- 1:28Speaker 2: in the USA. I'm Wayne Allyn Root, and I'm your
- 1:30Speaker 2: Secretary of War, and this is the Wayne Stream Media.
- 1:35Speaker 2: I'm the loudest magamouth in the world, and it's great
- 1:37Speaker 2: to be with you. RootForAmerica.com is my website, and you
- 1:40Speaker 2: can email me anytime, WayneRoot at gmail.com, WayneRoot at gmail.com. So,
- 1:45Speaker 2: you know, to me, the number one issue in the
- 1:47Speaker 2: world is not the war in Iran or the conflict
- 1:49Speaker 2: in Iran, whatever you want to call it. It's the
- 1:51Speaker 2: SAVE Act, because that's the only way to save America
- 1:54Speaker 2: and save the midterms and save the Republican Party. We've
- 1:57Speaker 2: got to pass the SAVE Act. And so I wrote
- 2:00Speaker 2: this commentary this morning, and here it is. Does MAGA
- 2:03Speaker 2: want to win the midterms and save America? Does MAGA
- 2:07Speaker 2: want to pass the SAVE Act? Here's how to do it. Hint,
- 2:12Speaker 2: think two for the price of one. Despite the lies, rhetoric,
- 2:16Speaker 2: and propaganda we all hear in the biased mainstream media,
- 2:19Speaker 2: President Trump is not only popular, he's in the perfect
- 2:23Speaker 2: position to win the midterms if we can pass the
- 2:27Speaker 2: infamous SAVE Act. The SAVE Act. That's the whole kitchen sink,
- 2:32Speaker 2: the whole enchilada, the whole kit and caboodle, the whole
- 2:36Speaker 2: ball game. It's all wrapped up in the SAVE Act.
- 2:39Speaker 2: And polls prove we have the support. We have support
- 2:42Speaker 2: and momentum on our side. You might not hear these
- 2:44Speaker 2: favorable polls.
- 2:45Speaker 3: In the media.
- 2:47Speaker 2: But here they are. You hear them on Warzone Live
- 2:50Speaker 2: from the mainstream media. President Trump's favorability with his base
- 2:53Speaker 2: is the highest in modern history, meaning his base loves
- 2:57Speaker 2: and trusts him. Who says that? CNN's data expert, Harry Enten,
- 3:01Speaker 2: who reports, and I quote, Republicans love Donald Trump more
- 3:04Speaker 2: than any president's own party supporters have ever loved their
- 3:08Speaker 2: president at this particular point. How about the war in Iran?
- 3:12Speaker 2: Over 90% of MAGA voters back Operation Epic Fury. Even
- 3:16Speaker 2: more remarkable, 93% of MAGA voters approve of the United
- 3:21Speaker 2: States' alliance with Israel. Sorry, Tucker and Candace and Marjorie
- 3:25Speaker 2: Taylor Greene, but you all failed big time. Clearly, all
- 3:29Speaker 2: your hate and hot air didn't move the needle one
- 3:32Speaker 2: inch over Israel. Your attempts to divide MAGA and demonize
- 3:36Speaker 2: Jews in Israel failed miserably. But nothing is more important
- 3:40Speaker 2: to the American people than voter ID. Virtually everyone supports
- 3:44Speaker 2: voter ID, including a huge majority of Democrats. Harvard Caps
- 3:49Speaker 2: Harris polling shows 81% support for voter ID, including 70%
- 3:55Speaker 2: of Democrats. Pew Research shows 83% support for voter ID,
- 4:01Speaker 2: including huge majorities of blacks, whites, and Latinos. Gallup shows
- 4:05Speaker 2: 84% support voter ID, while 83% support proof of citizenship
- 4:11Speaker 2: to vote. Rasmussen shows 75% support for voter ID. Their
- 4:17Speaker 2: polls also show more support for ICE than the Democrat Party.
- 4:22Speaker 2: So the stars are aligned and everything is coming up aces.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Trump is in the driver's seat. Republicans are in the
- 4:28Speaker 2: driver's seat. And the SAVE Act is the most popular
- 4:31Speaker 2: election reform in history. So what's the problem? Well, now
- 4:34Speaker 2: we get to the fly in the ointment. The GOP
- 4:37Speaker 2: Senate is filled with rat fink, bribed, bought off, rhino, cowards, snakes,
- 4:42Speaker 2: and traitors. Many, if not most, of the GOP senators,
- 4:45Speaker 2: even with the wind blowing at 150 miles per hour
- 4:48Speaker 2: at their backs, don't really want to pass the SAVE Act.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Senators claim that we now might have the votes to
- 4:56Speaker 2: suspend the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Might.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Do you believe them? Would you bet your life on that?
