This is a guided relaxation and visualisation session aimed at people living with a tumour. Adam opens with breath-led relaxation before building an extended metaphor of Mount Rainier, a dormant volcano that once erupted something that didn’t belong inside the earth, and a healing lake where that material now rests. He then shifts into direct suggestion work, offering the listener a wide range of dissolving images for the tumour: a porous sponge, a melting ice cube, a sandcastle washed away, a deflating balloon, sugar dissolving in warm water, a burning candle shrinking to nothing…
