  is
• 1:15
  the
• 1:15
  craziest
• 1:15
  vacation
• 1:16
  you've
• 1:16
  ever
• 1:16
  had?
• 1:17
  This
• 1:17
  is
• 1:18
  systematic
• 1:18
  geekology.
• 1:19
  We
• 1:19
  are
• 1:19
  the
• 1:20
  priest
• 1:20
  of
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  geeks.
• 1:21
  I
• 1:21
  am
• 1:21
  one
• 1:21
  of
• 1:21
  your
• 1:22
  hosts,
• 1:22
  Kevin
• 1:22
  Schaefer,
• 1:23
  here
• 1:23
  with
• 1:23
  my
• 1:23
  fellow
• 1:24
  geekologist,
• 1:25
  Liz,
• 1:25
  AKA
• 1:26
  Pang.
• 1:27
  Liz,
• 1:27
  how
• 1:27
  are
• 1:27
  you
• 1:28
  today?
• 1:28
  I'm
• 1:29
  pretty
• 1:29
  good.
• 1:29
  How
• 1:29
  are
• 1:30
  you
• 1:30
  today?
• 1:31
  I'm
• 1:31
  doing
• 1:31
  all
• 1:31
  right
• 1:32
  for
• 1:32
  a
• 1:32
  Monday.
• 1:32
  It's
• 1:32
  not
• 1:32
  bad.
• 1:33
  I'm
• 1:33
  a
• 1:33
  little
• 1:33
  tired,
• 1:33
  but
• 1:34
  I
• 1:34
  had
• 1:34
  a
• 1:34
  really
• 1:34
  good
• 1:35
  weekend,
• 1:35
  so
• 1:36
  it
• 1:36
  was
• 1:36
  good.
• 1:36
  But
• 1:37
  I,
• 1:37
  I
• 1:37
  did
• 1:38
  the
• 1:38
  topic
• 1:38
  we're
• 1:39
  discussing
• 1:39
  today.
• 1:40
  I
• 1:40
  watched
• 1:40
  the
• 1:41
  season
• 1:41
  finale
• 1:41
  last
• 1:42
  night
• 1:42
  and
• 1:42
  then
• 1:42
  went
• 1:42
  bed,
• 1:43
  which
• 1:43
  may
• 1:44
  or
• 1:44
  may
• 1:44
  not
• 1:44
  have
• 1:44
  been
• 1:44
  the
• 1:44
  best
• 1:44
  choice
• 1:45
  because
• 1:45
  I
• 1:45
  had
• 1:45
  so
• 1:45
  many
• 1:46
  thoughts
• 1:46
  going
• 1:47
  like
• 1:47
  coming
• 1:48
  out
• 1:48
  of
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  finale
• 1:49
  and
• 1:49
  I'm
• 1:49
  like,
• 1:49
  I
• 1:50
  should
• 1:50
  have
• 1:50
  processed
• 1:50
  it
• 1:50
  more.
• 1:51
  But.
• 1:52
  But
• 1:52
  yeah,
• 1:52
  so
• 1:52
  I've
• 1:53
  been,
• 1:53
  aside
• 1:54
  from
• 1:54
  working
• 1:54
  today,
• 1:55
  I've
• 1:55
  been
• 1:55
  reading
• 1:55
  all
• 1:56
  the
• 1:56
  like
• 1:57
  after
• 1:57
  thoughts
• 1:58
  and
• 1:58
  reviews
• 1:59
  and
• 1:59
  analysis.
• 1:59
  So
• 2:00
  I'm
• 2:00
  very
• 2:00
  excited
• 2:01
  to
• 2:01
  talk
• 2:01
  about
• 2:01
  this
• 2:01
  one
• 2:01
  today.
• 2:02
  But
• 2:02
  which
• 2:03
  brings
• 2:03
  it
• 2:03
  to,
• 2:04
  yeah,
• 2:04
  this
• 2:04
  episode
• 2:05
  we
• 2:05
  are
• 2:05
  discussing
• 2:06
  the
• 2:06
  White
• 2:07
  Lotus,
• 2:07
  which
• 2:08
  is
• 2:08
  the
• 2:08
  hit
• 2:09
  HBO
• 2:09
  Max
• 2:10
  original
• 2:10
  series
• 2:11
  that
• 2:12
  just
• 2:12
  ended
• 2:12
  its
• 2:13
  third
• 2:13
  season.
• 2:14
  The
• 2:14
  season
• 2:14
  finale
• 2:15
  was
• 2:15
  last
• 2:15
  night
• 2:16
  as
• 2:16
  of
• 2:16
  this
• 2:16
  recording.
• 2:17
  So
• 2:18
  Liz
• 2:18
  and
• 2:18
  I
• 2:18
  are
• 2:19
  fans
• 2:19
  of
• 2:19
  the
• 2:19
  show.
• 2:20
  I
• 2:20
  don't
• 2:20
  know
• 2:21
  who
• 2:21
  else
• 2:22
  of
• 2:22
  the
• 2:23
  Systematic
• 2:23
  Ecology
• 2:24
  crew
• 2:24
  is,
• 2:24
  but
• 2:25
  when
• 2:26
  we
• 2:26
  found
• 2:26
  out
• 2:26
  we
• 2:26
  were
• 2:27
  both
• 2:27
  fans
• 2:27
  were
• 2:27
  like,
• 2:27
  we
• 2:27
  got
• 2:28
  to
• 2:28
  talk
• 2:28
  about
• 2:28
  this
• 2:28
  show.
• 2:29
  So
• 2:29
  I'm
• 2:29
  very
• 2:30
  excited
• 2:30
  for
• 2:30
  it.
• 2:31
  But
• 2:31
  Liz,
• 2:32
  before
• 2:32
  we
• 2:32
  get
• 2:32
  into
• 2:33
  the
• 2:33
  main
• 2:33
  topic,
• 2:34
  what
• 2:34
  have
• 2:34
  you
• 2:35
  else
• 2:35
  have
• 2:35
  you
• 2:35
  been
• 2:35
  geeking
• 2:36
  out
• 2:36
  on
• 2:36
  lately?
• 2:37
  So
• 2:37
  random
• 2:38
  that
• 2:38
  I
• 2:38
  got
• 2:38
  into
• 2:38
  this
• 2:39
  anime
• 2:39
  and
• 2:39
  I
• 2:39
  got
• 2:39
  into
• 2:39
  it
• 2:40
  a
• 2:40
  little
• 2:40
  late,
• 2:40
  but
• 2:40
  I've
• 2:41
  been
• 2:41
  watching
• 2:41
  Dr.
• 2:42
  Stone
• 2:42
  and
• 2:43
  I
• 2:43
  didn't
• 2:43
  realize
• 2:44
  I
• 2:44
  would
• 2:44
  love
• 2:44
  it
• 2:44
  so
• 2:45
  much,
• 2:45
  but
• 2:45
  I'm
• 2:46
  obsessed
• 2:46
  with
• 2:46
  it
• 2:46
  and
• 2:47
  well,
• 2:47
  I'm
• 2:47
  ready.
• 2:48
  I'm
• 2:48
  almost
• 2:48
  caught
• 2:49
  up
• 2:49
  now
• 2:49
  with
• 2:49
  the
• 2:49
  whole
• 2:49
  show.
• 2:50
  What's
• 2:50
  the
• 2:50
  premise?
• 2:51
  So
• 2:52
  pretty
• 2:52
  much
• 2:52
  it's
• 2:52
  kind
• 2:53
  of
• 2:53
  like
• 2:53
  post
• 2:53
  apocalyptics.
• 2:54
  So
• 2:55
  everyone
• 2:55
  got
• 2:55
  turned
• 2:56
  into
• 2:56
  stone.
• 2:56
  And
• 2:57
  so
• 2:57
  one
• 2:58
  high
• 2:58
  school
• 2:58
  genius
• 2:59
  somehow
• 3:00
  got
• 3:00
  revived
• 3:01
  and
• 3:01
  so
• 3:02
  he
• 3:02
  had
• 3:02
  to
• 3:02
  figure
• 3:02
  out
• 3:02
  how
• 3:02
  he
• 3:03
  got
• 3:03
  revived
• 3:03
  and
• 3:03
  now
• 3:03
  he's
• 3:04
  trying
• 3:04
  to
• 3:04
  bring
• 3:04
  the
• 3:04
  world
• 3:04
  into
• 3:05
  modern
• 3:05
  day
• 3:05
  science.
• 3:06
  And
• 3:06
  so
• 3:06
  obviously
• 3:07
  there's
• 3:07
  a
• 3:07
  reason
• 3:08
  why
• 3:08
  everyone
• 3:08
  got
• 3:08
  tender
• 3:09
  stones
• 3:09
  or
• 3:09
  he,
• 3:10
  you
• 3:10
  know,
• 3:10
  tries
• 3:10
  to
• 3:10
  search
• 3:10
  for
• 3:11
  the
• 3:11
  truth
• 3:11
  and
• 3:12
  you
• 3:12
  know,
• 3:13
  get
• 3:13
  everyone
• 3:14
  out
• 3:14
  of
• 3:14
  the
• 3:14
  Stone
• 3:14
  Age
• 3:15
  because
• 3:16
  everyone
• 3:16
  is
• 3:16
  stone.
• 3:16
  Oh,
• 3:17
  interesting.
• 3:17
  I
• 3:17
  love
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18
  title
• 3:18
  too,
• 3:18
  that
• 3:19
  song.
• 3:19
  Yeah,
• 3:19
  well,
• 3:20
  and
• 3:20
  I
• 3:20
  thought
• 3:20
  it
• 3:20
  was
• 3:20
  like
• 3:21
  something
• 3:21
  just
• 3:21
  dumb.
• 3:21
  But
• 3:22
  like
• 3:22
  Taylor
• 3:23
  loves
• 3:23
  to
• 3:23
  have
• 3:24
  me
• 3:24
  do
• 3:24
  like
• 3:24
  anime
• 3:25
  quizzes
• 3:25
  on
• 3:25
  YouTube
• 3:26
  because
• 3:26
  I
• 3:26
  just
• 3:26
  know
• 3:27
  so
• 3:27
  many
• 3:28
  anime
• 3:28
  and
• 3:28
  I
• 3:28
  get
• 3:28
  like
• 3:29
  90
• 3:29
  of
• 3:29
  them.
• 3:30
  Right.
• 3:30
  But
• 3:30
  like
• 3:31
  Dr.
• 3:31
  Stone
• 3:31
  was
• 3:32
  one
• 3:32
  of
• 3:32
  those
• 3:32
  ones.
• 3:32
  I
• 3:32
  could
• 3:32
  never
• 3:33
  obviously
• 3:34
  pinpoint
• 3:34
  it
• 3:34
  would
• 3:34
  be
• 3:34
  like
• 3:35
  guesses
• 3:35
  anime
• 3:35
  after
• 3:36
  like
• 3:36
  a
• 3:37
  one
• 3:37
  second
• 3:37
  clip.
• 3:37
  And
• 3:38
  I
• 3:38
  always
• 3:38
  got
• 3:38
  Dr.
• 3:39
  Stone
• 3:39
  wrong
• 3:40
  because
• 3:40
  I've
• 3:40
  never
• 3:40
  seen
• 3:41
  it.
• 3:41
  So
• 3:41
  I'm
• 3:42
  like,
• 3:42
  I'mma
• 3:42
  do
• 3:42
  it
• 3:43
  now
• 3:43
  and
• 3:43
  I
• 3:43
  love
• 3:43
  it.
• 3:43
  Is
• 3:44
  it
• 3:44
  on?
• 3:44
  Nice.
• 3:46
  Yeah,
• 3:47
  yeah,
• 3:47
  yeah.
• 3:47
  Nice.
• 3:47
  Very
• 3:48
  cool.
• 3:48
  That
• 3:48
  sounds
• 3:48
  good.
• 3:49
  Yeah.
• 3:49
  I.
• 3:49
  What
• 3:50
  I
• 3:50
  think
• 3:50
  you
• 3:50
  can't
• 3:50
  out
• 3:50
  on.
• 3:51
  I
• 3:51
  know
• 3:51
  you're
• 3:51
  not
• 3:51
  as
• 3:51
  big
• 3:52
  into
• 3:52
  superheroes,
• 3:52
  but
• 3:52
  this
• 3:53
  one
• 3:53
  you
• 3:53
  might
• 3:53
  actually
• 3:53
  like
• 3:54
  because
• 3:54
  it's
• 3:54
  very
• 3:55
  anime
• 3:55
  influenced
• 3:56
  like
• 3:56
  and
• 3:56
  the
• 3:57
  style
• 3:57
  is
• 3:57
  almost.
• 3:57
  I
• 3:58
  mean
• 3:58
  it's
• 3:58
  called
• 3:58
  My
• 3:58
  Adventures
• 3:59
  with
• 3:59
  Superman
• 4:00
  which
• 4:00
  is
• 4:00
  on
• 4:00
  Max,
• 4:01
  which
• 4:01
  me
• 4:02
  Christian
• 4:03
  will
• 4:03
  did
• 4:03
  a
• 4:03
  full
• 4:03
  episode
• 4:04
  on
• 4:04
  it
• 4:04
  last
• 4:04
  year
• 4:06
  on
• 4:06
  that
• 4:07
  and
• 4:07
  also
• 4:07
  a
• 4:07
  Batman
• 4:08
  animated
• 4:08
  series.
• 4:09
  But
• 4:09
  I've
• 4:09
  been
• 4:09
  rewatching
• 4:10
  my
• 4:10
  Adventures
• 4:10
  of
• 4:10
  Superman
• 4:11
  especially
• 4:11
  getting
• 4:12
  ready
• 4:12
  for
• 4:12
  the
• 4:12
  Superman
• 4:13
  movie
• 4:13
  and
• 4:13
  it
• 4:13
  is
• 4:14
  so
• 4:14
  delightful.
• 4:15
  You
• 4:15
  know
• 4:15
  you
• 4:15
  can
• 4:16
  go
• 4:16
  back
• 4:16
  to
• 4:16
  that
• 4:16
  episode
• 4:17
  and
• 4:17
  get
• 4:17
  a
• 4:18
  more
• 4:18
  detailed
• 4:18
  description.
• 4:19
  But
• 4:20
  it's
• 4:20
  basically
• 4:21
  Clark,
• 4:22
  Lois
• 4:22
  and
• 4:22
  Jimmy
• 4:23
  as
• 4:23
  interns
• 4:24
  of
• 4:24
  the
• 4:24
  Daily
• 4:24
  Planet
• 4:25
  and
• 4:26
  you
• 4:26
  know,
• 4:26
  Clark
• 4:27
  in
• 4:27
  his
• 4:27
  early
• 4:27
  days
• 4:27
  as
• 4:28
  Superman.
• 4:28
  And
• 4:29
  so
• 4:29
  it,
• 4:29
  you
• 4:30
  know,
• 4:30
  and
• 4:30
  it
• 4:30
  kind
• 4:30
  of
• 4:31
  does
• 4:31
  other
• 4:31
  kind
• 4:32
  of
• 4:32
  reimaginings
• 4:32
  of
• 4:33
  iconic
• 4:33
  characters
• 4:33
  and
• 4:34
  villains
• 4:34
  and
• 4:35
  but
• 4:35
  the
• 4:36
  especially
• 4:36
  the
• 4:37
  relationship
• 4:37
  between
• 4:37
  the
• 4:37
  three
• 4:38
  of
• 4:38
  them
• 4:38
  is
• 4:39
  what
• 4:39
  really
• 4:39
  is
• 4:39
  the
• 4:40
  bread
• 4:40
  and
• 4:40
  butter
• 4:41
  of
• 4:41
  the
• 4:41
  show.
• 4:41
  It's
• 4:42
  just
• 4:42
  so
• 4:42
  delightful.
• 4:43
  The
• 4:43
  animation
• 4:43
  is
• 4:43
  spectacular
• 4:44
  and
• 4:44
  again
• 4:45
  it's
• 4:45
  very
• 4:45
  like
• 4:46
  anime
• 4:46
  influenced.
• 4:47
  So
• 4:48
  you
• 4:48
  might
• 4:48
  like
• 4:48
  it
• 4:49
  just
• 4:49
  for
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  animation
• 4:50
  style
• 4:50
  alone
• 4:51
  and
• 4:52
  the
• 4:52
  characters
• 4:52
  it
• 4:52
  feels
• 4:53
  like,
• 4:53
  I
• 4:53
  mean
• 4:53
  Dragon
• 4:54
  Hobby
• 4:54
  is
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  superhero
• 4:55
  show,
• 4:55
  but
• 4:55
  it
• 4:56
  also
• 4:56
  could
• 4:56
  fit
• 4:56
  into
• 4:57
  the
• 4:57
  same
• 4:57
  realm
• 4:57
  of
• 4:58
  like
• 4:58
  you
• 4:58
  know,
• 4:59
  Last
• 4:59
  Airbender
• 5:00
  or
• 5:01
  I
• 5:01
  think
• 5:02
  Last
• 5:02
  Airbender
• 5:02
  isn't
• 5:02
  an
• 5:03
  anime
• 5:03
  but
• 5:03
  another
• 5:04
  anime
• 5:04
  influenced
• 5:05
  cartoon.
• 5:06
  So
• 5:07
  it's
• 5:08
  a
• 5:08
  delightful
• 5:08
  show.
• 5:08
  I
• 5:09
  cannot
• 5:09
  recommend
• 5:09
  it
• 5:10
  enough
• 5:10
  to
• 5:10
  whether
• 5:10
  you're
• 5:11
  a
• 5:11
  die
• 5:11
  hard
• 5:12
  Superman
• 5:12
  fan
• 5:12
  or
• 5:12
  not.
• 5:14
  I'm
• 5:14
  thoroughly
• 5:15
  enjoying
• 5:15
  rewatching
• 5:16
  because
• 5:16
  when
• 5:16
  I
• 5:16
  watch
• 5:16
  it
• 5:17
  the
• 5:17
  first
• 5:17
  time
• 5:17
  I
• 5:17
  was
• 5:17
  doing
• 5:18
  an
• 5:18
  episode
• 5:18
  at
• 5:18
  a
• 5:18
  time.
• 5:19
  So
• 5:19
  now
• 5:19
  going
• 5:19
  back
• 5:20
  to
• 5:20
  the
• 5:20
  able
• 5:20
  to
• 5:20
  binge
• 5:20
  it
• 5:21
  and
• 5:21
  being
• 5:22
  able
• 5:22
  to
• 5:23
  not
• 5:23
  have
• 5:23
  to
• 5:24
  pay
• 5:24
  attention
• 5:25
  so
• 5:25
  closely
• 5:25
  to
• 5:25
  what's
• 5:26
  happening.
• 5:26
  But
• 5:27
  just
• 5:27
  like
• 5:27
  I
• 5:27
  know
• 5:27
  the
• 5:28
  big
• 5:28
  points
• 5:28
  and
• 5:29
  now
• 5:29
  I'm
• 5:29
  just
• 5:29
  enjoying
• 5:30
  it
• 5:30
  on
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  rewatch.
• 5:31
  So
• 5:31
  that
• 5:31
  is
• 5:32
  a
• 5:32
  lot
• 5:32
  of
• 5:32
  fun.
• 5:32
  Nice,
• 5:33
  nice.
• 5:33
  Yeah,
• 5:34
  that
• 5:34
  one.
• 5:35
  I
• 5:35
  mean
• 5:35
  maybe
• 5:35
  one,
• 5:36
  one
• 5:36
  day
• 5:36
  I'll
• 5:36
  like
• 5:37
  watch
• 5:37
  it
• 5:37
  but
• 5:37
  it
• 5:37
  probably
• 5:38
  won't
• 5:38
  get
• 5:38
  on
• 5:38
  my
• 5:38
  radar.
• 5:39
  No,
• 5:39
  that's
• 5:40
  fair,
• 5:40
  that's
• 5:40
  fair.
• 5:40
  It's.
• 5:41
  I
• 5:41
  mean
• 5:41
  it
• 5:41
  is
• 5:41
  very
• 5:42
  like.
• 5:42
  And,
• 5:42
  but
• 5:43
  I
• 5:43
  do
• 5:43
  like
• 5:43
  the
• 5:44
  kind
• 5:44
  of
• 5:45
  gaps
• 5:45
  it
• 5:46
  had
• 5:46
  like
• 5:46
  the
• 5:46
  different
• 5:47
  audiences
• 5:47
  it
• 5:47
  can
• 5:48
  reach
• 5:48
  because
• 5:48
  it
• 5:48
  can
• 5:48
  reach
• 5:48
  anime
• 5:49
  fans,
• 5:49
  it
• 5:50
  can
• 5:50
  reach
• 5:50
  comic
• 5:50
  book
• 5:50
  fans,
• 5:50
  it
• 5:51
  can
• 5:51
  reach
• 5:51
  DC
• 5:51
  fans
• 5:52
  and
• 5:53
  I
• 5:53
  think
• 5:53
  like
• 5:54
  others
• 5:54
  will
• 5:54
  have
• 5:55
  enjoyment.
• 5:55
  But
• 5:55
  I
• 5:55
  know
• 5:56
  you
• 5:56
  watch
• 5:56
  so
• 5:56
  much
• 5:57
  anime,
• 5:57
  it's
• 5:57
  hard
• 5:57
  to,
• 5:58
  like,
• 5:58
  prioritize.
• 5:59
  But
• 5:59
  if
• 6:00
  you
• 6:00
  do
• 6:00
  ever
• 6:00
  get
• 6:00
  around
• 6:00
  to
• 6:01
  it,
• 6:01
  I
• 6:01
  would
• 6:01
  be
• 6:01
  really
• 6:01
  interested
• 6:02
  in
• 6:02
  your
• 6:02
  take
• 6:02
  on
• 6:02
  it.
• 6:03
  So.
• 6:03
  Yeah.
• 6:03
  Okay.
• 6:04
  All
• 6:04
  right.
• 6:05
  Sweet.
• 6:05
  Awesome.
• 6:06
  Well,
• 6:06
  getting
• 6:06
  into
• 6:07
  the
• 6:07
  main
• 6:08
  topic
• 6:08
  here.
• 6:08
  So
• 6:08
  we
• 6:09
  are
• 6:09
  discussing
• 6:10
  the
• 6:10
  White
• 6:10
  Lotus,
• 6:10
  which,
• 6:11
  again,
• 6:11
  just
• 6:11
  completed.
• 6:12
  It's
• 6:12
  season
• 6:13
  three
• 6:13
  on
• 6:13
  hbo.
• 6:14
  And
• 6:15
  this
• 6:15
  is
• 6:15
  a
• 6:16
  series
• 6:16
  that
• 6:16
  premiered,
• 6:17
  I
• 6:17
  believe,
• 6:18
  in
• 6:19
  2021,
• 6:21
  if
• 6:21
  I'm
• 6:21
  not
• 6:21
  mistaken.
• 6:21
  I'll
• 6:22
  check
• 6:22
  on
• 6:22
  that.
• 6:23
  But
• 6:24
  I
• 6:24
  know
• 6:24
  it
• 6:24
  was
• 6:24
  like,
• 6:25
  you
• 6:25
  know,
• 6:25
  in
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  wake
• 6:25
  of
• 6:26
  COVID
• 6:26
  But,
• 6:27
  Liz,
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  start
• 6:28
  off,
• 6:29
  if
• 6:29
  you
• 6:29
  had
• 6:29
  to
• 6:29
  give
• 6:30
  someone
• 6:30
  an
• 6:30
  elevator
• 6:31
  pitch
• 6:31
  of
• 6:32
  what
• 6:32
  this
• 6:32
  show
• 6:32
  is
• 6:33
  about,
• 6:33
  how
• 6:33
  would
• 6:33
  you
• 6:34
  describe
• 6:34
  it?
• 6:34
  Rich
• 6:35
  people
• 6:36
  get
• 6:36
  woke.
• 6:37
  That's
• 6:38
  kind
• 6:38
  of
• 6:38
  a
• 6:39
  brilliant,
• 6:39
  like,
• 6:39
  one.
• 6:39
  Liner
• 6:40
  there,
• 6:40
  because
• 6:40
  I
• 6:40
  think
• 6:40
  you.
• 6:41
  Because
• 6:42
  I
• 6:42
  was
• 6:42
  trying
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  describe
• 6:43
  it
• 6:43
  to
• 6:44
  a
• 6:44
  friend
• 6:44
  a
• 6:45
  couple
• 6:45
  weeks
• 6:45
  ago,
• 6:45
  and
• 6:45
  I
• 6:46
  was
• 6:46
  like,
• 6:47
  yeah,
• 6:47
  horrible
• 6:48
  rich
• 6:48
  people
• 6:49
  go
• 6:49
  on
• 6:49
  vacation
• 6:50
  for
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  week
• 6:51
  and
• 6:52
  someone
• 6:52
  dies
• 6:52
  at
• 6:52
  the
• 6:52
  end.
• 6:53
  But
• 6:53
  that's
• 6:53
  really
• 6:54
  only
• 6:54
  the
• 6:54
  scratching
• 6:55
  the
• 6:55
  surface
• 6:55
  of
• 6:56
  it.
• 6:56
  Yes,
• 6:57
  but.
• 6:57
  Yeah,
• 6:58
  but
• 6:58
  it
• 6:58
  is.
• 6:58
  I
• 6:58
  mean,
• 6:59
  so.
• 6:59
  Because
• 6:59
  what.
• 6:59
  I
• 7:00
  love
• 7:00
  your
• 7:00
  description
• 7:01
  because
• 7:01
  it
• 7:01
  is
• 7:02
  really
• 7:02
  this
• 7:02
  fusion
• 7:02
  of
• 7:03
  ideas.
• 7:03
  You
• 7:03
  think
• 7:03
  you're
• 7:04
  like,
• 7:04
  you're
• 7:04
  going
• 7:04
  to
• 7:04
  go
• 7:05
  in
• 7:05
  and
• 7:05
  just
• 7:05
  like
• 7:06
  100%
• 7:07
  hate
• 7:07
  all
• 7:07
  these
• 7:07
  characters,
• 7:08
  and
• 7:08
  you
• 7:08
  do.
• 7:09
  Don't
• 7:09
  get
• 7:09
  me
• 7:09
  wrong,
• 7:09
  there
• 7:09
  are
• 7:10
  a
• 7:10
  lot
• 7:10
  of
• 7:10
  despicable
• 7:11
  ones,
• 7:11
  but
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  really
• 7:12
  brilliant
• 7:12
  thing
• 7:13
  about
• 7:13
  this
• 7:13
  show
• 7:14
  is
• 7:14
  the
• 7:14
  way
• 7:14
  it
• 7:14
  satirizes
• 7:16
  themes
• 7:16
  of
• 7:17
  class,
• 7:18
  social
• 7:18
  dynamics,
• 7:19
  money
• 7:19
  and
• 7:20
  power,
• 7:20
  and
• 7:21
  fleshes
• 7:22
  out
• 7:22
  these
• 7:22
  characters
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  where
• 7:24
  none
• 7:24
  of
• 7:24
  them
• 7:24
  are
• 7:25
  one
• 7:25
  note,
• 7:25
  even
• 7:25
  the
• 7:25
  ones
• 7:26
  who
• 7:26
  are
• 7:27
  inherently
• 7:27
  despicable,
• 7:28
  they
• 7:29
  still
• 7:29
  have
• 7:30
  rich
• 7:30
  backstories
• 7:31
  and
• 7:31
  rich
• 7:31
  characterization.
• 7:33
  Thanks
• 7:33
  to
• 7:33
  creator
• 7:34
  Mike
• 7:34
  White.
• 7:35
  We'll
• 7:35
  get
• 7:35
  into
• 7:36
  that
• 7:36
  and
• 7:36
  just
• 7:36
  how
• 7:37
  the
• 7:37
  writing
• 7:37
  is.
• 7:38
  But,
• 7:38
  yeah,
• 7:38
  and
• 7:39
  I
• 7:39
  was,
• 7:39
  you
• 7:39
  know,
• 7:39
  someone
• 7:40
  dies
• 7:40
  at
• 7:40
  the
• 7:40
  end
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  the
• 7:40
  week
• 7:41
  because.
• 7:41
  Yeah.
• 7:42
  So
• 7:42
  for
• 7:42
  we're
• 7:43
  going
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  do.
• 7:43
  The
• 7:43
  way
• 7:43
  that
• 7:43
  we're
• 7:44
  going
• 7:44
  to
• 7:44
  do
• 7:44
  this
• 7:44
  episode
• 7:44
  is
• 7:45
  we'll
• 7:45
  talk
• 7:45
  a
• 7:45
  little
• 7:45
  bit
• 7:46
  at
• 7:46
  the
• 7:46
  beginning.
• 7:46
  Just
• 7:46
  kind
• 7:46
  of
• 7:47
  a
• 7:47
  general
• 7:47
  overview.
• 7:48
  So
• 7:48
  if
• 7:48
  you
• 7:48
  not
• 7:49
  watch
• 7:49
  the
• 7:49
  White
• 7:49
  Lotus,
• 7:50
  this
• 7:50
  might
• 7:51
  incentivize
• 7:51
  you
• 7:51
  to.
• 7:52
  So
• 7:52
  we'll
• 7:52
  talk
• 7:53
  about
• 7:53
  it
• 7:53
  kind
• 7:53
  of
• 7:53
  in
• 7:53
  general
• 7:54
  terms
• 7:54
  for
• 7:54
  a
• 7:54
  bit.
• 7:55
  Then
• 7:55
  we
• 7:55
  will
• 7:55
  get
• 7:55
  into
• 7:55
  spoilers,
• 7:56
  particularly
• 7:57
  about
• 7:57
  this
• 7:58
  season.
