Transcript
- 0:04SPEAKER_02: Morning.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Not even feels like it.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: I just woke up from a nap like 20 minutes ago.
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: My weekend after it's like post-Olympia, we went out.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Uh uh Savannah came with us and Spencer, a bunch of a bunch of us went out, right?
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: And uh we got back at 7 a.m.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: Okay, Sunday morning.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: That's when I came and saw that's when we went to brunch.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: But like you're together, guys.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: Listen to shit.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: Phoebe is Phoebe is texting me what time is brunch as I'm going to bed.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Like she's she's waking up to go to a dark sports shoot at like 7 a.m.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: as I'm getting in bed.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, God damn it.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Um text me, call me in bed.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Then yeah, so we went to brunch, then we went and trained at New Tech, and then um I got home, our flight was at 9 p.m.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: So got home at like 11 p.m.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: with the time change.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Next morning I was up at 6 a.m.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: to go to the fire academy.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: I I haven't slept normal since like before Olympia.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: It's ridiculous.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: So tonight I have nothing to do tomorrow.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: So like when we're done here, I'm finishing up some WhatsApps and some work, and I'm getting in bed by like 10, 11 p.m.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: and sleeping all fucking night.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like the we're actually really lucky because there were loads of delays on Monday.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: So if anyone left Vegas on Monday because there was like a thunderstorm or something, if anyone left on like Monday or Sunday evening, like later than well, you obviously left at nine.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Did you have any issues leaving then?
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: No, Sunday night was fine, but I saw um um my clients Maggie and AJ.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: Um I think you've posed AJ.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: Um, they live in Toronto and they ended up on like a set, like one of those delays where you're sitting there waiting to take off for two hours on the plane.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: Then the pilot timed out.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: So they had to go back to the um go back to the gate, deboard the plane so they could get another pilot on.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: Then they finally took off, and then they had to end up changing their flight to being like a red-eye flight.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: So they took like a midnight to 6 a.m.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: flight to Toronto from there, and I was like, oh my god.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: So there was a huge in Vegas on Monday.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: So I remember because I was supposed to fly on Monday, but I changed my flights to go Sunday.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad I left Sunday because obviously loads of people were like, there was loads of delays, and there was even a storm over here in Arizona as well, so it was like a bit crazy, but yeah, yeah, I'm like tired, like tired from the Olympia still.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: Like sleep is still like craziness, but it was a great and you are four days out, yeah.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: We're four days out, so I'm I had a little nap earlier, but I need to like I'm gonna have some some form of sleep, something sleep related to get me to bed because I need to like have good solid sleep.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: So but it was a great weekend.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Sixth place in the motherfucking world.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I can't even believe I still the you do you know what the annoying thing is?
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: I generally haven't processed it yet because I'm like, next show, and then after that, I've got another show.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: So honestly, generally, I think I'm gonna process it after all of my shows and then be like, okay, can we talk about Olympia like three weeks ago?
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: I feel like after you do your second show, which I don't know if you've said what it is yet, so I'm not gonna say it, but after you do your second show, um, you take a little break, you're gonna get back home, you're gonna be with Max, and you'll be like, Oh, I can like feel all this now.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: Like the emotion's gonna hit.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: But you literally have back-to-back peak weeks right after the Olympia, so yeah.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, I kind of need to like I can't, it's it's weird because I'm like, yes, I need to focus, but then also equally, I'm like, I do really want to actually like take it all in.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: But yeah, yeah, but it's been it's been a it's been honestly a great, like, a great lead up.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Like I loved how all of it went.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: We'll speak about the sport scorecards and just everything in general anyway, like this whole weekend, but yeah, yeah, it was pretty insane.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: What a what a badass Olympia in in as a whole, like every division.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: What are your thoughts on the thing?
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: It was so cool.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: What are your thoughts on the whole for bikini specifically?
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: And we'll talk about Fit Model in a bit as well, but for bikini specifically, what do you feel like?
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Well, firstly, you actually guessed this completely right.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: So you're the only person you were like, it's gonna be Jazzy and it's gonna be Maureen.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: And I don't think I've ever I haven't seen anyone else.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: I was looking in our comment section, nobody had um the two of them together.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: Like some people had Jazzy in like first, but Maureen down in fifth, and some people had Maureen winning and Jazzy in like fourth.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: Nobody had them one and two.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: So sorry guys, no um NPC registrations are getting paid for.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, maybe in the next giveaway.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: Well, that was a very hard giveaway, but it was for a really good prize, so it had to be hard.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Um, but uh so my take on how that all went was one, I thought the judges nailed it.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: I thought it was spot on.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: The only thing that can in this, and I don't want to say it confuses uh me, but I think can confuse viewers, like the masses, or people trying to learn bikini.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: And this came from me talking with coaches.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: I was talking with Drew about it, I talked with Paul about it.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: And when you have Jazzy and Maureen in the one-in-two spot, like after pre-judging, we didn't know.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: It's one of the two of them, right?
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: And then you look after that and you look at Lorelee and Amy, everyone's fairly comparable to Jazzy's structure, look, glutes, fullness, presentation.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: Maureen is kind of the outlier there, where she's just a different type of bikini physique.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: And so a lot of us were talking and we're like, yeah, I think Maureen might have it, just because it would make the most sense that Maureen's first, because then the other three are very, very similar after her, like in terms like just in terms of criteria.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: Um, but then Jazzy ended up getting it.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: So I I I'm very excited to hear Tyler's breakdown of that.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Because obviously, like we know, bikini criteria looks different on everyone.
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: And we said this last year when Maureen won.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: Like, and Tyler said it too.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: Nobody was 100% at last year's Olympia, and so it went to Maureen for X, Y, and Z reasons.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: This year, one, two, three, four were fucking on.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: I think Laura Lee was slightly, slightly off in comparison to like Pittsburgh, right?
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Um, like she wasn't as full and popping in the backside.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: The hams to the glutes, the tie-ins, like the the overall back pose wasn't as good as it was in Pittsburgh.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: It just looked a tiny like, and nothing was wrong.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: It was just that tiny bit softer, um, like the tiniest bit, which at any other show she would win.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: But it's the Olympia.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: So um, and then Amy, I was talking to Drew about it at pre-judging because obviously when you don't work the with the person, you can't like differentiate what you're looking at, like the why behind they look why they do.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: And I was like, right when pre-judging was done, um, I was like, well, was she like flat or was she spilled a little bit, like overly full?
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: And Drew was like, definitely overly full.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: Like that's it was just a little bit blurry from the back, right?
- 7:09SPEAKER_01: So that's why she ended up in third.
- 7:11SPEAKER_01: Um, but one and two, I don't think that Jazzy or Maureen could have come in any better.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: Like that, they were 110% on.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: Um, absolutely, I could I couldn't pick apart a single thing that I didn't like on their physique that could have been better.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: So um really didn't know who was taking that there.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: Could have gone to either of them, and I don't think anybody would have complained um because they were that they was that like tight, like could have been either one, apples to oranges, but so stoked that Jazzy won.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: The whole fucking industry stoked Jazzy won.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: So I think we speak for a lot of people when like when Jazzy won, and this isn't to take away from anyone else at all, like it was just really cool because of Jarzy Jazzy's story.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: So like Jazzy has had a build up to this where she hasn't been, she has been in like third to like third last call outs.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Like at the Olympia, she's been a portable.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: Prior to her getting her third place two years ago, her first third, she was never anywhere near the top.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: No, like she made her fucking way up.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she'd never been anywhere.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: So it's cool to see that climb happen.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Um, and yes, she's got obviously those those two thirds back to back after coming back after years, and then obviously winning it, but it's just nice to see that steady decline uh incline.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: And I feel like I think Jazzy has only gotten better at like I had a look back at um a lot of her shows, and she's only been getting better at every single show she's done recently.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Obviously, don't get me wrong, we've all said Oklahoma was again just a show for her to go into and to just to not peak.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: It was just for performance purposes.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: She wanted to test out her hair, which she wanted to test out a new suit.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: She wasn't ready for that show, and she made that abundantly clear, and then she brought it in exactly where she needed to for the Olympia.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: But I think the only like no other shows that I can remember, apart from again Arnold's, when she did the Arnold's 2025, she came in a little bit too full after her she got in third.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: And again, that wasn't a case of she wasn't ready, but she was just a little bit fuller.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: But regardless, I think her steady incline has been the reason why she won because she's come in at Olympia improved every single time.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the last like three years, like literally three years back to back.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: She's been improving every single time, and I think that speaks massive volumes, especially for girls at the top.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Like you need to be coming back with consistent improvements versus doing not and this again, not to say you can't do loads of loads of shows and still take the win, but I think it it makes more sense, I think, for me to take off that time.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: She took a long decent time off, and she's come back with improvement, like those visible improvements.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: So it was it's a big it's a big testament to um consistency with a coach as well.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: So to me, it's anybody that is looking for a new coach or you're with your current coach, you need to make sure you give them reasonable time, right?