- 5:02Speaker 2: Would you bet your last dollar on that? These spineless
- 5:05Speaker 2: and corrupt rhino clowns and sad sacks always find a
- 5:09Speaker 2: way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. What
- 5:13Speaker 2: my gut tells me is the GOP Senate will either
- 5:15Speaker 2: fail at the last minute or they will stall, stall,
- 5:17Speaker 2: stall until the clock runs out and brag they gave
- 5:19Speaker 2: it their best shot. Anyone want to bet? So if
- 5:23Speaker 2: it happens to pass, great! But we can't count on
- 5:26Speaker 2: the SAVE Act passing the GOP Senate. We need two
- 5:30Speaker 2: simultaneous options to be in motion at once. A kind
- 5:34Speaker 2: of fail-safe option. President Trump should defeat the rhinos at
- 5:38Speaker 2: their own game by signing his executive order for election
- 5:41Speaker 2: integrity right now. His version of the SAVE Act. Make
- 5:45Speaker 2: it simultaneous. Put even more pressure on the GOP Senate
- 5:49Speaker 2: to act. Because our real enemy here is time. We
- 5:53Speaker 2: are running out of time before the midterms. We know
- 5:56Speaker 2: there will be legal challenges by Democrats, i.e. Marxist traitors,
- 6:00Speaker 2: trying to steal elections. They can open borders, change the
- 6:03Speaker 2: demographics of the electorate, and destroy our country. If President
- 6:07Speaker 2: Trump waits for the Senate and it never happens, it
- 6:10Speaker 2: will be too late. Too much time will go by
- 6:13Speaker 2: and with court challenges, the SAVE Act will never be
- 6:16Speaker 2: in place before the midterms. Every minute counts. If court
- 6:21Speaker 2: challenges stop the SAVE Act from being in place before
- 6:24Speaker 2: the midterms, Democrats will cheat the biggest ever. They will
- 6:29Speaker 2: cheat to the max. They will steal the midterms. And
- 6:34Speaker 2: then the Trump presidency is over. The next two years,
- 6:37Speaker 2: not only will Trump be unable to pass a bill,
- 6:40Speaker 2: but his administration will be bogged down by nonstop investigations
- 6:43Speaker 2: and impeachments. The smart move is for President Trump to
- 6:46Speaker 2: sign his EO, Executive Order, version of the SAVE Act
- 6:51Speaker 2: right now. So no matter if the Senate passes it
- 6:54Speaker 2: or not, there's still enough time for court challenges and
- 6:57Speaker 2: ultimately a final Supreme Court ruling. I've spoken to one
- 7:01Speaker 2: of America's foremost experts on this issue, John Goodman. He
- 7:05Speaker 2: believes a Trump EO would actually be better than the
- 7:08Speaker 2: Senate passing the SAVE Act. Why? First, because Trump's EO
- 7:13Speaker 2: will have stricter limits on mail-in ballots, while voter ID
- 7:17Speaker 2: and proof of citizenship are certainly very important. Goodman says
- 7:23Speaker 2: eliminating mail-in ballots is far more important. The EO will
- 7:27Speaker 2: fully eliminate the fraudulent use of mail-in ballots, replacing them
- 7:32Speaker 2: with already constitutionally approved absentee ballots, a completely different thing.
- 7:37Speaker 2: only allowed to be used by the elderly, disabled, or
- 7:42Speaker 2: overseas military voters. That's the way it's supposed to be.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Not anyone's allowed to use a mail-in ballot. This is
- 7:48Speaker 2: precisely how Democrats are using illegal aliens to steal elections.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Voter ID and proof of citizenship alone don't stop this
- 7:57Speaker 2: form of voter fraud, simply because millions of illegals are
- 8:00Speaker 2: voting by mail-in ballot without ever leaving their homes. Trump's
- 8:04Speaker 2: EO will solve this issue once and for all. John
- 8:08Speaker 2: Goodman also believes the SAVE Act, either a law passed
- 8:10Speaker 2: by Congress or a Trump EO, will have an ironclad
- 8:14Speaker 2: 100% chance of being affirmed by the Supreme Court. And
- 8:18Speaker 2: he bases that on three provisions of our U.S. Constitution
- 8:24Speaker 2: and a 1995 Supreme Court ruling entitled U.S. Term Limits v. Thornton.
- 8:31Speaker 2: And Goodman says the Supremes will find it impossible to
- 8:35Speaker 2: overturn the SAVE Act. The issue was already decided by
- 8:38Speaker 2: this 1995 ruling by the Supreme Court and by our U.S. Constitution.
- 8:43Speaker 2: The Supreme Court rarely ever in history has overturned their
- 8:45Speaker 2: own rulings, let alone the U.S. Constitution. So if we
- 8:50Speaker 2: get the SAVE Act across the finish line in any form,
- 8:54Speaker 2: we will win at the Supreme Court. Therefore, the real
- 8:57Speaker 2: issue is, did we leave ourselves enough time for court
- 9:01Speaker 2: challenges and a Supreme Court ruling. That's the whole ball game.
- 9:06Speaker 2: So President Trump, please act now. Pass your EO version
- 9:10Speaker 2: simultaneously while the GOP Senate tries to pass their version.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Let's get on two paths to victory and get them
- 9:17Speaker 2: both on record while there is still time for multiple
- 9:21Speaker 2: court rulings and appeals plus an expedited ruling by the
- 9:25Speaker 2: Supreme Court. That's the path to ensure victory in the
- 9:30Speaker 2: midterms Two for the price of one. So to sum
- 9:34Speaker 2: it up, Cliff Notes, John Goodman is the expert and
- 9:38Speaker 2: he says we will absolutely win at the Supreme Court
- 9:40Speaker 2: with either the SAVE Act or Trump's EO version of
- 9:44Speaker 2: the SAVE Act. We just got to get it to
- 9:46Speaker 2: the Supreme Court quick enough. So first the Democrats got
- 9:49Speaker 2: to sue, then a court's got to rule, then probably
- 9:52Speaker 2: there's an appeal, then that court's got to rule, and
- 9:54Speaker 2: then you got to ask for an expedited ruling to
- 9:56Speaker 2: the Supreme Court. If you don't leave enough time to
- 9:58Speaker 2: do that, then it will never be in place before
- 10:01Speaker 2: the midterm. So don't wait for the U.S.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Senate.
- 10:03Speaker 2: That could take days. That could take weeks. That could
- 10:06Speaker 2: be never. Probably the odds are never going to pass
- 10:10Speaker 2: the SAVE Act. But if they do, they'll stall and
- 10:12Speaker 2: stall and stall and kind of run out the clock.
- 10:15Speaker 2: And so maybe they'll pass it and it'll be July.
