- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
- 0:12genuine. Issues.
- 0:13Brought to you by the hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:16celebrities, CEOs and even royalty, Adam Cox.
- 0:20These recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's
- 0:24world famous Harley Street, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here. And in this episode of The
- 0:42Hypnotist, you're going to be listening to a hypnosis session
- 0:46all about creating a powerful, positive sense of optimism and
- 0:53worthiness to find a relationship.
- 0:57Not a relationship of settling, but a relationship that really
- 1:01feels that you've hit the jackpot.
- 1:04And I was working with a client that had feelings of.
- 1:07Loneliness and sadness. Because they really wanted a
- 1:11passionate, loving, connected relationship, but they weren't
- 1:15in that place. And there was a feeling of
- 1:19feeling tired and kind of jaded and.
- 1:22Kind of what's the point? And part of that was circular
- 1:26because they were linking this idea of the dates not leading to
- 1:30the kind of relationship that they want, that it was a
- 1:32reflection of their self worth rather than the other way round,
- 1:37which is that it just wasn't kind of connecting and that they
- 1:40were. Good enough, but.
- 1:41It just wasn't leading to the kind of relationships that they
- 1:44were wanting. So what this is really about is
- 1:47an element of feeling worthy to not just date, but to go on
- 1:51dates that could lead to a wonderful relationship that is
- 1:56desirable, passionate and loving for them and for them.
- 2:00Part of their criteria was someone that is healthy, active,
- 2:05with a sense of adventure, lights, hiking and going on
- 2:08boats and and those kind of things.
- 2:10So I use that to almost do future pacing in reverse.
- 2:14So seeing them in an amazing relationship, seeing a photo of
- 2:19a time that gives them evidence that they are adventurous and
- 2:23outdoorsy, that would lead to that, and then the three dates
- 2:26that would have found that type of person.
- 2:29So it's almost like working backwards and it connects to
- 2:32this idea of starting with the end.
- 2:34In mind. Which is a powerful way to
- 2:37unleash the resources, because if you know what you want and
- 2:41you know that that thing is desirable and you value it, you
- 2:44massively increase the thoughts, ideas and.
- 2:47Strategies. To increase the probability of
- 2:50having that particular thing. And that's the essence of this
- 2:54session. It was to help a male.
- 2:56Client find a. Female partner that they would
- 2:59want to be in a long term exclusive relationship with.
- 3:04And it might be that you want to be in a relationship or you want
- 3:07to feel worthy to be in a relationship.
- 3:10In which case this session might be very useful for you.
- 3:12But just bear in mind that it was created for an individual
- 3:15and some of these references like dating sites and boating
- 3:19and those kind of things might not quite relate to you because
- 3:22it's a different situation. They wanted a long term
- 3:24relationship. Maybe you don't.
- 3:26Maybe you want lots of short term relationships.
- 3:28You get to choose. So this session may be helpful.
- 3:31But if you do like the idea of a bespoke session working with me
- 3:35directly, then there will be a link in the description where
- 3:39you can schedule that free consultation call to explore
- 3:42working with me. For now, though, find a quiet,
- 3:45comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
- 3:47Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in and as you
- 4:18breathe in, breathe in that slow, long, relaxing breath.
- 4:25And as you exhale, just allow any feelings of stress, worry,
- 4:33or tension to feel like it's leaving your body in that
- 4:39outward breath that's in and quickly scan your body for any
- 4:48clues of tension. Perhaps there, your forehead,
- 5:00your jaw, your neck, or your shoulders.
- 5:04Just get a sense of releasing that tension, allowing it to
- 5:12feel like it's leaving your body in that outward breath, just
- 5:20dissipating, dissolving and releasing in that exhale.
- 5:28And as you bring your attention to the tension, allow the
- 5:32tension to be released, feel it leaving your body as you breathe
- 5:41in relaxation and continue to exhale that stress, worry or
- 5:50tension. And I want you to think of what
- 5:58colour would best represent worthiness and self acceptance.
- 6:08And maybe it's one colour or a combination of two.
- 6:11And when you can think of that bright colour that represents
- 6:18worthiness and self acceptance, let me know by nodding your
- 6:23head. That's it.
- 6:26And just imagine breathing in that bright colour of worthiness
- 6:34and self acceptance. Feel how you would feel if it
- 6:39was going in through your nose into your lungs.
- 6:44But imagine on the outward breath you are releasing the
- 6:50opposite. Any insecurities, any feelings
- 6:57of low self worth, just allow that to leave your body as grey
- 7:06shadows in your outward breath. Breathing in the worthiness and
- 7:15exhaling. Any of those things that feel
- 7:21like judgement, inferiority, but feel somehow bringing you down
- 7:30to low self worth. It's not a case of what if
- 7:39they're wrong, they are wrong. False evaluations.
