- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. It seems like every time we turn around,
- 0:07Speaker 1: there's another lawsuit being filed against the Epstein estate. And
- 0:12Speaker 1: now we have a new lawsuit making its way through
- 0:15Speaker 1: the system that's claiming that Jeffrey Epstein had a bunch
- 0:20Speaker 1: of photos of these accusers when they were underage in
- 0:25Speaker 1: his vast collection of pornography. And due to that, They're
- 0:30Speaker 1: now suing the estate. And as you know, the estate
- 0:33Speaker 1: has battled through a lot of lawsuits. There have been
- 0:38Speaker 1: many people to come forward and file suit against the
- 0:42Speaker 1: estate of Jeffrey Epstein. And not all of them have
- 0:46Speaker 1: been on the up and up. If we're being honest,
- 0:48Speaker 1: we just had some woman down in Florida who pled
- 0:51Speaker 1: guilty to defrauding the Epstein estate. So we always have
- 0:55Speaker 1: to use discernment. And not everybody who comes forward is
- 0:58Speaker 1: going to be somebody that has a legitimate claim. And
- 1:02Speaker 1: whenever you're dealing with this amount of money, there's always
- 1:04Speaker 1: going to be fraudulent claims. And that's something we've talked
- 1:08Speaker 1: about a lot in the past. Like when the compensation
- 1:11Speaker 1: fund was first put into effect, that was one of
- 1:14Speaker 1: the biggest fears I had. People coming out of the
- 1:16Speaker 1: woodwork and claiming that they were abused when they never were.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Because what happens then is that it makes everybody look
- 1:25Speaker 1: like they're making things up. Even though we know that's
- 1:28Speaker 1: not the case. It's the optics. And you have to
- 1:31Speaker 1: win the public affairs battle as well as the battle
- 1:33Speaker 1: in the courtroom. You have to win both. So I
- 1:37Speaker 1: have a lot of disdain for people that make things up,
- 1:39Speaker 1: especially when we're talking about, you know, something as serious
- 1:43Speaker 1: as being abused, whether by Epstein or anybody else. And
- 1:47Speaker 1: I think that the penalties for people that make shit
- 1:49Speaker 1: up should be very severe. Like if you accuse somebody
- 1:53Speaker 1: of raping you and that never happened, well, there should
- 1:57Speaker 1: be big penalties for it. because you're ruining somebody's life,
- 2:01Speaker 1: just that allegation alone. So, I find it to be
- 2:05Speaker 1: very serious business, and that's why I'm so targeted about
- 2:09Speaker 1: who we talk about here on the podcast. I'm not
- 2:11Speaker 1: just going to, you know, throw people's names out there.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Credibly accused. I think that should be the standard. And
- 2:20Speaker 1: when it comes to these women suing Epstein's estate, I
- 2:23Speaker 1: don't think there's any doubt about the credibility behind stating
- 2:26Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein had a vast collection of of pictures
- 2:29Speaker 1: and videos of God knows what. So today we have
- 2:33Speaker 1: an article from NBC News and the headline, Women Sue
- 2:37Speaker 1: Epstein's Estate Saying Their Photos Were Found in His Vast
- 2:40Speaker 1: Child Pornography Collection. This article was authored by Corky Samasko.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Two women filed a federal lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's estate
- 2:51Speaker 1: claiming their photographs were found in his vast collection of
- 2:54Speaker 1: child pornography. identified in court papers only as Jane Doe
- 2:58Speaker 1: and Amy, the women allege that few, if any of
- 3:02Speaker 1: those photos, were in Epstein's collection were informed that these
- 3:06Speaker 1: photographs are in the hands of federal investigators. So, look,
- 3:11Speaker 1: I know to most people out there it's not that
- 3:13Speaker 1: big of a deal. Oh, well, there's some pictures, big deal. Well,
- 3:17Speaker 1: what if it was you? What if it was your kid?
- 3:21Speaker 1: And then God knows who has access to these pictures.
- 3:24Speaker 1: What's the estate doing with them? Do you trust Darren
- 3:26Speaker 1: Indyke and Richard Kahn to have access to your kid's picture?
