  Speaker 1: that you join along with me in prayer. You know,

  Speaker 1: we all have influencers in our lives, people that we

  Speaker 1: admire or look up to, or we gather information from

  Speaker 1: in order to conduct and lead our lives.

  Speaker 2: And we are influencers.

  Speaker 1: Whether we sign up for it, know it or not,
• 0:22
  Speaker 1: people are watching our lives. So I just want to

  Speaker 1: pray about that this morning, Oh Gracious and eternal God,

  Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus, we come before you today
• 0:31
  Speaker 1: with humbled hearts, lifting up the most sacred gifts you've
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: placed in our lives, the gift of people.

  Speaker 2: God.

  Speaker 1: Lord, we thank you for friendships that sharpen us encourage

  Speaker 1: us to remind us of your love. God. We thank

  Speaker 1: you for the voices of wisdom, the mentors who speak truth,

  Speaker 1: and those who influence us to walk.

  Speaker 2: Closer to You.

  Speaker 1: But Father, we pause, and we ask help us to

  Speaker 1: choose wisely. Help us to be discerning about the voices

  Speaker 1: we allow to shape us. Your word tells us in

  Speaker 1: Proverbs thirteen and twenty, walk with the wise and become wise,

  Speaker 1: for the companion of ful suffer's harm. So Lord, give

  Speaker 1: us eyes to see and hearts to know who is

  Speaker 1: walking with us and where they're leading us.

  Speaker 1: Our lives anything and anyone that would pull us away

  Speaker 1: calling you placed in our lives. But Lord, don't just

  Speaker 1: help us choose good friends, make us good friends. Make

  Speaker 1: us the kind of people who lift burdens, not add

  Speaker 1: to them. Let our words be seasoned with grace. Let

  Speaker 1: Let us be the kind of people who pray, who

  Speaker 1: check in, who listen, who's sir, and.

  Speaker 1: In a world full of platforms and followers, teach us

  Speaker 1: what it means to be godly influencers. May our influence

  Speaker 1: point to you and not to ourselves. Let our lives

  Speaker 1: be the sermon that someone else needs. Let the way

  Speaker 1: we speak, the way we post, the way we love,

  Speaker 1: the way we get, the way we live God, be

  Speaker 1: evidence that Christ dwells in us. God. We don't want

  Speaker 1: to lead people into trands or temporary hypes.

  Speaker 2: We want to lead them to truths.

  Speaker 1: We want to be examples of integrity, of humility, of compassion,

  Speaker 1: and of courage. Not for applause, not for likes, but

  Speaker 2: People see us, they see you.

  Speaker 1: Help us to be bold when it's easier to blend in.

  Speaker 1: Help us to stand for what is right, even.

  Speaker 1: Help us to influence, not with pride, God, but with purpose.

  Speaker 1: Let our lives cause others to ask, what must I

  Speaker 1: do to be saved? Oh Lord Jesus, search our circle,

  Speaker 1: clean our connections, and shape our character. Because we know

  Speaker 1: that influence isn't just what we say, it's who we

  Speaker 1: are when nobody else is looking. So today we commit
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: our hearts, we commit our friendships, we commit our platforms
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: and our influence to You. Let us be the example,
• 3:23
  Speaker 1: Let us be the encourager. Let us be the light
• 3:26
  Speaker 1: in the dark world. And when the world looks at us,
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: may they see a reflection of Jesus.