- 10:18Speaker 2: And that's too late for all the court challenges and
- 10:21Speaker 2: the Supreme Court to do an expedited ruling. You've got
- 10:24Speaker 2: to pass it now. So right now, simultaneously, Trump's EO
- 10:28Speaker 2: and fight for that SAVE Act in Congress. And we'll
- 10:31Speaker 2: see which one gets through. And so late breaking news
- 10:37Speaker 2: after I wrote all this, the Save America Act finally
- 10:39Speaker 2: gets its long awaited debate. It'll be brought to the
- 10:42Speaker 2: floor as soon as late today for a robust debate
- 10:45Speaker 2: over voter ID legislation that President Trump calls the number
- 10:49Speaker 2: one priority. So it'll be brought as a message from
- 10:52Speaker 2: the House, a procedure that requires a simple majority vote
- 10:56Speaker 2: to begin debate. but leaves the 60-vote threshold in place
- 11:01Speaker 2: for its final passage, which means it'll never pass. Do
- 11:04Speaker 2: you understand the game they're playing? Without killing the filibuster,
- 11:09Speaker 2: it'll never pass. Here's an article. GOP prepares to continue
- 11:14Speaker 2: their streak of disappointing their voters with the SAVE Act bill.
- 11:18Speaker 2: kabuki theater. I'll read you that when we get back,
- 11:21Speaker 2: because it's true. This kabuki theater, they never intended to
- 11:25Speaker 2: pass it. John Thune is not going to pass it.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Mitch McConnell is not going to pass it. Tom Tillis
- 11:32Speaker 2: is not going to pass it. Lisa Murkowski is not
- 11:34Speaker 2: going to pass it. These are bad people. These are
- 11:38Speaker 2: not Republicans. They may have an RF to their name,
- 11:40Speaker 2: but they're Democrats. They're rhinos. They're no good. I'm Wade

- 13:51Speaker 2: the national TV and radio host known as the MAGA
- 13:53Speaker 2: warrior and the capitalist evangelist. This presidency is ushering in
- 13:57Speaker 2: the golden age of prosperity, and it's all built around
- 14:00Speaker 2: making America the energy capital of the world. Enter lost
- 14:04Speaker 2: soldier oil and gas. It took 40 years to piece
- 14:06Speaker 2: together this 40,000 acre giant gas discovery. It's estimated to
- 14:11Speaker 2: contain up to 600,000 trillion cubic feet of gas, with
- 14:15Speaker 2: a management forecast projecting the first 25 wells alone to
- 14:18Speaker 2: produce 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
- 14:22Speaker 2: This is how we power the AI future of America
- 14:25Speaker 2: with clean natural gas. Headed by oil and gas legend
- 14:29Speaker 2: Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered spectacular returns for investors.
- 14:33Speaker 2: At their peaks, Pettico Energy grew about 100 to 1
- 14:36Speaker 2: for investors. Ultra Petroleum grew about 1,000 to 1 for investors.

- 15:07Speaker 2: A couple of things. This article... About the SAVE Act,
- 15:10Speaker 2: GOP prepares to continue their streak of disappointing their voters
- 15:14Speaker 2: with SAVE Act Kabuki Theater. It says here, the Republican
- 15:18Speaker 2: Party will contort itself into pretzels, finding reasons not to
- 15:21Speaker 2: get it done. The culprits this time, Senators Mitch McConnell
- 15:25Speaker 2: of Kentucky, John Curtis of Utah, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska,
- 15:30Speaker 2: and Tom Tillis of North Carolina. Four Republicans... Four votes
- 15:34Speaker 2: the majority cannot afford to lose. And just like that,
- 15:37Speaker 2: the math falls apart. You're not going to get their votes.
- 15:39Speaker 2: So let's say you get two of their votes. Not enough.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Let's say you get three of them. Not enough. Can't
- 15:44Speaker 2: lose one. Fetterman's not for it anymore. Do you realize that?
- 15:48Speaker 2: John Fetterman said he was all for voter ID. Now
- 15:49Speaker 2: he says he's not for the SAVE Act. And the
- 15:52Speaker 2: reason why... If I read it correctly, as he says,
- 15:55Speaker 2: why are you involving yourself with mail-in balloting? Ah, see,
- 15:59Speaker 2: there's the scam. If you say I'll go with voter ID,
- 16:02Speaker 2: but not mail-in balloting problems, we don't want to take
- 16:04Speaker 2: away mail-in balloting. That's because actually voter ID doesn't completely
- 16:08Speaker 2: stop the problem. Mail-in balloting is how you get millions
- 16:11Speaker 2: of illegals to vote. They never leave their house and
- 16:14Speaker 2: someone fills in their form for them. The whole thing
- 16:16Speaker 2: is about scam. Mail-in balloting is how dead people vote,
- 16:20Speaker 2: homeless people vote. Mail-in balloting is how criminals vote. Mail-in
- 16:24Speaker 2: balloting is illegal. John Goodman, the election expert I spoke to,
- 16:28Speaker 2: says he doesn't even think it should be in the legislation.
- 16:30Speaker 2: It should be a separate piece of legislation because mail-in
- 16:34Speaker 2: balloting was never legal. It has never been legalized. Mail-in
- 16:39Speaker 2: balloting was an emergency measure put in by states during
- 16:42Speaker 2: the 2020 COVID epidemic or pandemic. And it's never been
- 16:49Speaker 2: approved by the United States Constitution. It's not a law.