- 3:31Speaker 1: Or if you're now an adult and you were a
- 3:33Speaker 1: kid and this was happening to you, don't you think
- 3:36Speaker 1: you'd be pretty pissed off and you'd want some compensation?
- 3:40Speaker 1: I know I would. And look, you can complain all
- 3:43Speaker 1: you want, but the truth is, the way our system's
- 3:46Speaker 1: set up, the only compensation you can get is suing somebody.
- 3:50Speaker 1: That's it. Because we all know that nobody's going to prison.
- 3:55Speaker 1: The DOJ has been very clear about that. Whatever happened
- 3:58Speaker 1: with Frederick Fakai? Whatever happened with Mr. Levine? Both referred
- 4:02Speaker 1: to the DOJ for prosecution. We haven't heard shit about that.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The lawsuit filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New
- 4:10Speaker 1: York seeks class action status and is asking for unspecified
- 4:14Speaker 1: damages and requesting the court to design and supervise a single,
- 4:18Speaker 1: coordinated program for identifying and notifying the other women whose
- 4:23Speaker 1: unlawful sexualized images were a part of Epstein's collection. And
- 4:27Speaker 1: in my opinion, this is the kind of lawsuit that
- 4:29Speaker 1: has legs. Whereas the one against Frederick Fakai might be
- 4:32Speaker 1: a little bit more difficult to get over the finish line.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Considering that the allegations there are that he was, you know,
- 4:40Speaker 1: having them look a certain way. And Frederick Fakai was
- 4:43Speaker 1: the one facilitating that. I think that's going to be
- 4:47Speaker 1: an uphill battle. Here, I think that this is a
- 4:50Speaker 1: little bit different. The pictures are there. Epstein was in
- 4:52Speaker 1: possession of them. So what was he doing with them?
- 4:56Speaker 1: And more importantly, where are they now? One of Epstein's
- 5:00Speaker 1: most horrific but often overlooked crimes was his possession, transportation, production,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and distribution of child pornography or child sexual abuse material.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Of countless children, the lawsuit said, and that's a fact.
- 5:12Speaker 1: 100% a fact. This man had a vast collection of
- 5:16Speaker 1: pictures of people he abused. What do you think all
- 5:21Speaker 1: those CDs were? And it's something that you see a
- 5:24Speaker 1: lot of these serial abusers do. They have a collection.
- 5:28Speaker 1: It's almost like a serial killer. Oh, let me take
- 5:31Speaker 1: a shoe. Let me take somebody's necklace. But for Jeffrey Epstein,
- 5:35Speaker 1: he wanted to memorialize the situation by taking a picture.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That way he could relive the experience later on down
- 5:42Speaker 1: the road. That's the kind of sick degenerate we're dealing
- 5:45Speaker 1: with here. Beginning in the early 1990s until his death
- 5:50Speaker 1: in 2019, Epstein, along with his co-conspirators, created and participated
- 5:55Speaker 1: in a multi-decade vast CSAM conspiracy, it says. And I
- 6:00Speaker 1: don't doubt that either, honestly. As far as trading videos
- 6:03Speaker 1: back and forth, that's something that we haven't really talked about.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Did Jeffrey Epstein send these videos to anybody in these emails?
- 6:11Speaker 1: Did he give anybody access to these troves of pictures?
- 6:16Speaker 1: And if he did, who are the people that had access?
- 6:21Speaker 1: The lawsuit alleges that Epstein kept a modeling book containing
- 6:23Speaker 1: sexualized images of children in a lock safe. No CSAM
- 6:27Speaker 1: charges were filed against Epstein, and according to the lawsuit,
- 6:31Speaker 1: Epstein and unnamed co-conspirators alleged the images were for the
- 6:35Speaker 1: purposes of developing child models for Victoria's Secret. Once again,
- 6:40Speaker 1: Victoria's Secret. Can somebody please explain to me why the
- 6:43Speaker 1: Republicans didn't want to go and talk to Les Wexner?