• 7:58
  So
• 7:59
  you'll
• 7:59
  have
• 7:59
  that
• 7:59
  opportunity,
• 8:00
  if
• 8:00
  you
• 8:00
  want
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  listen
• 8:01
  for
• 8:01
  a
• 8:01
  bit
• 8:01
  and
• 8:01
  then
• 8:02
  pause
• 8:02
  it,
• 8:02
  go
• 8:03
  watch
• 8:03
  the
• 8:03
  show
• 8:03
  and
• 8:03
  then
• 8:03
  come
• 8:04
  back.
• 8:04
  But
• 8:04
  if
• 8:05
  you
• 8:05
  are
• 8:05
  a
• 8:05
  fan
• 8:05
  of
• 8:05
  the
• 8:05
  show,
• 8:06
  bear
• 8:07
  with
• 8:07
  us
• 8:07
  for
• 8:07
  a
• 8:07
  little
• 8:07
  bit,
• 8:07
  as
• 8:07
  you'll
• 8:08
  probably
• 8:08
  already
• 8:08
  know
• 8:09
  the
• 8:09
  basics
• 8:09
  at
• 8:09
  the
• 8:09
  beginning
• 8:10
  here.
• 8:10
  But,
• 8:11
  yeah,
• 8:11
  the
• 8:12
  central
• 8:12
  concept
• 8:13
  of
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  White
• 8:13
  Lotus
• 8:13
  is
• 8:14
  that
• 8:14
  a
• 8:15
  group
• 8:15
  of
• 8:15
  characters
• 8:15
  in
• 8:16
  each
• 8:16
  season
• 8:16
  are
• 8:17
  staying
• 8:17
  at
• 8:17
  this
• 8:18
  luxurious
• 8:18
  resort.
• 8:19
  And
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  White
• 8:19
  Lotus
• 8:20
  is
• 8:20
  the
• 8:21
  just
• 8:21
  like
• 8:22
  is
• 8:22
  the
• 8:22
  hotel
• 8:23
  suite.
• 8:24
  So
• 8:25
  each
• 8:25
  season
• 8:26
  takes
• 8:26
  place
• 8:26
  at
• 8:26
  a
• 8:26
  different
• 8:27
  White
• 8:27
  Lotus
• 8:27
  resort.
• 8:28
  The
• 8:28
  first
• 8:28
  season
• 8:29
  is
• 8:29
  in
• 8:29
  Hawaii,
• 8:30
  the
• 8:30
  second
• 8:30
  is
• 8:31
  in
• 8:31
  Sicily
• 8:31
  and
• 8:32
  the
• 8:32
  one
• 8:32
  that
• 8:32
  just
• 8:32
  ended
• 8:33
  is
• 8:33
  in
• 8:33
  Thailand.
• 8:34
  And
• 8:35
  you
• 8:35
  meet
• 8:36
  these,
• 8:36
  this
• 8:36
  cast
• 8:37
  of
• 8:37
  characters
• 8:37
  in
• 8:37
  each
• 8:37
  season.
• 8:38
  The
• 8:39
  majority
• 8:39
  of
• 8:39
  them
• 8:40
  are
• 8:40
  rich,
• 8:41
  elite,
• 8:42
  upper
• 8:42
  class.
• 8:43
  And
• 8:43
  you
• 8:44
  get
• 8:44
  a
• 8:44
  few
• 8:44
  characters
• 8:45
  who
• 8:45
  are
• 8:45
  kind
• 8:46
  of
• 8:46
  outside
• 8:47
  that's
• 8:48
  that
• 8:48
  dynamic,
• 8:49
  that
• 8:49
  world.
• 8:50
  But
• 8:50
  for
• 8:50
  the
• 8:50
  most
• 8:50
  part
• 8:51
  it
• 8:51
  is
• 8:51
  these
• 8:52
  rich
• 8:52
  again,
• 8:53
  really
• 8:53
  despicable.
• 8:54
  Like
• 8:54
  it's
• 8:54
  like
• 8:55
  people
• 8:55
  we
• 8:56
  zero
• 8:56
  in
• 8:56
  on
• 8:57
  and
• 8:57
  spend
• 8:57
  time
• 8:57
  with
• 8:57
  for
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  week.
• 8:58
  But
• 8:58
  the
• 8:58
  other
• 8:59
  element
• 8:59
  of
• 9:00
  it
• 9:00
  is
• 9:00
  that
• 9:01
  in
• 9:01
  each
• 9:01
  season
• 9:02
  you
• 9:02
  know
• 9:02
  that
• 9:03
  someone
• 9:03
  will
• 9:03
  be
• 9:03
  murdered
• 9:04
  by
• 9:04
  the
• 9:04
  end
• 9:04
  of
• 9:04
  the
• 9:04
  week.
• 9:05
  Each
• 9:05
  season
• 9:06
  starts
• 9:06
  off
• 9:06
  with
• 9:07
  a
• 9:07
  flash
• 9:07
  forward
• 9:08
  scene
• 9:08
  where
• 9:09
  we
• 9:09
  don't
• 9:09
  know
• 9:10
  who
• 9:10
  or
• 9:11
  even
• 9:11
  how
• 9:11
  many
• 9:11
  people
• 9:12
  will
• 9:13
  be
• 9:13
  dead,
• 9:13
  but
• 9:13
  we
• 9:13
  know
• 9:13
  that
• 9:13
  there
• 9:14
  is
• 9:14
  going
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  be
• 9:14
  a
• 9:14
  murder
• 9:15
  take
• 9:15
  place
• 9:15
  in
• 9:15
  summer
• 9:16
  of
• 9:17
  some
• 9:17
  kind.
• 9:17
  And
• 9:18
  so
• 9:18
  as
• 9:19
  you're
• 9:19
  watching
• 9:19
  each
• 9:19
  season,
• 9:20
  that
• 9:21
  is
• 9:21
  the
• 9:21
  question
• 9:21
  in
• 9:21
  the
• 9:21
  back
• 9:22
  of
• 9:22
  your
• 9:22
  mind.
• 9:22
  But
• 9:23
  what
• 9:23
  I
• 9:23
  really
• 9:24
  love
• 9:24
  about
• 9:24
  the
• 9:24
  show
• 9:25
  is
• 9:25
  that
• 9:26
  while
• 9:26
  the
• 9:26
  murder
• 9:26
  mystery
• 9:27
  element
• 9:27
  is
• 9:27
  a
• 9:27
  central
• 9:28
  component,
• 9:29
  it's
• 9:29
  more
• 9:30
  about
• 9:31
  the
• 9:31
  character
• 9:31
  dynamics
• 9:32
  and
• 9:33
  satirizing,
• 9:34
  like
• 9:34
  I
• 9:34
  said,
• 9:34
  money,
• 9:35
  class,
• 9:35
  power,
• 9:36
  all
• 9:36
  these
• 9:36
  themes
• 9:37
  and
• 9:38
  really
• 9:38
  gazing
• 9:39
  into
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  lives
• 9:40
  of
• 9:40
  these
• 9:40
  people
• 9:40
  for
• 9:40
  a
• 9:40
  week
• 9:41
  and
• 9:41
  learning
• 9:41
  about
• 9:41
  them.
• 9:42
  What
• 9:43
  would
• 9:43
  you.
• 9:43
  Well,
• 9:44
  as
• 9:44
  what
• 9:44
  was
• 9:45
  your
• 9:45
  background
• 9:45
  on
• 9:45
  the
• 9:46
  show?
• 9:46
  Were
• 9:46
  you
• 9:46
  watching
• 9:47
  pretty
• 9:47
  much
• 9:47
  from
• 9:47
  the
• 9:47
  beginning
• 9:48
  or
• 9:48
  when
• 9:48
  did
• 9:48
  you
• 9:48
  start?
• 9:50
  So
• 9:50
  I
• 9:50
  started
• 9:51
  with
• 9:51
  season
• 9:51
  three.
• 9:51
  So
• 9:51
  that's
• 9:52
  kind
• 9:52
  of
• 9:52
  like
• 9:52
  a
• 9:52
  fun
• 9:52
  thing
• 9:53
  with
• 9:53
  the
• 9:53
  White
• 9:53
  Lotus.
• 9:54
  You
• 9:54
  do
• 9:54
  not
• 9:54
  have
• 9:54
  to
• 9:54
  watch
• 9:55
  the
• 9:55
  first
• 9:56
  two
• 9:56
  seasons
• 9:57
  to
• 9:57
  appreciate
• 9:58
  the
• 9:58
  third
• 9:58
  one.
• 9:59
  Now
• 9:59
  if
• 9:59
  you
• 9:59
  did
• 9:59
  watch
• 10:00
  season
• 10:00
  two
• 10:00
  from.
• 10:01
  I
• 10:01
  watched
• 10:02
  it
• 10:02
  with
• 10:02
  my
• 10:03
  husband
• 10:03
  and
• 10:03
  my
• 10:03
  housemate
• 10:04
  and
• 10:04
  my
• 10:04
  housemate
• 10:05
  has
• 10:05
  watched
• 10:05
  the
• 10:06
  other
• 10:06
  two
• 10:07
  so
• 10:07
  he
• 10:07
  was
• 10:07
  able
• 10:07
  to
• 10:07
  fill
• 10:07
  us
• 10:08
  in.
• 10:08
  Like,
• 10:08
  so
• 10:08
  they'll
• 10:09
  like
• 10:09
  recycle.
• 10:10
  Not
• 10:10
  recycle,
• 10:11
  but
• 10:11
  like
• 10:11
  reuse
• 10:11
  characters
• 10:12
  from
• 10:12
  like
• 10:12
  the
• 10:13
  previous
• 10:13
  seasons
• 10:14
  to
• 10:14
  go
• 10:15
  into
• 10:15
  the
• 10:15
  other
• 10:16
  one.
• 10:16
  So
• 10:16
  it
• 10:16
  doesn't
• 10:16
  really
• 10:16
  like
• 10:17
  do
• 10:17
  any
• 10:17
  like
• 10:17
  affect
• 10:18
  the
• 10:18
  plot
• 10:18
  or
• 10:18
  the
• 10:19
  storylines.
• 10:19
  It's
• 10:20
  just,
• 10:20
  it's
• 10:20
  kind
• 10:20
  of
• 10:20
  nice.
• 10:21
  If
• 10:21
  you
• 10:21
  did
• 10:21
  watch
• 10:22
  last
• 10:22
  season,
• 10:22
  you
• 10:22
  get
• 10:22
  to
• 10:23
  see
• 10:23
  maybe
• 10:23
  another
• 10:23
  character
• 10:24
  that
• 10:24
  you
• 10:24
  appreciate
• 10:25
  and
• 10:25
  there's
• 10:25
  still
• 10:26
  a
• 10:26
  part
• 10:26
  of
• 10:26
  the
• 10:26
  story,
• 10:26
  just
• 10:27
  a
• 10:27
  different
• 10:27
  way
• 10:28
  in
• 10:28
  the
• 10:28
  story.
• 11:26
  So
• 11:26
  it's
• 11:27
  kind
• 11:27
  of
• 10:30
  fun.
• 11:27
  Exactly.
• 11:28
  Like
• 11:28
  it's.
• 11:28
  I
• 11:29
  mean
• 11:29
  there
• 11:30
  is
• 11:30
  an
• 11:30
  overarching
• 11:31
  narrative,
• 11:31
  but
• 11:31
  it
• 11:32
  is
• 11:32
  mostly
• 11:32
  in
• 11:32
  an
• 11:33
  anthology
• 11:33
  series
• 11:33
  in
• 11:34
  that
• 11:34
  the
• 11:34
  main
• 11:35
  cast
• 11:35
  in
• 11:35
  each
• 11:35
  season
• 11:36
  is
• 11:36
  different
• 11:36
  and
• 11:36
  like
• 11:36
  I
• 11:36
  said,
• 11:37
  the
• 11:37
  location
• 11:37
  is
• 11:37
  different.
• 11:38
  But
• 11:38
  yeah,
• 11:39
  there's,
• 11:40
  there's
• 11:40
  one
• 11:40
  character
• 11:41
  that
• 11:41
  is
• 11:41
  who
• 11:42
  has
• 11:42
  appeared
• 11:42
  in
• 11:42
  all
• 11:42
  three
• 11:43
  seasons
• 11:44
  played
• 11:44
  by
• 11:44
  John
• 11:44
  Grease,
• 11:45
  who
• 11:45
  is
• 11:46
  fun
• 11:46
  fact
• 11:46
  was
• 11:47
  Uncle
• 11:47
  Rico
• 11:48
  in
• 11:48
  Napoleon
• 11:48
  Dynamite.
• 11:49
  I
• 11:49
  love
• 11:49
  when
• 11:49
  people
• 11:50
  learned
• 11:50
  that.
• 11:51
  And
• 11:51
  I
• 11:52
  see
• 11:52
  that
• 11:52
  meme
• 11:52
  pop
• 11:53
  up
• 11:53
  regularly.
• 11:54
  It's
• 11:54
  like,
• 11:54
  oh,
• 11:55
  this
• 11:55
  is
• 11:55
  what
• 11:55
  the
• 11:55
  Uncle
• 11:56
  Rico
• 11:56
  is
• 11:56
  the
• 11:56
  villain
• 11:56
  now.
• 11:57
  So
• 11:58
  he
• 11:59
  has
• 11:59
  a
• 11:59
  really
• 11:59
  interesting
• 12:00
  storyline.
• 12:01
  And
• 12:01
  then
• 12:02
  also
• 12:02
  in
• 12:02
  season
• 12:02
  three,
• 12:03
  one
• 12:03
  of
• 12:04
  the
• 12:04
  main
• 12:04
  cast
• 12:04
  members,
• 12:05
  Belinda,
• 12:06
  was
• 12:06
  a
• 12:06
  central
• 12:07
  character
• 12:07
  in
• 12:07
  season
• 12:07
  one
• 12:08
  because
• 12:08
  she's
• 12:08
  an
• 12:08
  employee
• 12:09
  of
• 12:09
  the
• 12:09
  White
• 12:10
  Lotus.
• 12:10
  And
• 12:10
  so
• 12:10
  she
• 12:10
  works
• 12:11
  at
• 12:11
  the
• 12:11
  Hawaii
• 12:12
  location
• 12:13
  in
• 12:13
  the
• 12:13
  first
• 12:13
  season
• 12:14
  and
• 12:14
  then
• 12:14
  is
• 12:15
  sort
• 12:15
  of
• 12:15
  on
• 12:16
  part
• 12:16
  vacation,
• 12:17
  part
• 12:17
  work
• 12:18
  trip
• 12:18
  in
• 12:18
  the
• 12:18
  season.
• 12:19
  And
• 12:19
  then
• 12:19
  there
• 12:20
  is
• 12:20
  one
• 12:20
  other
• 12:20
  character
• 12:21
  who
• 12:21
  is
• 12:22
  in
• 12:22
  the
• 12:22
  first
• 12:22
  two
• 12:22
  seasons.
• 12:23
  But
• 12:23
  for
• 12:23
  the.
• 12:23
  Like
• 12:24
  you
• 12:24
  said
• 12:24
  there,
• 12:24
  I.
• 12:24
  And
• 12:24
  you're
• 12:25
  not
• 12:25
  the
• 12:25
  only
• 12:25
  one
• 12:25
  I
• 12:26
  know
• 12:26
  who
• 12:27
  just
• 12:27
  went
• 12:27
  ahead
• 12:27
  and
• 12:27
  started
• 12:28
  with
• 12:28
  season
• 12:28
  three
• 12:29
  because
• 12:29
  I
• 12:29
  think
• 12:29
  as
• 12:30
  the
• 12:30
  show
• 12:30
  has
• 12:30
  grown
• 12:30
  in
• 12:31
  popularity,
• 12:31
  more
• 12:32
  people
• 12:32
  have
• 12:32
  jumped
• 12:32
  onto
• 12:32
  it.
• 12:32
  But
• 12:33
  then,
• 12:33
  like,
• 12:33
  as
• 12:34
  when
• 12:34
  season
• 12:35
  three
• 12:35
  was
• 12:36
  on,
• 12:36
  people
• 12:37
  were
• 12:37
  like,
• 12:37
  well,
• 12:37
  I
• 12:37
  don't
• 12:38
  really
• 12:38
  want
• 12:38
  to.
• 12:38
  I
• 12:38
  don't
• 12:38
  know
• 12:39
  if
• 12:39
  I
• 12:39
  have
• 12:39
  time
• 12:39
  to
• 12:39
  go
• 12:39
  back
• 12:39
  and
• 12:39
  watch
• 12:40
  the
• 12:40
  first
• 12:40
  two
• 12:40
  seasons,
• 12:40
  but
• 12:41
  if
• 12:41
  this
• 12:41
  is
• 12:41
  one
• 12:41
  I
• 12:41
  can
• 12:41
  kind
• 12:42
  of
• 12:42
  jump
• 12:42
  on,
• 12:42
  I'll
• 12:43
  watch
• 12:43
  this
• 12:43
  season.
• 12:44
  If
• 12:44
  I
• 12:44
  like
• 12:44
  it,
• 12:44
  I'll
• 12:44
  go
• 12:45
  back
• 12:45
  and
• 12:45
  watch
• 12:45
  the
• 12:45
  other
• 12:46
  two.
• 12:46
  So
• 12:46
  I
• 12:46
  know
• 12:46
  people
• 12:47
  who
• 12:47
  are
• 12:47
  doing
• 12:47
  that.
• 12:48
  And
• 12:49
  for
• 12:49
  me,
• 12:50
  I
• 12:51
  was.
• 12:51
  I
• 12:52
  would.
• 12:52
  I
• 12:52
  had
• 12:52
  the
• 12:52
  show
• 12:53
  recommended
• 12:53
  to
• 12:53
  me
• 12:54
  after
• 12:54
  the
• 12:55
  first
• 12:55
  season
• 12:55
  it
• 12:55
  completed.
• 12:57
  And
• 12:57
  so
• 12:57
  I
• 12:58
  binged
• 12:58
  that
• 12:58
  first
• 12:58
  season.
• 12:59
  I
• 12:59
  got
• 12:59
  really
• 12:59
  hooked
• 12:59
  on
• 13:00
  it,
• 13:00
  I
• 13:00
  think.
• 13:01
  So
• 13:01
  I
• 13:01
  watched
• 13:01
  that
• 13:01
  over
• 13:02
  the
• 13:02
  course
• 13:02
  of
• 13:02
  a
• 13:02
  week
• 13:03
  about.
• 13:04
  I.
• 13:05
  Let's
• 13:06
  see,
• 13:06
  that
• 13:06
  was
• 13:06
  like
• 13:07
  maybe
• 13:07
  three
• 13:07
  years
• 13:08
  ago,
• 13:08
  I
• 13:08
  think,
• 13:09
  and
• 13:10
  I
• 13:10
  really
• 13:10
  enjoyed
• 13:10
  it.
• 13:11
  I
• 13:11
  was
• 13:11
  a
• 13:11
  friend
• 13:11
  who
• 13:12
  is
• 13:12
  a
• 13:12
  big
• 13:12
  TV
• 13:13
  buff
• 13:13
  and
• 13:13
  particularly
• 13:14
  murder
• 13:14
  mysteries,
• 13:15
  but
• 13:15
  he
• 13:15
  was
• 13:15
  the
• 13:15
  one
• 13:15
  who
• 13:16
  told
• 13:16
  me
• 13:16
  that
• 13:17
  while
• 13:17
  there
• 13:17
  is
• 13:17
  a
• 13:18
  murder
• 13:18
  mystery
• 13:19
  element
• 13:19
  to
• 13:19
  this
• 13:20
  show,
• 13:20
  it's
• 13:21
  not
• 13:21
  the
• 13:21
  defining
• 13:22
  feature
• 13:22
  because
• 13:22
  like
• 13:23
  I
• 13:23
  said,
• 13:23
  it's
• 13:23
  more
• 13:24
  a
• 13:24
  character
• 13:24
  study
• 13:25
  and
• 13:25
  a
• 13:25
  social
• 13:26
  satire.
• 13:26
  And
• 13:27
  so
• 13:27
  that
• 13:27
  really
• 13:27
  appealed
• 13:28
  to
• 13:28
  me.
• 13:28
  So
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  thoroughly
• 13:29
  enjoyed
• 13:30
  the
• 13:30
  first
• 13:30
  season.
• 13:31
  I
• 13:31
  like
• 13:31
  season
• 13:32
  two
• 13:32
  even
• 13:32
  more
• 13:32
  and
• 13:33
  that
• 13:33
  seasons
• 13:33
  two
• 13:34
  and
• 13:34
  three
• 13:34
  I
• 13:34
  was
• 13:35
  able
• 13:35
  to
• 13:35
  watch
• 13:35
  as
• 13:35
  they.
• 13:36
  The
• 13:36
  episodes
• 13:36
  aired,
• 13:37
  which
• 13:38
  was
• 13:38
  really
• 13:38
  fun.
• 13:39
  And
• 13:39
  I
• 13:39
  think
• 13:39
  especially
• 13:40
  it
• 13:40
  was
• 13:40
  especially
• 13:41
  important
• 13:41
  to
• 13:41
  do
• 13:41
  that
• 13:42
  with
• 13:42
  season
• 13:42
  three
• 13:43
  because,
• 13:43
  I
• 13:43
  mean,
• 13:44
  all
• 13:44
  Red
• 13:44
  FIFA
• 13:45
  from
• 13:45
  the
• 13:45
  official
• 13:45
  White
• 13:46
  Lotus
• 13:46
  Account
• 13:47
  and
• 13:47
  so
• 13:47
  many
• 13:47
  others.
• 13:48
  Like,
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  spoilers
• 13:49
  have
• 13:49
  been
• 13:49
  rampant
• 13:50
  off,
• 13:50
  like,
• 13:51
  after
• 13:51
  each
• 13:51
  episode.
• 13:52
  So
• 13:52
  you
• 13:52
  kind
• 13:52
  of
• 13:52
  have
• 13:53
  to
• 13:53
  watch
• 13:53
  it
• 13:53
  right
• 13:54
  as
• 13:54
  it
• 13:54
  airs,
• 13:54
  if
• 13:54
  you
• 13:55
  are.
• 13:55
  If
• 13:55
  you
• 13:56
  do
• 13:56
  want
• 13:56
  to
• 13:56
  be
• 13:56
  really
• 13:56
  plugged
• 13:57
  into
• 13:57
  it.
• 13:58
  So
• 13:58
  I
• 13:58
  have
• 13:58
  been
• 13:58
  able
• 13:58
  to
• 13:58
  watch
• 13:59
  seasons
• 13:59
  two
• 13:59
  and
• 13:59
  three
• 14:00
  as
• 14:00
  they've
• 14:00
  aired.
• 14:01
  But
• 14:01
  yeah,
• 14:02
  so
• 14:02
  I
• 14:02
  have
• 14:02
  been
• 14:03
  on
• 14:04
  the
• 14:04
  show
• 14:04
  for,
• 14:05
  yeah,
• 14:05
  a
• 14:05
  few
• 14:06
  years
• 14:06
  now,
• 14:07
  thoroughly
• 14:07
  enjoyed
• 14:08
  it.
• 14:08
  And
• 14:08
  I
• 14:09
  would
• 14:09
  say
• 14:09
  so
• 14:09
  far,
• 14:10
  season
• 14:10
  two
• 14:10
  is
• 14:10
  my
• 14:11
  favorite.
• 14:12
  Season
• 14:12
  three,
• 14:13
  we'll
• 14:13
  get
• 14:13
  into
• 14:13
  More
• 14:13
  in
• 14:14
  a
• 14:14
  bit.
• 14:14
  It
• 14:15
  does
• 14:15
  have
• 14:16
  some
• 14:17
  of
• 14:17
  my
• 14:17
  favorite
• 14:17
  moments
• 14:18
  and
• 14:19
  scenes
• 14:19
  and
• 14:20
  characters,
• 14:21
  but
• 14:22
  I
• 14:22
  think
• 14:22
  season
• 14:22
  two
• 14:23
  for
• 14:23
  me
• 14:23
  is
• 14:23
  the
• 14:23
  strongest
• 14:24
  overall.
• 14:25
  But
• 14:25
  Liz,
• 14:26
  going
• 14:26
  back
• 14:27
  to,
• 14:27
  you
• 14:27
  know,
• 14:28
  as
• 14:28
  I
• 14:28
  say,
• 14:29
  you're
• 14:29
  live
• 14:29
  like
• 14:29
  rich
• 14:30
  people
• 14:30
  get
• 14:30
  woke.
• 14:31
  What.
• 14:31
  What
• 14:31
  are
• 14:32
  some
• 14:32
  of
• 14:32
  your
• 14:33
  favorite
• 14:34
  elements
• 14:34
  of
• 14:34
  the
• 14:34
  show
• 14:35
  that
• 14:35
  enticed
• 14:36
  you
• 14:36
  to
• 14:36
  get
• 14:36
  into
• 14:37
  it
• 14:37
  and
• 14:37
  keep
• 14:38
  watching?
• 14:39
  The
• 14:39
  only
• 14:40
  enticing
• 14:41
  thing
• 14:41
  that
• 14:41
  had
• 14:41
  me
• 14:42
  keeping
• 14:42
  watching
• 14:42
  was
• 14:43
  I
• 14:43
  was
• 14:43
  watching
• 14:43
  it
• 14:43
  with
• 14:44
  people.
• 14:44
  So,
• 14:45
  like,
• 14:45
  it
• 14:45
  was
• 14:45
  already
• 14:45
  owned
• 14:46
  in
• 14:46
  my
• 14:46
  house.
• 14:47
  As
• 14:47
  we
• 14:48
  kind
• 14:48
  of
• 14:48
  talked
• 14:48
  about
• 14:48
  earlier,
• 14:48
  I'm
• 14:49
  kind
• 14:49
  of
• 14:49
  a
• 14:49
  one
• 14:50
  flavor
• 14:50
  type
• 14:50
  of
• 14:51
  girl,
• 14:51
  so
• 14:51
  White
• 14:51
  Lotus
• 14:52
  is
• 14:52
  not
• 14:52
  in
• 14:52
  my
• 14:53
  flavor
• 14:53
  wheel.
• 14:53
  I
• 14:54
  still
• 14:54
  enjoyed
• 14:54
  it
• 14:55
  great.
• 14:55
  It
• 14:56
  wasn't
• 14:56
  like
• 14:56
  miserable
• 14:57
  watching
• 14:58
  it,
• 14:58
  but
• 14:59
  it
• 14:59
  was
• 14:59
  still,
• 15:00
  you
• 15:00
  know,
• 15:01
  not
• 15:01
  something
• 15:01
  I
• 15:01
  probably
• 15:01
  would
• 15:02
  have
• 15:02
  kept
• 15:02
  up
• 15:02
  with.
• 15:03
  Probably
• 15:03
  my
• 15:04
  favorite
• 15:04
  group
• 15:04
  because
• 15:05
  these
• 15:05
  White
• 15:05
  Lotus,
• 15:06
  it
• 15:06
  had
• 15:06
  about
• 15:07
  maybe
• 15:07
  like
• 15:07
  four
• 15:07
  different
• 15:08
  groups
• 15:08
  of
• 15:08
  people
• 15:08
  we
• 15:09
  were
• 15:09
  following.
• 15:10
  I
• 15:11
  really
• 15:11
  enjoyed
• 15:12
  the
• 15:12
  three
• 15:12
  girls
• 15:13
  because,
• 15:13
  like,
• 15:13
  being
• 15:14
  like
• 15:14
  a
• 15:14
  female
• 15:14
  and
• 15:15
  stuff
• 15:15
  like
• 15:15
  that
• 15:15
  and
• 15:15
  having
• 15:15
  a
• 15:16
  healthy,
• 15:16
  like
• 15:17
  close
• 15:17
  friends
• 15:18
  and
• 15:18
  stuff,
• 15:18
  it
• 15:18
  was
• 15:19
  just
• 15:19
  really
• 15:19
  funny
• 15:20
  watching
• 15:20
  them
• 15:21
  be
• 15:21
  fake
• 15:21
  nice
• 15:21
  to
• 15:22
  each
• 15:22
  other
• 15:22
  and
• 15:22
  so
• 15:22
  happy
• 15:23
  for
• 15:23
  each
• 15:23
  other.
• 15:23
  And
• 15:23
  I'm
• 15:24
  like,
• 15:24
  you
• 15:24
  guys
• 15:24
  are
• 15:24
  like
• 15:25
  the
• 15:25
  fakest
• 15:25
  things
• 15:25
  I've
• 15:25
  ever
• 15:26
  seen.
• 15:26
  What
• 15:27
  the
• 15:27
  heck?
• 15:27
  And
• 15:28
  it
• 15:28
  was
• 15:28
  quite,
• 15:29
  quite
• 15:29
  entertaining
• 15:30
  because
• 15:30
  I'm
• 15:30
  like,
• 15:31
  it's
• 15:31
  lies.
• 15:32
  What
• 15:32
  are
• 15:32
  you
• 15:32
  saying?
• 15:32
  And
• 15:33
  then
• 15:33
  I
• 15:33
  really
• 15:33
  enjoyed.
• 15:34
  So
• 15:34
  they
• 15:34
  had
• 15:35
  a
• 15:35
  family,
• 15:35
  as
• 15:36
  you
• 15:36
  know,
• 15:36
  from
• 15:37
  North
• 15:37
  Carolina,
• 15:38
  like
• 15:38
  this
• 15:38
  Richie
• 15:39
  Rich
• 15:40
  family
• 15:41
  and
• 15:41
  with
• 15:41
  these
• 15:41
  awful,
• 15:42
  like,
• 15:42
  Southern,
• 15:43
  like,
• 15:43
  draws
• 15:44
  and.