- 16:51Speaker 2: You don't need to include it in this legislation. You
- 16:53Speaker 2: need a separate thing that codifies that we have Epstein ballots,
- 16:57Speaker 2: not mail-in ballots. Two different things, completely different. No one
- 17:01Speaker 2: should be allowed to vote from home unless you're sick, disabled, elderly,
- 17:06Speaker 2: or you're in the United States military overseas. Other than that,
- 17:09Speaker 2: you can't have mail-in ballots. And so when John Goodman
- 17:15Speaker 2: says that it will absolutely be approved by the Supreme
- 17:17Speaker 2: Court based on the 1995 SCOTUS ruling, he says, he
- 17:21Speaker 2: just sent me this text in the break because I
- 17:22Speaker 2: guess he's watching. Your fans will probably ask you what
- 17:26Speaker 2: in the 1995 Supreme Court ruling is the key to
- 17:29Speaker 2: saving Trump's EO if Trump turns the SAVE Act into
- 17:32Speaker 2: an executive order, EO. I thought it was important for
- 17:35Speaker 2: me to supply you with that answer. I wasn't going
- 17:37Speaker 2: to send you a whole book from the entire majority
- 17:40Speaker 2: written decision. But this is directly related to the state's
- 17:43Speaker 2: powers concerning elections. Democrats say they can do this because
- 17:48Speaker 2: Article 1, Section 4 is the election clause. It says
- 17:52Speaker 2: states control the date, place, and manner of elections. But
- 17:56Speaker 2: what does manner mean? The attached SCOTUS decision defines that,
- 18:02Speaker 2: what manners means, and says the framers in reference to
- 18:05Speaker 2: the elections clause intended the state's powers to be procedural only...
- 18:11Speaker 2: And then you can read from there, the highlighted parts,
- 18:13Speaker 2: no brainer. There's no gray area, irrefutable. So in other words,
- 18:17Speaker 2: he's saying the Constitution and the 1995 Supreme Court ruling
- 18:22Speaker 2: says the states don't get to decide election law. They
- 18:27Speaker 2: can decide procedure, how you carry it out, but they
- 18:30Speaker 2: don't get to decide election law. The federal government does.
- 18:34Speaker 2: So he says, Wayne, I wouldn't be wasting anyone's time
- 18:37Speaker 2: with a pipe dream or opinions or some dumbass expert
- 18:40Speaker 2: who says, I think if we do this and this,
- 18:42Speaker 2: maybe everything from me, 100% constitutional law and the SCOTUS ruling,
- 18:48Speaker 2: Donald Trump's EO is in good shape if it ever
- 18:51Speaker 2: has time to get to the Supreme Court. So the
- 18:53Speaker 2: question is, do you have time to get to the
- 18:54Speaker 2: Supreme Court? And the answer is you better sign it now,
- 18:58Speaker 2: this week. Every day you wait another day that we
- 19:03Speaker 2: might be short of the midterms getting it approved. Here's
- 19:06Speaker 2: another article. Voter ID has massive public support. Pitar, do
- 19:10Speaker 2: you realize I have nothing in front of me? Massive
- 19:13Speaker 2: public support. Why is Congress standing in the way? Well,
- 19:16Speaker 2: that's a good question. With 80% agreeing to everything. Can
- 19:19Speaker 2: you give me one, Pete?
- 19:21Speaker 3: Where?
- 19:24Speaker 2: I have no idea. So with 80% support.
- 19:29Speaker 4: 80% support.
- 19:33Speaker 2: From everyone. Blacks, whites, Latinos. Independents, Democrats, Republicans. Men, women.
- 19:41Speaker 2: It doesn't matter. Other than communist traitors, everybody supports voter ID.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Everyone in America supports it. So why are... four Republicans
- 19:50Speaker 2: refusing to support it? I know why all the Democrats are.
- 19:54Speaker 2: They're all communist traitors. Why are four Republicans? Ah, because
- 19:59Speaker 2: they're communist traitors masquerading as Republicans. That's what Mitch McConnell is.
- 20:05Speaker 2: That's what Tom Tillis is. That's what John Curtis is.
- 20:08Speaker 2: That's what Lisa Murkowski is. Communist fraud traitors may be

- 22:13Speaker 2: What's going on in the world is crazy. It's insane.
- 22:16Speaker 2: The leading story, the UK Daily Mail right now, or
- 22:18Speaker 2: I should call it the Daily Mail, Supreme Court's top
- 22:21Speaker 2: judge issues chilling warning as Trump targets judges and says
- 22:26Speaker 2: the Supreme Court's no good. And I agree with him.
- 22:28Speaker 2: None of them are any good. They're all bad. But
- 22:31Speaker 2: they're all sticking together. Not the Supreme Court. All judges.
- 22:35Speaker 2: There are judges that Trump attacked. You know, all they do,
- 22:38Speaker 2: they're traitors. And they send... They grab people that are
- 22:41Speaker 2: in El Salvador. They want to send them back. They
- 22:43Speaker 2: don't want anybody to leave. They're on the side of
- 22:46Speaker 2: the gangs, the MS-13, gangbangers, the drug dealers, the drug traffickers,
- 22:51Speaker 2: the Mexican drug cartels, murderers. And when Trump criticized him,
- 22:56Speaker 2: the judge says, oh, don't worry. We now know the
- 22:58Speaker 2: Supreme Court has our back. Standing up to Donald Trump. Yeah,
- 23:01Speaker 2: you're right. You're all sticking together. You're all deep state, D.C. swamp, communist, frauds, bribed, right?
- 23:09Speaker 2: Owned lock, stock, and barrel by the bad guys. All
- 23:12Speaker 2: of you playing for the same team. And it ain't America,
- 23:16Speaker 2: let me tell you. All these judges are dirty. All right.