- 6:46Speaker 1: Is there any legitimate answer for that? because I certainly
- 6:50Speaker 1: haven't found one. You would think people would want to
- 6:53Speaker 1: talk to a guy that was so important to the
- 6:56Speaker 1: rise of Epstein, but I guess not. I guess everything's cool,
- 7:01Speaker 1: and we don't need to hear from him. Like, what
- 7:03Speaker 1: are we doing? Because in my opinion, Les Wexner certainly
- 7:07Speaker 1: holds some keys. He's right up there with Leon Black
- 7:11Speaker 1: as far as financials go, and somebody that certainly should
- 7:14Speaker 1: be part of the great conversation. The lawsuit holds that
- 7:21Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate accountable for a crime that has never
- 7:24Speaker 1: been fully addressed on its own terms. One of the
- 7:26Speaker 1: accuser's lawyers, Hillary Knappi of AWK Survivor Advocate Attorneys, sent
- 7:32Speaker 1: an emailed response to questions. Named as defendants in their
- 7:36Speaker 1: capacities as co-executors of Epstein's estate are his longtime lawyer
- 7:40Speaker 1: Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn. Their lawyer, Daniel Wiener,
- 7:44Speaker 1: declined to comment. Probably a good idea. And is there
- 7:48Speaker 1: a more fitting name for that dude? Daniel Weiner? How
- 7:51Speaker 1: about we just call him Daniel Dickhead? I think that's
- 7:54Speaker 1: a better way to address him. Epstein died by suicide, allegedly,
- 7:58Speaker 1: in 2019 at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City,
- 8:02Speaker 1: where he was jailed while he was waiting trial on
- 8:04Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Allegations that Epstein and co-conspirators created what
- 8:09Speaker 1: they referred to as a modeling book were previously mentioned
- 8:13Speaker 1: in a lawsuit Epstein's survivor, Maria Farmer, filed against the government.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Her case alleges that the government failed to protect her
- 8:21Speaker 1: and others from Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Well, when she
- 8:24Speaker 1: tells the police in 96 what's going on with Epstein
- 8:28Speaker 1: and nobody does shit about it, what else should she think?
- 8:32Speaker 1: Seems to me that Maria blew the lid off this shit.
- 8:37Speaker 1: And instead of pursuing it, they just swept it under
- 8:40Speaker 1: the rug. And I'm sure that was just, you know,
- 8:42Speaker 1: a coincidence. It just kind of, you know, happened. No
- 8:46Speaker 1: big deal. It wasn't coordinated or anything. Epstein wasn't being protected, right?
- 8:51Speaker 1: Just your run-of-the-mill predator. Although they claim that the book
- 8:56Speaker 1: was for the purpose of developing child models for Victoria's Secret,
- 9:00Speaker 1: the book contained nude or partially nude sexualized images of children.
- 9:04Speaker 1: The lawsuit filed Tuesday says, Jane Doe says in the
- 9:08Speaker 1: lawsuit that she was around 12 years old when Epstein
- 9:11Speaker 1: stole partially nude photographs of her Yeah, well, that's a fact,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and we know that those pictures exist, and Trump's own
- 9:21Speaker 1: Justice Department confirmed it. So, how much of that stuff
- 9:26Speaker 1: did Jeffrey Epstein truly possess? My guess is, a whole
- 9:29Speaker 1: hell of a lot. In Epstein's possession, and given the
- 9:34Speaker 1: manner in which he obtained, cataloged, and retained them alongside
- 9:38Speaker 1: a collection of sexualized images of children, the Jane Doe
- 9:42Speaker 1: images constituted a lascivious exhibition that Epstein took with him
- 9:47Speaker 1: across state lines, the lawsuit says. And that's another problem
- 9:51Speaker 1: unto itself. And that certainly makes it federal. The second
- 9:55Speaker 1: you cross state lines with your bullshit, welcome to a
- 9:58Speaker 1: federal case. Despite contemporaneous reports made to law enforcement specifically
- 10:04Speaker 1: alerting law enforcement that Epstein had obtained these photos of
- 10:07Speaker 1: Jane Doe and similar photos of another minor, no one
- 10:11Speaker 1: in law enforcement took action to prosecute anyone or even
- 10:14Speaker 1: investigate these reports, it says. Meanwhile, Pornographic photographs of Amy
- 10:20Speaker 1: have been in circulation since the 90s, the lawsuit says.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Dubbed the Misty series, those images consistently appear in a
- 10:28Speaker 1: collection maintained by individuals who possess child pornography, the lawsuit says.
