testecleese: Well, who?
- 1:51:04Ron Pascoe: Churchill, what's what?
- 1:51:07Ron Pascoe: Well, in our in Australia.
- 1:51:10Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:51:10Ron Pascoe: We haven't declared war. We've gone in. We've followed England in all the way. We've followed you guys into war.
- 1:51:15Testecleese: Yeah, but I thought you technically. I thought you declared war to. Would you get involved in World War one too.
- 1:51:21Ron Pascoe: Yeah. Well, what happened was, we didn't actually declare it, because under our constitution, if England goes to war, we go to war with them.
- 1:51:29Ron Pascoe: It's like the fact that we've got you guys. It's it's like.
- 1:51:33Ron Pascoe: Yeah, it's like the pack we've got. You guys in New Zealand.
- 1:51:37Testecleese: Alright, so it was like a new.
- 1:51:38Ron Pascoe: You don't think.
- 1:51:38Testecleese: But for every okay. But oh, I got you. I got you.
- 1:51:41Ron Pascoe: So if England declares war on a on a country.
- 1:51:44Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:51:45Ron Pascoe: Canada will go. We'll go. New Zealand will go. India will go.
- 1:51:49Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:51:50Testecleese: Well, yeah, you know, if you
- 1:51:52Testecleese: Uk declares war, there's gonna be a whole bunch of people invite involved in that conflict. Real quick.
- 1:51:58Ron Pascoe: Yeah, 100% mate. And that's how it works. It's like, if you guys go into war, you're our ally. So under our pact. We've got to go into war with you.
- 1:52:06Testecleese: And Mexico is going to come with us in Canada. Well, the entire unit, the entire Commonwealth.
- 1:52:12Brian McFadden: Northern. You mean the northern continent.
- 1:52:15Testecleese: The entire yes, and then then the Commonwealth, you know, Wales, Britain. I don't know how it all fucking works. I don't care that entire island to include Scotland is going with us. Australia is coming with us. Freaking. Half of Europe is coming with us, you know.
- 1:52:29Ron Pascoe: Good, that's right. And who are we going to fly.
- 1:52:33Testecleese: Like. I don't want to fuck with those guys. There's too many of them.
- 1:52:41Testecleese: Should Australia declare war, who would do it? Is it your House Representatives, or the Prime Minister.
- 1:52:47Ron Pascoe: No, it comes through the Prime Minister but what he'll do. He'll go to his Cabinet. The Cabinet will give the okay, and the Prime Minister will call it.
- 1:52:54Testecleese: Okay, okay, cause. Our Congress has to quit war.
- 1:52:57Ron Pascoe: Now, basically, it comes down to our war. We've got a War Cabinet which will go to the Prime Minister. Say, yes, you've got our backing. You'll go right. We're declaring war.
- 1:53:05Testecleese: You know.
- 1:53:07El Guapo: I'm out of here.
- 1:53:08Testecleese: Thanks thanks for coming by.
- 1:53:10Ron Pascoe: See you, mate.
- 1:53:11El Guapo: But.
- 1:53:13Testecleese: Fuck. I forgot I was gonna say.
- 1:53:14Testecleese: that's oh, yeah, I hope if the United States ever does declare war again, I say, ever does obviously will someday. Again.
- 1:53:20Testecleese: I hope they change the Department of Defense back to the Department of War.
- 1:53:25Testecleese: just at least for that conflict.
- 1:53:28Testecleese: Just my opinion.
- 1:53:30Ron Pascoe: You've got to have that backstop, mate. You've got to have a backstop, no matter what you do.
- 1:53:35Testecleese: Hmm, oh, what was I just looking at?
- 1:53:39Testecleese: Oh, yeah, this.
- 1:53:41Testecleese: Okay, this guy, Jared Shaw. He's a back. He's an American
- 1:53:45Testecleese: citizen. He plays basketball in Indonesia.
- 1:53:48Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:53:50Testecleese: Got busted with drugs.
- 1:53:51Brian McFadden: Yep, he's just only bringing them over for his teammates.
- 1:53:58Testecleese: Yeah, doesn't matter. You smuggled drugs into Indonesia. That's a death sentence.
- 1:54:02Testecleese: He's facing the death penalty right now, for this.
- 1:54:05Ron Pascoe: Yeah 100%.
- 1:54:07Testecleese: The digital.
- 1:54:09Testecleese: Why would you, Britney Griner?
- 1:54:12Testecleese: You know what I mean? It's like we already saw this shit happen. She was in a Russian jail.
- 1:54:16Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:54:17Testecleese: The girls.
- 1:54:20Ron Pascoe: You heard of the Bali 9, didn't you?
- 1:54:23Testecleese: I've heard the term. I'm not sure what it is.
- 1:54:26Ron Pascoe: It was these 2 guys who led these other 7 people. They were the ringleaders who smuggled drugs into Indonesia, into Bali.