• 15:44
  Because
• 15:44
  you're
• 15:45
  from
• 15:45
  North
• 15:45
  Carolina,
• 15:45
  right?
• 15:46
  Oh,
• 15:46
  yeah,
• 15:47
  man.
• 15:49
  I'm
• 15:49
  not
• 15:49
  a
• 15:50
  Duke
• 15:50
  rat
• 15:50
  or
• 15:50
  anything,
• 15:51
  so
• 15:51
  I
• 15:51
  kind
• 15:51
  of
• 15:51
  like
• 15:51
  that
• 15:52
  they
• 15:52
  like
• 15:52
  this.
• 15:52
  Like,
• 15:53
  really.
• 15:54
  I
• 15:54
  went
• 15:54
  to
• 15:54
  NC
• 15:54
  State,
• 15:55
  so
• 15:55
  like
• 15:55
  I
• 15:55
  and
• 15:55
  my
• 15:56
  mom
• 15:56
  went
• 15:56
  to
• 15:56
  Carolina.
• 15:56
  So
• 15:57
  it
• 15:57
  was
• 15:57
  pretty
• 15:58
  funny
• 15:58
  that
• 15:58
  the
• 15:59
  ultra
• 15:59
  rich,
• 16:00
  like,
• 16:01
  kind
• 16:01
  of
• 16:01
  unlikable
• 16:02
  and
• 16:02
  very
• 16:03
  strange
• 16:03
  family
• 16:04
  was
• 16:04
  from
• 16:04
  Duke.
• 16:04
  But.
• 16:05
  But
• 16:06
  yeah,
• 16:06
  but
• 16:06
  yeah.
• 16:07
  So
• 16:07
  they're.
• 16:07
  Yeah,
• 16:07
  no,
• 16:07
  they
• 16:08
  referenced
• 16:08
  going
• 16:09
  up
• 16:09
  multiple
• 16:09
  times
• 16:09
  with
• 16:10
  his
• 16:10
  family.
• 16:10
  Yes.
• 16:11
  And
• 16:11
  so,
• 16:11
  which
• 16:11
  is
• 16:12
  crazy
• 16:12
  because
• 16:12
  they
• 16:12
  were
• 16:12
  giving
• 16:13
  Charleston
• 16:13
  vibes,
• 16:15
  not
• 16:15
  really
• 16:15
  Duke
• 16:15
  vibes.
• 16:16
  So
• 16:17
  I
• 16:17
  mean,
• 16:17
  if
• 16:17
  you
• 16:17
  guys
• 16:17
  are
• 16:18
  from
• 16:18
  the
• 16:18
  Carolinas,
• 16:19
  you
• 16:19
  can
• 16:19
  kind
• 16:19
  of
• 16:19
  identify
• 16:20
  which
• 16:20
  region,
• 16:21
  personality
• 16:22
  they
• 16:22
  came.
• 16:22
  And
• 16:22
  so
• 16:23
  I'm
• 16:23
  like,
• 16:23
  they
• 16:23
  should
• 16:23
  have
• 16:23
  been
• 16:24
  Charleston,
• 16:25
  but
• 16:25
  whatever.
• 16:26
  I
• 16:26
  mean,
• 16:26
  I'm
• 16:26
  glad
• 16:26
  they
• 16:27
  tarnished
• 16:27
  your
• 16:27
  state
• 16:28
  and
• 16:28
  not
• 16:28
  mine,
• 16:31
  but
• 16:31
  it
• 16:32
  was
• 16:32
  just,
• 16:32
  just
• 16:33
  the.
• 16:33
  It's
• 16:34
  crazy
• 16:34
  how
• 16:34
  they
• 16:34
  had
• 16:35
  three
• 16:35
  kids
• 16:35
  and
• 16:36
  the
• 16:36
  one
• 16:36
  you
• 16:36
  thought
• 16:36
  was
• 16:37
  a
• 16:37
  tool
• 16:37
  you
• 16:38
  ended
• 16:38
  up
• 16:38
  liking
• 16:39
  the
• 16:39
  most
• 16:39
  at
• 16:40
  the
• 16:40
  end.
• 16:41
  Just
• 16:41
  kind
• 16:42
  of
• 16:42
  how
• 16:42
  that
• 16:42
  played
• 16:42
  off.
• 16:43
  And
• 16:43
  that's
• 16:43
  the
• 16:43
  way
• 16:44
  we
• 16:44
  will
• 16:44
  definitely
• 16:44
  get
• 16:44
  into
• 16:45
  the
• 16:45
  arcs
• 16:46
  there.
• 16:46
  I
• 16:46
  think
• 16:46
  that
• 16:46
  family
• 16:47
  in
• 16:47
  particular
• 16:47
  was
• 16:47
  fascinating
• 16:48
  and
• 16:49
  it
• 16:49
  really
• 16:50
  did
• 16:50
  subvert
• 16:50
  your
• 16:51
  expectations
• 16:51
  of
• 16:52
  like,
• 16:52
  who
• 16:52
  you
• 16:53
  hated
• 16:53
  at
• 16:53
  the
• 16:53
  beginning
• 16:54
  and
• 16:54
  then
• 16:54
  who
• 16:54
  you
• 16:54
  actually
• 16:54
  came
• 16:55
  to.
• 16:56
  Even
• 16:56
  if
• 16:56
  you
• 16:56
  don't
• 16:57
  love
• 16:57
  them,
• 16:57
  you
• 16:57
  come
• 16:58
  to
• 16:58
  understand
• 16:58
  them
• 16:59
  a
• 16:59
  little
• 16:59
  bit
• 16:59
  more
• 17:00
  and
• 17:00
  then
• 17:00
  kind
• 17:00
  of
• 17:01
  despise
• 17:01
  the
• 17:01
  people
• 17:01
  that
• 17:02
  you
• 17:02
  initially
• 17:02
  liked.
• 17:03
  That's
• 17:04
  what
• 17:04
  I
• 17:04
  love
• 17:04
  about
• 17:04
  the
• 17:05
  show
• 17:05
  is
• 17:05
  that
• 17:05
  it
• 17:05
  takes
• 17:06
  you
• 17:06
  on
• 17:06
  this
• 17:06
  whirlwind
• 17:06
  of
• 17:07
  a
• 17:07
  journey
• 17:07
  where
• 17:08
  it
• 17:08
  almost
• 17:08
  plays
• 17:09
  out
• 17:09
  in
• 17:09
  real
• 17:09
  time
• 17:10
  because
• 17:10
  essentially,
• 17:11
  for
• 17:11
  the
• 17:11
  most
• 17:11
  part,
• 17:12
  they
• 17:12
  do
• 17:12
  change
• 17:13
  it
• 17:13
  some.
• 17:13
  But
• 17:13
  for
• 17:13
  the
• 17:14
  most
• 17:14
  part,
• 17:14
  each
• 17:15
  episode
• 17:16
  it
• 17:16
  kind
• 17:16
  of
• 17:16
  takes
• 17:16
  place
• 17:17
  over
• 17:17
  the
• 17:18
  course
• 17:18
  of
• 17:18
  a
• 17:18
  day
• 17:19
  at
• 17:19
  the
• 17:20
  hotel.
• 17:21
  So
• 17:21
  you
• 17:21
  get
• 17:21
  to
• 17:21
  see
• 17:21
  these
• 17:22
  scenes
• 17:22
  play
• 17:22
  out.
• 17:23
  Except
• 17:23
  for
• 17:23
  this
• 17:24
  season,
• 17:24
  There
• 17:25
  was
• 17:25
  a
• 17:25
  three
• 17:25
  episode
• 17:26
  arc
• 17:26
  that
• 17:27
  really
• 17:27
  plays
• 17:27
  out
• 17:28
  over
• 17:28
  about
• 17:29
  24
• 17:30
  hours
• 17:30
  because
• 17:30
  there
• 17:30
  was.
• 17:31
  There's
• 17:32
  an
• 17:32
  episode
• 17:32
  that
• 17:32
  was
• 17:32
  building
• 17:32
  up
• 17:33
  to
• 17:33
  a
• 17:33
  big
• 17:34
  party
• 17:34
  and
• 17:35
  a
• 17:35
  big
• 17:35
  confrontation
• 17:36
  sequence
• 17:37
  and
• 17:37
  then
• 17:38
  the
• 17:38
  confrontation
• 17:38
  of
• 17:39
  the
• 17:39
  party
• 17:39
  and
• 17:40
  then
• 17:40
  the
• 17:40
  aftermath
• 17:41
  of
• 17:41
  that.
• 17:41
  So
• 17:41
  that
• 17:42
  played
• 17:42
  out.
• 17:42
  But
• 17:42
  for
• 17:43
  the
• 17:43
  most
• 17:43
  part
• 17:43
  throughout
• 17:44
  the
• 17:44
  series,
• 17:45
  it's
• 17:45
  like
• 17:45
  you
• 17:46
  get.
• 17:47
  Because
• 17:47
  it's
• 17:47
  about
• 17:48
  eight
• 17:48
  episodes
• 17:48
  each
• 17:49
  season
• 17:49
  and
• 17:49
  so
• 17:50
  you
• 17:50
  get
• 17:51
  each
• 17:51
  day.
• 17:52
  Each
• 17:52
  episode
• 17:52
  is
• 17:53
  like
• 17:53
  a
• 17:53
  day
• 17:54
  of
• 17:54
  the
• 17:55
  vacation
• 17:55
  that
• 17:56
  each
• 17:56
  character
• 17:56
  is
• 17:57
  on.
• 17:57
  So
• 17:57
  it's
• 17:57
  a
• 17:58
  really
• 17:58
  fascinating
• 17:59
  storytelling
• 18:00
  structure
• 18:00
  there.
• 18:00
  But.
• 18:01
  But
• 18:01
  yeah,
• 18:02
  I
• 18:02
  mean,
• 18:02
  I
• 18:02
  think
• 18:02
  you
• 18:03
  hit
• 18:03
  on
• 18:03
  something
• 18:03
  that
• 18:04
  really
• 18:04
  makes
• 18:04
  the
• 18:05
  show
• 18:05
  is
• 18:05
  that
• 18:06
  you
• 18:06
  really
• 18:07
  become
• 18:07
  fascinated
• 18:08
  with
• 18:08
  these
• 18:08
  characters.
• 18:09
  And
• 18:09
  like
• 18:10
  you
• 18:10
  said,
• 18:10
  so
• 18:11
  character
• 18:11
  you
• 18:12
  were
• 18:12
  referring
• 18:12
  to,
• 18:13
  played
• 18:13
  by
• 18:13
  Patrick
• 18:14
  Schwarzenegger,
• 18:15
  who
• 18:15
  is
• 18:15
  just
• 18:16
  like
• 18:16
  you
• 18:16
  think
• 18:16
  of
• 18:17
  in
• 18:17
  the
• 18:17
  first
• 18:17
  episode
• 18:17
  is
• 18:18
  just
• 18:18
  a
• 18:18
  one
• 18:19
  note,
• 18:19
  complete
• 18:20
  misogynistic,
• 18:21
  like
• 18:22
  horrible
• 18:22
  person.
• 18:23
  And
• 18:24
  to
• 18:24
  be
• 18:24
  fair
• 18:25
  is
• 18:25
  not
• 18:25
  necessarily
• 18:26
  good,
• 18:26
  but
• 18:27
  you
• 18:27
  become
• 18:28
  a
• 18:28
  little
• 18:28
  more
• 18:29
  empathetic
• 18:29
  toward
• 18:29
  by
• 18:30
  the
• 18:30
  end
• 18:30
  of
• 18:30
  the
• 18:30
  season.
• 18:31
  And
• 18:31
  then
• 18:31
  his
• 18:32
  sister
• 18:32
  for
• 18:33
  me
• 18:33
  was
• 18:34
  one.
• 18:34
  The
• 18:34
  one
• 18:35
  you
• 18:35
  like
• 18:35
  at
• 18:35
  the
• 18:35
  beginning.
• 18:36
  More
• 18:37
  and
• 18:37
  I
• 18:37
  hate
• 18:37
  her
• 18:38
  now.
• 18:38
  Yeah,
• 18:38
  exactly.
• 18:39
  That
• 18:39
  was
• 18:39
  the
• 18:39
  thing.
• 18:40
  Yeah,
• 18:40
  no,
• 18:40
  it
• 18:40
  was.
• 18:41
  It
• 18:41
  was
• 18:41
  a
• 18:41
  brilliant
• 18:41
  twins
• 18:42
  where
• 18:42
  like
• 18:42
  you
• 18:43
  think
• 18:43
  at
• 18:43
  the
• 18:43
  beginning
• 18:44
  she's
• 18:44
  going
• 18:44
  to
• 18:44
  be
• 18:45
  the
• 18:45
  one
• 18:45
  that's
• 18:45
  different
• 18:46
  from
• 18:46
  the
• 18:46
  rest
• 18:46
  of
• 18:46
  her
• 18:46
  family
• 18:47
  and
• 18:47
  wants
• 18:47
  to
• 18:47
  get
• 18:48
  away.
• 18:48
  And
• 18:48
  then
• 18:49
  they
• 18:49
  just
• 18:50
  like
• 18:50
  reverse
• 18:51
  that
• 18:51
  completely
• 18:52
  to
• 18:53
  reveal
• 18:53
  her
• 18:53
  true
• 18:54
  colors
• 18:54
  of
• 18:54
  like,
• 18:55
  oh,
• 18:55
  she's
• 18:55
  actually
• 18:56
  as
• 18:57
  much
• 18:57
  as
• 18:57
  she
• 18:57
  says
• 18:58
  she
• 18:58
  wants
• 18:58
  to
• 18:58
  get
• 18:58
  away
• 18:59
  from
• 18:59
  the
• 18:59
  privileged
• 19:00
  lifestyle
• 19:01
  that
• 19:01
  she's
• 19:01
  been
• 19:01
  born
• 19:02
  into,
• 19:02
  she
• 19:03
  could
• 19:03
  not
• 19:03
  live
• 19:04
  without
• 19:04
  it
• 19:04
  and
• 19:04
  is
• 19:04
  really.
• 19:05
  And
• 19:05
  I
• 19:06
  have
• 19:06
  to
• 19:06
  give.
• 19:06
  I
• 19:07
  mean,
• 19:07
  there
• 19:07
  are
• 19:07
  so
• 19:07
  many
• 19:08
  cast
• 19:08
  members
• 19:08
  this
• 19:08
  season
• 19:09
  in
• 19:09
  particular
• 19:09
  I
• 19:10
  can
• 19:10
  just
• 19:10
  rave
• 19:10
  about.
• 19:11
  But
• 19:11
  Parker
• 19:12
  Posey,
• 19:12
  who
• 19:12
  plays
• 19:12
  the
• 19:13
  mother
• 19:13
  in
• 19:13
  this
• 19:14
  family,
• 19:14
  deserves
• 19:15
  such
• 19:15
  an
• 19:15
  Emmy
• 19:15
  for
• 19:16
  the
• 19:17
  humor,
• 19:17
  comedic
• 19:18
  timing
• 19:19
  of
• 19:19
  her
• 19:19
  delivery
• 19:20
  in
• 19:20
  every
• 19:20
  scene
• 19:20
  is
• 19:21
  absolutely
• 19:21
  brilliant.
• 19:22
  But
• 19:22
  in
• 19:22
  that
• 19:23
  scene
• 19:23
  at
• 19:23
  the
• 19:23
  end
• 19:23
  where,
• 19:24
  sorry,
• 19:24
  we
• 19:24
  are
• 19:24
  getting
• 19:25
  a
• 19:25
  little
• 19:25
  into
• 19:25
  spoilers
• 19:25
  now,
• 19:26
  but
• 19:27
  so,
• 19:28
  yeah,
• 19:28
  I
• 19:28
  think
• 19:28
  we'll
• 19:29
  transition
• 19:29
  now
• 19:29
  into
• 19:30
  getting
• 19:30
  more
• 19:30
  deeper
• 19:31
  into
• 19:31
  the
• 19:31
  season.
• 19:32
  So
• 19:32
  if
• 19:32
  you've
• 19:33
  not
• 19:33
  watched
• 19:33
  White
• 19:33
  Lotus
• 19:34
  yet,
• 19:34
  hopefully
• 19:35
  that
• 19:35
  gives
• 19:35
  you
• 19:35
  kind
• 19:35
  of
• 19:35
  a
• 19:36
  little
• 19:36
  bit
• 19:36
  of
• 19:36
  an
• 19:36
  overview.
• 19:37
  Go
• 19:37
  watch
• 19:37
  it
• 19:37
  and
• 19:37
  then
• 19:38
  come
• 19:38
  back
• 19:38
  to
• 19:38
  listen
• 19:38
  to
• 19:39
  the
• 19:39
  rest
• 19:39
  of
• 19:39
  this
• 19:39
  episode.
• 19:40
  But,
• 19:40
  yeah,
• 19:41
  so
• 19:41
  with
• 19:41
  Piper,
• 19:42
  she
• 19:42
  has
• 19:42
  this
• 19:43
  arc
• 19:43
  of,
• 19:44
  yeah,
• 19:44
  she
• 19:44
  wanted
• 19:44
  to
• 19:45
  leave
• 19:46
  behind
• 19:46
  her
• 19:46
  family
• 19:47
  after
• 19:48
  she
• 19:48
  graduates
• 19:49
  college
• 19:49
  and
• 19:49
  spend
• 19:49
  a
• 19:50
  year
• 19:50
  in
• 19:50
  Taiwan
• 19:51
  in
• 19:51
  Thailand.
• 19:51
  So
• 19:52
  she
• 19:52
  had
• 19:52
  told
• 19:52
  her
• 19:53
  family
• 19:53
  that
• 19:53
  she
• 19:54
  was
• 19:54
  here
• 19:54
  for
• 19:55
  a
• 19:55
  research
• 19:56
  project.
• 19:56
  But
• 19:56
  in
• 19:56
  actuality,
• 19:58
  she
• 19:58
  came
• 19:58
  to
• 19:59
  learn
• 19:59
  about
• 19:59
  the
• 20:00
  monastery
• 20:01
  that
• 20:01
  is
• 20:01
  sort
• 20:02
  of
• 20:02
  connected
• 20:02
  to
• 20:02
  the
• 20:02
  hotel,
• 20:03
  and
• 20:03
  she
• 20:04
  wants
• 20:04
  to
• 20:04
  spend
• 20:04
  a
• 20:04
  year
• 20:04
  there
• 20:05
  after
• 20:05
  graduation
• 20:05
  and
• 20:06
  kind
• 20:06
  of
• 20:06
  go
• 20:06
  on
• 20:06
  the
• 20:06
  spiritual
• 20:07
  journey.
• 20:07
  And,
• 20:08
  you
• 20:08
  know,
• 20:08
  she
• 20:09
  has
• 20:09
  a
• 20:09
  site,
• 20:10
  and
• 20:10
  then
• 20:10
  she
• 20:11
  spends
• 20:11
  one
• 20:12
  night
• 20:12
  there
• 20:13
  with
• 20:13
  her
• 20:13
  younger
• 20:13
  brother
• 20:14
  Lachlan,
• 20:15
  and
• 20:16
  almost.
• 20:16
  And
• 20:17
  hates
• 20:17
  it
• 20:17
  almost
• 20:17
  right
• 20:17
  away
• 20:18
  and
• 20:19
  realizes
• 20:19
  that,
• 20:20
  oh,
• 20:20
  she
• 20:20
  actually
• 20:20
  can't
• 20:21
  get
• 20:21
  away.
• 20:21
  And
• 20:22
  so.
• 20:22
  And
• 20:22
  like
• 20:22
  you
• 20:22
  said,
• 20:23
  you
• 20:23
  absolutely
• 20:24
  come
• 20:24
  to
• 20:24
  hate
• 20:24
  her
• 20:24
  by
• 20:24
  the
• 20:24
  end
• 20:25
  because
• 20:25
  she
• 20:26
  gives
• 20:26
  this
• 20:26
  monologue
• 20:27
  where
• 20:27
  she's
• 20:27
  just
• 20:27
  like,
• 20:28
  I
• 20:28
  just
• 20:28
  like,
• 20:30
  there
• 20:30
  are
• 20:30
  people
• 20:31
  suffering
• 20:31
  in
• 20:31
  the
• 20:31
  world,
• 20:31
  and
• 20:32
  I
• 20:32
  wish
• 20:32
  I
• 20:32
  could
• 20:32
  do
• 20:33
  something
• 20:33
  about
• 20:33
  it,
• 20:33
  but
• 20:33
  I
• 20:33
  don't
• 20:33
  think
• 20:33
  I
• 20:34
  can
• 20:34
  leave
• 20:34
  the
• 20:34
  privileges
• 20:34
  of
• 20:35
  my
• 20:35
  lifestyle.
• 20:35
  And
• 20:36
  Parker
• 20:36
  Posey
• 20:37
  as
• 20:37
  Victoria,
• 20:38
  her
• 20:38
  mother
• 20:38
  just
• 20:39
  has
• 20:39
  this
• 20:39
  moment
• 20:39
  of
• 20:40
  like,
• 20:40
  that's
• 20:40
  my
• 20:41
  girl
• 20:41
  coming
• 20:41
  here.
• 20:42
  It
• 20:42
  is
• 20:43
  a
• 20:43
  brilliant
• 20:43
  piece
• 20:44
  of
• 20:44
  writing
• 20:44
  and
• 20:44
  acting
• 20:45
  right
• 20:45
  there.
• 20:46
  Even
• 20:47
  with
• 20:47
  the
• 20:47
  despicable
• 20:48
  characters,
• 20:49
  the
• 20:49
  themes
• 20:50
  here.
• 20:50
  I
• 20:51
  just
• 20:51
  love
• 20:51
  that.
• 20:51
  The
• 20:51
  journey
• 20:52
  that
• 20:52
  Mike
• 20:52
  Wait
• 20:53
  takes
• 20:53
  you
• 20:53
  on.
• 20:54
  And.
• 20:55
  Yeah,
• 20:55
  so
• 20:55
  you
• 20:56
  are
• 20:56
  initially
• 20:57
  empathetic
• 20:57
  toward
• 20:57
  her
• 20:57
  at
• 20:58
  the
• 20:58
  beginning
• 20:58
  of
• 20:58
  the
• 20:58
  season,
• 20:59
  and
• 20:59
  then
• 20:59
  by
• 20:59
  the
• 20:59
  end,
• 21:00
  you're
• 21:00
  like,
• 21:00
  oh,
• 21:00
  yeah,
• 21:01
  no,
• 21:01
  that's.
• 21:02
  She's
• 21:02
  like,
• 21:03
  just
• 21:03
  like
• 21:04
  her
• 21:04
  family,
• 21:04
  if
• 21:04
  not
• 21:04
  worse.
• 21:05
  Whereas
• 21:06
  Saxon,
• 21:06
  again
• 21:07
  played
• 21:07
  by
• 21:07
  Patrick
• 21:08
  Schwarzenegger,
• 21:09
  is,
• 21:10
  you
• 21:10
  know,
• 21:11
  horrible
• 21:11
  misogynistic,
• 21:13
  and,
• 21:14
  like,
• 21:14
  still
• 21:14
  has
• 21:14
  his
• 21:15
  attributes.
• 21:15
  But
• 21:15
  then
• 21:15
  you
• 21:16
  come
• 21:16
  to
• 21:17
  kind
• 21:17
  of
• 21:17
  see
• 21:18
  more
• 21:18
  complexity
• 21:19
  with
• 21:20
  him
• 21:20
  by
• 21:20
  the
• 21:20
  end
• 21:20
  of
• 21:20
  the
• 21:20
  season.
• 21:21
  And
• 21:21
  I
• 21:21
  don't
• 21:21
  know
• 21:22
  if
• 21:22
  I
• 21:22
  would
• 21:22
  necessarily
• 21:23
  say
• 21:23
  I
• 21:23
  root
• 21:24
  for
• 21:24
  him
• 21:24
  by
• 21:24
  the
• 21:24
  end,
• 21:25
  but
• 21:25
  I
• 21:26
  kind
• 21:26
  of
• 21:26
  want
• 21:26
  him
• 21:27
  to.
• 21:27
  I
• 21:28
  kind
• 21:28
  of
• 21:28
  think
• 21:28
  maybe
• 21:29
  he
• 21:29
  can
• 21:29
  change,
• 21:30
  you
• 21:30
  know.
• 21:33
  As
• 21:33
  soon
• 21:33
  as
• 21:34
  she
• 21:34
  was
• 21:34
  like,
• 21:34
  well,
• 21:35
  she
• 21:36
  was
• 21:36
  like,
• 21:36
  well,
• 21:36
  I
• 21:36
  lied
• 21:37
  because
• 21:37
  I
• 21:37
  wanted
• 21:37
  to
• 21:37
  do
• 21:37
  this
• 21:37
  monastery
• 21:39
  type
• 21:39
  deal.
• 21:39
  So
• 21:39
  there
• 21:40
  is
• 21:40
  no
• 21:40
  research
• 21:40
  paper.
• 21:41
  I'm
• 21:41
  like,
• 21:41
  you
• 21:41
  are
• 21:42
  just
• 21:42
  selfish
• 21:43
  and
• 21:43
  a
• 21:43
  little
• 21:44
  prick.
• 21:44
  And
• 21:46
  like,
• 21:46
  what
• 21:47
  the
• 21:47
  heck?
• 21:47
  So
• 21:48
  I
• 21:48
  hated
• 21:48
  her
• 21:49
  mid
• 21:49
  season.
• 21:50
  Oh,
• 21:50
  yeah,
• 21:51
  yeah.
• 21:51
  No,
• 21:51
  very
• 21:51
  much
• 21:52
  so.
• 21:52
  And
• 21:52
  then
• 21:53
  Lachlan
• 21:53
  is
• 21:53
  just
• 21:54
  a
• 21:55
  very
• 21:55
  strange
• 21:55
  individual,
• 21:59
  like,
• 22:00
  as.
• 22:00
  Just,
• 22:00
  like,
• 22:01
  one
• 22:01
  of
• 22:01
  the
• 22:01
  most
• 22:01
  bizarre.
• 22:02
  All
• 22:02
  right,
• 22:02
  so,
• 22:03
  I
• 22:03
  mean,
• 22:03
  again,
• 22:04
  we're
• 22:04
  getting
• 22:04
  into
• 22:04
  spoilers
• 22:05
  here
• 22:05
  now,
• 22:05
  but
• 22:06
  it's
• 22:07
  very
• 22:07
  much.
• 22:07
  This
• 22:08
  is
• 22:08
  something
• 22:08
  that
• 22:08
  they
• 22:08
  didn't.
• 22:09
  Despite
• 22:10
  the
• 22:10
  fact
• 22:11
  that
• 22:11
  seasons
• 22:11
  one
• 22:11
  and
• 22:12
  two
• 22:12
  do
• 22:13
  have
• 22:13
  a
• 22:13
  lot
• 22:13
  of
• 22:13
  sexual
• 22:14
  themes,
• 22:15
  and
• 22:15
  particularly
• 22:16
  season
• 22:17
  two
• 22:17
  revolves
• 22:18
  around
• 22:18
  sex
• 22:18
  and
• 22:19
  relationships.
• 22:20
  But
• 22:21
  this
• 22:21
  season
• 22:22
  introduced
• 22:23
  an
• 22:23
  incestuous
• 22:24
  plotline,
• 22:25
  which
• 22:25
  was
• 22:26
  kind
• 22:26
  of
• 22:26
  hinted
• 22:27
  at
• 22:27
  from
• 22:27
  the
• 22:27
  very
• 22:27
  beginning
• 22:28
  of
• 22:28
  the
• 22:28
  season
• 22:29
  and
• 22:29
  then
• 22:30
  played
• 22:30
  out
• 22:31
  more
• 22:31
  midway
• 22:31
  through.
• 22:32
  So
• 22:33
  I
• 22:33
  don't
• 22:33
  need
• 22:33
  to
• 22:33
  go
• 22:33
  into
• 22:33
  the
• 22:34
  gory
• 22:34
  details
• 22:34
  there,
• 22:34
  but.
• 22:35
  But
• 22:35
  it's
• 22:36
  not
• 22:36
  only
• 22:36
  that
• 22:37
  that
• 22:37
  is
• 22:38
  obviously
• 22:38
  despicable,
• 22:39
  but
• 22:40
  one
• 22:40
  of
• 22:40
  the
• 22:40
  things
• 22:41
  about
• 22:41
  Lachlan,
• 22:41
  I
• 22:41
  was.
• 22:42
  So
• 22:42
  another
• 22:43
  thing,
• 22:43
  like
• 22:43
  you
• 22:43
  said,
• 22:44
  that
• 22:44
  this
• 22:45
  is
• 22:45
  a
• 22:45
  show
• 22:45
  where
• 22:46
  it
• 22:46
  is
• 22:46
  enhanced
• 22:46
  by
• 22:47
  watching
• 22:47
  it
• 22:47
  with
• 22:47
  people.
• 22:48
  The
• 22:48
  first
• 22:48
  couple
• 22:48
  of
• 22:48
  seasons
• 22:49
  I
• 22:49
  watched
• 22:49
  by
• 22:49
  myself,
• 22:50
  but
• 22:50
  I
• 22:50
  got
• 22:50
  one
• 22:50
  of
• 22:50
  my
• 22:51
  caregivers
• 22:51
  hooked
• 22:51
  on
• 22:52
  it.
• 22:52
  This
• 22:52
  is
• 22:52
  so
• 22:53
  I
• 22:53
  was
• 22:53
  able
• 22:53
  to
• 22:53
  watch.