- 23:20Speaker 2: You better get armed because bad things are coming. Civil
- 23:23Speaker 2: war is coming. American divorce is coming. Unrest in the
- 23:27Speaker 2: streets is coming. Lots of bad things coming. Bond Arms
- 23:30Speaker 2: is the sponsor of the show. First gun sponsor I've
- 23:32Speaker 2: ever had. President Trump making the 250th anniversary of America
- 23:37Speaker 2: into the greatest national celebration in history. And now, you know,
- 23:41Speaker 2: with all that spirit we've had in America, the spirit
- 23:43Speaker 2: lives on. For the first time ever in stainless steel.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Do you ever have a gun that's a piece of artwork?
- 23:50Speaker 2: Now we have a gun worthy of President Trump's 250th
- 23:53Speaker 2: anniversary celebration. There it is, a piece of artwork. But
- 23:56Speaker 2: it works too. It's a hand cannon. It's a precision crafted,
- 24:00Speaker 2: built like a tank. The 250th edition handgun from Bond
- 24:04Speaker 2: Arms performs like a hand cannon. Look at the size
- 24:09Speaker 2: of the bullet it takes. shotgun-sized bullets. That's why they
- 24:13Speaker 2: call it a hand cannon. Bond Arms builds the smallest,
- 24:16Speaker 2: most powerful personal protection handguns you can carry, and they're
- 24:20Speaker 2: works of art. Look at the flag and Trump and
- 24:22Speaker 2: the 250th anniversary on their guns. It's unbelievable. It's just beautiful.
- 24:26Speaker 2: And you can exchange what the actual heel of the
- 24:30Speaker 2: gun looks like, right, where you grip it. They have
- 24:31Speaker 2: different grips, different colors. It's designed to honor America's past

- 25:03Speaker 2: of guns, a perfect segment to have a gun sponsor,

- 25:09Speaker 2: put that picture of Josh up. I always like to
- 25:11Speaker 2: see him in his gun cave.
- 25:12Speaker 8: There it is.
- 25:13Speaker 2: He's the editor-at-large at the Western Journal. He's got that

- 25:22Speaker 2: one of the top conservative websites in the country. We
- 25:24Speaker 2: always have great conversations. Josh Manning, welcome to the show.
- 25:28Speaker 3: Wayne, thanks for having me. I appreciate it. Lots going on.
- 25:31Speaker 2: A lot's going on. I'm looking at this text because
- 25:35Speaker 2: you sent a text about this new situation with James O'Keefe.
- 25:41Speaker 2: And why don't you tell us about it? Because this
- 25:42Speaker 2: is breaking news that I didn't even know about. I
- 25:44Speaker 2: guess he has broken the story. By the way, he's
- 25:47Speaker 2: proving things that I talked about in 2016. My friend,
- 25:53Speaker 2: a really bright, professional, wealthy Jewish guy, from New York
- 26:00Speaker 2: was arrested and convicted of some sort of crime. Whatever
- 26:03Speaker 2: he did, he went to prison. He became a jailhouse lawyer.
- 26:07Speaker 2: He got out of prison, he came to me and
- 26:08Speaker 2: he said, I don't know how to tell you this,
- 26:11Speaker 2: but all the elections are stolen. I said, what do
- 26:12Speaker 2: you mean? He says, I'm a jailhouse lawyer, right? I
- 26:15Speaker 2: represented all these con men. And they all told me
- 26:18Speaker 2: how the homeless people are being paid to vote in
- 26:21Speaker 2: California out of certain missions. And they not only vote once,
- 26:24Speaker 2: but they vote in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado. That's why
- 26:29Speaker 2: all the states are being stolen in the Southwest. They've
- 26:32Speaker 2: got you scammed, man. Now, he couldn't prove it. He
- 26:36Speaker 2: told me about it. I said it on the air.
- 26:38Speaker 2: No one did anything about it. He said the mission
- 26:40Speaker 2: in downtown Los Angeles can't prove it. So nothing ever happened.
- 26:45Speaker 2: The GOP never does anything. Sounds like James O'Keefe might
- 26:48Speaker 2: have just proved it. Tell me what happened.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Yeah, he has. So Fox, I think, sort of tried
- 26:54Speaker 3: to scoop him on this yesterday. They ran a piece
- 26:57Speaker 3: about homeless people in California and L.A. who were being
- 27:02Speaker 3: paid five bucks a pop. to sign ballot petitions to
- 27:06Speaker 3: get new issues on the ballots. And so I think
- 27:13Speaker 3: Fox kind of tried to scoop him on that. Then today,
- 27:15Speaker 3: a couple of hours ago, O'Keefe dropped a massive, it's
- 27:19Speaker 3: a 30-minute video, that is essentially nothing but him going in,
- 27:25Speaker 3: posing as a homeless person, and being given opportunities to
- 27:30Speaker 3: sign ballot petitions for... cash, for cigarettes, for pot.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Booze?
- 27:38Speaker 5: Booze?
- 27:38Speaker 2: They pay anywhere.
- 27:39Speaker 3: I didn't see booze on the list, but I haven't
- 27:41Speaker 3: watched the entire video yet.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Well, half of them are winos, so I'll bet it's booze.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Guaranteed it's booze. They're all drunks.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Yeah, so he goes, and he's talking... James O'Keefe trying
- 27:52Speaker 3: to blend in with homeless people is fantastic, and he's
- 27:55Speaker 3: wearing this kind of homeless get-up and limping around, and it's...
- 27:58Speaker 3: Watch the video just for that. Western just tweeted it out,
- 28:01Speaker 3: or just posted it on XO. Go to Western Journal
- 28:05Speaker 3: X and you can take a look at it there.