- 1:54:35Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:54:36Ron Pascoe: These 2 the 2 ringleaders got executed, and the other 7 have only just been released, and that happened about
- 1:54:42Ron Pascoe: nearly 20 odd years ago.
- 1:54:44Testecleese: Doof.
- 1:54:45Testecleese: speaking of release of American, just got released from a American Air Force vet just got released from Venezuelan prison.
- 1:54:55Testecleese: and you know what good for you for surviving a Venezuelan prison as an American right? Of course it's probably not that dangerous in Venezuelan prison right now, because all of their gangsters are up here in the United States. So?
- 1:55:08Testecleese: Or El Salvador?
- 1:55:10Testecleese: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:55:12Testecleese: Alright. Let's see anything else interesting here.
- 1:55:17Testecleese: There was a shooting in Philadelphia. 4 people were shot, and 3 teenagers were among them
- 1:55:22Testecleese: on a bus over some argument which I thought was ridiculous.
- 1:55:28Testecleese: Did you?
- 1:55:29Testecleese: Did you know Mcdonald's had mobile food trucks.
- 1:55:32Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:55:33Testecleese: Neither did I, but apparently in Saudi Arabia. They do, because they brought it up
- 1:55:39Testecleese: for trump, because he loves Mcdonald's so much when he went there to speak to. The Sheik.
- 1:55:45Testecleese: And by the way, that's the 1st Us. President, to ever visit Saudi Arabia when in office.
- 1:55:52Testecleese: How much business.
- 1:55:53Ron Pascoe: But and got to play Y.M.C.A. And got him to play Y.M.C.A.
- 1:55:57Testecleese: Yeah, right? Right?
- 1:56:00Testecleese: But
- 1:56:02Testecleese: how much business and deals and negotiations have we had with Saudi Arabia, especially concerning the price of oil? And
- 1:56:09Testecleese: what for? How long? You can only buy oil with the American dollar.
- 1:56:13Brian McFadden: A lot.
- 1:56:14Testecleese: Yeah. And I was like, and no one actually ever went to Saudi Arabia to talk to these folks.
- 1:56:19Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:56:20Testecleese: Crazy to me.
- 1:56:21Testecleese: It's crazy.
- 1:56:23Ron Pascoe: And so what he's done in Syria.
- 1:56:26Testecleese: Yeah, we're going back into I thought I had that in here where new media mobile Starbucks basketball, Pensacola thought I had that in here he shit
- 1:56:38Testecleese: decades of. I could have sworn I was in here.
- 1:56:43Testecleese: Maybe it was under foreign policy.
- 1:56:45Testecleese: Huh?
- 1:56:47Testecleese: Oh, yeah, trump turns decade old American policy on his head in one speech.
- 1:56:54Testecleese: He went to Saudi Arabia blah blah blah signed a deal for 600 billion dollars right
- 1:56:59Testecleese: between the Uae and Qatar.
- 1:57:03Testecleese: Which is a lot of money. And where is where is in there fuck.
- 1:57:07Testecleese: anyway? Basically, we're gonna start doing business with Syria again.
- 1:57:11Testecleese: We haven't been doing business with them for a long time.
- 1:57:14Testecleese: Yeah. So hey, that's just gonna be even more money coming to this country. And I getting a good laugh out of this tariff thing when everyone lost their minds
- 1:57:21Testecleese: like we're already bringing in more money than we were before.
- 1:57:25Testecleese: and we've got better trade terms with these nations because of it.
- 1:57:31Testecleese: and it's it's so much fun watching the left lose their minds over it, you know.
- 1:57:39Testecleese: But.
- 1:57:40Ron Pascoe: Oh, that's like, that's oh.
- 1:57:42Ron Pascoe: so I'll let you go. So I just like the fact. You said, UN, see, you guys, we got this done.
- 1:57:48Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:57:49Testecleese: all right. Well, I think that's our show. Unless you got anything more you want to talk about, Brian.
- 1:57:53Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:57:54Testecleese: Alright. Well, thank you. Repeat offender, for coming out. Always come on here.
- 1:58:01Testecleese: especially given this little info on how the fuck, the other side of the planet. Does their politics.

- 1:58:13Testecleese: Oh, no.
- 1:58:13Brian McFadden: Hear anything.
- 1:58:15Ron Pascoe: All of the.
- 1:58:16Testecleese: Yeah, it's because I clicked on the wrong one.
- 1:58:18Brian McFadden: All right.
- 1:58:19Testecleese: I need.
- 1:58:22Testecleese: yeah, I should. I should. When I do this again, I'm gonna leave them intro and outro instead of in the morning, and intro one.
- 1:58:30Brian McFadden: I'll do that.
- 1:58:31Testecleese: Think that's our show.