• 22:54
  We
• 22:54
  were
• 22:54
  able
• 22:54
  to
• 22:54
  watch
• 22:55
  the
• 22:55
  last
• 22:55
  few
• 22:55
  episodes
• 22:56
  together,
• 22:56
  and
• 22:57
  it
• 22:57
  was
• 22:57
  the
• 22:57
  last
• 22:57
  game
• 22:57
  of
• 22:58
  the
• 22:58
  Draxens.
• 22:58
  But
• 22:58
  one
• 22:59
  of
• 22:59
  the
• 22:59
  things
• 22:59
  I
• 22:59
  remarked
• 23:00
  on
• 23:01
  night
• 23:01
  watching
• 23:01
  the
• 23:01
  season
• 23:02
  finale
• 23:03
  is
• 23:03
  so,
• 23:04
  you
• 23:04
  know,
• 23:05
  again,
• 23:05
  you're.
• 23:05
  Throughout
• 23:06
  the
• 23:06
  season,
• 23:06
  you're
• 23:07
  wondering,
• 23:07
  oh,
• 23:07
  who's
• 23:08
  gonna
• 23:08
  die?
• 23:08
  Who's
• 23:08
  gonna
• 23:08
  be
• 23:08
  killed?
• 23:09
  And.
• 23:10
  And
• 23:11
  I
• 23:11
  kind
• 23:11
  of
• 23:11
  figured
• 23:12
  multiple
• 23:12
  characters
• 23:13
  would
• 23:13
  die
• 23:13
  in
• 23:13
  this
• 23:14
  season
• 23:14
  because
• 23:15
  it
• 23:15
  was
• 23:15
  kind
• 23:15
  of
• 23:15
  building
• 23:15
  up
• 23:16
  to
• 23:16
  that.
• 23:16
  And
• 23:16
  especially
• 23:17
  it's
• 23:17
  the
• 23:17
  third
• 23:17
  season,
• 23:18
  the
• 23:18
  trio
• 23:19
  was
• 23:19
  hinted
• 23:20
  at
• 23:20
  multiple
• 23:20
  times,
• 23:21
  but
• 23:21
  they
• 23:21
  pulled
• 23:22
  a
• 23:22
  really
• 23:22
  interesting
• 23:23
  twist
• 23:23
  here
• 23:23
  where
• 23:24
  you
• 23:24
  think
• 23:24
  Lachlan
• 23:25
  is
• 23:25
  going
• 23:25
  to
• 23:25
  die
• 23:26
  because
• 23:27
  his
• 23:27
  father,
• 23:28
  who
• 23:29
  is
• 23:29
  terrified
• 23:30
  of
• 23:31
  a
• 23:31
  financial
• 23:31
  devastation
• 23:32
  he's
• 23:32
  about
• 23:32
  to
• 23:32
  encounter
• 23:33
  and
• 23:33
  is
• 23:33
  about
• 23:34
  to
• 23:34
  lose
• 23:34
  everything.
• 23:35
  He
• 23:35
  contemplates
• 23:36
  not
• 23:36
  only
• 23:36
  killing
• 23:36
  himself,
• 23:37
  but
• 23:37
  his
• 23:37
  family
• 23:38
  to
• 23:38
  spare
• 23:39
  them
• 23:39
  the
• 23:39
  pain
• 23:40
  of,
• 23:40
  you
• 23:40
  know,
• 23:40
  losing
• 23:41
  everything
• 23:41
  that
• 23:42
  they've
• 23:43
  worked
• 23:43
  to
• 23:44
  hold
• 23:44
  on
• 23:44
  to
• 23:44
  in
• 23:44
  the
• 23:44
  materialistic
• 23:45
  wealth
• 23:46
  that
• 23:46
  they've
• 23:46
  accumulated
• 23:47
  over
• 23:47
  the
• 23:47
  years.
• 23:48
  And
• 23:49
  he
• 23:49
  ultimately
• 23:49
  backs
• 23:50
  out
• 23:50
  at
• 23:50
  the
• 23:50
  last
• 23:50
  minute.
• 23:51
  But
• 23:51
  this
• 23:52
  is
• 23:52
  just
• 23:52
  like
• 23:52
  such
• 23:53
  a
• 23:53
  white
• 23:53
  lotus
• 23:53
  thing
• 23:53
  where.
• 23:54
  So
• 23:55
  the
• 23:55
  way
• 23:55
  he
• 23:55
  was
• 23:55
  going
• 23:56
  to
• 23:56
  do
• 23:56
  it
• 23:56
  was
• 23:57
  using
• 23:58
  a
• 23:58
  poisonous
• 23:59
  fruit
• 23:59
  that
• 23:59
  was
• 24:00
  on
• 24:01
  the
• 24:01
  hotel
• 24:01
  resort
• 24:02
  and
• 24:02
  blending
• 24:03
  it
• 24:03
  in
• 24:03
  with
• 24:03
  a
• 24:03
  pina
• 24:04
  colada
• 24:05
  and
• 24:05
  getting
• 24:05
  family
• 24:06
  members
• 24:06
  to
• 24:06
  drink
• 24:06
  that.
• 24:07
  And.
• 24:08
  And
• 24:08
  originally
• 24:08
  he
• 24:08
  was
• 24:09
  going
• 24:09
  to
• 24:09
  spare
• 24:09
  Lachlan
• 24:10
  because
• 24:10
  he
• 24:10
  has
• 24:10
  a
• 24:11
  scene
• 24:11
  where
• 24:11
  he
• 24:11
  asks
• 24:12
  him,
• 24:13
  would
• 24:14
  you
• 24:14
  live
• 24:14
  without
• 24:15
  material
• 24:16
  wealth
• 24:16
  and
• 24:16
  stuff?
• 24:16
  And
• 24:17
  Lachlan
• 24:17
  answers,
• 24:17
  yes.
• 24:18
  And
• 24:19
  so
• 24:19
  he
• 24:19
  thinks
• 24:19
  he's
• 24:19
  the
• 24:20
  only
• 24:20
  one
• 24:20
  who
• 24:20
  could
• 24:20
  survive.
• 24:21
  And
• 24:21
  so
• 24:22
  he
• 24:22
  doesn't
• 24:22
  let
• 24:23
  him
• 24:23
  drink,
• 24:23
  but
• 24:23
  he
• 24:24
  has
• 24:24
  the
• 24:24
  other
• 24:24
  family
• 24:24
  members,
• 24:25
  but
• 24:25
  then
• 24:25
  he
• 24:25
  takes
• 24:26
  it
• 24:26
  away
• 24:26
  from
• 24:26
  them.
• 24:26
  But
• 24:27
  then
• 24:27
  Lachlan
• 24:28
  doesn't
• 24:29
  clean
• 24:29
  the
• 24:30
  blender
• 24:30
  that
• 24:30
  his
• 24:31
  father
• 24:31
  used
• 24:31
  to
• 24:31
  make
• 24:32
  the
• 24:32
  poisonous
• 24:32
  pina
• 24:33
  coladas.
• 24:33
  And
• 24:34
  so
• 24:34
  he
• 24:34
  injects
• 24:35
  him
• 24:35
  unknowingly,
• 24:36
  injects
• 24:36
  himself
• 24:36
  with
• 24:37
  poison
• 24:37
  the
• 24:37
  next
• 24:37
  morning
• 24:38
  when
• 24:38
  he's
• 24:38
  making
• 24:38
  a
• 24:38
  shake.
• 24:39
  And.
• 24:40
  And
• 24:41
  in
• 24:41
  this
• 24:41
  moment,
• 24:41
  you
• 24:42
  think,
• 24:42
  oh,
• 24:42
  he's
• 24:43
  dead.
• 24:43
  And
• 24:43
  they
• 24:44
  make
• 24:44
  you
• 24:44
  think
• 24:44
  that
• 24:44
  he
• 24:45
  does.
• 24:45
  So
• 24:45
  instead,
• 24:46
  he
• 24:46
  has
• 24:46
  a
• 24:46
  very
• 24:46
  near
• 24:47
  death
• 24:47
  experience
• 24:47
  and
• 24:48
  ends
• 24:48
  up
• 24:48
  waking
• 24:48
  up.
• 24:49
  But
• 24:49
  the
• 24:49
  thing
• 24:49
  I
• 24:50
  noted
• 24:50
  when
• 24:51
  I
• 24:51
  was
• 24:51
  watching
• 24:51
  this
• 24:51
  was
• 24:52
  a.
• 24:52
  The
• 24:52
  surprise
• 24:53
  of
• 24:53
  that
• 24:53
  twist.
• 24:53
  But
• 24:54
  also
• 24:54
  at
• 24:55
  the
• 24:55
  very
• 24:55
  end,
• 24:55
  when
• 24:55
  the
• 24:56
  family
• 24:56
  is
• 24:57
  back
• 24:57
  on
• 24:57
  the
• 24:57
  boat
• 24:58
  and
• 24:58
  headed
• 24:58
  home,
• 24:59
  Lachlan
• 24:59
  is
• 24:59
  just
• 24:59
  looking
• 25:00
  at
• 25:00
  his
• 25:00
  phone
• 25:00
  and
• 25:00
  I'm
• 25:00
  like,
• 25:01
  this
• 25:01
  guy
• 25:01
  has
• 25:02
  such
• 25:02
  a
• 25:02
  nonchalant
• 25:03
  reaction
• 25:04
  to
• 25:04
  a
• 25:04
  near
• 25:05
  death
• 25:05
  experience.
• 25:06
  I
• 25:06
  was
• 25:06
  just
• 25:06
  like,
• 25:07
  why?
• 25:08
  I
• 25:08
  don't
• 25:08
  even
• 25:08
  know
• 25:08
  how
• 25:09
  to
• 25:09
  unpack
• 25:09
  this
• 25:09
  character.
• 25:10
  Very
• 25:10
  detestable,
• 25:11
  but.
• 25:12
  But
• 25:12
  just
• 25:12
  so
• 25:13
  strange
• 25:13
  and
• 25:14
  very
• 25:14
  much
• 25:15
  a
• 25:15
  part
• 25:15
  of
• 25:15
  this
• 25:15
  universe
• 25:16
  is
• 25:16
  all
• 25:16
  I
• 25:16
  can
• 25:17
  say.
• 25:17
  But
• 25:19
  so
• 25:19
  let's
• 25:20
  also
• 25:20
  going
• 25:20
  back
• 25:20
  to.
• 25:21
  Okay,
• 25:22
  so
• 25:22
  since
• 25:22
  you
• 25:22
  jumped
• 25:22
  on
• 25:23
  with
• 25:23
  season
• 25:24
  three
• 25:24
  and
• 25:24
  you're
• 25:24
  watching
• 25:25
  with
• 25:25
  people,
• 25:25
  you
• 25:26
  know,
• 25:26
  so,
• 25:26
  you
• 25:27
  know,
• 25:27
  kind
• 25:27
  of
• 25:27
  the
• 25:27
  basic
• 25:28
  premise,
• 25:28
  but
• 25:29
  were
• 25:29
  you
• 25:30
  very
• 25:31
  much
• 25:31
  invested
• 25:32
  in
• 25:32
  the
• 25:32
  murder
• 25:33
  mystery
• 25:33
  aspect
• 25:33
  or
• 25:34
  what?
• 25:34
  Or
• 25:34
  were
• 25:34
  you
• 25:35
  more
• 25:35
  interested
• 25:36
  in
• 25:36
  just
• 25:36
  the
• 25:36
  character
• 25:37
  dynamics?
• 25:37
  Like,
• 25:37
  what
• 25:38
  was
• 25:38
  the
• 25:38
  main
• 25:38
  draw
• 25:39
  for
• 25:39
  you
• 25:39
  throughout
• 25:40
  the
• 25:40
  season?
• 25:41
  So
• 25:41
  at
• 25:42
  the
• 25:42
  beginning,
• 25:42
  I
• 25:42
  was
• 25:42
  like,
• 25:42
  oh,
• 25:43
  I
• 25:43
  hope
• 25:43
  this
• 25:43
  one
• 25:43
  doesn't
• 25:43
  die.
• 25:44
  I
• 25:44
  hope
• 25:44
  this
• 25:45
  one
• 25:45
  doesn't
• 25:45
  die.
• 25:45
  But
• 25:46
  at
• 25:46
  the
• 25:46
  end
• 25:46
  I
• 25:46
  was
• 25:46
  like,
• 25:46
  man,
• 25:47
  I
• 25:47
  want
• 25:47
  this
• 25:47
  one
• 25:47
  to
• 25:47
  die
• 25:48
  so
• 25:48
  bad.
• 25:48
  I
• 25:48
  was
• 25:48
  like,
• 25:48
  oh,
• 25:49
  you
• 25:49
  know
• 25:49
  what?
• 25:49
  I
• 25:49
  was
• 25:50
  like,
• 25:50
  they
• 25:50
  can
• 25:50
  all
• 25:50
  die.
• 25:51
  Actually,
• 25:51
  if
• 25:51
  they
• 25:52
  all
• 25:52
  died,
• 25:52
  that's
• 25:52
  fine.
• 25:54
  Because
• 25:55
  at
• 25:55
  the
• 25:55
  beginning,
• 25:55
  all
• 25:56
  you
• 25:56
  hear
• 25:56
  is
• 25:56
  like,
• 25:56
  you
• 25:56
  see
• 25:57
  the
• 25:57
  guy.
• 25:57
  So,
• 25:57
  you
• 25:57
  know,
• 25:58
  kind
• 25:58
  of
• 25:58
  one
• 25:59
  person
• 25:59
  who
• 25:59
  isn't
• 26:00
  really.
• 26:00
  Because
• 26:00
  the
• 26:01
  person
• 26:01
  who
• 26:01
  was
• 26:01
  working
• 26:02
  there,
• 26:02
  slash
• 26:02
  vacationing
• 26:03
  there,
• 26:03
  her
• 26:03
  son
• 26:04
  came
• 26:04
  so
• 26:04
  you
• 26:04
  could
• 26:05
  realize,
• 26:05
  and
• 26:05
  he
• 26:05
  was
• 26:06
  the
• 26:06
  one
• 26:06
  that
• 26:06
  was
• 26:06
  doing
• 26:07
  a
• 26:07
  session,
• 26:08
  and
• 26:08
  then
• 26:08
  he's
• 26:08
  trying
• 26:08
  to
• 26:09
  escape
• 26:09
  from
• 26:09
  gunfire,
• 26:10
  and
• 26:10
  you
• 26:10
  see
• 26:10
  a
• 26:10
  body
• 26:10
  floating
• 26:11
  face
• 26:11
  down,
• 26:11
  and
• 26:12
  so
• 26:12
  you
• 26:12
  can
• 26:12
  tell
• 26:12
  it's
• 26:12
  an
• 26:12
  Asian
• 26:13
  male.
• 26:14
  And
• 26:14
  so
• 26:14
  you're
• 26:14
  like.
• 26:14
  It's
• 26:15
  like,
• 26:15
  oh.
• 26:15
  So
• 26:15
  I
• 26:15
  thought
• 26:16
  for
• 26:16
  the
• 26:16
  longest
• 26:16
  time
• 26:16
  it
• 26:16
  was
• 26:17
  going
• 26:17
  to
• 26:17
  be
• 26:17
  the
• 26:17
  guard
• 26:18
  who
• 26:18
  died.
• 26:18
  Right,
• 26:19
  right,
• 26:19
  right.
• 26:20
  I
• 26:20
  forgot
• 26:20
  his
• 26:20
  name.
• 26:20
  But
• 26:21
  I
• 26:21
  was
• 26:21
  also
• 26:21
  okay
• 26:21
  with
• 26:22
  him
• 26:22
  dying.
• 26:22
  Guy
• 26:23
  talk.
• 26:23
  Yeah,
• 26:23
  yeah,
• 26:24
  yeah,
• 26:24
  yeah.
• 26:25
  So
• 26:25
  I
• 26:25
  was
• 26:25
  okay
• 26:25
  with
• 26:25
  him
• 26:26
  dying.
• 26:26
  He
• 26:27
  did
• 26:27
  not
• 26:27
  die.
• 26:27
  Was.
• 26:28
  It
• 26:28
  was
• 26:28
  unfortunate
• 26:29
  because
• 26:30
  he
• 26:30
  was
• 26:30
  just
• 26:30
  a
• 26:30
  little
• 26:30
  wimp.
• 26:31
  And
• 26:31
  then
• 26:32
  I
• 26:32
  really
• 26:32
  want
• 26:32
  to
• 26:32
  mook
• 26:33
  the
• 26:33
  die.
• 26:33
  Who
• 26:33
  is.
• 26:34
  What's
• 26:34
  her
• 26:34
  name?
• 26:35
  Blackpink,
• 26:36
  I
• 26:36
  think
• 26:36
  is
• 26:37
  the.
• 26:37
  She
• 26:37
  was
• 26:37
  like
• 26:38
  the
• 26:38
  most
• 26:38
  famous
• 26:38
  person.
• 26:39
  Yeah.
• 26:40
  Wait,
• 26:41
  the
• 26:41
  mooc?
• 26:42
  Yeah,
• 26:42
  yeah,
• 26:42
  yeah,
• 26:42
  yeah,
• 26:43
  yeah,
• 26:43
  yeah,
• 26:43
  yeah.
• 26:43
  Because
• 26:44
  she
• 26:44
  was
• 26:44
  just
• 26:44
  manipulative.
• 26:47
  But,
• 26:47
  yeah,
• 26:47
  I
• 26:47
  mean,
• 26:48
  I
• 26:48
  wasn't
• 26:48
  really
• 26:48
  rooting
• 26:49
  for
• 26:49
  anyone.
• 26:50
  My
• 26:50
  husband
• 26:50
  was
• 26:51
  obsessed
• 26:51
  with
• 26:52
  Chelsea
• 26:53
  because
• 26:53
  he
• 26:53
  thought
• 26:53
  she
• 26:54
  was
• 26:54
  super
• 26:54
  precious.
• 26:55
  She
• 26:55
  was.
• 27:43
  A
• 27:43
  lot
• 27:43
  of
• 27:43
  people
• 27:43
  love
• 26:57
  Chelsea,
• 27:44
  and.
• 27:45
  I
• 27:45
  think
• 27:45
  that's
• 27:45
  the
• 27:45
  strength
• 27:46
  of
• 27:46
  the
• 27:46
  show
• 27:46
  too,
• 27:46
  is
• 27:47
  like,
• 27:47
  not
• 27:47
  that.
• 27:47
  I
• 27:47
  mean,
• 27:48
  she
• 27:48
  was
• 27:48
  like
• 27:49
  a
• 27:49
  much
• 27:49
  more
• 27:49
  likable
• 27:49
  character,
• 27:50
  even
• 27:50
  though
• 27:50
  she
• 27:50
  had
• 27:51
  a
• 27:51
  questionable
• 27:51
  romantic
• 27:52
  choice
• 27:52
  because
• 27:53
  I.
• 27:53
  Walter
• 27:53
  Goggins,
• 27:54
  who
• 27:55
  huge
• 27:55
  shout
• 27:55
  out
• 27:55
  to
• 27:55
  Walt
• 27:56
  and
• 27:56
  good
• 27:56
  Walt
• 27:56
  Goggins
• 27:56
  right
• 27:56
  now.
• 27:57
  I
• 27:57
  know
• 27:57
  there's
• 27:57
  a
• 27:57
  lot
• 27:57
  of
• 27:58
  hype
• 27:58
  about
• 27:58
  him
• 27:59
  right
• 27:59
  now
• 27:59
  because
• 27:59
  he's
• 28:00
  on
• 28:00
  this.
• 28:01
  The
• 28:01
  righteous
• 28:01
  gemstones,
• 28:02
  which
• 28:02
  Evan
• 28:03
  and
• 28:03
  I
• 28:03
  talked
• 28:03
  about
• 28:03
  recently
• 28:04
  on
• 28:04
  a
• 28:04
  what's
• 28:04
  News
• 28:05
  episode.
• 28:05
  And
• 28:06
  then
• 28:06
  he's
• 28:06
  in
• 28:07
  Fallout,
• 28:07
  and
• 28:07
  he's
• 28:08
  all
• 28:08
  over
• 28:08
  the
• 28:08
  place
• 28:08
  right
• 28:08
  now
• 28:09
  and
• 28:09
  is
• 28:09
  just
• 28:09
  a
• 28:09
  brilliant
• 28:09
  actor,
• 28:10
  but
• 28:10
  his
• 28:10
  character
• 28:10
  is
• 28:11
  specifically
• 28:11
  as
• 28:11
  great
• 28:11
  as
• 28:12
  his
• 28:12
  performances.
• 28:12
  His
• 28:13
  character
• 28:13
  is
• 28:13
  like,
• 28:14
  okay,
• 28:14
  Chelsea,
• 28:15
  you
• 28:15
  should
• 28:15
  probably
• 28:15
  get
• 28:15
  away
• 28:16
  from
• 28:16
  him.
• 28:16
  Like,
• 28:16
  you
• 28:16
  know,
• 28:17
  it's
• 28:17
  not
• 28:17
  going
• 28:17
  to
• 28:17
  end
• 28:17
  well
• 28:18
  here.
• 28:18
  And
• 28:19
  sure
• 28:19
  enough,
• 28:19
  like,
• 28:20
  by
• 28:20
  staying
• 28:21
  with
• 28:21
  him
• 28:21
  and
• 28:22
  thinking
• 28:23
  that
• 28:23
  she
• 28:23
  can
• 28:24
  save
• 28:25
  him
• 28:25
  from
• 28:25
  his
• 28:26
  darker
• 28:27
  side
• 28:28
  proves
• 28:28
  to
• 28:29
  be,
• 28:29
  you
• 28:29
  know,
• 28:30
  false.
• 28:30
  And
• 28:31
  they
• 28:31
  end
• 28:31
  up
• 28:31
  both
• 28:32
  getting
• 28:32
  killed
• 28:32
  in
• 28:33
  the.
• 28:33
  But
• 28:33
  I.
• 28:33
  Which
• 28:34
  is
• 28:34
  pretty
• 28:34
  heartbreaking.
• 28:34
  But
• 28:35
  no,
• 28:35
  I
• 28:35
  think
• 28:35
  one
• 28:36
  of
• 28:36
  the
• 28:36
  things
• 28:36
  that
• 28:36
  speaks
• 28:37
  to
• 28:38
  not
• 28:38
  just
• 28:38
  the
• 28:38
  writing,
• 28:39
  but
• 28:39
  the
• 28:39
  acting
• 28:39
  so
• 28:40
  much.
• 28:40
  I
• 28:40
  think.
• 28:41
  Yeah.
• 28:41
  With
• 28:41
  your
• 28:41
  husband
• 28:42
  there,
• 28:42
  it's
• 28:42
  like
• 28:43
  you
• 28:43
  would
• 28:43
  just
• 28:43
  become
• 28:44
  so,
• 28:45
  like,
• 28:45
  rooted.
• 28:46
  You're
• 28:46
  rooting
• 28:46
  for
• 28:46
  Chelsea
• 28:47
  so
• 28:47
  much
• 28:47
  because
• 28:47
  I
• 28:47
  think
• 28:48
  this
• 28:48
  Amy
• 28:48
  Louis
• 28:49
  performance
• 28:50
  is
• 28:50
  so
• 28:51
  enamoring
• 28:51
  and
• 28:52
  you
• 28:52
  are.
• 28:52
  It
• 28:52
  is.
• 28:53
  She
• 28:53
  is
• 28:53
  just
• 28:53
  like,
• 28:54
  oh,
• 28:54
  I
• 28:54
  just
• 28:54
  want
• 28:54
  to
• 28:54
  put
• 28:55
  like,
• 28:55
  her
• 28:55
  to
• 28:56
  be
• 28:56
  safe.
• 28:56
  Like,
• 28:56
  please
• 28:57
  get
• 28:57
  away
• 28:57
  from
• 28:57
  these
• 28:57
  people
• 28:58
  and
• 28:58
  go
• 28:58
  live
• 28:58
  a
• 28:58
  happy
• 28:59
  life,
• 28:59
  you
• 28:59
  know?
• 28:59
  Yeah.
• 29:00
  She
• 29:00
  has,
• 29:00
  like.
• 29:00
  She
• 29:00
  pretty
• 29:01
  much
• 29:01
  is
• 29:01
  like,
• 29:01
  I
• 29:01
  believe
• 29:01
  in
• 29:02
  love
• 29:02
  and
• 29:02
  faith
• 29:02
  and
• 29:03
  being
• 29:03
  a
• 29:03
  good
• 29:03
  person
• 29:04
  and
• 29:04
  we're
• 29:05
  soul
• 29:05
  mates
• 29:05
  and
• 29:06
  all
• 29:06
  that
• 29:07
  stuff,
• 29:07
  so.
• 29:08
  Which
• 29:08
  is
• 29:08
  crazy
• 29:08
  that
• 29:08
  she
• 29:09
  was
• 29:09
  the.
• 29:09
  One
• 29:09
  of
• 29:09
  the
• 29:09
  most
• 29:10
  normal,
• 29:11
  normal
• 29:11
  ones.
• 29:12
  And
• 29:12
  then
• 29:12
  so.
• 29:12
  And
• 29:13
  then
• 29:13
  her
• 29:14
  boyfriend,
• 29:15
  her
• 29:15
  soulmate,
• 29:15
  he
• 29:15
  pretty
• 29:16
  much
• 29:16
  just
• 29:16
  has
• 29:16
  like,
• 29:17
  this
• 29:17
  grudge.
• 29:17
  He's
• 29:18
  trying
• 29:18
  to
• 29:18
  find
• 29:18
  out
• 29:18
  who
• 29:19
  killed
• 29:19
  his
• 29:19
  father.
• 29:20
  And
• 29:21
  he
• 29:22
  thought
• 29:22
  like,
• 29:22
  you
• 29:22
  know,
• 29:23
  the.
• 29:23
  Well,
• 29:23
  he's
• 29:23
  like
• 29:23
  the
• 29:23
  owner
• 29:24
  husband
• 29:26
  is
• 29:26
  the
• 29:26
  one
• 29:26
  who
• 29:26
  killed
• 29:26
  my
• 29:27
  father.
• 29:27
  But
• 29:27
  he
• 29:27
  wasn't
• 29:27
  in
• 29:27
  Thailand.
• 29:28
  He
• 29:28
  was
• 29:28
  in.
• 29:29
  Yeah,
• 29:29
  he
• 29:29
  was
• 29:29
  in
• 29:29
  Thailand.
• 29:30
  He
• 29:30
  was
• 29:30
  in.
• 29:31
  Well,
• 29:31
  I
• 29:31
  guess
• 29:31
  back.
• 29:32
  Yeah.
• 29:34
  But
• 29:35
  he
• 29:35
  was
• 29:35
  in
• 29:35
  another
• 29:35
  part.
• 29:36
  And
• 29:36
  so
• 29:36
  he
• 29:37
  was
• 29:38
  all
• 29:38
  her,
• 29:38
  like,
• 29:38
  please
• 29:38
  don't
• 29:39
  do
• 29:39
  it.
• 29:39
  You
• 29:39
  need
• 29:39
  to
• 29:39
  let
• 29:39
  it
• 29:40
  go.
• 29:40
  You
• 29:40
  need
• 29:40
  to
• 29:40
  forgive,
• 29:40
  you
• 29:41
  need
• 29:41
  to
• 29:41
  blah,
• 29:42
  blah.
• 29:42
  So
• 29:42
  he.
• 29:42
  And
• 29:43
  that's
• 29:43
  just
• 29:43
  a
• 29:43
  whole
• 29:43
  nother
• 29:44
  side
• 29:44
  quest
• 29:45
  of
• 29:46
  what
• 29:47
  is
• 29:47
  the
• 29:47
  White
• 29:47
  Lotus.
• 29:48
  Because
• 29:48
  then
• 29:48
  we
• 29:48
  travel
• 29:49
  with
• 29:49
  him
• 29:49
  to
• 29:49
  Bangkok
• 29:49
  and
• 29:50
  he
• 29:50
  meets
• 29:50
  a
• 29:50
  friend
• 29:51
  who
• 29:51
  became
• 29:51
  sober.
• 29:52
  And.
• 29:52
  But
• 29:52
  he's
• 29:53
  going
• 29:53
  to
• 29:53
  help
• 29:53
  trick
• 29:54
  the.
• 29:55
  The
• 29:55
  people
• 29:55
  because
• 29:55
  he
• 29:56
  pretty
• 29:56
  much
• 29:56
  pretended
• 29:56
  to
• 29:57
  be
• 29:57
  this
• 29:57
  movie
• 29:57
  producer,
• 29:58
  agent
• 29:58
  or
• 29:59
  whatever
• 29:59
  or
• 29:59
  know
• 30:00
  someone.
• 30:00
  And
• 30:01
  the
• 30:01
  owner,
• 30:02
  who's
• 30:02
  like
• 30:02
  this
• 30:03
  really
• 30:03
  sweet
• 30:03
  Asian
• 30:04
  woman,
• 30:04
  used
• 30:04
  to
• 30:04
  be
• 30:05
  in
• 30:05
  showbiz.
• 30:05
  So
• 30:05
  he's
• 30:05
  like
• 30:06
  manipulating
• 30:06
  her
• 30:06
  to
• 30:07
  try
• 30:07
  and
• 30:07
  get
• 30:07
  to
• 30:07
  her
• 30:07
  husband.
• 30:09
  And
• 30:09
  literally
• 30:10
  the,
• 30:11
  like
• 30:11
  the
• 30:12
  scene
• 30:12
  whenever
• 30:12
  he
• 30:12
  first
• 30:13
  meets
• 30:13
  his
• 30:13
  friend
• 30:13
  and
• 30:14
  the
• 30:14
  friend
• 30:14
  pretty
• 30:14
  much
• 30:15
  like,
• 30:15
  I'm
• 30:15
  so
• 30:15
  banal.