- 28:06Speaker 3: But O'Keefe connected with a number of these homeless people
- 28:11Speaker 3: and they told him what was going on. Oh, yeah, man,
- 28:14Speaker 3: I make a grand a day.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Wow.
- 28:18Speaker 3: A grand a day, $ 1, 000 a day signing ballot petitions.
- 28:22Speaker 3: And when you go in to sign the ballot petition,
- 28:25Speaker 3: they'll immediately ask you, well, are you registered to vote?
- 28:28Speaker 3: Because it doesn't matter if you're not. Oh, no, I'm
- 28:29Speaker 3: not registered to vote. Oh, well, here, let me register
- 28:32Speaker 3: you to vote. Well, I don't really have an address. Well,
- 28:36Speaker 3: you just make up an address. Put down that you
- 28:39Speaker 3: live on Pinocchio Avenue.
- 28:40Speaker 2: It's an actual example, Pinocchio Avenue. This is just what
- 28:43Speaker 2: my jailhouse lawyer buddy told me. This is exactly what
- 28:46Speaker 2: he warned me about in 2016.
- 28:49Speaker 3: So here's the deal. Here's what shows that this is
- 28:53Speaker 3: actually true and the scale is massive. O'Keefe's video was
- 28:56Speaker 3: so thorough. That within about an hour, Gavin Newsom's office
- 29:03Speaker 3: came out and called for investigations and prosecution.
- 29:08Speaker 8: The L.A.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Secretary of State did the same thing.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Of who? Of the homeless or of James O'Keefe? Who
- 29:15Speaker 2: are they going to prosecute?
- 29:15Speaker 3: No, not of O'Keefe. Not of O'Keefe.
- 29:18Speaker 2: I had to do the same thing.
- 29:19Speaker 3: I was checking, too. Like, oh, we've seen this play
- 29:22Speaker 3: out before. No, this and the L.A. County attorney came
- 29:25Speaker 3: out as well. They are all calling. for prosecution of
- 29:30Speaker 3: the people involved in this. And these homeless people, they
- 29:34Speaker 3: don't even know what they're signing.
- 29:36Speaker 7: Right.
- 29:36Speaker 3: And it's fascinating. O'Keefe, so some of these petitions were
- 29:40Speaker 3: to change the minimum wage for hotel and hospitality workers.
- 29:45Speaker 3: $ 30 an hour. $ 30 an hour. These are things that,
- 29:50Speaker 3: and I don't want to mention the companies allegedly involved
- 29:54Speaker 3: in this because I don't have proof yet, but this
- 29:57Speaker 3: is absolutely massive. Because it underpins, it underlays all of
- 30:03Speaker 3: what we've been saying, what you were saying going back
- 30:05Speaker 3: to 2016. There is a massive problem with fake voter
- 30:10Speaker 3: registration that the homeless people are being used and exploited.
- 30:14Speaker 3: So we know what's happening here. You pay a homeless
- 30:18Speaker 3: person $ 100 to sign 10 separate petitions. What did you
- 30:23Speaker 3: just do? You gave that homeless person $ 100 to go
- 30:27Speaker 3: buy fentanyl. So this is essentially trading fentanyl for votes.
- 30:35Speaker 3: It is absolutely despicable. And it's funny. These are not
- 30:41Speaker 3: conservative issues that they're being asked to support.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
- 30:46Speaker 3: These are big corporate issues or they're leftist issues. These
- 30:50Speaker 3: are not MAGA issues.
- 30:52Speaker 2: And by the way, Josh, I saw that in Colorado,
- 30:56Speaker 2: the state of Colorado, Fentanyl use is up by like
- 30:59Speaker 2: 18 percent in the last year. And, you know, you know,
- 31:02Speaker 2: none of them are being sent to prison and the
- 31:04Speaker 2: dealers aren't being sent to prison and the illegals aren't
- 31:06Speaker 2: being sent to prison. MS-13 is not being sent to
- 31:09Speaker 2: prison in Colorado. But Tina Peters, the gold star mom,
- 31:12Speaker 2: was 70 something years old.
- 31:14Speaker 7: Right.
- 31:14Speaker 2: I mean, it's so amazing who they want to put
- 31:17Speaker 2: in prison. That's why I'm surprised when you said Gavin
- 31:20Speaker 2: Newsom issued a press release. I thought he was going
- 31:22Speaker 2: to prosecute James O'Keefe for breaking the story. That's what
- 31:25Speaker 2: I figured they would say.
- 31:26Speaker 3: You know, I did. That's exactly what I thought originally.
- 31:30Speaker 3: By the way, you brought up Tina Peters. I don't
- 31:31Speaker 3: know if you know this. There was a remember she
- 31:35Speaker 3: made ballot election information available online. to third parties who
- 31:40Speaker 3: were trying to confirm whether or not there was voter fraud.
- 31:42Speaker 3: For that, she was sentenced to 10 years. She's, I think,
- 31:45Speaker 3: 70-something now. They sentenced her to 10 years. 69 at
- 31:48Speaker 3: the time, maybe. At the same time, there was a
- 31:51Speaker 3: Colorado man who voted illegally. Wayne, they gave him 20
- 31:58Speaker 3: days in jail.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Oh, I'm surprised, because I know... 20 days. Listen, the
- 32:03Speaker 2: Democrat governor... who's a horrible person, but even he admitted
- 32:07Speaker 2: that he's thinking about releasing her because one of his buddies,
- 32:11Speaker 2: someone he knows, was convicted of basically the same felony
- 32:14Speaker 2: as her, and that guy got probation. He didn't even
- 32:17Speaker 2: get 20 days in jail. He got nothing. She got,
- 32:19Speaker 2: I believe, by the way, to be exact, I believe
- 32:21Speaker 2: they gave her nine years. I don't think it was ten.