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: People that are looking for a new coach, and you're like, I want to prep right when I get with you.
- 10:18SPEAKER_01: They need to learn you, right?
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: Like you need time with the coach for the process for like them to understand what needs to happen for you to prep properly, PQ properly, etc.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Jazzy with cash, they've been together for four years now, I believe, three or four years.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: And so, um, like you just brought up the Arnold from last year.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: Um, how she looked at the Arnold more so had to do with because like once you're at your guys' level, like once you're a top 10 Olympian, there isn't too much feedback that's like this like change a shit ton, right?
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: It's like little tiny things, like a little bit less here or a little bit more here.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: And so Jazzy in the last couple years has had absolutely nothing to do with we need to change this and change that.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: It comes down to literally like the Arnold when she um placed fifth or sixth there.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: That right there is just simply a peak, right?
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: Like she already is developed.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: There's nothing that changed on her physique in that time frame from Arn from Olympia third place to Arnold.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: Um, it's just a matter of like her and Cash came in and maybe they tried something different, maybe her body responded different.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: She came in fuller, she had veins through the chest and the delts, and she was placed accordingly.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: So staying with your coach after that, guess what they did?
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Fixed it right up for Olympia six months later, went and got her third place again.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: And now fast forward to this year, and she won.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: So it's one of those things where just consistency and trust with your coach goes a long way, and that goes for literally any coach.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Um, and this is not to bag on anyone out there athlete-wise, but the grass isn't always greener.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: People all people love to like hop a coach or hop somewhere else because they thought they should have won, didn't get the placing they wanted, or they see someone else with this coach that did really good.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: That doesn't mean that's the coach for you.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: It could mean that you just need to give your coach more time.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: Some people will get to where they're going to go regardless of who's coaching them.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: It's just a matter of giving that time and consistency.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: And I can never stress that enough.
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: Like people think the grass is always greener because I'm going with an Olympian coach.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: I'm going with the coach who has the most, um, the most pro cards, the most overalls, the most this.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: None of that really matters so long as you have just a good coach.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: They're going to get you there.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: Nobody has a secret formula that's any different than anyone else.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: So that's a that's a big thing, is just consistency.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: Very much so consistency, and jazzy is the definition of that.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: And it was really cool to, like I said, it was really cool to see that come to fruition because I think, again, like we all dream as pros, we go to the Olympia with you know expectations.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: Some of us go to participate, some of us go to have expectations, like we want to get top 15, we're gonna want to get top 10, we want to try and get into third call out, second call outs, whatever it may be.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: And over time, like it's such a big goal, and there's so many insane athletes there at the Olympia.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it can be almost unthinkable, like, no, this won't happen.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: Like, I could do everything I can, but surely, because it's the best of the best, and there are so many incredible athletes, surely that can't happen to me.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: I don't think that will that happen to me.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: And generally, Jazzy, for me, generally, is like one of those people that I think I that that gives me hope as an as a pro coming up into you know top 10, top five, top three, whatever, that gives me hope to be like, okay, like it's not it's not the same people that are at the top all the time.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Things can change, you can keep getting better, and I think that's a huge inspiration to take.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: And obviously, as a like you said, as a pro, that's something to work towards.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, so yeah, it's exciting.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Very, very exciting.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I yeah, I swear I think I was the loudest person in that entire fucking venue when they called you for first call out.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, so my fucking mind.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: Lots my fucking mind.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: I will tell this because I said it to Jazzy as soon as I got off first call out.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: I said, I have been screaming in my head as soon as I found out my number, and I was obviously next to Jazzy, I was like, I want to hear Tany Manny go, number 22, Jazzy, number 23, Phoebe.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: That is literally what I've been screaming in my head for cardio training as my motivation for weeks.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: As soon as I knew my number, I was like 22, 23, 22, 23.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: And when I heard that, I literally got goosebumps.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: Like as soon as I had that, I was like, I love that.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: It's come to fruition.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: I was so happy.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: So so that's all I wanted.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: Um, and one thing I actually will say to a lot of pros and just people in general is um obviously, yes, I was kind of in the mix for that top six and top five, right?
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And it was really, that was really, really cool moment for me because that was something I didn't expect because I was working towards top 10, right?
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: Like that for me was I'm back at the Olympia for three, like after three years, I want to go back right where I was.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: I want to try and get back into that top 10 again.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: Like that would be amazing, right?
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: When I didn't get fifth post-Olympia for a second, I was disappointed.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Because I was like, oh, I wanted fifth place, and I was like, actually, shut up.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Firstly, because you wanted top 10, and because you got, and this is why bodybuilding is so hard sometimes, because as soon as you get kind of a little bit of a slither of more success that you potentially didn't get, you're then disappointed, even though your expectations were okay, I want to get to top 10.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: So try if you are working towards either getting up into the ranks or getting your pro card or even just placing at a show or whatever, try and not put your success or too much of your success on a placing because it can really switch up things like super quickly without actually it needing to.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: So, for example, I thought at finals, I thought I was then seventh because of the how they put it, for example.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: So everyone was saying, Oh, yeah, you got sixth or uh fifth or whatever, but then in the finals it looked like I kind of got seventh.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: I was disappointed.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: Why would I be disappointed?
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: Because I've already gotten my goal of going to finals and I wanted to get top 10.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: So try and allow like the successes that you have or what you're working towards, like be like be happy with those and be excited to keep continue to grow.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: Because it's really easy to be like, oh, I'm disappointed with everything because of a placement, really, really quickly.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Um, and it goes the same for coaches, trainers as well.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: And I didn't realize me and Phoebe were working it out together on Sunday, and we literally had people coming up to us that were men that are coaches telling us to listen to the podcast because they want to learn more about bikini.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: So to all the coaches out there, too, in the same shoes here, um, it's the same thing.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: I feel like I could speak for a lot of the coaches.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: I'm sure Jamie felt this way.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Like when Amy got third, the goal was to go in and get the win, right?
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: Like that's what you have in your head.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: That's what we fucking want, right?
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Well, you said the same about Fit Models.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: But take when you take a step back, yeah.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: When you take a step back after you're like, we just got fucking third, just beat our best placing, just got requalified for next year with top three.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: Like, yes, did you want this?
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: But like, look what we just did in the big picture.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: Same thing with the fit model.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: I had, I got second, third, fifth, sixth, seventh, ninth, tenth in fit model.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Like all the way up to second place where were my girls I trained.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: And did we want first?
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: Yes, of course.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: And in the moment, I'm like, oh fuck.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: And then like 10 minutes goes by and I'm like, you know, I bet that Gabby is so stoked that she just got second, and that um Jane is so stoked that she just got third, and Misty's so happy she got fifth.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: And I put myself in their shoes and took a step back as well.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: And I was like, what this is the Olympia.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: And I like had a slight bit of like quick disappointment, like on me, not on the athletes, but on me, that like, oh, they got second.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait, it's the fucking Olympia.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: Like, you just got second in the world in the first ever fit model pro show.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: And like you and I have said a million times, you don't tie yourself to a placing because all it fucking means is that the other person was the best on that day with those judges and how they saw the criteria.
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: It could shift the very next week based on a different peak week.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: Like it just could.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: And anything could shift.
- 18:37SPEAKER_01: You could have been fourth at the Olympia if there was a show, if it was a week later, depending on how people's bodies responded with another seven days.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: Anything can change.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: There's no better than the other in the grand scheme of things because every single week, like this week, for example, um, and I love you, but I'm just gonna put this out there.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: Ashley Kay could go win the show this weekend, right?
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: Like, she just got 10th and you just got six.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: Like on paper, you should be going in to win, but that doesn't guarantee that.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: And it's literally only seven days later.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: So it's like one of those things where like you can't tie yourself to placings because it can shift like that all the time.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: Because your self-worth is more than a placement, and I say this to people all the time, because if you are only working towards placements, you will never be satisfied ever.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: Like, you will never be satisfied, especially at the Olympia.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Like, generally, that's probably the worst place.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: Like, if you're a pro or working towards getting that, like again, yourself regardless of self-worth, should not be put on a placement because you're going to be disappointed very, very quickly.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: And you're your the thing is, is anyone really ever happy or satisfied unless it's first?