• 30:16
  I
• 30:16
  found
• 30:16
  religion.
• 30:17
  It
• 30:17
  was
• 30:17
  like
• 30:17
  he
• 30:17
  went
• 30:17
  into
• 30:18
  this
• 30:18
  monologue
• 30:19
  of
• 30:20
  how
• 30:20
  he
• 30:21
  realized
• 30:22
  all
• 30:22
  he
• 30:22
  wants
• 30:22
  to
• 30:22
  do
• 30:23
  is
• 30:23
  be
• 30:23
  like
• 30:23
  an
• 30:23
  Asian
• 30:24
  female
• 30:24
  getting
• 30:25
  screwed
• 30:25
  this
• 30:26
  guy.
• 30:26
  And
• 30:26
  so
• 30:26
  much.
• 30:27
  I'm
• 30:27
  just
• 30:27
  like,
• 30:28
  it
• 30:28
  was
• 30:28
  so
• 30:29
  uncomfortable.
• 30:29
  And
• 30:29
  my
• 30:29
  husband
• 30:30
  and
• 30:30
  I
• 30:30
  were
• 30:30
  the
• 30:30
  type
• 30:30
  of
• 30:31
  people,
• 30:32
  so
• 30:32
  we
• 30:32
  just.
• 30:33
  Because
• 30:33
  it's
• 30:34
  one
• 30:34
  of
• 30:34
  those
• 30:34
  things
• 30:34
  like
• 30:35
  what?
• 30:35
  Yes,
• 30:35
  we're,
• 30:35
  we're
• 30:36
  pastors
• 30:36
  and
• 30:36
  stuff
• 30:36
  like
• 30:37
  that,
• 30:37
  but
• 30:37
  we
• 30:37
  don't
• 30:37
  like,
• 30:37
  shield
• 30:38
  ourselves
• 30:38
  from
• 30:38
  everything.
• 30:38
  So
• 30:39
  whenever
• 30:39
  the
• 30:39
  inappropriate
• 30:40
  things
• 30:40
  came
• 30:40
  on
• 30:40
  tv,
• 30:41
  we
• 30:41
  just
• 30:41
  hit
• 30:41
  fast
• 30:42
  forward.
• 30:42
  You
• 30:42
  know
• 30:42
  what
• 30:42
  I
• 30:42
  mean?
• 30:42
  Because
• 30:43
  if
• 30:43
  you
• 30:43
  like
• 30:43
  say,
• 30:43
  I'm
• 30:43
  not
• 30:44
  going
• 30:44
  to
• 30:44
  watch
• 30:44
  everything,
• 30:45
  that's
• 30:45
  not,
• 30:45
  you
• 30:45
  know,
• 30:45
  I
• 30:45
  mean,
• 30:46
  so
• 30:46
  we
• 30:46
  fast
• 30:46
  forward.
• 30:47
  And
• 30:47
  so,
• 30:47
  like,
• 30:47
  there
• 30:47
  was
• 30:48
  quite
• 30:48
  a
• 30:48
  lot
• 30:48
  of
• 30:48
  scenes.
• 30:48
  We
• 30:49
  just
• 30:49
  went
• 30:49
  like,
• 30:49
  okay,
• 30:49
  fast
• 30:50
  forward,
• 30:50
  fast
• 30:50
  forward.
• 30:50
  We
• 30:51
  don't,
• 30:51
  we
• 30:51
  don't
• 30:51
  want
• 30:51
  to
• 30:52
  see
• 30:52
  that.
• 30:52
  But
• 30:52
  it's
• 30:53
  there.
• 30:54
  But
• 30:54
  gosh,
• 30:55
  I
• 30:55
  would
• 30:55
  just
• 30:55
  love
• 30:56
  to
• 30:56
  see
• 30:57
  the
• 30:57
  bloopers
• 30:58
  of
• 30:59
  that
• 30:59
  conversation
• 31:00
  because
• 31:00
  the
• 31:00
  things
• 31:01
  he
• 31:01
  was
• 31:01
  describing
• 31:02
  was
• 31:03
  so
• 31:03
  out
• 31:03
  of
• 31:04
  pocket.
• 31:04
  And
• 31:04
  it
• 31:05
  was
• 31:05
  honestly,
• 31:05
  like,
• 31:05
  hilarious
• 31:06
  because
• 31:06
  he
• 31:06
  was
• 31:07
  like.
• 31:07
  And
• 31:07
  I
• 31:07
  just
• 31:08
  realized
• 31:08
  he's
• 31:08
  like.
• 31:08
  He
• 31:09
  was
• 31:09
  like,
• 31:09
  I
• 31:09
  would
• 31:09
  pay
• 31:10
  a
• 31:11
  little
• 31:11
  Asian
• 31:11
  woman
• 31:12
  to
• 31:12
  watch
• 31:12
  pretty
• 31:12
  much
• 31:13
  him
• 31:13
  get
• 31:13
  screwed
• 31:14
  from
• 31:14
  behind
• 31:14
  by
• 31:14
  a
• 31:14
  dude
• 31:15
  because
• 31:16
  I
• 31:16
  wanted
• 31:16
  to
• 31:16
  be
• 31:16
  the
• 31:16
  Asian
• 31:17
  woman.
• 31:17
  And
• 31:17
  the
• 31:17
  way
• 31:17
  he,
• 31:18
  like,
• 31:18
  said
• 31:18
  it
• 31:18
  and
• 31:18
  detailed
• 31:19
  with
• 31:19
  such
• 31:19
  a
• 31:19
  straight
• 31:20
  face
• 31:20
  and
• 31:20
  the
• 31:20
  way,
• 31:21
  way
• 31:21
  the
• 31:21
  other
• 31:21
  actor
• 31:22
  just
• 31:22
  kind
• 31:22
  of
• 31:22
  like
• 31:22
  stared
• 31:23
  at
• 31:23
  him
• 31:23
  trying
• 31:24
  to
• 31:24
  listen
• 31:24
  but
• 31:24
  not
• 31:25
  like,
• 31:25
  offend
• 31:25
  him
• 31:26
  because
• 31:26
  he
• 31:26
  needed
• 31:26
  him
• 31:27
  was
• 31:27
  like,
• 31:27
  probably
• 31:28
  the
• 31:28
  funniest
• 31:29
  scene
• 31:30
  in
• 31:30
  the
• 31:30
  whole
• 31:31
  movie.
• 31:31
  This
• 31:31
  was
• 31:32
  a
• 31:32
  show
• 31:32
  stopping
• 31:33
  scene
• 31:33
  from
• 31:34
  the
• 31:34
  entire
• 31:34
  series
• 31:35
  that
• 31:35
  this
• 31:35
  guy
• 31:36
  that
• 31:36
  got
• 31:36
  the
• 31:36
  people
• 31:37
  most
• 31:37
  talking
• 31:37
  and.
• 31:38
  Well,
• 31:38
  first
• 31:38
  off,
• 31:38
  because
• 31:38
  you're
• 31:38
  watching
• 31:39
  that
• 31:39
  episode
• 31:39
  and
• 31:39
  you're
• 31:40
  like,
• 31:40
  oh,
• 31:40
  wow,
• 31:40
  it's
• 31:40
  Sam
• 31:40
  Rockwell.
• 31:41
  Like,
• 31:41
  this
• 31:41
  Sam
• 31:42
  Rockwell
• 31:42
  never
• 31:42
  does
• 31:43
  tv.
• 31:43
  I
• 31:43
  mean,
• 31:43
  he
• 31:44
  does
• 31:44
  and
• 31:44
  he's
• 31:44
  talking
• 31:44
  about
• 31:45
  that
• 31:45
  he
• 31:45
  does
• 31:45
  like
• 31:46
  movies
• 31:46
  and
• 31:46
  plays.
• 31:47
  And
• 31:47
  so
• 31:48
  to
• 31:48
  get
• 31:48
  him
• 31:48
  on
• 31:49
  a
• 31:49
  TV
• 31:49
  show
• 31:49
  at
• 31:49
  all
• 31:50
  is
• 31:50
  a
• 31:50
  big
• 31:50
  deal.
• 31:51
  And
• 31:51
  then,
• 31:52
  you
• 31:52
  know,
• 31:52
  and
• 31:52
  part
• 31:52
  of
• 31:52
  it,
• 31:53
  like,
• 31:53
  although
• 31:53
  they
• 31:54
  said
• 31:54
  that
• 31:55
  Leslie
• 31:55
  Bibb,
• 31:55
  who
• 31:56
  is
• 31:56
  his
• 31:56
  partner,
• 31:56
  she
• 31:57
  plays
• 31:57
  one
• 31:57
  of
• 31:57
  the
• 31:57
  three
• 31:58
  women
• 31:58
  in
• 31:59
  this
• 31:59
  season,
• 32:00
  they're
• 32:01
  romantic
• 32:01
  partners.
• 32:01
  And
• 32:02
  so
• 32:02
  there
• 32:02
  were
• 32:02
  memes
• 32:02
  about
• 32:03
  that
• 32:03
  of
• 32:03
  like,
• 32:03
  oh,
• 32:04
  he
• 32:04
  just
• 32:05
  like,
• 32:05
  vacationing
• 32:06
  with
• 32:06
  her
• 32:06
  while
• 32:06
  she
• 32:06
  was
• 32:06
  working
• 32:07
  on
• 32:07
  the
• 32:07
  show
• 32:07
  and
• 32:08
  was
• 32:08
  like,
• 32:08
  hey,
• 32:08
  Mike,
• 32:09
  can
• 32:09
  you
• 32:09
  write
• 32:09
  me
• 32:09
  a
• 32:10
  part?
• 32:10
  But
• 32:10
  apparently
• 32:12
  Mike
• 32:12
  White
• 32:12
  had
• 32:13
  him
• 32:13
  in
• 32:13
  mind
• 32:13
  from
• 32:14
  the
• 32:14
  beginning
• 32:14
  for
• 32:14
  this
• 32:14
  role
• 32:15
  and
• 32:15
  was
• 32:16
  able
• 32:16
  to
• 32:16
  convince
• 32:16
  him
• 32:16
  to
• 32:16
  do
• 32:17
  it.
• 32:17
  But
• 32:17
  yeah,
• 32:18
  that
• 32:18
  monologue
• 32:18
  specifically,
• 32:19
  I
• 32:20
  was
• 32:20
  reading
• 32:20
  about
• 32:21
  it
• 32:21
  and
• 32:21
  he,
• 32:22
  Sam
• 32:22
  Rockwell
• 32:23
  did
• 32:23
  extensive
• 32:24
  training
• 32:25
  with
• 32:25
  his
• 32:25
  acting
• 32:25
  coach
• 32:26
  for
• 32:26
  months
• 32:26
  just
• 32:27
  for
• 32:27
  that
• 32:27
  scene
• 32:27
  alone
• 32:28
  because
• 32:29
  he
• 32:29
  knew
• 32:29
  it
• 32:29
  had
• 32:29
  to
• 32:30
  be
• 32:30
  delivered
• 32:31
  perfectly
• 32:32
  and
• 32:32
  it
• 32:32
  was
• 32:33
  done
• 32:33
  so
• 32:33
  well.
• 32:34
  Oh
• 32:34
  my
• 32:34
  gosh,
• 32:35
  like,
• 32:36
  what?
• 32:36
  That
• 32:37
  monologue
• 32:37
  is
• 32:37
  going
• 32:37
  to
• 32:38
  be
• 32:38
  used
• 32:38
  to
• 32:38
  get
• 32:38
  some
• 32:39
  kid
• 32:39
  into
• 32:39
  Juilliard
• 32:40
  one
• 32:40
  day.
• 32:40
  I
• 32:40
  mean,
• 32:40
  that,
• 32:41
  you
• 32:41
  know,
• 32:41
  it's
• 32:41
  just,
• 32:41
  I
• 32:42
  mean,
• 32:42
  it
• 32:42
  is
• 32:42
  that
• 32:43
  iconic
• 32:43
  and
• 32:43
  in
• 32:43
  that
• 32:44
  well
• 32:44
  written
• 32:44
  and,
• 32:45
  and
• 32:45
  it
• 32:46
  is,
• 32:46
  I
• 32:46
  mean,
• 32:46
  it's
• 32:46
  bizarre,
• 32:47
  it's
• 32:47
  unsettling
• 32:49
  and
• 32:49
  it's
• 32:49
  just
• 32:50
  perfectly
• 32:50
  delivered.
• 32:50
  And
• 32:50
  then
• 32:51
  when
• 32:51
  you
• 32:51
  have
• 32:51
  it
• 32:51
  juxtaposed
• 32:52
  with,
• 32:53
  like
• 32:53
  you
• 32:53
  said,
• 32:53
  Walter
• 32:54
  Coggins
• 32:54
  is
• 32:54
  just
• 32:55
  like
• 32:55
  drop
• 32:56
  mouth,
• 32:57
  drop
• 32:57
  facial
• 32:57
  expressions.
• 32:58
  It
• 32:59
  was,
• 32:59
  there
• 33:00
  were
• 33:00
  so
• 33:00
  many
• 33:00
  memes
• 33:01
  the
• 33:01
  next
• 33:01
  day
• 33:03
  and
• 33:03
  still
• 33:03
  are
• 33:04
  because
• 33:04
  it's
• 33:04
  just
• 33:05
  but
• 33:06
  brilliant
• 33:06
  scene
• 33:06
  all
• 33:06
  around.
• 33:07
  And
• 33:08
  so
• 33:08
  that's
• 33:08
  why,
• 33:09
  for
• 33:09
  me,
• 33:09
  I
• 33:09
  think
• 33:10
  it
• 33:10
  is
• 33:10
  like
• 33:11
  a
• 33:11
  lot
• 33:11
  of
• 33:11
  those
• 33:11
  elements
• 33:12
  to
• 33:12
  me
• 33:12
  are
• 33:12
  even
• 33:13
  more
• 33:13
  interesting
• 33:14
  than
• 33:14
  the
• 33:14
  murder
• 33:14
  mystery.
• 33:15
  Like,
• 33:15
  I
• 33:15
  was
• 33:15
  still,
• 33:16
  I
• 33:16
  mean,
• 33:16
  I'm
• 33:16
  still
• 33:17
  very
• 33:17
  much
• 33:17
  interested
• 33:17
  in
• 33:17
  like,
• 33:17
  okay,
• 33:18
  who
• 33:18
  is
• 33:18
  going
• 33:18
  to
• 33:18
  die.
• 33:19
  And
• 33:19
  like
• 33:19
  you
• 33:20
  said
• 33:20
  too,
• 33:20
  I'm
• 33:20
  like,
• 33:21
  okay,
• 33:21
  I
• 33:21
  like
• 33:21
  this
• 33:21
  character
• 33:22
  less
• 33:22
  and
• 33:22
  less.
• 33:22
  I
• 33:22
  want
• 33:22
  them
• 33:22
  to
• 33:23
  die.
• 33:23
  And
• 33:24
  if
• 33:24
  you
• 33:24
  can
• 33:25
  save
• 33:25
  this
• 33:25
  one,
• 33:25
  that
• 33:25
  would
• 33:25
  be
• 33:25
  great.
• 33:26
  But
• 33:27
  you
• 33:27
  also,
• 33:28
  okay,
• 33:28
  I
• 33:28
  do
• 33:28
  want
• 33:28
  to
• 33:29
  go
• 33:29
  back
• 33:29
  to
• 33:29
  Guy
• 33:29
  Talk
• 33:30
  for
• 33:30
  a
• 33:30
  minute
• 33:30
  because
• 33:31
  this
• 33:31
  is
• 33:31
  something
• 33:32
  the
• 33:32
  show,
• 33:33
  I
• 33:33
  think
• 33:33
  it
• 33:34
  really
• 33:34
  explored
• 33:35
  from
• 33:35
  the
• 33:35
  beginning
• 33:36
  is
• 33:36
  the
• 33:36
  different
• 33:36
  sides
• 33:37
  of
• 33:37
  masculinity.
• 33:38
  So,
• 33:38
  like,
• 33:38
  you
• 33:39
  brought
• 33:39
  up,
• 33:39
  like,
• 33:39
  with
• 33:39
  him,
• 33:40
  he's
• 33:40
  kind
• 33:40
  of
• 33:40
  a
• 33:40
  wimp
• 33:41
  and
• 33:41
  just
• 33:41
  like,
• 33:42
  you
• 33:42
  know,
• 33:42
  overly
• 33:43
  sensitive.
• 33:43
  And
• 33:43
  like,
• 33:44
  not
• 33:44
  just
• 33:44
  that,
• 33:44
  but
• 33:45
  not
• 33:45
  like
• 33:45
  willing
• 33:46
  to
• 33:46
  take
• 33:46
  action.
• 33:46
  Then
• 33:47
  you
• 33:47
  pair
• 33:47
  him
• 33:47
  with
• 33:48
  someone
• 33:48
  like
• 33:48
  Saxon
• 33:49
  who
• 33:49
  again,
• 33:49
  is
• 33:49
  the
• 33:49
  overly
• 33:50
  misogynistic,
• 33:51
  like
• 33:52
  it
• 33:52
  just
• 33:52
  like,
• 33:53
  you
• 33:53
  know,
• 33:53
  full
• 33:53
  of
• 33:53
  himself
• 33:54
  kind
• 33:54
  of
• 33:54
  character.
• 33:54
  And
• 33:55
  so
• 33:55
  I
• 33:55
  like
• 33:55
  how
• 33:56
  it
• 33:56
  explores
• 33:56
  these
• 33:57
  different
• 33:57
  dynamics.
• 33:57
  And
• 33:58
  so
• 33:58
  for
• 33:58
  Gyok's
• 33:59
  journey,
• 34:00
  him
• 34:00
  being
• 34:00
  the
• 34:01
  one
• 34:01
  to
• 34:01
  kill
• 34:02
  Rick
• 34:02
  at
• 34:02
  the
• 34:02
  end
• 34:03
  was
• 34:04
  huge
• 34:04
  for
• 34:04
  him
• 34:05
  and
• 34:05
  totally
• 34:05
  unexpected
• 34:06
  because
• 34:06
  he
• 34:06
  would
• 34:06
  be
• 34:07
  the
• 34:07
  last
• 34:07
  one
• 34:08
  you
• 34:09
  would
• 34:09
  expect
• 34:09
  to.
• 34:10
  I
• 34:10
  mean,
• 34:10
  he
• 34:10
  was
• 34:10
  someone
• 34:10
  who,
• 34:11
  he's
• 34:11
  a
• 34:11
  security
• 34:11
  guard
• 34:12
  at
• 34:12
  the
• 34:12
  hotel.
• 34:12
  But
• 34:13
  he
• 34:13
  couldn't
• 34:13
  even
• 34:13
  stop,
• 34:14
  like
• 34:15
  an
• 34:15
  unarmed
• 34:16
  robbery
• 34:16
  early
• 34:16
  on
• 34:17
  or
• 34:17
  take
• 34:17
  any
• 34:17
  force
• 34:17
  there.
• 34:18
  So
• 34:18
  it's
• 34:18
  like,
• 34:18
  what
• 34:19
  is
• 34:19
  this
• 34:19
  guy
• 34:19
  doing
• 34:19
  in
• 34:20
  this
• 34:20
  role?
• 34:21
  And
• 34:21
  you
• 34:21
  know,
• 34:21
  I
• 34:22
  mean,
• 34:22
  I,
• 34:22
  I,
• 34:22
  I,
• 34:23
  I
• 34:23
  didn't
• 34:23
  hate
• 34:23
  him.
• 34:24
  I
• 34:24
  think
• 34:24
  he
• 34:24
  was
• 34:24
  just
• 34:25
  like,
• 34:25
  you
• 34:25
  know,
• 34:25
  I
• 34:26
  mean,
• 34:26
  yes,
• 34:26
  he
• 34:27
  could
• 34:27
  be
• 34:27
  more,
• 34:28
  you
• 34:28
  know,
• 34:29
  firm
• 34:30
  and,
• 34:30
  you
• 34:30
  know,
• 34:31
  take
• 34:31
  action
• 34:31
  when
• 34:31
  needed,
• 34:32
  but
• 34:33
  he's
• 34:33
  also,
• 34:34
  I
• 34:35
  kind
• 34:35
  of
• 34:35
  like,
• 34:35
  am
• 34:35
  more
• 34:36
  empathetic
• 34:36
  to
• 34:36
  the
• 34:36
  more
• 34:37
  sensitive
• 34:37
  characters
• 34:37
  on
• 34:38
  the
• 34:38
  show
• 34:39
  because
• 34:40
  they
• 34:40
  are
• 34:40
  surrounded
• 34:41
  by
• 34:41
  the
• 34:41
  more
• 34:42
  aggressive,
• 34:44
  you
• 34:44
  know,
• 34:45
  toxic
• 34:45
  masculinity
• 34:46
  characters.
• 34:47
  So
• 34:47
  that
• 34:48
  was
• 34:48
  an
• 34:48
  interesting
• 34:48
  dynamic
• 34:49
  to
• 34:49
  explore.
• 34:50
  And
• 34:50
  to
• 34:50
  have
• 34:51
  him
• 34:51
  again
• 34:51
  make
• 34:52
  that
• 34:52
  decision
• 34:53
  at
• 34:53
  the
• 34:53
  end
• 34:53
  and
• 34:54
  be
• 34:54
  a
• 34:54
  few,
• 34:55
  be
• 34:55
  a
• 34:55
  huge
• 34:56
  momentum
• 34:57
  in
• 34:57
  his
• 34:57
  story
• 34:57
  arc
• 34:58
  was
• 34:58
  really
• 34:58
  interesting.
• 34:59
  So,
• 35:00
  yeah,
• 35:01
  so
• 35:01
  that
• 35:01
  is
• 35:01
  I,
• 35:02
  you
• 35:02
  know,
• 35:02
  getting
• 35:02
  into
• 35:03
  the
• 35:03
  characters.
• 35:04
  But
• 35:05
  I
• 35:05
  think
• 35:05
  this
• 35:06
  season
• 35:06
  by
• 35:06
  far
• 35:07
  has
• 35:07
  the
• 35:07
  most
• 35:08
  spiritual
• 35:08
  themes.
• 35:09
  I
• 35:09
  mean,
• 35:10
  it
• 35:10
  very
• 35:10
  much
• 35:10
  revolves
• 35:11
  around
• 35:12
  Eastern
• 35:12
  spirituality,
• 35:13
  Buddhism,
• 35:14
  religion.
• 35:15
  And
• 35:15
  the
• 35:15
  previous
• 35:16
  two
• 35:16
  seasons
• 35:17
  do
• 35:17
  touch
• 35:18
  on
• 35:18
  some
• 35:18
  of
• 35:18
  those
• 35:19
  themes
• 35:19
  a
• 35:19
  bit.
• 35:19
  But,
• 35:20
  like,
• 35:20
  season
• 35:21
  one
• 35:21
  is
• 35:21
  more
• 35:21
  focused
• 35:22
  on
• 35:22
  money
• 35:22
  and
• 35:23
  class.
• 35:23
  Season
• 35:24
  two
• 35:24
  is
• 35:24
  focused
• 35:24
  on
• 35:25
  sex,
• 35:25
  and
• 35:25
  then
• 35:26
  season
• 35:26
  three
• 35:26
  revolves
• 35:27
  around
• 35:27
  spirituality,
• 35:28
  meaning.
• 35:29
  So
• 35:29
  what
• 35:30
  was,
• 35:30
  I
• 35:30
  guess,
• 35:31
  like,
• 35:31
  was
• 35:31
  there
• 35:31
  any
• 35:32
  particular
• 35:32
  character
• 35:33
  storyline
• 35:34
  that
• 35:34
  resonated
• 35:35
  with
• 35:35
  you
• 35:36
  in
• 35:36
  a
• 35:36
  more
• 35:37
  spiritual
• 35:37
  sense
• 35:38
  of
• 35:38
  like,
• 35:38
  their
• 35:39
  journey
• 35:39
  to
• 35:39
  find
• 35:40
  meaning,
• 35:42
  you
• 35:42
  know?
• 35:42
  And
• 35:43
  what
• 35:43
  did
• 35:43
  you
• 35:43
  think
• 35:43
  of
• 35:44
  how
• 35:44
  it
• 35:44
  was
• 35:45
  handled?
• 35:45
  Yeah,
• 35:46
  no,
• 35:46
  no,
• 35:46
  nothing
• 35:47
  resonated
• 35:47
  with
• 35:47
  me
• 35:47
  like
• 35:48
  that.
• 35:48
  Yeah,
• 35:49
  I
• 35:49
  appreciated
• 35:50
  the.
• 35:51
  So
• 35:52
  if
• 35:52
  it
• 35:53
  kind
• 35:53
  of
• 35:53
  alludes
• 35:53
  to
• 35:53
  season
• 35:54
  two.
• 35:54
  So
• 35:54
  pretty
• 35:54
  much
• 35:54
  one
• 35:55
  of
• 35:55
  the
• 35:55
  characters
• 35:56
  in
• 35:57
  season
• 35:57
  three,
• 35:57
  he
• 35:58
  was
• 35:58
  in
• 35:58
  season
• 35:59
  two.
• 35:59
  And
• 35:59
  the
• 35:59
  person
• 36:00
  who
• 36:00
  died,
• 36:00
  I
• 36:00
  mean,
• 36:00
  if
• 36:01
  you
• 36:01
  guys
• 36:01
  haven't
• 36:01
  watched
• 36:01
  season
• 36:01
  two,
• 36:02
  we
• 36:02
  already
• 36:02
  said
• 36:02
  spoilers,
• 36:03
  so
• 36:03
  turn
• 36:03
  it
• 36:04
  off
• 36:04
  now.
• 36:04
  But
• 36:05
  the
• 36:05
  person
• 36:05
  who
• 36:05
  died
• 36:06
  was
• 36:06
  his
• 36:06
  wife.
• 36:06
  And
• 36:07
  so
• 36:07
  he
• 36:07
  pretty
• 36:07
  much
• 36:07
  fled
• 36:09
  the
• 36:09
  area.
• 36:09
  And
• 36:10
  that's
• 36:10
  just
• 36:10
  from
• 36:10
  what
• 36:10
  I
• 36:10
  know,
• 36:10
  I
• 36:10
  didn't
• 36:11
  watch
• 36:11
  season
• 36:11
  two.
• 36:11
  And
• 36:12
  so
• 36:12
  then
• 36:13
  the
• 36:13
  worker
• 36:13
  who
• 36:13
  was
• 36:14
  also
• 36:14
  in
• 36:14
  season
• 36:14
  two
• 36:15
  but
• 36:15
  now
• 36:15
  is
• 36:15
  getting
• 36:15
  training
• 36:16
  in
• 36:16
  season
• 36:16
  three,
• 36:16
  like,
• 36:17
  she
• 36:17
  recognized
• 36:17
  him
• 36:18
  and
• 36:18
  so
• 36:18
  he's
• 36:18
  like,
• 36:19
  you
• 36:19
  know,
• 36:19
  trying
• 36:19
  to
• 36:20
  like,
• 36:20
  keep
• 36:20
  her
• 36:21
  quiet.
• 36:21
  It
• 36:21
  was
• 36:21
  never
• 36:22
  proven
• 36:22
  that
• 36:22
  he
• 36:22
  killed
• 36:22
  his
• 36:23
  wife,
• 36:23
  but
• 36:23
  like,
• 36:23
  he
• 36:24
  fled
• 36:24
  and
• 36:24
  his
• 36:24
  wife
• 36:25
  was.
• 36:25
  Was
• 36:25
  worth
• 36:26
  a
• 36:26
  lot
• 36:26
  of
• 36:26
  money.
• 36:27
  And
• 36:29
  the.
• 36:29
  He
• 36:29
  offered
• 36:29
  her
• 36:30
  a
• 36:30
  hundred
• 36:30
  thousand
• 36:30
  dollars
• 36:31
  to
• 36:31
  keep
• 36:31
  quiet
• 36:32
  so
• 36:32
  he
• 36:32
  can
• 36:32
  live
• 36:32
  a
• 36:32
  peaceful
• 36:33
  life.
• 36:34
  And
• 36:34
  her
• 36:35
  son,
• 36:35
  who
• 36:35
  was
• 36:35
  like,
• 36:36
  mom,
• 36:36
  let's
• 36:37
  get
• 36:37
  more
• 36:37
  money.
• 36:37
  So
• 36:38
  he
• 36:38
  turned
• 36:38
  $100,000
• 36:39
  into
• 36:39
  $5
• 36:40
  million.
• 36:42
  So
• 36:42
  I
• 36:42
  mean,
• 36:43
  that
• 36:43
  resonated
• 36:43
  with
• 36:44
  me
• 36:44
  because
• 36:44
  I
• 36:44
  would
• 36:44
  love.
• 36:45
  I
• 36:45
  mean,
• 36:45
  obviously
• 36:45
  I
• 36:46
  don't
• 36:46
  want
• 36:46
  to
• 36:46
  be
• 36:47
  an
• 36:47
  accomplished
• 36:47
  to
• 36:48
  a
• 36:48
  murder
• 36:48
  or
• 36:48
  anything
• 36:49
  like
• 36:49
  that,
• 36:49
  but
• 36:49
  I
• 36:50
  would
• 36:50
  love
• 36:50
  $5
• 36:51
  million.
• 36:51
  It's
• 36:52
  kind
• 36:52
  of
• 36:52
  like
• 36:52
  I.
• 36:53
  I
• 36:53
  mean,
• 36:53
  that
• 36:53
  was.