- 32:23Speaker 2: I think it was nine years. But so what? Nine years?
- 32:27Speaker 2: Five years? Ten years, you're a 69-year-old grandmother or gold
- 32:31Speaker 2: star mom.
- 32:32Speaker 3: You're dead.
- 32:33Speaker 2: You're dead. You're probably going to die in prison. It's
- 32:36Speaker 2: a death sentence.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Two-tier justice, Wayne. Two-tier justice system.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Two-tier justice. These judges are all so bad. Trump hates them.
- 32:43Speaker 2: I hate them. You hate them. I can't stand these judges.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Even the ones with R after their name. It doesn't matter.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Look at the senators with R after their name. They're
- 32:50Speaker 2: not going to pass the SAVE Act. They're all frauds.
- 32:54Speaker 2: We'll be right back. More with Josh Manning. We'll grab
- 32:56Speaker 2: you for another segment. Editor-at-large at the Western Journal. WesternJournal.com. WesternJournal.com.
- 33:02Speaker 2: This U.S. Senate is such rhino frauds. Lisa Murkowski, Tom Tillis,
- 33:08Speaker 2: Curtis from Utah. Mitch McConnell. These are the worst Democrats
- 33:13Speaker 2: in the world, but they have an R next to
- 33:15Speaker 2: their name. Horrible people. We've got to throw their asses out.
- 33:19Speaker 2: We'll be right back. All right, way down the route
- 33:23Speaker 2: with Dan Montano, the CEO of T-Chart Genesis Medicine. I've
- 33:27Speaker 2: been telling you about T-Chart Genesis Medicine.
- 33:33Speaker 5: Stop.
- 33:34Speaker 8: Before you invest another dollar, listen to this. You're hearing
- 33:38Speaker 8: it everywhere. Inflation, market swings, uncertainty. But most people are
- 33:44Speaker 8: still sitting in paper assets, hoping it all works out.
- 33:47Speaker 8: At All American Assets, we don't deal in hope. We
- 33:50Speaker 8: deal in protection. Gold and silver have stood the test
- 33:54Speaker 8: of time. And right now, more investors are moving their

- 36:45Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, the Root, the Root, the
- 36:47Speaker 2: Root's on fire. Welcome back to the show. All right,
- 36:49Speaker 2: so Great Patriot Store is the sponsor of this segment.
- 36:52Speaker 2: It is part two of our interview segment with Josh Manning.
- 36:55Speaker 2: By the way, I should probably start mentioning this every
- 36:57Speaker 2: day on the show. I just found out. Listen, I
- 37:00Speaker 2: was complaining, you know, because my show, Real America's Voice
- 37:03Speaker 2: TV Network, they moved me from noon Eastern to 1030.
- 37:08Speaker 2: One o'clock Eastern. And I was complaining simply because people
- 37:10Speaker 2: did not find me there. They were all like, where
- 37:13Speaker 2: are you? You're not there.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Where are you?
- 37:14Speaker 2: And people were getting lost. They didn't know where to go.
- 37:16Speaker 2: Real America's Voice just moved me back to noon. So
- 37:20Speaker 2: starting this. Saturday, the show is at noon Eastern, 9 a.m.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Pacific.
- 37:24Speaker 2: It's right back to its old time. They listen to me,
- 37:27Speaker 2: shows you what good people they are. I had one
- 37:29Speaker 2: conversation with the wonderful founder and owner of the network
- 37:32Speaker 2: and he agreed with me and they flip-flopped my show
- 37:35Speaker 2: and I'm right back to noon Eastern on Saturdays right
- 37:37Speaker 2: after Steve Bannon's War Room. Noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific
- 37:42Speaker 2: in its old time slot. and we'll move forward at
- 37:44Speaker 2: that time forevermore. No changes. So that was good news
- 37:48Speaker 2: I just got. So anyway, and that was my thing.
- 37:51Speaker 2: I just thought people were confused after being in the
- 37:53Speaker 2: same place for almost four years. Why change now? So
- 37:56Speaker 2: we were on a different time for two weeks, and
- 37:58Speaker 2: now we're flopping right back, flopping with James O'Keefe Show,
- 38:02Speaker 2: who we were just talking about. James O'Keefe Show will
- 38:04Speaker 2: now be at 1 o'clock Eastern. I'm at noon Eastern,
- 38:07Speaker 2: so it's Steve Bannon, War Room, Wayne Root, and then
- 38:09Speaker 2: James O'Keefe, because... People know me noon Eastern. Why change
- 38:13Speaker 2: a good thing, right? So they're not. So great move
- 38:16Speaker 2: by R.A.V. Thank you. Thank you, boys. Thank you, boss.
- 38:19Speaker 2: Appreciate it. Boss Rob say good man. This segment sponsored
- 38:23Speaker 2: by great patriot store dot com. Then we'll get right
- 38:25Speaker 2: back to Josh Manning. If you're sick and tired of
- 38:27Speaker 2: supporting world companies, I have great news for you. Don't
- 38:29Speaker 2: have to anymore. This is the answer to inflation. Hundreds
- 38:32Speaker 2: of household and personal products you're already buying at your
- 38:35Speaker 2: local supermarket or at Amazon or Costco or Walmart. Now
- 38:38Speaker 2: you can buy online at greatpatriotstore.com. But their products are
- 38:42Speaker 2: much less expensive, higher quality, made with no toxic chemicals.