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Probably not.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: So I and if I'm honest, if you know, I and I feel like what I really loved seeing is Jazzy and Maureen, like when they were doing that kind of like first and second like thing that they do to like the middle, I could see like Maureen like laughing.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: Like it was so cool.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I couldn't see Jazzy because she was facing away from me, but I could see like Maureen's face.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Like she was like, she was generally like I and but I think all of them were, don't get me wrong, like you could see the moment, like all of them were so happy because I I generally feel like they were all generally happy about what they had gotten themselves and they were happy with themselves.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, Lorelie probably wanted to win, Ashley probably, Ashlyn probably wanted to win.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: All of them wanted to win, but I think when they saw the person that did, they were like, Well, regardless, the person that I like one, you know, I want to support that and I want to be supportive to that person.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: So regardless of what happens, like that's that's and that's a huge thing, too.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: I'll say um the fit model division, all those girls are the sweetest, most supportive of each other.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: Like, not even just Olympia guys, every single Fit Model pro show I've gone to this year, the most supportive people in that division.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: Bikini's close to the same way.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: Um, but fit model, I feel like like the girls that are pro and fit model right now are really grabbing it by the horns because they're like, this is the first year.
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: We're the pros leading the way for this.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: Like, let's show some camaraderie.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: Does not matter one bit what team you are on, doesn't matter if it's Team Atlas, Fitbody Fusion, Cash, Kimoto, doesn't matter at all.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: They're all in each other's comment sections, like putting hearts and congrats and can't wait to see you on stage.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: Like, does not matter at all who your coaches or anything.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: These girls are legitimately, genuinely like friendly with each other.
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: And I loved seeing that.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: Like, love seeing that.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: So let's have a little look at this top 15.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: Because it was really cool.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Because I think we what did you we did say it would I don't think it was 100% in the order, but I do think that this was similar.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: Where did you what was this?
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Was this this was every single name that I put in the top 15 minus Marie even Reina.
- 22:08unknown: Yeah.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: The only one that I missed.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: Only name I missed.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: With your top 10, was did you do this equally?
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: Because you said more Raina.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: I had it close to this.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: Um I had Ashley Kay in eighth, and I had Sally in 10th.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: Um, I also had Jordan Brandon my top 10.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: Um, so I I missed a few in there, but it was very, very close.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: The names though of the top 15, all of them I had minus 15th, which would have been Raina instead of Marie Eve.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: Uh but great.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: Like I I love this.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: This was a this was a very, very, very good top 15.
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: Um, I love that Evie stayed in the top 15 after some speed bumps in the road at the beginning of the year, and she really picked up steam as she kept going.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: It's hilarious.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: We said that Evie and Victoria would be right next to each other.
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: Sure enough, 13-14.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: I really wanted to see Jordan Brandon get her top 10.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: She was right there.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: Like I was sitting there like fingers crossed.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: I'm watching, I'm sitting with Tara, uh, Greer, and John from Pro Bikini News.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: That's who I was watching with in the audience.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: And I'm sitting there and I see Jordan and I think Ree holding um holding center together.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: Rihanna got moved out of spot, and then I'm looking around, and I went, I looked at John and Tara, and I went, Sally's about to get moved in for Jordan right now.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: And like two seconds later, they moved her in.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Sally looking at her and I saw it.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: A lot.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: She's improved so much.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: And I think even like if you if you look at the call out that happened, so what there was eight of us in the first call out, so that's eight, right?
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: Sally technically should have been in that eight because um, but she wasn't.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: Um, and she made her way up what for like three, two spots.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: So she obviously they then kind of rejudged and had a little look around, and obviously she surpassed Ashley and Issa.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: So again, this always goes to show even if it's second call-outs, even if it's third call-outs or wherever, do not give up like just because you you've gotten a certain placement that does not mean anything, like you can work your way in.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: Like, same with me.
- 24:14SPEAKER_01: Just like where they had you standing in first call-up before.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: Like I was seventh or eighth because I was on the end.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: But then after they brought me and Ashlyn in together, and if I will point this out because I'm very proud of this, I'm not gonna lie.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: If the entire thing apart from with me and Ashlyn.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: So um You just I I don't know if it just cut it out or if it was just me, but I'm assuming you just said that that was the only point difference on the list.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: Yes, right.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: It was the only point difference was me and Ashlyn.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: So you see it goes 5, 10, 15, 20, 26, 29, and then after that it's 35, uh, 40, and it goes all the way through a perfect score.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: So every judge agreed with where the placements were, apart from being Ashlyn, meaning some people have been fifth, some people have been sixth.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Which for me, honestly, is like a super motivating thing because again, I've I've I've looked throughout my entire kind of history throughout this this this year, and I've been behind Ashley, I've been behind Marie, uh Maria Costa, I've been behind Ashlyn, and it's cool to be kind of like knocking and improving on those physiques and being like right there behind them again, you know.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: So the fifth six with Ash Ashlyn makes a lot of sense too.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: When you look back at the Arnold UK, you gave her a big run there, like that was a tight one.
- 25:33SPEAKER_01: So you did it again here.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I I don't know the reasoning behind the judges, obviously, but I had you going into this show, like I said, um, even with Maria beating you twice this year, I had you going into Olympia one placing ahead of her, um, just because it's my personal preference.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: And when I see you two thinking of an Olympia lineup, I have you ahead.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: If it's you two standing next to each other by yourselves, you're one you're splitting center together in a regular pro show, I can see it going either way because there isn't comparatively so many other people structural-wise, when it's when it's you guys in the Olympia lineup, um, you to me fit criteria structurally better with your front posts.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: And it just it it it worked, like you looked amazing.
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: So um, and close to fifth place, like you were knocking on the door of top five, so which is really cool.
- 26:23SPEAKER_00: That's very, very cool.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: I was very happy with that.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: So um, but yeah, I think I think all of these, so let's have an actual look at the top 15.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: So this was top 10.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: Oh, let's do front.
- 26:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, I didn't see that he posted all these.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: My my Instagram was flooded, right?
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I literally, I literally, I'm like every every other scroll is just Olympia, and I'm like, this is great, I love this so much.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: Like, just keep this going because I just want to live off this hive forever.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, I will say, I like like you said before, I do think that Amy and Jazzy were a little bit more comparable in terms of shape-wise.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: So I can understand what you mean in terms of like, but the hard thing is I think this is the best Maureen we've seen.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: So I don't think it was a case of we can't compare because this I I generally think this is the best Maureen that we've seen.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: So I don't think we can't not compare her to Jazzy.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: Um I would have I would have been next to Jazzy just for a little longer, just to see what that looked like.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: Because I do think that because I watched the live stream after again, and I don't think Jazzy and Amy were next to each other that long or ever, I don't think.
- 27:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, um I I personally like the mentality, and this is in a lot of different sports, like going to decision in boxing or UFC, when it comes to something like this, where it's a decision between people, to get ahead of the champion, you have to clearly be ahead of them, right?
- 27:47SPEAKER_01: So that's why I'm good with Maureen being in second and Amy being in third, because I don't think that Amy had enough here visually, just like looking at front and back to be ahead of Maureen.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: Like Maureen was this was the best Maureen we've ever seen, and she was the reigning Olympia champion.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: You're not beating her unless you are clearly better that day.
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: And Jazzy was like we can see like like tit for tat, like apples to oranges, physique-wise.
- 28:14SPEAKER_01: Um, but you can see where Jazzy is like 100% criteria, like perfect here.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: I love that decision.
- 28:19SPEAKER_01: But for anyone else to get ahead of Maureen, it it I don't think it was that close.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: So Maureen was a very, very solid second.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: I also love that Jazzy hits her front pose on the same side as me because I don't think I've seen anyone hit their front pose on that side as a winner for ages.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: I don't know why.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: I always see everyone, it's always the other way.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh my god, I love one, I loved standing next to her because we were on the same side, so there was no like hand holding or hand hitting or anything like that.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: It was perfect, it was great.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: Um, but she, yeah, this was one of my favourite looks from her, honestly.