• 36:53
  The
• 36:54
  really
• 36:54
  interesting
• 36:54
  thing
• 36:54
  with
• 36:54
  Belinda
• 36:55
  is
• 36:55
  like,
• 36:56
  yes,
• 36:56
  it's
• 36:57
  definitely
• 36:57
  blood
• 36:57
  money.
• 36:58
  You
• 36:58
  know
• 36:58
  how
• 36:58
  horrible
• 36:59
  Gary
• 37:00
  Greg
• 37:00
  is.
• 37:01
  But.
• 37:02
  But
• 37:02
  it's
• 37:02
  like
• 37:03
  you've
• 37:03
  been
• 37:03
  with
• 37:03
  this
• 37:04
  character
• 37:04
  from
• 37:04
  the
• 37:04
  beginning
• 37:04
  and
• 37:05
  you
• 37:05
  really
• 37:05
  do
• 37:05
  want
• 37:06
  her
• 37:06
  to
• 37:06
  have
• 37:07
  just
• 37:07
  some
• 37:07
  stability
• 37:08
  and
• 37:08
  comfort
• 37:09
  for
• 37:09
  her
• 37:09
  life
• 37:09
  because
• 37:10
  her
• 37:10
  and
• 37:10
  her
• 37:10
  son
• 37:10
  have
• 37:10
  been
• 37:11
  through
• 37:11
  a
• 37:11
  lot.
• 37:11
  But
• 37:12
  what
• 37:12
  was
• 37:13
  really
• 37:13
  interesting
• 37:13
  there
• 37:14
  in
• 37:14
  the
• 37:14
  season
• 37:14
  finale,
• 37:15
  so
• 37:16
  Belinda
• 37:18
  has
• 37:19
  a
• 37:20
  love
• 37:20
  affair
• 37:21
  with
• 37:21
  one
• 37:21
  of
• 37:22
  the
• 37:22
  employees
• 37:22
  in
• 37:22
  the
• 37:23
  season,
• 37:23
  and
• 37:24
  it's
• 37:24
  a
• 37:24
  really
• 37:24
  sweet
• 37:25
  romance.
• 37:25
  There
• 37:25
  was.
• 37:26
  There
• 37:26
  was
• 37:26
  that
• 37:27
  line
• 37:27
  where
• 37:28
  they're
• 37:28
  hooking
• 37:28
  up
• 37:29
  and
• 37:29
  and
• 37:30
  she
• 37:30
  asked
• 37:30
  about
• 37:30
  consent
• 37:31
  and
• 37:31
  she's
• 37:31
  like,
• 37:32
  do
• 37:32
  you
• 37:32
  have
• 37:32
  that
• 37:32
  here?
• 37:33
  And
• 37:33
  I.
• 37:33
  That
• 37:34
  was
• 37:34
  one
• 37:34
  of
• 37:34
  the
• 37:34
  moments.
• 37:34
  I
• 37:35
  was
• 37:35
  just
• 37:35
  on
• 37:35
  the
• 37:35
  floor
• 37:35
  laughing
• 37:36
  because
• 37:36
  again,
• 37:37
  it's
• 37:37
  just
• 37:37
  such
• 37:37
  a
• 37:37
  white
• 37:37
  lotus
• 37:38
  thing
• 37:38
  with
• 37:39
  the
• 37:39
  dialogue
• 37:39
  there.
• 37:39
  But.
• 37:40
  But
• 37:40
  so
• 37:41
  you.
• 37:42
  Yeah,
• 37:42
  she
• 37:43
  connects
• 37:43
  with
• 37:43
  this
• 37:43
  guy
• 37:44
  Pornchai,
• 37:45
  and
• 37:46
  they
• 37:46
  talk
• 37:46
  about
• 37:47
  starting
• 37:47
  a
• 37:47
  business
• 37:47
  together
• 37:48
  and
• 37:48
  doing
• 37:48
  things,
• 37:49
  and
• 37:49
  then
• 37:50
  she
• 37:50
  ends
• 37:50
  up
• 37:51
  just
• 37:51
  leaving
• 37:51
  him
• 37:51
  at
• 37:51
  the
• 37:52
  end
• 37:52
  and
• 37:52
  going
• 37:52
  off
• 37:52
  with
• 37:53
  her
• 37:53
  son
• 37:53
  and
• 37:54
  taking
• 37:54
  the
• 37:54
  money,
• 37:55
  which
• 37:55
  directly
• 37:56
  mirrors
• 37:57
  what
• 37:58
  Tanya
• 37:58
  did
• 37:58
  with
• 37:59
  her
• 37:59
  in
• 37:59
  season
• 38:00
  one
• 38:00
  because
• 38:00
  they
• 38:01
  had
• 38:01
  a.
• 38:01
  And
• 38:02
  like,
• 38:02
  that's
• 38:02
  exactly
• 38:02
  what
• 38:03
  Tanya
• 38:03
  does.
• 38:03
  And
• 38:04
  because
• 38:04
  they
• 38:04
  talked
• 38:04
  about
• 38:05
  also,
• 38:05
  like,
• 38:06
  you
• 38:06
  know,
• 38:06
  starting
• 38:06
  something
• 38:06
  together.
• 38:07
  And
• 38:07
  then
• 38:08
  Tanya
• 38:09
  ends
• 38:09
  up
• 38:09
  going
• 38:09
  off
• 38:10
  getting
• 38:10
  rich
• 38:10
  and.
• 38:11
  And,
• 38:12
  you
• 38:12
  know,
• 38:13
  and
• 38:13
  leaves
• 38:13
  her
• 38:13
  behind.
• 38:14
  So
• 38:14
  it
• 38:14
  was
• 38:15
  fascinating
• 38:15
  to
• 38:15
  see
• 38:16
  Belinda
• 38:16
  come
• 38:16
  full
• 38:17
  circle
• 38:17
  in
• 38:17
  that
• 38:17
  respect.
• 38:18
  Yeah.
• 38:18
  But
• 38:18
  I
• 38:18
  mean,
• 38:19
  at
• 38:19
  the
• 38:19
  end
• 38:19
  of
• 38:19
  the
• 38:19
  day,
• 38:19
  they
• 38:20
  hooked
• 38:20
  up
• 38:21
  once
• 38:21
  and
• 38:21
  they
• 38:22
  talked
• 38:22
  about
• 38:22
  it.
• 38:22
  They
• 38:23
  didn't
• 38:23
  plan
• 38:23
  it.
• 38:24
  That's
• 38:25
  what
• 38:25
  I
• 38:25
  feel.
• 38:26
  I
• 38:26
  guess
• 38:26
  people
• 38:26
  were
• 38:26
  saying,
• 38:27
  like,
• 38:27
  oh,
• 38:27
  that's
• 38:27
  kind
• 38:27
  of
• 38:28
  cruel
• 38:28
  to
• 38:28
  like.
• 38:28
  I'm
• 38:28
  like,
• 38:29
  okay,
• 38:29
  think
• 38:29
  about
• 38:30
  it.
• 38:30
  They
• 38:31
  only.
• 38:31
  They
• 38:32
  had
• 38:32
  just
• 38:32
  met
• 38:33
  and,
• 38:33
  you
• 38:34
  know,
• 38:34
  I
• 38:34
  mean,
• 38:34
  sure,
• 38:35
  he
• 38:35
  seems
• 38:35
  like
• 38:35
  a
• 38:35
  nice
• 38:35
  guy
• 38:36
  and
• 38:36
  like,
• 38:37
  I.
• 38:37
  I
• 38:37
  mean,
• 38:37
  you
• 38:37
  know,
• 38:38
  they
• 38:38
  may
• 38:38
  end
• 38:38
  up
• 38:38
  talking
• 38:38
  again
• 38:39
  or
• 38:39
  something.
• 38:39
  But
• 38:40
  I
• 38:40
  agree.
• 38:41
  I
• 38:41
  was
• 38:41
  like,
• 38:42
  I
• 38:42
  would
• 38:42
  not
• 38:42
  be
• 38:42
  that
• 38:43
  harsh
• 38:43
  on
• 38:43
  her
• 38:43
  in
• 38:44
  this
• 38:44
  scenario
• 38:45
  because
• 38:45
  they
• 38:46
  just
• 38:46
  met.
• 38:47
  You
• 38:47
  know,
• 38:47
  she's
• 38:48
  just
• 38:48
  like,
• 38:49
  loaded
• 38:49
  with
• 38:49
  this
• 38:50
  massive
• 38:50
  amount
• 38:50
  of
• 38:50
  money
• 38:52
  away
• 38:52
  from
• 38:52
  the
• 38:53
  freaking
• 38:53
  murderer.
• 38:54
  Yes.
• 38:54
  Like,
• 38:55
  I
• 38:55
  mean,
• 38:55
  her
• 38:55
  priority
• 38:56
  there
• 38:56
  is
• 38:57
  get
• 38:57
  her
• 38:58
  and
• 38:58
  her
• 38:58
  son
• 38:58
  to
• 38:58
  safety,
• 38:59
  leave
• 38:59
  all
• 39:00
  this
• 39:00
  behind,
• 39:00
  and
• 39:01
  then
• 39:01
  she
• 39:01
  can,
• 39:01
  you
• 39:01
  know,
• 39:02
  maybe
• 39:02
  talk
• 39:02
  with
• 39:02
  him
• 39:03
  at
• 39:03
  a
• 39:03
  later
• 39:03
  time.
• 39:04
  But
• 39:04
  I
• 39:04
  agree.
• 39:04
  I
• 39:05
  was
• 39:05
  like,
• 39:05
  I
• 39:05
  really
• 39:05
  don't.
• 39:06
  It's
• 39:06
  not
• 39:06
  like
• 39:06
  she's
• 39:07
  leaving
• 39:07
  behind
• 39:08
  her
• 39:08
  boyfriend
• 39:08
  of
• 39:09
  five
• 39:09
  years
• 39:09
  or
• 39:09
  something
• 39:10
  like
• 39:10
  that,
• 39:10
  you
• 39:10
  know,
• 39:10
  I
• 39:10
  mean.
• 39:11
  Yeah.
• 39:11
  And
• 39:11
  they
• 39:11
  had
• 39:12
  plans
• 39:12
  to
• 39:12
  get.
• 39:12
  It
• 39:12
  was
• 39:13
  a
• 39:13
  hookup.
• 39:13
  Yeah,
• 39:14
  it
• 39:14
  was.
• 39:14
  Exactly.
• 39:15
  So
• 39:15
  I
• 39:15
  really
• 39:16
  wasn't
• 39:16
  that
• 39:16
  hard.
• 39:16
  I
• 39:16
  mean,
• 39:17
  I
• 39:17
  liked
• 39:17
  the
• 39:18
  symmetry
• 39:18
  there
• 39:19
  with,
• 39:20
  you
• 39:20
  know,
• 39:20
  again
• 39:20
  with,
• 39:21
  like,
• 39:21
  her
• 39:22
  and
• 39:22
  Tanya
• 39:22
  having
• 39:22
  that
• 39:23
  as
• 39:23
  well.
• 39:23
  But
• 39:24
  again,
• 39:24
  I.
• 39:25
  That
• 39:25
  one.
• 39:26
  I
• 39:26
  didn't
• 39:26
  think
• 39:27
  less
• 39:27
  of
• 39:27
  Belinda
• 39:28
  just
• 39:28
  because
• 39:29
  she
• 39:29
  chose
• 39:30
  to
• 39:30
  get
• 39:30
  out
• 39:30
  of
• 39:30
  there
• 39:30
  as
• 39:31
  soon
• 39:31
  as
• 39:31
  she
• 39:31
  had
• 39:31
  the
• 39:31
  money.
• 39:32
  Because,
• 39:32
  I
• 39:32
  mean,
• 39:33
  realistically,
• 39:33
  I
• 39:33
  think
• 39:33
  that's
• 39:34
  what
• 39:34
  most
• 39:34
  of
• 39:34
  us
• 39:34
  would
• 39:34
  do
• 39:35
  in
• 39:35
  that
• 39:35
  scenario.
• 39:36
  I
• 39:36
  mean,
• 39:37
  she
• 39:37
  deserves
• 39:37
  to
• 39:38
  go
• 39:38
  and
• 39:39
  live
• 39:39
  her
• 39:39
  life
• 39:39
  and
• 39:40
  have
• 39:40
  some
• 39:41
  safety
• 39:41
  for
• 39:41
  a
• 39:41
  while
• 39:42
  and
• 39:42
  then,
• 39:43
  you
• 39:43
  know,
• 39:43
  figure
• 39:43
  out
• 39:44
  what's
• 39:44
  next.
• 39:44
  But,
• 39:45
  you
• 39:45
  know,
• 39:45
  when
• 39:45
  there
• 39:46
  are
• 39:46
  bodies
• 39:47
  all
• 39:47
  over.
• 39:47
  And
• 39:48
  Gary.
• 39:49
  I
• 39:49
  call
• 39:49
  him
• 39:49
  Gary
• 39:49
  Greg
• 39:50
  because
• 39:50
  he
• 39:50
  changes
• 39:50
  the
• 39:51
  name,
• 39:52
  like,
• 39:53
  to.
• 39:53
  Once
• 39:53
  he
• 39:55
  goes
• 39:55
  kind
• 39:56
  of
• 39:56
  into
• 39:56
  hiding
• 39:56
  over
• 39:56
  here
• 39:56
  in
• 39:57
  Thailand.
• 39:57
  But
• 39:58
  she
• 39:59
  is.
• 39:59
  She
• 39:59
  knows
• 40:00
  how
• 40:00
  dangerous
• 40:00
  he
• 40:01
  Is.
• 40:01
  And,
• 40:01
  you
• 40:02
  know,
• 40:02
  we
• 40:02
  are.
• 40:02
  The
• 40:03
  tension
• 40:03
  is
• 40:03
  building
• 40:04
  up
• 40:04
  in
• 40:04
  that
• 40:04
  finale
• 40:05
  of,
• 40:05
  like,
• 40:05
  is
• 40:05
  she
• 40:05
  gonna
• 40:05
  get
• 40:06
  the
• 40:06
  money?
• 40:06
  Is
• 40:06
  she
• 40:06
  not?
• 40:06
  Is
• 40:07
  he
• 40:07
  gonna,
• 40:07
  like,
• 40:07
  find
• 40:08
  her
• 40:08
  and
• 40:08
  threaten
• 40:08
  her?
• 40:09
  You
• 40:09
  know,
• 40:09
  what's
• 40:09
  gonna
• 40:09
  happen
• 40:10
  here?
• 40:10
  So
• 40:10
  when
• 40:10
  she
• 40:10
  does
• 40:11
  get
• 40:11
  it
• 40:11
  and
• 40:11
  has
• 40:11
  the
• 40:11
  opportunity
• 40:12
  to
• 40:12
  leave,
• 40:12
  heck,
• 40:13
  I
• 40:13
  would
• 40:13
  absolutely
• 40:14
  do
• 40:14
  that,
• 40:14
  too.
• 40:14
  You
• 40:15
  know,
• 40:15
  you
• 40:15
  would
• 40:15
  never
• 40:16
  see
• 40:16
  me
• 40:16
  again.
• 40:17
  No.
• 40:18
  If
• 40:18
  I
• 40:18
  ever
• 40:19
  disappeared,
• 40:19
  I
• 40:20
  got
• 40:20
  $5
• 40:20
  million,
• 40:21
  you
• 40:21
  would
• 40:21
  just
• 40:21
  never
• 40:22
  see
• 40:22
  me
• 40:22
  here
• 40:22
  for
• 40:22
  me
• 40:23
  ever
• 40:23
  again.
• 40:23
  And
• 40:23
  I
• 40:24
  like
• 40:24
  to
• 40:24
  say.
• 40:24
  I
• 40:24
  mean,
• 40:25
  I'm
• 40:25
  not
• 40:25
  saying
• 40:25
  since
• 40:25
  then,
• 40:26
  a
• 40:26
  moral
• 40:26
  superiority
• 40:27
  sense,
• 40:27
  but
• 40:27
  I
• 40:27
  like
• 40:27
  to
• 40:27
  think
• 40:28
  I
• 40:28
  would
• 40:28
  do
• 40:28
  something
• 40:29
  good
• 40:29
  with
• 40:29
  if
• 40:30
  I
• 40:30
  had
• 40:30
  anywhere
• 40:31
  near
• 40:31
  that
• 40:31
  much
• 40:31
  money.
• 40:32
  Like,
• 40:32
  I
• 40:32
  would
• 40:32
  definitely
• 40:33
  live,
• 40:33
  like,
• 40:33
  you
• 40:34
  know,
• 40:34
  set
• 40:34
  up
• 40:34
  security
• 40:34
  and
• 40:35
  comfort
• 40:35
  for,
• 40:35
  like,
• 40:36
  me
• 40:36
  and
• 40:36
  my
• 40:36
  family.
• 40:36
  But
• 40:37
  then,
• 40:37
  you
• 40:37
  know,
• 40:38
  I
• 40:38
  mean,
• 40:38
  I
• 40:38
  would
• 40:38
  give,
• 40:38
  like,
• 40:39
  plenty
• 40:39
  to
• 40:39
  charities
• 40:40
  and
• 40:40
  stuff,
• 40:40
  so.
• 40:41
  But.
• 40:42
  But
• 40:42
  if
• 40:42
  I
• 40:42
  was
• 40:42
  anywhere
• 40:43
  near
• 40:43
  a
• 40:44
  murderer
• 40:44
  and
• 40:44
  stuff,
• 40:44
  I
• 40:44
  would
• 40:45
  get
• 40:45
  away
• 40:45
  from
• 40:45
  them
• 40:45
  first.
• 40:46
  I
• 40:46
  mean,
• 40:46
  that's
• 40:46
  just,
• 40:47
  I
• 40:47
  think,
• 40:47
  logical.
• 40:48
  But.
• 40:49
  But,
• 40:49
  yeah.
• 40:50
  And
• 40:50
  then.
• 40:51
  Yeah,
• 40:51
  I
• 40:51
  don't
• 40:52
  know
• 40:52
  that,
• 40:52
  like,
• 40:53
  it's
• 40:53
  hard
• 40:53
  for
• 40:54
  a
• 40:54
  show
• 40:54
  like
• 40:54
  this
• 40:55
  to
• 40:55
  really
• 40:55
  find
• 40:56
  any
• 40:56
  characters
• 40:57
  relatable,
• 40:58
  necessarily,
• 40:58
  or
• 40:59
  ones
• 40:59
  that
• 40:59
  really
• 40:59
  resonate
• 41:00
  with
• 41:00
  you,
• 41:00
  like,
• 41:00
  oh,
• 41:01
  I
• 41:01
  see
• 41:01
  myself
• 41:01
  in
• 41:01
  this
• 41:02
  person.
• 41:02
  But
• 41:03
  I
• 41:03
  think
• 41:03
  it's
• 41:03
  more
• 41:04
  looking
• 41:04
  at,
• 41:04
  okay,
• 41:05
  what
• 41:05
  kind
• 41:06
  of
• 41:06
  spiritual
• 41:06
  journeys
• 41:07
  do
• 41:07
  they
• 41:07
  go
• 41:08
  on?
• 41:08
  And,
• 41:09
  you
• 41:09
  know,
• 41:09
  what
• 41:10
  stands
• 41:10
  out
• 41:10
  about
• 41:11
  that?
• 41:11
  And
• 41:11
  I
• 41:11
  think
• 41:12
  here
• 41:12
  it
• 41:12
  was
• 41:12
  the
• 41:12
  Ratcliffe
• 41:13
  family,
• 41:14
  particularly
• 41:15
  the
• 41:15
  father,
• 41:15
  how
• 41:16
  he
• 41:16
  goes
• 41:16
  from
• 41:17
  so
• 41:18
  terrified
• 41:18
  of
• 41:19
  what
• 41:19
  financial
• 41:20
  ruin
• 41:20
  would
• 41:21
  do
• 41:21
  to
• 41:21
  him
• 41:21
  and
• 41:21
  his
• 41:21
  family
• 41:22
  that
• 41:22
  he
• 41:22
  just
• 41:22
  considers
• 41:23
  ending
• 41:23
  it
• 41:23
  all
• 41:24
  right
• 41:24
  then
• 41:24
  and
• 41:24
  there
• 41:25
  to
• 41:26
  this,
• 41:26
  like,
• 41:27
  moment
• 41:28
  at
• 41:28
  the
• 41:28
  end
• 41:28
  where
• 41:29
  he
• 41:29
  says,
• 41:30
  okay,
• 41:30
  we're
• 41:31
  going
• 41:31
  to
• 41:31
  make
• 41:31
  it
• 41:31
  through
• 41:31
  this.
• 41:32
  And.
• 41:32
  And
• 41:32
  again,
• 41:32
  it
• 41:33
  is
• 41:33
  more
• 41:33
  like,
• 41:34
  I.
• 41:34
  I
• 41:34
  don't
• 41:34
  take
• 41:35
  this
• 41:35
  moment
• 41:35
  as
• 41:36
  a
• 41:36
  complete,
• 41:37
  like,
• 41:37
  you
• 41:37
  know.
• 41:39
  You
• 41:39
  know,
• 41:39
  like
• 41:40
  a
• 41:40
  really
• 41:40
  cheesy,
• 41:41
  like,
• 41:41
  over
• 41:41
  the
• 41:41
  top
• 41:42
  of,
• 41:43
  you
• 41:44
  know,
• 41:44
  like,
• 41:44
  they're
• 41:44
  gonna
• 41:45
  be
• 41:45
  okay
• 41:45
  kind
• 41:45
  of
• 41:45
  thing.
• 41:46
  It's
• 41:46
  more.
• 41:47
  They
• 41:47
  live
• 41:48
  in
• 41:48
  such
• 41:48
  a
• 41:49
  different
• 41:49
  plane
• 41:50
  of
• 41:50
  reality
• 41:51
  that
• 41:52
  they
• 41:52
  really
• 41:53
  don't
• 41:53
  know
• 41:53
  what's.
• 41:54
  He
• 41:54
  doesn't
• 41:54
  know
• 41:54
  what's
• 41:54
  gonna
• 41:55
  happen
• 41:55
  for
• 41:55
  them.
• 41:55
  And,
• 41:56
  you
• 41:56
  know,
• 41:56
  once
• 41:57
  he
• 41:57
  drops
• 41:57
  the
• 41:57
  bombshell
• 41:58
  that
• 41:59
  they're
• 41:59
  about
• 41:59
  to
• 41:59
  lose
• 42:00
  everything,
• 42:00
  I
• 42:00
  think
• 42:01
  they
• 42:01
  will
• 42:01
  not
• 42:02
  know
• 42:02
  what
• 42:02
  to
• 42:02
  do
• 42:02
  with
• 42:02
  themselves
• 42:03
  at
• 42:03
  first,
• 42:03
  and
• 42:03
  there
• 42:03
  will
• 42:03
  be
• 42:04
  massive
• 42:04
  tension.
• 42:05
  And
• 42:05
  because,
• 42:05
  like
• 42:05
  I
• 42:06
  said,
• 42:06
  because
• 42:07
  earlier
• 42:07
  in
• 42:07
  the
• 42:08
  episode,
• 42:08
  he
• 42:09
  talks
• 42:09
  about
• 42:09
  how,
• 42:10
  like,
• 42:10
  they've
• 42:11
  never
• 42:11
  had
• 42:11
  to
• 42:11
  endure
• 42:12
  suffering
• 42:12
  and
• 42:12
  they've
• 42:12
  never
• 42:12
  had
• 42:13
  trauma.
• 42:13
  I'm,
• 42:13
  like,
• 42:14
  really,
• 42:14
  like,
• 42:15
  these
• 42:15
  guys.
• 42:15
  I
• 42:15
  mean,
• 42:15
  they're
• 42:16
  like.
• 42:16
  The
• 42:16
  parents
• 42:17
  are
• 42:17
  probably,
• 42:18
  like,
• 42:18
  in
• 42:18
  their,
• 42:19
  like,
• 42:19
  60s,
• 42:20
  and
• 42:20
  then
• 42:20
  the
• 42:20
  kids
• 42:21
  are,
• 42:22
  what,
• 42:22
  Saxons,
• 42:23
  like,
• 42:23
  probably
• 42:24
  late
• 42:24
  20s,
• 42:24
  early
• 42:25
  30s.
• 42:25
  And
• 42:25
  then
• 42:26
  Piper
• 42:27
  Just
• 42:27
  finished
• 42:27
  college.
• 42:28
  Lachlan
• 42:29
  is,
• 42:30
  you
• 42:30
  know,
• 42:31
  about
• 42:31
  to
• 42:31
  start
• 42:31
  college.
• 42:32
  For
• 42:32
  none
• 42:32
  of
• 42:32
  them
• 42:33
  to
• 42:33
  have
• 42:33
  experience
• 42:34
  any
• 42:34
  kind
• 42:34
  of
• 42:34
  trauma,
• 42:35
  I'm
• 42:35
  like,
• 42:35
  you
• 42:36
  guys
• 42:36
  just
• 42:36
  live
• 42:36
  in
• 42:37
  such
• 42:37
  another
• 42:37
  plane
• 42:37
  of
• 42:38
  reality.
• 42:39
  But
• 42:39
  nonetheless,
• 42:40
  he
• 42:40
  does
• 42:41
  have
• 42:41
  this
• 42:41
  spiritual
• 42:42
  element
• 42:42
  that
• 42:43
  he
• 42:43
  discovers
• 42:43
  there
• 42:43
  a
• 42:44
  little
• 42:44
  bit,
• 42:44
  where
• 42:45
  he's
• 42:45
  trying
• 42:46
  to
• 42:46
  imagine
• 42:47
  what
• 42:47
  it
• 42:47
  would
• 42:47
  be
• 42:47
  like
• 42:48
  without
• 42:48
  enormous
• 42:49
  material
• 42:49
  wealth
• 42:50
  and
• 42:50
  go
• 42:51
  from
• 42:51
  there.
• 42:51
  So
• 42:52
  it
• 42:52
  was
• 42:52
  really
• 42:52
  interesting.
• 42:53
  I
• 42:53
  mean,
• 42:53
  a
• 42:53
  lot
• 42:53
  of
• 42:54
  this
• 42:54
  show
• 42:54
  is
• 42:54
  very
• 42:55
  satirical,
• 42:55
  so
• 42:55
  it's
• 42:56
  not
• 42:56
  like
• 42:56
  it's
• 42:57
  trying
• 42:57
  to
• 42:57
  be
• 42:58
  extremely
• 42:58
  profound
• 42:59
  in
• 42:59
  that
• 42:59
  sense.
• 43:00
  But
• 43:00
  I
• 43:00
  think
• 43:00
  there
• 43:00
  was
• 43:01
  enough
• 43:01
  of
• 43:01
  an
• 43:02
  exploration
• 43:02
  that
• 43:03
  was
• 43:03
  compelling
• 43:04
  from
• 43:04
  a
• 43:04
  spiritual
• 43:05
  lens.
• 43:05
  I
• 43:06
  just
• 43:06
  don't
• 43:06
  understand,
• 43:07
  obviously.
• 43:07
  And
• 43:08
  so
• 43:09
  pretty
• 43:09
  much
• 43:09
  the
• 43:09
  crime
• 43:09
  he
• 43:10
  did
• 43:10
  was
• 43:10
  money.
• 43:10
  He
• 43:11
  works
• 43:11
  in
• 43:11
  finance
• 43:11
  and
• 43:12
  he
• 43:12
  did
• 43:12
  money
• 43:12
  laundering.
• 43:13
  Big.
• 43:13
  No,
• 43:14
  no.
• 43:14
  But
• 43:14
  I'm
• 43:14
  like,
• 43:14
  okay,
• 43:15
  sir,
• 43:15
  you
• 43:15
  do
• 43:15
  something
• 43:16
  illegal,
• 43:17
  you
• 43:17
  don't
• 43:17
  have
• 43:17
  an
• 43:17
  offshore
• 43:18
  account.
• 43:18
  You
• 43:19
  don't
• 43:19
  have
• 43:19
  a.
• 43:19
  Go
• 43:20
  back.
• 43:20
  You're
• 43:20
  already
• 43:21
  in
• 43:21
  Thailand.
• 43:22
  You're
• 43:22
  already
• 43:22
  in
• 43:22
  Thailand.
• 43:23
  You're
• 43:23
  escaped.
• 43:24
  Like,
• 43:25
  you
• 43:25
  don't
• 43:25
  have
• 43:26
  an
• 43:26
  offshore
• 43:26
  account.
• 43:27
  And
• 43:27
  then
• 43:27
  like,
• 43:28
  you
• 43:28
  had.
• 43:28
  You
• 43:28
  had
• 43:28
  a
• 43:28
  heads
• 43:29
  up
• 43:29
  because
• 43:29
  he
• 43:29
  was
• 43:29
  like,
• 43:30
  your
• 43:30
  partner's
• 43:30
  about
• 43:30
  to
• 43:31
  flip
• 43:31
  or
• 43:31
  he's
• 43:31
  about
• 43:31
  to
• 43:31
  tell
• 43:31
  you.
• 43:32
  So
• 43:32
  you
• 43:32
  literally
• 43:32
  had
• 43:32
  at
• 43:33
  least
• 43:33
  24
• 43:34
  hours
• 43:34
  before
• 43:35
  your
• 43:35
  account
• 43:36
  froze
• 43:36
  to
• 43:37
  move
• 43:37
  money
• 43:37
  in
• 43:37
  an
• 43:38
  offshore
• 43:38
  account
• 43:38
  or
• 43:38
  to
• 43:39
  do
• 43:39
  something.
• 43:40
  But
• 43:40
  I'm
• 43:40
  like,
• 43:41
  what?