- 7:51There are smart people that were told they were stupid, believe
- 7:55they're stupid, but what if by believing that they're.
- 8:00Stupid, they don't. Even attempt to do those things,
- 8:09that would require the very intelligence that they have in
- 8:18abundance. And if that's true that smart
- 8:25people can believe they're stupid, it's also true that
- 8:31confident, worthy people, valuable people, could believe
- 8:40that they are unworthy. Not good enough.
- 8:48And it's those thoughts that are the shadows that you are
- 8:51exhaling in that outward breath. Continue to breathe in that
- 8:58feeling of worthiness, self acceptance, that bright light
- 9:08and exhale those shadows as you consider this a transfusion of
- 9:17self worth. Breathing in the self worth and
- 9:24exhaling any doubts, any insecurities, just allow them to
- 9:34leave your body in that outward breath.
- 9:42That's it. Deeper and deeper, relaxed.
- 9:51And I want you to use the power of your imagination to imagine a
- 10:00crystal ball, the kind of crystal ball that fortune
- 10:06tellers might use as a prop in a circus tent.
- 10:11I want you to see the size of it, the location of it, maybe on
- 10:22the table, table that you know as you breathe in that self
- 10:30worth and exhale those self doubts.
- 10:35I want you to imagine staring into that crystal ball.
- 10:41And I want you to see yourself two or three years into the
- 10:46future, but I want you to see a version of you who's in
- 10:53confidence and smiling broadly. I want you to see a version of
- 11:00you that is happy and connected. And as you stare into that
- 11:10crystal ball, seeing your own future, I want you to see
- 11:17yourself in a shared home. A home where it isn't just
- 11:28yours, but you live in this home with someone that you are in a
- 11:36long term, exclusive, committed relationship.
- 11:44And there'll be clues, pictures on the wall, a car parked
- 11:54outside, even things like the decoration and the furniture.
- 12:04I want you to get a sense that choices here are based on
- 12:10agreements. It's not quite your home, it's
- 12:15not quite their home. It's a shared home, and as you
- 12:22look into that crystal ball, I want you to imagine seeing a
- 12:30bedroom or an alarm clock is alerting you to wake up.
- 12:44And I want you to imagine seeing yourself waking up alongside
- 12:49your partner. I want you to see you smiling.
- 12:59Maybe there's a hug, a kiss, some kind of phrase, maybe like
- 13:08good morning in a particular tone that lets you know that you
- 13:14are loving and loved simultaneously.
- 13:22I want you to see yourself in a relationship that you're happy
- 13:27to be in. That even if you could date and
- 13:31see anyone else, you don't want that.
- 13:35I want you to see yourself in a future where you're happy to be
- 13:40in that exclusive, committed, connected relationship.
- 13:48And I want you to say that because you're in that
- 13:51relationship. Everything.
- 13:55About you seems to be amplified. Positively.
- 14:01You look healthier, happier, there is an energy and aura to
- 14:08you that is oozing confidence, self assurance and a feeling of
- 14:15gratitude. And somewhere in this home,
- 14:23perhaps in a lounge or a dining room, is a wall of.
- 14:29Photos Photos of. Adventures spent together before
- 14:41you were living together. And one of these photos.
- 14:49Is a photo. On a boat, and maybe maybe it's
- 15:00a selfie taken where both of you are on that boat, I want you to
- 15:13get a sense of how good it feels seeing that version of you with
- 15:28someone that shares a sense of adventure and there's clues.
- 15:44The clothes they're wearing, the smile on board that boat,
- 15:51they're not faking it. They're not pretending to like
- 15:55this adventure and activities. You can tell their values align
- 16:03with your values. This is someone that likes the
- 16:08outdoors, likes to eat well, be active.
- 16:17But imagine stepping into that picture.
- 16:21You're now an invisible entity, also on the boat, seeing
- 16:26yourself like you're someone else.
- 16:29And I want you to see evidence. Evidence from them of a kind,
- 16:38loving, considerate and respectful nature, but also
- 16:46evidence from you, that version of you on that boat that they
- 16:51are confident, self assured, purposeful.
- 16:58And if you can see in that crucial stepping stone before
- 17:04that relationship became more more long term, that it gave you
- 17:15clues that it was the kind of relationship that you.
- 17:17Would have been. Happy with?
- 17:18Just let me know by nodding your head.
- 17:23And I want you to imagine stepping into that version of
- 17:28you, feeling that level of confidence, self assurance.
- 17:39You accepted yourself, you felt very comfortable being you.
- 17:46But I want you to pay attention to yourself.
- 17:48Dialogue that voice inside and notice no criticism.
- 18:00Notice how complimentary it is. Consider it an encouraging,
- 18:08supportive voice, pointing out positive qualities in them, but
- 18:16also positive qualities in yourself.