- 28:51SPEAKER_00: And like, yeah, I think Lorelie, Loreley look like you said, looked really, really good as well.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: But again, I think I I really like that statement you made.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: You have to be clearly ahead of someone to be like, okay, yeah, that's what I want to see them two next to each other.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think Jazzy definitely brought that.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Like you could see that.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: Like, even when I was setting backstage, I was like, her glutes, everything was just so developed, so, so three days.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: I meant to send it to you to pull up, but I have that of all four of Laura Lee's shows of the year of her back pose, um, from Arnold to Pittsburgh to Miami to Olympia.
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: And when you look at Pittsburgh and even Miami compared to Olympia, you can just see the crispness of the lower glute, tie-in, hamstring, just that tad bit more, that like one percent more.
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: Because like Laura Lee's Laura Lee.
- 29:38SPEAKER_01: Like to me, when she is a hundred percent, like I said, going into this, if she was a hundred percent like Pittsburgh, nobody beats her.
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but when I look at the back poses side by side by side, it wasn't as crisp.
- 29:51SPEAKER_01: So that is what I think was just the determining factor there.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: Speaking to Jamie about this before, I think this is the hard part about the top 10, top five, and then you get into the nitty-gritty of top three.
- 30:01SPEAKER_00: Because these girls, they they have been at their best in front of these judges multiple times.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: The judges know when they're off, or like not saying they're off, or like if something isn't a hundred percent, or they're not better than that, and it's so hard when it gets to that point because it's like you could you could be you could do all the all the right things, and maybe the peak is slightly off that day, or like you were a little bit more stressed, or like whatever, and the judges just see that they know, like that's that's the hardest part, I think.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: Um, I will say this pre-judging stage was probably the best stage for the Olympia because I'm not a big fan of an expo stage because it's always I like I love the final stages, or like something that makes obviously the physiques just develop a little bit more.
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: I love the background for this, like it was a slightly darker background.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: We're still with the Olympia lineup, but it wasn't like too like light, and the floor was perfect, like everything was really, really good for this stage.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: I loved this stage, yeah.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: The whole setup was great.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: The whole touching on just the Olympia as a whole, I thought the weekend was awesome.
- 31:05SPEAKER_01: Um, I will say, guys, as well, um, because we didn't really shit on this, but we brought it up about the meet and greet.
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: Um, Dan Sullivan actually came up to me and Kerrigan because Kerrigan did a video about how she was gonna do her meet and greet at the bolt booth because there wasn't the normal one.
- 31:21SPEAKER_01: And he apologized and realized that like how it kind of took away from some of the athlete experience and like really owned up to it.
- 31:29SPEAKER_01: I thought that was really fucking cool.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: Um, so we'll see what they end up doing next year for stuff.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: But um, I thought that that was just really cool that like the see the president of the Olympia, right?
- 31:37SPEAKER_01: Not the owner is the president of the Olympia, definitely like saw that and acknowledged it.
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: And um, but aside from that little portion, I thought that this Olympia itself, the production, how they did the black backdrop at the final stage, like everything about this Olympia was absolutely top tier.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: Like this was it was so badass.
- 31:58SPEAKER_01: The expo stage was awesome.
- 32:00SPEAKER_01: Like um, Mitch told me Gilko came up to me before pre-judging and said that they gave him like a little bit of leverage with the lighting, like he was allowed to adjust a couple things this year.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: Um, and I'm hoping that that continues on year by year, like maybe he gets his hands in it a bit more every year.
- 32:14SPEAKER_01: Um, because obviously he's a genius with stage lighting and positioning.
- 32:18SPEAKER_01: So um, they're definitely improving overall production quality year after year after year.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's pretty cool.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: Um, what did you think about Ashlyn?
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: Um I thought she looked good.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: I didn't know, so it wasn't Ashlyn's best, in my opinion.
- 32:36SPEAKER_01: I really liked her Arnold UK look.
- 32:38SPEAKER_01: Um, I even liked her Arnold look.
- 32:40SPEAKER_01: Um, I just think that when when I saw her next to the rest of the top four, um, Ashlyn has like a signature tiny waist, right?
- 32:51SPEAKER_01: Like that's like that like crazy proportion when you look at her.
- 32:55SPEAKER_01: And I didn't think it was as tight this year, like it or this the show.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: Um, I think that that might have been a little bit of a factor in the front pose because she did do what I at least I think she did, um, what the her uh feedback was all year, which was like fill out the legs a little bit more, like just come in a little bit fuller in the lower body, which for her was likely just a tad bit more muscle density.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: And she put it on.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: Like her lower body as a whole didn't look crazy glute dominant.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: It was good glutes, good legs, good balance top to bottom.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: But on stage itself, I don't think that whether it was a control thing or as a fullness thing, um, I don't think that her core slash waist were as tight as we have seen.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: And like we just said, that like she's not off, but that little one percent is the difference of being fifth or fourth or fifth or third.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: So yeah, and then uh yeah, we spoke about uh Maria Maria Acosta.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: What did you think about Maria?
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: I I really liked Maria's.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: I think the hard thing is I think she is smaller, and I think she needs I I I want to say development, but she does have a lot of muscle mass anyway.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: So I and again I think Maria like on stage, so I think her back pose is like really damn good, like damn near flawless.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: I think that her front pose lacks in S-curve.
- 34:19SPEAKER_01: I think that she has insane glute, good leg balance.
- 34:23SPEAKER_01: Um, but when you look at her upper body, it's more delt-heavy to me than it is like like bubbliness to that S curve, like the lat.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: It almost is like a big, a big delt, and there isn't like a lot of lat.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: Like when you look at Sally next to her and you look at Sally's lat and S curve into her hip and upper glute.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: I personally have Sally's front pose ahead of Maria.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: Um, back pose, Maria takes it.
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: So I think that's what's solidifying her in that spot.
- 34:50SPEAKER_00: Remember, we said before about how Jazzy had she has this very natural taper without having to flare the upper body, but before she did kind of flare the upper body maybe a little bit too much.
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: So she brought it down.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: Now she has that really nice S-curve.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I get what you mean with that, where Maria maybe just needs a little bit more back so and lats so she can have that natural S-curve but not flare it so it's like obviously flexed.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: No, I get that.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: I get that now that you can see that.
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, 100%.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: In this pose specifically, too, she's really pushing that back, um, that back front delt up pretty hard and far.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: Uh but regardless, I mean she looked great.
- 35:26SPEAKER_01: I mean, seventh in the world, right?
- 35:28SPEAKER_01: Like the the it's nitpickiness at this level.
- 35:31SPEAKER_01: Like we're just talking about the littlest things.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, yeah, I think this is definitely Sally's best look for sure as well.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: Like moving on.
- 35:37SPEAKER_01: Sally looks amazing.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I really like this look on her.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: Um great, like great shape, everything.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: Like everything, like posing and everything.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: Like she like she just she looked really just good at that.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: And I think that's that's the hard thing about getting into that top 10 is like you have to just be on and be almost like mesmerizing.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't want to take my eyes off you, I want to see you again.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: That's that's the kind of vibe you have to have for that kind of like top 15, top 10 kind of range, if I'm honest.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: And I think Sally definitely did.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: Um, great look from Issa.
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: Really, really good look from Isa.
- 36:11SPEAKER_01: Really good look.
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: Probably the best her back pose has ever looked as well.
- 36:14SPEAKER_01: I just think that like continuing month by month, year by year, um, like she just needs to keep repeating what she did this year, and she'll keep inching her way back up through the placings.
- 36:24SPEAKER_01: Like, once again, we're talking about ninth in the world against 50 other girls, against 50 people that qualified and thousands that tried to qualify.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: So um, ninth out of all of that's crazy.
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: Um, Issa's front pose, really damn good.
- 36:39SPEAKER_01: Very, very hard to take anything away from her front pose.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Her back pose, it's just more time, right?
- 36:44SPEAKER_01: Like, she it's the best back pose I think I've ever seen on her.
- 36:48SPEAKER_01: Um, but with where today's bikini division is, um, she just needs that little bit more.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Like, because her coach can only go so far with like bringing out the tie-ins and conditioning without actually taking away from the pop of the glutes.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: And if you go too far with the the fullness and trying to project the glutes, you're gonna blur the lines of the back pose.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: So it's just a little bit more development in time.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: I will say before we get on to Ashley, I am loving there's a trend going on at the moment.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know if you've seen it, I need to send you one of them when I send it, uh see it again, where it's like, did anyone else watch the bikini Olympia?