• 43:41
  That
• 43:41
  was
• 43:41
  bizarre
• 43:42
  there.
• 43:42
  And
• 43:43
  I
• 43:43
  mean,
• 43:43
  like,
• 43:43
  yeah,
• 43:43
  it's.
• 43:44
  I
• 43:44
  mean,
• 43:44
  death,
• 43:45
  obviously,
• 43:45
  crime,
• 43:46
  like,
• 43:46
  you
• 43:46
  know,
• 43:47
  don't,
• 43:47
  you
• 43:47
  know,
• 43:47
  it's
• 43:47
  just
• 43:48
  me
• 43:48
  working
• 43:48
  in
• 43:48
  his
• 43:48
  finance
• 43:49
  like
• 43:49
  he
• 43:49
  is,
• 43:50
  but
• 43:50
  it's
• 43:51
  like,
• 43:51
  you
• 43:51
  know,
• 43:52
  okay,
• 43:52
  he
• 43:52
  didn't
• 43:53
  commit
• 43:53
  murder.
• 43:54
  It's
• 43:54
  not
• 43:54
  like
• 43:55
  he's
• 43:55
  gonna,
• 43:55
  you
• 43:55
  know,
• 43:56
  be
• 43:57
  in
• 43:57
  prison
• 43:57
  the
• 43:57
  rest
• 43:57
  of
• 43:57
  his
• 43:58
  life.
• 43:58
  I
• 43:58
  mean,
• 43:58
  he
• 43:59
  is,
• 43:59
  you
• 43:59
  know,
• 44:00
  wealthy
• 44:00
  upper
• 44:00
  class.
• 44:01
  Like,
• 44:02
  But
• 44:02
  I
• 44:02
  had
• 44:02
  that
• 44:02
  thought
• 44:02
  too.
• 44:03
  I
• 44:03
  was
• 44:03
  like,
• 44:03
  does
• 44:03
  he
• 44:03
  not
• 44:04
  just
• 44:04
  move
• 44:04
  it
• 44:04
  somewhere
• 44:05
  else
• 44:05
  or,
• 44:05
  you
• 44:06
  know,
• 44:06
  figure
• 44:06
  something
• 44:07
  out
• 44:07
  there?
• 44:07
  So
• 44:08
  that
• 44:08
  I
• 44:08
  think
• 44:08
  I.
• 44:09
  I
• 44:09
  don't
• 44:09
  know
• 44:09
  if
• 44:09
  it
• 44:09
  was
• 44:09
  just
• 44:09
  he
• 44:10
  panicked
• 44:10
  so
• 44:11
  much
• 44:11
  in
• 44:11
  the
• 44:11
  moment
• 44:11
  and
• 44:12
  was
• 44:12
  so
• 44:12
  afraid
• 44:13
  to
• 44:13
  tell
• 44:13
  his
• 44:13
  wife
• 44:14
  that,
• 44:14
  like,
• 44:15
  and
• 44:15
  anyone
• 44:16
  that
• 44:16
  could
• 44:16
  have
• 44:16
  given
• 44:16
  him
• 44:16
  practical
• 44:17
  advice,
• 44:17
  maybe,
• 44:18
  or
• 44:19
  probably
• 44:19
  Saxon
• 44:19
  would
• 44:19
  have
• 44:20
  recommended
• 44:20
  that
• 44:20
  too,
• 44:20
  you
• 44:21
  know,
• 44:21
  like,
• 44:21
  I,
• 44:21
  I.
• 44:22
  The
• 44:22
  fact
• 44:22
  that
• 44:22
  he
• 44:22
  would
• 44:23
  withheld
• 44:23
  it
• 44:23
  from
• 44:23
  him
• 44:24
  when
• 44:25
  he
• 44:25
  works
• 44:25
  for
• 44:25
  the
• 44:25
  same
• 44:25
  company
• 44:26
  and
• 44:26
  probably
• 44:27
  could
• 44:27
  have
• 44:27
  said
• 44:27
  something
• 44:27
  like
• 44:28
  that,
• 44:28
  like,
• 44:28
  you
• 44:28
  know,
• 44:28
  put
• 44:28
  me
• 44:29
  to
• 44:29
  a
• 44:29
  different
• 44:29
  account
• 44:29
  or
• 44:29
  at
• 44:29
  least
• 44:30
  leave
• 44:30
  some
• 44:30
  there
• 44:31
  and
• 44:31
  then
• 44:31
  we'll
• 44:31
  figure
• 44:31
  it
• 44:31
  out,
• 44:32
  you
• 44:32
  know.
• 44:32
  But
• 44:33
  that
• 44:33
  was
• 44:33
  like,
• 44:34
  go
• 44:34
  ahead
• 44:34
  and
• 44:34
  transfer
• 44:35
  it
• 44:35
  into,
• 44:35
  like,
• 44:36
  your
• 44:36
  son's
• 44:36
  name
• 44:37
  or
• 44:37
  something
• 44:37
  like
• 44:37
  that.
• 44:38
  Right,
• 44:38
  right.
• 44:38
  Go
• 44:38
  ahead
• 44:38
  and
• 44:39
  do,
• 44:39
  like
• 44:39
  a
• 44:39
  quick
• 44:39
  deeds.
• 44:40
  Like,
• 44:40
  go
• 44:41
  ahead
• 44:41
  and
• 44:41
  do
• 44:41
  a
• 44:41
  quick
• 44:41
  deeds
• 44:42
  claim
• 44:42
  or
• 44:42
  something.
• 44:42
  Like
• 44:42
  that
• 44:43
  and
• 44:43
  transfer
• 44:43
  your
• 44:43
  house
• 44:44
  into
• 44:44
  your
• 44:45
  son's
• 44:45
  name
• 44:45
  because
• 44:46
  like,
• 44:46
  then
• 44:47
  it's
• 44:47
  not
• 44:47
  your
• 44:47
  assets
• 44:48
  anymore.
• 44:48
  They
• 44:48
  can't
• 44:49
  seize
• 44:49
  it.
• 44:49
  And
• 44:49
  I'm
• 44:49
  like,
• 44:50
  sir,
• 44:51
  I
• 44:51
  only
• 44:51
  have
• 44:51
  an
• 44:51
  mba.
• 44:52
  And
• 44:52
  I'm
• 44:53
  like,
• 44:53
  I've
• 44:53
  thought
• 44:53
  of
• 44:53
  like,
• 44:54
  granted,
• 44:54
  number
• 44:55
  one,
• 44:55
  don't
• 44:55
  break
• 44:55
  the
• 44:56
  law,
• 44:56
  but
• 44:56
  if
• 44:56
  you're
• 44:57
  going
• 44:57
  to
• 44:57
  do
• 44:57
  it,
• 44:57
  do
• 44:57
  it
• 44:57
  better,
• 44:58
  in
• 44:58
  my
• 44:58
  opinion.
• 44:58
  Yeah,
• 44:59
  that
• 44:59
  advice.
• 45:00
  Yeah,
• 45:00
  great,
• 45:00
  great
• 45:00
  one.
• 45:01
  So
• 45:01
  for
• 45:01
  CIS
• 45:01
  fact,
• 45:02
  egonys,
• 45:02
  if
• 45:02
  you're
• 45:02
  going
• 45:03
  to
• 45:03
  break
• 45:03
  the
• 45:03
  law,
• 45:03
  do
• 45:03
  it
• 45:04
  smart,
• 45:04
  you
• 45:04
  know?
• 45:05
  Yeah,
• 45:05
  just
• 45:05
  do
• 45:06
  it
• 45:06
  better
• 45:06
  in
• 45:07
  this
• 45:07
  case
• 45:07
  scenario,
• 45:08
  own
• 45:08
  TV
• 45:08
  in
• 45:09
  a
• 45:09
  fiction
• 45:09
  setting,
• 45:10
  do
• 45:10
  not
• 45:10
  do
• 45:10
  it
• 45:10
  in
• 45:10
  real
• 45:10
  life,
• 45:11
  please.
• 45:11
  Well,
• 45:11
  and
• 45:11
  like
• 45:12
  it
• 45:12
  sounded
• 45:12
  like
• 45:13
  the
• 45:13
  company
• 45:13
  was
• 45:13
  just
• 45:13
  going
• 45:14
  to
• 45:14
  crash
• 45:14
  and
• 45:14
  burn
• 45:15
  too.
• 45:15
  Like
• 45:15
  that.
• 45:15
  Like
• 45:16
  it
• 45:16
  wasn't.
• 45:16
  But
• 45:16
  when
• 45:17
  it
• 45:17
  was
• 45:17
  real,
• 45:17
  it
• 45:17
  was
• 45:18
  really
• 45:18
  like
• 45:18
  you
• 45:18
  said,
• 45:19
  just
• 45:19
  like,
• 45:19
  okay,
• 45:20
  his
• 45:20
  screw
• 45:21
  up
• 45:21
  and
• 45:21
  everything.
• 45:21
  Like,
• 45:22
  yeah,
• 45:22
  put
• 45:22
  it
• 45:23
  in
• 45:23
  Saxon
• 45:23
  thing.
• 45:23
  I
• 45:23
  don't
• 45:24
  know.
• 45:24
  That
• 45:24
  was.
• 45:24
  That
• 45:24
  was
• 45:25
  interesting.
• 45:25
  But,
• 45:26
  but
• 45:26
  I
• 45:26
  did
• 45:26
  find
• 45:27
  like
• 45:27
  the
• 45:27
  spiritual
• 45:27
  journey
• 45:28
  interesting
• 45:29
  there.
• 45:29
  And,
• 45:30
  and
• 45:30
  again,
• 45:30
  going
• 45:30
  back
• 45:30
  to
• 45:31
  Piper,
• 45:31
  like
• 45:31
  how
• 45:32
  it
• 45:32
  is
• 45:32
  a
• 45:32
  complete
• 45:32
  reverse.
• 45:33
  Like
• 45:33
  you
• 45:33
  think,
• 45:34
  oh,
• 45:34
  at
• 45:34
  first
• 45:34
  he's
• 45:35
  gonna
• 45:35
  be
• 45:35
  the
• 45:35
  one
• 45:35
  to
• 45:36
  get
• 45:36
  away
• 45:36
  and
• 45:36
  actually
• 45:37
  kind
• 45:37
  of
• 45:38
  embrace
• 45:39
  more
• 45:39
  eastern
• 45:40
  spiritual
• 45:40
  philosophies
• 45:41
  of,
• 45:42
  you
• 45:42
  know,
• 45:42
  letting
• 45:42
  go
• 45:42
  of
• 45:42
  a
• 45:43
  material
• 45:43
  wealth.
• 45:43
  And
• 45:44
  then
• 45:44
  she
• 45:44
  is
• 45:44
  not
• 45:45
  that
• 45:45
  person
• 45:45
  at
• 45:45
  all.
• 45:46
  Like,
• 45:46
  I
• 45:46
  mean,
• 45:46
  I.
• 45:47
  You
• 45:47
  come
• 45:48
  you
• 45:48
  hate
• 45:48
  her,
• 45:49
  but
• 45:49
  it
• 45:50
  just
• 45:50
  also
• 45:50
  works
• 45:51
  from
• 45:51
  a
• 45:52
  storytelling
• 45:52
  perspective.
• 45:53
  So.
• 45:53
  Well,
• 45:54
  so
• 45:54
  I
• 45:54
  did
• 45:54
  like
• 45:54
  that.
• 45:55
  But.
• 45:55
  But
• 45:56
  yeah,
• 45:56
  it
• 45:56
  was.
• 45:56
  I
• 45:56
  don't
• 45:57
  know
• 45:57
  anything
• 45:57
  else
• 45:58
  about
• 45:58
  just
• 45:58
  like,
• 45:59
  I
• 45:59
  mean.
• 46:00
  Well,
• 46:00
  there
• 46:00
  was
• 46:00
  also
• 46:01
  that
• 46:02
  scene
• 46:02
  between
• 46:03
  the
• 46:03
  three
• 46:04
  women
• 46:04
  where
• 46:05
  they're
• 46:05
  kind
• 46:05
  of
• 46:06
  just
• 46:06
  like
• 46:06
  get
• 46:06
  into
• 46:07
  how
• 46:08
  Kate
• 46:09
  is
• 46:09
  now
• 46:10
  has
• 46:10
  started
• 46:11
  to
• 46:11
  like
• 46:11
  going
• 46:11
  to
• 46:11
  church
• 46:12
  with
• 46:12
  her
• 46:12
  husband
• 46:13
  and,
• 46:14
  and
• 46:14
  so
• 46:15
  like
• 46:15
  she
• 46:15
  references
• 46:16
  that.
• 46:18
  I
• 46:19
  know.
• 46:19
  What
• 46:20
  do
• 46:20
  you
• 46:20
  think,
• 46:21
  just
• 46:21
  in
• 46:21
  general
• 46:21
  of
• 46:22
  any
• 46:22
  of
• 46:23
  those
• 46:23
  moments
• 46:24
  or
• 46:25
  how
• 46:25
  they
• 46:25
  address
• 46:26
  religion
• 46:27
  and
• 46:27
  spirituality?
• 46:28
  Like,
• 46:28
  I,
• 46:28
  I
• 46:28
  think
• 46:29
  what
• 46:29
  I
• 46:29
  liked
• 46:29
  is
• 46:29
  they
• 46:29
  do
• 46:30
  it
• 46:30
  in
• 46:30
  kind
• 46:30
  of
• 46:30
  a.
• 46:31
  Like
• 46:32
  Mike
• 46:32
  Wade
• 46:32
  is
• 46:32
  never
• 46:32
  trying
• 46:33
  to
• 46:34
  say
• 46:34
  anything
• 46:34
  definitively
• 46:35
  about
• 46:35
  like,
• 46:36
  oh,
• 46:36
  this
• 46:36
  is
• 46:37
  the
• 46:37
  right
• 46:37
  way
• 46:37
  or
• 46:38
  the
• 46:38
  wrong
• 46:38
  way,
• 46:38
  but
• 46:38
  just
• 46:39
  kind
• 46:39
  of
• 46:40
  like
• 46:41
  examining
• 46:42
  different
• 46:43
  worldviews.
• 46:43
  And
• 46:44
  so
• 46:45
  that's
• 46:45
  kind
• 46:45
  of
• 46:45
  what
• 46:45
  it
• 46:46
  stood
• 46:46
  out
• 46:46
  to
• 46:46
  me.
• 46:46
  But.
• 46:46
  But
• 46:46
  are
• 46:47
  there
• 46:47
  any
• 46:47
  scenes
• 46:48
  like
• 46:48
  that
• 46:48
  that
• 46:48
  stuck
• 46:49
  out
• 46:49
  to
• 46:49
  you?
• 46:50
  No,
• 46:50
  I
• 46:50
  mean,
• 46:51
  I
• 46:51
  could
• 46:51
  see
• 46:52
  how
• 46:52
  each.
• 46:53
  It's
• 46:53
  crazy.
• 46:54
  It's.
• 46:54
  It's
• 46:54
  three
• 46:55
  childhood
• 46:55
  friends
• 46:55
  and
• 46:55
  they
• 46:56
  each
• 46:56
  chose
• 46:56
  different
• 46:57
  paths.
• 46:57
  So
• 46:57
  one
• 46:57
  became
• 46:59
  an
• 46:59
  actress
• 47:00
  and
• 47:00
  so
• 47:00
  she
• 47:00
  married
• 47:01
  a
• 47:01
  Hollywood
• 47:01
  star.
• 47:02
  And
• 47:02
  so
• 47:02
  you
• 47:02
  can
• 47:02
  tell
• 47:03
  she's
• 47:03
  super
• 47:03
  vain.
• 47:04
  And
• 47:05
  as
• 47:05
  they
• 47:05
  got
• 47:05
  into
• 47:06
  like
• 47:06
  fights
• 47:06
  and
• 47:06
  you
• 47:07
  know,
• 47:07
  like,
• 47:07
  they
• 47:07
  kind
• 47:07
  of
• 47:07
  like
• 47:07
  did
• 47:08
  like
• 47:08
  a
• 47:08
  little
• 47:08
  caddy,
• 47:08
  like,
• 47:09
  like
• 47:09
  expose
• 47:10
  each
• 47:10
  other,
• 47:10
  but
• 47:10
  they
• 47:10
  Made
• 47:10
  up
• 47:11
  at
• 47:11
  the
• 47:11
  end.
• 47:11
  But
• 47:11
  like
• 47:11
  it
• 47:11
  was
• 47:11
  like
• 47:12
  you've
• 47:12
  always
• 47:12
  been
• 47:12
  this
• 47:12
  way.
• 47:13
  You
• 47:13
  flirted
• 47:13
  with
• 47:13
  so
• 47:13
  and
• 47:14
  so's
• 47:14
  husband
• 47:14
  at
• 47:14
  my
• 47:15
  wed
• 47:16
  boyfriend
• 47:16
  and
• 47:17
  stuff
• 47:17
  like
• 47:17
  that.
• 47:17
  And
• 47:18
  then
• 47:18
  you
• 47:18
  had
• 47:18
  one
• 47:19
  who,
• 47:19
  who
• 47:19
  just
• 47:20
  got
• 47:20
  married.
• 47:20
  And
• 47:21
  so
• 47:21
  she's
• 47:21
  just
• 47:21
  making
• 47:22
  and
• 47:22
  she's
• 47:22
  the
• 47:22
  church
• 47:23
  lady.
• 47:23
  And
• 47:23
  so
• 47:23
  they
• 47:23
  go
• 47:23
  to
• 47:23
  church
• 47:24
  and
• 47:24
  they
• 47:24
  do
• 47:24
  this
• 47:24
  and
• 47:25
  they
• 47:25
  just
• 47:25
  have
• 47:25
  the
• 47:25
  perfect
• 47:25
  life.
• 47:26
  So
• 47:26
  she's
• 47:26
  definitely
• 47:27
  expounding
• 47:27
  on
• 47:28
  how
• 47:28
  great
• 47:28
  her
• 47:29
  life
• 47:29
  is.
• 47:30
  And
• 47:30
  I'm
• 47:30
  like,
• 47:30
  well,
• 47:31
  for
• 47:31
  anyone
• 47:31
  who's
• 47:31
  been
• 47:31
  married
• 47:33
  longer
• 47:33
  than
• 47:33
  probably
• 47:34
  like
• 47:34
  six
• 47:35
  months,
• 47:35
  you
• 47:35
  know,
• 47:35
  marriage
• 47:36
  is
• 47:36
  not
• 47:36
  all
• 47:36
  rainbows,
• 47:37
  but
• 47:37
  all
• 47:37
  she
• 47:37
  has
• 47:38
  to
• 47:38
  talk
• 47:38
  about
• 47:38
  is
• 47:38
  rainbows.
• 47:39
  And
• 47:40
  then
• 47:40
  you
• 47:40
  have
• 47:40
  the
• 47:40
  single
• 47:41
  mom
• 47:41
  who
• 47:41
  just
• 47:41
  can't
• 47:41
  make
• 47:42
  the
• 47:42
  right
• 47:43
  choice.
• 47:43
  Like
• 47:43
  her
• 47:43
  career
• 47:44
  is
• 47:44
  not
• 47:44
  great,
• 47:44
  her
• 47:45
  relationship
• 47:45
  with
• 47:45
  the
• 47:45
  childhood's
• 47:46
  not
• 47:47
  great
• 47:47
  and
• 47:47
  stuff
• 47:47
  like
• 47:48
  that.
• 47:48
  So
• 47:48
  I
• 47:48
  appreciate
• 47:49
  the
• 47:49
  different
• 47:50
  areas
• 47:51
  of
• 47:51
  life.
• 47:52
  You
• 47:52
  know,
• 47:52
  like
• 47:52
  they,
• 47:53
  they
• 47:53
  show
• 47:53
  they
• 47:53
  did
• 47:54
  a
• 47:54
  good
• 47:54
  job.
• 47:54
  Like
• 47:54
  kind
• 47:55
  of
• 47:55
  like
• 47:56
  even
• 47:56
  though
• 47:56
  it's
• 47:56
  a
• 47:57
  Richie
• 47:57
  Rich
• 47:57
  place,
• 47:58
  like
• 47:58
  you
• 47:58
  still
• 47:58
  had
• 47:58
  so
• 47:59
  many
• 47:59
  people
• 47:59
  from
• 47:59
  different
• 48:00
  backgrounds
• 48:01
  and
• 48:01
  not
• 48:01
  just
• 48:02
  Richie
• 48:02
  Rich
• 48:03
  background,
• 48:03
  like
• 48:03
  the
• 48:03
  single
• 48:04
  mom
• 48:04
  who
• 48:04
  lost
• 48:04
  a
• 48:04
  job
• 48:05
  and
• 48:05
  like
• 48:05
  the
• 48:05
  worker
• 48:05
  who's
• 48:06
  there
• 48:06
  for
• 48:06
  training.
• 48:07
  So
• 48:08
  I
• 48:08
  appreciated
• 48:09
  that.
• 48:09
  But
• 48:09
  I
• 48:09
  mean
• 48:10
  nothing
• 48:10
  like
• 48:10
  resonated
• 48:11
  where
• 48:11
  I
• 48:11
  had
• 48:11
  like
• 48:12
  an
• 48:12
  epiphany.
• 48:12
  I'm
• 48:12
  like,
• 48:13
  man,
• 48:13
  that's
• 48:13
  a
• 48:13
  great
• 48:14
  or
• 48:14
  wow.
• 48:15
  Like
• 48:15
  I'm
• 48:15
  really
• 48:15
  glad
• 48:16
  that
• 48:16
  they
• 48:16
  focused
• 48:17
  on
• 48:17
  this
• 48:17
  in
• 48:17
  the
• 48:17
  show.
• 48:18
  I
• 48:18
  was
• 48:18
  just
• 48:18
  kind
• 48:18
  of
• 48:18
  like
• 48:19
  get
• 48:19
  to
• 48:19
  killing
• 48:19
  people.
• 48:20
  That's
• 48:20
  fair.
• 48:20
  I
• 48:21
  mean,
• 48:21
  I
• 48:21
  don't
• 48:21
  think
• 48:21
  I
• 48:21
  like,
• 48:22
  you
• 48:22
  know,
• 48:22
  it
• 48:22
  was
• 48:23
  an
• 48:23
  interesting
• 48:23
  angle
• 48:24
  to
• 48:24
  go
• 48:24
  with
• 48:24
  the
• 48:24
  more
• 48:25
  spiritual
• 48:25
  themes
• 48:25
  here,
• 48:26
  but
• 48:26
  I
• 48:26
  don't
• 48:26
  think
• 48:27
  there
• 48:27
  is.
• 48:27
  I
• 48:28
  haven't
• 48:28
  watched
• 48:28
  it
• 48:28
  yet,
• 48:28
  but
• 48:29
  Mike
• 48:29
  White
• 48:29
  also
• 48:30
  did
• 48:30
  a
• 48:30
  short
• 48:31
  lived
• 48:31
  show
• 48:32
  with
• 48:32
  Laura
• 48:32
  Dern
• 48:33
  years
• 48:33
  ago
• 48:34
  called
• 48:34
  Enlightenment,
• 48:35
  which
• 48:35
  is
• 48:35
  next
• 48:35
  on
• 48:35
  my
• 48:36
  watch
• 48:36
  list.
• 48:37
  Especially
• 48:37
  now
• 48:37
  that
• 48:37
  this
• 48:38
  is
• 48:38
  a
• 48:38
  White
• 48:38
  looks
• 48:38
  over
• 48:38
  but
• 48:39
  people
• 48:39
  rave
• 48:39
  about
• 48:40
  that
• 48:40
  one
• 48:40
  and
• 48:41
  how
• 48:41
  that
• 48:41
  really
• 48:41
  is
• 48:41
  a,
• 48:42
  a
• 48:42
  more
• 48:42
  deep,
• 48:42
  insightful
• 48:43
  look
• 48:43
  at
• 48:44
  spirituality
• 48:44
  and
• 48:45
  religion.
• 48:45
  So
• 48:45
  I
• 48:45
  do
• 48:45
  want
• 48:45
  to
• 48:46
  check
• 48:46
  that
• 48:46
  out.
• 48:46
  I
• 48:46
  think
• 48:46
  this
• 48:47
  one
• 48:47
  didn't
• 48:48
  have
• 48:48
  anything
• 48:48
  like
• 48:49
  in
• 48:49
  the
• 48:49
  season
• 48:50
  profound
• 48:50
  to
• 48:50
  say
• 48:51
  about
• 48:52
  anything
• 48:52
  like
• 48:52
  spiritual.
• 48:53
  But
• 48:53
  I
• 48:53
  mean
• 48:53
  there
• 48:53
  were
• 48:54
  themes
• 48:54
  there,
• 48:54
  but
• 48:55
  for
• 48:55
  the
• 48:55
  most
• 48:55
  part,
• 48:55
  yeah,
• 48:56
  I
• 48:56
  mean
• 48:56
  I'm
• 48:56
  interested
• 48:57
  in
• 48:57
  like,
• 48:57
  you
• 48:58
  know,
• 48:58
  okay,
• 48:58
  how
• 48:58
  is
• 48:58
  the
• 48:59
  murder
• 48:59
  mystery
• 49:00
  plot
• 49:00
  gonna
• 49:00
  play
• 49:01
  out?
• 49:02
  I
• 49:02
  like
• 49:02
  just
• 49:03
  the
• 49:03
  overt,
• 49:04
  you
• 49:04
  know,
• 49:05
  satirical
• 49:06
  elements
• 49:06
  of
• 49:06
  the
• 49:06
  show.
• 49:07
  The
• 49:08
  humor,
• 49:08
  like
• 49:08
  I
• 49:08
  said,
• 49:08
  I
• 49:09
  mean
• 49:09
  Parker
• 49:09
  Posey
• 49:10
  had
• 49:10
  just
• 49:10
  some
• 49:10
  like
• 49:11
  just,
• 49:12
  you
• 49:12
  know,
• 49:13
  laugh
• 49:13
  out
• 49:14
  loud
• 49:14
  moments
• 49:15
  and
• 49:15
  several
• 49:16
  other
• 49:16
  characters
• 49:16
  are
• 49:17
  just,
• 49:17
  I
• 49:17
  mean
• 49:17
  whether
• 49:18
  it's
• 49:18
  the
• 49:18
  facial
• 49:18
  expressions,
• 49:19
  the
• 49:19
  dialogue,
• 49:20
  it's
• 49:21
  just
• 49:21
  so
• 49:21
  funny.
• 49:21
  Throughout
• 49:22
  this
• 49:23
  season
• 49:23
  was
• 49:23
  a
• 49:23
  little
• 49:24
  darker,
• 49:24
  but
• 49:25
  seasons
• 49:25
  One
• 49:25
  and
• 49:26
  two
• 49:26
  especially,
• 49:27
  you're
• 49:28
  laughing
• 49:28
  pretty
• 49:29
  hysterically.
• 49:30
  At
• 49:30
  least
• 49:30
  I
• 49:30
  was
• 49:30
  in
• 49:31
  a
• 49:31
  lot
• 49:31
  of
• 49:31
  instances.
• 49:32
  So
• 49:33
  those
• 49:33
  are
• 49:33
  more
• 49:33
  the
• 49:33
  main
• 49:33
  draws
• 49:34
  for
• 49:34
  me.
• 49:35
  But
• 49:35
  there
• 49:35
  is
• 49:35
  still
• 49:36
  a
• 49:36
  spiritual
• 49:37
  angle
• 49:37
  here
• 49:37
  and
• 49:38
  particularly
• 49:39
  how
• 49:39
  it
• 49:39
  examines,
• 49:39
  like,
• 49:40
  the.
• 49:40
  The
• 49:40
  impact
• 49:41
  of
• 49:41
  wealth.
• 49:41
  And,
• 49:42
  you
• 49:42
  know,
• 49:42
  I
• 49:42
  don't
• 49:42
  think
• 49:43
  it.
• 49:43
  It's
• 49:43
  a
• 49:43
  Joe
• 49:44
  that
• 49:44
  says,
• 49:44
  like,
• 49:44
  oh,
• 49:45
  having
• 49:46
  money
• 49:46
  is
• 49:46
  instantly
• 49:47
  bad
• 49:47
  and,
• 49:48
  you
• 49:48
  know,
• 49:48
  all
• 49:49
  rich
• 49:49
  people
• 49:49
  suck.
• 49:50
  Like,
• 49:50
  it's
• 49:51
  certainly
• 49:51
  a
• 49:52
  critique
• 49:52
  of,
• 49:53
  you
• 49:53
  know,
• 49:54
  social
• 49:54
  divides
• 49:55
  and
• 49:55
  classes
• 49:56
  and
• 49:56
  a
• 49:56
  satire,
• 49:57
  but
• 49:57
  it
• 49:58
  also
• 49:58
  gives
• 49:58
  nuance
• 49:59
  to
• 50:00
  characters
• 50:01
  from
• 50:02
  different
• 50:02
  backgrounds
• 50:03
  and
• 50:04
  socioeconomic
• 50:05
  statuses.
• 50:05
  So
• 50:06
  I
• 50:06
  think
• 50:06
  that's
• 50:06
  where
• 50:06
  it's
• 50:07
  really
• 50:07
  more
• 50:07
  interesting.
• 50:08
  But.
• 50:09
  Yeah.
• 50:09
  So.
• 50:10
  Well,
• 50:11
  is
• 50:11
  there
• 50:11
  anything
• 50:12
  else
• 50:12
  about
• 50:13
  the
• 50:13
  show
• 50:13
  that
• 50:13
  either,
• 50:14
  either
• 50:15
  positive
• 50:15
  or
• 50:16
  negative
• 50:16
  that
• 50:16
  you
• 50:16
  just
• 50:16
  want
• 50:17
  to
• 50:17
  talk
• 50:17
  about
• 50:17
  or
• 50:19
  why
• 50:20
  you
• 50:20
  would
• 50:20
  recommend
• 50:21
  it
• 50:21
  to
• 50:21
  someone?