- 38:45Speaker 2: All made in the USA, delivered right to your door
- 38:47Speaker 2: at incredible prices. This is how you beat inflation. Greatpatriotstore.com
- 38:52Speaker 2: is not a secret anymore. With over 2 million members
- 38:55Speaker 2: and 20,000 American families joining every month, and you should too,
- 38:58Speaker 2: and they've expanded their beef division. Now you get great
- 39:01Speaker 2: beef products, great steaks, hot dogs, and hamburgers. The beef
- 39:04Speaker 2: tastes amazing. It's all pasture-raised. No hormones, no antibiotics, no
- 39:08Speaker 2: mRNA ever. Inexpensive. Exclusively available only to their members. But
- 39:13Speaker 2: like Costco or Sam's Club, you've got to become a
- 39:15Speaker 2: member or you can't get their products. By the way,
- 39:17Speaker 2: let me tell you, my new favorite, I eat all
- 39:19Speaker 2: their steaks. I love their steaks. But I'll tell you
- 39:22Speaker 2: what I eat all day, and I think I've lost
- 39:23Speaker 2: a decent amount of body weight from it in just
- 39:26Speaker 2: the last two weeks. I when I want to eat
- 39:29Speaker 2: a snack now I eat their beef jerky it's pure
- 39:31Speaker 2: protein no fat and no carbs right very few carbs
- 39:35Speaker 2: it's just pure protein and it's you know there's lots
- 39:37Speaker 2: of beef jerky I've tried I never liked beef jerky
- 39:40Speaker 2: it's the best I've ever tasted I love it I
- 39:43Speaker 2: eat it in the morning like when I'm hungry but
- 39:45Speaker 2: I don't eat breakfast yet I'll just eat like two
- 39:47Speaker 2: beef jerkies. And, you know, when the show is over,
- 39:49Speaker 2: I don't want to ruin my appetite for dinner. I
- 39:51Speaker 2: eat two beef jerkies. So now instead of having a meal,
- 39:54Speaker 2: an extra meal, I cut it down with just a
- 39:56Speaker 2: beef jerky. And it is so good. It's the best
- 39:59Speaker 2: beef jerky I've ever tasted, just like their steaks are
- 40:01Speaker 2: the best I've ever tasted. So don't wait. Go to greatpatriotstore.com.

- 40:13Speaker 7: All right.
- 40:14Speaker 2: Josh Manning, WesternJournal.com. Let's talk about some other big stories.
- 40:18Speaker 2: So Democrats shilling for Iran against President Trump. Iranian security
- 40:23Speaker 2: raping women so badly that they need colostomy bags and
- 40:27Speaker 2: possible hysterectomies. Where did you get this story? I never
- 40:32Speaker 2: heard that. These are gang rape stories, I assume.
- 40:35Speaker 7: Horrible.
- 40:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:37Speaker 3: Yeah, gang rape, torture, rape, essentially. It is absolutely horrific.
- 40:42Speaker 3: So if anybody was paying attention to Joy Reid, which
- 40:45Speaker 3: I hope you weren't, but if anyone was, earlier in
- 40:48Speaker 3: the week she was talking about how America is only
- 40:52Speaker 3: marginally better than Iran in the way it treats women. Well,
- 40:56Speaker 3: let's talk about how Iran treats women. Yeah, we've got
- 40:59Speaker 3: reporting on the ground in Iran today. that two nurses
- 41:04Speaker 3: were captured by Iranian security forces. They had been aiding protesters.
- 41:09Speaker 3: They had not necessarily been protesting by themselves.
- 41:11Speaker 2: Protesters who'd been injured, I assume, right? Who'd been injured.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Helping them.
- 41:16Speaker 3: So providing medical care to them.
- 41:18Speaker 8: Right.
- 41:19Speaker 3: And these women were both arrested. They were, I don't
- 41:23Speaker 3: know how much I can say on your air here,
- 41:25Speaker 3: but they were raped in such a way that, yeah,
- 41:32Speaker 3: colostomy bags afterward in other words these Iranian men literally
- 41:37Speaker 3: raped the blank out of them and not only did
- 41:42Speaker 3: they do that they also raped them in a more
- 41:45Speaker 3: conventional way but so violently that one of them had
- 41:49Speaker 3: significant damage to her uterus and had to have two
- 41:52Speaker 3: surgeries there you can only presume that if they can't
- 41:54Speaker 3: correct the problems they'll have to conduct a hysterectomy on
- 41:57Speaker 3: her that woman by the way has had to be
- 42:00Speaker 3: restrained in the hospital because she wants to kill herself.
- 42:04Speaker 3: She went into surgery asking them to please just let
- 42:08Speaker 3: her die. And since she's come out and come out
- 42:12Speaker 3: from under the anesthesia, they've had to strap her arms
- 42:15Speaker 3: to the side of the hospital.
- 42:16Speaker 2: It's hard to believe that much evil is in the world.
- 42:20Speaker 2: Just think, if Joe Biden or Obama had bombed Iran
- 42:25Speaker 2: to save the people that were being murdered by their
- 42:27Speaker 2: own government, and this kind of story, they'd call them
- 42:30Speaker 2: the greatest heroes ever for saving women. But Trump does it,
- 42:35Speaker 2: and nobody cares. Oh, the gas price is going to
- 42:38Speaker 2: go up. Oh, my God, the United States is bombing again.
- 42:41Speaker 2: Trump promised no wars. Forever wars. Tucker, Carlson, Candace Owens,
- 42:46Speaker 2: Marjorie Taylor Greene, Megyn Kelly, screw them all. They're all idiots.
- 42:50Speaker 2: They're all fools. They're all tools is what they are
- 42:53Speaker 2: of the Iranian government. All right, we've got to run, Josh.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Thank you for passing on that story. It's a horrible story,
- 43:00Speaker 2: but we needed to hear it, and I had not
- 43:02Speaker 2: heard it before. Josh Manning, WesternJournal.com. We'll be back for