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: And it's like um me watching the bikini Olympia and it's like the top four, and then it's like um the next clips are like people like doing like a fuck ton of hip thrusts and a fuck ton of like like leg extensions and stuff because they're like, oh my god, like the glutes this year have been unreal.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: And it I need to send it to you when I see it.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: It's killing me, it's so funny.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: But there's literally I've seen like five people do that, and I'm like, yeah, that's completely that's awesome.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, Ashley, Ashley.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: She I I saw her post recently as well that she this is the best look that she brought.
- 37:51SPEAKER_00: I really like her look, like overall.
- 37:53SPEAKER_00: She comes in a little bit leaner.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think she's definitely developed her physique a lot more.
- 37:59SPEAKER_00: I still just think she just needs to grow.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: Like, that's it.
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: That's that's all I do too, 100%.
- 38:04SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, because she needs to be fuller than she looks here.
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: Like yeah, the the dealt fullness, the lats, the glutes.
- 38:10SPEAKER_01: I love the lines, I love the detail, it's the proper conditioning.
- 38:13SPEAKER_01: So me saying fuller really just means grow because if she tried to push more fullness here, she's gonna lose that detail.
- 38:20SPEAKER_01: So she just needs that like a couple percent more everywhere.
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: So this is the back pose.
- 38:27SPEAKER_00: The black poses were crazy.
- 38:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: Insane.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: Insane.
- 38:33SPEAKER_01: Um, there's no like you can definitely see.
- 38:35SPEAKER_01: So again, being super nitpicky, you can definitely see what I was saying in terms of like Amy's crispness in the back and where it was like almost overly full or overly pumped.
- 38:44SPEAKER_01: Um I feel like like she's right in line with Laura Lee there.
- 38:48SPEAKER_01: That's that 1% where they were both off there.
- 38:51SPEAKER_01: Um, it's not for Lorelie, it's not as projecting, it's not as crisp, and same exact thing with Amy.
- 38:57SPEAKER_01: Um, I really like Ashland's back pose here.
- 39:00SPEAKER_01: Um, and then Maureen and Jazzy were killer.
- 39:03SPEAKER_01: More Maureen just has insane like hourglass shape to her physique.
- 39:09SPEAKER_01: Like it's just crazy how tiny her lower back and waist are.
- 39:12SPEAKER_01: Um, I will say, I don't really like how she's hitting the back post.
- 39:16SPEAKER_01: Oh shit.
- 39:17SPEAKER_01: The elbows are.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: And you remember how many times I said that about her Instagram posts when she was hitting her back pose?
- 39:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 39:23SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I hope that doesn't translate to the stage.
- 39:25SPEAKER_01: It didn't fully, but there is that habit there of like she's pulling really hard.
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: It's creating sharpness to her physique and almost more of an X than it is hourglass, and you don't want that.
- 39:37SPEAKER_01: Um, but regardless, she has to be.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Keep the upper body literally the exact same and just almost like hide your wrists.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: That's literally it.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: Because they're just too high up.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: That's literally, that's all it is.
- 39:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 39:51SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, but regardless, she she places where she yeah, yeah.
- 39:55SPEAKER_01: She places where she does because like the proportions are insane and she has great glutes, so can't take away anything from that.
- 40:01SPEAKER_01: Um, it's just a matter of like how how could it have swayed if she had hit it a little bit better.
- 40:05SPEAKER_01: So you never know.
- 40:06SPEAKER_01: Um your glute look insane, like that upper outer shelf.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: We we woke up everything's great and I was like, these we are on because yeah, we'd been like we over once we got in the conditioning and we started to kind of bring down inflammation, my my body really started to respond in a great way where it was like, Oh, we're resting now.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, this is good, this is where we need to be, you know.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: So we really we were really, really happy with this overall look.
- 40:31SPEAKER_00: Like, this is my favorite look for by far.
- 40:33SPEAKER_01: You know, you know what I like a lot here is conditioning is pretty much matching across the board all top 10.
- 40:40SPEAKER_01: Yes, like if you look at the hams, the tie-ins, the adductors on everybody, it's pretty damn even within like a couple percent across the entire board.
- 40:49SPEAKER_00: So love that tie-ins, but it's not like daggered in, like really dug out.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: You can see that really good projection still from everyone, but it's not like it, yeah, it hasn't, it hasn't.
- 41:01SPEAKER_00: They've really, really, I think they really nailed it, honestly, with the like all these girls in top 10.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: I think Sat Sally and Ashton are probably like the sharpest in the back pose.
- 41:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: Um, which for them it works, um, especially on Sally's physique.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: Like it's what we know her for, especially just like the the Asia girls, the more the international look, they're usually a little bit tighter, a little bit harder.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: Um, and it works for her.
- 41:22SPEAKER_01: Like it looks great, but it's still not like too much.
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: No, um, it looks like everything here is very, very much in balance with conditioning criteria that we like to see.
- 41:32SPEAKER_01: So this is really good across the board.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: And then we get into the top 15.
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: So you then you've got Jordan in 11th.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Jordan, we've got Rihanna and then Victoria, Evie, and Marie, Marie Eve.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: So, and this is the Marie Eve's highest placing, I think, isn't it?
- 41:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think so.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was that's really, really good.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: Um, so gutted for Jordan because I really, I really did like this shape a lot.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: Like, I really, really liked this shape a lot.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: Um, I think this is.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: I was watching Fit Model finals, and um, after Fit Model was done, Jordan like walked out from backstage and saw me, and I just like I held her for like 30 seconds, and I was just like, we didn't even say a single word.
- 42:13SPEAKER_01: We just sat I just sat there hugging her and I was just and I just like looked at her and like nodded my head and walked away and I was like fuck man.
- 42:19SPEAKER_01: Like I wanted her to be top 10 so bad.
- 42:21SPEAKER_01: I wanted even it was just the 10th place spot, one more fucking spot.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 42:25SPEAKER_00: I think the hard thing is with this again, like, and it's not taking away from anyone else or anything like that.
- 42:31SPEAKER_00: I think it's it's just a hard it's just a hard sport because it is just generally based on opinion and it's based on who you're next to.
- 42:38SPEAKER_00: And I would have loved to have seen her next to others in terms of like being like obviously, yeah, she was um she was in second call outs and she was next to Ashley K and Sally.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: Um, but it would have been cool to see her next to other people potentially um to see if that was a different thing.
- 42:53SPEAKER_01: But when you when you look at the names ahead of her, look how fucking hard that is to get in the top ten.
- 42:59SPEAKER_01: Like Ashley, Isa, like that's you gotta get ahead of two Miss Olympias to get in the top ten there.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: Like what a stacked lineup this was.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: So I think I think it's it's never gonna, it's never gonna like the blow's never gonna get easier in terms of especially because obviously she's retired, so she wants obviously she wanted that fast last final little send-off to go kind of be like, yep, I've completed all my goals, you know.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: So I get that, but I think she's made such an incredible impact on the sport as a whole, and she's going to continue to do that regardless of when if she's in top 10 or not.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: So I do think that I hope that she knows that and takes in that like I've made an impact on this sport that you know, not a lot of people can do at her level.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, off being stage, you know, like it's more than just top 10.
- 43:48SPEAKER_00: Like I think everyone, everyone was rooting for her so bad.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: And I think everyone learns from her in different ways, uh, whether that's through coaching, whether it's through posing, whether it's through like just her mindset, whatever.
- 43:58SPEAKER_00: Like, so many people have learned.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Through her and are inspired by her, regardless of top 10.
- 44:03SPEAKER_00: And I think that's something to definitely remember.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: I know it's not gonna help any anymore because I know that feeling of like fuck, I wanted that top 10, like it sucks.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: But that I hope that gives her a bit more like ease to the pain.
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: But Rihanna, very, very happy with this because she she has gotten this placing before, I think.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: In 2022 or three, she's gotten 12th before, I think.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: So she she this is again, she's gotten right back under that.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: Cause I think she hasn't done, I want to say that was 2023 because we competed together.
- 44:39SPEAKER_00: Our last Olympia was both 2023, because we were next to each other.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: I got 11th place, and I'm pretty sure she got 12th.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: So um so she obviously came back and she's come right back where she belongs in terms of like in that top 15, which is really cool to see if I'm honest.
- 44:54SPEAKER_00: So um, and then you've got Victoria who placed better than her previous year, so she got uh 13th.
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: Last year she got 15th.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: So this is a great improvement, which is cool to see.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: Um, she what would you what would you say in terms because one obviously going back to Jordan and Rihanna, love both love their S curves.
- 45:13SPEAKER_00: I think Victoria, would you say she needs a little more yeah, more S-curve shape versus X shape, which we didn't know?