• 50:21
  Because
• 50:21
  I
• 50:22
  did
• 50:22
  find
• 50:22
  it
• 50:22
  when
• 50:22
  we
• 50:22
  were
• 50:23
  talking
• 50:23
  about
• 50:23
  this
• 50:23
  because
• 50:24
  we
• 50:24
  were
• 50:24
  trying
• 50:24
  to
• 50:24
  pick
• 50:25
  a
• 50:25
  topic
• 50:26
  before
• 50:26
  the
• 50:26
  hey,
• 50:26
  Arnold
• 50:27
  episode.
• 50:28
  And,
• 50:28
  like.
• 50:29
  And
• 50:29
  when
• 50:29
  you.
• 50:29
  We
• 50:30
  had.
• 50:30
  I
• 50:30
  think
• 50:30
  we
• 50:30
  had
• 50:31
  just,
• 50:31
  like,
• 50:31
  after
• 50:31
  we
• 50:32
  picked
• 50:32
  that.
• 50:33
  I
• 50:33
  forget
• 50:33
  if
• 50:33
  I
• 50:33
  brought
• 50:34
  up
• 50:34
  White
• 50:34
  Lotus
• 50:34
  or
• 50:34
  something
• 50:35
  and
• 50:35
  you're
• 50:35
  like,
• 50:35
  oh,
• 50:36
  we
• 50:36
  should
• 50:36
  do
• 50:36
  an
• 50:36
  episode
• 50:36
  on
• 50:36
  that.
• 50:37
  I
• 50:37
  was
• 50:37
  actually
• 50:37
  surprised,
• 50:37
  too,
• 50:38
  because
• 50:38
  I
• 50:38
  know
• 50:38
  you're
• 50:38
  a
• 50:39
  huge
• 50:39
  anime
• 50:39
  fan
• 50:40
  and,
• 50:40
  like,
• 50:40
  that's
• 50:41
  kind
• 50:41
  of
• 50:41
  your
• 50:41
  niche.
• 50:41
  So
• 50:42
  this
• 50:42
  was
• 50:42
  a
• 50:42
  really
• 50:42
  interesting
• 50:43
  one
• 50:43
  that.
• 50:44
  I
• 50:44
  mean,
• 50:44
  I
• 50:44
  know
• 50:44
  it's
• 50:44
  a.
• 50:45
  It's
• 50:45
  pop
• 50:45
  culture
• 50:45
  zeitgeist,
• 50:46
  but.
• 50:46
  Right.
• 50:47
  And
• 50:47
  I
• 50:47
  think.
• 50:47
  I
• 50:47
  think
• 50:48
  I
• 50:48
  was
• 50:48
  like,
• 50:48
  only
• 50:49
  episode
• 50:49
  one
• 50:49
  or
• 50:50
  two
• 50:50
  in.
• 50:50
  So
• 50:51
  I
• 50:51
  wasn't
• 50:51
  really,
• 50:51
  like,
• 50:52
  knowledgeable,
• 50:52
  like,
• 50:52
  when
• 50:53
  I
• 50:53
  went.
• 50:53
  That's
• 50:54
  why
• 50:54
  we
• 50:54
  didn't
• 50:54
  go
• 50:54
  to
• 50:55
  White
• 50:55
  Lotus
• 50:55
  automatically.
• 50:56
  Sure,
• 50:57
  sure.
• 50:58
  When
• 50:58
  we
• 50:58
  did
• 50:58
  that.
• 50:58
  But
• 50:59
  I
• 50:59
  mean,
• 50:59
  I.
• 51:00
  Yeah,
• 51:00
  I
• 51:00
  would
• 51:00
  say
• 51:00
  give
• 51:01
  it
• 51:01
  a
• 51:01
  watch
• 51:01
  if
• 51:01
  you
• 51:02
  don't
• 51:02
  mind
• 51:02
  suspense
• 51:03
  and
• 51:03
  you,
• 51:03
  like,
• 51:03
  trying
• 51:04
  to
• 51:04
  figure
• 51:04
  out
• 51:05
  what,
• 51:06
  you
• 51:06
  know,
• 51:07
  like,
• 51:07
  kind
• 51:07
  of
• 51:07
  like
• 51:07
  who's
• 51:08
  gonna
• 51:08
  die.
• 51:08
  Like,
• 51:08
  honestly,
• 51:09
  I
• 51:09
  can
• 51:09
  say.
• 51:10
  And
• 51:10
  I
• 51:10
  like
• 51:10
  that
• 51:10
  we
• 51:11
  didn't
• 51:11
  share
• 51:11
  who
• 51:12
  actually
• 51:12
  died
• 51:12
  of
• 51:13
  the
• 51:13
  thing.
• 51:13
  So
• 51:13
  we
• 51:13
  left
• 51:13
  it
• 51:14
  a
• 51:14
  little,
• 51:14
  like,
• 51:14
  elusive
• 51:16
  because,
• 51:16
  like,
• 51:17
  that's
• 51:17
  kind
• 51:18
  of
• 51:18
  what.
• 51:18
  What
• 51:18
  White
• 51:19
  Lotus
• 51:19
  is.
• 51:19
  Because
• 51:20
  there's
• 51:20
  still.
• 51:20
  Even
• 51:20
  though
• 51:20
  it
• 51:21
  ended
• 51:21
  and
• 51:21
  you
• 51:21
  know
• 51:21
  who
• 51:21
  dies,
• 51:22
  you
• 51:22
  still
• 51:22
  don't
• 51:22
  know
• 51:22
  how
• 51:23
  it
• 51:23
  ends
• 51:24
  for,
• 51:24
  like,
• 51:24
  really
• 51:24
  anyway,
• 51:25
  if
• 51:25
  you
• 51:25
  think
• 51:25
  about
• 51:26
  it,
• 51:26
  right,
• 51:26
  like,
• 51:27
  with
• 51:27
  the
• 51:27
  woman,
• 51:28
  like,
• 51:28
  if
• 51:28
  her
• 51:28
  business
• 51:29
  or
• 51:29
  how
• 51:29
  the
• 51:29
  family's
• 51:30
  gonna
• 51:30
  recover
• 51:30
  or,
• 51:31
  you
• 51:31
  know,
• 51:32
  like,
• 51:32
  how
• 51:33
  the
• 51:33
  friends
• 51:33
  are
• 51:33
  going
• 51:33
  to,
• 51:34
  like,
• 51:34
  are
• 51:34
  they
• 51:34
  gonna
• 51:34
  stay
• 51:35
  friends?
• 51:35
  So
• 51:35
  you
• 51:35
  really
• 51:36
  just
• 51:36
  don't
• 51:36
  know
• 51:36
  how
• 51:37
  it's
• 51:37
  ending
• 51:38
  and
• 51:38
  you
• 51:38
  don't
• 51:38
  know
• 51:38
  who
• 51:38
  died.
• 51:39
  So
• 51:39
  I
• 51:39
  kind
• 51:39
  of
• 51:40
  love
• 51:40
  that.
• 51:40
  But,
• 51:41
  yeah,
• 51:41
  if
• 51:41
  you.
• 51:41
  I
• 51:42
  say
• 51:42
  watch
• 51:42
  it.
• 51:43
  I'm
• 51:43
  bad
• 51:44
  at
• 51:44
  double
• 51:45
  screen
• 51:45
  syndrome.
• 51:46
  So
• 51:46
  when
• 51:46
  I
• 51:46
  watched
• 51:47
  it,
• 51:47
  like,
• 51:47
  I
• 51:48
  Played
• 51:48
  matching
• 51:49
  games
• 51:49
  on
• 51:49
  my
• 51:49
  phone.
• 51:50
  Okay.
• 51:51
  So
• 51:51
  like,
• 51:51
  it
• 51:51
  didn't
• 51:51
  have
• 51:52
  my
• 51:52
  full
• 51:52
  attention,
• 51:53
  but
• 51:53
  like,
• 51:53
  I
• 51:53
  don't
• 51:53
  regret
• 51:54
  watching
• 51:54
  it.
• 51:55
  Interesting.
• 51:55
  Exactly.
• 51:56
  Like,
• 51:56
  I.
• 51:56
  That's
• 51:56
  one
• 51:56
  of
• 51:57
  the
• 51:57
  things
• 51:57
  I.
• 51:57
  This
• 51:58
  is
• 51:58
  where
• 51:59
  I
• 51:59
  have,
• 52:00
  like,
• 52:00
  I
• 52:00
  can't
• 52:00
  distract
• 52:01
  myself
• 52:01
  with
• 52:01
  anything
• 52:01
  else
• 52:02
  with
• 52:02
  like,
• 52:03
  I
• 52:03
  have
• 52:03
  to
• 52:03
  be
• 52:03
  fully
• 52:03
  in
• 52:03
  tune
• 52:04
  on
• 52:04
  it.
• 52:04
  So
• 52:04
  there
• 52:04
  are
• 52:05
  other
• 52:05
  shows
• 52:05
  like,
• 52:05
  that
• 52:06
  I
• 52:06
  can
• 52:06
  be
• 52:06
  looking
• 52:07
  at
• 52:07
  my
• 52:07
  phone
• 52:07
  or
• 52:07
  like,
• 52:08
  especially
• 52:08
  if
• 52:08
  it's
• 52:08
  like
• 52:09
  a
• 52:09
  sitcom
• 52:09
  or
• 52:09
  something
• 52:09
  that
• 52:10
  I've
• 52:10
  seen
• 52:10
  a
• 52:10
  million
• 52:10
  times.
• 52:11
  But
• 52:11
  this
• 52:12
  is
• 52:12
  one
• 52:12
  that
• 52:12
  actually
• 52:13
  like,
• 52:13
  does
• 52:13
  demand
• 52:14
  my
• 52:14
  full
• 52:14
  attention.
• 52:14
  So
• 52:14
  it's
• 52:15
  interesting
• 52:15
  you
• 52:15
  say
• 52:15
  that
• 52:15
  like,
• 52:16
  not
• 52:16
  a
• 52:16
  criticism.
• 52:16
  I
• 52:17
  just
• 52:17
  want
• 52:17
  it
• 52:17
  like
• 52:17
  it's
• 52:18
  like
• 52:18
  different
• 52:19
  preferences.
• 52:20
  Right,
• 52:20
  right.
• 52:21
  And
• 52:21
  I,
• 52:21
  and
• 52:22
  I
• 52:22
  do
• 52:22
  think
• 52:22
  it
• 52:22
  is
• 52:22
  a
• 52:23
  show
• 52:23
  that
• 52:24
  is
• 52:24
  really
• 52:24
  fun
• 52:24
  to
• 52:24
  watch
• 52:25
  with
• 52:25
  people.
• 52:25
  I
• 52:25
  watch
• 52:26
  a
• 52:26
  lot
• 52:26
  of
• 52:26
  TV
• 52:27
  just
• 52:27
  on
• 52:27
  my
• 52:27
  own,
• 52:28
  but.
• 52:28
  And
• 52:29
  I
• 52:29
  usually
• 52:29
  go,
• 52:29
  you
• 52:29
  know,
• 52:30
  the
• 52:30
  movie
• 52:30
  theaters
• 52:30
  with
• 52:30
  people.
• 52:31
  But
• 52:32
  you
• 52:32
  know,
• 52:32
  like,
• 52:32
  this
• 52:32
  is
• 52:33
  one.
• 52:33
  If
• 52:33
  you
• 52:33
  do
• 52:33
  have
• 52:34
  someone
• 52:34
  you
• 52:34
  can
• 52:34
  watch
• 52:34
  it
• 52:34
  with,
• 52:35
  it
• 52:35
  is
• 52:35
  really
• 52:35
  entertaining
• 52:36
  too
• 52:36
  because
• 52:36
  you
• 52:36
  can
• 52:37
  in
• 52:37
  a.
• 52:37
  It's
• 52:38
  fun
• 52:38
  to
• 52:38
  speculate
• 52:39
  with
• 52:39
  the
• 52:39
  other
• 52:39
  person,
• 52:39
  like,
• 52:40
  oh,
• 52:40
  who
• 52:40
  do
• 52:40
  you
• 52:40
  think
• 52:40
  is
• 52:40
  gonna
• 52:41
  die?
• 52:41
  Or
• 52:41
  what
• 52:41
  do
• 52:41
  you
• 52:41
  think
• 52:42
  is
• 52:42
  gonna
• 52:42
  happen
• 52:42
  between
• 52:42
  these
• 52:43
  characters?
• 52:43
  Or,
• 52:44
  you
• 52:44
  know,
• 52:44
  whatever.
• 52:45
  It's
• 52:45
  fun
• 52:45
  to
• 52:46
  build
• 52:46
  off
• 52:46
  each
• 52:46
  other
• 52:46
  and
• 52:47
  also
• 52:47
  to
• 52:47
  react
• 52:47
  to
• 52:48
  some
• 52:48
  of
• 52:48
  the
• 52:48
  most
• 52:49
  shocking,
• 52:50
  funny
• 52:50
  and
• 52:50
  unsettling
• 52:51
  moments
• 52:51
  throughout.
• 52:52
  But.
• 52:52
  Yeah,
• 52:54
  but
• 52:54
  if
• 52:54
  you
• 52:54
  guys
• 52:54
  watch
• 52:55
  White
• 52:55
  Lotus,
• 52:55
  let
• 52:56
  us
• 52:56
  know.
• 52:56
  Are
• 52:56
  you
• 52:56
  happy
• 52:57
  with
• 52:57
  the
• 52:57
  ending?
• 52:58
  I
• 52:58
  mean,
• 52:58
  I'm
• 52:58
  content
• 52:59
  with
• 52:59
  the
• 52:59
  ending.
• 53:00
  Like,
• 53:00
  I'm
• 53:00
  very.
• 53:01
  Husband
• 53:01
  was
• 53:01
  not
• 53:02
  content.
• 53:02
  I
• 53:03
  was.
• 53:03
  Right.
• 53:04
  I
• 53:04
  was.
• 53:04
  I
• 53:05
  mean
• 53:05
  I
• 53:05
  was
• 53:06
  content
• 53:06
  in
• 53:06
  some
• 53:06
  ways.
• 53:07
  Like,
• 53:07
  I
• 53:07
  think
• 53:07
  with
• 53:08
  the
• 53:08
  Racklers,
• 53:08
  I
• 53:09
  wanted
• 53:09
  a
• 53:09
  little
• 53:09
  more
• 53:10
  like.
• 53:10
  But
• 53:10
  it
• 53:11
  also,
• 53:11
  I
• 53:11
  mean,
• 53:12
  you
• 53:12
  know,
• 53:13
  I
• 53:13
  saw
• 53:13
  a
• 53:13
  bunch
• 53:13
  of
• 53:13
  like
• 53:14
  posts
• 53:14
  on
• 53:14
  Blue
• 53:15
  sky
• 53:15
  saying,
• 53:15
  oh,
• 53:15
  you
• 53:16
  could
• 53:16
  just
• 53:16
  make
• 53:16
  a
• 53:16
  whole
• 53:17
  spin
• 53:17
  off
• 53:17
  show
• 53:17
  of
• 53:17
  just
• 53:18
  that
• 53:18
  family
• 53:18
  and
• 53:18
  like,
• 53:18
  like
• 53:19
  examining
• 53:19
  how
• 53:19
  they
• 53:21
  adjust
• 53:21
  to
• 53:22
  the
• 53:22
  aftermath.
• 53:22
  But
• 53:23
  then
• 53:23
  it
• 53:23
  would
• 53:23
  be
• 53:23
  a
• 53:23
  very
• 53:23
  different
• 53:24
  show
• 53:24
  because
• 53:24
  then
• 53:24
  it
• 53:25
  wouldn't
• 53:25
  be
• 53:25
  like
• 53:25
  white
• 53:25
  motives
• 53:26
  because
• 53:26
  that
• 53:27
  would
• 53:27
  be
• 53:27
  them
• 53:27
  in
• 53:28
  the.
• 53:28
  You
• 53:28
  know,
• 53:30
  but
• 53:30
  yeah,
• 53:31
  yeah,
• 53:31
  my
• 53:31
  prediction.
• 53:32
  So
• 53:32
  I
• 53:32
  guess
• 53:32
  you're
• 53:33
  gonna
• 53:33
  know
• 53:33
  who
• 53:33
  doesn't
• 53:34
  die,
• 53:34
  but
• 53:34
  you
• 53:34
  don't
• 53:34
  know
• 53:34
  if
• 53:35
  they
• 53:35
  all
• 53:35
  survived.
• 53:36
  It's
• 53:36
  like
• 53:36
  the
• 53:37
  family
• 53:37
  is
• 53:38
  gonna,
• 53:38
  is
• 53:39
  gonna
• 53:39
  be
• 53:39
  the
• 53:39
  ones
• 53:39
  in
• 53:40
  season
• 53:40
  four,
• 53:41
  but
• 53:41
  they're
• 53:41
  going
• 53:42
  to
• 53:42
  end
• 53:42
  up
• 53:42
  working
• 53:43
  at
• 53:43
  like
• 53:43
  a
• 53:43
  White
• 53:44
  Lotus
• 53:44
  or
• 53:44
  like
• 53:44
  kind
• 53:44
  of
• 53:45
  like
• 53:46
  maybe
• 53:46
  the
• 53:47
  Help
• 53:47
  or
• 53:47
  something
• 53:47
  like
• 53:48
  that
• 53:48
  to
• 53:48
  try
• 53:49
  and
• 53:49
  you
• 53:49
  know
• 53:49
  what
• 53:49
  I
• 53:49
  mean?
• 53:50
  So
• 53:51
  that's
• 53:51
  my
• 53:51
  prediction.
• 53:51
  We're
• 53:51
  going
• 53:52
  to
• 53:52
  see
• 53:52
  them
• 53:52
  again,
• 53:52
  but
• 53:52
  they're
• 53:53
  going
• 53:53
  to
• 53:53
  like
• 53:53
  kind
• 53:53
  of
• 53:53
  be
• 53:54
  down
• 53:54
  a
• 53:54
  few
• 53:54
  pegs.
• 53:55
  Society
• 53:55
  where
• 53:55
  they're
• 53:56
  like,
• 53:56
  you
• 53:56
  know,
• 53:56
  like
• 53:56
  maybe
• 53:57
  the
• 53:57
  mom
• 53:57
  is
• 53:57
  a
• 53:57
  housekeeper
• 53:58
  now
• 53:59
  like
• 53:59
  in
• 53:59
  another
• 54:00
  White
• 54:00
  Lotus
• 54:00
  or
• 54:00
  something
• 54:01
  like
• 54:01
  that
• 54:01
  because
• 54:01
  they
• 54:01
  can't
• 54:01
  afford
• 54:02
  the
• 54:02
  luxury.
• 54:03
  So
• 54:03
  that's
• 54:03
  my
• 54:03
  prediction.
• 54:04
  We'll
• 54:04
  see
• 54:04
  if
• 54:04
  I'm
• 54:04
  right.
• 54:05
  Oh,
• 54:05
  that
• 54:05
  would
• 54:05
  be
• 54:05
  a
• 54:06
  really
• 54:06
  interesting
• 54:06
  dynamic.
• 54:07
  Is
• 54:07
  that
• 54:07
  something
• 54:07
  they
• 54:08
  haven't
• 54:08
  really
• 54:08
  done
• 54:08
  before
• 54:08
  of
• 54:09
  like
• 54:09
  having
• 54:09
  someone
• 54:10
  go
• 54:10
  from,
• 54:11
  you
• 54:11
  know,
• 54:11
  rich
• 54:12
  to
• 54:12
  have
• 54:12
  it
• 54:12
  all
• 54:13
  to
• 54:13
  oh,
• 54:14
  now
• 54:14
  they're
• 54:14
  on
• 54:14
  the,
• 54:15
  you
• 54:15
  know,
• 54:16
  working
• 54:16
  class
• 54:16
  end
• 54:16
  of
• 54:17
  the
• 54:17
  spectrum
• 54:18
  and
• 54:18
  how
• 54:18
  do
• 54:18
  they
• 54:19
  adjust
• 54:19
  to
• 54:19
  that?
• 54:19
  That
• 54:20
  would
• 54:20
  actually
• 54:20
  be
• 54:20
  really
• 54:21
  interesting
• 54:21
  and
• 54:21
  funny.
• 54:22
  And
• 54:22
  I
• 54:23
  can
• 54:23
  say,
• 54:23
  I
• 54:23
  mean,
• 54:23
  I
• 54:23
  would,
• 54:24
  I
• 54:24
  mean
• 54:24
  the
• 54:25
  family
• 54:25
  is
• 54:25
  just
• 54:26
  wild
• 54:26
  and
• 54:27
  you
• 54:27
  know,
• 54:28
  for
• 54:28
  the
• 54:28
  most
• 54:28
  part
• 54:29
  extremely
• 54:29
  unlikable,
• 54:30
  but
• 54:30
  nonetheless,
• 54:31
  like
• 54:31
  you're
• 54:31
  still
• 54:31
  enamored
• 54:32
  with
• 54:32
  them
• 54:32
  and
• 54:33
  like
• 54:33
  I
• 54:34
  would
• 54:34
  love
• 54:34
  to
• 54:34
  see
• 54:34
  Parker
• 54:34
  Posey
• 54:35
  more
• 54:35
  because
• 54:36
  she
• 54:36
  is
• 54:36
  just
• 54:36
  having
• 54:36
  the
• 54:36
  time
• 54:37
  of
• 54:37
  her
• 54:37
  life
• 54:37
  playing
• 54:37
  this
• 54:37
  role
• 54:38
  and
• 54:38
  delivers
• 54:39
  so
• 54:39
  much
• 54:39
  perfect
• 54:40
  comedic
• 54:40
  timing
• 54:41
  that
• 54:41
  I
• 54:41
  would
• 54:41
  love
• 54:41
  to
• 54:42
  see
• 54:42
  more.
• 54:42
  So
• 54:43
  that
• 54:43
  I
• 54:43
  think
• 54:43
  is
• 54:44
  a
• 54:44
  great
• 54:44
  idea.
• 54:44
  Maybe,
• 54:45
  maybe
• 54:45
  if
• 54:45
  Mike
• 54:45
  Wake
• 54:46
  happens
• 54:46
  to
• 54:46
  come
• 54:46
  across
• 54:47
  this
• 54:47
  podcast
• 54:47
  among
• 54:47
  the
• 54:48
  millions
• 54:48
  of
• 54:48
  others
• 54:49
  that
• 54:49
  are
• 54:49
  talking
• 54:49
  about
• 54:49
  the
• 54:49
  show,
• 54:50
  maybe
• 54:51
  he'll
• 54:51
  take
• 54:51
  your
• 54:51
  idea.
• 54:52
  That
• 54:52
  would
• 54:52
  be.
• 54:52
  Maybe.
• 54:52
  That'd
• 54:53
  be
• 54:53
  great.
• 54:53
  I
• 54:53
  want
• 54:53
  royalties.
• 54:54
  $5
• 54:54
  million
• 54:55
  please.
• 54:56
  I
• 54:57
  think
• 54:57
  that's
• 54:57
  absolutely
• 54:58
  fair
• 54:58
  request.
• 54:58
  Absolutely.
• 54:59
  Awesome.
• 55:00
  Well,
• 55:00
  yeah,
• 55:00
  so
• 55:00
  definitely
• 55:01
  go
• 55:01
  watch
• 55:01
  White
• 55:01
  Letters.
• 55:02
  You
• 55:03
  know,
• 55:03
  let
• 55:03
  us
• 55:03
  know
• 55:04
  what
• 55:04
  you
• 55:05
  think
• 55:05
  of
• 55:05
  it.
• 55:05
  Liz,
• 55:06
  do
• 55:06
  you
• 55:06
  have
• 55:07
  any
• 55:07
  other
• 55:07
  recommendation
• 55:08
  either
• 55:09
  related
• 55:10
  to
• 55:10
  this
• 55:10
  topic
• 55:10
  or
• 55:11
  something
• 55:11
  completely
• 55:11
  different?
• 55:12
  Doesn't
• 55:12
  have
• 55:12
  to
• 55:12
  be
• 55:12
  related.
• 55:13
  The
• 55:14
  one
• 55:14
  other
• 55:14
  show
• 55:15
  that.
• 55:15
  Well,
• 55:15
  a
• 55:15
  few
• 55:16
  other
• 55:16
  shows
• 55:16
  I've
• 55:16
  seen
• 55:17
  outside
• 55:17
  of
• 55:17
  anime,
• 55:18
  I
• 55:18
  guess
• 55:18
  I
• 55:18
  also
• 55:19
  finished
• 55:20
  season
• 55:20
  two
• 55:20
  because
• 55:20
  my
• 55:21
  husband
• 55:21
  made
• 55:21
  me
• 55:21
  watch
• 55:21
  it.
• 55:22
  So
• 55:22
  I
• 55:22
  guess
• 55:23
  you
• 55:23
  can
• 55:23
  go
• 55:23
  watch
• 55:23
  that.
• 55:24
  Season
• 55:24
  one
• 55:24
  and
• 55:24
  two
• 55:25
  of
• 55:25
  Severance.
• 55:25
  Severance
• 55:26
  is
• 55:26
  absolutely
• 55:27
  brilliant.
• 55:27
  I
• 55:28
  get
• 55:28
  not.
• 55:29
  And
• 55:29
  we
• 55:29
  actually
• 55:30
  just
• 55:30
  put
• 55:30
  an
• 55:30
  episode
• 55:32
  out
• 55:34
  reviewing
• 55:34
  the
• 55:35
  first
• 55:35
  two
• 55:36
  seasons
• 55:36
  and
• 55:37
  yeah,
• 55:38
  so
• 55:38
  excellent
• 55:38
  recommendation
• 55:39
  there.
• 55:40
  Mine
• 55:40
  would
• 55:40
  be
• 55:41
  if
• 55:41
  you
• 55:41
  are,
• 55:42
  you
• 55:42
  know,
• 55:43
  like
• 55:43
  kind
• 55:43
  of
• 55:43
  wanted
• 55:44
  something
• 55:45
  in
• 55:45
  the
• 55:45
  same
• 55:46
  vein
• 55:46
  ish
• 55:47
  as
• 55:47
  White
• 55:47
  Lotus.
• 55:48
  This
• 55:48
  is
• 55:48
  more
• 55:48
  like
• 55:49
  straight
• 55:49
  up
• 55:49
  murder
• 55:49
  mystery.
• 55:49
  But
• 55:50
  when
• 55:50
  I
• 55:50
  really
• 55:50
  enjoyed
• 55:51
  they
• 55:51
  came
• 55:51
  out
• 55:51
  last
• 55:52
  year
• 55:52
  on
• 55:52
  Netflix
• 55:53
  called
• 55:54
  the
• 55:54
  Perfect
• 55:54
  Couple
• 55:55
  with
• 55:55
  Nicole
• 55:55
  Kidman.
• 55:56
  I
• 55:56
  really
• 55:57
  enjoyed
• 55:57
  that
• 55:57
  one.
• 55:58
  They
• 55:58
  it
• 55:58
  also,
• 55:59
  you
• 55:59
  know,
• 56:00
  deals
• 56:00
  with
• 56:01
  wealth
• 56:01
  and
• 56:01
  class
• 56:02
  and
• 56:03
  is
• 56:03
  a
• 56:03
  big
• 56:03
  murder
• 56:03
  mystery.
• 56:04
  It
• 56:04
  was
• 56:04
  a
• 56:04
  lot
• 56:04
  of
• 56:05
  fun.
• 56:05
  It
• 56:05
  was
• 56:05
  a
• 56:05
  limited
• 56:06
  series.
• 56:06
  Like
• 56:06
  I
• 56:06
  don't
• 56:07
  know
• 56:07
  if
• 56:07
  they
• 56:07
  are
• 56:07
  gonna
• 56:07
  make
• 56:08
  more
• 56:08
  seasons
• 56:08
  or
• 56:08
  not.
• 56:09
  I
• 56:10
  think
• 56:10
  I
• 56:10
  heard
• 56:10
  something
• 56:10
  they
• 56:11
  might,
• 56:11
  but
• 56:11
  I
• 56:11
  don't
• 56:12
  know.
• 56:12
  But,
• 56:12
  but,
• 56:12
  but
• 56:12
  even
• 56:13
  if
• 56:13
  they
• 56:13
  don't,
• 56:14
  I
• 56:14
  think
• 56:14
  it
• 56:14
  works
• 56:14
  as
• 56:15
  a
• 56:15
  very
• 56:15
  self
• 56:15
  contained
• 56:15
  story.
• 56:16
  So
• 56:16
  I
• 56:17
  did
• 56:17
  enjoy
• 56:17
  that.
• 56:17
  The
• 56:17
  Perfect
• 56:18
  Couple
• 56:18
  on
• 56:18
  Netflix.
• 56:19
  Nice.
• 56:19
  Thanks.
• 56:19
  Awesome.
• 56:20
  Yeah.
• 56:20
  Well
• 56:20
  Liz,
• 56:21
  this
• 56:21
  was
• 56:21
  a
• 56:21
  blast.
• 56:21
  Thanks
• 56:21
  so
• 56:22
  much
• 56:22
  for
• 56:22
  joining
• 56:22
  me.
• 56:22
  Today.
• 56:23
  No
• 56:23
  problem.
• 56:24
  Thanks
• 56:24
  for
• 56:24

• 56:25
  this
• 56:25
