and the Inklings, his crowd, and gosh, Cardinal John Henry

Newman and many. There was another one run on the

Buckley Junior. They were you were beginning to see that

the intellectual mind turn from the modernist view to the

traditional positions of Catholicism. And as of this year, there

are more Catholics on Earth than there ever have been before.

I believe it's one point four billion. In some it's

getting there. In the United States, Catholicism has become the

largest Christian nomination, and within just a few more decades,

Catholics will outnumber all Protestants combined. And at the rate

the Protestant churches are dying, America will be a Catholic

nation at least within seventy years, but probably within the

next thirty. So in my lifetime, I could see America

become a Protestant, I mean a Catholic nation. America was
7:25
founded as a Protestant nation. Charles Carroll was the only

Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence, and probably really

only allowed because he was the richest man in America

and they needed his money to fund the war. This

is absolutely amazing that America will be a Catholic nation,

probably within my lifetime and definitely within the next seven decades.

You know, probably half that amount of time, but definitely

within that amount of time. So last question, the person

says such a doctrine is against the way to enlighten reason,

and the answer it is not. It is reason enlightened

by God that accepts the doctrine. If you're speaking of

natural enlightenment, then the first thing that such enlightenment admits

is its own deficiency and limitation the historic value of

the Gospels, and the fact that those gospels teach eternal punishment.

It is the very unenlightened man who will admit eternal

happiness because he likes it, and any eternal punishment because

he doesn't. The forces producing both are obviously in this

world good and evil. Meantime, the Catholic Church has plenty

of evidence that there is a hell. Opponents have not

man can explain the terrible sufferings of Christ granted his

knowledge that there was no hell to save us from,

and that he would, and that we would all get

to Heaven in the end, whether he suffered or not.

in the Roman Empire, conversion meant ostracized state conversion. At rejection,

they were ostracized from Jewish culture and life, usually from

their own families, cut off expongs from the family tree,

and persecution and probable martyrdom by the Romans and Greeks

even and others wherever they ended up. It was a very,

very big deal for Jews to convert to Catholicism, and

still is today. And of course, the Bible says that

those Saint Paul explains that those Jews who remained faithful

to Judaism, denied that the divinity of the Christ that

Jesus was the Messiah because they believed that lie that

they will be all people, not just Jews, Muslims, and

even Mormons who deny that Jesus was born both fully

God and fully manned. They really deny the trinity of

the divinity of Christ. I won't get into Mormonism today.

They believe that Jesus and Satan are brothers, and that

Jesus was made God because really he was such a

good man and the Father gave him his own planet

out there, and that if they're real good Mormons, they'll

all get their own planet and be their own gods too. OK,

that's not Christianity. So before the end of the world comes, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Mormons,

Jehovah's witnesses who are also not Christians also who deny

the divinity of Christ, Atheists, everybody will be presented with

the evidence that Jesus Christ is Lord, and individually they

will accept it or reject it as they please. But

the world will not end until that time. So once again,

every time someone says we're in the end times, tell them, no,

we're not there yet. We're probably not gonna be there

for a long time, and you're really gonna wish you

weren't there, because there's no such thing as a rapture.

If you were there and it was the end times,

you'd have to suffer horrible, horrible things, which is what

the Bible says. The whole concept of the raptures less

You're probably gonna hear the same thing. I mean, he

may not get that specific, but gosh, a few years

ago I flipped it on. I was driving and I'm

you know, I got my issues with Glenn Beck over

Mormonism and all that, but you know, generally I don't

mind his show. But he was talking with some rabbi

talking about the Shamina and every you know, every twelve

hundred years or something, this one moment in time when

the world entirely changes, and this is going to be

the end. Get ready, this could be the end of

the world. Well, it wasn't the show, Mina or whatever

Jesus says, no one knows the hour or the time,

and that would be especially true of Jews who rejected

really even practicing Judaism anymore, but as getting a lot