- 45:25SPEAKER_01: It's not even that X, it's just she needs development, like it's almost straight up and down, lap to waist.
- 45:30SPEAKER_01: There's not a whole lot of taper there at all.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: We actually measured each other because she came up to me after and she was like, Yay, we're doing it for the tall girls, and her partner was like, Can you stand next to each other?
- 45:40SPEAKER_00: Because I want to know how both how tall you both are together, and we literally both took off our heels and went back to back, and I was like, Yeah, we're the same pattern.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: That's it was so funny, but she she is tall, she's tall, she needs to grow into her frame.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: Same as like she has a lot of muscle and a lot of development, but she needs to grow into it more.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, which again takes time, it really does take time.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so um, and then Evie, this was a really good front post for Evie.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: I saw this picture and I was like, damn, this is really good.
- 46:12SPEAKER_01: I like this.
- 46:13SPEAKER_01: I think it was a it was Evie's best of the year.
- 46:16SPEAKER_01: Um, and obviously the lineups get better and better every year, right?
- 46:20SPEAKER_01: So Evie was, I think, seventh in the world last year.
- 46:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 46:23SPEAKER_01: Um, and obviously dropped a bit here, but I know she was still very happy with being in the top 15.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: So yeah, as she should be.
- 46:30SPEAKER_00: And then Maria Eve, again, best look she's ever she's ever brought.
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: And I know obviously um she's you know, she's at the beginning of this year, she obviously did the Arnolds, she was gonna do the Arnolds UK, and then ended up not doing it, did other shows, and then has come like took a large amount of time off to really focus on the Olympia.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: And it's cool to kind of see that come come with um improvements and stuff.
- 46:52SPEAKER_00: So but all of them like you can see the difference in development from the top 10 to these five, though.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: And I that's and that's not a bad thing because generally that means you can grow more, which is so much more exciting than being capped out and being like, cool, I can't do anything else now.
- 47:10SPEAKER_00: Because it sucks having to do that and not actually be in it or do it or anything like that anymore.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: So I yeah, I think this is a this is a cool to kind of see the development difference and stuff.
- 47:20SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, good job for everyone.
- 47:22SPEAKER_00: Everyone killed it.
- 47:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, overall, like actual develop develop development wise, like density-wise.
- 47:28SPEAKER_01: Um, I think that like we said, Victoria needs to grow into her frame.
- 47:32SPEAKER_01: You could see like the the density and thickness of her legs in comparison to the glutes.
- 47:36SPEAKER_01: Like she has crazy glutes, but she's so tall.
- 47:38SPEAKER_01: Like, can like there can be a little bit more, as well as she's leaning into it a bit.
- 47:42SPEAKER_01: Same with Evie.
- 47:43SPEAKER_01: Um, I think that Victoria and Evie would have the best back poses out of these five um if they were hitting it a little bit better, um, just developmentally wise.
- 47:52SPEAKER_01: Like Evie's glutes are out of this world, um, but she's like squatting and leaning.
- 47:55SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure what she's hitting there.
- 47:57SPEAKER_01: Um, but then Jordan and Ree are very, very, very balanced top to bottom.
- 48:01SPEAKER_01: Rihanna could use a little bit more projection and fullness to her glutes.
- 48:05SPEAKER_01: They don't look as full as uh I think they were in the last show she did, the Florida show.
- 48:09SPEAKER_01: Um, not as full here.
- 48:12SPEAKER_01: Um, Jordan looks great.
- 48:13SPEAKER_01: Um, I do think that um, like I don't want to say this in like a negative way, she's like a very good friend, but she looked a little tired at Olympia in comparison to a couple of her other shows, mainly the back pose, right?
- 48:26SPEAKER_01: Um, I don't know if it was like a little bit of inflammation or just like what it may have been, but her back pose wasn't like as crisp as say her Texas win.
- 48:33SPEAKER_01: Her Texas Pro win was fucking unreal.
- 48:35SPEAKER_01: That back pose was unreal.
- 48:38SPEAKER_01: That's where in my that I saw that one, that's where I went, oh, top 10 no matter what this year.
- 48:41SPEAKER_01: Like, no, no chance she's not.
- 48:43SPEAKER_01: Um she might just she just looked a little, and maybe it's not tired, maybe like something happened in the peak.
- 48:48SPEAKER_01: Who fucking knows?
- 48:49SPEAKER_01: But um, it just wasn't her best backpose I have seen.
- 48:52SPEAKER_01: So okay.
- 48:53SPEAKER_00: That's fair.
- 48:54SPEAKER_00: That's fair enough.
- 48:55SPEAKER_00: All right, and that's top 15.
- 48:56SPEAKER_00: And guys, comment down below what you who are any other athletes because we've got to get on to are we gonna do fit model or are we gonna do that?
- 49:03SPEAKER_01: We could just touch on, we don't need to look.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: We'll just touch on it.
- 49:07SPEAKER_01: Um, so Shaylin won Fit Model, Gabby got second, and um Jane got third.
- 49:12SPEAKER_01: That's your top three for oh, you got all of them here.
- 49:14SPEAKER_01: Shit.
- 49:14SPEAKER_01: I don't I didn't even see John post any of them.
- 49:16SPEAKER_00: I'm saying I'm like, it's all here, but what I want to do is going back to bikini very, very quickly, comment down below if there's anyone else you want us to look at that was at the Olympia potentially, and we can do that next week to kind of have a little look at other athletes because I know we've literally just got to cover the top 15, and I know there's other incredible athletes that have had pro debuts, you know, like people have gotten you know higher than what they did last time.
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: So we want to cover that, but obviously there's so many people, so we need to kind of figure it out.
- 49:44SPEAKER_00: But comment down below who you would like us to cover, and we can obviously have a look at their Olympia and stuff like that.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: But I will say for this Fit Model, Shaylen, when she walked out, her routine.
- 49:57SPEAKER_00: I just want to I just I need to show her routine.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: Does she have the video?
- 50:02SPEAKER_00: Just this photo in general, that's her just doing her routine.
- 50:05SPEAKER_00: Like she screamed Fit Model.
- 50:09SPEAKER_00: Like, she, I don't know what it was, she just was ins in incredible.
- 50:14SPEAKER_01: It's what it's what fit model should be top to bottom.
- 50:16SPEAKER_01: Like you look at her and you're like, nothing's overdeveloped, conditioning's not too far.
- 50:20SPEAKER_01: Like, she's she's one of these girls where I feel like, and this is no not she she actually made a post where she thanked her entire coaching roster over the last like three years of her career.
- 50:29SPEAKER_01: Like all of her coaches she's ever had, every posing coach she's ever had.
- 50:33SPEAKER_01: And it's a testament to I think that she knows, just and um, I will I will say this conceded for her.
- 50:40SPEAKER_01: This girl needs to know how good she is, just naturally how good she is.
- 50:44SPEAKER_01: Like, she she could have just fucking maybe even prepped herself and gone to won this title.
- 50:49SPEAKER_01: She's meant for Fit Model.
- 50:50SPEAKER_01: Like, she she is what Fit Model is, right?
- 50:53SPEAKER_01: Um, if I had personally any critique, I think she could use a little bit of hamstring density, like the tiniest bit, the tiniest bit.
- 51:03SPEAKER_01: Um, but she's like top to bottom, like really fucking damn good.
- 51:07SPEAKER_01: And you don't teach this stage presence.
- 51:10SPEAKER_01: This came from no one else.
- 51:12SPEAKER_01: This is this girl naturally being able to get on stage and captivate everybody.
- 51:16SPEAKER_01: Nobody teaches you this look in this smile in this movement, and like this is just who she is.
- 51:22SPEAKER_01: Like she she's just meant for this.
- 51:24SPEAKER_01: So she killed that shit.
- 51:25SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, fit model is fit and it's a model.
- 51:28SPEAKER_00: So it's it it's it's it's aesthetics with you know muscularity, conditioning, but it's model-esque style as well.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: So that's what I know.
- 51:38SPEAKER_01: There were some shitty fucking posts people were making in the audience.
- 51:40SPEAKER_01: It really pissed me off.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: I mean, it the thing is with bodybuilding, especially this one being the first one, there's always going to be opinions, right?
- 51:47SPEAKER_00: So I do think I also covering the top 15 or looking at the top, like the top 10, for example, or even top five, Gabby and Shaylen look completely different, and they cut they covered two different styles of physiques.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: Shaylen is a little bit more petite, Gabby's a little bit more muscular, and I think it's cool to see it's and even across the whole board, all of them are slightly different in terms of how they look, like it's not all the same physique.