- 18:22I want you to get a sense that what if this is part of your own
- 18:31evolution, to learn to like, love and respect yourself as a
- 18:42crucial stepping stone so that when you find someone that
- 18:47likes, loves and respects you also, you can accept it fully,
- 18:54completely. I want you to leave that photo
- 19:01and then just imagine finding an old phone, an old tablet perhaps
- 19:12in that future home of yours. And I want you to find a place
- 19:20on that phone of an old dating profile or app that you hadn't
- 19:27logged into for a while or a messaging platform.
- 19:32And I want you to imagine going back two years or so, seeing the
- 19:42messages, the interactions with dates that led to this future
- 19:49relationship, and you realise it wasn't a case that you went on
- 19:57one date and found the ideal relationship, you felt
- 20:06confident, worthy. Using dating not as a
- 20:13distraction, but. Purse purposefully and.
- 20:18Intentionally to find that ideal relationship for you, I want you
- 20:27to get a sense that it was discernment that led to this
- 20:33ideal relationship. Discernment on who to message,
- 20:40who to date, who to follow up with, but also tenacity.
- 20:47A sense of listening to your intuition that when.
- 20:53You thought there might. Be the possibility of that long
- 20:56term relationship. You confidently and directly
- 21:03made the effort to create a wonderful self fulfilling
- 21:07prophecy. I want you to get a sense that
- 21:17there is a cause and effect relationship.
- 21:22In order to go on these dates, you needed to be proactive,
- 21:27tenacious, and you needed to believe in your future value in
- 21:33advance to be the very person you would need to be to attract
- 21:41the kind of person you would want to be with.
- 21:45There is no settling, no lowering of standards.
- 21:51Either they make the grade and meet your standards, or they
- 21:59don't and anyone that wouldn't want you, then you're lucky that
- 22:08you avoided a relationship with someone like that.
- 22:18I want you to get a sense that you are now unleashing a new
- 22:26level of playfulness, fun and optimism to create a wonderful
- 22:35chain reaction. The playfulness leads to the
- 22:39dates. The dates leads to reflection.
- 22:47Reflection of what to accept and what to change.
- 22:51And by you accepting and changing, you learn to
- 22:55appreciate like yourself and love yourself to a whole new
- 22:58level. And the absence of critical in a
- 23:03dialogue, especially when dating.
- 23:08It's the Canary in the coal mine to show you that you're making
- 23:11progress. You can enjoy the journey to a
- 23:15wonderful destination, and by doing so, you increase the very
- 23:24probability of finding someone that makes you no longer want to
- 23:29go on dating apps ever again. I want you to get a sense that
- 23:34all of this starts with a deep conviction.
- 23:42Not that it's possible for you to find that long term
- 23:46relationship, but that it's inevitable.
- 23:51It simply will happen, and all you're doing is loading the dice
- 23:59to increase the probability that it happens sooner rather than
- 24:04later. And if your unconscious is
- 24:08willing to unlock all of the beliefs, resources and
- 24:13strategies required to create a wonderful, self fulfilling
- 24:17prophecy to give you the very relationship that you desire and
- 24:23deserve, let me know by nodding your head.
- 24:28That's in. And then imagine putting that
- 24:32device down, walking back up to that bedroom, and imagine that
- 24:44it is now the evening. And just imagine that you're
- 24:50falling asleep with that person that you love, care for, and
- 24:54want to be with. And maybe you fall asleep with a
- 25:03big smile on your face, feeling that this is now the coordinates
- 25:12in a SAT NAV for your unconscious mind.
- 25:16That your unconscious now knows exactly what you want and will
- 25:23unleash and unlock all of the resources required to steer you
- 25:29in this direction. But it's time to leave this
- 25:34thought as you start to reconnect and calibrate with
- 25:41your present, knowing where your future is taking you.
- 25:47So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 25:52nose. Just wiggle your fingers and
- 25:55wiggle your toes. Connect and calibrate into the
- 25:57here and the now. That's it.
- 26:00So I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you starting to
- 26:06count 123 waking up 456 more alert 7-8 open your eyes.
- 26:13Open your eyes, 910. Wide awake, wide awake, wide
- 26:19awake. Thank you so much for joining me
- 26:27on this episode of The Hypnotist, and if you've got
- 26:32some value from this episode, I'd like to ask a favor.
- 26:36And that is that. All of the.
- 26:38Platforms have some way of you telling us that you like it and
- 26:43that might be hitting the like button that might be giving it a
- 26:45five star rating or a short review.
- 26:48And if it's possible and it is on Spotify and YouTube, if you
- 26:52can drop a comment with what value you got from the show or
- 26:56anything you liked in particular, that really helps
- 26:58the algorithm to put it in front of new people.
- 27:02Thank you so much again for joining me on this episode and
- 27:05I'll see you again soon in the next one.