- 10:34Speaker 1: And photos from that collection were seized from Epstein's properties. Yo,
- 10:39Speaker 1: the whole entire sick and disgusting world surrounding this shit
- 10:44Speaker 1: needs to get a nuclear bomb dropped directly on it. Like,
- 10:47Speaker 1: I have no desire or patience to even talk about
- 10:49Speaker 1: this shit. It's disgusting, it's gross, and anybody engaging in
- 10:53Speaker 1: it is literally one of the worst people in the
- 10:56Speaker 1: whole entire world. And I have no qualms with executing
- 11:00Speaker 1: people that are in possession of this shit. There's no
- 11:05Speaker 1: fixing you. You're a sick, degenerate fuck, and you deserve
- 11:08Speaker 1: a trip to the volcano. But Amy was never identified,
- 11:14Speaker 1: according to the lawsuit, and her lawyers contend that the
- 11:16Speaker 1: only C.P. Epstein victims who were contacted by the National
- 11:20Speaker 1: Center for Missing and Exploited Children were limited to a
- 11:23Speaker 1: small number that were addressed in the Glenn Maxwell trial. Well,
- 11:27Speaker 1: of course. Control that blast radius, baby. That's what it's
- 11:31Speaker 1: always been about. How many more examples do you need?
- 11:35Speaker 1: Nappy said, We want the estate to preserve and account
- 11:38Speaker 1: for everything seized from Epstein's properties. We want a real...
- 11:41Speaker 1: Court supervised process to identify and notify every survivor depicted
- 11:46Speaker 1: in that collection. Many of them have no idea their
- 11:49Speaker 1: images exist in this file, and they deserve to know,
- 11:52Speaker 1: and they deserve a chance to seek justice. NCMEC had
- 11:57Speaker 1: no comment when it was asked whether it has identified
- 12:00Speaker 1: and contacted any of the other women whose images were
- 12:03Speaker 1: in Epstein's possession. The private non-profit organization's mission is to
- 12:08Speaker 1: help find missing children and combat child sexual exploitation. Yo,
- 12:12Speaker 1: this is getting darker and darker by the day. It's
- 12:15Speaker 1: like being in that movie 8mm. You ever see that
- 12:18Speaker 1: one with Nicolas Cage and James Gandolfini? He's a private
- 12:22Speaker 1: investigator tasked with finding a girl, and then finds out
- 12:25Speaker 1: she was in a snuff film. That's the kind of
- 12:27Speaker 1: feeling you get here. I mean, obviously not to that level,
- 12:31Speaker 1: at least that we know of, but the same kind
- 12:33Speaker 1: of degeneracy. Maxwell was convicted in December of 2021 of
- 12:40Speaker 1: recruiting and grooming teenage girls to be sexually abused by Epstein.
- 12:44Speaker 1: She's serving a 20-year prison sentence for conspiring to sex
- 12:47Speaker 1: traffic minors. And according to a whistleblower report to Congress
- 12:51Speaker 1: last year, she sought to get her sentence commuted by
- 12:54Speaker 1: President Donald Trump. Trump, a once close friend of Epstein,
- 12:59Speaker 1: who adamantly maintains he didn't know Epstein was preying on
- 13:02Speaker 1: young girls, has not granted Maxwell's request. And... If he does,
- 13:08Speaker 1: it won't be until he's leaving office. I don't think
- 13:10Speaker 1: he'll do it while he's still seated. But then again,
- 13:13Speaker 1: who the fuck knows? So this lawsuit is brand new.
- 13:18Speaker 1: So we're following along with the docket. And when we
- 13:21Speaker 1: have some new information, we'll get that added to the catalog.
- 13:25Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 13:27Speaker 1: found in the description box below.