- 52:13SPEAKER_00: Whereas bikini, we kind of all have the same structure, all the same muscularity, like we all look very similar, like in the top 10.
- 52:21SPEAKER_00: Whereas Split Model, I feel like everyone does look the same, but like very different structurally, and obviously muscular they're bringing different muscularities.
- 52:28SPEAKER_00: And I like that the second and first are different because it shows variety within the just like and look at bikini, Maureen and Jazzy, complete opposite physique.
- 52:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so um, but I agree with you.
- 52:39SPEAKER_01: Most of the top 10 was like spot on with everything, but Maureen and Jazzy, very different style physique.
- 52:44SPEAKER_01: Same thing here.
- 52:45SPEAKER_01: When you look at Gabby, you look at someone who's she's tall.
- 52:48SPEAKER_01: Gabby's tall.
- 52:49SPEAKER_01: So, for everyone wondering, like this picture is pretty much two size, like Gabby's tall.
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you have in it, like she's yeah, yeah.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: Gabby's very tall, and so obviously with that comes more like you need that little bit more muscle mass, that little bit more structural size to you to match the same like volume, like pound for pound, as someone more petite on stage, someone smaller on stage.
- 53:11SPEAKER_01: And that's what she does.
- 53:12SPEAKER_01: That's why that's why she got second.
- 53:14SPEAKER_01: And I'm interested to see what Tyler's feedback is here because um, one, Gabby could have dropped her back shoulder more.
- 53:20SPEAKER_01: She kept hunching it up in her front post.
- 53:22SPEAKER_01: She kept like pulling it up, and it was creating a little bit of disproportion, a little bit too much up here.
- 53:27SPEAKER_01: And then secondly, Tyler held them in their front post for a while.
- 53:31SPEAKER_01: Gabby started breathing in her stomach a little bit heavy.
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: And right when that started, he sent them off.
- 53:37SPEAKER_01: And I in my head I went, shit.
- 53:39SPEAKER_01: I think that that's what decided it.
- 53:41SPEAKER_01: So that right there is I think what um what might have happened there.
- 53:44SPEAKER_01: There might be a little bit more critique than that.
- 53:46SPEAKER_01: I wanted to touch on um Jane and uh Liz.
- 53:52SPEAKER_01: Like, again, different.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: The the two of them are a little bit more comparable to each other, right?
- 53:56SPEAKER_01: Their broadness, their waist, how they hit their front pose, the two of them look fucking amazing.
- 54:01SPEAKER_01: Um, Jane, like I know she what like she wasn't splitting center at all, so she wasn't gonna win.
- 54:07SPEAKER_01: Um, I feel like she could have won.
- 54:10SPEAKER_01: Jane looked fucking good.
- 54:12SPEAKER_01: Jane is good for fit model.
- 54:15SPEAKER_01: Um, I think next year's Olympia, I mean, third place is obviously in the running.
- 54:19SPEAKER_01: Next year's Olympia, Jane's gonna be pushing for that first place even harder.
- 54:22SPEAKER_01: She looked really damn good, really good at posing.
- 54:26SPEAKER_01: Um, and then Liz.
- 54:27SPEAKER_01: Liz looked amazing as well.
- 54:29SPEAKER_01: Um, I don't know what it is for me with her front pose.
- 54:33SPEAKER_01: I don't know if it's just the broadness of her shoulders.
- 54:35SPEAKER_00: I've spoken to her a little bit um the last kind of couple of days, and I saw her around on Sunday as well, and she did mention something about her midsection.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: She has a little bit too much development in her in her waistline, in her midsection.
- 54:48SPEAKER_00: Um, I like her front pose, but I think that's when I look at it, that's what I do slightly see is a little bit more development in the midsection.
- 54:56SPEAKER_00: Um and even like previously, back like when she was doing War Sarge before she got with Cash and stuff like that, she's had this a little bit of that rib flare here.
- 55:05SPEAKER_00: And I think she it's not massively, but that's something I just always I focus on a nice C in that front pose.
- 55:11SPEAKER_00: So I would say like trying to figure out a way to kind of either keep that core tight a little bit without then bringing in too much of the abs.
- 55:19SPEAKER_00: I'm not too sure, but I I think this this was a really good look for her, and I I do think that her and Jane, I'm pretty sure, were they closer in points, yeah.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: So they were very similar to me.
- 55:31SPEAKER_00: Five nineteen sixteen nineteen.
- 55:33SPEAKER_00: So some people had her in third, some people had her in in um fourth.
- 55:37SPEAKER_00: So she she's similar to me in Ashland, where she was close, and that was kind of the only deciding factor in what top, yeah, top eight, and then obviously then tenth and ninth.
- 55:46SPEAKER_00: Nine, ten was what yeah, one point apart, yeah.
- 55:49SPEAKER_01: So and the rest is pretty cut and dry.
- 55:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but yeah, I mean this was a great fit model Olympia lineup.
- 55:56SPEAKER_01: That that whole top ten was stellar, um, and like you said, a lot of them are are very different than each other for what fits their physique, like all the back poses are completely different.
- 56:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, um are a tad bit more conditioned than others, but it also has to just simply do with development on their physique.
- 56:13SPEAKER_01: Um, you can't change how someone's natural tie-ins are.
- 56:16SPEAKER_01: Like, look at Misty in fifth place.
- 56:18SPEAKER_01: Her tie-ins go halfway down her hamstrings, but they're not overly conditioned, they're not too sharp.
- 56:24SPEAKER_01: So she's so I heard someone um ask me, because I trained Misty.
- 56:28SPEAKER_01: I heard someone ask about um her tie-ins, and they're like, I thought they didn't want tie-ins.
- 56:32SPEAKER_01: I'm like, you can't help the genetic structure, the genetic shape of someone's insertions.
- 56:38SPEAKER_01: What you can help is making sure that you're not um you're not going past that gray area of what they want the conditioning to be.
- 56:45SPEAKER_01: You can't cross that line of having sharp tie-ins.
- 56:48SPEAKER_01: Um, like when you look at hers, and then you look at um Liz next to her, completely different glute shape.
- 56:54SPEAKER_01: Liz doesn't even have a tie-in visible.
- 56:56SPEAKER_01: Um, but it's because she has more of those high round glutes where Misty has that like upper shelf that then cuts straight down into her tie-ins.
- 57:04SPEAKER_01: But the conditioning is still very equal between the two of them.
- 57:08SPEAKER_01: It's just visually you're seeing a different shape.
- 57:10SPEAKER_01: It has nothing to do with like being too conditioned in the back, just because you can see a longer tie-in.
- 57:16SPEAKER_01: It's just where her muscle is.
- 57:17SPEAKER_01: So she doesn't get knocked for that because of that.
- 57:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree.
- 57:20SPEAKER_00: I completely agree.
- 57:21SPEAKER_00: So, but yeah, that was a great Olympia, great first like Olympia.
- 57:26SPEAKER_00: So I do think that like this is yeah, this is pretty, pretty crazy.
- 57:31SPEAKER_00: Um now, we'll quickly run over.
- 57:34SPEAKER_00: Oh, the last so we had a pro show that happened in Asia the same weekend as Olympia and Corinne won.
- 57:42SPEAKER_00: So I know Corinne, she's from Australia, very good poser.
- 57:46SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know, I didn't see the rest of the lineup or anything like that.
- 57:50SPEAKER_00: So I'm not too sure.
- 57:51SPEAKER_01: That's not nothing, no coverage.
- 57:52SPEAKER_00: No, I didn't see how any any anyone else looks, so I don't even know who was in it.
- 57:57SPEAKER_00: I'm not too sure.
- 57:58SPEAKER_00: Um, but Corinne won, and that's her first pro win, which is really cool.
- 58:01SPEAKER_00: And I think she's then coming to um I think she's then coming to yeah, there's no coverage on here either.
- 58:08SPEAKER_00: She's coming to I think the US to do a show.
- 58:14SPEAKER_01: Awesome, good for her.
- 58:15SPEAKER_01: I mean, keep that momentum up.
- 58:16SPEAKER_01: You just want to go.
- 58:17SPEAKER_01: She's way up on the list.
- 58:19SPEAKER_00: So and she looks really good.
- 58:20SPEAKER_00: I think development wise, let me have a look at her page quickly.
- 58:23SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, she's gotta have a stage photo, right?
- 58:26SPEAKER_00: Well, at least not a stage photo, but she's got some great development, really, really good development.
- 58:31SPEAKER_00: She's very bubbly, very round.
- 58:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and she's improved a lot since last time.
- 58:37SPEAKER_00: Improved a lot since last time, last time she steps on stage.
- 58:39SPEAKER_00: So that's really cool to see if I'm honest.
- 58:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks awesome.
- 58:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, good for her.
- 58:43SPEAKER_01: That's awesome.
- 58:44SPEAKER_00: Right, and then we've got this weekend, we've got me, Ashley Kay.
- 58:49SPEAKER_00: Oof, oof, that's gonna be so honestly.
- 58:52SPEAKER_00: I was very interested to see who was gonna do this show because one is right after the Olympia, so it could go one or two ways where everyone's like, nope, not doing it.
- 59:01SPEAKER_00: I've just done the Olympia, or people are like, Yep, I'm right post-Olympia, so let's jump into it.
- 59:06SPEAKER_00: So I actually I'm really excited for this, even more so now, because it's cool to see like the list and stuff come out.
- 59:12SPEAKER_00: So we've got um me and Ashley Kay as the front runners, which is even cool to like say that.
- 59:17SPEAKER_00: I'm like, that's wild to me.
- 59:19SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, and then you've got Naveya, who just competed as well.
- 59:24SPEAKER_00: Um Ellie, who she's seven-time Olympian.
- 59:28SPEAKER_00: You got Sydney, uh Cindy, you've got Brenda just got fourth, right?
- 59:33SPEAKER_01: In that Florida show.
- 59:34SPEAKER_01: Third, third, yeah, good for her.
- 59:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, and then I actually saw Jasmine Ross is making she I used to pose her, and she's um making her pro debut, which is cool.
- 59:44SPEAKER_01: Um we got Emmy too.
- 59:46SPEAKER_01: Everyone's missing Emmy.
- 59:47SPEAKER_01: I'm surprised she's on put that down.
- 59:49SPEAKER_01: Coming coming back from having a baby.
- 59:51SPEAKER_00: Literally just had a child, uh like not even since beginning of the year, I think.
- 59:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, like six, seven months ago.
- 59:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely crazy.
- 59:59SPEAKER_00: And then Courtney Starr, who she used to be well known, she's done a pro show at Wasatch, took some time off, and now she's obviously come back.
- 1:00:07SPEAKER_00: I just posed her the weekend of Olympia very quickly, and she's improved so much.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_00: She has a lot more balance now, which is really cool to see.
- 1:00:15SPEAKER_01: So um and then Denise is um Wetterburn hit the bottom there.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_01: Um, everyone knows her as Niecy.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_01: Um she will she's gonna be a front runner for the 40 plus.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_01: Um, she hopped into the open as well, but um, she's the one that does like everyone's stage makeup.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_01: Oh I don't know if you follow her or not, but she does like everyone's stage makeup at shows, like all the time.
- 1:00:35SPEAKER_01: It's what she yeah, so she's she's awesome.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_01: Um, I train her and definitely a front runner for the 40 plus.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_01: She looks fucking amazing.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_00: So nice.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, this show's gonna be a really, really cool one.
- 1:00:46SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Mike the Badass doing classic because you've got yeah, classic Pro Pasique as well.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: So he because he loves Dragon Ball Z and all that type of thing as well.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_00: So he was like, I want to win the trophy and have a dragon Dragon Ball Z.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's cool.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_01: Southern Muscles got back-to-back awesome years of classic because last year Anton won it, and now this year they get Mike there, so it's it's really cool.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_00: That is really cool.
- 1:01:08SPEAKER_00: Um, and then we've got Mexico as well.
- 1:01:13SPEAKER_00: So this one's gonna be interesting because you've got Roxy and Rainer, who yeah, obviously, Roxy's Roxy's on a roll right now.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she honestly could be the first one to qualify as well because she's already got a win under her belt, so she could potentially win this one.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_00: She's then going and getting fully qualified.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_00: Um, and then you've got Rainer, you've then got it's a smaller list.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_00: I'm not I'm not too sure of the other girls on this name.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_01: Roxy Yeah, that's the Roxana Cisneros.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_01: She just competed recently.
- 1:01:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_01: Remember we thought it was Roxyana, but it was it was different.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's a new pro this year as well, so we we have covered her a little bit as well, which is cool.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_00: Um and then I'm not too sure.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_01: That's one that carroted cash.
- 1:02:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's multiple people, you've got multiple people from all over Mexico, USA, Australia, Argentina, so many people.
- 1:02:28SPEAKER_00: So and then you've got obviously ACE of stage for this weekend as well.
- 1:02:34SPEAKER_01: I think Missy should be the front runner in there.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_00: Oh, is Missy doing it?
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_01: Oh, and we've got she's a fucker hoping right in Kimba, who is now switched to Fit Model instead of bikini.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_01: Did she thought that was coming?
- 1:02:47SPEAKER_01: Did she was the show she just did and was it Japan or China?
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_01: Was she bikini there or was she fit model?
- 1:02:53SPEAKER_00: She was bikini.
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_00: So she's just changed now.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I mean this is gonna be really cool, like cool lineup, obviously, back in Vegas and stuff like that, to see kind of how everyone looks.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: Misty again looks great, so she could get qualified, have a little bit of time off if she wants to, and come back at the Olympia and the other.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_01: It's one of those things where I and I'm not saying this to like knock any type of judging or anything like futuristically, but when you're coming off the inaugural fit model Olympia and you have someone that was just your fifth place, like your top five in that Olympia a week later, and it's fit model, right?
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_01: We're not talking about any crazy peaking methods.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_01: It wouldn't, other than Felicia, because she she did very, very well uh recently.
- 1:03:35SPEAKER_01: I I personally wouldn't understand.
- 1:03:37SPEAKER_01: This is just completely opinionated, guys.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_01: Not take away from anybody.
- 1:03:40SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't understand how someone like Misty wouldn't walk in and just win the show if you're talking about how the head head judges of this entire industry just said you're fifth place in the world unless something went drastically wrong in seven days.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_01: So just just my take on that, my opinion.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_01: Nothing to do with judging or criteria or anything, just how I view that.
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_01: Bikini is a completely different story, right?
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_01: We're talking like different judging panels, we're talking um like difference in physiques, different peaking methods, like people can come in softer and fuller.
- 1:04:09SPEAKER_01: Fit model, you're nailing the same physique over and over.
- 1:04:11SPEAKER_01: Missy just won um uh the uh what show was that?
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_01: The uh white eye blinking.
- 1:04:18SPEAKER_01: Atlanta Pro.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_01: She won Atlanta Pro, and then the next week she won Texas, and then she got fifth at the Olympia.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_01: So um she's coming in hot, and then Felicia coming off of a second place win.
- 1:04:27SPEAKER_01: So or second place win, whatever.
- 1:04:29SPEAKER_01: Second place.
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:04:30SPEAKER_01: I'm so tired.
- 1:04:31SPEAKER_00: I can tell.
- 1:04:32SPEAKER_00: I'm like, we're clocking off now.
- 1:04:33SPEAKER_00: So but no, this was a really good like post-Olimpia lineup in terms of like who's coming out and stuff like that.
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_00: And I genuinely think there's more and more shows.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_00: Like you've got the Hurricane Pro coming up, you've got other shows coming up.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_00: I think the dancer pro is coming up as well.
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_00: Like, there's gonna be multiple more people, I think, that are staying in prep to get ahead of the game for next year.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_00: Because again, this year for bikini, top 20, not 25.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_00: So it's own I say only five spots, but those five spots, it it's good, it's gonna be like rat race.
- 1:05:02SPEAKER_01: So oh yeah, it'll be more people fighting to the end for that.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_01: And for everyone that doesn't know, um, top three of Fit Model all requalified for next year, just like bikini.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_01: So yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:05:13SPEAKER_00: So yeah, right.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_00: Thank you guys for always watching.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_00: And Corey's like, I'm sleeping straight now.
- 1:05:19SPEAKER_00: I'm going to bed.
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_00: So um, really, really good podcast, a lot to talk about.
- 1:05:24SPEAKER_00: So comment down below anyone that you want us to talk about for next week's uh podcast.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_00: We can go through Olympia the little a little bit of the Olympia list.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_00: We'll speak about the shows and then we'll go from there.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_00: Yes, right.
- 1:05:38SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for watching, and we'll see you in the next one.
